[20:54] Speaker 3: God is always in the business of advancing his profe
[21:00] Speaker 3: program over cities, over territories, over individuals. At every point
[21:06] Speaker 3: in human history, from scripture and from modern history, you
[21:09] Speaker 3: find God actively involved in the business of advancing his
[21:16] Speaker 3: prophetic program. So God has a prophetic program for nations.
[21:21] Speaker 3: God has a prophetic program for families. God has a
[21:25] Speaker 3: prophetic agenda for individuals.
[21:28] Speaker 1: Allelujah. This is very important and also very instructive. Now
[21:34] Speaker 1: God's program is divided into two. God's prophetic program is
[21:40] Speaker 1: divided into two number one. That's what we call his
[21:43] Speaker 1: general prophetic program as captured in scripture. God's prophetic end
[21:49] Speaker 1: time program, generally speaking, is very clear from scripture, and
[21:53] Speaker 1: I'll give you two.
[21:54] Speaker 2: Scriptures to broad us on that.
[21:55] Speaker 3: So God's prophetic program is divided into two number one.
[22:00] Speaker 3: It's called his general prophetic program. An example of that
[22:06] Speaker 3: is found in Festimoi chapter two and verse four. The
[22:08] Speaker 3: Bible says there clearly that God desires all men to
[22:14] Speaker 3: be saved and to come onto the.
[22:16] Speaker 2: Knowledge of the truth.
[22:18] Speaker 3: He desires all men to be saved and that they
[22:21] Speaker 3: come onto the knowledge of the truth. So you don't
[22:24] Speaker 3: have to pray and first asking the will of God
[22:27] Speaker 3: as to global missions. As to world evangelization, it's already
[22:31] Speaker 3: stated that it's part of his prophetic program, as captured
[22:35] Speaker 3: in scripture Allelujah prays the name of the Lord.
[22:40] Speaker 2: So God has a prophetic program for all nations. But
[22:47] Speaker 2: then God.
[22:48] Speaker 3: Also has specific programs for every season.
[22:53] Speaker 2: This is important.
[22:55] Speaker 3: God has specific, unique prophetic programs. Both of them tie
[23:01] Speaker 3: up to fulfilling his mandate for individuals and for the nations.
[23:05] Speaker 3: But I'm saying that he has a general prophetic program,
[23:09] Speaker 3: global harvest, the discipleship of the Saints, territorial transformation.
[23:14] Speaker 2: This one's a clear and scripture.
[23:16] Speaker 3: But God has unique prophetic programs that are seasonal, dispensational,
[23:24] Speaker 3: are we together, and highly specific. This is where spiritual
[23:30] Speaker 3: intelligence comes because you can understand God's general program and
[23:35] Speaker 3: not understand his unique program for your life or the
[23:39] Speaker 3: unique doings. The emphasis of the spirit part time and
[23:45] Speaker 3: past season. Please turn with me into First Chronicles chapter twelve.
[23:49] Speaker 3: First Chronicles, Chapter twelve, we're going to be reading verse
[23:52] Speaker 3: thirty two. The Bible speaks there of the men of Isaka,
[23:59] Speaker 3: it says, and of the sons of Isaka.
[24:02] Speaker 2: Who had understanding of the times.
[24:07] Speaker 3: They had understanding of the times to know what Israel
[24:12] Speaker 3: ought to do, And the Bible says their chiefs were
[24:16] Speaker 3: about two hundred, and as a result, all their brethren.
[24:19] Speaker 2: Were at their command.
[24:21] Speaker 3: Dominion in this regard was predicated on their ability to
[24:25] Speaker 3: access the doings the emphasis of God part time and
[24:30] Speaker 3: per season. You may have heard me make the statement
[24:34] Speaker 3: that there are three levels of the anointing, and it's
[24:37] Speaker 3: important the saints understand this. The first level of the
[24:40] Speaker 3: anointing comes upon the life of an individual. When you
[24:44] Speaker 3: become a believer in Christ, the Bible says, you have an.
[24:48] Speaker 2: Anointing within you.
[24:49] Speaker 3: The assignment of that anointing is to work in partnership
[24:53] Speaker 3: with the world of God to produce the character of
[24:56] Speaker 3: the Christ within an individual. A we together that anointing
[25:00] Speaker 3: walks within it does not work without. It is responsible
[25:05] Speaker 3: for producing christ like character in an individual.
[25:09] Speaker 2: Number two, the second level of the anointing.
[25:13] Speaker 3: Comes when you discover your place in destiny, when you
[25:17] Speaker 3: find your office, when you find your role, when you
[25:20] Speaker 3: find that which was a portioned for your life and
[25:23] Speaker 3: your destiny. There is anointing that an anointing that comes
[25:27] Speaker 3: in honor to that discovery. You shall receive power after
[25:32] Speaker 3: that holy goes comes upon you.
[25:35] Speaker 2: It will cause you to be witnesses.
[25:37] Speaker 3: That is responsible for fulfilling your god giving assignment. But
[25:42] Speaker 3: there is the third level, the third layer, and very
[25:45] Speaker 3: few believers understand this third layer. It is the anointing
[25:49] Speaker 3: that comes upon you on as an honor to your
[25:54] Speaker 3: descigning prophetic seasons, descigning what God is doing in the
[25:59] Speaker 3: now part time and per seizing and then aligning with it.
[26:05] Speaker 3: So it comes in honor to recognizing, discerning, and yielding
[26:12] Speaker 3: to God's prophetic program. It is very possible to find
[26:16] Speaker 3: someone who loves God with all his heart. But then
[26:20] Speaker 3: when God is moving in a particular way and fashion,
[26:24] Speaker 3: they may not be captured in his program because they
[26:27] Speaker 3: did not discern what God was doing, nor did they
[26:31] Speaker 3: align with his prophetic program.
[26:33] Speaker 2: Are you understanding this so far?
[26:35] Speaker 3: So I'm saying that there are two levels to God's
[26:38] Speaker 3: prophetic program for individuals, for nations.
[26:42] Speaker 2: He desires generally.
[26:43] Speaker 3: Speaking, that all men be saved and that they come
[26:46] Speaker 3: onto the knowledge of the truth. And then number two,
[26:49] Speaker 3: that he has a unique program and that his program
[26:54] Speaker 3: is seasonal, meaning God is not always doing the same thing.
[27:00] Speaker 2: He is not always doing the same thing.
[27:03] Speaker 3: Every prophetic season comes with an emphasis, and if you
[27:07] Speaker 3: do not understand the emphasis of the spirit part time,
[27:12] Speaker 3: then you will lose out on what God is doing.
[27:15] Speaker 2: So it is possible. Listen. This is very important.
[27:17] Speaker 1: Because you can work with God and excel for ten
[27:21] Speaker 1: years and then at the eleventh year, because of carelessness
[27:24] Speaker 1: and lack of discernment, you can veer off a prophetic
[27:28] Speaker 1: season and your life begins to go down. And sometimes
[27:31] Speaker 1: it goes down in such a manner that counsels all
[27:34] Speaker 1: your achievements completely.
[27:36] Speaker 3: That's why the Bible says, better is the end of
[27:38] Speaker 3: a thing than the beginning thereof are we learning now?
[27:42] Speaker 3: So a conference like these seeks to position us to
[27:46] Speaker 3: understand how to navigate prophetic season so that we are
[27:49] Speaker 3: always on key with everything God is doing.
[27:52] Speaker 2: You believe that, say Amen, praise the name of the Lord.
[27:56] Speaker 3: Now, your relevance in this kingdom is predicated on two factors.
[28:02] Speaker 3: I need to say that your relevance, not just in life,
[28:06] Speaker 3: but in this kingdom is predicated on two factors.
[28:11] Speaker 2: Number one is predicated.
[28:13] Speaker 3: On the degree to which you yield yourself to birth
[28:19] Speaker 3: the glory of God. The degree to which you yield
[28:22] Speaker 3: yourself to birth the glory of God number one, and
[28:28] Speaker 3: number two, the degree to which you partner with the
[28:32] Speaker 3: Spirit in birthing his prophetic program per time, per season.
[28:37] Speaker 3: I'll take that again, and I'll take it slow, because
[28:40] Speaker 3: I want you to understand that your relevance in this
[28:43] Speaker 3: kingdom is derived from two factors. Number one, the ability
[28:49] Speaker 3: to yield yourself so that at any point in life
[28:54] Speaker 3: and in time, you are able to bath the glory
[28:56] Speaker 3: of God. To the degree to which you submit to
[28:59] Speaker 3: a life the glory of God to be birthed in
[29:02] Speaker 3: and through your life.
[29:03] Speaker 2: That is what defines your relevance.
[29:05] Speaker 3: And then number two, your ability to align to God's
[29:09] Speaker 3: prophetic program so that you partner with Him to bring
[29:14] Speaker 3: it to fruition.
[29:15] Speaker 2: That defines your relevance. This immediately explains, Please look up.
[29:21] Speaker 3: This immediately explains why you will find a certain fellow
[29:26] Speaker 3: with all you respect a certain ministry, a certain man
[29:30] Speaker 3: of God do well for a while, and then eventually
[29:34] Speaker 3: they fade out of relevance. It may not always be

[30:15] Speaker 3: not because the Lord has anointed you to be captain
[30:18] Speaker 3: over his inheritance? There was no prophetic information about him
[30:23] Speaker 3: losing his throne.
[30:24] Speaker 2: Samuel did not tell him that such.
[30:26] Speaker 3: A thing would happen away together, But because he worked
[30:32] Speaker 3: in this alignment with God's prophetic program and went ahead
[30:36] Speaker 3: to offer sacrifices compromising on the ethics of priesthood, Samuel
[30:43] Speaker 3: returned and saw him and said, you have done foolishly.
[30:46] Speaker 3: He said, you would have allowed me to come, and
[30:48] Speaker 3: God would have established your throne forever. But now that
[30:52] Speaker 3: you have done this, your throne is taken away from you,
[30:55] Speaker 3: and God will find some fellow. And when God said that,
[30:58] Speaker 3: it didn't happen immediately, but Saul began to decline. In fact,

[31:41] Speaker 3: Most believers do not know why. It looks like certain
[31:46] Speaker 3: ordinary people they rise, and sometimes their rise can be

[31:54] Speaker 2: They just find visibility. They come into a place of notoriety.

[32:02] Speaker 3: of being a celebrity. Is that an individual loving Jesus,

[32:12] Speaker 3: with God's prophetic program. And all of a sudden you
[32:16] Speaker 3: find out that the individual, or the church, or the
[32:20] Speaker 3: family begins to gain visibility in a way that cannot
[32:24] Speaker 3: be explained. When you see sudden liftings, when you see
[32:28] Speaker 3: sudden visibility, when God grants people access to.
[32:32] Speaker 2: The ears, the eyes, the loyalty of men.
[32:35] Speaker 3: I am telling you the business they transacted in the
[32:37] Speaker 3: spirit was that they, through the sacrifice of alignment, God
[32:42] Speaker 3: found a space through their lives.
[32:44] Speaker 2: To reveal His glory. This is the secret of relevance
[32:48] Speaker 2: in the kingdom. Now you can walk your way.
[32:52] Speaker 3: By secular principles to rise, serving value and all of that.
[32:57] Speaker 3: But there is a difference between kingdom relevance and being
[33:00] Speaker 3: a celebrity. Are we together? So don't confuse both of
[33:05] Speaker 3: them at all. You can be known, you can be heard.
[33:08] Speaker 3: Even Satan is popular, so you can be known. Just
[33:12] Speaker 3: because you are known does not mean.
[33:13] Speaker 2: You are relevant. There's a difference between being known and
[33:16] Speaker 2: being impactful. The difference is purpose.
[33:20] Speaker 3: When you are impactful, your visibility is a means to
[33:24] Speaker 3: an end.
[33:25] Speaker 2: The end is the revelation of the glory of God.

[33:34] Speaker 3: and for the mayhem that they cause a society. You
[33:37] Speaker 3: can say they are popular, but they were not impactful.
[33:39] Speaker 3: So we're not just talking about being popular. We're talking
[33:42] Speaker 3: about being lifted by God to find a.
[33:45] Speaker 2: Space in his prophetic program.
[33:47] Speaker 3: And I pray for you already the name of Jesus Christ,
[33:50] Speaker 3: that as you align with God's prophetic programs, some of
[33:54] Speaker 3: you will rise from this conference and God will give

[35:11] Speaker 3: looks like. That when God finds yielded vessels, this will
[35:17] Speaker 3: be the outcome of such an encounter.

[35:23] Speaker 1: Number two, a greater level of kingdom influence, a greater
[35:29] Speaker 1: level of kingdom influence.
[35:32] Speaker 3: Number three, Massive salvation of souls, Massive salvation of souls.
[35:41] Speaker 3: Number four increase and abundance in all its ramifications. I'll
[35:47] Speaker 3: take that again, extra Ordinary manifestations of God's power.
[35:51] Speaker 2: Number two, greater influence.
[35:55] Speaker 3: Number three, massive salvation of souls, any coming to the Savior,
[36:01] Speaker 3: and number four increase and abundance in all its ramifications
[36:06] Speaker 3: financially and otherwise.
[36:10] Speaker 2: Number five higher dimensions of sensitivity in the spirit.
[36:16] Speaker 3: These, among others, characterize a genuine outpouring. When there is
[36:21] Speaker 3: an outpouring over a life and over a territory, it
[36:26] Speaker 3: cannot be unconnected to these manifestations and these experiences. You
[36:33] Speaker 3: can test the degree to which the purposes of God
[36:36] Speaker 3: is finding expression in a territory by using one parameter
[36:45] Speaker 3: one just one parameter. Now it can be broken into
[36:48] Speaker 3: many dimensions, but there's just one parameter.
[36:52] Speaker 1: The degree to which is glory is burthered within that territory.
[36:56] Speaker 1: The glory of God is a capture of every dimension,
[37:00] Speaker 1: every quality that makes God, God, his wisdom, his power.
[37:04] Speaker 1: When you find the glory of God, the manifestation of
[37:07] Speaker 1: it absent within a territory, then it means that his program.
[37:12] Speaker 3: Has not been burthered within that territory. And when you
[37:16] Speaker 3: do not find God's glory, you will find something else.
[37:19] Speaker 3: Because Satan tu has a signature of his presence within
[37:23] Speaker 3: a territory. You can know that Satan is in control
[37:28] Speaker 3: of a territory because the Bible says John ten ten,
[37:32] Speaker 3: the thief comeent not.
[37:34] Speaker 2: But for to steal, to kill, and to destroy. When
[37:38] Speaker 2: you find a high rate of crime, when you find.
[37:42] Speaker 3: Homes broken anyhow, when you find young people not being responsible,
[37:48] Speaker 3: when you find disloyalty, lack of law and order, poverty,
[37:53] Speaker 3: all kinds of things, death, inexplainable occurrences. These things are
[37:58] Speaker 3: not just governmental issue, They are not just political issues.
[38:02] Speaker 3: There as a signification within a territory that something is going.
[38:07] Speaker 2: Wrong in the spirit a way together, because you see the.
[38:12] Speaker 3: Physical realm parallels something going on in the realm of
[38:15] Speaker 3: the spirit. So take it to an ambien, you know,
[38:19] Speaker 3: with respect to an individual. When you find out that
[38:22] Speaker 3: your life is taunted, there's no favor, there's no growth,
[38:26] Speaker 3: all those clothes attacks here and there, it should tell
[38:29] Speaker 3: you immediately that there is a contention in the spirit
[38:33] Speaker 3: over your destiny. And a sensitive believer will not have
[38:36] Speaker 3: to allow for pain to be prolonged before you begin
[38:40] Speaker 3: to do something about it. The moment you do not
[38:43] Speaker 3: see the glory of God, you wear the regalia of.
[38:46] Speaker 2: A warrior, and you know immediately that I have a

[38:51] Speaker 3: Because most believers are not discerning, they keep giving intellectual explanations,
[38:57] Speaker 3: They keep giving sociological explanations until they're almost dead. Then
[39:02] Speaker 3: they turn and say, look, it looks like it's a
[39:04] Speaker 3: spiritual problem. That should be your first diagnosis.

[39:10] Speaker 1: Once you find your life bankrupt of the manifestation of
[39:14] Speaker 1: the glory of God, one who is spiritually intelligent, immediately
[39:19] Speaker 1: you know that something is wrong.

[39:28] Speaker 3: falls apart. You lose your job, your health is failing,
[39:32] Speaker 3: your marriage is failing, your children are running hairwire. You
[39:36] Speaker 3: know all your friends, connections whoever can help you. Those
[39:40] Speaker 3: who are spiritually intelligent don't give intellectual interpretations to such occurrences. Now,
[39:46] Speaker 3: don't get me wrong, Satan will use systems and structures,
[39:50] Speaker 3: but that there is a power in the realm of
[39:52] Speaker 3: the spirit that is manitulating all of those things. Who
[39:56] Speaker 3: is understanding me sover, and the earlier you know this,
[40:00] Speaker 3: it will now equip you to begin.
[40:02] Speaker 2: To fight the fight of faith.
[40:05] Speaker 3: I am convinced that there are many people who are
[40:09] Speaker 3: dead today who should not have died if they had
[40:12] Speaker 3: sufficient spiritual intelligence. There are many people going through tragic
[40:17] Speaker 3: situations today, situations that would have been aborted if they
[40:22] Speaker 3: had sufficient spiritual intelligence. And my assignment in this conference
[40:27] Speaker 3: is to equip you with the requisite knowledge to build
[40:31] Speaker 3: within you. Discernant that you can detect the handwriting of Satan,
[40:36] Speaker 3: and you can see what God is doing also, and
[40:39] Speaker 3: then to align.
