[0:30] let's adjust our crowns, presumptuously telling you you have seed. Every human being
[0:48] came to earth with a seed of greatness. He doesn't want you to bring
[0:55] the seed back to him. He wants fruit. So no one in this
[1:03] room is seedless. What you are maybe is fruitless, but not seedless.
[1:12] So every one of us have a gift that we were supposed to deliver to
[1:18] our generation, an orchard of fruit. When you discover your gift, which
[1:29] is your seed, and you develop it and begin to dispense it, which
[1:33] is your fruit, then you become a leader. Okay, leaders are say
[1:44] another way. True leaders do not seek followers. Followers seek true leaders.
[1:56] So true leadership is like a tree. How many of you have ever had
[2:00] a mango tree? Bring new mangos? No, if you want the fruit
[2:08] from that tree, what do you have to do? You have to go
[2:12] find the tree. This is just an example. Okay, last week my
[2:27] secretary said to me, She said, he said, you have already surpassed
[2:36] six hundred invitations for next year. Six hundred from all over the world.
[2:42] She coned to countries. Over fifteen nations have invited me to come and speak.
[2:46] All expense pid for his class, travel, travel for his class,
[2:50] hotels all over the world, she says, She says, and I'm tired.
[2:53] They keep coming in every day. She said, what are you gonna
[2:55] do? I said, I don't know. She said, there are only
[3:02] three sixty five days in a year. She says, what's wrong with these
[3:13] people? I said, they are looking for mangos? Is anyone looking for
[3:35] you? Are they paying you to do something that is fun? See,
[3:50] that's why I came here, you know, because some of the greatest people
[3:53] in the world are sitting in your chair right now. It's only just begun.
[4:11] Here's a verse I want you to go home with. For Timothy.
[4:15] Read it our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his own
[4:21] time. God the blessed and the only ruler, the King of what kings,
[4:28] and the Lord of who lords, who alone is a model who lives
[4:32] in unapproachable light whom no one has seen or can see. To him,
[4:38] be honor and might forever. And I like the way. Yeah, that's
[4:43] too much. I like the way this thing closes. He says, he's
[4:47] king of what kings. Normally you are king of servants or king of subjects.
[4:56] But in the Kingdom of God, there are no subjects. In the
[5:05] Kingdom of God, everybody is a ruler. That's why the rulers will worship
[5:10] the king. That's why the kings will worship the king. So my admonition
[5:27] to you is to find your gift. Margaret found her gift communications media,
[5:45] and she works that gift. When you find your gift, you attract everything
[5:50] you need to you starts coming to you. Someone asked me this morning,
[5:56] doctor Monroe, what do you do if you have a vision and you ain't
[6:00] got no money. I said, you sounded the way I started. Everyone
[6:05] starts that way. My answer to her was very simple. If you ain't
[6:12] got no money, talk about your gift. No talk about your vision.
[6:16] Keep talking about it. Listen, I notice sounds simple. It's very important.
[6:28] It costs nothing for you to tell people about your dreams. Keep talking
[6:34] about it. Why because he who gave you the dream also gave birth to
[6:39] someone to pay for it. The problem is they cannot find you. You're
[6:55] not talking enough. Maybe I'm supposed to pay for some of your dream.
[7:04] Uh huh yeah, I don't know who you are. Just wouldn't talk about
[7:15] it. Print it, put it in a brochure, give it away,
[7:29] free, give it to everybody you meet. Some I'm gonna throw it away.
[7:33] Don't worry about that. Just keep giving it. If someone are there
[7:36] who's supposed to help you. God never gives vision of it or provision.
[7:50] Somebody has the fertilizer for your seed. So please promote your seed. Stopped
[8:00] waiting for money, start talking vision, Close your bibles. I was on
[8:11] television and I was talking about the building that we wanted to build, the
[8:15] largest building in the Bahamas. And I'm talking about this plan. I'm looking
[8:18] to showing people this plan this years ago, and this guy was watching me
[8:26] on television. I don't know who he was. The guy is from Wheaton,
[8:31] Illinois at that time. I didn't know he was at the time.
[8:33] And he called me up. He says, I saw you talking about this
[8:37] building on television. I said, yes, sir, He said, uh,
[8:43] I want you to come and see me. I like what you're doing.
[8:48] I said, okay, right up there, met with him, had
[8:52] some time with him, and when I left, he gave an envelope.
[8:58] He said, this is for that building that you showed us television early some
[9:01] I'm figuring, okay, praise Lord, five ten thousand bucks. When in
[9:07] my hotel room opened the envelope. It's one hundred thousand dollars banker's check.
[9:20] I began to rejoice in the room an hode you had ad shot. And
[9:26] the Holy Spirit said to me, what are you rejoicing over? I said,
[9:31] look, don't disturb you right now. Don't interfere with my job.
[9:37] You know, he knows how. I just snapped beside your head, you
[9:39] know, something into the don't spoil this for me. Please let me enjoy
[9:43] this for a minute. And he said, what are you rejoicing for?
[9:46] He said, you haven't learned the lesson. What did he tell you when
[9:50] he gave you the envelope? That's the lesson? And I stopped. He
[9:56] said, this is for them building that you showed us on television. He
[10:07] said, the lesson is if you don't talk about your vision and don't expose
[10:11] it. Those who supposed to finance it can't find it. And the resources
[10:30] all may not even be in Trinidad or in Guyana. It may be in
[10:37] a far country. So you gotta keep talking about your dream. Is that
[10:46] helpful? Yeah? So I want you to go home tonight, spend some
[10:50] time quietly, regard and start writing on paper your vision, what's in your
[10:58] heart, what you want to do, and then you want to start talking
[11:07] about it. And I warn you, when you start talking about it,
[11:13] they're gonna call you insane. That's part of the process. You have to
[11:22] be crazy before you great. Always remember that you go from lazy to crazy
[11:28] to great. That's the process. Okay, you gotta become insane to become
[11:33] break because your dream is always a description of your end, and you are
[11:41] at the beginning while you're talking. So they look at what you are and
[11:46] they compare with with which you are claiming, and they judge you and say
[11:52] you are crazy. But don't worry. Keep talking because the wise men will
[12:00] see your star and they're gonna bring the gold, the frankensis and the murrh,
[12:07] and they're gonna find you even if you are in a cave with goats
[12:11] and sheep. They will find you and deliver to you everything you need.
[12:28] Yeah, I'm gonna prophesy, and then we're gonna pray. Lift you right
[12:33] hand, always receive a prophecy. I prophesy that before the three of December,
[12:46] you are going to have a clarity of your next phase of vision.
[12:50] Right and many of you in this room by December thirty eight shall run into
[12:58] your providers, and they will come from places you have never suspected. So
[13:07] stop worrying about how, declare what? And I shall do this, said
[13:16] the Lord, to shut the mouths of those who have laughed at you.
[13:20] Amen, holler Loujah. You were born to be great. Don't die and
[13:41] till you are. I want to come and visit your company. I want
[13:50] to buy your products. I want to invest in your great dream. Thank
