They were told it was in pristine condition, but the car was not, so the plaintiffs are suing for false advertisement and repairs. The defendant argues the plaintiffs never complained about the vehicle until eight months later. Plus, the plaintiff rented an apartment to the defendant, but he disappeared and stiffed him on rent, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues he paid the plaintiff everything he owes.
