[0:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And actually it's amazing that in this recent time, certainly in the last 10 years or so, you know, when I've been in the UK and I've been observing how people are dealing with things, there's a lot more discussion about mental health.
[0:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's a lot more discussion about how you're feeling about the emotions you go through, the troubles you go through.
[0:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: People are much more willing to speak about it opening.
[0:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But the reality is that the answers for this have been found in the Qur'an and sent down to the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu aallahu a
[0:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And all of this in shā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu tā'a Llāhu t
[1:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: is because sometimes we have the wrong idea of what this dunya is.
[1:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah, as the Wajjal said, do you think that you will enter jannah?
[1:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And there hasn't yet come to you the suffering that came to the people before you.
[1:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They were touched with so much hardship and so much adversity that even the messenger and those who believe they said
[1:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: is near.
[1:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So we understood that this dunya is a place where we are decreed to have difficulties.
[1:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah, as the Wajjal said, we will certainly test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of money.
[2:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: and life and fruits and give glad tidings to the people who are patient.
[2:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Is here to test you, he created death and life to test which of you are the best in your deeds.
[2:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So the first problem we have, my brothers and sisters, is that we expect this life to be
[2:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Instead of seeing this life as seasonal movement, it's the prison of the believer.
[2:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So we shouldn't expect this life to be a life of ease, to be a life of enjoyment, to be a life where everything is very easy.
[2:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We should expect this life to have difficulties, to have challenges.
[2:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We should expect to sometimes feel down to sometimes feel sad.
[2:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Rather, we're going to see that if you look at the messenger of Allah Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam You actually will see from the messenger of Allah Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam And from his companions who were the most beloved of the people to Allah You will actually see that they went through so many hardships And so much difficulty And so many troubles
[3:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So we shouldn't start with a mentality that this life is supposed to be gender.
[3:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because that mentality didn't come from Islam.
[3:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That mentality came from those people who aren't Muslim.
[3:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're going to find them to be the keenest of the people to live any for them.
[3:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This dunya is everything.
[3:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This is their gender because they know that there isn't anything after it for them.
[3:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So once we take the mentality that this life is a place of trials and tribulations and hardships, it's a place where Allah as the Wajjal has decreed for you and enemy.
[3:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah Subhanahu ta'ala said, like this we made for every prophet enemies.
[4:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Qwani, if enemies were made for the prophets, Alayhi Musala to us, Salam, what do you think about us?
[4:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Shay'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a
[4:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Lek in the shape of a man, they stay next to you, like the bad friends and the people who call you to do evil.
[4:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: and the people who show enmity to you.
[4:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So we understood that it is a dunya in which Allah has decreed for us that the shaytan will be our enemy.
[4:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Shaytan is an enemy for you, so take shaytan to be your enemy.
[4:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Don't take shaytan to be your friend or don't ignore the effect of the shaytan.
[5:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But my brother is the plot of the shaytan is not strong.
[5:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: In Nakede Shaitana, the plot of the Shaitana is always weak.
[5:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And so we shouldn't be surprised that we go through problems.
[5:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We go through hunger, we go through fear, we go through financial problems.
[5:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We go through problems in ourselves, in our health.
[5:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We lose people that we love.
[5:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: All of this is from the things that Allah has decreed in this dunya for a hikmah that is hikmah tunbaa lirah it is a wisdom that reaches the infinite perfection and that is Allah as the original tested us which of us will believe in him when we go through hardships which of us will remember him when the shaytan whispers
[5:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Otherwise Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala can destroy the shaytan.
[5:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: His command when he says something is just be and it is and the shaytan is gone.
[6:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala decrees for you that you go through difficulties, you go through hardships and you go through suffering.
[6:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: and Allah Izzawajl and I want to start even though this is kind of this point is kind of coming later on but I want to bring it now that everybody understands that Allah Izzawajl gave us the Quran and the Quran has the solution to all these problems that we are talking about.
[6:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Anxiety, depression, mental health, the whispers of the shaypan, that problem is discussed in detail in the Quran.
[6:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: A lot of Hanoi to Alas said, O people, there has come to you and Moe, the Moe, either is that which touches your heart.
[6:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It shakes you and it wakes you up from your Lord and as she far for what is in the heart.
[6:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: the cure for what is in the heart, and guidance, and a mercy for those who believe.
[7:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that's because they are the people who take the guidance of the Qur'an.
[7:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Ibn Asura, al-Mustakim, the Surah, al-Mustakim, is what the Qur'an tells us how to follow.
[7:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And so for sure, the fact that people go through these problems, these mental health issues Islam has the answer to them.
[7:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And actually it's amazing that in this recent time, certainly in the last 10 years or so, I don't know about here.
[7:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But certainly, you know, when I've been in the UK and I've been observing how people are dealing with things, there's a lot more discussion about mental health.
[7:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's a lot more discussion about how you're feeling, about the emotions you go through, the troubles you go through.
[7:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: People are much more willing to speak about it openly.
[7:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But the reality is that the answers for this have been found in the Quran and sent down to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
[8:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm just going to take some IAT to give us an overview to give us an idea of the topic.
[8:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And there's a principle in the science of Belera, the eloquence of the Arabic language.
[8:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That anytime there is a repetition of something, with very language, that is because of it being extremely important.
[8:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because the basic rule in eloquence is you say as little as you need to get your point across.
[8:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: unlike you know the speakers who we just talk and talk and talk but you try to say as little as possible to get your point to the people and yet we find so many words in the Quran in varied Iat in different places that deal with this issue.
[8:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: From them is the statement of Allah
[8:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Alhamdulillah, praise is for Allah, the one who made our hasn't go away, who made all of our grief and our sadness, all of it went away.
[9:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Indeed, our Lord is reformed, he is the most forgiving and he is shakor, he is the most appreciative.
[9:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And what does this tell us that in
[9:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Injannah, there will be any grief.
[9:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Injannah, there will be any sorrow.
[9:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There will be any depression.
[9:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And the fact that they said, alhamdulillah, ilahi l-ladi, al-Habba, and al-Hazan, indicates that these people of Jannah, they went through it in the dunya.
[9:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They had sadness, they were depressed sometimes, they were down sometimes, but Allah, Subhanahu ta'ala, took it away from them, and they entered genna and they forgot about all of the hardships of the dunya.
[9:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The reality is that this word, al-Hazan, it refers to sadness that is connected to the past.
[10:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: grief, you know you're feeling sad about something that happened in the past and it's over, it's finished.
[10:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But in the past, that sadness and that grief was there.
[10:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Even stronger than that is al-Husn, the statement of Allah as the Wajjal, wa tawallahu wa l-Anhum wa kalayah, asafa al-Ayusn, wa bi al-Dat aina, homine al-Husnifah wa kalim.
[10:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He turned away from them, who did the ayah come about?
[10:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Ya akub, alaihi s-salam.
[10:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He turned away from them and he said, Ya asa-thah, all my sorrow over use and his eyes became blind from grief and he mineral herzni because he was keeping all of his grief inside of him.
[10:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What did he say?
[10:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He said, I only complain of my grief and my sorrow to Allah.
[10:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I know about Allah that which you don't know.
[10:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There are a number of things I want you to benefit from this particular eye or these eye-at.
[11:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The first one is that the prophets went through extreme grief.
[11:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So we shouldn't feel bad.
[11:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: If you have times when you feel extremely sad and really it's you're really suffering because of something.
[11:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That doesn't mean that you have low e-man.
[11:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The best of the people they suffered from this.
[11:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We also want to take from it the fact that your mental health, the way you feel inside of yourself can reach such a level that it can have physical properties, any physical ailments.
[11:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He went blind, we're build.ina, he went blind because of the severity of his grief.
[11:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The third thing, what was he doing, he was keeping it inside, for who a kalim.
[11:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He didn't let it out, he didn't go to the people and complain.
[11:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Who did he complain to?
[11:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Khalah inna m-a'a'a sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-
[12:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This is very, very powerful because everyone that you complain to nobody likes complaining.
[12:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Even you complain to someone very close to you, like you complain to your parents, so you complain to your wife.
[12:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You complain, they don't like it.
[12:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Nobody likes.
[12:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: People to complain, everybody has their own problems, but Allah, He, Allah, so, Hanahu wa Ta'ala, a r-o for Raheem al-Kerim al-Wadud, He loves for you to complain to Him.
[12:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And this is where you let out your grief.
[12:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: In the time when you have this private conversation, this private devotion with Allah, Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, this is the time when you let your grief and your sorrow and your problems because you're complaining to who, to the one who can solve all of them for you.
[12:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're complaining to the only one who can solve all of your problems.
[12:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that's why Ya'aqub, He said as Allah told us, wa'a'a l-lamam, min Allahim al-Latat al-Lamon.
[13:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know about Allah and about Allah's promise.
[13:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What you don't know.
[13:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know Allah's names and his attributes.
[13:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know that Allah is an Nassir, ni'am al-Mawla wa ni'am an Nassir, one an excellent protector and guardian, one an excellent bringer of victory.
[13:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know that Allah, Subhanahu ta'ala, is our Rahman.
[13:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know that Allah, Subhanahu ta'ala will bring this matter to the conclusion that I have begged Allah for, in my doing, knowing Allah is one of the greatest means to overcome.
[13:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: grief and sorrow, even addiction.
[13:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Even addiction, you speak to people.
[13:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have spoken to specialists.
[13:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Sometimes I get to work with specialists in the field.
[13:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And they say addiction is a lifelong problem.
[13:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's very, very hard to break.
[13:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But in terms of research, the research shows that the people who have a religious belief, it is their religious belief that helps them by Allah's permission to overcome that.
[14:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, we understood that we should complain to Allah and that that is how you get rid of that burden.
[14:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Sahih, you can sometimes share with people, but honestly, you're sharing it with a person and there's two problems.
[14:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The first problem of sharing it with a person is that the person really doesn't want to hear.
[14:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Maybe they want to hear a little bit.
[14:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know they okay, okay, tell me.
[14:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But after two minutes, three minutes, I'm done.
[14:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, I understood you're suffering.
[14:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah make it easy for you.
[14:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: JazakAllah, Qehran, Maksalam.
[14:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: People, let's help people feel.
[14:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The second thing is that person cannot solve your problem either.
[14:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: However, when you complain to Allah, Allah, Subhanahu Wa'Ta'ala, listens, Allah hears what you say.
[14:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And Allah, Subhanahu Wa'Ta'ala loves for you to complain.
[14:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Why does Allah love for you to complain?
[14:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Alin Qisar, Bane'a'ya'ida'i l-lahi Subhanahu Wa'Ta'ala.
[15:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah wants you to be broken in front of him.
[15:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, I once heard one of the Meshaic explain this in a beautiful way.
[15:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know when you go to the army, when you go to the army, you know as a fresh recruit, you come in with a bit of pride, you know, you're fit young guy and you're joining the army and you, you know, you stroll up and you, you know, you've got a bit of pride in you.
[15:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The first job of the sergeant is to break you.
[15:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: To make you lose all of that till you become completely submissive and obedient.
[15:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's what they do, right?
[15:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So they shout at you and they make you sit in the rain and they make you, you know, do all of these things and they keep shouting at you and they take your sleep away and until you become broken and till you lose everything except obedience.
[15:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You just become 100% obedient.
[15:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That feeling of being broken, we don't want to have it for people.
[15:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But actually in front of Allah, that is something praiseworthy that you see yourself, I am a slave, I am a servant, I am nothing, I am broken, I'm finished, there's nothing I have, everything is I need from Allah and you actually present yourself before Allah as someone who is broken.
[16:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: As someone who is given up all kinds of pride and desires and you have completely lowered yourself before Allah, this is the essence of Aiba that when it comes with something, even okay you mention the Rahimullah to Allah, when it comes with love and that's really the difference between the sergeant and the situation we're talking about is that when you lower yourself before Allah,
[16:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: and you present yourself as broken before Allah, you do so out of complete humility and complete love.
[16:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Kamal, vul, wakamal, mahabbah.
[16:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And even if he says, you can't have one of them without the other.
[16:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It doesn't work.
[16:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It doesn't become awliya.
[16:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It doesn't become servitude.
[16:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Until you law yourself in front of Allah, with total submission and total love.
[17:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you cry, and you beg, and you ask Allah for all the things that you want.
[17:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And for all the problems that you're having.
[17:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And Allah is the Wajjal loves you to show yourself as being a humble servant.
[17:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah doesn't love the one who is full of pride.
[17:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah doesn't love the one who is Fahhul.
[17:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Full of arrogance and pride.
[17:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah is the Wajjal loves the one who submits out of love.
[17:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So he complained of his grief and sorrow and the more you know about Allah the more you feel that desire to complain only to Allah and to trust only in Allah and I know it's difficult because
[17:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We do, we are human beings and we're social creatures, you know, we like to talk to people and we like to interact with people.
[17:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But actually, we need to realize that you're speaking to somebody that actually doesn't have the ability to actually help you.
[18:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, for example, if somebody has a financial problem and you go to somebody who's got some money.
[18:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you say, listen, Abdullah, I've got problems, I've got money problems, I have debt, I'm really struggling, I look please help me.
[18:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Number one, he might say yes and he might say no.
[18:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Number two, if he says yes once, he might not say yes again.
[18:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Number three, he has a limit to how much money he has, how much millions he has, but he has a limit.
[18:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's a limit, there's a time when he says, I don't have any more money for you.
[18:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm sorry.
[18:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah, as the Wajjal, to him belongs.
[18:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Murphy, Samawati, Wamawati, everything in the heavens, everything in the earth belongs to Allah.
[18:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There is no limit, rather if every single human being and every single one of the jin stood on a single place at the same time and every one of them asked Allah for everything they wanted.
[18:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Are you with me so far?
[18:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Everyone, all the humans from Adam and to the last person.
[19:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And all of the jinn, one single time they stood on a plane and they asked Allah for everything they wanted.
[19:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It would not decrease from what is with Allah except like a bird that dips its beak into the ocean.
[19:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So why would I, why would I need to ask anyone, when I can ask Allah?
[19:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So this will make you feel better, also in this regard, I want you to think about the link between two words that maybe you don't think about a lot.
[19:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You guys have heard, of course, about Al-Imanu Bill Qadr, believing in the divine decree, believing in Allah's decree.
[19:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Have you ever thought that the word Qadr,
[19:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: is the same word from which we take the name of Allah as the Wajjal al-Qadir, the one who is able to do all things.
[19:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's the same, you know, al-Khaf, Wadal, Wadal, Wadal.
[19:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The more you believe in Allah's decree, and you believe that Allah as the Wajjal has given you the best opportunities in your life for you.
[20:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The stronger your belief is in God, that Allah is able to do all things, that Allah knows everything, that nothing happens without Allah's will.
[20:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And He's command, certainly all the burdens live from your shoulder.
[20:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And they live from your shoulder for two reasons.
[20:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Number one, you left everything to Allah.
[20:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Well, if I were to Emre Allah, I left all of my worries and my concerns.
[20:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I left it for Allah's Subhan Allah to add it.
[20:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And number two, I recognize.
[20:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: that Allah Azza wa Jalla will always give me the best opportunity.
[20:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm not going to say Allah will always give you what's the word like will always give you, say for example, money or will always give you health or will always give you happiness.
[20:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But Allah will always give you the best opportunity for you.
[20:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There is a weak narration, but the concept behind it is accurate.
[21:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That Allah, as a judge, there are some people, nothing is good for them except wealth.
[21:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Meaning if Allah made them poor, they would go away from Islam.
[21:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There are some people, nothing is good for them except poverty.
[21:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Allah is the original knows that if that person had money, he would go away from Islam.
[21:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Look at these two other, other opposite.
[21:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There are some people that Allah is the original knows.
[21:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Nothing is good for this person except
[21:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: health, good health.
[21:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And if they were sick, they would go away from Islam.
[21:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And a lot as a soldier knows there are some people, nothing is good for them except sickness.
