[0:00] Hello, guys. Episode five. Season two. So let's open this up. I already opened it. You was in your phone. We got to do it. We have to start over. Okay. Sit up a little bit. There you go. Represent. Represent. Come on. Get yourself together. You're a badass kid. Why? You know who used to be a badass kid?
[0:27] Who's still a badass kid? Used to love a badass kid. Still a badass kid. Okay. Hello there. Everybody's crazy community. We don't have a name for y'all yet. We try to figure it out. Look at you. Yes. We had a lot of good names. That was very funny on social now than that. Very. We're going to figure it out. Yes. But we are here. Episode five. Season two. Season two.
[0:54] Love you guys. Ready to get into the things, the calls, the voicemails, the DMs. Y'all have been doing an amazing job keeping up with us and helping us out. Because without you, there is no everybody's crazy. And we know everybody's crazy. Who are you? You're giving talk show host. Baby. Baby. Multi-faceted, multi-talented, jack-of-trade, master of none.
[1:20] Jack of all trades. I love that. You're very professional. I'm not nervous anymore, but I can't talk like that yet. Girl, good night and goodbye. We know what's up. Should we take a call? Let's take a call. Oh, wait a minute. Before we take a call. This is going to bother me. I was at the airport yesterday and I had an everybody's...
[1:43] Crazy fan. How did that make you feel? She's like, oh my God, you're April McDaniel. I read about the Hoffman process. I loved it. It was so nice and I was so blushy. Yeah, because you know how to blush. I love it. Oh my God. It was like a spotting in the wild. Girl. I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. I was like, oh my God, I love you. You're the first fan I ever seen.
[2:10] At American Airlines in North Carolina. Shout out to you, girl. Shout out to you at the airport. I was very touched. Have you ran into any fans? Girl. Girl. The people love. They love you? Well, they love the show. They love you? Yeah, they love the show. And obviously, you know. Do they call you Savannah now? I've been in the game for a minute. I know, but I was tired of hearing, hi, oh my God, you're LeBron James' wife.
[2:40] Oh, no. Yeah. I mean, I get both. And I'm cool with it. It's fine. I am. So it's fine. But it's funny. It was a while ago. I can't remember when. I know I was living in Miami. But it was a group of ladies that I was around. And they was like, oh, you've become Savannah. Like, it's like Madonna or Adele. Like, you're Savannah. I said, y'all, stop it. Oh, my God. I love that. Yeah. It's whatever. Yeah.
[3:08] Everybody loves it. Okay. Well, I just wanted to say I was tickled pink. So now we can take a caller.
[3:28] You're going to treat that thing how you know how to treat it. No. No. No. What's your name? Where are you calling us from? And what's your crazy? Hello? Oh, my God. You called me. Who is this? Your sister? Yay! Hey, Deidre. I was just talking so much shit on the phone. Where are you from? What's your name? And what's your crazy? I'm from Akron, Ohio.
[3:57] My name is Deidre. I'm Norris calling from Akron, Ohio. And I don't think I have a crazy. Girl, you lie. You is lying. I know what your crazy is. Taking care of that dog like it's a human. Listen, don't do him. Don't do him. Don't do him. Treat him like a real human. My sister has guys that are listening on the call. She has a pit bull named Onyx who she has full-fledged
[4:26] guest list birthday parties for yes i said and it's like a thing and all my cousins is crazy as hell right along with her and aunts and uncles and my mom and daddy be at the house having the barbecue for the dog for the birthday yes see crazy so you gotta own it you gotta own it deidre
[4:45] Well, yes, I do. I'll be the first to tell you, honey. I love that dog more than I love a shit ton of people. But why? But why? Yeah, like what was it about him? He listens. He listens. He don't judge. He don't give a shit what I do, what I say, how I look. I love him. And he just turns his head, filters, and smiles. I love it. The fact that he smiles is crazy. Yeah, he definitely does. He does? Which is crazy, yes. He does.
[5:13] Oh, we love you, Deidre. Thank you for calling us. I love y'all, too. I just wanted to say hi, and I love y'all. Congratulations on your show, or your podcast. Thank you so much. Thanks for calling us. You're welcome. Bye. Say hi. Bye, Onyx. Bye, Onyx. Say hi. Bye. All right. Love y'all. Bye. Bye. Deidre. People that treat their...
[5:44] animals like humans it's a lot of them i think it's crazy but she really does it i it's actually very interesting because we like i grew i have i've had animals my whole life growing up but like i feel like we was like traditional black folks like the dog was outside wasn't allowed on the bed it wasn't allowed in the house oh
[6:05] Period. She was an outside dog, but we loved her. We'd go visit her. Hey, Nikki, what's up? And that was it. She didn't go on walks. Nikki was, that's probably terrible. But we loved her and she would come in the house. She was a Siberian Husky, so she loved the snow. But if it got too cold, she would have to come inside. And she would love it. She would be a bull in a china shop in the house because she just wants a home drink. Yeah, she wasn't used to being in the house. But I had dogs and I had cats growing up. Cats too? I don't like no cats.
[6:31] I had cats. We had the coolest cat. His name was Frito Layto Nails. He had a whole name. I mean, I loved him so much. I do not like cats. I think I'm allergic now, so I could never do it now. I like Spooky. Spooky is a cat. Yes. I like Spooky. Spooky be chilling. He don't really be super chill, but I don't really like cats. I find cats to be mean. And sneaky. Yeah, and sneaky. Definitely sneaky. You got to get the right cat. Cats are sweet. Cats are almost like if you get the right one, they can be like a dog.
[7:01] I feel like your dog is bad. He bad as hell. He don't like nobody. When did he get like that? It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The nigga is crazy. Can I say? I'm sorry. He crazy. Yes. He's crazy. He loves Zuri though. He loves Zuri. He loves LeBron James. Love him. He follow him around. He barely listened to me.
[7:22] Listen, my little dog is so sweet, Bank. He only loves me. Bank is an old black man. Yes, and he be trying to act like he going to bite somebody. He bit my friend's dog recently. Not Banking about it. Like, what? Ugh.
[7:37] Okay. Let's take a voicemail. Hi, my name is Yvette. I'm calling from Tennessee. My crazy is my ex-husband cheated on me, left me for another woman. They had a baby, got divorced, and I'm back with him. I feel stupid, but I do love him. But am I crazy for getting back with him after all of that? Let me know.
[8:01] no i don't think it's crazy i mean it could sound crazy but i don't think that's crazy i feel like if that's what works for you that's what works for you and if that's your person regardless of how the package is wrapped up they might you know i just hope he did some self-work
[8:16] Because if you came back with the old Shanelle and again, ain't nobody got no time for that. So, I mean, it's just going back to forgiveness. I hope that she truly forgave him and he truly is trying to be a different type of person. Because I feel like people do things and then don't really get over it and then be going back into the relationship. Out of familiarity. Yes, familiarity. And then it's not a healthy situation.
[8:46] Yeah, I agree with that. But I feel like no. It sounds crazy for sure. It sounds crazy. And as long as she has an open heart and she's accepting the kid, that's the other thing that I know some people that go back into relationships and then be like, well, I'm not going to accept your kid.
[9:01] what that's crazy people should accept the whole package regardless of what happened and how the circumstances the kid came about yeah you either have to be all in or not i don't think you can pick and choose like that to me is crazy i agree i need to tie my shoe
[9:20] I don't feel like it. You know what I think is crazy. No, it's okay. I love you, but thank you. You know what I think is crazy? I think a mental health day is not a real thing. Not being a real thing is crazy. What do you mean? I feel like everybody could always use a day. I feel guilty about mental health days. Do you? I hate that for you because I will milk the...
[9:45] hell out of a mental health day. Yeah, I feel guilty about it. I think it's just the way I was raised. Like to, like, just to sit my ass down and be still. I'd be like, ugh, I have so much to do. I have so much to do. I have so many people to answer. I got so many things to do. And I just need to rest. That's interesting because my mom definitely did that. We had mental health days. She would not wake me up for school. And we would go to, like, a matinee movie and lunch. What? My mom would never.
[10:13] my mom be like did you get done get to to-do list don't come out that room my mom was not playing no games i think that gave me anxiety about you getting your to-do list is real my to-do list is real real i've seen the to-do list i told ali i'm trying to find the balance you have to i'm trying to find the relaxation on
[10:37] I can't wait to see his version of you. Oh, my God. Just taking care of a baby. Ugh. Okay. Stressing me out. Now I got anxiety. Me and a baby. Oh, my God. And we're just chilling with the baby nurse and chilling. I love this for me. And then I play with the baby. Me and Big Hayes. Both of y'all stressing me out.
[11:02] love this for us. I love it for y'all. And I'm going to be there and I'm going to come and I'm going to change a diaper or two and I'm going to be like, here with your baby. Goodbye. That's all right. Because in two more years, you're going to be babysitting. You show right about that. I'll drop her off. Come get that cash.
[11:16] Who are we talking to? Where are you calling us from? And what's your crazy? My name is Keisha and I'm calling from Miami, Florida. Okay, Miami. And just a quick question on how you guys handle letting go of toxic relationships. Friendship, relationships, all that good stuff. Well, I feel like friendships and relationships are two different handles.
[11:41] Right. But I do think in both scenarios, you have to choose yourself. So like as painful as it may be something that's not feeding your soul correctly, you just got to let it go. Yeah.
[11:55] And I think the most adult thing is to be honest with the person. Like this is not a healthy situation for me and explain, which most people don't do. Most people like disappear or ghost or like do some weird shit that you're like, whatever happened. So I feel like you should just be like, this doesn't work for me. And I need to move on. What about you, Vanna? I'm the latter, Keisha. I'm disappearing.
[12:23] I do agree with April in, you know, evaluating what is working for you and what's not. And you should only lean into what does work, whether that be a relationship with a partner or a friendship or whatever. But I think the mature thing to do is to have a conversation. I'm trying to lean into that because of my friend's advice here. Because I just don't I'd be like, I don't got time. I'm over it. I'm over it. And I'm done.
[12:50] And I know that that's bad. Thank you, Keisha, for calling us. Thanks, Keisha. You just feel like you're done. Bye. I'll be over it. And done. And done. And over it. I'll be done, but I got to say, I got to go. I got to go. I got to let you know. I got to go. I don't know. I really want to work on that. But.
[13:13] Now, sometimes opposite of her, I keep wanting to have a conversation about letting go. So I would get rid of you, but I would call you back and say, remember, I'm ready. So I'm both going to let it go. One conversation, probably like three. See, but that's, you don't think that's given, you don't think that's given the person like hope, false hope.
[13:40] Maybe. Oh, she calling me back. That's what's going to happen. And you be like, and by the way, I ain't like. Yeah. And then you be like, ah. I just want to let you know because I wasn't done with explaining myself. So for all of you that thought I was going to keep calling back or coming back. She is. I'm not coming. Yeah. I don't know. I wish I wasn't like that, but I am. And I don't know why. And I want to get to the root of it. But that's how I feel. Do you think you treat, obviously, people.
[14:09] you're talking about female relationships. Cause I know you ain't got no guy relationships. So female relationships. I do think people treat male and female relationships differently. And I feel like a lot of women give guys more chances than they do a female. Are you speaking of a relationship, like an actual, like a, in a relationship with this person or a friendship? I feel like guys don't move as weird as some women do.
[14:37] Okay, I agree with that. You think all girls are weird? Not all of them, but I do think that in certain situations, people are just uncomfortable, and they can't just say what it is or act accordingly to how they feel or what the real relationship is. They try to, like, fake it. Like, it's not what it is. Like, if you don't deal with me, that's fine. Just act. That's fine. Let's act accordingly. We don't have to. Well, I think that a lot of people are fake. Yeah.
[15:08] So that should be what we should get to the root of the problem about. The fake people. There's a lot of fake people out here. Fake and phony, unfortunately. Hey! Bitch, you know you don't like me? You said I was looking at you and I was like, Hey, how you doing? The high-pitched hey is the telltale sign. Girl, bye. I hate it.
[15:39] I'd rather you just not speak. Mm-hmm. Agreed. But if y'all know me, you know how I roll. Mm-hmm. That's my face when you speak. Uh-uh. I can't. I cannot. And people say I'm the one because of my face. I'd be chilling. I just act like you did. But when I have 72 conversations. Not talking to me. Should we take another caller? What's going on in my throat? Me too, child. Yeah.
[16:07] The allergy tech ain't clear. Let me clear my throat. Oh, hey. All right now. Is somebody on the phone? Hello. What's your name? Where are you calling us from? And what's your crazy? Hey, I'm Kay. I'm calling you from Atlanta. Yes, A-Town. And...
[16:32] April, you are hilarious. I just want you to know that. You are crazy. In a lot of ways. Just be cackling with y'all. But my question is, do y'all think I'm crazy? Do y'all think this is crazy that I am really a part of the Internet Auntie's Club for Brythe Rory and Bronnie?
[16:53] So what I mean by that is anytime somebody is in y'all comments talking right with us, I'm one of them people that's like, it takes me like 30 seconds to stop myself from like tapping in just like they want my blood nieces and nephews to actually, you know, live my life for. And I think it's a whole career, but I think it's like the black girl delegation and just decided now, you know, I think a lot of it is because maybe Savannah has stepped out. So we get to relate to her a lot more.
[17:21] And y'all, we just feel like protect the gang family at all costs. So I really be sitting there for five seconds like, am I going to run them up about being there? Or am I still not going to feel? I love that. I think that's so sweet. Thank you. That's so sweet. I want to say thank you so much because...
[17:38] It be, it's hard out here. It is hard, but I do feel like that the Everybody's Crazy community has been so kind. Like, even we were talking the other day about reading the comments and just like what the internet has typically brought to the internet. And like, even with podcasts, talk about negative things or whatever.
[17:57] And just how loving and kind this community is, it just makes us proud because that's what we wanted to create was like not fake and phony, people that really stand for something. Like, there's no need to come with that energy because we're not bringing that energy to be here.
[18:15] hating on other people we just give our opinion and i think it's very rational advice except when some people talk crazy but we haven't had a lot of those kinds of calls but we appreciate the support so much the love is definitely appreciated what's your name but i feel like we appreciate the love yeah thank you so much
[18:37] You're welcome. Love the podcast. Y'all are doing great. And I think a lot of times, most of the time, you get the energy duct that you put out into the world. So ignore the crazies. And if you can't trust me, there's some of us out there that'll check them on your behalf. Okay. Thank you so much. Thank you, Casey. See you later. Bye. Y'all have a good night. You too. Hello. Who are we speaking to? Where are you calling us from? And what's your crazy? My name is Megan and I'm from Dallas, Texas.
[19:06] Oh, okay, Dallas. What's your crazy? I'm 17, and I like girls. I just want to know, can I tell my family? Yes. Yeah, I think you should. Are you asking because you are ready to get this information out to people, or you just want, you know, like, are you ready to tell them? No, I'm ready. I'm just, I don't know how to do it.
[19:34] Okay. Well, listen, first of all, you have to live your truth. Yes. When are you going to be 18? In September. Oh, soon. Okay. And you're graduating, you graduated or you're graduating next year? I graduate next year. Okay. And you say your family is homophobic? Yeah, they're homophobic. Is it based on religion or just regular belief or? No, they're just on white dates.
[20:02] I truly think that you speaking a truth will speak volumes. And I think that, you know,
[20:10] if your family loves you and they are willing to support you, then they will be okay with knowing and, you know, knowing who you are wholly and supporting you through it. Let me ask you this. There's layers to family. So there's a media family, like mom and dad, and then there's like a circle out your aunts and uncles, your cousins. Like, is there somebody in your immediate like circle that you, you can confide in that you think will be understanding?
[20:39] My cousin. Okay. So I think you start there. And you have a conversation. And then you build up the strength to tell. Are your mom and dad still together? No. Okay. And you live with what parent? My mom. Okay. Is she an extremist? Like you tell her and she's like, you have to get out. Or she's like, well, you can't do that here or...
[21:08] What do you think would be her reaction? You can't stay here. So this is what I would say. And do you talk to your dad? Yes. Okay. So I say you start with your cousin. All right. We're going to start there. We're going to ease into the conversation. After you're done doing that, give us a call back.
[21:34] Okay. Then we gonna go. Then I say you go to your dad next. So you gotta be strategic about it.
[21:42] Okay. Confide in your dad, take him to lunch, sit down and talk to him. He ain't gonna really flip out because you don't live with him. It's nothing extreme happening. Then you call us back. Then we'll figure out how to approach the mom. And you have a couple allies with you when you approach your mom. So in the event that something happens. Instead of she popping off and being irrational. You get good grades? Yes. Okay. And are you into sports or anything outside of school?
[22:13] I play basketball and I just swimming. Okay, good. So overall, you a good kid. So we're going to ease into the conversation. What do we think about that plan? How do you like that, Vanna James? I love that plan. Yeah. How are you thinking about that plan? How are we feeling? Okay, now if I ease into this and I call y'all back and it don't go right, what happened is?
[22:38] Well, I mean, that's what I'm saying. You're going to start with your cousin. And that's why we're going to ease into it. We're not going right to the mom. I mean, obviously, we can't do anything, but you got to decide. I say you talk to your cousin because the second option is we tell the mom and dad before we go off to college. And then you'll be 18, 18.
[23:04] But let's start with the cousin. If the cousin is understanding, you need a safe haven. So that's where we're going to start. Yeah. And at the end of the day, listen, in two years, you're going to be out of the house, in college, doing your thing. And listen, everybody has to make their get whatever way they are. I mean, I left the house at 17. And right after I graduated, my mom was super religious. She didn't believe in sex. I couldn't listen to secular music. I couldn't do anything. Yeah.
[23:29] Meanwhile, I had a 28 year old boyfriend. I was living my best life. So, I mean, listen, everybody decides their path. You know, like I'm not advising to it, but you do have to speak your truth. In the meantime, though, and in between time, we have a friend named Jedediah Jenkins.
[23:48] that has written a book. If you DM everybody's crazy, I'll send you the title of it. But he came up in a super religious family and his parents were against him being gay. And it's an amazing book. It's a New York Times bestseller. He's an amazing guy. But I think also seeking community and understanding and making sure you know you're supported
[24:11] and your truth and also to journal is a good way of expressing yourself so i'm trying to give you a few different angles my cousin and my dad right your cousin and your dad but we're gonna start with your cousin then you're gonna call us back
[24:26] Don't try to pop too many pistols at once. Give yourself some time. Let's go one step at a time. We ease into it. So the cousin, and then we take a breather, and then... Revisit. Revisit. Come back up with the new plan. Yeah. The new angle. Right. Right.
[24:43] Because I don't know your family, your cousin does, obviously. So they could be supportive in whatever, which way. But it's nothing to be ashamed of. No. And there's a lot of people living their best life. In their truth. In their truth. Yes. With support. Yes. You got this. You got this.
[25:05] Alrighty. Talk to you soon. Thanks for calling us. Thank y'all. I'm going to call y'all back after my cousin. Okay. Call us back, baby. Alrighty. See you later. Bye. You're welcome. Bye. Living your truth. So important, but it's such a like
[25:26] I feel like so many people have so many beliefs about it. And it's like, if that's what your truth is, you can't tell somebody else that's not their truth. Can I tell somebody how to live their life? Not at all. Yeah, it's an unfortunate theories to it. To come up in a supportive environment is always so important. And to the parents out there. Yeah. That are a little rigid, like mine. I'm rigid?
[25:59] Bridget. Am I? April. April. I'm strict. Girl. So I'm talking to myself. Yes. Yes. Yes. But I would be open minded if my kid was into the same sex.
[26:19] What am I rigid about? I like rules and structure. Yeah, I think it's more so that. It's not. Yeah, I like rules and structure. I think you would be super supportive in. That, yes. But I like rules and structure. It's not, you're not going to be buck wild around my house doing whatever you want. Running out my American Express and putting gas on my car. I cannot. Get your own cash. But yeah. I'm strict. A little bit. But it's okay.
[26:42] But that's how you are in all aspects of your life. I think it's just a particular way to life. I'm uptight in my whole life.
[26:51] No, I said a particular way that you like things done. I did not say uptight. What are you talking about? No, very, very type A. You want things done in a very specific way. Get it done. Stop digging around. I am a butterfly. Yeah. Give it whimsical. Give it answer to your fucking emails.
[27:15] what are you looking for me Delaina I had a meeting today it's in five minutes let me put a scarf on get it together working on it goodness gracious
[27:32] Do we have any more callers? I'm a butterfly. Go ahead. Listen to the people. It's skiving. Butterfly. Hello. Who are we speaking to? What is your, where are you from? And what's your crazy? Hey, my name's Kimberly. I'm from Houston. My crazy is I don't really understand why military men are unfaithful. Crazy story. I was dating this guy for probably like seven or eight months.
[28:01] He told me he was getting deployed. Okay, great. You know how that goes. But I wasn't really familiar with, you know, military, how that works, you know, what the procedures are, whatever, whatever. So he told me he was going off the grid. Okay, I expected that. So there was no communication. At some point when I realized, hmm, he should probably be back by now, hadn't heard anything. He randomly popped back up not too long ago. Again, didn't think anything of it.
[28:29] But I was, you know, more cautious and like, okay, where is this going? Like, how do you just kind of ghost and then pop back up type thing? Long story short, about two weeks after he popped back up, I was at the gym. I get a call from the unknown number and I usually don't answer. Somebody told me to answer. This person says, you know, is this Kimberly? Do you know, you know, the person's name? And I was like, who is this? I'm so confused.
[28:59] And again, like we went back and forth, whatever, whatever. Long story short, he tells me, my name is so-and-so and I'm his wife. I said, okay, well, long story short, they've been married 10 years, have a child. Meanwhile, this person is like out here just living life like a single person.
[29:21] So yeah, that's my movie. I don't know if that is just military men. I was going to just say that. I don't think it's specific. I think it's just men. Not all men. I do not think it is all men. But I do think it is a male trait.
[29:40] So, I mean... Which is unfortunate because... It is unfortunate. Like, why? You're wasting your wife's time? You're wasting my time? For what? Like, just be honest from the jump. To be greedy. Yeah, I think that's the question to never have an answer. Yeah. You know, they want their cake and eat it too. I mean, I just feel like you have to be...
[30:02] Yeah. I mean, we get, we've definitely taken a lot of callers over the last few months and I feel like we've had our fair share of infidelity calls. I think people struggle with it more than people admit cause it's embarrassing. And I also think that one of our mutual friends said to me one time, no one is excused. Like,
[30:28] anybody, it can happen to any of us, you know what I mean? Like it can happen to anybody, you know, you think of the most high profile person to the most regular person, you know, it just, it depends on the foundation of the relationship and what you're building. I feel like you have to think about, and one of the things is April speaking, but one of the things that I really realized was,
[30:51] Within therapy was there was certain things I needed to make myself feel secure in a relationship. And I needed the partner to provide that to me so that I would make sure that it felt safe. And you need to find out what those things are for you. So you just are not engaging with people.
[31:08] that are loosey-goosey because I mean even with somebody deployed you could still talk to them on a regular basis there's no need for in this day and age with technology and everything else there's no reason for anybody to be disappearing so if that's what they're on some of it is people's traits I have friends that disappear a lot of guy friends that disappear at times where I be like yo where are you and they be like oh man sorry I was going through it I had to
[31:32] figure out some things. You know, one of my guy friends popped up and was like, oh, I had a baby. I just found out about like, it don't be small things that people are dealing with, but I feel like everyone deals with things differently and you just have to find what works for you. But we both agree. It is quite unfortunate how people move. Like it's always at the expense of someone else's emotions. Always. Yeah. Just like I said, super crazy.
[32:00] I literally sent her whatever she asked me for. I'm like, okay, I mean, if you really want to know, like, I'll tell you because I feel like, you know, she deserves to know.
[32:08] most uncomfortable conversation I've ever had in my entire life. But, you know, I felt like I at least owed that to her. And I was just like, I'm so sorry. Like, I had no idea. And you did nothing wrong. And you just got to move on. Yeah. But we're not going to flag military men. I think we just want to flag men. Certain men. You know what? You're right. It's raining men. We'll be on that bullshit. Yeah, exactly. Yes. What'd you say? I said, I'd be on that bullshit. Okay. Calm down. Calm down. Okay.
[32:35] More often than not. It's so unfortunate. So many good girls out here that's just purely themselves and just want a connection. And people be out here playing. And that's so unfortunate. It's giving and mature. But we're not going to focus on those. We're going to focus on the quality ones. So quality ones.
[32:52] Hit the line. Kimberly said. Kimberly said her hotline bling. Hit her up. It's a hotline bling called Kimberly out of Houston. All righty, Kimberly. Thank you for calling. Thank you, guys. Bye. Have a good one. Bye. Yeah. I wish the hotline was not buzzing with the infidelities.
[33:16] Can y'all please give us a break. We got six months. We got six months left of the year. Oh my gosh. Let's have it be smooth sailing. We want to hear about love. We want to hear about commitment. And no sassy men. I had to read up about that one. He was like, oh, you learned about the sassy men. I still have no fucking clue. This is terrible.
[33:43] I get it. I guess I get the gist of it. But like. What are we doing in 2024? Yeah. No, thanks. Let's take a caller. What's your name? Where are you from? And what's your crazy?
[33:58] My name is Jameez. Hey, my name is Jameez. I'm from Florida. And my crazy is I did not know who Miss April was before everybody's crazy. Well, honey, let me introduce you to the baddest bitch in the land. Okay? Don't make me blush, friend.
[34:20] No, listen, so Savannah is like, in my head, she's like my OG friend. I used to follow your stylist like way back when you were in Miami. I used to watch like all your looks that you used to wear to the games and stuff like that. Thank you. And then when I started watching Everybody's Crazy, I was like, who is this lady? She is such a light. Like the way that you give advice and the way that you listen and the way that you listen
[34:47] you're so inquisitive and you're just so, it seems like you take everybody's situation and you can kind of put yourself in their shoes. And I love that. It's just, I'm like, I don't, I hate the word obsession, but I'm really inspired. I love it. Thank you so much. Oh, I'm blushing. I mean, we've been, we've been hiding our friendship and I think people get to see it in, in real time and it is amazing.
[35:14] Something special, I have to say. Very special. Yeah, it is. And I can see how it works. I see why it works. You have one. I feel like Savannah is the more calm one. Savannah reminds me of me. She is like, you would think she would be like the stuck up mean one until you get to know her and until she get to know you and give you out.
[35:32] you know right but if y'all two were like sitting at a bar and a guy came i feel like april you'll be doing more to talking and savannah be doing more than not and then laughing like i totally get it it's the yin and the yin you hit it right on the head it's the yin and the yin and you i know you were a tourist and one of my best friends i love tourists i'm a libra but one of my best friends is a tourist so i'm like
[35:58] I get her. Like, I feel like she's like a big sister. I'm 31. I'm not sure how old y'all are, but I feel like you a big sister to me. I'm like, do you have any, like...
[36:07] Because I know that you've been working. I think you went to therapy and stuff like that. And I can really tell that you did a lot of work on the inside. Because not only are you beautiful, like you, I can tell you radiate from the inside out. I can tell you did a lot of work on yourself. Do you have any, like, books that you read about this life in general? Lots of great books. So there is a book called Untamed by Glennon Doyle that I really love.
[36:37] who you could be, who you would be if things were different. There is a book called Blended Bending Realities by Victoria Song that I love that really just talks about like,
[36:50] living in a contracted state and just like how to free yourself from that. But we can definitely, if you DM us, I can definitely send you some more books that we've read. And me and Savannah are working on something really special for young women that will be launching at the end of June. So hopefully when this comes out, you'll be able to follow it and it'll be a membership program.
[37:17] where you can join and learn about a lot of things for personal development. So we are really excited about that as well, because I think the more you can focus on healing the inner child and the person that you are inside, the more you can beam outward. And I think that that is like really what has also nurtured me and Savannah's relationship is like both of us doing personal work and growing and,
[37:45] And people, then you see it and people are drawn to something that you see is really genuine because we really are focusing on ourselves and not worried about the outward. So, but I would love to send you any other things, but thank you so much for the kind words. I'm blushing. Welcome. I love it. Thank y'all. I'm such a fan. Thank y'all so much for taking my call. Yeah. Talk to you soon. Have a good night. Bye. Okay. Bye-bye.
[38:14] Oh my God. Look at you. I mean, I hope you know that you give the best, best, best, most thoughtful and and
[38:26] Like from all angles advice. That's why all the people come to you. All the people love you. And I don't even know how you feel, but I do think of it often. Like, is it overwhelming or like, you know, I feel like it's, I just, I feel like I just speak my opinion. Yeah. But it's just like what I feel at the, at that given point.
[38:45] Like, even initially with the last caller, I said, go to your parents. But then once I investigated the situation, I said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. But even to investigate the situation, and like she was saying, to be so invested in trying to get to the root, like, most people would just be like, okay. And you'd be like, no, no, no. We're going to figure this out. This is what we're going to do. Very much your personality. I know this because I'm lucky enough to call you my friend along with other people. But, like...
[39:13] But I feel like figuring something out should be why you have friends. To go through the process together. Like, I don't want to chit-chat about my problems. How the fuck are we getting out of it? Like, I'm not really trying to talk about the bad shit. I'm trying to...
[39:29] Yeah. Keep your head above water. Out of the sand. Yes. Like a hermit. Like, I don't want to be there. Yeah. So, like, I never seeked friendship for that. Like, I have some friends that are stuck, you know? And when people are stuck, especially if you're on the outside and you see it, you're like, come on. Let's go. Like, you got to get out. You got to do it. But that's a really great trait that you have to be like, you got to get out. Come on, let's do it. Whereas...
[39:57] I mean, I hate to say it, but I don't got the words. Like, I don't know where to start. But do you see the person stuck? I see it. Okay. And then when you see it, do you feel, what's the emotion you feel? Damn. Okay. Like, oh, I hate this for you. I want you to be better. But I don't, because I'm still working on my tools. I can't even.
[40:18] lend the hand out to be like, come on, you can do this. Like, I'm still working on myself. Like, I gotta, I gotta figure, I gotta keep my head above the sand. Right. So I see it. And I'm like, what the fuck are you doing? So like, I'm more annoyed. Cause I'm like, you too fucking fly for this. What the fuck is the problem? What's the problem? How are we going to fix the problem? It's not going to happen overnight, but you can't be sitting here chit-chatting about it. Like I have one friend, she keep calling me about the same goddamn problem over and over again. I said,
[40:49] stop calling my phone. Are you going to do the plan I gave you? Or do you need me to give you another plan? Cause you can't keep talking about it. And then I tell you, stop calling me after the third or fifth time. Then don't call me. The third to five time. I'll be like, don't call me no more. But I feel like I'm more frustrated. Cause I hate to see somebody great be stuck. Yeah. Like I'd be like, come on. Yeah. But you, you, I love that. And I appreciate that about you, but I do think that, and I'm just speaking for myself. I,
[41:18] You have to see the light in yourself. And it's hard for people to see the light in themselves to be able to want to do the work to get their head above the sand. But that's the point, people. It's so, it's right there. It is, but it's right there. But it's hard. It's like so close, but so far sometimes in certain situations. Like, gee, it's not far. It's only far if you're dead.
[41:44] I'm just saying. So extreme. But that's the way you should look at it. No, I agree with that. I agree with that. And you're dead. It's too far. I agree with that. But sometimes you, but it's the, it's the realizing that the work needs to be done. That's sometimes harder to do.
[41:58] said then or done than just saying I do not understand that mentality that pisses me off because I feel like the access is here with us like and let and I guess I look at the extreme because I've dealt with death so I'm like okay you're not dead so we can fix this yeah like come on let's go like yeah you still hot you still cute
[42:22] Like there's still so much potential in you. Like look at that. Whatever you want to do. Smoking hot. Fine. Fine. Fine like wine. That's what I'm saying. Let's go. Round two. Round 10. Round 10. Yeah. Let's go. Let's go. Like I feel like people get stuck in like that. And that for me is hard to watch. Especially if anybody close to me. You understand. And I understand people be stuck. But people don't be stuck.
[42:48] Just tell me stuck. No, I agree with that. You've been stuck before? Girl, what? Multiple times. Stuck multiple times. And to be very honest with you, I feel like sometimes my head, I'll be like, let me come up. But it's very personal. It's like what we was talking about before, that imposter syndrome. It's that. But I'll be like, girl, bye. You fine as fuck. You can do this. You got all the things. Your kids is healthy. You healthy. Your husband is thriving. Like, listen, what are we doing? Oh, he's fine. I like that bronco.
[43:21] Yeah, I have to say those things to myself. You can't tell me that I had $2 to my name. I'll be like, what? Oh, he's so hot. That's a great quality to have. So should we take another caller? Hi, what's your name? Where are you calling us from? And what's your crazy? My name is Cassandra. And I'm calling about, my crazy is, I have a friend. She's a little bit crazy.
[43:50] She is 29 and her guy who she's talking to is 50. Mm hmm. And do you think it's crazy that they dated in the past and now they're hooking back like three years later? No. She grown. My husband was 11 years older than me. My mom and dad are 11 years apart.
[44:15] And sometimes some women are attracted to older men, maturity-wise, established-wise. Well, like, he was in a relationship with somebody before this, and he was messing with multiple women before this. And then, like, having her hanging on. So I feel like he probably let them go. So this is what I would say as the friend.
[44:41] So one, you can't really tell somebody what to do. You know what I mean? They got to come to the realization on their own. And I feel like with a situation like that,
[44:55] You can advise. And I think to be a true friend is to give you a true opinion. I do believe that. So I don't believe to censor yourself. But I also feel like there's a reason like when you see them together, does it feel like a healthy situation or it feels unhealthy? I mean, well, I've never seen them together. Like she's talked about it in the past, like talked about it. And she says, like, she would never go back.
[45:21] And then all of a sudden, randomly, he was called one day and then he was like, oh, I'll fly you out. Right. Well, I mean, listen, a lot of people say they don't and then emotions queue up. I feel like,
[45:33] Why don't you go to dinner with them, see how they interact with each other and then decide from there? Like if I could friend, however you feel. Yeah. I feel like you have to see the dynamics to really understand. And you could see it for what it really is when you see it in person. Like, is she with him because of his money? Is she with him because she really likes him? Is she is he with her because it makes sense? Like, yeah.
[45:58] You know, people are in certain situations because it's transactional to them. I'm not saying that I co-sign that at all because I do not. But, I mean, in this day and age, everybody has their own perspective of what kind of relationship they're looking for. So, I mean, if she's not looking for her forever, man, then maybe it is fun and games. You know what I mean? That makes sense.
[46:25] You know, in the meantime, you go live your best life and find you a nice gentleman that loves you. If you don't already have one. Exactly. If you don't already have it. But I mean, you keep... If you have someone that doesn't have a woman. Right. I mean, some people are okay with being one of many, which is very unfortunate, I do have to say. But it is a lot of people okay with that lifestyle out here. It's not our vibe, but okay.
[46:54] And hopefully not yours either. Exactly. Good luck and God bless. And everybody's crazy. Thank you for calling us. Okay, bye. Bye. Oh, boy. Today was good. Today was good. I let out some interesting truths that I don't think you expected.
[47:14] No, I was very stressed. It's okay. That I'm rigid. It's okay, girl. It's fine. We love you for exactly who you are. Listen. Okay. Make sure you zoom in on these eyes. Yeah, because I've really been looking in the camera today. Come on, season two, learning all the things. Okay, well, we love you guys. Thanks for coming back. Season two, episode five.
[47:40] Yep. One more down. It's a wrap. Love you guys. See y'all next time. See ya. Bye. Bye.
