In a world that’s constantly connected, it’s easy to forget that the same technology keeping us “on” 24/7 might also be quietly wearing us down. From fatigue and anxiety to infertility and insomnia, the devices we depend on could be disrupting our most essential systems — our hormones, sleep, and cellular health. On this episode of Grounded Wellness, Bethany McDaniel sits down with August Brice, founder of Tech Wellness and a leading voice in the movement to help families live healthier digital lives. After developing electromagnetic sensitivity more than 25 years ago, August turned her personal struggle into a mission: to educate, empower, and help others thrive in a high-tech world without fear. August isn’t anti-tech — she’s pro-intention. This conversation reveals the unseen effects of EMF exposure and blue light, how modern devices interfere with our body’s natural rhythms, and the simple, science-backed habits that can protect your energy and your family’s health in a digital world Together, Bethany and August uncover the biological and emotional costs of constant connectivity. They explore how EMFs and wireless radiation disrupt cell signaling and hormone balance, how blue light exposure impacts sleep and melatonin, and why “smart” devices are becoming the next frontier in toxin awareness. But this episode isn’t about fear — it’s about freedom. August shares practical ways to create a tech-safe home, from hardwiring Wi-Fi to building bedtime boundaries with screens. You’ll learn how to detox your environment, reclaim your attention, and use technology the way it was intended: to support, not control, your wellbeing. Discussion Highlights EMFs: The Invisible Stressor • August explains what electromagnetic fields (EMFs) really are — invisible waves of energy from cell phones, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth devices — and how overexposure can contribute to anxiety, hormone imbalance, oxidative stress, and even fertility issues. Blue Light and Hormone Health • Beyond screen addiction, August details how blue light disrupts circadian rhythm and suppresses melatonin production — even when we wear blue-light glasses. Her nightly rule? No screens after 8 p.m. and amber lighting to mimic natural dusk. The Myth of “Safe” Tech • Just because it’s sold doesn’t mean it’s safe. August reveals that cell phones and Bluetooth devices were never tested for long-term safety, and that modern wearables like earbuds and smartwatches constantly emit wireless radiation — often right against vital organs and glands. Creating a Low-Tech Sanctuary • From hardwiring your home internet to using analog alarm clocks, August shares how to create EMF-safe spaces that promote rest, fertility, and calm. Her simple rule: if you’re not using it, turn it off — especially at night. EMFs and Fertility • Studies show a link between wireless exposure and miscarriage risk, and global sperm counts have dropped by 50% over the past few decades. August urges couples to treat tech toxins like any other environmental toxin — avoidable with awareness and small, consistent action. Digital Detox as a Modern Health Practice • True balance comes from periodic tech fasts — time offline to reconnect with real life. August recommends unplugging daily for at least one hour (no phone, no screens, just presence). It’s not deprivation; it’s nervous system nourishment. Reframing the Narrative Technology doesn’t have to be the enemy — but it shouldn’t be the driver of our lives. The same way we’ve cleaned up our food, filtered our water, and detoxed our skincare, it’s time to detox our digital habits. When we use technology consciously — turning off Wi-Fi at night, hardwiring devices, protecting sleep and hormone health — we move from overstimulation to grounded energy. Awareness becomes our most powerful form of protection.

[0:00] My husband gave me the gift of a cell phone and she said turn it
[0:03] on, turn it on. I turned it on and I felt the
[0:05] energy and it was so strong that I actually had to get it away
[0:09] from me. Today on Grounded Wellness,
[0:11] we're tackling one of the most invisible but powerful forces
[0:15] shaping your health Technology. We're electrical.
[0:18] Beings, of course we're going to have reaction, and now we know
[0:22] that we do. Our guest, August Bryce,
[0:24] developed electromagnetic sensitivity over 25 years ago.
[0:28] What damaged her health later became her mission, exposing how
[0:32] Emfs, blue light and screen addiction quietly disrupt our
[0:36] sleep, hormones and focus. The reason that I'm concerned is
[0:40] because now it's been linked to so many health issues.
[0:44] She founded Tech Wellness to give families simple and science
[0:48] backed tips to thrive in a digital world.
[0:50] I wanted to offer things that I found were helpful to people
[0:53] too. And what you can do to protect
[0:55] yourself, starting right now. Let's dig in August.
[1:00] Thank you so much for being here.
[1:02] I can't wait to dive into this conversation with you.
[1:04] I want to tackle what EMF's are because they can feel like this
[1:08] mysterious, invisible threat. What are they really, and why
[1:12] should we care about them? OK.
[1:14] Well, EMF stands for Electromagnetic fields, and
[1:18] there's a whole big spectrum and many different types of EMF.
[1:21] And we can talk about that later because really what's important
[1:24] to this conversation and what we talk about mostly tech Wellness.
[1:27] And the reason the words EMF have become popular is because
[1:31] of all the wireless energy around us.
[1:34] And this wireless EMF comes from everything that is powered by an
[1:39] antenna. So your cell phone, the Wi-Fi,
[1:42] the cell phone towers, even the thermostat in your hallway might
[1:46] have these invisible waves of energy.
[1:50] You can't see them or smell them or touch them.
[1:52] And so I'd like to think about them like smoke.
[1:56] So say that at the very tip of the cigarette where it's the
[2:00] ember is and the smoke comes out really heavy and thick.
[2:02] Think about that being the EMF coming from any antenna and
[2:06] anything that you have. And it stands right at the
[2:09] antenna and very powerful. And there's a lot of it and it
[2:12] dissipates the further and further you get away from it.
[2:15] And so now the EMF is in the air and in what I call an
[2:19] environmental ambient level. But it's here.
[2:23] And the reason that I'm concerned is because now it's
[2:26] been linked to so many health issues.
[2:29] It's been linked to cancer, it's been linked to anxiety, it's
[2:32] been linked to hormone issues, insomnia, even skin issues.
[2:37] In fact, the person who first discovered electromagnetic
[2:41] hypersensitivity, which is EHS, which is a form of being
[2:45] allergic to EMF, found that they had what he called screen
[2:50] dermatitis and this is over 25 years ago.
[2:54] He discovered this Ulay Johansson from Sweden and that
[2:58] determined this new ailment called EHS where people can
[3:02] actually feel the energy. So, and you are one of these
[3:05] people. I actually am.
[3:07] Yeah, yes, tell. Us about the first time that you
[3:09] actually noticed that you felt different while being around
[3:13] EMF's. That first time was the first
[3:16] time that I got a cell phone. My husband gave me the gift of
[3:19] for Christmas of a cell phone and he said turn it on, turn it
[3:22] on. I turned it on and I felt the
[3:25] energy that I put into my head and it was so strong that I
[3:28] actually had to get it away from me.
[3:30] So this was a flip phone or the early.
[3:33] Model yeah, it was a flip phone, but a small 1A small flip phone.
[3:36] So it was one of those huge ones that used to be in the cars.
[3:39] But I was so excited to have my very own phone.
[3:42] And so I I had to keep it away from me.
[3:45] And then I thought throughout the years that everyone must
[3:48] feel it. And so I'd always like have it
[3:51] away and be yelling into it and you know, it was just so weird
[3:56] to me that nobody else could feel it.
[3:57] It was like I go oh, does that hurt?
[3:59] They're like, no, that doesn't hurt.
[4:00] So that's when I discovered there's something going on with
[4:03] me, right. And so I started researching,
[4:06] but then I also found out that I was very sensitive to all the
[4:11] energy, including the Wi-Fi. And there's a funny story about
[4:15] how not so funny, but we were all wired in our office because
[4:19] that's how everything was back then.
[4:20] So it wasn't unusual. But then the Wi-Fi came, the non
[4:24] wired wireless energy that goes out like a fog in your home.
[4:28] And then I was in my living room and I kept getting headaches
[4:31] every time I went in there. And my husband said, hey, honey,
[4:35] let's watch a show. And I, I can't go in there
[4:36] anymore. I, I just, I get these
[4:38] headaches. I think there's something wrong
[4:40] with the couch. Couch is moldy or cash has
[4:44] chemicals. On it.
[4:45] Yeah. And he looked him and goes, I'm
[4:46] so sorry. I put a Wi-Fi behind the TVI
[4:50] said, why did you do that? How could you say this?
[4:52] I didn't really understand how real this was for you.
[4:56] Wow. Yeah.
[4:56] And so he bought me a remote. And from that point forever, you
[5:00] could turn off the Wi-Fi. Are there, have you met a lot of
[5:03] other people like you that are so sensitive to it, or is this
[5:06] something that is just super unique to you?
[5:09] No, unfortunately when it, when I first had it and I was trying
[5:14] to figure out what it was and learning all about
[5:16] electromagnetic fields and in particularly the wires type of
[5:20] information carrying right away. Wireless has data on it.
[5:23] And we've, you know, we've changed the natural way of
[5:26] things. And so it's man made.
[5:28] And when I was learning about it, I went to a conference for
[5:31] people who had EHS in Europe. And back then they thought 3% of
[5:37] the population had it. And I heard their stories.
[5:39] I heard why they got it and how they got it.
[5:42] And typically it was from either a really strong continual dose
[5:46] or one amazing dose that they got, stood too close to a tower,
[5:51] got a new powerful Wi-Fi, you know, felt like a truck was
[5:54] driving through their head. And they, they had this moment.
[5:59] And so they thought 1 to 3% of the population had it.
[6:01] And today Magda Havis is really the queen of EHS.
[6:06] Who is this Magda Havis? She's a research scientist.
[6:10] And she says that up to 30% of the population now has it, which
[6:14] doesn't surprise me because the problem with the MF is now
[6:17] there's way too much of. It and I bet a lot of people are
[6:22] sensitive, but maybe they don't even notice it because they're
[6:24] so desensitized to it and that's their normal.
[6:28] I mean, I know I can think of times where I've experienced
[6:31] that feeling like you just described like a truck is
[6:35] driving through your head. Like, and if there's one time in
[6:38] college specifically that I remember I was on my laptop and
[6:41] on my phone at the same time and I remember feeling this like
[6:46] oof, this like shooting kind of like the like in my brain.
[6:51] And I just remember thinking with no knowledge about EMF or
[6:54] anything, like this probably isn't good.
[6:56] Like this doesn't feel good being on my phone, having my
[6:58] phone next to my ear and having my laptop right there.
[7:01] And I don't know, I just think probably a lot of people have
[7:04] experienced something like that, but maybe just don't even think
[7:06] about it and just kind of plug away.
[7:09] Absolutely. And I think your body is so
[7:11] smart, listening to it is even smarter.
[7:14] And that's what people really need to do.
[7:16] And maybe all of the anxiety that so many people are
[7:20] experiencing, the palpitations that you might get and think,
[7:24] oh, I'm just nervous. That very well could be related
[7:27] to the EMF or electrical beings. It's an electromagnetic field.
[7:33] So of course we're going to have reaction.
[7:36] And now we know that we do and we know the mechanism.
[7:38] We know one of the mechanisms for sure of what's happening to
[7:43] our cells when they're exposed to this Invisible Man made
[7:46] wireless energy. When our cells are exposed to
[7:50] this, and especially the cells of that are plentiful in our
[7:54] nervous system, the voltage gated calcium channels have
[7:58] these IR cells, have these ion channels in these cells that
[8:03] open and close and let all the good ion minerals, the sodium,
[8:07] the calcium, all the things that we need and all the things that
[8:11] God gave us to operate properly. Well, those don't open and close
[8:15] anymore. So it's cell dysfunction.
[8:18] Cell dysregulation is sometimes how people refer to it.
[8:22] So we're ending up with this excess calcium, which in turn is
[8:25] causing oxidative stress. And so we know all the other
[8:29] things that cause oxidative stress and we know that we take
[8:32] antioxidants that can be helpful, but really the best
[8:36] thing is not to get the oxidative stress.
[8:38] And so that's what EMF is doing to us.
[8:40] And I find it interesting that it's plentiful.
[8:44] These type of cells are most plentiful.
[8:46] These voltage gated ion channels are most plentiful in our
[8:51] nervous system and we're seeing an increase in brain cancer and
[8:54] I think that that connects. Yeah, I've never heard that
[8:59] mechanism described like that. And as we know, like health
[9:04] comes from cell health. So like we want healthy cells to
[9:07] become healthy individuals. And if we are constantly
[9:10] inundating our cells with these EMF's that are just regulating
[9:14] them, of course it's going to disrupt our health and our
[9:17] nervous system and everything. So kind of equivalent of having
[10:39] your phone on speaker far away. Yes, yes, exactly, exactly.
[10:43] And I, I love speakerphone. I say encourage everyone to
[10:47] never, ever, ever put that phone to their head.
[10:49] In fact, I don't even like to hold the phone.
[10:51] So speaker works great too. So anyway, I started, I started
[10:55] offering those to people and then I found that there were
[10:58] privacy issues because I could see when someone came to the
[11:01] website, I could see when they bought anything or even
[11:03] registered their name, their address, their phone number.
[11:06] And then I could see when they came back, I thought, oh, this
[11:09] is creepy. So I wanted to share that
[11:11] information about privacy and cybersecurity.
[11:15] And then of course, because I wasn't really able to embrace
[11:19] the wireless side of technology, I could see how other people
[11:22] were and I could see the problems that was causing.
[11:25] And so I also want to talk about mental health issues.
[11:28] So I partnered with the woman who first discovered Internet
[11:33] addiction and presented it to the APA and said this should be
[11:38] a diagnosis. And that was in the 90s, so.
[11:41] You're way ahead of the. Game I wanted I wanted to offer
[11:44] things that I found were helpful to people too and I wanted to do
[11:47] it in in a truthful but non fearful way because as you know
[11:53] fear is worse than in anything for a body I mean it also
[12:00] causes. Also bad for the nervous system.
[12:03] Exactly. So I just want people to become
[12:06] aware and like Taylor, Duke says.
[12:08] When you know you do better. What is the biggest myth about
[12:14] Emfs and technology that you want to bust?
[12:17] Oh, that, that just because you can buy it from the store, just
[12:21] because the government knows that everyone has a cell phone,
[12:24] just because it comes in beautiful packaging and it's so
[12:26] much fun and everyone has one, doesn't mean it was ever tested
[12:30] for safety. It was never tested to be a
[12:33] consumer product. Your mobile phone Really Never.
[12:37] What was it tested for? It was what was a military
[12:39] application and it just became something that then you put in
[12:44] your car and that was very helpful to so many people.
[12:48] Someone figured out how to take it out of the car and into your
[12:51] hands and it just took off. And so it never had any testing.
[12:57] And the test that they do apply to it, you've probably heard of
[13:00] SAR. They say, oh, it's got high SAR.
[13:02] Well, that SAR is actually a measurement of how heat gets
[13:06] into tissues. And so yes, cell phones are
[13:10] rated for their SAR, their heat and power level of warming up
[13:14] your tissues. And that's a concern that the
[13:16] biggest concern with this man made wireless EMF radiation is
[13:21] that it is non ionizing radiation.
[13:24] And that's where we're seeing the problem is this odd
[13:28] combination of waves that are polarized has this impact on our
[13:31] bodies. And there are thousands of
[13:34] research studies that are linking EMF to all kinds of
[13:38] different health issues, like I said.
[13:39] Is the cell phone industry actively trying to cover up that
[13:43] information or downplay that information?
[13:46] Well, if you ask me, I think there is an intentional effort
[13:51] to absolutely hide what is the truth starting starting way back
[13:57] when they first came out. So when I got my first cell
[14:00] phone a year later, a man made named a man named David Renard
[14:06] starting to think of his name, filed A wrongful death lawsuit
[14:10] against the cell phone manufacturer, saying that his
[14:13] wife died of brain cancer from that cell phone.
[14:17] Well, he made this announcement on it was called Barry King Live
[14:21] and it was a huge, huge, huge popular show.
[14:25] And when he made that announcement, the cell phone
[14:27] industry took notice. And so they hired someone to run
[14:33] a big study. They said, let's do an
[14:35] independent study and prove that wrong because, you know, we love
[14:39] our cell phones. And so they, the cell phone
[14:43] industry called the CTIA, the Wireless Association, hire
[14:46] George Carlo to run the wireless technology research.
[14:51] And there were $25 million that were given to research rats and
[14:55] mice to see how they reacted to cell phones.
[14:59] Funded by the cell phone industry.
[15:01] Funded by the cell phone industry, but.
[15:02] Just want to make sure everyone has.
[15:04] Funded by the cell phone industry, but it was an
[15:07] independent research. And when the man George Carlo,
[15:11] who ran the study got into it about four years, he wrote a
[15:16] letter to AT&T and all of the other there was LA cellular, all
[15:21] the CE OS of all the cell phone companies.
[15:24] Very long letter. And I'm writing a new book and
[15:27] it's in, it's the letters in the book and basically saying, hey,
[15:31] we need, we're seeing things like tumors and we need to take
[15:34] a step back. And the research isn't complete
[15:37] yet, but we need to, we need to do more research and find out
[15:40] exactly what's happening. But meanwhile, consumer
[15:44] protection means letting consumers know so they can make
[15:48] their own decision and judge the risks for themselves.
[15:51] So basically he was sounding the alarm that this is not looking
[15:55] good. Yes, this doesn't look like it's
[15:57] a safe thing for people to be using.
[15:59] Maybe yes. And so we need to warn people
[16:01] and what happened to him. Well, he was going to go present
[16:04] his research and on the day he was going to present his
[16:07] research, they let him go and he never ever presented that
[16:11] research. Wow.
[16:13] The research now can be found. It's I think it's in the Library
[16:17] of Congress. It's in some government holding
[16:19] has it. But what he indicated by the
[16:24] heart tumors and brain tumors has absolutely come true in this
[16:29] latest global research where they went back and studied it,
[16:33] did an analysis of 52 really good studies and said that the
[16:38] certainty of evidence is high that being exposed to EMF
[16:44] radiation from your wireless phone will cause brain cancer.
[16:49] This is a big statement. And this is from the
[16:52] organization that in 2011 said, oh, it's a possible carcinogen.
[16:58] I would say once that statement was made, it sounds more like it
[17:01] is a probable carcinogen. It is a carcinogen if it's
[17:05] causing brain cancer. So.
[17:07] And that statement was made after looking at 52 research
[17:11] studies. And so like if you say, you
[17:13] know, drunk driving is a high risk, yeah, that there's a high
[17:16] risk. Well, EMF and brain cancer.
[17:20] EMF high risk so. All I can think of right now as
[17:23] you're saying that is Airpods, right?
[17:26] I mean, if cell phones alone are doing this, putting Bluetooth
[17:30] directly into the ears so close to the brain, I mean, that's got
[17:35] to be even exponentially worse. I think it is.
[17:38] We don't have a ton of research on Bluetooth alone, but I do
[17:41] know Bluetooth is getting more and more and more powerful as
[17:44] the generations of it go on. And it is a radio frequency.
[17:48] And we know for sure that healthy men who were under 4012,
[17:54] 1/2% of them who the more they use their phones and the more,
[17:58] excuse me, the more they use their earbuds, not a brand, just
[18:01] earbuds, the more likely they were to have thyroid nodules.
[18:05] A full 12 1/2% more. Wow.
[18:08] That's a really good indication because men under 40 don't
[18:12] typically get thyroid nodules. That's a old person's ailment.
[18:16] Interesting. Yeah.
[18:17] Yeah. Are there particular tech habits
[18:19] that are particularly disruptive to sleep or mental health?
[18:25] Oh, that's a good question. I think so.
[18:26] I think scrolling before bed, that's probably one of the worst
[18:30] things. See.
[18:31] On so many levels, right. I mean, it's the only like it's
[18:35] the EMF, yes. Like the just, you know,
[18:39] dopamine hits that you're getting that are all like all of
[18:43] those things together are just promoting like awakeness and not
[18:47] sleep. That's a bad tech habit, just
[18:49] like waking up and looking at it.
[18:51] The first thing we should do when we wake up is go outside
[18:53] and look at the natural light. Wake our body up naturally
[18:57] instead of getting this major cortisol hit by looking at our
[19:00] screens. So yeah, I would say that's a
[19:02] very bad tech habit. How do you encourage people to
[19:06] like, wind down with their devices at the end of the day?
[19:09] Well, I really, I think my program is absolutely no screens
[19:14] after 8:00 PM, even your TV. And I wear of course blue light
[19:19] blocking glasses. Try to block all the try to just
[19:21] mimic the rhythm of the earth right when it gets dark, then
[19:26] put your dark glasses on. You don't need to see any blue
[19:28] light then. And of course, no phones in your
[19:31] bedroom, no screens in your bedroom, not even TV.
[19:33] I think that's the healthiest way to wind down and actually
[19:38] get the sleep that your body was designed to have in the
[19:41] melatonin because you know, this all is about your melatonin
[19:44] production. And I do want to point out right
[19:46] now that was sleep. Even EMF has been found just by
[19:50] itself, not the blue light. The EMF has been found to affect
[19:55] your melatonin production and the release of the melatonin,
[19:58] lowering melatonin. Wow.
[20:00] Yeah, yeah. And I've definitely heard that
[20:02] with blue light, that blue light after dark can inhibit
[20:05] melatonin. But you're saying that EMF's can
[20:08] do the same thing even without the blue light, even if you're
[20:11] wearing blue lockers? Yes, this wonderful woman did
[20:14] the study and she also, she also points out in the study that she
[20:17] noticed that the rats were having like anxiety behavior
[20:22] just with the cell phone radiation.
[20:25] Do you think that EMF's are partly to blame for the
[20:28] infertility epidemic that we're experiencing in America?
[20:31] Oh, I absolutely do, because it's in the research.
[20:34] First of all, Kaiser Permanente did a huge study with women and
[20:38] found the more exposure they had to any electronics, including
[20:42] wireless, the greater their chance of miscarriage.
[20:46] So that's a big one, right? And then we know that I think it
[20:49] was a few years ago they did a global study and found that
[20:54] sperm counts were down 50% globally.
[20:58] That's. Huge.
[20:59] That's huge. And so there are studies that
[21:04] show very, very good studies and a number of different studies
[21:08] that this man made EMF, wireless radiation effects, sperm
[21:12] motility. So I think that knowing that
[21:17] without a doubt that I would absolutely, if I was a man who
[21:24] wanted to have a child, I would try to keep that phone out of my
[21:27] pocket for sure and away from me as much as possible.
[21:31] Because we really don't understand if it's the the
[21:35] mechanism of harm, if it's because it's right on a certain
[21:37] place or because you're exposed to it at all.
[21:40] You know, we're holistic beings. And if you think about smoke, it
[21:44] would affect us, you know, holistically.
[21:46] And I do like to use that analogy because it's easier to
[21:49] understand, because it feels harmless, doesn't it?
[21:52] Yeah, you can't see it. And I think that's why a lot of
[21:54] people are so reluctant to take this seriously because it it is
[21:58] invisible. It's not something that we can
[22:00] see. Some of us can sense it.
[22:03] And I think a lot more people probably could sense it if they
[22:05] were aware of the of the dangers.
[22:08] But yeah, I think it's like an easy thing to ignore or dismiss
[22:13] also in the name of convenience, because we all use our devices
[22:17] so often to do so many things and they are convenient, but it
[22:20] comes at a cost for sure. Absolutely.
[22:22] And This is why I'm so happy that I'm here sharing with your
[22:26] wonderful audience all this information.
[22:28] Because if you are aware and if you care about your health,
[22:33] think of it just like any other toxin.
[22:35] It's a tech toxin. And you know you can't avoid it
[22:39] all the time, but at least in your home, you know you can
[22:43] create a safe, wonderful, protected environment where you
[22:46] don't have to have it. OK, Going back to what you
[22:50] mentioned earlier about tech and EMF's increasing the instance of
[22:55] miscarriage. I, I, I don't know, maybe
[22:58] intuitively knew when I was pregnant that I wanted to be
[23:01] extra careful about protecting myself, protecting my belly, my
[23:04] baby from EMF's. And so I used a blanket on my
[23:09] belly whenever I was using technology.
[23:12] But I've also heard you talk about how the blankets may not
[23:15] actually be the best thing because they can reflect the
[23:20] EMF's onto like if it's on the belly, it could be reflected
[23:23] onto, I don't know, like the, the face, the, you know, the
[23:27] chest or, or other areas. Tell us about that.
[23:30] There's two things about that. So we're not sure if it's in
[23:34] your blood and how it's going to affect the baby.
[23:36] I, I think it's great. First of all that you're trying
[23:38] to do some sort of protection obviously and the blankets do
[23:41] work. They will block a good mic.
[23:44] It will will block the EMF radiation from the phone that
[23:47] you're holding to directly under it.
[23:50] But what about all the parts that are Unix that are uncovered
[23:53] are exposed, right? So you've got your thyroid,
[23:56] you've got your eyes, you've got your nose, you've got your
[23:58] brain. It's not just stopping there,
[24:00] it's going into your blood, right?
[24:01] It's affecting your cells. So it's a.
[24:03] Smells, travel, I would say that it probably is.
[24:06] And so you've got to think about that and then exactly what you
[24:09] said about reflecting what happens is this material has
[24:13] metal in it and Emfs are electronic.
[24:16] So think of electricity against metal.
[24:18] It's bouncing. A little bit of it gets absorbed
[24:21] depending on the material, but a lot of it reflects.
[24:25] And when it reflects, it'll bounce off metal anywhere in the
[24:28] building and it will come back. And a lot of times it
[24:32] multiplies. And so you worry about the
[24:34] people around you. You worry about the parts that
[24:37] are uncovered being exposed to more than you would have been if
[24:41] you had that phone on. But don't you ever even hold the
[24:44] phone while you're pregnant? Please keep it as far away from
[24:47] your belly as possible unless it's on air airplane mode
[24:50] because this is a critical, critical, critical time from 16
[24:55] weeks in utero until your baby is 2 years old and it's going
[25:00] through the synaptogenesis. There is such a high risk of
[25:06] autism because of the exposure to EMF.
[25:11] So says a wonderful research study by Martin Paul.
[25:15] Interesting. Yes.
[25:16] So we just heard about Tylenol, yes.
[25:19] The risks with autism, yes. Why isn't this being talked
[25:23] about more? Well, Martin, Paul's done a
[25:25] wonderful study and it's and I'd love to share it with your
[25:30] audience. It's.
[25:31] Yeah, we goes through. Yeah, it goes through the six
[25:34] ways it can affect the six functions that happen.
[25:37] It's very detailed. And if I were pregnant or hoping
[25:41] to be, I would certainly consider the study and think
[25:43] about it. And I did a video of my
[25:45] daughter. I have a little 6 month old
[25:46] grandbaby and my daughter I was saying goodnight to her one
[25:51] night after eating and at a restaurant and she was, you
[25:55] know, 8 months pregnant. And I said, and she took off out
[25:58] her phone and said, Dad, take a picture.
[26:00] I'm like, is that on an airplane?
[26:01] And she said, mom, do you know that you have said that to me
[26:04] constantly the entire time I'm pregnant?
[26:06] And I said good. And she said of course, of
[26:10] course it is. So anyway, it's a just during
[26:13] that time. Yeah, from 16 weeks in utero to
[26:17] two years old, it's especially. Yes, especially important for
[26:21] and it makes sense for brain development, right?
[26:22] Yeah. Yeah, we don't give our kids
[26:24] devices often. The one time we do is on
[26:26] airplanes. We will give them iPads, yeah,
[26:30] to use. But I do always make sure that
[26:32] the Wi-Fi is off good and it's in airplane mode because the
[26:35] Wi-Fi can still be on in airplane mode, which is not.
[26:39] Good. No trick they're doing, but
[26:41] yeah. Yeah, you have to like go into
[26:42] the settings and just shut all of it off.
[26:44] Yeah. And then airplane mode, you're
[26:46] not getting any Emfs, is that correct?
[26:48] That's correct. OK, you're getting a little bit
[26:49] of magnetic. There's always the electronics
[26:51] on the screen. That's why I would encourage you
[26:53] to go the next step, which is to use a stylus on that screen.
[26:56] What is that? It's a what happened in my
[26:59] package. I always feel a stylus.
[27:00] It's one of my favorite things. So this tip is conductive and
[27:06] meaning that capacitive, meaning that it's just going to make it
[27:09] super easy to scroll. I wish we had a screen here, but
[27:12] we don't, right? So, yeah, so.
[27:14] So you don't use your finger. Your finger away and so many
[27:18] people talk about their fingers getting numb, tingly, tired and
[27:22] this prevents that as well. And that by the way is a sign
[27:25] that they're being exposed. And so when you get that feeling
[27:29] now it's time to stop or use the stylus and I just love it keeps
[27:32] their little fingers. The nice thing about magnetic
[27:34] coming from the screen is it dissipates very quickly just
[27:37] within a few inches. So this totally protected and
[27:41] they should put it on their lap. It should be sitting on the
[27:43] table OK. Yeah, with like a stand or.
[27:46] Something I think so, yes. Great.
[27:48] I have one more airplane mode question.
[27:50] So one of my favorite things to do is go on a walk and I'll
[27:53] download podcasts and put my phone in airplane mode and I
[27:58] will listen to the podcast with normal headphones.
[28:00] I don't have the I need to get some of.
[28:03] Yours, but I've been. Doing it with normal headphones,
[28:05] am I getting exposed to EMF's? I wouldn't say very many.
[28:09] I wouldn't say much at all. If so, it wouldn't be radio
[28:12] frequency. It might be some Electro
[28:14] electric fields which aren't great for you, but we don't have
[28:19] the amazing amount of research on electric fields that we have
[28:23] on wireless energy so. My husband's been giving me a
[28:26] hard time about that. He's like, you're still getting
[28:28] it through the headphones, getting to get the the other
[28:31] kind, like the good kind of like don't say anything to me until
[28:33] you stop putting your phone in your pocket and like stop doing
[28:37] that and then you can come to me with your concerns.
[28:40] Is it on airplane in his pocket? No, no, I'm going to have him
[28:43] listen to this. OK, good, good.
[28:45] So important. Sperm count?
[28:47] Like what? What are the other issues with
[28:49] men putting their phones in their pockets without any
[28:51] protection? Well, like we said, the holistic
[28:54] effect of the AMF, I mean, we know, we know that it's going to
[28:57] cause oxidative stress in their body.
[28:58] We know that can lead to DNA damage.
[29:00] You certainly don't want that. You don't want that passed down,
[29:03] right? So there there's like I said,
[29:07] there's so many different studies and I love that so many
[29:10] universities are picking a topic eyes.
[29:12] Let's do that and find out what happens with the EMF, you know,
[29:15] brain functionality, brain waves, you know, so many things
[29:19] are being studied on EMF exposure and various health
[29:23] impacts. And I haven't seen a study where
[29:26] they say, oh, it's fine, Actually, I do see studies like
[29:31] that. And typically, here's the
[29:32] problem with them. They don't use an actual cell
[29:35] phone. They use a pulse wave with no
[29:37] data, the same frequency, but there's no data on it.
[29:40] There's really no comparison. And sometimes they find effects
[29:45] even with that, which is interesting, but it's not really
[29:48] the pure EMF that you and I are exposed to.
[29:51] So I want to see that kind of research.
[29:53] And then other times I I see nothing because the study isn't
[29:57] done properly. Yeah, so you know.
[30:00] I keep wondering, like, when will we get to a tipping point
[30:03] with this like we did with cigarettes when it was just
[30:05] recognized by everyone. Like, OK, this is not good.
[30:08] We need to correct course. Like when do you think that's
[30:12] going to happen? I thought it would be by now.
[30:14] Yeah, as it's been in my life for so long.
[30:16] Yeah. You know, and I think we're
[30:17] getting closer and closer. I was completely floored when I
[30:23] saw the latest brain cancer. Cancers in children really is
[30:28] what it was from 15 to age 39. That group, the number one
[30:37] cancer is central nervous system brain cancer, number one cancer.
[30:42] And that just floored me because it's never been that way before.
[30:46] And slowly, slowly, slowly we're seeing it grow.
[30:49] And now it's it double S the cancer after that, which I think
[30:54] is lymphoma. And so I think that if we see
[31:00] more of that and there are more studies, like I said that global
[31:05] Health Organization saying that we looked at 52 studies and
[31:09] before we said it was possible and now we're saying this.
[31:12] I think that's should be the beginning of the tipping point.
[31:16] Yeah. What more should we need to
[31:17] hear? Yeah.
[31:19] But like our mutual friend, Doctor Lee Aaron Keneally says
[31:22] too, that this, all the cancers are increasing and we just don't
[31:27] understand it yet. But it's horrifying.
[31:30] And so if it's a toxin and it is, and we know that all toxins
[31:36] should be avoided, the environmental toxins, we can try
[31:38] to avoid them as much as possible.
[31:40] We look for foods that don't have red dye or chemicals.
[31:44] We look for things like primarily pure that we put on
[31:46] our face that are pure and don't have any chemicals.
[31:48] We should also think of EMF that way, OK, when I have it on
[31:53] airplane mode, when I have it off, I'm safe, I'm protected.
[31:57] It's just another category of toxins, yes.
[32:00] What are some hidden sources of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the home
[32:04] that people don't think about? It's so sad.
[32:57] Need like the digital digital every.
[32:59] That right, so that's a good clue that's what I was going to
[33:02] say anything digital look for wireless associated with it.
[33:05] If you haven't meter, it's super easy to find.
[33:07] If you don't, you can just look at specs.
[33:10] If you see anything that says M wave, that means 5G millimeter
[33:15] wave. If you say Z gigahertz GHz, that
[33:18] means there's some wireless or Hz is electricity.
[33:23] So you can look for clues there on a spec sheet.
[33:27] But it's so sad that a refrigerator.
[33:30] Oven we we're remodeling a home right now and so we bought all
[33:35] of these new appliances and I know my husband was looking to
[33:38] make sure that they didn't have like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
[33:41] capabilities because a lot of them list that as like.
[33:44] A bad, good thing. A smart.
[33:46] You don't want that. Yeah.
[33:47] But now I'm wondering like, man, I hope that the ones that we got
[33:50] really don't because we found ones that didn't list that as a
[33:53] benefit, but maybe they still. They like it, they want their
[33:56] data, they want to be in connection.
[33:58] I have a video where I take the antennas out of my washer and
[34:02] dryer that I didn't even know were there and it was just.
[34:05] How do you find them? My head found it with a
[34:07] headache, but because I love the angry and it was, it was down at
[34:11] the in our basement in a beautifully clean area.
[34:14] And I kept getting a headache and I'm like, Oh my gosh.
[34:17] And I thought, oh, I bet, I bet the guy who installed it left
[34:21] his phone or something or an iPad.
[34:23] So I get my meter out and I'm looking, I'm like, Oh my gosh.
[34:26] And then I see in little, a little Wi-Fi symbol, little tiny
[34:30] Wi-Fi symbol. And I'm like, oh, no.
[34:32] And so it was difficult to find someone who would come out and
[34:35] take it apart when I told them what I wanted, but they didn't
[34:39] want to have anything to do with it.
[34:40] But then I found this great independent company that came
[34:42] out and Chuck it apart and I put the meter right on it and we
[34:45] just disconnected it. And so that was very lucky.
[34:49] What type of company did you find an?
[34:50] Appliance Repair, you know, we just kept calling Appliance
[34:54] Repair said no, you will not be liable if it doesn't work.
[34:57] I mean, that's just the silliest thing ever.
[34:59] Like who needs to control their washing machine from a cell
[35:02] phone? My biggest pet peeve is how our
[35:06] society wants us to do everything from our phones now,
[35:08] like QR codes at restaurants. What is that?
[35:11] Just just give me a menu. I always ask, can I have a
[35:14] physical menu? Because I don't want to pull out
[35:16] my phone and look at this stupid QR code and scroll on my phone
[35:21] to see what you're offering for dinner.
[35:23] Like. Gives me a menu and I feel like
[35:25] everyone needs to be asking for physical menus.
[35:27] The QR code thing has gotten out of control.
[35:30] Hallelujah. Yes, I hate it.
[35:33] I'm a little annoyed about that one.
[35:34] And it's so much, but like you said, it's really it's, it's
[35:37] being put in things that we don't want, don't need, didn't
[35:40] ask for, and then we don't know about.
[35:43] And so I think for that reason, it's nice to have a meter and
[35:47] then like you said, you don't need to to play along with the
[35:52] game. Exactly.
[35:54] There was in a a home that we were leasing, there was a
[35:56] refrigerator that had that was a smart refrigerator.
[35:59] And the repairman came and I said, can you disconnect that?
[36:02] He said, no, I can't. And he said, but do you believe
[36:05] that they're doing this? He said, you know why they're
[36:07] doing this? I said, no, why?
[36:08] And he said, because they want to know how you're using that
[36:12] refrigerator. And if you call me and you say
[36:14] that the freezer stopped working and you don't know why, I can
[36:17] see that you had that door open and you left that door open too
[36:21] long and you left it open too long too many times.
[36:24] And then guess what? It's not part of your warranty.
[36:25] And I said, oh, that's so sad. Sad.
[36:28] They know everything. Yes.
[36:32] And that's another problem with it is the data and the privacy.
[36:35] It's just gotten to a point of being ridiculous.
[36:38] And that's why I love disconnecting and pulling out
[36:41] those antennas whenever I can. And look for your speakers, your
[36:45] stereo speakers. Look even for things that are
[36:48] wired like your television. You might have a television.
[36:51] And if it's any television from the last five years, it's
[36:55] definitely going to have wireless connectivity, which you
[36:58] believe that you've turned off because you went into settings
[37:00] and you said no, no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth.
[37:02] But still it will be on searching searching in case you
[37:06] do. And if you turn the Wi-Fi and
[37:07] Bluetooth off. Yes, you really need to unplug
[37:10] your TV. This is what I use my Wi-Fi kill
[37:12] switch for. Because I don't have a Wi-Fi, I
[37:14] turn off my TV and my Sonos speakers, which just drive me
[37:18] nuts that they're hard wired, but we cannot turn off the
[37:22] Bluetooth. Really.
[37:23] Yes, and I think this is probably everyone's speakers
[37:26] right now. Be aware this is a huge issue.
[37:30] Don't have them on if you're not using them.
[37:33] Yeah, what are some of the worst EMF offenders that people are
[37:37] blasting themselves with on a daily basis that just drives you
[37:40] crazy? We talked about the first one,
[37:42] earbuds Earpods. There's no excuse for that.
[37:45] No excuse because they're on all the time.
[37:47] If they're out-of-the-box, if they're in your ear, even if
[37:50] you're not hearing anything, they're on, they're driving that
[37:53] EMF from one to another right through your head, right around
[37:57] your body. Why?
[37:59] Why? And so that's number one, any
[38:02] wearable and a watch, a Fitbit, anything that has wireless
[38:07] energy. Why?
[38:08] Especially when most of those things you can turn onto
[38:12] airplane mode or turn off certain certain, you know,
[38:17] Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, whatever the connectivity is and be able to
[38:20] still collect data. Did you know that?
[38:22] And then you can turn it on. Some of the wearables, yeah, I
[38:26] like the idea of health wearables, but I also feel like
[38:29] we are becoming too accustomed to outsourcing our health to
[38:33] these wearables instead of just being intuitive and thinking,
[38:36] OK, what does my body need right now?
[38:39] How am I feeling? Do I need to go for a walk?
[38:41] Do I need water? Instead of, like, trusting this
[38:43] device to tell us what we need. I don't know.
[38:45] I think there's maybe a place for it sometimes.
[38:47] But to just always outsource your health and how you're
[38:50] feeling to what your wearable is telling you to do it seems a
[38:53] little crazy to me. I think you're exactly right.
[38:56] And in fact, when I, I test everything and I buy everything
[38:59] so that I can test it for wireless, how much I can turn
[39:02] off what's happening with it. And so of course I got an OR
[39:05] ring. And fortunately, because it's so
[39:07] tiny, the magnetic is low and you can turn off all the
[39:12] wireless capability. But I used it and I slept great.
[39:16] I had the most wonderful night's sleep.
[39:18] And I looked at my data and apparently I did not.
[39:21] That's. So discouraging and.
[39:24] I thought. I guess I don't feel good today.
[39:27] My ring tell me I feel good. We're not doing this.
[39:30] So anyway, yeah, I agree with you completely.
[39:33] And then you know where they ask for your information.
[39:36] Drives me nuts because you don't need to give them that
[39:40] information. By the way, when they ask, I
[39:41] hope that you don't give your real name, your real birthday,
[39:44] your location. They do know, but you don't have
[39:46] to tell them the details because that information will get shared
[39:50] either on purpose or by mistake. And so why?
[39:54] Like you said, it's all your health data and we're giving it
[39:58] to everything and we don't need to.
[40:01] And we don't know the consequences of that.
[40:03] Yeah, Yeah. At all.
[40:04] You mentioned Apple Watches. Yes.
[40:06] I'm thinking about all of like the teenagers and young kids
[40:11] that are I see now wearing these Apple Watches and they're just
[40:16] on their body constantly. I don't think people, the
[40:19] average person is like turning it on airplane mode.
[40:22] And do people sleep in them too? They do be to collect.
[40:25] Their collect the data. Right.
[40:26] Or they get that important text or phone call, right?
[40:29] Yeah, totally unnecessary. And that's probably one of my
[40:34] most read blogs. So people are interested.
[40:37] And what they'll find out is that some of the people have
[40:40] contacted me about rashes, about carpal tunnel, about their
[40:44] shoulders hurting. I mean, they're getting very
[40:47] real, real symptoms from a wearable because that wireless
[40:52] energy is 24/7. And remember how we talked about
[40:55] the EHS people, the people that know that they're sensitive and
[40:59] that large exposure, that's what they're they're getting.
[41:03] And you know, once you're allergic to peanuts, it doesn't
[41:04] go away. And I feel with EHS, it's
[41:07] similar. I mean, you can, you can manage
[41:09] the symptoms by by getting away from them, but it's not that
[41:14] symptom. Just something in our body wants
[41:17] to wake us up and it doesn't go away.
[41:19] You're always gonna have a little bit of sensitivity.
[41:21] Exactly. With phones, is there a type of
[41:24] phone that is better EMF wise? Like for the average person
[41:29] who's just getting like the latest iPhone model all the
[41:33] time, is that something to be aware of and not do?
[41:38] Is there a phone that's better? I know my husband and I have
[41:40] thought about going back to flip phones, but he's done some
[41:43] research on that and his limited knowledge of EMF's and has also
[41:48] found that they also like are not the best.
[41:50] And I know you mentioned your first experience with the phone
[41:53] wasn't good. So like what is someone to do
[41:55] and what's the best cell phone option?
[41:57] Well, if you have an iPhone 11 or lower, hold on to it.
[42:02] It's gold because it's lacking 1 particular antenna.
[42:07] In fact, now the new phone might have up to 1416 antennas.
[42:12] Different antennas in that little.
[42:13] Phone, I think when people think of antennas, they think of
[42:15] something like sticking up, but you're saying the antenna is
[42:17] like in the phone, we don't see it, but it has all these
[42:19] different. Antennas and that EMF that we
[42:21] talked about, it comes off everyone and unlike a cigarette
[42:24] or just keeps dissipating and it goes away.
[42:26] It's trying to connect to the other one.
[42:28] It's trying a sensor is trying to commit to an an antenna.
[42:30] Antenna is trying to connect to an antenna and so they're on and
[42:34] they are affecting you and the more of them, the more exposure.
[42:38] So what I love about the iPhone 11 is it doesn't have a
[42:42] millimeter wave antenna. No 5G.
[42:45] And that is pure 5G, yes, no 5G. And so if you see 5G on your
[42:50] phone and you see it with an E, it's not real 5G.
[42:52] But if you see plain 5G, it means that your phone has the
[42:56] wonderful connection to the millimeter wave, a brand new
[43:00] higher frequency that until now, as humans, we've only been
[43:04] exposed to on a consistent basis in the scanner at the airport.
[43:09] That 3D wow. That is the only other source,
[43:11] yes. Yes, and those who have an
[43:15] iPhone 12 and above will have that in their phones.
[43:19] I feel really silly right now because I always avoid that at
[43:22] the airport, but I'm getting exposure through my phone you're
[43:27] saying? You don't have it, you have it.
[43:28] No, I have like a it's like a 14 I think.
[43:31] So you know you don't have to have 5G on your phone right now.
[43:34] You still have the option of going into your settings and
[43:37] where it says cellular, you go to that setting and we should
[43:40] probably do a screenshot of that, but you'll see that
[43:44] there's an option to go 5G only, 5G optional and 4G LTE.
[43:51] So you choose 4G LTE and then your phone won't automatically
[43:55] default to that millimeter wave antenna.
[43:59] And the millimeter wave antenna, The reason that we're that it
[44:03] was developed and the reason the cell phone industry was allowed
[44:06] to go into 5G and everybody was so excited about it is because
[44:09] they said we're going to use this new frequency.
[44:12] And it's much, much higher up on the spectrum than 4G or 3G.
[44:16] And like I said, it goes in those airport, you know,
[44:20] scanners. But really what it's made for
[44:24] now is because it's a smaller wave, it doesn't go very far,
[44:28] but it holds a ton of data. And so it's for driverless cars.
[44:32] Oh my goodness. That's what it's really being
[44:35] developed for. So you're starting to see it on
[44:37] Yeah, St. blocks and it's really sad.
[44:40] Wow. And and so unnecessary at the
[44:42] yeah. We were just in Costa Rica over
[44:44] the summer and we noticed there was no 5G.
[44:46] Yes. And it was.
[44:48] It was great. Yeah, I love that going to.
[44:51] And you know, in Europe, I have a little video about this.
[44:54] Their Wi-Fi is out-of-the-box, have 80% less power than ours
[44:59] do. Wow.
[45:01] It's a requirement. Wow.
[45:02] And they do it mainly for interference in tight quarters.
[45:05] But I love it. Yeah, because we're just
[45:07] pushing, pushing, pushing. That's amazing.
[45:09] OK, you're I'm going to have, I'm going to have you look at my
[45:11] phone after this. Let's just go through all of my
[45:13] settings. And like, I'd love to optimize.
[45:15] That'll be so fun for someone who may be feeling overwhelmed
[45:20] by everything they're hearing about tech toxins.
[45:22] What's like an easy step that people can take just to lower
[45:26] the level of tech toxins in their own home?
[46:16] Wi-Fi, but if I do. Yeah, yeah.
[46:18] I know we have the timer, but I like the idea of the switch
[46:20] better because oftentimes we're not using it and it probably
[46:23] also prevents you from being on your cell phone 24/7 and kind of
[46:28] like. Parents say, and that is the
[46:30] number one thing that parents tell me is their children didn't
[46:33] nap until they turned the Wi-Fi off.
[46:35] Wow. Yeah.
[46:36] What about the bedroom? How can people create a tech
[46:39] light sanctuary in the bedroom? I love that.
[46:41] Let's go to an analog alarm clock.
[46:43] Get rid of that digital alarm clock.
[46:45] Let's, like we said, turn the Wi-Fi off, let's charge our
[46:48] phone in another room, and let's make sure that it's on airplane
[46:52] mode. And let's make sure that it
[46:55] really is on airplane mode and it stays on airplane mode
[46:58] because once you are off completely, sometimes when it
[47:02] wakes up, it goes to full charge of all the antennas.
[47:04] So just make sure it's on airplane mode.
[47:09] I think that those are super easy things to do to create just
[47:12] a safe space. We talked a little bit about
[47:14] that electric EMF. If you just move your bed a few
[47:17] inches, 6 inches from the wall, there'll be less of that if you
[47:20] have wires behind your bed. Those are my favorite easy, easy
[47:24] fixes. Oh, put in an amber, red or even
[47:29] orange light in your bedroom at all times just to lower lower
[47:34] that potential of flu light. Yeah, and I think a lot of
[47:38] people get confused about blue light and EMF's and even like
[47:41] lump them together. But can you just give a quick
[47:44] explanation of the difference between the two?
[47:46] Sure. Well, they're both on that EMF
[47:48] spectrum that I talked about. You know that they're different
[47:51] frequencies on the spectrum. Light is on the spectrum.
[47:55] EMF, wireless energy, it's on the spectrum.
[47:57] So I think that's where people start to get confused about it.
[48:00] They're both frequencies. Yeah, they're both frequencies.
[48:02] But the interesting thing is blue light, think of it as
[48:07] visible. So wireless energy is invisible.
[48:12] Blue light is visible and blue light has it's right now it's in
[48:16] the sky, it blue light is everywhere.
[48:19] When there's light out, when it's daytime, it's powered by
[48:22] the sun, you're going to get blue light.
[48:23] The problem now that we're seeing with blue light is too
[48:26] much of it all the time. And it's electronically
[48:29] motivated, this blue light. And so it can flicker and that's
[48:33] and and the screen is brighter. Honestly, a lot of times been
[48:37] going outside. Yeah, I know.
[48:39] In spectrum, right, like blue light outside right now we're
[48:42] getting the natural balanced amount of it.
[48:45] But like our devices are just purely, I mean mostly I think
[48:49] blue light, is that right? Yes.
[48:51] Well, the blue light is predominant, yes.
[48:55] And of course to make it bright and just really quickly that
[48:57] flicker. I'd love to give people this
[48:59] hack if you want to get rid of it.
[49:01] The more power you have to the device, the less flicker there
[49:05] will be. So I've.
[49:06] Heard you say this. It's true.
[49:08] It's so funny to see. I've done it in meters, but but
[49:11] the brighter it is, so it flickers like a light dimmer.
[49:14] You know how you get that flicker?
[49:15] Yes, well, that's the same thing.
[49:17] Think of it the same way. If it has full power, it's not
[49:19] going to flicker as much. There's always going to be some
[49:21] flicker from, you know, certain devices.
[49:24] I know there's a new computer that doesn't flicker and I'm
[49:26] excited to try it. But anyway, that's.
[49:28] I always thought that I was doing the right thing by like
[49:31] dimming my computer screen but actually that's like making the
[49:35] flicker worse which can cause headaches.
[49:38] Anxiety, yes. It's just not good for the brain
[49:40] to process at. All it's really, again, we don't
[49:43] see it. Yeah, it's imperceptible
[49:44] flicker. And so that's why you put on
[49:46] your blue light glasses, Yeah. And make the screen.
[49:49] Bright, yeah. Full power, yes.
[49:51] Or full bright, full power yeah. Full bright blue light glasses,
[49:53] yes. Or like the orange ones during
[49:55] the day. Yes, what I do and then the the
[49:56] like red ones at night. That's exactly right.
[49:59] I have these new green ones that I love because I was I just
[50:02] couldn't get into the red. It was making me anxious really
[50:06] and upset. Yes, turns out I'm right.
[50:08] There's a ton of research about it that it can cause anxiety.
[50:12] Red light glasses, red lights with the red light.
[50:15] The red, the red color, the red color.
[50:18] And so we're seeing through that red color.
[50:20] And so the red, yes, we're seeing red.
[50:23] That's exactly it. And so you do get more
[50:26] protection up the spectrum because it will block green
[50:29] light, but green glasses block the blue light, especially the
[50:34] very important for 60 to 480 nanometers of the frequency that
[50:40] messes with our melatonin. Interesting, I've not seen these
[50:43] anywhere. Green lens glasses.
[51:40] What EMF protection devices are total gimmicks?
[51:43] Oh, this is a hot topic because it's it's trending, right?
[51:49] I mean, I personally can't seem to go through my feed without
[51:54] seeing a chip or a sticker. And for sure, the stickers, just
[51:58] stay away from the stickers. The stickers that aren't even
[52:01] called harmonizers or chips. I, I see them on Amazon, They're
[52:05] super inexpensive. You get a whole package of them.
[52:07] There's not any research at all that they're even selling them
[52:11] up with. They're just saying these will
[52:13] protect you from the EMF. And of course you want them to,
[52:17] right? And there is a placebo effect
[52:19] and you might feel better. But definitely stay away from
[52:23] the stickers, the chips that we hear so much about that take the
[52:27] wave and transform it. I'm just not sold on the
[52:31] research yet. And I keep saying to these
[52:34] companies, because of course these kinds of companies would
[52:37] want me to affiliate them with them.
[52:38] And of course I would promote them.
[52:40] If I wanted to recommend them, of course I would.
[52:44] But the research just isn't compelling.
[52:48] A lot of it talks about with the different ones.
[52:51] We'll talk about brain waves. They do, you know, EEG studies
[52:55] and they see that their chips, their harmonizers might increase
[53:01] brain waves. Well, we know that EMF does that
[53:03] EMF increases the power density of the brain wave over and over
[53:08] and over. We see that in studies.
[53:10] And so then I see a chip claiming that and I think, well,
[53:13] is that a good idea that, you know, isn't that good?
[53:16] So I, we know now the mechanism. And so when we see research on
[53:21] any of these things, on any silly thing like a rock or
[53:24] something or crystal or a Shun guide or any of that, when we
[53:29] see research that says, oh, look, those ion channels of
[53:34] those voltage gated calcium channels are now working
[53:36] properly all the time when this is used, great that the research
[53:41] doesn't bear it out right now. And so I can't recommend
[53:44] anything because it gives you a false sense of safety.
[53:48] You put it on, you think you're OK, and then you go out and get
[53:52] exposed to more of it. And it's, it's sad because no
[53:56] one in government is trying to stop any of those companies from
[54:00] making these claims. I even see a company that uses
[54:04] celebrities talking about EMF and then puts their product
[54:10] right next to it, implying that that celebrity is using that
[54:14] product when they're not at all. Yeah, it's just, it's very
[54:17] scammy, isn't it? Sad.
[54:19] Yeah, I had a lot of people ask me to ask you that question and
[54:23] when I told them that I was interviewing you tomorrow, they
[54:26] were like, do the do the stickers work?
[54:27] Do the crystals work? No, well, you know, I did a deep
[54:30] dive on some of that and they, they wanted me to represent them
[54:35] and said, OK, so I got a couple and they're, I wrote very, very
[54:39] long blog basically saying I wouldn't recommend it.
[54:43] And many, many different reasons why.
[54:45] And so they served me with legal action.
[54:49] What to take a damn. Yeah.
[54:51] And we went through a very long process over a year and a half
[54:55] and we finally settled and we took less than 20 words out of
[54:58] the article. So it's basically the same
[54:59] thing. Had to take words out like world
[55:02] renowned. And so yes, yes, because it's
[55:06] solid. My recommendation is solid and
[55:09] but you can still buy 1 and it might make you feel better.
[55:12] But to me and to the researchers that I used to help me analyze,
[55:18] the scientist that is to help me analyze the research, it just
[55:22] didn't bear out. And there's another new big
[55:24] harmonizer that's expensive and. I think I know what you're
[55:28] talking. About many of these, many of
[55:30] these harmonizers will say, look at our research.
[55:33] Our research says this and we have this great research.
[55:36] And I just encourage people look at the research.
[55:38] I mean really look at what it says.
[55:41] Does it say anything that's even remotely about EMF?
[55:46] It is possible like is happening and there's this one that did
[55:50] had a great company, a great German company do their
[55:53] research. And the research statement says
[55:56] after two weeks there was no clear effects.
[55:59] OK. And so but and that's published
[56:02] in the research. So why do you talk about it on
[56:05] your website? Because it looks good.
[56:08] You know, it's probably a very expensive study and they might
[56:11] say it's certified. Certified by who?
[56:13] The FCC. Now, that doesn't mean it's EMF
[56:15] free. Yeah.
[56:17] You know, we have to be. We want so badly to be protected
[56:20] from it because it will. We can understand.
[56:22] Yeah. This energy, sure.
[56:23] We're electrical beings. It's electrical.
[56:24] It's probably doing something like you noticed in college, but
[56:29] we'll just grab onto anything. Because people want the quick
[56:31] fix, because it is more work to turn off the Wi-Fi you know to
[56:35] to do all this stuff. But it sounds like that is
[56:37] really the most tried and true way.
[56:39] It is. What do you recommend for
[56:42] parents that are navigating devices with their kids?
[56:45] What are your recommendations or advice for for parents that are
[56:48] trying to figure that out and help their kids have a healthy
[56:51] relationship with technology? I think #1 if they were aware of
[56:57] all of the things that could happen, and that's why I'm
[57:00] writing this book and it's going to come out this year.
[57:02] It's so important just to know everything that could possibly
[57:07] be a problem so they can avoid it.
[57:09] Yeah. And then it's easy to avoid.
[57:11] But mainly basics, you know, no phones in bedrooms ever.
[57:16] Ever. Ever.
[57:17] There's no reason. To there can be a very Dark
[57:19] World and plus like we said, the blue light and the scrolling and
[57:22] bedtime. So the best thing that a parent
[57:25] can do is do it with them. Any parent that has a child, and
[57:29] I don't care if they're 18 years old, that's playing a game,
[57:31] needs to play that game. They need to know what's
[57:35] happening. They need to put on those
[57:36] headphones and if they say hey, this is great, then they know
[57:39] and they say, hey, this is feeding my child things that I
[57:42] really don't want them exposed to or I don't want them to be
[57:46] part of their character. You know, then they'll know, but
[57:50] you can't possibly know unless you experience it yourself.
[57:54] So I think that especially with AIA, parent has so much to do,
[57:59] but this is one of those critical things that they really
[58:02] need to do. Just step right alongside your
[58:04] child and do it with them. This is why I'm really
[58:07] brainstorming. Like how would I not have an
[58:11] iPhone? Like, is it possible for me as
[58:14] an adult to not do that and to teach my kids to not do that?
[58:17] And I've looked at like the Light Phone.
[58:19] How was that with EMF? Oh, it's the same.
[58:22] It's the same. Yeah.
[58:23] OK, that's what I thought. And he doesn't make any claims.
[58:25] But you're also not you seeing it as much exactly because it's
[58:28] not user friendly and I'm just trying to use this, yeah.
[58:31] Communication. Husband had it for a while.
[58:33] He was like, it's too hard, I can't do this anymore.
[58:36] Yes, I'm like, OK, what if we did light phones and I still had
[58:39] the iPhone, but I kept it in my office, only in my office and it
[58:42] was in, you know, designated to that one bedroom and I just this
[58:46] one in there to use it. I'm just like, I don't.
[58:49] I don't want to be. A prisoner of this society and
[58:52] how the world is saying that we all have to live.
[58:54] And like, how do I make different choices so that my
[58:57] kids can feel like they can make different choices?
[59:00] And my kids aren't, they're not there yet, but I'm just like,
[59:02] they're going to be there soon. So I'm so glad we do.
[59:05] Well, I think you can model balance.
[59:08] I don't think you need to get rid of it.
[59:09] I don't even think that you need to put it away.
[59:11] I think it's how you use it. I think if you tell the kids,
[59:14] hey, it's on airplane mode, you know, we're just using it as a
[59:17] camera today. My phone's best feature, right?
[59:20] The camera, right? Go ahead and use it.
[59:22] And if it's on full airplane mode, it's not as distracting,
[59:26] It's not going to text you, It's not you're not going to go
[59:29] scrolling on social media and you're not going to have the
[59:31] EMF. So it's not that the technology
[59:34] is bad. In fact, it's fabulous.
[59:36] It's just that we're letting it do more than we really need to
[59:41] let it do. I I've said from the beginning,
[59:44] you know, it was designed to make your life easier.
[59:47] When it stops feeling that way, put it down so it's the same
[59:50] thing. When it stops feeling like it's
[59:52] easier, remove that app. That's really good advice, yeah.
[59:56] Do you think it's possible that the next generation will have a
[59:58] healthier relationship with tech than we have?
[1:00:01] Absolutely. Because they have parents like
[1:00:02] you. Yes, yes, I think that they're
[1:00:06] all we're already seeing the younger generation start to
[1:00:11] think it's trendy to be offline, you know, yeah, that's that
[1:00:14] makes sense. It's different than the rest of
[1:00:16] the people, but. They're doing the opposite of
[1:00:17] what their parents do. They're being rebellious, but
[1:00:19] it's actually like a good, good thing.
[1:00:21] Yes, but of course technology is going to be in our life.
[1:00:25] But if we don't have the balance and if we don't have the
[1:00:27] perspective that a detox gives us, you know, then we don't
[1:00:32] understand how distracting, how overpowering, how important they
[1:00:38] become to us. So I think you model things like
[1:00:41] not bringing it into the bedroom and not talking to it when
[1:00:45] you're driving, you know, when you're in carpool or whatever,
[1:00:48] you know, just just like be here now.
[1:00:50] One of my favorite how to just, you know, be here now and be in
[1:00:54] the moment. It just allows you to be so much
[1:00:56] more authentic and understand who you really are and just show
[1:00:59] them that and show them what a wonderful feeling that is, like
[1:01:03] we are here touching the ground, their feet.
[1:01:05] That's another question. How much does grounding mitigate
[1:01:08] the harmful effects of Emfs? Well, I think it mitigates the
[1:01:12] harmful effects of everything in our lives if we're touching
[1:01:15] nature and being a part of it. I don't think there's a special
[1:01:18] thing that it does for EMF. OK, doesn't mitigate that at
[1:01:21] all. No, I wouldn't think so.
[1:01:23] I don't think it's OK for me to stand on the ground and use my
[1:01:25] cell phone. OK, because I understand I'm
[1:01:27] still getting those radio frequencies.
[1:01:30] Other people feel differently, but I haven't seen it proven.
[1:01:32] Yeah. So, you know, I'm all about
[1:01:35] nature and being near it as much as possible, but it doesn't mean
[1:01:39] I take my phone out when I'm in it.
[1:01:40] Yeah. And that's another good point
[1:01:43] about the grounding mats. I can link you to a great video
[1:01:46] done by a building biologist that shows the importance of not
[1:01:50] plugging it into your electric, your electric outlet really,
[1:01:54] because it brings sometimes that dirty electricity, most times
[1:01:57] that current to the mat and then you're exposed to more.
[1:02:00] What if the? Fields.
[1:02:02] What if it is? What if the wiring is done
[1:02:05] properly in in a way like in the best way possible?
[1:02:08] Does that impact it at all or no matter what?
[1:02:10] Are you getting some dirty electricity?
[1:02:12] The building biologists recommend only using a grounding
[1:02:16] mat when it's wired to the ground.
[1:02:18] So we have these big copper stakes, you know, we wired the
[1:02:20] green wire and we attach it where the wire goes on the
[1:02:23] grounding mat, put it outside golden.
[1:02:25] OK, It's doing what it's supposed to do then.
[1:02:27] OK. Otherwise, you're getting a
[1:02:28] little bit. Yes.
[1:02:29] Otherwise, you're definitely getting something and you're
[1:02:31] risking a lot, so. If the wiring is bad, yes.
[1:02:34] And that's a whole other thing we haven't gotten into, like
[1:02:37] wiring and the home and the machine.
[1:02:38] Field, there's usually the fields get transferred, so the
[1:02:41] electric fields, yeah. OK Yikes, I have those.
[1:02:45] Oh, you do? Do you use them plugged in?
[1:02:46] Have you used the wire? Have you seen it?
[1:02:49] They are plugged into the outlet.
[1:02:51] Well, yeah, you know what? I gave you a meter and you can
[1:02:53] see yourself. OK, OK.
[1:02:55] I'll test that. Yeah, yeah.
[1:02:57] Do you think it's possible to have a truly healthy
[1:03:00] relationship with your cell phone?
[1:03:02] Or do you feel like it's necessary to like truly unplug
[1:03:06] for a day or days on end and like detox from it that way?
[1:03:11] Or do you think like just living in balance on a day-to-day basis
[1:03:14] is possible? I think a wonderful detox will
[1:03:17] show you the answer because once you've detoxed, you can see what
[1:03:22] life was like. You feel things different, you
[1:03:24] see things differently and you actually feel better.
[1:03:27] And then you bring the technology into your life and
[1:03:30] you're like, OK, I get it is for me when I need it.
[1:03:33] Awareness there, yes. Yeah, yes.
[1:03:35] And I actually love my life with technology.
[1:03:38] Yeah, because I don't feel anything from it anymore because
[1:03:42] I've got it plugged into the wall.
[1:03:43] Yeah, it works for you, not. Against you exactly.
[1:05:02] Buy Wi-Fi and you can do almost everything except send a text on
[1:05:06] your phone. Apple doesn't allow that.
[1:05:09] Android doesn't allow that. But you can text on your
[1:05:11] computer. Sure you can't exactly.
[1:05:13] Which exactly? Which I think is better.
[1:05:14] Anyways, that's kind of what I've started doing.
[1:05:16] I just like batch text, batch respond to text.
[1:05:18] Good for. You, though, and that's your
[1:05:20] control and your balance. When you're ready, when you're
[1:05:23] ready to use the technology, it's there.
[1:05:24] Yeah, I love that. Yeah.
[1:05:26] And the only disadvantage is just that there's wires
[1:05:29] everywhere. But it's not actually that bad,
[1:05:32] right? And you have the full setup
[1:05:33] available on your website. Yes.
[1:05:36] And my husband would tell you it is bad because there's wires
[1:05:38] everywhere. And I would say it's delicious.
[1:05:40] It's luxurious. I want these.
[1:05:41] Wires everywhere like a. Reminder of like how you're
[1:05:45] protecting yourself. Yes, yeah, but you know, you can
[1:05:48] have the option and we have this baby monitor.
[1:05:50] We do give this option with the baby monitor.
[1:05:52] There are these I I call them Internet plug insurance.
[1:05:55] So you plug them into the wall and then it can take that signal
[1:05:59] through your wiring, which isn't great for The Dirty electricity.
[1:06:02] But if you already have a smart meter, you've got the problem
[1:06:05] anyway where that intermingling of the high frequencies with the
[1:06:09] electrical wires causes this interference that people call
[1:06:11] dirty electricity. But you won't have as many
[1:06:14] cables. And if you're not wired, it's a
[1:06:16] great way to become semi wired without having to draw it all
[1:06:20] through your home, which is the ultimate.
[1:06:22] What you're doing is the ultimate.
[1:06:24] Yeah, we're trying. And some of this is still like
[1:06:26] over my head as you're talking about it, but you have lots of
[1:06:28] information on your website about how this stuff works and
[1:06:32] if people want assistance in wiring their homes, don't go
[1:06:35] through an electrician. If I'm yes, if I'm correct, you
[1:06:38] go through like an AV. Yeah, 5 TAV some elections, you
[1:06:43] probably know. No, Yes, this.
[1:06:45] And and. Right, Right.
[1:06:46] William. Yeah.
[1:06:47] And he's awesome. And more and more people are
[1:06:49] learning how important it is. And I love it.
[1:06:52] In fact, I'll tell them all about you on your website.
[1:06:55] If you tell me who you are, I will absolutely promote them
[1:06:58] because it makes it so much easier for people.
[1:07:01] It is an expense but if you can have a clean hard wired home
[1:07:08] it's such a great environment just like.
[1:07:10] You know, investing in the food that you eat or investing in
[1:07:13] your body through exercise, it's like investing in the health of
[1:07:16] your whole family by making this one time switch.
[1:07:19] And it's not something you have to keep paying for over and
[1:07:21] over. It's like one time thing exactly
[1:07:23] done and done. Exactly.
[1:07:25] And I keep thinking about what you said about the wires
[1:07:27] everywhere. We have this one retractor.
[1:07:28] That's my favorite thing. And so you plug it in and it
[1:07:31] retracts. And we usually have a switch so
[1:07:33] you can plug in many things at once and it retracts.
[1:07:35] So it's not really like all over.
[1:07:37] Yeah, attracts it. That's great.
[1:07:39] That's super convenient. We were talking a little bit
[1:07:42] before we started recording about electric vehicles and the
[1:07:46] crew was getting into the conversation.
[1:07:48] Give us your take on electric vehicles.
[1:07:50] Are they safe? Are people who are driving them
[1:07:53] being exposed to high levels of EMF's?
[1:07:55] What are your thoughts? You know, I yes or no, yes or
[1:07:58] no, because everyone in every car is being exposed to high
[1:08:03] levels of EMF from their wireless antennas.
[1:08:07] The wireless connectivity in the car is off the charts.
[1:08:10] Any any newer car because you got a Bluetooth you got to sell,
[1:08:14] you've got OnStar with another antenna chasing you and you've
[1:08:18] got Wi-Fi. So the all of those are EMF and
[1:08:21] they are absolutely exposing you.
[1:08:23] Now what electric cars get a bad rap for it's magnetic EMF
[1:08:28] because those electric currents can generate magnetic and
[1:08:32] magnetic isn't good for us. And I have seen high levels in
[1:08:35] some electric cars and then I've seen really low levels in other
[1:08:39] electric cars. And so I asked a manufacturer,
[1:08:42] an engineer and a manufacturer and he said it depends on who's
[1:08:46] wiring and it depends on the person on the line wiring.
[1:08:49] Like, Oh my goodness. So really what I say to people
[1:08:51] is to take a magnetic electric meter on a car tour with you if
[1:08:57] you are looking for a car. Yes, because it's not just the
[1:09:08] model. It's like cars to the car.
[1:09:10] It's cars. It varies.
[1:09:12] It's car specific. Just in the, in the last week,
[1:09:14] just for fun, I've had a few people do it and they're all
[1:09:17] getting varying levels of magnetic fields in their
[1:09:21] automatic cars, their standard cars, in their electric cars.
[1:09:24] They're getting different fields.
[1:09:25] My husband drives an electric car and has less than two on the
[1:09:29] magnetic, which is very, very low.
[1:09:32] And we will always, every, every car will expose you to some
[1:09:35] magnetic EMF. Just by virtue of the speed the
[1:09:37] car goes and the electronics in the car, there's going to be
[1:09:40] some magnetic EMF. The problem is in some electric
[1:09:44] cars at the beginning there were massive amounts of magnetic
[1:09:49] energy and I haven't seen that lately.
[1:09:51] Interesting. Yeah.
[1:09:52] So do you think it's they kind of corrected that intentionally?
[1:09:56] Maybe I know, but I think this whole thing about the batteries
[1:10:00] giving out EMF that's just a myth.
[1:10:02] Batteries are sealed so tight. They'd have to be and so, and
[1:10:06] you know, I've, I've taken all my meters up to minute, sure
[1:10:09] where the wire comes out sometime depending on how the
[1:10:13] wiring is insulated and how it's coming out of the battery and
[1:10:17] then how those wires go through the rest of the car, different
[1:10:20] things can happen. So I think it's really important
[1:10:22] to know the situation. And by the way, you can block
[1:10:26] that magnetic EMF with a very, very thick steel that that's
[1:10:30] still pliable, like a thick, thick foil.
[1:10:33] And it's, it's sharp. And you'd have to have a
[1:10:35] professional put it in and then put mats over it, but that can
[1:10:38] block it. But then again, when you have
[1:10:40] metal about that reflection, so you're going to reflect your
[1:10:43] wireless. So please turn off any wireless
[1:10:45] you can in your car if you have the ability.
[1:10:48] If your car lets you turn off Wi-Fi, please turn it off if you
[1:10:51] can get in there and disconnected.
[1:10:52] Some video the other day sent me a picture of how they
[1:10:55] disconnected the entire module of Wi-Fi and cell phone from
[1:11:00] their car. They just took it out, just
[1:11:01] disconnected it and they feel so much better.
[1:11:04] So that can be done. I actually drive a 15 year old
[1:11:07] car. I love that your iPhone 11, your
[1:11:10] 15 year old car, I love it like living living in the early 2.
[1:11:15] Thousands and my car by by the way, has some magnetic an older
[1:11:20] standard beautiful car has some magnetic EMF.
[1:11:25] Yeah, but you're not getting the other type of EMF.
[1:11:28] At all? Yeah, yes.
[1:11:29] Yeah. OK.
[1:11:30] Well I want to close out with a few rapid fire questions for
[1:11:34] you. OK.
[1:11:35] What is one piece of tech that you love and would never part
[1:11:38] with? For tech heroes.
[1:12:21] Yeah. Cool.
[1:12:22] OK. That's a great recommendation.
[1:12:24] It's great. It's great, and they'll help you
[1:12:25] hardware your home. They won't do the physical, but
[1:12:27] they'll give you a drawing and they'll walk you through it
[1:12:30] online. OK Zoom or Signal we try to use
[1:12:33] a lot. Yeah, that's a great
[1:12:34] recommendation. What is one piece of technology
[1:12:37] that you would throw away tomorrow that you just can't
[1:12:39] stand? My husband's Sonos speakers.
[1:12:43] The speakers. Yes, because but the tech heroes
[1:12:45] are right now as we speak, trying to open one and see if we
[1:12:49] can still use it without the Bluetooth connection.
[1:12:52] OK. You'll have to let me know.
[1:12:53] We'll see because we're getting our speakers hard wired, but I
[1:12:56] don't know what brand we have and I don't know now.
[1:12:58] I'm like second guessing everything that we're doing
[1:13:01] after this. Conversation.
[1:13:02] We know if you do find speakers that don't have Bluetooth in
[1:13:06] them. OK, the last time you unplugged
[1:13:08] for 24 hours, what did you do instead?
[1:13:12] I'd love to unplug. Well, I schedule appointments
[1:13:14] before. So I had lunch with a girlfriend
[1:13:17] and I was lucky to be here at the beach and walked on the
[1:13:20] beach and I journaled, talk to God like I, I do.
[1:13:25] And just really, you know, my favorite thing to do when I
[1:13:29] unplug is to do something really normal like shopping and not
[1:13:32] take my phone with me. Yeah, a raw, raw shopping trip.
[1:13:36] I've heard that Gen. Z is calling things without
[1:13:39] phones like a raw walk or it's like whatever you do with.
[1:13:43] A raw, Yeah, that's exactly it. I love it.
[1:13:45] So freeing. I love it.
[1:13:47] So that's what I do, yeah. What is 1 simple tech Wellness
[1:13:50] practice that you wish everybody would try for a week?
[1:13:54] Oh, just unplugging for one hour and if that's too hard 1/2 an
[1:13:57] hour, just try it. Just try to leave your phone and
[1:14:01] do something normal like they're saying do the raw thing and if
[1:14:05] it's a walk that you always have to have your phone with you.
[1:14:08] If it's right before bed, just avoid it even for 1/2 an hour
[1:14:13] and just really really be intentional and feel what you're
[1:14:16] feeling. Yeah, I think people will notice
[1:14:18] a difference. With that, that I love a daily
[1:14:20] detox. Yeah, that's what we recommend.
[1:14:24] Where can people find you? Learn more about your products.
[1:14:27] Tell us about the book that you're writing and when that's
[1:14:30] coming out. Oh, it'll be all over my
[1:14:32] Instagram for sure. So I'm on all the channels and
[1:14:36] also visit my website, techwellness.com, where we have
[1:14:39] a whole shopping section and an information section all about
[1:14:43] all the tech toxins that we talked about.
[1:14:45] Amazing. Thank you so much for coming.
[1:14:47] It was so fun finally meeting you after following you online
[1:14:50] for years and years and having so many mutual friends.
[1:14:53] Thank you so much for the work that you're doing.
[1:14:55] It's so, so important. Back at you, Bethany.
[1:14:57] Thank you so much. It's just beautiful here.
[1:14:59] I appreciate it.
