[3:54] Like maybe no, like maybe no. Let's just not lie.
[3:57] What was our goal for the end of the year for Instagram
[4:00] followers? When we, when we sat down to
[4:02] draw the plan last year December, we're saying that like
[4:07] by the end of the year, let us dream big.
[4:10] So this dream I wasn't doing now is our big our like.
[4:14] Everything went well. If God should bless us will be a
[4:17] water on 500 followers on Instagram, 500 subscribers on
[4:20] YouTube and in just this is episode 8 and you guys have the
[4:25] love has been crazy. So like it's we just want to say
[4:29] a big thank you. We can't thank you enough.
[4:31] I I love you guys with every fiber of my bean.
[4:34] Thank you and fiber of my bean every time on Instagram.
[4:37] My favorite serial is is is put on.
[4:39] Fiber every this is the one that I say also got big now, this guy
[4:44] said. I do robot robot I.
[4:46] Hear Robot, every time you take from my bean, what's it do you
[4:50] you don't have any body parts also think they're from from the
[4:53] hem of my toe. Why do?
[4:55] Why? From the sole of my feet.
[4:57] Oh, she's the sole of my feet and.
[5:00] The hem of my garments. No, no, there's a prayer like my
[5:03] dad used to be. Solo, my feet are the crown of
[5:05] my hair. Crown of my head.
[5:07] OK, OK, fair. Fair.
[5:08] Correct me. Yeah.
[5:10] Yes, Sir. This your face is hard.
[5:11] Do you look like. Can you come up, Grammy?
[5:13] One is the 1K. Feet bro 1K feet Asian 1K who?
[5:17] Who this issue will not be as? She is ashing ashing.
[5:20] Like horse. Yeah, horse, it means against
[5:22] all all hey, that's almost caught me against all hearts,
[5:25] but I. Know you're a partner.
[5:28] I bro, I grew up to do do, if you know what I mean.
[5:30] I was. Yeah, we.
[5:31] Do ask all Mama when when we used to do house relationship
[5:35] when I was younger. My this is one of my aunties.
[5:38] Yeah guy she had the Monique factor to laugh at Iris what
[5:42] they mean and I think God just said you know what in 10 years
[5:46] time. Don't worry, I will give you a
[5:49] slice of the pie. I'm not as bothered as I was guy
[5:52] the way my extractor just jump starts around.
[5:54] Through my own comes out very unexpected moments, like I was
[5:57] at work the other day and like I was presenting this thing and
[6:00] I'm like H Factor popped out and I really swallow it.
[6:04] You don't. Ever say honeymoon just.
[6:07] A guy against all odds like she's against all.
[6:11] Where did where did H come from? Like we're saying thank you so
[6:18] much. You know we appreciate you.
[6:20] What was the most asked question on our comment section to be on
[6:25] our DMS? When we did one of our Thursday
[6:29] like to actual yeah, we were like somebody asked us how we
[6:32] met. So somebody asked how do you
[6:35] are, not how? We met in, I think we promised.
[6:37] We promised them that we'll tell them.
[6:40] Yeah. So you want to do the how we met
[6:42] or should I did? You they smile already.
[6:46] Now do it. It's like you.
[6:47] You're already gingered. Yeah, I don't.
[6:49] Let me be honest with you people.
[6:51] Let me be honest. There's we have two different
[6:55] versions of. But my pressure is true version
[6:59] you should believe. I don't remember 3 beats.
[7:04] So let me scale back. So I really knew like we went to
[7:07] the same church, so Kate was on those down.
[7:10] So I knew him back from Niger was on those down.
[7:12] So one of those down some noise makers in this that British
[7:16] church. We wear Supra, we wear tight or
[7:19] fly shirt. I'm doing you know, the my blue
[7:21] super. I'm a keep keep never I.
[7:24] Never wore my keep you. Know boy what would be.
[7:26] Never can't. Live with the entire head.
[7:29] But anyways, yeah, he was all of those guys we met.
[7:35] So we didn't meet in church. Like meet our friend.
[7:37] He was just. I think he was just, we just
[7:39] always saw each other. We just did the black man nod
[7:41] and that was it. And then?
[7:43] What of my *** When I was coming to Canada, I figured I was
[7:46] coming to Windsor. I was putting him on Twitter and
[7:48] I, I saw that like he, yeah, tweeted about Windsor being a
[7:52] very dead place a lot of times I thought to him and I'm like, oh
[7:55] bro, I was Windsor. I was everything.
[7:57] And he told me you. Have done they can never give me
[8:01] ambassador for window in this life.
[8:02] Yeah, we told him that that is all I'm tweeting about.
[8:05] That is dead now. Anyways, I, I reached out to him
[8:10] and he's open. So is my and his because I knew
[8:14] I was coming to me and he asked why.
[8:16] I said, Oh, I'm coming to me. So for my postgraduate studies.
[8:19] And I kid, you know, this somebody I've not spoken to in
[8:22] like, how many years? 10.
[8:25] Over 10 years we've never interacted.
[8:28] The only interaction we had was head nod.
[8:31] This brother started looking. He looked for house for me from
[8:35] Nigeria. He drove 4 hours like he was the
[8:39] open eye landing and I told him the day, I think it was August
[8:41] 26th and 20 so I will never forget.
[8:43] I mean I'm very good with this by the way.
[8:45] He drove all the way from Windsor to Toronto to pick me up
[8:48] from the airport. He picked me up and I was
[8:51] supposed to fly from Toronto to Windsor.
[8:53] We now shifted the flights because KP wanted to make me
[8:55] have a good time. Was like, oh welcome, I'll show
[8:57] you around. You know, it took me round and I
[9:00] go close. It took me for the first time in
[9:02] my life. It took me to groove.
[9:03] My Mama, neighbor, my man. There he goes, depressing.
[9:06] Oh man, let my son find his feet in this new land.
[9:09] Let him not meet somebody that will live in my street.
[9:11] KP, don't carry me. Go straight.
[9:12] You go, You go. I never marinate.
[9:16] Keep you. Don't press counsel.
[9:20] You know, he showed me around and then the next day I was I
[9:24] was going to fly to Windsor. He came to pick me and then I
[9:28] was flying to Windsor. I wanted to carry my bag from
[9:30] the car. And then he was like, Oh no, no,
[9:32] leave everything. I would drive everything.
[9:33] I meet him, he's or fly lights. Like he was the guy.
[9:36] Just he was just I'm like guy. I don't know who will be this
[9:39] guy. I came to Windsor he already
[9:43] sorted house for like easy landing.
[9:45] Then there was it was Thanksgiving introduced me to
[9:47] his family who bring me for Thanksgiving.
[9:49] He will carry me to Toronto for concerts.
[9:51] Like it was so nice. He said when he thinks they
[9:54] come. What does this guy really want
[9:55] from me? There's no way somebody can be
[9:58] so nice. Do you want to sleep with you
[10:01] and I I will just be looking at tomato will be driving in the
[10:03] car. He will be coming and checking
[10:05] the power with school have is everything this guy you want you
[10:09] want personality No good. There's no way somebody you
[10:12] don't know. He was just he was just really
[10:15] really like he would you know he would go above and beyond when I
[10:19] travel out, he would come and pick me again like he would
[10:22] drive, you know, show me around and it just goes to show that
[10:25] like some people are really really amazing people.
[10:27] I've never really told him this a person why you make.
[10:29] Me sound like a like a nice guy. I mean, hardly got one wicked.
[10:33] Guy is very nice. That time, that time was nice.
[10:35] That time they never they never see us laugh.
[10:40] Well now the guy the all the all show with the.
[10:43] Good, the guy. Was he, was he unlike?
[10:46] He's a very amazing person. He just goes to show that like
[10:50] all Nigerians are not, you know, they're not, they're not going
[10:53] to leave you. Even if they've met you once,
[10:54] they would, they would go out of their way to, to show up and
[10:58] show out for you. So bro, I appreciate you, bro.
[11:00] My dream, my KPD. So I not got another one, my
[11:04] KPD. So, but yeah, yeah.
[11:07] Tell us who's your KP? Who's that friend that always
[11:09] shows up and shows out for you? Let us know in the comments.
[11:11] Appreciate them. Let them know because friendship
[11:13] is, is is the family you, you choose.
[11:16] And I'm happy I chose my, my brother.
[11:18] But and now at least now I know the reason why it was, you know,
[11:20] those all those wise things. He just came that day.
[11:23] Oh my let's start podcast. I will not argue with him.
[11:28] They see me drive how many hours and not many.
[11:30] My age got one bone for my head. Why would I argue?
[11:33] I don't know. Nah, man, when you when you say
[11:39] you're close to me, I was like, I was like my first is my first
[11:43] reaction was like everything, 'cause I mean.
[11:51] This kind of person we did. I don't know why, I don't know
[11:54] why, but I feel like I did just goes back to like your family.
[11:58] Like my family, as my parents have always like made it very
[12:01] clear to me that if I can help somebody that always make sure
[12:04] that you don't miss the opportunity.
[12:06] Like that's why every Christmas and things even like in my house
[12:09] and my mom always ask me like make sure your friends come
[12:12] because like we can't understand that like people here like, oh,
[12:16] we don't have like their families here.
[12:17] So that's kind of like just make sure that everybody's together
[12:21] that's. Not foremost a big, big, big.
[12:23] I mean, the biggest shout outs to the following is man, those
[12:26] guys, amazing people. I love, I love, I love love you
[12:30] guys down, man. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[12:32] Amazing people, amazing people. Let me ask you a question.
[12:35] So like talking about like parents in our family, like what
[12:38] is 1 like thing that is like in terms of like parents in the you
[12:43] want to abolish for the rest of your life, like in general, like
[12:46] in like Nigerian culture, one thing that you want to abolish
[12:49] that this this thing that people parents do like I need to go on
[12:53] from history and for the future. It's good.
[12:57] That's going to be have to be comparison, comparison.
[13:01] Like as well like parents comparing their children,
[13:03] children children to their like let's say you guys are three
[13:06] like comparing you your siblings.
[13:08] They compare you. Other siblings are Nigerian
[13:10] people can't complete the tennis box.
[13:13] I like bro, those guys can compare for hey, and it is that
[13:19] they don't they don't always do. They always compare you to like
[13:21] your peers like oh, look at this one.
[13:23] Your mates are here doing this thing.
[13:25] I miss are here doing that one bro.
[13:26] You know how many good that guy they smoke?
[13:29] My brother let me not talk to. You.
[13:32] No, I mean like it's crazy bro. Let me not talk to you like that
[13:36] thing about like them comparing to table tennis bus like maybe
[13:39] times where I will just be like my guy, this place that you are
[13:43] comparing me to. I know this person in that now
[13:46] it's like I know I'm not going to cast him.
[13:48] I don't go to customer. I don't be like, you know,
[13:49] offense that depends on bubble. You because obviously you're
[13:53] front, you go to ballet with everything but.
[13:55] Don't worry, seen you. Inside inside the guy the.
[13:57] One day I told I want to see that CAI know that I'm not your
[14:01] your ideal like how you want your son.
[14:03] I know that to go to church, all those things like I know that if
[14:07] you were to mood a son, it's probably not be me.
[14:10] I know I thought that I said that you should be happy because
[14:13] it is that people are doing outside, bro.
[14:16] I know they do Yahoo, Yahoo. I know the I know there's so
[14:19] many things that people do that like.
[14:22] I don't want to cast it like people.
[14:24] We know. We know if you know people.
[14:26] Do this is Well, yeah, you tell me I should come and watch
[14:30] please. I say leave me alone.
[14:33] That's why you're making me look at.
[14:34] You're comparing with 1 is. That like you do something as
[14:37] little as let's say they say watch plate.
[14:38] You not break glass because you break glass model say that's
[14:41] that's your friend is doing this thing that the friend you know,
[14:46] you know, you know the waiting the friend they do.
[14:48] One of my guys. Because I break plate now I'm
[14:51] the what proportion goes to your life?
[14:53] No, let's let's, let's switch so.
[14:55] That you would know all of my guys, you know, like password.
[14:58] So he was telling me that I that one year the house I wanted to
[15:02] kill himself like sorry, like he was just like saying that any
[15:05] small team doors like what his friends look like.
[15:08] Hey, that's why you feel like now that's like why, why why
[15:13] would you say that to your son? Like why?
[15:16] I feel we need to I mean, shout out to the parents, man, you
[15:19] know, told them aware who we are today because like of the
[15:22] sacrifices they made. Yeah, but I think they also need
[15:25] to give the kids some props. Like also, we don't try, bro.
[15:29] We you sent us to boarding school by what, age 10?
[15:33] Like we spend more time in school than we spend with you.
[15:35] If I need. I think I feel like I need them
[15:37] to understand that the key will go spoiled, go spoiled.
[15:40] There's nothing you can do. You could have done everything
[15:42] right. If the kids, if the kid decides
[15:44] the you mean if I was like the spoiler, I don't spoil.
[15:46] You know how many people they smoke you, but they smoke you do
[15:48] everything like you get what I'm saying?
[15:50] Like I could have joined. I could have easily joined them,
[15:52] but because of my own, you get what I'm saying?
[15:55] I said, no, it's not because of yeah, you might have done your
[15:57] own thing, but there are plenty pastors keys that have done
[15:59] there that have done everything. It's still the entire back
[16:02] cookie or back of your neck tattoo.
[16:04] Itself it was it was you go to church man shout out to the
[16:07] church me guys me it's one of them biggest liars I.
[16:09] Lie. No, God did I lie.
[16:16] They judge. They judge good child by who
[16:18] goes to church. They please, they please.
[16:21] I told them I. Told them check your food, just
[16:26] type. I told them, well, that boy, but
[16:31] like if you when you become a parent, what kind of parent you?
[16:34] Want to be I want to be that kind of parent that like as that
[16:37] emotional bond with their kid. When I think about parenting, I
[16:41] always think this because there's no more not to eat
[16:43] basically, but I feel like our parents, parents of the
[16:46] generation, the how will I put it now?
[16:49] The what is the word the the they have.
[16:54] Crave more emotional? No crave.
[16:57] They have like a definition of success of parenting in their
[17:00] head. So like you can't really blame
[17:02] them. So let's say their own
[17:03] definition of success was when I was growing up, I did not have
[17:06] this. I did not have that.
[17:07] I'll make sure my child has this.
[17:08] I'm most I'm not, I'm speaking for, I'm not speaking for all
[17:12] the parents here, but most stories I've heard is, oh, when
[17:15] I was growing up, I do not have slippers and I did my part up my
[17:18] school fees. I did.
[17:19] I went to public school. Yeah, I will make.
[17:21] Sure. You guys have everything.
[17:22] So in their head, a definition of good, the definition of good
[17:26] parents that they succeeded is that you are financially stable
[17:30] and their kids attend the best school and they provided.
[17:32] So that emotional bond is not really there.
[17:34] So that's why when we get into trouble and then our first
[17:38] thought is my mom will beat my mom will kill me.
[17:41] But me, I want to be that that parent that like if you get into
[17:43] trouble, your first thought is to call me.
[17:45] You get what I mean? I want to be your.
[17:46] Guy that is noise you to be that kind of parents like me.
[17:50] I was saying if I have a daughter as my first child, that
[17:56] will be sports. I'm sorry, like I don't I don't
[17:59] I don't know how to like not lie about that piece.
[18:02] Like I feel like my first. Child.
[18:06] Like bro like what do you mean daddy I want ice cream and go
[18:09] and take it snow like bro like I feel like I'm going to be like
[18:12] this softest as I need to marry beef.
[18:15] That is wicked. A true Yoruba woman.
[18:19] You said you said you said wicked is the yes Yoruba.
[18:23] I don't want. I'm not.
[18:24] We just. We love that in episode.
[18:25] One that's a woman. This.
[18:27] Thing you need to say is obviously do.
[18:29] You. Oh, yeah.
[18:29] Sorry, sorry. They do you.
[18:35] But yeah, man, my wife used to be like staying like my wife
[18:37] would be the nice phone Dad, you know that I need Andre Key.
[18:41] I want to go to ICA, take that day, let's go to France, take
[18:46] money. Like I don't want to be that
[18:47] guy, but like to be the strict 1 and like someone that they can
[18:51] just easily call. I'm your guy.
[18:53] Like before your friends outside, I'm your guy.
[18:57] Like I'm not just your dad, I'm your friend, your I'm your
[19:00] junior brother, I'm your older brother, I'm everything, you
[19:02] know, I feel like I feel bloke person with the.
[19:05] Story This is why we are we are Co hosts we actually share the
[19:08] same vision the same thing we just want to have emotional bond
[19:10] I saw. I saw one, I saw one tweet or it
[19:13] was like, no, there was a video on Instagram.
[19:15] They were saying that like the person's child went to school
[19:18] and the teacher child that the child had the marks.
[19:22] I don't want to talk about what I saw like bro in that Alabata
[19:26] school. I would not mean drop them
[19:28] again. They're very, for now, calm.
[19:33] Down. Calm down.
[19:38] Breathe. Breathe.
[19:39] There was one wicked teacher like this guy because you know,
[19:44] actually as let me not come and start with education again, but
[19:47] the existing that used to do that.
[19:48] Oh, wrap your notes, wrap your notes in my if you're up notes,
[19:52] you know which one went in the top of social studies?
[19:57] What did you do for my life? So this guy and I did not wrap
[20:00] his nose. They called him out in front of
[20:01] assembly. This is the lashing.
[20:03] Like they beat him to the his back to the point that blood was
[20:06] coming out and this guy's dad came to school and supported the
[20:10] teacher. Now what I see I saw.
[20:13] I could not believe my eyes, bro.
[20:14] And I'm like guy, which guy, Papa do this?
[20:20] Discipline is. Different is the king that they
[20:40] dipped inside like so it's more painful if you chest, kid.
[20:50] Yeah, you know, others like you chest, You you chest and Parker.
[20:54] Bro I'm like how? To ratio is not really high.
[20:57] How? Do you, hey, how do you hear
[21:03] that they wiped your child to that level and you are so you
[21:07] are you are still saying disciplining for me?
[21:09] Like are you OK? What did the child do?
[21:11] Did he still know? Did he?
[21:12] What has he done? He did not wrap notes.
[21:16] Do they usually give me some flux of people like you know
[21:18] when the new term starts on your book as much rise?
[21:22] 2nd yeah, yeah, second term begins.
[21:26] Yeah bro what time my teacher did shout at me that why did I'm
[21:29] like. Yeah, which kind?
[21:31] Of thing is this maybe I feel like very pivoted to insulting
[21:34] teachers actually call for. No teachers.
[21:38] We need to talk about those teachers that that idiots, I'm
[21:42] sorry to say, but how to punish most of them?
[21:44] If you study, if you taught economics and basic technology,
[21:46] how to punish you? Because why?
[21:49] I hope me, I just want to send out the message to the teachers.
[21:51] I hope all those teachers that used to wear their sharing
[21:53] scripts, they will call your name and your score.
[21:56] I hope you are doing well in life.
[21:57] What do you mean 13 / 17? Take your script.
[22:01] Did you need to do that? Like what's, what was your game?
[22:04] What did you gain from that rubbish?
[22:05] Like I hate teachers. Like, why do you want validation
[22:11] for the juniors? Because you want to make people
[22:14] that laugh at like. Come on now I do not do it in
[22:16] front of like when everybody's there like does this English I
[22:19] had she used to share scripts you share the rule.
[22:22] I don't share my script in class.
[22:24] I share it in the in the library so whoever is in the library at
[22:26] that time just some of video yes.
[22:28] So we do they will just call your full school see 13 / 17 bar
[22:33] very irritating something but let's to move on.
[22:35] Let's not go to teachers because I think we started parenting was
[22:39] like the funniest thing that your, your parents coded you
[22:43] for. Or like you think that you just
[22:45] say hi, I'm a small boy now. Like oh, you should understand.
[22:49] There's one thing that my dad, he hated the fact.
[22:52] I used to watch wrestling. He hated the fact.
[22:55] And now it was one particular. It was a Sunday.
[22:58] Yeah. So in Nigeria, when you like
[23:00] watch the show it on Sunday after church.
[23:03] So I just come back from church and you guys know King and you
[23:07] know King in King. What do you know about King?
[23:09] He's Undertaker's brother, but in the second part of his
[23:12] character, he's a demon. They call him demon.
[23:15] So we are just coming from church.
[23:17] God, we've been Shamma. I put bikini.
[23:23] They said the devil's favorite demon.
[23:25] My father, he climbed the stairs.
[23:27] He was downstairs. He said.
[23:29] He said change this thing. No, I was like, he's just a
[23:33] imagine that. He said.
[23:37] What do they call him? And now to see outside devil's
[23:39] favorite demon me if I just off the TV, you know what's phase,
[23:43] You know what you go over you. Are me?
[23:47] You guys should judge me. I see to tomorrow.
[23:49] I don't really believe I'm at fault here, but I want you guys
[23:52] to judge you and the audience. Oh yeah, please.
[23:55] Production you can join it too if you like.
[23:56] Well hear the story. So my my mom at the time used to
[24:01] go to this RCCG redeem camp in way before so one day and I said
[24:06] I want to go on to go on to go and I went there like went to
[24:10] camp with her. I was like 7-6 I don't remember,
[24:13] but as a child I know how big we didn't come can be.
[24:17] I now wandered around and you know, went playing with only
[24:21] stupid boy. I got really Polish Asha was
[24:24] running about. So she was looking for me
[24:26] looking for me like over like 30 minutes.
[24:27] But you know how moms can be they are worried my son Jesus
[24:30] before God, I begged you see myself.
[24:33] She was walking around and at the time after the boy was not
[24:37] preaching was very late in the service.
[24:38] And I said if you're a witch or wizard in this conversation,
[24:41] come out here see people come the wrong people.
[24:44] They won't be wrong like the witches and wizard didn't fall
[24:46] out my massively. What can you look for me So like
[24:49] bro, she found me and actually walking back.
[24:52] The witches did the wrong everybody was not looking at
[24:55] everybody that was running. She now said what she she the
[24:58] people around our newest was not saying.
[25:00] Ah, picking, picking a small boy.
[25:15] I was not. Seeing QR code bro, if you see
[25:21] no, that was just but that was my first time last time reading
[25:25] carp bro and in my head I'm like, oh, I'm a small boy and I
[25:28] like you should understand how kids are very if you go to the
[25:31] store when you're fine, you wonder, but you usually do
[25:34] something. I'm just like that was no needed
[25:36] no, but I understand the timing was no good.
[25:39] That's what I'm saying. But like bro, like they.
[25:43] You know why I even thought you were good with this story?
[25:45] I thought you were good to start running with the mad people.
[25:49] I was to play with that. Stupid.
[25:59] Boy. You actually see your mom will
[26:02] chase you. She would.
[26:04] Chase me like mad you carry this road when I was driving you know
[26:13] how moms can be we just like we'll be overthinking it so we
[26:15] are just being because it's a long night now it's overnight
[26:18] skinny I was just sleeping she would just be there so this boy
[26:21] wants. To miss you, they will leave the
[26:26] road. They don't care what is in front
[26:30] of me. We turn.
[26:32] The until we got to move, I was just once you just realize that
[26:37] I'm already at peace. Oh.
[26:39] You are you want to you maybe soft for you, maybe no soft.
[26:41] For me, but yeah, I. Was very, always very intensive.
[26:48] There was one time that like my parents, I feel like from time
[26:52] they only knew that I liked outside.
[26:54] Like I like to go out since I was a child.
[26:57] So like this was like around like s s two time when you're
[27:00] preparing for like Wyeck and GC and all those exams.
[27:04] So my parents were always like after school, I can't go out,
[27:07] you know, it's related to that time when they caught me on
[27:10] social media. That's not forgiving me.
[27:13] So. Is that what they sent to that
[27:15] school? So I've come back.
[27:17] I was already in that. So now, so like I will come back
[27:18] from school and then they will tell the House of at the time to
[27:22] love the gate. That can't go out me, my friend.
[27:25] And you know, those are stupid friends.
[27:27] Oh, point them to they'll be playing boy in front of my
[27:29] house. So I'll be hearing them.
[27:31] I'll be looking from the whole of the gates like trying to be
[27:34] like that one day. I carry that down you fly.
[27:37] I flew that thing. I flew that thing.
[27:40] Because of all. My father came back from work.
[27:43] This is my dad. I told you that he always
[27:46] called. He came back.
[27:49] The kind of flogging you flogging me.
[27:51] Oh yeah, yeah, I used. To chase bro in my whole life if
[27:57] you flog me. You whatever I'm.
[27:59] Crying private, But as long as the bodies are there, you cannot
[28:02] seem to be crying. I will chase.
[28:03] Boy, get one guy Mr. Mr. Gabriel Tony.
[28:06] God could punish you. I just think I could do that
[28:09] thing. They won't you wipe me at my
[28:12] waist if you see even myself. I thought I was most not also
[28:16] that was. Neither that we need to.
[28:20] We need to cross some people with my classes I'm.
[28:26] Like, gosh. Why they do like this?
[28:29] Guy, they don't do it. Tell me what?
[28:33] Your body, your body, They go wipe you.
[28:40] Why no that's the piece why I used to hate you that could not
[28:43] chase King like I used to hate. The teachers that want the YPC.
[28:47] So you want you as a key, no? I rather, I rather you guys see
[28:51] me like I'm vibrating, like I'm ready.
[28:53] I want to cry but I'm holding because.
[28:55] Everything in your hand you see that back wiping bro it is crazy
[29:00] bro like guy I don't know anywhere that can chest it like
[29:03] this lower back when I say that thing was be used to be let them
[29:09] give you 1 sweet one day. No, was be does not have a
[29:11] particular education. Nowadays, some movies visit on
[29:14] their stomach. Michelin, but let's continue
[29:17] but. I didn't know this.
[29:19] I feel like like parents and I just adults in general, like you
[29:23] kind of need to like extend grace for them abuse because I
[29:27] like when you go to parents and this is our first time training.
[29:30] So I think that is what I've been able to do like as like a
[29:33] child to be OK. My parents, you know, like
[29:36] whatever they may have done, like when I was younger that I
[29:39] didn't really appreciate it was their first time going at it.
[29:43] So, you know, I feel like for you, you may have had a
[29:46] differential because you're not your first child.
[29:48] But like for us first year we one thing you need to do to like
[29:52] really love your parents and just be like, I love these
[29:55] people because you know that obviously they made sacrifices
[29:57] for sure, bro. You know, one that they love
[29:59] you. You know that they love you.
[30:00] But also like, yeah, like I made that pancake reference in one of
[30:05] those episodes. Like you wear the pancake you
[30:07] used. To say, you know, so it's like
[30:08] you. Look like you know.
[30:11] Fair. Fair, Yeah.
[30:12] Well at the end of the day, I still respond my parents for the
[30:14] home values that the that the the old training that they gave.
[30:18] Me many people coming out to say, oh, I don't owe my parents
[30:20] anything like I would that would never be me or like bro like
[30:23] these people gave their all to the where we are today.
[30:26] We are here because of their sacrifices like shout out to
[30:29] them and it was not easy man like.
[30:31] I mean, some people, some people that say, oh, I don't owe my
[30:33] parents anything. Some of them are valued.
[30:35] Like, obviously not every Prince is good.
[30:37] Yeah, like mom or daddy. Obviously, we're speaking for
[30:39] ourselves. Yeah, or even just generally
[30:42] boards some people that say they have like valid claims to make,
[30:46] but some people don't. But like for you, what would you
[30:48] say is one thing that like you went outside to the public
[30:52] school work life club that you were like you face it like it's
[30:57] your mind was like, thank you God for home training.
[31:00] I have I have a lot, but like that's a very good question.
[31:03] By the way, thank you for that question.
[31:06] The first one, yeah, was when I boarding house.
[31:11] So coming from a home that like will be raised to respect my my
[31:15] dad made me like I said in the last episode, my dad always made
[31:17] me open the door for my sister. You know, women are very
[31:19] respected. And then I entered boarding
[31:21] house and then I was short break one time.
[31:24] And then the boys in the school, yeah, they used to do this thing
[31:29] in talk shop where like everybody's struggling to get
[31:31] snacks and short break and run back to class.
[31:33] And we'll be doing this thing when they were lying up behind
[31:36] girls. And they'll be this thing called
[31:37] tap tapping currents. I saw it and I was like.
[31:42] Quavin Abbey, I don't even. Know what they bro, I was just
[31:45] like guy, what are you doing? Like what?
[31:47] What is what is this rubbish? Like who raised this person?
[31:50] You get what I mean? And he just goes to show that
[31:52] like the the way they raised the boy child is different from the
[31:56] way they raised the girl child. Like it's just like where is
[31:58] this coming from? Even when I went to uni even
[32:00] transcended when I went to uni. So there was this path in uni
[32:03] that like it's leader, it leads to.
[32:06] You there? Is your big City University?
[32:12] It led to the cafeteria. Yeah.
[32:17] I like these boys. I think it was poor hole at the
[32:19] time. They would gather at the top and
[32:21] they will be cut. Calling girls like I do as they
[32:23] are walking. Yeah, that kind of thing.
[32:26] And I'm just like, who raised these people?
[32:28] Like people cannot know these girls Now.
[32:30] I know I have friends that told me that they have to take the
[32:33] long way to the calf and come back like just because they
[32:36] don't want to encounter. That robot so.
[32:38] This is so irritating. It's.
[32:40] Worse in my brain because when I was in Lagos, I went as one of
[32:43] my friends. I went to see you and she
[32:45] literally we're talking about one of my set our assessments in
[32:48] high school and she brought up the fact that like I was saying
[32:51] that I was saying that he's the guy.
[32:52] Yeah me. I mean it's one in you guys seem
[32:55] I would blow out. So I was thinking how that I hit
[32:57] the guy and everything he's always messaging me.
[32:59] I'm like, why is he message? Was that older in the school?
[33:02] You probably know him and the school that I used to like cast
[33:04] call people. He's got what he's called.
[33:07] Guy OK, let me give you the best call.
[33:09] He faces the roads to calf. So when you come back from
[33:12] class, everybody's tired. Obviously you finish class you
[33:15] stressful the Chapel you go like this and you go to like this
[33:18] that's the rule everybody for the standard in constant key
[33:21] these boys will gather at the top like do both sides and as
[33:24] any babies passing yeah they were making moves and I'm just
[33:27] like. She's not said I went raised you
[33:29] yeah Wendy, Wendy like don't give them attention to.
[33:33] Downside you never find say I'm like and I'm just like some you
[33:37] see some babies running like anxiety will be running through
[33:39] them and I'm just like, we should raise the boy child to
[33:42] protect the female. Do you get what I'm saying?
[33:44] Like it's, it's not. He was the guy.
[33:46] He was very terrible. And that's those two situations
[33:49] of tapping currents. Like bro, how old are you?
[33:53] You are 1011 and then you are going behind on the talk shop to
[33:57] buy pink pop and you are doing like this.
[33:58] And they will be laughing and the girls can't hear them.
[34:01] They will be feeling. Very completely.
[34:03] Deflated like the people feeling very deflated, very like torched
[34:07] and you are there laughing. Bro you just literally ruined
[34:11] the girls day. For what reason?
[34:12] You get why some people didn't want to, but they didn't have
[34:14] money to buy anything. But they are tapping currents.
[34:16] Now and I do with the FAB, what I mean Fab, I missed you.
[34:20] Not. Do that, fab.
[34:27] I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
[34:28] Pause, Pause. Pause.
[34:29] I'm sorry, Yeah, everybody has to steal me.
[34:31] Like, like I see. Like I said, extending grace.
[34:35] I extend this to a lot of people.
[34:37] If you are from some homes like you don't have I still I don't
[34:42] condone it but I understand. Yeah, scarcity mentality.
[34:45] How? Can you be a politician's child?
[34:48] And you did steal. My new.
[34:50] Why, why, why is I want to see that that's the new one is
[34:55] something that would never be fixed.
[34:56] Some people are, some people just just.
[34:59] Like I have my own but I want. You to like I.
