13 years together, no joint account, constant fights about money. 90 days later, they are $58,000 ahead. Sam and Britt had been together 13 years and never once talked about money, no joint account, just the same quiet arguments coming back around. Britt saved without trying. Sam maxed out a $1,000 credit card and thought nothing of it. After a year of watching from a distance, they finally joined Infinity in April and found out their two properties had been cross securitised the whole time. Ninety days in, Britt has saved money for the first time in her life, they are already $58,000 ahead of plan, and their home loan could be gone in just over three years. The fights about money have stopped. Want to improve your own financial future? ## Transcript

[0:00] Britt doesn't know this, but financially, mentally, I was starting to implode.
[0:06] Sam and I would often have arguments about money.
[0:08] We have been together 13 years and have never spoken about our finances.
[0:12] No joint accounts.
[0:13] Wow.
[0:13] I think Sam was scared to join with me.
[0:16] We've got two small kids and they need a future.
[0:18] I couldn't live with myself if I didn't fix myself.
[0:21] Does it surprise you that in just 90 days you've undone 13 years of habits?
[0:25] Literally.
[0:26] It's mind-blowing.
[0:27] I feel like a completely different person.
[0:29] A better person.
[0:29] I'm a better version of myself.
[0:31] When you were leading up to Finding Infinity, what mortgage were we sitting at?
[0:34] $2.60.
[0:35] So I want to give this to you.
[0:36] What does that say on how quickly you can pay your home loan down in?
[0:39] Three years, three months.
[0:41] We are already 58,000.
[0:43] Ahead.
[0:44] Don't even think you've really hit 90 days yet.
[0:46] No.
[0:47] That is incredible.
[0:48] What else was a lightbulb moment for you during that masterclass?
[0:52] Oh, for me...
[0:55] Today we're joined by Brit and Sam.
[0:58] How are we guys?
[0:59] Petrified.
[1:01] Good, good.
[1:02] Nothing to be scared of.
[1:03] We're just sharing your story.
[1:05] As you know, this is part of our new series, our 90-day series.
[1:07] So you are very, very fresh to the Infinity family, doing your mask class in April.
[1:12] Yes.
[1:13] But take us back to just before you found Infinity.
[1:16] Where was the family at?
[1:17] How are the finances looking?
[1:19] Why did you feel like you needed somebody like Infinity?
[1:22] Yes.
[1:22] For myself, I thought we were okay.
[1:25] Having said that, I was living pay to pay.
[1:31] Sam and I would often have arguments about money, I think, because we have been together 13 years and have never spoken about our finances.
[1:40] So it was never a topic of conversation, no joint accounts.
[1:43] No, no joint accounts.
[1:44] Wow.
[1:44] I think Sam was scared to join with me.
[1:47] That was my fault because I was scared.
[1:50] Being good with money is like built into me.
[1:52] I can't explain it any other way.
[1:55] It's just when I was very young, like six or something, I was at my auntie's house and my mom gave me like, I think it was like $3 and she's like, oh, what do you want to spend it on?
[2:08] And I said, I want to save for a house.
[2:11] Oh, my gosh, that's so cute.
[2:12] So it's...
[2:14] I feel so incredibly blessed because I know that is really hard for some people.
[2:22] But for me, material things just – they just don't make me happy.
[2:26] Yeah.
[2:26] I don't get that dopamine hit that a lot of people get.
[2:29] Yeah.
[2:31] So there was that fear to let go of the reins a bit of control you had growing up.
[2:36] Yeah.
[2:37] I just kind of felt like if, which is completely not true as I found out, but I felt like if we joined accounts, then we'd have no money.
[2:48] Whereas when you were the spender, I will give that.
[2:53] I was never good with money.
[2:54] Like I never have been.
[2:55] And yeah.
[2:56] Yeah, when I met Sam, she already had the first property that we still have today.
[3:01] She had purchased that at 21 by herself.
[3:03] 22.
[3:04] 22 by herself.
[3:04] Yeah, so I saved up $30,000.
[3:07] To be fair, I was still living with mum and dad.
[3:11] What held me back in the type of property that I could get was my wage was terrible.
[3:17] I was like on something like $43,000 a year.
[3:20] Did you still manage to save that much money?
[3:23] Yeah, servicing.
[3:23] Yeah, just again like –
[3:26] Material things aren't.
[3:27] Like I did for my 21st, I bought myself a motorbike.
[3:32] And like I spent a fair bit on that because I got all like expensive.
[3:37] Like I got a full leather suit and everything because I don't want to die.
[3:39] Don't want to be a statistic.
[3:42] But yeah, I, that probably two to three months after buying that, that's when I was like, I regret how much money I've just spent.
[3:51] Like this, I'm not happy.
[3:52] Like it just hasn't.
[3:54] made me happy like the way I thought it would.
[3:58] And then she met me with a maxed out $1,000 credit card.
[4:00] So complete opposite.
[4:02] Complete opposite.
[4:03] Well, they say opposites attract.
[4:04] They do.
[4:05] Yeah.
[4:06] So you've bought a house.
[4:07] That's what you're living in at the moment.
[4:09] But you've also got another property as well that mum lives in.
[4:12] So we purchased the one we're living in in 2023, but we were living in the one that Sam had, and that's where mum's living at the moment.
[4:20] Gotcha.
[4:20] Yeah.
[4:21] So we have had a mortgage.
[4:22] What did our mortgage start with?
[4:24] Um, originally 250.
[4:27] Yep.
[4:27] And like.
[4:28] That's the first house.
[4:29] Yeah.
[4:29] Everything that I do money, like I'm good with not spending, but I am so bad at handling money because I don't care for it.
[4:37] I actually don't care for it, but I know that it makes the world go around and you need it.
[4:41] Yeah.
[4:42] I just, and unfortunately I don't have the passion to, um, figure out how to make it work for me.
[4:51] Yeah.
[4:52] Yeah.
[4:52] For us now.
[4:53] Yeah.
[4:53] Um, yeah.
[4:54] So, yeah, $250 and I bought at the high end of 2010 or whatever and the market was in the high end, like naturally.
[5:01] And...
[5:06] The one that we're living in we purchased for $3.30 and you only had $65 left on that first property.
[5:13] Yeah, but then we remod.
[5:13] But we also took out another $100,000 to renovate, which we've done a bathroom and that's it.
[5:21] You spent the full $100,000 on a bathroom?
[5:23] No, I think we spent some of it on appliances and then some went on random other things.
[5:27] I can't even think what it went on.
[5:30] Yeah, just spend it on them.
[5:33] Some of it did go back onto the mortgage.
[5:36] But yeah, just spend it on silly things.
[5:39] We did drop 50K into the house we're living in now.
[5:43] Yeah, okay.
[5:43] So then we used some of the leftover 50 to do some renovations of the house and stuff like that.
[5:49] So then when you were leading up to finding Infinity, what mortgage were we sitting at?
[5:53] $260,000.
[5:54] Okay.
[5:55] And talk to me about how Infinity even came to be.
[5:58] Yeah.
[6:01] It popped up in my Facebook ads and I listened to it.
[6:06] It was G, obviously, and I listened to him and I was like, he hit me straight away.
[6:12] I was like this because so for me it's like,
[6:19] I knew everything that he was saying, but the puzzle pieces never went together.
[6:23] Yeah.
[6:24] So everything that he, the way that he said it, it just clicked it all together.
[6:29] And I was like, man, like, how did I not know that?
[6:33] But then I read some of the comments and because I found him –
[6:39] I think I followed him close to 12 months before.
[6:42] You actually did anything.
[6:43] Yeah, now the comments you find like we're all like, no, this is legit.
[6:46] This is good.
[6:47] Like we try and infinity people, we try and tell people like get on this.
[6:51] This is, it's such a good company.
[6:55] But yeah, there was a lot of sort of like negative.
[6:59] So I left it for a while.
[7:00] His ad still popped up.
[7:01] I left it for a couple months.
[7:02] But then I was like, you know what?
[7:05] I YouTubed his name.
[7:06] Yep.
[7:06] And then I started watching, I think it was, is it Two Worlds or something like that?
[7:12] Oh, Both Sides Podcast.
[7:13] Yeah, Both Sides Podcast.
[7:14] And I was listening to those and I was like, no, this guy is like, he's real.
[7:21] Like he's come from nothing.
[7:23] Yeah.
[7:24] And he's built and he's genuine.
[7:28] He's so genuine.
[7:30] Yeah.
[7:31] You can't – there's not many people that you're going to find that come from that, built what he's built, and then try and screw people over, you know.
[7:40] Yeah.
[7:41] It just doesn't.
[7:42] When he's been at rock bottom, he doesn't want to put other people at rock bottom.
[7:46] Yeah, yeah.
[7:46] He's just so, so genuine, and that's when I was like, no.
[7:52] And then I listened to –
[7:56] When was it?
[7:57] The webinar?
[7:58] The webinar, sorry.
[7:59] Yes, I listened to the webinar.
[8:00] So I think you sent me reels, a lot of reels of G and I was like, oh, yeah, okay, whatever.
[8:07] Because I was just there living oblivious to everything.
[8:10] And then –
[8:13] I became addicted to watching people caravaning around Australia.
[8:16] Oh, my goodness.
[8:17] And I was like, we need to do this.
[8:19] And Sam was like, we're not doing it unless we pay the house off.
[8:22] And I was like, oh, okay.
[8:23] So that gave me my motivation.
[8:24] I was like, I'm going to caravan.
[8:25] Oh, I love that.
[8:26] So my motivation is to pay the house down.
[8:28] So then I, stupidly, had a meeting with another company.
[8:31] I won't mention their name.
[8:33] And I was like, see, we can do it.
[8:34] We can invest as well.
[8:36] And then Sam's like, I really think you should just trust me and let's just do the free webinar with me.
[8:41] And I was like, okay, whatever.
[8:42] And that was about March?
[8:43] Yeah.
[8:44] This year?
[8:44] Yeah, in March this year.
[8:45] And then we were watching it and I was like, oh my God, we can do it like this is, we instantly signed up to do the masterclass.
[8:54] If this story has inspired you to take control of your financial future, your journey starts with our free educational webinar.
[9:01] Click the link below this video to get started today.
[9:03] I opened our mortgage and I was like, holy crap.
[9:07] We are paying off like $260 a month off of our principal watch and we're paying like over a grand.
[9:12] Yep.
[9:13] I was like, this is insanity.
[9:14] Like so much goes to interest.
[9:15] I was like, we're literally just paying the bank for what?
[9:17] Yeah.
[9:19] And then like we did the masterclass and through it we realised that we'd been screwed over, like we'd been cross-securitised with the two properties.
[9:29] We had like there was just nothing going on that was for our benefit.
[9:34] I had asked our broker at the time what the comparison rate was.
[9:37] I was told that that was just the difference between
[9:41] The comparison of all the rates in general.
[9:43] And I was like, oh, okay.
[9:44] I had no idea.
[9:45] Exactly what we say in the master class.
[9:48] I was like, you're just telling me my story because that is exactly what I was told.
[9:53] I asked questions.
[9:54] He'd explained things in all this language.
[9:55] And I was like, I don't know what's going on.
[9:56] Sure, I'll just sign whatever.
[9:58] I've got a mortgage.
[9:58] Yay.
[9:59] But then, yeah, it was awful.
[10:02] I think with that, because he could tell that we didn't know what we're doing.
[10:06] He just set us up real lazy, like real easy for him.
[10:09] And was like...
[10:11] Yeah.
[10:11] Got you off his desk.
[10:12] Yeah.
[10:12] Yeah.
[10:13] So we've done the webinar April – no, sorry, March, and then you've done the masterclass in April, which was the next one straight after.
[10:21] Yeah, correct.
[10:21] So you moved pretty quick.
[10:22] We did.
[10:22] But there was that year of watching G and, you know, stalking us for a while before you did.
[10:29] What was that – you know, knowing that as soon as you did the webinar to the masterclass –
[10:34] Looking back at that year, how does that feel?
[10:36] Wasted time.
[10:37] She talks about it every – I think every single day Sam has said to me, I can't believe we didn't do it earlier.
[10:43] I cannot believe we didn't do it earlier.
[10:45] We'd be debt free.
[10:46] I cannot believe it.
[10:47] Like she just can't get past it.
[10:49] And I was like, we can't change it.
[10:50] We'll just keep going.
[10:52] And, I mean, we've gone pretty hard, I think.
[10:54] Like I'm –
[10:57] the worst for myself.
[10:58] I would every shift at work I'd be getting Uber Eats or going to the cafe.
[11:02] Like I never took lunch to work and I'm now part of Infinity.
[11:06] I'm doing 60 Strong so I'm packing lunch for everything.
[11:09] Yeah.
[11:09] Like I'm going.
[11:10] Very structured.
[11:10] Yes, everything's structured.
[11:12] Money's like and we're finding that maybe, maybe I'm not, we might be able to lower our FFF because we're not quite hitting it.
[11:20] Oh, I'm down.
[11:21] Yeah.
[11:23] Challenge accepted.
[11:23] But, like, yeah, like there's room to move even further and it's mind-blowing how far we already have gone.
[11:29] Yeah.
[11:30] Which.
[11:30] I'm here like what bills can we get rid of?
[11:32] Yeah.
[11:33] Do we have to pay this?
[11:34] Like can we cancel this?
[11:35] Get rid of little subscriptions here and there.
[11:37] Sam's got a goal, so.
[11:39] You turn 40, sorry, everybody, but you turn 40.
[11:42] She does not look it.
[11:44] January 28, 2028, and the goal is no more home loan by then.
[11:49] No mortgage.
[11:50] No mortgage by then.
[11:51] Which I haven't, like we haven't calculated.
[11:54] I think it's going to be like real tight, but that's my goal.
[11:57] I think it's pretty accurate.
[11:58] Because I do actually have your out-of-debt calculator here.
[12:00] Yes.
[12:01] So I want to give this to you because this is an absolutely incredible result.
[12:04] So just have a look at that for me.
[12:06] These are numbers obviously you crunch on the masterclass.
[12:08] Yeah.
[12:08] Right.
[12:09] What does that say on how quickly you can pay your home loan down in?
[12:13] Three years, three months.
[12:14] So.
[12:15] I don't have that time.
[12:16] That's not in my goal.
[12:17] You're like, I'll be 40 just before then.
[12:20] However, that is –
[12:24] It would be closer now because we had extra money sitting on the other hand.
[12:29] Extra money in savings accounts and bills and everything.
[12:32] So when we transitioned over, we are already 58,000 in our redraw.
[12:40] And you only, I don't even think you've really hit 90 days yet.
[12:43] No.
[12:44] That is incredible.
[12:46] So, yeah, we're very.
[12:47] So we've given you worst case scenario on the masterclass, right?
[12:51] Yeah.
[12:52] We have not looked at savings.
[12:53] We've not looked at anything.
[12:54] We're just bare bones debt and that's what you can do.
[12:56] Yeah.
[12:57] If we just budget effectively, have a good structure.
[13:00] Yeah.
[13:00] That's incredible.
[13:01] So we will do it probably by the time you're 40.
[13:03] Yeah.
[13:04] So talk to me about the masterclass because that's one part of the masterclass, right?
[13:07] Correct.
[13:07] You get to crunch your own numbers.
[13:09] We have a phenomenal result there.
[13:11] What else was a light bulb moment for you during that masterclass?
[13:15] Oh, for me, I was already sold.
[13:16] I was like, I'm good to go.
[13:21] But just the amount of scamming that's out there, it's just like, I mean, you guys have to show in the masterclass to sort of,
[13:33] get people over the line, like this is a good company.
[13:36] You have to kind of show, you know, what you've done previously.
[13:40] But I don't know, after listening to G previously, I was just like –
[13:48] I don't think there's anything bad in here.
[13:51] We felt like we'd already built that reputation even before you sat in the class.
[13:54] Yeah, I love that.
[13:55] So for me, I was already sold.
[13:57] I don't know if you had a young... You were sold well before.
[13:59] Definitely the out-of-debt calculator.
[14:01] I was like, oh, my God, we can do this.
[14:02] We can go caravanning really quickly.
[14:04] But I think...
[14:07] Real life stories, like hearing the testimonials, hearing people talk about their experience.
[14:11] And then also I'm an interactive learner.
[14:14] Like if you're asking me questions and I'm able to answer them, then I'm going to learn and soak things in much better.
[14:19] And I appreciated that it wasn't just PowerPoint.
[14:21] This is what it is.
[14:22] It was actual.
[14:24] even though it was online, it was interactive.
[14:25] Like I was answering questions and you were making me think and I, yeah, that kind of sold it to me.
[14:31] And yeah, I think we paid instantly for Rambo.
[14:35] So you signed up straight away.
[14:36] We're doing it.
[14:36] Yeah.
[14:37] There was no thinking.
[14:38] There was a bit of a crash because everyone tried to sign up at the same time.
[14:42] Man, was that a bit of a, we were like, oh my God, we're not going to get in.
[14:45] I was like.
[14:47] yeah i remember that mask us actually where the system crashed because everybody just like flooded it yeah like we thought it was us and we were like oh my god how do we like move the money to make it pay some other way it's not opening but and then i think it was a week or so later that ashland texas and we're in the car and i screamed and sam was like what's wrong and i was like they've accepted us we're accepted so that was yeah
[15:10] Very, very exciting.
[15:11] Yeah.
[15:12] So talk me through those first steps when you did sign up.
[15:15] You've been assigned your finance strategist, which was Ashlyn, and she works through your initial strategy.
[15:20] Then she meets with you and tells you what exactly your initial strategy looks like.
[15:24] Yeah.
[15:24] Talk me through that whole process and what that was like for you.
[15:27] It was so exciting.
[15:29] I, yeah, yeah.
[15:31] We sat down and had a web, like an online Zoom meeting with Ashlyn, discussed everything and where we're at now, where we could be in the future, the different options we had.
[15:43] And then she suggests, like, showed us through our, what's it called?
[15:47] The strategy.
[15:49] Yes.
[15:49] Yeah.
[15:50] So she showed us our strategy.
[15:51] You draw it up on the screen and everything for you.
[15:52] Yeah, correct.
[15:53] Like she drew little houses and things going on.
[15:55] And, yeah, straight away we were so excited.
[15:58] I was like, yeah, let's do it.
[16:00] Let's get this happening.
[16:02] And then.
[16:03] the applications through the bank and everything changed over.
[16:05] We moved everything, had to go through and change all of our bills to come out of the new bank, which was quite helpful in being able to cancel a few little bits and pieces on the side.
[16:14] It's a good little audit process.
[16:16] Yeah, it was.
[16:16] And I think that that –
[16:18] Yeah, it was good.
[16:19] And in that meantime, in the time between I managed to save money that I've never had savings before in my life, I saved $3,000, which I've never done.
[16:26] Like Sam's a saver.
[16:27] Which is, do you know that's more than what you paid off your home loan in the year that you sat just watching us?
[16:31] Literally.
[16:32] Not to rub it in.
[16:34] And I could have, I did that in a couple of weeks.
[16:36] Isn't that crazy?
[16:37] What was I doing?
[16:38] When you look at it like that.
[16:39] And when I looked back, I was like, I am awful with money.
[16:43] Like...
[16:44] Uber Eats isn't like it was just I was just stupid because I was like, yeah, I make the money.
[16:48] I can do it.
[16:48] Yeah.
[16:50] And the bills are paid.
[16:50] But I was ruining my family.
[16:51] Like we've got two small kids and like they need a future.
[16:55] Yeah.
[16:56] And this world is changing.
[16:58] They need a future.
[16:59] Absolutely.
[16:59] That's our responsibility.
[17:01] So we need to make sure it's set up ready for them.
[17:03] And I think –
[17:04] Like that they're our why.
[17:05] That is our why is the two children and what they've got to grow up and live with.
[17:11] Yeah.
[17:12] And I couldn't, yeah, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't fix myself.
[17:16] Try really hard to, yeah.
[17:18] And when you know better, you do better.
[17:20] Yeah, I love that.
[17:21] Yeah.
[17:21] Yeah.
[17:21] But you're right.
[17:22] We have a responsibility to give them some security and we don't know what tomorrow is going to bring with all the changes.
[17:28] you know, with our government and economy and whatnot.
[17:30] So you've made that choice to sign up and make that change now, which is fantastic.
[17:35] It's the best thing we've ever done.
[17:37] And so you did say you'd met with another company that kind of was similar.
[17:41] I know the company you're talking about, we won't name their name, but they're very similar and, you know, we'll help you pay your home loan down and whatnot.
[17:48] Very different approach to us.
[17:50] Why did you ultimately choose us?
[17:54] I think no so in like all honesty after having a meeting with them and discussing it and I was like oh yeah that looks really awesome yeah cool and then sitting through the free webinar and then the masterclass I felt like infinity is a family it's it's safer it feels like
[18:13] you're being held and helped through it.
[18:15] Yeah.
[18:16] And I think that that aspect, like I'm a very community, like I love having people around me, I'm a people person, and that it felt like more of a community because you know the other testimonials.
[18:26] We went to the May REM, which was out of this world, and changed our life dramatically.
[18:33] And just the energy was insane, like amazing.
[18:38] Everyone I met.
[18:39] Sam went to bed early that night and I went out with everybody and I was like everyone's still welcoming.
[18:44] But you felt comfortable to do that.
[18:45] I felt great.
[18:45] Yeah, I felt comfortable going with all these strangers.
[18:47] That's crazy though, isn't it?
[18:48] And having a great time.
[18:49] The Edelmei one there was like 950 people I think.
[18:52] It was huge.
[18:52] It was wild.
[18:53] And you were kind of left to just go on your own.
[18:57] Yeah.
[18:58] And you just felt comfortable to do that.
[18:59] That's so cool.
[19:00] It was, yeah, amazing.
[19:01] Like we haven't looked back once, like zero regret.
[19:05] It's been the best thing we've ever done.
[19:06] I think the hardest part is trying to get across to people how it actually feels being part of this.
[19:15] Like I know it's a company, but a family.
[19:17] Yeah.
[19:18] Because it, there is, there's so much support.
[19:22] The 60 strong is amazing.
[19:25] Like that I'm so proud of you.
[19:28] The turnaround since we've signed up.
[19:32] in everything that you've been doing, your finances, you call me now if you want to spend money.
[19:39] I'm just going to spend money.
[19:41] That wasn't everything.
[19:42] It was just tap.
[19:43] And you didn't have joint accounts before either.
[19:45] Now you're actually combining everything.
[19:46] You're talking about it.
[19:48] No more fights.
[19:49] No.
[19:49] Like I think we fought a lot less.
[19:51] Like previous to this, they would be like, can we sit down and talk about money?
[19:54] And I'm like, no, I wouldn't have been over my bank account in front of her because I wasn't in the mental space to show her
[20:01] yeah, I've been spending money on this and that and stupid crap.
[20:04] Like now I'm not.
[20:06] That's incredible.
[20:08] Does it surprise you that in just 90 days you've undone 13 years of habits?
[20:12] Literally.
[20:14] Yeah, it's mind-blowing.
[20:15] I feel like a completely different person if I'm quite honest.
[20:18] A better person.
[20:18] I'm a better version of myself.
[20:19] Yeah, absolutely.
[20:20] Like before this I was just – I don't even think I had purpose.
[20:24] I was just living.
[20:25] Like my kids were my purpose and Sam but I wasn't –
[20:29] living properly yeah which sounds well because everyone's like oh you're in a budget now but this is it so much don't they this is the easiest budget I've ever been on my in my life like it's so easy like you're not restricted like if I if like I had a medical bill yesterday that had to come out that previously I would have been like oh I have to pay that off bit by bit like let's get a or rely on like zip pay like you used to as well exactly yeah and whereas I was like you know I've got the money that's fine we'll just pay it's there
[20:57] Yeah.
[20:57] And I was like.
[20:58] No stress.
[20:59] That wasn't me 90 days ago.
[21:02] Yeah.
[21:02] I would have been like, oh, how am I going to pay this?
[21:04] Like, yeah.
[21:06] And what does the future look like for both of you now and the family?
[21:09] Wild.
[21:11] Yeah.
[21:11] I, um.
[21:14] Look, Britt doesn't know this, but financially, mentally, I was starting to almost like implode because we weren't going backward.
[21:26] We both earned pretty good money, but we just were not on the same page.
[21:29] Yeah.
[21:30] Yeah.
[21:31] And now that we're on the same page, I just feel like we're growing stronger together.
[21:36] Yeah.
[21:38] Meaning we're happier.
[21:40] We're happier, like, with the kids because we're happier.
[21:43] They're happier.
[21:44] Yeah.
[21:44] They've got happier parents.
[21:45] Yeah.
[21:46] You know, I'm extremely scared of robotics coming through.
[21:51] Yeah.
[21:52] Like AI and everything.
[21:53] Yeah.
[21:53] Yep.
[21:53] Yep.
[21:55] I've listened to a lot of podcasts on that and I don't know where the future holds.
[22:01] Like, am I going to have a job in 10 years?
[22:04] I don't know.
[22:05] I don't know.
[22:06] So, um, it just, it's, it's a bit of peace of mind that we're going to be okay.
[22:16] Yeah.
[22:17] Um, and hopefully we're going to be able to, you know, achieve our dreams.
[22:25] actually build a home um but i want i want my dream is to have decent property where any one of our family members if they want to can build a property on it as well and we can have like a yeah yeah that's that's my dream yeah um do you believe that you can achieve that now
[22:46] I do.
[22:46] It's tenfold more achievable if I found you ten years ago.
[22:52] Because everything's getting really expensive really quickly.
[22:54] But it's definitely doable.
[22:58] But we've got a much clearer, easier path to that direction now because –
[23:06] we're not wasting our money.
[23:07] We're thinking about, you know, where it's going.
[23:11] And we haven't even changed, like we've cancelled some small bills but we haven't looked into, you know, can this provider give me a better deal?
[23:21] We haven't done that yet.
[23:24] We've spoken about, yeah.
[23:24] But once we start to do that, everything, everything, you know, every dollar in your account is speeding up.
[23:34] paying down some kind of debt you know absolutely yeah that's awesome guys well thank you so much for coming in and sharing your 90-day journey we're definitely going to have you back in the future so we can look back and see how far you've come yeah watch it space absolutely thanks guys don't even think we shared how many properties we have well that's that's the cool thing right is like just to see how much you've achieved even outside the properties like that then that's like another step above like it's
[24:01] Yeah, that was just like an added addition to the whole journey.
[24:05] But go on, give us a plug.
[24:07] How many properties did we get?
[24:10] Including our PPPOR.
[24:12] We have five, one in SMSF.
[24:15] And I think when we calculated our whole portfolio, it's all worth 4.2 mil.
[24:21] That's incredible.
[24:22] Which is insanity.
[24:24] Did you think that that was even going to be part of the journey when you first found us?
[24:27] Not this early.
[24:28] No, not this early.
[24:29] And I, to be honest, listening to the other company, I don't even see that level of achievement just from, you know, listening to them, listening to you guys.
[24:42] You're on a much bigger level.
[24:45] Like you guys want people to just skyrocket in life, not just get here, you know.
[24:52] Yeah.
[24:52] And it's.
[24:54] I don't see us getting what we've got with another company.
[24:59] I really don't.
[24:59] Yeah.
[25:00] Well, thank you guys so much.
[25:01] We really appreciate your time.
[25:03] I can't wait until the next one where we can look back and really reminisce at how far you've actually come.
[25:08] Yeah, same.
[25:09] Thank you so much.
[25:10] No worries.
[25:10] And just, like.
[25:14] I just can't thank you guys enough.
[25:17] Like I'm a full introvert.
[25:19] That side of me is like, why are you even here?
[25:21] Why did you say yes to this?
[25:23] But it's because I, like what can I give back except for our story as to how amazing it is to be with this company, with this family.
[25:36] It's so supportive and it's just amazing and thank you.
[25:40] Oh, you're so welcome, guys.
[25:42] Thank you.
