## Transcript

[0:02] Speaker 1: Lo, little moonbeam, make yourself soft and warm beneath your
[0:07] Speaker 1: blanket tonight. Feel your pillow holding you kindly while your
[0:11] Speaker 1: body settles down to rest. You have wandered through a full,
[0:16] Speaker 1: bright day, and now the night is here to hold you.
[0:32] Speaker 1: Let your shoulders drop low and let your breath turn
[0:35] Speaker 1: slow and easy. We will wander together toward a quiet
[0:41] Speaker 1: garden where our friend Maple waits among silver leaves. Maple
[0:58] Speaker 1: moves very slowly past round stones and pale flowers glowing
[1:05] Speaker 1: softly in moonlight. Nothing here hurries or calls loudly. Everything
[1:14] Speaker 1: rests in silver stillness around you. You may picture your
[1:20] Speaker 1: thoughts tiptoeing beside maple, gentle and light. and unhurried. Smell
[1:40] Speaker 1: the sweet night air all around you while white blossoms
[1:44] Speaker 1: open wide upon the tall trellis. Watch how patiently they
[1:49] Speaker 1: shine without needing to be picked or touched at all.
[2:05] Speaker 1: Now Maple holds three tiny picture seeds made only of
[2:09] Speaker 1: quiet thoughts for sleep. Each one carries a kind whisper
[2:15] Speaker 1: you may say softly inside yourself. Breathe easily and think
[2:21] Speaker 1: with Maple, I am safe and warm tonight. Breathe again
[2:38] Speaker 1: and think, I am loved and held dearly. Breathe once
[2:44] Speaker 1: more and think, I can rest now in peace. Let
[2:49] Speaker 1: each small whisper settle like a seed into soft dark earth.
[3:06] Speaker 1: Beside the still pond, Maple sits upon cool moss and
[3:10] Speaker 1: listens to the night. Water holds the moon softly while
[3:14] Speaker 1: leaves brush gently overhead in lemon-scented air. Notice what feels
[3:19] Speaker 1: calmest inside you right now. Perhaps warmth or lightness or sleepiness.
[3:38] Speaker 1: You may keep that gentle feeling or you may let
[3:41] Speaker 1: it drift and change. There is no right way to rest,
[3:45] Speaker 1: only your own quiet way unfolding slowly. Let your forehead
[4:02] Speaker 1: soften and your cheeks grow loose and easy now. Feel
[4:06] Speaker 1: your tummy turn soft while your legs grow heavy against
[4:10] Speaker 1: the mattress. Maple curls beneath silver leaves, breathing slowly beside
[4:17] Speaker 1: you in the garden. I am safe, I am loved,
[4:32] Speaker 1: I can rest now. Stay warm and still, little moonbeam,
[4:38] Speaker 1: and let sleep find you gently whenever you are ready.
