Eric and pal of the pod, Sarah Squirm, talk about opening for parents weekend and how it's hard to make mom and dad laugh. Talks of SNL ensue and how it's great to collectively bomb as a cast and why people get the rush of stress on live television. This isn't TikTok, this isn't Instagram, THIS IS LIVE TELEVISION BABY! This episode is not sponsored by Zofran, but, it is the drug of choice. Also, they both agree on the biggest heckler at an outdoor comedy show: the sun. Rate and Review Bombing with Eric Andre here! [0:46] Speaker 3: Let's get into it Bombing with Eric Andre.
[0:57] Speaker 1: Okay, so tell us your have a list? Okay, yeah,
[1:00] Speaker 1: tell us you're bobbing? Sorry, what's the worst you ever
[1:02] Speaker 1: bobbed on stage?
[1:03] Speaker 4: Recently?
[1:04] Speaker 1: Oh? No, yes, no, I was doing.
[1:07] Speaker 4: A show at University of Connecticut.
[1:09] Speaker 1: Shout out, were you headlining or opening?
[1:12] Speaker 4: It was me and James Auston Johnson for SNL co headlining. Okay,
[1:17] Speaker 4: because listen, I'm just like you common people. I go
[1:20] Speaker 4: headline to Okay, it doesn't have to help me. And
[1:25] Speaker 4: we were both supposed to do I think like forty
[1:27] Speaker 4: five minutes. And it was parents weekend at Yukon, so
[1:29] Speaker 4: it's like also the parents like bringing the younger siblings.
[1:34] Speaker 4: They were like ten.
[1:35] Speaker 5: Year old, eleven year old mommy, daddy?
[1:38] Speaker 1: Why why are you think? What do they want?
[1:41] Speaker 4: Here's the thing, the job of the comedian, truly, I
[1:44] Speaker 4: believe this. If you're getting paid to do a show,
[1:46] Speaker 4: just get her done. Just just if I'm getting paid
[1:49] Speaker 4: to do a show. It's like I'm a mechanic, get
[1:53] Speaker 4: got to fix the car. Okay, So if you're gonna
[1:55] Speaker 4: I know I'm weak.
[1:56] Speaker 1: But if you're a jazz musician and they want death amount,
[2:00] Speaker 1: then don't.
[2:02] Speaker 4: But it's like, if you're a jazz musician and you're
[2:05] Speaker 4: hired to do Parents begin at Yukon, just do parent
[2:08] Speaker 4: Just do that. And for some reason, I literally like, okay,
[2:12] Speaker 4: forty five minutes to the host Jake Nordwin, really funny
[2:16] Speaker 4: writer at ES and L was hosting the show and
[2:18] Speaker 4: he told a story where he was doing a stand
[2:22] Speaker 4: up show at Cornell and he in the story he's
[2:27] Speaker 4: bombing so hard at Cornell that somebody in the audience
[2:30] Speaker 4: stands up and says, we don't like this. So he
[2:34] Speaker 4: tells that story, and then he brings me up. And
[2:37] Speaker 4: then I'm literally pin drop crickets, silent bomb, shelter, blown out,
[2:43] Speaker 4: nuclear disaster zone, silence, bombing, bombing, bombing, like literally Heroshima
[2:49] Speaker 4: bombing forty five minutes. I'm twenty five minutes into complete
[2:52] Speaker 4: and total death, deathly hollows, silence, and a kid in
[2:57] Speaker 4: the bag, and goes, we.
[2:58] Speaker 1: Don't like that, No, So his story set up the
[3:03] Speaker 1: kid in the.
[3:04] Speaker 4: The kid got to like slam dunk a call back
[3:06] Speaker 4: from the previous thing.
[3:08] Speaker 6: He jo dude like literally standing ovation laughed, And I
[3:15] Speaker 6: still have like twenty minutes to go, And I didn't
[3:17] Speaker 6: even have a good comeback, like in the moment you always.
[3:20] Speaker 4: Wish you could have a good comeback, like I think
[3:24] Speaker 4: I just went like oh like O.
[3:28] Speaker 5: I went, but I went like I just didn't have it.
[3:30] Speaker 4: It was such a like like shot in the face,
[3:34] Speaker 4: like AK forty seven. Then I didn't I didn't have anything.
[3:39] Speaker 1: And then I all alone too. No one's on your
[3:41] Speaker 1: side at that.
[3:42] Speaker 4: Point, that's the amazing thing about us. And hell dude,
[3:44] Speaker 4: like I coming from stand up, I've always been alone.
[3:48] Speaker 4: And then all of a sudden, it's like, wait a minute,
[3:50] Speaker 4: now I have a job wearing with other people because
[3:52] Speaker 4: you can bomb on us and now in a sketch,
[3:54] Speaker 4: but guess what you get like five and the people
[3:56] Speaker 4: with you on stage?
[3:57] Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, it can spread them could
[4:00] Speaker 1: spread the blame or like also that you didn't write
[4:04] Speaker 1: the sketch too, but your stand up you wrote.
[4:07] Speaker 4: So I've written the sketches that have bombed. I've written
[4:10] Speaker 4: sketches that have bombed, and then it takes everyone down
[4:13] Speaker 4: with me. But at least I don't have to go
[4:14] Speaker 4: down alone.
[4:15] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[4:15] Speaker 4: But you look to your life, look to your right,
[4:17] Speaker 4: and you go like, eh, sorry, do.
[4:19] Speaker 1: You really have old school cue cards like from back
[4:22] Speaker 1: in the day, not a teleprompter written? Because the show
[4:26] Speaker 1: it it's a steampunk show.
[4:28] Speaker 4: It's a steampunk show.
[4:29] Speaker 7: They use technology from like fifty years ago. Commit hooves
[4:33] Speaker 7: to the pavement. It's literally, what what does that mean?
[4:38] Speaker 7: Hooves to the pavement?
[4:41] Speaker 1: We're going Who's to the pavement?
[4:43] Speaker 4: Locomotive style?
[4:46] Speaker 1: Hooves to the pavement is crazy.
[4:49] Speaker 4: Boots to the cobblestone steampunk. Okay, that's how we're going
[4:52] Speaker 4: We're going wrong old school.
[4:54] Speaker 1: There's somebody that writes the.
[4:56] Speaker 4: Because everything changes last minute, Like you could be changing
[4:58] Speaker 4: in jokes.
[4:59] Speaker 1: Changing were they changing last minute for so once that
[5:03] Speaker 1: changed that last minute.
[5:04] Speaker 4: Well it could literally be like we literally because it's
[5:07] Speaker 4: like live television, it could be like, oh, we literally
[5:10] Speaker 4: have to end the show in five minutes, which means
[5:12] Speaker 4: that you have to take thirty seconds out of your sketch.
[5:14] Speaker 4: So you're there doing like like Jigsaw puzzle, figuring out,
[5:19] Speaker 4: cutting shit out, how to like condense sketches because you're
[5:22] Speaker 4: like have to some some. There was a really popular
[5:25] Speaker 4: sketch this season called Lisa from Temecula that, like Chay
[5:29] Speaker 4: wrote on that like blew up when exploded, went totally
[5:32] Speaker 4: viral and it's really funny. And they were live editing.
[5:36] Speaker 5: That sketch while it was happening. No, yes, so like
[5:40] Speaker 5: j were changing.
[5:43] Speaker 1: Yes, Why make it so stressful? Who? What is the
[5:46] Speaker 1: point of that stress? Who is that for?
[5:51] Speaker 4: It's like me terror.
[5:55] Speaker 1: It doesn't need to be live either, just pre film it.
[6:00] Speaker 1: Why selling something like as lives like that's Stephen funk too,
[6:05] Speaker 1: like it's live baby, like so much. Sports need to
[6:08] Speaker 1: be live.
[6:09] Speaker 4: Nothing else people do watch s and I like at sports,
[6:12] Speaker 4: like they'll be like Sarah Sherman's having a flop of
[6:15] Speaker 4: a season.
[6:15] Speaker 5: I've been looking at her stats. She's in four sketchle.
[6:18] Speaker 1: You know that's not healthy. But there's no point to
[6:21] Speaker 1: that stress. Just filming the film with the day before
[6:24] Speaker 1: filming Friday, Guess, and then you have your Saturday off.
[6:27] Speaker 4: Look what's happening. Look what's happening? What's happening? Look you're like,
[6:30] Speaker 4: I'm Eric andre I'm gonna ticted to my phone. I'm
[6:32] Speaker 4: adicted to Instagram, I'm gonnadicted to TikTok go. Guess what
[6:35] Speaker 4: how about I take you back to the good old
[6:37] Speaker 4: days of real live, razzle, dazzle, light him action, show business.
[6:42] Speaker 5: Honey, this is showbiz. This isn't TikTok Watch me make
[6:46] Speaker 5: a sandwich in my dirty kitchen.
[6:49] Speaker 1: This is Hollywood. You wouldn't have to be rewriting the
[6:52] Speaker 1: thing thirty seconds into the thing. You can film Friday,
[6:56] Speaker 1: then Saturday you have your whole week en off. You
[6:57] Speaker 1: can go for a little walk.
[7:01] Speaker 4: Sleep and take a load of it's good. It's because
[7:04] Speaker 4: it's like, guess what when you're it's life, I have
[7:07] Speaker 4: to rewrite everything. Guess what. Guess what you're not doing
[7:10] Speaker 4: thinking about how miserable your stupid little life.
[7:12] Speaker 1: That's okay. So you like the pressure of itholism.
[7:16] Speaker 4: There was I had. So I get really nervous and
[7:19] Speaker 4: sometimes I like literally have to project out puke like
[7:21] Speaker 4: seconds before going on.
[7:22] Speaker 1: Really, yes, I was like that. I think I would
[7:25] Speaker 1: be addicted to like Xanax and Booze if I worked
[7:29] Speaker 1: on that show, because it seems like unbelievable.
[7:32] Speaker 4: Famously that happens.
[7:34] Speaker 1: Most people are, well, it's not.
[7:36] Speaker 4: Really, and actually it's not. The vibes at SNL right
[7:40] Speaker 4: now are not drugs, which is interesting. If coffee is a.
[7:42] Speaker 1: Drug, would lock me up a drug, famously.
[7:47] Speaker 4: But I what I am addicted to. The drug that
[7:51] Speaker 4: I am addicted to from SNL is zofran Caroin. It's
[7:56] Speaker 4: like it like literally magically stops you from puking because
[7:59] Speaker 4: I get nervous.
[8:00] Speaker 1: And I'm like, have you really vomited fully before? You're
[8:05] Speaker 1: not hyper because it's you seem very brave. You don't
[8:13] Speaker 1: seem ever nervous when I see you perform.
[8:15] Speaker 4: What are you talking about.
[8:15] Speaker 1: I've never seen you get nervous before performance.
[8:18] Speaker 4: You actually are the person who called me out for
[8:21] Speaker 4: my cope with nerves on stages, I will have like
[8:25] Speaker 4: laughter dysmorphia, and like literally people will be hooting and
[8:29] Speaker 4: hollering and I won't hear it body, And so then
[8:34] Speaker 4: I'll start doing the thing on stage rum like why
[8:36] Speaker 4: an't you guys laughing at this? Fucking idiots? And then
[8:38] Speaker 4: you literally after what I was opening for you on tour,
[8:41] Speaker 4: you were like, dude, stop saying you're bombing when.
[8:44] Speaker 1: You're not bombing. You're like, people do that.
[8:46] Speaker 4: You're like, why are you giving people?
[8:48] Speaker 1: Don't? Yeah, because then itsechs people out, sexy people out
[8:51] Speaker 1: that are laughing. They're like, is she bombing? I was
[8:54] Speaker 1: enjoying the ride, but now she's saying she's bombing it
[8:57] Speaker 1: just like unnecessarily hypnotizes them and the wrong direction. I think.
[9:01] Speaker 4: And I liked what you said. I can't remember exactly
[9:03] Speaker 4: what you said because I don't care. You said something interesting.
[9:07] Speaker 4: You were like, don't for one second let people think that.
[9:11] Speaker 1: You're not confident.
[9:12] Speaker 4: Why would you do that? You're confident, you believe in yourself,
[9:15] Speaker 4: why are you even giving them?
[9:17] Speaker 3: Like?
[9:18] Speaker 4: It was like amazing. And then the whole rest of
[9:20] Speaker 4: the tour, I was being good.
[9:21] Speaker 1: Shit, I was talking. I was just talking.
[9:25] Speaker 4: You're talking, you were on stage, or your dick tuck
[9:31] Speaker 4: between your ladies. But this drug that stops you from puking.
[9:37] Speaker 4: So I had to puke really badly. And I was
[9:42] Speaker 4: doing a sketch with Pedro Pascal where like everyone who was.
[9:47] Speaker 1: He so famous all of a sudden because I thought
[9:49] Speaker 1: he was amazing in Narcos. Oh he's got a new show,
[9:52] Speaker 1: I guess, Oh, the Mushroom Show. But the show is
[9:54] Speaker 1: anti mushroom.
[9:55] Speaker 4: Somebody told me, oh, because the evil guys are mushrooms.
[9:57] Speaker 1: I haven't watched it, to be honest, okay, but very attractive.
[10:00] Speaker 4: He's very hot, and I think everybody's like, I think
[10:02] Speaker 4: he's popping off right now because everyone's like, wait a minute,
[10:05] Speaker 4: he's been slaying this whole time, you know what I mean?
[10:07] Speaker 1: People are catching up right.
[10:09] Speaker 4: As opposed to people. You know, everyone always knows that
[10:13] Speaker 4: Eric Andre slays everybody.
[10:16] Speaker 1: That's true.
[10:17] Speaker 4: Everybody knows. Everybody's always saying Eric slays. Eric Slaze is.
[10:24] Speaker 1: I don't know if that's true, but I'll take it.
[10:26] Speaker 1: I will take it. Now, tell me more about bombing.
[10:28] Speaker 4: Well, in the whole I'm telling you this. So in
[10:31] Speaker 4: the sketch Ye that I have to do with Pedro Pascal, yeah,
[10:34] Speaker 4: the whole time, people are saying crazy stuff to me,
[10:37] Speaker 4: and the whole sketch, all I do is go like hey,
[10:40] Speaker 4: and I'm like reacting with my mouth open like this,
[10:42] Speaker 4: like yeah or whatever. And then right before the sketch,
[10:45] Speaker 4: I really had to peak my brains out but I couldn't,
[10:49] Speaker 4: so I took a zofran but it wasn't like the chewable,
[10:52] Speaker 4: fast acting kind. So I was like, fuck, I have
[10:53] Speaker 4: to make this happen now, oh God, And so I
[10:56] Speaker 4: chewed up this like supposed to be. It was so disgusting.
[10:59] Speaker 4: It was like, you know, you're supposed to swallow or whatever,
[11:01] Speaker 4: and it turned my tongue pure white, and the whole
[11:06] Speaker 4: sketch I'm supposed to be with my mouth open like
[11:10] Speaker 4: so I was like, well, I have to dye my
[11:12] Speaker 4: tongue so that I ate a bunch of candy, but
[11:15] Speaker 4: I had a puke. So I'm like downing gummy bears,
[11:18] Speaker 4: like right before you be on stage and if you
[11:21] Speaker 4: watch the sketch on, my mouth is open the whole time,
[11:23] Speaker 4: like and my tongue is like bright orange, like a
[11:27] Speaker 4: bright orange song.
[11:29] Speaker 5: These are this is I actually told.
[11:30] Speaker 4: This story to Hamilton Morris the other night and he
[11:33] Speaker 4: laughed that was my.
[11:35] Speaker 1: Bombs, laughing inside I.
[11:38] Speaker 4: Need to laugh.
[11:39] Speaker 5: So, man, does that count as a social bomb?
[11:41] Speaker 1: Yeah?
[11:42] Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I mean I have so many bombing This
[11:45] Speaker 4: wasn't bombing kind of but I was opening for Sandler
[11:49] Speaker 4: at those like Giants.
[11:51] Speaker 1: I couldn't imagine.
[11:52] Speaker 4: Have you done a fifteen thousand person around now?
[11:55] Speaker 1: I don't. I'm trying to think, well, I have done
[11:59] Speaker 1: fat like I did Coachella and some and like Beach
[12:04] Speaker 1: Goth Festival and I did like.
[12:06] Speaker 5: But those are outside right, Yeah so far.
[12:10] Speaker 1: I did like Eric Andre Show live, but I've never
[12:12] Speaker 1: done like at Coachella. I just played the thereman with
[12:15] Speaker 1: a dildo for Mac DeMarco for a not stand up
[12:18] Speaker 1: Beach Goth. I started trying to do stand up and
[12:20] Speaker 1: like the crowd was like, like, I'm fifty five different drugs.
[12:24] Speaker 1: So I just started like I don't remember what, just
[12:25] Speaker 1: crowd work and just screaming, and then I just got
[12:28] Speaker 1: out there, and then the other one was Eric. I've
[12:30] Speaker 1: never like had to do like half an hour or
[12:32] Speaker 1: whatever for like that many. That sounds that sounds insane.
[12:38] Speaker 1: It doesn't sound like, it doesn't sound possible, like it's
[12:42] Speaker 1: like comedy, like it's impossible.
[12:44] Speaker 4: It's it's the out outdoors that just reminded me of
[12:48] Speaker 4: another fucking bombing. Sorry Jesus Christ, how many I have,
[12:51] Speaker 4: like hundreds of bombs.
[12:52] Speaker 1: It's like everybody does.
[12:55] Speaker 4: The outside one is just like comedy outside You're you're
[13:01] Speaker 4: dealing with, Oh, I'm getting heckled by the sun. Awesome, Yeah,
[13:04] Speaker 4: the God's greatest power, the sun.
[13:06] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[13:07] Speaker 4: I opened for do you know that band Black MIDI.
[13:10] Speaker 4: They're awesome, They're They're literally I begged to open for them.
[13:14] Speaker 4: They're like my favorite.
[13:15] Speaker 3: Man.
[13:16] Speaker 4: It was Central Park summer stage last year, ninety five
[13:20] Speaker 4: degrees out, pure, pure, blinding son and they have a
[13:26] Speaker 4: very young like fan base, and it was like all
[13:30] Speaker 4: ages and I'm like showing my poopy butthole videos and
[13:32] Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, these sixteen year olds will need to
[13:35] Speaker 4: see these poopy buttholes.
[13:37] Speaker 1: And I'm like feeling that a bomb.
[13:39] Speaker 4: It was a bomb, and then apparent and then my
[13:41] Speaker 4: friend sent me a Reddit thread. They just said, yo,
[13:45] Speaker 4: check this out lol, and sent me a Reddit thread
[13:49] Speaker 4: that was like a video of my set at Summer
[13:51] Speaker 4: Stage again ninety five degree he pure blazing sun soon
[13:56] Speaker 4: being like Sarah Scorm kill yourself, you.
[13:58] Speaker 1: Sung, Why would your friends send that to you?
[14:01] Speaker 5: Like literally send it to me, like l O L.
[14:04] Speaker 5: People always be doing right.
[14:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, I think people think it's like, oh, yeah, you're
[14:08] Speaker 1: gonna be great.
[14:10] Speaker 5: But you have where people are are like you, you're crazy.
[14:13] Speaker 4: You're gonna like this crazy thing someone said about you.
[14:16] Speaker 4: And then so you know, someone sends me a YouTube
[14:18] Speaker 4: comment that's like serious squirm, I'm gonna come in your
[14:21] Speaker 4: mouth until you explode or something. It's like, I don't.
[14:23] Speaker 1: Want to see that. Send that to you. That's fucking fun.
[14:29] Speaker 4: But the outside is one thing. It's like, forget about it.
[14:32] Speaker 4: But like the inside stadium shows are like because so
[14:36] Speaker 4: much of my stand up is just like I'm screaming
[14:39] Speaker 4: in repetition, like and it's like absurdist noises, so it's
[14:43] Speaker 4: like it echoes like off the dome. So I get
[14:48] Speaker 4: and then I was getting all confused because I would
[14:50] Speaker 4: just hear myself back at me and I'd be like, oh,
[14:53] Speaker 4: I want, but it's really it is fun because you're like,
[14:57] Speaker 4: oh my god, this is like a once in a
[14:58] Speaker 4: lifetime opportunity.
[15:00] Speaker 1: I can imagine it's fun. I don't think I've done
[15:03] Speaker 1: a show like a fifth of that big that's like
[15:06] Speaker 1: for like the super Bowl.
[15:07] Speaker 4: Right, yes, well, so, so I opened for Sandler in
[15:12] Speaker 4: Kansas City the day before the super Bowl. But I
[15:14] Speaker 4: guess the Kansas City team.
[15:16] Speaker 1: Oh god, Kansas City bugles.
[15:22] Speaker 4: The bugles were not the super Bowl wasn't in Kansas City,
[15:25] Speaker 4: somewhere else, but like everybody showed up to Sandler show,
[15:28] Speaker 4: like in the bugles, the Chiefs in the gear, in
[15:30] Speaker 4: the Chiefs gear. And so I was like, oh, it's
[15:33] Speaker 4: super Bowl weekend. I'll do like my big super Bowl
[15:36] Speaker 4: joke or whatever that was. I literally think I said, like,
[15:41] Speaker 4: the super Bowl is this weekend, honey. The only super
[15:44] Speaker 4: Bowl I care about is like the giant toilet Bowl.
[15:48] Speaker 4: I'm gonna need to accomminate all the liquid shit I
[15:51] Speaker 4: have spewing out of my tiny little Jewish asshole from
[15:55] Speaker 4: all the fucking Kansas City barbecue some like full joke
[16:01] Speaker 4: or like.
[16:01] Speaker 1: The super Bowl.
[16:02] Speaker 5: I need a super Bowl that's super big enough.
[16:06] Speaker 4: Oh my, the diarrhea coming out of as or whatever.
[16:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, and so so irony is not for the like
[16:14] Speaker 1: ironic like a joke that's this is what I have
[16:18] Speaker 1: to learn over twenty years hard way. The joke that's
[16:21] Speaker 1: funny because it's ironically bad is not for the masses.
[16:24] Speaker 4: And I am kind of lost track with that too, probably.
[16:29] Speaker 1: Funny too, like literally like that's for the for the
[16:35] Speaker 1: because there's no like there's the irony doesn't translate, especially.
[16:40] Speaker 4: When it's when you're in a room that big. It's
[16:42] Speaker 4: just set up punchline, get in.
[16:45] Speaker 1: Get out.
[16:45] Speaker 4: Yeah, you just it's so massive that the sound has
[16:49] Speaker 4: to be simple. The ideas shouldn't be that complicated. The
[16:53] Speaker 4: rhythm has to be smooth. And it's like, I'm just
[16:56] Speaker 4: I was just beefing it. And so I said the
[16:58] Speaker 4: super Bowl joke, and then the entire higher fifteen thousand
[17:00] Speaker 4: people start going like I thought it was booing because it.
[17:05] Speaker 5: Sounded like boo, but it's so.
[17:08] Speaker 4: I was like, I'm like Bobby for fucking Adams, like
[17:12] Speaker 4: the goat or whatever.
[17:13] Speaker 5: But it's their Their chant is cheeve.
[17:19] Speaker 4: So I said, I was like super alcome my big
[17:24] Speaker 4: Jewish Harry ass diarrhea, and then I just hear boom
[17:28] Speaker 4: and I'm like, oh, they were saying, jeez, that is confusing.
[17:36] Speaker 1: It's a strange thing.
[17:37] Speaker 4: But he like literally whatever, it's gonna sound like I'm
[17:39] Speaker 4: kissing kissing his ass over here. But it's like he
[17:42] Speaker 4: tears in the giant stadiums. He rips it and he's
[17:48] Speaker 4: a rock star. Yeah, he's got the guitar music. He
[17:51] Speaker 4: puts on like a show and it's really fun. You're like,
[17:54] Speaker 4: it's awesome to be in a room that big, and
[17:56] Speaker 4: you're like, oh my god, all these people love Billy Madison.
[17:59] Speaker 1: That's not gonna azic. It's fucking amazing. It's amazing. Would
[18:04] Speaker 1: he ever do a Billy Madison too? Why did he
[18:06] Speaker 1: never do two's? He never does sequels.
[18:08] Speaker 4: Because he's like got new ideas everything.
[18:10] Speaker 1: Why is it always like a one er?
[18:11] Speaker 4: Are you? Are you a sequel?
[18:13] Speaker 1: Am I a sequel?
[18:14] Speaker 4: Are you missed a sequel?
[18:15] Speaker 1: I don't have that guy's career. I'm making three hundred
[18:20] Speaker 1: bucks a week over an adult swim factory.
[18:24] Speaker 4: Well I think he like he just like has like
[18:27] Speaker 4: one hundred new ideas a day, Like I even when
[18:30] Speaker 4: I was.
[18:30] Speaker 1: Billy Madison's So Good, Billy Madison Happy, my two favorite ones.
[18:34] Speaker 4: When I was opening for him, I did like two
[18:36] Speaker 4: nights in a row. And his show he does, He'll
[18:38] Speaker 4: do two hours fully and there will be they will
[18:41] Speaker 4: be different hours.
[18:43] Speaker 5: It's crazy. He has new ships.
[18:45] Speaker 1: Cond took me seventeen years to write forty five minutes.
[18:48] Speaker 4: For my st I have a good ten minutes. I've
[18:50] Speaker 4: been doing sand for ten years. I have ten minutes solid.
[18:53] Speaker 6: I know.
[18:55] Speaker 5: That's why it's like I wish.
[18:57] Speaker 1: I think when you're like rich, like because what do
[18:59] Speaker 1: you gotta worry about? But I'm like, you have special
[19:02] Speaker 1: doctors putting like blood, special bloods inside you and stuff
[19:05] Speaker 1: like that. Oh so you can just like go, so
[19:07] Speaker 1: you could just do like four new hours a day.
[19:10] Speaker 4: I'm not talking about Adam Sandler with this one, but
[19:12] Speaker 4: there are people who've gotten a little too rich and
[19:14] Speaker 4: their comedy has gotten.
[19:16] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, good, very well.
[19:19] Speaker 4: The jokes have evaporated into thin air. Yes, they've gotten
[19:22] Speaker 4: a little too comfortable.
[19:25] Speaker 1: I've seen some very famous people's specials, like recent specials.
[19:31] Speaker 1: A couple there were no jokes. It was like, what
[19:36] Speaker 1: what am I? What is this it's like.
[19:40] Speaker 4: I'm the queen of not having jokes, so like I'm
[19:44] Speaker 4: one to talk. But it's like we got it's good.
[19:47] Speaker 1: We gotta be having a job well. And it's like
[19:51] Speaker 1: did they tour this material and it was doing well?
[19:53] Speaker 1: Like how did they get to this material? The materials?
[19:57] Speaker 4: Well, what does? They're just so famous that people go
[20:00] Speaker 4: googoo gaga, But it doesn't.
[20:02] Speaker 3: Matter with Aer Godre.
[20:16] Speaker 1: With Ari Godre, all right, tell me more about bombing.
[20:20] Speaker 4: You're like you burnt through all your bombing stories already here.
[20:23] Speaker 1: No, No, that's great. I'm glad that you can't prepared.
[20:25] Speaker 4: Well because I'm like, obviously, bombing is so painful, but
[20:29] Speaker 4: I've done it literally every single day in my life.
[20:32] Speaker 5: So I'm like, but I've never actually sat your You.
[20:35] Speaker 4: Having to come on this podcast, I like actually had
[20:37] Speaker 4: to like literally develop consciousness around all my bombs and failures,
[20:42] Speaker 4: which is interesting. Like I was like, oh, yeah, this
[20:44] Speaker 4: is a good exercise to like sit down and actually
[20:47] Speaker 4: meditate on all my fucking catastrophic Like I've bombed so
[20:52] Speaker 4: hard that you hear the like like after a bomb
[20:55] Speaker 4: in a movie, when you just hear.
[20:56] Speaker 1: The like like like like.
[20:59] Speaker 4: Your and everything's in slow motion.
[21:05] Speaker 1: Oh.
[21:07] Speaker 4: One time I was like I was in well because
[21:08] Speaker 4: I came up in the Midwest.
[21:10] Speaker 1: Chicago, Baby angels, what's most wasted you have been on stage?
[21:15] Speaker 4: Oh?
[21:15] Speaker 1: I like trash all let on stage.
[21:18] Speaker 4: I like took. I can't do weed. Yeah, ego death
[21:22] Speaker 4: makes me freak.
[21:23] Speaker 1: Yeah Yeah. I had like the worst of all the drugs.
[21:26] Speaker 4: Literally, it's it's the most powerful drug known to man.
[21:28] Speaker 1: It's the most it's the worst. It's a guaranteed bad
[21:31] Speaker 1: trip every single time.
[21:33] Speaker 4: I write that down Hamilton, I had two weed mints
[21:40] Speaker 4: mix mints.
[21:44] Speaker 1: Mints could be powerful.
[21:45] Speaker 4: You don't have any blacked out for three days and
[21:47] Speaker 4: that like full like googling, am I having a heart
[21:51] Speaker 4: attack for three days?
[21:53] Speaker 5: And so I'm like lock out.
[21:58] Speaker 4: In a literally to sleep for three days, to the
[22:01] Speaker 4: point where I may I didn't have a car. I
[22:03] Speaker 4: made my friends take me to Griffith Park at like midnight,
[22:05] Speaker 4: in the middle of the night, so I could run
[22:07] Speaker 4: around in circles to tucker myself out because I was
[22:10] Speaker 4: like so jacked up. I was like wired. So it's like, okay,
[22:14] Speaker 4: just take me to Grith the park. Well, I was like,
[22:17] Speaker 4: just save me. To the Griffith Park. I'm gonna run
[22:19] Speaker 4: around circles until I get tuckered down and then I'll
[22:21] Speaker 4: finally be tired after three days. And then I was
[22:24] Speaker 4: running around and I heard the coyotes or whatever, that's
[22:27] Speaker 4: what they are.
[22:28] Speaker 5: Right, yeah, And I like, they're not gonna.
[22:32] Speaker 1: They're in park, right, They're.
[22:35] Speaker 4: Literally and so I hear them like cackling or whatever,
[22:38] Speaker 4: and I get so wigged out that it's like great,
[22:40] Speaker 4: now I was up for three more days. So then
[22:45] Speaker 4: I was like, Okay, how do I.
[22:47] Speaker 1: Got to do a show?
[22:48] Speaker 4: Like how do I come down from this? I'll take xanax,
[22:52] Speaker 4: no problem. But then the xanax weirdly kind of makes
[22:56] Speaker 4: me freaked. It like cracks me out in a weird
[22:59] Speaker 4: way where it makes me anxious. Yeah, And so I
[23:03] Speaker 4: was like.
[23:03] Speaker 1: I don't believe you.
[23:05] Speaker 4: It makes me, I think, because I'm like, I'm like zonked,
[23:09] Speaker 4: And then I'm like, what's happen?
[23:11] Speaker 1: Why is it?
[23:13] Speaker 4: But it makes then I get like I'm still and
[23:15] Speaker 4: then I'm anxious about how it's making me turn into
[23:18] Speaker 4: like a dufis kind of and so then I'm on,
[23:22] Speaker 4: like stand up is so physical, You're like you're reacting
[23:27] Speaker 4: in the moment to how an audience has reacted to you.
[23:30] Speaker 4: So your reflexes had to be on. And I'm literally like.
[23:35] Speaker 1: You were on a weed min no sleep and then
[23:38] Speaker 1: you took a xanax then you went on and I
[23:40] Speaker 1: was like.
[23:41] Speaker 4: Oh.
[23:43] Speaker 1: That stand. Why don't you just can't because I'm addicted?
[23:47] Speaker 1: What show?
[23:48] Speaker 4: It was like at the satellite or whatever, And I
[23:51] Speaker 4: was like like nah, And like someone was like, there's
[23:54] Speaker 4: like a Netflix exec here, and I was like and
[23:59] Speaker 4: I think and and I did this bit like a
[24:01] Speaker 4: guided meditation bit thing. But because I was like so
[24:05] Speaker 4: like fried, I was like getting into my own meditation.
[24:09] Speaker 4: I was kind of like losing the plot. Like I
[24:11] Speaker 4: was kind of like do well, no, of course, not
[24:16] Speaker 4: like sweating. I saw pictures of me and there's like
[24:18] Speaker 4: a line are dripping down my face.
[24:21] Speaker 5: I can't perform.
[24:23] Speaker 1: I don't get.
[24:23] Speaker 4: Freaked up anymore, but I can't perform freaked up?
[24:26] Speaker 1: What was freaked up?
[24:27] Speaker 7: Man?
[24:28] Speaker 1: Cracked out? Suited whack. You're like a nark from the
[24:34] Speaker 1: ninety I am.
[24:37] Speaker 5: Weed is bad.
[24:38] Speaker 1: It's the worst joke. It's the worst joke I've ever done.
[24:41] Speaker 4: Lock her up?
[24:41] Speaker 1: We Lady Jane? All right, So you you came. You
[24:48] Speaker 1: started in the Midwest.
[24:49] Speaker 4: So I've had like you know, like me, I like
[24:53] Speaker 4: me getting on stage and being like I did a
[24:56] Speaker 4: show in Ohio once, like in this island and that's
[25:01] Speaker 4: like like literally in the middle of Lake Erie that
[25:04] Speaker 4: you have to take a ferry together. It's cool, it's
[25:07] Speaker 4: like it's a party island. It's awful, like parrot heads.
[25:10] Speaker 4: But he's like a sunburnt like Hawaiian shirt. And I
[25:15] Speaker 4: was like, I'm Jewish and someone went Schwitz and I
[25:18] Speaker 4: was like, I was literally like again I didn't have
[25:24] Speaker 4: a good comeback.
[25:25] Speaker 1: Bro, it's a crazy thing for somebody.
[25:31] Speaker 4: I'm Jewish Schwitz, I think. I was like, yeah, very good.
[25:37] Speaker 4: That's like a lot of my bombs just like like
[25:40] Speaker 4: not handling like I wish I had, like like like
[25:43] Speaker 4: that's all those clips that go viral online right now.
[25:46] Speaker 4: It's like epic stand.
[25:47] Speaker 5: Up comedian like totally destroyed.
[25:51] Speaker 1: One heck dot dot speechless.
[25:55] Speaker 4: He did a total fatality do this dot dot dot
[25:59] Speaker 4: heckler that just reminded me of another bomb. One time,
[26:03] Speaker 4: my first paid stand up gig, I had a joke
[26:06] Speaker 4: that was like it was like about pubes or something,
[26:10] Speaker 4: and there was like a rhetorical question set up that
[26:13] Speaker 4: was like why do you want women to be hairless?
[26:17] Speaker 4: Like so you could oil them up and send send
[26:19] Speaker 4: them down a toboggan shoot or something like that was
[26:22] Speaker 4: a joke, not funny, it's okay, it's okay, it was
[26:24] Speaker 4: it was really it was like why do you want
[26:26] Speaker 4: a hairless woman? So you could oil him up and
[26:27] Speaker 4: send him down a toboggan shoot or something like that.
[26:30] Speaker 4: But the rhetorical question is like why do you want
[26:32] Speaker 4: a hairless woman? Or something? And like an old Irish
[26:35] Speaker 4: guy who was like at an Irish pub literally six
[26:38] Speaker 4: people in the audience or something like that, he was like,
[26:41] Speaker 4: I was like, why do you want a hairless woman?
[26:42] Speaker 1: He goes cause it feels good again?
[26:49] Speaker 4: No comeback, no comeback. I was like, awesome, what am
[26:52] Speaker 4: I supposed to say? Like I'm like, all I have
[26:53] Speaker 4: is like, okay, you're a pedophile, Like I don't know
[26:55] Speaker 4: what it's.
[26:56] Speaker 1: You should have just like vibed out with them.
[27:00] Speaker 8: Report with Aridre. With Aridre, what's the worst bob you've
[27:17] Speaker 8: ever seen? Now that you were at a bar that
[27:19] Speaker 8: you just saw somebody going through some.
[27:21] Speaker 1: Ship Like I don't want to name. I'm like trying
[27:23] Speaker 1: to like, can you can you can protect the innocent?
[27:25] Speaker 1: You say you can call them mister and missus A
[27:27] Speaker 1: or B or something.
[27:29] Speaker 4: Well, I hosted an open mic in Chicago three years
[27:35] Speaker 4: Cole's open Mic. Shout out my first comedy job ever
[27:38] Speaker 4: Coleman Bryce.
[27:39] Speaker 5: Yes, he the legend paid me.
[27:44] Speaker 4: That was my first comedy job was hosting an open
[27:46] Speaker 4: mic at Cole's Bar and awesome. Me and Rebecca O'Neil
[27:50] Speaker 4: hosted it, and we would put up like fifty comics
[27:51] Speaker 4: a night. So it's like, honey, what I want I've seen?
[27:54] Speaker 1: Do you remember a specific Uh, well.
[27:56] Speaker 4: There was a guy tweaked out on drugs who wouldn't
[27:58] Speaker 4: get off the stage and he was screaming that's cool, and.
[28:00] Speaker 5: So we had to like physically.
[28:03] Speaker 4: He had a physic We had to literally I had
[28:05] Speaker 4: to like call the bar guys like physically remove them.
[28:08] Speaker 4: So it was like, bro, we got to get through
[28:10] Speaker 4: fifty comics and you're on stage for longer than four
[28:11] Speaker 4: minutes and I'm gonna have to physically move you from
[28:13] Speaker 4: the stage. And he was like to weeaking. And then
[28:19] Speaker 4: like one time, oh, there was this guy there's because
[28:25] Speaker 4: we would get weirdos. There was an open mic, and
[28:28] Speaker 4: I like, all my ship like, I'm just like such,
[28:30] Speaker 4: you know, I'm not good at I'm not good at
[28:32] Speaker 4: saandam All my jokes are about being Jewish whatever. So
[28:36] Speaker 4: now this one you're supposed to say, you're amazing tucker
[28:42] Speaker 4: herself up. But I had like a lot of jokes
[28:45] Speaker 4: about being Jewish. And this guy gets up and he
[28:47] Speaker 4: was like, he.
[28:48] Speaker 5: Was like, I don't mind they get Jewish.
[28:50] Speaker 4: I'd suck and all that lone like I'd do something,
[28:53] Speaker 4: you know, he was like. And I was like, you don't.
[28:55] Speaker 1: Mind that I'm Jewish.
[28:57] Speaker 5: You'd suck on it all my life or something like that.
[28:59] Speaker 4: And he was like, I like you you do what
[29:00] Speaker 4: I read. I'd go freak mode on it.
[29:03] Speaker 5: He said, sound crazy.
[29:06] Speaker 1: And everyone was like, you're Jewish. Already to the races,
[29:14] Speaker 1: already shaky start. I suck on it all that.
[29:19] Speaker 4: I can't remember what what he said, something really good,
[29:24] Speaker 4: but he went in like graphic detail about what it
[29:26] Speaker 4: would be like to have sex with me and stand
[29:30] Speaker 4: up bit. That was his bit, and well he was
[29:33] Speaker 4: he was a little bit of a one of the
[29:34] Speaker 4: town characters. So honestly, it didn't really bomb that bad,
[29:41] Speaker 4: but he was like in graphic. Also, I can't remember
[29:44] Speaker 4: if this is a one of the characters. He's one
[29:47] Speaker 4: of the town characters. And he was I don't want
[29:49] Speaker 4: to say one of his jokes on the podcast because
[29:52] Speaker 4: it's like he on the pod, because because it's like
[29:55] Speaker 4: I want him to have credit for this joke, and
[29:57] Speaker 4: I don't want to just like say a joke out
[29:59] Speaker 4: of turn that I.
[29:59] Speaker 1: Don't it doesn't matter, just say it is a guy
[30:02] Speaker 1: still doing stand up. I don't think he is well.
[30:05] Speaker 4: He he used to he I.
[30:07] Speaker 1: Guess was in that man's name, Tom Sigur.
[30:13] Speaker 4: Like in my memory, he had a joke that was
[30:19] Speaker 4: like a riff on like what is it?
[30:21] Speaker 1: What is it?
[30:22] Speaker 4: Puff puff pass? But he was like in prison and
[30:25] Speaker 4: he didn't have any teeth, and so he talked about
[30:28] Speaker 4: being in prison and doing a slurp slurp pass blow
[30:31] Speaker 4: drops again and so but it's like, again, this is
[30:35] Speaker 4: not my joke, and I want all credit to him.
[30:39] Speaker 1: Yeah, but it was like.
[30:40] Speaker 5: He said, and he would say that he sounds cool.
[30:44] Speaker 5: I mean I went up, I let it go up.
[30:46] Speaker 5: After he literally went on stage, was like I.
[30:49] Speaker 4: Hate Jews, but I free got you crazy.
[30:57] Speaker 1: I was like, all right into it. You were like.
[31:08] Speaker 4: He did.
[31:09] Speaker 1: He had.
[31:14] Speaker 4: Two words, my husband, that is literally the the Detroit bomb.
[31:24] Speaker 4: This is really good. Trouble is it already done?
[31:29] Speaker 1: Bored? We did keep going.
[31:33] Speaker 4: This is a good one. So it was like the
[31:35] Speaker 4: punk house in Detroit. We were doing a d I
[31:37] Speaker 4: Y touring and we were doing like we were like
[31:40] Speaker 4: playing with a bunch of noise people. We were doing
[31:41] Speaker 4: like d I Y houses, So Trouble Flex. The floor
[31:45] Speaker 4: was dirt and it was like all crusties, so it
[31:47] Speaker 4: was like more dogs there than people. And literally my
[31:54] Speaker 4: friend Ruby McAllister best comedian the planet was heckled by
[31:58] Speaker 4: a candle. A guy who was like tweaked out on
[32:03] Speaker 4: crazy drugs.
[32:04] Speaker 1: This is a drug, that's what you call them. A candle.
[32:07] Speaker 4: He was tweaked down on crazy drugs and he had
[32:10] Speaker 4: a like candlelabra candle lit and he just like walked
[32:14] Speaker 4: up to the stage like right against the lip of
[32:16] Speaker 4: the stage and just held a candle, a lit candle,
[32:21] Speaker 4: held a lit candle just like in her face. And
[32:24] Speaker 4: she was like, oh, I'm literally getting heckled by a candle.
[32:28] Speaker 4: And we all just like fucking bombed. And then there
[32:30] Speaker 4: was like the whole show. There was a guy in
[32:32] Speaker 4: the back of the venue scribbling on the walls with grayons.
[32:36] Speaker 4: And then there was a Jugglo in the back of
[32:37] Speaker 4: the house the whole time, sitting there silently in full
[32:40] Speaker 4: Jugglo makeup. And his name was Freshness. Shout out the
[32:44] Speaker 4: freshness of the juggler in the droit.
[32:46] Speaker 1: He came correct.
[32:48] Speaker 4: He had a sequin Fedora full juggler whoa bling shirt
[32:54] Speaker 4: with like like magic eight balls on it, and he
[32:59] Speaker 4: brought a little picture of me. He drew a picture.
[33:01] Speaker 1: Oh, he was like your first fan, first fan. Yeah,
[33:04] Speaker 1: that's sick.
[33:05] Speaker 4: He drew a picture of said, thank you Sarah for
[33:08] Speaker 4: bringing your Chicago comedy to Oh.
[33:12] Speaker 1: So he was like a sweetie, Pat, He was a sweetie.
[33:14] Speaker 4: But he saw the bomb, saw the candle.
[33:20] Speaker 5: Can you how threatening fire?
[33:23] Speaker 1: Well, this is hell chop, This is a hell chop,
[33:25] Speaker 1: This is the hell this is the hell chap tour
[33:27] Speaker 1: that you talked about.
[33:28] Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I went on tour with a show called
[33:30] Speaker 4: hell Trap Nightmare. And of course if you're going to
[33:33] Speaker 4: do a show called hell Drop Nightmare, you are going
[33:35] Speaker 4: to be inviting hell trap nightmare?
[33:39] Speaker 1: What was that door?
[33:39] Speaker 4: Like awesome? We were like sleeping in the bathtub, literally
[33:42] Speaker 4: like waking up. Everybody had bed bugs. We would like
[33:47] Speaker 4: do shows in like people's living rooms and then be like, hey,
[33:50] Speaker 4: do you guys have a microphone. They'd be like, no, sleeping.
[33:54] Speaker 1: Rust punk Squatter was like squatter literally squatters, right, it's
[34:01] Speaker 1: the Squatters.
[34:02] Speaker 4: And I was like doing my I would be like,
[34:04] Speaker 4: so I'm Jewish?
[34:06] Speaker 1: Are you guys eating like bread sandwiches?
[34:08] Speaker 4: We would like literally eat McDonald's every morning and then
[34:11] Speaker 4: be like, why do we feel sick? Any bugles? Wah wah?
[34:15] Speaker 4: Get an ice coffee from wah wah.
[34:18] Speaker 1: No nutrients in your body. The whole tour, the whole dour.
[34:21] Speaker 4: We would do like it was I mean it was
[34:22] Speaker 4: legitimately awesome because we'd be like we do like a
[34:25] Speaker 4: show in Pittsburgh with these performance artists who literally played
[34:28] Speaker 4: a scarf as an instrument.
[34:31] Speaker 1: It was were going to go see the Residents fifty
[34:34] Speaker 1: year anniversary and.
[34:37] Speaker 4: Pasted already it was in Manhattan, but we were going
[34:40] Speaker 4: to go. I literally texted you I got his tickets,
[34:42] Speaker 4: but then I have works. We couldn't go.
[34:44] Speaker 1: Wait you weren't even in town.
[34:47] Speaker 4: It wasn't.
[34:47] Speaker 1: But oh yeah, we'll wait for their seventy anniversary. Dude,
[34:53] Speaker 1: we missed it. Oh man, what you gonna invite me
[34:57] Speaker 1: to stuff? Man, I don't know. I was sitting my apartment.
[35:00] Speaker 1: I stare at the wall.
[35:01] Speaker 4: I buy it. Literally every single time I do anything,
[35:03] Speaker 4: I buy one ticket for me, one ticket for Dan,
[35:05] Speaker 4: and one ticket for and then I get every day
[35:10] Speaker 4: You're like, I'm at the next game.
[35:11] Speaker 1: I go, Thanks for I to two Knicks games.
[35:14] Speaker 4: Every single day. You go, I'm at the next gamp.
[35:16] Speaker 4: Oh I went to Gary Newman without you. That's what
[35:18] Speaker 4: I did.
[35:19] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm still upset. I the podcast would be twice
[35:23] Speaker 1: as long if you didn't do that to me. That's
[35:24] Speaker 1: why I'm kind of it short. No, this is actually
[35:26] Speaker 1: the longest episode.
[35:29] Speaker 4: Because you're like, I'm hungry, my allergies, I gotta go home.
[35:32] Speaker 5: Thanks for coming.
[35:34] Speaker 1: How do you want to end this?
[35:35] Speaker 4: I want to think of like a really good bomb
[35:38] Speaker 4: one time. One time I opened up for a metal
[35:40] Speaker 4: band and I really bombed. But I like doing those
[35:43] Speaker 4: shows like Black MIDI please have me open up for
[35:46] Speaker 4: you again. Even though I talked about how I bombed
[35:47] Speaker 4: opening for you, please seriously, I love you guys, You're
[35:49] Speaker 4: the best man. That was all me when I when
[35:52] Speaker 4: I'm well, because my bombs are huge because I literally
[35:55] Speaker 4: show videos of poopy buttholes and I was like, show
[35:58] Speaker 4: my video is a poopy butthole and this all right?
[36:01] Speaker 1: You already told that story.
[36:02] Speaker 4: No, it's a new one. I was opening for this
[36:05] Speaker 4: metal band and this guy.
[36:06] Speaker 5: Went fuck you news and everyone's like yeah, yeah.
[36:13] Speaker 4: And then the headliner band that got on, this punk band,
[36:15] Speaker 4: meat Wave, who is awesome, was like to whoever said
[36:19] Speaker 4: like they got a stage and they're like, whoever said,
[36:21] Speaker 4: Sarah squirm you suck fuck you Yeah? And then they
[36:26] Speaker 4: played cool music.
[36:28] Speaker 1: That's that's rough. Fuck you you haven't had that. Yeah.
[36:34] Speaker 1: But I've only open up for bands maybe once or
[36:38] Speaker 1: twice and immediately realized it was bad and like, never
[36:41] Speaker 1: do it. Played played an outdoor played an outdoor festival.
[36:45] Speaker 1: I'd rather be in the perfect environment for stand up
[36:49] Speaker 1: and create a bunch of chaos than be in a
[36:52] Speaker 1: chaotic environment and try to keep up. It's way higher
[36:55] Speaker 1: stakes to go to the laugh factory, yes, or the
[36:58] Speaker 1: comedy store and throw shit all over the stage and
[37:02] Speaker 1: jump in the audience and be crazy because you're subverting
[37:06] Speaker 1: the convention. If you're already in an environment that's already
[37:12] Speaker 1: punk rock, there's kind of nowhere to go. Sure, So yeah,
[37:15] Speaker 1: I'd rather be like punk rock in the traditional environment.
[37:21] Speaker 4: Than like, I'd rather be a masochist and go into
[37:25] Speaker 4: a no win situation.
[37:28] Speaker 1: I've been in a million of them. I've been in
[37:32] Speaker 1: a million of those, but I no longer have the strength.
[37:38] Speaker 1: I can't even do a regular show. I can't read,
[37:41] Speaker 1: and I can't do a regular sh A Quarantine like
[37:47] Speaker 1: a different I drank so much in Quarantine that I
[37:49] Speaker 1: came out.
[37:50] Speaker 4: You had to read all those cocktail books.
[37:52] Speaker 1: Yeah, there you go. Oh yeah, I would read through
[37:55] Speaker 1: those like crazy.
[37:56] Speaker 5: Any other was Reading through a cocktail is ingredient.
[37:59] Speaker 1: When you get.
[38:04] Speaker 4: You're always like asking me, like what am I supposed
[38:06] Speaker 4: to think of? Like the conflict in the Middle East,
[38:09] Speaker 4: And I'll send you an I'm like, oh, thanks for
[38:11] Speaker 4: the question. Here's an article. I send you an article.
[38:14] Speaker 5: You can't read this reward ass.
[38:17] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, also, I'm on my phone already, so I'm
[38:19] Speaker 1: already distracted. I'm gonna stop down from Instagram to read
[38:23] Speaker 1: like some Grueling, Grim History and Instagram.
[38:35] Speaker 7: Yeah, Sarah scrim give it up to God.
