PD and Chase are thrilled to be on the Big Bro Club this week to talk about some developments that have captured the attention of the Reality TV Universe

## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Welcome to Big Bro Club, and we're gonna get into
[0:02] Speaker 1: all things Big Brother with my guest today, Chase. But first, God,
[0:10] Speaker 1: because Riley Jeffries has gone home, we have been set
[0:16] Speaker 1: free by the Queen Rachel. Hallelujah, dude.
[0:24] Speaker 2: Who better to take out the demonic, the idiotic, the ridiculous,
[0:36] Speaker 2: the ridonculous, the bull riding phenom then the Queen herself,
[0:40] Speaker 2: the Queen of hearts, Rachel.
[0:42] Speaker 1: She is the best hoh of the season by far easily,
[0:47] Speaker 1: And that's why we had to just we're too excited
[0:50] Speaker 1: to do a beat by beat like episode recap. We
[0:54] Speaker 1: just had to jump into the fact that Riley Jeffries
[0:56] Speaker 1: is no.
[0:57] Speaker 2: Longer with us.
[0:58] Speaker 1: I no longer have to be uncomfortable four am watching
[1:01] Speaker 1: him in the bathroom.
[1:04] Speaker 2: That's over for me. I think a good thing. Because
[1:08] Speaker 2: you've already played one song. I think it's important that
[1:11] Speaker 2: we go ahead and play a song to honor the
[1:15] Speaker 2: memory at this funeral of Riley. Is it his song?
[1:28] Speaker 2: How sweet? How sweet the sound? Oh, it's so sweet
[1:32] Speaker 2: to hear the sound of Morgan. You are safe.
[1:38] Speaker 1: Yeah, dude, Julie, incredible work there. Faked me out, Not really,
[1:43] Speaker 1: We knew we.
[1:45] Speaker 2: Were so bad, dude, We're so bad. Man. We knew
[1:49] Speaker 2: what was coming, but Riley didn't.
[1:51] Speaker 1: In that moment where Julie did the fake out, you
[1:53] Speaker 1: could kind of see there was relief in his eyes
[1:55] Speaker 1: for a second and then it turned to panic and.
[1:59] Speaker 2: Dude, oh man, I mean you. I mean, in all reality,
[2:04] Speaker 2: it's hard to be it's hard to feel sympathetic towards
[2:07] Speaker 2: him because of how creepy and manipulative he was being. Yeah,
[2:11] Speaker 2: but I can't help but be like, dude, it must
[2:15] Speaker 2: have been devastating for him to find out that the
[2:18] Speaker 2: world hates him.
[2:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, you are sympathetic. I don't know that I am.
[2:23] Speaker 1: I feel like when you sign up for something like
[2:27] Speaker 1: Big Brother, you need to be aware of all that
[2:29] Speaker 1: comes with Big Brother, and part of that is there's
[2:32] Speaker 1: a camera and you have a microphone on all the time, literally,
[2:37] Speaker 1: dude the whole time.
[2:38] Speaker 2: The fact that he seems so shocked that they were
[2:41] Speaker 2: there for all of his private moments, it is like,
[2:43] Speaker 2: did you even watch the show?
[2:45] Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's the interview with Julie Chin. It was
[2:48] Speaker 1: very telling for a lot of reasons because, I mean, one,
[2:51] Speaker 1: he came out and I don't think he realized it,
[2:53] Speaker 1: but he wasn't getting the audience reaction that you normally
[2:56] Speaker 1: would get when you talk about a showmance.
[2:59] Speaker 2: Well, and this is one thing that needs to be
[3:01] Speaker 2: brought up because I was curious. I thought they were
[3:03] Speaker 2: gonna boo him. Turns out that live audience is mostly
[3:08] Speaker 2: CBS employees. There was an incident in like a past
[3:11] Speaker 2: Big Brother season where this lady got booed so bad
[3:15] Speaker 2: that now they are booing. Is against the rules. You're
[3:18] Speaker 2: not allowed to boo when they when they come out.
[3:21] Speaker 1: But when he was talking about his relationship with Catherine,
[3:24] Speaker 1: normally any other time, like literally any other showmans I've
[3:28] Speaker 1: seen it gets people.
[3:30] Speaker 2: Going oh well and like yeah.
[3:32] Speaker 1: And then they're so excited about it. He got crickets.
[3:35] Speaker 2: Yea, yeah, it was dead quiet dude. When he I
[3:38] Speaker 2: knew he was fucked when when she goes, you even
[3:42] Speaker 2: said that you were gonna marry her at the live
[3:45] Speaker 2: show and he goes, oh, yeah, I did y'all heard that.
[3:49] Speaker 1: I can't believe y'all heard that. That's crazy, And I
[3:52] Speaker 1: was like yeah. It was at that moment that I'm like, oh, Riley,
[3:55] Speaker 1: you are in for a very rude awakening. When you
[3:57] Speaker 1: get off of this stage.
[3:59] Speaker 2: It may it really unlocked everything for me because it
[4:03] Speaker 2: blew my mind. I was like, he must be oblivious
[4:08] Speaker 2: to how he treats women if he is doing this
[4:11] Speaker 2: on live television twenty four to seven feeds, He's acting
[4:16] Speaker 2: like this but then turning it off when other people
[4:18] Speaker 2: get around. I was like, he must be doing this subconsciously,
[4:21] Speaker 2: he doesn't realize he's doing it. And then now that
[4:24] Speaker 2: we know that he just didn't think that they were
[4:27] Speaker 2: being watched twenty four to seven, it makes sense.
[4:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, do you want to pull up that article?
[4:33] Speaker 2: Yeah? I would love to hear you vamp while I
[4:36] Speaker 2: pull it up.
[4:37] Speaker 1: Okay, So this week for me, I mean really since
[4:42] Speaker 1: Rachel took the HOH has been like, it's been me
[4:45] Speaker 1: being sick. I'm very sick right now, but I still
[4:49] Speaker 1: wanted to do this podcast. That's how much I wanted
[4:51] Speaker 1: to talk about Riley going home that very quill does wonder. Yeah,
[4:54] Speaker 1: I was about to say, this week has been live
[4:56] Speaker 1: feeds and Nike will and copious amounts of illicit substance,
[5:00] Speaker 1: and I don't know how much of it was real
[5:02] Speaker 1: and how much of it I actually saw, but I'm
[5:05] Speaker 1: gonna do my best to recount what I remember from
[5:09] Speaker 1: this week A big boy.
[5:11] Speaker 2: Yeah, dude, so do you. I guess we shouldn't read
[5:13] Speaker 2: the whole article, should just highlights.
[5:15] Speaker 1: Yeah, just get like the good parts, like how he
[5:19] Speaker 1: was shocked.
[5:19] Speaker 2: Yeah, and according to George's production. According to a production insider,
[5:27] Speaker 2: Riley seemed shocked over how he was perceived in the house.
[5:32] Speaker 2: It was like being hit by a wall of bricks
[5:35] Speaker 2: as soon as he stepped off set. He wasn't even
[5:38] Speaker 2: upset at first because he was in a genuine state
[5:40] Speaker 2: of disbelief. He thought it would be a warm, celebratory
[5:44] Speaker 2: welcome when he got out, but it was far from it.
[5:47] Speaker 2: The source added that one of the first things that
[5:50] Speaker 2: Riley did immediately following his post exit interview was he
[5:53] Speaker 2: had to have a sit down with production that was
[5:56] Speaker 2: like a situation room like setting at CBS Studios. Producers
[6:00] Speaker 2: were involved. Riley had to be debriefed on the audience's
[6:04] Speaker 2: reaction to things he said and other accusations that had
[6:06] Speaker 2: been made against him and that came out during his
[6:09] Speaker 2: time in the house. And the quote that I thought
[6:13] Speaker 2: was crazy was he doesn't seem to remember a lot
[6:16] Speaker 2: of what he said, or he thinks it wasn't picked
[6:19] Speaker 2: up by cameras, so it came as a total shock
[6:22] Speaker 2: to him.
[6:23] Speaker 1: That's the part where I'm like, it's just I can't
[6:26] Speaker 1: feel bad for him. It's like if like an NFL players,
[6:30] Speaker 1: like I didn't realize I was gonna get tackled, you know,
[6:33] Speaker 1: like I just really wasn't expecting that.
[6:35] Speaker 2: I mean, I understand his like, not everything's gonna be
[6:39] Speaker 2: on TV because he probably didn't watch the live.
[6:41] Speaker 1: Feeds, Like how a lot of these people he didn't
[6:44] Speaker 1: think I would be watching him at four am East.
[6:47] Speaker 2: Coast sile And I think a lot of these players
[6:49] Speaker 2: that are in the house this season aren't aware because
[6:52] Speaker 2: I saw where someone I think it was Mickey made
[6:54] Speaker 2: a comment yesterday going do you think that there's people
[6:57] Speaker 2: that like like live feeders that watch the se aim
[7:00] Speaker 2: like like two days in a row, and it was like, Darling,
[7:05] Speaker 2: they're watching all summer long, get a row.
[7:08] Speaker 1: A couple of days ago, I heard Lauren say like,
[7:10] Speaker 1: get a get a life, live feeders. Yeah, it's like
[7:15] Speaker 1: she's saying that directly to me right now.
[7:18] Speaker 2: She's talking to you.
[7:19] Speaker 1: Dog of the things I was going to bring up
[7:21] Speaker 1: about what you read. There was that talked about. He
[7:24] Speaker 1: was expecting a warm welcome. I could tell that when
[7:27] Speaker 1: he was on stage and he's like, thank you everybody
[7:30] Speaker 1: for all your love and support, and again he did
[7:32] Speaker 1: not get the kind of reception that you normally get when.
[7:35] Speaker 2: You say something like that.
[7:36] Speaker 1: And I was like, man, well, he's gonna get on
[7:38] Speaker 1: TikTok and he's gonna see how people actually think of him.
[7:42] Speaker 1: And I wouldn't I wonder if he saw our edit.
[7:44] Speaker 2: Probably not, but probably not, but there was a I mean, dude,
[7:49] Speaker 2: it's probably just too much stuff. It's too overwhelming to
[7:52] Speaker 2: see everything. But in the article it says he did
[7:55] Speaker 2: not take it well, and he took it so hard
[7:58] Speaker 2: that how badly he handled being told this, mixed with
[8:03] Speaker 2: the fact that he is not media trained, they pulled
[8:07] Speaker 2: all of his press.
[8:09] Speaker 1: Yes, that's the other very important part to talk about,
[8:12] Speaker 1: which is I was thinking that. I was like, there
[8:14] Speaker 1: is no way after he gets online and he sees everything,
[8:19] Speaker 1: that he's gonna sign up to go on our app
[8:21] Speaker 1: the next morning. I was like, there's just no way
[8:22] Speaker 1: that's gonna happen. And then it got pulled and I
[8:24] Speaker 1: was like, of course it's did.
[8:26] Speaker 2: Because I even said because we were talking about this,
[8:27] Speaker 2: and I was like, dude, our AP's gonna go in
[8:30] Speaker 2: on this guy, like they're not gonna pull punches, and
[8:33] Speaker 2: I was so excited for it. And dude, I mean
[8:37] Speaker 2: someone online shared let me see if I can find
[8:40] Speaker 2: it the messages from Mike Bloom and Rob's Mike Bloom
[8:48] Speaker 2: puts it. I don't know if this is some sort
[8:50] Speaker 2: of like slack or some sort of I don't know
[8:52] Speaker 2: what this is, discord or something, but Mike Bloom goes
[8:57] Speaker 2: FYI all was informed by CBS that there will not
[9:00] Speaker 2: be exit interviews today due to scheduling conflicts. Hopefully everyone's
[9:04] Speaker 2: chat with Riley gets moved to next week. Rob c
[9:08] Speaker 2: the savage that he is, goes so weird that he
[9:12] Speaker 2: had something else booked today. Good thing he got evicted
[9:15] Speaker 2: last night so he could make his appointments today. Man,
[9:20] Speaker 2: that's awesome. Uh yeah.
[9:22] Speaker 1: I so that night, I mean, that's like the day
[9:25] Speaker 1: that I realized I was sick and I was feeling terrible,
[9:27] Speaker 1: but it all went away when I watched that episode.
[9:31] Speaker 1: And then right after the episode, I was just I
[9:33] Speaker 1: was so hyped up on the on the fact that
[9:34] Speaker 1: that Riley went home. I pulled up the ur hap
[9:37] Speaker 1: Big Brother live stream of them talking about it directly after,
[9:40] Speaker 1: and I watched that for like an hour. And they
[9:44] Speaker 1: do a really good job covering Big Brother, like Taryn
[9:47] Speaker 1: and Mike Bloom and yeah, dude, Maggie, I think I
[9:50] Speaker 1: think that's the other one, Like they all do an
[9:51] Speaker 1: incredible job and maybe thinks we should quit.
[9:55] Speaker 2: I mean, well, I don't know about quitting, but it is.
[9:59] Speaker 2: And this is something I said to you the other day.
[10:01] Speaker 2: I was like, dude, for Big Brother, everyone brings their
[10:04] Speaker 2: a game, but dude, after watching some Big Brother, it's
[10:08] Speaker 2: really refreshing to like have so many different twists and
[10:11] Speaker 2: turns and to not really know what's gonna happen.
[10:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, And I would like to clarify something I said
[10:16] Speaker 1: on the first episode of this program, where I said
[10:19] Speaker 1: that the Big Brother people are normal. Turns out I
[10:23] Speaker 1: was very much.
[10:24] Speaker 2: Wrong on that.
[10:26] Speaker 1: I was like, compared to Survivor people, they're just like normal.
[10:29] Speaker 1: And you agreed with me.
[10:30] Speaker 2: And there's been some more scandalous stuff happening in the
[10:34] Speaker 2: house this week. I don't know if you've been seeing
[10:35] Speaker 2: everything online. Fill me in. A big thing is Vince
[10:41] Speaker 2: and Morgan have been very touchy feely the past few
[10:45] Speaker 2: days on the live feeds. Vince has a girlfriend at home,
[10:49] Speaker 2: but apparently Vince told the Diary room that his girlfriend
[10:53] Speaker 2: said that he could do whatever he needs to do
[10:55] Speaker 2: to win, like including flirting. But it looks like we
[10:59] Speaker 2: might have a little show man. It's a relationship might
[11:01] Speaker 2: end because of the Big Brother House. Interesting I did.
[11:05] Speaker 1: I saw a lot of them talking to each other,
[11:07] Speaker 1: but it was mostly strategy whispering talk.
[11:09] Speaker 2: I didn't and I'm.
[11:11] Speaker 1: Not really watching. I'm like listening on my headphone.
[11:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, a lot of grabbing of the waist, puddling up
[11:18] Speaker 2: on the couch, and then there's a whole bunch of
[11:21] Speaker 2: stuff with Catherine. Catherine's catching some heat in the house
[11:24] Speaker 2: this week. Apparently everyone says this is crazy. I can't
[11:28] Speaker 2: believe I breathed this up. Apparently everyone says she stinks,
[11:32] Speaker 2: and so someone someone in the house put deodorant in
[11:35] Speaker 2: her bed as like a message of like used. Apparently
[11:42] Speaker 2: she's just leaving like dirty clothes laying around everywhere. They
[11:46] Speaker 2: do not think she's the cleanest person.
[11:49] Speaker 1: That's interesting. Riley didn't seem to care. I don't care
[11:54] Speaker 1: about I don't care if you smell you're suggle forever.
[11:57] Speaker 2: Hey, I don't know if everyone just thought it was
[11:58] Speaker 2: him and he's gone and she's they're like, whoa, it's her.
[12:02] Speaker 1: Maybe it's him. It's lingering on her. It's just like
[12:05] Speaker 1: a cloud of Riley that hasn't gone away yet.
[12:08] Speaker 2: It's also, dude, Catherine, I'm starting to wonder if I mean,
[12:14] Speaker 2: I don't know, dude. She seems to be taking it
[12:16] Speaker 2: very hard that Riley's gone. She said that she was
[12:19] Speaker 2: going to self eliminate herself, which is the Big Brother
[12:22] Speaker 2: version of killing you.
[12:23] Speaker 1: Oh, she's gonna b bkys.
[12:27] Speaker 2: She was gonna be by dude, she was gonna eliminate
[12:29] Speaker 2: herself because she didn't want to be in the Big
[12:31] Speaker 2: Brother House without him. And then now still the all
[12:34] Speaker 2: these days later, she's apparently just like going off on
[12:38] Speaker 2: people and freaking out and just not taking it well.
[12:41] Speaker 1: I've caught some of her being upset about it, which
[12:44] Speaker 1: I think goes to my point of, yes, she was
[12:46] Speaker 1: in love with Riley the whole time, but do you
[12:49] Speaker 1: think it was.
[12:50] Speaker 2: Like a Stockholm type syndrome thing?
[12:52] Speaker 1: I don't know, but have you listened to her parents
[12:56] Speaker 1: talking about it?
[12:57] Speaker 2: It was wild what they said. What did they say?
[13:01] Speaker 2: Have you not heard it? I gotta pull that up. Then,
[13:03] Speaker 2: I've I've seen some stuff of her aunt talking.
[13:08] Speaker 1: It was her dad and her mom on a live stream,
[13:12] Speaker 1: and I can't believe that they they said some of
[13:15] Speaker 1: this stuff.
[13:16] Speaker 2: These parents and the relatives going on podcasts and stuff.
[13:20] Speaker 2: These are not media people. They don't know, and they're
[13:24] Speaker 2: from the South. There's no telling what they probably worth saying.
[13:27] Speaker 1: It's from the bald guy with the tiny microphone who
[13:30] Speaker 1: does Big Brother content that iriged.
[13:33] Speaker 2: No, it wasn't.
[13:34] Speaker 1: It was him reporting on somebody else, getting them on
[13:36] Speaker 1: a live stream.
[13:37] Speaker 2: It's the web goes deep. You were hating on that
[13:40] Speaker 2: guy and now you're a face.
[13:42] Speaker 1: I'm a fan because I saw this one video where
[13:45] Speaker 1: he was talking about it was Riley's mom potentially threatening
[13:49] Speaker 1: to sue him, and he's like, I would love it
[13:51] Speaker 1: if you did that, that would be hilarious, and I
[13:53] Speaker 1: was like, I love that energy.
[13:55] Speaker 2: Yeah I do. That's pretty badass. There's other rumors saying
[13:57] Speaker 2: that like this is not confirmed at all. This is
[14:00] Speaker 2: just a rumor that like he's gonna like sue Big
[14:02] Speaker 2: Brother or something that one.
[14:03] Speaker 1: I don't believe until I see a reputable truth teller
[14:08] Speaker 1: like the Daily Mail, until I see somebody who would
[14:11] Speaker 1: never yeah, who would never lie about anything.
[14:14] Speaker 2: Well, here's the thing, dude, And before you play this clip,
[14:17] Speaker 2: even if he wanted to sue Big Brother for making him,
[14:21] Speaker 2: you know, ruining his life, I can't think of a
[14:25] Speaker 2: worse situation to go to court when they have twenty
[14:29] Speaker 2: four to seven live footage of everything that you did
[14:32] Speaker 2: for forty days.
[14:33] Speaker 1: Yeah, it's also like it's a bull rider versus CBS.
[14:38] Speaker 2: Who's gonna win that legal battle? Julie Chid Moonvez herself
[14:42] Speaker 2: will be in the courtroom.
[14:44] Speaker 1: Yeah, but first god, uh, first god. Okay, here's some
[14:48] Speaker 1: of Catherine's father and stepmom.
[14:54] Speaker 2: Because as I saw, he's not a prince charming or
[14:56] Speaker 2: anything like that. I just see that they kind of took.
[15:03] Speaker 1: Their seeds and if it got to where it wasn't going,
[15:09] Speaker 1: it would stop the seed.
[15:11] Speaker 2: Right have you seen that?
[15:12] Speaker 1: Like something?
[15:13] Speaker 2: You know?
[15:13] Speaker 3: And then they come back.
[15:14] Speaker 2: When everything was happy, so they didn't so much of it.
[15:19] Speaker 1: But this doesn't get it out there.
[15:21] Speaker 2: You know, it was disturbing.
[15:22] Speaker 1: I want you guys feel if she decided that she
[15:24] Speaker 1: did want to be rightly after the show's done.
[15:27] Speaker 2: I'm gonna let Tracy answer me.
[15:29] Speaker 3: Honestly, I don't think that that will.
[15:33] Speaker 2: Be an issue.
[15:34] Speaker 3: I foresee there being some sort of maybe a reunion
[15:40] Speaker 3: with some of the house guests, and I can see
[15:44] Speaker 3: them being friends after this show.
[15:49] Speaker 2: But I don't think that a romantic relationship.
[15:56] Speaker 3: Will develop after she's out of the house else, or
[16:01] Speaker 3: if it does, I think.
[16:03] Speaker 2: It'll be short lived.
[16:06] Speaker 3: They and now Catherine is going to have to accept
[16:12] Speaker 3: that she's a still mom of two kids.
[16:16] Speaker 2: Whoa allegedly.
[16:19] Speaker 1: Yeah, she's like three, yeah, twenty three?
[16:23] Speaker 2: Whoa? Yeah?
[16:25] Speaker 1: It was a crazy shot the fire there on the
[16:27] Speaker 1: live stream.
[16:29] Speaker 2: That was crazy. Wait when did the second kid drop?
[16:32] Speaker 2: I knew that he was supposedly the father of one child. Hey,
[16:35] Speaker 2: I don't know, dude, I'm not that deep. Real quick,
[16:37] Speaker 2: what have we become? Why are we two twenty six
[16:42] Speaker 2: year old men on a Saturday night hanging out and
[16:46] Speaker 2: talking about who's got a baby with? Who? Yeah?
[16:50] Speaker 1: I've got a cold and I should probably be asleep,
[16:53] Speaker 1: and I'm like, I want to do this.
[16:54] Speaker 2: I was working on a TV show all day and
[16:56] Speaker 2: then I was like, I wait to get home and
[16:58] Speaker 2: talk about Riley from Big Yeah.
[17:03] Speaker 1: Yeah, So the whole situation is insane. I'm kind of
[17:07] Speaker 1: glad it's over, but I feel like at the same time,
[17:09] Speaker 1: this has brought a lot of attention to Big Brother.
[17:12] Speaker 1: Mike Bloom did make a really good comparison when he
[17:14] Speaker 1: compared the season to season forty six. And I call
[17:17] Speaker 1: it a good comparison because I had been thinking the
[17:19] Speaker 1: same thing. So, you know, me and Mike Bloom agree
[17:22] Speaker 1: on something. It obviously, yeah, yeah, it's a good idea.
[17:25] Speaker 2: Do you have like good comparisons or is it just vibes?
[17:30] Speaker 1: It's the vibe of the chaos and and people not
[17:33] Speaker 1: playing correctly and that resulting in some pretty fun gameplay
[17:38] Speaker 1: in the.
[17:38] Speaker 2: Kind of uh, because the thing with Rome that got
[17:42] Speaker 2: so much attention was outside of the game when he
[17:45] Speaker 2: was supposedly leaked the order. So it was like, maybe,
[17:48] Speaker 2: just like the controversy that's forty seven. Oh you're right. Well,
[17:53] Speaker 2: if I see that comparison.
[17:57] Speaker 1: It's like having the big characters who weren't necessarily good
[18:01] Speaker 1: at the game, I think is oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
[18:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, that is solid. That is solid. People going in
[18:06] Speaker 2: on Mickey. I saw a clip today from the feeds
[18:09] Speaker 2: of Ava. Mickey was talking to Ava while Eva was
[18:12] Speaker 2: kind of napping. Mickey left Eva go's psychotic bitch.
[18:19] Speaker 1: Yeah, uh oh, people don't like her that much. But
[18:24] Speaker 1: I could like recollect my live feed experience for the
[18:28] Speaker 1: week basically, and we talk a little bit about the
[18:31] Speaker 1: episode where Riley went home, and then this could be
[18:33] Speaker 1: our episode for the week, and then we just come
[18:36] Speaker 1: back next week to talk about the Sunday Sunday Friday.
[18:40] Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, that's cool with me. One thing I
[18:42] Speaker 2: want to ask before we kind of just break into
[18:44] Speaker 2: actually what happened in the episode is one thing that
[18:47] Speaker 2: occurred to me was Big Brother has control of the
[18:51] Speaker 2: live feeds and what is seen on the live feeds. Yeah,
[18:55] Speaker 2: and so why were they showing that stuff?
[18:58] Speaker 1: I think they's just show who ever is in certain
[19:00] Speaker 1: rooms at certain times, honestly, because you see the same
[19:03] Speaker 1: rooms over and over again with different people. I mean,
[19:06] Speaker 1: I feel like they would have to strategically not show
[19:09] Speaker 1: certain things.
[19:10] Speaker 2: Because they cut those feeds when you don't they don't
[19:12] Speaker 2: want you seeing something.
[19:13] Speaker 1: Yeah, So your question is, why wouldn't they just like
[19:16] Speaker 1: avoid showing it at all. But I guess because I
[19:19] Speaker 1: don't know, maybe people would find that alarming.
[19:22] Speaker 2: But they would have no clue if it wasn't for
[19:24] Speaker 2: the live feeds. What's been going on? Because the edits
[19:26] Speaker 2: on the main episodes are the showman's edits. Why is
[19:30] Speaker 2: there such a difference now, I would be totally cool
[19:33] Speaker 2: if it was like in the in the live feeds,
[19:36] Speaker 2: we see him being creepy, and he's being creepy on
[19:38] Speaker 2: the main show too. Yeah, but there's that weird like
[19:43] Speaker 2: they obviously were trying to protect him on the main episodes,
[19:46] Speaker 2: but then they were just like, let the world see
[19:48] Speaker 2: this crazy dude on the live feeds. Yeah.
[19:52] Speaker 1: Uh, I'm more curious about why they you know what
[19:55] Speaker 1: Taren has been talking about so much, like why they
[19:57] Speaker 1: made the decision to change it up on the actual show.
[20:01] Speaker 1: Why not just let him be this villain and get
[20:04] Speaker 1: as much attention on the show as possible because it
[20:07] Speaker 1: was happening in spite of their efforts to seal it.
[20:11] Speaker 1: And I talked about how annoying that was from like
[20:13] Speaker 1: the very first time. I feel like before we even
[20:15] Speaker 1: knew how bad it was, that just the music that
[20:18] Speaker 1: they were putting on it because to me, it was
[20:20] Speaker 1: just awkward at first.
[20:21] Speaker 2: I didn't realize it felt forced.
[20:23] Speaker 1: I didn't realize how aggressive he was. And I'm glad
[20:27] Speaker 1: he's gone. You know, war is over if you want it,
[20:30] Speaker 1: like John Lennon.
[20:30] Speaker 2: And having something to.
[20:33] Speaker 1: Talk about though, you know, but are you really sad
[20:38] Speaker 1: about it? What's better being able to talk about it,
[20:41] Speaker 1: or like and having to see him doing those things
[20:46] Speaker 1: or him just being gone.
[20:48] Speaker 2: Better he's gone because Catherine can now play the game.
[20:50] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean she's still in love with him. That's
[20:53] Speaker 1: what we were talking about earlier. Now she's still very
[20:56] Speaker 1: much in love with them and having breakdowns. So now
[20:58] Speaker 1: do you want to kind of get into how Riley
[21:00] Speaker 1: got in that situation in the first place.
[21:04] Speaker 2: Yeah?
[21:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, So we can start with the Power of Veto
[21:07] Speaker 1: competition after Rachel wins.
[21:10] Speaker 2: Yes, and it was otev is a very famous Vito competition.
[21:16] Speaker 1: I feel like Ava kind of revealed that she didn't
[21:19] Speaker 1: know Ball a little bit because they were all talking
[21:21] Speaker 1: about how it's this legendary competition. But then Ava was like,
[21:24] Speaker 1: what is this who is this pig?
[21:28] Speaker 2: Yeah? I think that's happened quite a bit. One thing
[21:32] Speaker 2: that gets brought up a lot in uh, both of
[21:36] Speaker 2: the episode challenges the POV and then on the live feeds,
[21:42] Speaker 2: was it Sunday night or whenever it was when they
[21:45] Speaker 2: did the wall comp that would be Thursday night. I
[21:48] Speaker 2: think Thursday night. A lot of people have been talking
[21:50] Speaker 2: about how when it comes to OTEV in the wall
[21:53] Speaker 2: comp they're like, I'm going to win. I'm going to win.
[21:57] Speaker 2: And in both scenarios, everyone did really batter in the
[22:01] Speaker 2: In the POV competition, it's Will, Lauren, Vince, Mickey, Morgan
[22:05] Speaker 2: and Rachel.
[22:06] Speaker 1: And then they had to run around and grab the
[22:08] Speaker 1: name tags of the two players that OTEV whatever hint
[22:12] Speaker 1: he gave them.
[22:13] Speaker 2: Yeah, and I have some of the hints here. One
[22:15] Speaker 2: of them was bring me the two rats that were
[22:17] Speaker 2: evicted with exactly nine votes. That was hard, Yeah, the
[22:22] Speaker 2: only evicted HouseGuest who won a BB Blockbuster, the two
[22:27] Speaker 2: rats that were evicted the same night that Kelly won
[22:30] Speaker 2: a BB Blockbuster. And then the last one was I
[22:35] Speaker 2: think that was the last one.
[22:36] Speaker 1: They had to be playing pretty close attention to everything
[22:39] Speaker 1: that happened. I guess you would if it was your
[22:41] Speaker 1: entire life.
[22:42] Speaker 2: There's no phones, there's no thing to take your attention away.
[22:45] Speaker 2: It's just a game. I thought it was a fun challenge. Yeah,
[22:48] Speaker 2: it was super fun. The weirdest part though, was Mickey. Dude,
[22:52] Speaker 2: Mickey looking at Lauren was was it Lauren that she
[22:58] Speaker 2: said it too? And she just goes, let one of
[23:00] Speaker 2: us win if you're not gonna use it, essentially trying
[23:03] Speaker 2: to kind of like strong arm her into just quitting
[23:05] Speaker 2: the competition so that they could have it.
[23:08] Speaker 1: She was like, Hey, Lauren, will you make a faith
[23:10] Speaker 1: based decision to let us win this? I prayed over
[23:15] Speaker 1: this challenge and it needs to go to one of us.
[23:18] Speaker 2: It's like it's like, you know, speaking of faith based decisions.
[23:21] Speaker 2: It's like they walked up to David who before he
[23:23] Speaker 2: took out Goliath, and was like, hey, man, are you
[23:24] Speaker 2: going to use that sling shot? Because if you're not,
[23:26] Speaker 2: can you give it to one of us? Yes? Exactly
[23:29] Speaker 2: like that.
[23:30] Speaker 1: So it ends up being Lauren as the winner. Yes, dude,
[23:35] Speaker 1: and Lauren, this is what I got from the live feeds.
[23:39] Speaker 1: Very indecisive the whole day. Incredibly indecisive. Like the first
[23:44] Speaker 1: conversation that she had with Rachel, Uh, she was just like,
[23:48] Speaker 1: you know, I.
[23:48] Speaker 2: Don't know It's such a hard decision. Why can't I
[23:51] Speaker 2: make good decisions?
[23:52] Speaker 1: Rachel's like, you know, you just think on it, and like,
[23:54] Speaker 1: I respect whatever you do. And in reality, Rachel did
[23:56] Speaker 1: not respect whatever Lauren did. She just wanted to know
[23:59] Speaker 1: what she was going to do.
[24:01] Speaker 2: Rachel is the queen, and I mean, I think she
[24:05] Speaker 2: was a badass this whole episode. One thing that I
[24:08] Speaker 2: thought was really funny was Morgan going up to Lauren
[24:12] Speaker 2: being like, I've got to tell you something about Zach.
[24:15] Speaker 2: He could have taken himself off the block, but he
[24:19] Speaker 2: didn't for me. We were working together, and it's just like,
[24:24] Speaker 2: like even even Lauren laughs at her.
[24:26] Speaker 1: It was so saggered. He died from my sense, and
[24:30] Speaker 1: I've betrayed to work together.
[24:32] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[24:33] Speaker 1: Somebody brought up the fact that she found his bracelet
[24:36] Speaker 1: in his bad or something and she thought maybe he
[24:38] Speaker 1: left it behind for her, and he laughed about that
[24:43] Speaker 1: really hard. He was like, oh no, I didn't leave
[24:46] Speaker 1: that there for anybody like I that was I didn't.
[24:48] Speaker 1: It just kind of got stretched out and I took
[24:50] Speaker 1: it off.
[24:51] Speaker 2: And man, crazy work man. Yeah.
[24:55] Speaker 1: So it's been a rough week for Morgan toothbrush incident
[24:58] Speaker 1: and then now the bracelet incident, Zach might have to
[25:01] Speaker 1: get a restraining order. Whenever Morgan gets evicted or whenever
[25:05] Speaker 1: she leaves the Jersey's gonna.
[25:06] Speaker 2: She's gonna follow him on tour with the Savannah Bananas.
[25:09] Speaker 2: Oh dude, did you see that weird edit in the
[25:11] Speaker 2: episode where Catherine becomes the flash It like speeds through
[25:16] Speaker 2: the house. Did you catch that? No?
[25:19] Speaker 1: I can't believe. I maybe maybe this is.
[25:22] Speaker 2: When the Nike will kicked in, but yeah, maybe no,
[25:26] Speaker 2: I don't know that Lauren wins the power of Veto
[25:29] Speaker 2: competition uses it to take Vince off the block. Rachel
[25:33] Speaker 2: was pissed before that.
[25:36] Speaker 1: Rachel, like, I talked about the first conversation with Rachel
[25:39] Speaker 1: and Lauren, and then there was the second conversation with
[25:41] Speaker 1: Rachel and Lauren that I also caught on the live feeds,
[25:43] Speaker 1: because this is the point where I was like a
[25:45] Speaker 1: full blown addict for the live feeds, because I got
[25:49] Speaker 1: Rachel's h O H spoiled and I was like, I
[25:50] Speaker 1: want to see how all this plays out now. And
[25:52] Speaker 1: then so the second conversation, it's the same thing, except
[25:56] Speaker 1: Lauren is like visibly stressed out about not having made
[26:00] Speaker 1: a decision all day and then Rachel is like, look,
[26:03] Speaker 1: it's okay, you just like you need to let me
[26:06] Speaker 1: know tomorrow. And then Lauren leaves that room, walks into
[26:11] Speaker 1: the room with Morgan and Vince corner that's Cornergate. Yes,
[26:16] Speaker 1: this is when that happens. When Morgan and Vince, they
[26:20] Speaker 1: talked for like five minutes, didn't really talk all that much, strategies,
[26:24] Speaker 1: mostly about like, hey, don't let Rachel make you feel bad.
[26:28] Speaker 1: And then Rachel busts in and she's like, hey, you
[26:31] Speaker 1: two cornering a twenty two year old making her cry.
[26:34] Speaker 1: Real classy guys, and then storms out. And then the
[26:38] Speaker 1: funniest part is that Vince and Morgan run after Rachel
[26:44] Speaker 1: to try to make things right, like followed her across
[26:47] Speaker 1: two different rooms, and then that whole ordeal went for
[26:51] Speaker 1: a while, and then Rachel leaves and goes and talks
[26:54] Speaker 1: to Keanu. She's telling Keanu how terrible Morgan and Vince
[26:59] Speaker 1: are and they're evil people who would do this to
[27:02] Speaker 1: a sweet, innocent, twenty two year old child. And then
[27:04] Speaker 1: you have Morgan and Vince in another room whispering about
[27:07] Speaker 1: how Rachel is gonna spin this and make it sound
[27:09] Speaker 1: like they're terrible people and that dude, Yeah, that whole
[27:13] Speaker 1: thing took about, I don't know, two hours.
[27:17] Speaker 2: It was very fun to watch, dude, incredible, I mean,
[27:20] Speaker 2: and even in the edit, it just didn't make much
[27:22] Speaker 2: sense where it's like, why where did Rachel get this from?
[27:25] Speaker 2: And I just think that just shows how awesome Rachel is, dude.
[27:28] Speaker 2: It just like I think it shows how great Rachel
[27:30] Speaker 2: is because she essentially walked into a room that had
[27:34] Speaker 2: nothing to do with her, managed to antagonize two of
[27:39] Speaker 2: the people in there leave and the two people that
[27:42] Speaker 2: didn't do anything wrong in this made up scenario chase
[27:46] Speaker 2: after her to apologize for something that she just made up.
[27:51] Speaker 1: But the real scenario was that Lauren was feeling the
[27:54] Speaker 1: pressure from Rachel and she was cracking under that, and
[27:58] Speaker 1: so Rachel, you know, immediately deflex pushes it onto other.
[28:02] Speaker 2: And it's genius because now everyone's not talking about the
[28:06] Speaker 2: main situation. It's about this made up scenario that just happened,
[28:09] Speaker 2: and it's awesome. Rachel is a baller. And then Rachel
[28:13] Speaker 2: to keep talking about what happens next because Lauren goes
[28:16] Speaker 2: to Rachel, just like she says she would, to tell
[28:18] Speaker 2: her what she's gonna do.
[28:19] Speaker 1: Well, she was avoiding her. That's that's what I saw
[28:22] Speaker 1: because I was cooking and I think this is like
[28:24] Speaker 1: before work, and I was like, let's see if if
[28:26] Speaker 1: they've done the meeting yet. And Lauren she's like trying
[28:30] Speaker 1: to avoid Rachel that she's finally alone with her and
[28:32] Speaker 1: they're doing their makeup, and then Lauren is like, I'm
[28:37] Speaker 1: I'm gonna like, I'm gonna use it on vents and
[28:39] Speaker 1: then Rachel. That's when Rachel's like, if you do that,
[28:43] Speaker 1: I'm gonna drop a bomb on this house, like I'm
[28:45] Speaker 1: gonna nominate Riley.
[28:46] Speaker 2: And then the feeds cut.
[28:48] Speaker 1: Oh and then yeah, and that was the last thing
[28:50] Speaker 1: you see for another hour or so.
[28:52] Speaker 2: So what happens is Rachel looks at her and goes,
[28:56] Speaker 2: I'm gonna put Riley up your call. It's your just
[29:00] Speaker 2: it's your choice. You can take Vince off the block,
[29:03] Speaker 2: but I just want you to know you are putting
[29:05] Speaker 2: Riley on the block. Yep. And even when in the
[29:09] Speaker 2: veto ceremony, when it happens, she looks at Lauren and goes,
[29:14] Speaker 2: m Lauren is putting Riley on the block. She is
[29:18] Speaker 2: so good at the game, she manages to make Lauren
[29:21] Speaker 2: the bad guy, which she's the one in the power
[29:24] Speaker 2: making position.
[29:25] Speaker 1: Yeah, we talked about how at the beginning of the
[29:27] Speaker 1: show she couldn't get everybody to do what she wanted.
[29:29] Speaker 1: She's worked her way into a position at this point
[29:32] Speaker 1: that it feels like Rachel is in complete control of
[29:34] Speaker 1: the house.
[29:35] Speaker 2: Dude. She managed, accidentally, I think, to lower her threat
[29:41] Speaker 2: level at the beginning of this game until now it's
[29:45] Speaker 2: too late. She is like a dragon with six heads.
[29:48] Speaker 2: They can't stop her now.
[29:50] Speaker 1: Yeah, so let's talk about the ceremony where she does it.
[29:55] Speaker 1: She does drop the bomb, and what's interesting is that,
[29:59] Speaker 1: you know, Riley, he jumps right up as soon as
[30:02] Speaker 1: she says it. And then because after this caught two scenes.
[30:07] Speaker 1: One was Riley and Catherine where Riley he's talking a
[30:11] Speaker 1: big game. He's like, they don't know who they're with,
[30:14] Speaker 1: you know, they're they're messing with me. I'm gonna I'm
[30:16] Speaker 1: gonna win that h O H. And I'm gonna come
[30:17] Speaker 1: after all of them, and they're not gonna gonna realize, okay,
[30:21] Speaker 1: And like you know, just that with a million F bombs,
[30:23] Speaker 1: like every other word is an F bomb for Riley.
[30:25] Speaker 2: It's very annoying to listen to but Kean. Flashback to
[30:29] Speaker 2: the time that Keanu apologized for cussing in front of
[30:32] Speaker 2: rod Ye crazy.
[30:35] Speaker 1: But so the the night before, Rachel was talking to
[30:38] Speaker 1: Keanu and she said like, Kelly, Yeah, it's gonna be Kelly.
[30:42] Speaker 1: They agreed on that, and then she said, but you know,
[30:45] Speaker 1: I might drop a bomb on the house, like I
[30:47] Speaker 1: might do something crazy. This is before her and Lauren
[30:50] Speaker 1: had that final conversation and Keanu he laughed about it,
[30:56] Speaker 1: and then cut to the next day. This is after
[30:58] Speaker 1: it's happened. This is the first thing I see after
[31:00] Speaker 1: the decision has been made. This is how I found
[31:02] Speaker 1: out that it was Riley. Is because Keanu was pissed. Yeah,
[31:07] Speaker 1: apparently Riley was his number two. He told Rachel in
[31:11] Speaker 1: the game and he was like, how could you do this?
[31:13] Speaker 1: Now that whole side of the house is gonna be
[31:15] Speaker 1: mad at me and like those are my only friends.
[31:17] Speaker 1: Rachel like you, You've made a bad decision. And then
[31:20] Speaker 1: Rachel goes like, hey, with Keanu, with all due respect,
[31:22] Speaker 1: you've had terrible reads this entire time.
[31:25] Speaker 2: Dude, I saw that clip and he was like, I
[31:27] Speaker 2: don't think they've been there. When she's like, they are, dude,
[31:31] Speaker 2: and that's so Yeah. He was so upset because he
[31:33] Speaker 2: had just submitted a final two with Rachel and he
[31:37] Speaker 2: essentially said, like Rachel was supposed to come to him
[31:39] Speaker 2: and discuss these big moves with him, and she didn't,
[31:43] Speaker 2: and what's so funny to me? And she goes, I didn't.
[31:45] Speaker 2: I mean, Lauren's the one that Laura's the one that
[31:49] Speaker 2: took him off the block and made this happen.
[31:51] Speaker 1: This isn't my fault, and he was like, we talked
[31:53] Speaker 1: about it last night. You said it was Kelly. And
[31:58] Speaker 1: then she's like, yeah, like I did say that at
[32:00] Speaker 1: one point, but I also said I might drop a
[32:02] Speaker 1: bomb on the house. And then he said, I thought
[32:03] Speaker 1: you were joking about that.
[32:06] Speaker 2: I love their dynamic. The Frenemies duo is so fun.
[32:11] Speaker 2: Apparently a little behind the scenes thing. Keanu's girlfriend, uh
[32:16] Speaker 2: did a did a podcast and Keanu is like a
[32:19] Speaker 2: stepdad to two kids.
[32:20] Speaker 1: Oh well, and he has one hundred thousand followers being
[32:23] Speaker 1: a fitness influencer.
[32:25] Speaker 2: Hey, I've liked Keanu since day one. I'm still rocking
[32:29] Speaker 2: with Keanu. I really like it.
[32:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't like him that much, but now that
[32:33] Speaker 1: I've been watching the live feeds, I am a.
[32:35] Speaker 2: Fan of Keanu. He's funny, dude.
[32:37] Speaker 1: Yeah, dude, all the dungeon and dragoners, point your finger
[32:41] Speaker 1: in the sky and light a match. That was a
[32:43] Speaker 1: quote from the live feeds. I want you to guess
[32:46] Speaker 1: who said that. Keanu Ashley.
[32:53] Speaker 2: She's so funny, dude. You know who else?
[32:55] Speaker 1: I love?
[32:56] Speaker 2: Will? Yeah? Will is awesome. Dude is incredible. He's gonna
[32:59] Speaker 2: win this game by just chilling. Yeah, the passive being
[33:03] Speaker 2: a girl dad, what.
[33:04] Speaker 1: Did he call it? Passive listening? Yeah, passively where he
[33:08] Speaker 1: just repeats what people say back then and they keep
[33:10] Speaker 1: talking and he can do that for hours.
[33:13] Speaker 2: We got that scene where Mickey or No Morgan is
[33:15] Speaker 2: talking to him and she's like, you know, sometimes you're
[33:17] Speaker 2: talking to people and it's just like they're not even listening.
[33:19] Speaker 2: And he's like, yeah, they're not even listening. But yeah,
[33:24] Speaker 2: So Riley is now officially on the block, which takes
[33:28] Speaker 2: us to our B B Blockbuster competition. This is where, dude,
[33:32] Speaker 2: there's there's theories, there's rumors, there's.
[33:35] Speaker 1: Uh and this I was plugged into the feeds. I
[33:39] Speaker 1: was trying to figure out, like, based off the different scenarios,
[33:42] Speaker 1: what was gonna happen. And I came to the conclusion
[33:45] Speaker 1: that Vincent Ava controlled everything. And then I listened to
[33:49] Speaker 1: their conversations and it was, uh, there's a lot of
[33:51] Speaker 1: pressure for for Mickey going into this.
[33:56] Speaker 2: Yeah, well and AV. I think that's why Ava got
[33:58] Speaker 2: so emotional when she voted out Riley and then after
[34:03] Speaker 2: Riley left, like she was very, very emotional. Apparently she
[34:05] Speaker 2: told Rachel to get the f away from her. Yeah,
[34:09] Speaker 2: I heard that. But yeah, so there's a lot of
[34:11] Speaker 2: pressure on Mickey because I think Mickey, you made this
[34:14] Speaker 2: observation because you were watching the live feeds and you said,
[34:17] Speaker 2: I think unless Mickey wins bb Blockbuster, she's going home. Yeah.
[34:21] Speaker 2: I thought it was enough, cemented.
[34:23] Speaker 1: I thought everybody had turned on her and that was
[34:25] Speaker 1: their only way out.
[34:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, sure enough, And you're dead right. You're absolutely correct.
[34:31] Speaker 2: We get the Big Brother Blockbuster competition the BBBWCWC. Yeah,
[34:36] Speaker 2: it's a confusing game. The camera angles were strange because
[34:41] Speaker 2: usually we just get the one wide camera angle. Here's
[34:44] Speaker 2: the thing.
[34:44] Speaker 1: It's not a confusing game, but they just didn't know
[34:46] Speaker 1: what they were doing, right, so.
[34:48] Speaker 2: You have to roll a ball and whoever rolls at
[34:51] Speaker 2: the farthest you lock it in.
[34:54] Speaker 1: And so does that mean they can't see each other's score, dude,
[34:58] Speaker 1: I don't know.
[34:59] Speaker 2: Yeah, I've seen people arguing online about this. Some people
[35:02] Speaker 2: are saying you can't see each others. Some people are
[35:04] Speaker 2: saying you can. And he looked right at Mickey's and
[35:07] Speaker 2: still locked it in. Anyway, I don't understand what happened.
[35:12] Speaker 1: I don't either, and I thought that we were headed
[35:14] Speaker 1: to a tie or something. I forgot about Mickey entirely
[35:17] Speaker 1: because they just weren't showing her.
[35:19] Speaker 2: They said so.
[35:20] Speaker 1: Yeah, So Morgan gets to twenty nine, locks in. Riley
[35:24] Speaker 1: was a little bit less at that point. Riley then
[35:26] Speaker 1: also gets to twenty nine, sees that Morgan locked in,
[35:28] Speaker 1: and then he just locks in and.
[35:30] Speaker 2: Then with the go and it left. Yeah, and then
[35:32] Speaker 2: we zoom out.
[35:33] Speaker 1: Mickey has a thirty eight that we didn't see, and
[35:36] Speaker 1: then she locks in. Right after that game over, Mickey
[35:38] Speaker 1: wins and there's still a minute on the clock.
[35:41] Speaker 2: It was insane. And because it's so strange and no
[35:43] Speaker 2: one can understand what happened, there's a lot of conspiracies
[35:47] Speaker 2: going around that production interfered to make sure that Riley
[35:53] Speaker 2: was going home.
[35:53] Speaker 1: This I don't buy it because I don't know if
[35:58] Speaker 1: Riley was shocked by everything all that. Yeah, there's so
[36:05] Speaker 1: much that that that had to happen for that, like
[36:07] Speaker 1: Lauren the whole the nominating Riley thing because she took
[36:11] Speaker 1: vents off, like Lauren is not a good actress. There's
[36:15] Speaker 1: no way that wasn't genuine emotion the whole time.
[36:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. And here's the thing is, I don't think that
[36:21] Speaker 2: production would just go to them and say, guys, we're
[36:24] Speaker 2: getting Riley out this week, this is what you need
[36:27] Speaker 2: to do. I do think that it is possible that
[36:32] Speaker 2: when they're in the diary room, the producer is giving
[36:35] Speaker 2: them kind of guided questions, Yeah, to be like, hey,
[36:42] Speaker 2: will you be using the power of veto for Jimmy
[36:46] Speaker 2: this week? Tell us about that.
[36:48] Speaker 1: Hey, tell us about the creepy, weirdo, disgusting guy Riley
[36:52] Speaker 1: and if you're going to vote for him.
[36:54] Speaker 2: Yeah. In a lot of people's theory is that because
[36:57] Speaker 2: Rachel is you know, she's a big brother Led and
[37:00] Speaker 2: she has a big relationship with him. There is been
[37:03] Speaker 2: talk that production went to Rachel and said Hey, we
[37:08] Speaker 2: need to get Riley out. Dude, I just need you
[37:10] Speaker 2: to do whatever you can't.
[37:11] Speaker 1: I don't like you could see the emotion with Ava
[37:14] Speaker 1: and everything. If it was a big I mean, it
[37:16] Speaker 1: would have to be a big conspiracy because so much
[37:19] Speaker 1: had to break for that to happen. I've seen stuff
[37:22] Speaker 1: about it being allegedly rigged since Rachel won h OH
[37:25] Speaker 1: in the first place. I don't buy any of it.
[37:27] Speaker 1: I think this is just how it played out. We
[37:30] Speaker 1: got lucky, we all got saved, and we should be
[37:32] Speaker 1: happy about it.
[37:34] Speaker 2: It was so weird though.
[37:35] Speaker 1: That Blockbuster game was very weird. I think it was
[37:38] Speaker 1: a panic thing from Riley and he was trying to
[37:40] Speaker 1: He's like, well, I'll just tie with Morgan and then
[37:42] Speaker 1: Mickey won't get a high enough score, and he didn't
[37:45] Speaker 1: actually see that Mickey was in the lead and do
[37:49] Speaker 1: when they panned out and then Mickey she had the
[37:54] Speaker 1: thirty eight or whatever number it was.
[37:55] Speaker 2: Yeah, I screamed.
[37:58] Speaker 1: It was like I was felt like watching Survivor or
[38:01] Speaker 1: something like that. There's a big tribal council and I
[38:04] Speaker 1: was like, no way, because this is like Morgan versus Riley.
[38:07] Speaker 1: This is the exact scenario that I wanted to, you know,
[38:10] Speaker 1: because I think the votes will be there. I think
[38:13] Speaker 1: they don't want to keep Morgan.
[38:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, going back to the conspiracy a little bit, because
[38:17] Speaker 2: I don't buy it either. I saw where Riley's family
[38:20] Speaker 2: member was on Facebook saying that it was obviously rigged.
[38:23] Speaker 2: I don't. I think that's just people trying to defend Riley. Yeah.
[38:27] Speaker 2: But one thing that I did think was very interesting
[38:31] Speaker 2: is Big Brother and CBS paramount multi multi multimillion dollar
[38:41] Speaker 2: stuff on the line, and the fact that they are
[38:44] Speaker 2: being so careful about like not letting him do press.
[38:48] Speaker 2: They are aware of the situation, So it does kind
[38:52] Speaker 2: of make me wonder if they were, if they're willing
[38:54] Speaker 2: to interfere with the game if it means making sure
[38:57] Speaker 2: they don't lose out on millions and millions of dollars.
[39:00] Speaker 1: I don't think there's any money on the line CS
[39:05] Speaker 1: in any of this none. I think Riley could have
[39:09] Speaker 1: punched somebody and it wouldn't have cost CBS any money.
[39:12] Speaker 2: It's all on right before and they got kicked out.
[39:16] Speaker 1: Yeah, So I mean, I I really don't think I
[39:20] Speaker 1: think it was the everything that happened with Riley, it
[39:23] Speaker 1: was bad for him personally, it was bad for Catherine personally,
[39:28] Speaker 1: it was great for the interest around the show.
[39:32] Speaker 2: Very true. Ye, then, but then why aren't they letting
[39:35] Speaker 2: him do press, you know what I mean?
[39:37] Speaker 1: Because he's not media trained. He's a stupid bull rider. Yeah,
[39:42] Speaker 1: and he was like, you know, I think they might
[39:44] Speaker 1: have rig that. Actually they might have done that to
[39:47] Speaker 1: mess with me, because there's nobody in that house respected
[39:49] Speaker 1: me barely.
[39:50] Speaker 2: But that's what's so funny, is like you can't even
[39:53] Speaker 2: be like they were trying to make me look bad
[39:55] Speaker 2: because they were actively trying to make him look good
[39:57] Speaker 2: in the episodes. In the unedited live feed is where
[40:01] Speaker 2: everyone found that he was disgusting.
[40:04] Speaker 1: They tried to give us the sappy acoustic guitar version
[40:11] Speaker 1: of of Riley, that the.
[40:14] Speaker 2: Cold Play version, the U two ballad version.
[40:18] Speaker 1: And you know what, he's actually Coldplay CEO, A fair guy,
[40:22] Speaker 1: that's who is.
[40:23] Speaker 2: Yeah, talk about talk about things that you know, what's
[40:26] Speaker 2: big this year, adultery. We're all doing it. It's like
[40:38] Speaker 2: the big thing this year, man, Right now, Riley goes home.
[40:43] Speaker 2: Riley he does go home, gets interviewed by Julie Chin
[40:47] Speaker 2: Moonvez YEP and we got into all that at the beginning.
[40:51] Speaker 1: I guess now we can just talk about how you
[40:54] Speaker 1: could tell Ava and Vince they get together and the
[40:58] Speaker 1: like the scramble time and they're talking about like what
[41:00] Speaker 1: are we gonna do? I think, like, I think we
[41:02] Speaker 1: gotta do this and Ava? What is it about Riley
[41:06] Speaker 1: that made Ava lose her mind like that?
[41:08] Speaker 2: I don't understand. I mean, Catherine, I got it, but right,
[41:13] Speaker 2: I think it's just it was such a it came
[41:16] Speaker 2: down to Ava because we even see when she casts
[41:20] Speaker 2: her vote, she she just panics. She's like, uh, I
[41:24] Speaker 2: sadly evict Riley.
[41:26] Speaker 1: That's another moment where I was on the edge of
[41:28] Speaker 1: my seat being like, what is she gonna say here?
[41:31] Speaker 1: Because if she had said if she said Morgan, yeah,
[41:34] Speaker 1: would have been a tie and then it would have
[41:36] Speaker 1: been Riley anyway.
[41:37] Speaker 2: Right because Rachel would have been the tiebreaker.
[41:39] Speaker 1: But I was just very curious if she was gonna
[41:42] Speaker 1: like split with Vince on that.
[41:44] Speaker 2: I think it's just I think the pressure is building up.
[41:48] Speaker 2: Ava already seems to not be enjoying the stress that
[41:51] Speaker 2: comes with big brother. She sleeps a lot, she doesn't
[41:55] Speaker 2: like doing the gameplay. We've seen her make big decisions
[41:58] Speaker 2: based on vibes. I think she just doesn't like the
[42:01] Speaker 2: stress that comes with it was up to her and
[42:05] Speaker 2: everyone was in her ear trying to make her pick
[42:07] Speaker 2: a side. Yeah, that could be part of it. Yeah,
[42:11] Speaker 2: or maybe she also was like sleeping with Riley. Maybe
[42:15] Speaker 2: she's the third baby mama.
[42:17] Speaker 1: Maybe that's maybe the reason that we saw Riley and
[42:21] Speaker 1: Catherine together is because they were hiding Riley from us
[42:23] Speaker 1: when he was with Ava.
[42:26] Speaker 2: That's what it was.
[42:28] Speaker 1: They could only hide so much Riley. But yes, Riley
[42:32] Speaker 1: goes home. But we can talk a little bit about Wait, no,
[42:35] Speaker 1: we can't talk about it because the people who haven't
[42:37] Speaker 1: seen the live feeds don't know about it.
[42:39] Speaker 2: Dang it, we'll have to save it for next week's episode.
[42:42] Speaker 1: We can talk about the fact that because we did
[42:44] Speaker 1: watch it, and we yeah we did.
[42:46] Speaker 2: We watched the live feeds. It was a ton of fun.
[42:48] Speaker 2: We got to watch the wall cump. We got to
[42:50] Speaker 2: watch very confused.
[42:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, at first, we weren't that into it because we
[42:53] Speaker 1: thought they were gonna cut every single time. But then
[42:55] Speaker 1: I watched it a little bit more and I was like, wait,
[42:57] Speaker 1: they're not cutting anymore.
[42:58] Speaker 2: And then yeah. Yeah, the end of it was awesome.
[43:02] Speaker 2: It was a super big time. I really enjoyed it.
[43:04] Speaker 2: I got one last piece of kind of behind the
[43:07] Speaker 2: scenes gossip we can end on. Apparently on one of
[43:11] Speaker 2: the live feeds in the middle of the night, one
[43:15] Speaker 2: mister Vince Vinnie was caught doing something under his covers.
[43:24] Speaker 2: Oh well, I didn't catch that, and uh, the video
[43:28] Speaker 2: was all over my Twitter today, so I kept seeing it.
[43:33] Speaker 1: I mean, how many days have they been in there?
[43:36] Speaker 2: A lot? Hey man, not everybody has you know, not
[43:39] Speaker 2: everybody's Riley, you know everybody.
[43:43] Speaker 1: Not everybody will just make it flop around to the shower, you.
[43:46] Speaker 2: Know, insane behavior that alone should have been He was like,
[43:50] Speaker 2: what you guys saw that you guys saw and heard
[43:53] Speaker 2: that you were wearing a microphone. We had a shower.
[43:58] Speaker 1: I wanted to bring up a comment that we got
[44:00] Speaker 1: on Spotify that was addressed to your cousin. Uh, Chase,
[44:06] Speaker 1: how is your David fan cousin doing? Is he watching
[44:09] Speaker 1: Big Brother? I bet he'd be a huge Riley fan.
[44:12] Speaker 1: David and Riley are real men.
[44:14] Speaker 2: Oh dude, you know what, Let's call my cousin and
[44:17] Speaker 2: see because I don't know. I haven't followed up with
[44:19] Speaker 2: him in a while. All Right, Halloween, Okay, I'll put
[44:25] Speaker 2: you on. I'm gonna put you on speaker. I'm gonna
[44:27] Speaker 2: put you on speaker. Pete talk to you.
[44:30] Speaker 1: Okay, sweet Hallahan, what is up?
[44:32] Speaker 2: Why's that pday?
[44:34] Speaker 1: It's It's just really good to have you on the podcast.
[44:37] Speaker 1: We haven't seen you since. You know, David got voted
[44:40] Speaker 1: out in Survivor.
[44:41] Speaker 2: Man, I miss David. I wish Dave was playing Big Brother,
[44:44] Speaker 2: which is my second favorite Reality showed. You know that.
[44:46] Speaker 2: I did not know you were a fan of Big Brother.
[44:48] Speaker 2: I love Big Brother. Callahan loves the BBC Club.
[44:54] Speaker 1: We try, we try not to abbreviate it for strategic reasons.
[45:00] Speaker 1: Your family show. Okay, Hallahan, let's us rein it in
[45:03] Speaker 1: a little bit. We want to we want to ask
[45:04] Speaker 1: you something. We it really works out that you're a
[45:06] Speaker 1: Big Brother fingers. We didn't know, but we wanted your
[45:08] Speaker 1: opinion on Riley Jeffries, a contestant at the Big Brother House.
[45:13] Speaker 2: Man, I saw Riley Jeffries twenty eleven at the at
[45:19] Speaker 2: the Colorado Rodeo.
[45:21] Speaker 1: Wait, how old is he? How old would he have
[45:23] Speaker 1: been in twenty eleven?
[45:24] Speaker 2: He would have been about fourteen fifteen years old. He
[45:27] Speaker 2: had just gotten started riding bulls, and my god, did
[45:31] Speaker 2: I ever see a rookie as bad as Riley Jeffery Is?
[45:35] Speaker 2: Oh god, that he couldn't stay on a bull if
[45:38] Speaker 2: I staple gunned his ass to the.
[45:40] Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you. I thought you were going a
[45:42] Speaker 1: different direction with that. I thought you were gonna say
[45:43] Speaker 1: he was like a bull riding prodigy.
[45:45] Speaker 2: No terrible bull rider, fantastic, fantastic big brother competitor.
[45:51] Speaker 1: Oh okay, so you actually respect his big brother game.
[45:54] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, man, I think listen. If you're gonna go
[45:56] Speaker 2: on big brother, you gotta you gotta do three things,
[45:59] Speaker 2: and he did all things. First thing you gotta do,
[46:01] Speaker 2: you gotta find yourself a lady. It's gonna get lonely
[46:04] Speaker 2: in that sheet at night, baby. Second thing you gotta
[46:07] Speaker 2: do is you got to make You got to establish
[46:10] Speaker 2: dominance in the house. And the best way to establish
[46:13] Speaker 2: dominance in the house getting in the shower and just
[46:16] Speaker 2: flip flopping your dingling.
[46:18] Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess that is one way to put it. Uh,
[46:22] Speaker 1: thank you, Okay, I guess I'm sorry. Sorry, it's trying
[46:26] Speaker 1: to cut you off, but it's okay.
[46:27] Speaker 2: Keep going. Third thing you gotta do in Big Brother,
[46:30] Speaker 2: if you want to win the game, is you have
[46:32] Speaker 2: to put everyone on the edge of their seat. You
[46:36] Speaker 2: gotta make them think that you're a serial killer. You
[46:39] Speaker 2: could fly off the handle at any moment. You don't
[46:42] Speaker 2: want to make a guy like that upset. He is
[46:44] Speaker 2: a badass, and the best way to do that is
[46:47] Speaker 2: to find a nice young lady in the house. Remember
[46:50] Speaker 2: step one, and remember step two yep. And then for
[46:54] Speaker 2: step three, you gotta make sure that you tear her
[46:58] Speaker 2: down motionally and mentally until everyone.
[47:02] Speaker 1: Around Callahan, I'm sorry, I think you're taking it a
[47:07] Speaker 1: little bit too far. I'm gonna I'm gonna ask you
[47:09] Speaker 1: to hang up now what I I think we have
[47:13] Speaker 1: to draw the line and advocating. Okay, thank you, we
[47:16] Speaker 1: coming here and making the merge. We don't advocate for
[47:19] Speaker 1: manipulating women and that we do not. Hallahan's comments are not,
[47:25] Speaker 1: you know, reflective of our opinions.
[47:27] Speaker 2: This this isn't our fault. This is the commentor that's
[47:31] Speaker 2: asked what Callahan's.
[47:32] Speaker 1: And that would be Will dot Power. I believe it
[47:36] Speaker 1: will have same Will who made the cover song, but
[47:39] Speaker 1: it will power.
[47:40] Speaker 2: Is just like how you know it wasn't Rachel's fault
[47:43] Speaker 2: that Riley went on the block. It was Lauren's fault.
[47:47] Speaker 2: Just like that situation. This isn't our fault. We should
[47:49] Speaker 2: not have called Callahan. He has terrible he's very sexist.
[47:52] Speaker 2: Remember he loved David and Survivor last season. We just
[47:55] Speaker 2: we got calling that guy.
[47:57] Speaker 1: No, we can't let him back on the program. But
[48:00] Speaker 1: there is one misogynist that I would like to have
[48:02] Speaker 1: back on the or I would like to have on
[48:04] Speaker 1: the program.
[48:05] Speaker 2: Do you know who that is? No, Jeff Probes. I'm
[48:08] Speaker 2: just kidding. I thought you were gonna say Billy Garcia. No, dude,
[48:15] Speaker 2: he's a feminist. Hey, yeah, dude, he loves women.
[48:18] Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Thank you everybody for joining us
[48:23] Speaker 1: this week for my Nike will fueled ramblings off the
[48:28] Speaker 1: live feeds.
[48:28] Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, I hope you feel better. Man, I'll I'll
[48:31] Speaker 2: have Callahan call you later and you guys can talk
[48:34] Speaker 2: about the live feeds. Thank you. I appreciate that. All right.
[48:37] Speaker 1: So for for the BBC, this is Chasing p D
[48:40] Speaker 1: signing off.
[48:45] Speaker 4: You're about to hear some ads that helped keep the
[48:47] Speaker 4: lights on here in the old studio. Thanks for listening,
[48:52] Speaker 4: or don't listen. It's really up to you. At this
[48:54] Speaker 4: point is at the end of the show. I mean,
[48:57] Speaker 4: you're listening to me Hi. But here they come. I
[49:00] Speaker 4: promise they're come. Yep, here they are. Happy day, assass
