[0:01] Speaker 1: And That's what you Really missed with Jenna.
[0:04] Speaker 2: And Kevin an iHeartRadio podcast.
[0:08] Speaker 1: Welcome to and That's what You're Really miss podcast. Hello Kevin,
[0:13] Speaker 1: Hello Jenna. How are you doing?
[0:16] Speaker 2: I'm doing well. How are you? Is it like in
[0:18] Speaker 2: the eighties there?
[0:20] Speaker 1: Let me look seventy four degrees high of somebody today?
[0:24] Speaker 1: How are you doing?
[0:26] Speaker 2: I'm fine. Let's see what is it today?
[0:28] Speaker 1: For me?
[0:29] Speaker 2: It is? Oh, hi, forty two summer.
[0:34] Speaker 1: Are you surviving in all this snow? And is this
[0:37] Speaker 1: the most snow you've encountered in your lifetime?
[0:42] Speaker 2: I have, I've seen more snow, but like when I've
[0:45] Speaker 2: traveled to it for that purpose.
[0:46] Speaker 1: Oh my god.
[0:51] Speaker 2: Yeah. So for those of you who don't know, there's
[0:52] Speaker 2: a blizzard here on Sunday and Monday in New York.
[0:57] Speaker 1: Oh my god.
[0:59] Speaker 2: Wow, Ruefully, it's actually been all right, like it's been nice. Monday.
[1:04] Speaker 2: The Spelling v Show got canceled. We got snowed out.
[1:07] Speaker 1: They can all the shows, Yeah.
[1:09] Speaker 2: Yeah, they did, And so we were all in the
[1:11] Speaker 2: cast like texting each other like is it gonna happen?
[1:14] Speaker 2: We didn't know? Wow, And then eventually got canceled. We
[1:18] Speaker 2: didner afternoon show on Sunday.
[1:20] Speaker 1: Kay, and then canceled for Monday, right, yes, yeah, yeah.
[1:24] Speaker 2: I walked around Central Park for a long time.
[1:27] Speaker 1: Now.
[1:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, it was beautiful and they were like all these
[1:30] Speaker 2: kids like building snowmen and dogs, like playing in the snow.
[1:36] Speaker 2: It was beautiful. There were people.
[1:38] Speaker 1: Snowboarding, shot it. It was wild.
[1:41] Speaker 2: It was nice.
[1:43] Speaker 1: That's fun, I mean, honestly, I've always I mean, I
[1:47] Speaker 1: grew up in snow, you know. I Blizzards are like,
[1:51] Speaker 1: you know, it's annoying, but you grew up in blizzards.
[1:53] Speaker 1: You're like school that no snow day and was letting.
[1:56] Speaker 1: But living in the city during blizzards with the dog
[2:00] Speaker 1: is number one, no fun. And then it's really the aftermath.
[2:06] Speaker 1: So if you get enough snow that like the next
[2:08] Speaker 1: day is not you know, in the fifty sixties and
[2:10] Speaker 1: it's warm and it's not melting, you are climbing mountains
[2:16] Speaker 1: of ice and dirt snow, black dirt snow with pea
[2:20] Speaker 1: and things, dog poop, germs, and you can't cross the
[2:25] Speaker 1: street where you want across the street to walk around
[2:27] Speaker 1: fifteen shoveled mazes to get there, which was always so
[2:31] Speaker 1: angering to me.
[2:32] Speaker 2: Yes, that's what's happening, so about a month ago or
[2:35] Speaker 2: maybe even unless we had a lot of snow, and
[2:38] Speaker 2: then everybody's been complaining since then because it was also
[2:42] Speaker 2: below freezing for like two and a half weeks after that,
[2:46] Speaker 2: so the snow was pushed up on the sidewalk on
[2:49] Speaker 2: the curbs and didn't go anywhere because it wasn't warm enough.
[2:54] Speaker 2: This time, nature helped a little bit, okay, where it
[2:58] Speaker 2: has been a little warmer, like it's forty two today,
[3:01] Speaker 2: so things are naturally melting a little bit. And then
[3:04] Speaker 2: also the city announced today that every single street in
[3:09] Speaker 2: all five burrows have been cleared within two days. So yeah,
[3:17] Speaker 2: we're recording this on Wednesday. So yeah, I mean it's.
[3:23] Speaker 1: And hopefully no more snow for a while.
[3:25] Speaker 2: No, it's snowed a little bit this morning.
[3:28] Speaker 1: The snow again, I don't know it might but yeah,
[3:31] Speaker 1: it looks like next week it's gonna snow. Great.
[3:33] Speaker 2: Here's the thing. I like, it's still new to me,
[3:37] Speaker 2: so I don't mind the snow. It's all pretty to me.
[3:40] Speaker 1: You're right.
[3:41] Speaker 2: Taking the dogs out is sort of like the Otherwise
[3:45] Speaker 2: I'd probably just like be inside most of the time,
[3:46] Speaker 2: but I got to take the dogs out, so I'm out.
[3:48] Speaker 1: Like five. Do they like it and they hate it?
[3:54] Speaker 2: I don't think they hate it, Okay, the thing is
[3:57] Speaker 2: Sophie like, Okay, So when it was actually like really
[4:02] Speaker 2: snowing on Sunday or Monday was the real day where
[4:06] Speaker 2: she it was like thick snow, so like the salt
[4:09] Speaker 2: and everything they put down was not melting it. But
[4:13] Speaker 2: she was better on the snow than she is I
[4:15] Speaker 2: think on cold concrete, and so she was. She peed
[4:19] Speaker 2: and then she immediately turned back to like go back
[4:22] Speaker 2: into the building, which she doesn't normally do. So I
[4:25] Speaker 2: do think, you know, there were signs that she was
[4:29] Speaker 2: fine with it for a little bit, but then was
[4:31] Speaker 2: let's go back inside.
[4:32] Speaker 1: Bear used to I mean, he's only really he was
[4:35] Speaker 1: only really through like one or two big blizzards. But
[4:39] Speaker 1: I took him in a blizzard. We went to our
[4:41] Speaker 1: friends in Brooklyn. We were like, we're gonna breathe the storm,
[4:42] Speaker 1: We're gonna go to Brooklyn. And I walked him to
[4:46] Speaker 1: the station, but the salt got in his foot, yeah,
[4:49] Speaker 1: and he screamed bloody murder, and I thought he broke
[4:52] Speaker 1: his paw or his leg on the journey and was
[4:55] Speaker 1: like carrying him through the blizzard. But it was the salt. Yeah,
[5:01] Speaker 1: it's salt.
[5:01] Speaker 2: I learned that when it the first time they put
[5:03] Speaker 2: out salt, you know, like six weeks ago or something
[5:06] Speaker 2: for a little snow.
[5:08] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[5:09] Speaker 2: I thought Sophie was dying.
[5:12] Speaker 1: Really same thing.
[5:13] Speaker 2: I literally took her to the vet.
[5:15] Speaker 1: Oh okay, so we're not the only one.
[5:17] Speaker 2: I didn't know what was going on because she like
[5:20] Speaker 2: stopped walking, and I think what happened, you know how
[5:22] Speaker 2: dogs like psyched themselves out sometimes. Well, I think she
[5:25] Speaker 2: probably stepped on some salt and like onto her pot
[5:27] Speaker 2: and probably did hurt, yes, burned, But then like once
[5:31] Speaker 2: it was gone.
[5:32] Speaker 1: She's still doing it.
[5:33] Speaker 2: She couldn't walk. And by the time I took her
[5:36] Speaker 2: to the vet, she was like like, she seems like
[5:39] Speaker 2: she's walking a little better. I'm like, yeah, she's doing better.
[5:41] Speaker 2: By the end of the vet visit, she was.
[5:43] Speaker 1: Fully walked, running gallopy. Yeah.
[5:46] Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm like, two thousand dollars later.
[5:51] Speaker 1: I don't miss that about having a dog that's always sick.
[5:54] Speaker 2: But oh my god, we can't be doing that on
[5:56] Speaker 2: this off Broadway check.
[6:00] Speaker 1: Did you do anything with your time off or did
[6:01] Speaker 1: you just relax given that you had like three snow days.
[6:05] Speaker 2: Relaxed. Like I said, the biggest thing we did was
[6:08] Speaker 2: I went to Central Park with Austin, which was really
[6:11] Speaker 2: really nice and pretty. I regretted not doing that last time,
[6:14] Speaker 2: so this time I had a point. Yeah.
[6:17] Speaker 1: I also saw that this earlier this week or when
[6:21] Speaker 1: we're recording now, obviously, but that you went and saw
[6:23] Speaker 1: a friend of ours.
[6:25] Speaker 2: I saw Diana Agron.
[6:28] Speaker 1: Oh my god. I canta Carlisle.
[6:29] Speaker 2: I sure did.
[6:31] Speaker 1: I saw her the last It was probably like she's
[6:35] Speaker 1: done a million residencies there now, but I went and
[6:37] Speaker 1: saw her at one point as well there and it's delightful.
[6:41] Speaker 2: She's a delightful is the word I mean.
[6:44] Speaker 1: She.
[6:46] Speaker 2: I was trying to go. I didn't know if I
[6:48] Speaker 2: was gonna be able to go, right, but she texted
[6:50] Speaker 2: me earlier in the day and she was like, people
[6:52] Speaker 2: can't come because the snow of the snow. You want
[6:56] Speaker 2: to come? And I was like yes. I was trying
[6:57] Speaker 2: to buy tickets and it was sold out of course.
[7:00] Speaker 2: Yeah wow, which is great. But I'd never been to
[7:03] Speaker 2: the Carlisle Hotel.
[7:04] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
[7:06] Speaker 2: Yeah, And I went on Gleek of the Week podcast,
[7:13] Speaker 2: and we were talking about it because he's going okay,
[7:17] Speaker 2: and so he had prepared me of what to expect,
[7:21] Speaker 2: and I went with a friend and it was just wonderful.
[7:25] Speaker 2: I mean, she is so good on stage, just commands
[7:29] Speaker 2: the stage.
[7:30] Speaker 1: Chatty, fun, charming, adorable.
[7:34] Speaker 2: I also think like what she's able to do would
[7:36] Speaker 2: really scare me where yeah, because she's singing sort of
[7:41] Speaker 2: like standards and things like that. So it's a quiet
[7:44] Speaker 2: room like people want. It's like a four piece jazz
[7:47] Speaker 2: band and her, and so people really are listening to her, yeah,
[7:53] Speaker 2: and that would make me so uncomfortable.
[7:57] Speaker 1: It's terrifying. It's like stand up comedy.
[8:00] Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's not like people are hooting and hollering
[8:04] Speaker 2: and like cheering during the songs, because like you just
[8:06] Speaker 2: want to hear the instrumentation and the purity of her voice,
[8:10] Speaker 2: and she sounded great. It's also like the perfect style
[8:13] Speaker 2: of music for her. She picks the best stuff, Yeah,
[8:17] Speaker 2: she does, and it's very much her. It's quintessentially Quinn.
[8:21] Speaker 2: It's her and she picks good stuff and.
[8:25] Speaker 1: She it all like exudes the stuff that she would
[8:28] Speaker 1: listen to and loved back in the day when we
[8:32] Speaker 1: were around her more, and like, you know, I just
[8:34] Speaker 1: I always I thought she was. She told the best
[8:36] Speaker 1: little stories and.
[8:38] Speaker 2: She's so cute. She did she had this and the
[8:41] Speaker 2: whole thing is like respective of like the past year
[8:44] Speaker 2: of her life, which is really like beautiful to hear, and.
[8:49] Speaker 1: You come to see her so much. What a joy,
[8:51] Speaker 1: what a gift. I really haven't seen her at all.
[8:53] Speaker 1: I mean I've talked to her, but I haven't really
[8:55] Speaker 1: seen her.
[8:56] Speaker 2: I'm hoping to see her more before she leaves New
[8:58] Speaker 2: York to catch up and I hang out. But I
[9:01] Speaker 2: got to see her mom who was there and like
[9:04] Speaker 2: all and a lot of her friends that have seen
[9:06] Speaker 2: it forever, it was it was really nice.
[9:16] Speaker 1: There's also some clean news that Matt Morrison is joining
[9:22] Speaker 1: just in time. So you knew this because secretly because
[9:29] Speaker 1: you saw Groff and the show and now was there right, yeah,
[9:33] Speaker 1: I was like, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. I
[9:36] Speaker 1: mean that was swirling for a long time. But he's
[9:39] Speaker 1: very exciting. He's going in for a short a short run,
[9:42] Speaker 1: and I think this is like perfect for him so well.
[9:45] Speaker 2: And the thing is he's been on tour. I'm sure
[9:48] Speaker 2: you've all seen videos online, yes, and so he's been
[9:53] Speaker 2: like flying in and out of New York for like
[9:54] Speaker 2: twenty four hours or forty eight hours at a time
[9:56] Speaker 2: to rehearse, and then he's just like rehearsing in his
[9:59] Speaker 2: hotel room on tour.
[10:01] Speaker 1: That's what he was doing. I mean it's very likely
[10:03] Speaker 1: like he would do that and then on the weekends
[10:04] Speaker 1: he would go tour with like or do like Boston
[10:07] Speaker 1: Pops or whatever. So this is very on brand for him.
[10:10] Speaker 2: I mean, I think it just makes a lot of sense.
[10:11] Speaker 2: I think he's going to be wonderful in it.
[10:14] Speaker 1: Yes, agreed, agreed.
[10:15] Speaker 2: I think it's perfect.
[10:16] Speaker 1: It's perfect for him, all three of them, honestly gross, Jeremy,
[10:20] Speaker 1: Jordan and Matt. It's like the perfect trio.
[10:23] Speaker 2: Leanna, who plays Marcy and we had to have a
[10:26] Speaker 2: wrong but she knows Graf right yeah, but she's the
[10:30] Speaker 2: one who actually like found out first and she was like,
[10:33] Speaker 2: it's inspired casting.
[10:35] Speaker 1: Oh, because she's a big Lee fan, right, Yes she is.
[10:38] Speaker 1: That's right. Okay, you shared this, Yes, that's so funny.
[10:42] Speaker 1: How is your Traders game going? I need to know you?
[10:45] Speaker 1: Can you?
[10:46] Speaker 2: I've been vanished?
[10:48] Speaker 1: Do you have to reveal who you are or not?
[10:50] Speaker 2: Yes?
[10:51] Speaker 1: Oh? Devin. Yeah, oh you couldn't you knew it was coming.
[10:55] Speaker 2: I was a Trader.
[10:57] Speaker 1: Ah, we had a good run, you did, you did.
[11:02] Speaker 1: So now you get to see from the outside of
[11:03] Speaker 1: what's going on, which is probably fun.
[11:05] Speaker 2: Honestly, I feel like I've gotten really life back.
[11:10] Speaker 1: How much longer is this going to go? Like, I
[11:12] Speaker 1: believe this weekend is the last the last time, well
[11:15] Speaker 1: because obviously Traders Finale was least this week and obviously
[11:19] Speaker 1: we haven't seen it yet, but.
[11:20] Speaker 2: So this is going to be I think there are
[11:22] Speaker 2: six people left. Okay, the game we started twenty two,
[11:26] Speaker 2: there are six left.
[11:27] Speaker 1: Wow, Okay, great, I'm excited to hear how it turns out.
[11:31] Speaker 2: Yeah, no trailers. Yeah, I don't know because like we also,
[11:34] Speaker 2: we play by the rules, most of us and nope,
[11:39] Speaker 2: and so I haven't talked to the other Traders that
[11:43] Speaker 2: are still in, so I don't know what's going on.
[11:46] Speaker 1: There's we've been to. I texted you the other night
[11:51] Speaker 1: because David and I were watching obviously US Traders and
[11:55] Speaker 1: we cannot access the new UK Traders season yet. It's
[11:59] Speaker 1: still not on Peacock, so I'm waiting.
[12:01] Speaker 2: You gotta get yourself a VPN.
[12:04] Speaker 1: I'm waiting. We're waiting patiently. It's actually nice because it'll
[12:08] Speaker 1: be something after this Traders is done. But that's Traders
[12:13] Speaker 1: all the time.
[12:14] Speaker 2: It's a great season. Here's the thing that's almost all
[12:17] Speaker 2: the same games and I do yeah, but I just
[12:22] Speaker 2: think there's something really magical about this season of US.
[12:26] Speaker 2: Traders was excellent. It was excellent, but also like rush,
[12:34] Speaker 2: people were saying things that normally I like the reality people, like, oh,
[12:38] Speaker 2: we know how to make good TV, Like that's what
[12:41] Speaker 2: we're doing. I feel like this season got like a
[12:44] Speaker 2: little extra personal personal.
[12:46] Speaker 1: Yes, people really took me. And also I think because
[12:50] Speaker 1: of the success around the show, people come in in
[12:54] Speaker 1: a different yes, with different expectations and knowing that things
[12:58] Speaker 1: are going to travel and go viral and get you know,
[13:03] Speaker 1: and I don't know. I mean I think there's also
[13:05] Speaker 1: some casting questionable choices and things like that too that
[13:10] Speaker 1: you know, and and on all these reality shows, let
[13:15] Speaker 1: me tell you, like, I don't know if they actually
[13:18] Speaker 1: really wonder.
[13:19] Speaker 2: Well, here's the thing. It's like if if they actually
[13:23] Speaker 2: don't know who else is going to be there? And
[13:26] Speaker 2: I imagine maybe they don't, but like if I showed
[13:29] Speaker 2: up and Michael Rappaport was there. I think I would
[13:33] Speaker 2: have left the game left, like I don't know. Yeah,
[13:39] Speaker 2: and you see, like he's insulting people, he's saying crazy
[13:42] Speaker 2: stuff about himself, and it's like, yeah, that tracks, you know.
[13:45] Speaker 1: And the thing is people are like, oh, it's, you know,
[13:47] Speaker 1: good TV, and I'm like, there's a different spetween good
[13:51] Speaker 1: TV and like morality here, Like I.
[13:54] Speaker 2: Think it's almost the same principles as like someone who's
[13:58] Speaker 2: really good at roasting somebody.
[14:00] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure, for sure.
[14:02] Speaker 2: We like there's a difference between being mean and being
[14:05] Speaker 2: funny about it.
[14:06] Speaker 1: Yes, totally, totally.
[14:08] Speaker 2: It's a fine line. And not everybody's good at it.
[14:10] Speaker 1: No, not everybody knows how to do it. And you
[14:13] Speaker 1: know it's I'm not good. I don't know how to
[14:15] Speaker 1: do it.
[14:17] Speaker 2: I will say I've been watching a lot of Maybe
[14:19] Speaker 2: this isn't fun to talk about, but I've been watching
[14:21] Speaker 2: so much TV because of the snow the past two days.
[14:25] Speaker 2: And I might have been late on to record this
[14:27] Speaker 2: because I'm in the thralls of watching Paradise. Have you
[14:32] Speaker 2: watched Paradise?
[14:33] Speaker 1: We haven't watched season two yet, but we watched season one.
[14:36] Speaker 1: Have you watched season It's season two out now, the
[14:38] Speaker 1: first three episodes have come out.
[14:40] Speaker 2: I just finished episode two of season two, so okay,
[14:45] Speaker 2: I started it on Wednesday night. I started on Sunday night.
[14:49] Speaker 2: It is Wednesday. I've watched all season one and I'm
[14:51] Speaker 2: two episodes into season two.
[14:53] Speaker 1: Oh you didn't watch before? Oh? Season one is excellent.
[14:57] Speaker 2: And then I also watched The Night of the Seven Kingdoms.
[15:00] Speaker 1: By the way, did you notice that in Paradise? I
[15:04] Speaker 1: was like, I know that bar. It's black Liquor Market bar,
[15:07] Speaker 1: I think or black Market Liquor bar. Is it in
[15:10] Speaker 1: the valley? And I was like, I know this place,
[15:12] Speaker 1: and I think that that's where they shot it. Anyway,
[15:14] Speaker 1: that was well.
[15:15] Speaker 2: When at first the first scene I think of the show,
[15:20] Speaker 2: he's like walking out of his house and he starts running.
[15:24] Speaker 2: I'm like, that's Santa Clarita. That's a bridgeport, Like I
[15:28] Speaker 2: know exactly where he is. Yeah, and like this it
[15:32] Speaker 2: goes from it is Also it's fun to like place
[15:35] Speaker 2: where they're shooting it. It's like, okay that he Then
[15:38] Speaker 2: the pilot Sirlie K. Brown goes jogging at the very
[15:44] Speaker 2: beginning and he starts in Bridgeport, Santa Clarita, California. Then
[15:48] Speaker 2: it goes to a back lot, and then it goes
[15:51] Speaker 2: to I think probably bel Air. I'm like, oh, I
[15:56] Speaker 2: know all these locations.
[15:57] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, it's a great show and I can't
[16:01] Speaker 1: wait for a season two. David and I have been
[16:03] Speaker 1: watching Love is Blind at least the most recent season.
[16:06] Speaker 1: Also questionable casting there, but again it's it's an other
[16:11] Speaker 1: than that. It's it's a pretty entertaining season.
[16:13] Speaker 2: Can you can you watch the first episode of Paradise
[16:18] Speaker 2: and then.
[16:18] Speaker 1: Definitely I think, yeah, yeah, yeah, we haven't. We didn't.
[16:21] Speaker 1: I didn't even know it was out, So I'm very excited.
[16:23] Speaker 1: And then Formula one obviously comes out this weekend or today,
[16:27] Speaker 1: and so I'm super I don't watch the races and
[16:31] Speaker 1: we don't have that capability. So and it's also very early.
[16:34] Speaker 2: Well now it's on Apple TV. This sea it's switched,
[16:37] Speaker 2: so now it's on Apple. Apple bought the rights for
[16:39] Speaker 2: the US.
[16:40] Speaker 1: I'm gonna need you to tell me when there are races, Okay,
[16:43] Speaker 1: is every weekend? No it's not, no, because they have
[16:46] Speaker 1: to travel.
[16:47] Speaker 2: Yes, but some some are back to back. But if
[16:52] Speaker 2: you go on Apple, you can add it to this
[16:54] Speaker 2: sounds like an advertisement. It's not. I'm just obsessed with
[16:56] Speaker 2: like add.
[16:56] Speaker 1: To your liston and will up and remind you, okay,
[16:59] Speaker 1: and it.
[16:59] Speaker 2: Has every It's actually a really I was looking at
[17:01] Speaker 2: it the other day for the first time and because
[17:05] Speaker 2: it was on like the Formula one app and now
[17:06] Speaker 2: it's ample and they have everything. You can see all
[17:09] Speaker 2: the free practices, the qualifying Oh my gosh.
[17:12] Speaker 1: I mean we love it and we we you know,
[17:14] Speaker 1: in the news you follow it, we know who everybody
[17:17] Speaker 1: is and we know, like, but we're not.
[17:19] Speaker 2: Like see what I think you can do because you
[17:22] Speaker 2: get up early with your children.
[17:23] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's why we can watch.
[17:25] Speaker 2: Like but if you record it, if it records, stay
[17:30] Speaker 2: off social media, like just and then go back and
[17:32] Speaker 2: watch and just watch it in the morning, like just.
[17:34] Speaker 1: Put it on yeah yeah, yeah, and then do that.
[17:36] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I do. I did have a very
[17:46] Speaker 2: Glee day yesterday or the day before I talked. I
[17:50] Speaker 2: was like in one day, like I've talked to Jenna, Diana,
[17:52] Speaker 2: Darren and Amber.
[17:54] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. We And also the fact that you
[17:57] Speaker 1: were watching Glee clips the other day and laughing about
[17:59] Speaker 1: Nia Gloria ron. I had noticed that a while ago,
[18:02] Speaker 1: and I think she does it like she's done it
[18:04] Speaker 1: a couple of times in her other numbers that we
[18:06] Speaker 1: have to look for. Yes, but it is so I
[18:08] Speaker 1: knew exactly what you were talking about when you were
[18:10] Speaker 1: like Gloria, I was like, she points to her note, Well,
[18:13] Speaker 1: so good.
[18:14] Speaker 2: The thing is I talked about this with Andrew two
[18:16] Speaker 2: on Gleek of the Week podcast, but like, so Austin
[18:20] Speaker 2: was showing me, was showing me like a like a
[18:26] Speaker 2: like a supercut of like out of context Glee things,
[18:30] Speaker 2: and usually those are like really cringey, like, oh, these
[18:33] Speaker 2: things did not age well cringe moments if you will,
[18:38] Speaker 2: but this one was honestly just very very good. Like
[18:40] Speaker 2: it was all like really funny stuff, and he's like,
[18:44] Speaker 2: the show is crazy. I'm like, yeah, but that's actually
[18:46] Speaker 2: really funny. Like all of these things in this clip
[18:48] Speaker 2: are really funny. And then it just started on this
[18:51] Speaker 2: thing where I wanted to show him Nutbush City limits
[18:55] Speaker 2: and then yeah, Gloria happened at the same time Jasmine
[18:59] Speaker 2: Amy Rodgers of Boop and Spelling Beefing. She also had
[19:03] Speaker 2: messaged me at the same time. Literally, while this is
[19:06] Speaker 2: happening message me a montage of Sue Sylvester physically assaulting people,
[19:13] Speaker 2: and she said, this is why you love me because
[19:16] Speaker 2: Jasmine is so funny but also like quick with a
[19:21] Speaker 2: really great insult. And I or like, she'll yell at
[19:24] Speaker 2: you like we're playing traders. She'd walk around and go
[19:27] Speaker 2: killer killer at me, and I loved it. She knew,
[19:31] Speaker 2: she knew she did, and so she's like, this is
[19:34] Speaker 2: why you love me. I'm like, yeah, you're right. I
[19:35] Speaker 2: grew up around Jane Lynch pushing people downstairs.
[19:38] Speaker 1: Yeah, it's okay, I see it now, I see it.
[19:41] Speaker 1: It's the past trauma where.
[19:42] Speaker 2: There's also this whole spelling Bee cast has been sending
[19:46] Speaker 2: me so many Glee things, a lot of Matt Morrison
[19:50] Speaker 2: on tour.
[19:51] Speaker 1: Well, yeah it's viral right now, yeah, viral.
[19:55] Speaker 2: Yeah, this has come up for you, Like do you
[19:57] Speaker 2: see these Glee clips?
[19:59] Speaker 1: No, good for you. They're not on my algorithm.
[20:02] Speaker 2: Sadly they're not on mine either.
[20:04] Speaker 1: No, they don't get sent them. Oh no, people listen.
[20:08] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's wait, have you Okay, we haven't talked in
[20:14] Speaker 2: so long. I know, do you? I don't listen to
[20:19] Speaker 2: I mean, truth be told I don't listen to a
[20:20] Speaker 2: lot of music these days.
[20:23] Speaker 1: What I know, I don't That is very unlike you,
[20:26] Speaker 1: I know.
[20:28] Speaker 2: But James Blake and Yeba have put out new songs
[20:33] Speaker 2: and it's been a listening tour. It's on loop.
[20:38] Speaker 1: I don't listen to a lot of music there, yes,
[20:40] Speaker 1: be honest.
[20:41] Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think it's hard for like my music
[20:43] Speaker 2: to like really get me.
[20:45] Speaker 1: Well, also, are you in the car Like I used
[20:48] Speaker 1: to learn about new music when I was in the
[20:49] Speaker 1: car on the radio, like and the radio stations would
[20:52] Speaker 1: play it. That's how well I am so like you know,
[20:55] Speaker 1: now it's like you have to search for it. I'm
[20:57] Speaker 1: not in my Spotify. I'm listening to my old music
[21:00] Speaker 1: that I love that brings me back and is nostalgic.
[21:03] Speaker 1: And I'm listening to Millennium because everybody's at the sphere
[21:06] Speaker 1: and I'm jealous, do you know what I mean?
[21:08] Speaker 2: Yeah, But I also think Blake okay, oh, voice of
[21:12] Speaker 2: an Angel. But like I remember discovering James Blake so
[21:15] Speaker 2: long ago, and then he's and he's produced and worked
[21:19] Speaker 2: with so many other incredible artists and now he's sort
[21:23] Speaker 2: of like returned. I would say to like og James
[21:26] Speaker 2: Blake and it's just it's beautiful and Yeba's new song
[21:31] Speaker 2: is really beautiful, and yeah, it's nice. I've been looking
[21:37] Speaker 2: for reasons because, like you, I would normally listen to
[21:40] Speaker 2: music like commuting, but I don't have a huge commute here,
[21:44] Speaker 2: and so I might have been taking a car or
[21:47] Speaker 2: taxi because it's cold and it's only it's a very
[21:52] Speaker 2: quick commute that way, but I haven't intentionally now started
[21:55] Speaker 2: taking the train more so I can listen to this
[21:57] Speaker 2: music more.
[21:58] Speaker 1: I love the train and listening to him music. It's
[22:00] Speaker 1: my favorite time. I listened to a whole Hamilton and
[22:03] Speaker 1: An album when he came out.
[22:05] Speaker 2: There's so many new shows opening up on Broadway and
[22:08] Speaker 2: what shows. I need you to get here and come
[22:11] Speaker 2: see these things with me.
[22:13] Speaker 1: Okay Cat's Jelica Wall, Oh my gosh, she looks so good,
[22:17] Speaker 1: like we gotta go, Gotta go to go Rocky Horror.
[22:23] Speaker 1: Oh yes, I forgot. Is it coming to Broadway Broadway? Yes.
[22:28] Speaker 2: Sam Peleton, who directed Oh Mary, is directing it.
[22:32] Speaker 1: The cast is Tony Word Winner insane.
[22:35] Speaker 2: Oh you guys, absolutely insane.
[22:39] Speaker 1: That's gonna be really fun, like a fun audience interaction, like,
[22:42] Speaker 1: that's gonna be really good.
[22:44] Speaker 2: And you know what Austin said to me is that
[22:49] Speaker 2: Diana should be in it, should be in it.
[22:54] Speaker 1: Well, she that's her favorite musical. She was literally like
[22:58] Speaker 1: having the time of her life and Rocky Horror. There's
[23:01] Speaker 1: nobody who enjoyed that process more.
[23:04] Speaker 2: Was it now? And I'm wondering if it was. Andrew
[23:07] Speaker 2: said it to me.
[23:08] Speaker 1: Mmm, yeah, that that could totally be. Maybe Andrew said
[23:12] Speaker 1: it to me too. That makes sense though, that totally tracks.
[23:16] Speaker 2: But could you imagine like Magenta just like no, that
[23:20] Speaker 2: is that that.
[23:23] Speaker 1: It should be?
[23:24] Speaker 2: It was not awesome it Oh yeah, it's fully cast. Okay, okay,
[23:29] Speaker 2: it's incredible, but like I hope it lives on for
[23:32] Speaker 2: a long time. Titanique started rehearsal today for the Broadway run.
[23:35] Speaker 1: That's going to be great too. I saw the casting
[23:37] Speaker 1: for that, Yes, seen producing. Well, we'll make our way out.
[23:42] Speaker 1: I'm still coming. I'm just waiting for the snow to
[23:45] Speaker 1: go away.
[23:46] Speaker 2: I need to come visit you too. I need to
[23:47] Speaker 2: come visit La. Well what time I don't know, but.
[23:52] Speaker 1: I could yeah yeah maybe vacation.
[23:56] Speaker 2: Yeah not yet, not anytime soon?
[23:59] Speaker 1: Okay. Well, that's where you really missed.
[24:05] Speaker 2: This is you've been a part of the Kevin and
[24:07] Speaker 2: jennifacetime ketchup. I like doing this. We should do this
[24:13] Speaker 2: once a week.
