James Cartwright Interview — Harrison Burns & Life in Ambridge (Bonus Episode) In this monthly bonus episode of All About The Archers, we’re joined by the wonderful James Cartwright, who plays Harrison Burns. This special cast Q&A episode features questions set by our Facebook group and was recorded a little while ago, so it doesn’t reflect the very latest storylines — but it’s packed with warmth, laughs and brilliant insight into Harrison and life in Ambridge. James talks about: • What Harrison might do if he ever lost his job • Whether Harrison should run The Bull one day • How northern he really is (and how northern Reverend Alan isn’t) • Why Harrison loves chickpeas • What James would buy a 3-year-old • Whether Harrison’s backstory makes him more empathetic • His friendship with Jo Van Kampen (Fallon) • His favourite Archers voices • And… whether he can do a southern accent Funny, thoughtful and deeply charming, this is a joyful behind-the-scenes conversation with one of Ambridge’s most loved characters.
