There is a saying that suggests that history repeats itself. If you don't know your history, you are doomed to repeat it. The enemy of this world knows no new tricks, so the same one's he has used from the beginning, he still uses today. When following the path and the purpose of Christ's life on earth, you would have to also follow the path of world history. This episode answers the question many of us had at one time, or another. Why did Jesus come when He did? Why does God allow so much suffering and pain? How do I play a part in the plan of God? One of the phrases I hate to hear when I am going through trouble and trying to be patient in my pain is, "In God's Timing". When we look at the whole picture from God's point of view, it helps us to understand his ways a little more, and have patience with His methods and His timing. [0:20] the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. We are John and Charlayne Donaldson, who

[0:30] let's adjust our crowns. Here's a question I had about God or with God
[0:42] for years. God, why did you take so long to send the seed?
[0:47] Between Adam and Jesus is four thousand years? And I kept asking God,
[0:54] why didn't you send Jesus in chapter four? It's a logical question,
[0:57] isn't it? And God said to me an amazing thing, He said,
[1:00] I sent my son. This is who answer in the fullness of time.
[1:07] Now. The word fullness here has nothing to do with a watch you know
[1:15] on your hand, a time of day or something. The word fullness of
[1:19] time means everything was in its right place. The setting was perfect. God
[1:26] will always move when he has everything in the right place. So why did
[1:32] God wait four thousand years before he sent the Messiah? Because it took four
[1:38] thousand years for there to be a prototype in the earth that was the correct
[1:46] prototype of the Kingdom of God. Not listen carefully, because it's gonna help
[1:53] you to understand God's timing in sending the King, the messiah annointed king.
[2:04] You have to understand his concept of a kingdom. And there was no kingdom
[2:09] on earth that had all the components in it until the Romans arrived. The
[2:20] Romans actually set up a prototype of a kingdom that was the closest to God's
[2:28] kingdom, and that's why he came at that time. Now let me make
[2:32] a statement. Please buy the CD and think about it. Listen to it
[2:37] a few times. Here's a statement. Effective communication depends on correct concepts.
[2:46] So when you're going to communicate with someone, you got to make sure that
[2:51] their concepts are the same as yours, otherwise there will be a miss conception.
[2:58] So every time he used words, the meanings got to be the same
[3:00] in both persons. Minds, are you with me? So when God is
[3:05] about to speak into the world, he has to make sure that the words
[3:07] that are going to be used by him are common in the environment. So
[3:14] the Roman Empire had all the words, all the concepts that a kingdom that
[3:19] God desire on earth had. Let me give an example every kingdom before the
[3:27] Romans, all of them. You could study them. Whenever a kingdom took
[3:31] over territory or invaded foreign territory, here's what they did. They would kill
[3:38] all the strong soldiers, they would take the women, and then take all
[3:43] the young men, and they would uproot them out of the country that they
[3:46] invaded and take them back to their country and make them slaves. You know
[3:53] that autrauscriptures. That's what they did. They would displace people. The Romans
[3:58] were the first kingdom in history that reversed that. The Romans was the first
[4:05] kingdom and that's why they were so successful. They were the most powerful kingdom
[4:11] in history. They were the longest reigning kingdom in history. Even today,
[4:14] no one has ever passed the Romans in rulership. And thirdly, the Romans
[4:18] had the largest kingdom in history and still do. They reigned from Africa to
[4:23] Scotland. They controlled the world for two hundred years. They were the most
[4:27] powerful, most successful kingdom in history. Why because they used God's system.
[4:34] What is God's system? The Romans were the first ones to invent God's old
[4:41] idea of colonization. What did the Romans do whenever they invaded a foreign territory.
[4:48] They didn't uproot the people. They would leave the people in the land.
[5:00] But the king Caesar, which means you know that it's the word for
[5:04] lord, he would send from his courts a person that he handpicked to that
[5:14] territory where he just invaded, and that person would be called a tetra or
[5:21] a governor. Pilot was one of them. There are many of them,
[5:26] and they would live in the new territory with the people that they conquered,
[5:30] and the job of that governor was to convert that territory into Rome. In
[5:35] other ways, that Romans didn't bring the people to Rome to make them Romans.
[5:42] They took Rome to the people to make the people Rome. Please listen
[5:46] to meet please, So the concept when God started, God said, that's
[5:50] it. Let's go now, because everything you're gonna say will make sense to
[5:54] them. Thank you for listening to Crowning Kings. But we are cultivating a
