[0:14] Speaker 1: headed back into the Dragon Knights universe, because yeah, I
[0:20] Speaker 1: kind of have to finish this series now. I don't
[0:24] Speaker 1: have a specific episode to go next. What I have
[0:28] Speaker 1: is the episode that kind of needs to go next,
[0:30] Speaker 1: where you the main character helps take over the Nature
[0:35] Speaker 1: Dragon stronghold in the last episode based on some pretty
[0:41] Speaker 1: clever ideas about the Nature Dragon General. We ended up
[0:47] Speaker 1: kind of learning the history of this general and how
[0:51] Speaker 1: they in fact helped the new Dragon Knights come to
[0:55] Speaker 1: be and have been waiting to help to be on
[1:02] Speaker 1: the side of the Dragon King, which I think is
[1:05] Speaker 1: a pretty cool plot point, And yeah, I thought we'd
[1:08] Speaker 1: continue from there. So that's basically what we're gonna do.

[2:35] Speaker 1: in that bed, close your rise, and imagine yourself doing
[2:40] Speaker 1: what the kid in the story does, because you, my friend,
[2:46] Speaker 1: are the main character.
[2:48] Speaker 3: Here.
[2:50] Speaker 1: You stand inside the water Dragon Stronghold, looking out over
[2:56] Speaker 1: the icy cliffs and the ocean beyond. Not long ago,
[3:02] Speaker 1: this place belonged to the Dragon King. Well, it still
[3:07] Speaker 1: technically belonged to the water Dragons, of course, but the
[3:11] Speaker 1: water dragons had not belonged to themselves. They'd been trapped
[3:17] Speaker 1: under the Dragon King's control spell, forced to obey riders
[3:23] Speaker 1: that they themselves had never chosen. But now that's changed.
[3:31] Speaker 1: The fortress is alive again, not just with soldiers, and
[3:37] Speaker 1: not just with dragons or people rushing around trying to
[3:42] Speaker 1: repair damage caused from the battle. It's alive with true bonds.
[3:50] Speaker 1: Over the last few weeks, more and more Water dragons
[3:55] Speaker 1: have found riders of their own. Some of the dragons
[3:59] Speaker 1: had been without true riders for so long that the
[4:02] Speaker 1: moment the control spell broke, they could feel their perfect
[4:07] Speaker 1: match somewhere nearby. Some found children and nearby fishing villages.
[4:14] Speaker 1: Some found old warriors who had never expected to be chosen.
[4:19] Speaker 1: Some found sailors, farmers, and even one person who'd been
[4:24] Speaker 1: working in the kitchen. And now all around the stronghold,
[4:31] Speaker 1: new Water dragon knights train. They practice summoning their armor.
[4:38] Speaker 1: They practice summoning water from the sea, using their dragon
[4:43] Speaker 1: connection to the water element. The Dragon King's army has
[4:49] Speaker 1: lost one of its strongest regions, and yours has become
[4:54] Speaker 1: stronger than ever. You stand in the great Hall of
[5:00] Speaker 1: the Water Fortress with the other dragon Knights gathered around you. Ellie,
[5:06] Speaker 1: your elemental dragon rests behind you, her wings folded tight
[5:12] Speaker 1: against her body. Even sitting down, she's now enormous. Her
[5:18] Speaker 1: multi colored scales shimmer slightly in the cold light. August
[5:24] Speaker 1: stands near you with Eliara, her elemental dragon curled protectively
[5:31] Speaker 1: behind her. Bethy and Luna stand beside the great frozen table.
[5:38] Speaker 1: Jewels and Vine are nearby, looking well somewhat interested. Bennett
[5:44] Speaker 1: and Granite stand together, both looking solid and ready, which
[5:49] Speaker 1: makes sense because earth dragons and earth riders often look
[5:54] Speaker 1: like they are personally built by a mountain. James leans
[6:00] Speaker 1: against a pillar, while Whisper floats lazily beside him, not
[6:05] Speaker 1: really touching the ground because well, because they don't need to.
[6:10] Speaker 1: They're wind dragons. Connor and Bolts stand near by the entrance,
[6:17] Speaker 1: little sparks of electricity flickering from bolt scales. Ash and
[6:22] Speaker 1: Cinder have brought a group of fire dragons with them,
[6:26] Speaker 1: their bodies glowing warmly against the icy room. Curtis and
[6:31] Speaker 1: Phoenix stand a little further back, partly because Phoenix's poison
[6:37] Speaker 1: nature tends to make everyone else give them a bit
[6:40] Speaker 1: of space, and partially because Phoenix seems to enjoy looking
[6:45] Speaker 1: mysterious around all of You are representatives from the dragons
[6:51] Speaker 1: you have freed so far. Water dragons, fire dragons, Earth dragons,
[6:57] Speaker 1: Wind dragons, nature dragons, many of whom were once under
[7:03] Speaker 1: the Dragon King's command, but now have riders and ideas
[7:08] Speaker 1: of their own. It's not a small group anymore. It's
[7:13] Speaker 1: now an army. You take a deep breath. All right,
[7:19] Speaker 1: you say, I think it's time the conversations. Quiet, August
[7:26] Speaker 1: looks at you carefully. Time for the next stronghold, she
[7:33] Speaker 1: asks you.
[7:34] Speaker 2: Nod.
[7:36] Speaker 1: When your father took over the dragon world, he did
[7:40] Speaker 1: it one region at a time, fire than water, then
[7:45] Speaker 1: the others. He didn't win with one giant battle. He
[7:50] Speaker 1: won by taking pieces of the world until no one
[7:53] Speaker 1: could stop them. So we take it back the same way.
[8:00] Speaker 1: Smiles Nature dragons. Next, you glance at jewels and vine.
[8:08] Speaker 1: Nature dragons. Next, Vine lifts her head, her green scales glinting.
[8:16] Speaker 1: The jungle region will not be easy to take, she says.
[8:23] Speaker 1: Nature dragons are strongest when surrounded by life, trees, roots, vines, moss, flowers,
[8:33] Speaker 1: everything in the jungle. They are connected to more power
[8:40] Speaker 1: than almost anywhere else. Good, you say, then when we
[8:47] Speaker 1: free them, they'll be even more powerful.
[8:50] Speaker 3: On our side.
[8:53] Speaker 1: That is a good point, at least, says a wonderfully
[8:57] Speaker 1: simple point. I like that. You look over at August.
[9:03] Speaker 1: Do you think the Dragon King knows what we're doing?
[9:07] Speaker 1: August nods almost certainly. After losing the Fire region and
[9:13] Speaker 1: the Water stronghold, he'd have to be very bad at
[9:17] Speaker 1: noticing powers not to understand what comes next. That's what
[9:22] Speaker 1: I'm worried about. You say, Bennett crosses his arms. So
[9:29] Speaker 1: what's the plan? Sneak in again? You think about that.
[9:34] Speaker 1: The last few times you used stealth, you used invisibility,
[9:39] Speaker 1: you used surprise, and freed some of the dragons before
[9:44] Speaker 1: the full battle began. But this time something feels different.
[9:51] Speaker 1: You have an army of dragons, now so many dragons.
[9:57] Speaker 1: You have true dragon Knight, fire, water, earth, wind, nature,
[10:04] Speaker 1: and even lightning and poison. You have two elemental dragons
[10:10] Speaker 1: and a whole army of free dragons who are very
[10:14] Speaker 1: interested in helping free more of their own. Maybe hiding
[10:20] Speaker 1: and sneaking isn't the answer this time. Maybe it's time
[10:24] Speaker 1: for the Dragon King to see exactly what he's up against. No,
[10:29] Speaker 1: you say, this time, we don't sneak in. Everyone looks
[10:35] Speaker 1: at you, this time, we hit them with everything. We
[10:40] Speaker 1: have a full out attack. We overwhelm the stronghold, knock
[10:46] Speaker 1: the riders away from their dragons, and then August and
[10:51] Speaker 1: I free as many dragons as we can. A slow
[10:55] Speaker 1: smile spreads across Ash's face.
[11:00] Speaker 3: I like this plan.
[11:02] Speaker 1: You like any plan with lots of fire. Bethy says,
[11:07] Speaker 1: that doesn't mean it's a bad plan. Ash replies. Connor
[11:13] Speaker 1: lifts one hand. I also support any plan that involves lightning.
[11:19] Speaker 1: Of course you do, Bennett says. You look over at Jewels.
[11:25] Speaker 1: How do you feel about this? Jewels takes a deep
[11:29] Speaker 1: breath and places one hand against Vine's neck. If the
[11:34] Speaker 1: Nature dragons are still under the spell, then they're suffering.
[11:39] Speaker 1: I say, we go get them. Vine lowers her head.
[11:44] Speaker 1: The jungle remembers true nights. It may not help us
[11:50] Speaker 1: at first, but once the spells begin to break, I
[11:55] Speaker 1: believe the land itself will be on our side, and
[12:00] Speaker 1: that settles it. You climb onto Alley's back and feel
[12:05] Speaker 1: the familiar connection between you and your dragon open wide
[12:10] Speaker 1: inside your chest. All right, you say, dragon knights, let's fly.
[12:19] Speaker 1: Moments later, the skies above the water Dragon's stronghold fill
[12:25] Speaker 1: with wings. Dozens of dragons rise from the icy cliffs,
[12:31] Speaker 1: then dozens more. Ellie takes the lead, with you on
[12:36] Speaker 1: her back. August and Eli Yarra fly beside you. The
[12:41] Speaker 1: rest of the original dragon knights form around you. Behind
[12:46] Speaker 1: them come the newly freed dragons and their riders, spreading
[12:51] Speaker 1: into a gigantic formation that stretches across the sky. For
[12:56] Speaker 1: a moment, you look back. You can barely believe it.
[13:02] Speaker 1: Not long ago you were just a kid who found
[13:04] Speaker 1: an egg in the forest. Now you're leading a dragon army. Huh, Ellie,
[13:11] Speaker 1: you say, yes, this is kind of a lot. Yes,
[13:17] Speaker 1: Ellie replies, but in a good way. I hope, so
[13:23] Speaker 1: I believe. Hope is sort of the point, Ellie says.
[13:28] Speaker 1: The army flies for hours, crossing ocean cliffs, rivers, plains,
[13:35] Speaker 1: and finally the outer edges of the jungle region. At first,
[13:39] Speaker 1: you see only green. The jungle stretches beneath you in
[13:44] Speaker 1: every direction, and it's beautiful, but it's also clearly dangerous.
[13:52] Speaker 1: In the distance, the nature Dragon Stronghold rises from the
[13:57] Speaker 1: center of the jungle. It's not me of stone like
[14:01] Speaker 1: the earth bases, or ice like the water Fortress.
[14:05] Speaker 3: It's grown.
[14:07] Speaker 1: Massive trees twist together to form towers. Branches weave into bridges.
[14:14] Speaker 1: Walls are made of living wood covered in moss and
[14:18] Speaker 1: flowering vines. Platforms spiral around trunks wider than castles. Roots
[14:25] Speaker 1: form natural gates, and giant leaves curve overhead like rooftops.
[14:32] Speaker 1: It's less like a fortress built in a jungle and
[14:36] Speaker 1: more like the jungle itself decided to become a fortress.
[14:42] Speaker 1: Then you see movement, a lot of movement. August leans
[14:48] Speaker 1: forward on Aliara. Oh, now he's reinforced it. She's right.
[14:56] Speaker 1: Dragons rise from the stronghold, and not just nature dragons either.
[15:03] Speaker 1: Earth dragons climb up from the forest floor, launching themselves
[15:08] Speaker 1: into the sky with chunks of stone circling around them.
[15:13] Speaker 1: Wind dragons shoot out of the treetops and streaks of
[15:16] Speaker 1: gray and white, making sonic booms as they go. And
[15:21] Speaker 1: nature dragons rise and huge numbers vines trailing from their wings,
[15:29] Speaker 1: and above them all several elemental dragons shimmer into view.
[15:35] Speaker 1: The elementes. The Dragon King has clearly figured out your plan.
[15:42] Speaker 1: A voice booms across the sky from one of the
[15:45] Speaker 1: enemy riders. In the name of the Dragon King, give
[15:52] Speaker 1: the dragons back or be destroyed. You glance at August.
[16:00] Speaker 1: She shrugs. You're the leader, she says. You look ahead
[16:05] Speaker 1: at the army waiting above the jungle. Then you draw
[16:10] Speaker 1: your sword. No, you say, elly grins beneath you. I
[16:17] Speaker 1: was hoping you'd say something like that. The sky explodes.
[16:24] Speaker 1: Fire dragons on your side blast forward first, sending huge
[16:29] Speaker 1: streams of flame across the air. Enemy earth dragons answer
[16:34] Speaker 1: by launching boulders upward, each one spinning like a giant cannonball.
[16:40] Speaker 1: Water dragons sweep around from behind you, pulling moisture from
[16:45] Speaker 1: the humid jungle air and turning it into spears of ice.
[16:50] Speaker 1: Wind dragons blast air, and then the nature dragons attack.
[16:57] Speaker 1: Vines shoot upward from the trees below, reaching impossibly high
[17:02] Speaker 1: into the sky. Some wrap around wings, some lash like whips.
[17:08] Speaker 1: Others twist together into giant nets. Jewels and vine dive forward. Immediately,
[17:16] Speaker 1: Vine unleashes a blast of green energy, and trees beneath
[17:21] Speaker 1: the enemy dragons bend sharply, sending your own vines up
[17:27] Speaker 1: to meet theirs. Jewels leaps off of Vine's back onto
[17:32] Speaker 1: a spinning disk of wood, her green dragon nite armor
[17:37] Speaker 1: flashing as she slices through the enemy vines with her sword.
[17:42] Speaker 1: Go for the riders, you shout, separate the riders from
[17:47] Speaker 1: the dragons. The message passes through your army. That has
[17:52] Speaker 1: always been your greatest advantage. The controlled dragons are powerful,
[17:57] Speaker 1: but the riders of the weak point without orders, the
[18:01] Speaker 1: controlled dragons just kind of land on the ground and
[18:05] Speaker 1: sit there doing nothing, And so the dragon knights strike
[18:12] Speaker 1: at the riders. Bethy and Luna create a massive wave
[18:16] Speaker 1: of moisture in the air, sweeping three enemy riders from
[18:20] Speaker 1: their saddles and freezing them inside floating ice bubbles. Bennett
[18:26] Speaker 1: and Granite flies straight into the cluster of earth dragons.
[18:30] Speaker 1: Granite smashes through with storm of rocks.
[18:33] Speaker 3: Well.
[18:34] Speaker 1: Bennett leaps off of his dragon's back, lands on a
[18:37] Speaker 1: floating boulder and launches himself at an enemy rider, knocking
[18:42] Speaker 1: him cleanly away from his dragon. James in Whisper move
[18:48] Speaker 1: almost too fast to follow. Sonic booms crack through the
[18:53] Speaker 1: air as they zip between wind dragons, creating tiny little
[18:57] Speaker 1: tornadoes that pluck riders from adles and drop them safely
[19:02] Speaker 1: but firmly on the tree tops. Connor and Bolt rise
[19:08] Speaker 1: above the battle lightning flashing between them, Spray and pray.
[19:14] Speaker 1: Connor asks, I believe this is an excellent moment for it,
[19:21] Speaker 1: Bolt says. Then lightning bursts outward and dozens of directions,
[19:27] Speaker 1: not striking dragons directly, but forcing enemy riders to shield
[19:32] Speaker 1: their faces and lose control for just long enough for
[19:37] Speaker 1: your friends to move in. Ash and Cinder dive through
[19:41] Speaker 1: the center of the battle, fire roaring around them. They
[19:46] Speaker 1: release it and controlled blasts the knock three riders backward
[19:51] Speaker 1: without burning the dragons beneath them. Curtis and Phoenix take
[19:55] Speaker 1: a different approach. Phoenix releases a cloud of green mist
[20:01] Speaker 1: into the air. It swirls around a group of enemy riders,
[20:06] Speaker 1: making them cough, blink, and slump, just enough for Curtis
[20:10] Speaker 1: to send black vines snapping around them sleeping spores. Obviously,
[20:18] Speaker 1: you and Ellie fly straight towards one of the Elemental dragons.
[20:23] Speaker 1: The enemy rider raises a hand, and the Elemental Dragon
[20:27] Speaker 1: blasts fire, water, stone, wind, and vines all at once.
[20:33] Speaker 1: Ellie twists in the air, dodging the fire, cutting through
[20:38] Speaker 1: the wind as you reach out with your mind, grab
[20:42] Speaker 1: the water from the attack, freeze it, and send it
[20:45] Speaker 1: crashing back at the rider. The rider ducks ellie dives lower.
[20:52] Speaker 1: A boulder shoots toward you, but you split it in
[20:56] Speaker 1: half with your earth magic. Vines whip up where but
[21:01] Speaker 1: you burn them with fire. A blast of wind hits
[21:05] Speaker 1: you from the side, but you steady yourself using your
[21:08] Speaker 1: own command of the air. Then you see something strange.
[21:15] Speaker 1: The forest below you moves, not like trees swaying in
[21:20] Speaker 1: the wind, or vines responding to nature dragons. The forest
[21:26] Speaker 1: itself moves together all at once. Massive roots burst from
[21:33] Speaker 1: the ground. Trees bend their trunks like living giants. Vines
[21:39] Speaker 1: thicker than bridges shoot up from the jungle floor and
[21:42] Speaker 1: grab an earth dragon out of the sky. The dragon roars,
[21:47] Speaker 1: but the vines ramp around it, carefully, not crushing it.
[21:53] Speaker 1: More vines separate the rider from the saddle, wrapping the
[21:57] Speaker 1: rider up and carrying them away. Then another dragon is
[22:03] Speaker 1: pulled down, and another When dragons try to zip away,
[22:08] Speaker 1: but the trees launch nets of vines so quickly that
[22:12] Speaker 1: even they get caught. Nature dragons under the Dragon King's
[22:17] Speaker 1: control spell are wrapped up as well, pulled gently but
[22:22] Speaker 1: firmly toward the center of the stronghold. Even one of
[22:27] Speaker 1: the elemental dragons gets snagged by a dozen roots shooting
[22:30] Speaker 1: out of the highest trees. Huh, Ellie, you say, is
[22:36] Speaker 1: that you? No, Ellie says, I had assumed it was jewels.
[22:43] Speaker 1: You look down and see jewels, staring at the forest
[22:46] Speaker 1: with the same confusion on her face. It's not jewels, though,
[22:52] Speaker 1: August and Eliara fly closer. This is not my father's doing,
[23:00] Speaker 1: says then, who is it below you? The jungle continues
[23:05] Speaker 1: to rise. The captured dragons are being pulled toward the
[23:10] Speaker 1: center of the stronghold, where the largest tree towers above
[23:14] Speaker 1: all of the others. Its trunk is wider than a castle,
[23:19] Speaker 1: its branches stretching across the sky like roads. I think
[23:24] Speaker 1: we need to see what's happening, you say, agreed, August
[23:30] Speaker 1: says you, and August dive. Eli and eli Yara fold
[23:36] Speaker 1: their wings and shoot toward the center of the jungle
[23:40] Speaker 1: around you. The battle continues. Your friends keep fighting, using
[23:46] Speaker 1: incredible moves to knock riders away from dragons and stop
[23:51] Speaker 1: the dragon King's army from regrouping. You pass through a
[23:56] Speaker 1: whole bunch of leaves and land on a massive wooden

[24:08] Speaker 1: The Nature Dragon General. Violet stands atop a large green dragon,
[24:16] Speaker 1: her armor shining black and red. Her dragon is huge
[24:21] Speaker 1: and beautiful, with scales like layered leaves, horns like branches,
[24:28] Speaker 1: and vines curling around her body bloom around Violet. Dozens
[24:35] Speaker 1: of dragons sit trapped in living wooden cages, not heard
[24:40] Speaker 1: or crushed, just contained or captured. Mostly nature dragons, though
[24:48] Speaker 1: you also see Earth dragons, Wind dragons, and one very
[24:52] Speaker 1: annoyed looking elemental dragon. Their riders are wrapped up separately
[24:57] Speaker 1: in a thick vine covered, arms pinned, and bodies held
[25:03] Speaker 1: safely away from their dragons, where no commands can be given.
[25:09] Speaker 1: Violet looks at you, Then she looks at August. Then
[25:15] Speaker 1: she sighs. Tuck you long enough, you blink. H'm sorry.
[25:23] Speaker 1: I've been waiting for the true dragon Knights to arrive
[25:26] Speaker 1: for years, Violet says, And now that you're here, you're
[25:32] Speaker 1: standing around looking confused. August narrows her eyes. Aren't you
[25:39] Speaker 1: the Nature Dragon General? Yes, don't you serve my father?
[25:46] Speaker 1: Violet gives her a sharp look. I serve no one.
[25:52] Speaker 1: You look at the dragons trapped all around her. You
[25:56] Speaker 1: did all this well, with help, Bloom did all of this.
[26:04] Speaker 1: I just sort of directed what I wanted Bloom to do. Unfortunately,
[26:10] Speaker 1: she's still trapped under your father's spell, which means I
[26:15] Speaker 1: can't really use my nature powers. Bloom's eyes are dull,
[26:21] Speaker 1: empty and silent. Well, Violet says, get going. These dragons
[26:29] Speaker 1: would prefer not to be controlled any longer. You look
[26:33] Speaker 1: at August, and August nods together. You step toward the
[26:39] Speaker 1: closest trapped nature dragon. You close your eyes and reach
[26:44] Speaker 1: out with your inner magic, not the elemental power, but
[26:48] Speaker 1: the human magic that August taught you. You search for
[26:53] Speaker 1: the cold thread of control, the false connection wrapped around
[26:58] Speaker 1: the dragon's mind and connected to the riders. You find it,
[27:05] Speaker 1: You grab it, and you pull. The spell snaps. The
[27:11] Speaker 1: dragon blinks, its glowing eyes fade into something fierce and alive.
[27:17] Speaker 1: It lifts its head and lets out a roar that
[27:20] Speaker 1: shakes the leaves from the trees. One by one, you
[27:26] Speaker 1: and August free the dragons. The change is instant. Every
[27:32] Speaker 1: time a dragon that sat empty, eyed and silent suddenly
[27:37] Speaker 1: snarls with anger. Another shakes its wings and rips through
[27:42] Speaker 1: the last of the spell with a roar. Oh dare
[27:47] Speaker 1: they sit on our backs without permission? One Nature dragon growls.
[27:54] Speaker 1: The tied up rider makes a muffled sound that could
[27:58] Speaker 1: be an apology or just sort of whimpering in fear.
[28:03] Speaker 1: Violet watches carefully. She says nothing as the dragons wake
[28:09] Speaker 1: at last, only Bloom remains. Violet slides down from her
[28:14] Speaker 1: dragon's back and stands beside her. For the first time
[28:19] Speaker 1: since you landed. She doesn't look like a general. She
[28:24] Speaker 1: looks like someone who has been waiting for this moment. Please,
[28:30] Speaker 1: she says, You and August step forward. You can feel
[28:35] Speaker 1: the spell around Bloom's mind, and so you pull it free.
[28:42] Speaker 1: Bloom trembles. Violet places one hand against Bloom's snout. Come
[28:49] Speaker 1: back to me, she whispers. I did what the Earth
[28:53] Speaker 1: showed me. I waited. I'm sorry, but I waited. Now
[28:59] Speaker 1: come back to me. The connection shatters, Blooms eyes flash
[29:06] Speaker 1: bright green, and a sudden blast of energy leaves the dragon,
[29:12] Speaker 1: hitting Violet in the chest. Instantly, Violet's old armor is
[29:18] Speaker 1: blasted away and replaced by Nature Dragon armor. True Nature
[29:27] Speaker 1: Dragon armor.
[29:30] Speaker 3: You took long enough.
[29:32] Speaker 1: Bloom says, and Violet laughs only with tears in her eyes.
[29:39] Speaker 1: A Violet draws her Nature Dragon's sword, and then she
[29:45] Speaker 1: begins glowing with green energy. The whole platform shakes as
[29:52] Speaker 1: the trees respond. Bloom spreads her wings, Violet climbs on
[29:59] Speaker 1: her back. Now, Violet says it's time to end this.
[30:06] Speaker 1: She lifts one hand and begins to glow. The other
[30:12] Speaker 1: freed Nature dragons join in, glowing green as well and
[30:18] Speaker 1: adding to her power. The jungle answers. All around the stronghold,
[30:25] Speaker 1: vines explode upward, not wildly or randomly, but with perfect control.
[30:34] Speaker 1: They wrap around enemy dragons still under the Dragon King's spell,
[30:39] Speaker 1: pinning wings without breaking them, catching tails without crushing them,
[30:45] Speaker 1: and pulling riders gently but firmly out of saddles and
[30:50] Speaker 1: tramping them in wooden cages. Together, the forest becomes a storm.
[30:59] Speaker 1: Roots rise like walls, branches bend like bridges, and trees
[31:05] Speaker 1: grow taller, joining in the fight like well, kind of
[31:10] Speaker 1: like gigantic giant trees that know how to fight. The
[31:17] Speaker 1: battle begins to change. Before your army was winning already,
[31:25] Speaker 1: Now the jungle itself is on your side. A group
[31:29] Speaker 1: of enemy Earth dragons try to regroup near the outer trees,
[31:33] Speaker 1: but Violet and Bloom send roots through the soil beneath them.
[31:38] Speaker 1: They burst upward, separating riders from dragons and pulling the
[31:43] Speaker 1: riders into cages. A wind dragon tries to flee, but
[31:48] Speaker 1: James in Whisper chase it straight into a net of vines.
[31:52] Speaker 1: The rider is caught and the dragon drops safely down
[31:57] Speaker 1: to the ground. One of the King's elemental dragons roars
[32:03] Speaker 1: and unleashes a blast of fire toward the central tree.
[32:08] Speaker 1: You and Ally dive in front of it. You pull
[32:11] Speaker 1: water out of the air itself, spin it into a
[32:15] Speaker 1: huge water shield, and stop the huge fire blast. Conner
[32:22] Speaker 1: and Bold strike from above with a flash of lightning
[32:26] Speaker 1: that knocks the rider out. Across the battlefield, the remaining
[32:33] Speaker 1: riders begin to break. The strongest of the remaining elemental
[32:39] Speaker 1: riders looks around, seeing freed nature dragons filling the skies
[32:44] Speaker 1: and giant trees entering the battle retreat. He yells back
[32:53] Speaker 1: to the Dragon King. The remaining Earth dragons, Wind dragons
[32:58] Speaker 1: and elemental dragons still under control turn and flee. For
[33:06] Speaker 1: a moment, you think about chasing them, but then you
[33:10] Speaker 1: look at all of the trapped dragons still waiting to
[33:13] Speaker 1: be freed. Let them go, you say, we'll get them eventually,
[33:20] Speaker 1: Elly nods. For the next hour, you and August move
[33:26] Speaker 1: from dragon to dragon, breaking the control spell again and again.
[33:32] Speaker 1: Nature dragons wake up, relieved to be free. Some immediately
[33:38] Speaker 1: sense their true riders somewhere in the world and launch
[33:42] Speaker 1: into the sky to find them. Others stay to help rebuild.
[33:48] Speaker 1: You gather with the others at the central platform, surrounded
[33:52] Speaker 1: by freed dragons, new allies, and the rest of your
[33:56] Speaker 1: dragon army. Violet stands beside I'd Bloom. For a long moment,
[34:03] Speaker 1: no one says anything. Then you step forward, so you say,
[34:11] Speaker 1: I guess you've been on our side the whole time.
[34:14] Speaker 1: Violet gives you a small smile. Not exactly, I was
[34:20] Speaker 1: on the side of what needed to happen, but yes,
[34:25] Speaker 1: in practical terms, that means I was waiting for you.
[34:29] Speaker 1: August crosses her arms. But you helped my father conquer strongholds.
[34:37] Speaker 1: Violet does not look away. Yes I did. I helped
[34:45] Speaker 1: him defeat earth dragons. I helped him take the Air Stronghold.
[34:52] Speaker 1: I commanded Bloom through a false bond. I did terrible things.
[35:00] Speaker 1: Bloom lowers her head beside her. Violet places a hand
[35:04] Speaker 1: on the dragon's scales. But long before that, I listened
[35:10] Speaker 1: to the Earth. I saw what was coming. The dragon
[35:15] Speaker 1: Knights were going to fail. Nothing I could do would
[35:19] Speaker 1: stop that. So I chose the only path the Earth
[35:24] Speaker 1: showed me. You understand before she says it the eggs,
[35:32] Speaker 1: Violet nods. I convinced the dragon knight's sex to hide
[35:37] Speaker 1: them fire, water, earth, wind, nature, elemental hope, hidden where
[35:46] Speaker 1: the dragon King could not find it. I did not
[35:50] Speaker 1: tell the others that their battle was destined to fail.
[35:54] Speaker 1: I only told them that hope needed to be planted.
[36:00] Speaker 1: So you're the reason we found our dragons. In part,
[36:05] Speaker 1: Violet says, the dragons chose you, the world guided you.
[36:11] Speaker 1: But yes, I helped make sure there was something left
[36:16] Speaker 1: to find. You look around at all of your friends.
[36:22] Speaker 1: All of you were here because someone long ago had
[36:27] Speaker 1: hidden eggs, had hidden hope, instead of spending it all
[36:32] Speaker 1: on a doomed battle. Violet looks at you. You are
[36:37] Speaker 1: well on your way to restoring balance. Fires, free water,
[36:43] Speaker 1: as free nature is free, more dragons wake every day.
[36:51] Speaker 1: The dragon King will be afraid. Now good, you say, yes,
[36:58] Speaker 1: Violet replies, But afraid enemies become dangerous. He still has earth,
[37:05] Speaker 1: dragon wind, dragons and the elementals, and he still has
[37:13] Speaker 1: the spell though it seems you found a way around
[37:18] Speaker 1: that too, But you will still need my help. I
[37:23] Speaker 1: know his army, I know his generals, I know how
[37:28] Speaker 1: he thinks, and unlike most of his riders and most
[37:33] Speaker 1: of you, I was trained as a true dragon Knight, Blooms,
[37:40] Speaker 1: smiles slightly. Well, you say, I'm pretty happy to have
[37:46] Speaker 1: an extremely powerful nature Dragon and a true Dragon Knight
[37:50] Speaker 1: on our side. Then let's restore balance together, she says,
[38:00] Speaker 1: But that can wait for tomorrow. Today you're feeling very tired.
[38:09] Speaker 1: Violet shows you around the Nature Dragon's stronghold to the
[38:14] Speaker 1: main fortress, where there's a whole bunch of rooms for guests.
[38:20] Speaker 1: You take one of the rooms, climb into one of
[38:23] Speaker 1: the beds that itself looks like it was grown out
[38:28] Speaker 1: of the ground instead of being built. You pull the
[38:33] Speaker 1: very comfortable covers up to your chin, close your eyes,
[38:39] Speaker 1: and slowly you begin to fall asleep.
