[0:02] Speaker 1: Once upon a time, inside a bright and comfortable bedroom,
[0:08] Speaker 1: Leo the cat was having a wonderful afternoon. Leo was
[0:12] Speaker 1: a beautiful, active cat with soft orange fur and a
[0:17] Speaker 1: long thick tail. His absolute favorite toy in the whole
[0:21] Speaker 1: world was a little plastic robot. The robot had small wheels,
[0:26] Speaker 1: shiny silver arms, and tiny colorful lights on its chest.
[0:32] Speaker 1: Leo loved to play with his little robot. He would
[0:37] Speaker 1: gently tap the plastic toy with his soft orange paw
[0:41] Speaker 1: and watch it roll quickly across the carpet. Leo Wood
[0:45] Speaker 1: crouched down low, wiggle his tail side to side, and
[0:50] Speaker 1: playfully chase the robot from the edge of the bed
[0:53] Speaker 1: all the way to the bedrow door. The little robot
[0:57] Speaker 1: moved quickly, and Loo followed right behind it, using all
[1:03] Speaker 1: of his daytime energy. They played to gather happily for
[1:07] Speaker 1: hours and hours. But as the late afternoon turned into evening,
[1:13] Speaker 1: something changed. The little robot started to move much much slower.
[1:20] Speaker 1: Its small wheels did not roll as f s t
[1:23] Speaker 1: a crossed the carpet, its colorful lights stopped flashing, and
[1:28] Speaker 1: slowly a fe dead away. Finally, the little robot ran
[1:33] Speaker 1: completely out of energy. It stopped right in the middle
[1:38] Speaker 1: of the room, completely still and rested its small mechanical arms.
[1:44] Speaker 1: Who was time for the toy to power down? Leo
[1:48] Speaker 1: the cat sat down and looked at h his quiet friend.
[1:53] Speaker 1: He noticed that the bright daylight was completely gone. The
[1:58] Speaker 1: house was now p perfectly silent. Suddenly, Leo realized that
[2:04] Speaker 1: he had used a lot of energy to his body
[2:07] Speaker 1: felt very very heavy. He knew that if his little
[2:11] Speaker 1: robot was re sting, it was time for him to
[2:15] Speaker 1: stop playing slow, w down and prepare for a long,
[2:19] Speaker 1: deep sleep. Leo stood up slowly on the soft bedroom carpet. First,
[2:26] Speaker 1: he needed to release all the actavene ridgy from his
[2:30] Speaker 1: tired muscles. He stretched his front legs alta e way forward,
[2:37] Speaker 1: reaching as far as he could. He pulled his musk
[2:41] Speaker 1: less in a long, slow stretch. Then he stretched high
[2:46] Speaker 1: spack legs straight out behind him. He felt deep wave
[2:51] Speaker 1: of relaxation travel from his soft paws all the way
[2:54] Speaker 1: to the very tip of his orange tail. He walked
[2:58] Speaker 1: very s toward his favorite resting place. He placed one
[3:04] Speaker 1: heavy paw on the floor, then he placed his other
[3:08] Speaker 1: heavy paw on the floor. His steps were ext remily
[3:13] Speaker 1: slow and deliberate. He walked into the corner of the room,
[3:18] Speaker 1: where around incredibly soft cushion was weighty in just for him.
[3:25] Speaker 1: The cushion was covered in a thick, warm, fluffy fabric.
[3:30] Speaker 1: Before going to sleep, Leo needed to wash his face.
[3:35] Speaker 1: He sat down heavily next to the warm cushion. He
[3:40] Speaker 1: lifted his right paw and slow why cleaned his soft
[3:44] Speaker 1: orange cheeks. He moved his paw over his ear one time.
[3:52] Speaker 1: He moved his paw over high a souther ear two times.
[3:57] Speaker 1: He moved his paw over his neck three times. The
[4:02] Speaker 1: slow rhythmic movement made his eyes feel incredibly heavy. He
[4:08] Speaker 1: claws ed his eyes halfway. Feeling totally safe and completely calm,
[4:14] Speaker 1: Leo step d slowly onto the warm cushion. The thick
[4:19] Speaker 1: fabric felt wonderfully gentle against h is fur. He turned
[4:26] Speaker 1: around in a slow, careful circle. One slow circle to
[4:31] Speaker 1: make the cushion flat, two slow circles to make a
[4:35] Speaker 1: perfect dess, three slow circles. Then he let his heavy
[4:41] Speaker 1: bod why sink completely into soft fabric. He tucked his
[4:47] Speaker 1: front paws safely under his chest. He curled high s
[4:53] Speaker 1: long body into a perfect round ype. He tucked his
[4:58] Speaker 1: nose safely under his thick fluffy tail. He took a long,
[5:05] Speaker 1: slow breath of the quiet room air, breathe in, breathe out.
[5:10] Speaker 1: Deep inside his chest, a low, calming vibration began to rumble.
[5:16] Speaker 1: It was a slow, steady rhythm that relaxed his entire body.
[5:21] Speaker 1: His heavy paws were completely relaxed, his tired eyes were
[5:26] Speaker 1: completely closed. Leo the cat was totally safe, wonderfully warm,
[5:32] Speaker 1: and completely relaxed, drifting away into a deep, beautiful and
[5:37] Speaker 1: restorative sleep.
