## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Welcome, Welcome to Big Bro Club. Uh, this is wild.
[0:03] Speaker 1: So we have actually been granted an interview with Riley Jeffries.
[0:07] Speaker 1: We're about to patch him in.
[0:09] Speaker 2: We are the only show that is allowed to do
[0:13] Speaker 2: press for Riley.
[0:14] Speaker 1: Rob has a podcast, wasn't allowed to talk to him
[0:16] Speaker 1: all and hold your news outlets.
[0:18] Speaker 2: Yeah, but they said the reason that they said that
[0:21] Speaker 2: we were allowed to is because, and I quote, no
[0:24] Speaker 2: one listens to that shit anyway. So thank you.
[0:29] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[0:30] Speaker 1: Well, I'm just glad we get to do it at all.
[0:32] Speaker 1: So let's go ahead, let's patch him in. Riley Jeffries
[0:37] Speaker 1: is on the line with us. Riley, thank you so
[0:39] Speaker 1: much for being on the show.
[0:40] Speaker 3: Oh what's up? Good? Wait a second, hold on. I thought, uh,
[0:44] Speaker 3: I thought this was actually just FaceTime. You just said
[0:46] Speaker 3: it was a show. What am I doing? Oh?
[0:48] Speaker 1: This is an exit interview. I thought that you were
[0:51] Speaker 1: aware of what we were doing.
[0:52] Speaker 3: Oh uh, I don't know if I agreed to do
[0:56] Speaker 3: that kind of situation or anything, but I mean it's
[1:00] Speaker 3: I'll stay, I'll stay. I thought this was just like
[1:03] Speaker 3: a zoom thing or something. Okay, well, you.
[1:07] Speaker 2: Know that seems to be that seems to be a
[1:09] Speaker 2: habit for you, Riley, Why do you keep going on
[1:11] Speaker 2: shows and thinking no one's watching.
[1:13] Speaker 3: No, no, Like, I just I keep thinking, you know,
[1:16] Speaker 3: this would be a fun situation for for Riley. So
[1:19] Speaker 3: I just hop on and next thing I know, you know,
[1:22] Speaker 3: I'm riding the show out. And so you call yourself Riley.
[1:26] Speaker 3: You speaking the third person only when I feel like
[1:29] Speaker 3: it's necessary.
[1:30] Speaker 1: So I think that's a good thing to touch on,
[1:33] Speaker 1: is that when you did the interview, you know, how
[1:36] Speaker 1: like you got voted out and then they brought you
[1:38] Speaker 1: out on the stage with Julie Chin mun Bez and
[1:41] Speaker 1: and she brought up how you had said to Catherine
[1:44] Speaker 1: you wanted to marry her and you did. You weren't
[1:46] Speaker 1: aware that we had all heard that. You didn't know
[1:48] Speaker 1: that we were we were hearing everything you were saying. So,
[1:52] Speaker 1: I mean, is there anything you'd like to apologize for
[1:54] Speaker 1: saying while you're in the house. No, Okay, Well that
[2:01] Speaker 1: clears that up. Chase, do you have any any questions
[2:05] Speaker 1: for Riley about in that interview?
[2:07] Speaker 3: Yeah?
[2:07] Speaker 2: I mean, look, and it's been well reported that you
[2:12] Speaker 2: left the Big Brother House expecting to be America's favorite.
[2:16] Speaker 2: You thought you were gonna get a big reaction. You
[2:18] Speaker 2: had an interview with Julie, just like how every contestant
[2:21] Speaker 2: does right after they get eliminated, and then apparently they
[2:24] Speaker 2: pull you into some sort of situation room they explain
[2:27] Speaker 2: to you all of the controversies in Mayhem that has
[2:30] Speaker 2: been happening.
[2:30] Speaker 3: While you're in the house.
[2:32] Speaker 2: And basically what we want to know is, how does
[2:35] Speaker 2: it feel knowing that Taylor Swift is getting married to
[2:38] Speaker 2: Travis keller Man.
[2:40] Speaker 3: Let me tell you it's it's kind of the whole
[2:42] Speaker 3: reason that I was so hooked on the whole marriage situation.
[2:45] Speaker 3: I'd been thinking about Trap and Tay. You know, when
[2:48] Speaker 3: are they gonna get married? They ride that bull into
[2:51] Speaker 3: the sunset? So I think yes.
[2:54] Speaker 2: So is that the big reason that you were so
[2:57] Speaker 2: obsessed with Catherine is because you wanted to beat Travis
[3:00] Speaker 2: Kelcey at marrying a blonde woman?
[3:02] Speaker 3: Oh? I thought you said I just wanted to beat
[3:04] Speaker 3: Travis Kelsey. Now it's gonna be like, yeah, that's for
[3:07] Speaker 3: sure what I was thinking. Because if I could have Tay,
[3:10] Speaker 3: I would I'd take her, But I just don't know who.
[3:13] Speaker 1: I thought you'd do anything for Catherine though, I mean
[3:16] Speaker 1: Catherine when you want to marry, right, I.
[3:20] Speaker 3: Have multiple prospects at one time. Most of the time,
[3:24] Speaker 3: Catherine was just the prospect while on you know, the Circle.
[3:28] Speaker 1: So wait, you were you also on the Circle?
[3:32] Speaker 3: Or were you?
[3:33] Speaker 1: Were you just on Big Brother? Because we were watching
[3:35] Speaker 1: you on Big Brother?
[3:37] Speaker 3: Oh? Uh? Was that?
[3:41] Speaker 2: Was that? What?
[3:41] Speaker 3: Hold on? Hold on, let's cat, we can I let's
[3:45] Speaker 3: just let's just move on. Okay.
[3:48] Speaker 2: My next question, it's what everyone wants to know. Do
[3:51] Speaker 2: you think that you acted inappropriately towards Catherine while in
[3:55] Speaker 2: the Big Brother House?
[3:57] Speaker 3: No? No, no, no, no. Man. Look, here's the thing, Catherine.
[4:00] Speaker 3: The whole time, I was thinking, Catherine, you're not gonna
[4:04] Speaker 3: break up with me in the house. That's what I
[4:06] Speaker 3: kept thinking, right, like, you're not gonna actually break up
[4:10] Speaker 3: with me. And you know, some would say, she never
[4:13] Speaker 3: did break up with me in the house.
[4:19] Speaker 1: Riley, So you're saying that your behavior was okay just
[4:24] Speaker 1: because you knew she wouldn't break up with you.
[4:26] Speaker 3: How is that a kapt Yeah? Yeah, yeah, Well I
[4:28] Speaker 3: feel like most of the time when people have like
[4:31] Speaker 3: actual couple problems, you know, they if it ends in
[4:34] Speaker 3: a breakup, then you know it's actually really bad. But
[4:37] Speaker 3: since I'm gone and it can't really end, then that's
[4:42] Speaker 3: not on me, you know, like that's like more perthletic.
[4:46] Speaker 1: Well, I do have another question about Catherine. Since you left,
[4:50] Speaker 1: have you been watching the live feeds, because if you
[4:53] Speaker 1: want to, you can pull her up at any time
[4:55] Speaker 1: and see what she's saying.
[4:56] Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I watch them. I watch them.
[4:59] Speaker 3: So I mean I watch them. I'd say all day.
[5:03] Speaker 3: You know, I have a couple of TVs running at
[5:07] Speaker 3: a time, you know, and I just want to make
[5:09] Speaker 3: sure she's not up to anything crazy, you know, because
[5:12] Speaker 3: I don't know if she knows this. But did you
[5:14] Speaker 3: guys know that, you know, Big Brothers twenty four to seven?
[5:18] Speaker 2: Yeah, we did know that though one hundred and thirteen cameras,
[5:21] Speaker 2: one hundred and fourteen microphones or something like that.
[5:23] Speaker 1: Which is I mean, Riley, I mean, this is one
[5:25] Speaker 1: of the reasons you're getting some criticism. I knew about
[5:28] Speaker 1: the twenty four to seven live feed stuff and I
[5:30] Speaker 1: wasn't even a fan of Big brother.
[5:32] Speaker 3: You got on the show and you didn't know about it.
[5:35] Speaker 3: How is that possible? Well, I mean, truthfully, like I
[5:39] Speaker 3: feel like there were several things they didn't hold up
[5:41] Speaker 3: there into the deal with right, Like I got on
[5:43] Speaker 3: the show, they filmed me for twenty four to five,
[5:48] Speaker 3: and the next thing I know.
[5:50] Speaker 2: No, no, no, Riley, twenty four to seven. See this
[5:53] Speaker 2: is you're doing it again. It's not five days a week.
[5:55] Speaker 2: It's not just Monday through Friday that you're being recorded.
[5:58] Speaker 2: It's all seven days.
[6:01] Speaker 1: And it's on Big Brother, not the Circle that's on Netflix.
[6:04] Speaker 3: You were ONBS. Well, yeah, I kept saying Circle open
[6:08] Speaker 3: Chat and nothing would happen. And I just kept thinking,
[6:11] Speaker 3: maybe something's wrong with my microphone interface or something. But
[6:16] Speaker 3: you know, yeah, no, I didn't know about those extra
[6:19] Speaker 3: two days, but those are two days they could have.
[6:21] Speaker 3: I mean, here's the thing. It's like part of the
[6:23] Speaker 3: week you were there, Yeah, the camera right right, Like
[6:28] Speaker 3: it's it's a work week, right, Like That's what I
[6:31] Speaker 3: was thinking, is like I'm not working on the weekends.
[6:33] Speaker 2: You know, because of Sunday being the Lord's Day, you
[6:36] Speaker 2: thought that maybe you could get away with saying some
[6:38] Speaker 2: stuff that wouldn't be said.
[6:39] Speaker 3: That's what I thought, Like, I'd take a break from
[6:41] Speaker 3: saying those things on Sunday, say them on Saturday. But
[6:44] Speaker 3: then when the camera's running on the other five days,
[6:48] Speaker 3: then I might not say as much. I might say
[6:51] Speaker 3: some of it still, but not all of it. Not
[6:54] Speaker 3: everything I'm thinking. I mean, I guess I.
[6:59] Speaker 1: Think you kind of did say everything you were thinking.
[7:01] Speaker 3: And that's one of the problems. You might be surprised.
[7:03] Speaker 3: I didn't say everything I was thinking.
[7:06] Speaker 1: So what was one of the things you were thinking
[7:08] Speaker 1: that you did not say while in the house, Like.
[7:12] Speaker 3: The first you know, the first couple of days, I
[7:15] Speaker 3: was thinking, you know, for a nonprofit organization that promises
[7:19] Speaker 3: a big brother or a Big Sister club in America, like,
[7:22] Speaker 3: when are they going to actually give me a kid
[7:24] Speaker 3: that I can mentor? Oh, so you went into this thinking,
[7:31] Speaker 3: I mean, they never gave me a kid that I
[7:33] Speaker 3: could bring. Wait, you know you're you're twenty six, twenty
[7:38] Speaker 3: seven years old. Well, Catherine is twenty one. Yep. So
[7:42] Speaker 3: did you thought she might Yeah? I thought she might
[7:45] Speaker 3: be the little sister they were assigning me.
[7:49] Speaker 1: Wait, so you wanted to marry your little sister and
[7:52] Speaker 1: you told her that she had no choice.
[7:55] Speaker 3: I feel like you're getting caught in the weeds on
[7:57] Speaker 3: this whole thing. If I'm being honest, Bachman.
[8:00] Speaker 2: This is okay, this is enough about you and Catherine,
[8:03] Speaker 2: enough about you and Kathin. Let's talk about your professional
[8:05] Speaker 2: bull riding career.
[8:06] Speaker 4: Yeah, we've looked it up online and it appears that
[8:10] Speaker 4: although you have been writing bulls for a very very
[8:12] Speaker 4: long time, it would appear that as a professional bull
[8:15] Speaker 4: rid you don't have that much of a record.
[8:20] Speaker 1: Now zero dollars to your name.
[8:22] Speaker 3: Well, I mean, first of all, I don't even know
[8:24] Speaker 3: where you were watching all this, Like did did they
[8:27] Speaker 3: put the bull riding on TV? Like? What is it? No,
[8:30] Speaker 3: it's on the internet.
[8:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, there's some stats from PBR H you know, Professional
[8:36] Speaker 1: bull Riding Association of America or whatever they call it.
[8:38] Speaker 3: I like to consider myself kind of like the you
[8:41] Speaker 3: know how in wrestling you have a villain that might
[8:43] Speaker 3: not win all that much, Like that's good. I like
[8:46] Speaker 3: to think of myself that way in PBRs, like I'm
[8:49] Speaker 3: the PBR bad boy, you know, okay part of writing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
[8:55] Speaker 3: that's that's what they call me pretty much all the time.
[8:58] Speaker 3: I know they call me a bad boy when I
[9:00] Speaker 3: got arrested that one time.
[9:01] Speaker 2: But that.
[9:04] Speaker 3: What I mean.
[9:05] Speaker 1: Since you brought it up, Riley, can we ask what
[9:09] Speaker 1: led to that? Why why you failed to appear in court?
[9:13] Speaker 3: Uh? Well, you know, I I saw the word court
[9:18] Speaker 3: and I thought, I'm really more into marriage, so I
[9:22] Speaker 3: just wanted to just skip that part of it, so
[9:24] Speaker 3: I shouldn't.
[9:26] Speaker 1: That is that honestly, you're connecting all the dots for us.
[9:29] Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
[9:32] Speaker 1: And I wanted to ask if you knew that that
[9:35] Speaker 1: PBR was about bull riding or you just thought it
[9:38] Speaker 1: was about beer and you wanted to get into that.
[9:40] Speaker 3: I thought it was a little bit of both, if
[9:42] Speaker 3: I'm being real. I thought, you know, I love good
[9:44] Speaker 3: pass every now and then you know, PBR is good
[9:47] Speaker 3: going down the hatchet, you know, and it makes it
[9:49] Speaker 3: makes a good time. But when I saw PBR, I thought, man,
[9:53] Speaker 3: I'll I'll join that every day of the week, and
[9:56] Speaker 3: so I went ahead and signed up. Next thing I know,
[9:57] Speaker 3: they were throwing me on a bull and I thought, well,
[10:01] Speaker 3: if you fulfill the other PBR, then I might do
[10:03] Speaker 3: okay with this.
[10:04] Speaker 1: Have you ever drank a PBR on a bull?
[10:07] Speaker 3: Yeah? I think most of them are.
[10:13] Speaker 1: Man, I do have something I want to ask about
[10:17] Speaker 1: Catherine again. But Chase, do you have anything else that
[10:20] Speaker 1: you'd like to bring up before we circle back to Catherine.
[10:22] Speaker 2: No, I mean I think he covered everything with the
[10:24] Speaker 2: whole you know, PBRs on a PBR, so I think
[10:27] Speaker 2: that's okay.
[10:28] Speaker 1: So I would like to ask because I was up
[10:30] Speaker 1: late on Friday night. It was around four him and
[10:34] Speaker 1: I caught a scene on the live feeds that was
[10:37] Speaker 1: you and Catherine. You kissed, you hugged, It seemed like
[10:40] Speaker 1: everything's going great. The feed's cut out and then we
[10:43] Speaker 1: come back and you're crying in the shower and Katherine's
[10:46] Speaker 1: rubbing your elbows, like trying to make you feel better.
[10:49] Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, you know it was a little too little,
[10:52] Speaker 3: too late, is what I say, because I actually, while
[10:54] Speaker 3: we're here in the shower, I said, hey, Kat, you know,
[10:57] Speaker 3: would you be into rubbing my elbow?
[11:01] Speaker 1: So that's so you asked her to rub your elbows?
[11:05] Speaker 3: Yeah? Hey yeah, I said, could you rub my elbow
[11:07] Speaker 3: while we're in here? As she said no, not right now,
[11:11] Speaker 3: and I was like, are you trying to like end
[11:13] Speaker 3: this thing with me? And I started crying real hard,
[11:17] Speaker 3: and next thing I know, she starts rubbing my elbow
[11:19] Speaker 3: to make up for it. And you know, people only
[11:23] Speaker 3: see one side of the story. All they see is
[11:25] Speaker 3: her caress in my elbow and think is she's a
[11:27] Speaker 3: good woman to me?
[11:28] Speaker 2: But yeah, yeah, yeah, let me ask this.
[11:30] Speaker 3: Let me ask this, because that's funny that you bring up.
[11:31] Speaker 2: You know, people only see one side of it when
[11:34] Speaker 2: the one side is twenty four hours a day, seven
[11:37] Speaker 2: days a week, and we can see everything you say
[11:39] Speaker 2: and do. Do you still think that they are manipulating
[11:43] Speaker 2: the way that you came across?
[11:45] Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's not that's not all the time, right,
[11:48] Speaker 3: Like twenty four to seven only covers a little bit.
[11:52] Speaker 3: It's about half the time in the week. Yeah, Like,
[11:54] Speaker 3: I mean, there's so much more than twenty four seventeen.
[11:57] Speaker 3: It's more like what's getting there?
[11:59] Speaker 1: You know?
[11:59] Speaker 3: That's getting there?
[12:00] Speaker 2: Is?
[12:00] Speaker 3: I keep telling people like, look, it's twenty four to seven,
[12:03] Speaker 3: but it's not every moment of my life, you know. Yeah,
[12:06] Speaker 3: there's so much more to me. Twenty four to seven
[12:09] Speaker 3: is more than twenty four to five, that's for sure.
[12:11] Speaker 3: Well yeah, and it's more than I bargained for personally.
[12:14] Speaker 3: But you know, at least with the twenty four to seven,
[12:17] Speaker 3: they're still not taking everything I am.
[12:19] Speaker 2: You know, Well, I have one last question if that's okayd.
[12:24] Speaker 3: I go for it. Let's hear.
[12:26] Speaker 2: Do you think if you knew what you knew now,
[12:29] Speaker 2: would you still have gone on Big Brother?
[12:32] Speaker 3: Well? I think so. I probably would have gone on.
[12:37] Speaker 3: I probably would have asked for a little more pay
[12:39] Speaker 3: for those extra two days of week, but it's you know,
[12:42] Speaker 3: other than that, I think it would have been a
[12:44] Speaker 3: good time, and you know, for what it's worth. I mean,
[12:47] Speaker 3: me and Catherine are still dating, you know, That's what
[12:50] Speaker 3: I keep really but she's still in the house though,
[12:52] Speaker 3: you but we didn't break up. See, That's what I
[12:56] Speaker 3: keep telling people is I was gone before it was over,
[12:59] Speaker 3: so I'm still technically on the hook.
[13:02] Speaker 1: And I mean I watched the live feeds a lot,
[13:05] Speaker 1: so does Riley, and we both know that Catherine up
[13:08] Speaker 1: until yesterday had cried about him every day. Yeah, so
[13:11] Speaker 1: are you a little concerned that she didn't cry yesterday?
[13:14] Speaker 3: I saw her not cry and I thought, m that's
[13:17] Speaker 3: kind of a red flag for me. She might she
[13:21] Speaker 3: might try to break up with me on the show
[13:23] Speaker 3: at this rate, but it's gonna be really hard with
[13:25] Speaker 3: me not there. See that's I was kind of ready
[13:28] Speaker 3: to go home, guys, So that we oh this thing
[13:31] Speaker 3: going for as long as possible.
[13:32] Speaker 1: Right right, right, right, right right, all right, Riley, I
[13:36] Speaker 1: think we will let you go now. Thank you so
[13:38] Speaker 1: much for giving us your time and letting us ask
[13:41] Speaker 1: the hard hitting questions that have been on the mind
[13:44] Speaker 1: of America.
[13:45] Speaker 3: Look, I'm just glad to talk about them and clear
[13:47] Speaker 3: them up. You know, I'm getting so much hate online
[13:50] Speaker 3: that it's unbelievable. I just at this rate, I think,
[13:53] Speaker 3: you know, maybe maybe I'll just stay on the podcast
[13:57] Speaker 3: just okay talking. You know, I was already so used
[14:01] Speaker 3: to extra time it days and giving it away, I
[14:04] Speaker 3: might as well just you know, settle into it.
[14:06] Speaker 1: Well, if you're interested, would you like to come on
[14:09] Speaker 1: for our finale recap a Big Brother this year as
[14:11] Speaker 1: a guest at the end of.
[14:12] Speaker 3: A man Let me tell you that would make my
[14:15] Speaker 3: day as long as Catherine is not are still together?
[14:18] Speaker 3: If not, it might be kind of a tough episode,
[14:21] Speaker 3: all right, Well TBD on that.
[14:23] Speaker 1: All right, Thanks gentlemen, and for the BBC. This has
[14:27] Speaker 1: been PD in shape interviewing Riley Jeffries. We are signing
[14:31] Speaker 1: off
