## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. Lift your hands to heaven. Give him quality things tonight.
[0:06] Speaker 1: We give you praise. We give you praise. Are you
[0:15] Speaker 1: giving God quality things for tonight? For your manifold blessings.
[0:23] Speaker 1: For your good hand upon our lives. You have done
[0:27] Speaker 1: all things well. And to you be all the glory.
[0:31] Speaker 1: Someone is telling God thank you. Thank you for your word.
[0:46] Speaker 1: Thank you for your spirit. They go from strength to strength.
[0:50] Speaker 1: Everyone that appears before the Lord in Zion. Hallelujah. Now,
[0:58] Speaker 1: cry your heart before the Lord and say, give me
[1:00] Speaker 1: an encounter tonight. Give me a destiny-defining visitation. Someone is praying.
[1:08] Speaker 1: A destiny-defining visitation. A destiny-defining visitation. Let me hear something
[1:16] Speaker 1: that will change my life forever. Let me encounter a
[1:20] Speaker 1: dimension of the Spirit tonight. That will cause me to
[1:26] Speaker 1: flourish even in the spirit. For in Jesus mighty name
[1:40] Speaker 1: we pray. In Jesus mighty name we pray. The church
[1:48] Speaker 1: is called the house of God. Primarily because of the
[1:51] Speaker 1: presence of God. not just the presence of men. What
[1:56] Speaker 1: gives value to church is not the preacher necessarily, not
[2:01] Speaker 1: the members necessarily, not the excellence necessarily. What gives value
[2:06] Speaker 1: to church is the presence of God. When you take
[2:10] Speaker 1: away the presence factor, it can no longer be called
[2:13] Speaker 1: the house of God. The singular definition of the house
[2:17] Speaker 1: of God is not just where God dwells, but where
[2:21] Speaker 1: he has chosen to reveal himself. Jacob said, the Lord
[2:26] Speaker 1: was in this place and I knew not. He said,
[2:28] Speaker 1: surely this is the gate of heaven. This is the
[2:32] Speaker 1: house of God. Alleluia. I welcome you to Koinonia. We
[2:36] Speaker 1: are committed to ensuring that every service becomes for you
[2:41] Speaker 1: a destiny defining moment. And that is by the word
[2:45] Speaker 1: of God. That is by the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Alleluia.
[2:50] Speaker 1: Our approach is always the word of God in partnership
[2:54] Speaker 1: with the ministry of the spirit. And so I welcome
[2:57] Speaker 1: you to a destiny defining encounter. And I assure you truly,
[3:00] Speaker 1: tonight will be one of those services you will not
[3:02] Speaker 1: forget in a hurry. It's a believer shouting amen. Make
[3:10] Speaker 1: up your mind already that I will not be a spectator. Hallelujah.
[3:15] Speaker 1: You must be an active participant. How? Number one, by listening.
[3:20] Speaker 1: Not just hearing, listening. To hear means to just allow
[3:26] Speaker 1: sounds to enter through your ears. To listen means to
[3:30] Speaker 1: connect your hearing to purpose. Your attention is there. Your
[3:34] Speaker 1: heart is connected too. Hallelujah. And then, of course, you
[3:38] Speaker 1: listen with the determination to practice what you are hearing.
[3:42] Speaker 1: Are we together? When you listen just for the purpose
[3:45] Speaker 1: of awareness, it will not profit you. They heard the
[3:48] Speaker 1: word just like we did, but the word did not
[3:50] Speaker 1: profit them. Not mixed with faith in them that heard it. Hallelujah.
[3:58] Speaker 1: So I bless you all in the name of Jesus
[4:00] Speaker 1: and may tonight be an extraordinary encounter. and our family
[4:03] Speaker 1: connecting across the globe. May God bless you. This is Koinonia.
[4:07] Speaker 1: Please be seated. And while seated, let's honor again Reverend Akilah,
[4:11] Speaker 1: this time around with his dear wife. Let's give them
[4:16] Speaker 1: a big Koinonia welcome. God bless you, sir. God bless you, ma.
[4:20] Speaker 1: And to everyone who has come, including our guests, warehouse
[4:25] Speaker 1: of honor, you are most welcome in the name of Jesus.
[4:30] Speaker 1: A few very important announcements and then we get straight
[4:33] Speaker 1: to the word. And I want you to please pay attention.
[4:37] Speaker 1: Number one is concerning the Agro Empowerment Project by God's Grace.
[4:47] Speaker 1: Our partners, those who are working with the CSS Farm,
[4:50] Speaker 1: they're done collating all the lists and have sent it.
[4:52] Speaker 1: So we hope that between now and hopefully the weekend
[4:56] Speaker 1: before the Miracle Service by God's Grace, All those who
[4:59] Speaker 1: will be part of it, you will be notified. And
[5:02] Speaker 1: then a schedule will be created for your training. And
[5:06] Speaker 1: then you take it from there. So just to let
[5:08] Speaker 1: you know, to the glory of God. And we appreciate
[5:12] Speaker 1: the CSS group for tirelessly working. And you can imagine
[5:16] Speaker 1: sorting over 4,000 lists. And we thank God for their
[5:20] Speaker 1: passion and their commitment. And remember, as always, this is...
[5:27] Speaker 1: our commitment. We are not doing everything, but we'll do
[5:30] Speaker 1: the best that we can do with the time, energy,
[5:33] Speaker 1: and resources that we have. Hallelujah. Praise the name of
[5:37] Speaker 1: the Lord. The second assignment announcement is a very important one.
[5:44] Speaker 1: By God's grace, this week we have a quick trip
[5:48] Speaker 1: to Boston, and I've had the honor of being invited
[5:53] Speaker 1: by Harvard University to... Amen. Praise God. So I've extended.
[6:02] Speaker 1: We have a series of lectures that we'll be delivering
[6:05] Speaker 1: at Harvard University to the glory of the name of
[6:13] Speaker 1: the Lord. So we have two lectures. One, the School
[6:16] Speaker 1: of Divinity. The second is the School of Graduate Education.
[6:20] Speaker 1: This is something only God can do. Hallelujah. Praise the
[6:30] Speaker 1: name of the Lord. So Harvard is not a church.
[6:35] Speaker 1: It's one of the most prestigious institutions on earth. There
[6:39] Speaker 1: are things, I believe that this is a message to
[6:43] Speaker 1: the body of Christ. There is nothing God cannot do.
[6:48] Speaker 1: Did you hear what I said? There is no man
[6:51] Speaker 1: God cannot lift. It's a different thing when a church
[6:55] Speaker 1: says come and organize a program. You see, But these
[6:59] Speaker 1: are people, most of them are not even born again.
[7:03] Speaker 1: So there are no biases and there are no prejudices.
[7:06] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[7:10] Speaker 1: Many years ago, God told me, if you will let
[7:12] Speaker 1: men see me, there is nothing I will not give you.
[7:17] Speaker 1: You see, when God does some of the things he
[7:20] Speaker 1: does with us, he uses the foolish things. It's a
[7:23] Speaker 1: message to people. You see that now. The message there
[7:28] Speaker 1: is not that the man of God is rising. The
[7:30] Speaker 1: message is that God is still a lifter. Are we together?
[7:35] Speaker 1: And so I want to thank already all the professors
[7:40] Speaker 1: and all who have labored tirelessly to put this together.
[7:44] Speaker 1: We look forward to a great time. Now, just two announcements.
[7:48] Speaker 1: So one is the lecture. We have two lectures. One
[7:50] Speaker 1: is on the 26th School of Divinity Lecture. And then
[7:54] Speaker 1: on the 28th will be the School of Graduate Education.
[7:59] Speaker 1: And then, of course, I'm still a man of God.
[8:03] Speaker 1: Praise the name of the Lord. So we're not just
[8:06] Speaker 1: talking leadership, human capital development, and national transformation. We have
[8:12] Speaker 1: evening meetings also. We've graciously been able to work out
[8:17] Speaker 1: something with them so that at least we bless the territory.
[8:20] Speaker 1: This is outside territory. of the Harvard community, but it's
[8:23] Speaker 1: still within the Cambridge area. And we're trusting God for
[8:27] Speaker 1: an exceptional time. It will be two nights, Tuesday and Wednesday.
[8:32] Speaker 1: There will be intense moments of prayer and extraordinary encounters.
[8:37] Speaker 1: So in the day, we're speaking as leaders, intellectual discussions,
[8:42] Speaker 1: and then in the night, we take on the ministry regalia. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
[8:49] Speaker 1: That is what it means to wear a coat of
[8:51] Speaker 1: many colors. Praise the name of the Lord. In the
[8:55] Speaker 1: name of Jesus. Now, I'm not sure that as many
[9:03] Speaker 1: people will be allowed for the lecture. You understand that,
[9:06] Speaker 1: you know, academic lectures are usually very closed. I know
[9:10] Speaker 1: that there's a QR code there, but I'm sure that
[9:13] Speaker 1: it most likely may have been exhausted. I don't want
[9:16] Speaker 1: to breach their protocol. They have a way their system works.
[9:19] Speaker 1: But you can try since they put a QR code there.
[9:23] Speaker 1: If you're fortunate and it goes through and you're invited
[9:26] Speaker 1: to join the lecture, then that is fine. But if
[9:30] Speaker 1: you try it and it doesn't work, then don't take
[9:32] Speaker 1: it personal. They just have a system that works for them.
[9:37] Speaker 1: But for the evening meeting, please let me have the
[9:39] Speaker 1: bill for the evening. That's my concern now. Yes, thank
[9:44] Speaker 1: you very much. So I know that we're still coming
[9:48] Speaker 1: in July for Sound of Revival. And I didn't even
[9:52] Speaker 1: know at the beginning of the year that I would
[9:54] Speaker 1: still be in the U.S. at this time. My mind
[9:56] Speaker 1: had always been on July, but God does his things.
[9:59] Speaker 1: and we're yielded vessels when he gives a matching order
[10:02] Speaker 1: and I know that this is a prophetic thing that
[10:04] Speaker 1: God is doing so it's beyond just delivering a lecture
[10:08] Speaker 1: we're importing something great something spiritual we want to deposit
[10:12] Speaker 1: a dimension of God's presence and plant a revival there
[10:16] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus So all who can, I
[10:19] Speaker 1: know that particularly our U.S. family, I'm not sure that
[10:24] Speaker 1: the organizers may have the provision to host as many
[10:29] Speaker 1: people who will want to come. So let me say
[10:31] Speaker 1: it up front, not everybody may be able to make it.
[10:34] Speaker 1: This is an extra arrangement aside from the lecture so
[10:38] Speaker 1: that we're able to reveal Christ to that territory in
[10:42] Speaker 1: a more personal way. But you can go ahead and
[10:45] Speaker 1: scan the QR code, let's see as many people as
[10:48] Speaker 1: whatever auditorium they'll be using would take. And it doesn't
[10:52] Speaker 1: matter whether it's two people or 1,000 or 2,000 or 500.
[10:55] Speaker 1: That's not the idea. The idea is to have a
[10:59] Speaker 1: seed within that region. Are we together? And so if
[11:02] Speaker 1: you're part of our global family or you're following from
[11:05] Speaker 1: the U.S., if you're not able to travel down there,
[11:08] Speaker 1: that is fine. It may even be better for them
[11:10] Speaker 1: so that they're not overwhelmed. You can imagine if you have, say, 5,000, 6,000
[11:13] Speaker 1: people Um, I don't know what level of arrangement they
[11:17] Speaker 1: have made, but you can already imagine it may be overwhelming.
[11:21] Speaker 1: So for those who are within the Boston area, please
[11:24] Speaker 1: take advantage of it. And, um, let's see how God
[11:28] Speaker 1: will help us. And those who are far and not
[11:31] Speaker 1: around that area, you can connect to walk at seeing
[11:34] Speaker 1: that this, the lectures show will not be aired, but
[11:38] Speaker 1: we'll do our best to see that, um, we make this,
[11:41] Speaker 1: we air it on coin on your global platform so that, um,
[11:45] Speaker 1: At least everyone can follow, and then we can be
[11:47] Speaker 1: witnesses what God is doing. Hallelujah. So, U.S., this is
[11:52] Speaker 1: for you, but of course, this is also for the
[11:54] Speaker 1: body of Christ so that we connect. It's going to
[11:57] Speaker 1: be a powerful time, two days. I'll be teaching. We'll
[11:59] Speaker 1: be praying. I'll be praying for the sick, ministering to people,
[12:03] Speaker 1: prophesying by the Spirit, and we trust that God will
[12:06] Speaker 1: grant us grace. I believe that God is doing something
[12:09] Speaker 1: in America in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
[12:12] Speaker 1: Are we in agreement? Yes. And so as we always do,
[12:15] Speaker 1: just give us one of the bill for Harvard. Just
[12:17] Speaker 1: stretch your hands. You are praying for that. You are
[12:19] Speaker 1: praying for me. We're people of prayer. Our philosophy in
[12:22] Speaker 1: this ministry is that as I travel, we go with
[12:26] Speaker 1: the spirit and the grace and the backing of God's people.
[12:29] Speaker 1: Pray that it will not just be the marketing of self,
[12:34] Speaker 1: even though we're speaking to an intellectual community, but that
[12:37] Speaker 1: God will import wisdom, wisdom through our communication. He says,
[12:42] Speaker 1: I will give you a wisdom and a mouthpiece that
[12:46] Speaker 1: your adversary will not be able to gainsay nor resist,
[12:50] Speaker 1: that our tongues will be pens of ready writers who
[12:52] Speaker 1: communicate truths and share thoughts that are articulate, precise, intelligent,
[12:59] Speaker 1: and that even though they are academic discussions, they will
[13:02] Speaker 1: draw many to Jesus and plant within them a greater
[13:06] Speaker 1: consciousness of faith. Hallelujah. And then let's pray for the
[13:10] Speaker 1: evening meetings. In the name of Jesus, let's decree and declare.
[13:14] Speaker 1: that on account of this meeting, someone will be saved.
[13:18] Speaker 1: On account of this meeting, someone will be transformed. On
[13:22] Speaker 1: account of this meeting, someone will be healed. That a
[13:25] Speaker 1: family living within the Boston, Massachusetts area that have been
[13:29] Speaker 1: crying for an encounter, for a visitation, that this will
[13:32] Speaker 1: be their moment. That a prophet, an apostle, an evangelist
[13:36] Speaker 1: in the making, that God will find a worthy vessel
[13:40] Speaker 1: in the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. And so, Father,
[13:44] Speaker 1: we thank you for this opportunity that you are giving
[13:47] Speaker 1: us to extend your influence to the nations, both religious
[13:50] Speaker 1: and secular institutions. We pray that you will be glorified.
[13:56] Speaker 1: We pray that beyond this, men will be inspired to
[13:59] Speaker 1: see that there is nothing you cannot do. Hallelujah. Praise
[14:05] Speaker 1: the name of the Lord. So the third and final
[14:10] Speaker 1: announcement before I get to the word is by the
[14:13] Speaker 1: grace of God Almighty, our Koinonia Global Conference for this
[14:17] Speaker 1: year will be from November, Thursday the 14th to Sunday
[14:24] Speaker 1: the 17th. Hallelujah. Now by, this is not the name
[14:29] Speaker 1: it will be called. This is just a teaser by
[14:31] Speaker 1: Miracle Service who bring the proper bill for it. This
[14:34] Speaker 1: is just something they just made just to organize the announcement.
[14:37] Speaker 1: But you write it down This one is for Koinonia Global.
[14:41] Speaker 1: This is for the body of Christ, but this is
[14:44] Speaker 1: our conference. Hallelujah. Are you excited? Mark your calendars, and
[14:50] Speaker 1: everyone from across the globe, once you are on earth,
[14:53] Speaker 1: find your way to Abuja. Come from everywhere. All the continents,
[15:03] Speaker 1: all the nations, as many as can be represented. This
[15:09] Speaker 1: is our global, this is our apostolic convention as a ministry.
[15:14] Speaker 1: And it's going to be an awesome time. It starts
[15:16] Speaker 1: from Thursday the 14th of November to Sunday to end
[15:20] Speaker 1: with a miracle service. Hallelujah. And so it's going to
[15:26] Speaker 1: be two sessions. Morning, evening, morning, evening. It's going to
[15:31] Speaker 1: be a feast of the spirit like you have never encountered.
[15:34] Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
[15:36] Speaker 1: We trust God for an extraordinary moment. You will be
[15:39] Speaker 1: proud of being part of this vision. In the name
[15:42] Speaker 1: of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. So we'll pray on that next week.
[15:47] Speaker 1: We'll bring a proper bill for it. And then we'll
[15:50] Speaker 1: announce it. But please let our global family know that
[15:53] Speaker 1: this is our own conference. Other details will come next week.
[15:57] Speaker 1: But we thank God. Are you happy about the many
[15:59] Speaker 1: things God is doing? The meaning of that is that
[16:02] Speaker 1: you cannot remain where you are. You must keep rising.
[16:06] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. there are vehicles that
[16:12] Speaker 1: are connected using a lever system to other, maybe other carriages.
[16:17] Speaker 1: And the engine does not have to be connected there.
[16:21] Speaker 1: You just put tires. And when the main vehicle is moving,
[16:24] Speaker 1: it drags the others by force. Hallelujah. And this is
[16:28] Speaker 1: what God is doing. This year you must go forward.
[16:33] Speaker 1: It will be clear in your life that God is
[16:35] Speaker 1: not only visiting you, he's rewarding you. I like, I
[16:40] Speaker 1: think that should be Isaiah chapter 60 and verse 15.
[16:43] Speaker 1: Maybe this is a prophetic word for someone. Isaiah 60
[16:47] Speaker 1: and verse 15. It just came to my spirit. Whereas
[16:50] Speaker 1: thou has been forsaken and hated so that no man
[16:54] Speaker 1: went through thee. He says, I will make thee an
[16:56] Speaker 1: eternal excellency and a joy of many generations. Where people
[17:04] Speaker 1: have said people like you don't rise. Where people have
[17:07] Speaker 1: said those from this family doesn't rise. God will shock
[17:10] Speaker 1: men this year. In the name of Jesus Christ. Your
[17:15] Speaker 1: rising will be unstoppable. Because it is by the spirit. Listen.
[17:22] Speaker 1: I want you to respect the ministry of the word.
[17:25] Speaker 1: And respect the ministry of the spirit. God is able
[17:29] Speaker 1: to take men from anywhere to anywhere. Deuteronomy 28, it says,
[17:35] Speaker 1: if he shall come to pass, if thou shalt diligently
[17:39] Speaker 1: hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God to
[17:42] Speaker 1: do and observe all his commandments which I commanded this day. Result,
[17:49] Speaker 1: the Lord your God will set thee on high. I
[17:52] Speaker 1: like this. Above all the nations of the earth. Not
[17:57] Speaker 1: above your village. Not above your community. He says you
[18:01] Speaker 1: will be blessed in the city and you will be
[18:04] Speaker 1: blessed in the country. Hallelujah. Genesis chapter 12, 2 and 3.
[18:10] Speaker 1: Blessing Abraham. He made some very profound statements. I will
[18:15] Speaker 1: make of thee. A great nation. I will bless thee
[18:19] Speaker 1: and make thy name great. And thou shall be a blessing.
[18:24] Speaker 1: Verse 3. I will bless them that bless thee. And
[18:28] Speaker 1: curse him that cursed thee. Then it says in thee.
[18:33] Speaker 3: In thee.
[18:34] Speaker 1: In thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
[18:38] Speaker 1: I'm saying it again. You will not be small this year.
[18:43] Speaker 1: Receive it as a prophetic word. You will not be
[18:45] Speaker 1: small this year. My God will expand you and enlarge you.
[18:52] Speaker 1: Your enemies will watch with shock and wonder as God
[18:56] Speaker 1: lifts you. Did you hear what I said? Those that
[18:58] Speaker 1: have despised you, despised your ministry, despised your family, right
[19:03] Speaker 1: before your eyes, my God will prepare a table for you.
[19:07] Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ. This is what it
[19:15] Speaker 1: means to enjoy the ministry of the Spirit. Adonai, Lamb
[19:24] Speaker 1: of God, you are worthy, worthy of my praise. King
[19:33] Speaker 1: of kings, Lord of lords, let your kingdom reign in
[19:42] Speaker 1: my life. I do not know. I don't know let
[19:58] Speaker 1: your kingdom come so I pray as a ministry let
[20:03] Speaker 1: your kingdom come let your kingdom rule let your kingdom
[20:17] Speaker 1: rule let your kingdom reign in my life it's my
[20:28] Speaker 1: prayer tonight let your kingdom reign in my.
[20:32] Speaker 4: Life let your kingdom.
[20:48] Speaker 1: I feel like speaking over your life one more time.
[20:51] Speaker 1: You will be a sign and a wonder. Honestly, you
[20:55] Speaker 1: will be a living sign and a wonder.
[20:58] Speaker 5: Listen.
[21:01] Speaker 1: That men will sit down and your life will be
[21:04] Speaker 1: a scripture. That people will read out. They will marvel
[21:08] Speaker 1: and wonder. How could God lift like this? How could
[21:11] Speaker 1: God give wisdom like this? I pray it upon your life.
[21:15] Speaker 1: May you be a sign and a wonder. You are
[21:20] Speaker 1: part of a ministry that is a sign and a wonder.
[21:23] Speaker 1: May that gene flow through your spirit. In the name
[21:27] Speaker 1: of Jesus Christ. Please be seated. Please be seated.
[21:35] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[21:41] Speaker 1: Now, listen, ladies and gentlemen. I want you to trust
[21:45] Speaker 1: the truths that you are receiving. Not because of the
[21:50] Speaker 1: person teaching it, but because of the integrity of the
[21:55] Speaker 1: one who backs what is being taught. Are we together? Yes.
[22:00] Speaker 1: Koinonia is not just a ministry, it's a school of
[22:04] Speaker 1: the Spirit. And like I have taught you, there is
[22:07] Speaker 1: a making that is happening to you. You don't become
[22:10] Speaker 1: in one day, so be patient with God. You don't
[22:14] Speaker 1: become in one day, so be patient with your destiny.
[22:17] Speaker 1: The Bible says, now are we the sons of God.
[22:21] Speaker 1: It says, and it does not yet appear. You may
[22:24] Speaker 1: not look like it, but I assure you by the
[22:27] Speaker 1: integrity of Scripture, That if you pay attention. Don't choose
[22:31] Speaker 1: what you want to listen to. If you trust the
[22:34] Speaker 1: person teaching you. Submit yourself. It says meditate on these things.
[22:39] Speaker 1: Give yourself. Not just listen. Give yourself wholly to them.
[22:44] Speaker 1: And it says your profiting will appear unto all. Your
[22:49] Speaker 1: profiting will appear unto all. God is not a politician. Unfortunately.
[22:55] Speaker 1: God is not some businessman whose hand you can manipulate.
[22:59] Speaker 1: Are we together? If you walk in keeping with his truth,
[23:03] Speaker 1: the Bible says he's no respecter of persons. Mysteriously but predictably,
[23:09] Speaker 1: he will lift you and he will turn your life
[23:12] Speaker 1: to be a sign and a wonder. This is what
[23:15] Speaker 1: God is making out of you. It's important that I
[23:18] Speaker 1: keep reminding you of this picture. Remember I taught, was
[23:21] Speaker 1: it last week or week before, about the various kinds
[23:24] Speaker 1: of mirrors that you look at. Some of you have
[23:27] Speaker 1: looked at the mirror of culture, the mirror of whatever
[23:30] Speaker 1: it is, and you are not seeing what God is doing. Tonight,
[23:34] Speaker 1: journey with me as we look at the mirror of
[23:36] Speaker 1: the world so that you see what God is making
[23:39] Speaker 1: out of your life as a prophet, making out of
[23:42] Speaker 1: your life as an apostle, making out of your life
[23:44] Speaker 1: as a pastor, making out of your life as a businessman.
[23:48] Speaker 1: Are we together? Making out of your life as a parent,
[23:51] Speaker 1: making out of your life as a supposed nobody. Nobodies
[23:55] Speaker 1: are empty enough to be filled by God. See it.
[24:00] Speaker 1: When he comes and finds you full of yourself, he
[24:02] Speaker 1: will leave you in your pride. But when he comes
[24:04] Speaker 1: and finds you in a state where you know you
[24:07] Speaker 1: are not much on your own, then you give him
[24:09] Speaker 1: room to fill you. Hallelujah. Fasten your seatbelts tonight as
[24:15] Speaker 1: we explore God's word. I'm teaching tonight on the spirit
[24:20] Speaker 1: of revelation. I want to teach you how to derive
[24:24] Speaker 1: profit from scripture. It's going to be a very interesting discussion.
[24:28] Speaker 1: And whilst you are listening, something will fall upon you
[24:30] Speaker 1: from heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ, the eyes
[24:34] Speaker 1: of your understanding will be enlightened. You will step into
[24:37] Speaker 1: a greater comprehension of scripture with proof to show that
[24:42] Speaker 1: your understanding is not fruitless. The spirit of revelation. The
[24:50] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. My focus tonight is to help us
[24:57] Speaker 1: understand how to derive profit from Scripture. Our world and
[25:03] Speaker 1: the Christian community, the average Christian has a Bible in
[25:06] Speaker 1: their house. Here's mine, upstage here. Most of us have
[25:10] Speaker 1: ours either in hard copy or electronic versions. And most
[25:15] Speaker 1: believers are students of Scripture. Most students believe us study Scripture.
[25:21] Speaker 1: But it is very clear from our results and from
[25:24] Speaker 1: our understanding that for the most part, the average believer
[25:29] Speaker 1: has not been guided into the dynamics of deriving profit
[25:34] Speaker 1: from scripture. Hallelujah. And if you are not taught about
[25:42] Speaker 1: this mysterious book you see called the Bible and how
[25:46] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation helps men, to profit from scripture,
[25:50] Speaker 1: the Bible will remain a burden to you that does
[25:53] Speaker 1: not carry any profit. It will remain a religious book
[25:57] Speaker 1: or one of those historic monuments that you have around
[26:00] Speaker 1: your life. Please, I want you to pay attention. I
[26:03] Speaker 1: assure you that your destiny and your spiritual understanding depends
[26:08] Speaker 1: on the light you are about to hear. Let's talk
[26:11] Speaker 1: a bit about the Bible. While I was preparing my notes,
[26:14] Speaker 1: I just thought to spend a few minutes discussing this
[26:17] Speaker 1: bible so that you understand a few things so let's
[26:20] Speaker 1: do a bit of theology are you ready the bible
[26:23] Speaker 1: as we know is a collection of 66 books this
[26:28] Speaker 1: version of the bible that we know i wrote a
[26:31] Speaker 1: few things here and just let me read while you
[26:33] Speaker 1: listen the bible is a collection of 66 books there
[26:38] Speaker 1: are 66 books recorded here and 39 of them make
[26:43] Speaker 1: up what we call the old testament say old testament
[26:47] Speaker 1: Don't worry, keep being childlike. Just say Old Testament. And
[26:51] Speaker 1: the remaining 27 are the New Testament. Of course, we
[26:56] Speaker 1: know that there are other references. For instance, like the
[27:01] Speaker 1: Roman Catholic Bible, there are a lot of other provisions
[27:04] Speaker 1: beyond the 66 books. Just to mention them, I think
[27:08] Speaker 1: in the Roman Catholic Bible is about 73 or so.
[27:11] Speaker 1: There are a number of additions there. Books, particularly in
[27:16] Speaker 1: the Old Testament, the Tobit, the Judith, 1st and 2nd Maccabees, Siraj,
[27:22] Speaker 1: and Wisdom of Solomon, and so on and so forth.
[27:25] Speaker 1: And then, of course, in addition to the Bible, there
[27:28] Speaker 1: are many other extra biblical materials. The books of Joshua,
[27:32] Speaker 1: the Annals of the Kings. Are we together? The books
[27:35] Speaker 1: of Enoch and a lot of other materials. But then
[27:38] Speaker 1: we're dealing with the 66 books as we know. Are
[27:42] Speaker 1: we together? Now, the Bible, as we know from a
[27:47] Speaker 1: historic standpoint, the Bible was written by over 40 authors.
[27:55] Speaker 1: At least 36 of them are mentioned as the authors
[28:00] Speaker 1: of those Bibles. Now, we know from... Theology and we
[28:04] Speaker 1: know from Bible history that there were many other people
[28:07] Speaker 1: that wrote the Bible. And some books of the Bible
[28:10] Speaker 1: till date there's not been an agreement. Even among the
[28:15] Speaker 1: rabbinical institutes there's not been an agreement as to who
[28:18] Speaker 1: was the author of some of these books. But just
[28:21] Speaker 1: for you to know the Bible contains 66 books. 39
[28:26] Speaker 1: Old Testament. 27 the New Testament Bible. And then, of course,
[28:34] Speaker 1: written by over 40 authors over a period of 1,500 years. Amazing,
[28:41] Speaker 1: isn't it? That from Genesis, at least as we know,
[28:45] Speaker 1: from the time the documentation started till the last, the distance,
[28:49] Speaker 1: the gap is about 1,500 years. Hallelujah. Now, the Bible
[28:57] Speaker 1: tells us, I want us to look at a very
[29:01] Speaker 1: interesting scripture. I think it's a scripture that has been
[29:07] Speaker 1: a great blessing to many, but it's brought a lot
[29:10] Speaker 1: of confusion. 2 Timothy chapter 3, please. From verse 16.
[29:18] Speaker 1: 2 Timothy 3. I'm teaching on the spirit of revelation.
[29:22] Speaker 1: Let's read together.
[29:23] Speaker 5: Ready?
[29:24] Speaker 1: One, two, read. Come on, read like people who have life, power,
[29:30] Speaker 1: and hope.
[29:30] Speaker 5: Ready?
[29:31] Speaker 1: One, two, go. All scripture is given by inspiration of God.
[29:40] Speaker 1: For correction, for instruction in righteousness. Just stop at verse 16.
[29:45] Speaker 1: So the Bible tells us, and as written in Scripture,
[29:49] Speaker 1: that all Scripture is profitable. That's the word that I
[29:53] Speaker 1: want us to see. That the Bible Scripture is profitable. Profitable.
[29:59] Speaker 1: Now let me explain to you what this means. And
[30:02] Speaker 1: my discourse as far as the Bible is concerned will
[30:05] Speaker 1: be trying to give you light. If you do not
[30:08] Speaker 1: understand what this means, you will never grow spiritually. Are
[30:12] Speaker 1: we together? God prevailed upon the human authors of the Bible.
[30:20] Speaker 1: Watch this now. God prevailed upon the authors of the
[30:25] Speaker 1: Bible so that while using their own styles of writing,
[30:32] Speaker 1: and in spite of the differences in their understandings and
[30:36] Speaker 1: their personalities, they still recorded exactly what God intended. Are
[30:42] Speaker 1: you understanding me now? That in as much as the
[30:45] Speaker 1: authors had different personalities, they had different styles of writing.
[30:50] Speaker 1: Some from a historic standpoint, some from a poetic standpoint.
[30:55] Speaker 1: Are we together? Some from an archaeological standpoint, some a
[30:58] Speaker 1: presentation of literature. And it didn't matter what point. The
[31:02] Speaker 1: point here is that God prevailed over the human authors
[31:07] Speaker 1: of the Bible. so that in spite of their styles
[31:11] Speaker 1: of writing, in spite of their level of understanding, many
[31:15] Speaker 1: times in scripture we see progressions in the understanding and
[31:18] Speaker 1: the revelations of some of these authors. The Bible tells
[31:22] Speaker 1: us that they were able to record as God intended.
[31:26] Speaker 1: Now watch this. When the Bible says all scripture was
[31:30] Speaker 1: inspired by God, I want to explain to you what
[31:33] Speaker 1: that means and what that does not mean. The Bible
[31:36] Speaker 1: was not dictated by God. No. When he says all
[31:41] Speaker 1: scripture was inspired by God, it does not mean the
[31:45] Speaker 1: Bible was dictated by God. It means it was guided
[31:50] Speaker 1: and inspired by him. There were all kinds of authors
[31:53] Speaker 1: in the Bible. Authors ranging from doctors, some of them,
[31:57] Speaker 1: tax collectors, some of them, fishermen, some of them, shepherds,
[32:01] Speaker 1: some of them. Nomads, some of them military people, some
[32:05] Speaker 1: of them kings, some of them hedonistic people. In the Bible,
[32:09] Speaker 1: donkeys spoke. In the Bible, Satan spoke. In the Bible,
[32:14] Speaker 1: angels spoke. In the Bible, animals spoke. In the Bible,
[32:18] Speaker 1: men spoke. Sometimes before and after their encounter with God,
[32:23] Speaker 1: like Paul, like who else? Abraham, an idol worshiper in
[32:28] Speaker 1: all of the Chaldeans, now becoming the father of many nations. Now,
[32:32] Speaker 1: watch this. The central point of the Bible. Listen, please
[32:37] Speaker 1: you have to listen. The central point of the Bible
[32:43] Speaker 1: is God. His love for creation. Man's fall. And his inadequacies.
[32:53] Speaker 1: Jesus as the savior and only remedy. And then the
[32:57] Speaker 1: gospel of salvation in its entire scope. It's a long
[33:01] Speaker 1: read but I'll take it again. That the central point
[33:06] Speaker 1: of the Bible. Is God. His love for his creation.
[33:15] Speaker 1: Man's fall and inadequacies. Jesus as the savior and only remedy.
[33:26] Speaker 1: And then the gospel and salvation. In all its ramifications.
[33:31] Speaker 1: Or the entire scope of it. One last time. To
[33:34] Speaker 1: give you the patience to write. That the central point
[33:37] Speaker 1: of the Bible. Is God. His love for his creation.
[33:44] Speaker 1: Man's fall. And inadequacies. Jesus. Who came as savior. And
[33:51] Speaker 1: only remedy. And then the gospel. And salvation in its
[33:58] Speaker 1: entire scope. This is the central point of the Bible.
[34:05] Speaker 1: Are we together? If you're following, say amen. Now watch this.
[34:11] Speaker 1: The accuracy of the Bible. I wrote it here and
[34:14] Speaker 1: I want you to listen. The accuracy of the Bible.
[34:18] Speaker 1: Is not in the flawlessness of its writings. Listen please.
[34:23] Speaker 1: The accuracy of the Bible... Is not in the flawlessness
[34:28] Speaker 1: of its writings. Nor the personality of the authors. But
[34:33] Speaker 1: in its ability to deliver God's intent... As far as
[34:38] Speaker 1: the revelation of God... Jesus, man and salvation is concerned.
[34:44] Speaker 1: The accuracy of the Bible... is not in the flawlessness
[34:50] Speaker 1: of its writings. That means when we say the Bible
[34:53] Speaker 1: is accurate, what makes the Bible accurate is not the
[34:57] Speaker 1: flawlessness of the writings. Are we together? What makes the
[35:01] Speaker 1: Bible accurate is not the dexterity of the personality of
[35:06] Speaker 1: the writers. What makes the Bible accurate is its ability
[35:11] Speaker 1: to deliver God's intent... As far as the revelation of God,
[35:19] Speaker 1: the revelation of Jesus, the revelation of man, and the
[35:25] Speaker 1: revelation of salvation is concerned. So the Bible is only
[35:30] Speaker 1: accurate if you look at it in its ability to
[35:35] Speaker 1: reveal God, to reveal Jesus, to reveal man, and to
[35:40] Speaker 1: reveal salvation. Now, you have that down? Is God working
[35:47] Speaker 1: on your understanding? So when we say scripture is accurate,
[35:51] Speaker 1: we are not saying scripture is accurate. In fact, let
[35:54] Speaker 1: me just read this. I'm doing a bit of dictation.
[35:57] Speaker 1: Be patient with me. The Bible I wrote here is
[36:01] Speaker 1: not flawless as an archaeological material. No, it is not.
[36:07] Speaker 1: As an archaeological material, it is not flawless. The Bible
[36:13] Speaker 1: as a historic material is not flawless. The Bible as
[36:19] Speaker 1: a capture of literature is not flawless. There are many books,
[36:26] Speaker 1: for instance, that were written even by the authors that
[36:30] Speaker 1: wrote some of this book in the Bible that were
[36:32] Speaker 1: not captured there. That alone already dents the wholesomeness of
[36:37] Speaker 1: the Bible from an archaeological or historic perspective. Are we together?
[36:43] Speaker 1: Stand point. There are 66 books that were canonized when
[36:48] Speaker 1: you study Bible history. But Moses did not just write
[36:51] Speaker 1: the first five books for instance. Genesis down to Deuteronomy.
[36:56] Speaker 1: They are not the only books Moses wrote. There were
[36:58] Speaker 1: other books he wrote that did not make it in
[37:01] Speaker 1: the Bible. So we are saying the accuracy of the
[37:05] Speaker 1: Bible is not in its archaeological flawlessness. When you get
[37:11] Speaker 1: an archaeologist to vet the Bible, he will find many
[37:15] Speaker 1: things wanting as far as the presentations are there. When
[37:19] Speaker 1: you get a historian to vet the Bible as a
[37:23] Speaker 1: history book, are we together? He is going to find
[37:25] Speaker 1: many things wanting there. When you vet the Bible as
[37:29] Speaker 1: a capture of literature, many people will even edit it.
[37:33] Speaker 1: Look at me. Have you found yourself reading scripture and
[37:36] Speaker 1: you see certain words written in italics? Have you seen that?
[37:42] Speaker 1: Do you know why it is written in Italics? In
[37:45] Speaker 1: Bible history, those writings were not part of the original manuscript.
[37:50] Speaker 1: They were imported so that they will help give perspective
[37:54] Speaker 1: to your understanding. Are we together? And most of those
[37:57] Speaker 1: who did those additions were not necessarily believers. Are we
[38:03] Speaker 1: together now? Yes. Now, when Jesus... And the plan of
[38:09] Speaker 1: salvation becomes your compass. Watch this. When Jesus and the
[38:15] Speaker 1: plan of salvation becomes your compass for navigating the scripture,
[38:20] Speaker 1: then it is accurate. The accuracy of scripture is in
[38:26] Speaker 1: its ability to reveal God, Jesus Christ. Man and salvation.
[38:32] Speaker 1: Regardless the various authors. So when you say the Bible
[38:36] Speaker 1: is accurate. It is accurate because regardless the imperfections. Regardless
[38:42] Speaker 1: the archaeological flaws. Historical flaws. Literature flaws. Are we together? Yes,
[38:49] Speaker 1: flaws in writings and interpretations when they were translated from Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic,
[38:55] Speaker 1: Latin down to English or whatever expression. Regardless it, all
[39:00] Speaker 1: those thens did not affect the purity of communicating the
[39:05] Speaker 1: person of God, the purity of communicating the person of Jesus,
[39:10] Speaker 1: the purity of helping you understand man and the purity
[39:14] Speaker 1: of the gospel and the plan of salvation. This is
[39:18] Speaker 1: very powerful. Now, when the Bible says all scripture was
[39:26] Speaker 1: inspired by God, you understand what it means now. Because
[39:30] Speaker 1: the attention of God in moving those men to write
[39:35] Speaker 1: was not necessarily the accuracy of the statements written. It
[39:39] Speaker 1: is that in the statements that they wrote, sufficient information
[39:45] Speaker 1: was given there to help men know God. to help
[39:49] Speaker 1: men understand the state of man, to help men know
[39:52] Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, and to help men understand the gospel and
[39:56] Speaker 1: the plan of salvation. If you navigate scripture using the
[40:00] Speaker 1: lens of any other thing, you will find a lot
[40:03] Speaker 1: of inaccuracies. Hallelujah. So settle it for a fact that
[40:10] Speaker 1: the Bible as an archaeological material is not flawless. The
[40:16] Speaker 1: Bible as a historical material is not flawless. The Bible
[40:21] Speaker 1: as a literary material, a piece of literature is not flawless.
[40:25] Speaker 1: It is only when you bring the Bible with respect
[40:29] Speaker 1: to its ability to reveal God. With respect to its
[40:33] Speaker 1: ability to reveal Jesus. With respect to its ability to
[40:36] Speaker 1: reveal the state of man. And with respect to its
[40:39] Speaker 1: ability to communicate the gospel and the plan of salvation.
[40:43] Speaker 1: That is where the accuracy of scripture lies. Believers, are
[40:47] Speaker 1: we learning now? That means anybody who tries to study
[40:52] Speaker 1: the Bible and your lens... Is from any other thing.
[40:57] Speaker 1: And not the string of God, Jesus, man, salvation. You
[41:02] Speaker 1: will really not understand the Bible. In fact many things
[41:05] Speaker 1: written there will annoy you. Are we together now? You
[41:10] Speaker 1: will see a plethora of disjointed statements and supposed controversial statements.
[41:16] Speaker 1: And at the end of it, it will only plant
[41:19] Speaker 1: debates and arguments in your spirit. Because you see, the
[41:23] Speaker 1: central reason for the arrival of the Bible was still achieved.
[41:27] Speaker 1: And so every other imperfection in the mind of God
[41:31] Speaker 1: does not matter. Provided the believer studies scripture from the
[41:35] Speaker 1: lens of the revelation of God, the revelation of the
[41:39] Speaker 1: state of man, the revelation of Jesus, the revelation of
[41:43] Speaker 1: the gospel and the plan of salvation. This is what
[41:46] Speaker 1: makes the Bible a sacred material. Are we together now?
[41:55] Speaker 1: We're discussing the spirit of revelation. That means if you
[42:00] Speaker 1: use the Bible as a prosperity book alone, there are
[42:05] Speaker 1: many things you will find wanting. When you read the book,
[42:08] Speaker 1: when you open the Bible, watch this, and you read
[42:11] Speaker 1: it as a marriage counseling book alone, you may find
[42:15] Speaker 1: many things you may not agree with. If you open
[42:17] Speaker 1: the Bible and read it as a career book alone,
[42:21] Speaker 1: you will find many things wanting. Because the idea, when
[42:25] Speaker 1: the Spirit of God brought the authors, the goal... It's
[42:29] Speaker 1: not that it just solves every problem arbitrarily. The central
[42:34] Speaker 1: focus is to help you know God, help you know Jesus,
[42:39] Speaker 1: help you understand the state of man, and help you
[42:42] Speaker 1: understand salvation. Are we together? Now, there are times that
[42:46] Speaker 1: you watch movies. And in those movies, there are other
[42:50] Speaker 1: parts that you wonder why they were added in the movie.
[42:53] Speaker 1: Are we together? They are there. You can't take them away.
[42:56] Speaker 1: They add spice to the movie, but there is usually
[42:59] Speaker 1: a central theme around it. Is that true? And so
[43:02] Speaker 1: if you want to understand the movie, you keep your
[43:04] Speaker 1: gaze on the starring actors and what is happening. All
[43:09] Speaker 1: the things that happen on the side, you don't lose
[43:12] Speaker 1: focus of it. Are we together? Yes. The reason why
[43:16] Speaker 1: many believers do not understand scripture is because they do
[43:20] Speaker 1: not understand how scripture should be studied. There is a
[43:23] Speaker 1: true north, just for want of word. There is a
[43:27] Speaker 1: central navigation system by which you understand scripture. If you
[43:32] Speaker 1: approach scripture isolating the revelation of God, isolating the revelation
[43:37] Speaker 1: of the state of man, isolating the revelation of Jesus,
[43:42] Speaker 1: isolating the revelation of the gospel and salvation, the Bible
[43:46] Speaker 1: will be a compendium of confusion. You will never be
[43:49] Speaker 1: able to find the accuracy there. I repeat therefore that
[43:53] Speaker 1: the accuracy of scripture is not in its archaeological flawlessness.
[43:59] Speaker 1: The accuracy of scripture is not in its, in fact,
[44:04] Speaker 1: is not even in its intellectual flawlessness. There are many
[44:08] Speaker 1: things that if you study in scripture intellectually, it will
[44:13] Speaker 1: not add up. And yet this is the Bible recommended
[44:16] Speaker 1: to reveal God. Are we together? Now, let me answer
[44:22] Speaker 1: one question before we go to the spirit of revelation.
[44:26] Speaker 1: If the Bible is centrally focused on God, man's condition,
[44:33] Speaker 1: Jesus as the remedy, the gospel and salvation in its entirety,
[44:38] Speaker 1: the question now becomes, can a believer use the Bible
[44:43] Speaker 1: to study other aspects of human issues? Are we together?
[44:49] Speaker 1: If the Bible is centered on God, man state, Jesus,
[44:55] Speaker 1: the gospel and salvation. Can I use the Bible to
[44:59] Speaker 1: solve other issues in life? The answer is in that
[45:03] Speaker 1: same scripture. 2 Timothy chapter 3 and verse 16. All
[45:07] Speaker 1: scripture says. Is profitable. How many? All scripture. Including the
[45:13] Speaker 1: things that look like nonsense in the Bible. The Bible
[45:16] Speaker 1: says under a certain condition. They can become profitable. All scripture.
[45:22] Speaker 1: The reason why. In spite of the limitations and the
[45:26] Speaker 1: imperfections of the Bible. You don't need to throw them out.
[45:29] Speaker 1: Is because there is a provision by God. To make
[45:33] Speaker 1: all scripture profitable for you. Hmm. Are we together? Watch this.
[45:42] Speaker 1: While Jesus walked upon the earth, I hope you know
[45:45] Speaker 1: that Jesus came as the word. While Jesus walked upon
[45:49] Speaker 1: the earth, his focus was salvation. Am I right? Yet,
[45:54] Speaker 1: he taught on other aspects of human life. Jesus did
[45:58] Speaker 1: not just come and focus on salvation alone. His ultimate
[46:02] Speaker 1: focus was salvation. Revealing God to men. And becoming that mediator.
[46:08] Speaker 1: Becoming that substitute in death. However, in the course of
[46:12] Speaker 1: his sojourn on earth. The Bible is clear as to
[46:14] Speaker 1: the fact that Jesus addressed various issues around human life.
[46:19] Speaker 1: That means it is wise to conclude that even though
[46:22] Speaker 1: the Bible is centrally focused on the revelation of God, man, Jesus,
[46:28] Speaker 1: and salvation, the Bible is also profitable as a spiritual
[46:33] Speaker 1: resource that can help man navigate through all the issues
[46:37] Speaker 1: in life and destiny. But the issue is that it
[46:40] Speaker 1: does not happen under all conditions. We are discussing the
[46:44] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. Hallelujah. Jesus taught on marriage. Jesus taught
[46:54] Speaker 1: on relationships. Jesus taught on finance. Extensively so. Jesus taught
[47:00] Speaker 1: on diligence. Jesus taught on greatness. And the price of greatness.
[47:07] Speaker 1: Jesus taught on forgiveness and empathy. Hallelujah. Jesus taught on leadership.
[47:12] Speaker 1: Jesus taught on politics. Are you seeing the other areas? Now,
[47:16] Speaker 1: these areas were not directly connected to the core assignment. Yet,
[47:20] Speaker 1: they were captured in his discourse. The Bible does not
[47:23] Speaker 1: hide the fact that he met a tax collector. They
[47:26] Speaker 1: discussed economic issues. He discussed the issues of giving. Jesus
[47:30] Speaker 1: discussed the issue of marriage and the complexities around marriage.
[47:34] Speaker 1: They asked him questions. He did not run away from it.
[47:36] Speaker 1: Are we together? Jesus discussed the issue of laziness. He
[47:40] Speaker 1: gave parables that were not connected to salvation at all.
[47:44] Speaker 1: They were parables that dealt with human living. It is
[47:47] Speaker 1: safe to consider, therefore, that the Bible, even though centrally
[47:53] Speaker 1: It is meant to reveal God. I repeat again. The
[47:57] Speaker 1: state of man. To reveal Jesus as the remedy. And
[48:01] Speaker 1: to help man understand the gospel. It is also wise.
[48:05] Speaker 1: To allow the Bible. To be extended. To solve every
[48:09] Speaker 1: other problem. In human life. Hallelujah. Are we learning so far?
[48:17] Speaker 1: Do you understand everything I just said?
[48:20] Speaker 6: Now.
[48:21] Speaker 1: Let's discuss the spirit of revelations. Ephesians 1 verse 17.
[48:26] Speaker 1: I receive, I manifest your power and your wisdom till
[48:37] Speaker 1: the nations see Jesus lifted up, exalted. I receive, I
[48:50] Speaker 1: manifest Your power and your.
[48:57] Speaker 4: Wisdom till the nations see Jesus lifted up, glorified.
[49:11] Speaker 3: Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe.
[49:16] Speaker 4: Breathe upon my life.
[49:21] Speaker 2: Breathe, Lord, breathe.
[49:25] Speaker 3: Breathe, Lord, breathe.
[49:27] Speaker 1: Breathe upon my life. Listen to me. you have to
[49:37] Speaker 1: read the Bible as a spiritual man to profit from it.
[49:42] Speaker 1: Even if you are reading about business, even if you
[49:45] Speaker 1: are reading about marriage, even if you are reading about relationships,
[49:49] Speaker 1: if you read the Bible as an intelligent intellectual, you
[49:53] Speaker 1: will find many gaps. If you read the Bible entirely
[49:56] Speaker 1: as a businessman, the Bible demands that there must be
[50:01] Speaker 1: a state you assume for the profit of it to
[50:04] Speaker 1: be derived. Are we together now? The Bible was designed
[50:08] Speaker 1: to profit men to the degree to which they are
[50:12] Speaker 1: spiritually minded as they read. The Bible says to be
[50:16] Speaker 1: carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is
[50:20] Speaker 1: life and peace. Now, a businessman can open the Bible
[50:23] Speaker 1: and read it and find valuable business lessons. But eventually
[50:28] Speaker 1: as you sojourn, you will find things that don't make
[50:31] Speaker 1: sense and will not add up. Are we together? If
[50:35] Speaker 1: you are a marriage counselor and you open the Bible
[50:37] Speaker 1: looking for ideas, you will find valuable ideas that appeal
[50:41] Speaker 1: to the intellect. But eventually, you will find confusing statements.
[50:46] Speaker 1: If you read the Bible just as any other person
[50:50] Speaker 1: who is not spiritual. It will profit you for a while.
[50:53] Speaker 1: But one day you will stumble across thoughts, statements, ideas, expressions, stories,
[51:00] Speaker 1: and personalities that will trouble and disturb your understanding. So,
[51:07] Speaker 1: Ephesians 1 and verse 17. Paul for you. That the
[51:11] Speaker 1: God of our Lord Jesus Christ, watch this, and the
[51:15] Speaker 1: Father of glory may give unto you. I hope you
[51:19] Speaker 1: know he's speaking to people who are already born again.
[51:21] Speaker 1: May give unto you the spirit of wisdom. And revelation.
[51:27] Speaker 1: In the knowledge of him. Next verse. He says the
[51:30] Speaker 1: eyes of your understanding. Being enlightened. Ye may know the
[51:36] Speaker 1: hope of his calling. And what is the riches of
[51:39] Speaker 1: the glory of his inheritance. In the saints 19. And
[51:42] Speaker 1: what is the exceeding greatness. Of his power to us world.
[51:46] Speaker 1: Who believe. According to the walking. Of his mighty power.
[51:52] Speaker 1: Now please lend me your attention again. Every story in
[51:56] Speaker 1: the Bible contains within it.
[52:00] Speaker 3: Listen.
[52:01] Speaker 1: Every story in the Bible. In fact it is even
[52:04] Speaker 1: safe to say. Every statement and every expression in the
[52:08] Speaker 1: Bible contains within it. Lessons or principles that can cause
[52:15] Speaker 1: the believer to walk in victory. Did you get that?
[52:19] Speaker 1: Every statement, every story, every expression in the Bible contains
[52:26] Speaker 1: within it lessons. Or principles that can help the believer
[52:33] Speaker 1: to walk in victory. Romans chapter 15 and verse 4.
[52:37] Speaker 1: The Bible says in Romans 15 and verse 4. Whatsoever
[52:41] Speaker 1: things were written. It didn't matter what it was. Even
[52:45] Speaker 1: if it is statistics. Even if it's the statements that
[52:48] Speaker 1: Satan made. Even if it's the statement that demons made.
[52:51] Speaker 1: Whatsoever were written aforetime. Provided they were written in this book.
[52:57] Speaker 1: The Bible says there is profit from them. You either
[53:00] Speaker 1: have a lesson to learn from them. Or you have
[53:03] Speaker 1: a principle to derive from them. Are you learning how
[53:06] Speaker 1: to profit from scripture? Otherwise, why would you read in
[53:11] Speaker 1: the Bible statements that Satan made? How does that profit you?
[53:16] Speaker 1: Why would you read in the Bible statements that hedonistic
[53:19] Speaker 1: people wrote? Why would it profit you? The Bible would
[53:22] Speaker 1: have just edited statements that only Jesus said. Or only
[53:26] Speaker 1: born again people said. Yet, the Bible is not afraid
[53:29] Speaker 1: to scatter through its pages. Sometimes disturbing writings. Men cause
[53:35] Speaker 1: God in the depravity of their minds. And it was
[53:38] Speaker 1: recorded in the Bible. So when the Bible says all
[53:41] Speaker 1: scripture is inspired. It is not the accuracy of the
[53:45] Speaker 1: statement that was inspired. is the fact that God insisted
[53:50] Speaker 1: that that statement, no matter how insulting or no matter
[53:54] Speaker 1: how glorifying it is, that it should be written. That
[53:57] Speaker 1: is why he did not leave you to read the
[53:58] Speaker 1: scripture alone. There is a provision he gave you, a
[54:02] Speaker 1: lens from which you can read any scripture and derive
[54:06] Speaker 1: profit from it. The name of that provision is the
[54:09] Speaker 1: Spirit of Revelation. The spirit of revelation is the profit
[54:15] Speaker 1: factor in the believer's learning scripture. That when you engage
[54:19] Speaker 1: scripture from the lens of the spirit of revelation, any
[54:24] Speaker 1: verse will profit you. Are we together? You will find
[54:29] Speaker 1: very disturbing scriptures in the Bible. Like a lying spirit
[54:34] Speaker 1: departed from God and came to Saul. That statement is
[54:38] Speaker 1: inconsistent with God's character. At least we learn God by
[54:42] Speaker 1: looking at the person Jesus. Jesus never lied. He was
[54:45] Speaker 1: full of grace and truth. So we have a right
[54:48] Speaker 1: to say something was wrong with the people who wrote
[54:51] Speaker 1: that statement. Either they are hearing because they were human.
[54:54] Speaker 1: They are receiving. Yet all scripture including that is... insulting
[54:59] Speaker 1: statement was inspired by god to be written are we
[55:02] Speaker 1: together it is not the insult that god said to
[55:05] Speaker 1: write that means the insult itself does not profit it
[55:10] Speaker 1: does not profit by default you don't insult god and
[55:13] Speaker 1: it is profiting but it was written there because there
[55:15] Speaker 1: is a lesson that can be derived from it that
[55:19] Speaker 1: will help you to live a profitable life i always
[55:22] Speaker 1: wondered why certain statements were written if you have read
[55:26] Speaker 1: your bible properly From Genesis to Revelation. And you are sincere.
[55:30] Speaker 1: You should have been disturbed. You'll get to songs of Solomon.
[55:34] Speaker 1: You will jump it quickly and go to the next verse.
[55:38] Speaker 1: You'll get to Leviticus. You are almost feeling sleepy. What
[55:41] Speaker 1: in the world is this? Why do I need that for?
[55:45] Speaker 1: You'll get to the book of Proverbs. The first three
[55:47] Speaker 1: or four chapters just insults you. It's like a man
[55:49] Speaker 1: slapping you. And you are wondering what in the world
[55:52] Speaker 1: is this? You get to the book of Revelation, you
[55:55] Speaker 1: are scared to death. You want to quit your job.
[55:58] Speaker 1: What sort of a compendium? What was God about? Writing
[56:02] Speaker 1: all those statements. And this vile and this beast, he
[56:06] Speaker 1: sat on a horse. He judged the nations. People were
[56:09] Speaker 1: roasted with fire. How does that encourage me? All scripture
[56:14] Speaker 1: were inspired. Koinonia, are you learning now? It was not
[56:18] Speaker 1: the events that were inspired. It was not the accuracy
[56:22] Speaker 1: of the speakings that were inspired. But they were captured together.
[56:26] Speaker 1: Because God would never let you learn them alone. He
[56:30] Speaker 1: was going to give you the spirit of revelation. And
[56:32] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation is the one who guides you
[56:35] Speaker 1: into all truth. That means not everything is truth. But
[56:40] Speaker 1: everything is written. Not everything is truth. Did you hear
[56:44] Speaker 1: what I said? Not everything is truth. But everything is written.
[56:52] Speaker 1: Not everything is truth, but everything is written. So the
[56:56] Speaker 1: Holy Spirit guides you through the stories, through both the
[56:59] Speaker 1: sense and nonsense, and brings you to the point of
[57:02] Speaker 1: Scripture where you find truth. It is the reason why
[57:06] Speaker 1: you can read a book and see a verse that
[57:09] Speaker 1: may not have made sense but because the breath of
[57:12] Speaker 1: the spirit comes upon that verse you learn a lesson
[57:15] Speaker 1: for instance you read the book of ecclesiastes if you
[57:18] Speaker 1: read it intellectually you hate the bible because you think
[57:21] Speaker 1: it is saying you should not walk you should not
[57:23] Speaker 1: do anything here was the frustration of the preacher he
[57:26] Speaker 1: said here is the conclusion of the matter of reading
[57:29] Speaker 1: many books there is no end And much study say
[57:32] Speaker 1: weariness to the flesh. It says this is the conclusion
[57:34] Speaker 1: of the matter. Fear God and keep his commandments. And
[57:37] Speaker 1: he said this is the whole duty of man. So
[57:40] Speaker 1: should I resign from my job? As a result of
[57:43] Speaker 1: this threat. So it means I should not press to
[57:49] Speaker 1: increase all scripture. You read that thing intellectually. You will
[57:53] Speaker 1: come up with errors and credit it to God. And
[57:56] Speaker 1: God says, I have no hand in it. I never
[57:59] Speaker 1: ask you to read it intellectually or just historically. You
[58:03] Speaker 1: read all of those things as a build up while
[58:05] Speaker 1: waiting for the spirit of revelation to sieve through the
[58:08] Speaker 1: limitations and the personalities of those who wrote it and
[58:11] Speaker 1: bring life to you. The sun will no more give
[58:18] Speaker 1: you sunlight by day. The moon will no more give
[58:24] Speaker 1: you moonlight by night. Jehovah will be your everlasting. I
[58:32] Speaker 1: like that one. Jehovah will be.
[58:35] Speaker 4: Your everlasting light. Jehovah will be your everlasting light.
[58:43] Speaker 1: Listen. Listen, can I tell you, many preachers, many businessmen,
[58:50] Speaker 1: many intellectuals have been frustrated reading the Bible. And it's
[58:55] Speaker 1: just that sometimes we keep quiet so that it doesn't
[58:57] Speaker 1: look like we hate God. But there are many people
[58:59] Speaker 1: who are tired of reading a string of controversies in
[59:03] Speaker 1: the scripture. And sometimes they get embarrassed that certain things
[59:07] Speaker 1: should be written in scripture. Are we together? look at
[59:11] Speaker 1: certain explicit statements for want of word that were written
[59:14] Speaker 1: in books like sons of solomon look at certain i
[59:17] Speaker 1: mean the bible said perfect love cast out fear but
[59:20] Speaker 1: you read the book of revelation and see from beginning
[59:23] Speaker 1: to the end read it in amplified By the time
[59:28] Speaker 1: you are halfway that book, you will be shaking physically.
[59:33] Speaker 1: Will any man survive? If God did not stay this
[59:37] Speaker 1: plague for the sake of the elect, ah, that means,
[59:41] Speaker 1: are there people who will survive this? It is easier
[59:45] Speaker 1: for a, how does he put it, for a camel
[59:49] Speaker 1: to pass through the eye of a needle. What is
[59:53] Speaker 1: the meaning of that? That means I'm going to hell? No.
[59:56] Speaker 4: Jehovah will be your everlasting light Jehovah will be your
[1:00:05] Speaker 4: everlasting light Jehovah will be your everlasting light The sun
[1:00:13] Speaker 4: will no more give you sunlight by day The moon
[1:00:19] Speaker 4: will no more give you moonlight by night Jehovah will
[1:00:26] Speaker 4: be your everlasting light.
[1:00:28] Speaker 1: One more time.
[1:00:29] Speaker 4: Jehovah will be your everlasting light.
[1:00:35] Speaker 1: Ye are not knowing the scriptures. See that? He says,
[1:00:40] Speaker 1: search the scriptures. For in them you think you will
[1:00:44] Speaker 1: find life. The scriptures testify of me. The scripture was
[1:00:49] Speaker 1: not written for historians. The scripture was not written for archaeologists.
[1:00:54] Speaker 1: The scripture was not written for English speaking people or
[1:00:59] Speaker 1: any language. The scripture was written for spiritual people. There
[1:01:03] Speaker 1: is a capture of all of these dimensions. But that
[1:01:06] Speaker 1: in themselves they cannot profit the believer. Jehovah will be
[1:01:14] Speaker 1: your everlasting light. The spirit of revelations. The sun will
[1:01:24] Speaker 1: no more give you sunlight by day. The moon will
[1:01:30] Speaker 1: no more give you moonlight by night.
[1:01:34] Speaker 4: Jehovah will be your everlasting light.
[1:01:40] Speaker 1: That is the reason why you can read a lot
[1:01:43] Speaker 1: of things and even teach it. But the result that
[1:01:47] Speaker 1: follows does not come because light has not come. Are
[1:01:51] Speaker 1: we together? What profits you is not the verse. What
[1:01:55] Speaker 1: profits you is the light. Did you hear what I said?
[1:01:59] Speaker 1: What profits you is not the story. What profits you
[1:02:02] Speaker 1: is not the personality used. What profits you is not
[1:02:06] Speaker 1: the dexterity of the expression. What profits you is the light.
[1:02:10] Speaker 3: Hmm.
[1:02:13] Speaker 1: And the spirit entered me when he spoke unto me.
[1:02:16] Speaker 1: I needed to hear him but beyond the words. So
[1:02:19] Speaker 1: the Bible says the spirit of wisdom and revelation in
[1:02:22] Speaker 1: the knowledge of him. I tell you many believers do
[1:02:25] Speaker 1: not have revelation knowledge. And many believers do not know
[1:02:30] Speaker 1: that the study of scripture and the profiting of scripture
[1:02:34] Speaker 1: is beyond the realm of archaeology. Is beyond the realm
[1:02:37] Speaker 1: of history. Because there is a mystery to this book
[1:02:41] Speaker 1: you are seeing. As opened as it is, there are
[1:02:44] Speaker 1: seals in the spirit. It is your responsibility to open
[1:02:48] Speaker 1: the book, but only the spirit of revelation can unlock
[1:02:52] Speaker 1: the seals. Otherwise, you will only read a plethora of
[1:02:58] Speaker 1: disjointed statements that will cause confusion to you, fear, doubts.
[1:03:08] Speaker 1: The sun will no more give you sunlight by day.
[1:03:13] Speaker 1: The moon will no more give you moonlight by night.
[1:03:19] Speaker 1: Jehovah will be your everlasting light. Hear what the Bible says.
[1:03:25] Speaker 1: That was the true light that lighted upon every man.
[1:03:31] Speaker 1: There are false lights. They carry a semblance of power.
[1:03:36] Speaker 1: But they don't have the potency to deliver the life
[1:03:40] Speaker 1: of God. Are we together? Spirit.
[1:03:48] Speaker 2: Spirit.
[1:03:50] Speaker 1: Why did Jesus take the time? Do you know that
[1:03:54] Speaker 1: most of his activity when he walked upon the earth,
[1:03:57] Speaker 1: even beyond his crusades and conferences, most of his time
[1:04:01] Speaker 1: was spent in his teaching ministry. And yet he told
[1:04:04] Speaker 1: the people that the Holy Spirit was still going to come.
[1:04:08] Speaker 1: In spite of the fact that I taught you profitably,
[1:04:11] Speaker 1: there is still the paraclete. There were many things Jesus
[1:04:14] Speaker 1: taught that they did not understand. My question is, how
[1:04:18] Speaker 1: will Jesus teach you and yet you don't understand? Who
[1:04:21] Speaker 1: else should teach? There were many things he said that
[1:04:26] Speaker 1: they did not understand. After his resurrection, they recalled some
[1:04:30] Speaker 1: statements and said, so this is what he meant. Do
[1:04:32] Speaker 1: you know why? Because they were bankrupt of the spirit
[1:04:35] Speaker 1: of revelation. Jesus himself, not a prophet. He was the
[1:04:42] Speaker 1: one who personally taught them. But they were unfruitful in
[1:04:46] Speaker 1: many areas. To the point that the Bible says he
[1:04:49] Speaker 1: opened their understanding that they might understand scripture. But when
[1:04:53] Speaker 1: the spirit of God came, many things began to make
[1:04:57] Speaker 1: sense to them. Oh, destroy this temple and I'll build
[1:05:00] Speaker 1: it in three days. He had the foolish interpretation of
[1:05:03] Speaker 1: that scripture when Jesus stood before Herod. This man said
[1:05:06] Speaker 1: he would destroy our temple. He was talking about his body.
[1:05:11] Speaker 1: Are we together? They said you are a king. Are
[1:05:15] Speaker 1: you a king? And Pontius Pilate said, don't you know
[1:05:18] Speaker 1: I have the power to release you? And he said,
[1:05:21] Speaker 1: even though I'm silent, now you've said something. You do
[1:05:24] Speaker 1: not have any power. No man can have power except
[1:05:26] Speaker 1: it is given to him. It is within my power
[1:05:29] Speaker 1: to command a legion of angels. Jesus was speaking from
[1:05:32] Speaker 1: a realm. Why was he silent? Are you seeing that
[1:05:35] Speaker 1: those guys were interpreting all the materials? The scribes and
[1:05:39] Speaker 1: the Pharisees, in terms of accuracy of scripture memory, none
[1:05:43] Speaker 1: of us till date in this generation, I presume, has
[1:05:47] Speaker 1: the kind of intellectual prowess those people had. For you
[1:05:50] Speaker 1: to be a Pharisee, among the many conditions you needed
[1:05:54] Speaker 1: to understand the entire Torah of heart. And yet the
[1:06:00] Speaker 1: one who the scripture said would come was before them.
[1:06:03] Speaker 1: And they could not see him. Are we learning? The
[1:06:16] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. Now watch this. Every story in the Bible.
[1:06:25] Speaker 1: Every statement in the Bible. Every expression in the Bible.
[1:06:30] Speaker 1: Whether directly connected to salvation or not. Whether directly connected
[1:06:36] Speaker 1: to the revelation of Jesus or not. Whether directly connected
[1:06:40] Speaker 1: to the revelation of God or not. Under the influence
[1:06:45] Speaker 1: of the spirit of revelation. Every story in the Bible.
[1:06:49] Speaker 1: can bring forth lessons and can bring forth principles that
[1:06:53] Speaker 1: cause the believer to walk in victory. Did you hear
[1:06:56] Speaker 1: what I said? The profiting of scripture only comes under
[1:07:01] Speaker 1: the influence of the spirit of revelation. Please write that down.
[1:07:05] Speaker 1: The profiting of scripture only comes, is only derived under
[1:07:12] Speaker 1: the influence of the spirit of revelation. Brain plus Bible
[1:07:17] Speaker 1: study may only profit you so far. You will not
[1:07:20] Speaker 1: be at a loss. But the holistic profiting intended for
[1:07:25] Speaker 1: you will not be achieved. It is under the influence
[1:07:29] Speaker 1: of the Spirit of God that the profiting of Scripture
[1:07:33] Speaker 1: is derived. So when the Bible says all scripture is profitable,
[1:07:38] Speaker 1: it did not lie. Including all the disturbing statements that
[1:07:42] Speaker 1: are surrounded in the Bible. They are not controversies per se.
[1:07:46] Speaker 1: They are controversies if approached historically. They are controversies if
[1:07:51] Speaker 1: approached intellectually. They are controversies if approached just in terms
[1:07:56] Speaker 1: of maybe history and literature. But the moment you come
[1:08:01] Speaker 1: under the spirit of revelation, veils are taken away. And
[1:08:04] Speaker 1: you will see things the way it was intended.
[1:08:08] Speaker 3: To be seen.
[1:08:09] Speaker 1: Son of man, what seest thou? And he said, the root,
[1:08:12] Speaker 1: the shoot of an almond tree. He says, thou hast
[1:08:15] Speaker 1: seen correctly. Means you can see wrongly. You don't have
[1:08:19] Speaker 1: to be blind to see wrongly. Once you are not guided,
[1:08:22] Speaker 1: you will see wrongly. Are we together? One time Jesus
[1:08:28] Speaker 1: prayed for a man and his eyes opened. But he
[1:08:31] Speaker 1: saw men like trees. And he laid his hands upon
[1:08:34] Speaker 1: his eyes again. And it opened and he saw things clearly.
[1:08:38] Speaker 1: Now let's talk about the four assignments of the spirit
[1:08:42] Speaker 1: of revelation. The spirit of revelation has a fourfold assignment
[1:08:47] Speaker 1: in the life of the believer. With respect to helping
[1:08:50] Speaker 1: the believer derive profit from scripture and to live an
[1:08:54] Speaker 1: excelling Christian life. Let me repeat myself again. That the
[1:08:58] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation... As a dimension of the manifestation of
[1:09:02] Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit. Has a four fold assignment. In the
[1:09:06] Speaker 1: life of the believer. With respect to helping you derive
[1:09:11] Speaker 1: profit from scripture. And living an overall excellent spiritual experience.
[1:09:16] Speaker 1: Are you ready? Number one. The first assignment of the
[1:09:20] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. And I hope you know by now
[1:09:24] Speaker 1: that the spirit of revelation is a dimension of the
[1:09:27] Speaker 1: operation of the Holy Spirit. Just like every other expressions
[1:09:30] Speaker 1: of the spirit. It is one spirit. But it's that
[1:09:34] Speaker 1: he has compartments and dimensions of his operation. And one
[1:09:39] Speaker 1: of those dimensions is that he can operate as the
[1:09:42] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. The assignment of the spirit of revelation, listen,
[1:09:48] Speaker 1: is number one, to give you light from scripture. Write
[1:09:53] Speaker 1: it down. The first assignment of the spirit of revelation
[1:10:00] Speaker 1: is to breathe upon scripture. Breathe upon the Bible and
[1:10:06] Speaker 1: cause that regardless what you are studying, You will find light.
[1:10:11] Speaker 1: Light meaning lessons. Light meaning mysteries. Light meaning principles from it.
[1:10:17] Speaker 1: That help you know God. Help you understand his eternal plan.
[1:10:22] Speaker 1: But then also helps you to live an excelling spiritual life.
[1:10:27] Speaker 1: Light me Lord. Light me Lord. Light me Lord like
[1:10:32] Speaker 1: a candle. Light me Lord. Light me Lord.
[1:11:00] Speaker 1: As an intellectual, it
[1:11:04] Speaker 1: is not wrong. The Bible does not demand that you
[1:11:07] Speaker 1: throw away your brain nor your knowledge of archaeology, history.
[1:11:10] Speaker 1: In fact, the knowledge of those areas aforementioned even become
[1:11:15] Speaker 1: a great support system when the Spirit of God breathes
[1:11:18] Speaker 1: upon you. Are we together? When the Holy Spirit breathes
[1:11:21] Speaker 1: upon you, then all those other things now add to
[1:11:24] Speaker 1: its profiting. History is not wrong in studying scripture. That's
[1:11:30] Speaker 1: why we learn. We have lexicons, Greek and Hebrew lexicons.
[1:11:34] Speaker 1: We have all kinds of commentaries that we add together
[1:11:37] Speaker 1: as we study scripture. It takes intellect to study those things.
[1:11:41] Speaker 1: They give you contextual backgrounds. Are we together? There is
[1:11:45] Speaker 1: what we call in theology the principles of biblical interpretation.
[1:11:49] Speaker 1: That means how you interpret scripture for your profiting. That
[1:11:53] Speaker 1: is an intellectual guide. But it is profitable. That is
[1:11:56] Speaker 1: where you learn things like the law of first mention.
[1:11:59] Speaker 1: You learn the things like the law of single mention.
[1:12:02] Speaker 1: Are we together? The factors that must be in place
[1:12:05] Speaker 1: for any thought to be called doctrine. Not everything in
[1:12:09] Speaker 1: the Bible is doctrine. Even though everything is profitable. Comes
[1:12:13] Speaker 1: from the Latin word doctrina. A body of knowledge that
[1:12:16] Speaker 1: transforms a student to be as excellent as his master.
[1:12:21] Speaker 1: Are we together? Are we learning? Church is quiet. This
[1:12:27] Speaker 1: is koinonia. Hmm. So the assignment of the spirit of
[1:12:34] Speaker 1: revelation is to give you light from scripture. You can
[1:12:40] Speaker 1: carry your Bible and read for God so loved the
[1:12:42] Speaker 1: world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever
[1:12:47] Speaker 1: believeth on him John 3 16 should not perish but
[1:12:51] Speaker 1: have everlasting life. You will stand there brilliant but confused.
[1:12:56] Speaker 1: What did I do that he died for me? Did
[1:12:59] Speaker 1: I ask him to die for me? Did he have
[1:13:02] Speaker 1: to die? How does a creator have to die to
[1:13:05] Speaker 1: save those he created? That is an expression of weakness.
[1:13:08] Speaker 1: Are you seeing the limitations of intellect? He gave his
[1:13:12] Speaker 1: one and only son. Put it there, please. If you
[1:13:15] Speaker 1: read the Bible like that, the first question is, he
[1:13:18] Speaker 1: gave his one and only son. By which wife? By
[1:13:22] Speaker 1: what mother? You see what is happening to your mind?
[1:13:27] Speaker 1: Whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
[1:13:31] Speaker 1: What is everlasting life? How does it change me? I'm alright.
[1:13:36] Speaker 1: If you are poor, it may make sense. What if
[1:13:38] Speaker 1: you are rich? What is everlasting life? I'm staying in
[1:13:41] Speaker 1: a palace. I have a private jet. What is everlasting life?
[1:13:45] Speaker 1: How does that add to me? I have a PhD.
[1:13:49] Speaker 1: I have an excellent life. Things are working well. What
[1:13:53] Speaker 1: is everlasting life? Why do I need it? Because I
[1:13:56] Speaker 1: look at my life and I do not see anything
[1:13:58] Speaker 1: wrong with my life that necessitates the need for any life.
[1:14:04] Speaker 1: I have friends with military. I have friends with the
[1:14:06] Speaker 1: law enforcement agents. I have friends with the legal institution.
[1:14:10] Speaker 1: What is everlasting life? That will be your conclusion if
[1:14:13] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation does not help you. But when
[1:14:17] Speaker 1: he opens your eyes, the first thing you will see
[1:14:21] Speaker 1: is so loved. So loved. All those controversies fade immediately.
[1:14:27] Speaker 1: The spirit of revelation will guide your heart to the
[1:14:30] Speaker 1: punchline of that statement. So loved. God so loved. And
[1:14:35] Speaker 1: every other verse and statement will just disappear. And there
[1:14:39] Speaker 1: will only be three words striking your spirit. God so loved.
[1:14:44] Speaker 1: God so loved. You will not know when you will
[1:14:48] Speaker 1: break down over that scripture and begin to weep. This
[1:14:52] Speaker 1: is what he did. So loved. So loved. That can
[1:14:56] Speaker 1: birth an evangelical ministry. Because when you stand on a
[1:15:00] Speaker 1: crusade ground, the only thing you hear is God so loved.
[1:15:04] Speaker 1: And you can begin to weep like the patriarchs who wept.
[1:15:07] Speaker 1: And we did not understand the basis of their crying.
[1:15:10] Speaker 1: They were not people who were driven by arguments. I
[1:15:13] Speaker 1: was watching one of the documentaries of late Billy Graham.
[1:15:16] Speaker 1: And he was having... A discussion which he was going
[1:15:21] Speaker 1: for a crusade somewhere. And they were having, I think,
[1:15:25] Speaker 1: a radio session with the journalist and the rest. And
[1:15:29] Speaker 1: they asked him a very serious question. They said, how
[1:15:31] Speaker 1: are we sure that your crusade here is not just
[1:15:34] Speaker 1: to come and manipulate people into subscribing to a faith
[1:15:38] Speaker 1: that they do not agree with? And he looked and
[1:15:40] Speaker 1: smiled and made a very profound statement. He said, my
[1:15:43] Speaker 1: message is a proclamation. I am proclaiming something that has
[1:15:47] Speaker 1: been done. It's a message I was sent to proclaim.
[1:15:51] Speaker 1: I am only a messenger. My assignment is not to
[1:15:54] Speaker 1: explain the dynamics of what happened. I am proclaiming what
[1:15:57] Speaker 1: was done. But that in that message there is the
[1:16:00] Speaker 1: power to heal the total man. I said this is
[1:16:03] Speaker 1: an evangelist indeed. He conquered nations because the spirit of
[1:16:08] Speaker 1: revelation was upon him. so loved and you're standing there
[1:16:14] Speaker 1: and the healing anointing can flow through that revelation god
[1:16:18] Speaker 1: so loved that crippled man there god so loved the
[1:16:22] Speaker 1: blind mama at the back of that crusade ground god
[1:16:25] Speaker 1: so loved the stubborn drunkard that came to that crusade
[1:16:28] Speaker 1: ground and rather than being judgmental and being angry because
[1:16:32] Speaker 1: the spirit of god has made scripture to be profitable
[1:16:36] Speaker 1: compassion is the response. Are we seeing now? So while
[1:16:40] Speaker 1: on one hand, what you are seeing is a controversies,
[1:16:44] Speaker 1: what is eternal life? Another person is seeing God so loved.
[1:16:48] Speaker 1: And from that, these three statements, a global ministry can
[1:16:53] Speaker 1: rise that represents the purposes of God. The first assignment
[1:16:57] Speaker 1: of the spirit of revelation is to help you derive
[1:17:02] Speaker 1: light from scripture. The light component of scripture is what
[1:17:08] Speaker 1: empowers you to become what scripture says. The light component
[1:17:12] Speaker 1: from scripture is what empowers you to become what scripture says.
[1:17:18] Speaker 1: Now I understand some of the statements of our fathers.
[1:17:21] Speaker 1: Where they would say just head knowledge. Men like E.W.
[1:17:24] Speaker 1: Kenyon Kenneth Hagen of blessed memory. They would say faith
[1:17:29] Speaker 1: is not mental assent. Are we together?
[1:17:32] Speaker 3: No.
[1:17:33] Speaker 1: It is not mental assent. absorbing the truth intellectually is profitable,
[1:17:38] Speaker 1: but not enough to make you become what it says.
[1:17:41] Speaker 1: As many as received him, he gave them power. When
[1:17:45] Speaker 1: you receive that word, power is derived from it that
[1:17:49] Speaker 1: helps you to become. Power to become. Power to become.
[1:17:53] Speaker 1: Power to become. Power to become a saved person. Power
[1:17:58] Speaker 1: to become a transformed person. Number two. What is the
[1:18:04] Speaker 1: assignment of the spirit of revelation? Are you ready? The
[1:18:16] Speaker 1: first assignment of the spirit of revelation we said is
[1:18:20] Speaker 1: to give you light from scripture. Let me add to that.
[1:18:23] Speaker 1: And then to connect the believer to God's eternal plan.
[1:18:29] Speaker 1: The first assignment of the spirit of revelation is to
[1:18:32] Speaker 1: give you light from scripture. And then to connect the
[1:18:36] Speaker 1: believer to God's eternal plan. You need to add that.
[1:18:41] Speaker 1: To give you light from scripture. But not isolated light.
[1:18:46] Speaker 1: Light that connects you to God's eternal plan. The same
[1:18:50] Speaker 1: 2 Timothy chapter 3. Let's read 14 and 15. The
[1:18:57] Speaker 1: light from scripture should primarily connect you to God's eternal plan.
[1:19:01] Speaker 1: It says, But continue thou in the things which thou
[1:19:04] Speaker 1: hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom
[1:19:08] Speaker 1: thou hast learned them. 15. It says, And that from
[1:19:11] Speaker 1: a child. Watch this. Thou hast known the holy scripture.
[1:19:16] Speaker 1: Which are able to make you wise. But not just
[1:19:19] Speaker 1: random wisdom. Wise unto salvation. Wise unto salvation. Wise unto salvation.
[1:19:29] Speaker 1: The first assignment of the spirit of revelation. Is helping
[1:19:33] Speaker 1: you to draw light from scripture. And then it connects
[1:19:36] Speaker 1: you to God's eternal plan. Can I give you number
[1:19:41] Speaker 1: two now? The second assignment of the spirit of revelation
[1:19:50] Speaker 1: is to help you draw out light or to help
[1:19:54] Speaker 1: you draw out lessons or principles from scripture. To help
[1:20:00] Speaker 1: you draw out lessons or principles from scripture that empower
[1:20:05] Speaker 1: you to walk in total victory. The spirit of revelation
[1:20:13] Speaker 1: helps you to draw out lessons. Principles from scripture. that
[1:20:20] Speaker 1: empower you to walk in total victory that means he's
[1:20:25] Speaker 1: not limited to just giving you light that reveals the
[1:20:28] Speaker 1: eternal plan of god he does not stop there he's
[1:20:31] Speaker 1: not just interested in your knowing the eternal plan of
[1:20:34] Speaker 1: god are we together he's interested in your holistic victory
[1:20:37] Speaker 1: that means if the spirit of revelation comes upon my
[1:20:41] Speaker 1: life either through the ministry of the teaching priest Or
[1:20:44] Speaker 1: my personal encounter with him. The first thing in order
[1:20:47] Speaker 1: of spiritual priority. Is that the light that comes from
[1:20:51] Speaker 1: scripture connects me. To understand God. Understand the state of
[1:20:55] Speaker 1: man or my state. In light of redemption. To understand Jesus.
[1:21:00] Speaker 1: And to understand the gospel and his eternal plan. But
[1:21:03] Speaker 1: it does not stop there. Light will still come by
[1:21:06] Speaker 1: the Spirit to give me a knowledge of the lessons
[1:21:10] Speaker 1: and the principles that I need to learn as touching
[1:21:13] Speaker 1: every other aspect of my life. Finances, are we together? Relationships,
[1:21:18] Speaker 1: how to excel in career. Those other aspects will not
[1:21:22] Speaker 1: be left out. In order of priority, the focus of
[1:21:26] Speaker 1: the Spirit of Revelation in bringing the knowledge of Scripture
[1:21:29] Speaker 1: for you is God's eternal plan and His program. As
[1:21:33] Speaker 1: captured in Christ. But that it also ends to providing
[1:21:38] Speaker 1: holistic victory. By bringing light as the lessons and the
[1:21:45] Speaker 1: principles from scripture. For your total wholesome victory. Number three.
[1:21:52] Speaker 1: What is the third assignment of the spirit of revelation?
[1:21:56] Speaker 1: Are you ready? Listen and then write. Inspiring the mind
[1:22:02] Speaker 1: of the believer to birth thoughts and ideas that translate
[1:22:07] Speaker 1: to productivity and advancement. The third assignment of the spirit
[1:22:12] Speaker 1: of revelation is to inspire the minds of the believer.
[1:22:18] Speaker 1: So that you are able to birth thoughts and ideas
[1:22:23] Speaker 1: that translate to productivity and advancement. Isaiah 11 and verse 2.
[1:22:30] Speaker 1: Talks about the seven spirits of God. The spirit of wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge,
[1:22:37] Speaker 1: the fear of the Lord. And the Bible says verse 3.
[1:22:40] Speaker 1: That he shall make you of quick understanding. He will
[1:22:43] Speaker 1: do something to your understanding. job chapter 32 and verse
[1:22:49] Speaker 1: 8 ellie who spoke and said there is a spirit
[1:22:52] Speaker 1: in man and he says the inspiration the same word
[1:22:56] Speaker 1: breath of the almighty make it men or give it
[1:23:00] Speaker 1: them understanding the third assignment of the spirit of revelation
[1:23:05] Speaker 1: in addition to connecting you to understand god's eternal plan
[1:23:09] Speaker 1: In addition to providing the lessons and the principles from scripture.
[1:23:14] Speaker 1: That make for your total wholesome victory in life and destiny.
[1:23:20] Speaker 1: That means you should not be an excellent Christian and
[1:23:24] Speaker 1: fail in other aspects of your life. In order of priority,
[1:23:28] Speaker 1: you must understand God, His plan, yourself, Jesus, the gospel, salvation.
[1:23:35] Speaker 1: But your finances should speak. Your relationships should excel. Your
[1:23:39] Speaker 1: influence should not be in want. Are we together? The
[1:23:42] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation provides the resources, the lessons to learn,
[1:23:46] Speaker 1: the principles to know, to become. A totally victorious believer.
[1:23:52] Speaker 1: And then number three we said... Inspiring the minds of
[1:23:56] Speaker 1: the believer... To birth thoughts and ideas... That translate to
[1:24:01] Speaker 1: productivity and advancement. Please look up believers. Let me talk
[1:24:05] Speaker 1: to you for a moment. If your Christian experience... Does
[1:24:13] Speaker 1: not translate to a context... That makes unbelievers and the
[1:24:18] Speaker 1: territory around you to acknowledge that there is value. Are
[1:24:23] Speaker 1: we together? One of my discussions that I'll be having
[1:24:30] Speaker 1: the lecture in is on the role of faith in
[1:24:34] Speaker 1: contemporary Africa. Are we together now? Does faith still hold
[1:24:38] Speaker 1: relevance in civilization or we should throw it away? Do
[1:24:43] Speaker 1: you know why people are asking those questions? Because if
[1:24:46] Speaker 1: there are many churches, many of us men and women
[1:24:50] Speaker 1: of God, but the society cannot, it is not reflected
[1:24:54] Speaker 1: in the society, the value of being a Christian. Are
[1:24:58] Speaker 1: we together now? The society, the government and the principles
[1:25:02] Speaker 1: and the policies that are put together, they may not
[1:25:06] Speaker 1: necessarily be spiritual. But that in the presence of believers
[1:25:10] Speaker 1: and Christians, the God life must translate into productivity and
[1:25:16] Speaker 1: into advancement. I am a firm believer in territorial transformation
[1:25:21] Speaker 1: as proof that you have encountered God. These are days
[1:25:25] Speaker 1: that turn the world upside down. Not from a fanatical standpoint.
[1:25:29] Speaker 1: Are we together? Not from an extremist standpoint. But that
[1:25:33] Speaker 1: you import the value system of the kingdom. And you
[1:25:37] Speaker 1: use it to provide policies that enhance men.
[1:25:40] Speaker 3: That's right.
[1:25:42] Speaker 1: The kingdom. The spirit of revelation helps you to birth thoughts.
[1:25:48] Speaker 1: To birth ideas. That translate into productivity. Productivity. And translates
[1:25:54] Speaker 1: into advancement. Captains of industry should rise from the Christian fold.
[1:25:59] Speaker 1: Are we together? World changers who love Jesus. Haven't understood
[1:26:03] Speaker 1: thoroughly the plan of salvation. And that you've partaken of
[1:26:07] Speaker 1: it by making Jesus Lord of your life. Now you
[1:26:09] Speaker 1: are able to take advantage of the resources of intelligence
[1:26:12] Speaker 1: and creativity. By the spirit. To best solutions that transform people.
[1:26:18] Speaker 1: That whether people are Christians or non-Christians. They can come
[1:26:21] Speaker 1: to you and they can see the excellency of your spirituality.
[1:26:25] Speaker 1: Speaking to the growth of society. This is what Jesus left.
[1:26:30] Speaker 1: The kind of Christianity we are doing in this nation
[1:26:32] Speaker 1: and in Africa. I tell you the truth. We will
[1:26:35] Speaker 1: keep flattering ourselves for a long time. Until the world
[1:26:38] Speaker 1: tells us you are becoming a nuisance. Because our fanatism
[1:26:42] Speaker 1: is not translating to societal transformations. And you cannot speak
[1:26:47] Speaker 1: to people in power until you can import the reality
[1:26:51] Speaker 1: of the God life. When it changes policies. When it
[1:26:55] Speaker 1: stops crime. Are we together? When it helps to bring
[1:27:00] Speaker 1: and stop some, you know, all kinds of gender inequality
[1:27:03] Speaker 1: for want of word and all of these things. If
[1:27:05] Speaker 1: because you are a Christian, you treat your wife well.
[1:27:09] Speaker 1: If because you are a Christian, you train the people
[1:27:12] Speaker 1: in your school and the students in your school, that's
[1:27:15] Speaker 1: Christian school. They pass all their Y, they are excellent,
[1:27:18] Speaker 1: they are well behaved. You see, you now have the
[1:27:21] Speaker 1: credence to formulate a policy in honor to your faith
[1:27:25] Speaker 1: that government can use because you have results to show.
[1:27:29] Speaker 1: This is how nations are transformed. Nations are not transformed
[1:27:32] Speaker 1: through blind fanatism. The reason is because fanatism is enhanced
[1:27:37] Speaker 1: by small-mindedness. Once your mind is small and you are
[1:27:40] Speaker 1: not global in your horizon, you will believe you are
[1:27:43] Speaker 1: making progress. But there are powers that only understand God
[1:27:47] Speaker 1: as profit to society. Did you hear what I said?
[1:27:51] Speaker 1: You must translate yourself. That they can say because a
[1:27:54] Speaker 1: church was planted here. The crime rate in this area
[1:27:58] Speaker 1: just went down. And you can literally use statistics to confirm.
[1:28:02] Speaker 1: That from the time this church was planted. On account
[1:28:05] Speaker 1: of the spiritual value that is being communicated. From that
[1:28:09] Speaker 1: man of God. That woman of God. That priest. That apostle.
[1:28:12] Speaker 1: That prophet. It has translated to a decline in prostitution.
[1:28:16] Speaker 1: It has translated to a decline in irresponsibility. Men are
[1:28:19] Speaker 1: now taking their place. Families are mended. Are we together?
[1:28:24] Speaker 1: People are getting jobs. All kinds of crime is reducing.
[1:28:28] Speaker 1: Nations and governments will call you and say we are
[1:28:31] Speaker 1: not interested necessarily in the God you serve. But we
[1:28:35] Speaker 1: want to know what policy runs your organization that produces
[1:28:39] Speaker 1: a kind of profit. Now you have the audacity to
[1:28:41] Speaker 1: say my policies are derived from my convictions and they
[1:28:44] Speaker 1: will still listen to you because the results are there
[1:28:47] Speaker 1: to show. Your name is to be hallowed.
[1:29:03] Speaker 3: Listen.
[1:29:05] Speaker 1: The church is the light of the world. We are
[1:29:08] Speaker 1: not a congregation of dummies bound by blind fanatism with
[1:29:13] Speaker 1: no profitability to society. God is helping our generation to
[1:29:17] Speaker 1: redefine the value of the Christian faith. We are not
[1:29:20] Speaker 1: a news and so civilization. We may pray in tongues.
[1:29:24] Speaker 1: The world may not understand the praying in tongues. But
[1:29:26] Speaker 1: the creativity that comes from that praying in tongues, they
[1:29:29] Speaker 1: will not deny it. Are we together now? This is
[1:29:35] Speaker 1: what God is helping us to do. To penetrate systems
[1:29:38] Speaker 1: and structures. To translate spirituality and give it a context
[1:29:42] Speaker 1: of intelligence that provides value. Value that is applicable in
[1:29:47] Speaker 1: nation building. Value that is applicable in terms of human resources.
[1:29:56] Speaker 1: Christians should not be part of the membership of a church.
[1:29:59] Speaker 1: And after five years, they are not productive. They are
[1:30:02] Speaker 1: not helping themselves. They are beggars. Are we together? Waiting
[1:30:07] Speaker 1: for palliatives. What then is the value of the gospel?
[1:30:10] Speaker 1: If you sell me that kind of gospel, I will
[1:30:12] Speaker 1: reject you. In order of priority, it should be connecting
[1:30:15] Speaker 1: to the eternal plan. But the spirit of revelation empowers us.
[1:30:22] Speaker 1: If everybody in this place is able to feed ten people,
[1:30:26] Speaker 1: Can that bring impact to our society? Do you think
[1:30:30] Speaker 1: that it garnishes, it brings beauty to your spirituality? Last
[1:30:38] Speaker 1: year I had the honor of speaking at the world
[1:30:39] Speaker 1: conference of the full gospel business men's fellowship. And one
[1:30:45] Speaker 1: of the things I shared with the people there. Thankfully,
[1:30:49] Speaker 1: most or all of them are renowned businessmen, billionaires, millionaires,
[1:30:54] Speaker 1: captains of industry, controllers of systems and structures. But that
[1:30:58] Speaker 1: most of them, if not all of them, at least
[1:31:01] Speaker 1: they call upon the name of the Lord. And one
[1:31:03] Speaker 1: of the things that I taught there was the wisdom
[1:31:05] Speaker 1: of Egypt. Even though Moses was called to be a deliverer,
[1:31:10] Speaker 1: part of his qualification was that God sent him to
[1:31:13] Speaker 1: Egypt to learn the wisdom of the Egyptians. Let me
[1:31:20] Speaker 1: submit to you, there are many Christians who cannot be
[1:31:24] Speaker 1: good governors. There are many Christians who cannot be good presidents.
[1:31:28] Speaker 1: There are many Christians who cannot be good ambassadors. Do
[1:31:30] Speaker 1: you know why? Fanatism without translating spirituality with intelligence in
[1:31:36] Speaker 1: a way that brings profit to society. Chances are excellent
[1:31:41] Speaker 1: now that if I become some kind of position as
[1:31:44] Speaker 1: a Christian, You see, if my mind does not receive
[1:31:49] Speaker 1: a superior kingdom orientation to know that my jurisdiction is
[1:31:53] Speaker 1: the globe, revealing Christ, but doing that in a way
[1:31:56] Speaker 1: that is not just fanatical, are we together? That you
[1:32:00] Speaker 1: can be able to statistically prove the value of my
[1:32:04] Speaker 1: knowing God. You see, it is because in this side
[1:32:08] Speaker 1: of Africa, we don't have value for statistics. We don't
[1:32:12] Speaker 1: have value for reviews. Are we together now? In many
[1:32:16] Speaker 1: parts of the world, and if God gives you grace
[1:32:17] Speaker 1: to broaden your horizon, one of the things you will
[1:32:20] Speaker 1: learn is that people don't believe nonsense. When you tell
[1:32:24] Speaker 1: people something works, they will tell you bring your facts
[1:32:27] Speaker 1: and your figures. That even though the context of what
[1:32:29] Speaker 1: you are communicating is spiritual, if God intended for that
[1:32:33] Speaker 1: gospel to reach men... You should show me statistically. If
[1:32:37] Speaker 1: you cannot show me how they are translated spiritually. Show
[1:32:40] Speaker 1: me the moral excellence that was derived. That ten people
[1:32:45] Speaker 1: because they came to Christ. Society has become better. That
[1:32:48] Speaker 1: an ambrober called Jesus. Barabbas. That he encountered Jesus Christ.
[1:32:54] Speaker 1: And because of that. Show me statistically. The Bible has
[1:32:58] Speaker 1: a statistical proof of transformation. One prostitute met Jesus. And
[1:33:03] Speaker 1: as a result a whole city was converted. One madman
[1:33:08] Speaker 1: met Jesus. And a whole city was converted. Jesus was
[1:33:12] Speaker 1: not a fanatic. He transformed people. Are we together? He
[1:33:16] Speaker 1: was strong on his convictions as far as representing the
[1:33:19] Speaker 1: father is concerned. But he penetrated systems and structures. Economic
[1:33:24] Speaker 1: systems felt his impact. Religious systems felt his impact. Family
[1:33:30] Speaker 1: life systems felt his impact. Are we together? Intellectual systems
[1:33:34] Speaker 1: felt his impact. He entered the temple and he sanitized
[1:33:38] Speaker 1: all kinds of misuse of God's house. This is Jesus
[1:33:42] Speaker 1: for you. He spoke among people and they saw the
[1:33:46] Speaker 1: wisdom in the things that he said. All those who
[1:33:52] Speaker 1: fought Jesus were people who were living in denial, not ignorance.
[1:33:56] Speaker 1: His statement was clear and unmistakable. Nicodemus came testifying on
[1:34:03] Speaker 1: behalf of the scribes and the Pharisees and said, we know.
[1:34:07] Speaker 1: We know that you are a man sent from God.
[1:34:10] Speaker 1: It's only that because you've won the heart of the people,
[1:34:12] Speaker 1: it has disturbed us too much. We have to create
[1:34:15] Speaker 1: a formula to dampen your influence. And he died, but
[1:34:19] Speaker 1: he rose. This time around, we are the fruits of
[1:34:22] Speaker 1: his resurrection. Extending his value system. I have taught you
[1:34:26] Speaker 1: that the gospel is not only a message that saves.
[1:34:30] Speaker 1: The gospel is a value system that can translate society.
[1:34:35] Speaker 1: All the societies today that we celebrate at the core
[1:34:39] Speaker 1: of any territorial development is their value systems. And value
[1:34:44] Speaker 1: systems are derived from convictions. It is convictions that translate
[1:34:49] Speaker 1: to value systems that translates to policies that if enacted,
[1:34:54] Speaker 1: they transform people. Moral excellence is first a mindset, a
[1:34:59] Speaker 1: value system that translates to a policy. The spirit of
[1:35:05] Speaker 1: revelation breathes upon your mind. Is someone learning? The church
[1:35:16] Speaker 1: should not be the only one calling us. The Bible
[1:35:20] Speaker 1: says men will say come let us go to the
[1:35:22] Speaker 1: house of the Lord. Are we together? That somebody who
[1:35:27] Speaker 1: is a non-Christian, because of the excellency of your understanding
[1:35:31] Speaker 1: and your applying scripture, and the corresponding results, undeniable, that
[1:35:36] Speaker 1: flows through your life. Someone who is a non-Christian can
[1:35:39] Speaker 1: come to you like Nicodemus in the night and say, listen.
[1:35:42] Speaker 1: I don't love Jesus. I don't believe in God. But
[1:35:45] Speaker 1: I cannot deny the fact that you're being a Christian.
[1:35:48] Speaker 1: The impact of your salvation experience. The impact and the
[1:35:52] Speaker 1: dexterity of your spiritual understanding. The intelligence that has come
[1:35:56] Speaker 1: from your spirituality is compelling. Can you teach me his ways?
[1:36:04] Speaker 1: It's easy to win poor people on a crusade ground.
[1:36:08] Speaker 1: but you are going to win kings and nations and
[1:36:10] Speaker 1: territories by importing spirituality to a context whose value can
[1:36:16] Speaker 1: be seen and felt in society. I receive, I manifest.
[1:36:25] Speaker 4: Your power and your wisdom till the nations see Jesus.
[1:36:36] Speaker 1: Lifted up Exalted.
[1:36:41] Speaker 3: I receive.
[1:36:44] Speaker 1: I manifest. Your power.
[1:36:49] Speaker 3: And your wisdom.
[1:36:52] Speaker 1: Till the nations.
[1:36:55] Speaker 3: See Jesus.
[1:36:58] Speaker 4: Lifted up.
[1:37:00] Speaker 5: Glorified.
[1:37:06] Speaker 1: Dr. Myles Munro, blessed memory, said this and I quote.
[1:37:10] Speaker 1: He said, leadership is not about maintaining followers. Transformational leaders
[1:37:17] Speaker 1: turn followers to leaders and leaders to agents of transformation.
[1:37:23] Speaker 1: The end product of the journey to your spirituality is
[1:37:27] Speaker 1: not fanatism and extremism. I repeat. The end point at
[1:37:33] Speaker 1: the back of your journey to knowing God, understanding salvation,
[1:37:38] Speaker 1: and utilizing scripture alongside the ministry of the spirit of
[1:37:42] Speaker 1: revelation is not to produce a profitless fanatic. No. An
[1:37:48] Speaker 1: intelligent God will not design such a system. Translating spirituality
[1:37:53] Speaker 1: to a context that can lead to personal and territorial transformations.
[1:38:02] Speaker 1: I refer you to my message, commanding salvation over territories.
[1:38:13] Speaker 1: You will become a sign and a wonder in the
[1:38:16] Speaker 1: name of Jesus Christ. You will go back to your
[1:38:19] Speaker 1: place of work. Do you know why God does not
[1:38:21] Speaker 1: promote men in the kingdom? Their value will be useless
[1:38:25] Speaker 1: to society. Their fanatism will only become a distraction to many.
[1:38:30] Speaker 1: and even lead many through anger away from God, not
[1:38:33] Speaker 1: towards him. So God would rather them remain at a level.
[1:38:37] Speaker 1: Promotion comes when profit can be derived. Many of you
[1:38:41] Speaker 1: are administrators and you are business people. Talk to me
[1:38:43] Speaker 1: intelligent people. Do you promote someone who will not bring
[1:38:46] Speaker 1: profit to the organization? Part of the principles that you
[1:38:50] Speaker 1: use to promote people is... You check their performance before
[1:38:54] Speaker 1: that time. Am I right on that? Their performance in
[1:38:56] Speaker 1: terms of delivery... In terms of representing the values of
[1:38:59] Speaker 1: the company. When you see that these people can be
[1:39:02] Speaker 1: a greater representation... You promote them. That is how it
[1:39:06] Speaker 1: happens too in the kingdom. When God can derive profit
[1:39:09] Speaker 1: from your life... He lifts you so that you will
[1:39:12] Speaker 1: help men see him in a way that properly represents him.
[1:39:18] Speaker 1: The higher you rise, the more confusion you can bring
[1:39:21] Speaker 1: to the name of the Lord if you don't know him.
[1:39:23] Speaker 1: Did you hear what I said? The higher you rise,
[1:39:26] Speaker 1: the more misrepresentation and the more confusion you can bring
[1:39:31] Speaker 1: to the Christian faith and to the name of the Lord.
[1:39:34] Speaker 1: That's why there are people, no matter how they pray
[1:39:37] Speaker 1: and fast, They will not rise beyond certain things. There
[1:39:40] Speaker 1: is a kind of knowledge they need to take away
[1:39:43] Speaker 1: from their minds. And there is a kind of knowledge
[1:39:45] Speaker 1: about God they need to have so that their rising
[1:39:48] Speaker 1: becomes profitable for the kingdom. Imagine that God gives you
[1:39:54] Speaker 1: access to be invited by the president of a nation
[1:39:58] Speaker 1: as a Christian. And you are given 15 minutes to
[1:40:01] Speaker 1: do a national broadcast. And you are given the liberty
[1:40:04] Speaker 1: to communicate the matters that relate to faith. And then
[1:40:08] Speaker 1: in 15 minutes, you can cause war between two countries
[1:40:12] Speaker 1: because of an abuse of influence. Did you hear what
[1:40:14] Speaker 1: I said? I'm not training you to get a job.
[1:40:18] Speaker 1: I'm not training you to get food. You don't need
[1:40:20] Speaker 1: to be born again to have that. The training you
[1:40:22] Speaker 1: are receiving is turning you to a global wonder. This
[1:40:25] Speaker 1: is why God is re-engineering your understanding so that he
[1:40:29] Speaker 1: can invite you to the gates of nations. There are
[1:40:32] Speaker 1: many believers today. If God ever gave them an opportunity
[1:40:37] Speaker 1: to speak his purposes. Especially within a secular environment. There
[1:40:41] Speaker 1: will be wars that will last years. Because the diplomacy
[1:40:45] Speaker 1: of representing the love of God. You will sell the
[1:40:48] Speaker 1: controversies in the kingdom. And so many things. And create
[1:40:52] Speaker 1: enemies around the kingdom. To a point that the government
[1:40:55] Speaker 1: becomes embarrassed for honoring you. And your testimony becomes a
[1:41:01] Speaker 1: statistical fact. That they should fight Christians in that nation.
[1:41:09] Speaker 1: Are we together? There are many nations today that have
[1:41:12] Speaker 1: been shot towards the gospel because individuals who were ill-prepared
[1:41:18] Speaker 1: had access to the audience and had access to the
[1:41:22] Speaker 1: ears of kings. And because they were ill-trained and ill-prepared,
[1:41:26] Speaker 1: they did not know how to translate spirituality to a
[1:41:31] Speaker 1: context that brought profiting to the gospel. They misrepresented God
[1:41:36] Speaker 1: and credited it to fanatism. The result was that those shot...
[1:41:40] Speaker 1: For the gospel. But a change is coming to the
[1:41:42] Speaker 1: body of Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ. When
[1:41:46] Speaker 1: you give your life to Jesus, you don't become a dummy.
[1:41:49] Speaker 1: You give your life to Jesus and encounter the spirit
[1:41:52] Speaker 1: of revelation. Albeit our focus is not just on prosperity
[1:41:57] Speaker 1: and education and secular advancement. When that becomes the entire
[1:42:01] Speaker 1: scope of our pursuit, it is another kind of error.
[1:42:05] Speaker 1: The centrality of the believer's pursuit must be God, the
[1:42:09] Speaker 1: revelation of God, the state of man. Are we together?
[1:42:13] Speaker 1: If they ask you to summarize the Christian faith and
[1:42:16] Speaker 1: you say, well, God wants to prosper you. He just
[1:42:19] Speaker 1: wants to make you great. You misrepresented God. If you
[1:42:22] Speaker 1: have five minutes to talk about God, what you should
[1:42:24] Speaker 1: talk about is his love connected to salvation. Are we
[1:42:28] Speaker 1: together now? You don't waste that five minutes you have.
[1:42:31] Speaker 1: Talking about prosperity or advancement is a misrepresentation of God.
[1:42:36] Speaker 1: If you have five minutes to articulate your faith, your
[1:42:39] Speaker 1: emphasis should be the central focus of what becomes a
[1:42:43] Speaker 1: pillar of your faith. But if time is extended, you
[1:42:46] Speaker 1: let people know that when he comes, he affects the
[1:42:49] Speaker 1: total man. Including your finances. And the way it happens is,
[1:42:54] Speaker 1: Is that the spirit of revelation can make profiting to
[1:42:58] Speaker 1: come out of scripture. Can I give you number four?
[1:43:02] Speaker 3: Breathe Lord.
[1:43:05] Speaker 1: Breathe Lord. Breathe. Breathe upon my life.
[1:43:13] Speaker 3: Breathe Lord. Breathe Lord.
[1:43:17] Speaker 1: Breathe.
[1:43:18] Speaker 4: Breathe upon my life.
[1:43:23] Speaker 1: I receive, I manifest Your power and Your wisdom Till
[1:43:34] Speaker 1: the nations see Jesus Lifted up, exalted I receive, I
[1:43:47] Speaker 1: manifest Your power and your wisdom till the nations see
[1:43:58] Speaker 1: Jesus lifted up glorified hallelujah somebody called me he sent
[1:44:16] Speaker 1: me a text one time I may not be surprised
[1:44:18] Speaker 1: if he's following after We put this agro program and
[1:44:24] Speaker 1: programs to bless the business people. And he called me
[1:44:29] Speaker 1: and he said, sir, his exact words, he said, Pastor, sir,
[1:44:33] Speaker 1: you don't know me. I'm a Muslim. I'm not a Christian.
[1:44:37] Speaker 1: But we're having a discussion about you. And the part
[1:44:41] Speaker 1: that touched me was when I saw that you were
[1:44:44] Speaker 1: not just complaining and that you were doing the bits
[1:44:47] Speaker 1: that you were. To train people. He said I was touched.
[1:44:51] Speaker 1: I'm not a Christian. Probably he's following. He said I
[1:44:54] Speaker 1: was touched. And then he said my wife listens to you.
[1:44:59] Speaker 1: This is somebody who is aware. A non-Christian. My wife
[1:45:04] Speaker 1: listens to you. And I will not stop her. Because
[1:45:08] Speaker 1: I have seen the valley. That thing touched me. Hallelujah.
[1:45:14] Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
[1:45:15] Speaker 1: Now, most of you don't come from the north, so
[1:45:18] Speaker 1: you will not understand the implication of that statement. You
[1:45:21] Speaker 1: have to live in the north to understand what it
[1:45:23] Speaker 1: means for a man to say, listen, I'm not a Christian.
[1:45:27] Speaker 1: But we discussed you here. And based on what? Didn't
[1:45:31] Speaker 1: he see healing the sick in Koinonia? That's none of
[1:45:33] Speaker 1: his business. Didn't he see the dishing out of Greek
[1:45:37] Speaker 1: and Hebrew? The point of profiting was when spirituality was translated.
[1:45:42] Speaker 1: Now when you say God is love to his mind
[1:45:45] Speaker 1: and the mind of his wife, they can say yes.
[1:45:48] Speaker 1: Even though I may not agree with your faith, I
[1:45:50] Speaker 1: cannot deny the value and the profiting that your spirituality
[1:45:54] Speaker 1: has produced. Listen, do you know why Billy Graham was
[1:46:05] Speaker 1: one of the most respected preachers? He did not waste
[1:46:08] Speaker 1: his time in blind, childish, and mediocre debates. His idea
[1:46:14] Speaker 1: was to understand scripture with the same. He was not
[1:46:18] Speaker 1: a fanatic. Billy Graham was not the person who was
[1:46:21] Speaker 1: jumping on stage like some of us. But the intelligence
[1:46:24] Speaker 1: he gave to spirituality brought great honor to the name
[1:46:27] Speaker 1: of the Lord. A documentary about Billy Graham shows, and
[1:46:31] Speaker 1: I'm saying that because the documentary is there, that the
[1:46:35] Speaker 1: former Queen of England, now late, one time she was
[1:46:38] Speaker 1: in a lot of distress that had to do with
[1:46:40] Speaker 1: her personal life. Among the many people she reached out
[1:46:43] Speaker 1: to for advice and help and counsel was Billy Graham.
[1:46:47] Speaker 1: There were other men of God in Europe, but she
[1:46:49] Speaker 1: reached out to Billy Graham, history says. Are we together?
[1:46:54] Speaker 1: There are many people who will not even study this.
[1:46:57] Speaker 1: All we know is God will do it. And intelligent
[1:47:00] Speaker 1: people look at us and say, what kind of people
[1:47:01] Speaker 1: are these? When you want kings to call you, prepare
[1:47:06] Speaker 1: to talk to them. Once you are talking to mediocre
[1:47:10] Speaker 1: and mean men, and yet praying that God takes you
[1:47:14] Speaker 1: to talk to kings, God cannot be mocked. You reap
[1:47:18] Speaker 1: according to the quality of the seed you sow. You
[1:47:21] Speaker 1: sow mediocrity, you remain with mediocre's. So she reached out
[1:47:27] Speaker 1: to Billy Graham, the documentary tells us. And Billy Graham
[1:47:31] Speaker 1: sent her a text with one scripture of comfort in her.
[1:47:35] Speaker 1: He said, I understand that things happen like this. And
[1:47:38] Speaker 1: on account of her royalty and the things that she
[1:47:40] Speaker 1: should understand that she's human and things happen like this.
[1:47:44] Speaker 1: And then he sent a scripture of comfort. And then
[1:47:46] Speaker 1: the secretary replied, Billy Graham. and told him how comforted
[1:47:50] Speaker 1: she was on account of that. That was why no
[1:47:53] Speaker 1: government could fight him. Even North Korea allowed him to
[1:47:56] Speaker 1: preach there. Because there were governmental policies that a single
[1:48:01] Speaker 1: nation cannot manipulate. And if a parliament, there are Christians
[1:48:05] Speaker 1: who will be called to speak to UN. There are
[1:48:07] Speaker 1: Christians who will be called to speak to African Union
[1:48:10] Speaker 1: as single individuals. That on account of something you say
[1:48:14] Speaker 1: and a correct representation of the kingdom, void of blind fanaticism.
[1:48:20] Speaker 1: Ignorance and mediocrity. You translate spirituality to excellence. Excellence that
[1:48:25] Speaker 1: cannot be denied. Even those who are not saved will
[1:48:28] Speaker 1: call you. And say we may not respect your God.
[1:48:31] Speaker 1: But translate his value systems into a policy. That translates
[1:48:35] Speaker 1: to nation building. What you see that we are doing.
[1:48:38] Speaker 1: It's only the beginning of a fire that can never
[1:48:40] Speaker 1: be quenched.
[1:48:44] Speaker 3: Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe.
[1:48:49] Speaker 1: Breathe upon my life.
[1:48:54] Speaker 3: Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe.
[1:49:00] Speaker 4: Breathe upon my life.
[1:49:04] Speaker 1: I receive praise. I manifest.
[1:49:10] Speaker 4: Your power and your wisdom till the nations see Jesus
[1:49:20] Speaker 4: lifted up exalted I receive.
[1:49:27] Speaker 1: I manifest.
[1:49:31] Speaker 4: Your power And your wisdom.
[1:49:36] Speaker 1: Till the nations. See Jesus. Lifted up. Glorified.
[1:49:45] Speaker 2: Listen.
[1:49:47] Speaker 3: Look at me.
[1:49:48] Speaker 1: Many will call you. Are you hearing what I'm saying?
[1:49:51] Speaker 1: Many will call you and say listen. This organization is
[1:49:55] Speaker 1: in confusion. We hear you are a Christian and we
[1:49:59] Speaker 1: like the context of your spirituality. How much can we
[1:50:03] Speaker 1: pay you? Come and help reorder this organization. Use the
[1:50:07] Speaker 1: same value system that made your church Dexterous. Import it
[1:50:11] Speaker 1: to our organization. you tell them the condition is that
[1:50:16] Speaker 1: you allow me hold a three-day crusade in your area
[1:50:19] Speaker 1: they say we will sponsor it if it will help
[1:50:22] Speaker 1: us listen i tell you the way evangelism will happen
[1:50:26] Speaker 1: in the days coming will shock you it will be
[1:50:29] Speaker 1: government backing individuals because the profit factor of spirituality We
[1:50:36] Speaker 1: will see the profit of spirituality to nation building. That
[1:50:40] Speaker 1: when we are praying in tongues, it's not just a
[1:50:43] Speaker 1: fanatic jumping up and down. As we are jumping up
[1:50:45] Speaker 1: and down, something is leaving heaven and entering your spirit.
[1:50:52] Speaker 1: When you have the orientation, God will give you the influence.
[1:50:56] Speaker 1: Did you hear what I said? When you have the
[1:50:58] Speaker 1: orientation that represents the purposes of God, God will give
[1:51:03] Speaker 1: you the influence. No man can promote himself.
[1:51:07] Speaker 3: No.
[1:51:08] Speaker 1: Promotion comes from God. Your assignment is to contend with
[1:51:12] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation. Let him breathe upon your spirit.
[1:51:17] Speaker 1: Breathe upon your mind. Breathe upon your body. Breathe upon
[1:51:21] Speaker 1: your understanding. Erode that mediocre understanding. Erode that mundane understanding.
[1:51:28] Speaker 1: That small mindedness. That is focused on self. That small mindedness.
[1:51:35] Speaker 1: That is focused on extremism. And fanaticism. It will not
[1:51:40] Speaker 1: win the nations for Jesus. Learn from Billy Graham. Billy
[1:51:46] Speaker 1: Graham remains an inspiration for me today because of the
[1:51:50] Speaker 1: way he manifested the God life. What a pride to
[1:51:53] Speaker 1: the Christian faith in life and in death. What a
[1:51:57] Speaker 1: pride to heaven in life and in death. Billy Graham
[1:52:00] Speaker 1: made men love Jesus. He made men love the Christian faith.
[1:52:04] Speaker 1: He didn't shout like we did. He didn't run around
[1:52:07] Speaker 1: like we did. But he transported spirituality. The Holy Ghost
[1:52:11] Speaker 1: walked in him. And he brought the gospel. In a
[1:52:14] Speaker 1: context that saved nations. Saved leaders. He prayed for leaders.
[1:52:19] Speaker 1: Some of those leaders gave access today. Some of the
[1:52:23] Speaker 1: access we have to the nations. Today. Came because of
[1:52:26] Speaker 1: the conviction. Of the men who were impacted by his ministry.
[1:52:34] Speaker 1: Let me tell you this. Africa. We must tame our excesses.
[1:52:41] Speaker 1: We must tame our idea of spirituality. Most of what
[1:52:45] Speaker 1: we call spirituality is fanatism and extremism that misrepresents Jesus.
[1:52:52] Speaker 1: We will keep making a mess of the continent before
[1:52:55] Speaker 1: the world and bring reproach to the name of the
[1:52:58] Speaker 1: Lord until we understand what the faith life and the
[1:53:01] Speaker 1: faith pursuit is about. There are still over 7 billion
[1:53:05] Speaker 1: people there about to come to Jesus Christ. In preparing
[1:53:10] Speaker 1: my lecture notes for the lectures coming, it made me
[1:53:14] Speaker 1: to learn a lot. I explored statistics of all kinds.
[1:53:19] Speaker 1: Derive ideas from intellectuals, from the economic realm and several
[1:53:24] Speaker 1: people like that just in preparing the piece of thoughts
[1:53:27] Speaker 1: that we'll be sharing. And I learned again how far
[1:53:31] Speaker 1: behind we are in terms of our spiritual orientation. I
[1:53:35] Speaker 1: tell you, it's the reason why there are more churches.
[1:53:37] Speaker 1: It's the reason why there are more of us men
[1:53:39] Speaker 1: of God. And yet you see that that penetrating power,
[1:53:44] Speaker 1: the gatekeepers have not seen the Jesus they are looking for.
[1:53:47] Speaker 1: Did you hear what I said? The gatekeepers that allow
[1:53:52] Speaker 1: for a free flow of the gospel are looking for
[1:53:55] Speaker 1: a kind of Jesus and a kind of spiritual orientation
[1:53:59] Speaker 1: we have not yet presented. We must grow out of
[1:54:04] Speaker 1: our petty small mindedness and look globally and see to
[1:54:11] Speaker 1: it that there is a burden upon us for the nations.
[1:54:14] Speaker 1: It will not happen through extremism and fanatism. Again, learn
[1:54:18] Speaker 1: from Billy Graham. Billy Graham is an extreme model and
[1:54:23] Speaker 1: a worthy influence. Every believer that knows God and loves
[1:54:27] Speaker 1: kingdom come, evangelist or otherwise, among the many followers you
[1:54:32] Speaker 1: should follow. I tell you, I recommend for you.
[1:54:35] Speaker 4: He's a man.
[1:54:36] Speaker 1: I believe he has his imperfections. I believe he has
[1:54:38] Speaker 1: his limitations. But he's a commendable model to guide your understanding.
[1:54:44] Speaker 1: He is a very intelligent capture of translating spirituality into
[1:54:49] Speaker 1: To territorial transformation. Let me give you the final one.
[1:54:54] Speaker 1: And then we'll pray. This is koinonia. Number four. What
[1:55:06] Speaker 1: is the assignment of the spirit of revelation? With respect
[1:55:10] Speaker 1: to deriving profit from scripture. Kingdom advance. And destiny actualization.
[1:55:15] Speaker 1: Are you ready?
[1:55:16] Speaker 5: Ready?
[1:55:16] Speaker 1: The spirit of revelation activates the various prophetic dimensions in
[1:55:21] Speaker 1: the believer. The spirit of revelation activates the various prophetic
[1:55:30] Speaker 1: dimensions in the believer. The spirit of revelation activates the
[1:55:37] Speaker 1: various prophetic dimensions in the believer. Dreams, visions, Word of knowledge. Prophecy.
[1:55:47] Speaker 1: There is a prophetic dimension to every believer. Whether you
[1:55:51] Speaker 1: are called to the office of a prophet or not.
[1:55:53] Speaker 1: The prophetic dimension is how you are able to interact
[1:55:56] Speaker 1: with the spirit realm like you have learned here. Joel
[1:55:59] Speaker 1: chapter 2, 28 and 29. Joel chapter 2, 28 and 29.
[1:56:05] Speaker 1: Joel chapter 2, 28 and 29. And it shall come
[1:56:08] Speaker 1: to pass afterward, he says, I will pour out my
[1:56:12] Speaker 1: spirit upon all flesh. How many? All flesh. He says,
[1:56:16] Speaker 1: and your sons and daughters shall prophesy. Your old men
[1:56:21] Speaker 1: shall dream dreams. The young men shall see visions. And
[1:56:25] Speaker 1: upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days,
[1:56:28] Speaker 1: I will pour out my spirit. The unifying factor is
[1:56:33] Speaker 1: that regardless the age range, everyone had a prophetic experience.
[1:56:37] Speaker 1: A dream, a vision, some kind of encounters. The spirit
[1:56:41] Speaker 1: of revelation is responsible for activating the various prophetic dimensions
[1:56:48] Speaker 1: in the believer. So as much as I've spoken about
[1:56:55] Speaker 1: kingdom advance, next week is a miracle service. The word
[1:56:59] Speaker 1: of knowledge will still come. The manifestations of the spirit,
[1:57:04] Speaker 1: the prophetic will still come. Are we together? The Holy
[1:57:07] Speaker 1: Spirit helps us to manifest that prophetic dimension within us. Powerful. Jesus,
[1:57:17] Speaker 1: by the spirit of revelation, looks and right from where
[1:57:23] Speaker 1: he is, he says, an Israelite indeed, in whom there
[1:57:27] Speaker 1: is no guile. Nathaniel comes to him and says, you
[1:57:30] Speaker 1: do not even know me. He said, no, this is
[1:57:32] Speaker 1: not all intellect. While you were under the tree, I
[1:57:36] Speaker 1: saw you. He was amazed. He said, Nathaniel, just because
[1:57:39] Speaker 1: I told you this, you are surprised. He said, you
[1:57:42] Speaker 1: will see greater things than this. You with your own eyes,
[1:57:45] Speaker 1: your prophetic being open, you will see the heavens open
[1:57:48] Speaker 1: and the angels ascending and descending upon the son of man.
[1:57:52] Speaker 1: There is an advantage we have, believers. Our lives is
[1:57:55] Speaker 1: not always spiritual. Even though there is a spiritual dimension.
[1:57:59] Speaker 1: Are we together? Our lives is not always intellectual. Even
[1:58:03] Speaker 1: though there is an intellectual dimension. There is a prophetic
[1:58:06] Speaker 1: dimension to every believer. God can show you things to come.
[1:58:10] Speaker 1: And when he the spirit of truth is come. The
[1:58:12] Speaker 1: Bible says that he will guide you into all truth.
[1:58:15] Speaker 1: And he will show you the things to come. He
[1:58:18] Speaker 1: will show you the things to come. He will show
[1:58:20] Speaker 1: you the things to come. The Bible says, no eye
[1:58:23] Speaker 1: has seen, no ear has heard, neither has it entered
[1:58:26] Speaker 1: into the heart of man the things that God has
[1:58:28] Speaker 1: prepared for them that love Him. It says, but the
[1:58:31] Speaker 1: Spirit has revealed it to us. He has revealed it
[1:58:36] Speaker 1: to us through his spirit. For the spirit such as
[1:58:39] Speaker 1: all things. Even the deep things of God. And the
[1:58:41] Speaker 1: Bible says the reason why he does all of those things.
[1:58:44] Speaker 1: Is that he would let us know the things that
[1:58:46] Speaker 1: are freely given to us. Say I'm a spiritual person.
[1:58:50] Speaker 1: One more time. Say I'm a spiritual person. The spirit
[1:58:53] Speaker 1: of revelation is at work in me. So he activates
[1:58:59] Speaker 1: that prophetic dimension. That is the reason why... To the
[1:59:05] Speaker 1: glory of God... When all the lectures... And the discourses
[1:59:10] Speaker 1: are done... By night... The Bible says... While shepherds watch
[1:59:15] Speaker 1: their flocks by night... So you can be a lecturer
[1:59:18] Speaker 1: by day... And then you wear that regalia... And let
[1:59:22] Speaker 1: the devil know... That I did not just come with
[1:59:24] Speaker 1: a lecture note... I came in the spirit... And the power...
[1:59:30] Speaker 1: To dislodge darkness... To stir up a fire for the kingdom.
[1:59:45] Speaker 1: Believers hear me. This Bible. Contains wholesome profiting. To every believer.
[2:00:00] Speaker 1: This Bible. I repeat. contains wholesome profiting to the believer.
[2:00:08] Speaker 1: But that the Bible in itself is not flawless archaeologically.
[2:00:15] Speaker 1: The Bible is not flawless historically. The Bible is not
[2:00:19] Speaker 1: flawless linguistically. In fact, the Bible is not flawless in
[2:00:26] Speaker 1: terms of the accuracy and the facts of the things presented.
[2:00:32] Speaker 1: But at the moment the Bible becomes channeled from a
[2:00:40] Speaker 1: lens of the revelation of God. The revelation of man's
[2:00:45] Speaker 1: state without God. The revelation of Jesus as the savior
[2:00:50] Speaker 1: and remedy to man and creation. Are we together? The
[2:00:54] Speaker 1: revelation of the gospel. And the revelation of salvation. The
[2:00:58] Speaker 1: Bible becomes accurate. Regardless what you are reading. And regardless
[2:01:03] Speaker 1: the imperfections that your eye may observe. There is no
[2:01:07] Speaker 1: degree of imperfection in the Bible. That sustains the ability
[2:01:11] Speaker 1: to derive a believer. Whose thoughts it is by the
[2:01:14] Speaker 1: spirit of revelation. Did you hear what I said? You
[2:01:19] Speaker 1: can never, never be deluded into error if you allow
[2:01:24] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation to guide your understanding and your
[2:01:28] Speaker 1: interpretation of scripture.
[2:01:30] Speaker 5: No.
[2:01:37] Speaker 1: You can read the book of Leviticus and all you
[2:01:40] Speaker 1: see are all kinds of sacraments, all practices. And it
[2:01:44] Speaker 1: may not make sense to you But because the spirit
[2:01:47] Speaker 1: of revelation rests upon you. Among the many words. And
[2:01:51] Speaker 1: you sanctify the instruments of the temple. And make sure
[2:01:54] Speaker 1: this one expression will stand out. And light come from it.
[2:02:00] Speaker 1: I come in the volume of the book. It was
[2:02:04] Speaker 1: written about me.
[2:02:07] Speaker 4: To do your will.
[2:02:13] Speaker 1: I come in the volume of the book.
[2:02:15] Speaker 4: It was written about me.
[2:02:19] Speaker 2: To do your will oh god.
[2:02:25] Speaker 4: I come in the volume of the book it was
[2:02:29] Speaker 4: written about me to do your will oh god one
[2:02:36] Speaker 4: more time I come in the volume of the book.
[2:02:40] Speaker 4: It was written about me.
[2:02:44] Speaker 2: To do your will, O God.
[2:02:47] Speaker 1: He says, I am the children that the Lord has
[2:02:53] Speaker 1: given me. We are for signs and for wonders in Israel.
[2:02:59] Speaker 1: You know what a sign is? A sign is a pointer.
[2:03:03] Speaker 1: A sign does not point itself. It tells you you
[2:03:07] Speaker 1: are close to reality. The assignment of a sign. Is
[2:03:11] Speaker 1: to let you know you are not far. From the
[2:03:13] Speaker 1: object of your pursuit. So when God makes you a
[2:03:17] Speaker 1: sign and a wonder. The requirement to be a sign
[2:03:20] Speaker 1: and a wonder. Is that you must be close to God.
[2:03:23] Speaker 1: So that when people see you. Not too far from you.
[2:03:27] Speaker 1: They see him.
[2:03:31] Speaker 6: No matter whatever may come.
[2:03:36] Speaker 1: I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow.
[2:03:45] Speaker 5: No matter whatever may come my way.
[2:03:51] Speaker 1: I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow.
[2:03:58] Speaker 5: No matter whatever may come my way, I'll follow.
[2:04:06] Speaker 2: I'll follow, I'll follow, I'll follow.
[2:04:12] Speaker 1: The Lord placed it on my heart to teach you this.
[2:04:16] Speaker 1: Because you see, my life changed not just when I
[2:04:20] Speaker 1: honored scripture. When the spirit of revelation came upon my life,
[2:04:25] Speaker 1: the word of God made sense. That the word of God.
[2:04:32] Speaker 1: In spite of the supposed controversies. In spite of the personalities.
[2:04:39] Speaker 1: In spite of the obvious transition in knowledge. That happened
[2:04:44] Speaker 1: to some of the authors. It did not disrupt its ability.
[2:04:49] Speaker 1: To present the program of Christ completely. Let me remind
[2:04:53] Speaker 1: you tonight again. That the accuracy of scripture. Does not
[2:04:58] Speaker 1: come from its archaeological presentation. The accuracy of scripture does
[2:05:04] Speaker 1: not come from its historical presentation. The accuracy of scripture
[2:05:09] Speaker 1: does not even come from its linguistic presentation or the
[2:05:14] Speaker 1: interpretation prowess. No. It comes from its ability to maneuver
[2:05:20] Speaker 1: through the imperfections and still present the program of God
[2:05:26] Speaker 1: with precision and accuracy. And that in order of priority,
[2:05:31] Speaker 1: The compass, the navigation point for every believer must be
[2:05:36] Speaker 1: to know that the primary assignment of scripture is not
[2:05:40] Speaker 1: for business. The primary assignment of scripture is not for marriage.
[2:05:45] Speaker 1: The primary assignment of scripture, are we together? Is not
[2:05:48] Speaker 1: for prosperity. The primary assignment of scripture is not for increase.
[2:05:54] Speaker 1: Is not for greatness. The primary assignment of scripture is
[2:05:58] Speaker 1: to help men. Understand God. Understand the state of man
[2:06:04] Speaker 1: outside God. Understand Jesus. Are we together now? As a
[2:06:09] Speaker 1: representation of the father's love to man. Understand the gospel.
[2:06:14] Speaker 1: And understand salvation in its entirety. When that becomes the
[2:06:19] Speaker 1: focal point. The true north in your pursuit. Then the
[2:06:22] Speaker 1: Bible will be accurate. Regardless what it is. And then
[2:06:26] Speaker 1: when you have that sorted. Then the spirit of revelation
[2:06:31] Speaker 1: in partnership with any part of scripture can help you
[2:06:35] Speaker 1: derive profit and value that attends to any other area
[2:06:39] Speaker 1: of your life. So you will find yourself in addition
[2:06:42] Speaker 1: to knowing God, excelling in business by scripture, excelling in
[2:06:47] Speaker 1: your marriage by scripture, rising in influence in scripture. intellectual
[2:06:52] Speaker 1: advantage by scripture are we together your organization becoming dexterous
[2:06:56] Speaker 1: and profitable you are a leader with a difference deriving
[2:07:01] Speaker 1: principles and lessons from scripture this is how the spirit
[2:07:05] Speaker 1: of revelation operates the spirit of revelation does not leave
[2:07:11] Speaker 1: us as fanatics as extremists no It translates the value
[2:07:18] Speaker 1: of spirituality to a context that leads to our own salvation,
[2:07:25] Speaker 1: our wholesome victory, and then can help us extend the love.
[2:07:30] Speaker 1: the value system and the intelligence of the kingdom to
[2:07:34] Speaker 1: all and sundry. This is what we are called to do.
[2:07:37] Speaker 1: This is what we must position ourselves to do. So
[2:07:40] Speaker 1: in the midst of the falling and rising, in the
[2:07:43] Speaker 1: midst of the spending hours and praying profitably so, in
[2:07:47] Speaker 1: the midst of the burning of night candles, reading scripture,
[2:07:52] Speaker 1: in the midst of consulting other materials, lexicons and commentaries
[2:07:57] Speaker 1: and concordances, you must have this at the back of
[2:08:00] Speaker 1: your mind. That your compass for navigating the thoughts of God.
[2:08:06] Speaker 1: When you promote your wanting to become a businessman from scripture,
[2:08:10] Speaker 1: beyond God, Jesus, man, and salvation, the Bible will no
[2:08:15] Speaker 1: longer profit you. The mistake we make is not that
[2:08:19] Speaker 1: all the other aspects we are pursuing from scripture are
[2:08:21] Speaker 1: not supposed to bless us, but they are not supposed
[2:08:23] Speaker 1: to be the focal point. The focal point in the
[2:08:27] Speaker 1: study of scripture is the testimony of the love of God.
[2:08:32] Speaker 1: Revealed in and through the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus. Man
[2:08:36] Speaker 1: and creation being the object of that sacrifice. Are we together?
[2:08:41] Speaker 1: And the entire mercy plan is captured in what we
[2:08:45] Speaker 1: call the gospel. Captured in what we call salvation. When
[2:08:50] Speaker 1: you have that as a pillar. Every other blessing that
[2:08:53] Speaker 1: comes from scripture becomes an addition. Not a replacement. So
[2:09:00] Speaker 1: the idea... Is not to stop deriving business profit from scripture.
[2:09:06] Speaker 1: Marital profit from scripture. Societal profit from scripture. Intellectual profit
[2:09:11] Speaker 1: from scripture. No. That would be error. But that we
[2:09:14] Speaker 1: must return back to the focal purpose of scripture. Scripture
[2:09:20] Speaker 1: never contradicts itself. With respect to revealing God. Salvation. The
[2:09:27] Speaker 1: state of man. And Jesus. Regardless the complexities around the authors.
[2:09:33] Speaker 1: The lives of the authors. The Bible tells us that
[2:09:36] Speaker 1: God prevailed over the people. Such that every information there.
[2:09:41] Speaker 1: The richest capture. And the richest expression of accuracy in scripture.
[2:09:47] Speaker 1: Is with respect to the knowledge of God. And the
[2:09:50] Speaker 1: plan of salvation. So the next time you read your Bible.
[2:09:55] Speaker 1: You can use various verses in scripture to attend to
[2:10:00] Speaker 1: various areas of your life. You are not in error.
[2:10:03] Speaker 1: But when you want to study the Bible for growth,
[2:10:05] Speaker 1: don't study it as a business manual. Study it as
[2:10:08] Speaker 1: a spiritual book that intends to reveal God, reveal your state,
[2:10:14] Speaker 1: reveal Jesus, reveal God's program. When you understand that, you
[2:10:19] Speaker 1: will never be in error, regardless what you find there.
[2:10:22] Speaker 1: Please rise up on your feet.
[2:10:24] Speaker 6: No matter whatever may come my way, I'll follow.
[2:10:31] Speaker 1: I'll follow.
[2:10:35] Speaker 2: No matter whatever may come my way, I'll follow.
[2:10:45] Speaker 1: I'll follow.
[2:10:47] Speaker 2: I'll follow.
[2:10:49] Speaker 3: I'll follow.
[2:10:51] Speaker 1: I want you to hold hands with someone by your
[2:10:53] Speaker 1: left and right if you can. We're going to pray
[2:10:56] Speaker 1: two serious prayers in this place. The first prayer is
[2:11:00] Speaker 1: you are going to cry for a fresh baptism of
[2:11:04] Speaker 1: the spirit of revelation. Paul said that I may know him.
[2:11:09] Speaker 1: He knew many things, but his focus was him. Not
[2:11:13] Speaker 1: that I may know it. There were many it's he knew.
[2:11:16] Speaker 1: It was Paul that brought order to the program of God.
[2:11:21] Speaker 1: Order to how many things be done. But he said
[2:11:24] Speaker 1: that I may know him. Let that be your prayer.
[2:11:26] Speaker 1: By the spirit of revelation. Lord help me to know you.
[2:11:30] Speaker 1: Help me to understand Jesus. Help me to understand your
[2:11:34] Speaker 1: prophetic program. As far as the gospel and salvation is concerned.
[2:11:39] Speaker 1: Someone is praying. Praying with seriousness. Praying with sincerity. From
[2:11:44] Speaker 1: the depth of your heart. If you are a man
[2:11:46] Speaker 1: of God. Pray. Your members are at the mercy of
[2:11:49] Speaker 1: your understanding. Pray. No matter how much you have deviated.
[2:11:53] Speaker 1: There is still room to square up your understanding. For
[2:11:57] Speaker 1: the sake of those you lead. And for the sake
[2:11:59] Speaker 1: of your own growth. Go ahead and pray. The spirit
[2:12:03] Speaker 1: of revelation. Comes to our lives, connecting us to God's
[2:12:10] Speaker 1: eternal plan. Helping us to understand the gospel, to understand salvation,
[2:12:17] Speaker 1: and to understand the program of God. The spirit of revelation,
[2:12:23] Speaker 1: drawing out lessons, cautions, drawing out principles from scripture. That
[2:12:31] Speaker 1: help the believer to walk in total victory. The spirit
[2:12:36] Speaker 1: of revelation. Inspiring the spirits and the minds of believers.
[2:12:43] Speaker 1: Giving us the ability to birth thoughts. To birth ideas.
[2:12:49] Speaker 1: That empower us to be productive. That empower us to
[2:12:53] Speaker 1: sponsor advancement. At a personal level. At a societal level.
[2:12:59] Speaker 1: At a territorial level. The spirit of revelation. Activating the
[2:13:04] Speaker 1: prophetic dimension. That is inherent in every believer. Helping us
[2:13:13] Speaker 1: to take advantage. Of the prophetic resources we have. At
[2:13:18] Speaker 1: our disposal. To live excelling Christian lives. Dreams.
[2:13:23] Speaker 3: Visions.
[2:13:25] Speaker 1: Revelations. The prophetic resources. I choose the way of the Lord.
[2:13:41] Speaker 1: I want to establish the second prayer point.
[2:13:44] Speaker 4: I choose the way of the Lord. For the way
[2:13:51] Speaker 4: of the Lord.
[2:13:53] Speaker 1: Is the way of wisdom.
[2:13:58] Speaker 4: I choose the way of the Lord. For the way
[2:14:05] Speaker 4: of the Lord is the way of wisdom. I choose
[2:14:13] Speaker 4: the way of the Lord.
[2:14:16] Speaker 1: One more time, sing it from your heart.
[2:14:17] Speaker 4: For the way of the Lord is the way of wisdom.
[2:14:26] Speaker 3: I choose the way of the Lord.
[2:14:33] Speaker 1: Hallelujah. The second prayer point, listen please. The second prayer
[2:14:40] Speaker 1: point is a burden in my heart that I'm sharing
[2:14:43] Speaker 1: with you. We're going to pray for the body of Christ. Lord,
[2:14:48] Speaker 1: let the spirituality in the body of Christ translate to
[2:14:52] Speaker 1: profit and value that exalts Jesus Christ. And frontiers the
[2:14:57] Speaker 1: cause of the kingdom. We are tired of fanatism. We
[2:15:01] Speaker 1: are tired of extremism. Are we together? We are tired
[2:15:05] Speaker 1: of the interruptions... That our human nature is bringing to
[2:15:09] Speaker 1: the program of God. You are going to pray... And
[2:15:12] Speaker 1: say Lord breathe upon us. We are available vessels. Let
[2:15:16] Speaker 1: our praying in tongues. Let our fastings. Let our Bible studies.
[2:15:21] Speaker 1: Let our consecrations. Translate to value. That our world can see.
[2:15:27] Speaker 1: Christians and non-Christians, governments, leaders, heads of state, captains of industry,
[2:15:35] Speaker 1: that they can see the profit point of serving God
[2:15:39] Speaker 1: through our lives. Go ahead and pray. Go ahead and pray.
[2:15:42] Speaker 1: Pray for the body of Christ. pray for the body
[2:15:46] Speaker 1: of Christ we are the light of the world a
[2:15:49] Speaker 1: city that is set on a hill that cannot be
[2:15:53] Speaker 1: hidden neither do men light a lamp and put it
[2:15:57] Speaker 1: under a bushel but it is put on a lampstand
[2:16:00] Speaker 1: a candlestick and it gives light to all who are
[2:16:04] Speaker 1: there Take a minute and pray We pray for the
[2:16:23] Speaker 1: body of Christ in Nigeria We pray for the body
[2:16:26] Speaker 1: of Christ in Africa We pray for the body of
[2:16:29] Speaker 1: Christ in Europe The body of Christ in America. The
[2:16:33] Speaker 1: body of Christ in Asia. In the name of Jesus.
[2:16:37] Speaker 1: Let us come as a corporate people into a season.
[2:16:42] Speaker 1: Where the love. The values. The character. The power. The wisdom.
[2:16:48] Speaker 1: The profitability. That comes from being a Christian. The profitability.
[2:16:54] Speaker 1: The value. That comes by being a person of faith.
[2:16:59] Speaker 1: Let it be translated. To nation building. Let it be translated.
[2:17:04] Speaker 1: To territorial transformation. In the name of Jesus. In the
[2:17:19] Speaker 1: name of Jesus. If we do not restore. The correct
[2:17:26] Speaker 1: context of approaching the Christian faith. We stand a risk.
[2:17:32] Speaker 1: We stand the risk of deviating a whole generation towards
[2:17:38] Speaker 1: a sincere path that may purport to helping us find
[2:17:42] Speaker 1: God and live meaningful lives. And we leave many in disappointment.
[2:17:47] Speaker 1: When you are young, a lot of mistakes in your life.
[2:17:50] Speaker 1: approach to knowing God may not tell. Because the consequences
[2:17:53] Speaker 1: are not immediate. But as you grow older. In leadership.
[2:17:58] Speaker 1: In age and in life. Are we together? The wrong
[2:18:02] Speaker 1: perception about God. Begins to tell on your life. Tell
[2:18:06] Speaker 1: on your children. Tell on your organization. Tell on your family.
[2:18:09] Speaker 1: You can afford to be in error as a young man.
[2:18:13] Speaker 1: And the difference will not show. Are we together? But
[2:18:17] Speaker 1: as God begins to help you, as you become a
[2:18:20] Speaker 1: leader in any capacity, you begin to see the effect
[2:18:25] Speaker 1: of your ill or lack of complete understanding of the
[2:18:31] Speaker 1: ways of God. It will deviate institutions, deviate individuals, Deviate men?
[2:18:40] Speaker 1: That is the reason why sometimes people purport that the
[2:18:44] Speaker 1: church is where intelligent people come and become dummies. It
[2:18:48] Speaker 1: ought not to be so. A preacher should not make
[2:18:51] Speaker 1: people fools because they came to church. Are we together?
[2:18:54] Speaker 1: So that parents and families will not stop their children
[2:18:58] Speaker 1: from coming to church because they cannot see the relevance
[2:19:01] Speaker 1: of the things that we teach. We stand a risk.
[2:19:04] Speaker 1: I tell you this prophetically. If we do not reorder
[2:19:08] Speaker 1: and redefine spirituality and respect our territories as we communicate
[2:19:15] Speaker 1: our Christian persuasions. Let us not take the intelligence of
[2:19:20] Speaker 1: the people who are loyal to us for granted. Are
[2:19:22] Speaker 1: we together? The church should not be an expression of caricature,
[2:19:27] Speaker 1: a venting of mediocrity and small-mindedness. We must respect the
[2:19:33] Speaker 1: territories wherein God has planted us. And we must respect
[2:19:36] Speaker 1: the fact that the people who come to us are
[2:19:39] Speaker 1: looking for God, are intelligent people, and have alternatives. A
[2:19:44] Speaker 1: man should not carry his wife and children and family
[2:19:47] Speaker 1: as a CEO who loves the Lord and come and
[2:19:51] Speaker 1: sit down under the mentorship of a man of God
[2:19:53] Speaker 1: only to learn nonsense. Are we together? And then at
[2:19:57] Speaker 1: the end, the man looks stupid, his wife looks stupid,
[2:20:00] Speaker 1: the children look stupid. They cannot see the value of
[2:20:03] Speaker 1: their spirituality. Their lives begin to go down from the
[2:20:06] Speaker 1: day they become members. The principles that brought excellence, intelligence,
[2:20:11] Speaker 1: integrity and power to their lives. Those policies are no
[2:20:14] Speaker 1: longer there. It ought not to be so. Are we together?
[2:20:18] Speaker 1: And so I want to encourage you. Go back and
[2:20:22] Speaker 1: listen to this message. Are we together? Listen to this
[2:20:25] Speaker 1: message again. Listen to this message again. Listen to this
[2:20:31] Speaker 1: message again. Pray with it. Download it and listen. Don't
[2:20:36] Speaker 1: assume because you were here, you understood it. Share it
[2:20:39] Speaker 1: in love with anybody interested in learning God. And living
[2:20:44] Speaker 1: out spirituality to a context that profits the program of
[2:20:47] Speaker 1: God and profits the society. Ignoring the society wherein you
[2:20:52] Speaker 1: are planted is selfishness. You must factor in the fact
[2:20:56] Speaker 1: that you came to that society as an object of
[2:20:59] Speaker 1: God's mercy. You must factor in the effect of your
[2:21:02] Speaker 1: spirituality or otherwise. And the effect of your orientation on
[2:21:07] Speaker 1: their overall well-being. Extremism and fanatism is the number one
[2:21:13] Speaker 1: religious problem across our continent and plaguing other people. It
[2:21:18] Speaker 1: is extremism that has produced all shades of error that
[2:21:22] Speaker 1: right now governments are grappling to manage. At the back
[2:21:26] Speaker 1: of the perpetrators of this thing is a supposed sincere pursuit.
[2:21:32] Speaker 1: but it's ended up bringing all kinds of terrorist sects
[2:21:35] Speaker 1: and all of that. At the back of anything that
[2:21:38] Speaker 1: destroys society is an orientation. And those who perpetuate it
[2:21:42] Speaker 1: believe that they are communicating truth or pleasing some kind
[2:21:47] Speaker 1: of deity somewhere. It's important to restore Christianity, spirituality, the
[2:21:52] Speaker 1: faith practice as intended by God. Have you been blessed tonight?
[2:21:57] Speaker 1: Let me give somebody an opportunity tonight to come to
[2:22:00] Speaker 1: this Jesus. Please keep standing. We're wrapping up. Let's respect
[2:22:06] Speaker 1: the altar call. You heard me preaching while I spoke
[2:22:11] Speaker 1: about the Bible. While I spoke about the spirit of revelation.
[2:22:16] Speaker 1: And whilst you listen, the spirit of God began to
[2:22:19] Speaker 1: preach you like he did Paul. And the spirit of
[2:22:22] Speaker 1: God is telling you right now that you are part
[2:22:25] Speaker 1: of the many that someday will have the opportunity to
[2:22:28] Speaker 1: serve his purposes. God is calling you. There's no point
[2:22:32] Speaker 1: being ashamed. There's no point being afraid. This is home
[2:22:35] Speaker 1: for you. Wherever you are, I want you to leave
[2:22:38] Speaker 1: your seat as I count one to five. This is
[2:22:42] Speaker 1: a house of love. You can never be too far
[2:22:44] Speaker 1: away that Jesus cannot bring you back. The epicenter of
[2:22:50] Speaker 1: the gospel is the love of Jesus and his ability
[2:22:53] Speaker 1: to save even to the uttermost. Now you come as
[2:22:57] Speaker 1: I count. One. Let's celebrate them as they come.
[2:23:01] Speaker 5: Two.
[2:23:06] Speaker 1: Three.
[2:23:14] Speaker 5: Come.
[2:23:15] Speaker 1: Win that war. Come. Come to Jesus. Regardless where you are.
[2:23:21] Speaker 1: What you have done or not done. What you know
[2:23:23] Speaker 1: or don't know. Just come. Jesus is home. Jesus is
[2:23:28] Speaker 1: the beginning. He's called the author. Young and old. Male
[2:23:32] Speaker 1: and female. And for those connecting across the globe. He's
[2:23:36] Speaker 1: given you an opportunity to know him. This is why
[2:23:40] Speaker 1: he gave the Holy Spirit. This is why he gave
[2:23:43] Speaker 1: us access. To the word.
[2:23:46] Speaker 4: Come.
[2:23:48] Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you for coming. Thank you for coming. Hallelujah.
[2:23:57] Speaker 1: Praise the name of the Lord. I want to thank
[2:23:59] Speaker 1: you brothers and sisters. Thank you all of you. Please
[2:24:02] Speaker 1: if you are joining them. Come very quickly. I want
[2:24:04] Speaker 1: to thank you. for heeding to this call. Thank you
[2:24:08] Speaker 1: for winning that war. Summoning the courage to come and
[2:24:11] Speaker 1: stand before Jesus. Let me tell you what this Bible says.
[2:24:14] Speaker 1: That as many who will come to him, he will
[2:24:17] Speaker 1: in no wise cast away. This is Jesus for you.
[2:24:20] Speaker 1: The Jesus we present is the one who gives hope.
[2:24:24] Speaker 1: The Jesus we present is the one who is always merciful,
[2:24:28] Speaker 1: always kind, always loving. And provided your heart is open
[2:24:33] Speaker 1: to receive of his mercy, you can never be too
[2:24:35] Speaker 1: far that he cannot draw you. For some of you,
[2:24:38] Speaker 1: he's giving you a new beginning. For some of you,
[2:24:41] Speaker 1: you are really committing yourself. It doesn't matter what category
[2:24:45] Speaker 1: you belong to. I want you to lift your right
[2:24:47] Speaker 1: hand and say this after me convincingly. Know that you
[2:24:51] Speaker 1: are talking to Jesus. Say, Lord Jesus, tonight I have
[2:24:55] Speaker 1: heard your word. I declare that I love you with
[2:25:00] Speaker 1: all my heart. I declare that you are the son
[2:25:04] Speaker 1: of God. I declare that That you died for me.
[2:25:10] Speaker 1: And you rose again. For my justification. Right now. I
[2:25:15] Speaker 1: receive you. Into my heart. And I declare. That you
[2:25:20] Speaker 1: are my savior. You are my lord. You are my king.
[2:25:24] Speaker 1: The power. Of sin.
[2:25:27] Speaker 3: Satan.
[2:25:29] Speaker 1: Hell. And the grave. Is broken over my life. From tonight.
[2:25:34] Speaker 1: Until forever. I am a child of God. I go
[2:25:37] Speaker 1: from glory to glory, grace to grace. Amen. Keep your
[2:25:42] Speaker 1: beautiful hands lifted and I pray for you. Father, thank you.
[2:25:45] Speaker 1: Because your word declares that as many who will come
[2:25:48] Speaker 1: to you, you will in no wise cast away. Thank
[2:25:51] Speaker 1: you for your good hand upon these ones. Thank you
[2:25:53] Speaker 1: for the authority of scripture. And by that authority, I
[2:25:57] Speaker 1: declare your sins forgiven. I call you bona fide recipients
[2:26:01] Speaker 1: of the life of God. I declare that you are
[2:26:03] Speaker 1: empowered to live victorious spiritual lives in the name of
[2:26:07] Speaker 1: Jesus Christ. The power of sin, Satan, hell, and the
[2:26:10] Speaker 1: grave is broken and destroyed forever over your life. You
[2:26:13] Speaker 1: are empowered to walk in victory, to experience God, and
[2:26:17] Speaker 1: to reveal him to your world. In Jesus' mighty name
[2:26:21] Speaker 1: we pray. Amen and amen. Please look to your right.
[2:26:25] Speaker 1: That would be my right. That would be your left.
[2:26:28] Speaker 1: There are counselors who will have a brief word with you.
[2:26:31] Speaker 1: Please do cooperate with them. They'll have just a minute
[2:26:33] Speaker 1: or two with you and you're back to your seat.
[2:26:36] Speaker 1: Let's honor them as they go. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. So. Okay,
[2:26:56] Speaker 1: that's true. Please correct the date. I apologize. I think
[2:27:01] Speaker 1: we made an adjustment of the date for our conference
[2:27:05] Speaker 1: during our leaders' meeting. So the date I gave you
[2:27:07] Speaker 1: was an old one. Please correct it. The date for
[2:27:11] Speaker 1: our global Koinonia conference is Thursday 21st to Sunday 24th.
[2:27:18] Speaker 1: My sincere apologies. Please correct it, my dear people. Media,
[2:27:23] Speaker 1: make sure you correct it. So all those who received 17th,
[2:27:27] Speaker 1: I remember during the meeting we had to adjust it
[2:27:29] Speaker 1: so that it meets with the miracle service. So it's November, Thursday,
[2:27:33] Speaker 1: November 21st to Sunday 24th. Please accept our prayer. for
[2:27:42] Speaker 1: the miscommunication so next week I'll take our time to

[2:28:00] Speaker 1: ready and prepared for the miracle service. Please invite everyone.
[2:28:05] Speaker 1: I want you to know that the miracle services are
[2:28:07] Speaker 1: not just times to display power. But it is God
[2:28:10] Speaker 1: reaching out to people. People are hurting. People are wounded.
[2:28:14] Speaker 1: People are sick. They need Jesus. If it is true
[2:28:17] Speaker 1: that Jesus is the answer. We must give people an
[2:28:20] Speaker 1: opportunity to experience him. We must give people an opportunity
[2:28:24] Speaker 1: to love him. To know him. And we must reveal him.
[2:28:28] Speaker 1: Not just in his wisdom. But also in his power.
[2:28:31] Speaker 1: So please invite everyone. Come on Sunday. And let's celebrate Jesus.
[2:28:37] Speaker 1: And celebrate his power. And experience him in our lives.
[2:28:40] Speaker 1: And extend the same to others. Have you been blessed tonight?
[2:28:43] Speaker 1: I speak over your life in the name of Jesus.
[2:28:46] Speaker 1: You are and remain a sign and a wonder. You
[2:28:50] Speaker 1: are and remain a sign and a wonder. May my
[2:28:53] Speaker 1: God keep lifting you. May my God keep blessing you.
[2:28:57] Speaker 1: May my God keep empowering you. There will not be
[2:29:01] Speaker 1: a better yesterday for you. You keep going from glory
[2:29:04] Speaker 1: to glory. From grace to grace. In the name of Jesus.
[2:29:09] Speaker 1: Every area of challenge in your life I declare this week.
[2:29:12] Speaker 1: May you experience the hand of God there. Experience the
[2:29:15] Speaker 1: favor of God. Someone is getting to know Jesus through you.
[2:29:20] Speaker 1: Someone is getting transformed through your witness. Someone is getting
[2:29:24] Speaker 1: healed through your life. Someone is rising above curses and
[2:29:28] Speaker 1: yokes through your life. Go and represent Jesus. In the
[2:29:32] Speaker 1: mighty name of Jesus Christ. Now together let's share the
[2:29:35] Speaker 1: grace in fellowship. And when we do that please do
[2:29:38] Speaker 1: greet someone. Give them a big hug after service. Just
[2:29:40] Speaker 1: appreciate them on your way out. Let's share the grace
[2:29:43] Speaker 1: in fellowship. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. The
[2:29:46] Speaker 1: love of God. The sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
[2:29:50] Speaker 1: Rest and abide with us now and forever.

[2:29:53] Speaker 3: Surely.
[2:29:54] Speaker 1: God's goodness and mercies follow us. All the days of
[2:29:57] Speaker 1: our lives. As we dwell in the house of the Lord.
