[3:46] Speaker 3: in episode ten, when we see Pinner, he immediately goes,

[3:57] Speaker 2: Major foreshadowing for what happens in this season.

[4:16] Speaker 3: And when I watched Survivor the first time, the season
[4:18] Speaker 3: that stuck out the most of Candace is this blood
[4:20] Speaker 3: versus water that she does with her husband, and that's
[4:23] Speaker 3: like a major part of that season is the family element.
[4:27] Speaker 3: So it's just funny to me to watch her kissing
[4:29] Speaker 3: someone on TV when I obviously she didn't know she
[4:32] Speaker 3: was gonna get married to someone else in the future.
[4:35] Speaker 4: This was one of those like big, big, big flirt
[4:39] Speaker 4: time where it's like they like, I think he kissed
[4:42] Speaker 4: her hand first, yeah, and then he's like, she was like,
[4:47] Speaker 4: what about my lip? And he like didn't fully engage
[4:51] Speaker 4: with this, and then she just leaned over and kiss him.
[4:53] Speaker 2: Did you guys pick up on them?

[7:26] Speaker 5: those and it's less work for me.

[7:31] Speaker 4: If we're going to commit to doing an hour and
[7:33] Speaker 4: a half every day, you've got to have two challenges.
[7:36] Speaker 4: Like the episodes where they have two challenges it feels
[7:40] Speaker 4: like we are just ziping, were having a great time.
[7:42] Speaker 4: And the ones where it's one just immunity challenge and
[7:46] Speaker 4: it's just a lot of like Mitch's Mailman stories, Like
[7:49] Speaker 4: I'm like.
[7:50] Speaker 3: Like you said something last season that is stuck in
[7:53] Speaker 3: my brain, which is old era Survivor used to fit
[7:56] Speaker 3: in two challenges in forty four minutes exactly, and man,
[8:00] Speaker 3: you nailed it, Okay.
[8:01] Speaker 5: Is the reward it's because we go from like wandering
[8:05] Speaker 5: jew comment kissing, and then challenge. It's like they get
[8:08] Speaker 5: two seconds each, yeah, and then we but with the
[8:11] Speaker 5: new era, every.
[8:11] Speaker 2: Scenes like five to ten minutes.
[8:13] Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's well they maybe you can do both now,
[8:17] Speaker 3: like you have enough, you have enough time to give
[8:20] Speaker 3: us all of the meat and potatoes you want as
[8:23] Speaker 3: far as the gameplay and the relationships, and also give.
[8:26] Speaker 2: Us two challenges and the potatoes. But there's only so many.
[8:29] Speaker 2: There's only so many obstacle courses. They only do obstacle
[8:32] Speaker 2: courses now, there's only so many obstacle course. I do,
[8:35] Speaker 2: I do wish it wasn't all obstacle courses. Guys.
[8:38] Speaker 3: This reward challenge, you have two tribe members with a
[8:41] Speaker 3: compass that will run out to a giant compass where
[8:44] Speaker 3: they will dig in the sand for a chest. Once
[8:46] Speaker 3: you have all four chests, you will get out the
[8:48] Speaker 3: flag puzzle pieces and the first tribe to spell the
[8:51] Speaker 3: word victory with the flags when.
[8:54] Speaker 2: Reward it's a travel reward, remember those? Yes? Uh so? Yeah.
[9:00] Speaker 3: The way that the challenge kind of works, this was
[9:01] Speaker 3: a very strange challenge to me. I don't remember this one,
[9:04] Speaker 3: and they've never done anything like this again. Jeff's like
[9:07] Speaker 3: yelling out coordinates like north northeast and then they have
[9:11] Speaker 3: to use the compass to like find the right spot
[9:13] Speaker 3: to dig in and get the chest out.
[9:15] Speaker 2: I too takes the challenge.
[9:17] Speaker 3: Sucked, Yeah, no, it wasn't great, ye I two takes
[9:19] Speaker 3: the lead Chris challenge a week now. They were like, man,
[9:23] Speaker 3: coming up, We can't come up just just yelling coordinates.
[9:29] Speaker 3: I two takes the lead quickly. Obviously, raire Row is
[9:33] Speaker 3: frustrated with Pinner. Not a good spot for Pinner to
[9:36] Speaker 3: be in, considering he's at the bottom of the tribe.
[9:38] Speaker 2: He's been so bad since, I think because it.
[9:41] Speaker 3: Threw him off of his his strategy.
[9:45] Speaker 2: Adam and Candace get confused.
[9:46] Speaker 3: At one point while I two is running circles around
[9:49] Speaker 3: them during the challenge, Candace goes, oh God, I'm gonna
[9:54] Speaker 3: go to exile. I thought that was hilarious. I two
[9:58] Speaker 3: wins by a my because Railroad sucks.
[10:01] Speaker 7: Because they have Ozzy and I will say I will guys,
[10:06] Speaker 7: I will say Ozzy finally winning a challenge on the
[10:09] Speaker 7: sand and not in the water was big.
[10:11] Speaker 2: It was really exciting, amazing, really good work. I two wins.
[10:17] Speaker 2: They get to send someone exile island.
[10:19] Speaker 3: They send Candace again as punishment for betraying their tribe. Yep,
[10:24] Speaker 3: and we get some dialogue from Candace.
[10:27] Speaker 2: We actually go to exile. Pretty crazy.
[10:30] Speaker 3: You were really leaning into, like how hard she's having
[10:32] Speaker 3: it out there.
[10:33] Speaker 2: What was she eating?
[10:35] Speaker 3: What was that some sort of eel like she had
[10:37] Speaker 3: to like push some of it and then she.
[10:40] Speaker 2: Was just like cucumbers, cucumber. Yeah, and she was just
[10:43] Speaker 2: like gnawing on it. It was really weird. I did
[10:47] Speaker 2: not like it was the gourt of the ocean.
[10:50] Speaker 4: Yeah, it was, so you don't eat the gogurt, you
[10:53] Speaker 4: just eat the plastic and that's basically what like she
[10:57] Speaker 4: pushed a bunch of stuff out into a bucket and
[10:59] Speaker 4: it was just like she says a line of dialogue here,
[11:05] Speaker 4: it sucks that people that like you. No, it sucks
[11:08] Speaker 4: that people that you like wants to see you suffer.
[11:12] Speaker 5: Girl, you betrayed them. Yeah, she did the mutiny. She
[11:16] Speaker 5: doesn't get to be upset.
[11:18] Speaker 2: And if you ask Ozzie, mutineers are the first to.
[11:20] Speaker 4: Die, that's exactly right, that's exactly I just but like
[11:24] Speaker 4: the woe is me.
[11:25] Speaker 2: I I don't like it.
[11:27] Speaker 3: Come on, get it's not that hard to be out
[11:29] Speaker 3: there strained on an island by yourself.
[11:31] Speaker 5: But then I two gets the warriors welcome for locals.

[11:37] Speaker 4: Yeah, theil these rewards are always interesting where they go
[11:40] Speaker 4: into like a village because it's just I don't know,
[11:43] Speaker 4: it's really you never know what type of rewards you're
[11:48] Speaker 4: gonna get, right, and so I feel like everybody on
[11:51] Speaker 4: Survivor historically has done a really good job of when
[11:54] Speaker 4: they get this type of reward, they're like they they're
[11:58] Speaker 4: really excited. In the back of my mind, I'd be like,
[12:01] Speaker 4: I just wanted like a spa day, you know, like
[12:04] Speaker 4: do you think, like do you think that ever happened?
[12:06] Speaker 4: And they cut it out because they don't want to
[12:08] Speaker 4: offend the PA.
[12:09] Speaker 2: Shane Powers is just stealing signarettes, you got to he
[12:17] Speaker 2: was all about that.
[12:19] Speaker 4: There is obviously it's really cool to go and experience
[12:22] Speaker 4: different cultures, but like I think when you're maybe this
[12:27] Speaker 4: is just the way I would think through it. Maybe
[12:29] Speaker 4: I would would be different if I was playing the game,
[12:31] Speaker 4: but every reward challenge I would be thinking about like
[12:36] Speaker 4: the luxurious things that they get sometimes and then to
[12:39] Speaker 4: go like obviously they get to eat food and that's wonderful,
[12:41] Speaker 4: but I.
[12:42] Speaker 2: Think I'd be a little disappointed. Does that may be
[12:44] Speaker 2: a bad person?
[12:45] Speaker 5: I think it makes you a bad person because you
[12:48] Speaker 5: can go to a spa any day. In America. You
[12:52] Speaker 5: can you could go to one every day of the week.
[12:54] Speaker 5: If you want, you'll never have a warriors welcome.
[12:56] Speaker 2: That's true. No, you're right. I have a question. Do
[12:59] Speaker 2: you think that the local are paid by CBS to
[13:01] Speaker 2: do I've wondered this for all of the food.
[13:04] Speaker 3: And also because I when I was younger watching this
[13:07] Speaker 3: for the first time, I was more naive.
[13:09] Speaker 2: I just assumed.

[13:16] Speaker 3: it's like, no, they're like some of them are probably accountants,

[13:20] Speaker 3: warriors welcome all the time. It's like a ceremonial thing.
[13:23] Speaker 3: So I'm just curious, like what is the production behind that,
[13:29] Speaker 3: Like do they go to the local mayor and be like, hey,
[13:33] Speaker 3: can you gather some people together for the you know,
[13:35] Speaker 3: like how does that look?
[13:36] Speaker 5: That's all right, We're sending Chase to Cook to go
[13:39] Speaker 5: meet with the local mayor and figure.
[13:40] Speaker 2: Out how all of this works. Chase is gonna walk
[13:43] Speaker 2: on to the beach and came all the.
[13:49] Speaker 5: Way here, get nothing, and then he finally gets it
[13:53] Speaker 5: and they'll be like, are you actually an accountant? Do
[13:55] Speaker 5: you just see this warrior thing? Part from the spreadsheets,
[13:57] Speaker 5: show me a buck? Uh, Yule gets freaky with two
[14:02] Speaker 5: ladies in the rain?
[14:04] Speaker 2: Did you guys catch that? I caught it, but I

[14:41] Speaker 5: get a ton of fish, then everybody has to keep me.
[14:45] Speaker 2: You know. It's a classicis ten eleven? Really close? Though?
[14:49] Speaker 3: Really close? That was good that I would have asked
[14:51] Speaker 3: you brand, what would you have twenty two?
[14:53] Speaker 2: Really? I felt like he said the twenties for something.
[14:58] Speaker 5: But that's like classic, Like I don't feel good about
[15:00] Speaker 5: a spot and survivor, so it's time to get a
[15:02] Speaker 5: bunch of food and make everyone know how useful do.
[15:04] Speaker 4: You either have to be the guy that had been
[15:06] Speaker 4: doing That's from the beginning, or like you can't start
[15:10] Speaker 4: doing it because it looks real like you.
[15:12] Speaker 2: Everyone sees that and it's like, oh he's the right
[15:15] Speaker 2: is on the wall for him.
[15:15] Speaker 4: Right, But like Rupert did it, like first day, got
[15:18] Speaker 4: his thing, went out there, did did what he needed.
[15:22] Speaker 2: Was it still is? Amen? Amen Rupert? For fifty yude,
[15:29] Speaker 2: way's the cast already out? D damn dude made it?
[15:33] Speaker 2: What if I didn't know? And I just campaign if
[15:38] Speaker 2: you did the fifty mock draft of us? Yeah? What?
[15:42] Speaker 5: And I think that takes us into everybody.
[15:46] Speaker 3: Is It's the immunity challenge, guys. It's another water challenge.
[15:52] Speaker 3: So guess who wins. One at a time, they will
[15:55] Speaker 3: swim out to a pontoon. They have to dive down
[15:59] Speaker 3: and unclip a bunch of island names. Once everyone is back,
[16:03] Speaker 3: you have to identify the ten islands correctly at the
[16:05] Speaker 3: answer table by matching the islands with the island names
[16:09] Speaker 3: you just collected. The first tribe to answer correctly wins,
[16:13] Speaker 3: and the losing tribe will take a bottle with them
[16:15] Speaker 3: to tribal council and the twist will be revealed after
[16:19] Speaker 3: they eliminate someone. You run into the water and Ozzie
[16:21] Speaker 3: gets an early lead like with this is every week
[16:24] Speaker 3: and it is the to like Ozzie's credit, like it
[16:27] Speaker 3: is his strongest suit. Is like they were up basically
[16:30] Speaker 3: two bottles before they even got their first bottle back,
[16:33] Speaker 3: Like he gives you such a head start with the water.
[16:37] Speaker 3: I two wins before rai Row even gets to their
[16:40] Speaker 3: answer table.
[16:42] Speaker 2: Yeah, I like it because I want Railroad to lose. Right.
[16:45] Speaker 5: Anytime you watch this, whether it's the first time, the
[16:48] Speaker 5: second time, or the third time, you're still actively rooting
[16:51] Speaker 5: for rare Row.
[16:51] Speaker 2: To lose, right, because that's the white tribe. Yeah, exactly.
[16:54] Speaker 5: And then seeing them look so disappointed as they know
[16:57] Speaker 5: what's happening.
[16:58] Speaker 2: They're not going to win.
[17:00] Speaker 3: They have so many players because it's six verses four
[17:02] Speaker 3: at this point that there is like this poetic justice
[17:06] Speaker 3: of them not winning a single challenge post.
[17:09] Speaker 2: Mutiny, like not a single one and not even close.
[17:12] Speaker 4: Was four straight wins for I to It's like pretty great,
[17:16] Speaker 4: like almost they wrote it up.
[17:18] Speaker 2: And you would think we could start sending the Whites
[17:20] Speaker 2: home now. No.
[17:24] Speaker 3: The theory back at raire Row is that the bottle
[17:27] Speaker 3: that they got for losing the twist that will be revealed.
[17:30] Speaker 2: The tribal is that it's going to be a merge.
[17:32] Speaker 3: Right because you you you open it after right home,
[17:36] Speaker 3: right after someone goes home.
[17:37] Speaker 2: You open it up.
[17:38] Speaker 4: So they think, and you know, we'll send someone home,
[17:41] Speaker 4: we'll open it up. You made it to the merge,
[17:43] Speaker 4: Go get yourself. A feast is waiting for you. Like
[17:47] Speaker 4: that's tough to have that expectation. And it does not
