[0:02] Speaker 1: The great forest race. Once upon a time, in the
[0:07] Speaker 1: very middle of the bright and beautiful green valley, there
[0:10] Speaker 1: lived two wonderful friends. Barnaby was a small gray bunny
[0:15] Speaker 1: with very long ears. He loved to do everything as
[0:20] Speaker 1: fast as possible. He ate his morning carrots quickly, He
[0:26] Speaker 1: hopped over the river stones rapidly, and he was always
[0:30] Speaker 1: rushing to get to the next place. His best friend
[0:34] Speaker 1: was Timothy. Timothy was a gentle green turtle with a
[0:38] Speaker 1: beautiful heavy shell on his back. Timothy loved to do
[0:43] Speaker 1: everything slowly. He chewed his green leaves deliberately, He took long,
[0:50] Speaker 1: slow baths in the cool pond, and he always took
[0:53] Speaker 1: his time to look at the colorful forest flowers. One
[0:57] Speaker 1: bright and sunny morning, Barnaby the bunny was bouncing up
[1:02] Speaker 1: and down with excess energy. He challenged his slow friend
[1:07] Speaker 1: Timothy to a grand race across the entire forest. The
[1:12] Speaker 1: finish line would be the giant ancient oak tree at
[1:15] Speaker 1: the very edge of the valley. Timothy smiled a gentle
[1:19] Speaker 1: smile and agreed to the friendly competition. All the forest
[1:24] Speaker 1: animals gathered around to watch. A loud bird chirped from
[1:29] Speaker 1: a high branch signaling the start of the race, Barnaby
[1:35] Speaker 1: dashed forward like a gray lightning bolt. He ran so
[1:40] Speaker 1: incredibly fast that the tall green trees and the colorful
[1:44] Speaker 1: bushes just looked like a blurry smear of paint. He
[1:48] Speaker 1: could hear the loud, rushing sound of the wind blowing
[1:52] Speaker 1: fiercely past his long ears. He was running so quickly
[1:57] Speaker 1: that his little heart began to beat very fast, and
[2:01] Speaker 1: his legs began to feel heavy and deeply tired. Because
[2:05] Speaker 1: he was rushing, he did not notice the beautiful smell
[2:09] Speaker 1: of the pine trees, and he did not see the
[2:12] Speaker 1: beautiful butterflies dancing in the air. Barnaby was so exhausted
[2:17] Speaker 1: from his fast sprint that he decided to lie down
[2:20] Speaker 1: in a patch of soft, warm clover. He closed his
[2:25] Speaker 1: eyes and fell completely asleep. Meanwhile, Timothy was moving at
[2:31] Speaker 1: his own perfect, steady pace. He walked slowly down the
[2:36] Speaker 1: dirt path. He listened to the gentle crunching sound of
[2:41] Speaker 1: the dry leaves beneath his heavy feet. He felt the wonderful,
[2:46] Speaker 1: comforting warmth of the morning sun shining on his green shell.
[2:52] Speaker 1: He took deep breaths, smelling the sweet fragrance of the
[2:56] Speaker 1: wild daisies growing near the water. He was not tired
[3:01] Speaker 1: at all, because he was enjoying every single moment of
[3:05] Speaker 1: the beautiful journey. This classic Bunny and the Turtle story
[3:09] Speaker 1: teaches us that moving steadily and maintaining your focus is
[3:13] Speaker 1: much better than rushing and burning all your energy at once.
[3:17] Speaker 1: Timothy continued his slow, peaceful walk. He walked past the
[3:23] Speaker 1: large rocks, he walked past the rushing river, and eventually
[3:26] Speaker 1: he walked right past the sleeping gray bunny. He never stopped,
[3:31] Speaker 1: and he never rushed. Finally, with one last, slow, heavy step,
[3:37] Speaker 1: Timothy reached the giant, ancient oak tree. The forest animals
[3:42] Speaker 1: cheered with pure joy. The loud cheering woke Barnaby up.
[3:47] Speaker 1: The bunny hopped as fast as he could to the
[3:50] Speaker 1: finish line, but he was too late. His slow, steady
[3:55] Speaker 1: friend was already resting comfortably in the cool shade of
[3:59] Speaker 1: the lark tree. Barnaby smiled and gave his friend a
[4:03] Speaker 1: big hug, realizing that sometimes the best way to win
[4:08] Speaker 1: is simply to take your time. And so this beautiful
[4:13] Speaker 1: Bunny and the Turtle story comes to a happy end,
[4:16] Speaker 1: reminding everyone in the Green Valley that slow and Steady
[4:20] Speaker 1: always finishes the race.
