[0:00] When she's handed me one, I said, thanks, mummy.
[0:03] Oh, my God.
[0:22] I'm pissed off, Fawkes.
[0:23] Why?
[0:24] I'm actually fucking over it.
[0:25] I'm not even joking.
[0:26] I know.
[0:27] I'm not acting.
[0:27] I'm actually over it.
[0:28] I've been on the gym.
[0:29] This is not a flex.
[0:30] I wish it was a flex.
[0:32] But I've been on the gym for what feels like fucking 16 years.
[0:36] It's been about six months.
[0:37] When did we go to New York?
[0:38] About five months ago, right?
[0:39] On and off.
[0:40] When was the first time you started going to the gym?
[0:42] Yeah.
[0:43] Probably.
[0:43] When you're like 18?
[0:44] Oh, yeah.
[0:45] Yeah, yeah.
[0:46] Easy.
[0:46] So now that you're 30, that's like, what, 12 years?
[0:49] I'm not 30, yeah.
[0:50] Yeah, but now you're cool.
[0:51] Four months.
[0:52] Yeah.
[0:52] So I'm 29.
[0:53] Now you're old.
[0:54] Yeah, it's been a long time.
[0:55] But I've been going to the gym, what feels like consistently, for the last six months.
[0:59] And I don't have one fucking ab.
[1:03] I've never had an ab in my whole life, and I don't feel like I'm getting any muscle here.
[1:07] But I know you're fed up.
[1:08] about it.
[1:09] No, no, no, no.
[1:10] I know that you're fed up because something popped up when I was on YouTube the other day.
[1:19] Well, I was just looking on our videos and something popped up for our history and I've gone into our history and I've seen back to back videos of, okay, so this is what our history looks like.
[1:31] So the first one is why 92% of people never get abs in capitals, never.
[1:37] The next one, the fastest way to go from 30% to 10% body fat, Dr. Mike Diamonds.
[1:44] I've been watching some shit.
[1:45] The only how to get abs video you need.
[1:49] And then you can go, seriously.
[1:51] And all these like how to eat, how to get abs.
[1:54] There's like all these different.
[1:55] So I know that happened the other day for me.
[1:57] I was like, oh, no, the boy's struggling.
[2:00] I forgot what you shared our saying, YouTube.
[2:01] Oh, my goodness.
[2:03] God, I'm going to have to make a new YouTube account.
[2:04] So why do you want the abs?
[2:06] I've never had abs in my whole existence.
[2:09] I'm not even joking.
[2:10] And I'm a fucking – you know what's even worse?
[2:12] I'm an ectomorph.
[2:13] I'm an ecto.
[2:14] So am I.
[2:14] So are you.
[2:15] I've never seen abs.
[2:16] I've never seen abs.
[2:17] Dude.
[2:17] I've got this little Fatboy Slim set up and this just doesn't work for me.
[2:21] That's an ectomorph.
[2:21] So guys listening, let me just give you a bit of background of my knowledge I've gained over the last few months of me being fed up.
[2:29] YouTube videos.
[2:30] Ectomorph is a skinny person.
[2:33] That's just like a rake.
[2:35] Like, Fax and I, really.
[2:37] And then there's a mesomorph, which is probably like Bill, when you've got a good physique naturally.
[2:44] Just God-given.
[2:45] You're wider at the top, but you're still muscly.
[2:48] You've got a muscly shape.
[2:49] It'd be good to be a mesomorph, wouldn't it?
[2:50] They did studies on natural mesomorph, ectomorph, and then the other ones are endomorph.
[2:55] Mesomorph the pricks.
[2:56] They got the most attractive...
[2:58] That's like Jason Momowas and Chris Hemler.
[3:00] Yeah.
[3:01] They're like the mesomorphs.
[3:01] They obviously work hard as well, but there's a bit of luck in the draw there.
[3:06] They're good, aren't they, mesomorphs?
[3:08] I don't know what's going on.
[3:09] I've been on the gym.
[3:10] Have you noticed a difference in me?
[3:11] No.
[3:12] Sorry.
[3:14] It's the same for me.
[3:15] I'm actually trying.
[3:16] I've been going to the gym as well.
[3:18] I don't even know where I go.
[3:19] What's the point?
[3:19] I don't see any improvement ever.
[3:21] It's fucked.
[3:21] I feel like you go to the gym for four weeks and then you stop for one week and you go backwards for eight weeks.
[3:28] Dude.
[3:28] It's fucking ridiculous.
[3:29] Have you ever heard of a guy that's six foot and weighs 68 kilos?
[3:32] That's me.
[3:33] Six foot.
[3:33] Five, ten, three quarters.
[3:34] 68 kilos.
[3:36] That's just laughable, eh?
[3:37] That's how you are.
[3:38] 68.
[3:38] Yeah.
[3:38] Fuck, you're in the 60s.
[3:40] Yeah.
[3:40] So, you know, I'm over it.
[3:42] I already started eating steak again.
[3:43] Yeah, purely.
[3:44] You came back onto the steak to try and get bigger.
[3:46] Put a bit of mass on.
[3:47] Yeah.
[3:48] You know, it's not working.
[3:48] Anyway.
[3:49] So how long were you off Red Meat?
[3:50] I wanted to talk about this, actually.
[3:51] No steak for seven or eight years because I had a girlfriend that was vegan.
[3:56] I went vegan.
[3:56] Then I went vegetarian.
[3:57] Then I went pescatarian.
[3:59] Then I started eating chicken and fish for years.
[4:01] But now I'm back on the red meat and it fucking tastes good.
[4:03] I'll tell you that much.
[4:04] He's back.
[4:04] He's bulking.
[4:05] I did it for like, you know, get some protein in me and stuff.
[4:09] Yeah.
[4:09] Fucking, it's a fraud.
[4:11] But the point of this is I've studied YouTube, the whole thing.
[4:13] Yeah, we know that.
[4:15] High and low to the depths of it.
[4:16] And I'm sure I've got fellow ectomorphs out there listening to this, struggling to put on a bit of mass to look a bit muscular for their women, woman or men, whoever the fuck they're trying to impress, or themselves.
[4:29] Falcon, the mirror.
[4:30] That's who you should be trying to impress.
[4:31] It is.
[4:31] The man in the mirror.
[4:32] It actually is.
[4:33] I actually want to do this for me.
[4:34] Like I want an ab.
[4:34] Sounds like it's a few other things.
[4:37] I'm under no pressure from anyone else, just so everyone knows.
[4:40] But I want to see an ab or a peck or something.
[4:43] So I'm going to call my mate James Smith.
[4:45] He's a PT.
[4:46] You would have seen him on Instagram maybe.
[4:48] He's got quite a following.
[4:48] And I watch his stuff and I think he's the only one that sounds like he actually talks sense.
[4:53] He doesn't try and like con you into shit.
[4:55] He just like seems like a good guy.
[4:57] I've actually never spoke to him on the phone.
[4:58] So I got his number.
[4:59] So I'm probably kind of going to be nervous talking to him.
[5:02] But anyway, I'm going to call him and try and get some fucking answers of how I can get an ab.
[5:06] Do you want to be in on this with me?
[5:08] I'm here for moral support.
[5:09] But yeah, I wouldn't mind hearing a tip or two.
[5:13] Hello, mate.
[5:13] Hello, James.
[5:15] How's it going?
[5:16] Good.
[5:16] What's going on?
[5:17] Yeah, not a lot, mate.
[5:18] Not a lot.
[5:19] Do you know why I'm calling you?
[5:20] Because I do.
[5:21] I've gave you a little bit of intel.
[5:24] Seems like you need an expert witness with your own kind of fitness regimes.
[5:29] I need a lot more than that.
[5:30] You need help.
[5:31] He needs big help.
[5:31] Hey, James, how are you?
[5:33] How you doing, mate?
[5:33] You all right?
[5:34] So Favx has just rose to me.
[5:35] We've shared the same YouTube.
[5:36] I didn't mean to.
[5:37] I just stumbled across it.
[5:39] And there was all these videos of like how to get abs –
[5:42] now and like the only ab video you need seriously and all this like how to lose 30% body fat right now and all this stuff so I know he's he's struggling he's he needs answers and and a bit of background just so you know just she can try and help me here and we're going to help Falcon as well but this is mainly for my my insecurities I've never had an ab in my whole life and I'm trying to figure out what the fuck's going on because I feel like I've been on the gym probably on average a week
[6:06] for the last six months, probably two to three times a week.
[6:09] And I haven't filled out my shirt in the slightest and I don't have a single ab to show for it.
[6:16] What the fuck am I doing wrong?
[6:18] Right, first thing we're going to need, steroids.
[6:22] Less on them.
[6:24] The fucked up thing is, most people online that you're following that come up on your feeds, that are on YouTube, they do loads of steroids and then they're like, yeah guys, get your creatine in or yeah, follow my meal plan.
[6:35] They're not really that honest.
[6:36] So first of all, the expectations are always a little bit skewed.
[6:39] Second of all,
[6:40] I know you boys quite well.
[6:41] And from a genetic standpoint, like you boys can surf, you can skateboard.
[6:46] I've seen the kickflips.
[6:47] I've seen you hitting the waves.
[6:48] The big guys that bulk in the gym, they haven't got those skills.
[6:51] So it's like one of those grass is greener kind of things.
[6:54] Now the building muscle and the getting the six pack, they're kind of opposite directions.
[6:59] So what are your boys' appetites like?
[7:02] Fuck, I feel like we eat a lot of calories, but they're probably not the good meals.
[7:05] It's weird.
[7:06] Like some days I'll eat three meals, but then some days I'll eat two.
[7:09] Yeah, the thing is with guys who want to build a little bit of muscle, no offense, like the type of guys I've worked with like you guys, they think they're eating a lot.
[7:17] But in reality, they're the same dudes that forget to eat.
[7:19] They're like, oh, it's dinner.
[7:20] I'm like, oh, I haven't eaten yet.
[7:21] And that's a problem.
[7:22] That's true.
[7:23] Going to the gym isn't really the hard part.
[7:25] That's like an hour where you get a nice pump, send a nice picture to your missus.
[7:29] That's the easy part.
[7:30] That's Jack.
[7:31] Get it?
[7:32] Getting people with pretty low appetites to eat enough is a problem.
[7:35] Then the other side of getting the six pack and the abs, mate, I've been in a gym in Bondi.
[7:39] I've seen some girls come in and they're looking good.
[7:41] They're in good shape.
[7:42] And I'm like, what's going on?
[7:43] They changed their outfits five or six times.
[7:46] I said to someone, what's going on?
[7:47] They got lean, they put on the muscle, then they diet so aggressively.
[7:51] Then they rotate like a hundred outfits, five photo shoots for a two week period.
[7:56] Then they post those photos all year round to make it seem like they're like that.
[8:00] And you realize that the majority of the industry that you look up to there, it's all deception.
[8:05] Editing photos, posting the photos all year round.
[8:08] If you guys wanted to get the six pack out, I'm worried you might end up looking a bit gaunt.
[8:13] Oh, shit.
[8:14] Fuck, you're talking too much sense right now.
[8:16] It's true, hey.
[8:17] What if I just want that one photo?
[8:19] You need that one photo.
[8:20] You just need that one photo.
[8:21] I do.
[8:21] Put it on the green, like the selfie shot.
[8:23] What do I do to get that one ab shot?
[8:25] No, we would reduce calories, but you boys haven't got much fat on you as it is.
[8:28] I know, that's the problem.
[8:30] I don't understand why it's so hard to get.
[8:32] Maybe I'm eating too much bread and shit.
[8:34] No, no, no.
[8:34] And even that wouldn't be a problem.
[8:36] So what we would want ideally is a bit of a building phase where we kind of get you guys eating more, trying to train, get your strength up.
[8:42] Now, ideally, the getting bigger bit would be into muscle.
[8:44] We can do that through training and eating enough protein.
[8:46] Then we go into a getting smaller phase where we trim a bit of the fat and try and show off what's there.
[8:50] Okay.
[8:51] So I think...
[8:52] What it is, it's a two-week bulk of this, the hardest bulk ever, and a two-week shred.
[8:58] I just want to look a bit like a bit AFL fit.
[9:01] You know what I mean?
[9:02] Like, I don't want to be bulky.
[9:03] I just want to be a bit like even skate park server fit, but I just need to see a fucking couple abs.
[9:09] Okay, here's my last mind fuck.
[9:11] Do people that play AFL look the way they do because they play AFL, or do they play AFL because of the way they look?
[9:19] So you're telling me I can't sit in this podcast chair all day and eat shit food and look like that?
[9:24] Yeah.
[9:25] Or, but this is the beauty of it, because if you had an AFL physique, you could be wasting your time chasing a ball around a pitch right now, but you're not.
[9:32] See, this is really encouraging.
[9:35] I've pretty much been encouraged to never get abs.
[9:37] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[9:37] Which I'm- He's talking you out of it, which I'm kind of into.
[9:40] Yeah.
[9:41] And even if you did get the abs and you got them, everyone would be like, oh, we've lost touch with you guys.
[9:45] You know, we used to like you.
[9:47] You know, day for it, there was the beer.
[9:48] What's happened to you guys?
[9:49] You know, they go, oh.
[9:51] You know, you either die the hero or live long enough to become the villain.
[9:54] That could be what's happening.
[9:55] Holy shit.
[9:56] I'm into an A. I've called for advice on my six-pack.
[9:59] I've got life guidance.
[10:00] Yeah, 100%.
[10:02] This is what we needed.
[10:03] This is a different call going on right now.
[10:04] I love it.
[10:05] If anyone at home needs, like, PT advice, just call James up and he'll just give you life advice.
[10:08] And you don't even worry.
[10:09] You just...
[10:10] You're fine.
[10:10] Free therapy.
[10:11] It's fucking amazing.
[10:13] But the thing is, I just can't let you get off the phone with all this wisdom and not tell me how to get a fucking six pack in four weeks.
[10:20] I've talked so many people out of this because imagine this, right?
[10:23] When you come into the gym, you lift training, you eat your protein, your chicken, whatever, your life should get better.
[10:28] And if we put muscle growth or performance or like running your first 10k, your life gets better.
[10:32] But if you come to me and your sole goal is to get skinnier to the point you have a six pack, your life is going to get objectively worse.
[10:39] Every week towards that six pack, everything from a physiological to a psychological, you'll be hungry.
[10:44] So what we epitomize in fitness is so fucking wrong.
[10:47] So I wish I could, but it'd be going against everything I've done so far.
[10:51] I love it.
[10:52] I love it.
[10:54] I'm all fucking for it.
[10:55] I've given up.
[10:56] I don't even care anymore.
[10:57] I don't even care.
[10:58] You've heard it first.
[10:59] I'm quitting the gym.
[11:00] I'm quitting today.
[11:02] I love it.
[11:02] So you can get a healthy physique, like abs and fucking all that, but it just takes a lot longer than four weeks.
[11:09] There's no quick fix.
[11:10] And you know what?
[11:11] Most PTs that you know aren't PTs because they're good at the job.
[11:14] They just look like one.
[11:15] These guys with the six packs, like I say, they can't do a kickflip.
[11:18] I've tried to tell Bill and Liam that they have been born with a better physique and they don't fucking accept it.
[11:24] And I love that you've said that because as if it's not true.
[11:27] Genetics is one of the biggest factors in whether or not you'll look good.
[11:30] Everything else, you're just fighting against your current set of genetics.
[11:33] So you've got to play the cards you're dealt with.
[11:34] As long as you remain active and you don't drink more than once or twice a week, forever, you'll be fine.
[11:38] Okay, I'm playing the card I've been dealt.
[11:40] Fat boy slim.
[11:41] Let's go.
[11:42] I'm over it.
[11:43] Yeah, exactly.
[11:44] Happy fat boy slim.
[11:45] Let's go.
[11:46] Fire up.
[11:47] Go the ectomorphs.
[11:48] Fuck it over.
[11:48] Fuck the mesomorphs.
[11:49] James, we can't relate to you mesomorphs, but it's been good chatting.
[11:52] Thank you very much.
[11:53] Cheers, boys.
[11:54] All the best.
[11:54] Anything you need, you hit me up.
[11:56] Okay.
[11:56] Legend.
[11:57] See you.
[11:57] See you.
[11:57] Bye-bye.
[11:58] Well, that solved all problems.
[12:00] Wasn't the advice you came for, but it was the advice you needed.
[12:03] Oh, fuck.
[12:04] Huh?
[12:04] How's that?
[12:05] Guys, just be happy with the cars you dealt with.
[12:07] Obviously, be healthy and do fun things.
[12:10] And you don't have to be this Instagram model, you know?
[12:14] You just be happy.
[12:16] Just be happy.
[12:17] Yeah.
[12:17] Don't make yourself unhealthy to look a certain way.
[12:20] Yeah, yeah.
[12:20] We're active as fuck.
[12:22] already.
[12:22] So I feel healthy, which is good.
[12:24] I just wanted to see a couple of abs.
[12:26] I might get there, but right now, fucking Buddha, I just spoke some pure wisdom in my ear and I'm going to take it.
[12:32] Staying seated.
[12:32] Staying seated for a while.
[12:33] XO Mulse for life.
[12:43] A couple of months back now, we did a bit of a round table with me, Jack, Bill and Dom about times of being friend-zoned.
[12:50] We tried to get vulnerable, just be like, it's all right to get friend-zoned every now and again.
[12:54] So we've got another friend here today who's going to put his hat in the ring and join the boat with us.
[13:00] We're sinking.
[13:00] We're sinking faster.
[13:01] We need hands on deck.
[13:03] We try and really justify how hurt we are.
[13:06] It's okay to feel that, you know?
[13:09] So we've got Forrest in the studio today to tell us about time.
[13:12] He's been friend-zoned.
[13:14] That's right.
[13:14] So I wanted to bury this deep and then I was touched by you guys opening up and talking about it and then you've realised that- So you got FOMO.
[13:20] Well, it was just like I was pissing myself laughing, especially at Dom's one, and then I thought-
[13:25] Yeah, if you can give people a laugh at your own expense, then why not?
[13:29] Exactly.
[13:30] It's a bit of therapy.
[13:31] It's heavy though.
[13:32] It's so heavy.
[13:33] I don't think of anything worse.
[13:34] Friendzoned is like up there with the worst, especially because when you have feelings and you imagine your whole life with them.
[13:40] Dude, that's not even funny.
[13:41] And then you just get friendzoned and it's just like the most humbling experience you could ever get.
[13:46] What's worse than knowing you're not worthy?
[13:50] Oh, yeah, that's it.
[13:52] I had a more optimistic take on the whole thing.
[13:55] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[13:56] Have you told anyone this?
[13:58] I don't reckon.
[13:59] Here we go.
[14:00] Falcon was there, so we've kind of like...
[14:03] But even at the time, like... No, no, so bad it was.
[14:06] We were all in...
[14:08] France.
[14:08] We've talked about this sailing trip down the coast of Europe in 2019 before.
[14:11] But anyway, we're in France.
[14:12] We're in Hossiga.
[14:13] Me, Billy and Falcon living on this little boat, passing through that town for a few weeks.
[14:17] And it was the time that Falcon fell in love with lovely Flora.
[14:21] And so it's middle of summer.
[14:22] It was like Bastille day.
[14:24] Vibes were high.
[14:25] Boys are ready to fall in love.
[14:26] Your summer's good.
[14:27] Yeah, it's the best.
[14:29] Like, we went to Hossie going, there was something magical about it.
[14:31] Like, it was- Mid-20s, like- Oh, and like, it was just love was in the air.
[14:34] Like, I've kind of had my first love.
[14:36] Like, I found my first love.
[14:37] Like, this- You didn't get friend-zoned.
[14:39] Didn't get friend-zoned.
[14:39] And this was happening at the same time as you were onto a love interest.
[14:43] Yeah.
[14:44] So, Falcon had met Flora the night before, and then it was only the next day that-
[14:48] You were going to have your first proper date with her, right?
[14:50] And I'd match with this stunning Norwegian girl on Tinder.
[14:54] I couldn't believe it.
[14:56] And we pretty much organized a double date.
[14:58] We'd all gone out as dinner with friends and then the four of us peeled off and in the evening we went to the place where everyone goes and hosts.
[15:04] Yeah, the surfing, isn't it?
[15:06] Yeah, it's like a little bar there.
[15:08] And so we get there, the four of us, we've kind of all just had dinner.
[15:10] And so is this the first time meeting her?
[15:12] Yeah, that was the first time.
[15:14] Yeah.
[15:14] Okay.
[15:15] Yeah, yeah.
[15:15] And so at this point, yeah, still basically a first date for Falcon and Flora as well.
[15:19] So it's like everyone's kind of on the, you know, like nervy getting to know each other.
[15:22] Yeah, exactly.
[15:23] Oh, so exciting.
[15:25] Oh, dude.
[15:26] And so we go into this place and it's early in the Arvo.
[15:29] So they had this band set up and start playing like live music, right?
[15:33] And we're kind of just standing on the edge of it and no one's dancing.
[15:36] And this Norwegian girl is like beautiful, confident.
[15:39] She's like a music lawyer in Oslo or some shit.
[15:41] Yeah, has it life sorted, hey?
[15:44] So she's like the kind of person who's going to be the first one to jump in and start dancing like by herself.
[15:48] Like what a power move.
[15:49] Yeah.
[15:50] And so I see this happen where me back in and Flora stand and she just goes in, just starts dancing by herself, just like loving life.
[15:57] No one else on the dance floor.
[15:58] No one.
[15:58] And then she starts like gesturing to me.
[16:01] It's so heavy.
[16:02] Yeah, and I think Flora started dancing as well.
[16:04] So it's just me and you stand to the side, like the two dudes on the side of the dance floor.
[16:08] This is like in between and shit.
[16:09] Yeah, yeah.
[16:09] And so...
[16:11] And, like, I should probably give some context.
[16:13] You boys are pretty famous for your dancing.
[16:15] I feel like I've always been the one in the friend group who's just so shit normal to dancing.
[16:20] I love it, man.
[16:21] Right now, Forrest is wiping his hands.
[16:24] I'm rattled.
[16:24] I'm sweaty.
[16:25] Your palms sweaty as fuck.
[16:27] Oh, dude.
[16:28] Let me feel them.
[16:30] Oh, they're clever ass.
[16:31] Oh, dude.
[16:32] But I felt like at the time, I'm like, this is just a moment in a man's life where you just got to step up, man up, no matter how awkward it is.
[16:40] Oh, my, dude.
[16:41] And so I get in there and I'm just like trying to dance with her and like doing my best.
[16:45] And then it was literally a scene out in between us.
[16:49] So like the two girls are dancing.
[16:50] There's no one else in the dance floor.
[16:52] There's heaps of people around.
[16:53] And me and Forrest are like standing back to the side a bit.
[16:56] And he's like, oh, should we go in there?
[16:57] And I was like.
[16:58] fuck no.
[16:59] Like I'm not, and I'm like, I'm like confident in dancing stuff.
[17:01] And I was like, nah, like I can't do that.
[17:04] And then Forrest is like, like not even looking at me, like just staring at them.
[17:08] And he just goes, fuck it.
[17:10] And starts walking towards him.
[17:11] Like, like in between the dancing, like doing this little hop and scotch, like dancing to one of these girls.
[17:16] I remember the girls looking like, kind of like scared.
[17:18] And he's like dancing to one little leprechaun going.
[17:22] Everyone in the whole building was like, it was like, I was going, I was literally going, Forrest, pull out.
[17:27] Like, I was like, no, Forrest.
[17:30] When it hit me was like, I thought it wasn't going that bad.
[17:32] And then I look over to you and you looked so ratted for you.
[17:37] Like half laughing, half like something heavy was going down.
[17:40] And I was like, oh, no.
[17:42] So you looked at him for backup and support?
[17:44] Dude, no backup to be fair.
[17:46] It was like a car crash like happening in front of me.
[17:48] And I was like, no, and I needed to go.
[17:50] Like I should have went and supported him.
[17:52] But there was too much trauma on the dance floor.
[17:54] I didn't even go in.
[17:55] Imagine how awkward it was if Falcon didn't go in.
[17:58] Why didn't you go in?
[17:59] Because it was like a car crash happening.
[18:01] I know.
[18:02] I should have went in there from where I was at port, but the man was going down.
[18:05] But then what?
[18:05] Like, what did you do then?
[18:07] Oh, maybe I came in and like a little dance at the very end, but like.
[18:10] I can't remember that.
[18:11] I think the song.
[18:12] Yeah, you can.
[18:12] I think the song ended like from the band and it was like silent and everyone was like, whoa, what just happened?
[18:19] Dude.
[18:20] Anyway.
[18:20] Oh, shit.
[18:21] So that, the next couple, we've got a couple of days now.
[18:25] You need to rebuild from that.
[18:27] Wait, do you regret that?
[18:28] Be honest.
[18:30] Probably.
[18:31] I don't know.
[18:32] I don't know.
[18:34] Sorry, keep going.
[18:36] Oh, man.
[18:36] And so anyway, from here on though, like Falcon and Flora's romance just blossoms, right?
[18:43] Like it's just beautiful to watch.
[18:44] It's like literally the first time you've said you've fallen in love was amazing.
[18:47] It was so nice.
[18:49] And I'm just like waiting for the same thing to happen.
[18:51] And the next couple of days we'd hang out heaps.
[18:55] Like she was so keen to like have surf lessons and we're hanging out all the time.
[18:59] Yeah, you were taking for surf lessons and then – so we were living on the boat and they were coming over for dinner on the boat, like on the harbour.
[19:05] So we're having these like little cook-ups on the boat.
[19:07] Like it was just playing cards and –
[19:09] It was almost perfect.
[19:11] Almost.
[19:12] Almost.
[19:13] And, yeah, and it just like I just kept – I was just in denial.
[19:17] I was like, no, I'm not getting friend zone, even though we haven't really hooked up.
[19:20] I think it was one little kiss on the first night.
[19:22] And so I was just like not giving up, not giving up.
[19:26] And then it kind of – it just got to the point where –
[19:29] It was like the last night.
[19:31] By this stage, she's become like really good mates with Flora.
[19:33] We're staying at Flora's house.
[19:35] And I'm walking her home.
[19:36] And do you remember like Flora had this like beautiful garden like at the front, like all roses and stuff.
[19:42] Anyway, I'm like, it's the end of the trip.
[19:44] Surely like I can at least go away and we can sail off to Spain like feeling good if we, I don't know, have a little kiss under the flowers.
[19:51] Under the mistletoe.
[19:52] Yeah.
[19:52] Oh, yeah.
[19:53] And this is so heavy I don't really want to talk about it, but I don't know why in hindsight.
[20:00] But anyway, we're walking, about to say goodbye forever, and I was like, oh, well, I don't know whether to give you a hug or a kiss.
[20:07] Oh, my God.
[20:09] She just pauses and just goes, I think a hug will be fine.
[20:15] No.
[20:15] Dude.
[20:17] Oh, my God.
[20:18] That is- Who puts themselves in that situation?
[20:20] Oh, my God.
[20:21] I don't know if you give a hug or a kiss.
[20:23] Oh, my God.
[20:24] I think a hug will be fine.
[20:26] Dude, that's rattling, hey.
[20:29] That's just like- Jack's red in the face, crying.
[20:32] Dude.
[20:33] What did you think?
[20:34] Your whole stomach would have dropped when she said that, hey.
[20:37] I wasn't even angry.
[20:37] I was angry at myself.
[20:38] I was like, why did you- What did you-
[20:40] What answer did you expect to get after hanging out for the last couple of days just as mates?
[20:45] So bad.
[20:46] I mean, you never know.
[20:47] Yeah.
[20:48] You hope for the best.
[20:49] You shot your shot.
[20:50] I'll never be left waiting, that's for sure.
[20:52] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[20:52] I'll be left wondering, I mean.
[20:54] She just goes, oh, hug will be fine.
[20:57] It's like a genuine awkward silence and then, oh, hug will be fine.
[21:01] Oh, my fuck.
[21:04] You would have walked away Alright, we'll have a good life And you would have walked away thinking like You've just been so rattled Oh dude, I've tried to like block it out of my head Because no one talks about those Usually people don't talk about their rejection stories And that's why when I heard you all talking about it A couple of months ago, you realise that you're not alone Everyone's been there Maybe not everyone, but a lot Oh my god The first people you tell is a big audience that don't know you Character building How do you feel better?
[21:32] Do I feel better?
[21:32] Sure.
[21:33] Yeah.
[21:33] Yeah, having a laugh.
[21:34] Having a laugh.
[21:35] It's not six years.
[21:35] It was five years ago.
[21:36] Oh, a hug.
[21:37] That is so good.
[21:38] Yeah.
[21:39] You keep in touch?
[21:41] Every now and then, little message.
[21:42] Should we face Tomo?
[21:44] Oh, that's amazing.
[21:46] Thanks for sharing for us.
[21:47] No worries.
[21:48] That was brutal.
[21:49] I love it.
[21:50] Oh, fuck it.
[21:51] Heading straight to Bondi after this for a first hinge date in a couple of months.
[21:54] No, you're not.
[21:55] You can do it all over again.
[21:56] Don't ask for the hug.
[21:57] Don't ask for the hug.
[21:59] Oh, shit.
[21:59] Thanks, guys.
[22:00] See you next time.
[22:09] We have Tom and Eddie from the Hello Sport podcast in the studio again today with us.
[22:13] Hey, boys.
[22:14] Hello, hello.
[22:14] Hello, hello.
[22:15] Because they're in the studio today, we thought we'd talk about times where we've done some sporting achievements ourselves.
[22:22] Some good, some bad.
[22:23] I don't know.
[22:24] But just something that sticks out.
[22:26] Sporting moments.
[22:27] So it's just funniest.
[22:28] Yeah, I think so.
[22:29] It was one of the greatest achievements.
[22:32] Oh, you want to talk about my greatest achievements?
[22:35] Under 11, 200 metres, Dubbo Western Carnival.
[22:38] What were your sports?
[22:40] Rugby Union, athletics, little A's.
[22:42] Cricket.
[22:43] I did little A's.
[22:45] Calling it little A's is a flex, though.
[22:47] It's little athletics.
[22:47] Little A's is when you're like, we're probably good at it.
[22:49] Yeah.
[22:50] I did little athletics and I quit.
[22:52] Okay.
[22:53] Yeah.
[22:53] Okay.
[22:54] Well, I got a story.
[22:55] I was trying to think of some story and I remember this time where I went to like my, one of my first ever surf comps.
[23:00] So when I was younger, my cousin that was older than me, he was like a really good surfer sponsor and everything.
[23:05] And he'd go to all these comps.
[23:06] He's like, come to this comp with me.
[23:08] And I was like starting to feel like I was surfing.
[23:09] All right.
[23:10] So I was like, fuck it.
[23:10] All right, I'll come.
[23:11] I was checking the swell like a week out and this like 50 year swell was coming.
[23:16] No, no, no, because I hate Big Sur.
[23:18] And literally this 50-year storm was coming to Caffin Hill Bay, and that's where we were fucking heading.
[23:23] And we drove like four hours up there and rocked up, and it was like this crazy storm was like literally the biggest.
[23:28] 50-year storm.
[23:29] Like this huge swell.
[23:31] I was trying to play the card.
[23:32] We're like, I'm sick.
[23:33] You know, and you're like sick.
[23:34] I'm like, oh, I'm going sick.
[23:35] You've driven all the way up there.
[23:36] Yeah, I'm like, oh, I'm sick.
[23:37] I feel a bit crook and they're like, no, you're fine.
[23:39] And you know when you just want your mum to be like, she'd be the only one to be like, no, you don't have to go out.
[23:43] Everyone else there is.
[23:44] She's giving me permission.
[23:45] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[23:46] But no one was giving me permission.
[23:47] So I went down to the surf, put the ration on, and it was like so fucking big and scary.
[23:51] I was shitting myself.
[23:53] Ended up trying to paddle out and these people couldn't get out because it was like so big.
[23:57] For some reason the fucking ocean just stopped and I just got all the way out there and I'm like, fuck.
[24:00] Fuck, I'm out here.
[24:01] Oh, that's scary.
[24:02] I'm out here.
[24:02] And I was like sitting 50 metres past everyone else to shit myself and didn't catch a wave the whole surf.
[24:07] I was like two minutes ago, so I paddled in and like a wave kind of came to me and everyone's like, oh, go.
[24:12] Oh, yuck.
[24:13] Go.
[24:13] And then like I was like, yeah, I'm just going to pretend paddle into it, but then like kind of picked up.
[24:17] And because I didn't paddle hard enough, I was on the top of this wave and just dropped from the top.
[24:20] I feel like I jumped from like a six-metre building, like six-metre building and I was screaming like, what?
[24:28] Got fucked up and literally had maybe like a 10-wave set on my head where I was screaming for help.
[24:35] I was screaming help and waving my hand for like a lifeguard.
[24:39] To pick me up in this surf comp.
[24:42] In a surf comp?
[24:43] In a surf comp like screaming for help, waving my hand like this little wimp.
[24:47] All these prone servers and then I end up making it to the beach.
[24:50] We were talking about this the other day.
[24:50] If you're at Bondi or somewhere and they rescue you, I'd rather die.
[24:54] No, yeah, I'd rather die.
[24:55] Imagine a busy summer day.
[24:57] Bondi, getting carried up the beach.
[24:59] Oh, my God.
[25:00] Film crew.
[25:00] Film crew on your face.
[25:02] I'd just be in play, dude, wouldn't you?
[25:03] Oh, fuck.
[25:03] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[25:04] You'd just be spitting at one.
[25:05] Exactly.
[25:06] You did not want to get rested.
[25:07] All your respect is just leaving your body when you're waving that hand out.
[25:10] And a surf comp, too.
[25:11] Surf comp, and I made it in and fucking, yeah, I survived it, but it was fucking traumatic.
[25:16] Did people see you?
[25:17] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[25:18] It was embarrassing as fuck.
[25:20] That's so awful.
[25:21] I remember just sitting in the car afterwards.
[25:23] I didn't even leave the car.
[25:23] You know when you're sitting in the back of the car like, I'm not getting out of the car.
[25:26] Let's go home, mum.
[25:27] I'm ready to go home.
[25:28] You go missing, shave your head and shit.
[25:29] Yeah, that was my little fucking...
[25:30] Moment.
[25:32] I was playing.
[25:32] I played under 10s soccer and we had like this shit hot team.
[25:36] I wasn't very good, but it was a good team.
[25:38] We were undefeated the whole year.
[25:39] And we get to the grand final.
[25:41] I was a defender.
[25:42] Again, you're 10, right?
[25:43] So it's not like you're playing against Ronaldo's here, but like this ball's like bouncing towards you.
[25:46] And I'm like, all right, let's go and boot this thing down the other way.
[25:49] And I've swung my leg around.
[25:50] It's like hit me in the shin.
[25:51] I just couldn't have mistimed it anymore.
[25:54] And, like, it sort of spun over my shin, like, picked up speed.
[25:57] And then it's hit the ground and just sped up and rolled behind me for an own goal.
[26:01] And I'm like, I've just got this memory laying on the ground just watching it roll in.
[26:04] Now, obviously, I do, in my deepest, darkest moments, still blame the goalkeeper for fucking not being there.
[26:10] Oh, no.
[26:11] Oh, I don't know about that.
[26:13] It goes in and then we lose our first game 1-0.
[26:16] No, no.
[26:18] 1-0, that's it.
[26:19] My old man's there and I know he thinks I'm a loser, but he's like, you're all right, mate.
[26:23] Don't worry, it's all good.
[26:24] And it's like, it's actually not all good.
[26:25] I've never forgotten it.
[26:26] I think about it all the time.
[26:27] It's not.
[26:28] And I'm still telling the fucking story.
[26:29] But it would have been worse if your old man goes, you're a disgrace.
[26:31] Well, yeah, no, that would have been worse.
[26:33] He probably feels that way.
[26:35] Of course he did.
[26:36] Of course he felt that way.
[26:38] All the parents, all the dads would have been looking at him.
[26:39] Is that your boy?
[26:40] Yeah.
[26:41] And, like, you know, your teammates are like, don't worry about it, man.
[26:44] It's like we hadn't lost a game.
[26:46] And the worst thing is there's one nil and it was only from your goal.
[26:49] From me?
[26:49] No.
[26:50] No, they didn't do anything otherwise.
[26:52] Oh, my God.
[26:54] That's trauma.
[26:54] Yeah, dude.
[26:55] It's so bad.
[26:56] I'm actually sweating.
[26:56] How early in the game was it?
[26:58] First half.
[26:59] Okay.
[26:59] So you had to live with that.
[27:01] Dude, I was crying at half.
[27:04] Where was the keeper?
[27:06] That's what I mean, dude.
[27:06] Could have spun that fucking fast.
[27:07] I think his name was Duncan as well.
[27:09] I don't remember.
[27:10] I'm like, Duncan, what the fuck?
[27:12] Where were you?
[27:13] Because I've done this.
[27:14] Oh, you have done it as well.
[27:15] You know, in the same circumstance.
[27:17] I wasn't going to file because I would not be able to sleep at night.
[27:20] No, no.
[27:21] I was a striker.
[27:23] So I was up the front under eights or some shit.
[27:25] I was old enough to know better and, like, be conscious.
[27:28] I have thoughts and shit.
[27:29] So crack, force is even worse.
[27:32] He doesn't have them anymore.
[27:33] He used to have them.
[27:35] So I'm running up the field.
[27:36] So the ball come to me, right, and I don't know what the fuck happened.
[27:39] I just got the ball up near my goal and went, fuck yeah, and I started dribbling the whole field, dodging people.
[27:48] Everyone was just clearing the way.
[27:49] And I was like, dude, I am fucking messy.
[27:51] Like this is going down right now.
[27:53] No one wants to come near you.
[27:54] So can we get away from you?
[27:56] I ran that like 80 metres from where I was and I ran all the way and then got to my goal and the fucking goalie just stood there and I just booted it straight in.
[28:05] I didn't notice.
[28:06] I ran back up going with my hands in the air like this.
[28:09] Oh, my God.
[28:11] claiming it screaming you and shit Tim Cahill Fox and things and everyone was silent and I was like what the fuck and then I realised what happened don't you know your own goal yeah don't you look at your own play he's my best mate Tyson Wickham no way I'd be like hey dude what the fuck are you doing where are you going did anyone say anything or you're just in your own head no it's just in my head I was this superstar yeah
[28:32] And then what happened after that?
[28:33] Like you got your own goal and then you got a drop shot.
[28:36] Yeah, no, just like fully rattled like for weeks.
[28:39] I don't remember anything.
[28:40] You shouldn't have played again.
[28:41] That should be the last one.
[28:43] Get off the train.
[28:44] That is, I can't believe you looked at your goalie and you're like, hmm, best mate.
[28:48] I don't give a shit.
[28:49] This would be easy.
[28:49] The realisation about after you do something like that.
[28:52] Yeah, it's like when my sister caught me wanking.
[28:54] Would you, if you could, which would you prefer, to erase the goal from your life or the sister?
[28:58] Oh, the sister.
[28:59] Yeah.
[28:59] I should hope so.
[29:00] That would be a trick question.
[29:02] That was a true 100%.
[29:04] But I know what you mean.
[29:05] That's sort of my story.
[29:06] I haven't got any, like, own goals or any big fuck-ups or any, like, crying on the beach.
[29:11] But it's a different sort of trauma, though, you know?
[29:13] Basically, it was my mum's time to do the oranges, and so she brought them out at halftime.
[29:19] And I'm, like, too old for this to have happened at this point.
[29:22] I was definitely in high school, probably.
[29:24] Oh, Jesus.
[29:25] And when she's handed me one, I said, thanks, mummy.
[29:27] And all the boys just... Oh!
[29:29] Oh!
[29:30] Oh, my God.
[29:32] And you could just see, like, I think one of my mates goes, Mummy.
[29:39] Oh, no.
[29:40] Too old for a mummy, mate.
[29:41] How the hell is that?
[29:42] I would have been in year seven, I reckon, because it was too old.
[29:46] If you're in year 12 and you did it, someone would just be like, but in year seven, you're trying to be cool.
[29:50] And you're trying to be cool.
[29:51] You know?
[29:51] You're like, I don't want anything to draw attention to me here.
[29:53] And then dropping a mummy, my God.
[29:55] It just fell out of me, though.
[29:57] It caught me off guard.
[29:58] I was like, oh, my God.
[29:59] Even your mum's going, whoa.
[30:00] Yeah.
[30:01] Relax, man.
[30:03] That's funny.
[30:04] fucking disgusting.
[30:05] Yeah, yeah, it's so rank.
[30:06] The second half's a blur.
[30:08] It's just a write-off.
[30:09] You lose all cred with the boys.
[30:11] Oh, no.
[30:13] I'm itchy.
[30:14] Look, I'm itchy.
[30:15] Oh, dude.
[30:16] I'm sweating.
[30:16] Dude, my head's fucking wet.
[30:18] That's a good laugh.
[30:18] I needed that.
[30:19] Yeah, that was good.
[30:20] I needed that.
[30:29] This is how we D. We put the M's after that and then the S. It is DM's time.
[30:39] Wow.
[30:40] Shit.
[30:40] That is off the dome.
[30:41] Probably one of the most creative ways of DMs has been brought in in the last many months.
[30:46] Thanks for this.
[30:47] End the game.
[30:47] End the game.
[30:48] No, stop.
[30:49] That's copyright.
[30:50] You can't be doing that.
[30:51] So the first DM here is from Daniel.
[30:53] It says, if you really want to give your missus the ick, take a piss sitting down on the toilet.
[30:57] Make sure she sees it.
[30:58] My missus hates it.
[30:59] I do it every night.
[31:00] I do it.
[31:01] Oh.
[31:01] All the time.
[31:03] All the time.
[31:04] I love it.
[31:04] It's all I do.
[31:05] I love it.
[31:06] In front of her every time.
[31:07] Same.
[31:08] It's actually really gross.
[31:09] I'd be in the bathroom brushing your teeth and I'd just be sitting there just peeing and just like, yeah, chatting.
[31:14] What?
[31:15] What the hell?
[31:15] That's a bit weird.
[31:16] Is it?
[31:16] It's a bit sus.
[31:18] I just do it when I get up at like 3 a.m. Obviously, I'm not fucking aiming.
[31:22] Every time I'm in the toilet, I sit down.
[31:25] Every time?
[31:26] I just can look at her and chat.
[31:29] What the?
[31:30] Fuck.
[31:31] That's a bit weird, I think.
[31:33] No weeks given here.
[31:34] Not so far.
[31:35] But like.
[31:36] Why?
[31:36] It's just.
[31:37] It's so much more comfy.
[31:38] You say you always sit down to piss.
[31:39] Yeah, I do overnight.
[31:41] But not in the day.
[31:42] Not only when the night falls, when the doctor's erosion.
[31:45] My girl is there and I just need to do a quick piss.
[31:49] Like just pinching you of your legs like all closed up and like pissing, like looking up at her.
[31:55] It's just super weird, eh?
[31:57] Anyway, it hasn't got the dick yet, I don't think.
[31:59] I don't think.
[32:00] All right.
[32:01] I'd love to see a photo of that or something.
[32:03] That's fucked up.
[32:05] No judgment though.
[32:06] Keegan, just listened to all the eps from the start again.
[32:09] Just wanted to know how difficult it is to mention names of people you talk about, especially if you're dating.
[32:15] Do you accidentally say it, but you have to edit it out?
[32:17] P.S.
[32:18] Love the fake names you choose like Margaret.
[32:21] Yeah, dating's all just normal stories.
[32:23] There's just been – we've thrown in some random names.
[32:26] You do, and you have some slip-ups.
[32:27] Yeah.
[32:27] Like when you say their name accidentally when you're on a roll talking.
[32:30] Has everyone – And you're like, oh, yeah.
[32:32] And then we edit that out.
[32:33] But it's hard when you're talking about a story that's super vulnerable or about someone that –
[32:39] you don't want them to know or you don't want anyone to know it's about them.
[32:42] Yeah.
[32:42] And you're just constantly thinking the whole time of if it's going to, when it's going to slip out.
[32:49] Yeah.
[32:49] It's very easy to talk about our vulnerability stuff, but when you're talking about someone else's story, even if they're okay with it, you don't really want to, I don't know.
[32:56] It is a bit weird, but it's fun.
[32:58] It's fun bringing up names.
[32:59] That's why we make up names.
[33:00] Yeah.
[33:00] Like Margaret and Duffy.
[33:02] All right.
[33:02] Cameron, I missed the travel guidebooks.
[33:04] Have you got any travels coming up on the pod?
[33:07] Oh, I love that.
[33:08] He said that.
[33:08] Good man.
[33:09] We've got a lot of traveling coming up on Camo.
[33:13] We're going to Europe in July and there's a big event on in July that we might be heading to.
[33:18] I'm fucking real keen because we've got the travel.
[33:20] I'm going to the Mentali soon.
[33:22] Oh, you are too.
[33:23] Yeah.
[33:23] I'm going on a solo mission somewhere.
[33:24] Yeah.
[33:25] I don't know where either.
[33:26] That would be some stories out of them.
[33:27] Yeah, and I'm going to my first overseas trip with Daffy.
[33:31] Oh, yeah.
[33:32] Holy fuck.
[33:33] Yeah, it's all happening.
[33:34] Just for a few days after my personal.
[33:36] I'm going to find myself.
[33:37] Yeah.
[33:37] I don't really think I need it.
[33:39] I'm perfect.
[33:40] I think it could be good.
[33:43] I'm going to go on some road trip.
[33:44] So we will have travel guides.
[33:45] Maybe this is just inspiring to make a travel guide for next week maybe.
[33:49] I don't know.
[33:50] We'll have a think in the brain noggin.
[33:52] Thanks for bringing that up, Kevin.
[33:54] Yeah.
[33:54] All right.
[33:55] Inspo.
[33:56] We're a little inspo here.
[33:57] Guess who it's from.
[33:58] I'll give you one guess.
[33:59] It's from you.
[34:00] Who gives out?
[34:00] No.
[34:01] Besides me, who gives out the best inspo?
[34:05] Liam?
[34:06] No, like, come on.
[34:08] Oh, Tony Robbins.
[34:10] Buddha.
[34:11] Oh, Buddha.
[34:11] Buddha himself.
[34:12] Okay.
[34:13] Good guy.
[34:14] Great guy.
[34:15] What did he do?
[34:15] He texted us last night?
[34:18] A couple of weeks ago, he sent it in the DMs.
[34:19] I didn't reply, but he said, the quieter you become, the more you hear.
[34:28] It's going to be quiet now.
[34:30] I'm not hearing much right now.
[34:31] Nothing.
[34:32] Silence.
[34:34] It's true.
[34:34] You know, information.
[34:35] I just had a thought.
[34:37] What?
[34:37] No, just so many thoughts because I shut the fuck up for two seconds.
[34:41] That doesn't have anything to do with hearing.
[34:44] No, it does.
[34:45] What?
[34:45] Because I let my brain, I let myself be still.
[34:47] Oh, you're hearing yourself.
[34:48] Yeah, I hear like, I just thought of some good shit.
[34:52] Oh, wait, wait.
[34:52] Is that how you interpret it?
[34:53] It's like you hear your own thoughts the more you shut up.
[34:55] The quieter they become, the more you hear.
[34:58] Are you thinking you're hearing your own thoughts?
[35:01] I'm just like the more, I would take that as me being more creative.
[35:06] See, I'd take it as like the more silent you are, like in a group setting, the more you hear and the more information you can take in, the more you're like – Yeah.
[35:13] That's a good – that's another analogy.
[35:15] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[35:16] They're all the same because it's like when your mind's still – oh, yeah.
[35:20] So I'd say for me it's when your mind's still and stuff.
[35:23] Yeah, because everything's lit up there.
[35:24] Everything's got a few voices, that one.
[35:26] I need to read it again.
[35:27] Maybe you're right.
[35:28] Yeah.
[35:29] The quieter you become, the more you can hear.
[35:31] Yeah, I mean, that's right.
[35:33] There's no right or wrong.
[35:34] It's not.
[35:35] It's just how you interpret it.
[35:35] If you are at a dinner setting and you just shut the fuck up, obviously you're going to hear everyone.
[35:41] But then also...
[35:42] when you calm your life down like us, we're always so distracted and everyone's so stimulated.
[35:47] I talked to my therapist about this last week actually and how fucking annoying it is like if I'm not talking to someone or going and playing the piano or tennis or whatever the fuck I'm doing or I'll pick up my phone and I'll be on Instagram.
[35:59] Then I'll get off Instagram and go on fucking WhatsApp and reply to 10 people and, you know, you stimulate all the time.
[36:05] And I'm like, fuck, it's hard to be creative anymore because I'm just stimulated and distracted.
[36:10] So then when I just...
[36:11] turn the fucking phone off, sit down, my mind stills, and then I become super creative.
[36:18] And the more you clear, you see the world.
[36:20] That's how I would interpret it.
[36:22] That's how I wanted to interpret it anyway.
[36:24] That's good.
[36:25] I think that's so, especially if you work in a creative job, everyone would know like when you still your mind, you have your best thoughts and ideas, like in the shower.
[36:34] That's why shower thoughts is such a thing because your mind stills.
[36:38] It's funny, shower thoughts, because you get finally away from your phone.
[36:41] You can't have your phone literally on you, but you go into the shower with your phone, which is the weirdest thing ever.
[36:46] I do it all the time.
[36:47] So, yeah.
[36:48] I answer phone calls in the shower.
[36:50] But, yeah, no, it is.
[36:50] That's why shower thoughts are shower thoughts, because you're the first time you're not stimulated or distracted.
[36:55] You're just there.
[36:56] Just you and the fucking...
[36:58] hot water just crumbling all over you crumbling down all right be still be silent and hear it out thanks guys thanks for listening and appreciate you we will see you next week hopefully yeah
