## Transcript

[0:01] Speaker 1: Time machine, time machine, time machine, by the time machine.
[0:09] Speaker 2: That time machine, time machine, get on to the Survive.
[0:22] Speaker 3: Survive. All right, we're doing this or do you just
[0:35] Speaker 3: want to? Like yeah, say you'll want and then we're
[0:37] Speaker 3: done with it.
[0:39] Speaker 1: Spoilers, I mean, speaking of spoilers, let's get ahead of this.
[0:44] Speaker 1: Brand has not seen the winner of Survivoral Australia yet,
[0:47] Speaker 1: so make sure that i'm finishing you avoid that. Yeah,
[0:51] Speaker 1: do you not know this about me?
[0:53] Speaker 3: By now?
[0:54] Speaker 2: I am so bad at the internet, Pete, you guys.
[1:00] Speaker 1: All the time. I'm the old man of the group.
[1:02] Speaker 1: I don't know how to machine you know, Hey, I
[1:05] Speaker 1: can crushing the deck the Hallmark socials lately, man, really
[1:09] Speaker 1: great graphics and clips. Thanks man. Thanks?
[1:12] Speaker 3: So do you not compulsively check things, because that's where
[1:16] Speaker 3: I end up getting information like that spoiled for me?
[1:18] Speaker 1: Like what what do you mean?
[1:20] Speaker 3: Like just like, get on Instagram out of habit if
[1:22] Speaker 3: if you're not doing.
[1:23] Speaker 2: Oh I get on I get on Instagram out of
[1:25] Speaker 2: habit and I see my friends and my family.
[1:29] Speaker 3: Weird.
[1:31] Speaker 1: I don't have friends or family? Sure? Sure?
[1:33] Speaker 2: Yeah, no, I I okay, I will say I do
[1:39] Speaker 2: have Survivor in my algorithm, like, I don't know how
[1:42] Speaker 2: I haven't seen it.
[1:43] Speaker 1: I'll be honest with you. Maybe maybe the Survivor gods
[1:46] Speaker 1: have just blessed you with no spoilers.
[1:48] Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe, because I, like, I follow all things Survivor,
[1:52] Speaker 2: I follow a couple of other smaller Survivor pages, and
[1:56] Speaker 2: I just I don't know.
[1:58] Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know, I don't I don't know.
[2:00] Speaker 3: PD speaking of.
[2:02] Speaker 1: Things you don't know, let's just let's just start off
[2:04] Speaker 1: with this, because what I do know won? And dude,
[2:07] Speaker 1: he called it week one. You called it week one.
[2:09] Speaker 1: We asked you brand, who do you think is gonna
[2:11] Speaker 1: win the season? And you said Yule? And I think
[2:12] Speaker 1: that opens up a bigger conversation. But first, how did
[2:16] Speaker 1: you know it was Yule?
[2:18] Speaker 2: I I'll say this, there may have been not any
[2:25] Speaker 2: information that has entered my brain about Yule.
[2:28] Speaker 1: I think it was more.
[2:31] Speaker 2: Information that I have taken in about Ozzie. Okay, And
[2:38] Speaker 2: I think had I not I didn't know for sure
[2:42] Speaker 2: that Ozzie didn't win the season, but I kind of
[2:45] Speaker 2: felt like I knew it in a sense somehow, you.
[2:48] Speaker 1: Know, context clues. Yeah, And so I think.
[2:52] Speaker 2: Had I not known that I may have been a
[2:55] Speaker 2: little bit more inclined to say Ozzie could win it all.
[2:59] Speaker 2: But when I at the time when I picked it,
[3:02] Speaker 2: I don't know if you remember this, I hated Ozzie
[3:04] Speaker 2: and I just felt like one mule a really good
[3:09] Speaker 2: strategic player. And you could kind of see that early on.
[3:12] Speaker 2: He was a really good brain about about him. Had
[3:15] Speaker 2: the idol or the yeah, the immunity idol. Granted he
[3:17] Speaker 2: didn't have to use it, but would have. And three
[3:23] Speaker 2: and I think this is most important. He just is likable, right,
[3:28] Speaker 2: he is very but also he's not.
[3:33] Speaker 1: Flashy. Right, He's not like this, like you don't think
[3:36] Speaker 1: much about him. So he's able to simultaneously run the
[3:39] Speaker 1: game while being under the radar, which is a really
[3:43] Speaker 1: impressive thing to do. And by the time people figured
[3:46] Speaker 1: out he was running the game, it was too late.
[3:49] Speaker 1: I think, I think you nailed it. I think that's
[3:51] Speaker 1: what makes him one of the best winners of all time.
[3:53] Speaker 3: All right, guys, we recapt it, all.
[3:56] Speaker 1: Right, let's send it home.
[3:57] Speaker 3: Man.
[3:58] Speaker 2: I was, and I'll say it, I guess when we
[4:01] Speaker 2: get to final tribal, but I was. There was a
[4:04] Speaker 2: part of me that was like, oh, Ozzie might do it,
[4:08] Speaker 2: and I might just have. I might not, I might
[4:10] Speaker 2: not be right.
[4:12] Speaker 1: Okay, so the final tribal did kind of sway you
[4:15] Speaker 1: of like, maybe this is Ozzie's game. Yeah.
[4:17] Speaker 2: I'll save my thoughts on my final yeah Ozzy for
[4:22] Speaker 2: the end of the episode, because it's been well documented
[4:25] Speaker 2: my journey with Ozzy.
[4:29] Speaker 3: But I'm now that you know that he's going to
[4:31] Speaker 3: go to college and try to change the world.
[4:34] Speaker 1: Change the world. How are you going to change the world.
[4:40] Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to go to college and then I'm
[4:44] Speaker 2: gonna change the world.
[4:44] Speaker 1: I'll figure did not go to college. He did not
[4:47] Speaker 1: go to college from what I was saying.
[4:48] Speaker 4: To immediately, No, if I remember correctly, I believe he
[4:54] Speaker 4: immediately took that money, invested it in a nightclub, and
[4:59] Speaker 4: then I think it like went out of business to.
[5:01] Speaker 3: Make the world a better play dude.
[5:05] Speaker 1: We like to party a you like to party? Amen?
[5:10] Speaker 1: All right, guys, Episode fourteen, let's just jump right in.
[5:13] Speaker 3: Let's get into it. It was titled I Have the
[5:16] Speaker 3: Advantage for Once. I feel like the titles of the
[5:20] Speaker 3: season they were a little clunky, especially the last one
[5:24] Speaker 3: countdown and the it.
[5:26] Speaker 2: Was like this episode will self destruct and five four
[5:29] Speaker 2: three two or something like that.
[5:31] Speaker 1: It was weird. It was weird.
[5:33] Speaker 2: And usually they say it right, they say that the
[5:37] Speaker 2: title of the episode comes from And I saw that
[5:41] Speaker 2: title and was like, all right, mental note for this.
[5:44] Speaker 1: And I don't care anybody said it.
[5:46] Speaker 3: I don't think so either. I was waiting for it. Yeah,
[5:49] Speaker 3: and so who is that even referring to?
[5:51] Speaker 1: I don't remember. I'm sure Chase will tell us during
[5:52] Speaker 1: the Yeah, Chase, there's some fun facts with Chase later.
[5:56] Speaker 1: All right, okay, okay.
[5:58] Speaker 3: Uh so Poverty and Adam were talking about how they
[6:00] Speaker 3: need to win and uh yeah, that was pretty obvious,
[6:03] Speaker 3: but they had to set it up. And then that
[6:06] Speaker 3: takes us to the challenge.
[6:07] Speaker 1: Yeah, guys, let's just jump right into the challenge with
[6:10] Speaker 1: something that I'm pretty sure we all noticed, right, which
[6:12] Speaker 1: is they had to blur Azsie's uh mid section. We'll
[6:18] Speaker 1: say this happens to Ozzie a lot in these episodes.
[6:21] Speaker 1: He's very naked in these episodes. There's a lot of nakedness.
[6:23] Speaker 1: And we'll get into it because you know, I have thoughts, yep. Uh, guys.
[6:27] Speaker 1: First up, we get a reward challenge. This is one
[6:31] Speaker 1: of the most memorable challenges from my first watch through
[6:35] Speaker 1: of Survivor. You cover yourself with mud and then you
[6:39] Speaker 1: put the mud in a bucket. And the person Jeff,
[6:43] Speaker 1: I think, started with the challenge.
[6:48] Speaker 3: He was just watching I saw Ozzy and he's like,
[6:50] Speaker 3: I want to cover that guy in mud and carve and.
[6:54] Speaker 1: But uh, the person with the most mud after ten
[6:57] Speaker 1: minutes wins the reward. Ozzy wins, of course, par of
[7:02] Speaker 1: second place. Yule is in third.
[7:03] Speaker 3: They get to go on a spa reward forty five
[7:08] Speaker 3: pounds of mud man.
[7:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, that was actually insane.
[7:11] Speaker 2: What do you guys think about the challenge as a whole, Like,
[7:15] Speaker 2: obviously it's memorable, but is it good.
[7:19] Speaker 1: I mean for a reward challenge? Yeah, I mean it's
[7:21] Speaker 1: not an obstacle course.
[7:23] Speaker 2: It's not an obstacle course, but it's also one not fair.
[7:29] Speaker 1: It's not a fair challenge. Why, well elaborate? Why not? Well? Okay, one, I.
[7:38] Speaker 2: Everybody's bodies are different, right, yeah, yeah, And I think
[7:44] Speaker 2: like obstacle courses and like a lot of the challenges
[7:48] Speaker 2: that we have now, like there is some of that
[7:51] Speaker 2: where it's obviously harder for a bigger person to slide
[7:54] Speaker 2: under a netch than it is a smaller person, right, Yeah,
[7:57] Speaker 2: but there's always something to kind of even level it
[8:02] Speaker 2: out a little bit with a lot of challenges. Even
[8:04] Speaker 2: at this point in Survivor, it felt like by and
[8:06] Speaker 2: large the challenges were fair this one. I think that
[8:10] Speaker 2: it's just I think Ozzie's body type and hair and
[8:18] Speaker 2: type of shorts that he's wearing is conducive to him
[8:22] Speaker 2: being able to pick up a lot more mud than
[8:25] Speaker 2: say Becky hmm, thought that this is a dumb, unfair challenge.
[8:33] Speaker 3: I didn't think it was unfair. I didn't think I
[8:36] Speaker 3: don't know how Ozzie is like uniquely capable of getting
[8:41] Speaker 3: like mud off of his body and into a bucket
[8:44] Speaker 3: compared to the other people. I maybe there's something to
[8:47] Speaker 3: do with his body type. What was he used like
[8:49] Speaker 3: a part bird, part monkey, part dolphin, Candice Cowboys If it.
[8:57] Speaker 1: Starts with to see, it's the same dimssion.
[9:00] Speaker 3: But I mean the in the new era, the the
[9:03] Speaker 3: challenges aren't fair towards dumb people because it always ends
[9:06] Speaker 3: in a puzzle and you got some super genius like
[9:08] Speaker 3: Rachel who's killing people out there.
[9:11] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, but it's something that you can train for
[9:13] Speaker 1: you can train your brain a bit more to be
[9:16] Speaker 1: more puzzle based. I like, Okay, I just think that
[9:20] Speaker 1: Ozzie had three things going for him and he used
[9:22] Speaker 1: all three. He had his hair, which he definitely utilized.
[9:25] Speaker 2: But so right, but the longer the hair, the more
[9:29] Speaker 2: you can stick in.
[9:30] Speaker 1: It, right, you'll have less hair. You's video game two
[9:37] Speaker 1: he has he has.
[9:39] Speaker 2: He has broad shoulders, but he's not bit like he's.
[9:43] Speaker 2: He's not overly skinny, and he's not big boned like he's.
[9:48] Speaker 2: He can so he could do this weird thing with
[9:50] Speaker 2: his back that makes his back turn into a.
[9:53] Speaker 1: Bowl, right, Okay, okay, which is great.
[9:56] Speaker 2: And then he had super baggy shorts that he could utilize.
[10:00] Speaker 2: Where the girls, especially, I think that their swimsuits just
[10:05] Speaker 2: aren't conducive to soaking up a bunch of mud.
[10:08] Speaker 3: Yeah, like Ossie, he's well versed in turning things into
[10:11] Speaker 3: a bowl, and I think that's what allowed him to
[10:14] Speaker 3: win this challenge.
[10:16] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm overthinking the room here. I just think it
[10:20] Speaker 1: is the what it sticks out to me as the
[10:23] Speaker 1: most unfair challenge and survivor. It's fun to watch, Yeah,
[10:29] Speaker 1: it's not. I think I think the fire making challenge
[10:32] Speaker 1: every season is the most unfair.
[10:34] Speaker 3: How is that unfairfair?
[10:38] Speaker 1: The same tools? Oh don't all right? If we're gonna
[10:41] Speaker 1: get into it about the mud Bowl, are you gonna
[10:44] Speaker 1: see me? Teeney would have had the wind, but the.
[10:48] Speaker 3: Wind was This is just a personal thing from Chase.
[10:51] Speaker 3: It's like, look, we're all mad he didn't win.
[10:56] Speaker 1: You can't say it was because it was unfair. It
[10:59] Speaker 1: was because the wind.
[11:02] Speaker 3: Elements of it.
[11:03] Speaker 1: You know, they were in the same place though, right, Like,
[11:05] Speaker 1: it's not like they were in different because hey, man,
[11:08] Speaker 1: I don't think you know how wind works. I understand
[11:10] Speaker 1: how wind works. It works around different environments. Maybe there's someone,
[11:14] Speaker 1: maybe there was a person in front of Sam that
[11:18] Speaker 1: wasn't in front of Teeny blocking the wind for Sam.
[11:21] Speaker 1: Who should think only you think only Sam had a
[11:25] Speaker 1: camera person in front of him. I'm just saying the
[11:27] Speaker 1: way that the wind works, it's mysterious. It is the
[11:30] Speaker 1: wind is mysterious, that the wind works in mysterious ways.
[11:33] Speaker 1: Brand That's what I'm trying to say. Who else works
[11:35] Speaker 1: in mysterious ways?
[11:37] Speaker 2: That old thought about the wind working mysterious ways proves
[11:41] Speaker 2: its fairness?
[11:44] Speaker 1: Okay, I really thought you were gonna like jump on
[11:46] Speaker 1: board with me on this and stuff after the whole
[11:49] Speaker 1: mud thing. The thing is one unfair, that's all I'm saying. Okay,
[11:54] Speaker 1: move on, guys, I'm done with the show. I'm done
[11:57] Speaker 1: with the show.
[11:57] Speaker 3: I hate. We're gonna rip our sh it's off and
[12:00] Speaker 3: leave now, Antonio Brown style.
[12:04] Speaker 1: Okay, So uh Ozzie ParvE and you'll win. And yeah,
[12:08] Speaker 1: now spa time. Well Ozzy gets to send someone to
[12:12] Speaker 1: Exile Island. He looks at Adam and he goes, ah, sorry, man,
[12:16] Speaker 1: I mean you know it's you.
[12:18] Speaker 3: Yeah, and Adam's time on exile. Uh. He wasn't as
[12:22] Speaker 3: sad as Candace was. It didn't break his spirits that much.
[12:26] Speaker 3: But when he was stuck in the rain in the
[12:29] Speaker 3: freezing cold, that seemed to get to him a little bit. Yeah, oh,
[12:34] Speaker 3: chase cash in his hand. Yeah, one hundred grand I
[12:38] Speaker 3: got a hundred greend.
[12:40] Speaker 1: Yeah. The Exile Island, I don't ever since Brand brought
[12:45] Speaker 1: it up at the beginning of the season, really no
[12:48] Speaker 1: point for Exile Island to exist this season, And I
[12:50] Speaker 1: think it doubles down here where it's like, this is
[12:53] Speaker 1: the only opportunity that Adam would have had to try
[12:57] Speaker 1: to save him and ParvE and try to flip someone
[13:00] Speaker 1: and try to make some big game moves eliminated because
[13:04] Speaker 1: he's in exile Island, he doesn't have this opportunity. And
[13:07] Speaker 1: then we have the Spa reward going on at the
[13:09] Speaker 1: same time where Yule, Ozzy, and ParvE are all naked
[13:13] Speaker 1: in a hot tub skinny dipping together. Yep.
[13:16] Speaker 3: This is my most vivid memory of the season from
[13:18] Speaker 3: watching the Child that I don't know. It just stuck
[13:23] Speaker 3: in my mind. I think Ozzy, no, I think it.
[13:25] Speaker 1: Was the blur of Ozzie really sticks with all of us.
[13:29] Speaker 3: I remember my parents. I was like, what's happening here?
[13:32] Speaker 3: Because I was when did this come out? Oh six,
[13:35] Speaker 3: Like I was five or six years old. I was like,
[13:37] Speaker 3: what's going on? My parents? I remember my dad said
[13:40] Speaker 3: they shouldn't be doing that.
[13:42] Speaker 1: They shouldn't be doing it. It's two thousand and six.
[13:45] Speaker 2: Were all like, I guess you'd seen it before, but
[13:48] Speaker 2: I was very concerned. When Ozzy did the what was
[13:52] Speaker 2: that like hump back whale.
[13:54] Speaker 1: Yeah, he flipped from the hot to the guy. I
[13:56] Speaker 1: didn't know the pool was right there. You just thought
[13:59] Speaker 1: he was killing himself. I thought he was just ass
[14:03] Speaker 1: out killing himself and I thought that's how he lost.
[14:06] Speaker 1: I was like, oh, that's how he lost the season.
[14:07] Speaker 3: Yeah, let me just Jeff Hardy on to the grounds.
[14:11] Speaker 1: He's the best to never win because he killed himself
[14:14] Speaker 1: at the end of Cook Islands. Every other Assie you
[14:19] Speaker 1: see and seasons including fifty fake. That's so funny. It's
[14:25] Speaker 1: like the the Kanye is a clone theory but for
[14:28] Speaker 1: Ozzie and Survivor.
[14:32] Speaker 3: But they walked into the spa covered in mud, and
[14:35] Speaker 3: you know, Jeff was loving that too. But I mean this, uh,
[14:39] Speaker 3: it was like the sanctuary. Good things were happening there
[14:41] Speaker 3: that it had it all. They were covered in mud,
[14:43] Speaker 3: they got the shower, they got massages. Uh, they lost power,
[14:47] Speaker 3: but it's okay because they lit candles and it was
[14:49] Speaker 3: a great time. And then some I don't know, they're
[14:52] Speaker 3: dancers and people singing all of a sudden in the
[14:56] Speaker 3: Do you think.
[14:56] Speaker 2: The power out actually went out or did the dancers
[15:00] Speaker 2: just want their undertaker entrance?
[15:02] Speaker 5: Oh?
[15:03] Speaker 1: Do you think it was a theme thing? I think
[15:05] Speaker 1: it was. It was you know kind of like I
[15:08] Speaker 1: was like, you know, someone on that island is just
[15:10] Speaker 1: an accountant, you think that production went to them and
[15:14] Speaker 1: they were like, hey man, we're just the we're just
[15:16] Speaker 1: like the local youth group. We don't really do this off.
[15:20] Speaker 1: And they're like, Oh, don't worry, we're gonna cut the
[15:22] Speaker 1: lights off. You can do like the whole thing. It's
[15:24] Speaker 1: gonna be awesome. Yeah, they're not actually from there. It's
[15:27] Speaker 1: a mission strip. Yeah. Yeah, it's a bunch of white people.
[15:33] Speaker 1: We've got to speaking of white people. Uh, the whites
[15:36] Speaker 1: are in trouble. Uh oh yeah. When we get back
[15:41] Speaker 1: from the SPA Reward Challenge where I mean, I mean,
[15:46] Speaker 1: do you guys think that do you think that PARV
[15:49] Speaker 1: being completely naked was a strategy move?
[15:53] Speaker 3: Probably?
[15:55] Speaker 1: Do you think they were all naked?
[15:57] Speaker 3: I think yeah, yeah, yeah. She was just trying to
[16:01] Speaker 3: get an end with them and then, you know, be
[16:03] Speaker 3: friends with these guys. Best way to do that take
[16:04] Speaker 3: your clothes off.
[16:05] Speaker 1: Right, Amen. Follow up question. Follow up question, because I
[16:10] Speaker 1: think it obviously worked. Whatever in my life has ever
[16:13] Speaker 1: been like, you know what, we'll steal this dealked that
[16:18] Speaker 1: would probably destroyed deals. Can't confirm.
[16:23] Speaker 3: That's how me and Chase got the Bramble Jam deal.
[16:25] Speaker 3: We were like, you know what, we just get naked
[16:27] Speaker 3: in this boardroom.
[16:29] Speaker 1: And we didn't like seal the deal but didn't hurt.
[16:35] Speaker 1: But Jonathan didn't and that was the most important part
[16:38] Speaker 1: of the plan. Anyway, follow up question, would like, because
[16:43] Speaker 1: I think it worked on Ozzie, Definitely, you'le too smart
[16:47] Speaker 1: of a person. I don't think it felt he fell
[16:49] Speaker 1: for it. Would it have worked on you? Would you
[16:51] Speaker 1: have flipped on your tribe for that? Hmm?
[16:56] Speaker 3: Depends on a six.
[16:58] Speaker 1: Maybe when you were seven years old, six, when I
[17:04] Speaker 1: had not seen boobs before. Yeah, maybe it would have worked.
[17:09] Speaker 2: I think the the thing that I would consider is
[17:16] Speaker 2: I would I and I think Ozzie is uniquely in
[17:20] Speaker 2: this position. I don't think you was ever gonna consider, right,
[17:24] Speaker 2: there is a world where Ozzie decides, I think if
[17:29] Speaker 2: I go with ParvE, I think I could go the way.
[17:34] Speaker 1: I think I could win. And so you're saying the
[17:37] Speaker 1: nakedness had nothing to do with it, it was just a
[17:39] Speaker 1: I don't think the nakedness that would have even in six.
[17:47] Speaker 1: Maybe in six I don't know. I don't know. I
[17:49] Speaker 1: don't know how you want me to answer this question.
[17:51] Speaker 1: I don't know, man, I'm just trying to set you
[17:53] Speaker 1: guys up for some jokes that I.
[17:58] Speaker 3: Even Chase describe this reward as stefan from weekend update.
[18:05] Speaker 1: This challenge has everything. Naked women, naked men, and candles
[18:11] Speaker 1: in the night time.
[18:14] Speaker 3: All right, solid, you didn't sound gay enough. Well, I
[18:19] Speaker 3: don't want to be a fit. It was cold.
[18:21] Speaker 1: It was a cold impression off the rip. I wasn't planning.
[18:23] Speaker 1: I didn't warm up.
[18:26] Speaker 3: You're right, I'll give you a few days notice.
[18:29] Speaker 1: Next time, Yeah, Stephan energy him in offensive gay voice?
[18:36] Speaker 1: Next week? Ready Vitorious T shirt? Yeah?
[18:40] Speaker 3: I got that? Yeah, is gosh I had. I'm gonna
[18:45] Speaker 3: I'm gonna put I'm learning to play that on guitar.
[18:47] Speaker 3: I'm gonna put that on Instagram.
[18:50] Speaker 1: Which one you'll be looking out?
[18:53] Speaker 3: Yeah, Hey, guys, be on the lookout for me covering
[18:55] Speaker 3: the Victorious song. It's the long awaited sequel to PD
[18:59] Speaker 3: covers I, Carly and Bathrobe.
[19:01] Speaker 1: Hey, awesome video. I actually ironically think that's one of
[19:04] Speaker 1: the best videos ever. Uh yeah, PD big fan of Victorious.
[19:08] Speaker 1: I'm a big fan of Victorious. What about you brand?
[19:10] Speaker 1: What are your thoughts love Victorious?
[19:12] Speaker 3: This challenge has everything.
[19:14] Speaker 1: This has everything anyway, the immunity challenge. You have four
[19:21] Speaker 1: bundles and you have to get these four bundles across
[19:24] Speaker 1: a balance beam to create a table maze. You have
[19:27] Speaker 1: to use the maze to maneuver a cannon ball into
[19:29] Speaker 1: the two corner pockets. Winner gets immunity. Any of the
[19:33] Speaker 1: challenges that happen in episode fourteen and fifteen, it's almost
[19:36] Speaker 1: like there's no need to talk about it because you
[19:38] Speaker 1: know what's about to happen. Ozzy is the greatest challenge
[19:41] Speaker 1: beast of all time. He wins once again, and I
[19:47] Speaker 1: mean he's unbeatable, dude. I do want to point out though,
[19:51] Speaker 1: that in this episode, to go back to the reward
[19:54] Speaker 1: challenge for just a second, Yule coming in third place
[19:58] Speaker 1: in that individual reward challenge was the only time in
[20:03] Speaker 1: Yule's entire Survivor career that he won an individual challenge. Wow,
[20:12] Speaker 1: it's because he was up against Ozzy, who wins everything.
[20:15] Speaker 3: Yeah, and then you got Brand who's like one of
[20:18] Speaker 3: the people who's like, you know, Patrick Mahomes, He isn't
[20:20] Speaker 3: that good?
[20:22] Speaker 1: Yeah, just wait until the end of the episode. Tom
[20:26] Speaker 1: Brady sucks. Who'd he ever beat? Not Eli Manning? Am
[20:31] Speaker 1: I right?
[20:31] Speaker 3: PD?
[20:32] Speaker 1: Is that a good reference is that, man, I I
[20:39] Speaker 1: take I take my friend's interests seriously and I try
[20:44] Speaker 1: to learn things to that way I can relate to
[20:46] Speaker 1: them and have good conversation you or something. Yeah, yeah,
[20:51] Speaker 1: it was probably the tip. But but but it's like,
[20:53] Speaker 1: it's why I try to learn football stuff for PD,
[20:55] Speaker 1: It's why I try to learn things about uh Russian
[20:59] Speaker 1: soap operas for brand. That is my known interest. Yes, yeah,
[21:05] Speaker 1: not Christmas? No, No, I don't. I wouldn't rush about Yep.
[21:11] Speaker 1: Very funny that your your special interest is Christmas. You
[21:16] Speaker 1: know who else's special interest was Christmas? Christ? And I
[21:19] Speaker 1: think if we all were a little bit more like Christ,
[21:21] Speaker 1: like Brand, we would all be a better place. Okay, guys,
[21:25] Speaker 1: West Day, I feel.
[21:28] Speaker 3: Like that didn't make sense for any of it, especially
[21:32] Speaker 3: the end, but I have made me feel good. Better place.
[21:39] Speaker 3: How are we a place?
[21:40] Speaker 1: I don't know, but we're an institution and as a
[21:43] Speaker 1: human race and and speaking of race, the race War
[21:47] Speaker 1: season I think says a lot about guys. I hope
[21:49] Speaker 1: you're ready because this is my I'm trying out my
[21:51] Speaker 1: character for season forty nine, and that's what this is.
[21:54] Speaker 1: This is what this is. It's gonna be a lot
[21:56] Speaker 1: of nonsense rambling all season long. So if you're a
[22:00] Speaker 1: fan of that, make sure you hit the subscribe button,
[22:02] Speaker 1: make sure you leave us a review over on iTunes.
[22:05] Speaker 1: And while you're at it, I have a new DVD
[22:07] Speaker 1: out on Blu Ray where I rank all of parv's
[22:11] Speaker 1: best moments in Survivor history, and you can get that
[22:14] Speaker 1: for only nineteen ninety nine or at your local best
[22:16] Speaker 1: Buy for twenty five ninety nine.
[22:19] Speaker 2: Inflation. Sure, I don't know that's not that, but yeah, yeah,
[22:25] Speaker 2: we're actually inflationship store to store inflation.
[22:29] Speaker 1: Hit the best Buy in particular, Dang dude, it's no
[22:33] Speaker 1: longer the best Buy, no inflation.
[22:37] Speaker 3: So to avoid more bits like this, we are trading
[22:40] Speaker 3: Chase to drop your buffs.
[22:43] Speaker 1: We're taking don't want me after. They'll want me after
[22:47] Speaker 1: my Stefan impression for sure.
[22:49] Speaker 3: Yeah, they'll be like, this.
[22:51] Speaker 1: Is an ally that we need on our show.
[22:55] Speaker 3: You know, I'm gonna do every reward challenge next season
[22:59] Speaker 3: as Stefan st fod. This challenge has everything they walk
[23:04] Speaker 3: in covered in mud, and then they get to shower
[23:06] Speaker 3: and then you get massages, and then the power goes
[23:09] Speaker 3: out and you think the night is over. But then
[23:11] Speaker 3: they bring out candles and belly dancers. That's good, I do.
[23:15] Speaker 1: That was great.
[23:16] Speaker 2: Thank you about doing What's great about doing that for
[23:20] Speaker 2: new seasons is you can record it once and use
[23:23] Speaker 2: it every single week because it's exact.
[23:27] Speaker 1: You got them braid got everything, has everything, sand rope
[23:36] Speaker 1: and mud and a puzzle at the end. Okay, we
[23:43] Speaker 1: we just did the immunity challenge. Ozzie's the greatest champion
[23:46] Speaker 1: of all time. Let's go to tribal. Let's do it
[23:50] Speaker 1: all right.
[23:51] Speaker 2: So I was just gonna say, uh, there was talk
[23:56] Speaker 2: before tribal obviously, well Adam really he can't save his game, right,
[24:04] Speaker 2: he knows that. You know, it's not gonna work. ParvE
[24:07] Speaker 2: is noway, like it's not gonna work. Everybody knows nothing's
[24:10] Speaker 2: gonna work, and so there is like they're trying, but
[24:14] Speaker 2: there's not anything all right this time?
[24:15] Speaker 3: Yeah, Harve a conversation with the Godfather too. She was
[24:20] Speaker 3: worried going home. She's like, I don't necessarily want to
[24:22] Speaker 3: say that, like I'm pitching myself over Adam, but Mitch was, I.
[24:27] Speaker 1: Mean, Adam didn't get naked in the hot tub. He did.
[24:32] Speaker 1: This would be a whole different season. I think he
[24:34] Speaker 1: could have won it all.
[24:36] Speaker 3: And then we get to Tribal and we get hatgate
[24:39] Speaker 3: because Yu'll brought Jonathan's hat and Jeff just presses on
[24:44] Speaker 3: him like he's like, hey, you'll, this is an obvious
[24:48] Speaker 3: jury move. Dude, is everybody seeing They didn't really say
[24:51] Speaker 3: it like that, but it Yeah.
[24:55] Speaker 1: Do you think it was because it was getting kind
[24:56] Speaker 1: of bland at this point? I mean, there was one
[24:59] Speaker 1: alliance that had all the numbers. We knew what was
[25:01] Speaker 1: gonna happen. Do you think he was just trying to
[25:02] Speaker 1: get some sort of chaos, I.
[25:04] Speaker 3: Guess, And he's like Yules, just steamrolling to the end
[25:07] Speaker 3: and then making this obvious Jerry move because.
[25:11] Speaker 1: I think even in this tribal at a different point,
[25:14] Speaker 1: he starts bringing up like the immunity idol and like, hey,
[25:18] Speaker 1: maybe you can maybe you guys can make a move.
[25:21] Speaker 1: Like he seems like he was really trying to get
[25:23] Speaker 1: them to do something other than sticking to their four alliance.
[25:27] Speaker 3: Yeah, but didn't work. Poverty goes home instead of I
[25:33] Speaker 3: figured it was going to be Adam, but the hot
[25:35] Speaker 3: tub thing didn't work.
[25:37] Speaker 1: Dang, get well, you need it was a hot tub
[25:39] Speaker 1: time machine. You know what I mean? Whoa whoa, which
[25:43] Speaker 1: you can get anywhere. It is more expensive at best Buy.
[25:46] Speaker 3: Yeah, shout out to Tim Robinson.
[25:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. And if it's if it's an inflated if it's
[25:52] Speaker 1: an inflatable hot tub, it's even more expensive. Double the inflation. Yeah,
[25:58] Speaker 1: inflation on the inflation. Yeah.
[26:00] Speaker 3: So Parverdy is gone voted out fifth. Uh, Yule is
[26:05] Speaker 3: a liar because I think he said that he would
[26:07] Speaker 3: keep her. Man that he's such a manipulator.
[26:10] Speaker 1: Man, we should start a hate campaign against that guy. Dude. Look,
[26:15] Speaker 1: PARV goes home. PARV goes home, But her journey is
[26:18] Speaker 1: just beginning. She will go on to become one of
[26:20] Speaker 1: the greatest Survivor players of all time, a reality TV icon,
[26:23] Speaker 1: and a best selling author brand what's the name of
[26:25] Speaker 1: her book, good Girls? Nope, don't cry?
[26:30] Speaker 3: Mm hmm close.
[26:31] Speaker 1: What's good Girls? Simmy colon Murder?
[26:35] Speaker 3: She wrote murder, How dick him on?
[26:39] Speaker 1: How be How to win Survivor and get away with
[26:42] Speaker 1: it without crying? Dude, you nailed it. Absolutely. We got
[26:46] Speaker 1: to read that book. Though I feel like we've been
[26:48] Speaker 1: a little hard on part of this episode, not out
[26:50] Speaker 1: of disdain she's one of the best of all time.
[26:52] Speaker 2: This is what I this is what I'll say about
[26:55] Speaker 2: Park watching this season. Yeah, something that stuck out to
[26:59] Speaker 2: me while watching this is Yule basically talking about how
[27:05] Speaker 2: he parv surprised him by like, how you know, like
[27:12] Speaker 2: she's pretty.
[27:13] Speaker 1: Good at this game? He said, right, yes, yes, And
[27:16] Speaker 1: little did he know at that time that he's talking
[27:21] Speaker 1: about someone who would go on to play this game
[27:24] Speaker 1: more than anybody else. Yes.
[27:25] Speaker 2: And I am very impressed after watching this season of
[27:30] Speaker 2: Survivor to see just how good she is in the
[27:36] Speaker 2: coming seasons because she took what worked in this season,
[27:39] Speaker 2: which is her personality, her social game, the flirting.
[27:44] Speaker 1: It does work.
[27:45] Speaker 2: She's very good at that, and that is and it's good,
[27:49] Speaker 2: it's fun to watch, right, But then she completely went
[27:54] Speaker 2: to another level strategically in the coming seasons, especially with
[27:56] Speaker 2: the all girls alliances and whatnot moving forward. And I
[28:01] Speaker 2: think she probably went back and watched the season and
[28:04] Speaker 2: went like, there were things that I could have done
[28:08] Speaker 2: to align myself with different people that I missed because
[28:12] Speaker 2: I was so focused on just the flirting aspect of it,
[28:16] Speaker 2: if you will, of.
[28:17] Speaker 1: My k So you're saying she is what makes her
[28:21] Speaker 1: such a survivor legend is that she's a student of
[28:24] Speaker 1: the game and that she.
[28:25] Speaker 2: I mean, I think everybody, by and large is not everybody.
[28:29] Speaker 2: I think most players are better their second time as
[28:33] Speaker 2: far as the strategy goes. But I think what what
[28:36] Speaker 2: Yule was saying here is that he was surprised that
[28:38] Speaker 2: she was strategic at all. And like, I think that
[28:43] Speaker 2: she she only gets better, Like, and it's really impressive
[28:47] Speaker 2: to see like this season, which kind of the the
[28:51] Speaker 2: foundation of her game so to speak, is there, and
[28:55] Speaker 2: to see her build on it. I've I've seen her
[28:58] Speaker 2: play now three different seasons and half of the Australian
[29:03] Speaker 2: versus the world. Yeah, and she gets better every every time. Like, like,
[29:07] Speaker 2: I think her strategy gets better every time, or at
[29:10] Speaker 2: least the way that she thinks about the game gets
[29:11] Speaker 2: better every time.
[29:12] Speaker 1: And she's like she's great. Yeah. Little did you'll know
[29:15] Speaker 1: at that point in time that he was little did
[29:17] Speaker 1: you know that ParvE would go on to be the
[29:23] Speaker 1: best of all? Little did you'll know?
[29:27] Speaker 3: Melody is a little off, but you were close.
[29:29] Speaker 1: You're a little off. You know what you.
[29:34] Speaker 2: Are once again trying to I know you. I love
[29:36] Speaker 2: the Russian soapbubbers, but I also love Christmas and.
[29:38] Speaker 1: That was absolutely We're in episode fifteen.
[29:42] Speaker 3: I'm the finale.
[29:44] Speaker 1: I'm on one today, guys. I don't know what you
[29:46] Speaker 1: guys would do without me. Honestly, you'd probably have a
[29:47] Speaker 1: better show. It would be shorter, but I don't know
[29:55] Speaker 1: if it'd be better. Sure.
[29:58] Speaker 3: So Adam is upset because he doesn't have anyone to
[30:00] Speaker 3: sleep with anymore.
[30:02] Speaker 1: Right, that's Adam for the rest of his life, am
[30:06] Speaker 1: I right? Guys? Hey, Adam, love you body.
[30:11] Speaker 3: And really it's just Adam complaining. And then we go
[30:14] Speaker 3: to the challenge.
[30:16] Speaker 1: Guy, is this the Immunity Challenge? You have to race
[30:18] Speaker 1: around a rope's course with eight different stations. Once you
[30:21] Speaker 1: complete a station, you will receive a bag of puzzle pieces.
[30:24] Speaker 1: First to complete the puzzle wins immunity. This is I
[30:27] Speaker 1: had forgotten about this. There was a big period of
[30:30] Speaker 1: time where every final challenge like this, well not Final Challenge,
[30:35] Speaker 1: but it was this big eight station course of different things,
[30:41] Speaker 1: and I missed that. I don't know when they stopped.
[30:44] Speaker 1: It's really fun. It was always really fun when they
[30:46] Speaker 1: did that. It was kind of to what Brand was
[30:49] Speaker 1: saying earlier, like It kind of opens it up to
[30:51] Speaker 1: everyone for the most part, because it's like there's one
[30:54] Speaker 1: really hard, safe station and then one more easy station.
[30:57] Speaker 1: So if you strategize correctly and you do the whole
[31:00] Speaker 1: hard one first, you can do the easier one later
[31:02] Speaker 1: when everyone's tired, there's a way to work around it
[31:04] Speaker 1: and strategize it. But it doesn't really matter when Ozzie's
[31:06] Speaker 1: in the season because he wins again. Baby, what's up?
[31:08] Speaker 1: What's up?
[31:10] Speaker 3: Yeah, Ozzie's just steamrolling. It was Uh, it was incredible.
[31:15] Speaker 3: It makes I want to do a compilation of brand
[31:18] Speaker 3: saying that Ozzie sucks and then put it over the
[31:20] Speaker 3: footage of him winning all of these.
[31:23] Speaker 1: Yeah, this is I'll say this, this is.
[31:27] Speaker 2: The the best Assie win of the season because I
[31:34] Speaker 2: have very tongue in cheek. I hope that comes across.
[31:38] Speaker 2: But been giving Ozzie a hard time this season about
[31:41] Speaker 2: only being able to perform in the water and this
[31:46] Speaker 2: twofold no water and ends in a.
[31:50] Speaker 1: Puzzle, right dude.
[31:52] Speaker 2: Yeah, and so it's it is and it He starts
[31:57] Speaker 2: off to your point chase with the hardest one.
[32:00] Speaker 1: He's down one bag to four or five.
[32:04] Speaker 2: He comes back and he wins that end quote unquote
[32:07] Speaker 2: the hardest puzzle ever in the history of forever or whatever.
[32:11] Speaker 1: That is what Jeff say about and he goes on
[32:13] Speaker 1: the record after the fact and stays true to that
[32:17] Speaker 1: after that season aired. All right, sure, thank you for
[32:21] Speaker 1: that was a sneaky fun fact with Chase. Yea. And
[32:28] Speaker 1: it's a little bit I'm doing where I say something
[32:30] Speaker 1: crazy and then and then I just go and is
[32:34] Speaker 1: that is that tracking? Like?
[32:35] Speaker 2: Is it?
[32:35] Speaker 1: Is it working as a bit? You think, no, it's
[32:37] Speaker 1: not where he was a bit. Oh yeah, it is
[32:39] Speaker 1: the shop. Ah see, that was good. That was good.
[32:43] Speaker 1: It's working. It's picking up. It's like the Octopus song.
[32:45] Speaker 1: It's a slow burn, but people will get behind. Always
[32:48] Speaker 1: worked for me, Chase, I really appreciate that. Oh see,
[32:54] Speaker 1: it's starting to pick up some steam.
[32:56] Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, it's the most it is the most dominant
[33:03] Speaker 2: Ozzie performance. I think he should have used this challenge
[33:09] Speaker 2: more to like brag about, like I this is. It
[33:14] Speaker 2: is such a dominant performance. It it and it shows
[33:18] Speaker 2: that he's not only this crazy fish man, right, but
[33:22] Speaker 2: he can do it all. He can he can and
[33:25] Speaker 2: he can come from behind and even when the challenge
[33:29] Speaker 2: ends in a puzzle. I can do it. It's not
[33:32] Speaker 2: just about the physical, it's also I'm really smart and
[33:35] Speaker 2: he I think he could have He should have talked
[33:39] Speaker 2: about that more.
[33:40] Speaker 3: Yeah, Asdra said, black Brown and Yellow power baby.
[33:45] Speaker 1: Uh huh yeah, and that's true.
[33:51] Speaker 3: Oh man, Oh, you're doing your bit again. I thought
[33:56] Speaker 3: you're about to say something.
[34:00] Speaker 1: Just let us not get Can we have a clip
[34:01] Speaker 1: like a sign? Hey, guys, I apologize. I don't know
[34:04] Speaker 1: what's wrong with me. You Yeah, Like, I was just
[34:08] Speaker 1: really excited to see you guys. I was doing a
[34:10] Speaker 1: bit when Brand showed up before the show. I was
[34:15] Speaker 1: doing a bit for minutes. I ran that song twice
[34:19] Speaker 1: Brand before anyone showed up. Oh wow, that's a lot
[34:22] Speaker 1: of commitment. Yeah. I was playing a Millie by Lil
[34:25] Speaker 1: Wayne and flashing one hundred thousand dollars in cash.
[34:29] Speaker 3: You're just doing that for four minutes until somebody saw you. Wow.
[34:34] Speaker 1: Yeah. Was it worth it? No? Okay? And I didn't
[34:39] Speaker 1: give you enough. I'm just kidding.
[34:40] Speaker 3: It was in Uh, can you leave the a thing
[34:46] Speaker 3: on time machine and not bring that into forty nine?
[34:49] Speaker 1: We'll see. I'm test running a lot of stuff, Okay,
[34:55] Speaker 1: we'll see what works and I'll pick it up for
[34:57] Speaker 1: the full season.
[34:58] Speaker 3: Yeah. So we go to Tribal after Ozzie wins, and
[35:01] Speaker 3: it's obvious. That's what made the last two episodes boring
[35:05] Speaker 3: to me, is how obvious the results were.
[35:09] Speaker 1: And this is tries.
[35:11] Speaker 2: Yeah, well, this is when he really tries to do that.
[35:13] Speaker 2: I know I'm not leaving, but like, let's get the
[35:16] Speaker 2: idol out right.
[35:17] Speaker 1: No one cares.
[35:18] Speaker 3: Nope, They're like, we will lose. It's okay. Yeah, Adam
[35:24] Speaker 3: goes home. Adam if he's done, He's just like, so, Adam,
[35:29] Speaker 3: are you done? And he's like, yeah, I think I am.
[35:34] Speaker 1: It's the most cordial season. But in two major things
[35:39] Speaker 1: about Adam going home here. The first thing is I
[35:42] Speaker 1: forgot how far Adam made it in the season. I
[35:47] Speaker 1: told you. It's shocking to me that he never comes
[35:49] Speaker 1: back unless I'm missing something. I do not think he
[35:52] Speaker 1: ever returns, which is crazy. And then this is a
[35:57] Speaker 1: fun fact with Chase. This marks the very first time
[36:02] Speaker 1: because Adam goes home, no one in the final four
[36:05] Speaker 1: is Caucasian, and this the whites were the first race
[36:14] Speaker 1: to be extinct extinguished in the season. There is someone
[36:20] Speaker 1: from every other tribe, every other race in the final four.
[36:25] Speaker 3: That is a fun fact.
[36:27] Speaker 1: Yeah, and okay, I wasn't doing a bit there, like legitimately, Like.
[36:34] Speaker 2: It is so interesting to look back at how like
[36:36] Speaker 2: how we were talking earlier in the season about how,
[36:39] Speaker 2: you know, everybody they're panicking because all the white people
[36:41] Speaker 2: are sticking around, and now here we are with.
[36:46] Speaker 1: All all of the whites are gone, And.
[36:50] Speaker 2: I do feel like they've kind of thrown out the
[36:53] Speaker 2: theme of this season at this point. It's no longer
[36:56] Speaker 2: like a thing that they're harping on every moment of
[37:00] Speaker 2: every episode like they were in the first couple episodes,
[37:03] Speaker 2: but it is. It's I think it was at the
[37:06] Speaker 2: very least cool to see this play out the way
[37:10] Speaker 2: that it played out.
[37:12] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[37:13] Speaker 1: And another thing that kind of goes along with how
[37:15] Speaker 1: great ParvE is. Out of all four seasons that Parv
[37:20] Speaker 1: competed in, this is the only episode out of every
[37:26] Speaker 1: season where she does not compete in a challenge. Really yeah,
[37:34] Speaker 1: crazy say it again. In all of the seasons that
[37:37] Speaker 1: she has played, this episode is the only episode where
[37:43] Speaker 1: she does not compete in a challenge.
[37:45] Speaker 3: So finishing fifth was her worst finish in survivor history. Yeah,
[37:49] Speaker 3: for like the first how many seasons does she play?
[37:53] Speaker 1: Four? I don't know if this is counted. I mean
[37:57] Speaker 1: I imagine it could change, but you knows of And
[38:01] Speaker 1: if if we're gonna count au, then it would be
[38:05] Speaker 1: like counting the World Baseball Classic, Like you don't really? Yeah, yeah,
[38:09] Speaker 1: no one does that. And who knows how far she
[38:12] Speaker 1: got there?
[38:13] Speaker 3: Yeah? Was she Japan or was she America? Brand will
[38:17] Speaker 3: find out?
[38:18] Speaker 1: I will find.
[38:22] Speaker 3: You want to be Japan in that scenario, Chase, just
[38:25] Speaker 3: in case you didn't know.
[38:27] Speaker 1: Oh, no, I picked up. I take your interest seriously,
[38:31] Speaker 1: I don't.
[38:32] Speaker 3: I don't think we've ever talked about the World Baseball Classic,
[38:34] Speaker 3: but we can start if you want.
[38:35] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean we just started. Yeah.
[38:39] Speaker 3: Me and Me and Brand text about it every night.
[38:41] Speaker 3: Were like, hey, twenty twenty six, it is gonna be huge.
[38:45] Speaker 1: We do and we could bring you into that if
[38:47] Speaker 1: you want, y Yeah, loop me in, loop me in.
[38:50] Speaker 1: There was a little while where you guys were talking
[38:52] Speaker 1: about stuff in the group chat that I had no
[38:54] Speaker 1: interest in. But this sounds fun.
[38:56] Speaker 3: So oh would it be the scandals of Christian musicians? Yeah,
[39:03] Speaker 3: that's one of my favorite pastimes and good one.
[39:13] Speaker 1: Dang it, dude, I forgot. I forgot that was sneaky
[39:17] Speaker 1: one because I was like, guys, it only gets better,
[39:20] Speaker 1: it only gets better.
[39:21] Speaker 3: So where are we at? Brad is? I mean not Brad.
[39:25] Speaker 3: Brad's been photogun.
[39:27] Speaker 1: Thank Adam So then John Paul goes home.
[39:31] Speaker 3: Yeah, John Paul w uh so after voting at them out,
[39:37] Speaker 3: not Brad. Everyone's pumped. All the whites are finally gone. Yeah,
[39:41] Speaker 3: minority is gonna win, and its rites of passage time,
[39:45] Speaker 3: something brand famously doesn't like. I think I don't. I mean,
[39:48] Speaker 3: I don't really care.
[39:49] Speaker 1: But you skipped it though, right, p Yeah, I watched.
[39:56] Speaker 3: I also I watched the Seku one and then I
[39:59] Speaker 3: was like, skip skips.
[40:01] Speaker 2: It's not that it's bad, it's that if I can
[40:04] Speaker 2: skip it, I will skip it.
[40:07] Speaker 3: Right.
[40:07] Speaker 1: Here's here's what I'll say when rewatching the seasons. I
[40:13] Speaker 1: skip it. If I was watching it week to week,
[40:17] Speaker 1: I would kind of like it in season fifty for
[40:19] Speaker 1: it to come back, because it's kind of nice to
[40:21] Speaker 1: get a refresher of everything that's happened. But you don't
[40:24] Speaker 1: need it when you've watched the season. I agree. If
[40:29] Speaker 1: it was happening in real time. I probably would enjoy it.
[40:31] Speaker 3: I don't think it's about a refresher. I think it's
[40:33] Speaker 3: funny to get like the people in the very beginning
[40:36] Speaker 3: having to say one sentence about the game that lasted
[40:39] Speaker 3: for one or two episodes. I didn't mean to be
[40:42] Speaker 3: the leader, but that's just the position I was putting.
[40:46] Speaker 1: So no one stuck around for Billies. I would have loved.
[40:50] Speaker 3: Actually, he's just like a metal head at heart, and
[40:56] Speaker 3: it's talking about.
[40:57] Speaker 1: Rock and roll and being a rebel. Guys, let's take
[41:00] Speaker 1: a minute to reflect on our season and think back
[41:04] Speaker 1: to the beginning where we had Billy on the show.
[41:06] Speaker 1: That feels like a lifetime ago. Guys, early, yes, we did.
[41:13] Speaker 1: I personally blame PD.
[41:15] Speaker 3: You can blame whoever you want.
[41:17] Speaker 1: I blame PD because because PD got Billy on week three, Yeah,
[41:24] Speaker 1: was it weak? Well, it made the most sense though
[41:26] Speaker 1: you got Billy on week three. How it was supposed
[41:29] Speaker 1: to go up on that too? I know, unless we
[41:32] Speaker 1: could have got par or Yule.
[41:33] Speaker 2: But I mean we're Starv's not talking because of fifty.
[41:38] Speaker 2: Ossie's not talking cause fifty. You probably would have talked,
[41:41] Speaker 2: but I would have fallen asleep. So it's like, what
[41:44] Speaker 2: you were a Mule hater.
[41:46] Speaker 1: I'm not a ll hater. Yu'l is.
[41:48] Speaker 3: Wow, it's not you like all that nobody went up
[41:51] Speaker 3: against him.
[41:52] Speaker 1: You'll masterminded that Juel is objectively boring right as a speaker. Yes,
[42:00] Speaker 1: he's I mean he's a lawyer. Is he a lawyer?
[42:03] Speaker 3: Really?
[42:03] Speaker 1: Yeah? I do not remember that they should do the
[42:07] Speaker 1: thing that Big Brother does where every time Vince goes
[42:09] Speaker 1: on the screen they put unemployed beside his name so
[42:11] Speaker 1: that way I can remember.
[42:12] Speaker 3: We didn't talk about it in the last episode, but
[42:15] Speaker 3: when Adam was doing his last ditch effort to get
[42:19] Speaker 3: Ozzie out or to get Yule out, and he's talking
[42:22] Speaker 3: to Ozzy and then Yule picks up on that, and
[42:25] Speaker 3: Yule goes into the tent with Adam and he's like,
[42:27] Speaker 3: why are you trying to play the game right now, dude,
[42:29] Speaker 3: I don't understand why, dude.
[42:33] Speaker 1: I really thought that was That was kind of Yule's
[42:36] Speaker 1: like one embarrassing moment from this season where it's like,
[42:39] Speaker 1: hey man, let him scramble for his life, but he
[42:43] Speaker 1: straight up his ghost him and goes, hey man, don't
[42:45] Speaker 1: do that. Don't do that. Fun facts with Chase with Bran.
[42:52] Speaker 2: The last rights the final season was Survivor Caramone.
[43:00] Speaker 1: Is that how you say that Caramone?
[43:02] Speaker 2: Uh? Yeah, sure, sure, which is twenty six and they
[43:07] Speaker 2: have since retired this. Jeff Prope said, quote, it meant
[43:11] Speaker 2: more in the earlier seasons and doesn't have any value
[43:15] Speaker 2: in recent seasons.
[43:16] Speaker 3: Doesn't have any value? Why is it? Why was it
[43:20] Speaker 3: valuable earlier on? So is he saying that they've gotten what?
[43:25] Speaker 1: I'd like to think that, like during twenty twenty he
[43:27] Speaker 1: went back and binged some old seasons and was like,
[43:29] Speaker 1: I skipped that every time, let's get rid of that.
[43:31] Speaker 1: Fun They they in the on the Survivor fandom, they
[43:38] Speaker 1: do source an episode of the podcast.
[43:42] Speaker 2: So I'm guessing you talked about that, probably in a
[43:44] Speaker 2: question that somebody asked, which is what happened the last trites? Oh,
[43:47] Speaker 2: it's the final several season forty six of finale.
[43:51] Speaker 3: I think back when you could, I mean back when
[43:54] Speaker 3: they did read questions and they had a segment called
[43:58] Speaker 3: this is why you suck? And Jeff would read criticism
[44:02] Speaker 3: that got cut after season one.
[44:03] Speaker 2: Fun Oh in the time, stamp it for me. All right,
[44:06] Speaker 2: I'll check that out and I'll get back to you
[44:08] Speaker 2: guys because.
[44:08] Speaker 3: I think thanks, thanks, yeah, go ahead? Please?
[44:11] Speaker 1: What about this?
[44:12] Speaker 2: Are you all open to a last Rites revival for
[44:15] Speaker 2: fifty where we do it? Or you asking us if
[44:19] Speaker 2: on the on the on the program, yep, on Survivor
[44:22] Speaker 2: would you like to say come back for fifty as
[44:23] Speaker 2: a special? Like, hey, I yeah, I.
[44:28] Speaker 1: Think for fifty they should bring back everything.
[44:31] Speaker 3: They bring it home.
[44:32] Speaker 1: They should bring back everything from Survivor every every every season.
[44:39] Speaker 3: All right, sounds good, book it ud be serious, Like,
[44:45] Speaker 3: I think they should bring back all the classic stuff.
[44:47] Speaker 1: They should bring back the way that they do final
[44:48] Speaker 1: tribal where everyone stands up and says their piece. I
[44:51] Speaker 1: think they should bring back.
[44:52] Speaker 3: They should bring bring back all of it right budget.
[44:58] Speaker 1: At the very whole.
[45:00] Speaker 2: You know that we are at least ninety nine percent
[45:02] Speaker 2: sure that they're bringing back Live Reunion, you know, which
[45:06] Speaker 2: is great for fifty.
[45:07] Speaker 1: I think that's big.
[45:08] Speaker 2: They're bringing back the marooning for forty nine, which leads
[45:11] Speaker 2: me to believe that they'll do it for fifty, which
[45:13] Speaker 2: is very exciting. So they're bringing back some stuff and
[45:17] Speaker 2: I'm excited about that.
[45:19] Speaker 1: I think I I am not a new era hater.
[45:23] Speaker 1: I do think that there are elements of old era
[45:26] Speaker 1: that would string back, even just occasionally. Yeah, I really
[45:33] Speaker 1: I was talking to this with you guys. Just I
[45:34] Speaker 1: really hope they bring back themed seasons. I really like
[45:37] Speaker 1: theme seasons. I do too, I do too. Just spice
[45:42] Speaker 1: a little bit.
[45:42] Speaker 2: This season forty nine has the logo has a ship
[45:48] Speaker 2: on it, like it's cook Island.
[45:49] Speaker 1: What's I mean? It's still Fiji, right, It's like, hold on,
[45:53] Speaker 1: could you imagine if we turn? We turn? We we
[45:57] Speaker 1: tune in for episode one of forty nine, Jeff goes,
[46:01] Speaker 1: it's a race war.
[46:02] Speaker 3: Against just they're doing a marooning from the boat.
[46:06] Speaker 1: Okay, so that they worked that in that. But then
[46:08] Speaker 1: the forty nine is rope, which I don't know what
[46:11] Speaker 1: that means. Well, dude, I bet they're gonna use rope
[46:14] Speaker 1: in the Okay, I bet they're gonna use rope. It's
[46:17] Speaker 1: some point, dude, we're breaking this wide open.
[46:20] Speaker 5: Indeed, bro YouTube mystery stuff. Brother, that was nuns hey man,
[46:26] Speaker 5: that's good, am. I I got some And.
[46:32] Speaker 3: I think I'm just gonna quit Reality TV altogether if
[46:36] Speaker 3: they don't cast Rachel Riley in a surprise twist for
[46:40] Speaker 3: season forty nine or fifty, So they're gonna have to
[46:43] Speaker 3: like edit her in.
[46:44] Speaker 1: But that's the only like kind of big reality show
[46:48] Speaker 1: that she's never done in Survivor. What if she came
[46:50] Speaker 1: into Survivor that'd be awesome.
[46:52] Speaker 3: She needs to Uh where were we? Yeah? Rites of Passage?
[46:56] Speaker 1: Uh.
[46:57] Speaker 3: Then after that is the Final Chance Challenge challenge.
[47:02] Speaker 1: Another thing that I hope that they bring back for fifty.
[47:05] Speaker 1: I love when the Final Immunity Challenge is a big
[47:08] Speaker 1: endurance test, you know, going all the way back to
[47:11] Speaker 1: the original seasons where they just had them standing on
[47:14] Speaker 1: a pole and whoever, and they would stand there for
[47:17] Speaker 1: twelve hours or thirteen hours.
[47:19] Speaker 2: This go I'm sorry, go ahead, no no, please, no, no, no,
[47:25] Speaker 2: after no, I'm not going to fucking talk.
[47:29] Speaker 1: Okay, well, then maybe don't interrupt next time. Point the
[47:35] Speaker 1: immunity challenge. The final Immunity Challenge is you're standing on
[47:39] Speaker 1: a small steel perch out in the water.
[47:44] Speaker 3: I just got it spoiled for me, damnit. I it
[47:51] Speaker 3: got Australia spoiled for him.
[47:53] Speaker 1: What did you do?
[47:54] Speaker 3: It probably googled poverty?
[47:57] Speaker 1: Why would you do that? My Google alert for parm
[48:00] Speaker 1: and he went on, no, I just went. I went
[48:03] Speaker 1: on Facebook and it was Brad was like Brad was
[48:07] Speaker 1: like parv Cook Island hot Tub. And then immediately they.
[48:13] Speaker 3: Wanted you better watch it quick because I found out
[48:16] Speaker 3: like the morning after and I was like, ah, come on,
[48:18] Speaker 3: that sucks.
[48:21] Speaker 1: Good for her. Uh, we might need to cut that though.
[48:24] Speaker 1: For the people that haven't seen.
[48:25] Speaker 3: It yet, yeah, please please do as if anybody listens
[48:28] Speaker 3: to the time Machine.
[48:30] Speaker 1: Did you watch several one hundred people that did you
[48:34] Speaker 1: watch it? Pete?
[48:35] Speaker 3: I watched the first episode, loved it, and then football started.
[48:40] Speaker 1: Fair enough. You're just not dedicated.
[48:43] Speaker 3: Man, you haven't watched the first episode.
[48:45] Speaker 1: Chase. I'm not talking about me right now. I'm talking
[48:48] Speaker 1: about you. Talk. I'm sorry for interrupting you again, Chase.
[48:52] Speaker 1: You go ahead. Yeah. Bold of you to do that twice.
[48:57] Speaker 2: The first time was unintentional. They were both unintended. Jeez,
[49:01] Speaker 2: come on, man, and.
[49:10] Speaker 1: This is the episode where I'm just trying to get
[49:12] Speaker 1: PD to crash out by the all right, you got
[49:18] Speaker 1: to stand on a small steel perch out in the water.
[49:20] Speaker 1: Each perch has been measured to each of their foot size,
[49:23] Speaker 1: so that means that it's equally as a disadvantage for
[49:27] Speaker 1: all of them, no matter how big their feet are.
[49:29] Speaker 1: When it gets down to the final size of the perch,
[49:32] Speaker 1: it will be smaller than half of a postcard. For
[49:35] Speaker 1: the first time ever, it is going to be a
[49:38] Speaker 1: final three Becky drops. First, surprisingly, I didn't see this coming,
[49:46] Speaker 1: Yule drop. Second, well, what did you guys think about
[49:49] Speaker 1: his weird technique, which was to stay bend down and
[49:55] Speaker 1: then when it gets to the hardest point, decide to
[49:58] Speaker 1: stand up?
[50:00] Speaker 3: PD you wanna, I think that would just be a
[50:04] Speaker 3: good way to make yourself feel lightheaded.
[50:06] Speaker 2: I've never been I've never bent over like that and
[50:11] Speaker 2: thought this is how I want to spend my day.
[50:14] Speaker 1: I think he was trying to like lower his center
[50:17] Speaker 1: of gravity, and then it got to the point where
[50:18] Speaker 1: his legs were hurting too bad, so he stood up.
[50:21] Speaker 3: Surprised Ozzie didn't do that strategy, because he's the kind
[50:24] Speaker 3: of guy who would want to be bent over like
[50:26] Speaker 3: that all day.
[50:33] Speaker 1: Hey mean, I take back everything I said about you
[50:35] Speaker 1: not trying hard enough that that was a great joke. Banks.
[50:40] Speaker 1: I mean, I'm gonna take a better interest in your interest, dude.
[50:45] Speaker 1: I'm gonna I'm gonna look up the baseball thing. Okay, totally,
[50:50] Speaker 1: You'll drops next. Then Sundra drops, which means, once again, guys,
[50:55] Speaker 1: Ozzie wins the challenge. I think he won almost every
[50:57] Speaker 1: individual immunity challenge this season, and if not all of them,
[51:02] Speaker 1: I'm trying to remember.
[51:02] Speaker 3: Off went the last four or the last five.
[51:07] Speaker 1: This was his fifth win just of individual immunity. So yeah, guys,
[51:16] Speaker 1: final tribal. It's a final three for the first time ever.
[51:19] Speaker 1: Isn't that interesting to look back and be like, whoa
[51:22] Speaker 1: is three? Now? I remember when I was watching through
[51:24] Speaker 1: for the first time and I got to this season
[51:26] Speaker 1: and Jeff says it's a final three. It blew my mind.
[51:30] Speaker 1: I was like, how does that even work? Yeah, it
[51:34] Speaker 1: didn't work. The answer is that did not work, so
[51:39] Speaker 1: they chested it for years. Version of it did not work.
[51:43] Speaker 1: We'll talk about that. What happens next. Well, a couple
[51:47] Speaker 1: of things. One, You'll could have made this very easy in.
[51:52] Speaker 2: A sense, right, Well, he tried to make it easy
[51:55] Speaker 2: on Becky and give her the immunity necklace. She said no,
[51:58] Speaker 2: and so and then Ozzie's just like, I think I
[52:03] Speaker 2: think that they should have to battle it out basically,
[52:06] Speaker 2: and so which fair and so they go to make
[52:10] Speaker 2: fire and it sucks.
[52:15] Speaker 1: It is embarrassing.
[52:19] Speaker 2: This fire making competition is so embarrassing that they go
[52:25] Speaker 2: to matches and then an hour and a half and then.
[52:31] Speaker 1: Sundra runs out of matches. Brutal bro This is the
[52:38] Speaker 1: most fair challenge I think that they make the fact
[52:44] Speaker 1: that they ever did this again is a miracle. The
[52:51] Speaker 1: first time it was embarrassing. It was bad TV. Yeah,
[52:58] Speaker 1: this should have single handedly got the show, can it.
[53:01] Speaker 3: That's how bad This was, not the whole race part,
[53:03] Speaker 3: but the fire making at the end of the race.
[53:05] Speaker 1: Wanta hut you got it? Yeah, say what you will
[53:09] Speaker 1: about the race war. It was interesting. Does this remind
[53:13] Speaker 1: me because Brandon, you've been watching the seasons? Is this
[53:16] Speaker 1: before or after the Purple Rock scandal happens? After Purple
[53:21] Speaker 1: Rock happens. I think season four that changed everything because
[53:26] Speaker 1: when the Purple Rock incident happens, they figured out, like, Okay,
[53:29] Speaker 1: we need to have a solid plan in place for
[53:32] Speaker 1: tie breakers and and anything that could happen in these
[53:35] Speaker 1: final tribals. And so I think that the their standardization
[53:40] Speaker 1: was fire making.
[53:42] Speaker 2: Right and it but like I think it works. I
[53:48] Speaker 2: like it I think at this point it just wasn't
[53:53] Speaker 2: a part of it, right, and so they should they
[53:58] Speaker 2: both have learned how to make fire over the last
[54:02] Speaker 2: thirty nine days. Yeah maybe, but also like if you
[54:08] Speaker 2: don't know that that might come into play and you
[54:11] Speaker 2: don't and no one's being like, hey, Sondram, make the
[54:13] Speaker 2: fire today.
[54:14] Speaker 1: Why the hell would you? Why would you make the fire?
[54:19] Speaker 1: And fun fact with Chase, this is the longest time
[54:23] Speaker 1: taken to complete a fire making challenge ever, two hours.
[54:29] Speaker 1: I was waiting for to be like, okay, and now
[54:31] Speaker 1: we're going to introduce gasoline.
[54:34] Speaker 3: That would have been great. Yeah, really boring. Uh, And
[54:41] Speaker 3: that's kind of the theme of these last two episodes.
[54:43] Speaker 3: It's like the season it was really fun because of
[54:46] Speaker 3: Billion Cowboy, then they both get voted off. It's really
[54:50] Speaker 3: boring until Pinner does the mutiny and then does the
[54:54] Speaker 3: double mutiny and become that was rat cancer. Yeah yeah,
[54:58] Speaker 3: and that cancer, and then once the rat cancer is gone,
[55:02] Speaker 3: it's boring again.
[55:03] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[55:08] Speaker 3: Yeah, So thanks for choosing this one. When I wanted
[55:10] Speaker 3: to do Pearl Islands Patreon communicator, I really appreciate that.
[55:15] Speaker 3: I wanted to talk about Rupert and instead God, but
[55:19] Speaker 3: we did get to talk to Billy, So it's like,
[55:21] Speaker 3: isn't that made it all worth Yeah? Getting Billy to
[55:25] Speaker 3: you know, make up a bunch of I mean tell
[55:27] Speaker 3: the truth for an hour. It was sweet.
[55:30] Speaker 5: You know.
[55:31] Speaker 3: I'm really glad we've got to do that.
[55:37] Speaker 1: I kind of if we want to wrap it up here,
[55:40] Speaker 1: I have one last kind of thing to talk about
[55:43] Speaker 1: and to ask Brand in particular because of the whole
[55:47] Speaker 1: thing that we had this season where Brand predicted in
[55:50] Speaker 1: episode one that Yule is the winner. This is a
[55:55] Speaker 1: season where it really felt like there was a winner's edit,
[56:00] Speaker 1: Like Yule felt like the main character of this show
[56:04] Speaker 1: at all times. I Jeff Prost here you say that
[56:08] Speaker 1: there is no winner at it because it's like, even
[56:12] Speaker 1: in a season with one of the greatest challenge beasts
[56:16] Speaker 1: of all time, in my opinion, watching it the first
[56:19] Speaker 1: time and watching it back now, not once did I
[56:22] Speaker 1: ever think Ozzie was gonna win over Yule. Really, my
[56:26] Speaker 1: question to you is what did, like, did you feel
[56:31] Speaker 1: like Yule was the main character from week one? Yes? Yeah,
[56:40] Speaker 1: he was the main character of this season.
[56:44] Speaker 2: I think what I'm walking away with with this season,
[56:48] Speaker 2: I think that first of all, this season I don't
[56:53] Speaker 2: think that they should necessarily do Final three every year,
[56:57] Speaker 2: and I don't know how you decide it. This would
[56:59] Speaker 2: have been a more compelling Final Tribal if it was
[57:02] Speaker 2: just a Final two. I think sometimes the final three
[57:06] Speaker 2: can really work, so it can't. I don't really know
[57:07] Speaker 2: how you plan for that, and so it is what
[57:09] Speaker 2: it is, right, But I I think Ozzie should have
[57:17] Speaker 2: won this season, and I was just about to say that,
[57:20] Speaker 2: And it's not because it's it is partially because he's
[57:23] Speaker 2: a challenge beast. That is obviously part of it.
[57:26] Speaker 1: I don't think he.
[57:29] Speaker 2: Got enough credit for being as strategic as he was,
[57:35] Speaker 2: and I think he tried to talk about it a
[57:37] Speaker 2: little bit during Final Tribal. But the first pre merged,
[57:43] Speaker 2: he is the Yule right of that tribe, the tribe
[57:48] Speaker 2: that he started with, and then until we get to
[57:50] Speaker 2: Merge where it goes fully uh individual based, he is
[57:56] Speaker 2: running the game strategically. I think there are two mastermind
[58:00] Speaker 2: of this season, and it is Yule clearly. I'm not
[58:03] Speaker 2: taking anything away from you and Ozzy pre Merge. That
[58:08] Speaker 2: the difference is is post merge, Ozzy kind of falls
[58:14] Speaker 2: into this place with Yule, and but the reason why
[58:19] Speaker 2: he could do that is because he won every It's
[58:22] Speaker 2: because he wins every week, and so it didn't.
[58:24] Speaker 3: Matter wanted him gone, Becky wanted him gone, Sundra did too,
[58:27] Speaker 3: and they just couldn't do it because he couldn't stop winning.
[58:30] Speaker 2: And so I think if there's somebody who, like, for
[58:35] Speaker 2: the entire season, is only a challenge beast, I understand
[58:39] Speaker 2: the argument against having that person win, But when somebody
[58:43] Speaker 2: is both a challenge beast and also for the first
[58:45] Speaker 2: half of the season did actually play strategically, I think
[58:51] Speaker 2: that you have to give the w two that person.
[58:54] Speaker 2: I do think you'll I understand Yule winning. I don't
[58:57] Speaker 2: think it's necessarily I think I may be said wrong,
[59:00] Speaker 2: but I don't think it's necessarily wrong. I think there's
[59:03] Speaker 2: a really, really great argument for Ozzie winning the season,
[59:08] Speaker 2: and it is to this point thirteen. I think that
[59:12] Speaker 2: this is the biggest coin flip of a season as
[59:18] Speaker 2: far as who's gonna win. I honestly think most seasons,
[59:22] Speaker 2: by the time they read the votes, I know this
[59:26] Speaker 2: is the first season where I would have been on
[59:29] Speaker 2: pins and needles watching this live, genuinely having no idea
[59:33] Speaker 2: who's gonna win awesome.
[59:34] Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Yule is one of the best winners
[59:37] Speaker 1: of all time. That being said, I think Ozzie should
[59:42] Speaker 1: have won this season. That's just how good both of
[59:44] Speaker 1: them were. Because even if you look post Merge, when
[59:47] Speaker 1: Ozzie does not win something, even if it's a team
[59:51] Speaker 1: reward challenge or an individual reward challenge, he then implements
[59:55] Speaker 1: things like, hey, let's stop feeding them so that they
[59:58] Speaker 1: can't be next week. I think that he played the
[1:00:00] Speaker 1: game extremely hard and we didn't see it as much
[1:00:03] Speaker 1: because we got the Mule Show every single week. So
[1:00:05] Speaker 1: that's that's what I wanted to bring up, guys.
[1:00:08] Speaker 3: Because it was the Yule Show. That's why Yule gets
[1:00:10] Speaker 3: to win, because it was his show.
[1:00:13] Speaker 1: I agree. I was just about to ask you that
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: you hield it, so I was like, PD, do you agree.
[1:00:21] Speaker 3: Nope, Ozzy he was I'm going to turn into brand
[1:00:25] Speaker 3: From the beginning of the season. Yeah, he was great
[1:00:27] Speaker 3: doing his little aquaman dives and whatever else glistening in
[1:00:32] Speaker 3: the water. But when it comes to actually controlling the game,
[1:00:35] Speaker 3: that's what Yu'll did. Baby Juel was taking everybody and
[1:00:40] Speaker 3: just throwing them out one by one.
[1:00:44] Speaker 2: Yeah, but if we are just basing this off of bushes.
[1:00:50] Speaker 2: Ozzy wins the bush on that guy's nuts.
[1:00:54] Speaker 1: Guys, I'm going into season fifty rooting for Ozzie so hard.
[1:00:58] Speaker 1: He's my favorite Survivor player of all time. I want
[1:01:03] Speaker 1: him to win so badly, and so I'm really gonna
[1:01:05] Speaker 1: just ask you, guys, kindly, don't draft him. Let me
[1:01:09] Speaker 1: have him. When was the last time Ossie played? It's
[1:01:12] Speaker 1: been a minute.
[1:01:13] Speaker 3: I would say he's been a decade or two.
[1:01:16] Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, yeah, because he didn't come back for
[1:01:19] Speaker 2: forty right, he didn't come back for.
[1:01:21] Speaker 1: Forty is winners at War one of the best to
[1:01:25] Speaker 1: never win.
[1:01:25] Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I was losing by war. Maybe he could
[1:01:28] Speaker 3: have returned.
[1:01:30] Speaker 2: I'm really I'm really intrigued to see how he handles
[1:01:36] Speaker 2: the challenges.
[1:01:37] Speaker 1: I think that's one of the most compelling things.
[1:01:38] Speaker 3: You still have.
[1:01:39] Speaker 1: It.
[1:01:39] Speaker 3: Is he gonna be like Aaron Rodgers who knows?
[1:01:43] Speaker 1: Or is he going to be like Colby and uh
[1:01:47] Speaker 1: just come back and just be like what's happened to me?
[1:01:50] Speaker 1: Follow up question? Is Colby going to be at fifty
[1:01:53] Speaker 1: and be as bad as he was the last time
[1:01:55] Speaker 1: he came back.
[1:01:55] Speaker 2: I can't imagine him I can't imagine him being somehow
[1:01:58] Speaker 2: better twenty years later.
[1:02:00] Speaker 1: I can't wait, guys. But before we get to fifty,
[1:02:02] Speaker 1: we gotta get to forty nine. Speaking of season forty nine,
[1:02:05] Speaker 1: this is the last time Machine episode of the off season.
[1:02:11] Speaker 3: Which means it might be the last Survivor time Machine ever.
[1:02:14] Speaker 1: We'll see, guys.
[1:02:19] Speaker 2: You know what, this time, the time Machine didn't get
[1:02:20] Speaker 2: a fair shake. You guys are all in on Big Brother,
[1:02:23] Speaker 2: and that's fair. I had a good time hanging out
[1:02:27] Speaker 2: with my friends and talking about Survivor, So you know what,
[1:02:31] Speaker 2: Screw your big Brother, screw your dumb shake ups.
[1:02:34] Speaker 1: I'm glad Rachel's gone.
[1:02:36] Speaker 3: Oh I show you know about it. I didn't know
[1:02:39] Speaker 3: you knew. I thought you were offline and didn't know
[1:02:41] Speaker 3: anything about anything.
[1:02:43] Speaker 1: That entered my feed. Okay, thanks to you, you guys,
[1:02:47] Speaker 1: and I had a great time.
[1:02:51] Speaker 3: Do I'm glad. I also, wow, I can't believe you
[1:02:54] Speaker 3: said that. That is I've been crashing out about the
[1:02:57] Speaker 3: Rachel thing for days. Yeah, but yeah, I had fun
[1:03:01] Speaker 3: too on the show. Great to span time with.
[1:03:03] Speaker 1: You, guys.
[1:03:04] Speaker 3: I hate I think production, big production.
[1:03:09] Speaker 2: We're back next week with our forty nine preview. Jonathan
[1:03:14] Speaker 2: is back. Jonathan is in person.
[1:03:17] Speaker 1: Next week, which is gonna be a lot of a game.
[1:03:20] Speaker 2: That's right, So come back next week to hear a
[1:03:22] Speaker 2: breakdown on every single player. Yes, I'm very excited about
[1:03:26] Speaker 2: that episode. I I've thought more about season forty nine
[1:03:32] Speaker 2: over the past week than I anticipate. I kind of
[1:03:35] Speaker 2: anticipate myself not being as pumped about this season because
[1:03:40] Speaker 2: I'm so pumped about fifty.
[1:03:41] Speaker 1: But I'm I'm I'm there, I'm there, I'm I'm jacked
[1:03:44] Speaker 1: about forty.
[1:03:45] Speaker 3: It could end up being better than fifty.
[1:03:47] Speaker 1: It could very well. I mean, they could drop the
[1:03:49] Speaker 1: ball hard on fifty. You never know.
[1:03:52] Speaker 2: It's all right of passages. That would suck for us
[1:03:54] Speaker 2: every episode. It's just the right of passage, every ceremony
[1:03:58] Speaker 2: at a loop.
[1:03:59] Speaker 3: Nobody would watch Survivor or listen to our show in
[1:04:02] Speaker 3: that case, so not be a good, good thing.
[1:04:04] Speaker 1: That's crazy. When you guys, I just have one more
[1:04:08] Speaker 1: thing and then we can get out of here. And
[1:04:13] Speaker 1: oh gosh, dang it, he got me again. Do you
[1:04:16] Speaker 1: have anything?
[1:04:17] Speaker 3: I think it's gonna be a fun fact with Chase.
[1:04:19] Speaker 3: It's gonna catch on stupid.
[1:04:23] Speaker 1: You're about to hear some ads that helped keep the
[1:04:25] Speaker 1: lights on here in the old studio. Thanks for listening
[1:04:30] Speaker 1: or don't listen. It's really up to you. At this
[1:04:32] Speaker 1: point is at the end of the show. I mean,
[1:04:35] Speaker 1: you're listening to me Hi. But here they come. I
[1:04:38] Speaker 1: promised they're coming. Yep, here they are. Happy Day.
