Kelly turned 50 last year with $666,000 still owing, and it started to feel like they had left it too late. Want to improve your own financial future? Our free webinar is where to start: 👉 https://bit.ly/43V2jKN After more than 20 years working at CommBank, the only advice she had ever heard was to pay the minimum. Retirement had started playing on her mind and she had no confidence in what was waiting. Rubes had been at her about Infinity for around 18 months, but she quit the first webinar half an hour in. 90 days later, they are sitting roughly $18,000 ahead. In the whole of the previous year they put $14,000 on the home loan. Kelly talks through what she saw on the calculator that changed her mind. #First90Days #MortgageFreeAustralia #RetirementPlanning

## Transcript

[0:00] I turned 50 last year.
[0:01] It's kind of been playing on my mind.
[0:02] Retirement's getting closer.
[0:03] I think they've left it too late.
[0:05] I wanted to get financial advice but didn't know where to look.
[0:08] Funnily enough, I worked for Combank for 20-something years and always been told, you know, pay the minimum.
[0:12] If we wanted something, we'd just buy it.
[0:14] Credit cards, we're both having separate accounts.
[0:16] No joint accounts.
[0:18] No joint accounts.
[0:19] There's a reason for the no joint accounts.
[0:21] We tried it.
[0:21] Well, he was never a saver and I won.
[0:22] Yeah.
[0:24] Rubes found infinity and kept at me listening to this.
[0:27] I was a bit of a sceptic to start.
[0:29] I did the webinar again and I was like, yeah, okay, let's sign up to the masterclass after day one.
[0:33] It was like, no brainer, sign us up.
[0:36] What were some of your biggest light bulb moments from the masterclass?
[0:41] No one explains it to you.
[0:43] That's what I love about you guys.
[0:44] Like, it's the whole education piece.
[0:46] I worked out last year what we paid on our home loan.
[0:49] I think it was like $14,000 in a year.
[0:51] What are we?
[0:52] $18,000 in front.
[0:53] Nearly $20,000.
[0:54] He's done that in 90 days.
[0:55] Yeah.
[0:56] It's a lot easier than I thought it would be.
[0:58] Looking back, the 18 months it took for you guys to fully come on board, how do you feel about taking that time?
[1:04] Look, it is what it is, you know.
[1:05] It's not just a big deal, right?
[1:06] Look, look, look.
[1:11] Welcome back to the Money Mentor Podcast.
[1:13] This is another episode of the first 90 days series, where we take a look back at where every infinity journey begins.
[1:20] Before the results came uncertainty, tough conversations, and the decision to build a different future.
[1:26] Today, we're joined by Kelly and Rubes.
[1:28] Hello, you guys.
[1:29] Very good.
[1:29] Thank you.
[1:30] How are you feeling?
[1:31] Yeah, he's got a bit nervous and excited.
[1:33] Roo's just so relaxed.
[1:34] He's good.
[1:34] He's good to go.
[1:35] I'm all good.
[1:37] Well, we're going to talk about your first 90 days with Infinity because you've just hit that with us.
[1:42] But I want to go back to before you actually found us.
[1:44] Where were we at?
[1:45] What was the family doing?
[1:47] Why were we feeling like we needed something like Infinity?
[1:50] How did you find us?
[1:51] Well, Rubes found infinity.
[1:53] We moved up from Sydney four years ago, kind of just doing like, you know, spending what we wanted to spend, credit cards.
[2:03] We were both having separate accounts.
[2:05] If we wanted something, we'd just buy it.
[2:07] No joint accounts.
[2:08] No joint accounts.
[2:08] No joint accounts.
[2:09] We tried it.
[2:10] No financial plan.
[2:11] There's a reason for the no joint accounts.
[2:13] We tried it.
[2:13] Well, he was ever a saver and I was.
[2:15] So when we met, I had savings and Rubes didn't.
[2:20] And then I was like, you need to prove to me that you're going to – you can't live week by week.
[2:23] So we did that barefoot investing book and I set up the accounts and then when we set him up, I was like, well, that's your account so I can just see what you're spending now but I'm not going to join my money to it so I have my separate account.
[2:36] Um, and then bought, um, a home down the South coast in Sydney cause didn't have enough money to buy in Sydney.
[2:43] Yep.
[2:44] Um, we were there for 18 months.
[2:46] We renovated that house.
[2:47] It was an old house, um, and made some good money.
[2:50] So I think we bought it for five 25 and sold it for nine, 10 within 18 months.
[2:54] Yep.
[2:55] Then we moved up to Queensland.
[2:56] Um, and now we're on acreage.
[2:58] Um, and we love, yeah, love where we live.
[3:01] But we were, yeah, needed, we were wanting, I wanted to get financial advice, but didn't know where to look.
[3:08] And funnily enough, I worked for Combank for 20 something years and always been told, you know, pay the minimum and do that.
[3:14] And I turned 50 last year.
[3:17] So then it's kind of been playing on my mind, like, wow, you know, retirement's getting closer to.
[3:21] Yeah, yeah.
[3:22] what I'm thinking.
[3:23] Because we had a mortgage on the new place.
[3:25] Yep.
[3:25] Getting a little bit nervous, like I think we've left it too late.
[3:29] Rubes found Infinity and kept at me listening to this and I was like… Yeah, I found a new job, a new income, and I was like, we need to do something with our money.
[3:37] Let's make sure we're investing in our future.
[3:39] We did listen to the webinar, but I got off after about half an hour because the chat bar was doing my head in.
[3:45] Yeah.
[3:45] And I go to bed at 7.30 as well, so it was past my bedtime.
[3:49] So I was like, I can't listen to this.
[3:50] So I went to bed and then opening up the studio, Pilates studio, my head was all over the place and he kept at me like, let's listen to this thing.
[3:58] And I was like, mate, you do you.
[3:59] Let's finish it.
[4:00] I can't.
[4:00] I'm just focusing on the studio.
[4:02] Yeah.
[4:03] So he ran off and did his own thing.
[4:05] Yeah.
[4:06] What month was this when you found the webinar?
[4:08] I've been looking into it for a couple of years.
[4:10] A couple of years?
[4:11] Yeah.
[4:12] I was actually listening to a different podcast.
[4:15] It was Investolab who went under, right?
[4:17] Yeah.
[4:18] And I was about to invest with them at the beginning of the year and they told me I needed a broker and I was like, I thought you guys had it all in-house.
[4:26] And so I reached out to a mate of mine and he said, look, I wouldn't use them.
[4:30] I think they manipulate the data.
[4:32] A friend of mine brought a property off them.
[4:34] And I was like, I'm not going to use them then.
[4:35] It just takes one piece of bad advice for you to step in the wrong direction.
[4:40] And another footy mate of mine who I'd been speaking to a couple of years back, he had joined you guys for six months and his property would be paid off in four years.
[4:48] And they had three investments straight away.
[4:50] And he sent me a podcast.
[4:52] And then I watched the Both Sides podcast.
[4:54] Yep.
[4:55] And I was like, this just makes perfect sense.
[4:57] And I sent it to her and she finally had some capacity.
[5:00] And, yeah.
[5:00] I listened to a few podcasts.
[5:02] I was like, okay, cool, because I was a bit of a sceptic and I just didn't have the headspace for it to start.
[5:07] And then I did the webinar again and I was like, yeah, okay, let's sign up to the masterclass.
[5:13] So we signed the masterclass and, yeah, haven't looked back.
[5:15] And it's just – it's –
[5:16] a lot easier than I thought it would be, the whole process and budgeting.
[5:20] And it's because we didn't have a budget.
[5:22] We both had credit cards.
[5:23] We both had separate accounts.
[5:24] Yeah.
[5:25] So now we've got the joint accounts.
[5:26] We paid the credit card off, got rid of them.
[5:29] The FFF is a lot easier than I thought it would be to be honest.
[5:32] And I've just taken 50 bucks off this week.
[5:34] So we reduced it already.
[5:35] It doesn't like that, but that's okay.
[5:36] We can do it.
[5:38] Yeah.
[5:38] So how long was it between you hearing about Infinity to you doing the first webinar to then finally doing the- No, it happened pretty quickly.
[5:45] Oh, no, but when you first found Infinity, probably a year and a half, maybe?
[5:49] Yeah, about 18 months.
[5:50] Yeah.
[5:51] Yeah.
[5:51] Look, so if we started early, we would have been in a much better position.
[5:54] But saying that, like I had my own thing going on, like starting a new business and-
[5:59] Like that was all new to me.
[6:00] And I was going to do it first myself with the investment, using my super to show her how to do it.
[6:05] That was my plan.
[6:06] And, yeah, obviously it didn't come to fruition and I'm so thankful.
[6:10] But, yeah.
[6:11] Because now you're all in together.
[6:12] Yeah, now we're all in together.
[6:13] And thanks to a friend who's doing infinity.
[6:15] Yeah.
[6:16] Couldn't speak more highly.
[6:17] I was like, let's, you know, investigate further.
[6:19] And I started listening to podcasts.
[6:21] Yeah.
[6:21] So now I just, I don't listen to the radio anymore.
[6:23] I just listen to podcasts all the time.
[6:25] And now we've got our Self Money Super Fund set up.
[6:27] Yeah.
[6:28] So we've got two properties.
[6:30] We're budgeting.
[6:32] We're watching what we spend.
[6:34] So, yeah, but it's a lot easier than I thought.
[6:35] And we haven't even refinanced yet because my company's not a year old, so it's only new.
[6:41] So next month we hit a year, so then we'll refinance.
[6:44] So, yeah.
[6:45] We have to do the restructure.
[6:46] We're already ahead without even doing everything.
[6:48] But we're still doing something until we can actually get your restructure to our preferred.
[6:52] We've just redone our accounts.
[6:55] So, you know, FFF, we've got the one account for the bills and salaries.
[6:59] And then, yes, we've set up that and we're already ahead just doing that.
[7:03] Yeah.
[7:05] And 18, what are we?
[7:06] 18K in front.
[7:07] Oh, about, because I've kind of kept a separate spreadsheet because we're doing a reno, we're about to start a reno tomorrow.
[7:13] And I said from day one we want to put some money towards a reno because I had some savings there because we're going to stay in this house for a while.
[7:19] Yep.
[7:20] So I just wanted to kind of keep it, get my head trapped so I've got a separate spreadsheet.
[7:25] So I can know because there's money coming going for the reno so I can see how much ahead we are.
[7:30] And I think it's around nearly 20, about 19 or 20 ahead.
[7:35] You've done that in 90 days.
[7:36] Yeah.
[7:36] Which is what more than you would have done three years prior?
[7:40] Yeah, well, I worked out last year what we paid on our home loan.
[7:44] I think it was like $14,000.
[7:47] In a year that we'd pay on that.
[7:49] So, yeah.
[7:50] Which is crazy.
[7:51] Yeah, very crazy.
[7:52] And just understanding it because no one explains it to you.
[7:56] That's what I love about you guys.
[7:57] Like it's the whole education piece and the masterclass, the two-day masterclass.
[8:02] After day one we were just like –
[8:03] no-brainer yeah sign us up but you can't um so that just that and you're like no you need to listen to day two because it's all about the education so you need people to make an educated decision so they're not like oh why is this happening and what i don't understand that so which is great if this story has inspired you to take control of your financial future your journey starts with our free educational webinar click the link below this video to get started today
[8:28] I could relate to G as well from his public housing background.
[8:31] I come from nothing.
[8:33] And he's swearing.
[8:33] Yeah, swearing.
[8:35] But, like, yeah, I really appreciated that he was so groundly and his knowledge.
[8:39] And so honest about his.
[8:40] Yeah, just about his background and where he came from.
[8:42] Yeah.
[8:43] And, yeah, I had similar aspirations and was pretty confident once we started listening.
[8:48] And what were some of your biggest light bulb moments from the master class?
[8:52] It was the waterfall effect and the calculator.
[8:55] Okay.
[8:55] So we like the waterfall strategy on the investing side and then the out-of-debt calculator.
[9:00] Yeah, the out-of-debt calculator.
[9:01] Because you got to run your own numbers as well during the weekend.
[9:04] Do you remember?
[9:05] What your result was?
[9:06] It was eight years it said.
[9:07] Oh, I think it was about seven and a half, something around like that.
[9:10] Yeah.
[9:10] But, yeah, I did one the other day and I can't remember what it was.
[9:12] I think it's five or six now.
[9:15] And they said being conservative.
[9:17] Because I got left some – I lost my best mate three and a half years ago to cancer and he very generously left me some money.
[9:24] And my headspace was like, oh, I don't want to put that to the mortgage.
[9:27] That's just boring.
[9:28] I want to put it to something that's going to make a big difference in my life.
[9:32] That was my headspace before infinity.
[9:34] And that's where I got the idea to start the Pilates studio art.
[9:38] Did that help you start the business?
[9:40] Well, it kind of planted the seed and got it going, but then the money didn't come through about two years.
[9:45] And by that stage, I was ready to start.
[9:47] So I applied for a business loan, which I didn't want to do, but I did.
[9:51] So now that money, we've put some into the mortgage and then some's going to the renos.
[9:54] So, yeah, which has helped.
[9:57] And we've got an investment property too.
[9:58] Yeah.
[9:58] Yeah.
[9:59] Two.
[9:59] Yeah.
[10:00] No, but the ones in SoftBundish should have fun.
[10:01] That still counts.
[10:02] It's still a property.
[10:04] Even though it's in Super, it's still.
[10:05] So now I think.
[10:06] And we couldn't look at our finances because she wasn't 12 months into her business.
[10:09] So things will change once.
[10:11] Yeah.
[10:12] Once we refinance our major.
[10:14] Yeah.
[10:14] I know we've talked a little bit about it, but talk me through what that 90 days has looked like in detail.
[10:19] Because we haven't been able to do the restructure yet, but that doesn't matter.
[10:22] We've still been able to implement a plan, which is great.
[10:25] But talk me through the rest of what your strategy in 90 days has looked like.
[10:27] Well, I think closing our credit cards down, joining our finances together, so having the same… And how does that feel?
[10:34] Yeah, it's good.
[10:35] I can just keep track of what he's spending on now.
[10:37] So when he's going to the pub having the beers.
[10:38] She knows everything now.
[10:39] Yeah, it does now.
[10:41] So he doesn't like it, but I do.
[10:43] So, I mean, that's good at having a budget because you don't realise when you want to.
[10:48] You just waste money on stuff, right?
[10:50] Yeah.
[10:50] So now it's kind of like, okay, do we need that?
[10:53] No, we probably don't need that.
[10:54] So mindfulness.
[10:54] Yeah, it's consciousness.
[10:56] And we're still getting used to that because we've got horses and dogs and things like that, so that's got to come out of your FFF.
[11:01] So when I need to buy food for that, it's like, okay, can I do it this week or do I do it next week?
[11:07] So we're kind of still getting in a pattern with that, but it's a lot easier than I thought, to be honest.
[11:10] Like if you spoke to me probably 10 years ago about putting me on a budget, I would have went, oh, like.
[11:16] You'd be quite fearful of it.
[11:17] Yeah.
[11:18] Was there anything you were scared of before you joined Infinity?
[11:23] Nah, we just decided to commit once we... Yeah, that's what I said.
[11:26] If we're doing this, we're going full in.
[11:29] Because he was always bugging me about it.
[11:31] And I was just like, mate, I just don't have the headspace right now.
[11:34] But then when I did, I was like, okay, let's do this.
[11:37] And so, yeah.
[11:38] So what he's spending is, I want this.
[11:40] I want that.
[11:41] No, mate, you can't.
[11:42] You wanted this.
[11:43] So we're in this.
[11:44] So now you're not getting everything you want.
[11:46] Yeah.
[11:47] And we were fortunate that you picked my video today.
[11:50] Oh, yeah, on the masterclass.
[11:51] To win the horse be back.
[11:52] Money is a riddle.
[11:53] Money.
[11:53] Money.
[11:53] Money.
[11:53] Money.
[11:54] Money.
[11:54] Money.
[11:54] Money.
[11:55] Money.
[11:55] Money.
[11:56] Money.
[11:57] Money.
[11:57] Money.
[11:57] Money.
[11:58] Money.
[11:58] Money.
[11:58] Money.
[11:59] Money.
[11:59] Money.
[11:59] Money.
[11:59] Money.
[11:59] Money.
[12:00] Money.
[12:00] Money.
[12:00] Money.
[12:01] Money.
[12:01] Money.
[12:01] Money.
[12:01] Money.
[12:02] Money.
[12:02] Money.
[12:02] Money.
[12:03] Money.
[12:03] Money.
[12:03] Money.
[12:04] Money.
[12:04] Money.
[12:05] Money.
[12:05] Money.
[12:05] Money.
[12:05] Money.
[12:06] Money.
[12:06] Money.
[12:06] Money.
[12:07] Money.
[12:07] Money.
[12:27] Yeah, we did that.
[12:28] She was fortunate.
[12:30] She was like, what are you doing?
[12:31] Just give me two seconds.
[12:33] Just record.
[12:34] I was very creative.
[12:36] Yeah.
[12:37] So no, but it's been good.
[12:38] Yeah.
[12:39] It hasn't really been, it hasn't been hard to be honest.
[12:41] Like everyone thinks, oh, people are watching what you're spending and you can't be, you can still do what you want.
[12:46] This is how you structure your accounts up.
[12:48] Yeah.
[12:49] And you've also got emergency money there.
[12:51] So if something does happen, one thing that we did do, like I've got dog insurance for all of our dogs.
[12:55] Yep.
[12:56] And I'll work that out.
[12:57] Spend five and a half grand a year on pet insurance.
[12:59] And I'm like, whoa, I've never looked at that before.
[13:02] So I've cancelled that because now we've got money sitting there.
[13:06] If we ever do need it.
[13:06] If anything does happen.
[13:07] Yeah, I'd rather that money sitting in our home line than paying somebody else for it.
[13:12] But yeah.
[13:12] And things like that, you kind of, yeah, we kind of didn't really look at our finances before, to be honest.
[13:17] So now you feel like you've got that overview of everything.
[13:20] Yeah.
[13:20] And how do you feel now actually having a savings buffer?
[13:23] Yeah.
[13:24] No, I love it.
[13:25] It's like I remember reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad years ago, but it just didn't translate at the time.
[13:31] Like I just wasn't in the capacity to understand it.
[13:34] And now that cash flow quadrant, we're in that space now.
[13:37] So pretty fortunate to have a supporting wife to help me do it first and foremost.
[13:42] But yeah, it's been awesome, like just to be able to turn a page and understand, you know, how your money works for you.
[13:49] And that was always what I wanted to do was make our money start working for us.
[13:52] We're stressing as much about our finances because we always know there's money there if you need it.
[13:59] And setting up the Soft Money Super Fund, I think for me personally, I am a couple years older than Rube, so I'm a little cougar.
[14:07] When I hit 50 last year, that was playing in my mind, like, you know, retirement's coming sooner than what it's not.
[14:13] Have we left it too late?
[14:15] Because did it feel like it wasn't secured before?
[14:17] Oh, I didn't have confidence in it, to be honest.
[14:20] But now we do and, you know, if we follow the plan that they've put in place for us, then by retirement age, I think we could withdraw, I think it was something like $200,000 a year or something.
[14:32] That was a penny drop for me.
[14:33] I was like, oh, that's a penny drop.
[14:34] That's quite good, isn't it?
[14:35] Yeah.
[14:36] That you've been able to, we've been able to now look at that and forecast what you'll be able to draw based on where you are today at retirement.
[14:41] So you just follow the plan.
[14:42] Pretty decent.
[14:43] Do what you do and just let the baker bake as G.O.A.
[14:46] says it.
[14:46] Just they're the professionals in it.
[14:47] So I was like, whatever they say we're doing ribs, we're doing.
[14:50] We're doing it.
[14:50] Yeah.
[14:51] Do you feel confident in that decision?
[14:52] 100%.
[14:53] Yeah.
[14:53] Yeah.
[14:53] So it's a big thing to hand over your finances.
[14:56] Yeah, but I think for you guys, it's all about, you know, you educate people.
[15:00] So it's not like people are like, oh, it's a scam.
[15:02] Just be careful.
[15:03] It's just like, wait, if you take the time to educate yourself as well, you'll understand it's not.
[15:07] Yeah.
[15:08] But you can't force people.
[15:09] People have to be ready.
[15:09] Like everyone tried to do me a couple of years ago.
[15:11] I wasn't ready.
[15:12] I was just like, nah, I'm not interested.
[15:14] I'm not into it.
[15:16] But when people are ready and want to and educate themselves, then I think you know you're making the right decisions.
[15:21] Yeah.
[15:22] And looking back at, you know, not finishing the webinar when you did and the 18 months it took for you guys to fully come on board, how do you feel about taking that time?
[15:32] Look, it is what it is, you know.
[15:33] It's retrospective.
[15:34] Not much you can do about it.
[15:36] Yeah.
[15:36] Reflecting.
[15:37] Yeah.
[15:37] Which we probably could have committed.
[15:39] And we're in a different space.
[15:40] Like, you know, that's what I'm saying.
[15:41] Like I was, you know, I think I was at, I don't know if I was at Combank still then or finishing up with, I can't remember now, but.
[15:49] And then when I knew I wanted to do this studio, like that took a lot of headspace and research and yeah.
[15:55] Actually, how did you feel in the Masterclass when we're going through all of that bank psychology and the gimmicks and the products and the fine print?
[16:02] How did you feel?
[16:02] Because you're working for a bank for 20 plus years.
[16:05] And no one ever tells you.
[16:06] It's always like pay the minimum.
[16:08] Yeah.
[16:08] And, you know, absolutely.
[16:10] I was never in, even though I worked for the bank, I was never in banking.
[16:14] I did events.
[16:14] So I spent their money, not made their money.
[16:16] Yeah.
[16:17] So I was in a bit of a different position there.
[16:19] But you'd still expect a level of like them educating their staff on things like that, right?
[16:24] But you don't get that.
[16:25] Yeah.
[16:27] And always knew there had to be a better way.
[16:28] Like how do people get ahead in life?
[16:30] Yeah.
[16:31] this mortgage thing for 30 years.
[16:32] And then I think that was the calculator when you have the little graph thing.
[16:35] And it's just like, whoa, this is like insane, the savings that you're going to save.
[16:41] And it's not that hard.
[16:42] Like it's not a big change in your life.
[16:43] Yeah.
[16:43] Well, it's cool.
[16:44] So you've had, it was a $666,000 mortgage that you started.
[16:49] And we've said you can do that in less than eight years.
[16:51] Yeah.
[16:52] Yeah.
[16:52] And we'll do it sooner.
[16:53] Yeah.
[16:54] Yeah.
[16:55] Yeah.
[16:55] So yeah, it's amazing.
[16:57] What does the future look like?
[16:58] Follow the process.
[16:59] Yeah.
[17:00] Yeah, good.
[17:01] I'm a lot more calmer about finances because we used to have little arguments about money.
[17:07] Now I feel like we don't.
[17:08] It's just about he's drinking now.
[17:11] But he's on the FFF so I can see what he's speaking.
[17:14] But no, I'm not so stressed now and like retirement because it was playing on my mind.
[17:20] Now, like if we just follow the process, it's looking good.
[17:23] So I don't stress about that.
[17:25] And as you said, you've always got that little buffer money sitting there.
[17:27] So if there's an emergency, people think, oh, you can't touch your own money and people are telling you what you can and can't spend.
[17:32] It's not like that at all.
[17:33] Oh, we don't control your accounts.
[17:34] No, it's not like that at all.
[17:35] Like if you need it, if something's coming up, you just spend it.
[17:38] And then if you justify what's going on, because that's what it's for day one, we want to do renovations.
[17:41] So I want to put a chunk of this money to renovations.
[17:44] They're like, yep, totally.
[17:45] We do all the forecasting around that, make sure it doesn't impact anything we might want to do in the future.
[17:50] Yeah.
[17:50] And I said I'm happy to put a chunk of it to an investment, which we did and that was easy.
[17:54] Like that's all gone through.
[17:55] So, yeah, like if we weren't going to stay in our house for that long, we probably wouldn't invest and do it, but we're going to stay at our house.
[18:01] We love our house.
[18:02] We'll stay there until we do retire and then –
[18:05] And we'll come down to the Gold Coast somewhere.
[18:08] So that'll be hopefully the next investment.
[18:11] Yeah.
[18:11] Awesome, guys.
[18:12] Well, this is something we're definitely going to look back on.
[18:15] So you've got a bit of a journey ahead of you to really knuckle down and focus on that strategy.
[18:20] So we will bring you back for a longer podcast so we can look back and see how you guys are going.
[18:25] But thank you so much.
[18:26] Awesome.
[18:26] Thank you.
[18:26] For coming in to share your first 90 days.
[18:28] And the staff's been great.
[18:29] Like everyone's super great.
[18:30] Our RM Callum's been awesome.
[18:33] Yeah, and you just feel confident chatting to any of them.
[18:35] Like they're all there to help.
[18:36] Yeah, we've got direct access to them.
[18:38] And the Facebook groups are good too.
[18:39] So you like our infinity family group?
[18:41] Yeah, yeah, it's good.
[18:42] Yeah.
[18:42] There's a good support network around you.
[18:44] We met some really nice people at the RIMs as well.
[18:46] Coming from an event background, like when I walked into the first RIM, I was like, whoa, this is like, and I understand the work that's been put into that and it's a lot.
[18:56] So I appreciate that from that point of view too.
[18:59] And we met some great people at the thing.
[19:02] We can't wait for the Brisbane event and the Christmas party.
[19:05] So you are coming to the Christmas party.
[19:06] I was just about to ask.
[19:07] We've registered for that and we just got told about the Brisbane event.
[19:10] We'll go to that.
[19:10] Yep.
[19:11] Our community event.
[19:12] And not many people like finance.
[19:14] I mean, ComBank used to do some stuff but not to this level.
[19:16] Not to this level.
[19:17] I know.
[19:18] It's crazy.
[19:19] Sometimes I look at it and I'm like, I don't understand how we're justifying that from a budget perspective.
[19:23] But I know G says that he's like, when it comes to our clients, there is no budget.
[19:28] Yeah.
[19:28] Yeah.
[19:29] And it is good.
[19:29] I think people appreciate it.
[19:31] And you get to meet people, you know, that are...
[19:33] like-minded.
[19:34] Yeah, yeah.
[19:36] So.
[19:36] On the same journey.
[19:37] Yeah.
[19:37] Not so easy.
[19:39] Amazing, guys.
[19:39] Well, thank you so much.
[19:40] I look forward to when we actually get to do a bigger podcast to really reflect back on all of this.
[19:44] Awesome.
[19:44] But I appreciate you coming in.
[19:45] Thank you.
[19:46] Thank you so much.
