Scott Galloway and Jessica Tarlov talk about what it means for the Iran war to be back on: Trump has formally notified Congress that fighting has resumed and the U.S. is reinstating a naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. What happens next? Will Trump go through with a plan to impose a 20% fee on ships passing through the waterway, or will he back off the toll plan — as he seemed to indicate, later in the day, that he would? Protesters surrounded Senator Susan Collins' office following the fatal ICE shooting of a 26-year-old Colombian man in Maine — a man who was not the target of the agents' arrest warrant, and whose three-year-old daughter was reportedly in the car at the time he was killed. Scott and Jessica talk about the implications of ICE’s unconstitutional tactics, and what they signal more broadly about the damage being done to the relationship between the American people and their government.
