[0:00] Isar Meitis: Hello, and welcome to the Leveraging AI Podcast, the podcast that shares practical, ethical ways to leverage AI, improve efficiency, grow your business, and advance your career.
[0:10] Isar Meitis: This is Isar Matis, your host, and I've got a really exciting, highly impactful episode for you today.
[0:18] Isar Meitis: All of you who listen to this podcast want to learn how to use AI effectively.
[0:22] Isar Meitis: We all know that maybe the biggest hype right now is Claude, and specifically Claude Cowork, and most of us are also on LinkedIn.
[0:29] Isar Meitis: LinkedIn is the biggest conference in the world.
[0:33] Isar Meitis: It happens 24/7, 365, and basically every client, supplier, or person you wanna connect to are on there on somewhat regular basis, some more than others.
[0:44] Isar Meitis: But there's a huge amount of people who are relevant to what you're doing who would like to know about what you're doing.
[0:50] Isar Meitis: And if you had the right content, and if you could track how successful that content is, then you'd be able to generate more business.
[0:58] Isar Meitis: And since I assume most of you want to generate more business, whether you're a small business or a large organization, then this episode is going to be pure gold for you.
[1:07] Isar Meitis: So what we're going to cover today is we're going to learn how to use Claude Cowork, including how to create specific skills for a specific aspect of the process in order to improve your success on LinkedIn.
[1:20] Isar Meitis: That means how to monitor what's going on right now, how to provide the right content, how to create the content, how to track the performance, how to improve over time, and how to basically drive more engagement and more success on LinkedIn while actually working less, because allowing Claude Cowork to do a lot of the steps for you.
[1:41] Isar Meitis: And we're gonna literally show you step by step on how to build the skills and how to use the skills inside of Cowork, inside of Claude Cowork, that will allow you to do that.
[1:52] Isar Meitis: Our guest today Pietro Montaldo has been on this show before, and every one of these episodes was a huge success because he's really good at explaining how to use AI effectively for actual business success.
[2:06] Isar Meitis: He teaches courses on how to use AI for business success, so he's, as I mentioned, really good at doing this.
[2:12] Isar Meitis: He's doing this for himself.
[2:13] Isar Meitis: He's doing this for clients.
[2:15] Isar Meitis: So he's definitely the right person in order to teach us all of this.
[2:19] Isar Meitis: As I mentioned, this is something that every person probably wants to do right now, which is to grow on LinkedIn.
[2:26] Isar Meitis: Whether you're in an enterprise or a small business, this is a great way to get more clients and get more impact, and learning how to do this with AI will help you do this more effectively while working less.
[2:39] Isar Meitis: And so I'm very excited about this, and I would love to welcome Pietro to the show.
[2:43] Isar Meitis: Pietro, welcome to Leveraging AI.
[2:49] Pietro Montaldo: Thank you so much, Isar.
[2:50] Pietro Montaldo: It's great to be back.
[2:51] Pietro Montaldo: All of the last episodes we had fun, and I think they were also very well-received from your audience.
[2:55] Pietro Montaldo: A lot of people texted me after, so it's always a pleasure to be on.
[2:59] Isar Meitis: Thank you.
[2:59] Isar Meitis: Yeah.
[2:59] Isar Meitis: Listen, I-- you, you always provide the goods.
[3:02] Isar Meitis: when people provide the goods, the audience is excited, and I'm very excited about today.
[3:05] Isar Meitis: We, we chatted a little before.
[3:07] Isar Meitis: We both do very similar things, i-in general, but even specifically about, how to leverage, Claude for LinkedIn growth.
[3:15] Isar Meitis: So I will let you run the show.
[3:17] Isar Meitis: I will add my two cents, and probably today more than a few cents because, we're doing very similar stuff.
[3:23] Isar Meitis: So I think it's gonna be an awesome conversation.
[3:25] Isar Meitis: So let's get started.
[3:26] Isar Meitis: The stage is yours.
[3:28] Pietro Montaldo: Let's do it.
[3:29] Pietro Montaldo: So first of all, I want to clarify on something which I think it's really important, right?
[3:33] Pietro Montaldo: LinkedIn, as you said, is the largest conference in the world.
[3:36] Pietro Montaldo: I really like that way of seeing it.
[3:38] Pietro Montaldo: for me, it generates approximately eighty, eighty-five percent of my business, right?
[3:42] Pietro Montaldo: And the way it does it is by creating content.
[3:45] Pietro Montaldo: but how I make money is not with LinkedIn, right?
[3:48] Pietro Montaldo: LinkedIn doesn't pay creator.
[3:49] Pietro Montaldo: I don't consider myself a creator.
[3:50] Pietro Montaldo: I consider myself an educator, and my real business is, running training, running courses, right?
[3:56] Pietro Montaldo: So LinkedIn, while generating most of this business, is not my business, so I really need to be effective in how I approach it.
[4:03] Pietro Montaldo: And Cowork and Skills, Claude Cowork and Claude Skills really help me be much more effective on how I review my performance, and I get results, content.
[4:13] Pietro Montaldo: I create content in a better and faster way, right?
[4:15] Pietro Montaldo: So this is exactly what I want to show.
[4:17] Pietro Montaldo: We'll show very practical stuff, so stuff you can, digest and implement, straight out of the way.
[4:22] Pietro Montaldo: We'll also, if I show some skills, I will also happily, send them to Isar so Isar can share with all of you.
[4:28] Pietro Montaldo: I want really all of you to, after this thirty, forty-five minutes that we'll spend chatting, have a clear idea of"Okay, I can set it up in ten minutes and then use it straight after," right?
[4:37] Pietro Montaldo: Which I think it's the best possible outcome for, these type of sessions.
[4:41] Pietro Montaldo: if you don't have any other remark, Isar, I think I always like to start this by showing in literally five minutes a quick introduction about Cowork and Slides so that we are all on the same level.
[4:51] Pietro Montaldo: I know most of the people already are very well familiar, but I think it's always great to get a base understanding when we all know what we're talking about, especially for those of you who are maybe new to the podcast or new to Claude and are just getting started.
[5:04] Pietro Montaldo: So basically, two-- literally two slides.
[5:06] Pietro Montaldo: First, it's important to understand what Claude Cowork is, and I think the best way to understand this as opposed to Claude Chat, okay?
[5:12] Pietro Montaldo: While in Claude Chat, as we all know and as we all have been used to, you talk with an AI that gives you a response and it makes you smarter.
[5:20] Pietro Montaldo: In this case, we have all been used to it, and the value lays in the conversation you have with the AI.
[5:26] Pietro Montaldo: You ask a question, the c-- the AI responds and makes you smarter, makes you better, helps you brainstorm topics.
[5:33] Pietro Montaldo: The shift with the release of Claude Cowork, that was just three months, four months ago in January of this year, is that the AI, the value is not anymore in the conversation, in you asking question, receiving an answer, but it's in the task that the AI does for you.
[5:47] Pietro Montaldo: So you can literally tell him,"Okay, now create this presentation on my laptop.
[5:50] Pietro Montaldo: Now browse to this web page and do this specific task for you.
[5:54] Pietro Montaldo: Clean this folder on my laptop." So the value is not in the conversation, but it's in the task.
[5:59] Pietro Montaldo: So you metric whether the AI is good and is successful based on how it performs the task.
[6:05] Pietro Montaldo: They do this in a way where I'm happy to share it externally.
[6:08] Pietro Montaldo: They do this in a way that-- where it has saved time.
[6:10] Pietro Montaldo: Yes.
[6:11] Pietro Montaldo: Then you are happy with it, right?
[6:13] Pietro Montaldo: This is what Claude Cowork enables.
[6:16] Pietro Montaldo: And you see it here on the slide for those of you who are not listening, but are also seeing the screen.
[6:20] Pietro Montaldo: I think there are two key fe-- three key features that people should have in mind, that distinguish Claude Cowork from Claude Chat.
[6:26] Pietro Montaldo: Feature number one is Claude Cowork has access to files on your desktop, okay?
[6:32] Pietro Montaldo: In your computer.
[6:33] Pietro Montaldo: So you can tell him,"Okay, go to this folder on my desktop and, I don't know, clean all of these invoices and put them in order and rename them." So it can literally perform task on your laptop.
[6:43] Pietro Montaldo: Feature number two is
[6:44] Isar Meitis: it can- just before you go to feature number two.
[6:46] Isar Meitis: Yeah.
[6:46] Isar Meitis: For those people like,"I don't want the AI having access to my computer," it doesn't have access to all your computer.
[6:51] Isar Meitis: It has access to the specific folders you give it access to, and that's it.
[6:56] Isar Meitis: And you can decide how much you want to put in those folders.
[7:00] Isar Meitis: You can decide to back up these folders or if the AI goes crazy, which happens every now and then.
[7:05] Isar Meitis: So it doesn't have access to everything on your computer.
[7:08] Isar Meitis: It has access only to the folders you literally give it access to at the beginning of the session and nothing else
[7:15] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah, exactly.
[7:17] Pietro Montaldo: and se-- and option number two, which by the way, has the same feature that as Isar just mentioned about feature number one in the sense that you will always opt into this feature, and it doesn't by design have access to it, is browsing on your behalf.
[7:30] Pietro Montaldo: So Claude Cowork can open a version of your browser and browse as if it was you.
[7:35] Pietro Montaldo: What this changes compared to what the AI was able to do before is that it can access everything you're already logged into.
[7:43] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[7:43] Pietro Montaldo: So for example, if, before Claude Cowork, you have to say,"Okay, go to this LinkedIn profile, to the profile of this person and extract all the information about them", Claude or ChatGPT or any other LLM will tell you,"I can't do it'cause this information is proprietary, and I can't access them freely on the internet'cause LinkedIn require an account to access to the information." So anything which is behind the paywall or behind an account was unavailable.
[8:05] Pietro Montaldo: Now, with Claude Cowork, Claude browse on your behalf.
[8:08] Pietro Montaldo: So it opens a browser as if it was you and can click everything you basically are logged in and access everything you are logged in.
[8:15] Pietro Montaldo: And feature number three is, Claude is able to, think and perform tasks which are much more complex.
[8:22] Pietro Montaldo: So if you're working with really complex tasks that require reasoning, that require performing, creating a Excel file, complex documents, you'd be much better off working with the Claude Cowork'cause it has a much better reasoning capabilities.
[8:35] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[8:35] Pietro Montaldo: And this is basically what Cowork, the option that Claude Cowork open, for non-technical people especially.
[8:42] Isar Meitis: I'll add one more thing that is like behind the scenes of everything you're talking about.
[8:46] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah.
[8:46] Isar Meitis: or two things.
[8:47] Isar Meitis: One, it plans on its own.
[8:49] Isar Meitis: So you tell it what you're trying to achieve, and it will- Exactly figure out the tasks that it needs to do versus you have to figure out all of it.
[8:55] Isar Meitis: so it helps you figure out what's the right plan for execution.
[8:58] Isar Meitis: And the second thing is tools access, right?
[9:01] Isar Meitis: It can use practically any tool that you give it access to.
[9:05] Isar Meitis: some of it are built into Claude, some of it you can create on your own, some of it you can bring from third parties.
[9:11] Isar Meitis: But it can use more or less any kind of software, API, software on your desktop, things that exist on website, as Pietro mentioned.
[9:20] Isar Meitis: basically any digital tooling that exists, some of them you can use, some of them you can't use because you don't know how to connect to an API, but Claude does.
[9:28] Isar Meitis: And so the combination of these things allow it to do a lot more stuff than we're used to from just talking to chat.
[9:36] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah.
[9:36] Pietro Montaldo: I think this sums it up perfectly, and just to summarize it, it's just way smarter, right?
[9:40] Pietro Montaldo: So if you're trying to do something complex that require connectivity to also external party, you're probably gonna be much better off working with Cowork.
[9:48] Pietro Montaldo: And the second item, and this will conclude the theoretical part about this conversation, is, Claude Skills.
[9:55] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[9:55] Pietro Montaldo: Claude Skills were released, I think again, four or five months ago in December of 2025.
[10:00] Pietro Montaldo: For me, they are the single largest, productivity unlock for company, for businesses, for solopreneur, that, that has ever been launched by one of these LLM company.
[10:11] Pietro Montaldo: fundamentally, a skill is a reusable set of instruction that teaches Claude how to do a task well.
[10:17] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[10:17] Pietro Montaldo: So if I were to go to Claude, and ask him,"Okay, Claude, create a PowerPoint for me," okay?
[10:23] Pietro Montaldo: It will create a generic PowerPoint with very few information where I would probably spend then one or two hours editing so that it actually fits my style, my purpose, my tone, and all of the characteristic which I'd want a PowerPoint to be.
[10:36] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[10:37] Pietro Montaldo: And what constitute a good PowerPoint for me as Pietro for my company is not the same that would constitute a good PowerPoint for Isar and for Multiply, for example, right?
[10:46] Pietro Montaldo: All s- Every single one of us has different instruction and different, operating procedure inside your company.
[10:53] Pietro Montaldo: What you achieve with skill is exactly this.
[10:55] Pietro Montaldo: By using a skill, you teach Claude how to do a task in a way that it makes you happy.
[11:00] Pietro Montaldo: So the output is an output you'd be happy sharing external.
[11:04] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[11:04] Pietro Montaldo: So if you use Claude without a skill, you get a generic output, okay?
[11:08] Pietro Montaldo: Which is approximately the same or very similar for everyone.
[11:11] Pietro Montaldo: If you, give Claude a task and you have built a skill to perform that specific task, you obtain a professional quality.
[11:18] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[11:19] Pietro Montaldo: So it just helps you customize the result of Claude in a way that helps you operate at a much, much faster level.
[11:26] Pietro Montaldo: And everything you can c- we have just mentioned that Cover can do, you can teach Claude how to do it with a skill.
[11:31] Pietro Montaldo: So you can teach him,"Okay, go to this browser, then save this on my computer, then reason and create a plan to do this specific task.
[11:37] Pietro Montaldo: Access this external tool, and then give me an output, in an Excel file saved on my task." So all of these come together.
[11:44] Pietro Montaldo: They're not separate, but they come together.
[11:47] Pietro Montaldo: I'm not sure, Isar, if you wanna add something on this.
[11:49] Pietro Montaldo: I think this is- no,
[11:50] Isar Meitis: I've...
[11:50] Isar Meitis: This is perfect, right?
[11:51] Isar Meitis: It's very simple.
[11:52] Isar Meitis: a skill is an SOP, right?
[11:53] Isar Meitis: Exactly.
[11:54] Isar Meitis: Standard operating procedure- Perfect that it will follow.
[11:56] Isar Meitis: The only different than a regular SOP, which connects to why these are so powerful, like everything else in AI, AI is successful based on context.
[12:05] Isar Meitis: You give it more context, it's gonna work well, and the skill can have access to context.
[12:09] Isar Meitis: You can give it files.
[12:10] Isar Meitis: You can give it documents.
[12:12] Isar Meitis: You can give it websites.
[12:13] Isar Meitis: You can give it whatever additional information as context that it needs to execute the SOP.
[12:18] Isar Meitis: But at the end of the day, it's an SOP, a standard operating procedure, together with whatever other material it needs in order to do the task
[12:26] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah, perfect.
[12:27] Pietro Montaldo: And I, I don't know how, if you want to talk a bit more about the theory, but I would, jump to the practices here- No,
[12:33] Isar Meitis: let's jump to, let's get our hands dirty and show people how to do the magic.
[12:37] Pietro Montaldo: Perfect.
[12:37] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[12:38] Pietro Montaldo: So if I open Claude, then you should all see it now, projected on the screen.
[12:42] Pietro Montaldo: I...
[12:42] Pietro Montaldo: You can see that you can select the interface you wanna use.
[12:45] Pietro Montaldo: So in this case, I'm, if I go here, I'm in chat, okay?
[12:48] Pietro Montaldo: So the values in the
[12:49] Isar Meitis: conversation with- No, just, just one second.
[12:50] Isar Meitis: For the people who are listening and not watching the screen- Yeah first of all, there is no Claude CoWork application.
[12:57] Isar Meitis: It's just a Claude desktop, right?
[12:58] Isar Meitis: So if you install Claude on your desktop- Yeah whether on Mac or on a PC, then you get three different things, which is what Pietro is mentioning right now.
[13:08] Isar Meitis: So on the top left corner, you can choose between Chat, cowork and code.
[13:14] Isar Meitis: so these are the three modes, but it all comes in the same application that, again, if you install Claude on your computer, that's what you're gonna get.
[13:20] Isar Meitis: So now continue.
[13:21] Isar Meitis: Sorry.
[13:22] Pietro Montaldo: No, absolutely.
[13:23] Pietro Montaldo: It's a great clarification.
[13:24] Pietro Montaldo: I always try- tend to skip'cause I talk about Claude so much that I start thinking that everybody knows, but it's always good to, to re-re-re-re-mention briefly the basics.
[13:33] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[13:34] Pietro Montaldo: So today, for the purpose of this demonstration, we're gonna only work in cowork.
[13:37] Pietro Montaldo: So make sure on this top left you are in the cowork section.
[13:41] Pietro Montaldo: When you are in the cowork section, you'll find here this section, which is called Customize.
[13:45] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[13:45] Pietro Montaldo: It's just below Create a Task, you'll find Customize.
[13:48] Pietro Montaldo: This is where you'll find all your skills, okay?
[13:51] Pietro Montaldo: If you click on Skills, you'll see everything which has already been activated in your account.
[13:55] Pietro Montaldo: Today, for the purpose of this chat, this demonstration, I wanna talk about how I make myself work faster using cowork and skills on LinkedIn.
[14:03] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:04] Pietro Montaldo: So I selected a few skills which I want to show you, and they're all LinkedIn related.
[14:08] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:08] Pietro Montaldo: I'm gonna start from simpler one, and then I'll amend the complexity a bit, explain something a bit more complex.
[14:14] Pietro Montaldo: And the first I thought about, showing you is the one to...
[14:17] Pietro Montaldo: I use to create hooks for my post.
[14:19] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:20] Pietro Montaldo: So for all of you who have created content on LinkedIn, but not just on LinkedIn, literally on any social media platform, have created content in general, you know how important it is to have a hook.
[14:29] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:30] Pietro Montaldo: A hook can be the first two seconds of your video, or in the case of a LinkedIn post, is the first two or three lines of your post, the one that appears when a person read it.
[14:38] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:39] Pietro Montaldo: And this is, they say that 80% of the success of your post depend on the hook, right?
[14:43] Pietro Montaldo: You should spend the most of the time, because if you don't have a good hook, people don't go deep.
[14:47] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:48] Pietro Montaldo: So in my personal creation process, I always create the body of the post myself.
[14:53] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[14:53] Pietro Montaldo: I always have a lot of conversation, a lot of podcasts like this with Isar, and I help myself create the core content with those.
[15:00] Pietro Montaldo: And then the only thing I want to do, and I have more control on, is creating a hook, right?
[15:05] Pietro Montaldo: But my process more or less is standardized, right?
[15:07] Pietro Montaldo: I have an SOP to do it, which is I'm gonna start, I want to brainstorm 10 option.
[15:12] Pietro Montaldo: Based on those 10 option, I want to extract the one that I like the most, and then elaborate a couple of variation of that to end up having one hook, which I'm very confident with.
[15:21] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[15:22] Pietro Montaldo: And to help the AI do this, I describe this process.
[15:26] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[15:26] Pietro Montaldo: You can...
[15:27] Pietro Montaldo: There are various way to create a skill.
[15:28] Pietro Montaldo: You can ask Claude to help you, or you can do a task, and then after you have done the task with Claude, tell him,"Turn it into a skill." And the result is a simple, markdown file, a simple text file, okay?
[15:40] Pietro Montaldo: That has all of the information on how I do this specific task.
[15:43] Pietro Montaldo: So I'm scrolling down here.
[15:45] Pietro Montaldo: you'll see...
[15:45] Pietro Montaldo: No, sorry.
[15:46] Pietro Montaldo: I'm showing the wrong one.
[15:47] Pietro Montaldo: Let me go to the right one.
[15:48] Pietro Montaldo: LinkedIn hook generator.
[15:49] Pietro Montaldo: Perfect.
[15:50] Pietro Montaldo: basically describe what intakes.
[15:52] Pietro Montaldo: I usually as an intake, I give the draft of the post, the topic of the post, if I have any idea already about which direction I want the hook to go in.
[16:01] Pietro Montaldo: Then it has a lot of example of successful hooks, good hooks that I have used in the past and work well.
[16:06] Pietro Montaldo: I have a couple of must-have rules that need to be respected at all times.
[16:11] Pietro Montaldo: I want him to know exactly who I'm posting with.
[16:15] Pietro Montaldo: I'm posting for non-technical people, so he needs to exclude everything which is, more technical, every word that require explanation.
[16:23] Pietro Montaldo: And it has literally all of the information he needs to create a hook that would make me happy, that I would say,"Okay, I'm ready to post." Okay?
[16:30] Pietro Montaldo: past going through the actual description of the skill, which I will send to Isa, so you'll be able to share with all of you.
[16:35] Pietro Montaldo: I want to share, show you one usage of this in practice.
[16:38] Pietro Montaldo: So I save the conversation here.
[16:41] Pietro Montaldo: When I create, I asked, Claude to use this skill.
[16:44] Pietro Montaldo: So the first thing I tell him is,"Hey, Claude, use the hooks skill for LinkedIn." So basically this trigger the skill.
[16:50] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[16:51] Pietro Montaldo: Claude will also proactively understand if it's like,"Oh, I'm working on this post.
[16:55] Pietro Montaldo: Let's do a hook." it will understand that it needs to create, it needs to use a skill.
[16:59] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[16:59] Pietro Montaldo: So what it does, it, it finds the skill based on the hook, the trigger which you have set up, and it will basically read all of the document, all of the SOP which you have, which you have created.
[17:11] Pietro Montaldo: And then he ask me a couple of question, which is what I define as intake.
[17:14] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[17:15] Pietro Montaldo: So what's the post about?
[17:16] Pietro Montaldo: Do you have a draft already?
[17:17] Pietro Montaldo: Any viable direction or take for this hook?
[17:20] Pietro Montaldo: And then what I do is, in this case, I already have a solid draft ready, so I just paste it there, the draft.
[17:25] Pietro Montaldo: What I asked him to do is,"I want you to help me come up with 10 good option that respect all of the rules." So it responds,"Okay, here are all 10 in a safe zone," which is what I define as like good zone for my hook, and then it gives me 10 option.
[17:39] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[17:40] Pietro Montaldo: So this one is, for example, for a post on co-work.
[17:43] Pietro Montaldo: I thought, I thought this co-work set up to four hundred and fifty student and six hundred dollar each.
[17:48] Pietro Montaldo: Today, I'm giving it away for free.
[17:49] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[17:50] Pietro Montaldo: So here it gives me 10 option, and based on this, then it creates,"Okay, which one do you like the most?
[17:56] Pietro Montaldo: I'll create three variation from that one." So this is actually how I do it.
[17:59] Pietro Montaldo: I first brainstorm wide, then I specify on one which I like the most, and then out of the three that he propose me, I generally pick one and just go with o- with, with that one.
[18:09] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[18:09] Pietro Montaldo: And on average, it does a really good job.
[18:11] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[18:12] Pietro Montaldo: So I take a process which is long and creative, and I have myself do it faster.
[18:17] Pietro Montaldo: I still want to be in control.
[18:19] Pietro Montaldo: I still want to drive the process where it's not fully automated, but it helps me get to a better result much, much, much faster.
[18:27] Isar Meitis: So quick summary on the key important things here.
[18:30] Isar Meitis: One is you don't actually write the skill.
[18:34] Isar Meitis: Claude writes the skill.
[18:36] Isar Meitis: People are like,"Oh my God, that's a lot of work." No, you don't write the skill.
[18:38] Isar Meitis: You explain to Claude what is the process that you wanna get.
[18:41] Isar Meitis: You explain to Claude what information and references you can give it.
[18:45] Isar Meitis: You explain to Claude what is good output, what does a good output look like, and then Claude writes the skill, and then you keep on improving it over time.
[18:53] Isar Meitis: I don't think any of the skills that I created are in the very first variation of them.
[18:57] Isar Meitis: You just keep improving them all the time, and that you don't do yourself either.
[19:01] Isar Meitis: You tell Claude,"Oh, this is not good.
[19:03] Isar Meitis: I would prefer it to do this and that.""Oh, okay, let me update the skill," and then it will update the skill.
[19:07] Isar Meitis: so this is number one.
[19:08] Isar Meitis: Number two, that is a very important aspect here, is you don't have to actually activate the skill, and Pietro said that.
[19:15] Isar Meitis: If you say,"I just wanna work on the, hooks for a new post," it will know how to call the skill and do it on its own.
[19:21] Isar Meitis: it understands the context of your conversation, and it will know how to activate the skills accordingly.
[19:27] Isar Meitis: And the third component that Pietro said that is very important, at the end of the day, and whether it's LinkedIn or a proposal you're writing or whatever it is that you have it create, it's you, right?
[19:38] Isar Meitis: It's representing you, and so you have to be in the loop in order to at least verify, but in the right way to navigate the right direction and then decide in the end.
[19:52] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah.
[19:52] Pietro Montaldo: and yeah, I think you summarized it perfectly.
[19:55] Pietro Montaldo: and on top of that, let's ke- let's keep building on top, and I'm sure more reflection will come, and I really like this, that you point out all of the key points.
[20:01] Pietro Montaldo: I think it's really a great summary.
[20:03] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[20:03] Pietro Montaldo: So we have said this one is a relatively simple one.
[20:06] Pietro Montaldo: as we have seen, it doesn't use any of the feature of Cowork, right?
[20:09] Pietro Montaldo: It's just a brainstorm.
[20:11] Pietro Montaldo: It's me asking AI, and AI giving me features.
[20:13] Pietro Montaldo: So for example, this skill I could easily use in chat as well, and it will do the very same result.
[20:19] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[20:20] Pietro Montaldo: building a little bit more complexity here- Is whenever, I run a workshop like this one with Isar, I run two or three a times, even four per week, I want to use those workshop, which are great content generation, episodes, to basically create a post on LinkedIn and a visual on LinkedIn.
[20:38] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[20:39] Pietro Montaldo: This is all very structured.
[20:40] Pietro Montaldo: While my average LinkedIn post requires input from me, requires me thinking, requires me reflecting on, okay, what do I want to post about?
[20:47] Pietro Montaldo: What's the message I want to convey?
[20:48] Pietro Montaldo: How does that fit into my business?
[20:50] Pietro Montaldo: This type of post is always the same.
[20:52] Pietro Montaldo: I do a workshop.
[20:53] Pietro Montaldo: The content is already defined.
[20:55] Pietro Montaldo: There's a transcript.
[20:56] Pietro Montaldo: There's, generally a page to promote this workshop, so I have already all of the information packaged, and I've done the work previously.
[21:03] Pietro Montaldo: What I want to do is just turn that post, that, that workshop, that live event into a giveaway.
[21:09] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[21:10] Pietro Montaldo: I want people to, okay, do you want to see the replay of the, workshop I did last week?
[21:14] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[21:15] Pietro Montaldo: Leave a comment here.
[21:16] Pietro Montaldo: I always do the same structure.
[21:17] Pietro Montaldo: I do one of these or two of these posts per week.
[21:19] Pietro Montaldo: In general, they're very successful.
[21:21] Pietro Montaldo: The range is from five thousand impression to, at times, even fifty thousand impression.
[21:25] Pietro Montaldo: For a post that for me take nothing,'cause the work was done previously.
[21:29] Pietro Montaldo: It's not like I didn't work.
[21:30] Pietro Montaldo: I did work, but I did the work to prepare the workshop.
[21:33] Pietro Montaldo: I run most of my workshop on a platform called Maven.
[21:36] Pietro Montaldo: It's irrelevant, but I create a landing page in Maven.
[21:38] Pietro Montaldo: That page lives, lives there and has all of the information.
[21:42] Pietro Montaldo: So when I create, I create this n- this skill that helps me turn those events into live post.
[21:48] Pietro Montaldo: And how it does it is whenever I call the skill and I tell him,"Use this skill," in this case, I like to activate it this way.
[21:54] Pietro Montaldo: At times he understands it by himself as well, if it's in the middle of conversation.
[21:58] Pietro Montaldo: But generally, I know I'm gonna go and create this post now so I can post it directly.
[22:03] Pietro Montaldo: It takes few minutes, and I'm probably gonna be ready in five minutes, and the first thing that I taught the skill is whenever I, like I, I told you to, I, I tell you to activate the skills, ask me for the workshop link.
[22:14] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[22:15] Pietro Montaldo: He ask me for the workshop link.
[22:16] Pietro Montaldo: You can see here, you can see here,"What's the Maven workshop URL you want to create the prompt LinkedIn post for?" I'm gonna give the link, then he ask me two other input question that helps him create a better post.
[22:27] Pietro Montaldo: What visual style do you want inside the mock-up video?
[22:30] Pietro Montaldo: The structure is always the same.
[22:31] Pietro Montaldo: The only thing that changes, and you see it now, I'll show you an example, is there will be a logo inside the mock-up video.
[22:36] Pietro Montaldo: I want to change that to change a bit the vibe of the post, and I want to be in control of what, what, what ends up there.
[22:42] Pietro Montaldo: And then what CTA would the commenters, do I want commenters to use?
[22:46] Pietro Montaldo: At the end of the post, I tell them to comment something so they can receive the replay.
[22:50] Pietro Montaldo: In this case, I select it based on what's the topic of the conversation, and I want to also have control over it so I can change it and it's not always the same.
[22:58] Pietro Montaldo: Okay, so the...
[22:58] Pietro Montaldo: Based on these three inputs, he goes and create, number one, a full prompt, that I can paste in NanoBanana and obtain the visual for my post directly.
[23:09] Pietro Montaldo: As you can see, it's a very structured prompt.
[23:10] Pietro Montaldo: I created it once.
[23:12] Pietro Montaldo: I will always use the same prompt.
[23:13] Pietro Montaldo: It works very well.
[23:14] Pietro Montaldo: It does a really great job in creating this type of visual.
[23:17] Pietro Montaldo: and I basically instructed the skill that's exactly what I want to do.
[23:21] Pietro Montaldo: He just need to change the context, so it needs to reflect what's contained in the URL that I provide.
[23:27] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[23:28] Pietro Montaldo: Does a really good job.
[23:29] Pietro Montaldo: it doesn't create the image itself.
[23:31] Pietro Montaldo: Claude doesn't have a built-in good image creator.
[23:34] Pietro Montaldo: So what I do in this case is I manually take this and paste in NanoBanana or Freepik or whatever software you use to generate image.
[23:42] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[23:42] Pietro Montaldo: You could also go one step further and automate.
[23:45] Pietro Montaldo: I think Isar already does it'cause I see him smiling, and I- I'm sure he will add on top of this.
[23:51] Pietro Montaldo: I wanna show you just what's the end result is once I create...
[23:55] Pietro Montaldo: It creates the visual, it also give me three option for the post itself.
[23:59] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[24:00] Pietro Montaldo: This post always has the same structure.
[24:02] Pietro Montaldo: While previous posts, as I told you, generally create them myself'cause I want to variate, I wanna test different things, this post is an evergreen.
[24:09] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[24:09] Pietro Montaldo: It always works.
[24:10] Pietro Montaldo: It's always the same.
[24:11] Pietro Montaldo: So I go one step further and I tell him,"Create three option." The option are more or less all the same.
[24:15] Pietro Montaldo: I run a workshop on turning ideas into worch- working AI solution, two hund- 250 se- seats, filled.
[24:21] Pietro Montaldo: I run a workshop on building AI solution without writing code, 240 operation joined.
[24:26] Pietro Montaldo: I host a live workshop for non-technical operator on turning idea into working AI solution, 240 people joined.
[24:31] Pietro Montaldo: More or less, it's always I state what I give the workshop about, I state how many people come to give some social validation, and then a description of what's inside.
[24:39] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[24:39] Pietro Montaldo: All of this information are on the landing page.
[24:41] Pietro Montaldo: I don't have to do anything.
[24:43] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[24:44] Pietro Montaldo: And I'm just gonna show you one...
[24:46] Pietro Montaldo: Like you, if you go to my LinkedIn profile, you'll see I do this once a week, so you'll see plenty of them, but this is the one I posted this week.
[24:53] Pietro Montaldo: The structure there is very same.
[24:55] Pietro Montaldo: It's the title of the workshop with a question mark, the number of seats filled.
[24:59] Pietro Montaldo: The structure is always the same.
[25:00] Pietro Montaldo: I describe what, what we covered and what people liked with, and then I told them come and social.
[25:05] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[25:06] Pietro Montaldo: So this post was entirely generated by the skill.
[25:09] Pietro Montaldo: I didn't change approxima- Like, I think I changed, nothing or close to nothing.
[25:13] Pietro Montaldo: And then the visual is the same exact every time.
[25:16] Pietro Montaldo: So if you go to my profile, that there's one of this post, same visual type, same post structure every week, and it works really, really well.
[25:25] Isar Meitis: Amazing.
[25:25] Isar Meitis: Brilliant.
[25:26] Isar Meitis: Yeah.
[25:26] Isar Meitis: Yeah, no, I...
[25:27] Isar Meitis: f- first of all, I think the important thing is, a- and I now go a step back to help people understand how to do this.
[25:33] Isar Meitis: We're now looking at LinkedIn, right?
[25:35] Isar Meitis: But what Pietro is saying is like,"Okay, this is a task that I did manually twice a week." Every single week.
[25:44] Isar Meitis: And I had to go back, look at the content, figure out what it was about.
[25:48] Isar Meitis: I had a structure, I followed the structure, I recreated the prompt, I...
[25:52] Isar Meitis: and it generated consistent results.
[25:54] Isar Meitis: Every time you have something like this, regardless of what it is, this could be accounting, this could be marketing, this could be sales, this could be operations, this could be data analytics, this could be whatever the case is.
[26:04] Isar Meitis: If you have a task that you're doing the similar exact thing once or twice or several times a week or every day, you can describe to Claude what you're doing, turn it into a skill, and allow it to run completely on autopilot.
[26:17] Isar Meitis: Now, the only thing Pietro did here manually is he gave it the link to the location of the Maven, webinar, and he gave it the, type of word he wants to put in there, and he copies and pastes the description of the NanoBanana prompt into NanoBanana.
[26:36] Isar Meitis: But Claude knows how to automate all of these as well.
[26:40] Isar Meitis: if you want this to run completely on autopilot, you say,"Okay, I do the webinar every Monday.
[26:46] Isar Meitis: So go to the Maven platform every Monday at four p.m.
[26:51] Isar Meitis: and pick the latest webinar that's there." It will know how to do that.
[26:55] Isar Meitis: Now it has the latest one.
[26:56] Isar Meitis: Now you can have it pick the most likely word that will think will make sense based on a set of rules.
[27:02] Isar Meitis: It will know how to pick the right word for people to comment.
[27:04] Isar Meitis: And as far as the NanoBanana, the way I have it set up on my, universe, and I have a very similar process to what Pietro is doing.
[27:11] Isar Meitis: I've-- I wanted a, quote-unquote,"user interface" for this.
[27:15] Isar Meitis: I want to be able to manage the process, and I just connected it to ClickUp.
[27:19] Isar Meitis: So ClickUp is like monday.com or Notion or Jira or Asana or whatever other task management board that you have.
[27:27] Isar Meitis: And the way it creates it is it f-for me, instead of a webinar, it's every time the podcast drops, right?
[27:33] Isar Meitis: So there's a new podcast.
[27:34] Isar Meitis: So every time the podcast drops, it goes to my RSS feed and it finds the podcast, and then it knows how, like all the stuff Pietro talked about, it knows how to do, and it creates a task for me to review.
[27:45] Isar Meitis: The task has, here's what I'm thinking of posting.
[27:48] Isar Meitis: Here's another option.
[27:49] Isar Meitis: Here are three hooks.
[27:50] Isar Meitis: So all the different things that, that Pietro just mentioned, and here is the prompt for the visual that's gonna be created.
[27:57] Isar Meitis: If I like all of that, I move it to the next step, basically as if I had an actual team of humans doing it, and I say,"Okay, you're approved to work on this." And then it will go and behind the scenes, it sends it through N8N to get n- to call the NanoBanana API, and now also the new, ChatGPT image generation 2 API as well, and it generates an image, now two images, and it brings it back to the next step in the task.
[28:26] Isar Meitis: It says,"Okay, go review the images." And I can comment and so on, but it is just the next step, right?
[28:31] Isar Meitis: it is- Everything Pietro built, but then I literally went ahead and said,"Hey, Claude, I work in ClickUp.
[28:37] Isar Meitis: That's how I manage teams of humans.
[28:39] Isar Meitis: I wanna manage this in the same way.
[28:41] Isar Meitis: I want you to figure out how to build this, and I want behind the scenes when I tell you to go and create the image, you figure out how to go and create the image." And then it went and cre- and built the N8N process and did all of that.
[28:50] Isar Meitis: So while this sounds really confusing and complex, like I don't know how to connect to ClickUp and I don't know how to connect to N8N, I don't know either.
[28:59] Isar Meitis: Claude does.
[29:00] Isar Meitis: So it will guide you through what it needs.
[29:02] Isar Meitis: go to this page and get me this API key, and then bring it back and save it in this place, and then do this, and that's it.
[29:10] Isar Meitis: And then the magic works.
[29:12] Isar Meitis: And yes, there's gonna be comments, and you're not gonna like exactly how it works in the beginning, but in iteration three or four, it will work exactly the way you want.
[29:21] Pietro Montaldo: And I always recommend to people go gradually, right?
[29:23] Pietro Montaldo: It's always a great approach.
[29:24] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah.
[29:25] Pietro Montaldo: Start from, okay, what's a key process which I wanna automate?
[29:28] Pietro Montaldo: For me, for example, it was this one, the post creation, right?
[29:30] Pietro Montaldo: Then once this work, you can add more, It's gonna be a, like a lower investment upfront, and it's gonna just build gradually.
[29:38] Pietro Montaldo: And once something work, you add something on top.
[29:40] Pietro Montaldo: And this is a great way of, also trying to limit the risk of, investing a lot of upfront time for something which might not work.
[29:48] Pietro Montaldo: You build your confidence in what you're doing, and then you add whatever, like whatever is the next step, whatever Is- Isar mentioned on top.
[29:54] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[29:54] Pietro Montaldo: So start from somewhere, get confident in it, add on top, and it will be...
[29:59] Pietro Montaldo: It will really help, your processes.
[30:02] Pietro Montaldo: and- Let's go then to show a couple more things, simple things which I wanted to show you.
[30:09] Pietro Montaldo: as we have said, we have seen the second skills, already wouldn't be able to work in chat, right?
[30:14] Pietro Montaldo: 'Cause it extract the information from a website that is not publicly accessible.
[30:18] Pietro Montaldo: So what it does, it open the browser.
[30:19] Pietro Montaldo: The browser might be hard to that specific, to that specific, link.
[30:23] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[30:24] Pietro Montaldo: So if you run this in chat, it won't work.
[30:26] Pietro Montaldo: So you have to be sure that if you need browsing, you operate this skill in CoWork.
[30:30] Pietro Montaldo: what I want to show you, is then something very simple that doesn't require a skill, but that exemplify clearly how you could use CoWork, for example, to, on your LinkedIn profile, and this will be running an audit.
[30:42] Pietro Montaldo: It's something that coaches on LinkedIn have been selling forever, and it's just they review your post and tell you what works, what doesn't.
[30:48] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[30:49] Pietro Montaldo: You can now do it entirely with, with, with Claude.
[30:52] Pietro Montaldo: You can instruct Claude who you are, what you do, what you're trying to optimize.
[30:56] Pietro Montaldo: So here you see on the screen a prompt about me, who I am, what I want to him to review, and what's my goal.
[31:04] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[31:04] Pietro Montaldo: I want to drive people to go to my courses, and my second call to action is to book a call.
[31:09] Pietro Montaldo: So this is my entire goal.
[31:10] Pietro Montaldo: How is my profile positioned to achieve these two goals?
[31:13] Pietro Montaldo: What's the tone?
[31:14] Pietro Montaldo: Am I matching the right tone?
[31:16] Pietro Montaldo: am I going in the right direction?
[31:18] Pietro Montaldo: And you could even go one step further and tell him,"Okay, review these two posts of my closest competitor.
[31:23] Pietro Montaldo: I think their LinkedIn profile is great.
[31:25] Pietro Montaldo: How can I get my profiles more better on that?" Or you could even run it just about someone else.
[31:30] Pietro Montaldo: Okay.
[31:31] Pietro Montaldo: who is this person?
[31:31] Pietro Montaldo: help me run an in-depth research, understand what we have in common, for example, if you are trying to do something more sales related.
[31:38] Pietro Montaldo: I don't know, craft a very, like a very personalized offer for an investor or someone really important for their business What Claude will do is will understand your prompt.
[31:47] Pietro Montaldo: In this case, we only have a prompt.
[31:48] Pietro Montaldo: You could even turn it into a skill, but, at times it's something you wanna do once.
[31:52] Pietro Montaldo: you repolish it, then you don't have to run it every week of every month, so it makes sense to leave it as a standalone prompt.
[31:58] Pietro Montaldo: And it-- what it does-- what it did is it opened Chrome, it checked all of the section, it went in-depth into understanding all of the parts of my profile, and then it did a full audit.
[32:09] Pietro Montaldo: It returns it to me as, a message here in line, or also as a separate file which I can read and eventually also download.
[32:16] Pietro Montaldo: That is basically section by section.
[32:19] Pietro Montaldo: This is the date when it was performed.
[32:20] Pietro Montaldo: It tells me, okay, your banner image is good, but you have too many CTAs, which by the way is true.
[32:25] Pietro Montaldo: it also helps you understand those things and, get a perspective over those things that you know you should be doing but you never want to do it.
[32:33] Pietro Montaldo: This basically tells me, okay, your profile is decent, but you could improve it much more.
[32:37] Pietro Montaldo: it's still confused.
[32:38] Pietro Montaldo: You have a brand here, another brand there.
[32:40] Pietro Montaldo: Something that seems obvious, but for example, if you wanna go through an investment, this is a great way, number one, to understand how Claude co-work does'cause you'll see it operating on your, on your browser.
[32:48] Pietro Montaldo: Number two, also helps you understand, okay, you could be doing a much better job on LinkedIn than these are.
[32:53] Pietro Montaldo: I don't know, asking for the top three changes that you can make quickly that will drive the highest impact, it will give you very good recommendations.
[33:01] Pietro Montaldo: And this was something simple, so I'm not sure, I don't think there is much to add here.
[33:04] Pietro Montaldo: The last thing I wanna show you, which is a bit more interesting, is, no, sorry, this one is the same one.
[33:10] Pietro Montaldo: okay.
[33:11] Pietro Montaldo: Is running analytics on your, profile.
[33:13] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[33:14] Pietro Montaldo: We all know if you have been posting on LinkedIn, you know that LinkedIn is not a platform for creators.
[33:20] Pietro Montaldo: So as a creator, it's also really hard to metric how you're doing.
[33:23] Pietro Montaldo: You have very basic information, but it's really hard to export.
[33:26] Pietro Montaldo: It's really hard to access and create thoughts and strategy based on the information, and it's also something that I have been lacking, and there's, bunch of tools out there that try to fulfill, this need, but they are in generally very expensive, and it's something really simple, right?
[33:41] Pietro Montaldo: Every week, I just wanna have a snapshot how I performed.
[33:44] Pietro Montaldo: How was the engagement rate?
[33:45] Pietro Montaldo: How was the, click-through rate on my links?
[33:47] Pietro Montaldo: How many people booked calls with me?
[33:49] Pietro Montaldo: So I just want to have this conversation very clear.
[33:51] Pietro Montaldo: So what I did is I create a skill that teaches, Claude how I want to run this review, okay?
[33:57] Pietro Montaldo: And I told him,"Okay, go to my analytics in my LinkedIn, open my profile, extract all the information from this week, compare it to the previous, three weeks.
[34:05] Pietro Montaldo: tell me what post I did well this week, how my engagement going, and why you think my posts are performing well.
[34:11] Pietro Montaldo: Do this every week." And create basically a report.
[34:15] Pietro Montaldo: I could also create something more in-depth and ask him to create an Excel file, basically summarizing all of this information.
[34:22] Pietro Montaldo: And basically I want to have this visualized as a dashboard, right?
[34:27] Pietro Montaldo: I don't want a static document, a static text.
[34:29] Pietro Montaldo: I want to every week receive this file that tells me, okay, how I'm doing.
[34:33] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[34:34] Pietro Montaldo: So I see, for example, here the impression by post.
[34:36] Pietro Montaldo: I see this was by far my most successful post of this week about Claude plugins.
[34:41] Pietro Montaldo: It had 55,000 impression.
[34:43] Pietro Montaldo: Then all the other posts which I did this week, how do they compare?
[34:46] Pietro Montaldo: And then here my statistics save rate, send rate, comment rate, reaction.
[34:51] Pietro Montaldo: And then I can try and understand also what people want and why peop- why some posts went really well.
[34:55] Pietro Montaldo: For example, this Claude, plugin had a really high save, save rate, especially for a p- a post that got so many in- interaction.
[35:03] Pietro Montaldo: It means I put something in the post which people wanted to save, okay?
[35:07] Pietro Montaldo: And then it gives me my week at a glance and a bit more information about it.
[35:10] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[35:11] Pietro Montaldo: And the cool part about this is, number one, you can use scheduled task to run this automatically.
[35:16] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[35:16] Pietro Montaldo: So you don't need any external interface.
[35:19] Pietro Montaldo: So really simply you can tell him,"Okay, weekly run the skill and give me the result." Okay?
[35:24] Pietro Montaldo: And for example, you can see here I have the very same also for my Substack newsletter.
[35:29] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[35:29] Pietro Montaldo: I do the very same thing.
[35:31] Pietro Montaldo: I want to have an interface where I can review weekly my Substack report, and I can see, yeah, Substack is just the newsletter, the platform where I run my newsletter.
[35:41] Isar Meitis: Again, for those of you that are not watching, these are really cool dashboards that are showing a lot of relevant statistics that help you understand what's going well, what's going better, what's declining, what's growing, across different metrics.
[35:53] Isar Meitis: So it's a dashboard, right?
[35:55] Isar Meitis: It's a visual dashboard that gets generated regularly, and that could be daily, hourly, monthly, weekly, whene- whatever you need based on what you schedule.
[36:04] Isar Meitis: And when Pietro's saying you can schedule tasks, literally all you have to do is go to Claude and say,"I want you to run this every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m." And then he will do it.
[36:12] Isar Meitis: I have tasks that run every hour.
[36:14] Isar Meitis: Why do they run every hour?
[36:16] Isar Meitis: Because I don't have something that pushes that information, which is really the only one big annoying thing that Claude doesn't have yet.
[36:25] Isar Meitis: I would say yet, but I thought that by now they would have it, is it doesn't have external triggers.
[36:30] Isar Meitis: So you cannot have a third-party tool tell Claude,"Oh, go run this and that process right now." so the only way around it is to reverse the process.
[36:39] Isar Meitis: Say,"Okay, once an hour, go and check if there's new data here and there and bring it in." And y- and you don't care.
[36:44] Isar Meitis: it doesn't bother you.
[36:46] Isar Meitis: It just goes and does it once an hour.
[36:47] Isar Meitis: And so you can literally ask Claude to schedule things at whatever frequency or sequence you want, and it will do it, and it can generate dashboards, reports, emails, like whatever you need as the output
[37:02] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah, and they're also live, right?
[37:03] Pietro Montaldo: This means they are connected to your tools, right?
[37:05] Pietro Montaldo: In this case- Yeah there's not a connector so for Substack or for LinkedIn'cause those platforms don't allow Claude to connect, don't have open APIs.
[37:12] Pietro Montaldo: But for example, this is where, I don't know, I want a specific Stripe dashboard, something simple, but it helps me see how my income is going, how many payments I'm receiving.
[37:21] Pietro Montaldo: You could have a live dashboard here that is constantly updated based on whatever happens in an external tool, be it Stripe or be it anything else, ClickUp, Notion, whatever else.
[37:31] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[37:31] Pietro Montaldo: Yeah.
[37:31] Pietro Montaldo: And I think this gives you-- like the idea of this was really to give you an idea of what you can achieve, how to use the, skills and the features of Cowork to make your life easier.
[37:42] Pietro Montaldo: Okay?
[37:42] Pietro Montaldo: You can adapt all of these to your processes, and this is the beauty of it, right?
[37:46] Pietro Montaldo: You don't need a developer anymore.
[37:48] Pietro Montaldo: just tasks.
[37:48] Pietro Montaldo: It's just give it a good brief, give it a good description what the task is, do the task with Claude, and then turn this process into skills so next time you are much faster, and keep iterating.
[37:58] Pietro Montaldo: As I-- Isar was saying, this is not, a one-off product which is ever finished.
[38:02] Pietro Montaldo: next week how I create those posts will change, sure.
[38:05] Pietro Montaldo: But instead of having to go to a developer and ask him to do it, it's just one line of text.
[38:09] Pietro Montaldo: okay, I have changed my idea.
[38:11] Pietro Montaldo: Let's change the skill.
[38:13] Pietro Montaldo: You tell it to Claude.
[38:14] Pietro Montaldo: Claude help you change the skill so that it matches the new requirement which you have.
[38:18] Isar Meitis: Fantastic.
[38:19] Isar Meitis: I love this.
[38:19] Isar Meitis: A very quick final recap.
[38:21] Isar Meitis: skills are processes, right?
[38:24] Isar Meitis: This is the process that I want you to repeat and do time and time again.
[38:28] Isar Meitis: Claude knows how to use them effectively and even combine them.
[38:31] Isar Meitis: if you create it correctly, one skill will know how to call the other skills in order to do more sophisticated things all at the same time and work this way.
[38:41] Isar Meitis: The skills have an input, a process, context, and an output.
[38:46] Isar Meitis: It's that simple.
[38:47] Isar Meitis: And you will explain to Claude what all these are, and it will build the skill for you.
[38:51] Isar Meitis: And the skills can be used by you as you need them or be scheduled in order to run on a regular sequence, and they can use all the stuff that we talked previously, which means they have access to websites, they have access to files on your computer, they have access to, APIs if you give it access to that.
[39:08] Isar Meitis: And so they can really do anything from basic things to really sophisticated capabilities, all within the same kind of framework, which makes it so powerful.
[39:18] Isar Meitis: The outcome, and I don't know, Pietro, if you have actual statistics.
[39:22] Isar Meitis: I've done this.
[39:22] Isar Meitis: So I spoke a week and a half ago at Social Media Marketing World, and I did something very similar to what you did now, on my LinkedIn automation, solution.
[39:30] Isar Meitis: So I actually went and checked because I have something very similar to do, right?
[39:33] Isar Meitis: Where I check the statistics of what it's doing.
[39:36] Isar Meitis: From the moment I launched this automation process, which reduces my work dramatically, so I work less than I worked before.
[39:43] Isar Meitis: I saw two hundred and fifty percent, so three and a half x improvement in engagement.
[39:50] Isar Meitis: Why?
[39:51] Isar Meitis: A, because I'm very consistent.
[39:53] Isar Meitis: I don't miss any single post.
[39:55] Isar Meitis: It's always there, it's always on time.
[39:56] Isar Meitis: B, it learns over time, and it gets better at getting better hooks, at getting better prompts, at getting better images, and so on.
[40:06] Isar Meitis: And so think about how crazy what we're saying.
[40:10] Isar Meitis: We're both now working less than we worked before, and we're seeing better engagement results because the system is now very consistent in delivering something that we learned is valuable.
[40:25] Isar Meitis: we are the ones that are massaging it and telling it what to do, what's new direction, what to change, how to fix it, what's currently working on LinkedIn, stuff like that.
[40:33] Isar Meitis: But we don't actually do the work, which is the cool part of all of this.
[40:37] Isar Meitis: Pietro, if people want to follow you, learn from you, talk to you, hire you, what are the best ways to do
[40:43] Pietro Montaldo: that?
[40:44] Pietro Montaldo: you can always text me on LinkedIn.
[40:45] Pietro Montaldo: I'm always very open.
[40:46] Pietro Montaldo: Pietro Montaldo.
[40:47] Pietro Montaldo: I have a pink background, so you'll find me.
[40:49] Pietro Montaldo: I'm generally the first one that pops up.
[40:51] Pietro Montaldo: I run courses monthly, especially on Co:re, on Claude and on running agents.
[40:55] Pietro Montaldo: You'll find them on Maven.
[40:57] Pietro Montaldo: so feel free to check them out if they're interesting.
[40:59] Pietro Montaldo: Also, send me a text, I'm happy to have a quick chat to see if it's the right solut-solution for you.
[41:03] Pietro Montaldo: Or you can text me and send me an email at pietro@nforce.ai.
[41:08] Isar Meitis: Awesome.
[41:09] Isar Meitis: This was great.
[41:10] Isar Meitis: As always, glad to have you again.
[41:12] Isar Meitis: Absolutely fantastic.
[41:13] Isar Meitis: I appreciate you.
[41:14] Isar Meitis: Thank you so much.
