[0:00] Welcome back to the Boxer Box podcast.
[0:02] This is episode 76, and today is Power Rankings.
[0:05] Who's going to top our charts? And as we go through our top
[0:07] ten, we'll be discussing this past week's Champions League
[0:09] fixtures. There were some bangers that may
[0:12] have influenced our top 10. And does the Premier League have
[0:14] an entertainment issue? All that and more on the Boxer
[0:17] Box Podcast. Let's go.
[0:21] You ain't going home. Your Honor, I'm sorry.
[0:25] Your Honor, I'm sorry. Gentlemen episode.
[0:53] 76 now for real. Don't try and force a sick.
[0:57] I didn't say anything bro. You said it on me, OK.
[1:00] It's crazy. How was your weekend?
[1:03] My weekend was pretty spectacular.
[1:06] Spectacular. You went to a concert, though?
[1:08] What? The hell happened.
[1:09] Actually that concert was mid. If you guys go to the DJ Peggy
[1:12] Goo, that was the second time I saw her in Montreal.
[1:15] First time was absolutely electric.
[1:17] She was playing her own shit and she's a great DJ, but you can
[1:20] tell she was exhausted. She had just traveled for like
[1:22] 20 hours. Concert was mid.
[1:24] No Superman. Really bro.
[1:26] I was able to move freely in and out of the front row.
[1:30] Also Producer T said too. Producer T was there.
[1:32] You were there. I saw.
[1:33] No, I saw produce. Me and Producer T are in our in
[1:36] our friend groups. We they they converted.
[1:38] We bumped into each other. I see.
[1:40] Actually, it wasn't even me that recognized them.
[1:41] Who recognized you? MVB.
[1:44] Yeah, it was. Bellini's Blues.
[1:46] Is that is that Millie's brother?
[1:49] But yeah, I don't know. Suppose like it's crazy, 'cause
[1:53] last year, suppose I, I saw everyone was there last year you
[1:56] go on your Instagram, if you live in Montreal, you could have
[1:58] missed this concert. Every story, Every.
[1:59] Story Peggy Goo beggy Goo, Beggy goo this year was like it was
[2:03] you him, that's it, you know, So like, I don't understand what
[2:07] happened, but her music's actually not bad.
[2:09] Her music actually really is good.
[2:11] She didn't play her music. Yeah, she was just playing
[2:13] remixes of popular summer. Why would she do that?
[2:15] Why? I don't she just looked
[2:17] exhausted bro. She had no energy.
[2:18] She. Didn't care.
[2:19] Probably she. Said it on Instagram, so
[2:20] Spotify, she posted it. She's like, it's crazy.
[2:22] I just, I haven't slept in like 20 hours.
[2:23] I'm just, she basically told you, I'm just trying to finish
[2:25] this fucking shit. I have to go to Chicago, bro.
[2:27] DJs live a crazy, crazy lifestyle.
[2:30] Like even if they don't like do drugs and whatever, bro, their
[2:33] schedule is nuts. It's every single day on the
[2:36] weekend from Thursday through Sunday.
[2:38] Yeah, different city bro. She's in.
[2:40] She was in Chicago like in 12 hours off that.
[2:42] That's a lot. That's a lot.
[2:43] Definitely. It's crazy.
[2:44] Chicago to Montreal. How long is that?
[2:46] She took a flight. 4 hours. 5 hours.
[2:48] I I did it once, I think it's 5 or 4 hours, some like that.
[2:51] Well, they do like New York, Montreal.
[2:52] Bless you, Chicago. Then they'll jumped in Europe,
[2:55] the East Coast, Yeah, that's why they like, what are those things
[2:58] called when you have a residency?
[3:00] Residency so like. If you're a private jet, I mean.
[3:03] Private jet helps a lot. Yeah, well, you got the PJ.
[3:05] Maybe get a should surely have. Yeah, but they probably have
[3:08] residencies as well. I know they have like Vegas.
[3:10] But I think when you book, let's say ADJ to do let's say a, a
[3:13] like a, a, a festival, it like it's included in the rental
[3:18] price that you're gonna get them a private jet for.
[3:21] Oh yeah, like a lot of them, it's automatically included.
[3:23] Yeah. Depends who.
[3:24] Yeah, depends on the stature. Yeah, yeah, no, but I think even
[3:27] like like some mid tier DJs get private jets for them.
[3:31] Yeah, yeah, Mid tier DJ would be like probably like 10 million
[3:34] monthly listeners, 5 million monthly listeners you'd probably
[3:36] still get APJ for. Slow.
[3:38] Yeah. For PJ, I'm I, I, you.
[3:40] Didn't even take APJ to Chicago. She took.
[3:42] She was first class. Yeah, took the bus eco friendly.
[3:47] My ego friendly going. We lift that.
[3:50] But they're also, I don't know if you guys saw this story in
[3:53] the news about the singer David. I wanted to think about this in
[3:56] the podcast, bro, that this is one of the craziest stories I
[4:01] think I've ever seen in my life. Scary.
[4:04] That's yeah, bro. This guy there was this 14 year
[4:08] old girl. He's 18.
[4:09] They're dating. First of all, what the fuck are
[4:11] you doing dating in eight? It was a 14 year old bro.
[4:14] Discord. Discord.
[4:16] Which, whatever, that's a conversation in itself means
[4:19] fucked up, but if you. Was he always a a music guy or
[4:23] was he always an artist? I don't know, DJ Academics was
[4:26] watching one of his, like, early interviews.
[4:27] He was trying to be like a Fortnite pro at the start of his
[4:29] like, yeah. Little shapeshifter.
[4:32] Yeah, but whatever he like if listening to his music, it's
[4:36] ominous. If you guys didn't know like
[4:38] this this girl had been missing for two years and then she pops
[4:42] up in the trunk of his car like the body was was like, what?
[4:47] What's it called? We don't get graphic.
[4:48] Yeah, yeah, yeah. Both to get graphic.
[4:49] But the what decomposing or whatever.
[4:52] So that's not graphic. If I wanted to get graphic, I
[4:55] could get graphic, but it, it was decomposing.
[4:59] So he, he's, he's automatically, they question him, 'cause why?
[5:02] Why is this girl in your car? They're like, so do you know
[5:05] anything about this? He's like, no, I don't even know
[5:07] who that is. But then the Internet starts
[5:09] doing its work and start linking 2 to 2 together that there's
[5:12] this missing girl called Celeste who has been dating this guy.
[5:17] And then the the police confirmed that it's her.
[5:20] And now it's like this big murder like story.
[5:23] Yeah, basically, kinda. Fucked up.
[5:24] Yeah, yeah, very fucked up. That was definitely like, it's
[5:26] one of those ongoing things. They're like, OK, there's
[5:28] definitely more information to it, but like.
[5:30] This is like, oh, you're gonna get a couple of you're fine.
[5:33] That's a Netflix like documentary level.
[5:36] Netflix made documentaries about a woman going down the stairs
[5:38] and it was a whole murder mystery.
[5:39] I will not be, I will not be watching that documentary.
[5:41] But I hate watching true crime and show Yeah.
[5:44] I don't know sometimes but. Isn't true.
[5:45] You said True Detective season 1 is the best.
[5:47] Yeah, that's because it's the best stuff there We.
[5:50] Go pick your brows and bro. No, I hate.
[5:53] I hate. Real shit bro, True Detective
[5:55] season 1 is more gory than probably this Netflix show will
[5:58] ever be. No, it's not that it's gory,
[6:00] it's just it's scary. It puts you on the edge of your
[6:02] seat. It's scary and it's even though
[6:04] it's Is this based on a true story or no?
[6:07] No, it's too, too stretched. Yeah, but it's, it's 'cause it's
[6:10] like it takes place in different decades, right?
[6:12] Yeah. So it's like, that's a long
[6:13] story. To follow, but yeah, crazy story
[6:16] I've been Twitter does the thing where you read one tweet, yeah,
[6:20] flooding your thing with it. So now like I get all the
[6:23] updates but it's super. Powered Twitter, Twitter or X
[6:26] whatever is super powered when it's a live news event and you
[6:29] watch one thing if you look it up don't look up anything yeah
[6:32] and then your whole feed will be that until you just.
[6:35] Till it dies off. Yeah, you also consume the
[6:36] content, so it it knows you're consuming the content, you have
[6:39] to stop. They have like this, like I feel
[6:40] like they add it. They add like a feature that
[6:43] makes sure that when it's a live news thing and you look
[6:45] something up, it'll bombard you with it.
[6:47] Because I know that that's what's relevant and that's how
[6:49] things get blown completely out of proportion.
[6:51] Like forget, forget, like all like like real crime.
[6:54] I'm talking about like, like drama, like media drama, bro,
[6:57] you. That's how it gets blown out of
[6:58] proportion because then somebody consumes that all day long for
[7:00] an entire day and they start yapping about it with their
[7:02] friends and then they go on podcasts like that.
[7:04] So I don't know X. It's kind of like turns it turns
[7:07] shit into unhealthy situations at times.
[7:09] But it's like you, you're trying to scroll X and you're like, OK,
[7:11] you're getting the highlights for the football games or
[7:13] whatever. You're trying to just get some
[7:14] news. This is the weirdest thing about
[7:16] X for me is that like when I want like news about inter
[7:18] whatever, I'm looking for inter tweets.
[7:20] I get nothing but news. I get no inter tweets.
[7:23] But then when it's like OK something actually happening,
[7:25] I'm like it's all inter. There's the inter.
[7:27] Tweets, yeah. So it's like, I don't know,
[7:29] sometimes it. Doesn't cycles, It doesn't.
[7:31] And bro, what pisses me off in general about media right now is
[7:35] something like something like the recent like Discovery that
[7:38] NASA made on Mars. Like not really a discovery.
[7:41] I mean I have. To go on YouTube to actually.
[7:42] Forget it out. They checked that they they,
[7:44] they got the I forget what it was called the Rover's name
[7:47] Discovery. No, it's probably not right.
[7:50] They, they brought a sample back, they analyzed it for over
[7:52] a year and now they've they haven't made conclusive evidence
[7:56] was. They a sample or was a picture.
[7:57] Of no, it was a sample. I think it was a sample.
[7:59] No, I think it was a. They took a picture of like it.
[8:03] There's a, There's like a. Something it's, it's literally,
[8:06] it's like. Three dots, but those three dots
[8:08] are usually always a sign of water.
[8:10] It's, it's, it's literally called, it's literally shit.
[8:13] Like, I, I listen to what's that guy with a moustache, Neil
[8:17] deGrasse Tyson, and he had a, he had someone from NASA that was
[8:21] that spoke to him and gave him like the whole rundown.
[8:23] Oh, wow. And I was like listening to it.
[8:25] And it's basically just, it's a biological waste, almost like
[8:28] it's like but. But something had to have lived.
[8:30] Yeah, for that. For that to happen and but I
[8:34] don't get if if it's from a picture then how do they
[8:35] actually figure out which elements are in it because.
[8:37] I I think the Rover has like instruments that it could
[8:41] probably like. In a sense.
[8:42] Analyzing it analyzes. The data it like pulls a little
[8:45] arm out, takes a little sample. Yeah, yeah, I think that's what
[8:47] it. But just the fact that like,
[8:49] it's not conclusive, like they don't know that it's alien life
[8:51] or it was past alien life, but there's nothing else I can point
[8:54] to aside from that. Yeah.
[8:55] Therefore, that's more probable that it was than it.
[8:58] Is of elimination. Kind and forget all those
[9:00] details bro that should on Twitter like no one under the
[9:04] rug. Even there were some other big
[9:05] news of the time but even after that it wasn't popular.
[9:09] Bro that's way bigger than any fucking.
[9:12] Whatever was happening. United Trade tweets.
[9:13] It's just, I feel like like X just politicized, like they just
[9:17] shove politics down your throat. Yeah.
[9:20] And I mean, it might just, I mean, I'm also interested a bit
[9:22] in politics, so it might just be my personal feed.
[9:25] But I don't know how you guys feel about it.
[9:27] But like anything like let's say Trump does something, it's going
[9:30] to be on your feet. 20 for. Sure, for sure.
[9:32] Like it's on your. Feet for psychological yeah,
[9:35] it's sad. And that's unfortunately will
[9:37] not unless you get off the application, it will.
[9:39] The application won't change. But I think that's just, I think
[9:42] it's a good representation of just media in general that it's
[9:44] like extremely click baity. Like when you get tweets about
[9:48] certain like world events, that's something in the United
[9:51] States happening and it's the person that's tweeting or the
[9:54] page that's tweeting. It is, is never neutral.
[9:58] Yeah, pointing one way or the other for sure.
[9:59] And then their captions are pointed in that direction.
[10:02] And a lot of times that I notice is that the captions don't
[10:06] necessarily reflect the video sometimes.
[10:08] So it's like you read the caption, but you don't actually
[10:10] watch the video. Like you see the see it moving
[10:12] but it's on mute then. You assume the rest.
[10:13] So you assume the rest, but really like it could be two
[10:15] different things. So like I really think that it's
[10:18] really taking like a click bait kind of direction and that's
[10:21] what just general media too. And it's a classy direction.
[10:23] In my personal opinion, is the main driver of the US.
[10:26] There's such a big great divide between right and left.
[10:29] It makes me feel, doesn't help it.
[10:30] Yeah, like like, like it it the, the I feel like people are
[10:35] always trying to clip form. So like they use like all it is
[10:39] really or like really, let's say violent or extreme words when
[10:43] they're just trying to like it's just a regular like situation.
[10:46] Like, like it's a debate and it's like he just owned her.
[10:49] Like he just destroyed him. And it's just like, OK, it was
[10:52] just a conversation. No, I mean, I don't think it's
[10:55] you guys think it's going to get better.
[10:56] I don't think, no, no, no. I think it's only going to
[10:58] continue to get to go downhill from here because it's on
[11:01] regular news has been like Fox and CNN, all these people have
[11:04] been doing this shit for years. It's just now I got the
[11:06] mainstream media, yeah, 'cause now we're that we're the ones
[11:09] that are, are, are putting the titles, yeah.
[11:11] For CNN and Fox. Yeah, just the fact that we're
[11:13] consuming news on Twitter, TikTok or whatever, like at
[11:16] least the younger generation is like.
[11:17] Not even from reliable. Sources.
[11:19] Not good, not good. Who are the reliable sources
[11:21] anymore bro that's why real. Just gotta, you gotta, you
[11:23] always gotta stay like vigilant of yeah, who's tweeting what?
[11:27] What are they tweeting about? What's the?
[11:28] Bro, the issue is that you can't even, you can't tell nowadays
[11:31] what's what's reliable and what's not.
[11:33] Bro, Like, yeah, like just going back 20 years, the Iraq war,
[11:38] like you, everyone's releasing, oh, they have weapons of mass
[11:42] destruction. And now, 20 years later, we know
[11:44] that shit never happened, you know, So it's like and.
[11:47] That and that was from the we do know that and that was from the
[11:50] government. Like they're they're spewing out
[11:52] false information, but only with time you realize, oh, OK, like
[11:57] that was false. That shit, whenever that shit
[11:59] can't happen anymore, unfortunately.
[12:01] You say that, but I I do think there is a lot of coercion also
[12:05] behind the scenes that we don't know about.
[12:07] I think as we get further and further, there'll be less and
[12:09] less of that because like too many people know, like too many
[12:12] people are able to get the inside scoop.
[12:14] Before it was just a small portion of small table of people
[12:17] that were able to control what you're seeing.
[12:19] Or they could have told us literally anything.
[12:20] They could have told us as a genocide on on a random island
[12:24] and in the Caribbean. And we need to send the entire
[12:25] military and, and everyone would be like, fuck them up.
[12:28] You don't know, you don't know. And they could fake some
[12:30] pictures of of like a guy on that island with a nuclear
[12:34] weapon, you know, like we don't know.
[12:36] But now I feel like there's pros and cons.
[12:39] There's a lot more skeptics. I think there's a lot of people
[12:41] that are always going to try to debunk something.
[12:42] But it it just leads to a big divide that in my personal
[12:46] opinion, like we shouldn't have like it like like everyone.
[12:50] No, but it's not utopia. Like like we have to like we are
[12:54] Canadian. Everyone should love being
[12:56] Canadian. Yeah, I love it.
[12:57] Like put that above everything else and then.
[13:01] Fuck that bro, forget Canadian human.
[13:03] Yeah, that. Too, But you want to tackle
[13:05] like, bro, if a nuke goes off but you're you're ruining our
[13:08] Earth like everyone, everyone's earth.
[13:10] Like that should be a problem for everyone.
[13:13] It's definitely a selfish decision.
[13:16] But yeah, I don't know. I feel like like when you're in
[13:18] a relationship, I don't like, it's not it shouldn't be like
[13:21] you like, oh, but you said this and then the person hits you
[13:24] with you said this. No, but you should be working
[13:25] together to solve the solution, not two different parties.
[13:28] But also I'm I'm of the big toxic ass.
[13:30] I'm of a big belief that the I don't know if you guys have ever
[13:33] looked into the dead Internet theory.
[13:36] Yeah. Have you guys ever heard?
[13:37] Of that I saw. I saw.
[13:38] What is it that that it was the? Snake doing itself basically,
[13:41] and I mean, this is this is information from an FBI, but
[13:45] whatever you can just take take it with the grain of salt.
[13:47] It might be, it might be, I don't know, like he used to work
[13:50] at the FBI. So I don't know if it's a
[13:51] whistle blow or anything, but he he take it with the take a with
[13:56] a grain of salt because the number may have been exaggerated
[13:58] just for like news or whatever. But 80% of the people that are
[14:01] replying in self to comments are all bought.
[14:04] You're not interacting with real people.
[14:06] So it's like like like I, I do. I honestly, I believe it.
[14:10] Maybe not 80%, but there's a big portion of bots underneath every
[14:15] single post. You could tell.
[14:16] You could just tell. Bro 100%.
[14:19] Were these bots in the boxer box?
[14:21] But you see. We we have, but it's small stuff
[14:24] like you could tell that, look, I'm not trying to say like you
[14:27] could tell our shit ain't fake, but like compare our comment
[14:31] section and go to like, let's say another YouTube.
[14:34] But a lot of Youtubers are are for real.
[14:35] But let's say go to some, go to some really big Youtubers, go to
[14:39] their comment section. You're gonna be able to tell the
[14:41] difference between like the genuineness of the of the
[14:43] comments. Yeah, that's probably even a
[14:45] ratio like some, some. Obviously if you're bigger,
[14:47] you're gonna have more bots. Yeah, which is normal.
[14:50] Maybe YouTube. Maybe YouTube pushes that you?
[14:52] Know yeah, but it's supposedly a lot of governments are getting
[14:55] involved in in because like it or not, social media determines
[14:58] the narrative of a situation. You're inflating value at the
[15:01] end of the. Day yeah so like a lot of a lot
[15:03] of governments are investing for bots to determine oh like they
[15:07] social media directly influences elections in North America yeah
[15:11] so honestly everywhere around the world so like it's worth it
[15:14] for let's say Russia to invest money into AUS election or
[15:17] something like that like it's worth it.
[15:19] I have one last question. It's a yes or no question and
[15:21] then we get the actual football. I don't know why we got
[15:24] political today, just those days I guess.
[15:26] Those days. If you guys can go back and and
[15:30] make it so that social media would have never existed.
[15:32] No TikTok, no Instagram, no Snapchat.
[15:34] I I you watch the Matthew McConaughey, Joe Rogan.
[15:38] You know what? You know what I'm?
[15:39] Watching talk about that also are.
[15:40] You serious 'cause I'm watching it right now but I'm only at
[15:42] like minute 45 so I don't know if they speak.
[15:44] To it they speak about that I don't I would I personally know
[15:48] because I don't know. I feel like I'm an aware social
[15:51] media user so I can cut through the bullshit versus the the
[15:55] truth. And I don't, I don't really like
[15:57] like sometimes on our comments, the videos, the comments are
[16:00] negative, The comments are positive, but I don't get
[16:02] affected by that. So like, for me, it's like
[16:04] social media is only a benefit in my life.
[16:07] It's like the same, yeah, I would agree with him because
[16:09] it's like the same conversation with AI.
[16:11] Like are you gonna stop AI from happening even though it like
[16:15] helps certain things, it helps with productivity, or are you
[16:18] just gonna cut it off? Like at the end of the day, it's
[16:20] so beneficial that you need it, but it's and there's ways and
[16:24] there's ways of managing it I. Find it's only beneficial
[16:26] because of the problems that we've created.
[16:28] You know, if there was never any bias in journalism, we would
[16:30] have never needed social media. If there were never commercials
[16:32] on TV, then we wouldn't need media platforms like streaming
[16:36] media platforms. Like we create problems and then
[16:38] we create solutions to those problems.
[16:40] They've never been more connected if and no generation
[16:42] has ever been, yeah. If.
[16:43] We didn't have. We were literally just speaking
[16:45] about it a few seconds ago. No, I think it's important.
[16:47] Without social media, it creates every problem to be your
[16:49] problem. Without social media, we
[16:51] wouldn't have access to the information that we do today and
[16:53] we'd be controlled by the Big 5 media conglomerates.
[16:55] Sure. Still.
[16:56] Ours ignorance is my friend. Yeah.
[16:58] But again, is that better? I don't know.
[17:00] It's not better because we know that it's not better.
[17:03] But if we didn't know that it was better, then how would we
[17:07] ever. Yeah, No, it's on the other side
[17:08] of the rainbow like it's not it's not there for us.
[17:11] Yeah. Anyway, I would one thing I
[17:12] would do would make myself get never addicted to social media
[17:15] because anybody watching right now, probably 99% of you and all
[17:19] four of us here in five, we are all addicted to social media.
[17:21] Yeah, but they're all heavily we are.
[17:24] This is this is a worse addiction then maybe not.
[17:27] I'm saying it's benefits or whatever, it's cons, but we are
[17:30] addicted at a very, very, very high level.
[17:33] But it's it's just like any other addiction if you know how
[17:36] to control it. You don't.
[17:38] I don't. I know I'm once again my
[17:41] addiction to social media. I'm not consuming really content
[17:45] that will like ruin my mood. So like it's not affecting my
[17:49] mental it's. Affecting your brain?
[17:52] It's it might be affecting what I think of certain things, but
[17:54] it's not affecting my. Mood.
[17:55] It's affecting your dopamine. It's affecting how your.
[17:58] Brain 100% but you're everyone is addicted to something I don't
[18:02] give a fuck some people say I'm not addicted so you're addicted
[18:04] to something somebody likes cigars are addicted to making
[18:06] money like there there there's like people are always addicted
[18:10] to something so it's just what are you addicted to I'm
[18:13] obviously addicted to social media so it's good that we do
[18:15] this as our full time job because like I'm.
[18:18] I'm very unproductive. But you like it?
[18:21] It is for me. I realize that what I'm reading
[18:26] on social media, some of it like is an act like I I know to
[18:30] separate the bullshit from the like the real.
[18:32] So I still I don't know. I don't let like let's say a bad
[18:37] tweet ruin my day or something like it doesn't.
[18:39] But that's not the cons that I'm talking about.
[18:40] I'm talking about like what it's doing to your brain.
[18:43] People are not able to sit and have conversations.
[18:46] People can't sit in a waiting room at a doctor's office and
[18:49] just speak to the person next to them.
[18:51] It's ruining the way we interact.
[18:52] And there's a portion of society that doesn't even interact.
[18:57] They don't even interact. Anymore, but that's that's
[18:59] people who get too into it. That's their life.
[19:01] They love their comfort zone so much.
[19:02] They say fuck that. My life is now on social media.
[19:05] My life is now on the web instead of in real life like
[19:09] before. Those people were forced to get
[19:10] out of their comfort zone. I know there's pros and cons but
[19:13] bro overall our this is cooking us more than any fucking any
[19:17] crisis. Yeah, but we're always going to
[19:19] take this turn though, because at the end of the day, the whole
[19:22] world kind of shifted to digital at a certain point, you know?
[19:24] So either way, there was always going to be a screen in front of
[19:26] your face the whole time, you know, I don't know what I mean.
[19:28] Like, yeah, it's not like maybe back in the in the like, I don't
[19:32] know, early, early 1900s or something like that when it was
[19:35] just newspapers, but like you weren't dealing with digital
[19:37] stuff. But once you're starting dealing
[19:39] like in the 80s, nineties to even 2000s, it's like everything
[19:42] was digital like, and that was just the way society progressed
[19:46] to. So it's different medias.
[19:47] I find the personal experience, yeah.
[19:51] Everyone's experiences lead to what their beliefs are.
[19:53] But like, I envy the simple life that my grandfather had, let's
[19:58] say where it was. It was literally just like a
[20:00] farm in Italy, Like, but that simplicity, there's beauty to
[20:03] that. Simplicity, yes, but like it or
[20:05] not, you can't live that life anymore.
[20:06] I know the the, the technology has gone too far.
[20:09] Our kids are gonna have AI and we're we're gonna be probably
[20:13] forced to use AI or else we're gonna be left behind.
[20:15] No jobs. People are gonna probably be
[20:16] working in augmented reality or VR.
[20:18] They're gonna have virtual meetings.
[20:19] Like if we don't know how to use that shit, we're just gonna be
[20:22] behind. Yeah.
[20:23] Bro you put on ARAR goggles and you just start typing that's
[20:27] why. That's why for me, this is just
[20:31] for me, I always look forward to, to the future.
[20:35] Like I don't really like, I don't have like all the we're
[20:38] getting more into social media. That's depressing.
[20:40] I, I actually think of it as like I try and spin as a
[20:43] positive that it's like, oh, you know, like we're going to become
[20:46] a lot more productive. AI is going to help us.
[20:48] Like I I should learn AI because that's going to be the.
[20:50] Future What's the bigger picture, Barbara?
[20:52] The bigger picture Why do we need to become more productive?
[20:54] Like, why do we need to become better robots?
[20:56] Why? But that's that's what we've
[20:59] done as a society. Since I know, but you're saying
[21:01] like you look forward and you see it as positive, like we're
[21:03] going to be more productive, but like what's the bigger picture?
[21:05] What's like, you know, like why? Yeah.
[21:07] Well. Get.
[21:08] More productive, find solutions faster.
[21:10] But why do we need to be more productive as a society?
[21:12] Better life. We.
[21:14] Doesn't we are. We are so it.
[21:15] Depends I guess. Think of it like.
[21:17] The statistics aren't saying that we't leading to a better
[21:18] life. People are more depressed than
[21:20] they ever are. Well, that's that's also
[21:22] economic status. Yeah, exactly.
[21:23] That's also economic factor. I think it's all.
[21:25] I think it's all one I. Don't, I don't think necessarily
[21:27] it's. We're all we're all for.
[21:29] This is gonna sound very. I'm pausing in advance.
[21:31] We're all for oranges, OK? And the goal of our lives is to
[21:35] push out as much like juice as possible.
[21:39] Like a like a life gives you a lot of.
[21:40] Kind of thing. Well, it's like we, we are all
[21:42] oranges that have an infinite amount of juice and we're all
[21:46] just trying to, we're trying to push out as much juice as
[21:48] possible out of our lives. Yeah, if you think the point of
[21:51] your existence is to push out juice, yeah.
[21:54] That's what that's what I think it is.
[21:59] Can't. See.
[21:59] So do we do we pause that or? We can end on that.
[22:03] I mean like that might be a pause.
[22:05] No, but it was pretty. No, I just.
[22:06] I just thought, yeah, it's pretty.
[22:08] That is their point. Yeah, like.
[22:09] We can How much juice? Can you squeeze?
[22:11] I don't know. That's a that's a philosophical
[22:13] question. This is like juicy.
[22:14] Realistically, how much juice have you squeezed in a very
[22:17] productive day? You know you've never got all
[22:19] the juice out of an orange, like you've never you've taken the
[22:22] limit. You can never get to the full.
[22:24] Anyway, this morning I had fresh juice, used orange juice from
[22:26] Jeanthalon Market. It's always gas.
[22:29] No pulp though. I don't know who bought that,
[22:32] but it was. Double I said, I said no pop,
[22:34] no, no pub. We're have, we want some pop.
[22:37] This is where Shempop. I made that reference this
[22:39] morning. Needed.
[22:42] But yeah, we can get into the football.
[22:44] So if you guys skip that, welcome to the football portion
[22:46] of the podcast. There's.
[22:46] Always that one guy in the comments section underneath the
[22:48] YouTube We don't give off the football talk.
[22:50] Yeah, football talk. We don't give a fuck, by the
[22:52] way. Personal life.
[22:53] You guys are watching on YouTube, Make sure to subscribe.
[22:55] I mean, I don't think we've ever said that also.
[22:58] We're close to 30,000. Yeah, we're all.
[23:00] We're closing about 30,000 Subs on YouTube and also we don't
[23:02] usually mention this, but this week I feel like we shouldn't
[23:05] mention it. The YouTube video that came out
[23:07] this week, my favorite, I think is my favorite YouTube video
[23:10] that we might have ever released on the channel.
[23:11] Agreed. So if you guys do want to go
[23:14] watch that also we did if you're more of the football opinionated
[23:17] talk, we also did release our boundary rankings.
[23:19] So calendar ceremonies on Monday.
[23:21] So the probably the day that you're listening or a couple
[23:24] days ago. We have our full rankings there.
[23:26] You could also check that out, but the Jersey kit 1.
[23:28] It was crazy. It was it was shout out deep.
[23:30] Bowler yeah. Daniel Kill Honestly, the
[23:32] thumbnail, like the more I'm looking at it, I I really like
[23:35] it. The video was great.
[23:36] Yeah, shout out Apple. Shout out Apple.
[23:38] Yeah, cameraman, Apple. Yeah, honestly, everything went
[23:42] usually like when we do these bigger production videos, you
[23:47] always leave with OK, we could have like we could have done
[23:49] this thing better. Like we something like always
[23:52] this small thing you could say we could have done better.
[23:54] This video, like all obviously there's some stuff you could
[23:57] like you can always point to one thing you could do better, but
[23:59] this was like our closest to perfection, I think Yeah on the
[24:02] channel so. They make an upgrade.
[24:04] Yeah, yeah. Maybe satisfying a fan favorite,
[24:06] maybe not. But everyone, every comment says
[24:09] it's their one of their favorite.
[24:10] But it's definitely. Like one of my favorites, yeah.
[24:13] So you guys go watching. We're basically was we had 50
[24:16] mystery kit boxes and we built our teams around those 50 kit
[24:20] mystery boxes and the yeah, just shout out to AI felt like we did
[24:23] a good job. Yeah, is there everyone,
[24:25] honestly. Box the box and.
[24:26] And considering like listen behind the scenes little scoop
[24:29] there. Like now, what time did we even?
[24:31] Finish that bro. That was a late one.
[24:32] That was. You could see it from the
[24:33] windows in the back. That that room was dark.
[24:35] That room was I. Think we ended up leaving that
[24:37] night that midnight or 31? 30 I think it was I remember.
[24:41] We had the shoot after yeah of the the merch.
[24:44] Yeah, yeah, we had merch 2 after.
[24:45] Yeah. That day we were in the studio
[24:47] from 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM till like 2:00 AM or yeah.
[24:50] That that on it was a very fun day.
[24:51] I I look back and I'm like, yeah, that was very productive
[24:53] 'cause we also did the FPL draft that day too.
[24:55] So it was like a. Lot of brain power.
[24:57] Yeah, yeah. When they were leaving the FPL
[24:58] draft, were asking me like what time you think you're gonna
[25:00] finish tonight? I was like tomorrow for like
[25:03] 10/10/30. Yeah, like it's only a video
[25:04] with US 4, so it should be. Fast forward 1:00 AM.
[25:07] 'Cause you, 'cause it's like you're trying to, it's the
[25:09] solve, solve problems as they go.
[25:11] We're like, Oh my God, how do we get this overhead shot that we.
[25:14] Yeah, mount a $20,000 camera to a roof, you guys only.
[25:16] See the finished product, but like before, we're like, OK, we
[25:19] want, we know we want to have an overhead shot that shows our
[25:23] team with the jerseys and stuff. It's going to be really nice.
[25:26] But then you're like, OK, that's going to look nice, but how the
[25:28] fuck do you even do that? Yeah, we're getting.
[25:30] Ladders. So then we're getting ladders
[25:32] with the. Ladder.
[25:33] It doesn't fit underneath the thing, so.
[25:35] Yeah, trying to put it was really, it was a, it was like a
[25:38] a Jenga game that you had to like figure out how the pieces
[25:41] work together. But it was it was honestly came
[25:43] out perfect. Extremely satisfying, like just
[25:45] putting it on your like on the TV, sitting down, just taking
[25:48] every like, OK, let's see the final product.
[25:50] And it was just like, yeah, exactly how you pictured it in
[25:53] your head. So like and I'm really happy
[25:54] with. We just one more little plug.
[25:56] We do have a Patreon video coming out soon on Patreon.
[25:59] That was also a lot of that was really fun.
[26:03] All four of us drafted teams and we had to pick players from
[26:06] Milan, Juventus, Man United and Inter, so it got really like
[26:10] the. Way able to pick two players
[26:11] from each of the team so which is no matter how much bias you
[26:14] got you still gotta pick two players from Milan and the rest
[26:17] of like. Yeah what?
[26:18] What club was the hardest to find players for manual Juventus
[26:21] UV? Man United, Bro United.
[26:23] Juventus the part. You know you have no one for.
[26:25] Me AC Milan? Because no, I waited really,
[26:27] really late to the. Last one if you waited later.
[26:29] It went all the and you guys can't.
[26:31] You guys would not believe who firms picked first.
[26:34] You would not. It's third, only you guys keep
[26:38] ripping. It but the the fans will agree
[26:40] with. Me whatever they they can let us
[26:41] know on Facebook that was insane whatever really so after this
[26:46] week there was a big topic conversation we wanted to have
[26:50] right before we go into power rankings.
[26:52] I know we're a bit so we can fast track this conversation,
[26:54] but what I've realized in the first five game weeks of because
[26:59] we play FPL, we've been seeing, OK, who are the top top point
[27:03] getters in FPL this season so far?
[27:04] If you look at the top, like 80% of them are all defenders.
[27:08] Yeah. So this led to the question that
[27:11] I have and I looked, I looked up a couple stats before.
[27:14] The Premier League, in my personal opinion, is having a
[27:16] big entertainment issue and I don't know everyone.
[27:20] Palace says it's a blip. I agree.
[27:21] It could be just a blip in in the radar that OK, the first
[27:26] five games, it's like extreme sample size.
[27:28] The next five games we're going to see a lot of goals and it's
[27:30] going to balance out to because I looked it up last year we
[27:33] averaged 3.1 or 3.2 goals per game in every game.
[27:37] This year we're down to 2.4. I've I have a.
[27:39] Theory. That's almost a whole goal a
[27:40] game. That's a lot.
[27:41] It it actually, it's substantial like that's, that's not even if
[27:44] it's a blip, that's enough to like look into the stats
[27:47] because, well, I mean, it's, it's just one, but it's 1 of
[27:50] what, 3 point? What did you say was the
[27:51] average? 3.1 to 2.4 That's almost a goal
[27:54] a game, not a. Lot that is a lot I think, and
[27:57] I'd be interested to see if anyone knows to check every time
[28:00] there was a World Cup year. Look at the prior the beginning
[28:04] of the prior year to the World Cup.
[28:07] I found just watching the games from my experience that because
[28:11] of international break, teams came back non cohesive
[28:14] motivation, momentum was killed and Club World Cup to and Club
[28:18] World Cup. But because the international
[28:20] breaks are so important, players are actually trying their
[28:23] hardest to make the club to make the World Cup the next summer.
[28:26] The Italy players that went like we scored what was a 5 four-game
[28:30] versus Israel, like that was a that's a tough game.
[28:32] I would want a player to clarify on this because speaking like
[28:37] just Cole Palmer this this past couple weeks, he was, Maraska
[28:41] said. He's since the beginning of the
[28:42] season in Club World Cup, he's been dealing with a groin
[28:44] injury. OK, then why did you go play
[28:47] with England? Like why?
[28:48] Why did you go play with England?
[28:50] They're forced to. But no, they're not.
[28:52] Necessarily is it not in the best interest of England also
[28:55] that that Palmer OK, you can go call up.
[28:58] This is just off the top of my head like an Amari Hutchinson
[29:01] even though or a Harvey Elliott or some shit that like yes,
[29:03] obviously he's worse than Cole Palmer, but you still should be
[29:06] beating the teams that you're. Maybe they're trying to
[29:07] guarantee their their spot on the Cole Palmer.
[29:09] Has a guaranteed spot, probably. But not not necessarily
[29:12] considering the talent and also you add on to.
[29:15] Bro Palmer doesn't have a guaranteed to.
[29:17] June but I would say he does. But there's so much talent that
[29:20] your spot is it's completely. Starting spot, sure, but he
[29:23] definitely makes that squad, definitely makes the World Cup.
[29:25] Should. For sure, but I'm saying a
[29:26] starting spot. But an injured Cole Palmer
[29:29] benefits no one. But also factor in that say you
[29:32] don't wanna go to that international break, forget it,
[29:35] World Cup or EUR, it's like just a normal international break.
[29:38] You say that you're injured, you're not gonna go.
[29:40] Everyone's gonna use that excuse now.
[29:42] But if you're actually injured, like Cole Palmer, you should not
[29:45] be going on in turn, Yeah. Break, but he looks like he
[29:47] wants to keep playing even with the injury.
[29:49] But that's when you as a manager need to step in and be like,
[29:51] that's what we're playing the long game here.
[29:54] We're going for Premier Leagues, we're going for Champions
[29:56] League, we're going for even England, we're going for the
[29:58] World Cup this year. Like these games right now are
[30:02] not necessary. But I think we saw, we saw it
[30:04] with the Man United game when he got yanked at like the 25th
[30:07] minute, maybe because of the red card, maybe it was earlier,
[30:10] maybe it was because of the red card.
[30:11] But clearly he was like with the Kobe Mino, Yeah, conversation,
[30:16] like he didn't want to get subbed off.
[30:18] But bro, you're hurt. Yes, you know.
[30:20] But I would be interested to hear players POV on that because
[30:23] if you're a player comment down below.
[30:24] Yeah, exactly your player that plays in the Premier League.
[30:26] Tell me. Comment down below.
[30:28] Tell us why the goals have went down this.
[30:29] Season yeah, but my personal theory is that the the attacking
[30:34] talent in the league is so good even even the bottom teams have
[30:37] 2322 or three players that you're going to like holy shit
[30:41] like that's a serious winger or that's a serious attacking
[30:44] midfielder that you can't afford space to so everyone nowadays is
[30:47] just doing the Arteta Meadow of just sit back and then we'll
[30:50] score one goal and and. Like they all have attackers.
[30:52] If you're saying they all have attackers, then why don't they
[30:54] all attack? And why isn't there one manager
[30:56] like last season that just said we're going to score more goals
[30:58] than you? Because look at what that did
[31:00] for Ange. That literally brought everyone.
[31:02] Got. Injured I know, but 20 managers?
[31:03] And scored a shit ton of goals, but they conceded as many goals.
[31:06] I guess look at Bournemouth. Bournemouth's the forests like
[31:09] that, that have solid defenses. They're the ones that are
[31:12] succeeding. The more attacking teams have,
[31:14] and this is just statistic, the more attacking teams have higher
[31:17] variance. So yes, you might outplay them,
[31:19] but you leave yourself susceptible to this smash and
[31:22] grab game that you're going to get 21, then they only had two
[31:25] shots on target or something like that.
[31:26] On Arteta, you won't even get the shots on target that you
[31:29] will need to score. So the variance goes down.
[31:31] You're going to you're going to get more reliable results, but
[31:35] at what point do we as a league like like this?
[31:37] For me was very if I'm a casual watching.
[31:41] Oh, it was horrendous. Fucking boy.
[31:43] But I'd be curious to see if, like, the goals scored have have
[31:47] decreased through the years because the quality has gone up.
[31:50] Like, like it could just be that, yeah, it's just probably
[31:53] the most competitive the Premier League has ever been.
[31:55] But look at Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, they
[31:58] all Chelsea, they all revolutionize their teams.
[32:02] So at the end of the day, there's like so much movement
[32:04] that but the league is the most competitive it's ever been.
[32:07] It just for me, it feels like I'm watching these teams and it
[32:09] doesn't feel like they're like putting like their full like
[32:12] foot on the gas pedal. Sometimes it's like, it really
[32:15] like the game swings, like they really it's all about game state
[32:18] for them. And it's sometimes it's like
[32:19] there's periods where they're like they're really sitting back
[32:21] and they try to find their opportunities.
[32:23] Like I could see why you guys say it's not as exciting.
[32:25] But at the end of the day, like if you're gonna, if you're gonna
[32:28] think that World Cup is a factor, let's say this
[32:30] international friendlies are a factor like it is, it is a
[32:34] plausible, like plausible reason.
[32:37] I also these players don't want to get injured.
[32:38] I also feel that that in past years, the physical level of the
[32:42] Prem, it was high, but now I feel like every player in the
[32:45] Prem can do a full 90 no issue, and by minute 90, they're still
[32:49] not tired. I feel like back then, yeah,
[32:51] players would get tired a minute 6070 and then base would start
[32:53] opening up and then you start getting more goals.
[32:55] And then I feel like nowadays the physical level's so high
[32:57] that by minute 90, players are still fully there.
[33:00] They're still fully like I. Was actually having there.
[33:02] I was having that, that like that thought recently, because
[33:04] watching AUV like, you know, we've you've had a four four the
[33:08] other game like for like a guy like Gildies and I saw him like
[33:11] in the 85th minute, like he's literally Sprint down the line
[33:15] battling shoulder to shoulder like that shit takes a lot out
[33:17] of you. And I'm seeing huffing and
[33:18] puffing. You wait like a minute and a
[33:21] half guys back to running full sprints.
[33:22] Well, these guys, they're, they're, they're cardio.
[33:25] The physical level of the sport has never been higher.
[33:28] Yeah, that's that's what I say about physical levels so
[33:30] important because if you have players that get tired at 70
[33:33] minutes or 80 minutes like an Enzo Fernandez, well, Enzo
[33:36] Fernandez actually plays 90 minutes week in, week out.
[33:38] But like a Baleba this year after he always gets yanked
[33:42] around the fifty 60th minute because his coach deems that
[33:45] either he's not playing well or the physical fitness levels are
[33:48] not there to get a full 90. But.
[33:50] It also boils down to squad depth, like at the at the 60th
[33:53] minute, Arsenal, Subdon, Saca and Eze, like it's just insane
[33:57] quality, yeah, to sub on. So if you have those players on
[34:00] the bench at the 60th, managers make the change, you're gonna
[34:03] have better players and fresher players.
[34:05] Yeah, you gotta give those players time to also like
[34:07] acclimatize to the game too. Yeah, if you if you throw a
[34:10] player too late in the game, it's.
[34:12] Like 7 you got 3 minutes today? What?
[34:13] Was you gonna do with? Three, well, real scores of
[34:15] race. That was more of a more of a pep
[34:19] thing, though. I don't know what he was doing
[34:20] that game. Yeah, I don't know.
[34:21] I I'm wondering when he's going to introduce Savino because you
[34:24] rejected a 70 mil # bid from Spurs for Savino.
[34:27] Yeah, but are you going to use them like like?
[34:29] Even he subbed off Holland for Nico Gonzalez.
[34:31] What? Was weird today is that I mean I
[34:33] don't know how I played in in game but like Bernardo Silva was
[34:36] out wide and Foden was kind of like the midfield 2.
[34:40] No, Foden started out wide and Bernardo in the middle.
[34:43] Like on paper they probably rotate our shit.
[34:45] Hunting game. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[34:47] But but yeah. And also one more thing.
[34:49] Like, I feel like the amount of draws that we've seen this
[34:51] season is ridiculous. 11111111 again.
[34:54] The whole from from like second place to like 15th.
[34:58] I feel like every team has a draw.
[35:00] Like yeah, Crystal Palace are in what, 4th place or 5th place?
[35:04] They have 3 draws. So it's like how many draws are
[35:07] you gonna see? I think it's just.
[35:08] Competitive. It's the most competitive
[35:09] league. Yeah, but I'll be competitive.
[35:11] He has a league. Like the like the Brighton.
[35:13] Spurs league, like I think was a.
[35:14] Bad game. Yeah, that was tie the.
[35:16] Prem needs to found, has to have the foundation that it needs to
[35:20] be entertaining. Like it or not, people will not
[35:22] watch If it's not entertaining. Yeah, competitive competitive.
[35:25] If it's not entertaining, no one gives a shit.
[35:27] It depends what entertainment is but.
[35:28] Entertainment's not what we watched in fucking Arsenal, man.
[35:30] No, that's not what entertaining.
[35:32] Whoever scores the first goal gets 10 million.
[35:34] Entertainment's not Bournemouth, Newcastle that I watched this
[35:36] morning. Like the these games?
[35:38] Are for you. Entertainment is not.
[35:40] Like it or not, to 98% of people watching it is, yeah.
[35:44] Do you think? If the Premier League do.
[35:46] You think if the Premier League gave an extra, let's say 2-3
[35:49] million, if you scored the first goal in a match, do you think we
[35:52] would see a shift in the in clubs like Brighton that look
[35:55] for profits? You think we would see a shift
[35:56] in the way in their playstyle? They'd have they'd have to give
[35:58] 38 million over the course of the season right there.
[36:01] No, that's a, is it 30? Whatever.
[36:03] How many games are there? Per goal.
[36:05] Yeah, there's a lot of games. Or per game.
[36:06] Whoever scores first, let's say there's a 1,000,000, there's
[36:08] 1,000,000 per game, £1,000,000. Whoever scores the first goal
[36:11] gets that. Million The most entertaining
[36:12] game of the Do you do the Dana White most entertaining game of
[36:15] the weekend? You get $1,000,000 both.
[36:17] You get to wear gold jerseys next.
[36:18] Yeah, yeah, but bad, bad, crazy incentive mother bad.
[36:22] BMFBMF, the BMF Maddest Mahabucka.
[36:26] Just an idea of role Premier League.
[36:27] If you're listening to this, you guys can take that idea.
[36:29] I'll give you the loan for free. Thanks for sending.
[36:31] The costume and this this is this could actually be the last
[36:34] point, but North American sports, the beauty of it is that
[36:37] if you you tie, you go to overtime.
[36:38] So it actually makes it more entertaining if you're tying
[36:41] yeah, this and and we have no alternative.
[36:43] You draw, which is like the worst outcome possible.
[36:46] I think like obviously there's losing, but there's also the
[36:48] other side to losing, which is winning.
[36:50] So it's like the worst outcome is drawing.
[36:53] I feel like drawing is both teams loose NFL regular season
[36:56] to draw you go to overtime overtime, but it's is it
[36:58] different rules than you have 5 minutes.
[37:00] You could tie theoretically, but you're still you have 5 minutes
[37:02] where if they score a touchdown, you automatically lose.
[37:04] So it happens. If both teams don't get their
[37:07] get any points. Then it's a draw, then it's a
[37:09] tie, then it's a draw. But you still went to overtime,
[37:11] so there's still like that adrenaline.
[37:12] It's an opportunity. I don't know, Yeah, but those
[37:15] players would be so dry. But is it whoever gets the 1st?
[37:18] Is it college rules? Is it whoever gets the the first
[37:19] touchdown? So basically in the NFL now they
[37:21] it used to be that rule. So now they coin flip if now
[37:26] told if they get a touchdown in overtime does it finish the game
[37:29] or not or the other team has a chance to respond?
[37:31] Pretty sure they can go back. No, I remember in the back in
[37:34] the past it used to be whichever team scores.
[37:36] A touchdown, yeah. Scores even.
[37:37] Score a field. Goal, a touchdown.
[37:39] A touchdown I think wins it. Field goal, you get the
[37:42] opportunity, yeah, you get the. Opportunity to match.
[37:44] Now that's and that's, that's college rules.
[37:48] No public rules is they both start on the 25 yard line or
[37:51] whatever and they both they go band for band college.
[37:55] Overtime's insane because some of them end up going like 8-9
[37:57] overtimes. It's actually insane.
[37:59] It's cool. But yeah, that that was our
[38:01] entertainment rant on the Prem, Yeah.
[38:03] Now we have the power rankings. Power Rankings.
[38:05] This is a full episode, man. Whole.
[38:07] Yeah, I, I. I I like today's power rank is
[38:09] my favorite. How many minutes we in till?
[38:12] Probably an hour. Today was a.
[38:14] Today was a banger. First forty.
[38:15] I can't. Count for real let's.
[38:17] Make it a banger. Nuts range beat each other.
[38:19] Now the bangers begin. So now first power rankings of
[38:22] the season. This is all we haven't done one
[38:24] this season so far. So this is from the beginning of
[38:27] the season. Yeah, we've done a.
[38:28] Preseason, but yeah, so this includes all the the first
[38:32] Champions League game, the Cup game of if you want to put Man
[38:35] United, Grimsby Man United and we won't be talking.
[38:37] About that, don't worry, but. It includes the cup games.
[38:40] It includes Champions League game.
[38:41] It includes the first five games, weeks of Prem, four
[38:43] games, weeks of City I, whatever includes every game so far.
[38:45] So who wants to start? I know Barbara has an exotic
[38:48] one. With the 10.
[38:49] I heard about it but I will have one that I don't know if you 3
[38:54] have it. I have inter at 10.
[38:56] I don't have inter at all. No, I have.
[38:57] Inter at 10 as well Listen. Why?
[39:01] That's where they are in city. I is 10.
[39:03] Really. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[39:05] Okay, we're gonna talk about Manchester United or 11th.
[39:07] Man United on my power rank. Are you trying to?
[39:09] No, no. But what I'm saying?
[39:11] So the standards I've dropped is what?
[39:12] I'm no, what I'm saying is that you know that you know that
[39:15] you're a point or two away from a top 4.
[39:18] Yeah, but you're not. Yes, we are.
[39:20] So Man United is on track to make tough forces.
[39:23] There were two points off from from like the top five like.
[39:25] For me right now the table does not mean anything.
[39:27] I agree for now, but you're the point is that Inter have not
[39:31] looked super convincing this season.
[39:32] But honestly, no since the iax game.
[39:34] I like iax. It was a comfortable win and I
[39:36] and that was a Champions League game with a lot of pressure.
[39:39] We 2 Nothing easy like that team, but it's very.
[39:42] Well, at the end of the day, like the.
[39:43] IAX is a higher level than than a lot of other teams have
[39:46] played. I realistically I disagree
[39:48] nowadays. IX in the Prem is what,
[39:51] Brentford even lower potentially?
[39:53] Yeah, IX gets relegated in the Prem.
[39:55] Yeah, I actually agree. But in the end of the day, I'm
[39:57] not kidding in Champions League, they they are a quality side.
[40:00] So I thought they played very, very well.
[40:03] I think we responded well from the UVA game.
[40:05] UVA game was a was a blip in my opinion so.
[40:08] But I think players feelings, I think.
[40:10] Well, listen, it's PTSD definitely, but but we, we
[40:14] responded really well. So as well.
[40:15] We responded well too. Like I think, I think over the
[40:17] nasal loss. Yeah, that was.
[40:19] A long time ago, I think if we extended it, it's.
[40:21] Still part of the season. Yeah, I know, but but but it's a
[40:23] it's at a different. Point.
[40:24] But that still shows that you could have those those off days.
[40:28] I personally don't think Inter should be in this.
[40:30] They don't look as strong as as they used to be.
[40:33] They could bounce back. Who's your 10?
[40:35] Well now I feel like off launcher.
[40:37] I'm I'm a hipster. I went to Bournemouth because
[40:39] Bournemouth has started the season like exceeding
[40:42] expectations. Yeah, I've, I've said you all as
[40:44] an amazing manager. They've beaten Spurs, they're
[40:47] currently top 4I. Believe I. 3rd I'm not gonna lie
[40:50] from I thought about it so I'm gonna but it is very.
[40:52] I think it's fair, I think, but at.
[40:53] Least my question tomorrow, if Arsenal's if Arsenal's playing
[40:57] Bournemouth or Arsenal's playing Inter.
[40:58] If Bayern playing Bournemouth or Bayern playing Inter, I take
[41:01] Inter in every single one of those.
[41:02] Matches, but that's not how power ranking.
[41:04] You're taking Arsenal over Inter.
[41:05] I'm thinking, sorry, I'm taking Inter over Bournemouth in every
[41:07] single. You're taking Inter over over.
[41:10] Honestly, Bournemouth. Inter I would be interested to
[41:13] see, but see we're just lying. No, no, no, just lying.
[41:15] No Inter have shoulder European pedigree.
[41:17] I don't even know why I'm back in the right now.
[41:19] Your Bournemouth is this over? Inter is to me is just yeah.
[41:22] No, this is not how power ranks. Go but it is how power.
[41:25] Rankings. No, Power rankings is not a head
[41:27] to head. Obviously there's a better team
[41:28] than. Power ranking how much you you
[41:31] don't consume any other power rankings content.
[41:33] Yes I do. Power rankings do not work like
[41:35] whatever you. Think how much emphasis are you
[41:37] putting on last season bro? I don't give a shit if interplay
[41:40] any of the teams below them. Bro 11 to 100 they beat every
[41:44] single one of them I'm. Like they lose.
[41:47] I understand, I understand there's.
[41:48] Wins over them. I'm not saying so.
[41:50] Your log Grimsby is over Manchester United.
[41:52] That's your logic. No, because Grimsby actually won
[41:55] in the. Next.
[41:55] Grimsby actually beat Sheffield Wednesday the next round, so
[41:58] they're moving on in the next round.
[41:59] The. Power rankings is which team has
[42:01] had the best month. In my eyes, this is how I'm
[42:03] doing it. That's.
[42:04] Not how, but you. But that's how we've been doing
[42:06] it. But we've never done it that
[42:07] way. You.
[42:08] Your way of doing it, yeah, we're like the whole year into
[42:11] this, OK, but let's but even still get their own way.
[42:14] That's great power rankings. The in F1 power rankings is
[42:18] literally power like the like like next week who has the
[42:21] fastest car, not not who had the fastest car, but then it's who
[42:25] has what's the? Point of doing it every month.
[42:28] Because you look, you get more information.
[42:30] It's a checkpoint and I'm going forward.
[42:32] What am I saying? I'm not looking back.
[42:33] And what am I saying I'm looking forward to?
[42:35] What am I saying? No.
[42:36] My number 10 is. It the top 10 most powerful
[42:38] teams in the world. My number. 10 my #10 No.
[42:41] Let's we've no, let's, let's fucking iron it down.
[42:44] But we can. What?
[42:45] What are you doing? I you guys do, my distribution
[42:47] right now is probably like 25%, like last season.
[42:50] The momentum they came into with this season plus like 75% is
[42:54] probably what I've seen so far this season personally.
[42:57] Yeah, like, like for me, Inter obviously smoke Bournemouth on
[43:01] the 25 percent, 100%, not even close.
[43:04] But the 75% this year, You could argue Bournemouth has probably
[43:06] been better than Inter so far this season.
[43:08] Definitely for me. It's close, it's close.
[43:10] If I had Inter on my list it would probably Bournemouth and
[43:12] Inter would probably be around the same range.
[43:14] But. This does not mean that
[43:15] Bournemouth is a better team than Inter 100%, it just means
[43:18] they're in better form. They've had fixtures that
[43:20] probably put them in the top ten in form.
[43:23] I agree with. Form that's what I'm doing.
[43:24] But yeah, but I don't, I don't the Udinez a game and the UA
[43:28] game, let's say I don't deduct everything, that everything that
[43:32] inter is because of Udinez and whatever.
[43:34] I personally don't think Inter has had a good start to the
[43:36] season so they're not in my top 10.
[43:38] That's fine, but. They're a strong team.
[43:40] I'm not saying they're not. But my reasoning for the 10 is
[43:43] that we we've responded the last two games very, very well.
[43:47] We've reverted back to the 352 and we've played a lot stronger.
[43:50] I think there was a, there was a a break in period for Kivu that
[43:53] needed to like to, to see if we could play that 3421, if we
[43:56] could play the way he wants to play.
[43:58] Clearly we can't because he plays a very fast-paced type of
[44:01] football and a very like high pressing type of football that
[44:05] we do not have the players for. What is so special about this
[44:08] boardman's season? Well, they got smoked by liver I
[44:11] didn't get. From you remember watching.
[44:12] That first game, Semenyo scored two goals.
[44:16] We were watching that game. Brentford, they lost 20 in the
[44:18] EFL Cup, which means what? They're knocked out, they're
[44:20] knocked out, they're not. Look, congratulations and and
[44:22] they talked to New. Coming to season I had Inter 7.
[44:25] Yeah, I had inter seven I think, no.
[44:26] You didn't. You had inter 8, you had inter 9
[44:29] and then you didn't even have Inter on your list.
[44:32] So I don't see how after the first month of the season.
[44:35] Well, teams. Teams are saying Power Rangers
[44:37] are not there. Actually are better than what we
[44:39] probably thought in the case, yeah.
[44:40] There's a reason for that. Let me just pull up the list one
[44:42] second. Athletico Madrid, Yeah, have
[44:46] dropped out of the list. Yes, that's a team that's.
[44:49] Dropped out of Madrid historically.
[44:50] They're a good team. They're top ten team.
[44:52] But but they haven't up until this point, they still are not
[44:56] good. Form and I'm basing it off
[44:59] purely 4 but. Even last year, two ways.
[45:01] They got knocked out by by Brentford and they lost 4.
[45:03] But what's the difference between intro beginning of the
[45:05] season Athletico Madrid beginning of the.
[45:07] Season Why is the Newcastle? We respond to.
[45:08] Newcastle because I think, OK, we're talking, yeah, Bournemouth
[45:12] has had good performances this season.
[45:14] Like when I watch them I'm genuinely scared of playing
[45:17] Bournemouth. OK, my #10 Chelsea, I think
[45:21] Chelsea, they, they, they came in with high expectations.
[45:25] They've had very good performances this year.
[45:27] But then they also have like, I mean, the Robert Sanchez red
[45:29] card against Man United, you can't really like that is
[45:32] obviously that has to go into your ranking.
[45:34] But they played 92 minutes, 82 minutes down a man.
[45:38] Well, 4030 something, man, because Gasimiro is the biggest
[45:41] stupid idiot I've ever seen in my life.
[45:42] But like that one, whatever you can put the Bayern Munich game
[45:46] that kind of got embarrassed, like really outplayed by Bayern
[45:49] Munich. So there are questions, but I
[45:51] still think Chelsea should be considered a top 10.
[45:54] I agree you have them on 9. Yeah.
[45:56] So I I think. I'm just gonna put into over.
[45:59] But again, them Chelsea's form has dipped.
[46:01] Yes, 100. Percent.
[46:03] But I I still take into account what they did in the Club World
[46:06] Cup, what they did last year a bit.
[46:07] So it's not dominating my thing because if I if it dominated,
[46:10] what if I really took a lot of emphasis on last season, you'd
[46:14] say, oh bro, Chelsea are like top six, top seven, yeah, but
[46:16] no, they started off really terribly.
[46:18] So you have to put them down to 10 and they are they still do
[46:21] look good in their performances. That's the thing.
[46:23] Like they they do look like most games.
[46:26] They should have came out with a win.
[46:28] Yeah, well, the expectations of Chelsea now is to to fight for
[46:32] the title, to do a good showing in the Champions League.
[46:36] Unfortunately though, for now, like they've started a bit lower
[46:39] than the expectations were. They have excellent players.
[46:42] I'm still fully invested in in the stocks of Chelsea, but I
[46:46] don't know, I find even being on this power rankings is a bit.
[46:48] They don't have a win in the last three games, so that is
[46:50] like, that's why. But against West Ham, against
[46:53] Fulham, they look dominant. You.
[46:55] Had them 4th and you had them 4th, item 7th and really had.
[46:58] That why they dropped down to 10th for me because they started
[47:00] the season horribly so. Yeah, that's that's
[47:02] understandable. Who?
[47:03] Who's your nine? He has Chelsea.
[47:05] So I forgot. I think I forgot Chelsea.
[47:06] Whatever, it's not that bad to have Chelsea off your list.
[47:09] Yeah, like, well have enter there's a bit crazy and not
[47:11] Chelsea, but whatever it's. Fine, well let's see how crazy
[47:13] this is because obviously I put enter 10 but had to put UV9.
[47:17] UV is not on my list. UV is not on my list.
[47:20] Yeah, that's fucking crazy a little.
[47:22] High. It's a little.
[47:23] High a little normal. But that's why like, I think, I
[47:25] think Chelsea probably. Consideration the better, but.
[47:28] But but honestly from what I've seen from UV better than I would
[47:32] have expected, I think that I think that 4/4 versus Dorman
[47:36] like showed that they do have the ability like they obviously
[47:39] have a lot of. Crack they were down for most of
[47:41] that game they. Were down for a lot of that game
[47:42] but still clawed back do, some of which said to spin the clock
[47:47] back back to his Ferrentina days.
[47:49] But obviously one one versus Halas wasn't a great result.
[47:52] And there's a performance that it wasn't a Halas smash and grab
[47:55] like Halas probably deserved 3 points.
[47:57] No, it was a bit of a smash and grab.
[47:59] It was a bit. It was a bit like it.
[48:01] Was a bit are we gonna look at XG or not the game?
[48:03] Are we gonna look at XG or not? Because XG, you love to bring it
[48:06] up for Man United XG it's the greatest stat of all time.
[48:09] For Kunya and Bueemo, they're gonna they're gonna regress for
[48:12] their XG mean but but Juventus it's it's a blasphemous to bring
[48:15] up XG because that last Verona had like one point something
[48:18] yeah. You never had a pen.
[48:19] But do pens not count? Or are we supposed to count the
[48:21] pens did? You watch the game.
[48:22] So you've a scored a goal from .3 HD?
[48:24] OK, I got that. It's gonna answer my question
[48:26] anyways. I watched portions of the game.
[48:28] Guys, guys, Barbara doesn't watch football.
[48:29] I'm just letting you know. Barbara doesn't.
[48:31] Watch football. Maybe that's.
[48:32] Your nine, yeah, I think, I think it's a little high, but
[48:34] like there's an argument. For what you've been, yeah, I
[48:36] Have you been 9 too? I the reason why I thought I was
[48:41] alone on this. No.
[48:43] Bro, bro, they, they actually played very well and Bro Yodis
[48:45] Yodis is quickly becoming. AI don't think they played well.
[48:48] I just find the the they played pretty well.
[48:50] Three bottom ones have. Actually the two.
[48:52] Bottom one. 2 bottoms, 1 bottom teams in my list have played
[48:57] decent but it's just because there's not much selection like
[49:01] in the world. Event is currently undefeated
[49:03] the season which whatever you could say it's an achievement,
[49:07] but the performances haven't been that great, but I can't but
[49:09] they've. Shown resilience.
[49:10] They've scored like I yeah, they've.
[49:12] Scored, but they've allowed fucking 27 goals.
[49:16] Yeah, Barsa does it. It's fine though.
[49:17] Yeah, that's. Barsa doesn't.
[49:18] Allow four goals or three goals. Barsa allows one goal.
[49:21] They failed to clean even that's even a lie, by the way.
[49:24] But yeah, sure that bars allow a lot of goals.
[49:28] They don't allow a lot of 1. Game that was close, I forgot.
[49:31] Bremer if if Bremer healthy Bremer is healthy.
[49:34] Both of your nines make absolute sense if Bremer is injured.
[49:37] I kid you not. Our defense is so reliant on one
[49:40] player. Goals is.
[49:41] Your last game with Bremer? Bro we didn't remember within
[49:45] the. Last three games I've been.
[49:46] Remember, didn't play versus, alas, Verona.
[49:48] And it was actually, it was. You have to worry so much about
[49:50] defense that you couldn't attack.
[49:51] But you allowed less goals against, alas, Verona than you
[49:54] did against interim Dorman. You allowed two goal, seven
[49:56] goals in two games. You just scored 8.
[49:58] I'm just saying bro, if you, you didn't watch obviously versus
[50:00] alas Verona. I you you, you literally said
[50:02] you didn't watch before the. Fucking thing.
[50:04] I watched like 60 minutes. I didn't see the whatever elbow
[50:07] when that happened. Yeah, well anyways, you, you met
[50:10] the 9 I think depends if they stay there, it depends their
[50:13] next couple games. We'll see at the this weekend.
[50:15] They get there, they don't. Play Milan.
[50:17] My 9 is Napoli. I am Napoli 9.
[50:20] Not on my list. I hate them.
[50:21] So stupid. How is OK so how is So what are
[50:24] your pattern Juventus on? How is Inter and Juventus making
[50:26] your top 10 but not Napoli? Yeah.
[50:28] Calyadis swallow. Yeah, I don't.
[50:30] I don't. Think there's you could only
[50:31] beat what's in front of. You yeah, but but you could also
[50:33] understand that. They didn't beat Wolves in
[50:34] front. Of them, they got a red card in
[50:36] 28 minutes, the same thing, but don't, don't do.
[50:38] Stick a Taco I. Look 8 I have Man City, so I
[50:40] have Man City. I have Man City.
[50:43] I forgot the eight as well. I have Man City 8.
[50:45] I have Man City 8. I have Man City 8.
[50:47] I have Napoli right below I. Have Napoli 8 Napoli and Seria
[50:50] have been a dominant team as as predicted.
[50:53] You cannot deny that. Right now, if you have to put
[50:55] your money on one. Team to win Seria.
[50:56] Who you who you're putting your money on?
[50:58] Napoli. Napoli without a shadow of a
[50:59] doubt. I'm not a betting man.
[51:01] They've conceded one goal, not putting man, not three games.
[51:03] Because they fucking score bro. You don't like these momentum
[51:06] charts? They fucking do nothing.
[51:07] Probably you watch the games they score and that's looking
[51:09] good in Seria. KDB has it's come in as a MVP
[51:13] already. Their defense is looking good.
[51:15] Konte is is the manager to bring them forward for another
[51:18] Scudeto, hopefully. We'll see for supporting.
[51:21] And against Man City, obviously. Man City historically have
[51:24] always been the better team. Napoli, it's their first time in
[51:27] Champions League in a while. They.
[51:31] Play. They play, they play Pisa
[51:34] tomorrow, yes, that should be a win.
[51:36] Theoretically, they're going to be on four wins in four years.
[51:39] But then they play Milan. That's gonna be.
[51:41] We're gonna match up, you see. But now we we're always saying
[51:44] what we've done up till now. They're the defending City of
[51:46] Champs and they've won every game in City of so far.
[51:48] Going into next, going into the future, like right now, if I had
[51:52] to put a top 10, Napoli is not in my top 10.
[51:54] But but if they beat let's say Milan, they have good results
[51:57] against the UVA and Inter or whoever's coming up that's
[52:00] that's of different. Why are we looking in the
[52:01] future? We're looking at what?
[52:03] Because because I'm not going at the end of the day, they're
[52:06] they're the strength of their opponents of the the last three
[52:10] games besides the you could argue that.
[52:12] You could argue that they were unfortunately, they were very
[52:14] weak. But what about UVA?
[52:16] But UVA had Inter in that, in that yeah, OK.
[52:18] And they beat them. So like at the end of the day
[52:20] for Napoli? What about Inter?
[52:23] Inter yeah, we had Torino, we had Undeneze, we had UVA, we had
[52:26] big shit. Losses.
[52:28] Where's media? But I also understand that Inter
[52:30] in Champions League is a very, very good team.
[52:34] OK, But Milan was in my consideration.
[52:35] Don't get me wrong, they were in my considerate.
[52:37] They're in my 11 to 15. I think they've been playing
[52:39] very well with Alegli, but unfortunately Napoli right now,
[52:42] they're in that 11 to 15 too. For me, that's just what it is.
[52:45] I don't think they've played particularly the best team like
[52:49] as the best. They've dominated every game.
[52:50] But dominating is. Inside, yeah.
[52:53] I don't know. I don't know.
[52:54] I just, I don't, I don't necessarily.
[52:56] See it? Well, we'll see.
[52:57] Versus the actual competition. It's also a matter of
[52:59] performances. Like if you believe that the
[53:00] team won with a good performance that goes higher in my power.
[53:04] Right cock was injured. Yeah, and they still won games.
[53:06] Yeah, and. They they have 3 strikers that
[53:09] are hoyland like 40 now. You say Hoyland as if that's a
[53:12] bad thing. We've seen how bad he was.
[53:15] Yeah, but we all, we all said that if you bring him back to
[53:18] SETI, I know he's looking. Good.
[53:19] He's looking quite good. He's been OK.
[53:21] While he was asking. Against me, yeah, he wasn't,
[53:23] but. Man.
[53:24] City we can also speak about Man City, because I think we all.
[53:27] Have Man City at the air spot. It's look that game and and
[53:31] Brighton game were horrendous, but since then, honestly, today
[53:34] against Arsenal, I personally believe they deserve three
[53:36] points, 11 point. You could argue one point, yeah,
[53:38] whatever, sure, but I I think they've actually looked quite
[53:44] they're inconsistent. That's what I'll bring up.
[53:45] That's what's stopping them from being a top like 6 club or five
[53:49] club here on this power ranking is because one week they'll go
[53:52] and destroy Man United 3 nothing.
[53:53] You don't have Man City in your top 10.
[53:55] No, they'll go and destroy Man City, they'll go and destroy Man
[53:58] United 3 nothing and make it seem like they're not even
[54:00] playing against professional footballers.
[54:01] And then the next week they'll go and lose to Brighton.
[54:04] That's. Been a trend for a.
[54:05] Few seasons, yes, so it's the inconsistency that's holding
[54:08] them back. But I definitely think they
[54:10] deserve to be on the spot because look, beating Napoli
[54:13] comfortably to nothing. The thing is like, it's not like
[54:15] an easy task, but it definitely deserves to be respected.
[54:18] But in the league, though, they're not doing that well.
[54:21] Because they've lost the Tottenham and Brighton, which
[54:23] you could, it's acceptable losses.
[54:26] I mean, it's not acceptable for a team that's trying to push top
[54:28] three, but. I'm sorry losing, it's not
[54:30] acceptable. And the performances?
[54:32] They weren't. Drawing Cremonize is not
[54:34] acceptable. Losing to Udineze, no.
[54:37] But acceptable when you say OK maybe 1 is a random is a random
[54:40] occurrence. They lost to Brighton and Spurs.
[54:42] That's that's an the. Spurs have an argument for being
[54:45] on this. List they're they're actually.
[54:46] Spurs are on my list. Spurs are on.
[54:48] My list at an amazing. Not on my list, that's.
[54:51] Crazy, that's how How could you say that I.
[54:52] I they haven't looked personally that convincing.
[54:58] Here, I'll tell you #7 have spurs. #7 have spurs.
[55:01] Because they they are top three in the Premier League for a
[55:05] reason. Every game has been very good.
[55:08] They're very. Good.
[55:09] Recently they've tailed off though, like they're they
[55:11] started the season off amazing people have.
[55:13] This Brighton this. Their first?
[55:15] Impression is very important. Obviously it's very important
[55:18] and Frank's first impression was amazing.
[55:20] Oh, you're making Richard since? Then he's not had the past 2-3
[55:24] games. Even the Champions League game
[55:25] against Villa Real, they were not convincing.
[55:28] They they waned off near the end of that game, right?
[55:30] Like they weren't like super convincing and dominant in the
[55:33] last in the second-half of that CL game.
[55:34] But you can't deny that the work that Thomas Frank has done to
[55:37] start this season is insane. Above good, exceeding all
[55:40] expectations. But they just drew, they lost
[55:42] one nil to to Bournemouth in which I'm pretty sure they they
[55:44] didn't even get a shot on target if I'm not.
[55:46] Yeah, they got dominated. Until the 75th minutes or
[55:49] whatever they didn't get, they didn't get a shot.
[55:50] Like well, I think they conceded much XG.
[55:52] Either way, like it was it up until the 70th minute I think
[55:55] they had zero XG but acceptable and then they drew.
[55:58] They drew Brighton in a game that they probably should have
[56:00] lost. They should have won.
[56:01] They should have lost. I don't know, whatever.
[56:04] They were losing for most of the game.
[56:05] They they were losing for two, nothing and then Van Hacken.
[56:09] They played well. Yeah, but they, but they played
[56:10] well enough to get back to 22 like I, I, I could appreciate
[56:13] that too. So.
[56:14] But I'm looking like the defense has been revolutionized.
[56:18] We we've always talked about the talent they have in defense and
[56:20] now we're actually seeing it in effect.
[56:22] The attack is looking good. So I think what Thomas Frank is
[56:25] doing definitely warrants in a a seventh spot at least.
[56:28] Yeah, like, and, and The thing is, is that you can't really
[56:30] justify putting Man City above Tottenham, right, because.
[56:33] No, the mentoring. Consists bro, we will not have
[56:36] to call that. We will not be checking that
[56:37] role if it's fake enough for a while for Spurs.
[56:39] Spurs are playing Doncaster in the EFL Cup, then Wolves, then
[56:43] bottle Glimp, then Leeds, then Aston Villa, Monaco, Everton.
[56:47] Chelsea is really their next big boy.
[56:48] Really, that's how they win. Really depends how they win
[56:50] those games. If you're winning in dominant
[56:52] fashion, scoring multiple goals, keeping clean, sure, yeah, then
[56:55] that sure. And there's context.
[56:56] But like, Wolves is really bad this season.
[56:58] Doncaster, I don't even know if they're in League One.
[57:01] But they they have no choice. They have to play Wolves.
[57:04] So it's like Millie said, depends how you do the
[57:06] performances and if you're scraping, very dominant.
[57:09] If you're scraping by these games, then yeah, there's a
[57:11] conversation. I could you could actually have
[57:12] a conversation to drop. Them.
[57:13] But we were talking. We were talking before the Man
[57:16] City Spurs game. This is where we check if for
[57:18] real he's real or not. And then we checked and we saw
[57:21] that Spurs. Yeah, that was Spurs were that
[57:23] they had the real role. You know, Barbara's not even
[57:25] putting and. Then they lost the Bournemouth
[57:26] and then they tied Brighton. And I think and what did Man
[57:30] City do? But in my personal opinion, Man
[57:31] City have a way bigger reputation going into the
[57:35] season. Like Man City finished fourth
[57:37] last year, Tottenham finished 16th.
[57:38] I really don't think you guys like are clocking how bad
[57:41] Tottenham were last season. Yeah, that's because you're
[57:43] you're taking into consideration last season.
[57:45] Yes. Like it's not a big percentage.
[57:46] If I had to make a list, Tottenham are probably 11 or 12
[57:49] on my list. New attackers.
[57:51] No voodoos, Thomas Frank. Well, starting now.
[57:55] You say, bro, like these performances, they're mid goods,
[58:00] but you're acting like they're they're they're like you go on
[58:02] the it's green, green, green, green, green, green, green,
[58:04] green. No, there's there is fucking mid
[58:07] performances in there. Holes in that team.
[58:08] Yes, 100%. Ben 10 core if you want to be.
[58:11] I'm like sure Ben 10 core is a good player in the Prem but like
[58:14] he like Newcastle don't have the Ben 10 core.
[58:16] Who has a better chance of winning like this is obviously
[58:18] not the NB all end all of this list.
[58:20] There's obviously other factors that go into it.
[58:22] You have a Who are you betting on winning the Champions League,
[58:25] Man City or Tottenham? You're betting on Man City any
[58:27] day of the week to win champions.
[58:28] League sure, but are you betting on Bournemouth or Inter to win?
[58:29] Champions League Who's still betting on winning?
[58:31] On winning the league? Man City or Tottenham?
[58:32] You're gonna bet on Man City any day of the week.
[58:34] But I try to use that logic and was stricken.
[58:36] Down. It's not.
[58:37] It's not stricken down like it's, it's just.
[58:39] That logic doesn't apply on what happened in the past.
[58:43] Like it's not that's. That's a for future reference.
[58:45] OK, I've do you think if Bournemouth and Inter were in
[58:48] the in the Champions League phase?
[58:50] Obviously Inter is a better team.
[58:52] I'm not saying Bournemouth UV and Bournemouth are not better
[58:56] teams than Inter, that's not what I'm saying.
[58:58] I'm saying they had a better month, a better start of the
[59:00] season, you could even say, but that's power.
[59:03] Rank my 7 my 7. I have a Dortmund so.
[59:06] That's crazy. I thought you were gonna include
[59:08] Dortmund at 10. I did not.
[59:09] Know you're gonna play those. Spurs as a Lone Ranger.
[59:11] Because they're won every game in the Bundesliga so far, I
[59:14] believe. Or they drew one.
[59:15] No, they drew the first one. Yeah, they drew one game in the
[59:17] Bundesliga and their defense looks impeccable.
[59:20] Yeah, that game against Juventus and we do that game against
[59:23] Juve. In my personal opinion, they
[59:24] deserve 3 points. They actually did, not low key.
[59:27] In my personal opinion. They deserve they they played.
[59:29] Well, but I think it was a pretty even.
[59:30] Even away from home, all things. Considered.
[59:32] So, well, I, I'm, I'm really looking at this year, Dortmund I
[59:36] think could be a bogey team for some people in CL.
[59:39] So I've liked what they've done so far.
[59:40] They went in with moment, with momentum.
[59:42] Conceded seven goals over six games.
[59:44] They they're, that's good. And four of them were in one
[59:47] game. But last year they came in with,
[59:50] they came in with extreme momentum.
[59:51] They were like out of the CL race at one point.
[59:54] And then they won so many games in a row in the Bundesiya that
[59:56] they ended up making CL. So it's it's kind of like a
[1:00:00] carryover. So I I think I like what
[1:00:03] they're. Doing rage but a side bro.
[1:00:04] The team actually, I don't know, maybe it was versus UV, but the
[1:00:07] team looked good. Yeah, good young players.
[1:00:09] I'm telling you, Dortmund, Dortmund, they're not going to
[1:00:11] be ACL contender, Obviously not, but it would not surprise me if
[1:00:14] they're in ACL quarterfinal, potentially even a semi final if
[1:00:17] they get lucky with the drop. Tough team that you you don't
[1:00:19] want to play against the Champions League, Yeah.
[1:00:21] Why did Niko Kovac ever get a So he got the Bayern job, but that
[1:00:24] was for like, what? That was because at Frankfurt he
[1:00:26] was amazing. At Frankfurt, no, he actually
[1:00:28] got the full time job. He was amazing at Frankfurt, got
[1:00:30] the Byron in November. Lights were too bright for the
[1:00:33] Byron job, but then he went. He went back to another
[1:00:36] Bundesliga team though, Wolfsburg.
[1:00:37] Wolfsburg. Coach Monaco too, for a short
[1:00:39] stint. Yeah, but I don't think he was
[1:00:40] even that successful. Dortmund.
[1:00:42] Dortmund fans kinda didn't like the appointment when it was
[1:00:45] made, but then they just won so many games in a row.
[1:00:47] It's like Ole, I mean. He's playing 2025 football,
[1:00:50] Yeah, that's it. Any manager that can that kind
[1:00:52] of run a proper like what would you want like a 3421 right now?
[1:00:58] Successful. Successful.
[1:00:59] If you could run that bro, you're getting jobs in 20.
[1:01:02] At least in Champions League, you looked flexible.
[1:01:05] So now this is where the money's made top 6.
[1:01:07] Top six, it's number six. I have Arsenal I.
[1:01:10] Have Arsenal? No, I have Bayern.
[1:01:15] Bayern 6 is fucking crazy. Who do you?
[1:01:18] Who do you have the? Arsenal ahead of Bayern.
[1:01:20] No, no, that's crazy. That's crazy.
[1:01:23] Who do you have? 6 firms.
[1:01:24] Have Real Madrid, I think that's.
[1:01:26] Stupid, crazy, but. Whatever they've started, you
[1:01:29] want to talk about Arsenal. First.
[1:01:30] Well, whatever. I don't.
[1:01:31] Either way, there's a lot of debates.
[1:01:32] There's a lot of conversation over at the 6th, but.
[1:01:35] Why you think Arsenal should be lower?
[1:01:36] I think. I think should be a lot higher
[1:01:38] in. My personal opinion really 6 is
[1:01:40] of like for me, Arsenal was so penciled in at six.
[1:01:43] Yeah, because you obviously can't put them in the same tier
[1:01:46] as the this is what I Dortmund, Man City, Napoli, Chelsea,
[1:01:49] Tottenham level. But the performances this year
[1:01:53] have not. In my personal opinion, Paula's
[1:01:55] going to start creaming. Oh my God, clean sheets.
[1:01:57] Oh my God. In my personal opinion,
[1:01:59] celebrating a draw against Man City is actually Yeah, but don't
[1:02:03] pinpoint, don't pinpoint that one game where Man City sat back
[1:02:06] for the entire game. We all came out of that first
[1:02:09] game against Man United saying they should have lost that game
[1:02:11] as well. No, I'm not.
[1:02:12] I'm not at which one The Man United, the Man United first
[1:02:15] game of the season where like Cunha had like an amazing game.
[1:02:19] We all came out of that game saying how the fuck did Arsenal
[1:02:21] even get get 3 points here? I mean, I don't.
[1:02:23] Remember. But I remember the door goo
[1:02:26] post. Yes, yeah, yeah, okay.
[1:02:27] Yeah, that game was like, how the fuck did Arsenal even like,
[1:02:31] win this? It's just for me that Arsenal
[1:02:33] right now show the qualities, but it just seems that like
[1:02:37] they're kind of off the pace of what they were last year.
[1:02:40] They lost to Liverpool as well. I don't.
[1:02:42] Find, but that was that was a but.
[1:02:43] That was a very tough game. Again, I think they they had
[1:02:45] good performances this year. Yeah, they had justify them
[1:02:48] being high. Liverpool gonna stop scamming
[1:02:49] victories we'll get. That's that's that's the
[1:02:51] conversation. Yeah, definitely.
[1:02:52] Like, I generally think they've been good defensively.
[1:02:54] Zubi Mendi's been very, very good.
[1:02:56] Crucial. You could say Gio Kadesh has
[1:02:58] been pretty shit. Like he hasn't.
[1:03:00] He hasn't shown his quality yet. Kind of a whiff right now.
[1:03:02] But people like as they have been good.
[1:03:04] It's it's a. Declan Rice have been good.
[1:03:06] Coming to find your 11 and find the what works.
[1:03:09] Prosaca got injured, but he's got back now.
[1:03:11] Just fucking 60 or in the job? What do you mean find his 11?
[1:03:15] He bought the entire 11. What the fuck do you mean?
[1:03:17] He just bought 5 players. He bought the entire 23 men in
[1:03:22] his team. He bought every single one of
[1:03:25] them, so if he doesn't know it's starting at 11, what the fuck.
[1:03:28] Is he doing If you buy five players in the market, that all
[1:03:31] can be starters? They all can't be starters.
[1:03:33] Other than Yogadesh, they're all not starters.
[1:03:35] Yeah, as a. As a brother, it's better.
[1:03:37] When you don't speak former, it's actually better.
[1:03:39] When you don't speak. When you just speak stupidity,
[1:03:41] it's better. When you're all I'm saying is
[1:03:43] that you're stupid. Is that you?
[1:03:44] You once again. So come the end of season when
[1:03:48] you guys buy 5 new players, you guys are second.
[1:03:50] Place Martinelli. So every year.
[1:03:52] You're gonna buy new players and he gets the excuse of well he
[1:03:55] has fucking 4 new players. He it's fine to finish.
[1:03:58] So what? Would you do you would start
[1:03:59] Martinelli? You guys, you guys.
[1:04:01] Who's the starting left against Man City?
[1:04:03] Who's the starting left? And I saw your fans celebrating.
[1:04:07] OK, don't you do a draw? A draw at home to the Man City
[1:04:14] are. You guys title contenders or are
[1:04:15] you fucking trying to like for 3rd?
[1:04:17] Place 90th minute like it was you've.
[1:04:19] Obviously never played football in your life, Yeah.
[1:04:21] Like, yeah, you, you obviously would.
[1:04:22] Jump You score a 93rd minute chip from a sub Martinelli.
[1:04:26] It's a negative result. Yeah, at the A.
[1:04:28] Negative. Result.
[1:04:29] The negative result you you celebrate and then 20 minutes
[1:04:33] later, you guys. OK, Yeah, we need to be better.
[1:04:34] All right, you guys celebrated 20 minutes and now how the fuck
[1:04:36] did we celebrated a draw? Yes, you celebrate a draw, but
[1:04:39] they're celebrating the goal. It's celebrating the draw.
[1:04:41] Two different things. Would you celebrate if you
[1:04:43] scored a 93rd minute tie equalizer I'm.
[1:04:46] Trying to score. Another I'm a little bit on the
[1:04:48] fence. That's my, that's my trying to.
[1:04:49] Win the. Game that salvage.
[1:04:51] The result, But the result was not what they wanted.
[1:04:54] Sure, sure, but Man City's never been an easy game when you're
[1:04:58] actually team that. Gets back first.
[1:04:59] Fucking wipe them to the side. Because PEP doesn't respect
[1:05:01] them. Bright didn't wipe them to the
[1:05:03] side. PEP doesn't respect Brighton.
[1:05:05] All I'm saying is bro. I just think that the
[1:05:08] considering the you. Were running up and down
[1:05:10] fucking. You were running around the
[1:05:11] office, bro. When you tied versus Grimsby,
[1:05:12] you were fucking doing buying. Man United, we are not fucking
[1:05:16] anywhere near this shameless as well.
[1:05:18] We're nowhere near this list. And you, you actually said that
[1:05:21] you were close. To this and also, by the way,
[1:05:23] scoring against Grimsby, you could go to penalties and win
[1:05:25] the game. This is a draw.
[1:05:27] There's no denying that there's a draw.
[1:05:29] Yeah, but yeah, I said Real Madrid 6th.
[1:05:33] I think they started off very well.
[1:05:35] They. Haven't lost.
[1:05:36] They haven't. Lost.
[1:05:36] They won every game. They.
[1:05:37] Won. They won every game.
[1:05:39] Yeah, I agree. But I've had them 6th and they
[1:05:42] remain 6th. I think they, the teams above
[1:05:44] them have shown me you could debate Arsenal to be honest.
[1:05:47] Like I'm thinking about it, I could switch Real Madrid with
[1:05:50] Arsenal, but the other ones I'm not switching.
[1:05:52] They have Arsenal 5. Yeah, but like, again, I don't
[1:05:56] think Arsenal below Real Madrid is crazy to say.
[1:05:59] At all, it's crazy. At the five I have Bayern
[1:06:01] Munich, which I think there's an argument to even put them
[1:06:04] higher. We did all those fucking hoopla.
[1:06:05] I have Arsenal 5, Bayern 6I. Just can't believe you have.
[1:06:09] Yeah, Arsenal should be your Bayern.
[1:06:12] Underneath Arsenal, bro, it's I know it's who you play.
[1:06:15] I know it's like you can only play in front of you.
[1:06:17] I know it's what you can play in front of you.
[1:06:19] But aside from the Chelsea game bro like the other games.
[1:06:23] My performances. Sure, but they do that all the
[1:06:25] time. No, they do that.
[1:06:26] They. Dominated Chelsea as well.
[1:06:28] They do it every year. They dominating.
[1:06:30] I know I watched. That game, that's why I'm
[1:06:31] putting them in. So that's what more do.
[1:06:32] Byron. I have Byron 5 to be honest but
[1:06:34] I was heavily debating putting Byron like like.
[1:06:37] Even potentially top three. I have Byron 4th.
[1:06:40] I think they've been that dominant.
[1:06:41] Their attack is looking good, their defense keeps getting
[1:06:44] doubted by everyone, including myself, and yet they keep
[1:06:46] proving. This last game company played
[1:06:48] Kane at #10 he played him as a 10 behind Jackson as a striker.
[1:06:52] One man of the match like. Kane's looking like the best
[1:06:55] Kane we've ever. Seen.
[1:06:56] Yeah. And I, I think.
[1:06:57] What do we get? The better he is.
[1:06:59] Look, I I was kind of doubt. I said by in my Champions League
[1:07:02] prediction, I said Bayern was my CL winner.
[1:07:04] I was kind of doubting it at the beginning.
[1:07:06] But Bayern I when I in the summer, I said I left the Inter
[1:07:10] spots. OK, So the Inter got vacated.
[1:07:13] I said I was accepting club applications.
[1:07:16] A couple Bayern fans submitted their club applications.
[1:07:20] I'm a part of Bayern FC. I'm a Bavarian now.
[1:07:22] Yeah, it's Cap. He's got to be captain, He's
[1:07:23] going. To show up to the CL 70s in
[1:07:25] Oktoberfest the the overalls. Bavaria Varvarasi has a new
[1:07:30] member. I'm an honorary citizen of
[1:07:32] Bavaria. That's not good.
[1:07:33] Not good. Varvaria, that's where we're
[1:07:37] starting now. We are now starting.
[1:07:40] It's Varvaria now holy. Cornball.
[1:07:44] But Bayern, we have a new super fan this season.
[1:07:48] I am now going for Bayern every single match.
[1:07:50] There will be no bigger Bayern fan on the planet winning.
[1:07:53] In every game. Every game.
[1:07:54] Every game, Harry Kane, you have a new goat.
[1:07:56] That Byron Union Berlin game, I I need that breakdown.
[1:07:59] Ohh I need it. You're gonna have to give me the
[1:08:00] full rundown of. That game, Elise.
[1:08:02] Minute one to minute. I know Elise.
[1:08:04] Bro this guys but low key you look at their squad build up,
[1:08:07] Bayern Munich have a very. Hey, listen.
[1:08:10] We need buyer fans. We need to, I know there's a lot
[1:08:12] of we need to sell. Some kind of agendas we need to.
[1:08:14] Sell Lupa Makano, there's no agendas.
[1:08:16] No, no, this is a monster because we've made segments true
[1:08:20] about us saying the the wage budget dropped, the the
[1:08:23] standards have dropped up by these aren't the same.
[1:08:26] The the guarantees aren't. Listen.
[1:08:29] Listen. And the wage structure is let
[1:08:31] me. You guys let me.
[1:08:32] Speak. I'm just stating what has been
[1:08:33] said purchases. Are not good like 80 mil on Luis
[1:08:37] Diaz is not. Is not good.
[1:08:39] The purchase is good. Yeah, like Luis Diaz is a good
[1:08:41] player. Yeah, you, if you can do is Diaz
[1:08:43] on your team any day of the week.
[1:08:44] It's just there was too much money allocated to it. 100 mil
[1:08:48] for a 20 not well Harry Kane is Harry Kane, but 100 mil for a
[1:08:51] Harry Kane when your squad is kind of young.
[1:08:54] You can't say it's not worth. Whatever, whatever, whatever.
[1:08:56] That one's debatable, but look, the squad's looking good so far
[1:09:01] this season. I can't complain.
[1:09:03] The Bavarians are top of the league.
[1:09:05] We're looking. The Bavarians are looking
[1:09:07] looking good this season. I can't cap.
[1:09:09] No, definitely, definitely a top five team.
[1:09:11] I would arguably even say like a top four side.
[1:09:14] But 4th do you guys, did you guys say you're 5?
[1:09:17] Yeah, yeah, Arsenal. Arsenal.
[1:09:18] OK, Arsenal. I have Real Madrid.
[1:09:20] Four, I have Real Madrid. Four, I have Barsa 4.
[1:09:23] OK, that's interesting. I.
[1:09:25] Have Barsa. Four.
[1:09:26] That's interesting. At the end of the day, you have
[1:09:28] to take form into accounts. And I.
[1:09:31] Do think Real Madrid winning every single game that they've?
[1:09:34] Yes, but is also a Barcelona is undefeated as well.
[1:09:37] Huh. Yeah, undefeated, but Real
[1:09:39] Madrid won every game. But they have.
[1:09:41] One draw I have Barcelona higher than Real Madrid.
[1:09:43] I, I think there's and I think that's fair.
[1:09:44] I think that's a, there's a very good argument.
[1:09:46] No, no, no. I agree.
[1:09:48] No, no, I agree. This is a new one.
[1:09:49] No, no, no, no. That's fair.
[1:09:50] That's fair. That's fair.
[1:09:51] That's a fair argument. But but I, I posed this.
[1:09:54] OK, now let me ask a question. Yeah, Well, well, like, yes,
[1:10:00] Real Madrid have won every game. But is this like if Barsa and
[1:10:03] Real Madrid because. Just speak.
[1:10:05] No, no, no. Just because Barcelona drop
[1:10:08] points in one game, that makes them less.
[1:10:11] You're less confident in Barcelona than a Real Madrid.
[1:10:13] I think it's a toss up at the end of the day.
[1:10:14] Like, well, listen, the cat's out of the bag.
[1:10:17] I got them three. So like 3 and 4.
[1:10:19] Like you could interchange them however you want, however you
[1:10:22] see fit. But like at the end of the day,
[1:10:24] five wins or six wins out of 6 is.
[1:10:26] Let's not have like a Real Madrid performance against some
[1:10:28] R, say. Yeah, exactly.
[1:10:30] Convinced. No, definitely, but.
[1:10:31] Still a win. What?
[1:10:32] Yeah, and it was a good but. What I'll say you could bring
[1:10:35] this argument up for Liverpool as well.
[1:10:37] Yeah, this is the same level of argument because Liverpool have
[1:10:41] have what, four or five games in a row now that they they scored
[1:10:45] after. Every single game.
[1:10:47] Every single game? No, no.
[1:10:48] Liverpool are, it's like a last minute winner so.
[1:10:50] These, so these, so these like dominant performances that we
[1:10:53] hold Real Madrid to. We have to hold that to
[1:10:55] Liverpool as well, Barcelona. Are you winning that?
[1:10:58] Is Barcelona. Is dominant as well.
[1:11:00] I get it, but Barcelona has been dominant.
[1:11:02] I agree. And that's without Laminia Mal.
[1:11:04] So I I think that adds a factor. Only missed two games.
[1:11:07] Still, like, there's only been five games, right?
[1:11:09] So yeah, no La Minamal and barely any signings, which I, I
[1:11:13] think it shouldn't be a factor, but Marcus Rashford's been
[1:11:15] playing very, very well too. Yeah, he came on pretty good
[1:11:17] today as well. Did I not call it?
[1:11:19] Did I not call? It we weren't able to watch the
[1:11:22] the Newcastle Barson game, but apparently it was not good.
[1:11:25] Who Rashford? Rashford was?
[1:11:26] Well, maybe for the 1st 30. Minutes single handedly won them
[1:11:28] the game, but. But but he got knocked it out.
[1:11:30] Manchester. United fan told me that.
[1:11:32] Manchester United fan, yeah, so don't ever speak to him again
[1:11:34] is. There see me rolling, because
[1:11:36] see me rolling. Because if you score two goals
[1:11:39] and you win your team the game single handedly, including one
[1:11:41] absolute fucking banger, I don't care if you play.
[1:11:43] I don't care if you pass the ball directly to the other team
[1:11:46] every time you get it. You must really rate Blavovich
[1:11:48] then. No.
[1:11:49] Why? This year I am joining the
[1:11:50] Blavich train. I don't know if you've heard.
[1:11:52] Is it like, I don't know if you've heard?
[1:11:53] Cycle shit I'm. Pulling a palace on palace.
[1:11:58] Do it on camera. I am officially a part of the
[1:12:01] Volovich fan club this season because Jesus the way that he's
[1:12:05] responded to 2 doors criticism and and match elections.
[1:12:09] Tudor Tudor has done nothing but support the guy.
[1:12:12] Tudor relaunched the. So, So benching him, I can see
[1:12:16] that hunger in his game again. Yeah.
[1:12:17] And this is I can see the hunger that he had at Fiorentina,
[1:12:20] where. So hungry when he that he didn't
[1:12:22] eat. When When he's.
[1:12:23] Like now I'm full. You can see I've been doing
[1:12:25] well. I'm full of that.
[1:12:26] You can see in in small stuff when he's.
[1:12:29] Responded to my criticism has been excellent.
[1:12:33] And I honestly, I'm rooting for him.
[1:12:35] So now I called. I was probably your biggest
[1:12:38] hater, bro. But he's telling me, yeah.
[1:12:40] Because the way that the determination that I see like
[1:12:43] this is going to sound like very like an extreme, but you can
[1:12:48] tell in every stride that he's taking when he's sprinting and
[1:12:50] stuff that there's a different like determination this season.
[1:12:52] Nobody's forced me to say this, by the way.
[1:12:54] And the way that he's striking the ball is different.
[1:12:57] Like there's a, there's an anger behind it.
[1:12:59] I'm a, I'm a I'm a I'm a fan. Over Sheshko.
[1:13:03] So far this season, you can't deny that he's been better.
[1:13:05] You can't deny what am I fucking?
[1:13:07] Am I saying something? Bro, you're a fan of Manchester
[1:13:10] United. You have to be delusion.
[1:13:12] Who told me that that this would be said you if you told me
[1:13:16] there's no money when we started this podcast that firms would
[1:13:19] read our legity, Varva would read Vlavich and two guys would
[1:13:22] be putting events in the top ten of the power that aren't I also
[1:13:25] think that Vlavich. Will be very susceptible that
[1:13:28] let's say yes. Vlavich is not starting next
[1:13:30] year October. Whatever you can, if they'll
[1:13:32] score another two goals off the motion, they'll start again.
[1:13:34] Are you saying that Youvid didn't have a good month because
[1:13:37] I could take them out? If you don't think so, because
[1:13:39] you're the UV fans. Did I put UV in my top ten?
[1:13:41] But you don't. Think they had a good month
[1:13:42] They're. French finished the point.
[1:13:43] I actually put them 11. So Vlavich bro, it's enough
[1:13:47] about Vlavich. He's fucking shit.
[1:13:49] He's a shit. Footballer, he's ass bro.
[1:13:51] He he's literally fucking Hoylan.
[1:13:53] That's just a little bit more fucking built.
[1:13:54] He's literally just a more built Hoylan bro, he's fucking ass.
[1:13:58] People are dealing me on Instagram.
[1:13:59] Don't join the fucking fan club. It's over and out.
[1:14:01] Fuck, I'm not joining ever. I'm not joining on fan club.
[1:14:04] Good. Stay on that side you enjoy your
[1:14:06] chunky Jonathan David. Bro he's ass.
[1:14:08] I need a cup striker, I don't need a fucking oil and that
[1:14:10] takes his touch and it's 18 yards away.
[1:14:12] But a pendo when he takes the touch and it's actually fucking
[1:14:14] 35 yards away. That playing real good Rio, you
[1:14:18] can tell he's a world class player in 6 minutes but it's you
[1:14:20] pend his ass. Going back to bar, so though
[1:14:23] they've been dominant, absolutely.
[1:14:25] Dominant fucking Volvich ripped clean sheets. 6 Nothing against
[1:14:28] Valencia, yeah. Pedri's looking like the best
[1:14:30] midfielder again in the world. Rafina's looking good.
[1:14:34] Pause. Who else?
[1:14:35] Everything. Everything's working for Barsa.
[1:14:37] Everything's you got fed on top of.
[1:14:38] Scoring goals as per usual, like it's yeah, I see them winning
[1:14:41] again. I think, I think it's a toss up.
[1:14:43] You're looking at effectiveness versus like form and and like
[1:14:47] the actual win column, what number, you know what I mean?
[1:14:50] We're at, we're now we're at 4 going into.
[1:14:52] OK, I saw the real. I had real.
[1:14:54] At the four spot. Yeah, that makes sense.
[1:14:56] At Bar Yeah, Barsa 4, which that's what we're grilling him
[1:14:59] on. You had like.
[1:15:00] Bayern if you're putting if you're putting, Barsa 4 and Real
[1:15:03] Madrid higher. I'm just playing round 3.
[1:15:05] OK, but you're putting no, no recollection at all as to what
[1:15:10] happened last year. It's completely this season
[1:15:13] because last year Barcelona, like I, I, I'm more of a
[1:15:16] Madridista. Barcelona fucking dog walked
[1:15:18] Real Madrid every single. Game definitely.
[1:15:21] So like you're, you're just completely adding a blind to the
[1:15:25] to the 2024 season and you're saying this year Real Madrid, we
[1:15:29] don't know how they're going to match up against Barsa.
[1:15:32] We kind of have an idea. We kind of have an idea.
[1:15:35] Different manager. It is a different manager, but
[1:15:37] bro, the the difference in squad last year and what this is one
[1:15:41] thing I wanted to bring up when we spoke about Real Madrid today
[1:15:44] was the over reliance on Mbappe. Is is getting a bit scary
[1:15:48] because every time you're getting a goal notification from
[1:15:52] Real Madrid, it's Mbappe every single time.
[1:15:54] And it's not like they're scoring.
[1:15:55] It's not like they're scoring a ridiculous amount of goals.
[1:15:59] Like it's not like they're they're scoring 5-6 goals and
[1:16:02] Mbappe's getting four goals every time.
[1:16:03] It's one nil, Rambappe scored. Yeah, I mean.
[1:16:06] Then he's playing well too though it's just not you're not
[1:16:08] seeing that on thumb up so you don't rate them but.
[1:16:10] Again, I think you're you're. I don't rave any.
[1:16:12] OK, Connor. I think you're looking at the
[1:16:14] forwards too much and you're not thinking about the defense.
[1:16:16] I think the defense is the worrying part.
[1:16:17] I agree because like, Rudiger has not been sharp.
[1:16:20] I can send. I mean, he's got in a couple of
[1:16:22] red cars. I think there's cracks to this
[1:16:23] win all win streak of yeah, well, it's not like a Centurion
[1:16:27] Man City, but they're just fucking smacking every team
[1:16:29] that's. Not, but that's why Barcelona's
[1:16:31] ahead for me. Yeah, But I think you could make
[1:16:32] an argument for both as to like, they're both kind of volatile.
[1:16:35] Like you could see Barcelona having a lot of cracks sometimes
[1:16:39] in games, and they could also drop points as well.
[1:16:41] I have. I disagree.
[1:16:43] I, I they have. Been they don't.
[1:16:45] Break so as well, like I think if rail breaks they break I.
[1:16:48] Rail haven't broken. You do not need to tell tell me
[1:16:50] to put Real Madrid above Barcelona bro.
[1:16:52] If I had an actual if I had one singular reason to put Real
[1:16:55] Madrid, I had a Barcelona bro. I would have showed up on this
[1:16:58] podcast and been fully into it. But it's not lies.
[1:17:02] I just I see cracks in Real Madrids team that I don't see in
[1:17:06] Barcelona I. Agree.
[1:17:08] Me too, but similar cracks just I barsa have a track record that
[1:17:12] like last season. Yeah, those tracks never
[1:17:14] propagated into a. Break both.
[1:17:16] Both defenses are questionable but I'm a lot more confident in
[1:17:19] in Barcelona's a tax scoring 5 or whatever the fucks needed to
[1:17:23] to outpace that then yeah. You can fucking put me as
[1:17:26] striker and I swear at Barsa it's gonna work, bro.
[1:17:28] It doesn't matter who's going as striker, that formation is
[1:17:30] perfect, absolutely perfect. Yeah, I see.
[1:17:32] What you guys? I'll talk about it later.
[1:17:33] I got Liverpool at 3:00. I got Barcelona 3.
[1:17:36] Liverpool at 3 is. We're not acknowledging that,
[1:17:39] no. Liverpool at 3 is there's an
[1:17:41] argument? Bro, I like one team that I
[1:17:44] maybe have watched most of their minutes this season.
[1:17:48] Bro, I am not convinced. I am not convinced.
[1:17:50] That's a solid argument, but they've won every single game
[1:17:54] despite and being dominant. Sure, sure, sure.
[1:17:56] This may go against other things I've said, how I made my power
[1:17:59] rankings, but having watched them in full, bro, they're not
[1:18:03] convincing these these these late minute winners.
[1:18:06] Just the overall performances, the, the, they allow momentum to
[1:18:10] switch on to them like they never used to do.
[1:18:12] Like Klopp previous to his last season at Liverpool was way more
[1:18:18] solid. Like like a team like you know,
[1:18:21] the 4/2 with Bournemouth, Bournemouth did have stints
[1:18:24] where they had all the momentum where they were.
[1:18:26] They were like those leaks and holes of the defense did not
[1:18:30] exist on their club. Bro that Frimpong Kirk has had a
[1:18:33] good game recently but overall hasn't been great.
[1:18:37] Frimpong defensively is non existent.
[1:18:39] You're reliant, you're reliant. You're he's played three games,
[1:18:42] you're reliant. No, he hasn't.
[1:18:43] Yes, he has checked the minutes he's barely played.
[1:18:45] He's played three games. You're the reliance on Van Dyke,
[1:18:48] Frimpong, you're reliant on Van Dyke and Konate and defensively
[1:18:53] I maybe, just maybe, I'm just a Liverpool hater at the moment,
[1:18:55] but it's not. Convincing.
[1:18:56] I think you're over analyzing. Yes, they are winning games in
[1:18:58] the last minute, but those are games that they're dominating.
[1:19:01] Yeah, that's what I was going to.
[1:19:02] Yeah, but I won the minute. Those are games that teams are
[1:19:04] kind of accepting. Three, right now we're talking
[1:19:06] about the big boys and the margins are so tiny that that
[1:19:09] pushes you. That for me a bar the Barcelona
[1:19:11] one draw drops them beneath the the Liverpool and PSG tier,
[1:19:15] which we obviously have at the top.
[1:19:17] But you're you like for me, the Everton game, Everton in my
[1:19:22] personal game, Liverpool dominated Athletico Madrid,
[1:19:25] Liverpool dominated Burnley, Liverpool dominated Arsenal.
[1:19:29] That was a 5050 game. That that that was live free
[1:19:32] kick that that's the that's the margins we're talking.
[1:19:35] But. It shouldn't be when you're
[1:19:36] supposed to be 4 places above Arsenal in the power ranking.
[1:19:39] But that's that is the margins that you're talking about.
[1:19:41] They've won every single game. Arsenal have not.
[1:19:43] So, but you're saying it's that close the way you were speaking,
[1:19:46] It's as if Arsenal is not close to Liverpool whatsoever.
[1:19:50] A freaking. Liverpool you leave.
[1:19:52] Liverpool you leave games that they win 1 nothing saying wow
[1:19:55] they should have won three nothing.
[1:19:56] Arsenal you leave games winning one nothing saying OK that
[1:19:58] deserve to. Be I disagree.
[1:20:00] I think Liverpool's results, a couple of them, are actually
[1:20:03] undeserved, no? Maybe the maybe the Bournemouth
[1:20:05] one. That's that's about it to be.
[1:20:06] Not not necessarily undeserved, but you could tell when teams
[1:20:08] kind of decide to play for the draw.
[1:20:10] And then you you say that all Liverpool should have won more
[1:20:12] because they dominated possession.
[1:20:14] They got more more touches in the box, they started getting
[1:20:16] more chances. Well, yeah, because a lot of the
[1:20:18] opposing teams decided to say, okay, let's try to get one point
[1:20:20] off of these. Guys like Burnley, Burnley, they
[1:20:22] better barely touch the ball. They barely because they decided
[1:20:25] okay, well this is these are the the Premier League champs.
[1:20:27] Yeah, we could get a point off of them.
[1:20:28] We just been promoted. We're not going to go for
[1:20:30] attack, you know. So this is just the type of game
[1:20:33] state that Liverpool have to face.
[1:20:34] And then they have to try to breakthrough, breakthrough,
[1:20:36] breakthrough, try to get that winning goal.
[1:20:38] And listen, they do. They do that like that.
[1:20:40] That shows resilience. But there is a question mark to
[1:20:42] see how long can that be sustained for.
[1:20:45] And hands up, I think, I don't know if I said on the pod, but I
[1:20:48] definitely said it. I thought Gravin Birch was not
[1:20:50] going to have a good season this year.
[1:20:51] He's been insane so far. This year, yeah, he's been very,
[1:20:53] very. Good definitely been Liverpool's
[1:20:55] best mid and that says something because the Palace was there
[1:20:57] troubles like he's been off to a heater.
[1:20:58] Also to be honest, this season Verts one more and we're double
[1:21:03] O 7. Yeah, it's it's a bit of a
[1:21:04] shock, not gonna lie. A bit of a shock.
[1:21:06] No, no, that's bro a reeks of a strength.
[1:21:08] Jaden Santro transfer No starting to I don't.
[1:21:10] Think that's. I don't even think that's
[1:21:11] possible. The scent is picking up, no?
[1:21:14] I think it's liver. At the end of the day, it's not
[1:21:15] Man United. I don't book doesn't work for
[1:21:18] liver but at. What point did we become?
[1:21:20] Did we start changing because you thought Jane Santro was
[1:21:22] nasty before? You say that but like a Darwin
[1:21:24] Nunez. Darwin Nunez was almost 100 mil.
[1:21:27] Still made their money. There's a point that we there's
[1:21:29] a point that we must switch, whether that's double O 7 or or
[1:21:33] in the middle of the. Issue with Man United Jane
[1:21:34] Sancho is that we didn't get rid of enough quicker.
[1:21:37] Like enough quicker. Oh my God, that didn't get rid
[1:21:39] of, we didn't get rid of rid of him.
[1:21:41] Quick enough, but you also like complete.
[1:21:43] I think that was a mentality in my.
[1:21:44] Personal play issue you you start seeing oh how's he acting
[1:21:47] off the pitch exactly is the thing.
[1:21:49] You should have cut the ties as fast as you possibly could to
[1:21:51] improve your value. We start OK let's keep us
[1:21:54] switching. It's the managers fault.
[1:21:55] It's managers keep switching. Managers exactly like you put
[1:21:58] the blame to everybody else. Culture issue.
[1:22:00] So what's the problem with 100% was?
[1:22:02] Versus not the same. He's playing with fucking great,
[1:22:04] very great. Team he's not the mentality
[1:22:06] issue that Central is exactly. I think, I think you'd put a lot
[1:22:08] more faith in verts, but I think you'd put a lot more faith in
[1:22:11] verts. Trying to get back into his best
[1:22:13] form over a century. But the issue, the issue is that
[1:22:15] look, I, I saw a pie chart recently that in the Buddhistiya
[1:22:18] he was maxing out almost every single metric he was maxing out.
[1:22:21] It's not like some metrics are down in the Prem.
[1:22:23] He's down across the board. Yeah, every single metric he's
[1:22:27] down like and I'm speaking about beneath average the better.
[1:22:31] That all of them are down, yes. I don't know.
[1:22:33] Because just some are down, then that means there's parts of his
[1:22:36] game that. But maybe he's not amazing at
[1:22:38] anything. That's the issue.
[1:22:40] Maybe he's not amazing at any. No, that's you can't say that.
[1:22:43] No Glorian verts bro. What is this?
[1:22:45] Not amazing. At any trait bro.
[1:22:47] He's not about the finding trait, you know he's one of the
[1:22:49] best all round players you could find in in the attacking
[1:22:51] midfield. We also we also know the Premier
[1:22:54] League's level is higher so it takes bro he's 22 at the end of
[1:22:57] the day. Like he needs time to get into
[1:22:59] the league. Bro in.
[1:23:00] Seven games you could start criticizing him, sure, but Rio
[1:23:02] didn't, I'm sure. Rio Primpong.
[1:23:05] Primpong hasn't started that well either.
[1:23:06] Exactly, but it takes you 2 seconds of washing to tell you
[1:23:09] what firm pong is actually good out vert.
[1:23:12] So far at at Liverpool he has not shown anything possible that
[1:23:16] he's good. He's just, he's just, I feel
[1:23:17] like he's just sitting. Looking like Odegard I can't
[1:23:19] stocks. Are still fully invested he's.
[1:23:20] Looking very much like Martin. Odegard bro, let's make a look
[1:23:23] I'm. Still, I will still come out on
[1:23:25] a limb and say so. Bert's will still be probably
[1:23:28] successful for Liverpool. I'm gonna say right now, if I
[1:23:31] had to, great. Grateful if I had to if.
[1:23:33] He's gonna be successful, but he called him a fool.
[1:23:35] Yeah, you guys. Say now, but he's gonna be
[1:23:37] because I know, as I said, he would be successful.
[1:23:39] I know what I watched. I liver cuisine and I I know
[1:23:41] that was greatness. So it's a transition period
[1:23:43] right now. It's obviously normal that a
[1:23:45] player, there's better players that.
[1:23:47] Come to the Prem and done worse. So if ezac goes double O 7, what
[1:23:50] do we say? Bro but let you know I.
[1:23:53] What if ezac goes double O 7? What do you think?
[1:23:55] Ekatika is a. Better reaction.
[1:23:57] It's not gonna Prem Ekatika came in and he's been.
[1:24:00] Good right away. Prem.
[1:24:00] So then Liverpool's a problem. No EZAC proved it in the Prem.
[1:24:03] OK so I have more of AI have more of a reason to say that
[1:24:06] EZAC will be good once he gets acclimated.
[1:24:08] But if he goes 007, doesn't that show that there's?
[1:24:11] About 007 I said that verse was going to be shit before he even
[1:24:14] joined Liverpool. That's just.
[1:24:15] If he goes 007 but he's playing well, like I could, he was.
[1:24:18] Nasty. A better liver cousin.
[1:24:19] I just knew that motherfucker was not going to be good in the
[1:24:21] Prem. Crazy.
[1:24:22] If Isaac has fucking 5 XG after seven games and yeah he went
[1:24:25] goal is just because he couldn't finish fucking finish anything
[1:24:28] then we're talking about 00007. That would be stupid.
[1:24:32] Just imagine the conversation if Akatika didn't score is the. 1st
[1:24:36] 3K is fucking insane it takes 2 seconds of watching.
[1:24:39] Him to tell you that and I agree with you that watching him he
[1:24:42] looks amazing, but say he didn't score those goals, would you
[1:24:45] still call him Jews? I know what I'm still watching.
[1:24:47] I know I'm watching the Terry on region.
[1:24:49] I don't. Get a shit out of those.
[1:24:50] Exactly my point. But Terry on Reed.
[1:24:52] Reed. Florian Verts you've seen him
[1:24:53] for for 3-4 years Verts I'm watching.
[1:24:55] The fucking Josh Cohen region you've.
[1:24:57] Seen his quality? You've seen him in Germany,
[1:24:59] you've seen him at the EUR, you know he's good, like he's a
[1:25:02] fantastic player. The whole conversation has
[1:25:05] always been Verts or Musiala like you know that the quality
[1:25:07] is there. Never.
[1:25:10] Crazy. And he has begun.
[1:25:12] Anyway, I'll take my Oracle by mail.
[1:25:14] My Oracle get it by mail. I'm not getting shit.
[1:25:17] Well, I'm right about it. Did everyone?
[1:25:18] See it all right. No.
[1:25:20] Liverpool. I have it too.
[1:25:22] Damn. What do you have at the 2?
[1:25:24] Whatever I want, PSG. It's fine, I'll grab that after
[1:25:27] I went with PSG. PS:.
[1:25:28] G2. I have PSG 2 but again, this is
[1:25:31] a situation where you could. Liverpool hasn't been mentioned
[1:25:34] on the rankings. Yet.
[1:25:35] No, that's crazy. I said Liverpool three, you have
[1:25:37] Barcelona or whatever. I didn't move my power rankings
[1:25:40] much. I had Liverpool, PSG, Barsa in
[1:25:42] my old power ranking and I've kept them there.
[1:25:45] There's no reason to downgrade these teams or no reason to move
[1:25:48] them around. I just think that having not PSG
[1:25:50] one at the start was the mistake.
[1:25:53] You could have fixed your mistake and you didn't.
[1:25:56] But why? What makes you say that?
[1:25:57] Because PSG is a that they've just won the quadruple, yeah,
[1:26:01] but they. Won everything, I know, but I, I
[1:26:04] told you I'm basing, I'm basing it off the last month.
[1:26:07] They've been very good and that's why they were myself.
[1:26:08] Dominated Atlanta and CL. Yeah, they did.
[1:26:11] Like they, they. There's no reason to not put
[1:26:12] them one. No, I didn't drop anybody.
[1:26:14] Liverpool, PSG and Barcelona stayed the same as they were.
[1:26:17] Listen, my I was a little bit hypocritical because I put
[1:26:19] Barcelona one, but PSG have done nothing but impress, yeah and
[1:26:25] continue their momentum and Liverpool have shown like they
[1:26:30] haven't shown complete control over every game.
[1:26:32] They for me, PSG, you can say it's league.
[1:26:33] Garden versus for me when I made this power ranking, it was like
[1:26:36] OK, PSG won let's move on to two.
[1:26:38] It wasn't even like a thought for anyone else to Atlanta and
[1:26:41] they've won all of their other games like 6041, but.
[1:26:44] I've said that Atlanta is not a good team.
[1:26:46] Atlanta has not been they. Just won CL you can't you no.
[1:26:50] Atlanta, I'm saying. I know, but PSG just won every
[1:26:54] fucking game for a year practically.
[1:26:56] What would have made you put them over Liverpool on either
[1:26:58] Liverpool or PSG? 'S part, it's tough.
[1:27:00] They have better opponents I would say.
[1:27:02] What but what more could be? Like you said, no, there's no in
[1:27:05] front. Of you yeah, I agree with that.
[1:27:07] I haven't moved PSG, they were second they'll remain second
[1:27:10] they unfortunately didn't have the opponents to tell me PSG
[1:27:13] should go ahead of Liverpool. They they haven't they'd won the
[1:27:16] end of the day. That's fine, But I said it's
[1:27:19] been the past months the. Past month.
[1:27:21] Because it's form, like at the end of the day, Liverpool, PSG
[1:27:24] in Barsa were my top three. They remained there.
[1:27:25] That's because they've been good those. 4 PSGS.
[1:27:28] I'm sure we'll see that top three move around.
[1:27:29] Look. Barsa PSG October 1st.
[1:27:32] That's going to be, that's going to move things.
[1:27:34] That's going to. That's a limit.
[1:27:35] Yeah, right there. So we should.
[1:27:36] I have barsa #1. I mean, I don't hate.
[1:27:39] It bro tomorrow. Power, I definitely hate it.
[1:27:42] I mean how, how is how is your #1 not even first in their
[1:27:44] league right now? I don't give a shit.
[1:27:46] Bro that is. True, it's it's not even a I'm
[1:27:48] just throwing the pot with this at #1 bro.
[1:27:50] Barsa can beat any team in the world at the moment if Lamina is
[1:27:53] healthy and it's not aluminium. All cop out because the rest of
[1:27:56] the team's fantastic. But you see, can beat, and PSG
[1:27:59] did beat every team in the world.
[1:28:00] So it's like it's like can beat, yeah, sure they can beat every
[1:28:04] team in the Inter can beat any team in the world.
[1:28:07] I'm not putting the number one. She's over for one versus UV in
[1:28:10] this mighty squad, but we don't talk about that.
[1:28:12] Thiago mota is UV. That's true.
[1:28:15] Remnants. No actually I'm confident going
[1:28:18] into two. Like let's say you do A2 legged
[1:28:20] tie like next week. Barsa beats every team normal.
[1:28:22] No, not PSG. Were they your winners in
[1:28:25] Champions League? Should do I know bro?
[1:28:28] You just have to look look at their.
[1:28:30] The issue is Barce's defense bro like.
[1:28:32] There's there's issues. Man, you're, you're starting to
[1:28:35] ask some questions, but whatever.
[1:28:37] Did you see that funny tweet? A, a, what's it called?
[1:28:40] A Newcastle fan tweeted after the CL game.
[1:28:42] He's like, Kunde's the best right back I've ever seen on ACL
[1:28:45] game ever. And then the top comment is,
[1:28:48] This is why we never let Newcastle down.
[1:28:50] The conversations are on Pedro. And the young were ridiculous.
[1:28:54] That's. The best midfielder I've ever
[1:28:56] watched. I don't watch.
[1:28:58] Bro crazy pedry's class but God damn.
[1:29:01] Getting Deyong deyong shots like all of this guy.
[1:29:03] Gave Newcastle fans I've never watched so.
[1:29:05] Fans got the introduction to Barcelona.
[1:29:08] Well, introduction is just in European football.
[1:29:10] Imagine your mouth played, they would have said.
[1:29:12] Oh my God, this is the best football I've ever watched in my
[1:29:14] life. Would have been a would have
[1:29:15] been a mess. But yeah, those are those are
[1:29:17] our power rankings. Last, last thing, technical
[1:29:21] ability of pedry versus Joe Ellington Tonali physicality
[1:29:26] showed some levels that technical ability supersedes.
[1:29:29] The level that Newcastle actually beat partial technical
[1:29:33] ability didn't. Did they beat Barcelona and XG?
[1:29:35] Who? Newcastle Oh my God XG Merchant
[1:29:38] fully. I mean, did we not watch?
[1:29:40] We watched the first minutes of the game.
[1:29:41] So Harvey Barnes have not scored in the first minutes.
[1:29:43] Of yeah, but I think he's. Partial fielders.
[1:29:45] He's not pedry. Pedry made these motherfuckers
[1:29:47] thought that. Did I ever compare Pedry to Joe
[1:29:50] Linton? No, but I never compared that.
[1:29:53] He's not. Talking about how the prep is
[1:29:55] unmatched. He's running on all the in the
[1:29:56] back. Exactly.
[1:29:57] Yeah, injuring the Prem would be the best move.
[1:30:00] I. Threw you a response now what's
[1:30:01] your? Response, he pleads.
[1:30:02] The fifth my. Response is that new check
[1:30:05] raises you. Yeah, are you gonna match?
[1:30:06] Yeah, now I I raise you XG. OK, prove it. 1.46 to 1.31.
[1:30:15] So 0 point. One I raise you extra. 1 I raise
[1:30:19] You should have won. Does improve technical ability
[1:30:21] over? Yeah, I thought we were talking
[1:30:23] about Pedri's technical ability superseding Jo Linton's physical
[1:30:27] ability. Crazy work, but yeah I think PSG
[1:30:31] definitely deserves the one spot.
[1:30:32] Barcola. By the way, quick shout out
[1:30:34] Barcola guys, an absolute has been insane the last 3-4.
[1:30:39] Games. Would you trade Barrella and
[1:30:40] Bassoni for Barcola? No.
[1:30:42] OK. That's been great, Millie.
[1:30:43] Is that a, is that a, a hint to your so rare player of the week
[1:30:49] as we get into, as we get into our final segment of the
[1:30:52] podcast, which by the way, if I, if I do say this to myself, it's
[1:30:55] been a fire podcast. That's been real.
[1:30:57] This is I don't. Know why I feel fucking
[1:30:58] rejuvenated even though like I love?
[1:31:00] It should all be more. Low key Potter skis are the
[1:31:02] best. This was a great podcast, but on
[1:31:04] to the final segment, the Solare segment.
[1:31:07] If you guys don't know about Solare yet, Solare is an online
[1:31:10] platform where you guys can buy players, sell players, trade
[1:31:13] players and field a lineup every single week where you can play
[1:31:16] versus other people in the world.
[1:31:17] Most want to points wins. It's as simple as that.
[1:31:20] And we've been having our fun with it.
[1:31:22] Definitely. We've been doing our wheel spins
[1:31:23] every day, opening our our common packs and trying to
[1:31:26] trying to trying to get our favorite players.
[1:31:28] But boys, if you want to do the honors and present your first
[1:31:31] player. Well, listen, I mentioned it
[1:31:33] before and I'll say it again. This is Bradley Barcolo.
[1:31:37] Pittsy the Barcolo. Show who's he playing.
[1:31:40] Does it really matter at this point?
[1:31:41] Marseille on Monday? Well.
[1:31:43] Yeah, because they bought the game.
[1:31:44] And then bought the game. This is a yeah, she.
[1:31:48] Played. Yeah, she, by the way.
[1:31:49] Because he gets two games. How would you?
[1:31:51] Say. Me.
[1:31:52] Just just out of interest because I met someone from this
[1:31:54] place. How would you guys pronounce
[1:31:55] this place? Ojer.
[1:31:57] Ojer, how would you? Ojer.
[1:31:59] Ojer so AUXERR ojer. Is.
[1:32:04] It that it's oser. Is that a Basque?
[1:32:08] I don't. Know, I don't even know, but
[1:32:11] Barcola has been on an absolute terror wonder.
[1:32:14] Goals everywhere in these games. So he has he started the season
[1:32:18] very, very well. I'm banking on him to continue
[1:32:21] that form into look classic into I believe in into the other
[1:32:26] games. So listen, a lot of a lot of
[1:32:27] negativity over on the Barcola on the Barcola side because a
[1:32:30] lot of people said that that he deserved the starting spot.
[1:32:33] Is he is he at that level? Yeah.
[1:32:36] So he's going to he's really taking that opportunity now.
[1:32:39] So Millie FC stocks into Barcolo.
[1:32:44] What do you got? So OK, it's maybe the Madridista
[1:32:48] in me. We may be going to Madridista in
[1:32:50] this. Oh, not Marcelbino masterbino,
[1:32:52] masterbino masterbino Real ones. No, what a game.
[1:32:56] He's been balling out looking for Madrid and he hasn't gotten
[1:32:59] his first goal or assist yet. And they're playing the Madrid
[1:33:01] Derby this week. That's the Madrid Leno, I think.
[1:33:03] It's so, so you know, so you know that price if he scores or
[1:33:05] assists. I'm predicting his first goal
[1:33:07] for Madrid from a free kick. That's my prediction.
[1:33:10] I really like that one. And I'm gonna go mass, Antonio.
[1:33:13] Guys thinking that the price is gonna skyrocket no, but you
[1:33:16] know. What I see it's the type of
[1:33:17] player that the price rule skyrocket.
[1:33:19] He was very, very good. Performance against Marseille,
[1:33:21] yeah. And.
[1:33:22] Generally for those for those who haven't checked the the
[1:33:24] solar market players that I see going up real quick are players
[1:33:28] like Mass Antonio that don't have like the last multiple,
[1:33:32] multiple seasons. So like right now, if they do
[1:33:34] something crazy, especially for Real Madrid.
[1:33:36] But let's talk skyrocketing. You're getting it early.
[1:33:37] For real. But maybe there's other people
[1:33:39] that are investing. Because people have the people
[1:33:40] who watched the Espanol game, the people who watched the
[1:33:43] Marseille game, Baller they know, and the River Plate fans.
[1:33:47] I mean, there's no more glazing for a brother than the Mas
[1:33:49] Antonio. Master Bino firm, shall you do
[1:33:54] the honors or? Sure.
[1:33:56] I'll go last. As always, I'm going hipster
[1:33:58] Antoine Semenyo, he's playing Leeds over the weekend, so I
[1:34:01] think that's a goal and assist right there.
[1:34:02] It's a good. One of the Premier League
[1:34:03] finest. Yeah.
[1:34:04] Oh, this year he started off that's.
[1:34:06] A great shot on fire. Stock won't move, but that's a
[1:34:09] great. Stock manual Semenyo is up there
[1:34:12] as one of the most. I called him world class last
[1:34:14] week. So I mean you can you can they.
[1:34:16] By the way, they hated my world class, shouts last.
[1:34:18] Week. He's not better than Rodrigo,
[1:34:20] I'll tell you that. What was ripped Semenyo's better
[1:34:22] than Rodrigo? Did we have that conversation on
[1:34:24] camera or off camera? On camera, On camera?
[1:34:26] That's on camera knowledge. Semenyo is a lot better than
[1:34:29] Rodrigo. Stupid idiot.
[1:34:31] But yeah, I mean Semenyo very well.
[1:34:33] Back this weekend. Yeah, 100%.
[1:34:34] There's no more greater bag. I wish he was on my field but.
[1:34:39] I have a certain certain Stuttgart player.
[1:34:44] Paulo with another exotic shout. Adil.
[1:34:46] Seller. Bilal El Canus.
[1:34:49] El Canus. I was asking the guys before we
[1:34:50] started, I said how's the El Canus on FM and I was told he's
[1:34:55] pretty good, but I've been seeing a little bit too much.
[1:34:59] I'm tapped. I'm tapped into Bundesliga.
[1:35:01] Everyone's got that Meg on Instagram.
[1:35:02] On Instagram. Yes, well, pal Palace Chan Uzun
[1:35:05] shout still has worked out, still echoing.
[1:35:08] He did score again. He did, brother guy.
[1:35:10] He's actually having his breakout scored against Got.
[1:35:11] Champions. Yeah, yeah.
[1:35:12] Score. Against 151 which like.
[1:35:14] Flop of the season Galatasar. The 8th and Everybody eats game,
[1:35:17] you know? But it still adds to the price,
[1:35:19] brother. He's still eating a piece of
[1:35:20] that pie. But Eddie Canus kind of would
[1:35:23] you say underwhelming in the Prem?
[1:35:25] No, he was actually good for Leicester, but I mean he wasn't
[1:35:28] a golden assist. No, he was a club Bruce.
[1:35:30] So they bought him. So I didn't say he's a flaw.
[1:35:32] I. Don't remember which one the.
[1:35:34] Gang, gang, gang. Ghent, Ghent.
[1:35:36] But I'm honestly he was he was kind of noticeable in some games
[1:35:41] in the prime and then unnoticeable.
[1:35:42] But the good thing about him was his release clause was like 20
[1:35:45] mil. So it was like you're getting a
[1:35:46] good young player. I'm pretty sure they wanted.
[1:35:48] They wanted El Canus to replace as A at.
[1:35:51] Crystal pause. Yeah, it was linked.
[1:35:52] So a very good player. How does move to Stuttgart?
[1:35:56] Let's see. He started the season off very
[1:35:58] well so it's not a bad shout to be honest.
[1:36:01] We'll see. We'll see this weekend.
[1:36:02] I think they play Saint Pauli. I'm not sure.
[1:36:04] Let me check. It out.
[1:36:04] Oh, that's a, that's a three points right there, Yeah.
[1:36:06] They're top six. Well, say Pauli.
[1:36:08] Pauli Well, they actually play Celta Vigo midweek, midweek and
[1:36:12] Europa I. Got a test?
[1:36:14] I got a double trouble there, Rolly.
[1:36:15] I got Celta Vigo and then I got Cole on the weekend.
[1:36:17] Didn't think Herzler come from Saint Pauli, the Brighton
[1:36:20] manager. That's that's a solid team right
[1:36:23] there. What a factory.
[1:36:24] Not for real talent. No, they just played some St.
[1:36:27] Pauli. They beat them 20 and then send
[1:36:28] a sport policy. Doesn't even watch his own
[1:36:31] players. For real.
[1:36:34] But but yeah, if you guys want to check it out and sign up, and
[1:36:37] honestly, we're going to be talking about this most weeks on
