In this episode I chat with Grace Hardy of Hardy Accounting! She's a 21 year old accountancy practice owner who started her accountancy career on a school leaver apprenticeship. We talk about not going to university, neurodiversity (dyslexia, ADHD and dyspraxia), apprenticeships during lockdown and being a young female business owner.
