[0:09] Speaker 1: You're listening to Crowning Ignorant Kings, a podcast for citizens
[0:14] Speaker 1: with like minds who love God, follow Christ, and have
[0:17] Speaker 1: a desire to be an ambassador for the Kingdom of
[0:21] Speaker 1: Heaven on earth. We are John and Charlene Donaldson, who
[0:25] Speaker 1: are teachers building a Kingdom community. Thank you again for
[0:29] Speaker 1: joining us. Now let's adjust our crowns.
[0:38] Speaker 2: Well.
[0:39] Speaker 3: I wish you all could have been with us last night.
[0:41] Speaker 3: We had a great night over at the wonderful great
[0:45] Speaker 3: church of Pastor milesman Row, the Bahamas Faith Ministry International,
[0:49] Speaker 3: and we just had a great time. Maybe sometime in
[0:52] Speaker 3: the next coming weeks we'll have an opportunity to show
[0:54] Speaker 3: you some more of what God did last night. But
[0:57] Speaker 3: we're happy today to be here in Bahamas with our
[1:01] Speaker 3: dear friends Miles and Ruthvenroe. Please welcome them with us
[1:05] Speaker 3: to the program. You're so good to have you welcome.
[1:10] Speaker 2: Thank you. Where God lives.
[1:11] Speaker 3: Yes, I told the people in the introduction took a
[1:14] Speaker 3: vacation today type outside he has a reminder He's still God.
[1:20] Speaker 4: Yes, that's right, but we have the beauty of this place.
[1:23] Speaker 3: And yes, thanks so much for a budding us come
[1:25] Speaker 3: to the church last night thank you.
[1:27] Speaker 4: It was so kind of you.
[1:28] Speaker 2: I was I think that people were in shock because
[1:32] Speaker 2: for the first twenty minutes of your teaching, they weren't
[1:35] Speaker 2: sure you were the same guy that they saw on
[1:38] Speaker 2: television all the time. I NSP comes through the Bahamas
[1:41] Speaker 2: very strong, matter of fact, throughout the Caribbean, and people
[1:45] Speaker 2: know you as normally a kind of a show host.
[1:49] Speaker 2: You always introduced other speakers on your programs, but last
[1:53] Speaker 2: night you were the speaker, and the depth of your teaching,
[1:56] Speaker 2: the the gravity of your revelation and your succinct delivery
[2:04] Speaker 2: of that word was so powerful. I think people now
[2:07] Speaker 2: have a new title for you, and that is you
[2:09] Speaker 2: are a teacher of the Word of God. You know,
[2:13] Speaker 2: just yes, and thank you so much. You minister to me.
[2:17] Speaker 2: It's very rare that you know, I sit somewhere like
[2:20] Speaker 2: I can eat because normally I'm giving out. But last
[2:24] Speaker 2: t I came expecting and the Lord disappointed me. He
[2:28] Speaker 2: went beyond my expectation. Thank you, so thank you so
[2:31] Speaker 2: much for ministering to our people. The people came there
[2:33] Speaker 2: for many churches and there were pastors there who walked
[2:37] Speaker 2: away saying that they definitely will never look at that
[2:41] Speaker 2: tabernacle the way they've seen it last night again, and
[2:44] Speaker 2: thank you so much for being obedient.
[2:46] Speaker 4: You're welcome.
[2:47] Speaker 3: Well, speaking of feeding, you know, I have read, I
[2:50] Speaker 3: think almost every book you've ever written, and I have
[2:53] Speaker 3: been a student and miles are to your ministry has
[2:56] Speaker 3: blessed me. The times that you've come to camp meeting,
[2:58] Speaker 3: and the times that you've been with and I in
[3:00] Speaker 3: the program, and just the things that God's been pouring
[3:03] Speaker 3: into your life. On the Kingdom, I mean, you've written
[3:06] Speaker 3: so many books about the Kingdom and want to talk
[3:08] Speaker 3: about your latest one to their Kingdom Principles. But God
[3:11] Speaker 3: has given you a very unique revelation on the Kingdom
[3:15] Speaker 3: of God. It's a message I don't hear preached, thank you,
[3:18] Speaker 3: and I hear a lot of people preach, but the
[3:20] Speaker 3: church needs to understand this concept of the kingdom.
[3:24] Speaker 4: Jesus said the Gospel of the Kingdom would be.
[3:27] Speaker 3: Preached in all the world, and we don't hear the
[3:30] Speaker 3: Kingdom preached in many churches today.
[3:33] Speaker 2: You know, it's incredible. I went through university and like
[3:37] Speaker 2: many others watching his program perhaps and I went to seminary.
[3:41] Speaker 2: I studied theology, read all the books that they had
[3:45] Speaker 2: us to read, studied all the old theological masters, and
[3:50] Speaker 2: went through all of the studies of Saint Augustine and
[3:52] Speaker 2: all the others. And then they gave me a diploma
[3:56] Speaker 2: from a university and they said, I'm now qualified to
[3:58] Speaker 2: go and be a the elogian, a preacher. But there
[4:03] Speaker 2: was not one class in four years on the Kingdom.
[4:10] Speaker 2: How can you educate a person to go and preach
[4:13] Speaker 2: the Gospel and never had one class on it. That's
[4:16] Speaker 2: a mystery to me. And so I've realized that I
[4:22] Speaker 2: was educated in theology and not in the message that
[4:27] Speaker 2: Jesus preached, and therefore I was not qualified to preach
[4:31] Speaker 2: representing him because I didn't even know his message. And
[4:34] Speaker 2: I think I'm not alone in that. I think that
[4:37] Speaker 2: thousands of people who have gone through Bible schools, theological
[4:40] Speaker 2: seminaries who know nothing about the Kingdom. I haven't met
[4:46] Speaker 2: a pastor yet nowhere yet who said, in my experience
[4:50] Speaker 2: in my educational training there was a specific class on
[4:54] Speaker 2: the Kingdom message. None yet, and I've meant thousands of them.
[4:59] Speaker 2: And so I think think this is a very serious issue.
[5:02] Speaker 2: I believe that we need to raise some questions. I
[5:04] Speaker 2: need to talk about. And if these books just caused
[5:08] Speaker 2: people to talk, I'm happy. If it makes people ask questions,
[5:11] Speaker 2: I'm happy because we got to stop in history somewhere
[5:15] Speaker 2: and say, look, let's find out what are we doing.
[5:19] Speaker 2: And that's why in both of these books. In the
[5:22] Speaker 2: first one, I dealt the three chapters just on concepts.
[5:26] Speaker 2: In this book, I deal with the issue of precepts
[5:29] Speaker 2: and principles. Yes, because we got to ask those questions.
[5:32] Speaker 3: Did you start discovering the Kingdom? What led you to
[5:34] Speaker 3: start discovering the Kingdom?
[5:35] Speaker 2: I was a teenager and I gave my life to
[5:38] Speaker 2: Christ when I was thirteen years old, and the first
[5:41] Speaker 2: thing I wanted to do was to read the Bible.
[5:43] Speaker 2: So as a teenager at age thirteen, I began to
[5:47] Speaker 2: read the four Gospels. By the time I was fourteen
[5:50] Speaker 2: years old, I had read through the entire Bible. Didn't
[5:53] Speaker 2: understand hardly anything in it. But I read the whole Bible,
[5:56] Speaker 2: and everything I read was different from what I was
[5:59] Speaker 2: hearing from the churches I was attending, and I was confused.
[6:03] Speaker 2: And then I decided, when I was fourteen years old,
[6:05] Speaker 2: I would read the four Gospels until I learned about Jesus,
[6:09] Speaker 2: and I read the Four Gospels over and over again.
[6:13] Speaker 2: I'm the son of a Baptist pastor, the son of
[6:16] Speaker 2: a missionary, in a family that grew up in church,
[6:21] Speaker 2: and here I was reading the Four Gospels and what
[6:24] Speaker 2: I was reading is not what I heard in my
[6:26] Speaker 2: whole religious life. And I was like, Jesus never preached
[6:30] Speaker 2: these things they're preaching. He preached this strange message called
[6:33] Speaker 2: the Kingdom. And I asked my parents about it, and
[6:36] Speaker 2: they said, oh, just you know gold Church, and you
[6:40] Speaker 2: know they a Sunday school teacher, you know, teach you.
[6:42] Speaker 2: And they kind of brushed it off. But I was
[6:45] Speaker 2: serious about God. I wanted to know Jesus as a person,
[6:49] Speaker 2: and I memorized the Four Gospels. By the time I
[6:53] Speaker 2: was fifteen years old, I knew everything in the Fall Gospels,
[6:57] Speaker 2: and the only thing that came through when I read
[7:01] Speaker 2: it was the Kingdom message. M I thought I was
[7:06] Speaker 2: strange because as a fifteen year old I began a
[7:09] Speaker 2: music group in my country here in the Bahamas, and
[7:12] Speaker 2: it was four young men, myself and three other friends,
[7:15] Speaker 2: and we began to sing uh contemporary gospel songs and
[7:20] Speaker 2: we used to have youth crusades throughout this island here,
[7:24] Speaker 2: and I would get up during the crusades and just
[7:27] Speaker 2: teach from the four Gospels, and I would teach the Kingdom,
[7:31] Speaker 2: and I'd tell young people, you know, Jesus came to
[7:33] Speaker 2: bring a kingdom, and young kids would get saved in
[7:36] Speaker 2: our cruise ades. MM. By the time I was eighteen
[7:39] Speaker 2: years old, we were having mini meetings of eight four thousand,
[7:43] Speaker 2: eight thousand teenagers.
[7:44] Speaker 4: Wow.
[7:44] Speaker 2: Wow, we became a phenomenon in the country. The government
[7:47] Speaker 2: became concerned because we were bringing together so many young kids.
[7:50] Speaker 2: The churches became very, very s concerned about us. They
[7:53] Speaker 2: began to actually preach against these young boys because we
[7:56] Speaker 2: were doing things that they were not able to do
[7:58] Speaker 2: with teenagers. And one day a man came to our
[8:02] Speaker 2: city to visit us. He's dead now you may know him.
[8:06] Speaker 2: His name is Tom Skinner. He's out of New York.
[8:09] Speaker 2: He used to be in a gang of and he
[8:10] Speaker 2: got saved, and he came to visit us in the
[8:13] Speaker 2: Bahamas for a crusade. Out on a parquet in that
[8:15] Speaker 2: saw of Bahamas. I went to this crusade, sat on
[8:18] Speaker 2: a bench under a tree, and this guy got up
[8:21] Speaker 2: and his first words were, I wanted to teach to you,
[8:24] Speaker 2: teach you about a k the Kingdom of God. M
[8:27] Speaker 2: I became excited as a teenager and I for the
[8:30] Speaker 2: first time heard someone who agreed with me, and he
[8:34] Speaker 2: taught the kingdom as if he was not from America.
[8:39] Speaker 2: I was brought up in a kingdom. I was brought
[8:41] Speaker 2: up in the Bahamas, born here in nineteen fifty four.
[8:45] Speaker 2: And when I was born, the Bahamas was a kingdom.
[8:49] Speaker 2: We were not a democracy. We were not in parliamentary
[8:51] Speaker 2: you know d R the democratic system. We were under
[8:54] Speaker 2: a kingdom. We were a colony of a kingdom. So
[8:57] Speaker 2: when I read the Bible, I unders to the kingdom concept.
[9:01] Speaker 2: This man stood up and he was the first person
[9:04] Speaker 2: from the United States who I thought understood the kingdom.
[9:10] Speaker 2: And that's when I began to feel that I was
[9:13] Speaker 2: not crazy, that's wrong with me. And I really appreciate,
[9:18] Speaker 2: you know, the legacy and the memory of Tom Skinner.
[9:20] Speaker 2: But from that day I began to teach the Kingdom
[9:24] Speaker 2: of God as a teenager and ever since. This is
[9:26] Speaker 2: way back, you know, nineteen seventy two, I began to
[9:30] Speaker 2: teach the Kingdom of God, and I was almost educated
[9:33] Speaker 2: out of it when I went to university and a
[9:37] Speaker 2: Bible schools made sure I didn't learn the Kingdom. They
[9:41] Speaker 2: taught me everything else. They taught me the doctrines of
[9:45] Speaker 2: the Christian faith, which are not necessarily the Gospel of
[9:49] Speaker 2: Jesus Christ. And one day I had an experience. I
[9:53] Speaker 2: was in a little island called Currosaw in the southern
[9:56] Speaker 2: part of the Caribbean, right off the coast of Venezuela,
[9:58] Speaker 2: and I was there teaching a seminar, a conference with
[10:02] Speaker 2: some Christian leaders, and they invited me to speak to them.
[10:06] Speaker 2: And there were maybe about forty of them, bishops, superintendents,
[10:10] Speaker 2: you know, heads of organizations, and they wanted me to
[10:13] Speaker 2: teach them. So I was in my hotel room, praying
[10:15] Speaker 2: and going over my preparation, and a voice spoke to
[10:20] Speaker 2: me in the room, and the voice said something that
[10:21] Speaker 2: changed my life. Of course, there was a drama in
[10:24] Speaker 2: between me and the voice for a while, but to
[10:27] Speaker 2: summarize it, the voice said, ask me a question, says,
[10:30] Speaker 2: what are you gonna teach them? And I said, I'm
[10:33] Speaker 2: gonna teach them the cause of the Lord Jesus Christ.
[10:39] Speaker 2: And the voice said, that's why I can't use you yet.
[10:42] Speaker 4: I want to wow.
[10:44] Speaker 2: And I became confused, and I said, and I mean,
[10:47] Speaker 2: it's like an audible voice in my room. And I said,
[10:50] Speaker 2: first time I ever heard an audible voice like that.
[10:52] Speaker 2: And I said, and I went out of there. I
[10:55] Speaker 2: thought it was the devil. Yeah, you know, I'm like,
[10:57] Speaker 2: wait a minute, this doesn't sound right. And the voice
[11:00] Speaker 2: was so beautiful though, and the voice said, what are
[11:03] Speaker 2: you going to teach them? And I repeated my answer,
[11:06] Speaker 2: I'm going to teach them about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
[11:09] Speaker 2: And the voice said, that's why I can't use you yet.
[11:13] Speaker 2: And I gave up and I said, okay, what am
[11:15] Speaker 2: I supposed.
[11:15] Speaker 4: To teach them?
[11:16] Speaker 2: And the voice gave an answer that I put in
[11:18] Speaker 2: my first book on the Kingdom. The voice said, you
[11:22] Speaker 2: are just like the others. You are teaching the gospel
[11:25] Speaker 2: of Jesus Christ, not the gospel that Jesus Christ taught
[11:30] Speaker 2: m I was quiet for a moment, because you know,
[11:35] Speaker 2: when the Lord speaks to you, sometimes he can say
[11:38] Speaker 2: a thousand words in one sentence, and that day he did.
[11:43] Speaker 2: And I said, what do you mean? And the voice repeated,
[11:46] Speaker 2: he says, you are preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ,
[11:50] Speaker 2: not the gospel that Jesus Christ preached. Wow, I knew
[11:56] Speaker 2: it was a defining moment.
[11:59] Speaker 3: And a lot of people right now got to be
[12:01] Speaker 3: watching and listening and saying, what is he talking about?
[12:04] Speaker 2: Exactly? What is he? What you mean? How can you.
[12:07] Speaker 3: Preach the gospel of Jesus Christ the gospel of Jesus
[12:12] Speaker 3: Chrich exactly and yeah, exactly.
[12:16] Speaker 2: And you know, when the Holy Spirit speaks to you,
[12:18] Speaker 2: sometimes he doesn't need to say a lot. He just
[12:22] Speaker 2: says a statement and he leaves you. And that's what
[12:25] Speaker 2: parables are about. The parable is really a statement that
[12:27] Speaker 2: God leaves you with to discuss for next ten years.
[12:29] Speaker 4: You know.
[12:30] Speaker 2: And so there I was sitting in the room in
[12:32] Speaker 2: a stupor, and I was like, the sentence make sense,
[12:35] Speaker 2: but it doesn't make sense. I am preaching the gospel
[12:40] Speaker 2: of Jesus Christ, not the gospel that Jesus Christ preached.
[12:45] Speaker 2: So I went to the Bible right there in my
[12:47] Speaker 2: hotel room, and I began to argue with the Holy Spirit.
[12:51] Speaker 2: I said, what did Jesus preach? And the voice answered me,
[12:56] Speaker 2: he says, you tell me what did he preach? I said,
[13:00] Speaker 2: he preached born again. He said, find it. And I
[13:04] Speaker 2: began to look through the Bible trying to find that
[13:07] Speaker 2: Jesus preached born again. I never found it. Jesus never
[13:11] Speaker 2: preached born again once to the multitude. To the multitude, yeah,
[13:18] Speaker 2: he never preached it to the public. He only mentioned
[13:21] Speaker 2: it once to an old man two o'clock in the morning.
[13:25] Speaker 2: So I realized, okay, I'm wrong there. It's my second question.
[13:29] Speaker 2: What did he preach? The voice says, you tell me.
[13:32] Speaker 2: I said, he preached cavalry. That's the message. No, the
[13:36] Speaker 2: death of Jesus calvalry. He said, find it. I went
[13:39] Speaker 2: through the Fall Gospel and I couldn't find that Jesus
[13:43] Speaker 2: preached his death on cavalry to the public. Every time
[13:48] Speaker 2: he spoke about Calvary, it says he took his disciples
[13:51] Speaker 2: aside and he spoke to them privately about how he
[13:54] Speaker 2: would be killed and you know, be there in resurrection.
[13:57] Speaker 2: It was never his message to the public. So I
[14:01] Speaker 2: had another problem. I said, Okay, what did he preach?
[14:03] Speaker 2: The boy says, you tell me. I said, I know
[14:06] Speaker 2: what he preached. He preached deliverance, he preached healing. He said,
[14:12] Speaker 2: find it. I went back to the fag Gospels, just
[14:15] Speaker 2: like you are having trouble right now watching this program.
[14:17] Speaker 2: I did it. I went through Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
[14:20] Speaker 2: Couldn't find one place that Jesus preached healing. He never
[14:24] Speaker 2: preached deliverance. He healed and lived, but it was never
[14:26] Speaker 2: his message.
[14:27] Speaker 4: He did it, but that wasn't his message likely, He's
[14:30] Speaker 4: so here.
[14:30] Speaker 2: I was confused, and I've been preaching for a few years,
[14:35] Speaker 2: you know, before this, I'm having this dynamic experience with God.
[14:39] Speaker 2: And then he said to me again, He says, what
[14:42] Speaker 2: did my son preach? And I said, I know what
[14:46] Speaker 2: he preached. He preached sin. The man should turn away
[14:50] Speaker 2: from sin, man should be delivered from sin. He said,
[14:52] Speaker 2: find it. And I couldn't find that Jesus preached to
[14:56] Speaker 2: the public about sin. I said, okay, know what it is.
[15:00] Speaker 2: He preached the resurrection. Matter of fact, didn't Paul say,
[15:05] Speaker 2: I preached Christ crucified in him, he raised and resurrected.
[15:09] Speaker 2: He says, find it. I went in the Fall Gospels.
[15:11] Speaker 2: I couldn't find that Jesus preached resurrection to the people.
[15:16] Speaker 2: And there I was the Holy Spirit stripped away all
[15:19] Speaker 2: of my messages. I said, I got one more left.
[15:23] Speaker 2: I know what he preached. Jesus preached faith and prosperity.
[15:28] Speaker 2: He said, find it. And I went through Matthew, Mark, Luke,
[15:33] Speaker 2: and John and couldn't find one place where Jesus preached
[15:37] Speaker 2: to the public and to the multitudes faith and prosperity.
[15:44] Speaker 2: I had no more messages to preach. And then the
[15:49] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit said, what's left? And every page I saw
[15:55] Speaker 2: the words, the Kingdom of Heaven is like the Kingdom
[15:58] Speaker 2: of Heaven is like. The king of Heaven is like
[16:01] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of Heaven is like. His first public statement
[16:04] Speaker 2: is found in Matthew four, verse seventeen, where he says
[16:08] Speaker 2: he had just come out of the desert thirty years old.
[16:11] Speaker 2: He's full of the Holy Spirit, and he began his
[16:13] Speaker 2: public ministry. And his first statement, Barbara in Matthew four
[16:18] Speaker 2: seventeen was this, it says, and from that time forward,
[16:22] Speaker 2: Jesus began to preach common repent colon for the Kingdom
[16:29] Speaker 2: of Heaven has arrived. And every page after that, in
[16:33] Speaker 2: every one of the four Gospels, he kept repeating the
[16:36] Speaker 2: same message, the Kingdom of Heaven, the Kingdom of Heaven,
[16:38] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of Heaven, is like a must have seen.
[16:40] Speaker 2: It's like a pearl, it's like soul, it's like life.
[16:43] Speaker 2: And I'm sitting there thinking, but I never heard this
[16:46] Speaker 2: in there no Baptist church, no Brethren church, no Methodist church,
[16:50] Speaker 2: no Catholic church, no Anglican church, no Pentecost church, no
[16:53] Speaker 2: Seven Day of Vents church. I said, wait a minute.
[16:58] Speaker 2: The only thing that preachers that Jesus preached, no one
[17:01] Speaker 2: is preaching. And that's when I began to repent. To
[17:07] Speaker 2: repent means to change your thinking, you know. And I
[17:10] Speaker 2: began my joining again as a teenager to deliver myself
[17:14] Speaker 2: from the theology that I was brainwashed with and reconnect
[17:20] Speaker 2: myself to my original message that Jesus had taught me
[17:23] Speaker 2: from the beginning. And this message transformed my life personally.
[17:29] Speaker 3: At the miles we got to get into today talking
[17:31] Speaker 3: about what is the Kingdom of God? You know, what
[17:34] Speaker 3: does it consist of, how does it function? What are
[17:37] Speaker 3: the components that make up a kingdom?
[17:39] Speaker 5: You know.
[17:39] Speaker 3: One thing I really appreciated about this book is the
[17:42] Speaker 3: clarity and the simplicity that you draw out these principles
[17:46] Speaker 3: of the Kingdom.
[17:46] Speaker 4: Of God and the parallels to a natural Kingdom.
[17:49] Speaker 3: You know, I'm convinced God uses the natural to reveal
[17:53] Speaker 3: the spiritually, and he uses then the principles, so we
[17:57] Speaker 3: can all understand about a natural kingdom to help us
[17:59] Speaker 3: understan and a spiritual kingdom.
[18:01] Speaker 4: Yes, so we're gonna talk about that today.
[18:03] Speaker 3: But before we talk some more with Pastor Miles, we
[18:06] Speaker 3: went to some of the people here in the Bahamas
[18:09] Speaker 3: and we asked them an important question about the Kingdom
[18:12] Speaker 3: of God and particularly particularly what does Jesus Christ mean
[18:16] Speaker 3: in your life? And we're gonna listen to what they
[18:18] Speaker 3: had to say. We'll come back and talk about the
[18:20] Speaker 3: Kingdom and how its principles can work in your life today.
[18:23] Speaker 4: Listen to some of their answers.
[18:26] Speaker 6: I don't look at myself as just living by myself.
[18:31] Speaker 6: Everything that I do I do to please Him. Everything
[18:35] Speaker 6: that I all the people that I surround myself around,
[18:40] Speaker 6: I try to keep in mind, well, hey, does this
[18:42] Speaker 6: please him?
[18:43] Speaker 7: Is it bringing in glory?
[18:45] Speaker 6: You know, everything that I do is just surrounded by
[18:48] Speaker 6: the fact that, hey, I gotta do everything to please him.
[18:51] Speaker 6: And so that's the difference that He has made in
[18:54] Speaker 6: my life.
[18:55] Speaker 8: To know the Lord to come to him.
[18:59] Speaker 2: You're really asking him to give you.
[19:03] Speaker 8: His righteousness, knowing that you don't have no righteousness of
[19:07] Speaker 8: your own, and you are depending upon his righteousness for
[19:14] Speaker 8: all the things that he will add to your life.
[19:19] Speaker 9: Seek things that are in God's kingdom. They are lasting,
[19:25] Speaker 9: they're everlasting. And as we pursue those things, we would
[19:30] Speaker 9: realize that no matter how we venture out and we
[19:34] Speaker 9: say Lord, I'm seeking your kingdom first, because sometimes we
[19:37] Speaker 9: might think, well I'm going to do this something else first,
[19:41] Speaker 9: we're going to say Lord, I'm going to seek your
[19:44] Speaker 9: will first. I'm going to seek the things from you.
[19:47] Speaker 9: Like somebody might say, well I need a job, so
[19:50] Speaker 9: let me go and do it. Maybe something that is
[19:54] Speaker 9: not right, so they doing it the world's way. But
[19:57] Speaker 9: when we say God, I'm going to wait on you,
[19:59] Speaker 9: you will open up the door there for me and
[20:01] Speaker 9: show me clearly what it is you want me to do.
[20:05] Speaker 3: Somehow you've just tuned in. We're here in the Bahamas
[20:08] Speaker 3: with Miles and ruthven Roe. We're talking today about his
[20:11] Speaker 3: brand new book, Kingdom Principles Understanding the Kingdom of God,
[20:15] Speaker 3: and what you just heard are what some people think
[20:17] Speaker 3: about Jesus Christ and how he relates in their life.
[20:20] Speaker 3: It's interesting as citizens in the kingdom miles to hear
[20:23] Speaker 3: what people think about the Lord, because some people think
[20:27] Speaker 3: about Jesus, they don't see him as Lord, and they
[20:30] Speaker 3: don't understand that kingdom principle of lordship.
[20:34] Speaker 4: Let's talk Let's I don't know where to start here.
[20:36] Speaker 4: Let's talk about what a kingdom is.
[20:38] Speaker 3: Let's talk about those natural parallels to the kingdom.
[20:42] Speaker 2: You when you ask a question like what something is,
[20:45] Speaker 2: sometimes it's more important to ask what it is not, okay,
[20:50] Speaker 2: because many times you can more succinctly and specifically define
[20:55] Speaker 2: something if you know what it is not. The Kingdom
[20:59] Speaker 2: of God is not a religion. Secondly, it is not
[21:02] Speaker 2: an organization. A kingdom is not a club. A kingdom
[21:08] Speaker 2: is not a fraternity. A kingdom is not a religious order.
[21:15] Speaker 2: So all of these got to be placed out of
[21:17] Speaker 2: your mind when you think of the word kingdom. And
[21:20] Speaker 2: in these books, both of these books and this new one.
[21:23] Speaker 2: I begin all of the books dealing with the issue
[21:26] Speaker 2: of concepts, because everything that we do in life is
[21:32] Speaker 2: based on our concepts of life, what we have come
[21:36] Speaker 2: to believe to be true, on how we see the
[21:38] Speaker 2: picture in our minds and I love the way. You
[21:40] Speaker 2: know you've been teaching recently about pictures and patents. I
[21:43] Speaker 2: think this is the most important issue. And you talk
[21:47] Speaker 2: about reading a historical document like the Bible. What are
[21:51] Speaker 2: the intended pictures and the intended patents? When Jesus used
[21:56] Speaker 2: the word kingdom, the word kingdom is an old word.
[22:00] Speaker 2: As a matter of fact, this may shock you, but
[22:03] Speaker 2: the first statement God made concerning humanity is found in Genesis,
[22:07] Speaker 2: chapter one, verse twenty six. First statement, it says, let
[22:13] Speaker 2: us make man in our own image, in our likeness,
[22:18] Speaker 2: and then he tells us why to let them have
[22:21] Speaker 2: dominion over the fish of the sea, birds of the air,
[22:26] Speaker 2: livestock of the feel, over all the earth, and all
[22:28] Speaker 2: that creeps upon the ground. The central issue in that
[22:33] Speaker 2: statement is the word dominion is the purpose why God
[22:37] Speaker 2: made humanity, and the word man is a plural word
[22:39] Speaker 2: which means the whole species. All six point seven billion
[22:43] Speaker 2: of us were created by God for the purpose of dominion. Now,
[22:48] Speaker 2: those of you are Hebrew scholars, I'm sure you've probably
[22:51] Speaker 2: seen the word The word dominion used in this particular
[22:54] Speaker 2: verse is the word malgut or mamlakak, and this word
[22:58] Speaker 2: literally it's the same word. It means kingdom, it means
[23:03] Speaker 2: sovereign power, it means royal power. It's a very powerful word.
[23:09] Speaker 2: The word kingdom is the same word as dominion in
[23:11] Speaker 2: the Hebrew language. That's why we used the word king dom, dominion, dominion, domain, kingdom.
[23:18] Speaker 2: The first thing God gave Adam then was kingdom. Let
[23:23] Speaker 2: them have kingdom, so God was giving man mamta malkout.
[23:28] Speaker 2: Let them have kingdom over the earth. A kingdom, therefore,
[23:32] Speaker 2: is a government. And the way you can define kingdom,
[23:38] Speaker 2: I'll give you a sentence. A kingdom is the governing
[23:41] Speaker 2: influence of a king over a territory, impacting it with
[23:46] Speaker 2: his personal will, his purpose, and his intent, producing a culture,
[23:51] Speaker 2: a morality, and value system that is reflected in its citizens. Wow.
[23:57] Speaker 2: And let me say it again, because I was born
[23:59] Speaker 2: under the kingdom. What a kingdom is. A kingdom is
[24:02] Speaker 2: not a religion. It is a government headed by a
[24:05] Speaker 2: king and the king influencing the territory with his poisonal will,
[24:11] Speaker 2: his intent, and his purpose, impacting it with his values,
[24:16] Speaker 2: his morals, and his standards, which is manifested in a
[24:20] Speaker 2: culture in his citizens. In other words, a kingdom is
[24:24] Speaker 2: completely opposite to a democracy, completely opposite to a republic.
[24:29] Speaker 2: The United States a republic. The Bahamas became a democratic
[24:36] Speaker 2: state in nineteen seventy three. So most of my life
[24:40] Speaker 2: I was living under a kingdom. When you think of
[24:43] Speaker 2: a republic and a kingdom, you must think opposites. And
[24:47] Speaker 2: the Bible is not about a republic. It's hard for
[24:50] Speaker 2: people in most Western countries. It's difficult to understand this
[24:53] Speaker 2: whole principle. That's why I used the word concepts so much,
[24:57] Speaker 2: because your concepts come from your culture. Your culture uces
[25:00] Speaker 2: your understanding of what things are. So if you've been
[25:04] Speaker 2: born in a United States group here all your life,
[25:06] Speaker 2: or maybe some other democratic environment, when you pick up
[25:09] Speaker 2: the Bible, the Bible is in danger. Why is the
[25:13] Speaker 2: Bible in danger? Because you have a book that is
[25:16] Speaker 2: from a kingdom concept being read by someone cultured in
[25:20] Speaker 2: a republic concept. So they superimpose their concept from the
[25:24] Speaker 2: Bible and the result is a misconception, which is what
[25:28] Speaker 2: most of religion has become. And so when you read
[25:32] Speaker 2: the Bible, when the Bible used to term kingdom, you're
[25:35] Speaker 2: thinking about, I don't know, maybe a fairy tale situation.
[25:38] Speaker 2: And like you learn, you know. So a kingdom is
[25:42] Speaker 2: a government headed by a king influencing a territory, impacting
[25:50] Speaker 2: it with his personal will. And that's important. Let me
[25:53] Speaker 2: give us a couple of contrasts for our views to understand.
[25:57] Speaker 2: In the United States, for example, where most of our
[25:59] Speaker 2: views may be watching this, or maybe even in France
[26:01] Speaker 2: or Germany or you know, or in England or wherever
[26:05] Speaker 2: we are, right, in most of the countries, the government
[26:08] Speaker 2: is either a democratic or republican form of a republic
[26:12] Speaker 2: form of government, which he got a president or a
[26:14] Speaker 2: prime minister. Now, does the President of United States really
[26:18] Speaker 2: own America? Absolutely not, But in a kingdom it's reversed.
[26:22] Speaker 2: In a kingdom, the king pasonally owns the country. Does
[26:27] Speaker 2: the President United States own the Americans? No, But in
[26:32] Speaker 2: a kingdom the king literally owns the people. Here's a
[26:36] Speaker 2: big one. Can the President of United States impose his
[26:39] Speaker 2: place in the will on the country of the United States.
[26:42] Speaker 2: Absolutely not. He's got to refer to Congress, to Senate,
[26:47] Speaker 2: to you know, debates, and he cannot, probably with his
[26:51] Speaker 2: own private view of the future. He has to submit
[26:54] Speaker 2: to all those checks and balances. In a kingdom.
[26:56] Speaker 4: And there's a big one.
[26:58] Speaker 2: The king's place in the will becomes the source of
[27:01] Speaker 2: the constitution. That's why when Jesus spoke, he said, you
[27:07] Speaker 2: have heard it said, but I say unto you, it's
[27:11] Speaker 2: a king talking, right. A king's word is never at
[27:16] Speaker 2: the mercy of a debate. That's why kings don't have cabinets,
[27:20] Speaker 2: they don't have uh, congress, they don't have sentence.
[27:25] Speaker 4: Uh.
[27:26] Speaker 2: A king is the embodiment of the kingdom. So when
[27:30] Speaker 2: he speaks, his word becomes law. And that's why you
[27:35] Speaker 2: know the Bible kee's talking about the will of God.
[27:38] Speaker 2: The will of God. When Jesus said he has how
[27:42] Speaker 2: to pray, he laid out a patent. He said, pray
[27:46] Speaker 2: like this, thy kingdom, come, Thy will be done a person,
[27:52] Speaker 2: or will be done on earth. So it's an imposition
[27:57] Speaker 2: of the person's mind. Yes, that's why you cannot be
[28:01] Speaker 2: under the kingdom of God and of your own opinion.
[28:05] Speaker 3: When you said in the book, and I thought it
[28:06] Speaker 3: was so good, Miles, you said, the Bible is really
[28:09] Speaker 3: a book about a king.
[28:11] Speaker 2: And a king kingdom and his.
[28:12] Speaker 4: And his kids.
[28:13] Speaker 3: And when you understand that, when you begin to read
[28:16] Speaker 3: the Bible from that perspective, that it's the kingdom of
[28:18] Speaker 3: Heaven come to earth, and the reflection of God as
[28:24] Speaker 3: the King, the sovereign Lord overall, and his desires and
[28:29] Speaker 3: his will and his plans and his purposes for us
[28:32] Speaker 3: as as kids on this earth. I love what you
[28:35] Speaker 3: said a minute ago and from Genesis that God gave
[28:38] Speaker 3: man dominion, he gave him kingdom over this earth.
[28:41] Speaker 2: And that's an important point because and I thought Barbara
[28:44] Speaker 2: getting excited a moment ago, and as talking about think
[28:46] Speaker 2: about this, Bibara, you cannot lose what you never received.
[28:52] Speaker 2: Adam did not fall from heaven. I want you to
[28:56] Speaker 2: think about this, omitted. Christianity is a religion that focuses
[29:01] Speaker 2: on taking humans to heaven as if that's restoration. If
[29:07] Speaker 2: Adam didn't fall from heaven, then going to heaven is
[29:11] Speaker 2: not restoration for humanity. What God gave Adam as very
[29:15] Speaker 2: clear in the Bible, he gave Adam dominion Mamluca, he
[29:18] Speaker 2: gave him dominion, he gave him kingdom.
[29:20] Speaker 3: But he lost his relationship also his relationship.
[29:24] Speaker 4: To the Father.
[29:25] Speaker 2: But be careful now, all that is in the context
[29:27] Speaker 2: of kingdom and explained relationship in a minute. If you
[29:32] Speaker 2: want to know what Adam lost and this is the
[29:34] Speaker 2: question asked in the book study. What Jesus bought, whatever
[29:41] Speaker 2: Jesus brought to earth, that's what Adam lost, because he
[29:43] Speaker 2: came to restore back to Adam, to mankind. With Adam
[29:47] Speaker 2: lost his for his introduction, repent for the kingdom has arrived. Yes, dominion,
[29:53] Speaker 2: mamluckock has a arrived. Jesus bo Hebrew, Okay, if you
[29:55] Speaker 2: want to, he has arrived. In other words, he bought back.
[30:00] Speaker 2: We exactly what Adam was given in Genesis one. We
[30:03] Speaker 2: tell you something. But kingdoms, let's thought about the relationship part.
[30:08] Speaker 2: In the Bahamas, we were under the Great Kingdom of
[30:11] Speaker 2: Great Britain, a real kingdom. We were under a queen
[30:14] Speaker 2: and a king. When I was born, there was no
[30:16] Speaker 2: prime minister in my country. There was a king and
[30:18] Speaker 2: the queen. We were under. We were subjects of a
[30:20] Speaker 2: king and queen. Now in nineteen seventy three we decided
[30:25] Speaker 2: to no longer be under the kingdom. So the word
[30:29] Speaker 2: that was introduced to our vocabulary in the Bahamas, which
[30:31] Speaker 2: we never used before. It was a new word. We
[30:34] Speaker 2: never can you believe it, We never used this word
[30:36] Speaker 2: before in our culture. And it's the word independence. Independence
[30:42] Speaker 2: is when a colony declares its detachment from a kingdom.
[30:50] Speaker 2: The United States itself was founded on rebellion against a kingdom. Right,
[30:56] Speaker 2: that's why it's called an independence uh war. See, when
[31:00] Speaker 2: you declare independence from a kingdom, that means you threw
[31:05] Speaker 2: off all its privileges and the rights of being a
[31:09] Speaker 2: citizen of a kingdom. That's what we did. I don't
[31:12] Speaker 2: declared independence from the kingdom God in Genesis chapter three. Now,
[31:17] Speaker 2: when you declare independence from a kingdom, you lose all
[31:20] Speaker 2: of the privileges of a kingdom. Under a kingdom. In
[31:23] Speaker 2: this country, when I was a boy growing up, we
[31:26] Speaker 2: never to worry about roads, water, electricity, or food or protection.
[31:31] Speaker 2: The British built our roads, provided us water, provide electricity.
[31:36] Speaker 2: They had their warships all around our island to protect us.
[31:39] Speaker 2: We just enjoyed life. They bought in food in Otherwise,
[31:42] Speaker 2: when you're in a kingdom, the king is responsible for
[31:45] Speaker 2: your life. That's why Jesus said, why do you worry
[31:50] Speaker 2: what you will eat, what you will drink, which you
[31:52] Speaker 2: will wear, how you will live? He says, stop it.
[31:56] Speaker 2: Seek first to get into the Kingdom of God, and
[31:59] Speaker 2: these things automatic. But when you declare independence from the
[32:03] Speaker 2: British government. You have to build our own roads, find
[32:06] Speaker 2: our own water, find our own electricity. You got to
[32:09] Speaker 2: bring in our own food. We got to support ourselves.
[32:11] Speaker 2: In other words, when you declare dependence from a kingdom,
[32:14] Speaker 2: you become a victim of your own device, and you
[32:18] Speaker 2: got to make your own life. That's why God says
[32:21] Speaker 2: there's a way that's seem right until a man, but
[32:24] Speaker 2: the end of that way is destruction. So a kingdom
[32:28] Speaker 2: is a government headed by a king impacting a territory,
[32:32] Speaker 2: and that territory, under the king's rule is the beneficiary
[32:37] Speaker 2: of that dominion. When you declare dependence from that kingdom,
[32:41] Speaker 2: you cut off all the rights and privileges of a kingdom.
[32:44] Speaker 2: And this is why mankind is like a colony detached
[32:50] Speaker 2: from his kingdom. The world is spinning in space as
[32:54] Speaker 2: a as a rebellious colony away from the God who
[32:59] Speaker 2: created it. Let me tell you something very important about
[33:02] Speaker 2: a king. A king owns the property. The whole land
[33:06] Speaker 2: is his property. In the Bahamas, when I was growing
[33:10] Speaker 2: up and my wife is here, one of us grew
[33:11] Speaker 2: up here. In all our lives. Until nineteen seventy three,
[33:15] Speaker 2: there was no private property. All the line was called
[33:19] Speaker 2: crown line. Even the one we own right now this country,
[33:22] Speaker 2: this line we own right now here and now so
[33:24] Speaker 2: is used to be called crown line. Why is it
[33:27] Speaker 2: called crown line. Crown means owned by the crown. So
[33:31] Speaker 2: even if we built a house on a piece of property,
[33:34] Speaker 2: it was crown line. So we were building our house on
[33:36] Speaker 2: the privilege of a king. That's why you give thanks
[33:40] Speaker 2: twenty hours a day. You thank the king for letting
[33:43] Speaker 2: you use his property twenty fo hours a day. So
[33:45] Speaker 2: giving thanks in the Bible is all kingdom related. In America,
[33:50] Speaker 2: President Bush doesn't own the land, but in the kingdom,
[33:54] Speaker 2: the lord owns the property. And that is why the
[33:57] Speaker 2: Bible says the earth is the Lord and the fullness thereof,
[34:03] Speaker 2: and the world it's the systems and they, that's the
[34:06] Speaker 2: people that dwell therein. If he's a king, open the
[34:09] Speaker 2: gates and let the King of glory come in. Who
[34:11] Speaker 2: is the King of glory, the Lord? The Lord's strong
[34:14] Speaker 2: and mighty. He is the King of Glory, the Lord
[34:17] Speaker 2: mighty in battle. So open the gates, let the king
[34:20] Speaker 2: comes in. Why, for the earth is the Lord's and
[34:23] Speaker 2: the fullness there off, etc. So when Jesus talks about
[34:26] Speaker 2: being king, it's a loaded word. He's telling you I
[34:31] Speaker 2: own the planet, I own the people. I own the dog,
[34:35] Speaker 2: the cat, the forest, the water, the ocean. And that's
[34:39] Speaker 2: why he could talk to the fish, he can go
[34:41] Speaker 2: into the net, he can speak to the tree and
[34:43] Speaker 2: it dies. He can walk on top of water, because
[34:45] Speaker 2: this is property. That is king come in action. And
[34:51] Speaker 2: he says, he brought that back to you. And that's
[34:54] Speaker 2: why you and I can speak to trees if we
[34:57] Speaker 2: have the same fate he has, he says, and he
[35:00] Speaker 2: spoke the treaty, this cycle says, the tree died. He says,
[35:03] Speaker 2: what are you talking about. You should be able to
[35:06] Speaker 2: speak the mountains. Why, because I gave you delegated kingdom
[35:09] Speaker 2: authority over the planet too. We had fallen so far
[35:14] Speaker 2: we couldn't even talk to a tree. They were in shock.
[35:17] Speaker 2: And this is why the Kingdom of God must be
[35:20] Speaker 2: as a concept restored back to the thinking of humanity.
[35:25] Speaker 2: And this is why I believe the first word Jesus uses,
[35:27] Speaker 2: the word repent. Repent doesn't mean to walk down in
[35:30] Speaker 2: front of the medium talk about your past. The word
[35:33] Speaker 2: repent means to change the way you've been taught to think.
[35:37] Speaker 4: Miles, this is so good. This is so good. We've
[35:40] Speaker 4: got a lot to learn about the Kingdom of God.
[35:42] Speaker 4: We've got a lot to learn about.
[35:43] Speaker 3: The message that Jesus preached, which was a message of
[35:46] Speaker 3: the Gospel of the Kingdom. That's the message he said
[35:49] Speaker 3: would be preached in all the world. But all right,
[35:51] Speaker 3: as we close the program today, the worship team from
[35:54] Speaker 3: Bahama's Faith Ministry International, where Pastor Miles as the senior pastor,
[35:59] Speaker 3: the founder or the president, they're coming to sing a
[36:02] Speaker 3: great song taken from a powerful scripture where the Lord said,
[36:06] Speaker 3: seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and then all
[36:10] Speaker 3: these things will be added to you the name of
[36:13] Speaker 3: the song.
[36:13] Speaker 10: Seek first, all the.
[37:00] Speaker 2: Don't have two presidents.
[37:03] Speaker 11: Put a lot of food. You still a boy.
[37:08] Speaker 2: You want to say, you tut the thing down the side.
[37:14] Speaker 12: And just your sass.
[37:15] Speaker 2: All of me say, all of these says, can tell
[37:20] Speaker 2: me how.
[37:21] Speaker 12: You say you see you put your thing down and
[37:28] Speaker 12: decides gus the same. All of these say, tell me
[37:34] Speaker 12: had it at the lily, have the feel.
[37:49] Speaker 11: The time of fists gets about. Just try to see
[37:56] Speaker 11: the thing, worry tomb.
[38:02] Speaker 2: A thinking of it.
[38:03] Speaker 11: So worry about if you should chap.
[38:09] Speaker 12: You worry about a thing, My chaster say, thinking at
[38:14] Speaker 12: the things.
[38:16] Speaker 11: And say, all of these days.
[38:22] Speaker 13: Everything Aunt says the game that's the world. All of
[38:35] Speaker 13: these days everything Aunt.
[38:48] Speaker 11: Do you think must the kingdom?
[38:51] Speaker 2: And said that.
[38:55] Speaker 11: Everything that's in me you shall say.
[39:10] Speaker 14: Inspiration Network indeed is an inspiration not only for Christians,
[39:19] Speaker 14: but your message is also poised to non Christians, those
[39:24] Speaker 14: who need Christ. You indeed propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
[39:31] Speaker 15: I think media, especially television and nowadays the internet, as
[39:36] Speaker 15: an opportunity to almost tell the truth, not almost tell
[39:40] Speaker 15: the truth, and show them the different from what the
[39:43] Speaker 15: church has been saying. Whereas you have a lot of
[39:46] Speaker 15: people don't want to go to church, so they might
[39:48] Speaker 15: just want to stay home, and they have the opportunity
[39:50] Speaker 15: to use the remote inflict with the channel and the
[39:53] Speaker 15: church don't have to always be the four waller podium.
[39:56] Speaker 15: I could be a setting whereas in a movie you
[39:59] Speaker 15: could pitch the gospel, comedy, singing concert. It's so much
[40:05] Speaker 15: way in media you could portray the gospel. So I
[40:08] Speaker 15: think am using the media is an excellent way to
[40:11] Speaker 15: portray the word of God.
[40:12] Speaker 14: The other worldly stations. They are propagating the world better
[40:19] Speaker 14: we like it or not. There are three forces that
[40:23] Speaker 14: are were battling the world, the flesh and the devil,
[40:29] Speaker 14: and so Inspiration Channel is a major counterbalance to all
[40:37] Speaker 14: of the influence of the worldly televisions and internet.
[40:41] Speaker 3: You know, the media is the most important, the most
[40:44] Speaker 3: powerful tool that we have on the planet today to
[40:47] Speaker 3: influence people's values, their beliefs, their behavior, and most importantly,
[40:52] Speaker 3: their relationship to Jesus Christ. And that's why God has
[40:55] Speaker 3: called us to use the media to cover the earth
[40:58] Speaker 3: with the knowledge of His glory on every continent, in
[41:01] Speaker 3: every major language group, through every form of technology. And
[41:04] Speaker 3: you say, boy Dave, that sounds impossible. You know, the
[41:08] Speaker 3: Bible says with God, all things are possible. So one
[41:11] Speaker 3: step at a time, we're doing our part. Thanks to
[41:15] Speaker 3: your help. We're doing our part together to see this
[41:19] Speaker 3: knowledge of the glory of God cover the earth and
[41:21] Speaker 3: this gospel preached and all the world. And part of
[41:24] Speaker 3: what we want to do through our program Inspiration today
[41:27] Speaker 3: is equip you as the Church, as the body of Christ,
[41:29] Speaker 3: to strengthen your spiritual life, to help you enter a
[41:33] Speaker 3: new level of dimension and relationship with God that will
[41:37] Speaker 3: help you be and fulfill all the things that God
[41:40] Speaker 3: wants in your life. Because God wants you to be
[41:42] Speaker 3: the victor in life, not the victim. He wants you
[41:44] Speaker 3: to be the overcomer, not the overcome. God says that
[41:47] Speaker 3: he has good plans for you. He says, I know
[41:49] Speaker 3: the plans I have to give you a hope in
[41:51] Speaker 3: a future. And part of that hope and part of
[41:54] Speaker 3: that future is understanding the Kingdom of God. And that's
[41:57] Speaker 3: why we've come to the Bahamas to see our friends
[41:59] Speaker 3: them in Road, because I don't know anybody on planet
[42:02] Speaker 3: Earth who understands Kingdom with such revelation, with such clarity,
[42:07] Speaker 3: with such simplicity, and with such power as Miles Monroe.
[42:10] Speaker 4: And he's here with us today with his lovely wife, Ruth.
[42:13] Speaker 4: Thank you, Thank you for being with us again.
[42:15] Speaker 2: It's the pleasure to be back.
[42:16] Speaker 5: And before we get into the deep issues of kingdom principles,
[42:20] Speaker 5: I want to just bring a little human interest to
[42:22] Speaker 5: the shadow.
[42:24] Speaker 2: Ruth. You here.
[42:25] Speaker 7: You are married to such a powerful.
[42:27] Speaker 5: Man of God who's so gifted, and I know that
[42:31] Speaker 5: behind the scenes, the woman of God is the one
[42:34] Speaker 5: that stands by her man and supports him. And here
[42:39] Speaker 5: you married him, and he was already involved in learning
[42:43] Speaker 5: and understanding Kingdom principles, so you've lived with it all
[42:45] Speaker 5: these years that you've been married. First, i'd like you
[42:48] Speaker 5: just to tell a little bit about how you all
[42:51] Speaker 5: met and got married. Well, we don't get to, hear,
[42:57] Speaker 5: we don't.
[43:01] Speaker 16: We actually met in high school. Oh, okay, he came
[43:05] Speaker 16: to my high school. I always told him he came
[43:07] Speaker 16: to my high school.
[43:08] Speaker 2: Okay, that's that.
[43:16] Speaker 7: But he was already in ministry doing like he.
[43:20] Speaker 16: Said earlier, he had started a music group and they
[43:25] Speaker 16: were doing ministry.
[43:27] Speaker 2: He they used to have.
[43:31] Speaker 7: Uh like a concert during the school break.
[43:37] Speaker 2: But I didn't like him, But you didn't, you know,
[43:40] Speaker 2: I did. I didn't like him.
[43:44] Speaker 16: We had a few classes together, you know, I you
[43:46] Speaker 16: have a home room and then you have to go
[43:48] Speaker 16: to different classes. So we had a few classes together,
[43:52] Speaker 16: and then one term we had a our home room together.
[43:56] Speaker 16: But I still didn't like him because to me, I
[43:59] Speaker 16: was a private person, and you know, he was out
[44:04] Speaker 16: there with all the girls.
[44:06] Speaker 2: Who you know, and that wasn't me.
[44:10] Speaker 4: Oh she's challenging, this is cool.
[44:13] Speaker 2: That wasn't me. So you know, I stayed I stayed off.
[44:17] Speaker 2: You know, did you like her?
[44:19] Speaker 5: Did you have your eye out for her?
[44:20] Speaker 2: No? I didn't like her. I would have tried to
[44:26] Speaker 2: be to her. Was the fact that she was actually
[44:29] Speaker 2: avoiding me, okay, and so you know, a man, that's
[44:34] Speaker 2: a challenge. So I admired her because she didn't like me. Ago.
[44:41] Speaker 16: Well, I think it was really after he came to
[44:44] Speaker 16: my high school for two years later we graduated, and
[44:48] Speaker 16: it was after high school that we really you know,
[44:51] Speaker 16: got together and everything.
[44:53] Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
[44:54] Speaker 5: Wow. Well, what is of the kingdom principles that your
[44:58] Speaker 5: husband teaches? What is the if you can select one
[45:03] Speaker 5: that has just been so impactful in your life, what
[45:07] Speaker 5: would that be?
[45:10] Speaker 16: One that is very simple and one that we grew
[45:14] Speaker 16: up on, and that is you never go to church
[45:20] Speaker 16: without an.
[45:20] Speaker 2: Offering, you know.
[45:23] Speaker 7: And we were brought up with that, Our parents brought
[45:25] Speaker 7: up with that.
[45:27] Speaker 16: They always made sure that you had an offering when
[45:33] Speaker 16: you go to church.
[45:34] Speaker 7: And that offering was not to spend on candy, It
[45:38] Speaker 7: was not to spend on snap. It was to put
[45:42] Speaker 7: in the collection, you know.
[45:45] Speaker 16: And so it all through my life, I made sure
[45:51] Speaker 16: that every time I went to church, I had something
[45:55] Speaker 16: to put in and to hear it.
[45:59] Speaker 7: Now it it's a way of life, you know, and
[46:04] Speaker 7: it brings meaning to it.
[46:07] Speaker 2: You know. This is what God.
[46:08] Speaker 16: It's not that he wants something, but he always wants
[46:11] Speaker 16: us to be obedient, you know, and then we do something.
[46:16] Speaker 16: The prerequisite is to come and bring something so that
[46:20] Speaker 16: when you need something, he will bring it to you,
[46:25] Speaker 16: give it to you, so you always have something to give.
[46:29] Speaker 5: Just coming into the presence of the King, you would
[46:31] Speaker 5: always bring a gift with handed.
[46:34] Speaker 16: No, and you will not leave empty handed. You will
[46:37] Speaker 16: leave you know that buckets. This is why he said
[46:42] Speaker 16: it will be running over what I would give to you.
[46:47] Speaker 5: Well, talking about the King, Miles, in the book, you
[46:51] Speaker 5: describe the characteristics of the king. Share what that's some
[46:55] Speaker 5: of those, Well.
[46:57] Speaker 2: There's a whole list in the book I talk about
[46:58] Speaker 2: because when people in the world Western world used the
[47:00] Speaker 2: word king, they forget that there is no king in
[47:04] Speaker 2: the Western world. Uh, there's no king ever in America.
[47:07] Speaker 2: There's never a king in our lifetime, in in Mexico
[47:11] Speaker 2: or in Brazil or Trinidad or you know, not Trinidad,
[47:15] Speaker 2: but in South America. And so most of the people
[47:18] Speaker 2: who have been brought up in republics and democracies. They
[47:22] Speaker 2: have no idea what a king is. And yet those
[47:26] Speaker 2: who claim to adhere to the teaching the Bible, they
[47:30] Speaker 2: totally ignore the fact that they don't know the concept
[47:33] Speaker 2: of a king. And there's a list of UH specific
[47:36] Speaker 2: things I have indicated in the Book of of distinguishing
[47:41] Speaker 2: a king from a president and a prime minister. You
[47:44] Speaker 2: cannot treat a king like a prime minister or a president.
[47:47] Speaker 5: Uh.
[47:48] Speaker 2: For example, kings are never voted into power. So when
[47:51] Speaker 2: Jesus calls himself a king, he's telling you you didn't
[47:54] Speaker 2: put him in his position. Now that's important because you see,
[47:58] Speaker 2: in a kingdom there is no vote. I want to
[48:03] Speaker 2: get this across. When you pick the Bible up, you're
[48:06] Speaker 2: reading a book about a king and a kingdom, not
[48:09] Speaker 2: about a president democracy. So when you understand that in
[48:14] Speaker 2: the kingdom there's no vote, you didn't vote Jesus into kingship.
[48:19] Speaker 2: You didn't vote Jesus into power, you can vote them out. Secondly,
[48:24] Speaker 2: if there's no vote, you cannot discuss a memorandum or
[48:30] Speaker 2: a referendum or a majority concept. It doesn't exist in
[48:35] Speaker 2: a kingdom. And this is why I'm very concerned about
[48:38] Speaker 2: comparing Jesus Christ with a president or a prime minister.
[48:42] Speaker 2: If you've been brought up in a culture where all
[48:44] Speaker 2: you know is a president, then you know you don't
[48:48] Speaker 2: obey a president. Think about it. No American obeys President
[48:52] Speaker 2: Bush or any other president. But in a kingdom you
[48:54] Speaker 2: obey the king. Two different concepts, and so if you're
[48:58] Speaker 2: gonna live in the Kingdom of God, you gotta change
[49:01] Speaker 2: the way you think about a king. If you don't
[49:04] Speaker 2: like a president, you can vote him out of power.
[49:07] Speaker 2: If you don't like Jesus, you stuck. You can't vote
[49:10] Speaker 2: him out of power. Secondly, because there's no voting in
[49:13] Speaker 2: the kingdom. If you disagree with one of the laws
[49:17] Speaker 2: in the kingdom, you cannot go and get a majority
[49:19] Speaker 2: vote and change it. Secondly, a king is born a
[49:25] Speaker 2: king by birthright. Uh. A president is not born a president.
[49:30] Speaker 2: You don't have no right to be prime minister. He said,
[49:33] Speaker 2: you have the mercy of the people. A king is
[49:36] Speaker 2: born a king, So you don't make Jesus king of
[49:39] Speaker 2: your life. He's king whether you make him one or not.
[49:42] Speaker 2: He was born that way. I remember Pilot acing Jesus
[49:45] Speaker 2: in the book of John. He said, are you a king?
[49:48] Speaker 2: His answer was very specific. Jesus said, you have said
[49:53] Speaker 2: right that I am a king. For this purpose, was
[49:56] Speaker 2: I born mm A. When the angels sang about his birth,
[50:02] Speaker 2: it says born this day in the city of David,
[50:06] Speaker 2: A savior, a king, Christ, the Lord. The word Messiah
[50:11] Speaker 2: itself means annointed king, so he's born a king. You
[50:15] Speaker 2: don't make Jesus king. And thirdly, a king's word becomes law.
[50:23] Speaker 2: In order to make a law. In the United States,
[50:26] Speaker 2: that's a tough job. It can take ten years. Exactly
[50:31] Speaker 2: in a democracy, it'll take ten years to make a law.
[50:34] Speaker 2: In a kingdom, a king can make a law in
[50:37] Speaker 2: five seconds with his lips. Because when the word comes
[50:40] Speaker 2: from a king's mouth, it becomes law. That's why a
[50:43] Speaker 2: king is so powerful. His words become the constitution in
[50:47] Speaker 2: a kingdom. Therefore, when the king speaks, you have to
[50:52] Speaker 2: obey his words. That's why kings don't talk much. People
[50:56] Speaker 2: love for God to speak. God doesn't talk much because
[50:59] Speaker 2: once he speaks, it becomes law. And this is why
[51:02] Speaker 2: once you get a word from a king, it becomes
[51:04] Speaker 2: what they call a decree. A decree is a law
[51:09] Speaker 2: that cannot be changed except by the king himself, and
[51:12] Speaker 2: the decree is so powerful that the king himself doesn't
[51:15] Speaker 2: change his law. That's why when the king uh Levignezzar
[51:19] Speaker 2: said to Daniel, you know, if you don't obey me,
[51:21] Speaker 2: you gotta be thrown into the lions den or thrown
[51:23] Speaker 2: into the fire. The king liked Daniel, but once he
[51:27] Speaker 2: said it, the Bible says the king was sad because
[51:30] Speaker 2: he had to put Daniel in the lions den. Once
[51:32] Speaker 2: the king speaks, it becomes law because he doesn't change it.
[51:37] Speaker 2: Carovited his own law.
[51:38] Speaker 4: Kay.
[51:40] Speaker 2: A king is also a the king. He owns everything
[51:44] Speaker 2: in his kingdom. It's a very unique thing about a king.
[51:47] Speaker 2: He owns everything. That's why a king can give you
[51:50] Speaker 2: anything he wants in his kingdom. One time, you remember,
[51:54] Speaker 2: Herod was a local king over his territory and he
[51:58] Speaker 2: asked a teenage girl. He says, can you dance for me?
[52:02] Speaker 2: And he said, if you dance for me, I will
[52:05] Speaker 2: give you anything, even up to half of my kingdom.
[52:11] Speaker 2: Could you imagine a king say not to a teenager.
[52:14] Speaker 2: He had the power to do it. Notice he says,
[52:16] Speaker 2: my kingdom, in other words, my territory I can give
[52:18] Speaker 2: anything in that even half of it to a teenager.
[52:22] Speaker 2: That's why when you are under Jesus Christ, if you're
[52:25] Speaker 2: treat him like a president, you start bargaining with him,
[52:28] Speaker 2: you're treating him like a king. You still worrying because
[52:31] Speaker 2: he can give you anything he wants. It's his prerogative.
[52:36] Speaker 2: That's why he says, do not worry what you will eat,
[52:38] Speaker 2: what you would drink. I own all the crops, I
[52:40] Speaker 2: own all the animals. I own the cattle on a
[52:42] Speaker 2: thousand hills, And if you trust and submit to my kingship,
[52:47] Speaker 2: I can give you property. He has something to remember.
[52:51] Speaker 2: If President Bush or Prime Minister period Christian the Bahamas,
[52:55] Speaker 2: if these leaders would give you five thousand acres as
[52:58] Speaker 2: a personal gift, do you know what they call that
[53:01] Speaker 2: in your democracy? Corruption? If a president give a personal
[53:06] Speaker 2: giver of five thousand acres to you, that's corruption. In
[53:10] Speaker 2: a kingdom, it is called favor. Cause the king owns
[53:15] Speaker 2: the five thousand acres plus everything else. So that's why
[53:18] Speaker 2: God can actually give you anything in this kingdom, and
[53:22] Speaker 2: it's called personal favor. That's why the favor of a
[53:25] Speaker 2: king is very important. He has the prerogative and the
[53:29] Speaker 2: authority and the right to give anything he wants to anybody.
[53:32] Speaker 12: MM.
[53:33] Speaker 2: So it's a different concept altogether, Jesus said. One time
[53:36] Speaker 2: he side, He said, go to the other town. You're
[53:38] Speaker 2: gonna meet a man with a donkey and the colt.
[53:40] Speaker 2: Tell the man to give you both the donkey and
[53:42] Speaker 2: the colt. And Peter said, but Master, you know it's
[53:45] Speaker 2: a stranger. What if he aks who sends for it?
[53:49] Speaker 2: He said, If the man asks you who sends for it,
[53:51] Speaker 2: tell him the lord. The word lord means owner, A
[53:55] Speaker 2: don I don't I owner. Yes, that's why every king
[53:58] Speaker 2: is automatically a lord, because the word lord means owner.
[54:02] Speaker 2: The man who you rent your apartment from is called
[54:05] Speaker 2: the landlord because he's the land owner. This is the
[54:07] Speaker 2: concept of owner's lord. So he says, tell the man
[54:11] Speaker 2: to give you the donkey and the colt because the
[54:13] Speaker 2: lord said for it. In otherwise, this man had the
[54:16] Speaker 2: donkey for years maybe, but didn't know that he was
[54:19] Speaker 2: not the owner. Which means that every single person watching
[54:23] Speaker 2: this program in the Middle East, in Africa, Central America,
[54:27] Speaker 2: the Caribbean, Canada, United States, wherever you watch this program,
[54:30] Speaker 2: he has something to remember. You never own anything on
[54:34] Speaker 2: this planet. You are only a stewart, whether you are
[54:37] Speaker 2: Bill Gates or whether you are sleeping under the bridge,
[54:40] Speaker 2: whatever you claim you own is only stewardship. M That's
[54:44] Speaker 2: why you can't take anything with you. Mm. Then you die,
[54:48] Speaker 2: Bill Gates, my beloved friend will be buried in the casket.
[54:51] Speaker 2: It may be an expensive one, but he'll take not
[54:53] Speaker 2: a cent with him, because nothing is ours. That's why
[54:57] Speaker 2: submitting to a king is key. He can give you
[55:00] Speaker 2: and distribute his resources to anyone he wants, and he
[55:03] Speaker 2: can do it without your permission. And that's the power
[55:07] Speaker 2: of kingship. That's awesome. Well, I'll tell you what.
[55:11] Speaker 3: There's a lot of rich parallels between a natural king
[55:16] Speaker 3: and our heaven is spiritual king between a natural.
[55:18] Speaker 4: Kingdom and a heavenly kingdom and spiritual kingdom.
[55:22] Speaker 3: One of the characteristics you share here, Miles, is that
[55:25] Speaker 3: a king chooses who will be a citizen.
[55:27] Speaker 2: H That's a big one.
[55:29] Speaker 17: You know.
[55:29] Speaker 2: In our countries we choose the leader of the country,
[55:33] Speaker 2: and a kingdom is reversed. The king chooses the citizens.
[55:38] Speaker 2: When I was born in the here in this country
[55:40] Speaker 2: in nineteen fifty four, we lived many years of we
[55:43] Speaker 2: were not citizens of the Great Britain. We will called
[55:45] Speaker 2: subjects only because to be a citizen was a choice
[55:48] Speaker 2: of the king. Why Jesus said that sight was one
[55:52] Speaker 2: time Peter said to Jesus, he said, we left house
[55:56] Speaker 2: and land and mother and father befollow you. Jesus, what
[55:58] Speaker 2: are you talking about. No one leaves house and land
[56:00] Speaker 2: and mother and farm to follow me. And for the
[56:03] Speaker 2: kingdom's sake, he said, first of all, you didn't choose me.
[56:07] Speaker 2: I chose you. Now, why is it important to know
[56:11] Speaker 2: that a king chooses a citizen. A king is very smart.
[56:15] Speaker 2: You know, every citizen that a king chooses automatically means
[56:20] Speaker 2: he's responsible for them. That's why a king doesn't just
[56:25] Speaker 2: choose citizens, because every time he chooses a citizen, it
[56:29] Speaker 2: means he's taking place and little responsibility for the livelihood
[56:32] Speaker 2: of that person, welfare, health protection. So when a king
[56:37] Speaker 2: chooses you, you're the one who are privileged, not the king,
[56:43] Speaker 2: because the king takes me unbusy for your life. And
[56:47] Speaker 2: that is why we love being under a kingdom in
[56:49] Speaker 2: the Bahamas and the Bahamas, under the kingdom, we don't
[56:51] Speaker 2: have to worry about food and close the protection and
[56:53] Speaker 2: water and car and house and all this stuff. It
[56:56] Speaker 2: was all brought to us free by the king when
[56:59] Speaker 2: me declare and independence. Now you have to go buy
[57:01] Speaker 2: it and work for it and struggle. So as it's
[57:06] Speaker 2: an advantage to be a kingdom citizen because all of
[57:11] Speaker 2: your precious are taken away.
[57:13] Speaker 3: I want to come back and talk to about that
[57:15] Speaker 3: point from a little bit different perspective later on, before
[57:18] Speaker 3: we're close today.
[57:19] Speaker 4: I have a quick question. I don't know if we're
[57:21] Speaker 4: going to get to at all, but when.
[57:22] Speaker 3: You say that a king chooses who will be citizen,
[57:25] Speaker 3: how does that relate to the fact that the Bible
[57:29] Speaker 3: says that Jesus wishes that none should perish, but that
[57:32] Speaker 3: all should have eternal life. If he chooses us, then
[57:37] Speaker 3: where is this concept of our choice for.
[57:41] Speaker 2: Him come in? Remember he made a statement time he
[57:43] Speaker 2: says many are called. That means I'm calling everybody back
[57:47] Speaker 2: to citizenship, and as many that respond to me, I
[57:50] Speaker 2: choose them. That's simple. He doesn't choose you from among anyone. See,
[57:58] Speaker 2: not every king chooses it everybody. He is the only
[58:02] Speaker 2: king who says as many as the Lord a God
[58:06] Speaker 2: shall call, he call him the whole world they come
[58:10] Speaker 2: unto him.
[58:10] Speaker 4: He chooses everyone that responses.
[58:13] Speaker 2: So I think the beauty of the Kingdom of God
[58:15] Speaker 2: is when you respond to Christ today in his call
[58:19] Speaker 2: to enter his kingdom, you are automatically chosen by him.
[58:23] Speaker 2: So the response is to the call. The choosing is
[58:26] Speaker 2: his response to your response as good. So everyone, black, white, yellow, pink.
[58:32] Speaker 2: If you're an Arab, or a Chinese, or an African,
[58:37] Speaker 2: or an Anglo, a Caucasian, whatever it is, if you
[58:40] Speaker 2: respond to the beauty of his call to come back
[58:43] Speaker 2: to your kingdom and God, you are automatically chosen by him.
[58:48] Speaker 2: That means he takes responsibility for your whole life. Why
[58:51] Speaker 2: do you worry what you will eat, drink, where live?
[58:53] Speaker 2: He says, Look, if I chose you, all the things
[58:56] Speaker 2: I'm added to him, it's the beauty of kingdom.
[58:59] Speaker 18: Man, all that iy, this dodging, all that ivy, it's
[59:10] Speaker 18: like all that ivy, it's your righteousness.
[59:22] Speaker 19: He said that I should not for it. He said
[59:36] Speaker 19: that AS should not for it. No, no, he said
[59:43] Speaker 19: that I should not be unser.
[59:49] Speaker 2: I love my day first, Oh, I love.
[1:00:32] Speaker 3: Welcome them with us to the program, gat to be back,
[1:00:35] Speaker 3: to have you with us again. You know, I'll come
[1:00:36] Speaker 3: to the for years, and Miles has come to Charlotte
[1:00:40] Speaker 3: and he's been with us on camp meeting, and he's
[1:00:42] Speaker 3: been with us on inspiration today and once in a
[1:00:45] Speaker 3: while he's brought Ruth and he keeps saying, you.
[1:00:47] Speaker 4: Know, you've got to come to the Bahamas.
[1:00:49] Speaker 2: Come to the Bahamas.
[1:00:51] Speaker 4: It's where God lives. And we came down here and
[1:00:54] Speaker 4: it's raining outside. You know, we were gonna there's a
[1:00:59] Speaker 4: show pond right behind us.
[1:01:01] Speaker 3: We were going to be shooting outside in the beautiful
[1:01:04] Speaker 3: white sandy beaches and the waving palm trees. But you're
[1:01:07] Speaker 3: just going to have to imagine them because I know
[1:01:09] Speaker 3: they're here, which is hard to see them through all
[1:01:12] Speaker 3: this water that's coming down. I'm getting ready to build
[1:01:14] Speaker 3: an arc here in a moment. But you've been here
[1:01:16] Speaker 3: for the past few days, yes, and it has been beautiful.
[1:01:19] Speaker 4: But I've been up in my room preparing.
[1:01:21] Speaker 2: To speak choice. That's choice, okay, And Barbara's why she's
[1:01:26] Speaker 2: been enjoying the guns. So welcome again to the visa here.
[1:01:31] Speaker 3: Well, you know, we're talking with Pastor Miles about a
[1:01:33] Speaker 3: brand new book that he's written called Kingdom Principles.
[1:01:37] Speaker 4: Understanding the Kingdom of God.
[1:01:38] Speaker 3: And we went out to the street and we asked
[1:01:40] Speaker 3: miles some people here in the Bahamas, what's the difference
[1:01:43] Speaker 3: between man's kingdom and God's kingdom.
[1:01:46] Speaker 4: Like you to take a look at this. We're going
[1:01:47] Speaker 4: to be right back and talk about the difference between
[1:01:50] Speaker 4: man's kingdom and God's kingdom. It's a huge difference.
[1:01:53] Speaker 15: Listen to this, the Kingdom of God and the kingdom
[1:01:56] Speaker 15: of man. From my understanding of how we stand it
[1:02:00] Speaker 15: is that as a born again believe over automatically kingdom citizens,
[1:02:04] Speaker 15: we have direct contacted the throne, which is Jesus Christ
[1:02:11] Speaker 15: through the Holy Spirit to God, whereas with man you
[1:02:14] Speaker 15: have so many protocols.
[1:02:16] Speaker 14: Jesus said that the Kingdom of God is within you.
[1:02:22] Speaker 14: That is, when we receive Jesus Christ as our poison
[1:02:24] Speaker 14: of Lord and Savior, bying True's Holy Spirit, he takes
[1:02:29] Speaker 14: of residence and we are then governed by his program,
[1:02:37] Speaker 14: not ours, whereas the kingdom of men are governed by men.
[1:02:45] Speaker 14: And again we come to this weldly system.
[1:02:50] Speaker 2: Once you have.
[1:02:51] Speaker 9: Got God in your life, well all these other things
[1:02:57] Speaker 9: they take second place and they don't matter.
[1:03:01] Speaker 17: And I mean, once you've got God, You got everything
[1:03:08] Speaker 17: because He has promised never to leave us alone.
[1:03:17] Speaker 3: You know, Miles, there's some similarities between the natural and
[1:03:21] Speaker 3: you bring them out in your book over and over again,
[1:03:23] Speaker 3: between natural kingdoms and spiritual kingdoms. Every natural kingdom has
[1:03:27] Speaker 3: a king every the spiritual kingdom has a kingdom. Natural
[1:03:30] Speaker 3: kingdom has a constitution. Spiritual kingdom has a constitution.
[1:03:35] Speaker 2: You know, we call it the Bible.
[1:03:36] Speaker 4: We've got a lot of people today who.
[1:03:39] Speaker 3: Call themselves, I don't know, teachers, preachers, theologians, whatever, who
[1:03:43] Speaker 3: are trying to.
[1:03:45] Speaker 4: Rewrite the constitution.
[1:03:48] Speaker 3: They're trying to rewrite the spiritual constitution. They're trying to say, well,
[1:03:52] Speaker 3: you know it's in the book, but God really didn't
[1:03:55] Speaker 3: mean it that way, or let's change it.
[1:03:59] Speaker 4: You know what do you think about that?
[1:04:01] Speaker 2: And I think that's probably our greatest challenge right now.
[1:04:05] Speaker 2: It is my conviction that the future is going to
[1:04:11] Speaker 2: be a conflict between the Kingdom of God and Christianity. Really,
[1:04:20] Speaker 2: Christianity has been reduced to a religion. A religion is basically,
[1:04:26] Speaker 2: now today, basically the formulation of doctrines that have been
[1:04:32] Speaker 2: you know, solidified by men's perception of truth and Christianity
[1:04:38] Speaker 2: has become really, in a sad sense, a man made organization.
[1:04:44] Speaker 2: And this is why when you read the Bible, man
[1:04:47] Speaker 2: keeps on adjusting the Word of God to accommodate his desires.
[1:04:52] Speaker 2: There are many moral issues, values, contamination that we are
[1:04:57] Speaker 2: trying to adjust that the Bible too, and this has
[1:05:01] Speaker 2: been a detriment to the purity of the Kingdom of God.
[1:05:04] Speaker 2: In a kingdom, the constitution is the word of the king.
[1:05:09] Speaker 2: No way can you, as a citizen vote to change
[1:05:12] Speaker 2: the words of a king. So when we talk about
[1:05:16] Speaker 2: a kingdom, is very important to distinguish a kingdom from
[1:05:19] Speaker 2: a religion. In a religion, if man makes the laws,
[1:05:23] Speaker 2: he can change them. For example, there's some issues today
[1:05:26] Speaker 2: in the Western world concerning homosexuality, concerning abortion, concerning same
[1:05:34] Speaker 2: gender marriages. I mean, these are important issues today floating around.
[1:05:37] Speaker 2: And what concerns me is that you get people who
[1:05:41] Speaker 2: are claiming to represent Jesus Christ and yet they are
[1:05:47] Speaker 2: adjusting his constitutional statements to accommodate these preferences people have personally.
[1:05:55] Speaker 2: This is dangerous. For example, how can seventy bishops get
[1:05:59] Speaker 2: an to a room and vote against a statement made
[1:06:04] Speaker 2: by the constitution of the king to accommodate, for example,
[1:06:08] Speaker 2: the ordination of a gay bishop. Now, personally, I don't
[1:06:13] Speaker 2: have a problem with that. If they want to do that,
[1:06:15] Speaker 2: that's fine, And that's even in Christianity that it's okay.
[1:06:19] Speaker 2: Because Christianity has become a religion man keeps adapting it
[1:06:22] Speaker 2: to his own interests. But those seventy bishops, in my opinion,
[1:06:27] Speaker 2: are not in the Kingdom of God, because in a
[1:06:30] Speaker 2: kingdom you cannot change the words of a king. You
[1:06:33] Speaker 2: obey or you disobey. I like what Jesus said one
[1:06:36] Speaker 2: time he told the Pharisees in Matthew fifteen, verse one
[1:06:40] Speaker 2: and two. They said, why do your disciples eat with
[1:06:45] Speaker 2: unwashed hands? He said, and why do you? And then
[1:06:50] Speaker 2: he laid into them. He says, you make your traditions
[1:06:54] Speaker 2: more important than the words of God. It was Jesus
[1:07:00] Speaker 2: who kept saying things like you have heard. It said,
[1:07:04] Speaker 2: do not commit adultery. He said, But I say unto you.
[1:07:09] Speaker 2: If you look upon a woman and imagine you were
[1:07:12] Speaker 2: into badbitor, you commit adultery. In other words, here's what
[1:07:14] Speaker 2: you say, here's what I say. A king speaks emphatically.
[1:07:18] Speaker 2: His word is law. Jesus says, fornication is rebellion and
[1:07:24] Speaker 2: sin in my kingdom. You don't say, well, Jesus, you
[1:07:26] Speaker 2: don't understand the pressures of the twenty first century. You
[1:07:28] Speaker 2: know what I mean. You know all the naked women
[1:07:30] Speaker 2: and all the pornography. To come on, Jesus, you know
[1:07:32] Speaker 2: you gotta be more reasonable than this can be reasonable.
[1:07:35] Speaker 2: He says, Look, fornication is sin. I'm the king. Either
[1:07:39] Speaker 2: you obey or disobey. So when you talk about a kingdom,
[1:07:44] Speaker 2: it's opposite to a democracy and a religion. In a religion,
[1:07:48] Speaker 2: you can adjust doctrine to accommodate changing trends. In a kingdom,
[1:07:54] Speaker 2: you're to come up no adjustment. This is why in
[1:07:57] Speaker 2: a kingdom there's no vote. God says, my word stands forever.
[1:08:03] Speaker 2: You know, a adultery is sin, whether it's done by
[1:08:07] Speaker 2: a priest, a bishop, a pope, or a pauper, it's
[1:08:11] Speaker 2: sin to God, the violation of a covenant between a
[1:08:14] Speaker 2: man and a woman. The Bible says that God bless
[1:08:17] Speaker 2: Adam and Eve. If you decide to marry to Steve's
[1:08:21] Speaker 2: you don't try to get God to adjust his word
[1:08:23] Speaker 2: to accommodate your interests religion does that it is possible
[1:08:28] Speaker 2: to have a Christian Church of gays. I have no
[1:08:32] Speaker 2: problem against that, right, letter, I have no problem with that.
[1:08:34] Speaker 2: That's fine. Just be aware you are not in the
[1:08:37] Speaker 2: Kingdom of God. Two men can get married. I got
[1:08:42] Speaker 2: no problem with that. Just remember you cannot be in
[1:08:44] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of God cause it doesn't accommodate that. So
[1:08:48] Speaker 2: that's why I think there's gonna be a clash. There's
[1:08:51] Speaker 2: gonna have to be a decision made whether you are
[1:08:54] Speaker 2: in the Kingdom of God or whether you are in
[1:08:56] Speaker 2: Christianity as a religion. This is gonna be the class.
[1:09:00] Speaker 2: Remember that the greatest opposition Jesus had was never from sinners.
[1:09:07] Speaker 2: His number one opposition was religion and religious people. Because
[1:09:11] Speaker 2: religion attempts to substitute itself for the Kingdom of God.
[1:09:18] Speaker 2: And that's why the Kingdom of God becomes a threat
[1:09:20] Speaker 2: to any religious situation. So I want to stress that
[1:09:24] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of God is a distinct different entity from
[1:09:30] Speaker 2: a religion. It's a government with laws and constitutional commitments.
[1:09:37] Speaker 2: You know, Miles.
[1:09:38] Speaker 3: One of the things I've always found interesting is that
[1:09:41] Speaker 3: the King's word is law absolutely and his constitution is
[1:09:46] Speaker 3: a representation of his love, his law, of his word
[1:09:48] Speaker 3: and his law. But we've got so many people today
[1:09:52] Speaker 3: in the Kingdom of God who claim to be citizens, Okay,
[1:09:57] Speaker 3: And what I hear so many citizens in the Kingdom saying,
[1:10:00] Speaker 3: is well, this is what I think. Do you know
[1:10:04] Speaker 3: I never forget you use the analogy once of an
[1:10:07] Speaker 3: ambassador being sent by a king to a foreign country
[1:10:10] Speaker 3: and he's sent to deliver a message from one king
[1:10:14] Speaker 3: to another. And you know, when he gets there, he
[1:10:17] Speaker 3: delivers the message the king sent him to deliver. He
[1:10:20] Speaker 3: doesn't come and deliver a message that says, well, here's
[1:10:23] Speaker 3: what I think, or this is my opinion. He says,
[1:10:25] Speaker 3: this is what my king said. For a message that says,
[1:10:28] Speaker 3: well here's what I think or this is my opinion.
[1:10:30] Speaker 3: He says, this is what my king says, And this
[1:10:33] Speaker 3: is this is the message he's sent me.
[1:10:35] Speaker 4: Here to deliver to you.
[1:10:37] Speaker 3: And you know, when you when you apply that to
[1:10:39] Speaker 3: the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven, and
[1:10:42] Speaker 3: you hear so many of citizens in the Kingdom, so
[1:10:47] Speaker 3: many people who call themselves Christians, saying, well, you know,
[1:10:50] Speaker 3: this is this is what I think. It may sound
[1:10:53] Speaker 3: almost undemocratic to say this. And we all want to
[1:10:58] Speaker 3: live in a democracy. We want and we all want
[1:11:00] Speaker 3: to have a vote, we all want to have a
[1:11:02] Speaker 3: right to have freedom of speech to say whatever we
[1:11:04] Speaker 3: want to say. But you know, when you get down
[1:11:07] Speaker 3: to it, it's not what we think and it's not.
[1:11:09] Speaker 4: What our opinion is. It's what does my king have
[1:11:12] Speaker 4: to say about the subject.
[1:11:13] Speaker 2: Jesus Christ chose the concept of a king to describe
[1:11:16] Speaker 2: himself because of the implications of kingship. Kingship means you
[1:11:22] Speaker 2: have no leverage to negotiate with him. His word is law.
[1:11:29] Speaker 2: That's why Christ is. I didn't come to change the law.
[1:11:31] Speaker 2: I came to fulfill these things. And one of the
[1:11:34] Speaker 2: things about a kingdom is that a kingdom is a government.
[1:11:39] Speaker 2: A government has a number of components, and that one
[1:11:41] Speaker 2: of them is representation. The Bible says that we are
[1:11:45] Speaker 2: ambassadors of Christ, and that's what you refer to. That's important.
[1:11:53] Speaker 2: An ambassador is a strange creature, and I talk about
[1:11:55] Speaker 2: it in the book, and that's why I have so
[1:11:57] Speaker 2: much peace in my life. Bassador is different from a congressman,
[1:12:03] Speaker 2: a senator, a parliamentarian, a council, city councilman, or even
[1:12:08] Speaker 2: a president or a prime minister. An ambassador is a
[1:12:11] Speaker 2: strange creature because he is the personification of a country.
[1:12:16] Speaker 2: He becomes a country. An ambassador is totally the property
[1:12:22] Speaker 2: of the government. This is why when you become an ambassador,
[1:12:25] Speaker 2: you have no more bills in your life. On Tuesday,
[1:12:29] Speaker 2: if you are a regular citizen, you have mortgage payments,
[1:12:32] Speaker 2: light buil, water build food bills, tuition for your kids.
[1:12:35] Speaker 2: If on banister, you become an ambassador appointed by the
[1:12:39] Speaker 2: president or the prime minister of your country. Instantly you
[1:12:42] Speaker 2: have no bills, no mortgage, no light bills, no water bills.
[1:12:45] Speaker 2: Why the government takes over your life. So the government
[1:12:49] Speaker 2: a vice, provides you with a house, a car, light bills,
[1:12:53] Speaker 2: water bills, phone bills, tuition, They pay for your kids,
[1:12:56] Speaker 2: They buy your clothes. In other words, an ambassador is
[1:12:58] Speaker 2: the only creature in government who has no worries. A
[1:13:02] Speaker 2: congressman gotta buy his own shoes, a parliamentary gotta buy
[1:13:07] Speaker 2: his own clothing. But an ambassador, the government pays for everything.
[1:13:12] Speaker 2: That's why Jesus says you an ambassador. Now, when an
[1:13:16] Speaker 2: ambassador speaks, it's illegal for him to give his opinion.
[1:13:23] Speaker 2: Study any ambassador any in the world. You check CNN, Fox, Network, ABC,
[1:13:27] Speaker 2: and an ambassador speaks, he will it's impossible him to
[1:13:31] Speaker 2: give his opinion. Why he's not a person, he's a country.
[1:13:37] Speaker 2: So when an ambassador speaks, he always speaks like this,
[1:13:41] Speaker 2: my government's position is and then he makes a statement.
[1:13:46] Speaker 2: So when someone asks an ambassador what do you think
[1:13:48] Speaker 2: about an issue, he cannot say, here's what I think.
[1:13:52] Speaker 2: It's illegal. If you are an ambassador of the Kingdom
[1:13:57] Speaker 2: of God, a government from heaven, and someone asks you
[1:14:00] Speaker 2: what do you think about homosexuality? If you give them
[1:14:04] Speaker 2: your opinion, you violated the law. You are supposed to say.
[1:14:10] Speaker 2: I have no opinion about this issue. But my government's
[1:14:14] Speaker 2: position is based on the Constitution. It's an abomination. If
[1:14:18] Speaker 2: you have a problem with the statement made by the ambassador,
[1:14:22] Speaker 2: you cannot attack the ambassador. You gotta take it up
[1:14:24] Speaker 2: with the government. That I think Christians are in danger
[1:14:30] Speaker 2: because religion loves to give its opinion. It's perspective, it's
[1:14:35] Speaker 2: personal views, and you get involved in arguments. I have
[1:14:39] Speaker 2: no argument with Gaze. I have no argument. But people
[1:14:44] Speaker 2: want to be married to the same sex. No problem okay,
[1:14:49] Speaker 2: but my government's position is very clear on these issues.
[1:14:54] Speaker 2: And I state my government position. That's kingdom living. I
[1:14:58] Speaker 2: am not here do argue with anyone, cause I don't
[1:15:02] Speaker 2: represent myself. I'm just gonna this is the power of
[1:15:05] Speaker 2: kingdom living. We're gonna have to come down to this.
[1:15:09] Speaker 2: Otherwise we're gonna keep holding placards and having sit outs
[1:15:12] Speaker 2: and standing in front of government buildings, marching up and
[1:15:14] Speaker 2: down shouting. That's not how you bring change. Jesus never
[1:15:18] Speaker 2: had a riot to change anything. Now, he simply says,
[1:15:22] Speaker 2: this is what I say. You know you've said this,
[1:15:24] Speaker 2: but I say unto you, this is the beauty of
[1:15:29] Speaker 2: being in a kingdom. You don't need to worry about
[1:15:32] Speaker 2: defending yourself cause you are. You are an appointee of government.
[1:15:37] Speaker 2: You are government appointee. And each one of us who
[1:15:40] Speaker 2: are in the Kingdom of God, who understand it, we say,
[1:15:44] Speaker 2: like Peter, Peter says this, saying, she is who you crucified.
[1:15:48] Speaker 2: Heal this man. You got a problem, you go talk
[1:15:51] Speaker 2: to him, don't argue with me. And that's the power
[1:15:54] Speaker 2: of kingdom.
[1:15:55] Speaker 4: Shit allows, how do you get people?
[1:15:59] Speaker 2: You know?
[1:15:59] Speaker 3: People watch now, citizens of the Kingdom from all over
[1:16:04] Speaker 3: the world. How do you get Kingdom citizens to speak,
[1:16:08] Speaker 3: to act, to reflect the position of their government.
[1:16:15] Speaker 2: There's only one way. I am officially in my country
[1:16:20] Speaker 2: given the privilege of being recognized by my government as
[1:16:23] Speaker 2: an ambassador at large. I also received an official honor
[1:16:29] Speaker 2: from the Queen of England officially called the Obe Award,
[1:16:33] Speaker 2: which places me as a representative of the Queen as well.
[1:16:38] Speaker 2: And in my position a lot of things I had
[1:16:40] Speaker 2: to be taught as a representative, certain things that they
[1:16:45] Speaker 2: said I cannot and can and can do. You need
[1:16:49] Speaker 2: diplomatic training. In to learning diplomatic courtesy, you also got
[1:16:54] Speaker 2: to know the constitution back in front. You cannot represent
[1:16:58] Speaker 2: a government you don't know about. So the most important
[1:17:01] Speaker 2: thing you and I must do if we're going to
[1:17:03] Speaker 2: represent a country is to make sure we read that
[1:17:06] Speaker 2: constitution completely, to know all the laws, the perspectives, the
[1:17:10] Speaker 2: views of the government. That's why you don't read the
[1:17:13] Speaker 2: Bible for devotions. You read the Bible. You read the
[1:17:16] Speaker 2: Bible because it's your legal responsibility. You are obligated to
[1:17:21] Speaker 2: know the views of a king, and so the Word
[1:17:24] Speaker 2: of God is your life. The reason why an ambassador
[1:17:27] Speaker 2: lives is to represent his country, not himself. That's why
[1:17:33] Speaker 2: in every ambassador's office you go check him out, you know,
[1:17:36] Speaker 2: and I've been to many of them. There are three
[1:17:39] Speaker 2: phones on ambassador's desks, usually three telephones. Usually one is
[1:17:44] Speaker 2: red or green. Then as you got your white phones
[1:17:48] Speaker 2: and et cetera. Now that red phone, whenever that rings,
[1:17:51] Speaker 2: only one person is on that phone. An ambassador knows it.
[1:17:54] Speaker 2: It's either his president or the Prime minister. All the
[1:17:57] Speaker 2: other phones other people can call on, that one is unique.
[1:18:00] Speaker 2: When that phone rings, the ambassador knows he's gonna get
[1:18:03] Speaker 2: a direct directive on an issue. To me, the red
[1:18:08] Speaker 2: phone is the Holy Spirit. When the Holy Spirit calls
[1:18:13] Speaker 2: you up, you know it's God. I ain't gonna tell
[1:18:17] Speaker 2: you this is my position on this issue. Right. You
[1:18:21] Speaker 2: don't discuss and negotiate a government's position. This is why
[1:18:26] Speaker 2: many times ambassadors get in trouble because they just state
[1:18:29] Speaker 2: what their government's position is and they never changed from
[1:18:33] Speaker 2: it no matter. You know. In the United Nations, you
[1:18:36] Speaker 2: got these ambassadors talking all the time, and people disagree.
[1:18:39] Speaker 2: That guy just says, that's my government's position. Why do
[1:18:43] Speaker 2: we change our positions when the popular opinion turns against
[1:18:47] Speaker 2: us because we are religious. We're not kingdom.
[1:18:50] Speaker 4: That's so true.
[1:18:51] Speaker 3: We want to be politically correct, we want to fit
[1:18:54] Speaker 3: and we harm to the times or to other people's opinions.
[1:18:57] Speaker 2: Absolutely, we have to study and learn the kingdom. Jesus said,
[1:19:01] Speaker 2: seek ye first, the Kingdom of God. Seek means pursue, study, explore,
[1:19:09] Speaker 2: get to know, understand. In other words, you don't casually
[1:19:13] Speaker 2: come into a country. You got to study that country.
[1:19:16] Speaker 2: And the Kingdom of Heaven is a country, and Earth
[1:19:18] Speaker 2: is its colony. Yes, and we are here to colonize
[1:19:21] Speaker 2: Earth with Heaven. Amen. I learned the kingdom, Jesus said,
[1:19:25] Speaker 2: seek ye first, the Kingdom of God. Seek means pursue, study, explore,
[1:19:32] Speaker 2: get to know, understand. In other words, you don't casually
[1:19:36] Speaker 2: come into a country. You got to study that country.
[1:19:39] Speaker 2: And the Kingdom of Heaven is a country, and Earth
[1:19:41] Speaker 2: is its colony. Yes, and we are here to colonize
[1:19:44] Speaker 2: Earth with Heaven. Amen.
[1:19:46] Speaker 4: Or that's good. That's good, you know, pastor Miles. I'll
[1:19:50] Speaker 4: tell you what you know.
[1:19:51] Speaker 3: It's it's wonderful to have partners who stand alongside you
[1:19:55] Speaker 3: and pray for you and hold your arms up.
[1:19:59] Speaker 2: It's a big we are just of people in the
[1:20:01] Speaker 2: world that never heard this good news. We are doing
[1:20:04] Speaker 2: the greatest contribution to Kingdom expansion. And this book is
[1:20:09] Speaker 2: just a token of appreciation. As a matter of fact,
[1:20:12] Speaker 2: when you send your gift in it could be one
[1:20:15] Speaker 2: thousand dollars or five hundred dollars, whatever it is to
[1:20:17] Speaker 2: support not only the media part of this ministry, but
[1:20:20] Speaker 2: the building of the City of Light, which we are
[1:20:24] Speaker 2: part of the whole project. You are going to be
[1:20:27] Speaker 2: being a part of this twenty first century Kingdom expansion.
[1:20:31] Speaker 2: And this book is a way of Dave and Barbara
[1:20:33] Speaker 2: saying thanks for supporting the work. And I am so
[1:20:38] Speaker 2: grateful that God is using I nsp and all of
[1:20:41] Speaker 2: his other network components to share the only godspel that
[1:20:46] Speaker 2: Jesus preach, and that is the government of God coming
[1:20:49] Speaker 2: to Earth to solve all the poverty problems, the racism problems,
[1:20:53] Speaker 2: the religious conflict problems. Religion is the greatest problem on
[1:20:58] Speaker 2: the planet right now. Why it's not a solution. The
[1:21:02] Speaker 2: Kingdom of God is not a religion. It came to
[1:21:05] Speaker 2: bring all humans back to their dignity, to their royalty
[1:21:09] Speaker 2: and to their relationship of one is in Christ. And
[1:21:12] Speaker 2: that's what Jesus came to restore. And thank you Miles
[1:21:16] Speaker 2: and for being with us today. Thank you for being
[1:21:18] Speaker 2: with us.
[1:21:18] Speaker 3: Thanks also to the beautiful Atlantis Hotel and the Wyndham
[1:21:22] Speaker 3: Hotel here and the government of the Bahamas who have
[1:21:24] Speaker 3: all been so gracious to host us throughout this week.
[1:21:27] Speaker 3: We're going to be back tomorrow once again talking about
[1:21:30] Speaker 3: the Kingdom.
[1:21:30] Speaker 4: Don't miss it.
[1:21:32] Speaker 3: Right now the praising worship team from the Bahamas Faith
[1:21:35] Speaker 3: Ministry International Pastor Miles's Church, wonderful anointed group of men
[1:21:40] Speaker 3: and women are coming to sing he brains.
[1:21:43] Speaker 4: God bless them and God bless you today.
[1:21:47] Speaker 20: God God, Doctor milesman Road tackles a crucial subject in
[1:22:56] Speaker 20: the kingdom. Why are people failing to preach the mess
[1:23:00] Speaker 20: Jesus did.
[1:23:01] Speaker 2: You'll notice that Jesus Christ was not a religious man.
[1:23:05] Speaker 2: He goes religion is out there. Coming up on Inspiration Today.
[1:23:15] Speaker 12: Today, we're here for you ready, Jesus, Hello.
[1:23:42] Speaker 5: Welcome to Inspiration Today. We are in the beautiful Atlantis
[1:23:46] Speaker 5: Resort in the Bahamas.
[1:23:48] Speaker 12: Today.
[1:23:48] Speaker 5: We've been here all week and it was raining, but
[1:23:53] Speaker 5: it's the sun is beginning to come out. There's still
[1:23:56] Speaker 5: a few clouds out there, but we were going to
[1:23:59] Speaker 5: be out there today in the sand, but we were
[1:24:02] Speaker 5: able to come inside.
[1:24:03] Speaker 3: And it was good at least of them to set
[1:24:05] Speaker 3: aside this whole restaurant, close it down and just let
[1:24:08] Speaker 3: the people here at the Atlantis have been so wonderful.
[1:24:11] Speaker 4: And everybody down here has been wonderful.
[1:24:13] Speaker 3: The Windham Hotel, Ohama's government, the Bahamian government, yes, and
[1:24:19] Speaker 3: they've really just been so gracious and hosted us down
[1:24:23] Speaker 3: here and done such a wonderful thing. And I'll tell
[1:24:25] Speaker 3: you it was really gone beyond what I ever could
[1:24:29] Speaker 3: ask or think. I had no idea we're going to
[1:24:31] Speaker 3: get treated like this. Was the Bahamas Faith Ministry International
[1:24:35] Speaker 3: staff Pastor Miles Monroe, who we're here with this week,
[1:24:38] Speaker 3: and his wife Ruth have just.
[1:24:42] Speaker 2: We can't do anything.
[1:24:43] Speaker 4: There's someone to take us here and someone to bring
[1:24:45] Speaker 4: us there, and can we help.
[1:24:46] Speaker 2: You and can we get anything for you?
[1:24:48] Speaker 4: Miles?
[1:24:49] Speaker 2: Thank you so much, thank you, it's been good having
[1:24:51] Speaker 2: you all here, your whole crew. I think you guys
[1:24:54] Speaker 2: one of the best behaved crew I've had. These guys
[1:24:58] Speaker 2: are fun. I want to thank all the the hard
[1:25:00] Speaker 2: working team here and the cameramen and the Aussie and
[1:25:03] Speaker 2: the whole work. You know, we're one family and we
[1:25:07] Speaker 2: feel so close to INSP and network because you come
[1:25:11] Speaker 2: into the Bahamas every single day, seven days a week,
[1:25:16] Speaker 2: and our people, our cable stations here have carried you
[1:25:19] Speaker 2: from the beginning. And thank you for being a positive
[1:25:22] Speaker 2: impact on our community, for bringing programming into our homes
[1:25:26] Speaker 2: that help to increase the high moral standards of our country.
[1:25:31] Speaker 2: Quality preaching, is that right, sweetly?
[1:25:32] Speaker 7: Yes, encouraging to move people from one level to the next.
[1:25:40] Speaker 3: Yes, and partners, thank you because none of what we
[1:25:42] Speaker 3: do would be possible without you, because we do it together.
[1:25:46] Speaker 4: Yes, you know, Miles, we went out on the street.
[1:25:48] Speaker 3: We asked some people here in the Bahamas an important question,
[1:25:50] Speaker 3: and that was, why did Jesus say it was important
[1:25:54] Speaker 3: to seek first the Kingdom of God? Yes, listen to
[1:25:57] Speaker 3: what they had to say. We're talking about the Kingdom
[1:25:59] Speaker 3: of God all week. If you've missed all week long
[1:26:01] Speaker 3: and you're just tuning in today. For the very first time,
[1:26:04] Speaker 3: Pastor Miles has written a brand new book about Kingdom principles,
[1:26:08] Speaker 3: Understanding the Kingdom of God and the parallels between a
[1:26:12] Speaker 3: natural kingdom and the spiritual kingdom between a king and
[1:26:16] Speaker 3: a kingdom are just phenomenal. And there is so much
[1:26:21] Speaker 3: golden nuggets hidden in this treasure book here that I
[1:26:24] Speaker 3: wish you'd get a copy of today. But we ask
[1:26:27] Speaker 3: people why did Jesus say, seek you first the kingdom?
[1:26:31] Speaker 3: Listen to what they had to say, and then we're
[1:26:33] Speaker 3: going to come right back and we're going to talk
[1:26:35] Speaker 3: today about the.
[1:26:36] Speaker 4: Kingdom of God.
[1:26:39] Speaker 6: Well, seeking the Kingdom of God is so important because,
[1:26:42] Speaker 6: like I said, it's in Him that we live, It's
[1:26:44] Speaker 6: in him that we move, it's in him that we
[1:26:46] Speaker 6: have our being.
[1:26:47] Speaker 7: We exist in God.
[1:26:49] Speaker 6: And once we grasp onto that concept, then everything would
[1:26:54] Speaker 6: be fine for us.
[1:26:55] Speaker 14: Jesus Christ will not have second place. He will be
[1:27:01] Speaker 14: laud of all or not lord at all. He comes
[1:27:05] Speaker 14: first FoST in every aspect of our lives.
[1:27:10] Speaker 15: That was his priority. You know, seek his kingdom, whereas
[1:27:14] Speaker 15: I mean, you'll be seeking him. And once you seek him,
[1:27:17] Speaker 15: he gives you direction for your life. See what audio steps,
[1:27:20] Speaker 15: and give you a part to what he wants you
[1:27:23] Speaker 15: to do.
[1:27:25] Speaker 3: Well, there was a reason why Jesus said, seek he first,
[1:27:29] Speaker 3: the Kingdom of God, and then all these things will
[1:27:32] Speaker 3: be added unto you. You know, Miles, you said something
[1:27:35] Speaker 3: on a program earlier this week that I really would
[1:27:38] Speaker 3: like to get back to.
[1:27:39] Speaker 2: You said that that.
[1:27:42] Speaker 3: Many preachers today are preaching a gospel, but it's not
[1:27:48] Speaker 3: the gospel of the kingdom, and they're.
[1:27:50] Speaker 4: Preaching how did you say. You said, they're not preaching.
[1:27:55] Speaker 2: The gospel of Jesus Christ.
[1:27:57] Speaker 4: There you go. They're preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
[1:27:59] Speaker 2: Not that God for that Jesus Christ preached. You know,
[1:28:05] Speaker 2: I'm afraid to even say some things publicly because I
[1:28:08] Speaker 2: know that sometimes it creates a lot of conflict. Jesus
[1:28:13] Speaker 2: never preached prosperity. Now I'm a prosperous man.
[1:28:18] Speaker 16: You know.
[1:28:19] Speaker 2: God's been very very good to me. My wife and
[1:28:21] Speaker 2: I are doing very well. Okay, we are personally dead free.
[1:28:26] Speaker 2: So we're not discussing where the God wants you to
[1:28:28] Speaker 2: prosper That's not the issue. The issue is that was
[1:28:32] Speaker 2: not his message. Why didn't Jesus preach prosperity because in
[1:28:38] Speaker 2: a kingdom the issue is unnecessary. Now in a religion,
[1:28:44] Speaker 2: maybe it is, but not in a kingdom. In a kingdom,
[1:28:47] Speaker 2: for example, here's something that you need to learn about
[1:28:49] Speaker 2: a kingdom. In a kingdom, the reputation of a king
[1:28:55] Speaker 2: is dependent and determined by the quality of life, life
[1:29:01] Speaker 2: and stand up living of his citizens. So when you
[1:29:04] Speaker 2: study kingdoms in history, kingdoms always kings always want a
[1:29:08] Speaker 2: lot of wealth. Why did they want wealth to protect
[1:29:11] Speaker 2: their reputation? Why to make sure there's citizens of everything?
[1:29:16] Speaker 2: So nothing is better for a king than a prosperous citizen.
[1:29:21] Speaker 2: The only difference is so nothing is better for a
[1:29:25] Speaker 2: king than a prosperous citizen. The only difference is the
[1:29:29] Speaker 2: citizen is not responsible for his prosperity.
[1:29:33] Speaker 5: The king is.
[1:29:35] Speaker 2: That's why Jesus says, why are you discussing food and clothing?
[1:29:40] Speaker 2: How you will live? He says, Oh, this is worry.
[1:29:44] Speaker 2: He says, take no thought of his things, don't him?
[1:29:49] Speaker 2: Why if you bring it up, you insult the king.
[1:29:52] Speaker 2: You are actually making him a dangerous poor reputation among
[1:29:57] Speaker 2: other kings.
[1:29:58] Speaker 4: So what did Jesus so, Jesus chrich I just told
[1:30:02] Speaker 4: you what the Christ his gospel was.
[1:30:04] Speaker 2: If you are in the kingdom, first, everything is paid
[1:30:07] Speaker 2: for because it's the king. It's in the king's best
[1:30:11] Speaker 2: interest that you prosper because your prosperity protects his reputation.
[1:30:17] Speaker 2: So citizens of a kingdom do not seek prosperity. They
[1:30:21] Speaker 2: seek kingdom citizenship, because it's citizenship that gives you to
[1:30:26] Speaker 2: guarantee your prosperity. You remember when the Queen of Sheba,
[1:30:30] Speaker 2: when she heard about Solomon, he's two different kingdoms, right,
[1:30:34] Speaker 2: Solomon is a great king. She says, there's no greater
[1:30:36] Speaker 2: king than my kingdom. So she goes to visit Solomon.
[1:30:40] Speaker 2: And remember two things about kingdoms. When a king visits
[1:30:44] Speaker 2: another king, they always took a gift. The gift was
[1:30:47] Speaker 2: not just to be nice. The gift was to embarrass
[1:30:50] Speaker 2: the king because the king that bought the greatest gift
[1:30:54] Speaker 2: would prove that he's the greater king because he has
[1:30:56] Speaker 2: more well than that king. That's why when kings visit,
[1:30:59] Speaker 2: kings coming with a gift. That's why the Bible says,
[1:31:02] Speaker 2: never come before the lord empty handed, because you're coming
[1:31:04] Speaker 2: toward a king and you are a king. That's why
[1:31:06] Speaker 2: it's called the King of kings. We are all kings.
[1:31:08] Speaker 2: He's the King of kings, and you go to God,
[1:31:10] Speaker 2: you gotta take a gift. Now he has the problem.
[1:31:13] Speaker 2: When you go before a king, you take your gift
[1:31:15] Speaker 2: the Queen of She becomes with a gift. It's a
[1:31:18] Speaker 2: massive gift, millions of dollars. And she figured, I'm gonna
[1:31:21] Speaker 2: embarrass Solomon because everyone say his reputations he's a great king.
[1:31:25] Speaker 2: So she comes from Africa, she comes to the Middle East.
[1:31:27] Speaker 2: She goes to visit him, takes the gifts, camels and
[1:31:30] Speaker 2: goats and badgers, skin, all this wealth and all these
[1:31:33] Speaker 2: shackles of gold and silver. Solomon says, no problem. When
[1:31:37] Speaker 2: she enters Solomon's territory, she didn't see him first. The
[1:31:43] Speaker 2: first thing she saw was his citizens. The Bible says,
[1:31:47] Speaker 2: when she saw the way you were dressed, she became nervous. See,
[1:31:54] Speaker 2: wealth in the kingdom is not a private issue. It's
[1:31:59] Speaker 2: a public issue. Prosperity in the kingdom is That's why
[1:32:05] Speaker 2: the word in the kingdom for prosperities the word commonwealth.
[1:32:11] Speaker 2: The wealth is common, everybody is prosperous. And in a
[1:32:15] Speaker 2: true kingdom, the word common wealth that is not used
[1:32:18] Speaker 2: in a republic. It's not used in a democracy. It's
[1:32:22] Speaker 2: only a kingdom concept. Why because in a kingdom every
[1:32:26] Speaker 2: citizen is wealthy. The wealth is common. The commonwealth in
[1:32:29] Speaker 2: the Bahamas, we were called the Commonwealth of the Bahamas
[1:32:32] Speaker 2: because we were under the Kingdom Great Britain. So in
[1:32:34] Speaker 2: the Bahamas, our roles and our lights and our telephone
[1:32:38] Speaker 2: were all provided by the kingdom because we took on
[1:32:41] Speaker 2: the kingdom's name. So King Henry the eighth and King
[1:32:45] Speaker 2: George the fifth and Queen Elizabeth, their names were tied
[1:32:50] Speaker 2: to us in the Bahamas. If we were poor and broken, starving,
[1:32:54] Speaker 2: that's bad for their reputation, so they made sure they
[1:32:57] Speaker 2: ship money and food and cloth to us. That's when
[1:32:59] Speaker 2: God means when he says, don't worry. So we don't
[1:33:04] Speaker 2: teach prosperity as a doctrine in a kingdom, because prosperity
[1:33:09] Speaker 2: in a kingdom is a king's personal requirement. And when
[1:33:13] Speaker 2: Solomon his staff, when the quinn is she was sure
[1:33:18] Speaker 2: where they were dressed in. Then she saw whether they
[1:33:21] Speaker 2: were eating on silver space plates and golden fox. Then
[1:33:25] Speaker 2: she saw the meat on the plate. She said, this
[1:33:27] Speaker 2: is a great king. In other words, people supposed to
[1:33:30] Speaker 2: know what God is like by when they meet you.
[1:33:34] Speaker 2: Your prosperity is not for you to compete with other
[1:33:37] Speaker 2: people for blessings. It's for you to represent your government.
[1:33:42] Speaker 2: God warns every single one of you watching the program
[1:33:45] Speaker 2: to prosper, but not for your sake. The term for
[1:33:51] Speaker 2: reputation in the Bible is the term namesake. So God says,
[1:33:56] Speaker 2: I will do everything for my namesake. I'm gonna bless
[1:34:01] Speaker 2: you for my name sake. I'm gonna prosper you for
[1:34:05] Speaker 2: my namesake. This is the good news of the Kingdom.
[1:34:08] Speaker 2: You don't worry because He's gonna protect his name. So,
[1:34:11] Speaker 2: if you are broke today, sick today, nothing is worse
[1:34:14] Speaker 2: for a king than a sick citizen. That's why Christ
[1:34:17] Speaker 2: provided healing. He healed because it was poor representation for
[1:34:21] Speaker 2: him for you to be sick. So if you sick today,
[1:34:25] Speaker 2: in the name of the King, I command you to
[1:34:27] Speaker 2: be healed. Why it's for the king's sake. You should
[1:34:30] Speaker 2: be healed. If you are possessed by demons, that's bad
[1:34:35] Speaker 2: for the king's reputation if you're in his kingdom. So
[1:34:37] Speaker 2: Christ removed demonic powers. Why because those people were his citizens.
[1:34:43] Speaker 2: So today the good news, that's why it's called the gospel.
[1:34:47] Speaker 2: The good news of the Kingdom is if you come
[1:34:50] Speaker 2: into the Kingdom of God, you're free from religion. You
[1:34:53] Speaker 2: are under a government, and he comes with the government
[1:34:56] Speaker 2: upon his shoulders and to his kingdom. There will be
[1:34:59] Speaker 2: no in the Bible says.
[1:35:00] Speaker 3: That's good news some miles for the people at home,
[1:35:04] Speaker 3: watching and listening who consider themselves citizens of the kingdom,
[1:35:10] Speaker 3: but are hearing what you're saying right now and maybe saying, well,
[1:35:13] Speaker 3: I'm not enjoying those benefits of citizenship. I'm sick, my
[1:35:19] Speaker 3: marriage is broken, I'm living in poverty. I don't have
[1:35:24] Speaker 3: enough to pay my bills. What's the answer for them?
[1:35:27] Speaker 2: Simple answer, Seek ye first, not Christianity, not religion. You're
[1:35:33] Speaker 2: probably the state because you're being under a very strong
[1:35:35] Speaker 2: religious influence. Seek ye first, the Kingdom of God and
[1:35:41] Speaker 2: is righteousness. Righteous means to be in proper alignment with
[1:35:44] Speaker 2: the government, your being, its laws. And then these things
[1:35:49] Speaker 2: shall be added to you. So your pursuit, your key
[1:35:53] Speaker 2: to your life being changed, is not to become more religious,
[1:35:57] Speaker 2: but to become more kingdom, to develop kingdom citizenship relationship
[1:36:01] Speaker 2: with God. That means you got to pick up the
[1:36:03] Speaker 2: Bible again for the first time. If you have a Buddhist,
[1:36:06] Speaker 2: a Hindu, a Muslim, a scientologist, a Confucian, Unitarian or Bahai,
[1:36:10] Speaker 2: whatever you are listen. I got good news for you.
[1:36:14] Speaker 2: Religions none of them are working, including Christianity for the
[1:36:19] Speaker 2: most part. What works is this good news of the Kingdom.
[1:36:24] Speaker 2: That's the real issue here. I invite you to come
[1:36:29] Speaker 2: to citizenship, not to membership, to come to the government,
[1:36:34] Speaker 2: not to a religion. This is the heart of kingdom living.
[1:36:38] Speaker 2: And I would not want to leave these programs without
[1:36:41] Speaker 2: asking the question the disciples asked Jesus. They said, when
[1:36:45] Speaker 2: will the end come? And all of us want to
[1:36:49] Speaker 2: know that. That's the big talk, and all the news stations,
[1:36:52] Speaker 2: you know, when will the end of the world come?
[1:36:55] Speaker 2: His answer was in general massa tip the twenty four.
[1:36:58] Speaker 2: He said, the end will come, and then he told
[1:37:00] Speaker 2: us when the end would not come. First, he said,
[1:37:02] Speaker 2: there'll be wars, rumors of wars, There'll be pestilence, aids,
[1:37:07] Speaker 2: There'll be all kinds of Christs coming into the world,
[1:37:09] Speaker 2: Buddhas into all this subs. He said, there'll be a
[1:37:11] Speaker 2: lot of earthquakes we got to happen all over the place.
[1:37:14] Speaker 2: There'll be tsunamis, there'll be farmings, which means in economic crisis,
[1:37:19] Speaker 2: oil crisis. He says, But the end is not yet
[1:37:24] Speaker 2: there'll be terrorism, there'll be ninety eleven there. It don't panic.
[1:37:29] Speaker 2: The end is not yet because none of the things
[1:37:31] Speaker 2: is gonna bring the end. And then in verse fourteen,
[1:37:34] Speaker 2: he makes a statement that every human being needs to hear.
[1:37:38] Speaker 2: He told us when the end will come, He said,
[1:37:41] Speaker 2: but when this gospel of the Kingdom is preached into
[1:37:47] Speaker 2: all the world as a testimony to all men, then
[1:37:52] Speaker 2: the end will come. He places the end on the
[1:37:57] Speaker 2: condition of a message. Notice we quote it again. He says,
[1:38:02] Speaker 2: when this gospel that means they're gonna be some others around.
[1:38:07] Speaker 2: When this gospel of what the Kingdom is preached into
[1:38:11] Speaker 2: all the world, that means the people in every nation,
[1:38:14] Speaker 2: and I'm looking for Christianity, looking for the Kingdom, take
[1:38:17] Speaker 2: the right message, he says, then the end will come.
[1:38:21] Speaker 2: He has the problem, David Barbara. That's why he ain't
[1:38:23] Speaker 2: coming now, because the people who claim to represent him
[1:38:26] Speaker 2: don't even have the gospel. Yet. I got a degree
[1:38:29] Speaker 2: in theology. There was no class on the Kingdom. And
[1:38:32] Speaker 2: here he said, when this gospel of the Kingdom is
[1:38:35] Speaker 2: preached into all the world, the end will come. We
[1:38:38] Speaker 2: got missionaries and evangelists going out. We are supporting them,
[1:38:42] Speaker 2: financing them, never asking them, what's your message? What's your message?
[1:38:50] Speaker 2: You can have successfully evangelism with the wrong message. What
[1:38:54] Speaker 2: do you think most of these people are doing. Hindus
[1:38:56] Speaker 2: are growing, Buddhists are growing, Muslims are growing, is expanding.
[1:39:01] Speaker 2: What is their message? Even the Christians are going what
[1:39:06] Speaker 2: is their message? I challenge everyone, don't you know? Don't
[1:39:13] Speaker 2: take it up personally on me. Go back to the Bible.
[1:39:17] Speaker 2: Just read the Bible. If you are a Buddhist, read
[1:39:20] Speaker 2: the Bible, Hindu, read the Bible, Muslim read the Bible,
[1:39:24] Speaker 2: Christian read the Bible, Scientologists read the Bible. Eight is
[1:39:30] Speaker 2: read the Bible. You'll notice that Jesus Christ was not
[1:39:33] Speaker 2: a religious man, because religion is our problem. He bought
[1:39:38] Speaker 2: a kingdom to earth, the one you lost when Adam
[1:39:42] Speaker 2: disobeyed God six thousand years ago. He bought that kingdom back,
[1:39:47] Speaker 2: and he says he wants you to come back to
[1:39:49] Speaker 2: citizenship so he can take it of all of your issues.
[1:39:53] Speaker 2: This is the good news. If we are going to
[1:39:56] Speaker 2: bring the end of the world to its culmination, we're
[1:40:00] Speaker 2: gonna have to check the assignment. And the assignment is this,
[1:40:05] Speaker 2: go into all the world and preach this Gospel of
[1:40:09] Speaker 2: the Kingdom to every nation, and then the end will come.
[1:40:13] Speaker 2: So Jesus Christ is not ready for bin laden, no tsunamis,
[1:40:18] Speaker 2: no earthquakes, no hurricanes. He ain't gonna be moved by
[1:40:22] Speaker 2: no economic crisis, oil prices, or even wars in the
[1:40:26] Speaker 2: Middle East. He says, I'm waiting until my people get
[1:40:29] Speaker 2: the right message and preach that message. And when everyone
[1:40:33] Speaker 2: here is the Kingdom message, he says, have a chance
[1:40:36] Speaker 2: to understand it, he says, then I'll come because he
[1:40:39] Speaker 2: knows that every human being is looking for that message,
[1:40:43] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of God Man.
[1:40:45] Speaker 4: And that's what God has called us to do.
[1:40:46] Speaker 2: That's what he called it. Take the message of the
[1:40:48] Speaker 2: Kingdom to the four corners of the earth.
[1:40:51] Speaker 3: You know, that's why we're building a city of Light,
[1:40:55] Speaker 3: not to have a place, not to have land and buildings,
[1:40:58] Speaker 3: but to have a place where the Gospel of the
[1:41:02] Speaker 3: Kingdom can be catapulted to the nations of the world.
[1:41:06] Speaker 3: You know, I believe in prophetic destiny. I believe in
[1:41:09] Speaker 3: spiritual destiny. I believe that in every word from God
[1:41:14] Speaker 3: is inherent within it is the power to bring about
[1:41:18] Speaker 3: its own fulfillment. God said in his word that this
[1:41:22] Speaker 3: gospel would be preached in all the world for a sign,
[1:41:25] Speaker 3: for a witness. He said that those who sit in
[1:41:27] Speaker 3: darkness would see a great light. He said that the
[1:41:31] Speaker 3: knowledge of His glory would cover the earth like the
[1:41:33] Speaker 3: waters cover the sea. Those are words prophetically spoken by God,
[1:41:38] Speaker 3: and within those words are the power to bring about
[1:41:41] Speaker 3: its fulfillment. But I believe that God is also depending
[1:41:45] Speaker 3: upon you and I, as citizens in his kingdom, to
[1:41:48] Speaker 3: partner together with Him to see this gospel preached in
[1:41:51] Speaker 3: all the world.
[1:41:52] Speaker 4: That's what the City of Light is all about.
[1:41:54] Speaker 3: That's what this network and the many outreaches and ministries
[1:41:57] Speaker 3: of this network to children and teens and women and everything.
[1:42:00] Speaker 4: Else that we do is all about. It's about bringing.
[1:42:03] Speaker 3: The Gospel of the Kingdom to the nations of the world.
[1:42:06] Speaker 3: We invite you today to come along with us on
[1:42:09] Speaker 3: that journey. We invite you today to partner with us.
[1:42:12] Speaker 3: We invite you today to sow your seed into the
[1:42:15] Speaker 3: good ground of this ministry so that together we can
[1:42:18] Speaker 3: see this gospel preached in all the world for a
[1:42:21] Speaker 3: sign and the witness. As you do that today, one way,
[1:42:25] Speaker 3: one small way we have of saying thank you is
[1:42:27] Speaker 3: by sending you a copy of Pastor milesman Row's brand
[1:42:31] Speaker 3: new book on Kingdom Principles, Understanding the Kingdom of God.
[1:42:35] Speaker 3: Our announcers coming right now to share with you how
[1:42:37] Speaker 3: you can receive your copy today as you sow your
[1:42:40] Speaker 3: seed into this ministry.
[1:42:43] Speaker 2: When you're in a kingdom, the king is responsible for
[1:42:47] Speaker 2: your life. That's why Jesus said, why do you worry
[1:42:51] Speaker 2: what you will repeat, what you will drink, what you
[1:42:53] Speaker 2: will wear, how you will live? Jesays, stop it. Seek
[1:42:57] Speaker 2: first to get into the Kingdom of God, and these things.
[1:43:01] Speaker 20: Automatic Kingdom Principles reveals that the Kingdom of God is
[1:43:05] Speaker 20: the true message of the Gospel. It will open your
[1:43:08] Speaker 20: eyes to a new way to live in the freedom
[1:43:10] Speaker 20: of Christ.
[1:43:11] Speaker 2: Your pursuit, your key to your life being changed is
[1:43:15] Speaker 2: not to become more religious, but to become more kingdom.
[1:43:19] Speaker 2: To develop kingdom citizenship of leadership of God. God warns
[1:43:23] Speaker 2: every single one of you watching the program to prospect.
[1:43:27] Speaker 2: God says, I will do everything for my name sake.
[1:43:32] Speaker 3: Barbara and I thank you today for your partnership. Thanks week,
[1:43:35] Speaker 3: and I want to especially say thank you to Pastor
[1:43:38] Speaker 3: Miles and Ruth Monroe for the wonderful way that they've
[1:43:41] Speaker 3: been so gracious to host us here and they just
[1:43:45] Speaker 3: care for our every need and we just thank them
[1:43:49] Speaker 3: so much. Their worship team has been with us throughout
[1:43:53] Speaker 3: this week. They're going to close today's program with a
[1:43:55] Speaker 3: great song about the Kingdom of God. But Miles and Ruth,
[1:43:58] Speaker 3: thank you. Thank you for being our friends. Thank you
[1:44:02] Speaker 3: for being with us on this program this week. Thank
[1:44:04] Speaker 3: you for the message, for being faithful to the message
[1:44:07] Speaker 3: of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
[1:44:09] Speaker 2: This message, Dave is going to grow. I promise you
[1:44:12] Speaker 2: you're going to see that people are going to be
[1:44:14] Speaker 2: gravitating to this, especially those who are non believers. And
[1:44:18] Speaker 2: I want to say thanks to you for providing this
[1:44:21] Speaker 2: opportunity to share this message, the message of Jesus Christ,
[1:44:25] Speaker 2: not my message, it's His message. And I say on
[1:44:28] Speaker 2: behalf of Ruth and I A and the Bahama's Faith
[1:44:30] Speaker 2: Ministry's Fellowship, all the Bahamas and the behavior people here
[1:44:33] Speaker 2: in the Caribbean, as well as Trinidad, Tobago, Jamaica, Barbatos,
[1:44:37] Speaker 2: all those who get your programming on behalf of the Caribbean.
[1:44:41] Speaker 2: Thank you for being faithful to your mission. I want
[1:44:44] Speaker 2: to say to those who are watching us too, that
[1:44:47] Speaker 2: this book, published by Destiny Image is going to be
[1:44:51] Speaker 2: It's being selected by Walmart to be their December release.
[1:44:55] Speaker 2: Fantastics from all the Walmart scores are going to be
[1:44:58] Speaker 2: able to get this book available. So if the if
[1:45:01] Speaker 2: the station runs out the books, and I'm sure they
[1:45:03] Speaker 2: probably won't, but you make sure that you go to
[1:45:06] Speaker 2: all your bookstores. It will be in all the bookstores.
[1:45:08] Speaker 2: And if you can't get to a bookstore, please call
[1:45:13] Speaker 2: the station here and they'll get you a copy of
[1:45:15] Speaker 2: this book. But please support ISP and all of its
[1:45:19] Speaker 2: networks and it's different programs, because it is ministries like
[1:45:24] Speaker 2: this that need your support. Some of you wanting today
[1:45:26] Speaker 2: you can write a check for a hulfred million dollars
[1:45:29] Speaker 2: to make sure these programs stay on the air. Go
[1:45:31] Speaker 2: ahead and write that check. And I want to peel
[1:45:33] Speaker 2: with some of you who are multimillionaires out there, maybe
[1:45:35] Speaker 2: in Seattle somewhere, and you want to know what can
[1:45:38] Speaker 2: I do with my money that God has blessed me
[1:45:40] Speaker 2: with plan a seed into a ministry like this that
[1:45:43] Speaker 2: is not attacking people but helping the world. Write a
[1:45:47] Speaker 2: check for a million dollars. You can do that. You
[1:45:49] Speaker 2: won't even feel it. You've got a hundred million dollars
[1:45:52] Speaker 2: plan a seed, and that can bring many positive impacts
[1:45:57] Speaker 2: to people who are maybe terrorists or extremists. This kind
[1:46:00] Speaker 2: of program can temper those people and bring them into
[1:46:03] Speaker 2: the ladyship with God, and instead of being a terrorist,
[1:46:06] Speaker 2: they can be a blessing. So invest your money in
[1:46:08] Speaker 2: this program and also in the great project called the
[1:46:11] Speaker 2: City of Light right here in Charlotte, North Carolina. God's
[1:46:15] Speaker 2: going to be racing up a place there, and imagine
[1:46:17] Speaker 2: you can go there, take your children and say I
[1:46:20] Speaker 2: invest in in this place. Go ahead, write that half
[1:46:23] Speaker 2: a million dollar check or one hundred thousand dollars. You
[1:46:25] Speaker 2: can do it. Not everybody can do, but I know
[1:46:28] Speaker 2: some of you can, and some of you maybe you
[1:46:30] Speaker 2: want to know what do I do with my will?
[1:46:33] Speaker 2: Money that you're gonna not take with you to the grave.
[1:46:37] Speaker 2: Why don't you write a will to I NSP write
[1:46:40] Speaker 2: to the pret a David and Barbara and say, look,
[1:46:43] Speaker 2: you know I got a few million dollars and I
[1:46:45] Speaker 2: want to make sure that after I die, my money
[1:46:47] Speaker 2: works even after I die. Why don't you will three
[1:46:51] Speaker 2: four five million dollars to I NSP knowing it's gonna
[1:46:54] Speaker 2: be spent. Well, these are good people. I know them
[1:46:57] Speaker 2: have integrity and what they're doing is upright and God
[1:47:00] Speaker 2: and they are doing it for the sake of his name.
[1:47:03] Speaker 2: Go ahead and plan that sea right now. And I
[1:47:05] Speaker 2: promise you your money will live beyond your death because
[1:47:08] Speaker 2: God's going to use it to bring people to Christ.
[1:47:11] Speaker 2: And as a token of our appreciation, of course, we
[1:47:13] Speaker 2: have sent you a copy of our lead this book,
[1:47:15] Speaker 2: and we got two of these Volume one, volume two.
[1:47:17] Speaker 2: If you send a check late that we a send
[1:47:18] Speaker 2: you a minutes you need. Hey, God bless you, myles.
[1:47:22] Speaker 4: I know you're speaking to somebody out there.
[1:47:23] Speaker 3: Everybody's not in that league, and not everyone has that ability,
[1:47:27] Speaker 3: but some of you watching today do. And I just
[1:47:29] Speaker 3: pray that you'll give as the Lord stirs your heart.
[1:47:33] Speaker 3: That's the most important thing. Give us the Lord stairs
[1:47:35] Speaker 3: your heart. And I want to thank you for watching.
[1:47:37] Speaker 4: This week with us.
[1:47:39] Speaker 3: Hope that you'll get a copy of Pastor Miles book
[1:47:42] Speaker 3: Kingdom Principles, because you are a part of the Kingdom.
[1:47:45] Speaker 3: You are a citizen in the Kingdom of God. The
[1:47:47] Speaker 3: Kingdom of God has come, You're a part of it.
[1:47:50] Speaker 3: We have rights and privileges and benefits we should be
[1:47:53] Speaker 3: enjoying and experiencing. But the most important thing we should
[1:47:56] Speaker 3: be doing is carrying this message of the Gospel of
[1:47:59] Speaker 3: the King to the nations of the world.
[1:48:01] Speaker 2: Amen.
[1:48:02] Speaker 3: Here's the Bahama Faith Ministries Praise and Worship team right
