[2:17] his boss. What you told the boss that I had a certain financial doctor,
[2:22] literally and what so, without you you have one. You had an
[2:25] interview, but I don' t know what I swear you don' t
[2:30] say hello. Gentlemen interpreter, he told me to explain to me I am
[2:35] Perez and I follow some girls on Instagram that they are the light at the
[2:39] end of the tunnel for any financial problems, and they invited me to an
[2:45] interview and I can not miss it. Yeah, I can miss it.
[2:47] She woe, but it' s nice that he agreed to give me permission
[2:53] so that you can be here and learn a little more and solve those financial
[2:59] doubts that you have more thanks to seeing doubts. I' m twenty-
[3:04] two. I started at seventeen eighteen working Wow, but a little early really
[3:13] with what I had to run into in the journal. Living is the typical
[3:17] excuse of others saying the money doesn' t give me and I, at
[3:23] the time I was that person until I ran into you. I' m
[3:28] really gonna do it when I' m here. I met the podcast last
[3:31] year, in January, kind of January February. From that moment on,
[3:36] I started getting organized. I made a vision board for the first time.
[3:39] I came from a little distorted relationship with the subject of money, that if
[3:45] I paid, it didn' t reach me, that if I had to
[3:49] help my mom, but it didn' t help enough, that it'
[3:53] s in college and so on. But my partner is a little archaic about
[3:55] savings. It' s not like I' m risky and we' re
[4:00] going to have investments. No, but he' s very organized, he
[4:03] likes to save a lot and that' s when I said I couldn'
[4:08] t come with that mess. He makes where he is, he' s
[4:10] such an organized person. I started listening to the podcast and I started organizing
[4:15] very well I got to make your budget. Yes, the first thing was
[4:18] to make a budget, organize savings, which is the first thing you always
[4:25] say about personal finances. The first thing is to save. After that,
[4:28] he' s not a step- by- step. At last year'
[4:30] s financial fair I opened my first, my first investment fund. Oko,
[4:35] you guys had to invest a lot. Once before. You announced the fair
[4:41] and in an episode of the podcast you said that you had made an effort
[4:45] that with a thousand pesos you could start. There is a specific purpose that
[4:48] I contacted them. I said, look, I' m going to the
[4:50] finance fair. I want to carry all my papers. I already told me
[4:54] there' s no problem at all. He' s gonna move you there,
[4:57] take all your papers and don' t worry. Ayá we can do
[5:00] each other. And that' s exactly how it was, from that very
[5:02] first moment. I started excellent and tell us a little bit. So you
[5:09] ' ve already started organizing, thanks to the podcast and your partner that he
[5:13] understood you as that spark that he hears I need organization. And then you
[5:17] started creating a true budget, of course you did now with what income level,
[5:21] how many. Here comes the interesting part. I earn twenty thousand pesos
[5:27] ok with the pretensions eighteen thousand eight hundred and eighteen pesos OK and I save
[5:33] invested or excellent and you have these. I' ve got gas. There
[5:39] are fixed essential costs that cannot be met. Who come to diminish. What
[5:44] they do is they increase, but I do it ok me what are your
[5:47] essential expenses? My essential cases are I bring home and pay for college and
[5:54] my ticket to go to work. Okay, I mean, literally that'
[5:59] s my three fixed expenses. I hardly ever vary, because the budget is
[6:04] specifically so that it doesn' t vary. But yes, those are my
[6:08] essential expenses. You could perfectly say right now look. I have essential expenses
[6:15] of both college, transportation, telephone, for example, and gained eighteen thousand
[6:19] and a peak as you indicated net and in the account, then I do
[6:25] not give to pray. You could say that, but you came out a
[6:29] little bit of that mentality that you told us that you started saying that money
[6:33] doesn' t reach me and you went on to say hey me with what
[6:38] I have. I can, I can pull a part out of you to
[6:42] reverse you go from a lack mentality to an abundance mentality totally and believe me
[6:46] that' s that mentality. Having it organized brings you more things, that
[6:51] is, without you realizing it, your panorama is going to improve more and
[6:56] more as time goes by and those n s that you are already seeing those
[7:00] yields, those fruits. He said today that you' re taking out every
[7:05] month. You have secondary expenses. Also not there goes my terman with me
[7:12] I don' t spend secondary. I mean, I' m afraid to
[7:19] buy things. An example. I find it hard for my compulsive buying sisters,
[7:25] they are people, and my mom buys me a blouse that if she
[7:29] bought me a pants, I would last forever to buy me clothes or an
[7:33] eternity for one than another secondary expense. Maybe I buy things for the hair
[7:39] or I buy food once in the fortnight. So that' s right,
[7:46] he' s a rubber, but I don' t have a hard time
[7:48] getting out of that high school. Not me as if it is necessary,
[7:51] very forced, I stop to buy a sunscreen or to buy something on the
[7:57] Internet, but it costs me, that is, to take out that secondary
[8:01] because I say you have to save and keep that then I am afraid.
[8:07] That' s my main fear of staying with that mentality and not allowing myself
[8:11] to do things for myself. I mean, I' m finally working so
[8:16] much park ok. So if you feel guilty about spending, then that'
[8:20] s where we go back to the mindset Karense wants. So, first I
[8:24] recommend a book that I' m just listening to now is a classic lion
[8:28] of basically finance. I don' t know if you' ve read it.
[8:30] It' s called secrets. The millionaire lover read it, but so
[8:33] I' ve seen him from The Heart Acker search for him, that is
[8:37] to say search for him. I recommend it because it' s helping you
[8:39] break up like with that mentality that it' s not that you can'
[8:43] t a mentality that he says is poor, but not poor for money.
[8:46] If there is no poor mentality here, that is the poor mind or twenty
[8:50] middle class, as he says or mind is rich, then the mind is
[8:52] rich. It already takes you to know that you deserve it, you deserve
[8:56] to really buy the things you want, but not with the waste that I
[9:01] only earn and spend on what I want, if not with that organization,
[9:03] with that balance that I make money. I produce money, but I also
[9:09] cover my life, the essential, but I also have a balance for me
[9:13] to enjoy the living and it is possible to do everything. I understand it
[9:18] ' s possible, but it' s like I tell you, I kind
[9:20] of have that limitation. I' d like to explain my billboard to my
[9:30] investment portfolio. I have a one- year investment fund in your reserves and
[9:37] I have one to three months in these reserves. Yeah, I got a
[9:41] three months. You' ve got time, I mean, you guys had
[9:43] a fair in November. Yes, November boyfriend, two thousand twenty- three,
[9:46] the first edition. Now in July, the second edition. Oan or
[9:50] a month I buy you s tickets friends November, I kind of soaked up
[9:56] at the fair, like putting all of you in the same basket and I
[10:01] said Ok, but it' s the trick not to put the same basket
[10:05] on you. I have an extra income that I am. I' m
[10:09] assisting an accountant. She pays me, but she doesn' t pay me
[10:13] monthly or you see it takes three months, four months. I don'
[10:16] t commit that money. Me, that money is my savings. It'
[10:20] s my savings. Once and for all then I have the one year,
[10:24] the three months and I' m right now in parval Ok. I'
[10:28] ve got bag letters. I have letters at the Central Bank. I'
[10:33] ve been reinvesting. I liked the stalls more than afy them but I have
[10:37] been reinvesting there and I have stumbled yesterday just as I sent my documentations to
[10:43] open a correct account at the VHD bag stand. But I' ve come
[10:48] across a concept that I didn' t understand Central Bank securities, that is,
[10:54] when she says no. I don' t have letters, I have
[10:56] titles and I kind of, okay, I, no, no, no,
[11:00] like I give that little detail, that little detail of titles, like
[11:05] I couldn' t specify it. But if I' m opening up my
[11:07] way for more opportunities, then that' s like a little bit, like
[11:13] a people who earn eighteen thousand pesos can have to say ah me, sir,
[11:18] open up a free brokerage account exactly the truth singer in an afi and
[11:22] like a totally free bag stand. So there' s also the excuse that
[11:24] I have to have a lot of money to invest. With a thousand pesos
[11:28] you can also start, now, you can open the free one and then,
[11:31] with a thousand steps, you can activate to start generating as it is.
[11:35] So, like I ran into that one and on time, I wanted
[11:39] to ask him about the titles too ok let' s go one step at
[11:43] a time. First, you have letters for those who don' t know
[11:46] what letters are. The letters are from the Central Bank, issued by the
[11:48] Central Bank of the Dominican Republic. They are a product that is your guarantee.
[11:52] It' s specifically felt because it' s them that emit it and
[11:58] it' s basically you' re lending it your money. The Bank focuses
[12:00] for a specific period of time which, in the case of letters, is
[12:03] short term. In other words, the letters expire within a period of less
[12:07] than one year. They have their specific expiration date. There are some that
[12:11] expire, for example, in November of this two thousand and twenty- four,
[12:15] others that expire in February of the two thousand and twenty- five.
[12:16] I mean, we' re talking short- term. But you, from
[12:18] day one, you know when he' s gonna beat in the letters.
[12:20] You have a fixed cup, you also know how much you' re going
[12:24] to earn from the start. And they buy at a discount that for many
[12:28] people who make a short circuit with the word sequen an investment, because it
[12:33] is simply like when you go to a store, that you buy something for
[12:35] a discount. You bought a blues that was worth two thousand five hundred pounds,
[12:39] but you paid two thousand you opened five hundred. Well, basically that
[12:43] ' s how they buy the letters at a discount and when they win that
[12:48] we already know they have their short- term expiration date, they pay you
[12:52] what you paid for the letter you bought at a discount plus this prize that
[12:56] was a discount that you didn' t have to pay at the beginning.
[12:58] So in the case of the blouse. Well, two thousand five hundred is
[13:01] what you' re going to get when that letter is over. But you
[13:05] only gave two thousand. So if your profit is five hundred. And that
[13:09] ' s why they bring out the profitability they give you, because when you
[13:13] compare those things, they give you a return. So that profitability is just
[13:18] the differential of that you bought at discount versus the value you' re going
[13:22] to get back at the end of the term. So that' s for
[13:24] the letter case. Now, we already have a basis to understand what the
[13:28] Central Bank' s securities are, what the Central Bank' s bonds are,
[13:33] which is precisely the same theory that it' s a money that you
[13:37] ' re lending to the Central Bank, that is, that we' re
[13:39] already talking about the same guarantee, the same security as a letter that you
[13:43] already know. But it' s not in the short term, I mean,
[13:46] we' re not talking about that in five months it' s going
[13:50] to beat in six months, in eight months, but they beat in,
[13:52] for example, in the two thousand twenty- five, two thousand twenty-
[13:56] six and so on. So it' s not a short term, it
[13:58] ' s a longer term. And unlike the letters, first they' re
[14:03] not always going to buy at a discount and they' re going to pay
[14:07] you interest every six months. In the case of bond securities. In the
[14:11] case of letters, your gain is only maturity. In the case of bonds
[14:13] it is every six months specifically those bonds. The Central Bank still has a
[14:20] fixed rate, if it' s day one you know your profit. What
[14:24] makes different to the letters of those bonuses, in addition to the term,
[14:28] is that discount that is not exactly on all bonuses, unlike athletes who always
[14:33] have it. So, there you have to quote, you have to quote.
[14:37] Ok as soon as you' re selling me the bonus. If I
[14:41] have ten thousand pesos, how much I have to pay to buy that bonus.
[14:45] I have to pay more, I have to pay ten thousand five hundred
[14:48] pesos, ten thousand eight hundred pesos or I have to pay less and in
[14:52] that case it would be discount. So, there you have to quote already
[14:54] with the stock exchange post to tell you how much that would be that you
[14:58] have to pay, which have long terms up to two thousand sixty, two
[15:03] thousand forty- one, but it doesn' t mean that you have to
[15:07] stay all that time. You can sell it before this time. The recommendation
[15:11] is that if you leave that money there is at least a year and a
[15:13] half two years, but I don' t mean you have to wait until
[15:18] the two thousand sixty before you can withdraw your money. You can remove it
[15:20] first through the purse stand. Exactly if we compare in terms of goals,
[15:26] the letters that you' re having right now that you' re investing in
[15:31] are for your goals to cut and time or to make up maybe this investment
[15:35] habit that with ten thousand you can open one and you' re accumulating it,
[15:39] but already the bonuses are for medium- term goals. Medium I mean,
[15:43] I can choose more than they do. They offered me a liquid liquidity
[15:50] fund account that they have and have a profitability of up to ten forty-
[15:56] eight a year or so. This is variable, it' s variable,
[16:00] but they' re averaging that. So, that did interest me. But
[16:04] I kind of said, well, I like the stalls so much, that
[16:07] it doesn' t cost anything to go well, but when I said to
[16:11] myself on the bonus there' s kind of had a little bit of short
[16:18] - term goal complication on the table, apart from the emergency fund, which
[16:22] is a goal we all have, but I' m sitting here without emergency
[16:26] funds. Brutus of even killing me this child. I' m starting to
[16:29] invest because it doesn' t have an emergency fund. No, it'
[16:30] s not the impossible. First the emergency fund and mumma stop my emergency fund
[16:37] is a four- month college. I mean, I have, that'
[16:41] s my goal. I' m in the middle of a career, but
[16:45] the plan is that if at some point I miss the job, I get
[16:48] the ticket as my mom says it' s always there on the table,
[16:52] but the college fee. I, my mom is a single mother and my
[16:56] sisters, I mean, I have sisters who also depend on her. It
[17:00] ' s like the university of priority, the passage, that appears on a
[17:03] day- to- day basis, but you have to pay for the university.
[17:04] Then I understand that in four months and I don' t have a
[17:08] job, I' ll get one, thank God. So that' s
[17:12] my emergency fund. I have it in that I have a goal. So
[17:17] my high performance tes will find me high performance at four percent per year.
[17:22] There' s the new one. Then my goal, which is the closest,
[17:26] the ma I have the most at hand. It' s just that
[17:30] my partner and I want to buy an apartment. Okay, so we plan
[17:34] is we' ve saved separately, because I' m a little bit more
[17:38] risky. I, like, look, I understand how not here little that
[17:41] generates more money. He' s like no. No, no, no,
[17:45] no, leave me with my notebook account and no, but show him
[17:49] everything your investments generate. But I taught him what to do. But I
[17:56] have to bring him to the pass. Okay, and he' s gonna
[17:57] keep you this episode. Of course I do. He' s my back,
[18:00] number one. But it' s like the fucken ching I say look
[18:04] at you think we put the money here, that here' s working one
[18:07] more chi, but it' s still a little bit more reserved with that
[18:15] part, the issue of the extra expenses. That gives me a little bit
[18:21] of fear that if we don' t reach, that if woe, what
[18:23] we' re going to do when we' re already in trouble then the
[18:30] Dominican and I' m going to forgive, the Dominican understands since you say
[18:36] oh I want to buy an apartment, twenty years paying for a house,
[18:41] but then we fall back like he' s repressed so much with that one.
[18:44] Oh, people say 20 years, 20 years goes by just the same
[18:47] and the people who live rented, well, I don' t know if
[18:49] that' s the case. But the people who see that in the end
[18:52] it lasts twenty years paying for a house, that there is not that person,
[18:56] then the goal is like buying an apartment, that is the great goal
[18:59] that you have. So I want to be guided like what are the points
[19:03] I have to have key. I have been heard referent that if the transfer
[19:07] tax, that if the closing cut, the closing expense, but if I
[19:12] have three hundred thousand pesos to put numbers And I have three hundred thousand pesos
[19:18] and the initial is eight hundred and the bonus the first house that one usually
[19:25] applies I go to three hundred fifths. I' ve got three hundred,
[19:30] that is, I' m two hundred short, that is, where the
[19:34] savings are coming where I' m putting it, that is, how I
[19:37] ' m doing it. That I want like that ok, it would be
[19:41] interesting to first consolidate the investments that you already have and also to define where
[19:47] the next investments are going to be placed I say to you because it is
[19:52] a goal that you have in common and that is good, because it is
[19:56] a goal that is reached faster and more in order when you have a partner
[20:00] next to you, also contributing to that goal, that is, that we
[20:03] begin. That' s why you have your excellent emergency fund. That stays
[20:06] where you already have it, which is a good product, a saving account,
[20:08] high performance. Now, the remnant already you have to focus it,
[20:14] project it for that great goal that is the building. So let' s
[20:18] reposition it in a product that gives you maybe a little bigger cup, like
[20:22] a mutual at a bag stand. You already have in carval and you will
[20:26] open in the vhb then go relocating in a mutual and leave a liquid background,
[20:33] for example, with your partner, that is, pooled name of the
[20:37] two, so that the two, every fortnight or every month, will undertake
[20:41] to go, paying, to grow that investment for the common goal that is
[20:45] the property. You guys need to go putting numbers. It is very important
[20:52] that yes, truth we grow the investment, etcetera, etcetera, but also
[20:55] go putting number of how many the property we want, of what amount.
[20:59] Or that and based on that moment, I need a twenty percent initial I
[21:02] need the transfer tax, I need the cost of valuation, I need the
[21:10] bank charges, then I need to put all those numbers on. We have
[21:15] to like cell aha. We have a life on Instagram. We even have
[21:18] an episode of debts where we say all those categories that you have to take
[21:22] into account when taking a loan so that you already have the number, because
[21:26] it' s that if not how you know when you already reach death.
[21:30] Not everything is. Right now, everything' s as air as it is.
[21:33] We have been able to sit down because my partner also comes from fear
[21:37] of himself. But things always happen like that when you' re reaching it,
[21:41] something always comes and it kind of knocks down that goal or like then
[21:47] lady a little airy. So I wanted to just land it by looking at
[21:51] it. But exactly that number you can' t measure where you are,
[21:53] where you' re going, or how you strive to grow that investment,
[21:59] where you' re going to grow the investment. For now they can put
[22:02] liquids in that background with a background sixty days ago, also depending on background
[22:07] to ninety days. Between those three, you can choose in the name of
[22:10] the two and the exact mutual, make a combination like a trampoline. You
[22:15] are making monthly contributions to that investment fund and then when you have a capital,
[22:19] because you pass it on to a mutual. OK. And it'
[22:23] s super important what Kim wants from the amount, because that' s gonna
[22:29] give them a sign of OK. I need two years to save. I
[22:32] need a year and a half. I need an exact year. And don
[22:34] ' t get discouraged. Exactly, don' t demolish because it says like
[22:38] ah it did come to an emergency. Well, that' s what I
[22:41] have the emergency fund for. Then I know that my term is two years
[22:45] and with the investments, that term will be reduced a little bit more.
[22:48] Oh, you' re gonna have interests that they' re gonna generate for
[22:52] you during those two years, that' s gonna help you move. For
[22:55] example, to furnish that house you want. And about the deadline or what
[23:00] you were saying is there' s a 20- year fear of wow,
[23:03] a mortgage loan, that' s too much. I don' t know
[23:06] where I' m gonna be in 20 years. You take that 20-
[23:08] year loan and it doesn' t mean you' re gonna stay 20 years.
[23:12] You' re going to create a plan to make extraordinary payments when you
[23:18] get double pay, when you get a bonus, that extra income you were
[23:22] talking about. And so you' re not going to stay those 20 years
[23:26] and you' re going to pay less interest. But that shouldn' t
[23:27] scare them. I am pro to take the loan as long as possible,
[23:33] as long as it adapts the quota to you, because you know that the
[23:36] longer the loan, because the quota is more comfortable. In my case,
[23:38] I' ve taken two mortgage loans. The first one went to thirty years
[23:42] without problem and we saved it because we sold the apartment, and the second
[23:48] loan is twenty years away, so that doesn' t stress me at all.
[23:52] I am not worried at all about why, because we have the plan
[23:55] that first the quota will accommodate us, i e I am paying my extremely
[24:00] comfortable and second instalments, when I make extraordinary bonds to that loan, because
[24:07] under the simple deadline it is not necessary to last for twenty years either.
[24:08] Okay, one took the loan, I mean, but you take advantage of
[24:11] it. Aha from that thing, that fee. Now I' m going
[24:17] with a disappointing part for you, I mean, no. It' s
[24:19] all pink girls. Last year, after I had the fair with you,
[24:27] I listened to the podcasts about the cards and got soaked in that what happens.
[24:34] I' ve never had my credit card, I mean, I'
[24:37] ve never been given anything. I applied to a bank Mira richa do ok
[24:41] no, brother, but I am that you keep applying. No. But
[24:45] I applied to another bank and they did give it to me. OK gives
[24:48] me no benefit. Okay, I don' t know how long you have
[24:51] it anymore. I' m gonna buy a year. Now, now in
[24:53] June to twenty- eight. It' s not even excellent out there.
[24:57] Now you can apply for a corporal and it' s gonna be time.
[25:00] Six months ago you could quote a change. OK, then don' t.
[25:03] That wasn' t gonna take the next one, I mean, I
[25:07] got a note when they do the card one again to find out which cards
[25:11] the shiners are. Giving that card my workshop take, that workshop intended to
[25:15] take it for me to know what I want it to take, because I
[25:22] ' m going to take off my first card, the first card that gave
[25:26] me light to put it that way. I have dollars and I have pesos.
[25:30] I' ve done very well. Ma handled excellent with her. I
[25:33] took one of quik that gives one percent cash, because to have nothing,
[25:37] at least that gives someone, of course, but that one I have there
[25:41] as that for any little thing is not priority, but I the other cause
[25:45] it more, it gives me no benefit. But now, I want to
[25:49] take on the following expenses. I want to change what it' s like
[25:53] to pay for passage, to pay for fuel. I' ll explain to
[25:56] you my partner has a vehicle. Balance, thanks to the lord and the
[26:00] vehicle is standing because he has an egg. No work like that. So
[26:06] I said I really liked the episode that' s coming out. Over there.
[26:11] One knows that one wants to leave from applying for a visa, I
[26:15] made for the United States and separates France and is for all sides. For
[26:18] example, you no longer have a license on this page and you want to,
[26:22] that is, you want to see it, but you don' t
[26:25] have the licentiate in your country, I mean you want a visa, but
[26:27] you already Juan Dorio weighs you, that is little more coherence. So I
[26:32] ' m in the process of getting my license out and I' m going
[26:37] to assume, take fuel spending what you spent on passage and more for convenience.
[26:40] I' m a little late for college, too. So my priority
[26:45] is to look for a card that gives me benefits in those areas, that
[26:49] benefits me in those areas, like the supermarket, like fuel, because we
[26:55] ' re already planning to buy apartment, we' re planning to move,
[26:59] we' re not learning, that we need a card that gives us some
[27:02] benefit. With the subject of appliances, with the theme of looking, I
[27:06] want to buy such a thing for the house and it is no longer projecting
[27:11] itself exactly. So you' re projecting into a family. I like lega
[27:15] if you' re always very read and not really. I like your projection,
[27:19] because you' re having the vision that this is what they come from,
[27:23] because let me do it from now on and don' t wait until
[27:27] I' m already moved with that touch. He' s upstairs and losing
[27:30] money, knowing I could have prepared for this that I know he' s
[27:34] definitely coming. In our country there are many card options that are suitable for
[27:38] that, that you are looking for family cards that provide you with those essential
[27:44] expenses that a house has, such as food and electricity, the fuel far
[27:48] more and those expenses that come yes or yes or yes. Among them is
[27:55] Banesco' s super cash fact that gives you water and light services in your
[27:59] supermarket, which is something you' re going to have, yes or yes.
[28:03] There is also the family pab and the prize becha, which they also
[28:07] give in supermarkets. There is one, for example, in Vimenca, the
[28:11] plus one visa that gives you twenty percent return in restaurants and also gives you
[28:18] the fuel, which is something you are looking for. Gives you an exact
[28:21] five percent. So those are some that you can compare. Many of them
[28:26] are going to be available at the fair and you' re going to be
[28:30] there. Of course, and aside, for example, that which you already
[28:33] have Quick te, although it gives you one percent cash bag in all unlimited
[28:36] purchases also make offers for example, they recently had one in Plazalama. Then
[28:42] you can evaluate the part of the appliances of those cards that you already have,
[28:48] that is, that of Quick that already gives you that one percent every
[28:49] day in all consumptions, because evaluate those emails that send promotions that can help
[28:55] you for example to that process when it arrives of furnishing and everything else.
[29:00] Okay, I' m a vovo waiting for the e- mails because thanks
[29:06] to you, they' re interviewing each other every day. Yeah, I
[29:07] took advantage of my card, which doesn' t give me any benefits if
[29:11] I' ve taken advantage of a few, because one has to keep an
[29:15] eye on the mail. But the university also feels like it' s not
[29:17] anymore. But in college I also need to kind of lighten up. Yeah,
[29:23] and you faceo ci t t the same. You can combine the card
[29:30] you' re going to take out with your partner so that the two complement
[29:33] each other. Obviously, at that moment you define who' s going to
[29:37] cover what, according to what you earn, like ah look, I'
[29:38] m going to cover the electricity. You cover the supermarket. I' ll
[29:42] cover the fuel. So if he likes it, too, he' s
[29:45] choosing to look at my card, it' s going to be this.
[29:48] Your card' s gonna be this. OK, that' s also a
[29:51] tip I wanted to take, because I see it the next way. Always
[29:56] as a rule, my partner and I don' t work on the fifty
[30:02] - fifty theme, I mean, that' s not what' s ever
[30:06] been in my timime, but he doesn' t leave me there either,
[30:08] it' s a macho thing. Man, hairy protector, not what to
[30:11] subtract brown I spend, wait, you begged your rope yours always tells me
[30:18] how his peace of mind is that I don' t have to use my
[30:22] money to solve things, that is, force them both always. But I
[30:26] understand that it already exists inside the house, there is no fifty to fifty,
[30:30] but neither did you. You pay for everything and I pay for me
[30:33] to keep mine, so you recommend me do the following. I have evaluated
[30:37] it as follows, such as putting up an account for all the expenses of
[30:42] the house and two people, or an account for all the cases of the
[30:47] house, a savings account and a staff for everyone. So, what I
[30:51] ' m saying is this. If you come alone to the house, put
[30:56] them all on the bill that it is for the house and then then divide
[31:00] it, that is to say to divide what goes for the savings and what
[31:03] it is for me because you go to the salon, the hairdresser bullet and
[31:07] so on and pay all the expenses. Or as they say with the card,
[31:11] you assume such a thing. I assume such a thing. Not that
[31:14] we will never recommend a method especially for couples, but each one is testing.
[31:21] Indeed, I know that you mention it is one that also use many
[31:25] couples, especially Christian couples, that this is something that even inculcate you in
[31:29] the premarital course before you do it for the Catholic Church, that you put
[31:33] with your partner everything in a cash pool as you say and then all the
[31:40] expenses come out, It covers everything of the house and then what remains,
[31:42] because it is divided between two. So they can do it, yes,
[31:45] they feel comfortable. In my case, I don' t do it that
[31:48] way and I divide it by categories. I mean, I choose certain categories
[31:52] and he has certain categories and everyone who covers those categories and we know our
[31:56] responsibility, so they can go on testing how exactly they work what they have
[32:00] to do and that the method that least brings conflicts to the house, because
[32:05] what can happen with that method not to everyone. Again to some couples who
[32:09] later say like ah but you' re spending more in the living room than
[32:14] I' m spending barbershop. Or one gains more, that is to say,
[32:17] one has to see what is better copla with you that gives less conflict.
[32:21] We have a lot of couples who do super well with that method,
[32:25] even though we don' t use that method and it' s not bad.
[32:28] The important thing is that you guys go testing can start like this,
[32:31] since you had it in mind. You evaluate how he' s going to
[32:36] look at this isn' t bringing conflict. All is well peace and then
[32:39] follow that one and if you can' t prove either the one of lines
[32:45] or the one of Midad and Midad Ok, that would work. Then I
[32:50] don' t know. I want to hear your recommendations for me that I
[32:53] can improve, that I can go removing by putting. I don' t
[32:58] know the truth you' re going that well, I mean, what we
[33:02] do want is to focus on that change mentality that I don' t feel
[33:07] guilty about making an expense that makes me happy On the contrary, I enjoy
[33:12] that expense that brings me happiness. I' m working for something, I
[33:15] ' m getting organized, I' ve got my goals straight, I'
[33:17] ve got my projection. Whatever I' m gonna get to, but you
[33:22] don' t have to don' t know if this is the word,
[33:27] but torturing for making an expense of throwing away that you don' t make
[33:30] it hard for me, centuries without buying clothes, but you like to buy
[33:32] clothes, I mean, identify what things you like. Lately, I'
[33:35] ve felt guilty, guilty, that' s to say, to add to
[33:39] him, but buy yourself a blouse. Or I told my sister I feel
[33:42] like I' m not buying things for myself what I' m doing.
[33:45] But I bought the ticket for the fair and I was the happiest girl in
[33:50] the world, that is, totally me. If I give a gift to
[33:54] a person, I feel very good, that is, I tend to be
[33:58] a bit of a detailist. My mom always details and how she likes it
[34:00] and so on, but personally, outside of that the fair is more than
[34:06] a taste, it is a need to the naked eye for me that I
[34:10] like to learn more, to organize myself more. So, I kind of
[34:14] don' t see it as an expense. But rather, in my case
[34:15] it' s an investment, because one goes I opened my first account.
[34:20] With I opened my first account and already I have profited from it. Then
[34:22] there is as a clear investment totally, knowledge. It' s definitely an
[34:28] investment. But I do recommend you identify those things that make you happy.
[34:32] IT doesn' t have to be clothes, that' s because your sister
[34:35] might tell you how there is, but you don' t buy troops.
[34:37] But yeah, I don' t like it, I mean I' m
[34:39] crazy I like exact makeup I like you what you like makeup, or do
[34:44] I like to go to the salon and give me a massage? This is
[34:45] your secondary school, or what I like is going to the gym or that
[34:50] kind of pilates or that kind of spinning, because that' s what I
[34:53] like then. But it does identify a part of that balance that we always
[34:59] recommend, of that season that you have to have, because also, that
[35:04] is, you work every day. Look how you had to ask for permission
[35:07] to come here. You deserve to have those side expenses for you to relax,
[35:12] for you to enjoy. But based on you, I don' t
[35:15] pack your sister. No, not sure, that' s right. And
[35:19] we also recommend that you go bring your partner, bring her to this theme,
[35:25] that is, invite him to the fair. That' s right to
[35:29] tell him Listen, we' re going to go together, vast talk together,
[35:32] and you' re going to see how he gets a little more motivated.
[35:34] Send him the cough videos, send him the trouble with the videos.
[35:37] He likes it very safe with this one, too. He will already change
[35:39] well, also send him the statements of your investments. It won' t
[35:49] be the winnings for him to look at. I' ve got two months
[35:52] here and look, I' ve already earned eight hundred pesos, a thousand
[35:55] two hundred pesos for that. So that also wakes up that spark, because
[35:59] in the end, not everyone who in the same financial education, not everyone
[36:02] hears the same thing and not everyone may be on the same page. But,
[36:07] as a couple, yes, it is important to take the other to
[36:12] your more financially positive terrain, because in the end the two have a very
[36:15] great goal in common, which is the real estate. And for that to
[36:19] be achieved efficiently and in the time you want, you need him to be
[36:22] on your side. You also need to bring him more. I have to
[36:24] use the tactics that of course I want to answer the question with which I
[36:30] came to you here because you put a little door on the podcast where it
[36:37] said what people did with their double salary I prayed half a year and you
[36:43] gave it half a year and you already gave it double floor. And bonus
[36:47] because the company in April already give you no. Nice. If you ask
[36:52] me that they have eaten double salary, guess what you invested and I didn
[36:58] ' t say anything to give you protruded all that money, I mean you
[37:01] took all that money? No, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
[37:02] no, no, no, no, no. No, no.
[37:02] No. No. He bought you a cell phone. I bought a cell
[37:08] phone and saved money. I mean, I totally invested. I also received
[37:13] a bonus recently that with that is that I intend to make my other investment
[37:16] in a stock market, which is where I am evaluating right now. I
[37:21] mean, there are no excuses, there are no excuses, and above all,
[37:24] those investments already have a name in my future home, exactly all my
[37:30] investments. That' s really the north you have, that is, whether
[37:32] it' s distributed as a stan or changing them, but they all have
[37:39] the same, because there' s what' s missing is you determine the
[37:44] amount, determine the amount of that property plus those legal expenses that we talked
[37:51] about, that IPI and so you identify ok this is the amount that I
[37:55] need and how long it' s going to take me based on what we
[38:00] can save, slash invest every month and you know push your partner to invest
[38:04] because you tell him look. We' re going to get to that one
[38:06] faster on the net peisola that we all definitely have. I' ll bring
[38:09] it, I' ll bring it excellent, because thank you very much.
[38:14] We' ll see you in a week at the fair, so you can
[38:19] also take it there so that you can also evaluate credit cards. They'
[38:22] re going to have a variety of options there. They' re going to
[38:25] learn about investments, about money mentality, that lack that we saw that we
[38:32] have to change abundance, we' re also going to have talks about that.
[38:35] So you both have to go on that financial medical appointment or yes.
[38:38] It' s gonna be a gift to him and to you. So we
[38:42] wish you every success in the world. You' re doing great, so
[38:46] we congratulate you. Look like a short time and at your young age you
[38:51] ' ve already accomplished a lot without excuse, like we said, I mean,
[38:55] you said, okay, this is what I get what I can do
[38:59] with that. Then we congratulate you on that and that you can put into
[39:02] practice everything you have learned Today and God by seeing us at the fair.
[39:07] So we wish you all the best singing the girls days, counting the excellent
[39:12] days, because you guys learned a lot from this. You know you don
[39:15] ' t have an excuse that money doesn' t give you. We already
[39:20] know that with little we can invest, we can organize our finances and achieve
[39:27] those goals and dreams that we all have. So I know you learned a
[39:30] lot in this episode. Don' t be alone with him and share it
[39:32] with all your friends, your partner, and your family. I' ll
[39:37] see you next goodbye.
