## Transcript

[0:10] Speaker 1: You're listening to Crowning Ignorant Kings, a podcast for citizens
[0:14] Speaker 1: with like minds who love God, follow Christ, and have
[0:18] Speaker 1: a desire to be an ambassador or the Kingdom of
[0:22] Speaker 1: Heaven on earth. We are John and Charlene Donaldson, who
[0:26] Speaker 1: are teachers building a Kingdom community. Thank you again for
[0:30] Speaker 1: joining us. Now let's adjust our crowns.
[0:40] Speaker 2: Is the Kingdom influencing contemporary culture. The Kingdom influencing contemporary culture.
[0:53] Speaker 2: The Kingdom influencing contemporary culture. I want to bring your
[0:58] Speaker 2: attention to the script that I'll use as the backdrop
[1:01] Speaker 2: for my time with you this morning, and it's found
[1:04] Speaker 2: in Isaiah, too, very important scripture. It says the word
[1:09] Speaker 2: of the Lord that Isaiah, the son of a ma
[1:12] Speaker 2: saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. Now it shall come to
[1:16] Speaker 2: pass in the latter days, say latter days, at the
[1:20] Speaker 2: end of the age. At the latter day, something very
[1:23] Speaker 2: important is going to happen. That the mountain of the
[1:26] Speaker 2: Lord's House, the mountain of the Lord's House, shall be
[1:30] Speaker 2: established on the top of all the other mountains.
[1:35] Speaker 3: And shall be exalted above the hills.
[1:37] Speaker 2: And then all nations, all the nations of the planet,
[1:42] Speaker 2: are literally going to flow into God's mountain. So regardless
[1:47] Speaker 2: of what the world looks like to now, we're not
[1:49] Speaker 2: going to heaven like this. We're not going to heaven
[1:52] Speaker 2: in the present state of the world until the world
[1:55] Speaker 2: is under the influence of God house by the way,
[1:57] Speaker 2: that's you and me, Until the world is un under
[2:00] Speaker 2: our influence. It's not over. It doesn't matter what's happening,
[2:03] Speaker 2: doesn't matter the condition of your country, until the country
[2:06] Speaker 2: you live in is under the rulership of kingdom citizens.
[2:09] Speaker 2: God's going to keep the game going. It's not the
[2:12] Speaker 2: fourth quarter. The game doesn't end until God says we win. Amen.
[2:20] Speaker 2: It goes on to prophesy that many people shall come
[2:24] Speaker 2: and say, come and let us go up to the
[2:27] Speaker 2: mountain of the Lord, to the house of God, the
[2:31] Speaker 2: God of Jacob. He will do what he will teach.
[2:35] Speaker 2: You can underline that in your Bible. He will teach
[2:39] Speaker 2: us his ways, and we shall walk in his paths.
[2:44] Speaker 2: For out of Zion shall.
[2:45] Speaker 3: Go for the law, the law, the law, the law.
[2:48] Speaker 2: Now, I'm an American, unfortunately, when so when I read
[2:54] Speaker 2: these scriptures, I actually have to go back. When I
[2:57] Speaker 2: was reading this scripture, I actually had to stop and
[3:00] Speaker 2: pull out a CD by doctor Mausmunroe. He's teaching obviously
[3:04] Speaker 2: this year he's teaching kingdom law. So I had to
[3:06] Speaker 2: go back and read the Scripture from the concept of law.
[3:09] Speaker 2: When a country has law, to say, the Muslim law,
[3:14] Speaker 2: the Muslim law, and everything in that Muslim law guides
[3:18] Speaker 2: the whole country. So when the Bible says that he
[3:21] Speaker 2: will teach us Zion shall go forth the law of God,
[3:25] Speaker 2: it means everything that God wants in his community, in Zion,
[3:30] Speaker 2: his people, and of the Word or Lord from Jerusalem
[3:33] Speaker 2: verse four. He shall judge between the nations and rebuke
[3:38] Speaker 2: many people through his house. They shall beat their swords
[3:42] Speaker 2: into plowshears, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nations shall
[3:47] Speaker 2: not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn
[3:51] Speaker 2: war anymore. This mountain of the Lord's house will be
[3:55] Speaker 2: established God's house. No matter what the prophecies are, God's
[4:00] Speaker 2: House will be established as the house that rules the nations,
[4:03] Speaker 2: and all the nations eventually will flow into it. Does
[4:06] Speaker 2: that make sense? All? Right? Good? Now we have objectives.
[4:10] Speaker 2: Those are with you in your book, right, they're there
[4:14] Speaker 2: with you. You can pay attention to those. They haven't
[4:16] Speaker 2: changed they're provided for you right there. These are our objectives.
[4:20] Speaker 2: We want to make sure that you will be able
[4:22] Speaker 2: to when you go back to your classroom, whether it's
[4:25] Speaker 2: a Sunday school class, your church. You have a law office,
[4:28] Speaker 2: a practice, and you train your staff. Whether you're a
[4:31] Speaker 2: Sunday school teacher a businessman, it doesn't matter when you
[4:34] Speaker 2: go back. We want you to be able to teach
[4:37] Speaker 2: the Kingdom to your people and explode this message all
[4:41] Speaker 2: over the world. That's our desire, Okay. The main idea
[4:46] Speaker 2: is simply that the church influencing culture is the original idea.
[4:50] Speaker 2: Nobody makes that point better than our master teacher, doctor Monroe. Amen,
[4:55] Speaker 2: the church influencing culture was God's original idea. And say
[4:59] Speaker 2: this to your neighbor. Has not changed his mind. It's
[5:03] Speaker 2: still his plan. That it's still his plan that he
[5:07] Speaker 2: influenced the world through his church, through his people. Right,
[5:11] Speaker 2: that's the original idea. God does not change his mind
[5:13] Speaker 2: or repent for us, even in our ignorance that we
[5:16] Speaker 2: want to understand the quantitative versus the qualitative Gospel. We'll
[5:20] Speaker 2: explain that we want to talk about this major question,
[5:25] Speaker 2: this major question that can the Gospel as we know
[5:30] Speaker 2: it as we currently know it, the Gospel as we
[5:32] Speaker 2: currently know it, can it influence culture? And we answer
[5:36] Speaker 2: that question by looking at the culture around our church.
[5:39] Speaker 2: Does the Kingdom? You will know if the Kingdom exists
[5:42] Speaker 2: in your church, if it makes it outside your church,
[5:46] Speaker 2: If the blocks around your building have not changed. The
[5:49] Speaker 2: Kingdom is not in your church. If if, if, if
[6:02] Speaker 2: your law practice, if cases aren't decided differently because the
[6:08] Speaker 2: Kingdom is there, the Kingdom is not there. The evidence
[6:11] Speaker 2: of the Kingdom shows up, and not just words. It
[6:14] Speaker 2: shows up in power, shows up in evidence that God
[6:17] Speaker 2: is there in the midst of what you're doing. And
[6:20] Speaker 2: when you leave here today, not only do I want
[6:22] Speaker 2: you to expect that for what you're involved in, but
[6:25] Speaker 2: the people you're teaching, I want you to expect the
[6:28] Speaker 2: Kingdom to show up in what they are doing in evidence,
[6:32] Speaker 2: not just in words. So the key concept is kingdom
[6:38] Speaker 2: citizens influence, influencing culture was and still is the original
[6:43] Speaker 2: plan of God. If we believe this statement, then we
[6:46] Speaker 2: first we have to accept its truth. Then we have
[6:50] Speaker 2: to ask ourselves a few questions. Get inside my head
[6:53] Speaker 2: here a little bit. Number one, can we find absolute
[6:57] Speaker 2: proof of this in the Bible? After three days of
[7:00] Speaker 2: listening to doctor Monroe, we know absolutely that Genesis one
[7:03] Speaker 2: proves that there's absolute proof that this is God's original idea.
[7:08] Speaker 2: Number two, When and where did we lose our influence
[7:11] Speaker 2: over contemporary culture? How many of you would agree that
[7:14] Speaker 2: it's obvious that we're not controlling the culture around us.
[7:18] Speaker 2: Maybe I should back up a little bit. In my country,
[7:21] Speaker 2: I don't know about your country. I really don't see
[7:23] Speaker 2: the news. I don't see the truth in the news
[7:26] Speaker 2: because NBC is owned by General Electric. ABC is owned
[7:30] Speaker 2: by Disney. I see the news in my country. Fox
[7:33] Speaker 2: News is is owned by Ted Turner. I hear the
[7:36] Speaker 2: news through Ted Turner's eyes. The movies I watch there
[7:44] Speaker 2: are no kingdom citizens at the top of the movie mountain.
[7:47] Speaker 2: The movies I watch are not generated from a humble,
[7:50] Speaker 2: gentle kingdom spirit. I have to you know what I'm saying.
[7:53] Speaker 2: I have to hire and I have to hire an
[7:55] Speaker 2: investigator before I take my kids to a movie. Right, so,
[8:03] Speaker 2: I have a problem in my country. Now, maybe you
[8:06] Speaker 2: don't see this in your own country. But if kingdom
[8:09] Speaker 2: citizens aren't leading, the Bible simply says that when the
[8:12] Speaker 2: righteous rule, the people rejoice and in my country, there's
[8:17] Speaker 2: not a lot of rejoicing going on right now because
[8:20] Speaker 2: we we we Christians, have we don't only we not
[8:24] Speaker 2: only do we not rule contemporary culture, we run from it.
[8:30] Speaker 2: That while other cultures are training their kids to take over,
[8:33] Speaker 2: we are training our kids to take off. Three. Why
[8:43] Speaker 2: was the influence lost? For? Is there a plan in
[8:47] Speaker 2: the Bible to regain our influence? Absolutely? The Great Commission.
[8:51] Speaker 2: What Jesus taught in the kingdom is his plan for us.
[8:55] Speaker 2: I hope y'all are ready for this. Okay, what are
[8:58] Speaker 2: the next steps? Mark sixteen? The next steps are plainly
[9:02] Speaker 2: seen in the Bible. What we're called to do is
[9:04] Speaker 2: kingdom citizens. Amen? All right, let me see. So there
[9:07] Speaker 2: are terminologies that are important. Those are also being given
[9:10] Speaker 2: to you in your notebooks, right the terminologies of the kingdom.
[9:15] Speaker 2: What is influence? What is contemporary? Very important? You have
[9:19] Speaker 2: that right there. What is a culture? What is a culture?
[9:24] Speaker 2: And the reform that I will be talking about mostly
[9:27] Speaker 2: points back to the sixteenth century, and what is favor.
[9:31] Speaker 2: These terminologies will be important for you to refer back to.
[9:35] Speaker 2: As I am chatting today now to the teaching content.
[9:42] Speaker 2: We live in a world we live in a world
[9:47] Speaker 2: where influence is important to everyone else except the Church
[9:53] Speaker 2: and Kingdom citizens. We live in a world where we
[9:57] Speaker 2: have become happy simply with church happening, where it happens
[10:03] Speaker 2: with us, and that we have church or we are Christians,
[10:09] Speaker 2: and we think that mostly our influence really is based
[10:12] Speaker 2: around how many people we can get saved before they
[10:16] Speaker 2: either die or the rapture happens. My point that I
[10:22] Speaker 2: want to.
[10:22] Speaker 3: Make today is that is not enough.
[10:27] Speaker 2: We have to do more than get people saved and
[10:31] Speaker 2: sell them fire insurance. We have to do more then
[10:35] Speaker 2: just get people rescued from hell. We've got to do
[10:39] Speaker 2: more than just get people delivered from crack, get them
[10:44] Speaker 2: out of debt, and save their marriages. That will not
[10:47] Speaker 2: keep up with what's happening in the world around us. Okay,
[10:54] Speaker 2: maybe I'll convince you later. This is a picture of
[10:58] Speaker 2: Martin Luther. Martin Luther in Germany led the obvious revolution
[11:06] Speaker 2: against the Catholic Church. He had some ideas in his
[11:10] Speaker 2: head that are very important for us to note today.
[11:14] Speaker 2: He was a German priest, but he was also a
[11:16] Speaker 2: professor of theology who initiated the Protestant movement. He strongly
[11:21] Speaker 2: disputed the claim that freedom from God's punishment of sin
[11:26] Speaker 2: could be purchased with money, because they were buying salvation
[11:29] Speaker 2: back then. Luther taught that salvation is not from good works,
[11:34] Speaker 2: but is the gift of God. He finally read the
[11:35] Speaker 2: Bible and that you receive it by faith and grace.
[11:39] Speaker 2: He considered all baptism baptized Christians listen. He was the
[11:44] Speaker 2: first one to consider all Christians to be priests, and
[11:51] Speaker 2: that you don't necessarily have to have a priest to
[11:54] Speaker 2: be right with God. You can talk to God for yourself. Now,
[11:58] Speaker 2: this doesn't sound like a reformation to us, but in
[12:02] Speaker 2: the sixteenth century this is radical because before then you
[12:07] Speaker 2: needed a priest to stand between you and God and
[12:10] Speaker 2: represent you to God. Now you can imagine that when
[12:13] Speaker 2: he went to the church and nailed the thesis to
[12:16] Speaker 2: the wall, remember to the door. He nailed these arguments
[12:19] Speaker 2: to the door. It erupted into the First Reformation, the
[12:23] Speaker 2: First Reformation. The First Reformation dealt with number one, what
[12:27] Speaker 2: do we believe? Say that? What do we believe? Number
[12:30] Speaker 2: two dealt with what the word of God and its
[12:33] Speaker 2: relevance to us? Number three, The First Reformation dealt with salvation.
[12:39] Speaker 2: Who can be saved? And when are you saved? Right? Fourthly,
[12:46] Speaker 2: it dealt with the priesthood, who can be priests? Now?
[12:50] Speaker 2: That was the first real church Reformation. The reformation that
[12:55] Speaker 2: is upon us now is different. There is a reforence
[13:00] Speaker 2: that is upon us now, led by great people. We
[13:03] Speaker 2: are so honored to be here with one of those
[13:05] Speaker 2: great people in doctor Males Munroe, who is the spear
[13:09] Speaker 2: tip of a reformation that is sweeping the globe right now.
[13:16] Speaker 2: We are honored. We are honored to be in this
[13:20] Speaker 2: room to be added as the shaft behind.
[13:24] Speaker 3: The spear that gives the spearhead power.
[13:28] Speaker 2: We have a man who's been forced in the fire.
[13:31] Speaker 2: It's been sharpened and shapened and.
[13:33] Speaker 3: Chipped by life. But he's a spearhead.
[13:36] Speaker 2: Now. Everything the enemy tried to use against him, God
[13:40] Speaker 2: used to build a spearhead that can pierce darkness, that
[13:42] Speaker 2: can go stronger.
[13:43] Speaker 3: But we're the weight, the shaft.
[13:45] Speaker 2: We give it balance and strength and weight as he
[13:48] Speaker 2: goes around the world and teach this message. It is
[13:51] Speaker 2: an honor and a privilege for us. Amen. First, this
[13:55] Speaker 2: first Reformation had its attention on heaven, getting people to heaven,
[14:02] Speaker 2: but there's a different reformation. The second Reformation doesn't deal
[14:06] Speaker 2: with what we believe. It deals with what impacting the
[14:11] Speaker 2: world with what we believe. The first Reformation dealt with
[14:15] Speaker 2: what do you believe? Now, I don't really care what
[14:18] Speaker 2: you believe. You've heard the Kingdom. Now the issue is
[14:23] Speaker 2: what are you going to do with what you believe.
[14:28] Speaker 2: The second Reformation, now that is upon us, deals with
[14:31] Speaker 2: the strategic use of resources, people, money, the internet, things
[14:36] Speaker 2: out there that's available to us that we have to
[14:38] Speaker 2: use to get this Kingdom message out.
[14:41] Speaker 3: But you are the most valuable resource we have.
[14:45] Speaker 2: You, the human being, the teacher, the person who's influencing
[14:49] Speaker 2: the culture that is around you at least has that desire.
[14:52] Speaker 2: Number Three it has to do with decentralization, not the centralization.
[14:57] Speaker 2: Churches that are beginning to constrict themselves, constrict and bring
[15:01] Speaker 2: control into the office to the pastor just to the
[15:05] Speaker 2: elders these churches. God is beginning to ignore. But he said,
[15:12] Speaker 2: can I talk to you entities, whether it's a church
[15:17] Speaker 2: or a college or whatever. And they're trying to bring
[15:19] Speaker 2: power in and not give it out. God's beginning to
[15:22] Speaker 2: flow around these entities to find another place where he
[15:26] Speaker 2: can work. We have to decentralize power. We've got to
[15:34] Speaker 2: do what Jesus taught. We've got to give power back
[15:37] Speaker 2: to the church. It belongs to the church. It doesn't
[15:40] Speaker 2: belong to the heroes of the faith. It doesn't belong
[15:42] Speaker 2: to apostles, pastors, teachers, and evangelists. By the way, I
[15:46] Speaker 2: was not here in Genesis one.
[15:52] Speaker 3: My job is a product of the fall of Adam.
[15:54] Speaker 2: If Adam had not fallen, you wouldn't need an apostle,
[15:57] Speaker 2: a pastor, or teacher. So if we believe the kingdom,
[16:01] Speaker 2: then we have to restore leadership back to the people
[16:03] Speaker 2: he gave it to originally, and.
[16:06] Speaker 3: That is our job.
[16:09] Speaker 2: Our job is to empower the people that are around us.
[16:13] Speaker 2: The power belongs to them. Come on, say power to
[16:16] Speaker 2: the people. It bows then, so we must decentralize. You know,
[16:22] Speaker 2: you walk with Jesus one day and he says, follow me.
[16:25] Speaker 2: The next day, you walk home with Jesus and don't
[16:27] Speaker 2: follow me anymore. Walk alongside me, and the next day
[16:29] Speaker 2: you know, you're walking alone and he's like, bye bye,
[16:31] Speaker 2: You're on your own.
[16:32] Speaker 3: That's how Jesus works, That's how he works.
[16:38] Speaker 2: How he works. And if we believe the people in
[16:40] Speaker 2: our churches, in our schools, whatever we do, if we
[16:43] Speaker 2: believe those people are not worthy of leadership, we should resign.
[16:47] Speaker 2: You know, I was trained as a professional coach. I
[16:52] Speaker 2: was trained as a professional coach, and people don't like
[16:55] Speaker 2: that in church, necessarily because in church people want you
[16:58] Speaker 2: to teach them.
[16:59] Speaker 3: Jesus will take care of them.
[17:01] Speaker 2: I don't believe that. I believe Jesus has done everything
[17:04] Speaker 2: he's gonna do. The rest is up to your rusty, Dusty.
[17:07] Speaker 2: You're gonna have to do something. You're gonna have to
[17:14] Speaker 2: do something God has done. When he established his kingdom,
[17:19] Speaker 2: he left nothing out. He is not going back to renovate.
[17:26] Speaker 2: He's never said oops. His kingdom is complete and it
[17:32] Speaker 2: is perfect. So as a trainer of coaches, I didn't coach.
[17:38] Speaker 2: I hired coaches who coach at the university level. And
[17:44] Speaker 2: what we know about coaching real serious athletes is they
[17:48] Speaker 2: want a chance to do what they're gifted to do.
[17:52] Speaker 2: So what we produced in church is an environment of
[17:57] Speaker 2: talented people. The world knew they were talented, but when
[18:01] Speaker 2: we brought them the church, we did not want them
[18:03] Speaker 2: to know they were talented, because letting you know you're talented,
[18:07] Speaker 2: knocks down on my talent. So now I'm the pastor
[18:11] Speaker 2: and I'm in competition with talented people around me. So
[18:15] Speaker 2: now my job. My job is not to lift them up.
[18:19] Speaker 2: My job is to keep them down because them being
[18:23] Speaker 2: great makes me look small.
[18:30] Speaker 3: So we have to we have to redesign God's church.
[18:35] Speaker 2: And when I met doctor Monroe and I found a
[18:39] Speaker 2: man who would rather make me look good than look
[18:43] Speaker 2: good himself. I sold everything. I went home to my church.
[18:55] Speaker 2: I said, listen, I didn't know what the heck I
[18:57] Speaker 2: was talking about. Throw away them, take all them CDs.
[19:01] Speaker 2: I don't know what was happening. I lost my mind.
[19:04] Speaker 2: But I met a man who told me the truth
[19:09] Speaker 2: about God and the truth about myself. Tell your neighbor,
[19:15] Speaker 2: we need a reformation, all right, Okay.
[19:26] Speaker 3: The second Reformation we're in.
[19:28] Speaker 2: Now, The second Reformation we're in now, has little to
[19:35] Speaker 2: do with Heaven. This reformation is all about earth. You
[19:42] Speaker 2: cannot have a dominion mandate with a get out of
[19:47] Speaker 2: your attitude. Can I talk to you for a minute.
[19:56] Speaker 2: Our children, by default, while Hindus and Muslims and you
[20:00] Speaker 2: Jewish children are being taught, don't worry about the end
[20:05] Speaker 2: of the earth. Just take it over. That's what they're
[20:12] Speaker 2: being taught. Our children are being taught. Our children are
[20:16] Speaker 2: being taught by default, we say Jesus is coming soon. Now.
[20:21] Speaker 2: I grew up in church. I'm gonna tell you what
[20:23] Speaker 2: I heard. Jesus is coming soon.
[20:26] Speaker 3: Get your uh huh. That's what they said from up here.
[20:31] Speaker 2: But as a child, I heard, don't try to do
[20:34] Speaker 2: anything important because Jesus be back tomorrow. He you know,
[20:37] Speaker 2: any day now, So just go get You don't have
[20:42] Speaker 2: to finish high school, you don't have to go to college,
[20:44] Speaker 2: just you know, just hang out because you don't know
[20:47] Speaker 2: what day he's coming. In my head, I'm thinking, okay,
[20:50] Speaker 2: law school will be great, but you know, law school
[20:52] Speaker 2: is gonna take eight ten. I mean, it's gonna be
[20:55] Speaker 2: a long time in school, but Jesus might come back.
[20:57] Speaker 3: Why waste my time? Just live saying that baptized and
[21:00] Speaker 3: the Holy Ghost.
[21:01] Speaker 2: Everything's fine. So now worldly children. By default, we weren't
[21:08] Speaker 2: telling our kids not to do anything. But by default,
[21:11] Speaker 2: what they're hearing is to be a doctor's gonna take time.
[21:16] Speaker 2: You just told me I don't got no time. So
[21:23] Speaker 2: by default, our children, our children acquiesced. They just took
[21:29] Speaker 2: a background too, lifting their hands being good church people,
[21:33] Speaker 2: worldly kids. Muslims stood up, they went to school, they
[21:37] Speaker 2: trained themselves, they got in political positions. And now the church,
[21:42] Speaker 2: who's been in the background forever is now complaining about
[21:46] Speaker 2: the people who prepare themselves to lead. And God's not
[21:54] Speaker 2: listening to listening to our ignorant prayers until we get
[22:01] Speaker 2: ready to lead. He's not gonna give us leadership. Okay,
[22:06] Speaker 2: In that same prayer we've been taught that Kingdom come,
[22:09] Speaker 2: that will be done. There's a little phrase, lead us
[22:12] Speaker 2: not into temptation. That's Jesus talking. What is he talking about.
[22:17] Speaker 2: He's not talking about. He's not saying, pray and ask
[22:20] Speaker 2: me not to put you in front of pornography. That's
[22:22] Speaker 2: somebody's asking. He's not saying, pray and pray, pray to
[22:25] Speaker 2: me so I don't put you in front of a
[22:27] Speaker 2: million dollars that doesne belong to you and nobody's around,
[22:29] Speaker 2: and not tempt you to steal it.
[22:30] Speaker 3: That's not what he's saying.
[22:32] Speaker 2: He's saying, pray, pray that I don't give you what
[22:37] Speaker 2: you want before you're ready to handle it. Because if
[22:44] Speaker 2: God gave you what you're praying for. Without a spirit
[22:48] Speaker 2: of leadership in you, it would ruin you and what
[22:53] Speaker 2: you're leading. So he said, pray that help me deliver
[22:57] Speaker 2: me from temptation of getting what I'm praying for. But
[23:01] Speaker 2: I haven't prepared myself. See Christians, Christians, we don't think
[23:03] Speaker 2: like that. We think we're gonna give the pastor offering
[23:06] Speaker 2: and now we're gonna get a pay raise. But we
[23:08] Speaker 2: don't even understand that. Listen, when they take you from
[23:10] Speaker 2: thirty thousand to seventy thousand, that's not just money. Yeah,
[23:16] Speaker 2: that's not just money. When they give you another forty
[23:18] Speaker 2: thousand dollars, they want you to lead somebody.
[23:20] Speaker 3: They want answers from you.
[23:22] Speaker 2: You can't get paid seventy thousand dollars and bring your
[23:24] Speaker 2: problem to your boss. And you can't get paid seventy
[23:30] Speaker 2: thousand dollars and be in the bathroom praying in tongues.
[23:42] Speaker 2: They're paying you more money because they're looking for leadership.
[23:44] Speaker 2: Your boss is looking for you to take some stuff
[23:46] Speaker 2: off his or her plate, not pray all day. A
[23:54] Speaker 2: lady came to me, She said, I was praying in
[23:55] Speaker 2: the bathroom because they're trying to take my job. So
[23:57] Speaker 2: I stopped them from I stopped her from crying, and
[23:59] Speaker 2: I said, what do you do at work? When I
[24:01] Speaker 2: got done with her, I said, listen, listen to what
[24:03] Speaker 2: you just told me. What you just told me is
[24:06] Speaker 2: that you go to work late, leave early, take long lunches,
[24:10] Speaker 2: not prepared, but you pray and your Bible's on the desk.
[24:13] Speaker 2: That's not what your boss pays you for. Don't pray
[24:16] Speaker 2: that God keep your job. You need to pray for
[24:18] Speaker 2: your slow, ignorant don't know what you're doing, selfish.
[24:22] Speaker 3: Spirit at a man's job. Who's paying you to work?
[24:35] Speaker 2: Well? And see, most pastors get stuck here. Well, I'm
[24:38] Speaker 2: just gonna find me another church. Don't don't leave. That's
[24:40] Speaker 2: what people say. I said, I don't care if you
[24:43] Speaker 2: want to leave. Ain't nobody this is Ambassador's worship center.
[24:47] Speaker 3: We don't beg nobody to be here.
[24:54] Speaker 2: See, religious people, religious people who haven't received the kingdom.
[24:58] Speaker 2: Religious people believe that you church or your business depends
[25:01] Speaker 2: on who's there. No, it depends on you accepting and
[25:05] Speaker 2: fulfilling the assignment of the king. I am so far behind, okay,
[25:14] Speaker 2: so so listen to me. Listen to me. Now, listen,
[25:18] Speaker 2: listen to me. Okay, all right, okay, listen to me.
[25:26] Speaker 2: Listen to me. Years ago, say years ago, years ago.
[25:29] Speaker 2: That was a prophecy given to a guy named Mike Krotz.
[25:31] Speaker 2: Mike Krotz was just a guy sitting in the audience
[25:34] Speaker 2: and he heard these words. Stand up, sir in the back.
[25:36] Speaker 2: He said, I don't know your name, but God's called you.
[25:39] Speaker 2: God's called you to a great mountain. You and your
[25:43] Speaker 2: wife will have a son. His name will be Caleb.
[25:45] Speaker 2: You will raise him together. You will be a senator
[25:48] Speaker 2: in politics. This is a prophecy. You'll be a senator
[25:50] Speaker 2: in politics. Your son will follow in your footsteps. You
[25:54] Speaker 2: and your wife were raised them together. So he began
[25:57] Speaker 2: to think, I was thinking about politics, but my past
[26:00] Speaker 2: told me not to go into politics, because to go
[26:03] Speaker 2: into politics you have to learn how to lie. So
[26:05] Speaker 2: that's from the pulpit a man he respected, an authority
[26:08] Speaker 2: over his life, who was ignorant, okay, who was stupid? Okay,
[26:16] Speaker 2: So now he receives the word from a visiting prophet.
[26:20] Speaker 2: Three months later, a problem happens as he launches his
[26:23] Speaker 2: political campaign. He falls dead in Atlanta in the parking
[26:27] Speaker 2: lot of a restaurant. His wife is shopping with a friend.
[26:33] Speaker 2: They take him to the emergency room, where he's pronounced dead.
[26:36] Speaker 2: They have him hooked up to prepare his organs because
[26:39] Speaker 2: he's a donor. His wife comes in the hospital and
[26:42] Speaker 2: says these words, where's my husband. They said, man, we're
[26:44] Speaker 2: sorry to tell you that he's deceased. She said, take
[26:46] Speaker 2: me to him. When she got to the bedside, she said, Michael,
[26:50] Speaker 2: wake up. You and I will have a child. His
[26:53] Speaker 2: name will be Caleb. Listen, we will raise him together.
[26:57] Speaker 2: Listen now, we will raise him together. You're gonna be
[26:59] Speaker 2: a SI So will he now get up? He does
[27:03] Speaker 2: not wake up. He's been flat lining now for twenty minutes. Boom.
[27:09] Speaker 2: Nothing's happened this man. We're not doing anything else. We're
[27:11] Speaker 2: just preserving his organs. He's a donor. So she starts yelling, Michael,
[27:15] Speaker 2: get up. You and I will have a son. His
[27:18] Speaker 2: name would be Cali. We were raising together. You'll be
[27:20] Speaker 2: a senator. He will be a senator too. Now they
[27:22] Speaker 2: have this Kingdom citizen who's interrupting the normal operations of
[27:27] Speaker 2: the hospital, so they're dragging her out. She's yelling and
[27:34] Speaker 2: screaming to him. Meanwhile, he's having inexperience with the king.
[27:47] Speaker 2: He's flat dying. He's in the presence of God. And
[27:51] Speaker 2: God says the prophecy was right. I am sending you back,
[27:57] Speaker 2: but I want to show you something. I'm gonna show
[28:00] Speaker 2: it to you in a minute. I had my artists
[28:02] Speaker 2: make this for me so I could show you in
[28:04] Speaker 2: plain sight, he said, he saw the sea, and out
[28:08] Speaker 2: of the sea came seven mountains, and then a big
[28:12] Speaker 2: mountain came up behind the seven, and right in the
[28:18] Speaker 2: middle of the seven was a mountain called politics. And
[28:22] Speaker 2: God said to Mike, I made that mountain. I made
[28:29] Speaker 2: it for my church to influence the culture around them
[28:33] Speaker 2: and not know they're being influenced by me. Some people
[28:40] Speaker 2: see doctor Monroe says. Sometimes he says, I was in Malaysia,
[28:43] Speaker 2: I was over here, I was with Toyota, and in
[28:45] Speaker 2: my head, I'm thinking, they gotta know he's a preacher.
[28:51] Speaker 2: But listen, most of them don't. They just see him
[28:56] Speaker 2: as a leader, and they don't even understand that they
[29:00] Speaker 2: have submitted themselves to the Kingdom of God. They don't
[29:04] Speaker 2: even know about this time, Mike Crott's wife has had
[29:15] Speaker 2: enough of security in the hospital. She breaks them off
[29:19] Speaker 2: of her, runs to the table and said, in the
[29:22] Speaker 2: name of Jesus, get up now. Mike wakes up. He
[29:27] Speaker 2: wakes up, and he says, where's Caleb. She says, we
[29:34] Speaker 2: haven't had a child yet. He says, Caleb is here.
[29:42] Speaker 2: She ends up being pregnant with Caleb. Neither one of
[29:45] Speaker 2: them knew, and the story went on. Now here's the question.
[29:51] Speaker 2: If there are seven mountains and politics is just one
[29:58] Speaker 2: of them, what are the other seven mountains?
[30:03] Speaker 3: God kingdoms on the earth. God created.
[30:09] Speaker 2: To show his influence and have people living under God's influence.
[30:16] Speaker 2: They don't even know it. Wow, So what were they?
[30:28] Speaker 2: Religion a church? God created it, family, education, government and law, media,
[30:39] Speaker 2: arts and celebration, business, religion of church. God created church
[30:48] Speaker 2: to be the basis of its society. It's a mountain
[30:51] Speaker 2: that has to be led by us. Obviously. What we
[30:54] Speaker 2: do is the church is we do everything in our
[30:59] Speaker 2: religious kind of mouths and ignore the other six. We
[31:03] Speaker 2: either ignore the other six or curse them. We don't
[31:09] Speaker 2: curse them, pastor yes you do. You're mad at Lady Gaga,
[31:17] Speaker 2: You're you're you're mad at her? This this, this, this,
[31:19] Speaker 2: girl who's nothing, who all of a sudden has all
[31:22] Speaker 2: these records and she's worth a half billion dollars in
[31:25] Speaker 2: just two years. You're mad at her. You you, you
[31:28] Speaker 2: curse at these people, ungodly people. Well, God's influence has
[31:33] Speaker 2: to go somewhere. It can can't just set dormant. Wow.
[31:42] Speaker 2: So what we do is we do our little thing
[31:44] Speaker 2: at our little church and we call it revival.
[31:51] Speaker 3: And people walk right by our door.
[31:53] Speaker 2: Nothing happens to them, Nothing changes in the economy, nothing
[31:56] Speaker 2: changes in any of these fears. And if we find
[31:59] Speaker 2: a good if we find a talented basketball player, we
[32:07] Speaker 2: say his gift is lower than our gift. And if
[32:11] Speaker 2: he's talented, he doesn't need to be out there playing basketball.
[32:14] Speaker 2: We need to suck him into the church. See, we
[32:16] Speaker 2: want to put you in the pulpit. He's not a preacher.
[32:19] Speaker 2: He's a basketball player. And we say that playing basketball.
[32:27] Speaker 2: I grew up in a church that said playing sports
[32:29] Speaker 2: was unholy. We couldn't have balls, tennis, balls, we couldn't
[32:32] Speaker 2: have any of that in the house. But yet my
[32:38] Speaker 2: brothers and sisters were the fastest in the school, but
[32:42] Speaker 2: couldn't run track. Because my sisters couldn't wear pants. How
[32:49] Speaker 2: you gonna run track in a blue jean skirt that
[32:52] Speaker 2: weighs fifteen pounds down to your ankles. Yet, my sisters
[33:01] Speaker 2: who could have had tracked scholarships were kept out by
[33:08] Speaker 2: ignorant spiritual leaders. Yes not you, but doctor Monroe would say,
[33:15] Speaker 2: the person sitting behind you so from family. Family now
[33:24] Speaker 2: supports what we learn in church education. Should go into
[33:29] Speaker 2: the community and educate our kids from what we found
[33:32] Speaker 2: in the word. You're listening to what I'm saying to you.
[33:36] Speaker 2: The government should represent and pass laws that are based
[33:40] Speaker 2: from the law of God, Kingdom law. That's how he
[33:43] Speaker 2: designed it. It was his plan.
[33:45] Speaker 3: Media should be published, make sure what God.
[33:49] Speaker 2: Says is known. Arts where do we go to celebrate?
[33:55] Speaker 2: Doctor Monroe said an hour or so ago that your
[33:58] Speaker 2: celebration proves who you are. And then business and finance.
[34:03] Speaker 2: Money ties it all together, because if you don't got
[34:05] Speaker 2: no money, you can't influence. You have to have wealth.
[34:07] Speaker 2: You have to find a way to transfer wealth into
[34:09] Speaker 2: these systems. So he said, all these systems, now here's
[34:12] Speaker 2: the bottom line. If the Kingdom of God is gonna come, listen,
[34:17] Speaker 2: If the Kingdom of God has gotta come, we've got
[34:20] Speaker 2: to find Kingdom citizens to go to the top of
[34:24] Speaker 2: these mountains and rule from that vantage point. The news
[34:31] Speaker 2: has to be the news has to be given from
[34:33] Speaker 2: that vantage point. No, we don't need ABC to open
[34:37] Speaker 2: in prayer every night.
[34:40] Speaker 3: We don't need them to say Jesus. We just need truth,
[34:44] Speaker 3: real truth.
[34:46] Speaker 2: We need to make sure people know exactly what's going on.
[34:49] Speaker 2: The media can't be used to hide the truth from people.
[34:54] Speaker 2: Arts in business, I'm not supposed to teach that. But
[34:59] Speaker 2: for I've just been teaching this one thing at our
[35:03] Speaker 2: church because I want our people to understand that the
[35:05] Speaker 2: thing that's coming Doctor Monroe read the other night in
[35:08] Speaker 2: Daniel seven. The thing that's coming is the day of
[35:11] Speaker 2: the Saints, not the day of the Apostle, not the
[35:16] Speaker 2: day of the teacher, not the day of the bishop.
[35:19] Speaker 2: The day that's coming and is upon us now is
[35:21] Speaker 2: the day of the Saints.
[35:25] Speaker 3: Ordinary normal people.
[35:26] Speaker 2: Yeah, that person in your class that nobody thinks will
[35:29] Speaker 2: ever do anything, don't discount them. Once they hear the kingdom,
[35:33] Speaker 2: they might blow up. Amen. So now let's face our limitations.
[35:45] Speaker 2: While Loren Cunningham and Bill Bright were talking about the
[35:48] Speaker 2: Seven Mountains and getting revelation. At the same time, there
[35:52] Speaker 2: was a young man graduating from high school in the Bahamas.
[35:56] Speaker 2: Same time, seventy four, seventy five, born in Bain Town,
[36:02] Speaker 2: the ghetto of Nassau, Bahamas. Ten siblings, eleven of them
[36:08] Speaker 2: in the house, sleeping on top of one another. Born
[36:13] Speaker 2: to an honorable man and woman. But inside him something
[36:16] Speaker 2: was cooking. There were incongruencies and unparallels. When he read
[36:22] Speaker 2: the Bible and heard it preached, and the questions begin
[36:26] Speaker 2: to blossom, And all of a sudden, in seventy four,
[36:29] Speaker 2: the question comes out, and this is what I heard.
[36:33] Speaker 2: He didn't say this, but this is what I heard
[36:34] Speaker 2: God say to me when I started reading his books.
[36:37] Speaker 2: I'd never met him, But here are the questions I
[36:39] Speaker 2: was asking. The will of God is not automatically done.
[36:46] Speaker 2: Tell your neighbor. Yeah, this is what I heard him say.
[36:53] Speaker 2: He didn't say it in these words, but this is
[36:54] Speaker 2: what I heard.
[36:55] Speaker 3: The will of God is.
[36:56] Speaker 2: Not automatically done.
[36:57] Speaker 3: The only way for the will of.
[36:58] Speaker 2: God to happen is if he can find a person
[37:01] Speaker 2: on the earth that understands his will and knows how
[37:05] Speaker 2: to walk in it. Okay, okay, And I know I
[37:10] Speaker 2: lost it right there, but it's all over the Bible.
[37:13] Speaker 2: Execuel is proof of this. The Bible and Moses is
[37:16] Speaker 2: proof of this. God said to Ezekiel. The Bible says,
[37:18] Speaker 2: God came down. Is that what he said? He came down,
[37:24] Speaker 2: saw the bones, but he didn't do nothing to the bones.
[37:28] Speaker 2: He went and got Zeke. He says, Zeke, come over here,
[37:32] Speaker 2: and the bible. Ezekiel said, And the Lord took me
[37:34] Speaker 2: away to a valley of dry bones. Ezekiel didn't know
[37:40] Speaker 2: where the bones were. God knew where the bones were.
[37:45] Speaker 3: He took him there.
[37:47] Speaker 2: And when God in Ezekiel arrived at the dry bones,
[37:49] Speaker 2: God says, I see these bones. I don't like it.
[37:52] Speaker 2: I want them to live. My question is why didn't
[37:55] Speaker 2: God talk to the bones? And now I want you
[38:04] Speaker 2: to answer me. Why didn't God talk to the bones? Uh? Huh?
[38:09] Speaker 2: He he had limited himself that he could not talk
[38:14] Speaker 2: to the bones if the bones were going to receive instruction,
[38:18] Speaker 2: even though it was his will, he had to find
[38:24] Speaker 2: somebody who had the nerve and the guts to talk
[38:29] Speaker 2: to the bones. And even when it was time for
[38:37] Speaker 2: Zeke to talk to the bones, Zeke said, I don't
[38:40] Speaker 2: know what to say, he said, no problem. Tell the
[38:44] Speaker 2: bones listen to your word. Tell the bones to come together.
[38:50] Speaker 2: And bones come together. No at first, says hear the
[38:53] Speaker 2: word of the Lord, not the word of Ezekiel. Come together,
[38:56] Speaker 2: Bones start coming to what I tell them next? Tell
[38:58] Speaker 2: them tell the meat, come on, meat, come on, the
[39:00] Speaker 2: moth become Tell the.
[39:01] Speaker 3: Bones stand up.
[39:02] Speaker 2: So it's like Ezekiel said, and I prophesied as he
[39:09] Speaker 2: commanded me. See see we're we're not We're not waiting
[39:14] Speaker 2: on heaven. Heaven is waiting on us now. Now, So
[39:27] Speaker 2: you tell your students. You tell your students this. You
[39:30] Speaker 2: tell your students this. That God saw the oppression of
[39:35] Speaker 2: his people in Egypt. The Bible says, I've come down here, Moses.
[39:39] Speaker 2: I see the oppression of my people. I see how
[39:43] Speaker 2: the Egyptians whip their backs. I see that they can't
[39:47] Speaker 2: pay their mortgages. I see cancer in their bodies. I
[39:51] Speaker 2: see a devil ruling Christians. And I'm tired of it myself,
[39:55] Speaker 2: God says. Then God says, so I've come down to
[39:58] Speaker 2: free my people. So you in other words, I can't go.
[40:10] Speaker 2: They taught you something in Sunday school. They did not
[40:12] Speaker 2: explain in Sunday School. They taught you God was sovereign,
[40:17] Speaker 2: which meant he could do anything. He cannot He can
[40:22] Speaker 2: only do what he decided that he could do, and
[40:30] Speaker 2: he decided that he would give Earth to us as stewards.
[40:35] Speaker 2: We don't own it. Outside I was a car I rented.
[40:41] Speaker 2: I rented the car. I don't own the car. It's
[40:43] Speaker 2: just been leased to me. Now I can't take that
[40:46] Speaker 2: car and do it. I can't just repaint that car.
[40:48] Speaker 2: It's not my car. I gotta give that car back
[40:51] Speaker 2: to budget, to Myra, And if I don't, I signed
[40:56] Speaker 2: papers that they can do whatever they gotta do to
[40:59] Speaker 2: me to get their car. I don't own the car.
[41:02] Speaker 2: You don't own earth. You've just been given stewardship over it.
[41:08] Speaker 2: But one day we've got to give it, and we've
[41:11] Speaker 2: got to give an account for the mess we've made.
[41:15] Speaker 2: This man got to the bottom of the matter because
[41:20] Speaker 2: this is the truth. It doesn't really matter what the
[41:23] Speaker 2: will of God is. If the King is speaking, but
[41:30] Speaker 2: there's not anyone prepared to obey the voice of the king,
[41:34] Speaker 2: it doesn't matter what God wants. If you got an
[41:42] Speaker 2: ignorant people can't speak for you. Hoseiah, when you're ignorant.
[41:45] Speaker 2: You can't represent me, So I fire you. So doctor
[41:52] Speaker 2: Monroe started teaching us the pursuit of purpose. What's he doing?
[41:59] Speaker 2: What's he doing?
[42:00] Speaker 3: I want you.
[42:01] Speaker 2: You may be a follower, but I want to turn
[42:03] Speaker 2: you into a leader. In the effect would be that
[42:05] Speaker 2: you will be an agent of change. What's he doing
[42:08] Speaker 2: in seventy four? He's setting up the world to.
[42:13] Speaker 3: Give God the type of Christian.
[42:19] Speaker 2: The type of kingdom citizens that can actually affect the world.
[42:24] Speaker 2: Pursuit of purpose, the power of potential. That stuff woke
[42:29] Speaker 2: us up. I mean when I showed it. I was
[42:32] Speaker 2: in the nosebleed section at the Maybe Center in nineteen
[42:35] Speaker 2: ninety two in August. I remember the sixth standing there
[42:38] Speaker 2: re called on Pierson and this man got on the stage.
[42:41] Speaker 2: I could hardly see him, but I had to look
[42:42] Speaker 2: at the jumbo tron. He started talking about purpose, and man,
[42:46] Speaker 2: I forgot everybody was in the room. I'm rolling down
[42:48] Speaker 2: the steps, jumping up, turning flips because he helped me
[42:54] Speaker 2: find me. Listen, are you something? And until you find you,
[43:05] Speaker 2: you can't hear the word of the king. Yes, Why
[43:13] Speaker 2: would the king come talk to you to go do
[43:16] Speaker 2: something for him, and you don't even believe in you.
[43:21] Speaker 2: You haven't even discovered who you are, what your gifts are,
[43:24] Speaker 2: what your what, your what, your signature, strengths are, what
[43:28] Speaker 2: you do better than anybody else. He taught us that
[43:32] Speaker 2: for years. Find you don't apologize for being you. He
[43:38] Speaker 2: did that, And here are the things that came out
[43:40] Speaker 2: of that. Here are the questions. Read it with me.
[43:43] Speaker 2: Are we effectively impacting the world with the type of
[43:46] Speaker 2: leaders we're producing? Answer that for me, Please don't be
[43:51] Speaker 2: don't be shay I answer it. Are we We're not?
[43:56] Speaker 3: Are we equipped?
[43:57] Speaker 2: Are we equipped with the right stuff, the right message
[44:02] Speaker 2: to produce the type.
[44:03] Speaker 3: Of leader needed to impact our society?
[44:06] Speaker 2: No, the world, the church as a whole, is not
[44:10] Speaker 2: equipped with the right message. Thank God for this conference
[44:14] Speaker 2: that's giving us the right message. Can we produce leaders
[44:18] Speaker 2: at the pace of our competition? No, we can't. The
[44:23] Speaker 2: church can't. We cannot produce one hundred thousand Muslim jihadis today.
[44:34] Speaker 2: We can't do that. We don't have the machinery for it.
[44:38] Speaker 2: Everything changes Saturday morning when this group is released on
[44:43] Speaker 2: the planet. The machinery's coming together. In your notes, I
[44:56] Speaker 2: have the wrong dates. I think I have nineteen or
[44:58] Speaker 2: two thousand and four, it should be fifteen four. The
[45:01] Speaker 2: Welsh Revival. Let's let's find out what we learned, am
[45:04] Speaker 2: I all right? Okay? What we learned from the Welsh Revival?
[45:09] Speaker 2: What we learned from the Welsh Revival. During the Welsh Revival,
[45:12] Speaker 2: ninety eight percent of the nation received Christ and called
[45:15] Speaker 2: themselves Christian. Ninety eight percent. You're still with me? What
[45:22] Speaker 2: else happened? The Revival was the headliner for a year
[45:26] Speaker 2: in the newspaper, everything, all the media was about the Revival.
[45:32] Speaker 2: Churches were overflowing in Wales. You couldn't get in. They
[45:36] Speaker 2: were building churches at an enormous rate. For a year.
[45:38] Speaker 2: Churches were just being built because there is revival. One
[45:44] Speaker 2: hundred years later, one hundred years later, only two percent
[45:49] Speaker 2: of the population in Wales go to church and less
[45:54] Speaker 2: than two percent call themselves Christian.
[46:01] Speaker 3: Thousands of church buildings.
[46:02] Speaker 2: Anybody here from the UK, anybody here from Scotland, anybody, okay,
[46:05] Speaker 2: we'll testify this. Thousands of church buildings sat empty for years.
[46:12] Speaker 2: They either sat empty or vacant, they were boarded up,
[46:16] Speaker 2: or they'd been reutilized.
[46:17] Speaker 3: Now most of the churches in Wales and Europe.
[46:20] Speaker 2: Are now filled with nationals who had flooded in.
[46:26] Speaker 3: So people had this.
[46:27] Speaker 2: Enormous touch of God. We could even go back to
[46:30] Speaker 2: Isusa in California. The revival happened started in Azusa, went
[46:35] Speaker 2: to the east coast and then skipped the pond. But
[46:38] Speaker 2: you hear what just happened in California the place of
[46:40] Speaker 2: the revival. Am I making sense at all? The point
[46:46] Speaker 2: I want to make to you is that revival has limitations.
[46:56] Speaker 2: Most revivals and most churches are built around the gospel
[46:59] Speaker 2: of what The Gospel of salvation is quantitative. In other words,
[47:05] Speaker 2: it focuses on the gospel of salvation to get as
[47:08] Speaker 2: many people saved or converted before death or the rapture.
[47:13] Speaker 3: That's its focus. Let's get everybody.
[47:15] Speaker 2: Saved, saved from what is the only thing. We're getting
[47:20] Speaker 2: them saved from hell. You get a ten year old
[47:24] Speaker 2: boy saved from hell. Now he's got eighty to one
[47:27] Speaker 2: hundred years to live, and all he's got is that
[47:30] Speaker 2: he's not going to hell when he dies. Child abuse.
[47:42] Speaker 2: That's the perfect word. That's the focus of the quantitative gospel,
[47:50] Speaker 2: get them saved. The Kingdom has a different focus. It's
[47:54] Speaker 2: the qualitative Gospel which our chairman has been focusing on
[47:58] Speaker 2: for over thirty years, and that is the focus is
[48:01] Speaker 2: training and equipping individuals for impacting society. In other words,
[48:06] Speaker 2: it's not about how many will get saved, but the
[48:09] Speaker 2: question is what are they like after they get saved?
[48:13] Speaker 3: What type of Christian are we producing?
[48:20] Speaker 2: Can I be honest with you. The Christian we're producing
[48:25] Speaker 2: hates pain. They have no time to learn self control.
[48:32] Speaker 2: They want everything easy. They have no plan to take over.
[48:39] Speaker 2: They wear their pastors out, They kill one pastor and
[48:43] Speaker 2: vote another one in. They do not want to grow.
[48:50] Speaker 2: They want you to grow for them. They want you
[48:53] Speaker 2: to teach them that everything will be all right after
[48:56] Speaker 2: a while.
[48:58] Speaker 3: They want you to teach that Jesus paid it all and.
[49:01] Speaker 2: That they don't have to do anything. We are not
[49:07] Speaker 2: producing the type of leader who understands that he or
[49:13] Speaker 2: she was born to go into culture.
[49:18] Speaker 3: Have anybody in here.
[49:20] Speaker 2: Will realize people you talk to, whether they're in your class,
[49:22] Speaker 2: or they work for you, or they're in your church,
[49:24] Speaker 2: and they don't like their job. They hate their job.
[49:27] Speaker 2: They just want you to pray, Lord, get me out
[49:29] Speaker 2: of that job. Can I just get out of that job.
[49:31] Speaker 2: Can I have another job? And finally I got tired
[49:33] Speaker 2: of praying for people to get out of their job,
[49:35] Speaker 2: and I started preaching. I started preaching sermons.
[49:38] Speaker 3: Like God's Church at work?
[49:46] Speaker 2: How can you take over a culture that you hate?
[49:55] Speaker 2: You should be the first one that worked fifteen minutes early.
[49:58] Speaker 2: Let them call your names. Do it. The ball says
[50:00] Speaker 2: an extra. Bring solutions to the office, not a bunch
[50:04] Speaker 2: of problems. You are not privileged as a Christian. You're
[50:07] Speaker 2: God doesn't have to pay you.
[50:13] Speaker 3: You're the leader who's called to that.
[50:14] Speaker 2: Okay, you don't you don't want any of that. Now,
[50:17] Speaker 2: that's all right, It's okay. Jesus simply said, all authority
[50:25] Speaker 2: has been given to me in heaven and in earth.
[50:27] Speaker 2: It's been given to me. Therefore, God make what did
[50:30] Speaker 2: he say, disciples, disciples, disciplined ones, going make disciples of
[50:35] Speaker 2: all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
[50:37] Speaker 2: the Son, and the Holy Spirit. And underline this, and
[50:41] Speaker 2: teach them, not just preach to them, but teach them
[50:49] Speaker 2: to observe and obey everything I taught.
[50:54] Speaker 3: You.
[51:00] Speaker 2: Teach them, teach them, teach them, teach them discipline, teach
[51:04] Speaker 2: them how to prepare themselves for leadership. Teach them that
[51:07] Speaker 2: God ignores ignorant people. Teach them that God lifts up
[51:11] Speaker 2: people who are prepared. Teach them how to find their
[51:14] Speaker 2: personal gift. Spend time on the mundane things so they
[51:17] Speaker 2: can find out what they love, What do they dream.
[51:19] Speaker 3: About, what do they think about, what's the thing.
[51:22] Speaker 2: That's pass what makes them couss, what makes them upset?
[51:27] Speaker 3: They need to dig.
[51:28] Speaker 2: Deeper, because that's the stuff God's gonna use when he's
[51:31] Speaker 2: ready to do something with them. God never uses an
[51:38] Speaker 2: uncertain tool, and neither do you. They say, here's a tool,
[51:48] Speaker 2: it's a hammer, it's a saw, and it's a drill.
[51:51] Speaker 2: Nobody buys it. Nobody who's serious about construction buys it.
[51:57] Speaker 2: You know why it does too much. Here's a computer
[52:04] Speaker 2: you can also fly as a plane. Nobody's gonna buy that.
[52:07] Speaker 2: When I'm in the air, I don't want something that's
[52:09] Speaker 2: a computer. I want something that's made to fly all
[52:11] Speaker 2: the way. I just want this thing to fly. And
[52:15] Speaker 2: you and me we're trained to do everything and nothing. Well,
[52:19] Speaker 2: we call it jack of all trades and the and
[52:26] Speaker 2: nobody will pay us big bucks. My first fifty thousand
[52:30] Speaker 2: dollar house had some problems, some electrical problems. Some plubbers
[52:33] Speaker 2: over here, some plumbing problem. Hired one guy. He could
[52:35] Speaker 2: do it all. One guy could do it all. Bought
[52:42] Speaker 2: a three hundred thousand dollars house had an electrical problem. Hell,
[52:45] Speaker 2: we gonna call that guy to did it. Oh no,
[52:46] Speaker 2: we're not calling him this No, no, no, no, no.
[52:49] Speaker 2: We need an electrician. We need a license one. He
[52:51] Speaker 2: better know what he's doing. I need a specialist. When
[52:59] Speaker 2: you go to the doctor and he can diagnose you,
[53:01] Speaker 2: and now you need surgery on your brain. He's a
[53:04] Speaker 2: family practitioner. You say, doc, I love you and trust you.
[53:07] Speaker 2: I'll see you in the operating room next week. Oh
[53:09] Speaker 2: heck no, you'll go and find a guy who's trained
[53:12] Speaker 2: at opening up your head. And the world is not
[53:17] Speaker 2: looking for us because we don't know who we are
[53:20] Speaker 2: and what we're supposed to do in the world. Oh,
[53:29] Speaker 2: I'm sorry. This is love. I'm aggressive. This is all love.
[53:32] Speaker 2: I mean, this is Mama's biscuits and homemade sir, this
[53:35] Speaker 2: is love, This is not hey. Revival convicts the heart.
[53:43] Speaker 2: Revival turns our focus to God. Revival facilitates the repentance
[53:47] Speaker 2: of sin. Revival is a time of refreshing for the church.
[53:50] Speaker 2: But here's the problem with revival. Revival can touch a nation,
[53:56] Speaker 2: but never even really transform it. Revived can excite the church,
[54:02] Speaker 2: but not even transform the culture. We can have a
[54:06] Speaker 2: lot of fun in here, and we have a condom on.
[54:15] Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Doctor Moro can clean that up.
[54:20] Speaker 3: What we're doing is.
[54:21] Speaker 2: Good to us, but does not affect anything in our society.
[54:32] Speaker 2: So we're happy in here, and as soon as we
[54:34] Speaker 2: get out of the doors, back to business.
[54:37] Speaker 3: Revival can affect the church.
[54:38] Speaker 2: But not the community.
[54:40] Speaker 3: Revival alone, read it with me. Revival alone cannot.
[54:47] Speaker 2: Can't do it. I gotta finish. Preaching wins the loss. Converse,
[54:51] Speaker 2: the soul occupies the spirit, satisfies the religious people. That's preaching.
[54:57] Speaker 2: But teaching is different from preaching. Teaching wins the world,
[55:01] Speaker 2: the cosmos, the systems of the world.
[55:04] Speaker 3: When we teach our people that.
[55:05] Speaker 2: There's a cosmos, not just tianta, not dirt, but systems
[55:09] Speaker 2: that rule people.
[55:12] Speaker 3: When we teach them.
[55:13] Speaker 2: How to take these systems, it wins the world. Teaching
[55:16] Speaker 2: converts the mind. Teaching occupies a nation. We've got to
[55:21] Speaker 2: teach our people. There needs to be some time they
[55:23] Speaker 2: don't feel good when they leave, am I okay? Impacting
[55:31] Speaker 2: current culture Acts two and forty with many words with
[55:37] Speaker 2: the testiphony, and they exhorted them saying, be saved from
[55:40] Speaker 2: this perverse or unto our generation. Then those who gladly
[55:45] Speaker 2: received his word were baptized, and that day about three
[55:48] Speaker 2: thousand souls were added to them. But here's the point.
[55:51] Speaker 2: But what did they do after they got saved? They
[55:55] Speaker 2: continued steadfastly in the kingdom. Doctrine of the apostles. They
[56:03] Speaker 2: tought them the Kingdom. You don't just get him saved.
[56:07] Speaker 2: If God only wanted to get you to heaven, we
[56:09] Speaker 2: would keep a thirty eight pistol at the altar if
[56:18] Speaker 2: that's what he wanted, If that was his goal. As
[56:20] Speaker 2: soon as you got saved, we would ask the ordained deacon.
[56:29] Speaker 3: He knows how to shoot people so they do not suffer.
[56:33] Speaker 2: And in seconds, we can get you from earth to Heaven.
[56:38] Speaker 2: God's mission complete. But that's not what he did. Okay, Okay,
[56:50] Speaker 2: that was too crude, too crude, Okay, to crude.
[56:53] Speaker 3: If that was God's, if that was.
[56:55] Speaker 2: God's plan at the altar, once you got saved, you
[56:57] Speaker 2: would just drop dead.
[57:00] Speaker 3: But he left you here. He left you here and alive.
[57:09] Speaker 2: And if you get sick, he heals you. So the
[57:14] Speaker 2: plan of God is for you to stay, not go.
[57:16] Speaker 2: So tell your neighbor don't fly away.
[57:18] Speaker 3: Stay.
[57:23] Speaker 2: Paul is convinced that he should stay and teach. He
[57:27] Speaker 2: stayed for over six months and taught the kingdom. He
[57:31] Speaker 2: taught the kingdom they need to learn. Okay, a couple
[57:38] Speaker 2: more minutes, Doctor Morreau, This is John Calvin. This is
[57:47] Speaker 2: John Calvin. Now listen to me, John Calvin. It's different
[57:51] Speaker 2: from Martin Luther. Born about forty years apart. Martin Luther
[57:57] Speaker 2: led a Reformation. John Calvin wanted to know something different.
[58:02] Speaker 2: Look at what he did. Even though he was a
[58:05] Speaker 2: part of the early church. He was called a Calvinist,
[58:08] Speaker 2: and he began to question things. He's like, let's redefine
[58:12] Speaker 2: the role of the church on society. Let's look at
[58:17] Speaker 2: what the church, how the church is supposed to relate
[58:19] Speaker 2: to the world around it. Ever since the church's inception,
[58:23] Speaker 2: we've sort of been kept over here and we've been
[58:25] Speaker 2: trying to drag the world into the church. John Calvin
[58:30] Speaker 2: wanted to know is the scripture relevant? In other words,
[58:37] Speaker 2: what does the scripture say about economics? What does the
[58:42] Speaker 2: scripture say about education? About law and government?
[58:46] Speaker 3: What does it say about sports?
[58:48] Speaker 2: These are his questions. What does it say about politics?
[58:52] Speaker 2: This is what happened. He asked the right questions because
[58:58] Speaker 2: at this time there were no banks to Switzerland, and
[59:01] Speaker 2: the Christian Church started a bank. The Christian Church implemented politics.
[59:10] Speaker 2: The Christian Church built the first universities and colleges.
[59:14] Speaker 3: Because he asked, can the Church rule the world?
[59:18] Speaker 2: And the answer was yes, if it can, let's go
[59:21] Speaker 2: do something about it. Is your Bible? Does your Bible
[59:29] Speaker 2: have an answer to celebration in your city? Or does
[59:34] Speaker 2: every celebration in your city Christian have to be a
[59:37] Speaker 2: gospel concert? Does it have to be somebody up on
[59:48] Speaker 2: stage talking about Jesus? Or can we have clean artists?
[59:52] Speaker 2: Can we have any rappers, any dancers? Can we have orchestra?
[1:00:00] Speaker 2: The Bible has a lot to say about society and
[1:00:03] Speaker 2: for us to influence it. But until we understand this,
[1:00:06] Speaker 2: we won't do anything about it. Moving on the Ugandan
[1:00:10] Speaker 2: example of this. Years ago, in Uganda, the UN saw
[1:00:16] Speaker 2: a problem ed I mean is still dictating the country,
[1:00:19] Speaker 2: but they see a problem. Thirty percent of the women
[1:00:21] Speaker 2: are dying of AIDS. Now, this may just be a
[1:00:24] Speaker 2: spiritual issue to us, but this is a national crisis.
[1:00:29] Speaker 2: If thirty percent of your women are dying of AIDS,
[1:00:32] Speaker 2: that means at least thirty percent of your children will
[1:00:34] Speaker 2: not be born. Children not born never go into the army,
[1:00:38] Speaker 2: children not born, never pay taxes. This is a national crisis.
[1:00:44] Speaker 2: They waited for ed I mean to die. But while
[1:00:49] Speaker 2: they were waiting for ed I mean to die, the
[1:00:50] Speaker 2: church saw the crisis, say crisis. The next thing they
[1:00:54] Speaker 2: did is the church anticipated opportunity. So they brought themselves
[1:00:59] Speaker 2: together to price and to think, what's going to be
[1:01:01] Speaker 2: our strategy when God removes this dictator? And they ask
[1:01:05] Speaker 2: us for help. A man in the back of the
[1:01:07] Speaker 2: room said, they will.
[1:01:08] Speaker 3: Never ask us for help.
[1:01:10] Speaker 2: We're the church. They never asked the church for help.
[1:01:13] Speaker 2: And they said, let's prepare any way. So what happened
[1:01:19] Speaker 2: edia Mean ousted. A new president elected, and the new
[1:01:23] Speaker 2: president does something. The new president calls a meeting with
[1:01:27] Speaker 2: the pastors. Stay with me, calls a meeting with the
[1:01:31] Speaker 2: spiritual leaders. He walks in with the Ugundan flag in
[1:01:36] Speaker 2: his hand. He said years ago edia Mean dedicated this
[1:01:40] Speaker 2: country to Islam. He put the flag in his hand
[1:01:44] Speaker 2: and he said, I now remove Islam from the head
[1:01:48] Speaker 2: of this nation. We have run ourselves in a hole.
[1:01:52] Speaker 2: I have no answers. Vinny handed the flag to the pastors.
[1:02:00] Speaker 3: These were his words, Let's see what your God.
[1:02:04] Speaker 2: Can do with the nation. Now. I'm scared that they're
[1:02:10] Speaker 2: going to do that in America because you know what
[1:02:11] Speaker 2: my Christian leaders would say. I hope they call doctor Monroe.
[1:02:14] Speaker 2: But my Christian leaders would simply say, if our president
[1:02:17] Speaker 2: turned over our nation, they simply say, don't get left behind.
[1:02:23] Speaker 3: Everybody just needs to get saved.
[1:02:28] Speaker 2: And they don't see any power in the church.
[1:02:30] Speaker 3: In the first place, So.
[1:02:31] Speaker 2: Why why he hands it over to this were the
[1:02:35] Speaker 2: words of the church. We have been waiting for our
[1:02:38] Speaker 2: opportunity to lead. Why won't you say that? Straighten up,
[1:02:45] Speaker 2: straight up, straight up, sit up, straight sit up straight now,
[1:02:48] Speaker 2: step forward and say, we've been waiting for our opportunity
[1:02:50] Speaker 2: to lead.
[1:02:55] Speaker 3: The pastor said to the president, give us a.
[1:02:58] Speaker 2: Few months, we'll turn this around. The pastor said, give
[1:03:02] Speaker 2: us a budget. We want every billboard to say, every
[1:03:04] Speaker 2: billboard for a week to say the Word of God
[1:03:07] Speaker 2: is the only truth in this nation. They put up
[1:03:11] Speaker 2: the billboards. Then they instituted the ABC's of National Leadership.
[1:03:17] Speaker 2: A abstinence if I'm not married, don't matter what religion
[1:03:21] Speaker 2: you are. They didn't change religion. They said, if I'm
[1:03:24] Speaker 2: not married, I'm gonna abstain from sex. I'm gonna abstain
[1:03:28] Speaker 2: from sex. Number two, be men, be faithful to your wife.
[1:03:32] Speaker 2: What an idea? Men? Be? Don't sleep around and see
[1:03:40] Speaker 2: we will give contraceptives to anyone who needs it without shame.
[1:03:47] Speaker 2: In three years, the death rate went down from thirty
[1:03:50] Speaker 2: percent to three percent. Because the church prepared, They had
[1:03:57] Speaker 2: relevant solutions. They did not say, let's have a prayer
[1:04:01] Speaker 2: meeting and fast for forty days when your time saying
[1:04:05] Speaker 2: this with me, when my time to lead comes, it's
[1:04:09] Speaker 2: too late to go fast. When my time comes, say it.
[1:04:19] Speaker 2: When my time comes, it's going to be too late
[1:04:22] Speaker 2: to go. Get some information. I've got to be ready,
[1:04:27] Speaker 2: stand up straight. And so I've been waiting for my
[1:04:29] Speaker 2: time to lead. I knew my time to lead was coming.
[1:04:37] Speaker 2: Then this is what happened. The president called another meeting.
[1:04:43] Speaker 2: I'll finish. The president called another meeting, and he said, gentlemen,
[1:04:49] Speaker 2: you did great with aids. What does your God say
[1:04:54] Speaker 2: about the economy? They with more? Okay, I gotta go.
[1:05:03] Speaker 2: I can't even I can't even mess with that. Okay,
[1:05:07] Speaker 2: oh okay, here we go. Sit down. This is a
[1:05:13] Speaker 2: fish tank. This is me and my wife in our
[1:05:18] Speaker 2: lovely tank. This is where I was when doctor Monroe
[1:05:21] Speaker 2: found me, Me and my little family in a tank.
[1:05:25] Speaker 2: There's a gallon of water in that tank. There's artificial leaves,
[1:05:30] Speaker 2: artificial background. That was my life. Wonderful life, isn't it.
[1:05:38] Speaker 2: H That was my life. That was my experience in God.
[1:05:47] Speaker 2: The theory of potential says this that those fish can
[1:05:50] Speaker 2: only grow to the size of the tank they're in.
[1:05:57] Speaker 2: They can only grow to the side of the tank
[1:05:59] Speaker 2: they're in. Why, Real simple, real simple, real simple. Because
[1:06:03] Speaker 2: of the lack of fresh water. That fish we were
[1:06:07] Speaker 2: designed to be at least a foot long, but in
[1:06:09] Speaker 2: that tank, will be an inch and a half because
[1:06:13] Speaker 2: of the tank, no fresh water, inability to get rid
[1:06:16] Speaker 2: of our waist, and the limit of diet choices. I
[1:06:23] Speaker 2: have just described Christianity. The tank of Christianity limits us.
[1:06:39] Speaker 2: If that's all we have, what is the lack of
[1:06:42] Speaker 2: fresh water? We have no kingdom revelation, no washing of
[1:06:45] Speaker 2: the water, of the word that we're getting this week.
[1:06:46] Speaker 2: You need that. You need kingdom repentance.
[1:06:54] Speaker 3: That's what helps us get rid of our waist.
[1:06:56] Speaker 2: The fish stay small because they can't get rid of
[1:06:58] Speaker 2: waste in the water. Christian Church, we produce a lot
[1:07:02] Speaker 2: of junk that we're proud of and we never repent for.
[1:07:10] Speaker 2: And lastly, we have no kingdom hunger. That was the
[1:07:16] Speaker 2: tank I was in. So here, I am right there
[1:07:18] Speaker 2: in that tank. You see me. That's what many of
[1:07:20] Speaker 2: you are. You're in that tank suffocating your diet. Your
[1:07:24] Speaker 2: diet is only the stuff they throw in the tank.
[1:07:27] Speaker 2: You can't go get food for yourself because you haven't
[1:07:29] Speaker 2: been taught how to go get food for yourself.
[1:07:31] Speaker 3: And if you eat bigger food, you get bigger.
[1:07:36] Speaker 2: The Kingdom is that environment where we're taught to eat
[1:07:38] Speaker 2: for ourselves. Now, this is the Atlantis Marine Habitat in
[1:07:42] Speaker 2: nasau A, Bahamas. That's right down from Missisippi, Msissippi. That's
[1:07:57] Speaker 2: right down the street. The world's largest open air aquarium
[1:08:06] Speaker 2: how many gallons, we don't know, has thirty four acres
[1:08:09] Speaker 2: of water.
[1:08:13] Speaker 3: Tropical.
[1:08:14] Speaker 2: It has two hundred different species over fifty thousand sea creatures,
[1:08:18] Speaker 2: and it's fad from the oceans around it. Now take
[1:08:21] Speaker 2: that tank called Christianity and throw it in there. What
[1:08:26] Speaker 2: happens to the fish? That's what's happening to you this week.
[1:08:33] Speaker 2: Doctor Monroe is taking your little fish tank, your little
[1:08:35] Speaker 2: Christian experience. He's taking your little Christian experience and throwing
[1:08:40] Speaker 2: it in the aquarium.
[1:08:46] Speaker 3: I have to stop right there.
[1:08:47] Speaker 2: I am so far over my time. I'm so far
[1:08:52] Speaker 2: over my time. I'm so far over my time.
[1:09:07] Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Doctor Martin Williams. Uh, he done got us
[1:09:33] Speaker 4: all messed up. Now give our teacher another hand. Those
[1:09:37] Speaker 4: at home, I hope you've been blessed. Here's what I'm
[1:09:46] Speaker 4: gonna do my session tonight.
