## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Parry, the pterodactyl's cloud bed high above the world. Parry
[0:05] Speaker 1: was a pterodactyl with wide, strong wings and a long,
[0:09] Speaker 1: pointy beak. While the te rex stomped on the ground
[0:13] Speaker 1: and the triceratops walked in the grass, Parry lived high
[0:17] Speaker 1: up on the jagged cliffs of the Smoky Mountain. Parry
[0:21] Speaker 1: loved to fly more than anything in the world. Whoosh,
[0:25] Speaker 1: he would glide over the deep green forests, feeling the
[0:29] Speaker 1: cool wind tickle his face. He would soar over the
[0:34] Speaker 1: blue winding rivers, watching the fish jump in the sparkling water.
[0:39] Speaker 1: But flying takes a lot of energy. After a long
[0:43] Speaker 1: day of loop de loops and gliding, Parry's wings were
[0:47] Speaker 1: getting very, very tired. His muscles felt heavy. Where shall
[0:52] Speaker 1: I sleep tonight, Parry wondered, circling slowly in the air.
[0:58] Speaker 1: The ground is too hard for my wings, and the
[1:01] Speaker 1: trees are too prickly. The pink marshmallow sky he looked
[1:06] Speaker 1: up and saw something beautiful. The evening clouds were drifting by,
[1:11] Speaker 1: turning pink and orange in the sunset. They weren't gray,
[1:16] Speaker 1: rainy clouds. They were thick, white and fluffy. They looked
[1:21] Speaker 1: softer than the softest cotton like giant floating pillows. That
[1:26] Speaker 1: looks like the perfect bed, Parry thought sleepily. He gathered
[1:31] Speaker 1: his last bit of strength. He flapped his tired wings flap, flap, flap,
[1:39] Speaker 1: and climbed higher and higher into the sky, past the
[1:42] Speaker 1: mountain peaks. He gently landed on a large, sturdy cloud.
[1:48] Speaker 1: To his surprise, it didn't disappear. It held him up.
[1:53] Speaker 1: It felt cool, misty, and incredibly soft against his scales.
[1:59] Speaker 1: It was quieter up here than anywhere else in the world,
[2:03] Speaker 1: no stomping, no roaring, just the whisper of the wind
[2:07] Speaker 1: floating among the stars. Parry folded his wings tight against
[2:12] Speaker 1: his body, like a warm blanket. He snuggled deep into
[2:17] Speaker 1: the misty cloud, making a cozy little dent just for him.
[2:22] Speaker 1: He felt the cloud drifting slowly across the sky, moved
[2:27] Speaker 1: by the gentle night breeze, twas like a rocking cradle,
[2:32] Speaker 1: rock rock rock. Far below, the dinosaur world became small
[2:36] Speaker 1: and distant. The volcanoes looked like tiny candles. Up here.
[2:42] Speaker 1: It was just Parry and the twinkling stars that were
[2:45] Speaker 1: starting to pop out one by one. Twinkle twinkle. He
[2:50] Speaker 1: let out a happy sleepy sigh that whistled through his beak.
[2:54] Speaker 1: Good Night whorled, Parry whispered, and with that he fell fast,
[3:01] Speaker 1: floating peacefully through the starry night sky, dreaming of flying
[3:05] Speaker 1: all the way to the moon,
