[0:55] Speaker 1: quality leadership is when things suddenly happen like this. Isn't
[1:00] Speaker 1: it amazing that in spite of all that happened all
[1:03] Speaker 1: through the week, except for social media, you would not
[1:08] Speaker 1: even know. Because the joy of the membership did not deplete.
[1:12] Speaker 1: The participation and the passion did not deplete. The quality
[1:16] Speaker 1: of the worship did not deplete. The zeal and the
[1:20] Speaker 1: enthusiasm did not deplete. I think it's a reason to
[1:22] Speaker 1: give Jesus a big, big shout of praise. who you are.

[5:43] Speaker 1: be seated in the name of Jesus Christ. For this
[5:48] Speaker 1: final session, I'll be teaching on the topic raised up
[5:54] Speaker 1: with him. Raised up with him. Just as a final charge,
[6:00] Speaker 1: raised up with him. In the course of this conference,
[6:04] Speaker 1: we discussed a number of things. Just a very quick
[6:08] Speaker 1: recap on them. Number one, I started by teaching us
[6:13] Speaker 1: that there are foundational pillars as far as salvation is concerned.
[6:19] Speaker 1: There are a number of truths that we must know
[6:23] Speaker 1: if we are to genuinely walk in the resurrection power.
[6:27] Speaker 1: And I told us that there are four phases to salvation.
[6:32] Speaker 1: four faces to the gospel. Number one, the revelation of
[6:36] Speaker 1: the humanity of Jesus.
[6:39] Speaker 2: Number two, his death. Number three, his burial. Number four,
[6:45] Speaker 2: his resurrection.
[6:47] Speaker 1: And I even added one more, his ascension and glorification.
[6:51] Speaker 1: That all of these facets must be captured in your
[6:54] Speaker 1: understanding of salvation.
[6:56] Speaker 5: Hallelujah.
[6:58] Speaker 1: And then yesterday night, We consider the implication.
[7:03] Speaker 2: Of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
[7:09] Speaker 1: How that if we are to experience the power that comes.
[7:13] Speaker 2: With his resurrection.
[7:15] Speaker 1: According to Philippians chapter 3 and verse 10. It says
[7:18] Speaker 1: that I may know him and the power of his resurrection.
[7:24] Speaker 1: We discussed a few implications of the resurrection.
[7:27] Speaker 2: Number one.
[7:28] Speaker 1: We said the resurrection was a validation indeed.
[7:32] Speaker 2: That Jesus was and is the son of God.
[7:36] Speaker 1: According to Romans chapter 1, 2 and 4. That he
[7:39] Speaker 1: was declared to be the son of God. By the
[7:43] Speaker 1: spirit of holiness. And even through the resurrection from the dead.
[7:47] Speaker 1: Number two. That the resurrection gave credibility to every other
[7:52] Speaker 1: word that Jesus had spoken. He said he will come
[7:55] Speaker 1: back to life. And when he did come back to life,
[7:59] Speaker 1: it gave us the credence to believe every other thing
[8:02] Speaker 1: he has said. If Jesus did not resurrect, there would
[8:05] Speaker 1: be no basis for believing any other thing he has said.
[8:08] Speaker 2: Are we together?
[8:09] Speaker 1: Number three, we said that the resurrection today has become
[8:13] Speaker 1: the centrality of the gospel. The gospel does not just
[8:17] Speaker 1: end at the humanity of Jesus, nor his death, nor
[8:21] Speaker 1: his burial, but that he rose again. In fact, the
[8:25] Speaker 1: Bible says that his rising again is the basis for
[8:29] Speaker 1: our justification. Romans chapter 9 and 10 says, If you
[8:35] Speaker 1: believe with your heart the Lord Jesus, and you confess
[8:40] Speaker 1: with your mouth that God raised him from the dead,
[8:43] Speaker 1: then thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man
[8:46] Speaker 1: believes unto righteousness. And with the mouth confession is made
[8:50] Speaker 1: unto salvation. Number four. We said the resurrection established the
[8:56] Speaker 1: victory of Christ.
[8:57] Speaker 2: Over sin. Over Satan. Over death and the grave.
[9:04] Speaker 1: The resurrection did not just establish defeat over Satan alone.
[9:09] Speaker 2: Nor sin alone.
[9:11] Speaker 1: Are we together? Sin alone.
[9:15] Speaker 2: Satan.
[9:16] Speaker 1: Death.
[9:18] Speaker 2: And then the grave. And we did say.
[9:27] Speaker 1: That anyone. The resurrection has allowed anyone. Who believes in
[9:31] Speaker 1: Jesus today. To be a partaker of his life. And
[9:34] Speaker 1: I'll talk a bit about that today. And finally yesterday.
[9:38] Speaker 1: We concluded. By understanding revelation. The revelation of the resurrection.
[9:46] Speaker 1: To be that it gives every believer in Christ. Hope
[9:49] Speaker 1: beyond death. And hope beyond the grave. The revelation of
[9:55] Speaker 1: the resurrection means. That whether in life as we know
[9:59] Speaker 1: or in death. We stand victorious. The blessed hope. Beyond
[10:03] Speaker 1: the grave. The blessed hope. Beyond death. Now very quickly
[10:08] Speaker 1: for this morning. I want us to go straight. To
[10:13] Speaker 1: Ephesians chapter 2. In nature the children of wrath. Even
[10:17] Speaker 1: as others. Hallelujah. The Bible says. But God who is
[10:21] Speaker 1: rich in mercy. For his great love wear it. He
[10:25] Speaker 1: loved us. Even when we were dead in sins. Watch
[10:28] Speaker 1: this now. Had quickened us together with Christ. For by
[10:34] Speaker 1: grace ye are saved. And had raised us up together.
[10:39] Speaker 1: Say together. So we were quickened together, raised up together,
[10:44] Speaker 1: and made us to sit together in heavenly places. That
[10:49] Speaker 1: in the ages to come, he might show the exceeding
[10:52] Speaker 1: riches of his grace.
[10:55] Speaker 2: In his kindness to us who believe.
[10:59] Speaker 1: We'll stop there.
[11:01] Speaker 2: So the Bible tells us Paul was speaking.
[11:04] Speaker 1: And when we read Ephesians chapter 1, It was essentially
[11:09] Speaker 1: a revelation of Christ's exalted position on account of his
[11:16] Speaker 1: substitutionary sacrifice, on account of his finished work. Paul takes
[11:21] Speaker 1: the time to explain to us the extent of his exaltation.
[11:26] Speaker 1: Are we together? When we get to chapter 2, Paul
[11:29] Speaker 1: now connects us to all of that victory that he
[11:33] Speaker 1: explained in chapter 1. I did tell us yesterday. And
[11:37] Speaker 1: I want you to please take note of this. The
[11:41] Speaker 1: most important aspect of redemption. Is not just the victory
[11:46] Speaker 1: that came with the resurrection. But who Jesus won it for.
[11:50] Speaker 1: I need to say this. The most important aspect of
[11:54] Speaker 1: the resurrection. Is not just that Jesus defeated sin.
[11:59] Speaker 2: Satan.
[12:01] Speaker 1: Death and the grave. Is who he won it for.
[12:06] Speaker 1: Are we together now? Man was all the time the
[12:10] Speaker 1: object behind all.
[12:12] Speaker 2: Of that sacrifice. He did not do it for himself.
[12:16] Speaker 1: I did emphasize yesterday that everything Jesus later got by conquest,
[12:21] Speaker 1: he had it already as God. But he had it alone.
[12:26] Speaker 1: Man could not partake of it in that state. And
[12:29] Speaker 1: so to show his love for man, he relinquished himself
[12:33] Speaker 1: of everything he had and went through the journey again,
[12:37] Speaker 1: this time around with man in covenant. So that everything
[12:41] Speaker 1: he now had, we had the legitimate ground to be
[12:45] Speaker 1: partakers of his divine nature.
[12:47] Speaker 2: Are we together?
[12:49] Speaker 1: The Bible says, according as His divine power has given
[12:53] Speaker 1: us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through
[12:56] Speaker 1: the knowledge of Him that has called us into glory
[12:59] Speaker 1: and virtue. The next verse says, whereby are given to
[13:03] Speaker 1: us great and exceeding great and precious promises that by
[13:09] Speaker 1: them we might be partakers of His divine nature having
[13:13] Speaker 1: escaped the corruption that is in the world through lusts.
[13:18] Speaker 1: So Jesus died. Jesus rose again. But not just for himself.
[13:24] Speaker 1: He rose again to bring us into that position. And
[13:28] Speaker 1: this is what Paul is explaining to the church in Ephesus.
[13:32] Speaker 1: That we are not just to be conscious of the
[13:36] Speaker 1: victory of Christ in terms of him resurrecting alone. But
[13:41] Speaker 1: that we must know that we have become partakers. Raised
[13:45] Speaker 1: up with him. quickened together, exalted together, seated together at
[13:52] Speaker 1: the right hand of God.
[13:53] Speaker 2: This is profound.
[13:54] Speaker 1: You believe that?
[13:55] Speaker 2: Shout it out.
[13:55] Speaker 1: Amen. So Ephesians chapter 1 talks about the exaltation of Jesus.
[14:05] Speaker 2: Ephesians chapter 2 talks about.
[14:07] Speaker 1: The identification of the saints in and through the exaltation
[14:13] Speaker 1: of the Christ.
[14:14] Speaker 2: Now what does this mean? What is the meaning of
[14:17] Speaker 2: all this to us? Listen carefully.
[14:20] Speaker 1: Romans chapter 6 and verse 4. Romans chapter 6 and
[14:25] Speaker 1: verse 4. I need to read that scripture and then
[14:28] Speaker 1: I establish one or two things and we're done. Romans
[14:31] Speaker 1: 6 and verse 4.
[14:35] Speaker 2: Here's what the Bible says.
[14:36] Speaker 1: Therefore, we are buried with him by baptism into death.
[14:42] Speaker 1: That like as Christ was raised up from the dead.
[14:46] Speaker 1: By the glory of the father. Even so we should
[14:50] Speaker 1: walk in the newness of life. The implication. Watch this now.
[14:55] Speaker 1: The implication of our identification with Christ today. Is that
[15:01] Speaker 1: there is a demand upon all the saints. To walk
[15:05] Speaker 1: in what the Bible calls the newness of life. The
[15:10] Speaker 1: newness of life. Is the implication of our identification with Christ.
[15:15] Speaker 1: In his victory. That means if you do not walk
[15:19] Speaker 1: in newness of life. You are proving through your life.
[15:23] Speaker 1: That our identification with Christ is a lie. There has
[15:29] Speaker 1: to be newness of life. That emanates from you. And
[15:33] Speaker 1: I'm going to be explaining to you what the Bible means.
[15:36] Speaker 2: By the newness of life.
[15:39] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
[15:41] Speaker 2: There are two dimensions to.
[15:43] Speaker 1: The newness of life. Number one is called a new
[15:46] Speaker 1: way of thinking. And then number two, a new way
[15:50] Speaker 1: of living. When the Bible talks about the newness of life,
[15:55] Speaker 1: there is a mandate on every believer that if it
[15:58] Speaker 1: is true that you believe that Jesus died, if it
[16:02] Speaker 1: is a fact that he rose again, defeating sin, Satan,
[16:08] Speaker 1: Death and the grave.
[16:10] Speaker 2: There is a demand upon you.
[16:13] Speaker 1: Are we together now? To walk in what Paul calls
[16:17] Speaker 1: the newness of life. And I'm saying that the first
[16:20] Speaker 1: dimension to the newness of life is a new way
[16:23] Speaker 1: of thinking. Say after me a new way of thinking.
[16:27] Speaker 1: Shout it loud and clear. Say a new way of thinking.
[16:31] Speaker 1: Colossians chapter 3 please. We'll read from verse 1 to 4.
[16:35] Speaker 1: Colossians chapter 3. From verse 1 to 4. The Bible says,
[16:42] Speaker 1: if then ye be risen with Christ. If it is
[16:46] Speaker 1: true that you are risen with Christ. It says, seek
[16:49] Speaker 1: those things which are above. Where Christ seated at the
[16:53] Speaker 1: right hand of God. It says, set your affection on
[16:58] Speaker 1: things above. Not on things on the earth. For ye
[17:02] Speaker 1: are dead. And your life is healed with Christ in God.
[17:07] Speaker 1: It says when Christ who is our life shall appear.
[17:10] Speaker 1: Then we shall also appear with him in glory. So
[17:13] Speaker 1: the Bible says if it is true that you are
[17:15] Speaker 1: risen with Christ. There has to be an alteration to
[17:19] Speaker 1: your thinking. Your consciousness has to be altered by the spirit.
[17:24] Speaker 1: Now there are many people who claim they are walking
[17:27] Speaker 1: in resurrection power. The average believer will not doubt the
[17:31] Speaker 1: fact that redemption where a fact is a fact. But
[17:35] Speaker 1: we do not see that captured in our life. The
[17:38] Speaker 1: expression of the newness of life.
[17:41] Speaker 2: As a new way of thinking.
[17:43] Speaker 1: We still think in a very defeated way. We still
[17:46] Speaker 1: have a consciousness of servitude. And subjugation to elemental powers. Demons,
[17:53] Speaker 1: principalities and so.
[17:55] Speaker 2: On and so forth.
[17:57] Speaker 1: If then ye be risen with Christ. The Bible says
[18:01] Speaker 1: set your affection on the things above. And not the
[18:04] Speaker 1: things of the earth. Ephesians chapter 4 and verse 18.
[18:07] Speaker 1: In fact 17 and 18. The Bible says in verse 18,
[18:12] Speaker 1: it says, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the
[18:16] Speaker 1: light of God through the ignorance that is in them
[18:19] Speaker 1: because of the blindness of their hearts. Notice that the
[18:25] Speaker 1: moment salvation affects your spirit, the next place it goes
[18:29] Speaker 1: to is your thinking. The quality of your thinking is
[18:33] Speaker 1: what determines your walking into the experience of the victory
[18:37] Speaker 1: that is in Christ. The Bible emphasizes the health of
[18:42] Speaker 1: the mind and the consciousness of the believer. There is
[18:46] Speaker 1: a way you can think that aborts the reality of
[18:50] Speaker 1: the resurrection power in your life. Hallelujah. Newness of life
[18:57] Speaker 1: means a new way of thinking. The consciousness of a
[19:01] Speaker 1: victorious life. That yea, though I walk through the valley
[19:05] Speaker 1: of the shadow of death. I shall fear no evil.
[19:08] Speaker 1: For thou art with me. Your rod and your staff
[19:11] Speaker 1: they comfort me. That all things work together. For the good.
[19:16] Speaker 1: Not of everybody. Of them that love the Lord. And
[19:19] Speaker 1: those who are the called. According to his purpose. that
[19:24] Speaker 1: a thousand shall fall by my side and ten thousand
[19:27] Speaker 1: by my right side but none shall hurt me are
[19:30] Speaker 1: we still together is this with my eyes shall i
[19:32] Speaker 1: behold the reward of the wicked the lord is my
[19:36] Speaker 1: light and my salvation of whom shall i be afraid
[19:39] Speaker 1: of the lord is the strength of my life that
[19:43] Speaker 1: though my beginning be small yet my later end shall
[19:47] Speaker 1: greatly increase listen there is a frame of thinking that
[19:51] Speaker 1: the believer must have to walk in the experience of
[19:55] Speaker 1: victory as powerful as the holy ghost in and was
[19:59] Speaker 1: in the life of jesus there was a state of thinking.
[20:04] Speaker 1: The Bible says, let this mind, Philippians 2 and verse 5,
[20:07] Speaker 1: be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. There
[20:13] Speaker 1: was a way that Christ taught. There was a way
[20:16] Speaker 1: that he conditioned his thinking and his consciousness. Ladies and gentlemen,
[20:21] Speaker 1: hear me. The assignment of the God of this world
[20:24] Speaker 1: is to blind the minds of believers. He puts a
[20:27] Speaker 1: cloud upon your mind.
[20:29] Speaker 2: Are we together?
[20:30] Speaker 1: Such that in spite of the reality of this that
[20:34] Speaker 1: has been finished in Christ according to scripture, many still
[20:37] Speaker 1: live defeated lives. Can I tell you? Victorious living comes
[20:43] Speaker 1: from victorious thinking. I will emphasize it one last time.
[20:47] Speaker 1: Victorious living comes from victorious thinking. And because Satan understands this,
[21:01] Speaker 1: he will create things around your life that seems to
[21:05] Speaker 1: negate the integrity of God's word. And use them to
[21:08] Speaker 1: tell you if it is true that you are risen
[21:11] Speaker 1: with Christ. If it is true that you are one
[21:13] Speaker 1: with Christ. If it is true that you have a
[21:16] Speaker 1: positional advantage. Why are these things happening to you? And
[21:20] Speaker 1: then the carnal.
[21:21] Speaker 2: Man will say it's true.
[21:23] Speaker 1: You reduce yourself to a realm where it becomes impossible
[21:27] Speaker 1: to walk in victory. Lay your hands on your head
[21:30] Speaker 1: in one minute. And say, Father.
[21:32] Speaker 2: One more time, shout it.
[21:33] Speaker 1: Say, Father. In the name of Jesus, I contend for transformation.
[21:39] Speaker 1: I contend for renewal. Pray that prayer in one minute.
[21:45] Speaker 1: I contend for transformation. I contend for renewal. There needs
[21:51] Speaker 1: to be an alteration in my thinking. I reject thinkings
[21:55] Speaker 1: of defeat. Everything that is inconsistent with the victory of Christ.
[22:01] Speaker 2: I challenge it by the power of the Holy Spirit.
[22:10] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. You have won the victory.
[22:21] Speaker 6: Hallelujah, you have won it all for me. Death could
[22:31] Speaker 6: not hold you down.

[22:37] Speaker 6: You are the reason, King.

[24:04] Speaker 1: The Bible says the capacity to overcome is there. I overcame.
[24:14] Speaker 2: Hallelujah. Where are my people to get healthy? You won
[24:18] Speaker 2: the victory.

[25:44] Speaker 1: Though I fall. Yet I will rise again. There is
[25:50] Speaker 1: a seed. An incorruptible seed. As a result of the
[25:54] Speaker 1: resurrection power. I'm speaking to someone here. Perhaps things have
[25:58] Speaker 1: gone down in your life. Perhaps your children have gone down.
[26:02] Speaker 1: And you are asking. Can anything good come out of Nazareth?
[26:05] Speaker 1: Do not downplay the power. That raised Christ from the dead.
[26:10] Speaker 1: from heaven to the earth from the earth to the
[26:14] Speaker 1: throne that power can take you from anywhere to anywhere
[26:18] Speaker 1: anywhere to anywhere hear me but it depends on the
[26:25] Speaker 1: quality of the consciousness that you have your pastor in
[26:33] Speaker 1: spite of all that has happened he refused to look
[26:37] Speaker 1: not at the things that are But the things that

[53:35] Speaker 1: been told by a doctor that your organs are failing. prostate,
[53:40] Speaker 1: some lump somewhere, fibroids, infertility. You are not able to move.
[53:47] Speaker 1: You are not able to speak. Your mind is losing
[53:50] Speaker 1: its coordination no matter what it is. Ladies and gentlemen,
[53:55] Speaker 1: that dead body of Jesus was lying down there for
[53:58] Speaker 1: three days. You are not dead yet. The Bible says
[54:01] Speaker 1: there is hope for a living. Lazarus was dead for

[1:06:46] Speaker 1: the hand of God into bringing increase. We are motivated,
[1:06:50] Speaker 1: number one, by our love for Jesus. But number two,
[1:06:53] Speaker 1: we give. Because it is an ordinance. It is one
[1:06:57] Speaker 1: of the mysteries of the kingdom. That controls our increase.
[1:07:02] Speaker 1: Giving was the principle that God used to bring many
[1:07:05] Speaker 1: sons into glory.
[1:07:06] Speaker 2: He took his one and only son Jesus.
[1:07:10] Speaker 1: Sowed him as a seed in the earth. And the
[1:07:12] Speaker 1: harvest that does not stop today. Many sons that have
[1:07:16] Speaker 1: been called into glory. Likewise when you sow your seed
[1:07:21] Speaker 1: with understanding. Wrapped up by your love for Jesus. And
[1:07:26] Speaker 1: for his house.
[1:07:28] Speaker 2: The Bible guarantees.
[1:07:30] Speaker 1: That there is a harvest. And as touching the harvest.
[1:07:33] Speaker 1: Some 30 fold. Some 60 fold. And some 100 fold.
[1:07:38] Speaker 1: We are going to pray over our offerings.
[1:07:40] Speaker 2: And any and all kinds of seeds.
[1:07:42] Speaker 1: Perhaps there are people here. Beyond your offering. You came
[1:07:46] Speaker 1: to connect with what God is doing. With the ministry.
[1:07:49] Speaker 1: In light of all that has happened. You have been
[1:07:51] Speaker 1: led by God. to sow generously. I have my own seed,
[1:07:57] Speaker 1: you know, for the church, the vision, for the building project,
[1:08:01] Speaker 1: and to stand with the church. One of the things
[1:08:04] Speaker 1: I believe that we have learned through this situation is
[1:08:07] Speaker 1: that the body of Christ is gradually attaining a state
[1:08:10] Speaker 1: of maturity where what becomes a pain of one is
[1:08:14] Speaker 1: the pain of all. Are you ready with your seats?
[1:08:16] Speaker 2: Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you for
[1:08:18] Speaker 2: the givings.
[1:08:19] Speaker 1: Of God's people. We give because we love you. You
[1:08:22] Speaker 1: gave the greatest gift to us all. Lord, it's a
[1:08:26] Speaker 1: pleasure and a privilege to come with all that we
[1:08:29] Speaker 1: have to give to you this morning. Our tithes, our offerings,
[1:08:34] Speaker 1: our vows, kingdom connections, prophet offerings, in whatever form and
[1:08:39] Speaker 1: whatever manner we have brought them, we pray that just
[1:08:43] Speaker 1: like the Macedonian church, that you accept us. And then
[1:08:47] Speaker 1: you accept our givings. And I pray for every giver
