🎙 In This Episode of the 2 Worlds Collide Podcast, I sit down with Elliot Loney for a sharp, wide-ranging conversation that blends humour, history, and hard truths. Elliot is a stand-up comedian and widely regarded as Australia’s best impersonator — but beneath the comedy is a deep understanding of Australian culture, military history, and the direction this country is heading. We cover Australia’s military history from WWI through to Afghanistan, the impact of DEI on institutions and culture, the state of comedy in a time of censorship, and Castle Law — all through the lens of common sense, satire, and lived experience. This episode balances laughs with serious reflection. Comedy, when done right, tells the truth others won’t. 🧭 In This Episode We Cover: 🎖️ Australia’s military history — WWI to Afghanistan 🎭 Comedy, satire, and truth in modern Australia 🏛️ DEI and its impact on culture and institutions ⚖️ Castle Law, self-defence, and personal responsibility 🧠 Free speech, censorship, and the limits placed on comedians 🇦🇺 What Australia risks losing if history and humour are forgotten 💥 Support independent voices 🧢 Merch: www.2worldscollide.com.au/category/all-products 🤝 Join Patreon: www.2worldscollide.com.au/s-projects-side-by-side 📺 Stay Connected: YouTube: @2worldscollide Instagram: @2worldscollidepodcast X: @2worldsPodcast Website: www.2worldscollide.com.au 🔖 Follow the conversation: #ElliotLoney #2WorldsCollide #AustralianPodcast #Comedy #MilitaryHistory #DEI #FreeSpeech #CastleLaw #AustraliaFirst #IndependentMedia
