[0:13] Speaker 2: That's cool. We got to get you another date. So Derek, yes,
[0:18] Speaker 2: you told us you're you at a Costco. First date
[0:21] Speaker 2: with Kelsey.
[0:23] Speaker 1: Yeah, well we did have a real lunch first, but
[0:27] Speaker 1: then we just ended up going to Costco afterward because
[0:30] Speaker 1: their ice cream Sundays are amazing and she's never had one.
[0:35] Speaker 2: Oh so nice to share. So now you introduced her
[0:39] Speaker 2: to the Costco Sunday.
[0:42] Speaker 3: I did.
[0:43] Speaker 1: She thought it was great and said she even told
[0:45] Speaker 1: me that she was addicted, so I thought it was
[0:48] Speaker 1: a ten out of ten date. I got her hooked
[0:49] Speaker 1: on Costco Sundays, so I've been texting her let's go
[0:53] Speaker 1: get another Sunday at Costco right now.
[0:56] Speaker 3: She's just blowing me off.
[0:58] Speaker 1: And she doesn't even have a Costco membership, so I'm
[1:02] Speaker 1: kind of her ticket to get the Sunday Sunday.
[1:09] Speaker 2: You're the other one hundred million people that have Costco memberships.
[1:13] Speaker 3: I'm kind of your way in.
[1:15] Speaker 2: I'm a member of the club.
[1:17] Speaker 3: Okay, I'm the mayor of Costco.
[1:23] Speaker 2: I love that you're quirky enough to say, hey, best
[1:28] Speaker 2: desserted town is at Costco, let's go. And she was
[1:30] Speaker 2: into it, but it doesn't want to go out again.
[1:32] Speaker 2: So Derek, you know how this works. We will get
[1:35] Speaker 2: Kelsey on the phone and we'll figure out why you're
[1:36] Speaker 2: not getting that that second date.
[1:38] Speaker 3: Okay, all right, let's do it.
[1:41] Speaker 2: Kelsey, Hello, welcome to the second date update. We understand
[1:47] Speaker 2: that your date went from lunch to the snack barck
[1:51] Speaker 2: Costco for dessert second location.
[1:53] Speaker 3: Always a good time.
[1:54] Speaker 2: Because you'd never had the Costco Sunday, and according to Derek,
[1:58] Speaker 2: you are now addicted, but not so addicted that you'll
[2:02] Speaker 2: go back to Costco with him and get into their
[2:03] Speaker 2: Sunday or even go out with him at all.
[2:07] Speaker 3: Apparently.
[2:08] Speaker 4: Okay, so I can't lie, like when I when he
[2:11] Speaker 4: said we were going to Costco spri dessert, I thought
[2:13] Speaker 4: it was odd, but the Sundays heaven so good. So
[2:22] Speaker 4: problem is after we ate the Sunday, he made me
[2:26] Speaker 4: walk around and like ground for free sample, Like that's
[2:31] Speaker 4: not my thing at all.
[2:32] Speaker 2: Wait a minute, wait, so you obviously aren't like a
[2:36] Speaker 2: Costco Sam's Club person, so you so you're not familiar
[2:40] Speaker 2: that they give out free samp.
[2:42] Speaker 3: It's right to the deal.
[2:43] Speaker 4: No, I mean I felt like I was a dog
[2:45] Speaker 4: begging for treat, like, don't thank you.
[2:48] Speaker 2: Oh I love those samples.
[2:49] Speaker 3: No.
[2:50] Speaker 4: So we were walking around and he was like, oh,
[2:52] Speaker 4: do you want more? And I was like no, and
[2:53] Speaker 4: he grabbed them so he could eat them, like he
[2:55] Speaker 4: would get to eat them for both of us. And
[2:58] Speaker 4: it was just hard pass under samples.
[3:02] Speaker 1: Okay, how do you not like free samples.
[3:08] Speaker 4: Around every single aisle looking for free food?
[3:13] Speaker 3: Yeah? I didn't make you walk every aisle like I
[3:16] Speaker 3: know the aisles.
[3:21] Speaker 2: Where the sample strategically mapped.
[3:28] Speaker 4: I mean it was just like, oh, look there's one
[3:29] Speaker 4: over there, and here's another one over here. Were cheasing
[3:33] Speaker 4: tiny pieces of food around a Costco.
[3:37] Speaker 1: They were free samples, Like that's the best part of Costco.
[3:41] Speaker 2: You you seriously lived your whole life this far not
[3:46] Speaker 2: done this and never gotten free samples.
[3:49] Speaker 4: I mean, it was just embarrassing. You got so excited
[3:52] Speaker 4: because they were like little cups of chicken and cheese cheeses.
[3:58] Speaker 2: Not only an experience. You're kind of tie samples.
[4:02] Speaker 4: It's not that samples are bad, it's just I don't
[4:05] Speaker 4: want to feel like a mood for a tiny bite
[4:08] Speaker 4: of food Like I don't know, I just I really
[4:11] Speaker 4: don't want to do it on a date either.
[4:14] Speaker 3: So you can't date someone who likes free samples.
[4:18] Speaker 4: I don't think so. I mean, you're a grown man
[4:21] Speaker 4: getting excited about free cheese.
