[0:03] Hello.
[0:03] Hello.
[0:04] Welcome to mindset two results.
[0:07] Today's guest yes.
[0:09] Today's guest proves that your past doesn't define your future.
[0:15] From cofounding the legendary kid Criollo and the coconuts to becoming one of the pioneers of
[0:24] Internet streaming and digital media, she has reinvented herself time and time again.
[0:31] In these conversations, we'll uncover how to build a lasting brand, embrace change, and stay
[0:38] relevant in a rapidly evolving world.
[0:42] Please welcome Adriana Kagy.
[0:45] Hello.
[0:45] Welcome.
[0:48] Welcome, Adriana.
[0:49] I'm so excited to host today, and I'm looking forward for hearing so many insights from you.
[0:58] And before we start, I would like you to share what is your passion?
[1:04] What makes you to love what you do and do what you love and being a guest on our podcast
[1:12] today.
[1:13] Well, you said it.
[1:14] I love what I do, and I do what I love.
[1:17] And I've always lived by that.
[1:19] Because if you manage to do that and be true to yourself, you will never work a day in your
[1:25] life.
[1:27] So true.
[1:28] So true.
[1:28] So tell us what make you so passionate about what you do?
[1:33] My creativity.
[1:35] You know, life can throw you all kinds of wrenches.
[1:39] And not to say my life has always been easy, but I've always stayed the course of I am a
[1:47] creative.
[1:48] I'm going to always find a new way to be creative in a new chapter of my life, in a new
[1:57] era with new technology, etcetera.
[2:01] I've always managed to adapt to the new, and sometimes I even helped create the new.
[2:08] Yes.
[2:09] It is so true.
[2:10] We are creators.
[2:11] Right?
[2:11] And we all have unique talents and gifts.
[2:15] And I want our interview today to help people to understand that everyone is creator and, to
[2:23] start thinking what is something unique in them.
[2:26] Right?
[2:27] What they create new.
[2:29] Because we are not here to compete with everyone.
[2:33] Right?
[2:33] If everyone knows that they are unique and have unique talents and gifts and they can bring
[2:39] something different, something unique to the world, this is how so many creativity will take
[2:44] place.
[2:46] Sure.
[2:46] I wouldn't go as far as to say everybody is creative because that is not true.
[2:50] I know people who are absolutely not creative, but they're brilliant at numbers, for example.
[2:57] So when you speak about creatives in today's market, the the creators market, you are right.
[3:04] There are a lot of people who are creating content.
[3:07] That doesn't mean they're creative personality or they're they're they're great creative
[3:11] geniuses.
[3:12] They just simply know how to put their expertise in a video format.
[3:20] They can post and other people can learn from.
[3:23] So they're became they become a creator.
[3:26] They're not particularly creators.
[3:28] Does that make sense what I'm saying?
[3:30] There's a big difference.
[3:32] Yes.
[3:32] Yes.
[3:33] I agree with your perspective, and, there are always so many perspectives.
[3:38] Right?
[3:39] And sometimes people share, like, their point of view.
[3:42] When I say that we are creative, it means that we were created as God's image, and he created
[3:48] created a That is well, yeah.
[3:50] Well, if that's how what you believed, not?
[3:55] Yes.
[3:56] So that's what I mean that everyone can be creative if they want.
[4:00] I I I just understood that differently, but that's fine.
[4:04] Yeah.
[4:04] That is good when we speak and everyone can share from their perspective, and we can find
[4:09] something new every time.
[4:11] Most
[4:11] people become trapped by the identity they've built.
[4:16] You became successful in music and then completely reinvented yourself.
[4:21] What mindset allowed you to evolve instead of protecting your past?
[4:28] You can't live in the past.
[4:30] You cannot protect the past.
[4:32] You have to let the past go and learn from it because it is the past.
[4:37] So when something is over, whether it's over because you decided you don't wanna do it
[4:44] anymore or you got fired or it just wasn't working anymore, you hit a brick wall, and you
[4:53] know there is no way further because there's whole entire industries that have gone down
[4:58] that just no longer exist.
[4:59] So if you were in that industry, you kind of were forced to reinvent yourself and to move
[5:05] forward.
[5:07] So for me, again, I'm a creative, so I always follow my intuition, follow my heart, and
[5:14] always find a new way for me to be creative.
[5:18] I had lived a wonderful life in music.
[5:22] And when I decided after fifteen years of touring that I wanted to be in New York and
[5:29] start something new.
[5:31] I didn't quite know yet what it was.
[5:34] So one day, my friend took me to see two of her friends.
[5:39] They were two young gentlemen, and they had taught me about the Internet.
[5:45] And I was like, what is the Internet?
[5:47] Can I do this?
[5:48] Can I do that?
[5:48] I immediately got very intrigued by what the Internet could do and how I could use it for my
[5:57] creativity.
[5:58] Now this is in 9097 before anybody had a website or email, and most people did not know
[6:06] or ever heard of the word the Internet.
[6:11] So these two people ended up creating the largest ad agency in the world, RazorFish.
[6:18] And I want to thank them for having introduced me to the Internet because what that did for my
[6:24] creative mind was I created the first and hosted the first ever interactive live webcast
[6:34] series that I produced at the only venue in New York City that had a t one line, which means
[6:40] had enough, power to do a live webcast.
[6:45] And that went on for a year.
[6:47] 1998, the whole year, once a month, I had a live audience, and I had an Internet audience,
[6:55] and I would interact with the two.
[6:57] I would have a lot of trivias and giveaways, and it was a lot of fun.
[7:02] I gave, many, many New York artists a chance to be seen.
[7:07] And I'm hoping to do a little documentary about that because I have some of the footage still
[7:13] today.
[7:14] Wow.
[7:15] Amazing.
[7:15] Yes.
[7:16] Amazing.
[7:17] So when we let our creativity to grow, right, and it is I think it is good if you share, but
[7:25] you get idea.
[7:27] Right?
[7:27] Like, how you started implementing this idea.
[7:30] Because some people, they have idea, and then they just, want to know all the process from
[7:37] the a to z.
[7:38] And if they don't know how to do everything, they just stop and think that, oh, maybe it is
[7:43] not right time for me.
[7:44] Maybe I have to know something more and then connect the dots, and only then I will do
[7:49] something.
[7:50] So how was
[7:50] That's it why that's why they don't do it.
[7:53] Because if you're really convinced about something, you will find a way to do it.
[7:59] I didn't have a road map because nobody has ever done that before.
[8:04] So I couldn't ask anybody, how did you do that?
[8:07] What worked?
[8:08] What didn't work?
[8:09] There was no road map.
[8:10] I was the first.
[8:11] I just did it because I believed it in the bottom of my heart.
[8:15] This was the thing that I wanted to do at that time, and I was very invested.
[8:22] And it did pay off because I got noticed, and I got tapped by the first ever Globix streaming
[8:33] media group, and they asked me to come work with them.
[8:36] And I said, well, I'm not a corporate girl.
[8:38] I'm a creative.
[8:40] And I was already 37, and the two guys were 20 and 21 years old and, of course, expert in
[8:48] streaming media, which was brand new in 1998.
[8:55] They'd mentioned that it wouldn't be corporate, and they gave me a vertical to pick.
[9:01] And I'm like, a vertical?
[9:02] I can pick my own vertical?
[9:04] That is unbelievable.
[9:06] That's, like, historic.
[9:07] So I figured I've already done the music.
[9:10] And a girlfriend of mine, Vicks Foster, in Paris had been covering fashion shows, and I
[9:15] really loved what she was doing.
[9:18] And so I said, you know what?
[9:19] Let me try fashion.
[9:21] So I brought the New York Fashion Week live to the Internet when I worked at Globix as an
[9:29] executive producer.
[9:31] And I got CNN and elle.com to be my broadcast partners because I needed to promote the live
[9:40] webcast.
[9:40] I needed people who love fashion to know about it so they could tune in.
[9:45] Mind you, that was all at a 33 speed, so the images were, like, rather than the the videos
[9:53] we are used to seeing today in four to eight k, if you know what I mean.
[9:58] But so I I kind of pioneered in that as well.
[10:01] And today, I'm still covering fashion week in a different way and many other things as well.
[10:10] Yeah.
[10:10] Amazing, Adriana.
[10:11] Thank you for sharing.
[10:12] And I want just to, like, highlight what you mentioned here because I think it is very
[10:19] important for our audience.
[10:20] Right?
[10:21] So you as you said that, you knew what you wanted.
[10:26] Yes?
[10:26] This is important.
[10:28] Just know what you want to do.
[10:30] Right?
[10:30] And also go go for that.
[10:35] Do what you can at this place.
[10:38] Right?
[10:38] Like, take the first step.
[10:40] And as you said later, you were, noticed by media group.
[10:47] Right?
[10:48] So if you sit in in the place in the beginning and just thinking how I'm going to do that and
[10:54] don't do first step, you would never be noticed by media group.
[10:58] Right?
[10:59] So it happened because you did the first steps, and then this is as reaction for your first
[11:06] actions, you got that result.
[11:08] Yes.
[11:09] So I just wanted to highlight that this is the, like, recipe.
[11:12] Like, recipe
[11:13] Recipe is
[11:15] Yes.
[11:16] To just do it.
[11:18] Yes.
[11:19] Be brave.
[11:20] Right?
[11:20] And and and don't be afraid because think about it.
[11:24] What are you afraid of?
[11:26] Failure?
[11:27] That's the worst thing that can happen.
[11:29] It's not gonna work.
[11:32] So just try it.
[11:33] Because if you don't do it, it's definitely not going to work.
[11:37] So you owe it to yourself.
[11:38] And for all those perfectionists out there, there is no such a thing as perfection, so let
[11:44] it go.
[11:45] Just do it and make yourself happy.
[11:49] Yes.
[11:50] Amazing lessons we are getting from you today.
[11:52] Yes.
[11:52] Do it and don't think about make it perfect.
[11:55] Just do it because doing it as it is is much better than improving improving in the post
[12:04] that, right, the episode.
[12:06] Very true.
[12:08] Yeah.
[12:08] Because every day is opportunity.
[12:10] And when you don't do it, it you don't know what opportunities you missed.
[12:14] Right?
[12:15] And maybe if you posted it that day, you would get that opportunity which would change
[12:21] Right.
[12:21] In other words, be in the space you wanna be in.
[12:25] I meet so many people who say when I say, what do you do?
[12:29] Oh, I'm an actress.
[12:31] And then if you ask more questions, what have you been in?
[12:33] They've never done anything in acting.
[12:35] They went to acting school and they go around saying, I'm an actress.
[12:38] Well, don't say you're something.
[12:42] Show what you are.
[12:44] Show what you do.
[12:45] You have to have something to show even if it's just your social media channel.
[12:50] You know?
[12:51] If you say, I'm an actress, I wanna see your work.
[12:55] I'm just using that as an example.
[12:57] It can be any job or anything.
[13:00] Yes.
[13:00] Why do you think that people, don't take actions?
[13:05] Why they, have maybe goal?
[13:07] Maybe they even have dream, but they still ain't just waiting for opportunity, maybe
[13:13] better situation.
[13:14] What do you think
[13:15] You know, we all people
[13:17] will live their full life.
[13:19] We all have dreams.
[13:20] Right?
[13:21] Some of us just dream them, and that's where they stay in our heads.
[13:27] Some will start dabbling in the dreams, and they maybe take a course or go to school.
[13:37] And they're still afraid.
[13:39] Some people are afraid of success.
[13:41] I don't know why, but I've met people who were literally self sabotaging themselves because
[13:46] they were afraid of success.
[13:48] So I don't have the answer.
[13:50] Maybe that's an answer for a psychologist.
[13:55] But especially in in creative fields, when people know they're creative or or actors, they
[14:02] they know they're good because they're good in acting school.
[14:05] You know?
[14:05] In the end of the day, it's what have you done lately?
[14:08] That's what people wanna know when they ask you, what do you do?
[14:13] Wait.
[14:14] They don't ask bankers.
[14:15] If you if you're a banker, what, you know, what what do you do?
[14:18] I'm a banker, and that's pretty much stops it there because nobody wants to talk about
[14:22] banking.
[14:22] It's not that engaging of a conversation unless you wanna invest or something and you wanna get
[14:30] advice.
[14:31] But for the creative, I just have to say, work at your craft.
[14:37] The key is to get the get the dream out of your head and make it a reality.
[14:44] It takes bloody work.
[14:47] A lot of work.
[14:49] Sometimes a lot of failures and sometimes a lot of no.
[14:54] You have to believe in yourself.
[14:56] You have to believe on what you do because if you don't, nobody else will believe you.
[15:01] And they will know when you walk in the door whether you believe in your dream that you're
[15:06] pitching or yourself.
[15:08] So besides having the dream in your head, you need to learn to make that dream come out of
[15:16] your head into reality.
[15:19] So you can then tell people what you do and say, this is what I do.
[15:25] It's my dream.
[15:27] And you can also say, I do what I love and love what I do, which is the ultimate job to have,
[15:34] to be able to say that no matter what profession you're in.
[15:40] Yes.
[15:41] Amazing in insights.
[15:42] And as you said, in the beginning, people can face no.
[15:48] Right?
[15:48] Like, they can, have the dream, but other people maybe not see that, dream yet.
[15:54] And
[15:54] We don't care about other people.
[15:58] We don't need other people's opinion or or approval.
[16:03] I don't know why that is important.
[16:07] For example, I my dreams were so unobtainable, like, with the Internet when that all went on
[16:13] in my head, right, to do this, cyber cabaret.
[16:17] It had never been done.
[16:18] So I couldn't talk to somebody else about it and say, hey.
[16:21] What do you think?
[16:22] Because they would have thought, oh, you're out of your mind.
[16:23] Blah blah blah blah Whatever.
[16:25] Like, they just do not understand, does not compute.
[16:28] It's not part of their world.
[16:29] So why should I even share that with someone to get their approval?
[16:33] I don't need their approval.
[16:35] I don't ever need anybody's approval.
[16:38] I just need to do it.
[16:39] If it works, great.
[16:41] If it doesn't, I tried.
[16:44] Yes.
[16:44] Amazing attitude.
[16:46] I really love it.
[16:47] Yes.
[16:47] We have to believe in ourselves and Yeah.
[16:50] Believe in dream and take actions and see outcome as we want.
[16:54] Right?
[16:55] So when we get consistent and when we don't quit, we will inevitably win and succeed.
[17:02] Will.
[17:02] Absolutely.
[17:03] Quitting is not an option because that is the end of your dream, and you don't wanna let
[17:09] yourself down.
[17:10] It's really about you and your dream.
[17:11] That's the only connection that's there.
[17:14] And you have to do the work, not anybody else.
[17:17] And don't blame other people why it didn't work.
[17:20] Don't ever blame anybody else.
[17:22] You didn't get a part in a movie?
[17:25] Why didn't you make your own movie?
[17:29] Very simple.
[17:30] Find a way to make your dream a reality even if it's never been done.
[17:36] Find a way.
[17:38] Yes.
[17:39] Amazing insights.
[17:40] We're getting here through all these ingredients of success.
[17:44] Right?
[17:45] Find a way.
[17:45] Yes.
[17:46] And don't compete with anybody.
[17:47] Create the model that will make other models obsolete, right, and do something new.
[17:53] And, again, we come back from what we started that everybody can be creative.
[17:58] It's just a question, do you want to?
[18:00] Right?
[18:00] Do you develop?
[18:01] Because we are given so many different talents and gifts, right, that we can even not use in
[18:08] all our lifetime.
[18:09] But our gift to God is to use them.
[18:12] Right?
[18:12] And if you if you have dreams, become creative.
[18:16] Start developing.
[18:17] It is like memory.
[18:18] Everybody has good memory, but some people use it, some people not.
[18:22] And those people who don't develop their memory, they just can tell it, oh, my memory is
[18:27] bad.
[18:27] But it is not bad potential.
[18:29] It is just because you don't use it.
[18:31] It is like a muscle.
[18:32] If I pick now, like, a a bandage to my hand and will not use this hand for one year, it will be
[18:41] totally numb, and I will not even be functioning with this hand.
[18:44] Right?
[18:45] So Very true.
[18:46] Yeah.
[18:46] So it is not about not having something.
[18:48] We all have all
[18:50] this.
[18:50] We all have the potential.
[18:52] Yeah.
[18:53] Potential.
[18:53] But this is exactly having like, as you said, know what you really want and start thinking
[19:00] big outside of box, right, outside of what you even can see now as really I
[19:06] take it further.
[19:07] Don't have a box.
[19:09] Oh, I like that.
[19:10] Yes.
[19:12] Yes.
[19:14] Although, I think that, like, there we are always in certain in certain, like, way, but
[19:20] this, like, unlimited yes.
[19:24] Unlimited number of the frequencies and where we can go.
[19:27] Right?
[19:27] When even to put any limit.
[19:29] Right?
[19:30] Just totally, we can be unlimited in our thinking as there is all in universe unlimited.
[19:38] Yes.
[19:39] So it it is another question I wanted to ask you.
[19:42] How do people know when it's time to reinvent themselves?
[19:48] What's the biggest mistake people make when trying to pivot?
[19:53] To stay in what they're comfortable in for too long.
[19:58] You know when it's time to make a move.
[20:01] Move.
[20:03] Don't procrastinate.
[20:08] Yes.
[20:08] Very good answer.
[20:10] Life life is short.
[20:11] Before you know it, it may be too late.
[20:14] So do it now.
[20:16] Now is a good time.
[20:18] Now is always a good time.
[20:21] Yes.
[20:22] And as you shared that you left your career and you started from totally new thing.
[20:28] Right?
[20:29] And you didn't think that, oh, I spent fifteen years in, like, traveling into music and all
[20:35] these concerts.
[20:37] And now I if I change, it is already late.
[20:40] I have to just continue what I already do, what I'm No.
[20:43] It people come up with excuses so they don't have to do something all the time.
[20:50] They also say, I could've and I should've.
[20:54] You are in charge of your own life.
[20:57] You design your life.
[21:00] You make those choices, and you make those efforts.
[21:03] It's entirely up to you and you alone when and how.
[21:12] My advice is just bloody do it, Then you have no regrets.
[21:18] Even if you fail, you can at least say I've done it.
[21:22] Yes.
[21:23] Very important.
[21:24] No regrets.
[21:24] Because even if you fail, you you don't fail at all.
[21:29] It means that you learned the lesson.
[21:31] You learned Yes.
[21:32] Something that even if you see that it it didn't work for you, but at least you did, and
[21:37] you know that it is not for you.
[21:39] And then you start thinking about what is better.
[21:42] Right?
[21:42] What is to do better for you than
[21:44] Exactly.
[21:44] Yes.
[21:46] So you never fail if you do, and then you never regret.
[21:49] Because what people usually regret the most, it is not what they did wrong, but they mostly
[21:55] regret what they didn't do.
[21:58] Right?
[21:58] Like, they had that opportunity, and they didn't, do it, and then they missed.
[22:02] And what if they did?
[22:03] They would be something, like, different, right, for them outcome, what we they would
[22:09] have.
[22:09] So as you said, you do really know what you want.
[22:13] Go for your dream.
[22:15] Take what you can.
[22:16] Do what you can.
[22:17] Right?
[22:18] Act I mean, what you have in this moment and with your resources.
[22:24] Right?
[22:25] And then you see how everything will be unfolding when you are in your right place.
[22:31] Yes.
[22:33] Yes.
[22:34] You were streaming live content before YouTube even existed.
[22:39] Looking back, what allowed you to see the future before everyone else?
[22:45] My dyslexic thinking.
[22:50] My dyslexic thinking is my superpower.
[22:54] It's not at all a disability.
[22:55] The disability is very slight.
[22:57] It only shows up in reading and writing, and now we have AI and audiobooks, so I'm good.
[23:04] If you know anything about dyslexic thinking and how our dyslexic brains work, we often see
[23:12] the big picture while other people are still looking for the individual pieces for the
[23:19] puzzle, if that makes any sense.
[23:21] Yes.
[23:22] Mhmm.
[23:22] So it's my intuition, my visionary thinking that made me do that.
[23:29] Mhmm.
[23:30] And to believe that this was right.
[23:34] Yes.
[23:34] It is so great, as you say, about your attitude.
[23:38] Right?
[23:39] So people can say, like, I have dyslexia.
[23:42] So oh, I am sick.
[23:44] So I am not, like, I'm not, like, fully, able to do in life.
[23:50] And they can
[23:51] just Listen.
[23:51] There there is a university.
[23:53] There's a dyslexic university in The UK started by sir Richard Branson from Virgin.
[23:59] He's a dyslexic.
[24:01] A lot of the top CEOs in the world are dyslexic.
[24:06] A lot of very famous artists are dyslexic.
[24:11] Learn about the university, and you will be just fine.
[24:16] Yes.
[24:16] Amazing.
[24:17] Amazing.
[24:18] Like, as you said, there is nothing, what is negative.
[24:22] You can turn everything as a gift.
[24:25] Right?
[24:25] So you
[24:25] Turn everything into a positive.
[24:27] Always.
[24:28] Yes.
[24:28] Right.
[24:28] Exactly.
[24:29] Because everything has opposite sides.
[24:32] Right?
[24:32] Like Yep.
[24:33] If something has a negative side, it means that the same equivalent, it has something positive,
[24:39] right, that other people don't have.
[24:41] You you know what I always say?
[24:43] Whenever there's issues, in my production, I always say, oh, well, at least nobody died
[24:51] because that's the ultimate.
[24:55] Right?
[24:55] It's like, how bad can it be?
[24:57] Nobody died.
[24:58] We're good.
[24:58] Next.
[25:01] Yes.
[25:01] It's such a I I'm learning so much from you today.
[25:05] Oh, good.
[25:06] Yes.
[25:07] In is innovation a skill anyone can develop?
[25:10] How to do entrepreneurs identify opportunities before they become trends?
[25:18] I I guess that's also because I've always been in the cutting edge, of the things that I love,
[25:25] the industries that I've loved, and I have intuition.
[25:29] And, again, that has a lot to do with being a creative, having visions, or being a visionary
[25:37] in that matter.
[25:39] Makes sense?
[25:40] Yes.
[25:41] Yes.
[25:41] You mentioned a lot about intuition.
[25:43] Let's speak a little bit more about this because I I believe that, not many people
[25:50] really understand the power of intuition.
[25:54] And
[25:54] Very true.
[25:55] I have a question for you.
[25:56] Can you maybe stop the recording and start again?
[25:59] Because I'm learning low on power, and I need to get my charger.
[26:03] Of course.
[26:04] Yes.
[26:04] No problem.
[26:05] We just put it on pause.
[26:07] We don't need One second.
[26:08] Thank you.
[26:09] I'll be right back.
[26:10] Sorry.
[26:10] I just don't
[26:14] So let's speak about intuition because I believe that, not many people understand
[26:20] nowadays the power of intuition because many people have been conditioned to think
[26:26] logically.
[26:26] They have to know everything from a to z, and this is how they plan and plan and plan, and
[26:32] that is why so many energy is going for planning instead of just being intuitive and
[26:38] just take first step, and then they see what is the best to take that second step.
[26:43] So I would like you to share about your experience.
[26:46] You mentioned sometimes about your intuition, how powerful it is, and how you rely on your
[26:52] intuition.
[26:53] And I think it is very good lesson to learn from you, how develop this high mental quality
[27:00] as intuition and start listening to it instead of relying totally on logic and see how it can
[27:07] guide us.
[27:08] Okay.
[27:09] So logic is in your head.
[27:11] Intuition is in your stomach, in your solar plexus.
[27:16] I meditate every day.
[27:20] I do yoga when I can, and I swim.
[27:24] And with the swimming, I do my breathing exercises.
[27:28] So that is to balance my hectic schedule, and it keeps me sane.
[27:34] And it helps me to be in touch with myself and remain my true authentic self with all the
[27:45] noise around me living in New York and all these influences that I get every day, it's
[27:52] overload sometimes.
[27:53] You don't know with AI, especially anymore, what is real, what is not.
[27:59] Trust your instinct.
[28:01] Trust your intuition.
[28:03] Do your research.
[28:06] Use your head.
[28:07] Just because you're using your intuition doesn't mean you cannot also use your head, but
[28:13] always trust your intuition.
[28:15] When you walk in a room and you know something is wrong, something is off, you can't really
[28:20] not put your finger on it, there's definitely something wrong.
[28:25] You just don't know what that is yet, and you may wanna remove yourself from that room
[28:29] because you have that strong intuition that you should not be there.
[28:34] I mean, there's stories out there by people who missed their plane, for example.
[28:41] I mean, on and on.
[28:42] I'm not gonna go into it, but you you can read up on how many people's life were saved because
[28:49] they trusted their intuitions.
[28:51] Yes.
[28:52] It is so true.
[28:53] And maybe about decisions, when we make decisions, sometimes logic tells us to do
[28:59] something, especially it may be in cases when people, like, feel that they have people
[29:05] please.
[29:06] Right?
[29:06] Like, please somebody, and they can feel shy or how he can hurt that person.
[29:11] And intuition says, no.
[29:12] Don't do that.
[29:13] Don't sign.
[29:14] And so when logic overcomes, like and then people can really regret it because later they
[29:20] understand that it was wrong and that
[29:22] Yeah.
[29:22] I mean, we we are all very much, influenced by money because we need money.
[29:29] However, don't let money overwrite your intuition when you know it's wrong because it
[29:40] never works out.
[29:41] There are people who move to Italy with $20 in their pocket, have no plan and nothing.
[29:49] And they find a whole new life, a whole new happiness, and they figure things out without,
[29:55] you know, devastation.
[29:57] So just trust yourself and your intuition.
[30:02] If if if your feeling is you must go somewhere, go there and find out why.
[30:07] There's a reason why you had to go there, but you have to go there to find out what it was.
[30:14] And for that, it takes a lot of cuts.
[30:17] Yes.
[30:17] And it takes practice for people who are more logically analytical.
[30:22] It is difficult for them to start listening because voice of intuition always is very tiny.
[30:27] Like, it's a whisper.
[30:28] Right?
[30:29] And people who are analytical, they just even ignore it.
[30:32] They never put attention.
[30:34] But But the the one
[30:35] whisper the whisper sometimes becomes louder and louder and louder.
[30:40] And when it becomes so loud that you just have to listen to it is when you need to do
[30:46] something and follow it.
[30:48] Yeah.
[30:48] Mhmm.
[30:49] Yes.
[30:49] True.
[30:50] And I think the more we start listening intuition, more it start also getting more
[30:56] confident.
[30:56] Right?
[30:56] Like and our voice becomes louder because we listen to it.
[31:01] And this is how we we learn to really trust our inner inner self.
[31:07] Right?
[31:08] Yeah.
[31:08] This intuition, like a voice from future.
[31:10] We don't know exactly how intuition works, but it is like a a voice from future who knows
[31:16] already.
[31:17] Right?
[31:17] And it just tells you what is right.
[31:20] And our work is just just job to just follow it.
[31:25] Yeah.
[31:25] But I don't know where it comes from, but it's part of us.
[31:28] Just like we don't know where the soul is.
[31:30] We don't know where the intuition is.
[31:32] It's all connected.
[31:34] Everything is all connected with the universe and earth and humanity and animals and food.
[31:41] And everything's connected once you realize that it's all connected and you just have to
[31:47] surrender to it.
[31:48] It's an energy.
[31:50] Intuition is an energy.
[31:52] Yes.
[31:53] Yes.
[31:53] And it is like voice from your future.
[31:55] Right?
[31:56] Because it is different topic, of course, about time and past and future.
[32:00] Yeah.
[32:00] But it is always good to, not only rely on what we see by physical art.
[32:07] Of course.
[32:07] Absolutely.
[32:08] There's so much more.
[32:09] Like, in your dreams.
[32:11] You know?
[32:12] Yes.
[32:13] Yes.
[32:13] A lot of a lot of information, a lot of downloads, a lot of messages you get in your
[32:18] dreams.
[32:18] Pay attention to them, especially if they're reoccurring.
[32:22] Yes.
[32:23] And I also wanted to to mention what we discussed here, that idea.
[32:28] If you have the dream, if you really want something, it means that it is already yours,
[32:34] that you're capable to do that.
[32:36] Absolutely.
[32:37] Would never have it.
[32:38] Absolutely.
[32:39] And do not take no for an answer.
[32:42] You will get a lot of no's.
[32:44] Believe in yourself.
[32:45] You know you're on the right path.
[32:47] Just prove it.
[32:49] Yes.
[32:49] And prove how, really, how much you want it.
[32:53] Right?
[32:53] Because this is how
[32:54] And that you're willing to work for it.
[32:56] Doesn't it's not given to you.
[32:58] Nothing's ever given to you like that.
[33:00] Right.
[33:01] Right.
[33:01] You don't get nothing for nothing.
[33:04] Right?
[33:04] So you if you want big dream, if you really know why you want it, if it is have value for
[33:09] you, you have to put work for yourself, and this is how you show that it is really matter.
[33:15] Correct.
[33:17] Today, everyone talks about personal branding.
[33:21] Yet, you've been building visual identities for decades.
[33:26] Unforgettable brand from one people scroll past.
[33:30] What separates it?
[33:32] Like, what separates this unforgettable brand from one which people scroll past?
[33:41] The story.
[33:42] The the story.
[33:49] What do you stand for?
[33:54] If you have a brand that is sustainable and has all natural ingredients, you and you talk about
[34:03] it constantly, and that is your conversation and your engagement.
[34:10] There's a lot of clients out there who will follow you and your brand because that is the
[34:16] message, the constant message that remains the same that makes you loyal to that brand because
[34:24] this is how your lifestyle is.
[34:27] You live an organic lifestyle.
[34:29] You don't want chemicals in your makeup or in your food or in your fabric, for example.
[34:36] So it's messaging.
[34:38] Mhmm.
[34:39] Yes.
[34:40] Again, we come back to the same, ingredients.
[34:45] Yeah.
[34:45] The first one, know really what you want.
[34:48] And if you want to build brand, how important is for you?
[34:51] What is the the mission behind?
[34:54] Yes.
[34:54] What is your purpose?
[34:55] How it is aligned with you, with your story?
[34:59] Right?
[34:59] And with your identity, with your values, with your gifts.
[35:03] Yes.
[35:04] So when everything gets aligned, this is how this becomes unforgettable brand because this
[35:12] is what brings real value when people find themselves and align their identity and where
[35:20] their inner value with that big mission, and it takes all part in physical reality as a brand.
[35:28] Correct.
[35:31] Yes.
[35:32] So what are the three biggest branding mistakes businesses make?
[35:38] If someone had only one minute to make an impression online, for example, what should
[35:44] they focus on?
[35:48] Messaging.
[35:51] What's their mission?
[35:53] Why should I know about you?
[35:55] How do you communicate that to your audience?
[36:05] The value.
[36:06] What do I bring for you?
[36:10] How can my brand make your life better?
[36:17] Mhmm.
[36:20] Yes.
[36:21] So for for example, what I offer now with my company, Adi dot media, I create press ready
[36:30] editorial videos designed for real media exposure, visibility, and strategic placement.
[36:38] My video packages are delivered with fast turnaround in a news cycle and with media
[36:45] exposure, including some wire services that I work with.
[36:50] So for anybody who has anything to promote and would like to get some press, my company, Adi
[36:58] Media, can help you achieve that.
[37:03] That's what my company offers to clients, for example.
[37:09] Does that make sense?
[37:11] Yes.
[37:12] It makes sense.
[37:13] So it is very clear.
[37:14] Right?
[37:15] You know who is your audience, what problem you solve, what they want, and this is here you
[37:21] are.
[37:22] Alright?
[37:22] Exactly.
[37:23] The service.
[37:24] You got that.
[37:25] Yes.
[37:26] Great.
[37:27] So what are the three biggest branding mistakes businesses make?
[37:36] Advertisement.
[37:38] Nobody wants to see an advertisement.
[37:41] Advertisement does not work unless it is super entertaining and it is presented as not an
[37:53] advertisement, but an entertainment.
[37:57] Mhmm.
[37:57] A story.
[38:00] Something.
[38:01] I love advertisement that interviews regular people, for example, that connects with regular
[38:07] people.
[38:08] Mhmm.
[38:09] But it's it advertises the brand because they are they are becoming a lot of brands today are
[38:16] becoming media production houses because of that, just so you know.
[38:22] Yeah.
[38:22] That's the answer.
[38:24] Yes.
[38:25] And, when the company, starts, yes, their branding, what you, you would say, what is the
[38:33] most efficient way to be seen and known?
[38:38] The most efficient way to be seen and known is to do events so people can meet in person.
[38:49] That is very important today since everybody is connected online.
[38:54] Give people a chance to get to know you, your brand, your product, and give them an
[39:00] experience that aligns with that.
[39:04] Try to get them to sign your email list so you can keep them in the loop of anything that is
[39:10] going on in your company.
[39:13] Make sure when you have these event that you hire Adi Media to cover the event and creates a
[39:22] short video for those people who were not able to go there because of location or previous
[39:28] engagements.
[39:30] And then that video will also get published on MSN and Yahoo and maybe some of the wire
[39:37] services depending who was at the event, like Getty or Shutterstock.
[39:43] That gives you press.
[39:45] You need press to build your brand.
[39:48] That video or that press link, you can then send to your email list to everybody to thank
[39:55] them for having joined you at the event and to those people who were not able to come.
[40:03] So your message has just expanded from a small space of maybe 200 people or 2,000 people, how
[40:14] many you event, to an audience of 200,000 people potentially.
[40:19] I'm just throwing numbers at you, but you see the amplification and the impact that, media
[40:26] and my company has.
[40:28] What's different from my company than most other companies, it's a hybrid production video
[40:34] company.
[40:35] So we produce the videos, and we publish the videos.
[40:40] So we give you everything from production to media placement.
[40:48] Yeah.
[40:48] Amazing.
[40:49] And you have your own network where and when you publish videos, also, your network has
[40:55] access to it.
[40:56] I mean, then you have the audience.
[40:58] Right.
[40:59] So we also have, our own publication called it's actually a video magazine by humans for
[41:07] humans.
[41:07] In other words, we do not use AI in our videos, so everything you see is real, our hosts.
[41:15] And, styleculture.tv is available on Instagram and YouTube, and you can see some of our
[41:22] incredible red carpet interviews and, events that we cover.
[41:29] They're very entertaining.
[41:30] Mhmm.
[41:31] Yes.
[41:31] Amazing, Adriana.
[41:32] I would definitely like to know more about what you do in your company.
[41:37] And we had amazing interview today, and I would like you to invite you to continue because I

[43:08] has so many golden nuggets.
[43:11] I learned a lot for myself.
[43:13] See?
[43:14] Because you'd imagine you never did that because you were afraid to do this podcast.
[43:19] Yes.
[43:20] Especially, yeah, podcast is was a great opportunity to meet amazing people as you,
[43:26] Adrienne.
[43:27] I interviewed more than 300 experts, and this is how my idea to create the circle of fame and
[43:34] invite experts to panel discussions where they can meet in one category at one table, discuss
[43:40] ideas.
[43:41] And this is what we can discuss in our future episodes as well.
[43:45] Lovely.
[43:47] Our pleasure.
[43:47] Thank you so much.
[43:49] Thank you.
[43:50] Have a wonderful day.
[43:52] You too.
[43:52] It was my pleasure to host this podcast today.
