[0:05] Speaker 1: Poinonia, a place of encounter with the Holy Spirit and
[0:18] Speaker 1: transformation by the principles of God's kingdom.
[0:34] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[0:36] Speaker 3: Praise the name of the Lord. Glory be to Jesus.
[0:42] Speaker 3: Can we give Jesus a big hand clap? Give him
[0:46] Speaker 3: a big hand clap. Hallelujah. Amen. Good evening everybody. Thank you.
[0:57] Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you.
[0:59] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[1:01] Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you so very much. Hallelujah. There are
[1:06] Speaker 3: not many times in my life where I don't have
[1:09] Speaker 3: what to say. There are not many times, but this
[1:13] Speaker 3: is one of such times. I'm grateful. Thank you. Hallelujah.
[1:19] Speaker 3: Praise the name of the Lord. I was tempted to
[1:24] Speaker 3: announce miracle service on Sunday, probably as a way of escape,
[1:32] Speaker 3: but We're here and it's my cross I must carry it.
[1:35] Speaker 3: I'm grateful. Thank you everybody for showing.
[1:40] Speaker 2: Up.
[1:42] Speaker 3: Today is a special day, not just because it's my birthday,
[1:46] Speaker 3: but it gives me an opportunity to reflect on the
[1:50] Speaker 3: message of God and to see how far he's able
[1:53] Speaker 3: to help us to do the bit that we have
[1:56] Speaker 3: done as far as transforming lives are concerned. And I
[2:00] Speaker 3: want to thank you for taking the time to be here,
[2:03] Speaker 3: and for all that has happened today. May God bless you.
[2:06] Speaker 3: You may be gloriously seated. Can we appreciate the worship.
[2:11] Speaker 2: Team for.
[2:15] Speaker 3: A wonderful time. Hallelujah. I really want to say thank you.
[2:20] Speaker 3: I said that, but I want to repeat it again
[2:24] Speaker 3: so that it drums into our heart. I have been
[2:28] Speaker 3: humbled and overwhelmed by all the things that have happened today,
[2:35] Speaker 3: and I'll be giving us a little update before we
[2:38] Speaker 3: go straight to my charge tonight. I want to say
[2:44] Speaker 3: thank you. You can imagine the tens of thousands of
[2:51] Speaker 3: text messages that have come from all across the globe
[2:55] Speaker 3: just celebrating this life. I would humorously say every time
[3:01] Speaker 3: we talk with Prof That who am I and who
[3:04] Speaker 3: is my father's house. But I'm a testimony that God
[3:08] Speaker 3: can pick a man from anywhere to anywhere.
[3:11] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[3:13] Speaker 3: And I'm truly very grateful. I thank all who have
[3:18] Speaker 3: invested in making today worth the while. And you may
[3:23] Speaker 3: want to know that so many activities happened today. And
[3:28] Speaker 3: at least some of them for you. Just so that
[3:30] Speaker 3: we can celebrate the hand of God. First. We thank
[3:33] Speaker 3: God for the welfare distribution. It's our culture to always
[3:39] Speaker 3: dedicate days like this just to give back. And I'm
[3:43] Speaker 3: really honored to know that thousands of people were able
[3:48] Speaker 3: to walk home with palliatives that they'll be able to
[3:53] Speaker 3: attend to them and their family members. It's very humbling.
[3:56] Speaker 3: And I thank all who were involved in making this happen.
[4:03] Speaker 3: We are still collating the list of all the June
[4:07] Speaker 3: 25th babies. But you have no idea how many children
[4:13] Speaker 3: are born every day. Praise the name of the Lord.
[4:16] Speaker 3: My goodness, is that Mommy OJ? Please, let's give, this
[4:19] Speaker 3: is a serious, whatever, whatever, whatever. Listen, listen. Let me
[4:26] Speaker 3: just say this very quickly. This is one of those
[4:30] Speaker 3: women that believed in us. While we were still at
[4:33] Speaker 3: the seed stage of our lives. Please mommy can you stand.
[4:37] Speaker 3: Please can you stand. Let's give mommy a big resounding
[4:41] Speaker 3: round of applause. God bless you mommy. Pleasant surprise. Such
[4:46] Speaker 3: an honor. God bless you. Hallelujah. Amen. Praise the name
[4:52] Speaker 3: of the Lord. So hopefully we'll be able to collate everything.
[4:56] Speaker 3: And then we'll see how many children were born within
[4:59] Speaker 3: Abuja today. And like we said. We're investing to support
[5:05] Speaker 3: their bills and it's an honor to be able to
[5:08] Speaker 3: do that. We're able to reach out to our people
[5:11] Speaker 3: in the prisons today and we're happy that a number
[5:16] Speaker 3: of prisoners are on their way back home to be
[5:19] Speaker 3: reunited with their people. It's a great joy to have
[5:25] Speaker 3: been able to contribute. Some of them would probably die
[5:29] Speaker 3: in that place because Eternally they would not have anybody
[5:32] Speaker 3: to bail them. But we're also happy and we're grateful
[5:36] Speaker 3: to the controllers and all who have helped to make
[5:39] Speaker 3: this possible. It truly is an honor to bring deliverance,
[5:43] Speaker 3: to bring liberty to as many.
[5:46] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[5:49] Speaker 3: Praise the name of the Lord. And finally, I really
[5:52] Speaker 3: want us to thank the medical team and all the
[5:56] Speaker 3: medical volunteers for an incredible job that was done here.
[6:01] Speaker 3: I'm not sure there are any videos that are ready.
[6:04] Speaker 3: Else it would have been so comforting to see what
[6:07] Speaker 3: they did. I was told that there were so many people.
[6:10] Speaker 3: And thank all of the doctors, the pharmacists, lab technicians,
[6:15] Speaker 3: the paramedics. Who were here from very early in the morning.
[6:19] Speaker 3: Attending to so many people. Praise the name of the Lord.
[6:23] Speaker 3: You know, I've told us that birthdays... Go beyond the
[6:28] Speaker 3: celebration of the reason or your date of birth. Most
[6:33] Speaker 3: times we celebrate the fact that you were born on
[6:36] Speaker 3: that day. But the true spirit of birthdays is celebrating
[6:42] Speaker 3: the reason for which you were born. And that you
[6:45] Speaker 3: have had the opportunity to live it out. That's the
[6:48] Speaker 3: true reason to celebrate birthdays. You don't just celebrate a
[6:53] Speaker 3: day that coincides with your date of birth. or your
[6:57] Speaker 3: day of birth, but you celebrate the reason for being sent. Hallelujah.
[7:03] Speaker 3: Praise the name of the Lord. As always, I have
[7:05] Speaker 3: a few thoughts that I'll be sharing with us tonight.
[7:10] Speaker 3: My teachings at this time is usually a dispensing of wisdom,
[7:14] Speaker 3: wisdom that I have gleaned from my walk with God,
[7:17] Speaker 3: that I have gleaned through the privilege of mentorship, and
[7:21] Speaker 3: that I have gleaned through experience. And by the grace
[7:26] Speaker 3: of God, I find these truths treasures because they have
[7:32] Speaker 3: helped to make me who I am today. And so
[7:35] Speaker 3: every time when we gather for a birthday service, I'd
[7:39] Speaker 3: always like to bring out from the archives and to
[7:43] Speaker 3: just dish out a few things. It's my way of
[7:46] Speaker 3: giving back. It's truly the only way that I know
[7:50] Speaker 3: to celebrate birthdays. You would notice by now that... Well,
[7:56] Speaker 3: don't think I don't like celebration. I think I do,
[8:00] Speaker 3: but maybe we just express it in different forms. Ask
[8:03] Speaker 3: God what he did to me. But many times, I
[8:08] Speaker 3: think because of the awareness of destinies and leadership, the
[8:15] Speaker 3: burden of fatherhood, these things overwhelm me sometimes. And because
[8:18] Speaker 3: I'm a builder, anything I look at, I just want
[8:23] Speaker 3: to see how it gets finished. So, while I'm looking
[8:26] Speaker 3: at this, I'm saying, okay, this is good, but this
[8:30] Speaker 3: and that, you can't imagine how many things, how many
[8:32] Speaker 3: sermons have lined up in my head just from sitting here. Okay,
[8:36] Speaker 3: I think I need to add this, add this, add that,
[8:39] Speaker 3: but it's a joy to be celebrated by people who
[8:42] Speaker 3: truly love you, and I'm grateful to everyone. Grateful to you.
[8:45] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[8:48] Speaker 3: Tonight, very quickly, I capture my discussion and a few thoughts,
[8:53] Speaker 3: four of them, four sets of I break them into
[8:58] Speaker 3: four categories so that it will help our assimilation. And
[9:02] Speaker 3: together I title them Ladders. Ladders. Truths that deliver greatness. Ladders.
[9:12] Speaker 3: Truths that deliver greatness. We'll be looking at four scriptures
[9:15] Speaker 3: very quickly and then we'll go straight to the teaching.
[9:20] Speaker 4: Ladders.
[9:21] Speaker 3: I'm teaching on Ladders.
[9:22] Speaker 2: Ladders.
[9:23] Speaker 3: Giving you treasured, timeless truths that sustain the power to
[9:28] Speaker 3: birth or to deliver greatness in the life of anyone, whosoever,
[9:33] Speaker 3: under whatever condition. Genesis chapter 28, Deuteronomy 28, 1 and 2.
[9:41] Speaker 3: Deuteronomy 28, 1 and 2. It shall come to pass,
[9:46] Speaker 3: if thou shalt hearken diligently to the voice of the
[9:48] Speaker 3: Lord your God, To observe and do all his commandments.
[9:52] Speaker 3: Which I command you this day. That the Lord your
[9:55] Speaker 3: God will set thee on high. Above the nations of
[9:58] Speaker 3: the earth. you believe that for yourself say amen and
[10:02] Speaker 3: all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee
[10:06] Speaker 3: if thou shall hearken to the voice of the lord
[10:09] Speaker 3: your god second scripture is proverbs chapter 4 very instructive
[10:14] Speaker 3: scripture will begin from verse 1 Proverbs chapter 4 and
[10:18] Speaker 3: verse 1. Hear ye children the instruction of a father.
[10:21] Speaker 3: And attend to no understanding. Verse 2. For I give
[10:26] Speaker 3: you good doctrine. Forsake not my law. For I was
[10:30] Speaker 3: my father's son. Tender and only beloved in the sight
[10:33] Speaker 3: of my mother. Verse 4. He taught me also and
[10:36] Speaker 3: said unto me. Let thine heart retain my words. Keep
[10:40] Speaker 3: my commandments and live. Verse 5. Get wisdom. Verse 6.
[10:44] Speaker 3: Get understanding. Forget it not. Neither decline from the words
[10:48] Speaker 3: of my mouth. Six. Forsake her not and she shall
[10:51] Speaker 3: preserve thee. Love her and she shall keep thee. Verse seven.
[10:56] Speaker 3: Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore get wisdom. And with
[10:59] Speaker 3: all your getting get understanding. Eight. Exalt her and she
[11:04] Speaker 3: shall promote thee. She shall bring thee to honor when
[11:08] Speaker 3: thou dost embrace her. She shall give to thy head
[11:13] Speaker 3: an ornament of grace. A crown of glory shall she
[11:16] Speaker 3: deliver to thee. Verse 10. I have taught thee.
[11:19] Speaker 2: Okay.
[11:20] Speaker 3: Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings. And the
[11:24] Speaker 3: years of your life shall be many. 11. I have
[11:27] Speaker 3: taught thee in the way of wisdom. I have led
[11:30] Speaker 3: thee in the right paths. 12. When thou goest, thy
[11:34] Speaker 3: steps shall not be straightened. And when thou runnest, thou
[11:38] Speaker 3: shall not stumble. The final verse. He says, take fast
[11:42] Speaker 3: hold of instruction and let her not go. Keep her
[11:47] Speaker 3: for she is thy life. The Lord bless the reading
[11:50] Speaker 3: of his word. Two more scriptures, 2 Peter chapter 1
[11:54] Speaker 3: and we'll read verse 10. 2 Peter chapter 1 and
[11:58] Speaker 3: verse 10. It says, Give diligence to make your calling
[12:05] Speaker 3: and your election sure. For if ye do these things.
[12:11] Speaker 3: Not just if you know them. If ye do these things.
[12:16] Speaker 3: Ye shall never fall. Say Amen. 1 Timothy chapter 4
[12:22] Speaker 3: and verse 15 will be our final read for now.
[12:24] Speaker 3: 1 Timothy 4 and verse 15. Paul speaking to Timothy
[12:30] Speaker 3: his son in the gospel. And he said to him.
[12:32] Speaker 3: Meditate upon these things. Give thyself wholly to them that
[12:38] Speaker 3: thy profiting may appear unto all. The Lord bless his
[12:42] Speaker 3: word in Jesus' name.
[12:43] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[12:45] Speaker 3: The first thing I want to talk about is the
[12:48] Speaker 3: concept of value. The concept of value. This is a
[12:54] Speaker 3: concept that many believers do not really understand the far-reaching
[12:59] Speaker 3: implications of. Of defining and redefining value properly. What does
[13:04] Speaker 3: it mean to be valuable?
[13:07] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[13:11] Speaker 3: To be valuable is measured by your capacity. Generally speaking
[13:18] Speaker 3: when we talk about value or being valuable. In a
[13:23] Speaker 3: generic sense. It attempts to measure your ability or your
[13:29] Speaker 3: capacity to solve problems, to meet needs, to provide solutions,
[13:35] Speaker 3: to answer questions. Your ability to solve problems, your ability
[13:41] Speaker 3: to meet needs, your ability to provide solutions, and your
[13:49] Speaker 3: ability to answer questions. A man is valuable to his world,
[13:56] Speaker 3: to his environment, to the degree to which he sustains
[14:00] Speaker 3: the ability to solve problems, to answer questions, to meet needs,
[14:07] Speaker 3: and to provide solutions. Hallelujah. Value is also measured using
[14:14] Speaker 3: the index of widespread desirability. That means when you have
[14:21] Speaker 3: a sufficient number of people desiring a person or desiring
[14:26] Speaker 3: a thing in their eyes, and to that dispensation, that
[14:31] Speaker 3: person or thing becomes valuable. Now, this is not measuring
[14:36] Speaker 3: the moral standard of whatever it is. Once there is
[14:39] Speaker 3: widespread desirability over a person, over an idea, over a product,
[14:45] Speaker 3: over a concept, In the eyes of men and with
[14:49] Speaker 3: respect to their desire, it becomes valuable. Whether it's an
[14:52] Speaker 3: information or it's a person, that's how celebrities evolve. That's
[14:56] Speaker 3: how they become. Whether in the secular or in the faith,
[15:00] Speaker 3: you know, anybody and anything that can command sufficient attention,
[15:05] Speaker 3: creating desirability is considered valuable. But what does value mean
[15:10] Speaker 3: for us in the kingdom? And this is a mind
[15:13] Speaker 3: shift question. That it blessed my life. It changed my life.
[15:16] Speaker 3: And I hope it will do same to you. In
[15:19] Speaker 3: a moment in Jesus name. Now in the kingdom I
[15:23] Speaker 3: wrote here. Nothing really has an independent intrinsic value. In
[15:29] Speaker 3: the kingdom. Nothing has an intrinsic independent value. There is
[15:36] Speaker 3: no such thing as an independent intrinsic value. Whether it's
[15:41] Speaker 3: a person. Whether it's a thing. Whether it's an idea.
[15:46] Speaker 3: Whether it's a product. Whether it's a program. Nothing really
[15:50] Speaker 3: has an independent intrinsic value. That means in the kingdom...
[15:56] Speaker 3: Value is only derived with respect to the ability of
[16:02] Speaker 3: that person or that thing... To align to the will
[16:06] Speaker 3: of God and serve the program of God. So in
[16:09] Speaker 3: the kingdom you say a person is valuable... Or a
[16:13] Speaker 3: thing is valuable. Or an idea is valuable. Or a
[16:17] Speaker 3: program is valuable. Not necessarily because people like it. Not
[16:22] Speaker 3: necessarily because people desire it. Are we together? But that
[16:26] Speaker 3: that person or that thing has found alignment in God's
[16:30] Speaker 3: will and God's purpose. Is somebody learning now? So you
[16:34] Speaker 3: see that there is a shift in our understanding because
[16:37] Speaker 3: in the world of men, men can desire and need
[16:41] Speaker 3: and celebrate a person or a thing or a program
[16:45] Speaker 3: or an idea and yet from a kingdom standpoint, it
[16:49] Speaker 3: is valueless. The reason is because it could not be
[16:52] Speaker 3: used as a tool to serve the program of God.
[16:55] Speaker 3: So value in the kingdom is not intrinsic, it is derived.
[17:00] Speaker 3: Is somebody learning now? When a believer says, I am valuable,
[17:04] Speaker 3: it goes beyond earning a degree or having academic qualifications.
[17:09] Speaker 3: It goes beyond skill. It goes beyond the capacity to
[17:13] Speaker 3: provide solutions. I am valuable for the believer means that
[17:18] Speaker 3: I have found a way of investing my life as
[17:21] Speaker 3: a seed, like a seed. Investing my life in God's program.
[17:26] Speaker 3: That I am at the center of God's will. And
[17:29] Speaker 3: my life has become like a drink offering. Poured out
[17:33] Speaker 3: to bring glory to the Lord. Is someone learning now?
[17:36] Speaker 3: The Bible talks about the works of men being weighed.
[17:39] Speaker 3: And tried with fire. And would see the quality of
[17:43] Speaker 3: the substance. Upon which the works were made of. This
[17:48] Speaker 3: is a Bible truth. That has become an anchor philosophy.
[17:53] Speaker 3: An ideology that runs my life. So there's nothing to
[17:57] Speaker 3: me in my world, there's no such thing as intrinsic value.
[18:03] Speaker 3: Every definition of value beginning from me and everything God
[18:07] Speaker 3: gives me and everything I'm part of, anything that cannot
[18:11] Speaker 3: directly serve the program of God is valueless to me.
[18:16] Speaker 3: This is my idea. And it's produced such efficiency in
[18:20] Speaker 3: my work with God. It's helped to tame my appetite
[18:23] Speaker 3: so that I don't find myself running around many useless
[18:26] Speaker 3: things that become a burden. Knowing that there's nothing that
[18:31] Speaker 3: derives its value intrinsically. Now in our world, there are
[18:35] Speaker 3: certain things we say have intrinsic value. Like precious metals. Gold, silver.
[18:40] Speaker 3: When you find gold any day, refined or not, it
[18:43] Speaker 3: can bring you money for an example. When you find
[18:45] Speaker 3: a legal tender, a dollar bill, Naira, because it's been
[18:50] Speaker 3: accepted as a means of exchange, you say it is valuable.
[18:53] Speaker 3: When you find someone who is educated or skilled or
[18:57] Speaker 3: has money or has connection, you call that person valuable.
[19:01] Speaker 3: But in the kingdom, there is no such thing as
[19:04] Speaker 3: intrinsic value. Anything derives its value. to the degree to
[19:10] Speaker 3: which that thing or that person can align with God's
[19:14] Speaker 3: program and serve the will of God. Is somebody learning now?
[19:18] Speaker 3: This is very, very powerful. The meaning of that is
[19:21] Speaker 3: that in the believer's life, there is no such thing
[19:25] Speaker 3: as waste when it can serve God. It means your
[19:28] Speaker 3: pain suddenly becomes valuable if it can be used as
[19:31] Speaker 3: a tool to reveal the glory of God. It means
[19:34] Speaker 3: your past suddenly becomes valuable if it can be used
[19:37] Speaker 3: as a tool to reveal the glory of God. It
[19:39] Speaker 3: means your greatness, everything around your life can serve the
[19:43] Speaker 3: program of God. That concept of not having waste in
[19:47] Speaker 3: your life as a believer exists... if your life and
[19:51] Speaker 3: all that you are about is invested in the program
[19:54] Speaker 3: of God. So if you had, say for an example,
[19:57] Speaker 3: a background that was not the best, whether in terms
[20:00] Speaker 3: of poverty, in terms of moral decline or whatever it is,
[20:04] Speaker 3: you can literally use that story, you can use that life,
[20:08] Speaker 3: that pain, once it can worship the Lord, it becomes valuable.
[20:14] Speaker 3: Is someone learning now? This is very powerful. That all
[20:19] Speaker 3: things can work together because all things in your life
[20:22] Speaker 3: can serve the program of God. People and things derive
[20:26] Speaker 3: their value from their ability to serve the will and
[20:30] Speaker 3: the purposes of God. And then to reveal Jesus. Feeling
[20:35] Speaker 3: valuable in your life if you are to live an
[20:36] Speaker 3: effective life must go beyond acquiring things. Now look up please.
[20:41] Speaker 3: Did you know how many people would check their bank
[20:43] Speaker 3: account today and see it in red and conclude that
[20:47] Speaker 3: they are not valuable? How many people today will watch
[20:50] Speaker 3: others entering very nice cars and suddenly feel they are
[20:53] Speaker 3: not valuable? Because they are not in a car that
[20:57] Speaker 3: supposedly defines greatness. Now nothing wrong with those things. How
[21:00] Speaker 3: many people look at themselves and feel because I don't
[21:03] Speaker 3: have a job. Because I don't have this and that.
[21:06] Speaker 3: Every time you try to use the presence of external things.
[21:10] Speaker 3: To define and determine whether you are valuable or not.
[21:14] Speaker 3: You will live a frustrated life. You will live a
[21:16] Speaker 3: competitive life. You will live a life of pressure. Are
[21:20] Speaker 3: we together? The Lord set me free many years ago
[21:24] Speaker 3: by giving me a switch in understanding that a man's life,
[21:29] Speaker 3: the worth of a man's life does not consist in
[21:32] Speaker 3: the abundance of the things around him. Do you know something?
[21:36] Speaker 3: The day I gave up deriving value from things, things
[21:40] Speaker 3: began to come in a way that they have never stopped. Hallelujah.
[21:44] Speaker 3: So for me today, if I have the privilege of
[21:47] Speaker 3: entering a nice car, eating a good meal, wearing a
[21:51] Speaker 3: nice cloth. I am happy, but all those things are tools.
[21:56] Speaker 3: No matter how expensive a thing is, no matter how
[22:00] Speaker 3: glamorous a thing is, once I cannot find how to
[22:04] Speaker 3: serve God with it, it is useless to me. Is
[22:08] Speaker 3: someone learning now?
[22:09] Speaker 2: Yes.
[22:09] Speaker 3: Yes. So if you give me for an example, if
[22:14] Speaker 3: you give me a nice shoe, the reason why I
[22:16] Speaker 3: rejoice over that shoe is not because more people will
[22:19] Speaker 3: respect me. It's because at least I have a variety
[22:24] Speaker 3: of shoes that I can wear as I serve the Lord.
[22:27] Speaker 3: Everything is with respect to the kingdom. Is someone learning?
[22:30] Speaker 3: If someone gives me an allot, sends me money and
[22:33] Speaker 3: sends me 10 naira or 15 naira, I don't rejoice
[22:37] Speaker 3: because it makes me richer. No, I'm not richer because
[22:40] Speaker 3: 10 naira was added. I'm richer because a greater opportunity,
[22:44] Speaker 3: greater convenience. Are we together? To now serve the program
[22:48] Speaker 3: of God. Is someone learning now? So when you say,
[22:51] Speaker 3: I am valuable. Believe me, set yourself free from the
[22:55] Speaker 3: pain of trying to acquire. Because deriving a sense of
[23:00] Speaker 3: value from acquisitions will always leave you in competition and
[23:04] Speaker 3: in anger and in stress. You will always have someone
[23:08] Speaker 3: with more things than you have. And this is what
[23:11] Speaker 3: creates an endless journey of competition. Hallelujah. By the message
[23:16] Speaker 3: of God, I tell you, I'm not in that business
[23:18] Speaker 3: of checking this person is wearing this. Those things matter.
[23:22] Speaker 3: It doesn't matter to me at all.
[23:23] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[23:27] Speaker 3: How does this help me serve the Lord? How does
[23:30] Speaker 3: this help me live an efficient life? Everything in my
[23:33] Speaker 3: life is with respect to how it helps me serve
[23:37] Speaker 3: the will of God. So my concept of value as
[23:40] Speaker 3: a person, I consider myself valuable today by the message
[23:44] Speaker 3: of God for many reasons. One, because I am a
[23:47] Speaker 3: child of God. I have the life of God within me.
[23:50] Speaker 3: But number two, that I have the privilege to use
[23:53] Speaker 3: my life. As a tool. As God's workmanship. To serve
[23:58] Speaker 3: his will. And to serve his purposes. To be a
[24:01] Speaker 3: blessing to humanity. That's the reason why you'll never hear
[24:05] Speaker 3: me talk about value. And I'm talking to you about
[24:07] Speaker 3: my account. What is in my account is the business
[24:10] Speaker 3: of the accounts there. Are we together now? What is
[24:13] Speaker 3: on my table? Glory be to God. What is in
[24:15] Speaker 3: my pocket? Glory be to God. Are we together? Now
[24:17] Speaker 3: I'm not saying to reject nice things or good things.
[24:21] Speaker 3: I'm an advocate of living a decent life. But if
[24:25] Speaker 3: you peg yourself or you put yourself in a state
[24:31] Speaker 3: where you have to derive a sense of worth from things,
[24:35] Speaker 3: get ready for a journey of pain, a journey of regret.
[24:41] Speaker 3: If you steal something from me today, The only reason
[24:44] Speaker 3: why I will feel pain, for an example, is because
[24:48] Speaker 3: number one, what I receive as a steward, I must
[24:51] Speaker 3: account for. And then number two, probably what you stole
[24:56] Speaker 3: can interrupt my efficiency as far as birthing the program
[25:01] Speaker 3: of God is concerned. Are we together now? If it
[25:04] Speaker 3: does not interrupt my sense of accountability before God and
[25:08] Speaker 3: God's program, take it and go with it. That becomes
[25:11] Speaker 3: your business. Why do I want long life? It's not
[25:15] Speaker 3: because I'm afraid of death. Are we together now? I've
[25:19] Speaker 3: looked death in the eye many times. But the reason
[25:22] Speaker 3: why I will not die is because my dying now
[25:24] Speaker 3: will not be a blessing to the program of God.
[25:28] Speaker 3: Are we together now? That my being alive is useful
[25:31] Speaker 3: for somebody who has been praying, who is part of
[25:34] Speaker 3: those assigned to me to raise in righteousness. So I
[25:39] Speaker 3: will not die. It is based on that that I
[25:41] Speaker 3: can pray the prayer that no enchantment and no divination
[25:45] Speaker 3: will walk against me. Are we together? Why do I
[25:47] Speaker 3: hate poverty? I don't hate poverty because of status. I
[25:51] Speaker 3: don't hate poverty just because it demeans. I hate poverty
[25:54] Speaker 3: because of its effect in interrupting my efficiency as far
[25:59] Speaker 3: as serving God is concerned. If poverty did not affect
[26:02] Speaker 3: me and the program of God, I would not even
[26:04] Speaker 3: care about it. It's somebody learning now. So I'm giving
[26:08] Speaker 3: you a renewed orientation about value. While generically speaking, value
[26:13] Speaker 3: has to do with capacity to meet needs, to solve problems,
[26:18] Speaker 3: to provide solutions. Are we together? And then to be
[26:22] Speaker 3: desired by many on account of whatever it is you have.
[26:25] Speaker 3: For the believer in Christ, you find true freedom when
[26:29] Speaker 3: you redefine value. That value is not intrinsically derived. It
[26:35] Speaker 3: is only derived from or through a life that is
[26:40] Speaker 3: invested in the will of God. Invested in God's program.
[26:46] Speaker 3: So I believe I'm treasured by the Lord. I believe
[26:49] Speaker 3: when the nations call me blessed, I agree I'm blessed
[26:52] Speaker 3: because one, the word of God says so. But number two,
[26:55] Speaker 3: because the reason why I am alive is to serve
[26:58] Speaker 3: the program of God. Take me outside of the program
[27:02] Speaker 3: of God and increase my account by a billionaire. I
[27:06] Speaker 3: will not feel valuable because I have re-engineered my mind.
[27:10] Speaker 3: There is such a thing as a rich fool. Did
[27:13] Speaker 3: you ever read that in your Bible? What made the
[27:15] Speaker 3: man rich? Don't forget that money is very important. The
[27:18] Speaker 3: man had the title rich. Which is what most people
[27:21] Speaker 3: leave God to get. And the man found the rich
[27:24] Speaker 3: very early in life. And yet he did not amount
[27:27] Speaker 3: to anything. Now, not everybody may be like me, but
[27:31] Speaker 3: I'm telling you, it's a way, it's a miracle of
[27:34] Speaker 3: healing when you learn to derive your sense of value
[27:38] Speaker 3: from your investedness in the program of God rather than
[27:42] Speaker 3: the things you acquire. Thank God for good things. Thank
[27:47] Speaker 3: God for a good car. Thank God for a nice house.
[27:50] Speaker 3: Thank God for an opportunity, for influence and all these things.
[27:53] Speaker 3: But believe me, how many of you can enter one car?
[27:59] Speaker 3: You will not even feel the one car. There's only
[28:01] Speaker 3: one space in the car. Are we together? This is
[28:05] Speaker 3: all of me. This is my stomach you are seeing.
[28:07] Speaker 3: How many of it can, I mean how many bowls
[28:10] Speaker 3: of food, how many whatever can you take? When you
[28:12] Speaker 3: have that understanding, you have a healthy esteem. Not because
[28:18] Speaker 3: one night I was added or one night I was taken.
[28:21] Speaker 3: You see, my joy is never tied to things living
[28:24] Speaker 3: or coming. That's a risk. That's what leads to all
[28:27] Speaker 3: kinds of emotional swings. So without prophesying, people can know
[28:33] Speaker 3: you are going through a bad season. Because your joy
[28:36] Speaker 3: and happiness is tied to things living or things coming.
[28:39] Speaker 3: People can look at you and just suspect that, Mr. Man,
[28:42] Speaker 3: it looks like good things are happening. I say, how
[28:44] Speaker 3: do you know? I say, because your disposition. For me,
[28:47] Speaker 3: I am ever happy once I wake up and I
[28:50] Speaker 3: find out that I still have an opportunity to serve
[28:53] Speaker 3: the program of God. That I can still take the
[28:56] Speaker 3: word of God and use it as a tool alongside
[29:00] Speaker 3: my life as a seed to serve the program of God.
[29:03] Speaker 3: I feel valuable. Whether that happens in a hut or
[29:06] Speaker 3: it happens in a palace, it does not affect my self-worth.
[29:11] Speaker 3: Is somebody learning? So for an example, as a man
[29:16] Speaker 3: of God, I can stand before an auditorium full of
[29:21] Speaker 3: people and feel valuable. And I can stand before two
[29:24] Speaker 3: people and still feel valuable. Because it is not the numbers,
[29:29] Speaker 3: it's the fact that my life is serving the program
[29:31] Speaker 3: of God. Is somebody learning now?
[29:34] Speaker 2: Yes.
[29:35] Speaker 3: Whether I'm talking to adults and professionals and diplomats and presidents,
[29:40] Speaker 3: Or I'm talking to little children. I don't consider the
[29:43] Speaker 3: stage any different. Once it is an opportunity to pour
[29:46] Speaker 3: my life serving the Lord. It gives me the same
[29:49] Speaker 3: level of satisfaction. Many believers live lives of competition. Competition. emptiness, jealousy, anger.
[29:58] Speaker 3: Are we together? There are people who sit in church
[30:01] Speaker 3: and everybody's looking at who is wearing this. My brother,
[30:04] Speaker 3: that headache you are carrying, you would die early for
[30:06] Speaker 3: no reason. You see that now. I live a very,
[30:11] Speaker 3: very happy life. I aspire for greater things. But at
[30:16] Speaker 3: every level of my life, I am contented with gratitude.
[30:20] Speaker 3: Knowing that with what I have, I can serve the Lord.
[30:24] Speaker 3: And it is not because I'm a preacher. You don't
[30:27] Speaker 3: have to be a preacher. It's an orientation that you
[30:30] Speaker 3: can have. You see, for you, when you have this
[30:34] Speaker 3: kind of orientation, being a doctor means you are in ministry.
[30:40] Speaker 3: Using your medical knowledge to serve the program of God.
[30:44] Speaker 3: How many of you know that science is a revelation
[30:47] Speaker 3: of the glory of God? Arts is a revelation of
[30:49] Speaker 3: the glory of God. Technology is a revelation of the
[30:52] Speaker 3: glory of God. All of these areas, fields of endeavor,
[30:55] Speaker 3: they are the bodies that reveal the glory of God
[30:59] Speaker 3: on earth. So it's not limited to preachers. When you
[31:04] Speaker 3: get up in the morning, your motivation to going to
[31:06] Speaker 3: work should not be because a paycheck is coming by
[31:09] Speaker 3: the end of the month. Your motivation should be that
[31:12] Speaker 3: you can use your gifts. That as you are treating
[31:15] Speaker 3: the patients today, what you are doing in the hospital
[31:18] Speaker 3: is the same thing I'm doing on the pulpit. Are
[31:22] Speaker 3: we together? That if you own a restaurant and you
[31:27] Speaker 3: have this understanding, you know that you are deploying the
[31:30] Speaker 3: creativity of the kingdom. Because of your creativity, people will
[31:35] Speaker 3: come to eat. Pastors will come to your restaurant. Families
[31:38] Speaker 3: will come to your restaurant. That right there is ministry.
[31:42] Speaker 3: You are a chef. In ministry. A doctor in ministry.
[31:45] Speaker 3: A politician in ministry. As a mother you feel valuable.
[31:50] Speaker 3: Not just because you have rich children around you.
[31:53] Speaker 2: No.
[31:54] Speaker 3: The fact that you gave birth to children. And you
[31:56] Speaker 3: can nurture them. And that out of these children. Can
[32:00] Speaker 3: come weapons of war. Battle axes that can be used
[32:03] Speaker 3: for the program of God. That's what makes you valuable.
[32:06] Speaker 3: Say I am valuable. Don't mind what you are wearing.
[32:09] Speaker 3: Say I am valuable. I am valuable. Don't mind what
[32:12] Speaker 3: you have in your account, big or small. Say, I'm valuable.
[32:14] Speaker 3: I'm not saying you are valuable because an email just
[32:18] Speaker 3: hit you that you got a job.
[32:20] Speaker 2: No.
[32:20] Speaker 3: Poor orientation. I live a very satisfied life knowing that
[32:26] Speaker 3: I have found mercy with God to be able to
[32:28] Speaker 3: serve His program, to carry my life as small as
[32:31] Speaker 3: it is and say, Lord, take it. This is, what
[32:34] Speaker 3: can you do with it? And He says, so much,
[32:36] Speaker 3: so much. And you hand it to Him and He
[32:39] Speaker 3: does much with it. Value. As simple as this definition is,
[32:46] Speaker 3: it can help you to appreciate people and genuinely, non-pretentiously
[32:52] Speaker 3: love people without a sense of competition, without a sense,
[32:56] Speaker 3: you know, there are people who can never function in
[32:58] Speaker 3: a space where there's someone better than them. Because their
[33:01] Speaker 3: definition of, I'm talking of tongue-talking Christians. And it's not
[33:05] Speaker 3: that they are bad. It's that nobody has mentored them
[33:09] Speaker 3: into redefining value.
[33:12] Speaker 5: My best Lord is everything I am My best Lord
[33:21] Speaker 5: I give all I have to you You made me great.
[33:28] Speaker 6: You made me special You made me great I give.
[33:33] Speaker 2: All I have to you.
[33:37] Speaker 6: You made me great You made me special You made
[33:43] Speaker 6: me great.
[33:45] Speaker 3: I give all I have to you. Don't wait till
[33:49] Speaker 3: you enter a plane to feel valuable. Don't wait till
[33:53] Speaker 3: you get a job to feel valuable. Don't wait till
[33:56] Speaker 3: you wear designers to feel valuable. Don't wait till you
[34:00] Speaker 3: get married to feel valuable. Don't wait till you have
[34:03] Speaker 3: children to feel valuable. Don't wait till your account balance
[34:06] Speaker 3: multiplies to feel valuable. Don't wait till someone is liking
[34:10] Speaker 3: or sharing your post to feel valuable. Those are the
[34:13] Speaker 3: things that tear you emotionally and you will live a
[34:16] Speaker 3: life of hatred, bitterness. Find comfort that if you can
[34:20] Speaker 3: invest your life serving the program of God. If one
[34:23] Speaker 3: person can be healed because you are alive. If one
[34:26] Speaker 3: person can know Jesus because you are alive. If one
[34:29] Speaker 3: person can be healthy because you are alive. If one
[34:32] Speaker 3: person can go to school because you are alive. If
[34:34] Speaker 3: one person can become a better leader because you are alive.
[34:37] Speaker 3: Heaven considers you valuable. Shout I am valuable.
[34:41] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[34:47] Speaker 3: It's a very profound definition. Very profound orientation. You know,
[34:58] Speaker 3: as I travel to minister the word of God, sometimes
[35:01] Speaker 3: when I'm coming in, you know, protocol sometimes. Several people,
[35:05] Speaker 3: the big man of God is coming. And sometimes, nothing
[35:09] Speaker 3: wrong with being admired. You see a lot of people
[35:12] Speaker 3: having this celebrity mentality. And you see some of them
[35:14] Speaker 3: just smiling. Ah, I wish, I wish. And I just say,
[35:18] Speaker 3: oh dear, I wish I could just sit with these
[35:20] Speaker 3: people for one minute. And tell them, this is what
[35:23] Speaker 3: kills people. Do you know you can be known by
[35:26] Speaker 3: everybody and yet be the loneliest person on earth? Little
[35:31] Speaker 3: wonder you find someone on the one hand being celebrated
[35:35] Speaker 3: and the next day they are hanging themselves. And you
[35:37] Speaker 3: are wondering what did they ever want that they did
[35:40] Speaker 3: not get. They write all kinds of letters and kill themselves.
[35:49] Speaker 3: I give all I have to you. You made me great.
[35:56] Speaker 3: You made me special. You made me great. Apostle, but
[36:06] Speaker 3: my issue is that I can't speak English very well.
[36:09] Speaker 3: Use that limited knowledge for now while you grow. Align
[36:13] Speaker 3: yourself to serve the purposes of God. It doesn't take
[36:16] Speaker 3: speaking English very well to be an intercessor. English is
[36:20] Speaker 3: needed when you want to be a public speaker. Before
[36:23] Speaker 3: you get to public speaking, speak the way you know
[36:26] Speaker 3: to speak. Start from His presence. You are valuable. Are
[36:30] Speaker 3: we together? Next time somebody looks at you and says
[36:34] Speaker 3: you are nothing because of what you are wearing, says
[36:37] Speaker 3: you are nothing because it feels, oh, you are not
[36:40] Speaker 3: in a relationship, there's no man or no woman in
[36:42] Speaker 3: your life, use this sermon as a wall, a defense.
[36:47] Speaker 3: The fact that my life can serve the Lord is
[36:50] Speaker 3: enough reason, the highest, the greatest reason. Let every other
[36:54] Speaker 3: thing be an addition. Who is learning now? Hallelujah. This
[36:58] Speaker 3: is particularly important to the ladies. Precious daughters of Zion.
[37:05] Speaker 3: Being torn apart by all kinds of ideas. Because I
[37:09] Speaker 3: cannot afford this hair. Afford this shoe. Because there is
[37:13] Speaker 3: no XYZ status of a man in my life. I
[37:17] Speaker 3: am not valuable. And you find people almost magically. When
[37:21] Speaker 3: a rich man comes into their life. Or they get
[37:24] Speaker 3: a job. They want everybody to worship them. Because in
[37:27] Speaker 3: their minds. My status are so upgraded. Are you not aware?
[37:31] Speaker 3: And the people say we are not aware. And people
[37:33] Speaker 3: get angry. You called me Joshua Selman. Instead of Apostle
[37:40] Speaker 3: Joshua Selman. When you get to a point. Where your value.
[37:48] Speaker 3: I'm drumming this so that we'll go to the next thought.
[37:50] Speaker 3: Have you learnt anything now? So when you say, next
[37:53] Speaker 3: time you stand before people, I say I'm valuable. Please,
[37:57] Speaker 3: take your mind away from your cars, your houses, your estates.
[38:02] Speaker 3: I'm not saying don't recognize them. And don't get me wrong.
[38:05] Speaker 3: They add to the feeling. Remember, there are six major
[38:09] Speaker 3: fundamental needs of man. One of it is significance. One
[38:12] Speaker 3: of it is growth. So it is alright the coming
[38:15] Speaker 3: of these things can become a consolation to your heart.
[38:18] Speaker 3: But it should never be the basis of your being confident.
[38:23] Speaker 3: I will never derive my confidence in material things. It's
[38:27] Speaker 3: not a wise way to live. Hear what the wealthiest
[38:30] Speaker 3: man in his day said. He said of reading many books...
[38:35] Speaker 3: There is no end. And much thought is only a
[38:38] Speaker 3: weariness to the soul. He said here the conclusion of
[38:41] Speaker 3: the matter. Fear God and keep his commands. For this
[38:45] Speaker 3: is the whole duty of man. This is my phone.
[38:54] Speaker 3: I honestly cannot even remember the name. And whether it's
[38:58] Speaker 3: the latest. Or there's another one. If I buy the
[39:02] Speaker 3: latest phone. It is for convenience and the fact that
[39:06] Speaker 3: I can afford it. And at my level, it is
[39:09] Speaker 3: not pride. Are we together now? But that I am
[39:13] Speaker 3: buying another phone so that you will respect me. That's
[39:16] Speaker 3: a burden God did not give me. And Jesus said,
[39:20] Speaker 3: my yoke is easy. So verify why your own is
[39:24] Speaker 3: killing you. It means that there is a yoke you
[39:26] Speaker 3: have put on your neck. Is someone learning now?
[39:30] Speaker 2: Yes.
[39:32] Speaker 3: That brings to an end that do you know who
[39:34] Speaker 3: I am statement. Do you know who I am means
[39:39] Speaker 3: I have this in my account. I have this amount
[39:42] Speaker 3: of money. If God has elevated you, I rejoice with
[39:47] Speaker 3: you while I'm on my way coming. But you will
[39:49] Speaker 3: not bully me into a low self-esteem simply because what
[39:53] Speaker 3: God has done. Are we together? Is the reason why
[39:57] Speaker 3: I hate oppression. I hate to see people use things
[40:01] Speaker 3: to oppress others.
[40:02] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[40:06] Speaker 3: I remember many years ago, a ministry was trying to
[40:10] Speaker 3: invite me outside of this nation. And whilst they were speaking,
[40:13] Speaker 3: they said, Apostle, we know that you lead a very
[40:17] Speaker 3: large congregation of people. But we can pull people together.
[40:22] Speaker 3: And we'll pull a lot of people. I mean, it
[40:24] Speaker 3: will be so many people. And by the grace of God,
[40:27] Speaker 3: we'll take care of you, put you in a nice car,
[40:29] Speaker 3: and give you good honorarium. And they were speaking sincerely.
[40:33] Speaker 3: Except that I said, these people don't know who they
[40:34] Speaker 3: are talking to. After they were done with all those things,
[40:37] Speaker 3: I said, you believe this is why I will come?
[40:39] Speaker 3: That may even be the reason why I won't come. Yeah.
[40:44] Speaker 3: To believe that you tell me that, oh, there will
[40:47] Speaker 3: be X, Y, Z number of people. This is the
[40:49] Speaker 3: kind of car we'll put you in. And this is
[40:52] Speaker 3: how much money we'll give you. And then I'll say, wow,
[40:54] Speaker 3: this looks alluring. It means I'm not a child of God.
[40:58] Speaker 3: Not to even talk of being a man of God.
[41:02] Speaker 3: Is somebody learning? Place your hand confidently on your chest
[41:06] Speaker 3: and say, I am valuable. Because my life is already
[41:12] Speaker 3: invested serving the purposes of God. My life is already
[41:18] Speaker 3: invested birthing the will of God on earth. My life
[41:23] Speaker 3: is already invested being a blessing to humanity. Therefore, I
[41:28] Speaker 3: am valuable. Let the coming of a man only enhance it.
[41:34] Speaker 3: Let the coming of a woman only enhance it. Let
[41:37] Speaker 3: the coming of money only enhance it. Let the wearing
[41:40] Speaker 3: of designers only enhance it. Let the elevation in terms
[41:43] Speaker 3: of platform only enhance it. Let it not become the reason.
[41:47] Speaker 3: Has somebody learned something? Never depend on things to derive
[41:57] Speaker 3: your sense of confidence. Sometimes I watch, occasionally when I
[42:04] Speaker 3: sit down to watch television as I scroll, sometimes I
[42:07] Speaker 3: scroll to channels and just watch for a few minutes
[42:10] Speaker 3: where they are talking about celebrities. And honestly, sometimes I
[42:15] Speaker 3: literally put my hand on my chin and just shake
[42:18] Speaker 3: my head. All I see is not glamour. Most of
[42:22] Speaker 3: what I see is pressure. Pressure. I must snap well.
[42:26] Speaker 3: My reputation is at stake. I must turn this way.
[42:29] Speaker 3: And don't get me wrong, that's the way they do
[42:31] Speaker 3: their thing. Just say, what kind of life is this?
[42:34] Speaker 3: No wonder they die early. No wonder they get depressed. Hallelujah.
[42:46] Speaker 3: I'll tell you something that happened one day. We're trying
[42:49] Speaker 3: to eat somewhere. And what they brought for me to
[42:53] Speaker 3: eat with was wasting my time and inconveniencing me. And
[42:58] Speaker 3: I was not in a setting that eating anyhow would matter.
[43:02] Speaker 3: And at a point I said, look, if I continue
[43:06] Speaker 3: this way, this fork is too small, this spoon is
[43:09] Speaker 3: too small, and this protein demands a level of aggression.
[43:14] Speaker 3: And this thing is not, it's good to be gentle,
[43:17] Speaker 3: it's good to be official, but I mean, come on.
[43:22] Speaker 3: And I had to say, you know what, let me just,
[43:24] Speaker 3: let me make the most of whatever God has given me.
[43:31] Speaker 3: I saw people trying to cut this, the spoon will fall,
[43:34] Speaker 3: cut this, the knife will fall. I said, no, no.
[43:36] Speaker 3: In a formal setting where you are, that's okay. But
[43:39] Speaker 3: where you are alone, drop that thing and.
[43:42] Speaker 3: Hallelujah. Feeling valuable must go beyond acquiring things. It must
[43:58] Speaker 3: go beyond the things that have come into your life.
[44:01] Speaker 3: It must be because you are connected to Jesus and
[44:04] Speaker 3: your life, your mind, your skill, your time, your resources,
[44:10] Speaker 3: everything about you is about the program of God. Invested
[44:14] Speaker 3: in birthing the will of God. If you assume this orientation,
[44:19] Speaker 3: you will be a winner, I assure you. Number two,
[44:21] Speaker 3: very quickly. The second thing we are going to talk
[44:23] Speaker 3: about is the concept of impact. What does it mean
[44:28] Speaker 3: to be impactful or to live a life of impact?
[44:32] Speaker 3: Many believers talk about impact, but not many have taken
[44:35] Speaker 3: out time to really understand what it means to be impactful.
[44:41] Speaker 3: Let me give you a definition that I wrote here.
[44:43] Speaker 3: When your presence and your contribution makes people things... Places
[44:51] Speaker 3: and situations better than you met them, you are impactful.
[44:56] Speaker 3: When your presence and your contribution makes people, makes things,
[45:04] Speaker 3: makes places and situations better than you met them, you
[45:10] Speaker 3: are impactful. That's my definition of impact. That every time
[45:16] Speaker 3: you show up, your presence and whatever contribution you bring
[45:21] Speaker 3: has the power to make people, to make things, to
[45:27] Speaker 3: make places, and to make situations better than you met them.
[45:32] Speaker 3: You are living an impactful life. It's all my learning.
[45:37] Speaker 3: When Jesus walked upon the earth... For 33 and a
[45:41] Speaker 3: half years. And the most active part of that was
[45:44] Speaker 3: the last 3 and a half years. He left the
[45:46] Speaker 3: earth eternally better. From a spiritual standpoint. Than he met it.
[45:52] Speaker 3: So we can say that Jesus lived an impactful life.
[45:56] Speaker 3: Impact again like value. Is not measured in how many
[46:00] Speaker 3: things you were able to acquire. But the fact that
[46:04] Speaker 3: your presence. And your contribution. Made people, made things, made
[46:11] Speaker 3: places and situations better than you met them. These were
[46:16] Speaker 3: the questions that I asked in my time of retreat.
[46:19] Speaker 3: Have I made people? Have I made things? Have I
[46:23] Speaker 3: made places? And have I made people? situations better for
[46:29] Speaker 3: people than I met them? If the answer is yes,
[46:32] Speaker 3: then you can beat your chest with all humility and say,
[46:36] Speaker 3: by the message of God, I'm living an impactful life.
[46:39] Speaker 3: So living an impactful life is not something only you
[46:41] Speaker 3: will know. There are indices to measure it. Whose life
[46:46] Speaker 3: changed because you came? Whose life changed because you gave?
[46:51] Speaker 3: Whose life changed because you preached? Whose life changed because
[46:54] Speaker 3: you went to school? Don't tell me you went to school.
[46:57] Speaker 3: Who is changing? What is changing? What is improving? What
[47:01] Speaker 3: is growing? Because you came. Hallelujah. Living people, things, places
[47:12] Speaker 3: and situations better than you met them. Impact also measures
[47:17] Speaker 3: the extent and the quality of your contribution. Write that down.
[47:23] Speaker 3: Impact also measures the extent and the quality of your contribution.
[47:29] Speaker 3: When we say you are very impactful, it means that
[47:33] Speaker 3: your contribution is to a measure that is significant. Hallelujah.
[47:42] Speaker 3: For an example, if someone gives... 500 Naira versus someone
[47:48] Speaker 3: who gives 10 million Naira. With respect to access to
[47:54] Speaker 3: resources to do good. The man who gave 10 million
[47:58] Speaker 3: has made a greater impact in that system. Because he
[48:01] Speaker 3: has provided a greater opportunity to do more. Am I
[48:04] Speaker 3: right on that? Yes. If I stay in the secret
[48:08] Speaker 3: place and I grow in the anointing. To a degree
[48:13] Speaker 3: that God is able to flow through me and do
[48:16] Speaker 3: much in the lives of people. Say healings, say deliverances.
[48:20] Speaker 3: I can say my life is being impactful because you
[48:24] Speaker 3: can measure the extent of my contribution. Impact can be measured. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
[48:32] Speaker 3: That's the reason why even in the Bible there's 30 fold,
[48:35] Speaker 3: there's 60 fold and there's 100 fold. You should never
[48:39] Speaker 3: stop until you get to that 100 fold dimension of impact.
[48:43] Speaker 3: It's the reason why even though God is doing much
[48:46] Speaker 3: in our lives, we don't plateau. We don't plateau. Hallelujah.
[48:51] Speaker 3: Many of you watched the video, I think I saw
[48:54] Speaker 3: a video going around where I was doing a little
[48:56] Speaker 3: orientation for my people about the Koinonia logo. And I
[48:59] Speaker 3: was explaining about the bird that, the eagle that is not,
[49:05] Speaker 3: it does not plateau. It's still flying. It's not soaring.
[49:09] Speaker 3: And the reason is because there are still heights. It
[49:11] Speaker 3: says the path of the just is as a shining
[49:14] Speaker 3: light that shines more and more until the perfect day.
[49:17] Speaker 3: I can tell you none of us is there yet.
[49:20] Speaker 3: No matter how impactful. Once you are alive. There's still
[49:24] Speaker 3: room for more. So when people celebrate me for the
[49:27] Speaker 3: little God is done. And is doing in my life.
[49:30] Speaker 3: I am truly grateful. But I know that for me.
[49:33] Speaker 3: Every birthday is like a ladder that I'm stepping. That
[49:37] Speaker 3: allows for greater levels of impact. Is somebody learning now?
[49:42] Speaker 3: Impact can be measured. The extent of your contribution. Once
[49:49] Speaker 3: upon a time, we did not have the capacity to
[49:52] Speaker 3: feed this many people. We did not have the capacity
[49:56] Speaker 3: to bail out a few people from prisons. We did
[49:59] Speaker 3: not even have the influence. Today, we can say by
[50:02] Speaker 3: the mercy of God, we are making greater impact. The
[50:05] Speaker 3: reason is because you can see the result, the extent.
[50:09] Speaker 3: Are we together now? You want to know how impactful
[50:14] Speaker 3: Jesus was and how is? Look how many people come
[50:16] Speaker 3: to Jesus every day. Look how many lives have been changed.
[50:21] Speaker 3: God calls us to live a life of impact. But
[50:24] Speaker 3: it's important that we understand that impact is not about acquisitions.
[50:30] Speaker 3: It's about making your presence and your contribution. Make things better.
[50:36] Speaker 3: Live things better than you met them. And it may
[50:39] Speaker 3: be in a very small setting like your home or
[50:42] Speaker 3: like your school. You can start from there. And then
[50:45] Speaker 3: as God increases you, your impact can spread. Now I
[50:50] Speaker 3: wrote something here. I said impact demands that you must
[50:54] Speaker 3: look beyond yourself. You cannot talk the language of impact
[50:58] Speaker 3: if you are still looking at yourself. The very idea
[51:01] Speaker 3: of impact demands that you must look beyond yourself. No
[51:10] Speaker 3: man becomes impactful for taking care of himself. No man
[51:14] Speaker 3: becomes impactful and the basis of impact is that you
[51:18] Speaker 3: ate well. No, for what? Impact is measured by how
[51:22] Speaker 3: your life, your gift becomes a blessing to people. Leaving
[51:26] Speaker 3: people better. Therefore, impact... It's not just an activity. It's
[51:34] Speaker 3: not just an action. It's a mentality. You can carry
[51:38] Speaker 3: the mentality of impact. Are we together? That you see
[51:42] Speaker 3: something on the ground. Because you have an orientation of impact.
[51:47] Speaker 3: You know that picking it and dropping it in the
[51:49] Speaker 3: bin will leave that environment better than it is. So
[51:52] Speaker 3: you respond. You see someone who needs counseling. And you
[51:56] Speaker 3: can take five minutes from your time to say, is
[51:58] Speaker 3: everything alright? Because you are impact conscious. You leave that
[52:02] Speaker 3: person better than you met him. Let me tell you this.
[52:05] Speaker 3: No believer... should leave situations and people and destinies at
[52:11] Speaker 3: the same level or worse than he met them. You're
[52:15] Speaker 3: not living an impactful life. That's why we were given
[52:18] Speaker 3: the anointing. That's why we were given resources of wisdom,
[52:22] Speaker 3: of favor. Are we together? You should be a blessing.
[52:33] Speaker 3: And in being a blessing, you should always think. Now,
[52:36] Speaker 3: let me tell you this. Please look up, everybody. The
[52:41] Speaker 3: opposite of an impactful life, in my opinion, is a
[52:45] Speaker 3: beggarly life where you are waiting for people to always
[52:50] Speaker 3: do things for you. And there are people like that.
[52:52] Speaker 3: They never believe they can do anything to anybody. Once
[52:56] Speaker 3: they see a rich man, they just remember, oh, uh,
[53:00] Speaker 3: I wish I can get close to this person so
[53:03] Speaker 3: I can get something. Once you are conscious, that parasitic
[53:08] Speaker 3: mentality of always believing that you should pray on people.
[53:12] Speaker 3: You see, everybody will resent you. Do you know why?
[53:15] Speaker 3: Because the world gravitates towards givers, not takers. Givers. Now
[53:23] Speaker 3: don't forget that all blessings come from God through men
[53:26] Speaker 3: to men. But always be giving conscious. Especially believers. Impact,
[53:33] Speaker 3: a life of impact is not about position or status.
[53:37] Speaker 3: You can be made the leader of a group or
[53:40] Speaker 3: a department and it's just that you are the face
[53:43] Speaker 3: of the good things that are happening. But it does
[53:46] Speaker 3: not come from you. The one who is the giver
[53:49] Speaker 3: is the one making impact. The one who is willing
[53:51] Speaker 3: to look beyond himself and herself. Are we together? In
[53:56] Speaker 3: all fairness, I would have been anywhere in the world
[53:59] Speaker 3: today if I wanted to. Anywhere at all in the world.
[54:03] Speaker 3: Deciding to relax somewhere. There's nothing wrong with that. But
[54:06] Speaker 3: I have trained myself. There's nothing wrong with rest and refreshing.
[54:10] Speaker 3: But I've trained myself. I believe that I'm too young
[54:13] Speaker 3: for that kind of lifestyle. The king's business requires haste.
[54:17] Speaker 3: That somebody needs to be changed, be blessed, be healed,
[54:20] Speaker 3: be lifted, be delivered, be encouraged. So for me... I
[54:25] Speaker 3: don't have to forego blessing people to rest. I can
[54:29] Speaker 3: do both. Rest while blessing people. Rest while healing people.
[54:33] Speaker 3: Rest while delivering people. Hallelujah. I must walk the walks
[54:39] Speaker 3: of him that sent me while it is day. I
[54:42] Speaker 3: must leave people better than I met them. I must
[54:45] Speaker 3: leave cities better than I met them. One of the
[54:48] Speaker 3: greatest ways to change people is to upgrade their belief systems.
[54:53] Speaker 3: One of the greatest ways. There is nobody who cannot
[54:56] Speaker 3: make impact. Impact is not all about giving money. A
[54:59] Speaker 3: greater part of impacting people is to sell them value
[55:03] Speaker 3: systems that improve their lives. That's the greatest way to
[55:07] Speaker 3: help people. If you truly love people, then go for wisdom.
[55:12] Speaker 3: Because that's how to bless people. Decisions decide destiny. Are
[55:16] Speaker 3: we together? And your ability to upgrade a man's decision-making
[55:20] Speaker 3: capability truly makes you a blessing. I can give you
[55:25] Speaker 3: money and still leave you with an enslaved mentality. But
[55:28] Speaker 3: if I bring truth that is life-transforming, truth that can
[55:33] Speaker 3: change you, have impacted you, Knowledge first and then all
[55:38] Speaker 3: the benefits. I consider today an impactful day. Why? Because
[55:45] Speaker 3: over 800 or 1,000 people received medical treatment. Do you
[55:49] Speaker 3: know what that means? Maybe somebody who death had already
[55:53] Speaker 3: come over. Medically. Because medicine is an expression of God's
[55:57] Speaker 3: glory too. Someone's life has been... Elongated right now. Because
[56:03] Speaker 3: I'm alive. Because of this day. This is impact. Is
[56:07] Speaker 3: someone learning now? The people who will be released from
[56:12] Speaker 3: the prisons today. Maybe somebody who did something wrong. Honestly wrong.
[56:17] Speaker 3: And maybe that person was praying in the prison. Lord
[56:20] Speaker 3: I don't have the money but my heart is fully changed.
[56:22] Speaker 3: Now God can send you. And you can. Look let
[56:25] Speaker 3: me tell you. It's a beautiful thing. To always be
[56:29] Speaker 3: giving conscious. Always be the one wanting to improve. Don't
[56:35] Speaker 3: carry a needy mentality. I'm not saying to not seek
[56:39] Speaker 3: for help. Because there are proud people who don't have
[56:41] Speaker 3: their need. And yet they will never seek for help.
[56:44] Speaker 3: That's not what I'm talking about.
[56:45] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[56:47] Speaker 3: When I look at people. I feel guilty. Do you know?
[56:52] Speaker 3: I wired myself so much by the spirit of God.
[56:55] Speaker 3: To a point that God had to help me again.
[56:58] Speaker 3: To be a receiver. Till today. I'm still struggling with receiving.
[57:03] Speaker 3: Because I indoctrinated myself to be so giving conscious till today.
[57:11] Speaker 3: It took a lot for me to open up my
[57:12] Speaker 3: heart and start receiving seeds from people. I almost feel
[57:18] Speaker 3: as if I stole something from you. If you give
[57:22] Speaker 3: something and I don't give back. It took a retraining
[57:26] Speaker 3: of my mind to say it is okay to also receive.
[57:29] Speaker 3: I'm still there. I've not arrived there yet. So you
[57:33] Speaker 3: have a prayer point for me now. Some of you,
[57:36] Speaker 3: I don't need to pray for you. I don't need
[57:38] Speaker 3: to pray because your state is always, your hands are
[57:41] Speaker 3: like this even when you are sleeping. You expect everybody
[57:44] Speaker 3: to get and give. You don't pray for nobody. You
[57:48] Speaker 3: don't celebrate nobody. Have you seen people like that? If
[57:52] Speaker 3: they post anything, it is them. If they celebrate anything,
[57:56] Speaker 3: it is them. If they talk about anything, it is them.
[57:59] Speaker 3: Nobody in their life is worth investing into. If you
[58:05] Speaker 3: ever see them smile at someone, they have found something
[58:08] Speaker 3: in that person's life that can quickly benefit them. And
[58:11] Speaker 3: they will parasite on it very quickly for the time
[58:15] Speaker 3: and then suck the person out and then move on.
[58:19] Speaker 3: And some of these people are Christians. Everybody say, I'm
[58:22] Speaker 3: a blessing. Say, I'm a giver. I live an impactful life.
[58:30] Speaker 3: If you don't have money, you have a relationship with
[58:33] Speaker 3: God and you can pray. You can mean somebody well.
[58:36] Speaker 3: Are we together now? There is always something that can
[58:39] Speaker 3: come from you to others. Impact demands that you look
[58:44] Speaker 3: beyond yourself. Again, I always give the example of our
[58:47] Speaker 3: children here. I took out time, so I've not had
[58:50] Speaker 3: the opportunity to always read their letters. Because sometimes I
[58:55] Speaker 3: just get busy and I forget. But I think it
[58:57] Speaker 3: was day before yesterday. I sat down in the office
[59:01] Speaker 3: and I took out time. I said I would read
[59:04] Speaker 3: the letters, all of the letters these children wrote. All
[59:07] Speaker 3: of it. I said, pour the whole thing for me.
[59:10] Speaker 3: And I sat down and I read one by one.
[59:11] Speaker 3: And I'm not an emotional person. But I was surprised.
[59:14] Speaker 3: Tears came out of my eyes. Some of them were
[59:18] Speaker 3: drawing me. I told you, some of them, one of
[59:23] Speaker 3: them did something profound. He got a notebook and dramatized
[59:28] Speaker 3: every word of knowledge he could remember. Oh, that thing
[59:33] Speaker 3: blessed me. So if I pray for maybe a sick person,
[59:37] Speaker 3: he would try, do his best. And I said, even me,
[59:39] Speaker 3: I can't even remember what I said.
[59:43] Speaker 2: Impact.
[59:43] Speaker 7: Impact.
[59:46] Speaker 3: Demands that you must look beyond you. You are important,
[59:50] Speaker 3: but it is not always and only about you. You
[59:54] Speaker 3: are important, but it is not always and only about you.
[1:00:00] Speaker 3: Many of us cannot look beyond ourselves. Once it does
[1:00:03] Speaker 3: not profit you, have you heard people say, what is
[1:00:06] Speaker 3: in it for me? Be careful with that kind of orientation.
[1:00:09] Speaker 3: There are times everything in it is for God. Everything
[1:00:13] Speaker 3: in it is for others. And yet that's where you
[1:00:16] Speaker 3: get your satisfaction. Hallelujah. The life of impact. When you
[1:00:26] Speaker 3: intercede for others. By the way, I want to thank
[1:00:29] Speaker 3: the various groups. I got to know that there were
[1:00:33] Speaker 3: so many groups praying for me. There were people who
[1:00:36] Speaker 3: fasted for weeks praying different groups. Let me use this platform.
[1:00:41] Speaker 3: Those who are sons and daughters in this house and
[1:00:43] Speaker 3: those who I do not even know. Women, different groups
[1:00:46] Speaker 3: around the world. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank
[1:00:51] Speaker 3: you very, very much. Hallelujah. You have done so well
[1:00:56] Speaker 3: for me. I came in and I saw a very
[1:00:58] Speaker 3: beautiful cake. Look at that cake by my left. Very beautiful.
[1:01:02] Speaker 3: Let's celebrate, I believe, the welfare department for doing this
[1:01:06] Speaker 3: remarkable work. But you see, you only eat this one
[1:01:11] Speaker 3: and a few hours you go to the toilet and
[1:01:14] Speaker 3: that's it. You see, and as you grow in life
[1:01:18] Speaker 3: and in age, the doctors begin to put a cap, unfortunately.
[1:01:21] Speaker 3: You just see it and that's how you eat it.
[1:01:25] Speaker 3: Are we together?
[1:01:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:01:26] Speaker 3: But the one who prays for you. There's no part
[1:01:29] Speaker 3: of it that is a waste. Oh God bless him.
[1:01:32] Speaker 3: Oh God preserve him. Oh God open doors. When Isaac
[1:01:37] Speaker 3: or was it Kenny was praying here. And I just
[1:01:39] Speaker 3: sat there. I said oh dear. There is nothing that
[1:01:43] Speaker 3: gladdens my heart. Like knowing that people are genuinely invested
[1:01:48] Speaker 3: in prayer. Because this one is something that is spiritual.
[1:01:52] Speaker 3: It's eternal. You can give me tea and bread. I'm
[1:01:55] Speaker 3: grateful for it. But there's only so much you can eat.
[1:01:58] Speaker 3: Nobody can ever have enough of prayer.
[1:02:00] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:02:09] Speaker 3: Say in the name of Jesus. Jesus. With your hands lifted,
[1:02:13] Speaker 3: say in the name of Jesus. I receive grace from
[1:02:17] Speaker 3: today to look beyond myself. I receive grace that at
[1:02:23] Speaker 3: my level, I will begin to give. I will begin
[1:02:27] Speaker 3: to bless. I will begin to heal. I will begin
[1:02:30] Speaker 3: to build in the name of Jesus. Don't wait until
[1:02:34] Speaker 3: you become a man of God one day. That's not
[1:02:37] Speaker 3: how you start. Someone comes to your house crying. Remember, impact. Impact.
[1:02:43] Speaker 3: My brother, can I share with you whatever the issue is?
[1:02:45] Speaker 3: We can pray about it. Impact. Impact. I would learn
[1:02:54] Speaker 3: a lesson many years ago about the danger of selfishness.
[1:02:58] Speaker 3: And I'm sorry to give the example.
[1:03:00] Speaker 2: Um.
[1:03:02] Speaker 3: I learned it from those who coordinate, you know, transport,
[1:03:06] Speaker 3: who get passengers into buses. Sometimes, you know, these buses
[1:03:12] Speaker 3: that people will fill up, so they may need 10
[1:03:15] Speaker 3: people or so. Sometimes you see the people running because
[1:03:18] Speaker 3: they are looking for the passengers to fill it up.
[1:03:21] Speaker 3: Have you seen that kind of thing happen? And they
[1:03:23] Speaker 3: can see a young lady or a young guy and
[1:03:25] Speaker 3: they use all kinds of enticing words. Young lady coming here,
[1:03:29] Speaker 3: all that they are seeing is the money that fills
[1:03:32] Speaker 3: up that space, not the person. While they are busy
[1:03:34] Speaker 3: luring the guy or the lady, somebody just gets into
[1:03:37] Speaker 3: the car, they turn immediately and ignore you. So it
[1:03:39] Speaker 3: was never about you. Can I tell you, it's dangerous
[1:03:42] Speaker 3: for people to know that you're smiling at them, you're
[1:03:47] Speaker 3: loving them, you're calling them, yes, I was never because
[1:03:50] Speaker 3: you love them. It was because you thought by doing that,
[1:03:53] Speaker 3: you could get something for your selfish reason. It's a
[1:03:58] Speaker 3: disposition you must never have. It is painful to see
[1:04:01] Speaker 3: that people call you sir, ma, man of God, simply
[1:04:06] Speaker 3: because they are hoping that they play politics on your
[1:04:09] Speaker 3: mind and just get something for themselves. And there are
[1:04:13] Speaker 3: people who don't mind. They are so selfish, they don't
[1:04:16] Speaker 3: mind rolling on the ground. If that is the price
[1:04:18] Speaker 3: of getting anything from you to them, I pray for you,
[1:04:21] Speaker 3: the spirit of self be delivered from it. Shout a
[1:04:25] Speaker 3: believing amen. nothing wrong with receiving but make sure you
[1:04:31] Speaker 3: always check your giving receiving equation by the time all
[1:04:36] Speaker 3: you are doing is receiving receiving something is wrong with
[1:04:39] Speaker 3: you even biology teaches that if all you are doing
[1:04:43] Speaker 3: is receiving receiving without giving it will break you down
[1:04:46] Speaker 3: health wise and you will die hallelujah a plant receives
[1:04:53] Speaker 3: from the ground soil nutrients And then it does not
[1:04:58] Speaker 3: stop there. It produces fruits. And I don't know many plants,
[1:05:04] Speaker 3: I'm not an agriculturist, but I don't know many plants
[1:05:06] Speaker 3: that eat themselves or eat their fruits. A major part
[1:05:10] Speaker 3: of it, except the ones that fall and rot, but
[1:05:13] Speaker 3: a major part of it, they don't eat it. Are
[1:05:15] Speaker 3: we together? The orange tree does not eat its orange.
[1:05:19] Speaker 3: The mango tree does not eat its mango. But it
[1:05:22] Speaker 3: brings beautiful fruits and it attracts people. And people come
[1:05:26] Speaker 3: to receive it and go. But the people also nurture
[1:05:29] Speaker 3: it too. Can I tell you something? It is powerful
[1:05:33] Speaker 3: to make sure that you are not only receiving. You
[1:05:37] Speaker 3: are giving. The whole concept of impact is not just
[1:05:40] Speaker 3: about doing great and lofty things. It's that something in
[1:05:44] Speaker 3: your life. You are bringing out the gifting of God
[1:05:47] Speaker 3: in you. Whatever it is. And you are doing something impactful.
[1:05:51] Speaker 3: Sometimes I get text messages from people. And they send
[1:05:55] Speaker 3: 100 naira recharge card. And they send it with all
[1:05:58] Speaker 3: their heart. Now in truth they know that it may
[1:06:00] Speaker 3: not really add up to anything. But they still do
[1:06:02] Speaker 3: it anyway. They say apostle this is not much. But
[1:06:05] Speaker 3: it is from my heart. There are some of you here,
[1:06:09] Speaker 3: you are believers. Now, I'm not putting you under any pressure.
[1:06:12] Speaker 3: You have never, there's not one naira, one dollar that
[1:06:16] Speaker 3: has come out from you. Even today, that is my bed.
[1:06:20] Speaker 3: I'm not saying to do anything. Some of you, you
[1:06:22] Speaker 3: came now looking around. Is there any bag of rice
[1:06:24] Speaker 3: for us? This cake, I know a person is not
[1:06:27] Speaker 3: going to eat. I have a right to tell you,
[1:06:29] Speaker 3: change on this day.
[1:06:30] Speaker 2: Change.
[1:06:31] Speaker 3: Change. Change. Hallelujah. Change. Grow out of this needy mentality.
[1:06:42] Speaker 3: Don't waste the presence of the Holy Spirit in your life.
[1:06:45] Speaker 3: Don't always think they will give us. They will give us. No.
[1:06:50] Speaker 3: I've taught you. Giving is not limited to money. If
[1:06:54] Speaker 3: you cannot give value, what do you give? Gratitude and...
[1:06:59] Speaker 3: Come on, talk to me like you are learning. If
[1:07:02] Speaker 3: you cannot give value, give gratitude and give honor. Hallelujah.
[1:07:08] Speaker 3: Every time you feel you cannot give value, give gratitude, lavishly, honor, lavishly. Lavishly.
[1:07:21] Speaker 3: I took out time to roll before the Lord like
[1:07:23] Speaker 3: I always do. And I said, thank you Lord for
[1:07:25] Speaker 3: my life. How many things can I give you? If
[1:07:28] Speaker 3: you are hungry, it's not me you will call. Can
[1:07:31] Speaker 3: I cook for you?
[1:07:31] Speaker 2: No. No.
[1:07:33] Speaker 3: If you need something to be done, you can do
[1:07:36] Speaker 3: without me. But it's an honor to give me a
[1:07:38] Speaker 3: little portion of your program to steward. And I just
[1:07:42] Speaker 3: thank him generously. Let me tell you this. Learn to
[1:07:49] Speaker 3: be impactful. By having a giver mentality. And by giver,
[1:07:54] Speaker 3: I don't mean Naira and Kobo. Always make sure that
[1:07:57] Speaker 3: your life is about drawing from what is within you.
[1:08:00] Speaker 3: When you are a giver, then God can pour into you.
[1:08:04] Speaker 3: Because he knows that you will not be a reservoir.
[1:08:07] Speaker 3: It will flow. The Bible says, out of your belly shall,
[1:08:10] Speaker 3: not shall stay, not shall stay. There is a popular
[1:08:14] Speaker 3: statement that stagnant water stings. It is true. Stagnant water stings.
[1:08:21] Speaker 3: You have to flow.
[1:08:22] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:08:28] Speaker 3: Giver. Number three. So number one, we spoke of value.
[1:08:34] Speaker 3: Number two, the concept of impact. As an orientation, a mentality.
[1:08:40] Speaker 3: Where your presence and your contribution leaves people, things, places
[1:08:46] Speaker 3: and situations better than you met them. Number three. Pay
[1:08:50] Speaker 3: attention to this one. There is a price for an
[1:08:54] Speaker 3: exceptional life. There is a price for God. an exceptional
[1:09:03] Speaker 3: life and destiny comes with a price and i was
[1:09:06] Speaker 3: thinking through this as i was just scrabbling the notes
[1:09:09] Speaker 3: that will form you know our discussion tonight i have
[1:09:12] Speaker 3: a very honest submission it's an uncomfortable one but i'll
[1:09:16] Speaker 3: tell you this Many Christians have underestimated the real price
[1:09:23] Speaker 3: of a glorious destiny. Many Christians have underestimated. Not many
[1:09:30] Speaker 3: people understand the price in righteousness that must be paid
[1:09:36] Speaker 3: for a great and a glorious destiny. I wrote here,
[1:09:41] Speaker 3: if you desire greatness, you must be willing to pay
[1:09:45] Speaker 3: the price. If you desire greatness, you must be willing
[1:09:51] Speaker 3: to pay the price. Now let me tell you this.
[1:09:57] Speaker 3: I wrote something here and I want to read it out.
[1:10:00] Speaker 3: I said the grace and the help of God can
[1:10:04] Speaker 3: make achievements appear effortless. Deceptively effortless sometimes. And it makes
[1:10:11] Speaker 3: many believers to trivialize the price for greatness. That means...
[1:10:16] Speaker 3: The grace of God upon a man, the help of
[1:10:19] Speaker 3: God upon a man can make achievements appear effortless. It
[1:10:24] Speaker 3: looks like nothing was really done. Ministry, effortless. Business, effortless.
[1:10:30] Speaker 3: The grace of God can make things appear in the
[1:10:33] Speaker 3: eyes of men as though not much has been done.
[1:10:35] Speaker 3: And because of that, it beguiles people to think that
[1:10:40] Speaker 3: you just do little and then everything just happens. It's
[1:10:43] Speaker 3: not true. I can tell you from scripture and I
[1:10:46] Speaker 3: can tell you from experience. There is a huge price
[1:10:50] Speaker 3: to an exceptional life. All things are finished in Christ.
[1:10:56] Speaker 3: But the sacrifice of alignment that imports those finished realities
[1:11:02] Speaker 3: to be true in your life. There is a labor
[1:11:05] Speaker 3: dimension working the world till it profits. There is a
[1:11:09] Speaker 3: real prize. Everybody say there is a prize. I'll list
[1:11:14] Speaker 3: for you some of the things that really make for greatness.
[1:11:18] Speaker 3: The prize of mastery and competence. The prize of faithfulness.
[1:11:26] Speaker 3: The price of courage. The price of patience. Don't worry,
[1:11:32] Speaker 3: I'll repeat myself. The price of discipline. The price of
[1:11:37] Speaker 3: failing and yet not quitting. The price of sacrificing your
[1:11:44] Speaker 3: desires to align with the will of God. The price
[1:11:49] Speaker 3: of warfare. The price of having the emotional strength to
[1:11:55] Speaker 3: remain on course when you are misunderstood. The price of
[1:12:02] Speaker 3: intentionally remaining humble in the midst of great results. The
[1:12:08] Speaker 3: discipline of consistency. This and more represent the true price
[1:12:14] Speaker 3: that makes for greatness. Now that you have heard, let
[1:12:17] Speaker 3: me repeat myself so that you will write. That there
[1:12:20] Speaker 3: is a price. Number one, the price of mastery and competence.
[1:12:29] Speaker 3: I'm just giving you in no particular order. Number two,
[1:12:33] Speaker 3: the price of walking and living by faith. I'm showing
[1:12:37] Speaker 3: you the price for greatness. Walking and living by faith.
[1:12:41] Speaker 3: Number three, the price of courage. Courage. Courage. Courage, sir.
[1:12:47] Speaker 3: Daring the undareable. Maybe you are the first person to
[1:12:51] Speaker 3: do it in your family. Walking on water. If I perish,
[1:12:55] Speaker 3: I perish. The price of patience. Allowing your training to
[1:13:01] Speaker 3: have its full course. The price of discipline. Discipline both
[1:13:10] Speaker 3: in terms of the staying power and the power of restraint.
[1:13:15] Speaker 3: The price of failing and not quitting. Ah, this one
[1:13:20] Speaker 3: is a real price. And sometimes it's not just failing once.
[1:13:25] Speaker 3: Failing as many times until you win. And yet not quitting.
[1:13:31] Speaker 3: The price of sacrificing your personal desires to align with
[1:13:37] Speaker 3: the will of God for your life. That's a huge price. Nevertheless,
[1:13:42] Speaker 3: not my will. But yours be done. Is someone learning now?
[1:13:48] Speaker 3: The price of warfare. Contending against spirits. And limiting beliefs.
[1:13:55] Speaker 3: The price of warfare sir. Warfare sir. Limiting beliefs. And
[1:14:00] Speaker 3: demonic spirits. The price of having the emotional strength. To
[1:14:15] Speaker 3: remain on course, even when you are misunderstood. Nobody wants
[1:14:21] Speaker 3: to be misunderstood. But unfortunately, it is the price for greatness.
[1:14:26] Speaker 3: Until the glory is revealed, you are the only one,
[1:14:29] Speaker 3: you and God will be the only one who understand
[1:14:31] Speaker 3: what you are doing. And let me tell you, for
[1:14:32] Speaker 3: a major part of the journey, you will be led
[1:14:35] Speaker 3: in paths that even you cannot give all the answers to.
[1:14:40] Speaker 3: It takes courage to be misunderstood. And then you continue.
[1:14:44] Speaker 3: Especially in this our world where we are so avast
[1:14:48] Speaker 3: to be misunderstood. We always want to explain ourselves. The
[1:14:55] Speaker 3: price of intentionally remaining humble in the midst of great results.
[1:15:03] Speaker 3: Let me tell you the truth. Your humility is not
[1:15:05] Speaker 3: genuine until you really have results. When you have results,
[1:15:11] Speaker 3: that's when you see how uneasy it is to remain
[1:15:14] Speaker 3: truly humble. I've seen very wealthy and blessed people. But
[1:15:20] Speaker 3: my goodness, their humility is so instructive. I've seen people
[1:15:26] Speaker 3: who are some of the finest of intellectual minds. And
[1:15:30] Speaker 3: yet they are so humble. I've seen anointed people. Very humble.
[1:15:36] Speaker 3: But I've also seen arrogant people. And with all due respect,
[1:15:39] Speaker 3: I've seen empty and arrogant people. That's the worst sight
[1:15:45] Speaker 3: to behold. Emptiness with arrogance. Like an empty container that
[1:15:50] Speaker 3: is locked. Hallelujah. The price of discipline and consistency or
[1:16:03] Speaker 3: the discipline of consistency. This and more represent the price
[1:16:08] Speaker 3: that any and every believer must pay to aspire for
[1:16:14] Speaker 3: a great life. Now let me say this. The truth is,
[1:16:19] Speaker 3: more than 80 to 90% of the people who desire
[1:16:25] Speaker 3: and also trivialize success cannot maintain it if it comes
[1:16:29] Speaker 3: to them. It is something I found out. Most of
[1:16:33] Speaker 3: the people who genuinely desire desire success at any level,
[1:16:38] Speaker 3: and even would trivialize it in others, if that result
[1:16:42] Speaker 3: were to come to them, they don't have the stature
[1:16:45] Speaker 3: and the maturity to maintain it. It is true. All
[1:16:50] Speaker 3: these millionaires, they are just talking, look at them living
[1:16:53] Speaker 3: a life of waste. Let that person get 10 million
[1:16:56] Speaker 3: and you'll be surprised. He won't greet anybody, even God.
[1:16:59] Speaker 3: He won't pray again. He won't do anything. And yet
[1:17:03] Speaker 3: someone is sitting on so much and can serve in church,
[1:17:07] Speaker 3: can roll on the ground before God.
[1:17:08] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:17:11] Speaker 3: Let me tell you this. As I have grown in
[1:17:14] Speaker 3: leadership and grown in my work with God, I have
[1:17:17] Speaker 3: come to respect God's opinion in all matters. If you
[1:17:21] Speaker 3: see God not lifting someone intentionally, just leave God. He
[1:17:25] Speaker 3: knows what he's doing. Don't try to help him and say, ah,
[1:17:27] Speaker 3: but God, this man is, God knows what he's working on.
[1:17:32] Speaker 3: Are we together now? Because the heart of men is
[1:17:34] Speaker 3: so deceptive. There are many people who do not have
[1:17:38] Speaker 3: the stamina to maintain greatness. The stamina to maintain greatness.
[1:17:46] Speaker 3: To love, to be humble, to still be a steward,
[1:17:50] Speaker 3: to serve. There are people who look humble until things
[1:17:54] Speaker 3: start working in their lives. And you will be surprised
[1:17:58] Speaker 3: the way they turn against God and they turn against
[1:18:00] Speaker 3: everything good. Hallelujah. Greatness has a price. And everybody must
[1:18:14] Speaker 3: obtain grace from God. Now please look up. The assignment
[1:18:18] Speaker 3: of mentorship is not to take responsibility over your life.
[1:18:23] Speaker 3: It's to subsidize the price of greatness for you. The
[1:18:27] Speaker 3: assignment of mentorship is It's not to take over the
[1:18:31] Speaker 3: responsibility of your becoming. It's not to take over the
[1:18:34] Speaker 3: responsibility of your emerging. It is simply to subsidize the price.
[1:18:41] Speaker 3: So for an example, let's just give it monetary terms
[1:18:44] Speaker 3: for understanding. If the price for becoming all that God
[1:18:48] Speaker 3: has ordained for you is say one billion worth, mentorship
[1:18:53] Speaker 3: can go as far as covering 600 million for you.
[1:18:57] Speaker 3: But that remaining part, I assure you by God, you
[1:19:00] Speaker 3: must pay it. Have you seen somebody that you bought
[1:19:04] Speaker 3: something for them and delivered it at the DHL office
[1:19:08] Speaker 3: and say, go and pick it. And for one year
[1:19:10] Speaker 3: they could not pick it. That's how many destinies are.
[1:19:13] Speaker 3: It's been delivered though. Even if you are to trek,
[1:19:17] Speaker 3: go and pick it. And they say, you would have
[1:19:19] Speaker 3: brought it home now. That's how many people are. They
[1:19:23] Speaker 3: believe that mentorship, fatherhood, and so on and so forth
[1:19:27] Speaker 3: has the responsibility to take over their life, go through
[1:19:31] Speaker 3: it to the promised land. Even salvation does not provide
[1:19:34] Speaker 3: that for you. Jesus died, but you must confess his
[1:19:38] Speaker 3: lordship with your own mouth, not his mouth. He's died
[1:19:42] Speaker 3: for you. He's making intercession. But you must hear the gospel.
[1:19:47] Speaker 3: You do the believing. You do the receiving. Are we together?
[1:19:52] Speaker 3: You do the declaration of his lordship. Then eternal life
[1:19:55] Speaker 3: becomes yours. In spite of all that Jesus has done.
[1:20:00] Speaker 3: The freest gift he gave men. There are still people
[1:20:02] Speaker 3: going to hell today. Because they did not take responsibility
[1:20:07] Speaker 3: over their life. Again, we refer to the story of
[1:20:11] Speaker 3: the rich young ruler. He comes to Jesus and he says,
[1:20:14] Speaker 3: good master, what must I do to inherit eternal life?
[1:20:18] Speaker 3: He was a responsible man. Because he believed that for
[1:20:22] Speaker 3: anything to happen in his life, he had to participate
[1:20:26] Speaker 3: in it. Except that for salvation, he did not have
[1:20:29] Speaker 3: the power to die for himself. Good master, what must
[1:20:33] Speaker 3: I do? Let me tell you this. If it will
[1:20:37] Speaker 3: ever happen in your life, God has a role. Mentorship
[1:20:42] Speaker 3: has a role. But you have a role. God has
[1:20:46] Speaker 3: a role. Mentorship has a role. But you have a role. Apostle,
[1:20:50] Speaker 3: I desire to be anointed. I give you the formula.
[1:20:53] Speaker 3: There is a part of that journey only God can
[1:20:57] Speaker 3: bring the increase, can bring all of this. There is
[1:21:00] Speaker 3: a part of that journey that mentorship was assigned to provide,
[1:21:04] Speaker 3: to subsidize it for you. But there is a part
[1:21:06] Speaker 3: of the journey only you can take responsibility. Hallelujah. There
[1:21:12] Speaker 3: are many children today angry at parents because they believe, oh,
[1:21:17] Speaker 3: if my father were serious, we'll not be poor. Okay, agreed.
[1:21:21] Speaker 3: But even if he was rich, it will still cover
[1:21:24] Speaker 3: 30% of his journey. It will shorten the journey. It
[1:21:27] Speaker 3: will not mean you'll be rich. There are many wealthy
[1:21:29] Speaker 3: children who in spite of what their parents gave them,
[1:21:33] Speaker 3: they couldn't make much out of it. Hallelujah. Is somebody learning?
[1:21:41] Speaker 3: The greatest way to show how you are responsible for
[1:21:44] Speaker 3: your destiny is, I think in my opinion, is most
[1:21:48] Speaker 3: dramatized in the restorative process of the prodigal son. The
[1:21:53] Speaker 3: father did not cover all the distance and the prodigal
[1:21:57] Speaker 3: son did not cover all the distance himself. He had
[1:22:00] Speaker 3: to do the deciding, I will arise and go to
[1:22:03] Speaker 3: my father. And while she was halfway, the father too said,
[1:22:07] Speaker 3: I will arise and go to my son. Now the
[1:22:11] Speaker 3: Bible does not record him saying that. But at least
[1:22:13] Speaker 3: wisdom helps us to know that the father, I will
[1:22:16] Speaker 3: arise and go to my son. I will arise and
[1:22:20] Speaker 3: go to my father. If the boy had sat down there,
[1:22:22] Speaker 3: well I believe by the mercy of God, the father
[1:22:24] Speaker 3: would have gotten there. However, the boy will have to
[1:22:27] Speaker 3: do the arising. The Bible says, arise and shine. Light
[1:22:31] Speaker 3: will come to you, but you will have to arise. Hallelujah.
[1:22:37] Speaker 3: The man in Acts chapter 3. At gates beautiful. The
[1:22:42] Speaker 3: Bible says Peter and John looked at the man and said.
[1:22:44] Speaker 3: Silver and gold I do not have. But such as
[1:22:48] Speaker 3: I have. Give I unto you. In the name of
[1:22:51] Speaker 3: Jesus of Nazareth. Rise up and walk. Look at that.
[1:22:54] Speaker 3: Verse 7 now. The Bible says the man sat there.
[1:22:59] Speaker 3: He sat there. And he reached out to help him.
[1:23:03] Speaker 3: He said, you have to rise up. I always wondered
[1:23:05] Speaker 3: why Jesus would look at people who had never walked
[1:23:08] Speaker 3: and say, rise up, take up your bed and go.
[1:23:12] Speaker 3: It sounded cruel to me coming from a merciful God.
[1:23:15] Speaker 3: Someone who had never walked for 38 years. Someone who
[1:23:18] Speaker 3: was born blind or born lame. You put spittle in
[1:23:20] Speaker 3: his eyes and say, go by yourself. Go and wash
[1:23:24] Speaker 3: at the pool called Siloam. Elisha looks at the man, Naaman,
[1:23:29] Speaker 3: and says, go to Jordan by yourself. The prophetic word
[1:23:32] Speaker 3: has released grace upon you. But go and wash, bath
[1:23:36] Speaker 3: yourself seven times. Waiting for God to do everything is
[1:23:41] Speaker 3: a recipe for disaster. Everything has been done in Christ.
[1:23:46] Speaker 3: But the manifestation of the promises. The destiny God has
[1:23:49] Speaker 3: ordained for you. You have a role to play. I
[1:23:52] Speaker 3: pray for you in the name of Jesus. That the
[1:23:54] Speaker 3: grace and the stamina. To take responsibility over your life.
[1:23:59] Speaker 3: And drive it until you see the glory of God revealed.
[1:24:02] Speaker 3: May that grace be released upon you. Shout a believing amen.
[1:24:07] Speaker 3: Shout a believing amen. Hallelujah. That's how we war with prophecy.
[1:24:14] Speaker 3: It's the reason why ten people can receive the same
[1:24:17] Speaker 3: prophetic word. One will always return with results. You know why?
[1:24:20] Speaker 3: Because they know how to war a good warfare with prophecy.
[1:24:24] Speaker 3: As he receives that word, in the name of Jesus,
[1:24:26] Speaker 3: may God open up doors for jobs. By morning, he's
[1:24:29] Speaker 3: searching the internet. In the name of Jesus. Oh, I
[1:24:32] Speaker 3: know there was a friend, sir, just to let you
[1:24:35] Speaker 3: know that if there is a job opportunity, I am there.
[1:24:38] Speaker 3: And if he hears that there's any, whatever, any opportunity,
[1:24:43] Speaker 3: any training, the person goes there. That person will most
[1:24:46] Speaker 3: likely get the miracle. Versus the one who says, I
[1:24:49] Speaker 3: know God.
[1:24:49] Speaker 2: Will do it.
[1:24:50] Speaker 3: It's a cliche we have used to cover irresponsibility in
[1:24:55] Speaker 3: the body of Christ. I know God will do it.
[1:24:56] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:24:59] Speaker 3: Hallelujah. A hospital is there to help patients. But even
[1:25:05] Speaker 3: if you pay the medical bills, the patient must know
[1:25:08] Speaker 3: that he's sick enough and take responsibility to go to
[1:25:12] Speaker 3: the hospital. There were many people who were treated today.
[1:25:15] Speaker 3: The medical team did not go to their homes to
[1:25:18] Speaker 3: go and meet them there. The announcement was made that
[1:25:21] Speaker 3: there is a feast of fat things. There is a
[1:25:23] Speaker 3: banquet for you. Are we together?
[1:25:25] Speaker 2: Yes.
[1:25:26] Speaker 3: Yes. As many who came, received. Those who did not come,
[1:25:32] Speaker 3: they did not receive. One day somebody sent me a text.
[1:25:39] Speaker 3: And he said, Apostle, I've been trying to see you
[1:25:41] Speaker 3: for three years. I'm in this Abuja. I almost replied
[1:25:44] Speaker 3: and said, you are a liar. Trying to see me
[1:25:49] Speaker 3: for three years? That I'm what? I went to heaven?
[1:25:52] Speaker 3: Why will you be trying to see me for three years?
[1:25:55] Speaker 3: You did not have the patience to wait. You felt
[1:25:58] Speaker 3: too big to wait. You wanted to be received in
[1:26:01] Speaker 3: a way that was bigger than your level. That's why
[1:26:03] Speaker 3: you did not see me for three years. It's as
[1:26:05] Speaker 3: simple as that. The Bible says when you enter a place,
[1:26:08] Speaker 3: sit at the back. It's a prophetic statement. Even if
[1:26:11] Speaker 3: you are a great man because you are not known
[1:26:13] Speaker 3: in that environment, walk with the system and be modest.
[1:26:17] Speaker 3: If you are a man of honor, your honor has
[1:26:20] Speaker 3: a voice. It will bring you to the front. Are
[1:26:23] Speaker 3: we together? There are many people who want to be
[1:26:26] Speaker 3: helped at their times. No, sir. It's like a student
[1:26:31] Speaker 3: telling the lecturer, when I'm ready, please, I will call you.
[1:26:34] Speaker 3: What kind of lecturer is that? Praise the name of
[1:26:40] Speaker 3: the Lord. It's like me, for an example, let's say
[1:26:44] Speaker 3: I'm going for a checkup in a hospital. No matter
[1:26:47] Speaker 3: what priority services they give, I don't go there as
[1:26:50] Speaker 3: a man of God. I go and humble myself. If
[1:26:52] Speaker 3: they say, bring your hand, I will bring my hand.
[1:26:55] Speaker 3: If they say, lie down, I will lie down. I
[1:26:57] Speaker 3: won't say, you don't know, it's like you've not heard
[1:26:59] Speaker 3: about Koinonia. That's your business. You are the one who
[1:27:02] Speaker 3: is sick, sir. Or you are the one who wants
[1:27:04] Speaker 3: to check yourself, sir. Are we together? Yes. Nobody becomes
[1:27:19] Speaker 3: successful at their times. There is a price and it's fixed.
[1:27:23] Speaker 3: It's non-negotiable. Mentorship and fatherhood gives you the leverage from
[1:27:28] Speaker 3: the word liver. It provides a system of advantage. But
[1:27:33] Speaker 3: you must obtain the doing grace from God to press.
[1:27:36] Speaker 3: Let me tell you this. Some of you right now,
[1:27:38] Speaker 3: you are on your way to manifesting great success. Don't stop.
[1:27:42] Speaker 3: I told you the various prices. Some of you, you
[1:27:45] Speaker 3: are in a season where God is teaching you discipline.
[1:27:48] Speaker 3: God is teaching you consecration. You are living in the
[1:27:51] Speaker 3: silence of God. You know, I taught you that there
[1:27:53] Speaker 3: are three major seasons before believers emerge. There is a
[1:27:57] Speaker 3: season of discovery and preparation. There is a season of
[1:28:01] Speaker 3: testing and proving. Then there is a season of manifestation.
[1:28:06] Speaker 3: Always know these seasons. Hallelujah. You never hear me, never
[1:28:13] Speaker 3: hear me trivialize greatness when I see it. I don't
[1:28:17] Speaker 3: look at a person who is great and just assume.
[1:28:20] Speaker 3: And look at this. Sometimes we have a wrong theology
[1:28:23] Speaker 3: that the reason why this man is great is because
[1:28:27] Speaker 3: it's part of his divine ordination to be great. It's
[1:28:30] Speaker 3: not true. It's not true. At any level, you can
[1:28:34] Speaker 3: maximize your destiny. Are we together? Oh, the reason why...
[1:28:40] Speaker 3: this man is doing this globally or running this business
[1:28:43] Speaker 3: globally i'm sure it's because it's in his destiny it's
[1:28:46] Speaker 3: not just so jesus as much as he had a
[1:28:49] Speaker 3: great destiny could still fail would still fail Receive the
[1:28:54] Speaker 3: grace to take responsibility tonight. In the name of Jesus.
[1:28:58] Speaker 3: If your finances is not working. Don't give excuses. If
[1:29:02] Speaker 3: your spiritual life is not working. Don't give excuses. You've
[1:29:05] Speaker 3: heard me say there is always a way out. But
[1:29:08] Speaker 3: not for everybody. The way out is for the person
[1:29:11] Speaker 3: who keeps asking. Who keeps seeking. Who keeps knocking. Did
[1:29:15] Speaker 3: you hear what I said? The Bible says amplify. Ask
[1:29:18] Speaker 3: and keep asking. Knock, seek and keep seeking. Knock and
[1:29:23] Speaker 3: keep knocking. Keep knocking, sir. That it did not open
[1:29:28] Speaker 3: last year does not mean it will not open this year.
[1:29:31] Speaker 3: Ask and keep asking. Pray and keep praying. Read and
[1:29:35] Speaker 3: keep reading. Give and keep giving. Love and keep loving.
[1:29:39] Speaker 3: Stay and keep staying. That's the price. That's the price.
[1:29:46] Speaker 3: I don't frown at difficult things because I've been trained
[1:29:49] Speaker 3: by the word through mentorship and through my experiences that
[1:29:53] Speaker 3: The cost dimension of life is not an attack. It
[1:29:57] Speaker 3: is how greatness happens. The cost dimension of life is
[1:30:02] Speaker 3: how greatness happens. I don't say, let them do it.
[1:30:05] Speaker 3: Who is the them? I roll my sleeves and I
[1:30:09] Speaker 3: know that if it must happen, I have a role
[1:30:11] Speaker 3: to play. Again, I pray for you in the name
[1:30:14] Speaker 3: of Jesus. Everything that has refused to move in your life,
[1:30:18] Speaker 3: On this day, I release grace upon you. The grace
[1:30:22] Speaker 3: to start taking constructive, word-based, spirit-inspired action. That moves you
[1:30:29] Speaker 3: forward in Jesus' name. If ministry is not growing, don't
[1:30:34] Speaker 3: give an excuse and say it's because people are collecting
[1:30:37] Speaker 3: power from everywhere. How many of the people are collecting power? No, sir.
[1:30:42] Speaker 3: Ministry is not growing because you don't understand the dynamics.
[1:30:45] Speaker 3: The Bible says the labor of a man wearied him
[1:30:47] Speaker 3: because he knoweth not how to go to the city.
[1:30:51] Speaker 3: Read the books. Submit to mentorship.
[1:30:53] Speaker 2: Learn.
[1:30:54] Speaker 3: Allow mentorship and fatherhood. Subsidize the price. Bring for you
[1:30:58] Speaker 3: distilled knowledge. If your finances is not working, don't say
[1:31:04] Speaker 3: it's because I'm a man of integrity. It's because I
[1:31:06] Speaker 3: rejected corruption. I'm failing because everybody who wants to help
[1:31:14] Speaker 3: me is looking for my body. That story is not complete.
[1:31:17] Speaker 3: It's a lie. Not everybody is looking for your body.
[1:31:21] Speaker 3: Take responsibility and change your life. And stop giving excuses.
[1:31:26] Speaker 3: Everybody who wants is looking for your body. Is that true?
[1:31:32] Speaker 3: When others are reading, you are sleeping. When others are praying,
[1:31:36] Speaker 3: you are sleeping. When others are studying, you are sleeping.
[1:31:39] Speaker 3: When people are buying books, you are buying clothes. God
[1:31:42] Speaker 3: is not mocked whatsoever a man soweth. The Bible says
[1:31:48] Speaker 3: if you sow to the flesh, you will of the
[1:31:50] Speaker 3: flesh reap corruption. Am I right on that? With all
[1:31:53] Speaker 3: due respect. As a man of God, you are not
[1:31:56] Speaker 3: increasing in stature. And you are saying, no, it's just
[1:31:59] Speaker 3: because this is a lie. There's no such excuse as that.
[1:32:05] Speaker 3: Someone is invested in the place of prayer, fasting, building,
[1:32:09] Speaker 3: trusting God for grace, studying the word, getting materials, great,
[1:32:14] Speaker 3: but acting as if they are just starting. And another
[1:32:17] Speaker 3: person has not taken a step, but he has arrived.
[1:32:19] Speaker 3: Your result will not be the same, sir. I have
[1:32:22] Speaker 3: seen multi-millionaires go for financial seminar. Pastor. And they sit quietly.
[1:32:29] Speaker 3: Multi-millionaires in dollars. I've seen men of God. Mighty men
[1:32:33] Speaker 3: and women of God. They follow pastor's conferences. Learning like
[1:32:38] Speaker 3: they don't. If you see me as I'm watching, following
[1:32:40] Speaker 3: a pastor's conference. You will think I don't know anything
[1:32:43] Speaker 3: about ministry. Because let him that thinketh he knoweth anything.
[1:32:47] Speaker 3: Know that he does not know as he ought to know.
[1:32:50] Speaker 3: And you find someone that has not even started anything.
[1:32:52] Speaker 3: You are still knocking. The door has not opened. Listen.
[1:32:58] Speaker 3: I release upon you the grace. To kill every excuse.
[1:33:01] Speaker 3: That is stopping you from emerging. In the name of
[1:33:04] Speaker 3: Jesus Christ.
[1:33:05] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:33:13] Speaker 3: Apostle. I want to see you to pray for me.
[1:33:15] Speaker 3: But the protocol will not allow. You are not determined enough.
[1:33:19] Speaker 3: You are not determined enough. Are we together? There are
[1:33:24] Speaker 3: people who sometimes they stay. And even international guests. Somebody
[1:33:29] Speaker 3: will leave Australia. And come here and sit down for
[1:33:33] Speaker 3: three hours, four hours, five hours. Smiling. Tired.
[1:33:38] Speaker 2: Hungry.
[1:33:39] Speaker 3: Not knowing their way. But patient. Because they place value
[1:33:43] Speaker 3: on the anointing. They know that one encounter will change
[1:33:45] Speaker 3: their life. And someone who lives in Wuse or somebody
[1:33:49] Speaker 3: who lives in Karu is saying it's too far. How
[1:33:52] Speaker 3: can I go? You are not serious. The problem has
[1:33:54] Speaker 3: not sat on you well. Listen. What is chasing you
[1:33:57] Speaker 3: determines how you run. Are we together? Let me tell
[1:34:04] Speaker 3: you the truth. And I don't mean to brag. I
[1:34:06] Speaker 3: can tell you sacrifices in righteousness that we made at
[1:34:11] Speaker 3: one point or the other in righteousness, albeit by the
[1:34:14] Speaker 3: grace of God. Seeking for dimensions that we're missing in
[1:34:18] Speaker 3: our lives but needed for our destinies. Nothing will come
[1:34:21] Speaker 3: and meet you at a platter of gold, sir. Nothing.
[1:34:25] Speaker 3: I saw the bankruptcy of knowledge and I said, listen,
[1:34:30] Speaker 3: if I admit this on time, It will bring me
[1:34:33] Speaker 3: deliverance on time. I saw men and women who had results.
[1:34:38] Speaker 3: Men and women who had results. We follow Jesus. But
[1:34:42] Speaker 3: followers of them. While foolish people are criticizing them. We
[1:34:45] Speaker 3: are following sincerely. I saw a man named Dr. Miles Munro.
[1:34:50] Speaker 3: A man who has. He demonstrated a level of apostolic Christianity.
[1:34:54] Speaker 3: That impressed my heart. The biggest church in Bahamas at
[1:34:57] Speaker 3: the time. And an advisor to precedents. Over how many
[1:35:01] Speaker 3: books and they were bestsellers. He modeled a level of
[1:35:07] Speaker 3: exploits that went beyond church walls. I'm not sure there's
[1:35:13] Speaker 3: any of his books in his lifetime that I did
[1:35:15] Speaker 3: not buy. Don't sit down and just trivialize people's results.
[1:35:20] Speaker 3: And say, oh this person is just lucky. He's just
[1:35:23] Speaker 3: in their destiny. I hope you are learning tonight. I'm
[1:35:25] Speaker 3: speaking passionately because I love you. And I want to
[1:35:29] Speaker 3: challenge you tonight. If that my uncle just gave me
[1:35:33] Speaker 3: a job, I'm sure if he had given me a job,
[1:35:36] Speaker 3: by now I would have had the capital to do
[1:35:39] Speaker 3: business and invest. And by now I would have been rich.
[1:35:41] Speaker 3: Look at how your mind is working. If your uncle
[1:35:44] Speaker 3: gave you a job, as what? Creator of the heavens
[1:35:47] Speaker 3: and the earth? No, sir. Why didn't you go to
[1:35:50] Speaker 3: the one who created the uncle and stay there to
[1:35:53] Speaker 3: pray like the widow? Luke 18, I don't have a
[1:35:57] Speaker 3: job but I can pray every day. There has to
[1:35:59] Speaker 3: be a way out. The hidden wisdom of God. Look,
[1:36:03] Speaker 3: let me tell you the truth. If things are not working,
[1:36:05] Speaker 3: get angry. Get angry. There is something called a holy dissatisfaction.
[1:36:11] Speaker 3: And I pray for you. May that dissatisfaction hold on
[1:36:14] Speaker 3: to your life until you go forward. Hold on to
[1:36:17] Speaker 3: your life until you press forward. Hallelujah. Don't mind all
[1:36:23] Speaker 3: these young, young preachers. They are the ones who know
[1:36:27] Speaker 3: where they got their power from. Can you imagine? Don't
[1:36:30] Speaker 3: mind all these young people who are wealthy. It's not
[1:36:33] Speaker 3: everything that glitters that is gold. But gold glitters. But
[1:36:37] Speaker 3: genuine gold glitters. Are we together? You will never hear
[1:36:44] Speaker 3: me trivialize a man's result. Particularly that I know is
[1:36:48] Speaker 3: in righteousness. Go to China. The things we are calling
[1:36:51] Speaker 3: miracles in Africa are performed by diligence. Young children, teenagers
[1:36:57] Speaker 3: are inventing things, running companies. It's as if there is
[1:37:02] Speaker 3: a curse in Africa. When people prosper on time, they
[1:37:05] Speaker 3: say it is witchcraft. Build your first house at 60.
[1:37:10] Speaker 3: They say, aha, that's how it is. Prosper at 21.
[1:37:14] Speaker 3: They say, who helped you? You went to meet a man.
[1:37:17] Speaker 3: What kind of mentality do we have like this?
[1:37:18] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:37:23] Speaker 3: I refuse to fail. No body sentiment should make you fail.
[1:37:28] Speaker 3: And let me tell you, beware of people who sit
[1:37:30] Speaker 3: down and debate over your life. Make sure it's not
[1:37:33] Speaker 3: my life you are talking about. Because my destiny depends
[1:37:36] Speaker 3: on me and God. Sit down and keep discussing. Discuss yourself,
[1:37:41] Speaker 3: but not my life. Is somebody learning now? It takes
[1:37:46] Speaker 3: courage to do well. You have heard me say, don't
[1:37:49] Speaker 3: waste your time explaining anything when you're on the journey.
[1:37:52] Speaker 3: Arrive and the results will do the explanation. Why are
[1:37:56] Speaker 3: you praying every day? This kind of prayer. Ladies have
[1:38:00] Speaker 3: prayed like this and they didn't have husbands. Which kind
[1:38:02] Speaker 3: of ladies? And to who did they pray? And what
[1:38:05] Speaker 3: kind of prayer? Are we together? All this one that
[1:38:10] Speaker 3: you are serving in the house of God. People start
[1:38:12] Speaker 3: like that and fail though. Which house of God? What
[1:38:15] Speaker 3: was their understanding of service? Let's not mock God. God
[1:38:18] Speaker 3: is a just God. He is a rewarder sir. A
[1:38:22] Speaker 3: rewarder sir. Are we together?
[1:38:27] Speaker 2: It's a rewarder.
[1:38:35] Speaker 3: But there is a price. There is a price. The
[1:38:38] Speaker 3: price of meekness. The price of sitting down and listening
[1:38:44] Speaker 3: to people younger than you. To teach you. The price
[1:38:47] Speaker 3: of humbling yourself. To say I do not know. Please
[1:38:51] Speaker 3: teach me. I'm willing to learn. The humility to learn
[1:38:55] Speaker 3: from children. To learn from subordinates. To learn from plants
[1:38:59] Speaker 3: and animals. Because we are so desperate for growth and
[1:39:02] Speaker 3: knowledge and increase. That it doesn't matter who God sends them.
[1:39:06] Speaker 3: I will listen. Let me tell you this. One of
[1:39:10] Speaker 3: the greatest miracles that can happen to us is the
[1:39:13] Speaker 3: miracle of humility. It's the reason why many Nigerians don't increase.
[1:39:18] Speaker 3: The moment we see greatness, we greet it with anger
[1:39:22] Speaker 3: and resentment. Our hearts are hardly meek and malleable.
[1:39:26] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:39:28] Speaker 3: We start bringing sentiments of age and the rest. Boy,
[1:39:31] Speaker 3: you are not getting the results. It's someone learning. I
[1:39:39] Speaker 3: am humbled every time as people travel from several nations. Vanuatu,
[1:39:47] Speaker 3: you know where Vanuatu is for an example? Vanuatu is
[1:39:49] Speaker 3: an island, I think, extending after Australia or thereabout. I mean,
[1:39:55] Speaker 3: that's the end of the world. After that island, whatever
[1:39:58] Speaker 3: you see, you take it like that. That's literally the
[1:40:00] Speaker 3: end of the earth. And there are people who travel
[1:40:03] Speaker 3: from there. And sometimes, and it's not because of me, honestly.
[1:40:07] Speaker 3: I watch with shock and wonder. I said, what kind
[1:40:10] Speaker 3: of pride is wrong with us as pastors, as leaders?
[1:40:14] Speaker 3: Something is not working in your life so glaringly, so obvious.
[1:40:19] Speaker 3: What does it take to just learn? Are you the
[1:40:22] Speaker 3: first to want money? What does it take to just learn?
[1:40:26] Speaker 3: It's a different thing if those who are serving it
[1:40:28] Speaker 3: are not willing to serve it with humility. Please learn
[1:40:33] Speaker 3: this from today. I'm going to give you a concluding thought.
[1:40:36] Speaker 3: But I'm drumming it in your heart. Realize that there
[1:40:39] Speaker 3: is a price. Nobody will pay your price for you.
[1:40:44] Speaker 3: It is called your destiny, not our destiny. Your destiny, sir.
[1:40:49] Speaker 3: Your destiny. Oh God, I am Mary. Let this womb
[1:40:54] Speaker 3: carry Jesus. Do you know what Mary did? I am Esther.
[1:40:58] Speaker 3: Do you know what Esther did? There is a prize
[1:41:00] Speaker 3: to be called Esther. There is a prize to be
[1:41:02] Speaker 3: called Abraham. There is a prize to be called Moses.
[1:41:06] Speaker 3: There is a prize to be called Elijah. Are we together?
[1:41:10] Speaker 3: Don't just call the name and claim it without the prize. Again,
[1:41:15] Speaker 3: I pray for you and it's from the depth of
[1:41:17] Speaker 3: my heart that the grace from today Gentlemen, for your finances,
[1:41:24] Speaker 3: the grace. For ministry, the grace. For leadership. To read
[1:41:29] Speaker 3: the books. To go for the conference. To learn. To
[1:41:33] Speaker 3: stay up at night. To burn the candles. To not
[1:41:36] Speaker 3: criticize others. I release that grace upon you. In the
[1:41:42] Speaker 3: name of Jesus Christ. I am eternally grateful today. For
[1:41:51] Speaker 3: those who subsidize the price for this journey. Because this
[1:41:56] Speaker 3: price was so huge. If God left us to ourselves.
[1:41:59] Speaker 3: Maybe now we are attempting to pay a little of it.
[1:42:03] Speaker 3: But God by his mercy made it very easy. Very easy.
[1:42:08] Speaker 3: My assignment over you in righteousness. Is to stay with God.
[1:42:13] Speaker 3: And as much as it can be subsidized for your destiny.
[1:42:17] Speaker 3: To make it happen. And I can assure you. That
[1:42:20] Speaker 3: I will not fail in that one. But no matter
[1:42:22] Speaker 3: what I do. It is up to you. Even if
[1:42:25] Speaker 3: I bring the food and keep it in front of you.
[1:42:27] Speaker 3: I can't eat it for you sir. I can't eat
[1:42:29] Speaker 3: it for you man. You are going to have to
[1:42:31] Speaker 3: wash your hand. Or get your cutlery. And get it
[1:42:35] Speaker 3: into your system. Number four. The fourth thought. Will be
[1:42:45] Speaker 3: my final thought tonight. A quick recap. We spoke on value.
[1:42:53] Speaker 3: as a quality that is derived to the degree to
[1:42:57] Speaker 3: which we are invested in God's program. Number two, we
[1:43:00] Speaker 3: spoke of impact as making your presence and your contribution
[1:43:05] Speaker 3: towards people, things, and all of that, leaving those things better.
[1:43:10] Speaker 3: That impact is based on a giving mentality beyond a
[1:43:14] Speaker 3: taking mentality. Number three, that there is a price. And
[1:43:18] Speaker 3: that price would demand that you look beyond yourself and
[1:43:22] Speaker 3: that No matter what kind of mentorship you receive, it
[1:43:26] Speaker 3: can only subsidize the price. It will not take over
[1:43:30] Speaker 3: the responsibility of making your destiny happen. Number four. I'm
[1:43:35] Speaker 3: going to give you seven out of a list of
[1:43:40] Speaker 3: 25 anchor tenants that have governed my life. There are
[1:43:45] Speaker 3: 25 foundational tenants that govern my life. But I will
[1:43:51] Speaker 3: give you seven Of those 25. And I guarantee you
[1:43:55] Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus. Tenants talk about value systems. Mindsets.
[1:44:01] Speaker 3: Values that you live by. It is the values of
[1:44:05] Speaker 3: a man. That defines who that man becomes. I will
[1:44:08] Speaker 3: just give you 7 by way of summary. And then
[1:44:11] Speaker 3: we'll pray. If you receive this. I assure you in
[1:44:15] Speaker 3: the name of Jesus. You will watch your life change.
[1:44:18] Speaker 3: You can reproduce yourself in others. By reproducing your values
[1:44:23] Speaker 3: in them. Praise the name of the Lord. Seven anchor tenets.
[1:44:29] Speaker 3: Number one. Practice love and reverence towards God. Proverbs 9.10.
[1:44:38] Speaker 3: Job 28.28. Practice love and reverence towards God. What the
[1:44:44] Speaker 3: Bible calls the fear of the Lord. That this must
[1:44:47] Speaker 3: become an anchor tenant. That you run your life by
[1:44:51] Speaker 3: this rule. Practice love and reverence towards God. Proverbs 9
[1:45:01] Speaker 3: and verse 10. It says the fear of the Lord
[1:45:04] Speaker 3: is the beginning of wisdom. Reverence for God. Is the
[1:45:08] Speaker 3: beginning of wisdom. And the knowledge of the Holy One.
[1:45:12] Speaker 3: That is truly understanding. Job 28.28. Let's see what Job said.
[1:45:18] Speaker 3: Is God blessing someone tonight? 28.28. And unto man he said.
[1:45:23] Speaker 3: Behold the fear of the Lord. That is wisdom. And
[1:45:26] Speaker 3: to depart from evil. Is understanding. The first tenant that
[1:45:31] Speaker 3: champions those who desire to climb this ladder to ascend
[1:45:36] Speaker 3: heights in the spirit until they become great and glorious.
[1:45:40] Speaker 3: You must practice love and reverence towards God. Number two,
[1:45:47] Speaker 3: practice gratitude as a lifestyle. Practice gratitude as a lifestyle.
[1:45:53] Speaker 3: Gratitude to God and gratitude to men. Let it not
[1:45:57] Speaker 3: just be what you do. Let it be how you live.
[1:46:01] Speaker 3: Practice gratitude as a lifestyle. 1 Thessalonians 5 verse 18.
[1:46:07] Speaker 3: 1 Thessalonians 5 verse 18. In everything, give thanks. In everything. Good, bad,
[1:46:15] Speaker 3: thank you Jesus. Nice, not so nice, thank you Jesus. Pleasant, unpleasant.
[1:46:22] Speaker 3: Thank you Jesus. Insulting, promoting. Thank you Jesus. It must
[1:46:27] Speaker 3: be your disposition. Colossians 3 and verse 15. Also teaches
[1:46:31] Speaker 3: us to be thankful. It says, and let the peace
[1:46:34] Speaker 3: of God rule your hearts. To the which ye are
[1:46:37] Speaker 3: also called in one body. And be ye thankful. Thank
[1:46:44] Speaker 3: you Jesus. I have lived by this principle. I assure
[1:46:47] Speaker 3: you by God. It's an anchor tenant. Thank you Jesus.
[1:46:53] Speaker 3: Whether things work the way I want. Or don't work
[1:46:56] Speaker 3: the way I want. Thank you Jesus. I give you thanks.
[1:47:00] Speaker 3: Thank you Jesus. Someone shout thank you Jesus. Gratitude must
[1:47:05] Speaker 3: be towards God. And gratitude must be towards men. I
[1:47:09] Speaker 3: have taught you the miracle of gratitude. That if you
[1:47:12] Speaker 3: learn to be thankful. You will keep scheduling seasons of favor.
[1:47:16] Speaker 3: Always be mindful of the good that is done to
[1:47:19] Speaker 3: you and respond to it with gratitude. Never take benevolence
[1:47:25] Speaker 3: for granted. Never take it for granted. Never take it
[1:47:29] Speaker 3: for granted.
[1:47:29] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:47:35] Speaker 3: I woke up this morning with all kinds of gifts.
[1:47:39] Speaker 3: Gifts that I may never exhaust. Gifts that I may not,
[1:47:42] Speaker 3: I mean all kinds of things. From animals to things,
[1:47:46] Speaker 3: to all kinds of things. Hallelujah. Goats, cows, whatever, all
[1:47:55] Speaker 3: kinds of gifts. I can look and say, okay, yeah,
[1:47:59] Speaker 3: that's good. I mean, it's good. No, thank you. You
[1:48:02] Speaker 3: have to thank people. Every time you are lavish in gratitude,
[1:48:07] Speaker 3: you schedule the season for the next demonstration of benevolence.
[1:48:12] Speaker 3: This is true towards man, man to man, and then
[1:48:15] Speaker 3: God to man. Practice gratitude. Number three, practice humility. humility
[1:48:21] Speaker 3: as a lifestyle practice humility james chapter 4 6 and
[1:48:27] Speaker 3: then 10 james chapter 4 6. He giveth more grace,
[1:48:32] Speaker 3: wherefore he saith, God resisted the proud, but giveth grace
[1:48:37] Speaker 3: to the humble. Verse 10. Humble yourselves in the sight
[1:48:41] Speaker 3: of the Lord, that he may lift you. Who lifts men?
[1:48:45] Speaker 3: No institution can lift a man. No individual can lift
[1:48:48] Speaker 3: a man. God walks through men, but it comes from him.
[1:48:53] Speaker 3: 1 Peter 5.5. Practice humility. If there's anything I want
[1:48:58] Speaker 3: you to carry, and it is one of the signature
[1:49:01] Speaker 3: graces in this ministry. Don't just receive wisdom, this grace
[1:49:05] Speaker 3: called favor and leave humility. There is a grace for humility.
[1:49:10] Speaker 3: And there is a part of humility that is a mentality.
[1:49:13] Speaker 3: It's not just an impartation.
[1:49:15] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[1:49:21] Speaker 3: Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves to the elder. Yea, all
[1:49:25] Speaker 3: of you be subject to one another. It says, and
[1:49:28] Speaker 3: be clothed with what? Wear it like a garment. It's
[1:49:33] Speaker 3: impossible to look at you and not see the cloth
[1:49:36] Speaker 3: you are wearing. I can know if it's corporate, if
[1:49:38] Speaker 3: it's traditional, if it's a sport wear or whatever it is.
[1:49:42] Speaker 3: You cannot say you are humble. I'm humble but it's
[1:49:44] Speaker 3: only God that knows. You are lying, sir. You are lying, sir.
[1:49:47] Speaker 3: Humility is a garment. You can wear it and everyone
[1:49:51] Speaker 3: can know. Many people are simple but they are not humble.
[1:49:57] Speaker 3: Proverbs 22 and verse 4. Practice humility as a lifestyle.
[1:50:02] Speaker 3: By humility and the fear of the Lord. Watch this.
[1:50:06] Speaker 3: Those who want to prosper. Here is one formula that
[1:50:08] Speaker 3: connects to kingdom wealth. By humility and the fear of
[1:50:12] Speaker 3: the Lord are riches and honor and life. The humility
[1:50:17] Speaker 3: to learn. The humility to seek for mentorship. The humility
[1:50:21] Speaker 3: to ask questions and listen. Listen to learn, not to contribute.
[1:50:29] Speaker 3: Proverbs 16, 18. Practice humility as a lifestyle. Because pride
[1:50:34] Speaker 3: goeth before destruction. And a haughty spirit. An overestimation of self.
[1:50:42] Speaker 3: A haughty spirit before a fall. You will not fall.
[1:50:46] Speaker 3: Shout amen like you're receiving. Anchor tenets number four. Are
[1:50:52] Speaker 3: you learning? Never stop learning and growing. Never stop learning
[1:50:57] Speaker 3: and growing. In my walk with God... And in my
[1:51:01] Speaker 3: destiny philosophy, there's no such thing as an arrival mentality. No.
[1:51:06] Speaker 3: Arrival is a relative statement. You have arrived at this level,
[1:51:11] Speaker 3: but there are still heights to climb. I think I
[1:51:13] Speaker 3: gave an illustration one time while teaching here, that if
[1:51:16] Speaker 3: you get into, say, a hotel that has, say, 200 rooms,
[1:51:21] Speaker 3: and you enter a lift, and you get to, say,
[1:51:26] Speaker 3: level 84, right? Level 84 is not level 0, but
[1:51:30] Speaker 3: it is also not level 200. And in most, you know,
[1:51:34] Speaker 3: great 5-star hotels that are built, skyscrapers, most times the
[1:51:39] Speaker 3: restaurant is at the highest floor. That means you are
[1:51:43] Speaker 3: away from noise, but you will not eat. Are we together?
[1:51:48] Speaker 3: You are away from, you won't hear the sound of anything.
[1:51:52] Speaker 3: But if it is you want to get to a
[1:51:53] Speaker 3: point where you sit and ride upon your high places.
[1:51:56] Speaker 3: You must press further. For someone you have left the ground.
[1:52:00] Speaker 3: But God sent me to announce to you. You are
[1:52:02] Speaker 3: not yet at the topmost top. Are we together now?
[1:52:05] Speaker 3: Maybe you are at level 50. Well done. There is
[1:52:07] Speaker 3: still 150 to go. You are at 150. There is
[1:52:10] Speaker 3: still 50 to go. Even if you are 199. There
[1:52:13] Speaker 3: is still one room to go. If your lift spoils.
[1:52:19] Speaker 3: at just one step, it can lock you in there.
[1:52:23] Speaker 3: And if God does not rescue you, you can die there.
[1:52:25] Speaker 3: Am I right on that? Please join me in this
[1:52:30] Speaker 3: dissatisfaction about plateauing. You'll never find me plateau. I celebrate
[1:52:35] Speaker 3: myself and things. But once I celebrate a level, that's
[1:52:40] Speaker 3: it there. I am aware that over-celebrating a current level
[1:52:46] Speaker 3: is not healthy. I'm amazed that Jesus resurrects from the
[1:52:50] Speaker 3: dead and does not even have time to keep talking
[1:52:53] Speaker 3: and drumming the fact that, do you know, I died
[1:52:55] Speaker 3: and I... No, no, no, no, no. He went straight
[1:52:56] Speaker 3: to the next business. If salvation happened well, but the
[1:53:01] Speaker 3: disciples were not prepared for Pentecost, it will be true
[1:53:04] Speaker 3: that Jesus died, but the good news will not spread around.
[1:53:07] Speaker 3: When he got up, he knew that part one of
[1:53:10] Speaker 3: the job was done. But part two, which was important,
[1:53:14] Speaker 3: getting that gospel to the ends of the earth. The
[1:53:17] Speaker 3: first fruit, those who will be doing that job, he
[1:53:19] Speaker 3: needed to finish their training. And he did not allow
[1:53:22] Speaker 3: his victory over death, hell and the grave to distract him.
[1:53:28] Speaker 3: If I'm Jesus and I rise from the dead, I
[1:53:30] Speaker 3: will celebrate it for ten years first. Ten years. Every
[1:53:35] Speaker 3: year there will be a ceremony. How I defeated Satan, hell,
[1:53:38] Speaker 3: and then afterwards. Okay, so now, all of these people.
[1:53:41] Speaker 3: You see that? But while you are doing that celebration,
[1:53:45] Speaker 3: the first fruit, all those who will be there, Satan
[1:53:47] Speaker 3: will attack them one by one and destroy them. He
[1:53:50] Speaker 3: attacked Peter, James, and John. You see that now. But Jesus.
[1:53:55] Speaker 3: As soon as he resurrected. He went straight showed himself.
[1:53:58] Speaker 3: As Paul would say. 500 others who saw him. And
[1:54:01] Speaker 3: got them to the upper room. Taught them on the
[1:54:04] Speaker 3: things that pertain to the kingdom. For 40 days non-stop.
[1:54:07] Speaker 3: Afterwards he said now you tarry. The Holy Ghost is coming.
[1:54:18] Speaker 3: Never stop learning. Proverbs 1 verse 5. A wise man
[1:54:22] Speaker 3: will increase in learning. A wise man will hear and
[1:54:26] Speaker 3: will increase in learning. How do you know the wise?
[1:54:29] Speaker 3: They are passion for more. They are passion for more.
[1:54:33] Speaker 3: They are passion for more. 1 Corinthians chapter 8 and
[1:54:37] Speaker 3: verse 2. I quoted that earlier. He said, if any
[1:54:40] Speaker 3: man think that he knoweth anything, he knoweth nothing yet
[1:54:44] Speaker 3: as he ought to know. I submit to you that
[1:54:47] Speaker 3: there are many things I don't know. And I'm not
[1:54:49] Speaker 3: just trying to be humble. It's the truth. There are
[1:54:52] Speaker 3: dimensions of leadership, organization, spiritual levels, bodies of knowledge and
[1:54:58] Speaker 3: revelation that are responsible for the next dimension that I
[1:55:02] Speaker 3: have not seen or have not seen clearly. So while
[1:55:06] Speaker 3: we dish out the ones that we have, that we
[1:55:08] Speaker 3: have seen, that we have handled, we are also students
[1:55:12] Speaker 3: learning to move at a higher height. You know a
[1:55:15] Speaker 3: lecturer can be both a student and a lecturer. He
[1:55:18] Speaker 3: can be lecturing in the college and then at the
[1:55:20] Speaker 3: same time He's a postgraduate student. Hallelujah. Number five. Never
[1:55:29] Speaker 3: outgrow the need to be guided. Never outgrow the need
[1:55:34] Speaker 3: for guidance. Never outgrow the need to be guided. Psalm
[1:55:38] Speaker 3: 25 and verse 9. Never outgrow the need to be guided.
[1:55:43] Speaker 3: Let's read it together. I just felt we should read
[1:55:46] Speaker 3: 25 and verse 9. And then I'll repeat myself so
[1:55:49] Speaker 3: you're right. One, two, go. The meek will he guide
[1:55:52] Speaker 3: in judgment and the meek will he teach his way.
[1:55:57] Speaker 3: Who will he teach his judgment and his way? The meek,
[1:55:59] Speaker 3: not the seeking. You can seek it but if it's
[1:56:03] Speaker 3: in pride, you will not find it. The meek will
[1:56:07] Speaker 3: he guide in judgment and the meek will he teach
[1:56:12] Speaker 3: his ways. Proverbs chapter 3, 5 and 6 says, In
[1:56:16] Speaker 3: all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path.
[1:56:22] Speaker 3: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean
[1:56:24] Speaker 3: not onto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge
[1:56:28] Speaker 3: him and he will direct your path. I think it's
[1:56:31] Speaker 3: Acts chapter 8 from verse 30 and 31. Acts chapter 8.
[1:56:37] Speaker 3: The utopian Enoch. That story is so instructive. How many
[1:56:41] Speaker 3: of you know that that man was an excellent man?
[1:56:43] Speaker 3: The man was not a small man at all. He
[1:56:46] Speaker 3: had his chariots and the Bible says, And Philip ran
[1:56:49] Speaker 3: hither to him and heard him read prophet Isaiah's. And
[1:56:53] Speaker 3: Philip told him, understandest what thou readest, his response is
[1:56:59] Speaker 3: our lesson. And he said, how can I, even though
[1:57:02] Speaker 3: I'm an Ethiopian eunuch, how can I except some man
[1:57:07] Speaker 3: should guide me? Not just some God, some man. In
[1:57:11] Speaker 3: other words, I admit that even though I'm a eunuch,
[1:57:14] Speaker 3: the finest of them, but I need somebody to guide me.
[1:57:19] Speaker 3: Seeking for guidance does not reduce your status. Never outgrow
[1:57:25] Speaker 3: the need To be guided. In the presence of guidance.
[1:57:32] Speaker 3: In the presence of counsel. Hard things are dissolved in
[1:57:37] Speaker 3: a moment. Mountains look like stones. You see that now.
[1:57:44] Speaker 3: Number six. Practice honor. As a lifestyle. First Samuel chapter
[1:57:50] Speaker 3: 2 and verse 30. Honor to God. And honor to men.
[1:57:54] Speaker 3: Practice honor. Honor. As a lifestyle. Practice honor. Wherefore the
[1:58:01] Speaker 3: Lord God of Israel said. I said indeed that thy
[1:58:04] Speaker 3: house and the house of thy father. Should walk before
[1:58:07] Speaker 3: me forever. But now the Lord say. be far from me.
[1:58:11] Speaker 3: For them that honor me, I will honor. Them that
[1:58:16] Speaker 3: honor me, I will honor. And they that despise me,
[1:58:20] Speaker 3: I will lightly esteem. Romans chapter 13 and verse 7.
[1:58:25] Speaker 3: Let's read from NIV. Romans 13 and verse 7. Can
[1:58:29] Speaker 3: we read from NIV? Everyone please read. One, two, go.
[1:58:33] Speaker 3: Give everyone what you owe him. If you owe.
[1:58:37] Speaker 8: Taxes, pay taxes. If revenue, then revenue. If respect, then respect.
[1:58:46] Speaker 8: If honor, then honor.
[1:58:50] Speaker 3: Hallelujah. Honor as a lifestyle. 1 Peter chapter 2 and
[1:58:55] Speaker 3: verse 7. 1 Peter chapter 2 and verse 7. I
[1:59:04] Speaker 3: hope I got that right. There's something I'm looking for.
[1:59:08] Speaker 2: Ah, no, no, no.
[1:59:09] Speaker 3: I'm looking for a scripture. Peter put a rendition. I
[1:59:14] Speaker 3: wanted to use it to make a statement. But let
[1:59:16] Speaker 3: me make the statement anyway. Please look at this and learn.
[1:59:20] Speaker 3: Never fight a man you once honored publicly. This is
[1:59:25] Speaker 3: a powerful lesson. Never honor a man you once loved.
[1:59:30] Speaker 3: I mean, never fight a man you once honored publicly.
[1:59:34] Speaker 3: You know why? You bring reproach on your own person.
[1:59:39] Speaker 3: Never fight a man you once honored publicly. It's a
[1:59:45] Speaker 3: very powerful principle. That you once honored a man and
[1:59:51] Speaker 3: you fought that man. Nobody will trust you again because
[1:59:54] Speaker 3: of your inconsistency in character. Now look up, let me
[1:59:58] Speaker 3: teach you something. Pain is a revealer of the authenticity
[2:00:02] Speaker 3: of honor. Disappointment is a revealer of the authenticity of honor.
[2:00:08] Speaker 3: Are you learning now? If pain makes you change your
[2:00:11] Speaker 3: disposition towards people who bless you, you never truly honor them.
[2:00:18] Speaker 3: Who is learning now? These are profound tenets that I
[2:00:21] Speaker 3: live by. No matter what happens in this life, Even
[2:00:26] Speaker 3: if the fathers of faith for an example looked at
[2:00:28] Speaker 3: me today and put a public statement and said body
[2:00:31] Speaker 3: of Christ, we're announcing to you officially that apostle is
[2:00:35] Speaker 3: the most stupid man of God in Nigeria. I would
[2:00:39] Speaker 3: respect them to their grave. And even when they are gone,
[2:00:43] Speaker 3: I will not open my mouth and say anything. It
[2:00:45] Speaker 3: is amazing how people say Hosanna one moment and then
[2:00:49] Speaker 3: they turn and say crucify him with the same mouth.
[2:00:52] Speaker 3: You will never be trusted in your entire life. Are
[2:00:55] Speaker 3: we together? Yes. It's true. It's a powerful leadership principle.
[2:01:09] Speaker 3: I wish we had time. Would have learned from David
[2:01:12] Speaker 3: and Saul. Saul was a man who was angry at
[2:01:16] Speaker 3: David palpably. He was angry, envious, threw a javelin to
[2:01:22] Speaker 3: pin David to the wall. David ran away twice. David
[2:01:26] Speaker 3: had an opportunity to kill him. One time he was
[2:01:29] Speaker 3: sleeping and David's aide said, please, it's not you that
[2:01:33] Speaker 3: will do it. Just give me permission to pin this
[2:01:35] Speaker 3: man to the ground. So he does not wake up
[2:01:38] Speaker 3: and he rebuked him. He still called him the Lord's anointed,
[2:01:42] Speaker 3: even though oil had been poured upon his head. Hallelujah.
[2:01:49] Speaker 3: I have profound regard for consistency. Consistency. Consistency. Your boss
[2:02:00] Speaker 3: helped you. Your boss built you. And only because he
[2:02:04] Speaker 3: now sacked you from the work, you go about saying,
[2:02:07] Speaker 3: it's just that I didn't say it. That man is
[2:02:09] Speaker 3: a stupid man. He's a selfish man. He does not
[2:02:12] Speaker 3: even pay us. And maybe you are right, but nobody
[2:02:16] Speaker 3: who really wants a great destiny should employ you because
[2:02:19] Speaker 3: you are a risk. You have already demonstrated that you
[2:02:22] Speaker 3: cannot be trusted. Are we together? Yes. This is profound.
[2:02:28] Speaker 3: Very profound. Did you ever read a very scary scripture
[2:02:32] Speaker 3: in the Bible? That God shall see the travail of
[2:02:36] Speaker 3: Jesus' soul and shall be satisfied. How can a father
[2:02:41] Speaker 3: see the travail of his son? Even though he knew.
[2:02:45] Speaker 3: If you are a father and you see your son,
[2:02:47] Speaker 3: although you know that is the plan of salvation. The
[2:02:50] Speaker 3: kind of pain Jesus was going through. Job went through
[2:02:55] Speaker 3: that same kind of pain or a similar thing. And
[2:02:58] Speaker 3: the wife said, this is not worth it. The God
[2:03:00] Speaker 3: who allows you to go through this pain, you should
[2:03:02] Speaker 3: not be worshipped. Curse God and die. He said, why
[2:03:05] Speaker 3: do you speak like one of these foolish women? Job said,
[2:03:08] Speaker 3: all the days of my appointed time, he refused to
[2:03:12] Speaker 3: sin against God with his words. Is somebody learning now?
[2:03:18] Speaker 3: These are irrefutable principles. I've counseled people who were treated
[2:03:23] Speaker 3: badly in their place of work. I mean, it was
[2:03:27] Speaker 3: a dehumanizing treatment. Their bosses were clearly, they were almost demonic.
[2:03:33] Speaker 3: And they were angry and furious. And I told them,
[2:03:36] Speaker 3: I said, listen, you have gone through this now. But
[2:03:39] Speaker 3: don't forget, you are building your own destiny. Other people
[2:03:42] Speaker 3: will come from that destiny. Don't let somebody's insulting you
[2:03:46] Speaker 3: make you stop sowing good seeds on your own ground.
[2:03:49] Speaker 3: Because you will reap what you sow, not what they
[2:03:51] Speaker 3: want you to sow. Are we together? This is a
[2:03:56] Speaker 3: profound lesson. Provided God granted you grace to receive contribution,
[2:04:03] Speaker 3: whether from parents, whether from loved ones, whether from spouse,
[2:04:07] Speaker 3: whatever it is. I remember one very touching case. Touching case.
[2:04:14] Speaker 3: Two people who sadly and very painfully, it was very
[2:04:18] Speaker 3: obvious their marriage was not going to work again. You know,
[2:04:22] Speaker 3: very painfully. I got involved in the issue and did
[2:04:25] Speaker 3: the best. It was very clear. But even at that,
[2:04:28] Speaker 3: the man made a profound statement. Now, I'm not an
[2:04:31] Speaker 3: advocate of divorce. But the man made a statement. He said, listen,
[2:04:35] Speaker 3: it's sad that this thing is not working. But eternally,
[2:04:39] Speaker 3: I will respect this woman. I was going to say,
[2:04:41] Speaker 3: so what? I mean, this is already the seed for
[2:04:44] Speaker 3: the thing to come back. But it was already, you know,
[2:04:48] Speaker 3: the legal, the court had taken his thing. But he
[2:04:50] Speaker 3: made up his mind. And I said, okay, maybe what
[2:04:54] Speaker 3: you need is deliverance. Because I see a disposition that
[2:04:58] Speaker 3: connotes responsibility. We need to investigate why this thing did
[2:05:02] Speaker 3: not work. Are we together? You find two people who
[2:05:09] Speaker 3: say they are in love, for an example, they are
[2:05:11] Speaker 3: in a relationship. Suddenly it does not work and they
[2:05:14] Speaker 3: become enemies of themselves. They never love themselves. They love
[2:05:18] Speaker 3: their destinies to one another. Are we together? When there
[2:05:23] Speaker 3: is genuine honor, even when there is no more connection,
[2:05:28] Speaker 3: honor remains. Honor never departs. Is somebody learning now? This
[2:05:32] Speaker 3: is not whether for ministers, whether for bosses. It's a
[2:05:36] Speaker 3: principle that makes you look like a fool. But you
[2:05:39] Speaker 3: will look like a winner all the time. All the time.
[2:05:46] Speaker 3: Honor is a powerful mystery. I have seen this thing
[2:05:49] Speaker 3: work wonders in my life. Work wonders in my life.
[2:05:54] Speaker 3: There are people I've acknowledged and honored publicly. It will
[2:05:58] Speaker 3: never be out of my mouth to tear them down,
[2:06:01] Speaker 3: to pull them down.
[2:06:02] Speaker 2: No.
[2:06:04] Speaker 3: Ministries, people, no. Never ever. That's not my assignment. It's
[2:06:10] Speaker 3: not what God gave me. I'm a builder, not a destroyer.
[2:06:14] Speaker 3: Are we together? My confidence is that life is a seed.
[2:06:21] Speaker 3: If someone sows a wrong seed in your life, they
[2:06:23] Speaker 3: will reap their harvest, not your harvest. So allow the
[2:06:27] Speaker 3: laws to work. You always hear me say laws are warriors.
[2:06:30] Speaker 3: They fight viciously. Don't fight the battle that laws should fight. Apostle,
[2:06:37] Speaker 3: but people dishonor me. Don't worry. Don't worry. There is
[2:06:41] Speaker 3: a principle on ground. God is a rewarder. Are we together? Apostle,
[2:06:46] Speaker 3: I served this person and they did not settle me.
[2:06:49] Speaker 3: The person drove me away and just left me like that.
[2:06:52] Speaker 3: I hate this person.
[2:06:53] Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
[2:06:54] Speaker 3: Saying you hate that person destroys your testimony. The beauty
[2:06:58] Speaker 3: of your testimony is that you were ill-treated and yet
[2:07:01] Speaker 3: you stood strong. That's what makes you noble in character.
[2:07:05] Speaker 3: If the pressure pushed you, then it means you are
[2:07:07] Speaker 3: not worth celebrating. It's the staying power that makes people
[2:07:13] Speaker 3: say you are truly exceptional. Is somebody learning? Make sure
[2:07:20] Speaker 3: your practice of honor is non-pretentious. Don't talk with two
[2:07:24] Speaker 3: sides of your mouth.
[2:07:26] Speaker 2: No.
[2:07:26] Speaker 3: Don't honor God and curse him. Don't honor men and
[2:07:29] Speaker 3: curse them. The birds of the air hear your conversation
[2:07:33] Speaker 3: and they register it in the spirit. And in a
[2:07:35] Speaker 3: mysterious way, you will wonder why things are not working
[2:07:38] Speaker 3: in your life. The Bible says he will restore the
[2:07:41] Speaker 3: fathers to the sons and the sons to the fathers.
[2:07:44] Speaker 3: Lest I send a curse upon the earth. As a
[2:07:48] Speaker 3: personal principle, I have a profound respect for elders. It's
[2:07:53] Speaker 3: a principle. As a personal principle, I have a profound
[2:07:58] Speaker 3: respect for anyone. who names the name of Christ in ministry.
[2:08:02] Speaker 3: I have profound respect for those producing results. Honor all
[2:08:09] Speaker 3: men then honor the king. Say I receive grace to
[2:08:13] Speaker 3: practice honor as a lifestyle. Can I tell you If
[2:08:19] Speaker 3: you talk against someone in the secret and you come
[2:08:22] Speaker 3: out and say, yes sir, your energy will betray you.
[2:08:25] Speaker 3: There is an energy that shows that no, it's not
[2:08:28] Speaker 3: coming from a pure heart. There is a conversation that happens.
[2:08:31] Speaker 3: We used to have an inscription in my family house
[2:08:34] Speaker 3: growing up. It says, Christ is the head of this home.
[2:08:37] Speaker 3: The unseen guest at every meal. I like the third part,
[2:08:41] Speaker 3: the silent listener to every conversation. Don't think you were
[2:08:45] Speaker 3: talking alone. The God of justice was listening to you.
[2:08:49] Speaker 3: As you mocked the people that built you. As you
[2:08:51] Speaker 3: insulted the fathers of faith. And came out and said
[2:08:54] Speaker 3: oh we love them. As you insulted all the people
[2:08:57] Speaker 3: who are wealthy. And then you go on and say
[2:08:59] Speaker 3: God but bless me too. As you insulted mega churches.
[2:09:02] Speaker 3: And you say but I admit to I will grow.
[2:09:04] Speaker 3: No sir. You cannot grow into what you have resented.
[2:09:08] Speaker 3: This honor is like a padlock that closes a door.
[2:09:12] Speaker 3: Honor is like a key that opens that door. Praise
[2:09:17] Speaker 3: the name of the Lord. Hallelujah. Every once in a
[2:09:24] Speaker 3: while I still meet people who contributed in various ways.
[2:09:28] Speaker 3: Significantly to my life and my spiritual upbringing. And where
[2:09:32] Speaker 3: God grants an opportunity for us to meet. Now in
[2:09:36] Speaker 3: the position that others would be called an elevated position.
[2:09:39] Speaker 3: Sometimes we stumble paths at the airport. Sometimes we meet
[2:09:42] Speaker 3: in programs. And just when they want to now start doing.
[2:09:46] Speaker 3: I say no, no, no, no, no, no, please. The
[2:09:49] Speaker 3: fact that once upon a time, you reached out your hands,
[2:09:53] Speaker 3: and it was through your hands I got to this position.
[2:09:56] Speaker 3: In whatever way, no matter how lifted I am, you
[2:10:00] Speaker 3: deserve my honor eternally. Many years ago, we went to
[2:10:04] Speaker 3: preach somewhere, and Dr. David Ogueli did something that touched me.
[2:10:09] Speaker 3: It was his session to preach. And while he was
[2:10:12] Speaker 3: going to preach, there was a woman who those days,
[2:10:15] Speaker 3: before her husband died, She used to be a profound
[2:10:18] Speaker 3: woman of God. And the husband, they did a lot
[2:10:22] Speaker 3: of great things. I think 90s, you know, and all
[2:10:25] Speaker 3: of that before the husband passed on. And he was
[2:10:27] Speaker 3: about to preach. And he saw the woman. And he said, mommy,
[2:10:32] Speaker 3: is this you? He dropped the mic and prostrated flat
[2:10:36] Speaker 3: on the floor. He's an Igbo man, not a Yoruba man.
[2:10:40] Speaker 3: But he prostrated flat on the ground. And greeted and said, quickly, please.
[2:10:46] Speaker 3: Give me a seed and drop something before he continued.
[2:10:51] Speaker 3: And it happened to be that I was going to
[2:10:53] Speaker 3: meet with a woman after the program. Because the woman
[2:10:55] Speaker 3: wanted to see me. I won't tell you what me
[2:10:58] Speaker 3: I did. But I would be a fool to have
[2:11:01] Speaker 3: gone to her and just counsel as a young man.
[2:11:11] Speaker 3: A woman of faith once did something to me many
[2:11:13] Speaker 3: years ago. I went somewhere and they said somebody wanted
[2:11:18] Speaker 3: to see me. And they knocked my door. And I
[2:11:20] Speaker 3: saw her, a great woman. And she said, Apostle, you've
[2:11:24] Speaker 3: impacted me, you've impacted my children. I just brought a seed.
[2:11:27] Speaker 3: And she got down on her knees. I got down
[2:11:29] Speaker 3: on my knees and said, no, no, no, no. Please
[2:11:31] Speaker 3: pray for me. I said, it doesn't change anything, mommy.
[2:11:33] Speaker 3: That you are on your knees, I would be stupid
[2:11:35] Speaker 3: to still be on my feet. I know you very well.
[2:11:38] Speaker 3: You may not know me. But I knew what your
[2:11:40] Speaker 3: husband was doing before he died. I will not let
[2:11:42] Speaker 3: you kneel down before me. And since you have refused
[2:11:45] Speaker 3: to stand, I will kneel too. It's not pretense. Don't
[2:11:48] Speaker 3: let foolish people tell you you are just playing games.
[2:11:50] Speaker 3: That's why they don't go anywhere. Did you hear what
[2:11:53] Speaker 3: I said? That's why they don't go anywhere. Because God
[2:11:56] Speaker 3: is not stupid. Hallelujah. Even if it's inside an aircraft.
[2:12:05] Speaker 3: I turn and I see somebody that is worth my honor.
[2:12:08] Speaker 3: There and then. I won't wait till we land. If
[2:12:11] Speaker 3: I have access, I will honor them and greet them. Oh, sir,
[2:12:14] Speaker 3: I used to remember you. You were a reverend in
[2:12:16] Speaker 3: social church. It's true. I listened to you those days. Please, sir,
[2:12:19] Speaker 3: may God bless you. Have a seat. Practice it as
[2:12:22] Speaker 3: a lifestyle. Practice it as a lifestyle. When I saw
[2:12:26] Speaker 3: her mother here, I paused and acknowledged her. Eternally. Anywhere
[2:12:32] Speaker 3: you see this woman of God. Anywhere you see this mummy.
[2:12:34] Speaker 3: Please bless her for me. I'm saying it openly. Bless
[2:12:38] Speaker 3: her for me. I can't begin to tell you the stories.
[2:12:46] Speaker 3: Pastor Jakes is here. He will tell you. I mean
[2:12:48] Speaker 3: she will carry us and take care of us. This
[2:12:57] Speaker 3: is when the nations did not know us. And that's
[2:13:00] Speaker 3: the point. Never be too big that you are embarrassed
[2:13:04] Speaker 3: to acknowledge those who helped you. It does not reduce you.
[2:13:08] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:13:10] Speaker 3: It does not reduce you. My dear son Pastor Ike
[2:13:15] Speaker 3: is here. He did something that really touched me. He
[2:13:18] Speaker 3: came in from, he was the one who carried, I'm
[2:13:21] Speaker 3: just saying it to embarrass him a bit. He came
[2:13:25] Speaker 3: in from worry and carried a cow. They just told
[2:13:28] Speaker 3: me that, I said, this guy again. I said, I
[2:13:31] Speaker 3: thought you were here, was it? How many weeks ago?
[2:13:33] Speaker 3: What are you still doing here? He said, he came.
[2:13:35] Speaker 3: I said, are you going? He said, no, I'm waiting
[2:13:36] Speaker 3: for the birthday. I said, for what? He now told me,
[2:13:39] Speaker 3: he said, General Assembly, can I start discussing what can
[2:13:43] Speaker 3: he do? He wants to mobilize people in the East.
[2:13:45] Speaker 3: I sent him a text and I'm saying it here.
[2:13:47] Speaker 3: I said, because you have done this, may God raise
[2:13:50] Speaker 3: sons who will honor you forever. Let me tell you this.
[2:13:56] Speaker 3: One of the greatest prayers.
[2:13:58] Speaker 2: Listen.
[2:13:59] Speaker 3: One of the greatest prayers to pray for a man.
[2:14:01] Speaker 3: Is the way you treat others. May God raise people
[2:14:05] Speaker 3: to treat you that way. Is that not a good prayer?
[2:14:10] Speaker 3: Because if you treated people. Why are you so. I
[2:14:13] Speaker 3: mean why is the prayer. That the way you treat.
[2:14:17] Speaker 3: For me I will say amen to that prayer. But
[2:14:22] Speaker 3: if you have not treated people well. Shout mercy. Hallelujah.
[2:14:36] Speaker 3: I learned this from a man of God. Many years
[2:14:38] Speaker 3: he was in a pastor's conference. He said when he
[2:14:42] Speaker 3: was praying for his son to leave, he said, everything
[2:14:46] Speaker 3: you did to me, kneel down. May God raise people
[2:14:50] Speaker 3: to do it to you. That means if you love me,
[2:14:55] Speaker 3: if you poured water on my hands, if you took
[2:14:58] Speaker 3: care of me, if you stood by me, may God
[2:15:01] Speaker 3: raise people to do the same thing. But if you
[2:15:04] Speaker 3: turn me down and cause me pain, it's a seed.
[2:15:07] Speaker 3: That's why I say shout mercy. Don't worry. For your
[2:15:14] Speaker 3: days of ignorance, God forgives you. God forgives you. Hallelujah.
[2:15:21] Speaker 3: Some of you said all kinds of things against everybody.
[2:15:24] Speaker 3: You just sit down, call the names of men of
[2:15:26] Speaker 3: God and debate and tear them down. And when you finish,
[2:15:29] Speaker 3: you say, okay, God, my destiny. And God says, you
[2:15:31] Speaker 3: are joking. Did they ever teach you how destiny happens?
[2:15:35] Speaker 3: Whose child is this? And you are insulting the child.
[2:15:38] Speaker 3: Look how the child is dressed. And you don't have
[2:15:40] Speaker 3: your child yet. You are not even married yet. Nobody
[2:15:43] Speaker 3: has even come to your life for a relationship yet.
[2:15:45] Speaker 3: And you are insulting another person's child. And then when
[2:15:49] Speaker 3: you finish, you believe your position? No, sir. You are
[2:15:51] Speaker 3: not seen. You are covered. This honor has covered you.
[2:15:55] Speaker 3: I mean what I'm saying. You tear down people's marriages
[2:16:04] Speaker 3: and you want peace in your own marriage. How are
[2:16:06] Speaker 3: you going to get that kind of thing? Look at
[2:16:09] Speaker 3: the way the man is treating the woman. Shame on them.
[2:16:11] Speaker 3: You are not married and you are commenting.
[2:16:13] Speaker 2: Save Johnny.
[2:16:14] Speaker 3: Save Johnny. Well, it's my birthday. He'll take what the
[2:16:19] Speaker 3: enemy meant for you. And he'll turn it for good.
[2:16:24] Speaker 9: He'll turn it for good.
[2:16:28] Speaker 3: I'm praying mercy over you now. He'll take what the
[2:16:31] Speaker 3: enemy meant for you.
[2:16:33] Speaker 4: And he'll turn it for good. He'll turn it for good.
[2:16:40] Speaker 3: Let me give you number seven. And then we pray.
[2:16:43] Speaker 3: Walk in love. Walk in love. Seven anchor tenants. Out
[2:16:50] Speaker 3: of the 25. That have changed my life. Practice love.
[2:16:55] Speaker 3: And reverence. Towards God. Practice gratitude. As a lifestyle. Gratitude
[2:17:03] Speaker 3: to God. And gratitude to men. Practice humility. As a lifestyle.
[2:17:09] Speaker 3: Number three. Never stop learning. Never stop growing. Never stop learning.
[2:17:16] Speaker 3: Number five, never outgrow the need to be guided. Seek
[2:17:21] Speaker 3: guidance from God, from men, from materials. Practice honor as
[2:17:29] Speaker 3: a lifestyle. If I were you writing, I would start
[2:17:32] Speaker 3: that statement. That thing about honor, we can do a
[2:17:36] Speaker 3: night vigil on this subject of honor. Honor is a lift.
[2:17:41] Speaker 3: It's not even a ladder. It has a fearful way
[2:17:45] Speaker 3: of exalting a man Finally walk in love. Walking in
[2:17:51] Speaker 3: love is a very complex statement. Romans chapter 12, I
[2:17:55] Speaker 3: believe verse 10. That's a scripture that just came to
[2:17:57] Speaker 3: my spirit. Romans 12, 10. He said, be kindly affectioned
[2:18:02] Speaker 3: or affectionate one to another with broadly love in honor,
[2:18:08] Speaker 3: preferring one another. Preferring one another. Love, genuine love will
[2:18:15] Speaker 3: demand forgiveness. Genuine love will demand tolerance. I've told you
[2:18:20] Speaker 3: the difference between forgiveness and tolerance. Do you remember? Forgiveness
[2:18:24] Speaker 3: means to grant pardon to a defaulter. But tolerance means
[2:18:29] Speaker 3: to build a system of accommodation around a weakness and
[2:18:34] Speaker 3: a limitation. Because it will happen again and again and again. Hallelujah.
[2:18:43] Speaker 3: The example I used that day was, if a noisy
[2:18:45] Speaker 3: person tells you sorry, I will stop it. The person
[2:18:49] Speaker 3: does not need forgiveness. The person needs tolerance. Because that noise,
[2:18:55] Speaker 3: you will hear it again.
[2:18:56] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:19:01] Speaker 3: Let me conclude this way. Men are not just exceptional.
[2:19:06] Speaker 3: Listen to my message, victorious by choice. Victorious by choice...
[2:19:12] Speaker 3: Men do not just become great... Because God wants them great...
[2:19:16] Speaker 3: Men do not just excel... Because it's in their destiny
[2:19:19] Speaker 3: to excel... These are the ladders... That they climb... And
[2:19:23] Speaker 3: let me tell you this ladies and gentlemen... If the
[2:19:26] Speaker 3: ladder say for an example... Has 12 steps... Others are
[2:19:31] Speaker 3: fortunately born... Maybe at step 4 already... Their parents already
[2:19:36] Speaker 3: provide that leverage... But nobody is born at the highest
[2:19:40] Speaker 3: height by default. Others are born by the wayside. They
[2:19:46] Speaker 3: have to even locate where that ladder is. And then
[2:19:50] Speaker 3: start climbing. Others are derailed away from that ladder that
[2:19:55] Speaker 3: leads to greatness. And they keep rigmaroling and gallivanting around destiny.
[2:20:00] Speaker 3: And after many years and many decades, they finally find
[2:20:03] Speaker 3: their footing. But sometimes it is almost too late. Now
[2:20:06] Speaker 3: I'll tell you this. Old people don't have time, but
[2:20:11] Speaker 3: they have experience aggregated through pain, through mistakes, through wrong thinking.
[2:20:19] Speaker 3: Young people have time, but they seldom have the knowledge
[2:20:26] Speaker 3: to maximize and to invest in that time. Services like
[2:20:31] Speaker 3: this attempt to create a bridge, to bring the experience
[2:20:35] Speaker 3: of the old, And take advantage of the time of
[2:20:38] Speaker 3: the young. So that you are able to make maximum progress.
[2:20:43] Speaker 3: I preached a message years ago called the rich young ruler.
[2:20:47] Speaker 3: It's a powerful message. The rich dash young dash ruler.
[2:20:53] Speaker 3: Very few people can have that title. That you are
[2:20:56] Speaker 3: rich ruler. Rich by every standard of definition. Then you
[2:21:00] Speaker 3: are young. Meaning you had dominion over time. Then you
[2:21:04] Speaker 3: have authority. Most times it is old. And then maybe rich.
[2:21:10] Speaker 3: And then you are not a ruler. Or you are
[2:21:12] Speaker 3: a ruler by fraud. And then you are not young.
[2:21:15] Speaker 3: And all of that. But there was a man who
[2:21:17] Speaker 3: was rich. Rich unto God. Rich in destiny. He was young.
[2:21:22] Speaker 3: Meaning he maximized his time. It was a reflection of
[2:21:26] Speaker 3: the quality of his decisions. And he was a ruler.
[2:21:29] Speaker 3: Who allowed him to have influence over them at such
[2:21:32] Speaker 3: a young age. A man can be rich. Can be young.
[2:21:36] Speaker 3: And have authority. That's God's best for you. For someone here.
[2:21:41] Speaker 3: You may be saying apostle. I have time. I'm still young.
[2:21:45] Speaker 3: But there's so much I don't know. That's where the
[2:21:49] Speaker 3: house of God comes in. To give you knowledge. For
[2:21:51] Speaker 3: someone you may be saying. I've spent my days. I'm 50.
[2:21:54] Speaker 3: I'm 60. Perhaps 70. I have a lot of experiences.
[2:21:58] Speaker 3: But I don't know if I have the time. Ask Abraham.
[2:22:01] Speaker 3: There's always time to amend your ways. I celebrate my
[2:22:07] Speaker 3: birthdays every year in an atmosphere of deep and sober reflection. First,
[2:22:14] Speaker 3: grateful to God for being alive. Second, grateful to God
[2:22:20] Speaker 3: for being a child of God. And then number three,
[2:22:24] Speaker 3: to be trusted with a part of God's prophetic program
[2:22:27] Speaker 3: for the nations. And then if I will add any,
[2:22:31] Speaker 3: for the privilege of tasting what it means to live
[2:22:34] Speaker 3: a victorious life, an impactful life, a life of purpose
[2:22:38] Speaker 3: and meaning. This year was no different. I just spent
[2:22:42] Speaker 3: my time in gratitude to God as I reflected through
[2:22:44] Speaker 3: the last one year of my life. And I've not
[2:22:47] Speaker 3: achieved everything yet I desire to achieve for myself, for
[2:22:51] Speaker 3: my assignment, and for the nations. But I'm grateful to
[2:22:54] Speaker 3: God for how far he's brought me. And I wrapped
[2:22:57] Speaker 3: up my meeting with a conclusion and a determination, obtaining
[2:23:01] Speaker 3: grace from God to press forward. I borrowed from the
[2:23:04] Speaker 3: words of Paul, And I'll conclude with it. This one
[2:23:07] Speaker 3: thing I do. Forgetting the things that are behind me.
[2:23:12] Speaker 3: And reaching forth for the things that are before me.
[2:23:15] Speaker 3: Is that I press. Towards the mark of the high
[2:23:19] Speaker 3: calling of God in Christ Jesus. I press. I leave
[2:23:25] Speaker 3: you with a final word. Press. Press for greater heights spiritually.
[2:23:32] Speaker 3: Press for greater levels in destiny. It's a ladder. Don't stop.
[2:23:38] Speaker 3: The ladder leads somewhere. Don't just climb and stop there
[2:23:42] Speaker 3: until you get to that place called destiny. Never stop.
[2:23:47] Speaker 3: It is my desire, Koinonia Global and the body of Christ,
[2:23:50] Speaker 3: that as you have celebrated me, for which I am
[2:23:53] Speaker 3: deeply and profoundly grateful, that this day would not just
[2:23:56] Speaker 3: be the celebration of a celebrity's day.
[2:24:01] Speaker 2: No.
[2:24:02] Speaker 3: That's not the goal. The man you see today standing
[2:24:06] Speaker 3: before you. Was raised by God as a sign and
[2:24:09] Speaker 3: a wonder. To show the possibilities. What God can do
[2:24:13] Speaker 3: with men. When they are foolish enough to believe him.
[2:24:17] Speaker 3: When they are foolish enough to be yielded. You may
[2:24:21] Speaker 3: not know what step to take from now. But you
[2:24:24] Speaker 3: can start by being yielded. And say Lord. I don't
[2:24:27] Speaker 3: know where we are going. I have no idea about
[2:24:30] Speaker 3: my destiny. But I want to leave this place knowing
[2:24:33] Speaker 3: that I trust you. I trust you with my life.
[2:24:37] Speaker 3: I trust you with my days. And this is my confidence.
[2:24:41] Speaker 3: If I can get you to that point tonight. Then
[2:24:44] Speaker 3: it was a birthday worth celebrating. Worth celebrating. All my
[2:24:48] Speaker 3: days on earth I will await.
[2:24:54] Speaker 7: The moment that I see you face to face.
[2:25:01] Speaker 8: For nothing in this world can satisfy.
[2:25:08] Speaker 3: Jesus, you're the cup that will run dry. Let's sing
[2:25:13] Speaker 3: that part again.
[2:25:15] Speaker 7: All my days on earth I will await.
[2:25:21] Speaker 8: This moment that I see you.
[2:25:24] Speaker 3: Face to face.
[2:25:28] Speaker 8: For nothing in this world is satisfied.
[2:25:36] Speaker 3: Jesus, you're the cup that will run dry. Jesus, you're
[2:25:40] Speaker 3: the cup that will run dry.
[2:25:46] Speaker 9: Yes, you are the cup that will run dry. Jesus,
[2:25:53] Speaker 9: you're the cup that will run dry. Jesus, you're the
[2:26:01] Speaker 9: cop that was run dry.
[2:26:03] Speaker 4: You're the cop that was run dry.
[2:26:10] Speaker 3: So who is like you, Lord, in all the earth?
[2:26:17] Speaker 3: Much less love and beauty.
[2:26:19] Speaker 2: And less fun.
[2:26:24] Speaker 7: Nothing in this world is satisfied.
[2:26:31] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:26:39] Speaker 3: If you are able to, I want you to just
[2:26:41] Speaker 3: pray for yourself in one minute. Lord, I will not
[2:26:44] Speaker 3: fail in life. I will not fail in life. I
[2:26:49] Speaker 3: may have come from a background that is not the best,
[2:26:51] Speaker 3: but I choose this day to be victorious. Please lift
[2:26:55] Speaker 3: your voice and pray. I didn't just come to celebrate
[2:27:01] Speaker 3: a man's birthday. I didn't just come to honor a
[2:27:05] Speaker 3: special service. I came to be stretched. That I can
[2:27:10] Speaker 3: be valuable. I can live an impactful life. And that
[2:27:16] Speaker 3: happens by working in keeping with tenets and principles. Then
[2:27:22] Speaker 3: obtaining grace from God. The one who helps men. Please pray.
[2:27:28] Speaker 8: Jesus, you're the cup that won't run dry.
[2:27:33] Speaker 7: Jesus, you're the cup that won't run dry.
[2:27:45] Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray. The next five minutes will be
[2:27:49] Speaker 3: a prophetic time. I want to speak over your life.
[2:27:52] Speaker 3: But lift your voice and pray. Bring before him your fears.
[2:27:57] Speaker 3: Your fears. Your doubts. Your uncertainties. Lifted before him your questions.
[2:28:06] Speaker 3: Your confusions. Declare that you need his help in this season.
[2:28:19] Speaker 3: Maybe for someone your cry is for more of his presence.
[2:28:24] Speaker 3: There's nothing like your presence Lord. All I want is
[2:28:29] Speaker 3: to be with you. There's nothing like your presence, Lord.
[2:28:35] Speaker 10: All I want is to be with you.
[2:28:38] Speaker 3: There's nothing like your presence, Lord.
[2:28:42] Speaker 7: All I want is to be with you. There's nothing
[2:28:46] Speaker 7: like your presence, Lord. All I want is to be
[2:28:51] Speaker 7: with you.
[2:28:58] Speaker 3: Last prayer. Lord, show me the way that leads to
[2:29:02] Speaker 3: the destiny you have designed for me. Open my eyes.
[2:29:06] Speaker 3: I'm tired of confusion. I'm tired of living life my
[2:29:10] Speaker 3: own way. A preacher is praying. Show me the way
[2:29:15] Speaker 3: to a glorious ministry. The way to a glorious destiny.
[2:29:20] Speaker 3: The way to power. The way to influence. The way
[2:29:24] Speaker 3: to victory. The way to activating the blessing. Pray. The
[2:29:38] Speaker 3: way to signs and wonders. The way to commanding the
[2:29:42] Speaker 3: attention of a generation. For the sake of your purposes.
[2:29:48] Speaker 3: The way to rise the highest heights in life. In
[2:30:04] Speaker 3: Jesus name we pray. In Jesus name we pray. Let
[2:30:10] Speaker 3: me tell you something. We are about to pray. I
[2:30:16] Speaker 3: have seen. God. Help people. But I know what it means.
[2:30:26] Speaker 3: To be helped by God. I have seen what it means.
[2:30:33] Speaker 3: For God to invest grace on people... But I know
[2:30:38] Speaker 3: what it means... To be a steward... Of divine possibilities...
[2:30:45] Speaker 3: I've seen what it means... For God to prosper people...
[2:30:49] Speaker 3: But I know what it means... To have obtained mercy
[2:30:52] Speaker 3: from God... I've seen.
[2:30:58] Speaker 3: People command the attention of a generation... But I know
[2:31:02] Speaker 3: what it means... For God to help a man. And
[2:31:06] Speaker 3: to tell a generation hear ye him. Tonight at the
[2:31:11] Speaker 3: risk of sounding arrogant. The man talking to you is
[2:31:15] Speaker 3: not in ignorance. We have not gotten everything yet. But
[2:31:19] Speaker 3: there are some things in righteousness we have laid hold on.
[2:31:24] Speaker 3: And now we are going to pray. Father everything. Every grace.
[2:31:29] Speaker 3: That is needed. For the next level of my life.
[2:31:34] Speaker 3: Every grace. If it is wisdom that brings me before kings.
[2:31:40] Speaker 3: If it is power that brings me to a point
[2:31:43] Speaker 3: of value and desirability. I cry unto you. Let it
[2:31:48] Speaker 3: rest upon me. Please lift your voice. This is a
[2:31:52] Speaker 3: very prophetic moment. Those of you who are praying. Men
[2:31:57] Speaker 3: of God. When God brings grace to a man. It
[2:32:03] Speaker 3: is so that the body can benefit. When God helps
[2:32:08] Speaker 3: a man. It is so that the body can benefit.
[2:32:12] Speaker 3: There is nothing God gives that is for that man.
[2:32:15] Speaker 3: Out of the little. The small oil that God has
[2:32:19] Speaker 3: placed on this head. You can receive something that will
[2:32:22] Speaker 3: redefine your possibilities. Someone go ahead and pray. Please pray.
[2:32:32] Speaker 3: salvation belongs to the.
[2:32:35] Speaker 5: One who sits on the throne and unto the land.
[2:32:42] Speaker 11: Salvation belongs to the one who.
[2:32:47] Speaker 3: Sits on the throne and unto.
[2:32:50] Speaker 8: The land salvation belongs to the one who sits on
[2:32:54] Speaker 8: the throne and unto the.
[2:32:58] Speaker 4: Land Salvation belongs to the.
[2:33:12] Speaker 3: One who sits on the throne.
[2:33:14] Speaker 11: And to the Lamb. Salvation belongs to the one who
[2:33:25] Speaker 11: sits on the throne and.
[2:33:32] Speaker 2: To the Lamb.
[2:33:34] Speaker 7: By wisdom, O God, Heaven stays open up with understanding.
[2:33:41] Speaker 4: You order the seasons, creating day.
[2:33:46] Speaker 7: And night, turning darkness into light, arranging life.
[2:34:50] Speaker 3: Men do not just rise. They are lifted. Men do
[2:34:55] Speaker 3: not just increase. God brings increase. Men do not just emerge.
[2:35:03] Speaker 3: It is God who advanced Moses and Aaron. In the
[2:35:09] Speaker 3: name of Jesus. Please listen to me my brothers and
[2:35:13] Speaker 3: my sisters. You don't just become wise.
[2:35:17] Speaker 2: No.
[2:35:18] Speaker 3: You are engraced with wisdom. You don't just become favored.
[2:35:26] Speaker 3: The grace can rest on a man. You don't just
[2:35:32] Speaker 3: find access to revelation. The eyes of your understanding are open.
[2:35:38] Speaker 3: So that you will see. You don't just walk in
[2:35:42] Speaker 3: the anointing and authority.
[2:35:43] Speaker 2: No.
[2:35:44] Speaker 3: No. God opens you to the mysteries of power and authority.
[2:35:53] Speaker 3: You don't just advance. It is the Lord that moves
[2:35:57] Speaker 3: you forward. You don't just stay. It is the Lord
[2:36:01] Speaker 3: that keeps you. You don't just prosper. It is the
[2:36:05] Speaker 3: Lord that teaches you to profit. He's the one who
[2:36:09] Speaker 3: shows you the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches
[2:36:13] Speaker 3: of secret places. Every grace you have seen. Please one minute.
[2:36:24] Speaker 3: Ask that it will rest on you.
[2:36:31] Speaker 2: Shalala.
[2:36:41] Speaker 3: Shalala. They got not the land in possession by their
[2:36:51] Speaker 3: own sword. Neither did your arm save them but thou,
[2:36:55] Speaker 3: O Lord. Pray for your ministry. Pray for your vision.
[2:37:05] Speaker 3: Pray that the mercy of God will never depart from you.
[2:37:21] Speaker 2: Thank you.
[2:37:46] Speaker 3: My family can be delivered from calamity. I came from
[2:37:52] Speaker 3: a family that's not seen and not known. But I
[2:37:57] Speaker 3: can find my way out by grace. In the name
[2:38:04] Speaker 3: of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. In the name
[2:38:11] Speaker 3: of Jesus. This man who stands before you, I'm not
[2:38:16] Speaker 3: much by myself. No, not much. But when God decides
[2:38:23] Speaker 3: to rest upon you, I listened to Renat Bonke many
[2:38:25] Speaker 3: years ago. He said, the more the zeros, when you
[2:38:31] Speaker 3: put one in front of it, it suddenly carries weight.
[2:38:35] Speaker 3: He said, the things you see me do is because
[2:38:37] Speaker 3: I am a big zero. And then when God came
[2:38:41] Speaker 3: as one, I was not just 10. I was not
[2:38:44] Speaker 3: just 20. The man who was five zeros, when you
[2:38:48] Speaker 3: put one there, He becomes 10,000. Some of us, maybe
[2:38:56] Speaker 3: on our own would have been plenty zeros. But he
[2:39:00] Speaker 3: came by mercy and rested as that one. And produced
[2:39:05] Speaker 3: something that is giving his name praise tonight. I want
[2:39:10] Speaker 3: to speak over your life. This is truly the way
[2:39:13] Speaker 3: I know to celebrate birthdays. You don't have to kneel.
[2:39:16] Speaker 3: Just receive from the depth of your heart. Father in
[2:39:22] Speaker 3: the name of Jesus. I thank you first and foremost
[2:39:27] Speaker 3: for this day and this opportunity. To plant a seed
[2:39:31] Speaker 3: of transformation in the heart of your people. I have
[2:39:35] Speaker 3: taught them the things that you have taught me. I
[2:39:37] Speaker 3: have guided them in the way that you have guided
[2:39:39] Speaker 3: me through the years. And now oh God I pray.
[2:39:43] Speaker 3: Like never before. That every grace you have deposited by
[2:39:47] Speaker 3: mercy upon this life. That is needed for their destinies.
[2:39:52] Speaker 3: Needed for their ministries. Needed for their families. Needed for
[2:39:56] Speaker 3: their businesses. Needed for them to become voices. I declare.
[2:40:02] Speaker 3: Let it rest now. So let it flow, let it flow.
[2:40:10] Speaker 3: Let it flow, let it flow.
[2:40:38] Speaker 3: Let it flow, let it flow.
[2:40:44] Speaker 3: Let it flow, let it flow. Oh, let it flow
[2:40:49] Speaker 3: right here, right now. In the name of Jesus, let
[2:40:54] Speaker 3: wisdom flow to you. Wisdom that empowers you to make
[2:41:01] Speaker 3: superior decisions. Let it flow to you right now. Receive
[2:41:06] Speaker 3: the spirit of revelation. Let your eyes be opened. Let
[2:41:12] Speaker 3: your mind be fruitful. Let your mind be fruitful. In
[2:41:20] Speaker 3: the name of Jesus. I pray for you. The grace
[2:41:24] Speaker 3: not only to walk signs and wonders. But to be
[2:41:27] Speaker 3: a sign and a wonder to a generation. May that
[2:41:31] Speaker 3: grace rest on you. Rest on you. Rest on you.
[2:41:36] Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus. I pray for you. Where
[2:41:41] Speaker 3: you are stranded without help. May my God send help
[2:41:46] Speaker 3: speedily to your life. Speedily to your life. Speedily to
[2:41:52] Speaker 3: your life. I decree and declare. The grace that causes
[2:41:58] Speaker 3: men to show honor. To accord you the honor that
[2:42:03] Speaker 3: is befitting of your growth. Befitting of your sacrifice. I
[2:42:07] Speaker 3: decree from today. That grace begins to speak. Grace begins
[2:42:13] Speaker 3: to speak. I pray in the name of Jesus. May
[2:42:18] Speaker 3: your mind bring you ideas. Ideas that make you prosper.
[2:42:24] Speaker 3: Ideas that brings wealth at your command. In the name
[2:42:29] Speaker 3: of Jesus. May my God give you the gift of
[2:42:33] Speaker 3: good people. Good people. Good people. Good friends. Good friends.
[2:42:41] Speaker 3: Prayer warriors, destiny helpers, burden bearers, men of influence, divine connectors.
[2:42:52] Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus. For your shame, receive double.
[2:42:58] Speaker 3: For your shame, receive double. For your setbacks, receive advancement.
[2:43:05] Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus. I pray for you, every
[2:43:09] Speaker 3: confusion over your life, in the name of Jesus, by
[2:43:14] Speaker 3: the revelatory ministry of the Holy Ghost, let it come
[2:43:17] Speaker 3: to an end now. Let it come to an end now.
[2:43:22] Speaker 3: Every battle over your life, your health, your family, I declare,
[2:43:27] Speaker 3: let warfare come to an end now. I prophesy over
[2:43:33] Speaker 3: your life. Gentiles come to your light. Gentiles come to
[2:43:38] Speaker 3: your light. Gentiles come to your light. Gentiles come to
[2:43:43] Speaker 3: your light. Kings to the brightness of your rising. In
[2:43:48] Speaker 3: the name of Jesus. Hear me. Your value will go
[2:43:53] Speaker 3: beyond church walls. I say to a receiver. Your value
[2:43:58] Speaker 3: and your relevance will go beyond church walls. Presidents will
[2:44:02] Speaker 3: look for you. Politicians will look for you. Captains of
[2:44:08] Speaker 3: industry will look for you. They will ask where your
[2:44:11] Speaker 3: parents are and bless them. They will ask where your
[2:44:15] Speaker 3: siblings are and bless them. They will ask where your
[2:44:18] Speaker 3: children are and bless them. In the name of Jesus.
[2:44:24] Speaker 3: Hear me. Every wrong seed you sowed, whether it's through ignorance...
[2:44:30] Speaker 3: Every wrong seed you sowed. In the name of Jesus.
[2:44:34] Speaker 3: I call upon the God of heaven. That every wrong seed.
[2:44:38] Speaker 3: That is about to produce a harvest of pain. By
[2:44:41] Speaker 3: the mercy of God. We cancel that harvest. In the
[2:44:48] Speaker 3: name of Jesus. I have never been the same person
[2:44:55] Speaker 3: every year. God has increased me. In every sense of
[2:44:59] Speaker 3: the word increase. Therefore I pray for you. Stagnation comes
[2:45:02] Speaker 3: to an end. Stagnation comes to an end. I sense
[2:45:10] Speaker 3: that the miracle service has started. It will not even
[2:45:13] Speaker 3: just be Sunday. In the name of Jesus. For someone
[2:45:16] Speaker 3: your own starts now. I sense in my heart. That
[2:45:24] Speaker 3: there are people who are receiving this prayer. Not just
[2:45:27] Speaker 3: for themselves. But for your family. Because nobody has really
[2:45:31] Speaker 3: helped them like this. Some of you are praying and
[2:45:34] Speaker 3: you are saying God. Let them listen and submit to mentorship.
[2:45:38] Speaker 3: So that it will help them. I pray for you.
[2:45:41] Speaker 3: Wherever your siblings are. Wherever your family members are. May
[2:45:45] Speaker 3: God gravitate their attention to the word. To the word
[2:45:49] Speaker 3: that deals. To the word that makes. To the word
[2:45:53] Speaker 3: that transforms. In the name of Jesus. God is giving
[2:45:59] Speaker 3: me a prophetic word for someone. I don't know the meaning.
[2:46:03] Speaker 3: But you may know the meaning. Let bone be joined
[2:46:06] Speaker 3: to his bone. This is what I'm hearing in my spirit.
[2:46:10] Speaker 3: Whatever that means to you. Let bone locate his bone.
[2:46:15] Speaker 3: Let bone locate his bone. Let bone locate its pole.
[2:46:23] Speaker 3: Every scattered pole in the valley of Ezekiel found its
[2:46:27] Speaker 3: way back to frame, to structure. I decree and declare
[2:46:31] Speaker 3: over your life, every aspect, let bone find its pole. Again,
[2:46:40] Speaker 3: for your shame, receive double. In the name of Jesus.
[2:46:46] Speaker 3: You have taken the time to celebrate what God is
[2:46:48] Speaker 3: doing in my life. Now I pray for you. Everything
[2:46:52] Speaker 3: that fights celebration. Everything that fights joy. Everything that fights testimonies.
[2:46:58] Speaker 3: Everything that fights gladness. I decree and declare we cancel
[2:47:02] Speaker 3: it now. We cancel it now. And every altar that
[2:47:09] Speaker 3: says joy will not proceed from your life and your
[2:47:12] Speaker 3: family by the blood. We silence it right now. We
[2:47:18] Speaker 3: silence it right now. men will gather to celebrate you
[2:47:23] Speaker 3: men will gather to celebrate your children they will gather
[2:47:27] Speaker 3: to celebrate your ministry they will gather to celebrate the
[2:47:31] Speaker 3: anointing he's given you in the name of Jesus from
[2:47:36] Speaker 3: today you will never be without help Before you call,
[2:47:41] Speaker 3: let helpers show up. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[2:47:47] Speaker 3: Now I pray particularly for all who participated actively. And
[2:47:54] Speaker 3: this includes the workers in this great house. From as
[2:47:57] Speaker 3: early as yesterday, perhaps day before yesterday. They started walking,
[2:48:02] Speaker 3: doing all kinds of things from this morning, distributing the rice,
[2:48:07] Speaker 3: the welfare. I pray for you in the name of Jesus.
[2:48:10] Speaker 3: You will call on one man and a nation will answer.
[2:48:16] Speaker 3: All the faithful sons and daughters in this house and
[2:48:19] Speaker 3: all those connected to this vision, I pray for you.
[2:48:22] Speaker 3: May God through you raise men who will hold your hands.
[2:48:28] Speaker 3: May you be a greater version of what you have celebrated.
[2:48:33] Speaker 3: I pray it again from my heart. May you be
[2:48:36] Speaker 3: a greater version of what you have celebrated. In the
[2:48:41] Speaker 3: name of Jesus. And as Christ tarries. 30 years from
[2:48:47] Speaker 3: now you will still be standing. You will still be shining.
[2:48:51] Speaker 3: You will still go forward. In the name of Jesus Christ.
[2:48:56] Speaker 3: Every good thing that God has placed in this life.
[2:48:59] Speaker 3: That is yet to speak in your life. Today I
[2:49:02] Speaker 3: pray by the mercy of God. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Today.
[2:49:06] Speaker 3: Let it start speaking evidently. In Jesus name we pray.
[2:49:12] Speaker 3: Please wave your hands to Jesus and give him quality praise.
[2:49:15] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:49:19] Speaker 3: We'll be wrapping up shortly. This cake was not for me.
[2:49:24] Speaker 3: You see the size. It was for all of us.
[2:49:27] Speaker 3: So I'm sure that the welfare would find a way.
[2:49:31] Speaker 3: If at all you are able to get a little
[2:49:32] Speaker 3: piece of it, please make sure, let's prioritize the children.
[2:49:37] Speaker 3: Except if they have their own package. But if there
[2:49:41] Speaker 3: are children, let's prioritize. Even if I don't get the cake,
[2:49:43] Speaker 3: let the children get it. And let them be able
[2:49:46] Speaker 3: to partake of it. Praise the name of the Lord.
[2:49:49] Speaker 3: I have prayed for them, but please help me celebrate
[2:49:52] Speaker 3: all the leaders in this house. Please. Please. Koinonia, give
[2:49:57] Speaker 3: them a big God bless you. Thank you. Thank you.
[2:50:01] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:50:03] Speaker 3: And celebrate all those who are connected to this vision.
[2:50:07] Speaker 3: Some of them are pastors in other ministries. They travel
[2:50:10] Speaker 3: to be here. Please give them a resounding round of applause.
[2:50:15] Speaker 3: In Jesus' matchless name, we pray. Hallelujah. Now very quickly,
[2:50:21] Speaker 3: before I do the altar call, let me remind you
[2:50:24] Speaker 3: that Sunday will be our miracle service for the month
[2:50:28] Speaker 3: of June. It's going to be an extraordinary time. We're
[2:50:31] Speaker 3: going from glory to glory. So make sure you invite
[2:50:34] Speaker 3: everyone and we trust God for an extraordinary time in
[2:50:39] Speaker 3: the name of Jesus Christ. They made the announcement, but
[2:50:43] Speaker 3: let me just, I'm sure that I'll make the announcement
[2:50:45] Speaker 3: shortly afterwards. Praise God. Okay. Hallelujah. Now, on Sunday, hopefully,
[2:51:12] Speaker 3: we'll have the opportunity to announce the details for Sound
[2:51:16] Speaker 3: of Revival. I'm apologizing, even though this should not. We're
[2:51:21] Speaker 3: supposed to have released the details, but we're really sorry.
[2:51:25] Speaker 3: Just trying to tidy up everything. But for U.S. and Canada,
[2:51:31] Speaker 3: by the grace of God, hopefully all things being equal.
[2:51:34] Speaker 3: on Sunday, we should be able to announce that this
[2:51:36] Speaker 3: is particularly for those who need to do the booking
[2:51:40] Speaker 3: of their accommodation. So on behalf of the public relations,
[2:51:45] Speaker 3: the media, I'm apologizing to us. It's not carelessness on
[2:51:49] Speaker 3: our own part. We're just trying to make sure that
[2:51:51] Speaker 3: we do everything well in Jesus' name.
[2:51:53] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:51:54] Speaker 3: We cannot end a birthday celebration like this without the
[2:51:59] Speaker 3: altar call.
[2:51:59] Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
[2:52:01] Speaker 3: Our time is fast spent, but please allow me We
[2:52:05] Speaker 3: are celebrating all those who were born. I forgot to
[2:52:09] Speaker 3: tell you that that birth is not just medical birth alone,
[2:52:13] Speaker 3: biological birth, but even spiritual birth. Hallelujah. There are babies
[2:52:19] Speaker 3: who were born from this morning till now, but there
[2:52:23] Speaker 3: are others who will be born right now. And for
[2:52:27] Speaker 3: these ones who are saying apostle, I was invited to
[2:52:30] Speaker 3: come and celebrate with you I've been blessed from your teachings,
[2:52:35] Speaker 3: but I've not really truly made Jesus Lord of my life.
[2:52:39] Speaker 3: But on hearing you speak on matters of value and
[2:52:42] Speaker 3: impact and the anchor tenants that drive your life to
[2:52:46] Speaker 3: victory and greatness, I saw that immediately I've fallen short.
[2:52:51] Speaker 3: I'm wanting in many areas and I want to make
[2:52:54] Speaker 3: it right. Give me the honor. It's the greatest birthday gift,
[2:52:57] Speaker 3: I believe, to be able to present this man as
[2:53:00] Speaker 3: trophies to his majesty. It's the reason why I leave.
[2:53:04] Speaker 3: So you are in this place and you are saying, Apostle,
[2:53:06] Speaker 3: don't end this celebration service without giving me an opportunity
[2:53:10] Speaker 3: to make it right with Jesus. This is why you came.
[2:53:13] Speaker 3: You may be outside. You may be across all of
[2:53:16] Speaker 3: the overflows or perhaps a few people in here. Please,
[2:53:19] Speaker 3: wherever you are, I'm going to count one to five.
[2:53:22] Speaker 3: Whether you are making a first-time decision or you are
[2:53:25] Speaker 3: rededicating your life, you are saying, I also want the
[2:53:28] Speaker 3: nation to celebrate God in my life. Wherever you are,
[2:53:32] Speaker 3: God bless you. Please leave your seat and join this
[2:53:35] Speaker 3: my wonderful friend. He's the first but let him not
[2:53:39] Speaker 3: be the only. I begin my counting now. One. Koinonia

[2:53:48] Speaker 3: God bless you. God bless you. God bless you. I
[2:53:51] Speaker 3: still see more people coming. Two. Let's keep celebrating them.
[2:53:58] Speaker 3: The greatest way to celebrate your birthday is To bring
[2:54:03] Speaker 3: many souls to Jesus. Three. Let's encourage them as they come.
[2:54:10] Speaker 3: If you are coming from outside. Join them quickly. Your bags.
[2:54:14] Speaker 3: Your Bibles. Everything you came to church with.
[2:54:28] Speaker 2: Four.
[2:54:37] Speaker 3: Final count five. Now let's give them a resounding round
[2:54:40] Speaker 3: of applause.
[2:54:44] Speaker 10: High and lifted up. She's the son of God. The
[2:54:57] Speaker 10: darling of heaven crucified. Worthy is the lamb.

[2:55:32] Speaker 3: Can I request that you lift your right hand, let
[2:55:35] Speaker 3: it be high above your head, and please say this
[2:55:37] Speaker 3: mini from the depth of your heart. Say, Lord Jesus.
[2:55:41] Speaker 3: Say it again. Say, Lord Jesus. Tonight, I have heard
[2:55:45] Speaker 3: your word. I love you with all my heart. I
[2:55:51] Speaker 3: believe you are the son of God. I believe you
[2:55:56] Speaker 3: died for my sin. I believe you rose again. For
[2:56:01] Speaker 3: my justification. Right now. I receive Jesus. Into my heart.
[2:56:09] Speaker 3: As savior. Lord.
[2:56:12] Speaker 2: And king.
[2:56:13] Speaker 3: I declare. That the power. Of sin. Satan. Hell and
[2:56:21] Speaker 3: the grave is broken over my life. And I declare
[2:56:27] Speaker 3: that from tonight, I'm a child of God. I go
[2:56:31] Speaker 3: forward ever and backward never. In Jesus' name. Keep your
[2:56:37] Speaker 3: hands lifted. Father, I pray with your hands still lifted
[2:56:40] Speaker 3: for these ones, the ones who are making this decision
[2:56:44] Speaker 3: across the airwaves. In the name that is above all names,
[2:56:47] Speaker 3: I decree and declare, may the Lord bless you May
[2:56:51] Speaker 3: God grant you the grace to stay and remain in righteousness.
[2:56:56] Speaker 3: And that you go from glory to glory. Every yoke
