[0:09] Speaker 1: You're listening to Crowning Ignorant Kings, a podcast for citizens
[0:14] Speaker 1: with like minds who love God, follow Christ, and have
[0:17] Speaker 1: a desire to be an ambassador for the Kingdom of
[0:21] Speaker 1: Heaven on earth. We are John and Charlene Donaldson, who
[0:25] Speaker 1: are teachers building a kingdom community. Thank you again for
[0:29] Speaker 1: joining us. Now let's adjust our crowns.
[0:38] Speaker 2: How do you discover and develop that all of you
[0:42] Speaker 2: know by this time. My philosophy, my philosophy of leadership,
[0:48] Speaker 2: is one that is so real to me because I
[0:53] Speaker 2: am a product of it myself, and that is I
[0:57] Speaker 2: believe that every human being was born to be a leader,
[1:01] Speaker 2: but not over people. They were born to be a
[1:06] Speaker 2: leader in an area of gifting, and that gift attracts people.
[1:13] Speaker 2: So I think it's important for you to distinguish the difference.
[1:18] Speaker 2: The traditional leadership model is that some people were born
[1:22] Speaker 2: to lead because they have certain unique gifts and traits,
[1:27] Speaker 2: and then the rest of us are relegated to being
[1:29] Speaker 2: followers for the rest of our lives because we just
[1:32] Speaker 2: don't have the stuff whatever you call that. Some call
[1:36] Speaker 2: it charisma, some call it talent, some call it, you know,
[1:41] Speaker 2: extrovert personality. All these different things that come up with
[1:45] Speaker 2: but based on history, history defies the theories that they
[1:50] Speaker 2: teach in schools on leadership. Leaders are normally the most
[1:56] Speaker 2: unsuspecting people. Many of them are ruts of pressure, circumstances,
[2:04] Speaker 2: situations that force them to respond in a certain way,
[2:11] Speaker 2: that display some unique traits that we didn't know they had.
[2:18] Speaker 2: All of you have the potential, You've not just been
[2:21] Speaker 2: placed yet in the position where you had to deliver.
[2:25] Speaker 2: And so what is the ten principles of becoming a leader?
[2:30] Speaker 2: I want to first talk a little bit about why
[2:32] Speaker 2: we need leaders. Number one, write this down. We need
[2:35] Speaker 2: leaders because nothing happens without leaders If anything is going
[2:41] Speaker 2: to take place on planet Earth, someone has to take
[2:45] Speaker 2: charge of it. Secondly, nothing begins without leadership, no matter
[2:52] Speaker 2: how long it takes, nothing would start until somebody decides
[2:57] Speaker 2: to emerge and take responsibility. Thirdly, nothing improves without leadership.
[3:02] Speaker 2: If you want to improve a country, improve a company,
[3:07] Speaker 2: improve a department, you want to improve your even your
[3:10] Speaker 2: family or your church, it's going to require leadership initiative. Fourthly,
[3:18] Speaker 2: nothing develops without leadership. You want to develop an area
[3:23] Speaker 2: of your community, you want to develop your personal life.
[3:28] Speaker 2: Both of them require leadership. And fifthly, nothing changes without leadership.
[3:36] Speaker 2: No matter how you complain about what's wrong in your community,
[3:39] Speaker 2: in your city, in your nation, or in your church,
[3:42] Speaker 2: or your organization, or even in your family, your complaining
[3:46] Speaker 2: doesn't change things. Someone has to decide to step out
[3:54] Speaker 2: and act. That is what we call leadership. A number six,
[4:00] Speaker 2: nothing progresses without leadership. If a country is going to progress,
[4:09] Speaker 2: if an organization is going to progress, if a family
[4:13] Speaker 2: is going to progress, if a church is going to progress,
[4:19] Speaker 2: someone has to step out. And number seven very important.
[4:26] Speaker 2: Why do we need leaders because nothing succeeds without them.
[4:30] Speaker 2: Success is always a result of somebody being willing to
[4:34] Speaker 2: take not just responsibility under credit, but also the blame.
[4:40] Speaker 2: You get to be willing to fail greatly if you're
[4:43] Speaker 2: going to succeed greatly. Success is a result of leadership
[4:48] Speaker 2: in action. Now here's something to remember about leadership, and
[4:53] Speaker 2: this is very important. Good leaders employ other people, but
[4:58] Speaker 2: great leaders do the opposite. They deploy people. I want
[5:04] Speaker 2: you to write that down because it's very important to
[5:06] Speaker 2: understand the difference. A good leader can employ people to work,
[5:11] Speaker 2: but a great leader deploy people to work out their
[5:16] Speaker 2: own gifts. In other words, a true leader releases people
[5:22] Speaker 2: to become themselves. A great leader will engage those people
[5:28] Speaker 2: in an activity, but a great leader will actually make
[5:32] Speaker 2: the people create the activity. This is why great leaders
[5:39] Speaker 2: eventually lose their position. They give it up because they
[5:43] Speaker 2: produce people who can do it. Another thought about leadership.
[5:49] Speaker 2: Leadership is not measured by how many people serve you.
[5:54] Speaker 2: It is measured by how many people you serve. The
[5:59] Speaker 2: world's system. Some world, I'm talking about the system that
[6:02] Speaker 2: is controlling the earth in many areas have the philosophy
[6:06] Speaker 2: of I am a great person. If a lot of
[6:09] Speaker 2: people obey me, that's not necessarily great leadership. Great leadership
[6:17] Speaker 2: is reversed. And you know, Jesus Christ came into a
[6:20] Speaker 2: world ruled by the Roman Empire, and the Roman Empire
[6:25] Speaker 2: adopted the Greek philosophy of leadership as their system, and
[6:30] Speaker 2: that philosophy is built on basically adulation of humanity. In
[6:35] Speaker 2: other words, is based on humanism. Humanism is the worship
[6:39] Speaker 2: of the human, almost to the point where the man
[6:42] Speaker 2: becomes a divine being that we are overwhelmed by. And
[6:46] Speaker 2: this is why the Roman caesars were considered sons of
[6:50] Speaker 2: the gods and the people worshiped them, almost as if
[6:55] Speaker 2: they were infallible. That spirit is still among us. There
[7:00] Speaker 2: are many people in your city, in your country. There
[7:03] Speaker 2: are people in your church. Maybe even your bishop or
[7:06] Speaker 2: your pastor feels that way that because I am in
[7:09] Speaker 2: this position, I'm supposed to be taken care of by you.
[7:14] Speaker 2: That idea is satanic. Jesus came into that environment, the
[7:19] Speaker 2: Roman thinking, the Greek philosophy, and he said the reverse.
[7:22] Speaker 2: He said, let me quote Jesus is Matthew twenty two.
[7:25] Speaker 2: He said, you know that the rulers of this world
[7:30] Speaker 2: love to lord it over people as Matthew twenty two. Okay,
[7:37] Speaker 2: what does he mean by that? Lord means what to
[7:39] Speaker 2: own people? He said, the actors if you are their property.
[7:45] Speaker 2: And then he says, they love to have you as
[7:49] Speaker 2: their benefactor. That means they benefit from you, They use
[7:55] Speaker 2: you to create their own superiority. His next statement, it
[8:00] Speaker 2: shall not be so among you. He's talking about whoh
[8:04] Speaker 2: his kingdom people. He says, that's not the way we rule.
[8:08] Speaker 2: And then he made this great statement, if you want
[8:11] Speaker 2: to be great, you must become the servant of the
[8:15] Speaker 2: people see reversed. In other words, you are measuring your
[8:20] Speaker 2: greatness not by how many people serve you, but by
[8:24] Speaker 2: how many people you could serve. The more people you serve,
[8:28] Speaker 2: the greater you are in God's kingdom leadership context. So
[8:32] Speaker 2: greatness is service. Here's one of the things I included
[8:36] Speaker 2: years ago. True leaders learned from others, but never become them.
[8:41] Speaker 2: It's important for you, as a leader, an aspiring leader,
[8:44] Speaker 2: and a growing leader, to keep learning. I am constantly
[8:50] Speaker 2: reading books, I am constantly listening to teachings myself. And
[8:55] Speaker 2: even though I have millions of people who listen to
[8:58] Speaker 2: me and read my books all over the world, I
[9:00] Speaker 2: am still reading books. I still attend seminars, I still
[9:08] Speaker 2: buy CDs. Why because a leader never graduates from the
[9:13] Speaker 2: school of learning. You must learn from people, but never
[9:18] Speaker 2: become them. Do not lose your uniqueness and your originality. Secondly,
[9:26] Speaker 2: a true leader is one who leads others to leadership.
[9:29] Speaker 2: They are constantly wanting to improve other people's lives. Thirdly,
[9:35] Speaker 2: and this is the difference between a manager and a leader.
[9:38] Speaker 2: Managers think of the next position, but leaders think of
[9:43] Speaker 2: the next generation. A leader has a long term view.
[9:50] Speaker 2: A manager has a short term view. A manager thinks
[9:57] Speaker 2: about the bottom line, A leader thinks of the horizon.
[10:04] Speaker 2: They see the future. The manager sees the present. Managers
[10:11] Speaker 2: focus on doing things right. Leaders focus on doing the
[10:19] Speaker 2: right thing different ways of thinking. Managers don't want to
[10:27] Speaker 2: rock the boat. Leaders turn the boat over and build
[10:31] Speaker 2: a new one. In other words, a leader is always
[10:35] Speaker 2: thinking about the big picture. If you're going to become
[10:40] Speaker 2: a leader, you've got to be able to manage and
[10:44] Speaker 2: dream at the same time. At least the point number four,
[10:47] Speaker 2: and this is very important. Leadership is about service. Leadership
[10:53] Speaker 2: is not about power. It's about empowering other people. Leadership
[10:59] Speaker 2: is not about manipulation. It's about inspiration. These are my
[11:05] Speaker 2: years of research on what makes a person a leader.
[11:10] Speaker 2: These are important principles. Next, Leadership is not about pursuing people.
[11:20] Speaker 2: Leadership is not about trying to find followers. Leadership is
[11:23] Speaker 2: about pursuing purpose. We talk about this in our last session.
[11:28] Speaker 2: When you discover your purpose for your life and you
[11:30] Speaker 2: pursue it all your might at the point of sacrifice,
[11:33] Speaker 2: you inspire people and then they trust you and they
[11:36] Speaker 2: follow you. People actually come after you as you run
[11:40] Speaker 2: toward your purpose. It is your passion for your purpose
[11:44] Speaker 2: that attracts people. Can you write that down. It is
[11:48] Speaker 2: your passion for who, for your purpose that attracts who people.
[11:53] Speaker 2: So great leaders do not look for followers. They are
[11:58] Speaker 2: dedicated to pursuing an assignment of conviction, a dream, a passion.
[12:06] Speaker 2: And number five, leadership is about becoming more than doing.
[12:15] Speaker 2: What do I mean by that? You can go to
[12:17] Speaker 2: a college and study leadership for five years and still
[12:20] Speaker 2: come out as a follower because the course will teach
[12:24] Speaker 2: you techniques, mechanics. They will teach you ways to manipulate people,
[12:34] Speaker 2: to delve into people's emotional state. They will teach you
[12:40] Speaker 2: ways of crowd control and mass control and all this
[12:44] Speaker 2: technical stuff. You know, guys like Machavelli and others who
[12:47] Speaker 2: have studied this stuff, they got all this stuff. You
[12:49] Speaker 2: can go to school and study that stuff. And I
[12:51] Speaker 2: studied some of that, and do you know that most
[12:54] Speaker 2: of the people who take those courses never become leaders
[12:58] Speaker 2: because leadership has more to do it self. Discovery then
[13:02] Speaker 2: has to do it memorizing techniques. That's why you can
[13:07] Speaker 2: have a degree in leadership and still be broken and
[13:10] Speaker 2: no one following you. Because leadership cannot be taught. It
[13:15] Speaker 2: has to be discovered, and you got to make you
[13:18] Speaker 2: discovery yourself. My job in this seminar on Wednesdays is
[13:24] Speaker 2: to create an environment for you to really discover yourself.
[13:29] Speaker 2: I am supposed to make this place so full of
[13:33] Speaker 2: possible energies by the knowledge and the revelation that you hear,
[13:37] Speaker 2: that it ignites something on the inside that never goes out.
[13:41] Speaker 2: That's my job. I am here to light the wick
[13:46] Speaker 2: that's already inside you, not to give you one. And
[13:50] Speaker 2: that's what a leader is born from. A leader is
[13:53] Speaker 2: born from the inside. That's why no true leader try
[13:57] Speaker 2: to be a leader. Something happened to them. They have
[14:03] Speaker 2: an awareness that they have something to do, but they
[14:08] Speaker 2: are always How can we use the term reluctant? You
[14:17] Speaker 2: great leaders are reluctant people. If you ask mister Mandela,
[14:22] Speaker 2: did you plan to be mister Mandela, he tells you no.
[14:25] Speaker 2: All I want to do is to be a lawyer
[14:27] Speaker 2: and practice law. But he discovered a passion against an
[14:35] Speaker 2: injustice that became a purpose that he pursued. He never
[14:42] Speaker 2: looked for followers. He went to jail by himself, but
[14:49] Speaker 2: millions follow him, millions inspired by him. Why he never
[14:54] Speaker 2: wanted to be he was reluctant. Do you think I
[14:58] Speaker 2: plan what I'm doing right now. I had no idea
[15:01] Speaker 2: this is going to happen to me. I guess had
[15:04] Speaker 2: a passion against the oppression of third world people. That
[15:10] Speaker 2: passion woke me up as a young teenager and it
[15:16] Speaker 2: never died. It's still there. If you want to be great,
[15:20] Speaker 2: don't try to be great. Find your gift and serve it.
[15:29] Speaker 2: That's what leaders do. Now, let's talk a little bit
[15:32] Speaker 2: about the art of leadership. Every human being has the
[15:35] Speaker 2: instinct to be a leader, and this is true. Most
[15:38] Speaker 2: people will die as followers. I hope you are not
[15:41] Speaker 2: one of them. But most people on Earth will die
[15:45] Speaker 2: and never discover their true capability. But they have the
[15:48] Speaker 2: instinct for it. They have the capacity to lead, and
[15:52] Speaker 2: some even have the desire to do something great. The
[15:55] Speaker 2: problem is they don't have the courage to cultivate it.
[15:58] Speaker 2: Do you know why? Because our culture does not encourage
[16:03] Speaker 2: you to be yourself. Our culture is designed for you
[16:10] Speaker 2: to behave and behave is defined by them. You know,
[16:16] Speaker 2: your culture tells you how far you can go, what
[16:18] Speaker 2: you can do, what you cannot do, and what you
[16:21] Speaker 2: can achieve what you cannot achieve. And they say what
[16:23] Speaker 2: your particular culture ain't supposed to think about, and they
[16:27] Speaker 2: convince you about your own limitations. Let me give you
[16:33] Speaker 2: an example. We are the only creatures I know in
[16:35] Speaker 2: the world who would build a car that makes one
[16:40] Speaker 2: hundred and eighty miles per hour and then put up
[16:42] Speaker 2: a sign that says sixty miles per hour. I mean,
[16:46] Speaker 2: that is a strange culture, isn't it. Why not build
[16:49] Speaker 2: a card and make sixty five if you don't make
[16:50] Speaker 2: a more than sixty five. Because what they do is
[16:53] Speaker 2: they give you capacity, but they give you limitation. They
[16:57] Speaker 2: give you something you ain't supposed to never use. Think
[17:04] Speaker 2: for a minute. That's the culture that ruse your life.
[17:08] Speaker 2: I had to be free from that culture as an individual.
[17:13] Speaker 2: I had to break away from even the exams they
[17:16] Speaker 2: gave me in school. I don't accept any grade they
[17:19] Speaker 2: give me anymore in school. All the grades I canceled
[17:22] Speaker 2: in my mind, the c's, the d's, the b's I got,
[17:25] Speaker 2: the a's. I told a teacher one time, I says,
[17:28] Speaker 2: your a can't calculate my intelligence. And I was right
[17:33] Speaker 2: because now my books are being read by that teacher.
[17:38] Speaker 2: So the culture we live in doesn't allow you to
[17:42] Speaker 2: cultivate your true ability, and therefore you don't have the
[17:45] Speaker 2: courage to step out against that culture. We are so
[17:49] Speaker 2: busy trying to fit in, we never stand out. That's
[17:55] Speaker 2: why all true leaders I have to break away from
[18:00] Speaker 2: the pack. Your greatness requires extraction from the group. Leaders
[18:15] Speaker 2: do not seek acceptance. They pursue conviction, and sometimes the
[18:23] Speaker 2: conviction is not accepted. And that's why they become leaders.
[18:32] Speaker 2: Because leaders don't follow trails, they create them. If you
[18:41] Speaker 2: do what everybody is doing, you are a follower automatically.
[18:51] Speaker 2: I'll leave it to the point number two. Write this down.
[18:52] Speaker 2: Leadership is a trusted privilege. It's not a right. You
[18:57] Speaker 2: can't demand that people follow you. People have a right
[19:01] Speaker 2: not to follow you. You have a right to pursue
[19:05] Speaker 2: your vision, to pursue your passion, to pursue your dream.
[19:10] Speaker 2: You have no right to demand people to believe it
[19:12] Speaker 2: or follow you. So people actually give you a trust
[19:17] Speaker 2: when they follow you. They are giving you a privilege.
[19:21] Speaker 2: So when people follow you, you should be very tender with
[19:23] Speaker 2: their trust. Don't abuse it, don't misuse it, and don't
[19:29] Speaker 2: oppress it. It's a gift when people trust you. At
[19:36] Speaker 2: least a point number three true Leadership is not a technique.
[19:41] Speaker 2: It's an attitude. If you ask great leaders what made
[19:44] Speaker 2: them leaders, they can't tell you. It's hard to define.
[19:48] Speaker 2: Leadership is like beauty. You know when you see it,
[19:51] Speaker 2: but you can define what it is. What makes the
[19:57] Speaker 2: sun set beautiful? You cannot tell me. I guarantee it
[20:00] Speaker 2: not de really defined beauty. All you know is that's beautiful.
[20:03] Speaker 2: That's the way leadership. Basically, why Now that's a leader.
[20:06] Speaker 2: Now she's a leader. Why I don't know, But there's
[20:08] Speaker 2: something about her. We say something about her means I
[20:11] Speaker 2: can define what it is. I just know that this
[20:13] Speaker 2: person is distinct from the others. Leadership is that way.
[20:17] Speaker 2: It is that thing I call it attitude. I'm gonna
[20:22] Speaker 2: talk about them tonight. Those ten principles that a leader
[20:26] Speaker 2: exerts and exhibits that makes them unique. Now, this last
[20:33] Speaker 2: statement here before I get into the ten is important.
[20:35] Speaker 2: Write it down. There must be a marriage between the
[20:40] Speaker 2: leadership's spirit and the spirit of leadership. They sound similar,
[20:46] Speaker 2: but they're different. There must be a marriage between the
[20:50] Speaker 2: leadership spirit and the spirit of leadership. The first one.
[20:56] Speaker 2: You were born with the leadership spirit. You actually have
[21:01] Speaker 2: it already. You were created with the ability to lead.
[21:06] Speaker 2: You are a spirit being with a leadership mandate. You
[21:11] Speaker 2: are a leader already as a spirit. The problem is
[21:16] Speaker 2: you don't have the spirit of leadership, which is the
[21:19] Speaker 2: attitude that goes with the ability. Let me put it
[21:24] Speaker 2: this way. You have ability and mentality. Write it down.
[21:31] Speaker 2: The first one is what ability. The spirit of leadership
[21:34] Speaker 2: is the ability to lead. The leadership spirit is the
[21:41] Speaker 2: mentality to lead. I would dare say that maybe only
[21:49] Speaker 2: ten percent of the world population of seven billion people
[21:54] Speaker 2: will capture the spirit of leadership the mentality. Job for
[22:00] Speaker 2: the rest of my life is to try and increase
[22:03] Speaker 2: that ten percent to maybe fifteen before I die, and
[22:07] Speaker 2: I'd like you to be in that fifteen percent. I
[22:08] Speaker 2: would like for you to be the person who didn't
[22:11] Speaker 2: just have the ability, but capture the mentality, because it
[22:16] Speaker 2: doesn't say as a man's ability is, so is he.
[22:23] Speaker 2: You can be powerful and strong and don't know your strength.
[22:30] Speaker 2: Mentality is when you connect to your ability and you
[22:34] Speaker 2: get a revelation that your ability can become your responsibility.
[22:41] Speaker 2: Leaders up people who take responsibility to change things. The
[22:46] Speaker 2: word response ability is actually two words put together. To
[22:57] Speaker 2: be responsible means you have the to respond to a situation.
[23:06] Speaker 2: Complaining people are irresponsible. Write that down. If you are
[23:15] Speaker 2: always complaining what's wrong in society, what's wrong in the government,
[23:18] Speaker 2: what's wrong in the church, what's wrong in your business,
[23:21] Speaker 2: what's wrong in the family, what's wrong in the community.
[23:24] Speaker 3: Complaining complaining, you are a problem.
[23:34] Speaker 2: A person who recognizes I see something wrong, I am
[23:40] Speaker 2: going to personally take the ability to respond to that
[23:45] Speaker 2: problem and change it. Leadership is born so leaders really
[23:51] Speaker 2: respond ability people. They don't complain, they change things. And
[24:01] Speaker 2: this is why leaders have to marry their leadership spirit
[24:06] Speaker 2: and the spirit of leadership together. That happened to me.
[24:11] Speaker 2: The book that I wrote, The Spirit of Leadership, is
[24:14] Speaker 2: about that one statement, and in that book, I give
[24:16] Speaker 2: you ten specific attitudes that you need to cultivate to
[24:22] Speaker 2: cross over from being a follower for the rest of
[24:25] Speaker 2: your life into the realm of becoming the leader you
[24:27] Speaker 2: were born to be. You have to make a transition,
[24:29] Speaker 2: and that transition is hard because you've got to fight
[24:32] Speaker 2: against your entire culture, which includes your family, your educational system,
[24:38] Speaker 2: your friends, your job environment, and those who claim to
[24:43] Speaker 2: love you. Very few people want you to be you.
[24:51] Speaker 2: Very few because the be you might mean they will
[25:00] Speaker 2: you will lose them? Can they put it that way?
[25:04] Speaker 2: They don't want to lose your company. And so many
[25:08] Speaker 2: times the people who are holding you back are the
[25:11] Speaker 2: ones you claim love you the most. They love you
[25:15] Speaker 2: so much they don't want you to ever leave being
[25:17] Speaker 2: what they want you to be. And please mark my
[25:20] Speaker 2: words carefully. They don't want you to leave being what
[25:24] Speaker 2: they want you to be. So the minute you begin
[25:28] Speaker 2: to become yourself, they consider you an enemy. You're not
[25:34] Speaker 2: behaving as expected. That's why great leaders usually lose friends
[25:42] Speaker 2: before they gain followers attitude. So here's my conclusion. Leadership
[25:54] Speaker 2: comes down to two basic fundamental things. One, who we
[25:59] Speaker 2: are and how we think. Who we are is the
[26:07] Speaker 2: leadership spirit. How we think is the spirit of leadership.
[26:15] Speaker 2: Who we are is the ability. How we think is
[26:20] Speaker 2: the mentality. And to crossover is challenging again because you're
[26:27] Speaker 2: fighting against fifty years of mental contamination. They told you
[26:33] Speaker 2: where you cannot live, what you cannot own, what you
[26:37] Speaker 2: cannot build, where you cannot develop a company, where you
[26:40] Speaker 2: can't expand the church, which you can't afford, what you
[26:44] Speaker 2: could afford. And when they finished convincing you, you've settled
[26:47] Speaker 2: for less. I have come to disagree with all of them.
[26:56] Speaker 2: I've come to encourage you to throw off their shackles,
[27:00] Speaker 2: disbelieve their assessment, cancel their examinations cause and tell them
[27:05] Speaker 2: your ability is immeasurable. Tell your neighbor you don't know
[27:13] Speaker 2: who I am. You have no idea what I can do.
[27:16] Speaker 2: You ain't saying nothing yet. If you believe that clappery allowed,
[27:20] Speaker 2: this is the truth. Club body knows what you can do.
[27:28] Speaker 2: Write this down, believes the exercise. To exercise leadership, you
[27:32] Speaker 2: have to believe you are inherently a leader. Very simple statement.
[27:38] Speaker 2: Becoming a leader is one thing, but to exercise it
[27:45] Speaker 2: requires that you believe you are inherently a leader. That
[27:52] Speaker 2: is really my assignment for the rest of my life
[27:54] Speaker 2: is to convince you that inside of you is a
[27:59] Speaker 2: trap leader, to connect you with yourself. You know, my
[28:08] Speaker 2: people think that my made your goal. Let's introduce you
[28:10] Speaker 2: to God. Well, yes, I guess that's true, But I
[28:14] Speaker 2: really want to introduce you to God so he can
[28:17] Speaker 2: induce you to yourself. Because God ain't got no problems.
[28:21] Speaker 2: You're the woman the problems. You're the one who don't
[28:23] Speaker 2: know who you really are. And the reason why you
[28:31] Speaker 2: need to meet God is because He is the manufacturer.
[28:36] Speaker 2: You are the product, and no one knows the product
[28:41] Speaker 2: like the manufacturer. I fell in love with myself when
[28:49] Speaker 2: I discovered God and he told me I was like him. Ah, come,
[28:55] Speaker 2: may sounds simple to you. That blew my mind. I
[28:57] Speaker 2: was thirteen years old when I got that. Everything changed.
[29:01] Speaker 2: I said, wait a minute, this is gone. Honey made
[29:05] Speaker 2: me out of his material. That means I have the
[29:09] Speaker 2: same value as my father. The word father means sauce.
[29:17] Speaker 2: He sauce to me. That means my value, my worth,
[29:22] Speaker 2: everybody's say worth, everybody's is self worth. See, you gotta
[29:26] Speaker 2: get it from somewhere else. Don't get it from people.
[29:30] Speaker 2: My self worth, my esteem, everybody's esteem. The word esteem
[29:34] Speaker 2: from the word estimate, estimation of my ability. My value
[29:40] Speaker 2: comes from God. I wouldn't give you the privilege to
[29:46] Speaker 2: tell me how much I am worth. How dare I
[29:48] Speaker 2: do such a thing. See, no one can make you
[29:51] Speaker 2: inferior without your permission. Want you remember that I don't
[30:00] Speaker 2: believe none of your assessments of me, so don't waste
[30:04] Speaker 2: your time. I wouldn't give you the right to judge
[30:11] Speaker 2: my ability you can't even to judge your own m
[30:20] Speaker 2: You need to be free from people's assessment. I was
[30:26] Speaker 2: talking to one of our members who was a very
[30:28] Speaker 2: influential person in our country. He said, I'm going to
[30:30] Speaker 2: m the graduation of my son. And he went today
[30:35] Speaker 2: he left to his graduation and he said, my son
[30:38] Speaker 2: graduated with owners from one of the top private schools
[30:42] Speaker 2: in the United States. He said, and he said, Pastor,
[30:46] Speaker 2: a few years ago, my son started to go in
[30:49] Speaker 2: the wrong direction and I and I sat him down
[30:53] Speaker 2: and I had a straight talk with him, and I said,
[30:56] Speaker 2: this is not you. He said. The teachers submitted him
[31:00] Speaker 2: for tests, and they assume and assessed him as having
[31:05] Speaker 2: what you call that thing. What'd you call that? A
[31:11] Speaker 2: A d adhd say, I can't even call it because
[31:16] Speaker 2: I don't want know it adhd. Okay. So and they
[31:20] Speaker 2: said he needs some pills. This is a true story,
[31:24] Speaker 2: to balance him, hold his homeown, so he could settle down.
[31:27] Speaker 2: He said, I put my foot down, told them he
[31:29] Speaker 2: is taking no pills. My son just need some talking to.
[31:37] Speaker 2: Two years later, top school honery, they almost identify him
[31:47] Speaker 2: as being sick, when in fact, he was irritated because
[31:53] Speaker 2: he was ahead of the teachers. Mentally, don't be surprised.
[31:57] Speaker 2: Bill Gates was also go SidD what you call in adhd,
[32:03] Speaker 2: and they sent him to a psychologist for treatment. He
[32:07] Speaker 2: had the same problem. He was the head of the teachers. Mentally,
[32:11] Speaker 2: your kid ain't crazy, they're just too smart for the
[32:13] Speaker 2: dummies whore trying to teach them. Oh, I was that
[32:18] Speaker 2: way too. There was a school not too far from
[32:20] Speaker 2: here where the teacher called me a retarded monkey, and
[32:25] Speaker 2: I decided I'm going to prove that teacher wrong. I
[32:29] Speaker 2: graduated with nine djc's all distinctions, got a scholarship to
[32:33] Speaker 2: Queen's College, and went on to London and became a
[32:37] Speaker 2: top student of the university. Graduated, I got five degrees.
[32:40] Speaker 2: That's a monkey. Listen, you are inherently a leader. Inherent
[32:53] Speaker 2: means you born with it. Say it. I born withted Man.
[32:58] Speaker 2: In other ways, anybody wanna give you leadership, you gotta
[33:02] Speaker 2: discover it. Yeah, and that's what I would like for
[33:08] Speaker 2: you to do in these sessions. I want you to
[33:10] Speaker 2: write this down. Please. Leadership is not about cloning others
[33:15] Speaker 2: in your image. You know, some of us don't feel
[33:19] Speaker 2: happy until people think like us and do work like us,
[33:22] Speaker 2: and walk like us, and act like us. No, your goal,
[33:27] Speaker 2: not to clone people, is to release people. Leaders help
[33:31] Speaker 2: others discover themselves. The leader helps the person to deploy
[33:38] Speaker 2: their own abilities. Not to imitate me. You know you
[33:46] Speaker 2: can't imitate me. I'm too sophisticated, I'm complicated. And what's
[33:52] Speaker 2: even better is you greater than I have. Why produce
[33:56] Speaker 2: yourself to me? Be yourself, discover yourself. I don't believe
[34:08] Speaker 2: me as a behavior. I had this fight. I had
[34:12] Speaker 2: to fight my way or the bay in town mentality.
[34:14] Speaker 2: I had to fight it, and sometime it wants to
[34:18] Speaker 2: come back. Forty years, I'm still trying to keep that
[34:22] Speaker 2: thing away from me because it I I it is
[34:25] Speaker 2: so dangerous. That's why I keep company very carefully with people,
[34:34] Speaker 2: cause they can become contagious to your future. I don't
[34:38] Speaker 2: listen to all people tell me. You know, people write
[34:41] Speaker 2: me letters. I have been able to read some of them.
[34:46] Speaker 2: Some of they wrote letters next day. I say, you know,
[34:48] Speaker 2: if I read this, I can become negative. Let me
[34:51] Speaker 2: don't read this. Some I read, but most of 'em
[34:56] Speaker 2: I don't. Because people don't understand you, and they try
[34:59] Speaker 2: to assess you. Some phone calls. I don't answer. I
[35:07] Speaker 2: see the older name. No, I don't wanna talk to
[35:09] Speaker 2: that person right now. My spirit is in a certain position.
[35:11] Speaker 2: I don't want no negative and I'm serious, I I
[35:14] Speaker 2: I have to con control your own spirit. That's what
[35:18] Speaker 2: leaders do. Cause the leaders gotta deliver all the time,
[35:20] Speaker 2: you see, So they gotta control their spirit. They gotta
[35:23] Speaker 2: God their heart. The Bible calls and calls it God
[35:25] Speaker 2: your heart. God, No, God, you you God that yourself
[35:27] Speaker 2: and the way heart means mine. I gotta guard my mind.
[35:30] Speaker 2: I gotta make sure that I don't walk into a
[35:32] Speaker 2: place because you contaminated me with your ideas above me.
[35:37] Speaker 2: I don't mind criticism. I don't mind correction, but I
[35:40] Speaker 2: don't I don't want a critical spirit attacking me. Leadership
[35:46] Speaker 2: gotta be very jealous of their environment. Now let's take
[35:55] Speaker 2: this then to the to this uh from the philosophical side,
[35:59] Speaker 2: just philosophy. I want to re recap for you very quickly.
[36:03] Speaker 2: First of all, this is what I believe. Number one, trumping.
[36:07] Speaker 2: Every follower is a leader. Number two, every human was
[36:11] Speaker 2: created to lead and to dominate. Number three, leadership protection
[36:15] Speaker 2: resides in every human. Number four, you were born to lead,
[36:19] Speaker 2: but you must become one thru a process. Number five,
[36:21] Speaker 2: true leadership is self manifestation. And number six, the purpose
[36:25] Speaker 2: for true leadership is to produce leaders. Now these are
[36:27] Speaker 2: my belief systems. I got these from the Bible, that's
[36:29] Speaker 2: my main book, as a result of my studies. This
[36:33] Speaker 2: is my conclusion. These are philosophical statement. These are my philosophy.
[36:38] Speaker 2: Philosophy mays the ideas I believe as being true. I
[36:41] Speaker 2: build my life on these. I build my entire ministry
[36:44] Speaker 2: on these. So these are my belief systems. It took
[36:49] Speaker 2: me a long time become that conclusion. I was not
[36:54] Speaker 2: taught these in school. Schools taught me the opposite. So
[37:01] Speaker 2: my belief system informs my behavior. It it informs the
[37:06] Speaker 2: way I treat you. Look at number one, what does
[37:08] Speaker 2: it say out loud? Say it loud? Okay? So if
[37:14] Speaker 2: I believe that, then if anyone's around me following me,
[37:17] Speaker 2: what do I believe about them? Okay? There's a dead anxiety.
[37:21] Speaker 2: So now that dictates how I treat them. See, your
[37:25] Speaker 2: philosophy is dangerous cause it informs how you treat people.
[37:35] Speaker 2: Attitude comes from belief. Belief comes from convictions. Convictions come
[37:43] Speaker 2: from what you consider to be truth. That's why I
[37:46] Speaker 2: Christ say you shall know the truth, and the truth
[37:48] Speaker 2: shall set you're free. And then he says, I am
[37:51] Speaker 2: the truth. I'm the source of truth. In other words,
[37:53] Speaker 2: your truth gotta come from somewhere, and whoever's your source
[37:57] Speaker 2: of truth is a source of your philosophy, which determines
[38:00] Speaker 2: how you treat people. And there are people in your
[38:04] Speaker 2: department who treat you like dirt. Why the philosophy is
[38:07] Speaker 2: contaminated by probably Greek thinking, which informs the lot of
[38:11] Speaker 2: everybody is born to be a leader of great like you.
[38:13] Speaker 2: So you treat a slave like a slave you treat you.
[38:16] Speaker 3: Know.
[38:16] Speaker 2: They even invented the word subordinate subordinate. It's two ways
[38:22] Speaker 2: put together. Subordinary submeans below. To be a subordinates you
[38:26] Speaker 2: are below to ordinary. And now what they call you
[38:30] Speaker 2: it a'd work. Right, this is my subordinate. That's a
[38:32] Speaker 2: dangerous word that was invented by the slave masters, and
[38:36] Speaker 2: they use it in your department. I am not a subordinate,
[38:42] Speaker 2: and no one around me is a subordinate. You are
[38:48] Speaker 2: never below the ordinary. Right, all of us are equal,
[38:55] Speaker 2: but simply different. We're different, but we're equal. This this Claire.
[39:02] Speaker 2: All right, here's the ten essentials leadership, and I'm going
[39:04] Speaker 2: to break some of these down as we go for
[39:07] Speaker 2: in the next two sessions. But the first one, the
[39:09] Speaker 2: first thing you must discover to become a leader is
[39:13] Speaker 2: your purpose, and we're gonna talk about that in a minute.
[39:16] Speaker 2: The second thing you must discover is you must capture
[39:19] Speaker 2: a vision for your life. Now these are not the same.
[39:22] Speaker 2: Purpose is the source of vision. Vision is purpose in pictures.
[39:27] Speaker 2: Vision is when you see your purpose in technicolor. Vision
[39:34] Speaker 2: is photographs of your purpose. Your purpose is your reason
[39:39] Speaker 2: for being born. Your vision is when you see it,
[39:44] Speaker 2: and this comes you know this, this grows. We can
[39:47] Speaker 2: limit that later on, but your vision grows as your
[39:50] Speaker 2: purpose is revealed, piece by piece. And your purpose is
[39:54] Speaker 2: not known instantly. You sometimes you see a portion of
[39:56] Speaker 2: it first, and then when you step up and start
[39:59] Speaker 2: doing it, thank God show you a little bit more.
[40:01] Speaker 2: And as you walk you see a little bit more.
[40:02] Speaker 2: In other words, you never see your complete purpose immediately.
[40:07] Speaker 2: Joseph was seventeen years old when he saw his purpose.
[40:11] Speaker 2: He saw a glimpse of it. He saw himself sitting
[40:14] Speaker 2: on a throne, ruling his family, feeding them that's what
[40:17] Speaker 2: he saw. He didn't see the process to get there.
[40:22] Speaker 2: Thank God. If God had to show you how you
[40:28] Speaker 2: canna get you what you saw, you tell God keep it.
[40:31] Speaker 2: I don't want that thing no more. You know, when
[40:34] Speaker 2: I dreamt of what I'm doing now, I dreamt of this.
[40:37] Speaker 2: I saw myself speaking to thousands of people as a kid.
[40:41] Speaker 2: I saw myself traveling around the world. I didn't know how.
[40:43] Speaker 2: I didn't know that they were gonna call me a
[40:45] Speaker 2: thief through the process bring the finances to myles BFM.
[40:52] Speaker 2: I didn't know they were gonna call the visionaires demonic
[40:54] Speaker 2: music and cult. If God had told me that, I
[40:58] Speaker 2: just said, look, let me just remain a school team.
[41:05] Speaker 2: Your purpose in pictures is your vision. When the leader
[41:10] Speaker 2: has his vision, Claire, then the third thing step said,
[41:13] Speaker 2: you must share your inspiration. We're gonna talk about that.
[41:17] Speaker 2: In other words, talk about your vision, talk about what
[41:21] Speaker 2: you see, talk about what you want to do. A
[41:24] Speaker 2: lot of people don't. Leaders are always telling you what
[41:28] Speaker 2: they feel about something or what they think about something.
[41:32] Speaker 2: They're telling you the way things should be. They talk
[41:36] Speaker 2: about it. People have seen many times past some miles.
[41:45] Speaker 2: I have number one and two down I got my
[41:46] Speaker 2: vision on paper. I know my purpose now and I
[41:49] Speaker 2: just faking the Lord to show him what to do.
[41:51] Speaker 2: And I said, he ain't gonna show you what to do.
[41:54] Speaker 2: You gotta start talking, start distributing it, share it people.
[42:04] Speaker 2: They say, why, I said, because the people who supposed
[42:09] Speaker 2: to have fulfilled don't even know it exists yet, m H.
[42:17] Speaker 2: Vision was never given to be fulfilled by you. You
[42:23] Speaker 2: supposed to sell it, and that what you do it
[42:27] Speaker 2: You distributed this is what I wanna do. Show it
[42:29] Speaker 2: to everyone you can now. Of course there's a mentality
[42:35] Speaker 2: that they they train you into negative mentality. Well, you know,
[42:38] Speaker 2: if I share my vision, somebody may tea fit. Listen
[42:41] Speaker 2: to me. Nobody could do what you was born to
[42:47] Speaker 2: do the way you was born to do it. Fear it.
[42:54] Speaker 2: And there are people who have the resources to finance
[42:59] Speaker 2: your vision, but they don't even know it cause you're
[43:02] Speaker 2: so scared to tell them. Not everyone you shared with
[43:11] Speaker 2: will help you or even agree with you. Some may
[43:14] Speaker 2: even say, you know, I I that's a good idea,
[43:16] Speaker 2: and I support you, you know, I pray for you.
[43:19] Speaker 2: They ain't got no money, but at least they with you,
[43:22] Speaker 2: And some will say you crazy. This wll never happened.
[43:25] Speaker 2: Folks like us don't do these things that do happen
[43:28] Speaker 2: in this country. And they start attacking it. That's a
[43:30] Speaker 2: if they go to the next doors, then share it again.
[43:32] Speaker 2: Christ it when you go out and they don't accept you.
[43:36] Speaker 2: He said, just dust the dust off and go to
[43:37] Speaker 2: the next house, he says, he said, don't quit going.
[43:42] Speaker 2: No means that they gonna come later. No, a lot
[43:49] Speaker 2: of folks who spoke against me are sitting here tonight.
[43:52] Speaker 2: They came later. Don't look right now, I just keep
[43:56] Speaker 2: looking straight. You know you know who you are, which
[43:58] Speaker 2: used to say about me twenty five years gore, sure,
[44:01] Speaker 2: no problem. I couldn't listen to you. I had to
[44:03] Speaker 2: keep going, go to the next house. Number four very important.
[44:10] Speaker 2: Commit to principles and values. And this is very important.
[44:13] Speaker 2: If you're going to become a leader. There has to
[44:15] Speaker 2: be some things you promise yourself you will not do.
[44:20] Speaker 2: You must pastily commit to certain standards you will never break.
[44:27] Speaker 2: That's what leaders have to do. You have to commit
[44:30] Speaker 2: to a code of ethics, a set of values that
[44:33] Speaker 2: you will never violate. A Number five five, express your passion.
[44:43] Speaker 2: Leaders will always tell you about the things that they
[44:48] Speaker 2: are passionate about. Matter of fact, you get tired of
[44:51] Speaker 2: them talking after a while, and every time you meet
[44:54] Speaker 2: them they can repeat the same thing. Proof of passion
[44:59] Speaker 2: is repetition? Can I say it again? Proof of passion
[45:06] Speaker 2: is what repetition? If you say something to me, made
[45:09] Speaker 2: passion on Monday, and then I never hear you say
[45:12] Speaker 2: it again for the next four years. You was joking.
[45:20] Speaker 2: A passion is like a pregnancy. You tell me you're pregnant,
[45:27] Speaker 2: but the baby don't go away. You tell me you're
[45:32] Speaker 2: pregnant again, and the baby still don't go away. Even
[45:34] Speaker 2: though you talk about it, it stays, and it keeps growing,
[45:37] Speaker 2: growing and growing, until we can't help but see it.
[45:42] Speaker 2: I said, passion. It's like it's like conceiving a divine
[45:45] Speaker 2: assignment from God and you start telling people about it.
[45:48] Speaker 2: Either they can't see it yet you tell them about
[45:50] Speaker 2: this thing that you know you were born to do.
[45:53] Speaker 2: You have to fix this thing on the earth. You
[45:55] Speaker 2: got to solve the problem. You want to do this.
[45:57] Speaker 2: That's like a pregnancy, and even though people can't see it,
[46:01] Speaker 2: it keeps growing and growing. What's growing on the inside?
[46:07] Speaker 2: They use my question, I know you got a job,
[46:13] Speaker 2: and you go to your work and you catch that
[46:16] Speaker 2: bus or whatever. You park in that spot, and you
[46:18] Speaker 2: go stairs in the elevator or whatever it is, you
[46:20] Speaker 2: go to that classroom. I know all of that, But
[46:22] Speaker 2: what are you pregnant with? You know, pregnant people go
[46:29] Speaker 2: to work and the baby goes with them. And sometimes
[46:41] Speaker 2: the folks who are around you don't know you're pregnant.
[46:45] Speaker 2: They think you like them. They are barren. And that's
[46:54] Speaker 2: why you need to keep coming to a place like
[46:56] Speaker 2: this everywhere innessday and meet me. My name is Elizabeth.
[47:01] Speaker 2: When you see me, I make your baby leap. Do
[47:07] Speaker 2: you remember Mary? Yeah, when she got that news she
[47:11] Speaker 2: was pregnant, she went straight to Elizabeth, and the Bible
[47:14] Speaker 2: says when they saw each other, the babies leaped in
[47:17] Speaker 2: their roomb Be around folks who make your baby leap?
[47:23] Speaker 2: Why because Elizabeth also was carrying a miracle baby. Tell
[47:30] Speaker 2: your neighbor right now, I hope you're pregnant. Go sit
[47:32] Speaker 2: somewhere else. Yeah, number six, write it down. Leaders Empower others.
[47:49] Speaker 2: I want you to get these principles. The goal of
[47:53] Speaker 2: your leadership is to make other people great. Empower other people.
[48:01] Speaker 2: Let the weak believe they are strong. Let the poor
[48:05] Speaker 2: see that they can become rich. Let the loss have
[48:09] Speaker 2: a map. That's what leaders do. They get people hope,
[48:18] Speaker 2: they make them believe in themselves leaders and then number
[48:24] Speaker 2: seven leaders. This is very important. Discipline themselves to protect
[48:28] Speaker 2: their purpose. This is critical. All true leaders have a
[48:33] Speaker 2: very narrow life. They don't go too often to weird places.
[48:38] Speaker 2: They're very strict on themselves. If you're gonna become a
[48:42] Speaker 2: great man or woman, you're gonna have to become very narrow.
[48:48] Speaker 2: Now is the road that leads to life. You gotta
[48:51] Speaker 2: have such a narrow life that only you could fit
[48:53] Speaker 2: in it. Certain things you can do because you ain't
[48:56] Speaker 2: got no space for them. Discipline is the mark of
[49:03] Speaker 2: a true leader. You don't find them out in the
[49:07] Speaker 2: nine two o'clock in a club. They got more important
[49:12] Speaker 2: things to do in life. Are you a true leader,
[49:18] Speaker 2: then you discipline yourself against things that can short circuit
[49:22] Speaker 2: your purpose. The greatest enemy of your dream is your
[49:28] Speaker 2: lack of discipline. Yes, there are many people who are
[49:34] Speaker 2: wrecks on the road of life because they were going
[49:38] Speaker 2: to a great destination, but they were drived off through
[49:42] Speaker 2: an ali by a lust or craving. Great leaders protect
[49:52] Speaker 2: themselves because they got to protect their purpose. They always
[49:57] Speaker 2: judge what they do according to their purpose. Great leaders
[50:05] Speaker 2: are tempted more than you are because they are more visible,
[50:13] Speaker 2: So they got to be more strict than you. More
[50:19] Speaker 2: opportunities to fail come to a leader because they are
[50:24] Speaker 2: in the public arena. Therefore they got to be more
[50:29] Speaker 2: strict on themselves. They must not wear their code of
[50:35] Speaker 2: ethics in their minds. They must wear them on their
[50:39] Speaker 2: sleeves so everybody can see them. These things I do
[50:42] Speaker 2: not do. When I tell people I do not commit adultery.
[50:49] Speaker 2: Everywhere I go, I talk with my wife if she's
[50:51] Speaker 2: not there, and if she is there, I bring her
[50:53] Speaker 2: up and I talk about her WHI I'm sending a
[50:54] Speaker 2: message you don't fool with me. You cannot wear your
[50:59] Speaker 2: value to use in secret. If you are a leader,
[51:04] Speaker 2: if someone comes to you and ask you to compromise
[51:09] Speaker 2: on your job, you are the problem. If someone ask
[51:21] Speaker 2: you to break a law for you to benefit, you
[51:27] Speaker 2: are the problem. Because if they would have thought that
[51:34] Speaker 2: they could come to you, it's a sign that your
[51:39] Speaker 2: characters already in trouble. They supposed to say, don't even
[51:45] Speaker 2: go to her, I know what she ain't gonna do that.
[51:48] Speaker 2: They supposed to say that, but if they came to
[51:51] Speaker 2: you already, that means you are living a life that
[51:54] Speaker 2: is not loud enough. Leaders declare their values openly. They
[52:02] Speaker 2: display their convictions in public. They preach their cord of
[52:07] Speaker 2: ethics from the mountaintops. Got to protect your purpose. That's
[52:15] Speaker 2: number eight. Leaders coordinate resources. I'll explain all of these
[52:20] Speaker 2: in detail in the next sessions. But leaders have a
[52:24] Speaker 2: way of handling resources. Now resources not just money. I
[52:27] Speaker 2: know you think, but money, But everything is resources. Your
[52:31] Speaker 2: time is a resource. How do you coordinate your time
[52:34] Speaker 2: in life? How many time do you waste with people
[52:38] Speaker 2: who ain't going nowhere? How much time do you waste
[52:41] Speaker 2: reading books that don't inspire you? How many times do
[52:43] Speaker 2: you waste reading magazines of just fashion? How many times
[52:47] Speaker 2: do you waste how much time do you waste watching
[52:50] Speaker 2: movies on LMN after one after the other until two
[52:53] Speaker 2: am in the morning. How mnchy time do you waste
[52:56] Speaker 2: with situations that don't advance your dream. That's a waste
[53:00] Speaker 2: of resources, and that's just time. Everything is a resource.
[53:09] Speaker 2: Your friendships are a resource. Your relationships are they an
[53:17] Speaker 2: asset or a deficit. This is the question you must answer.
[53:23] Speaker 2: Do an inventory of your friends and see how many
[53:27] Speaker 2: of them will get you to where you want to
[53:29] Speaker 2: go in life. You'll be amazed how small the percentage is.
[53:34] Speaker 2: Choose your friends according to your destiny. Save your energy.
[53:41] Speaker 2: People are like leeches. They suck life out of you,
[53:44] Speaker 2: and if you're not careful, they will drain you dry
[53:46] Speaker 2: and drop your dead. It's a resource. I always tell people,
[53:55] Speaker 2: if you are in a group and you are the
[53:59] Speaker 2: smartest in the group, it's time to leave the group.
[54:04] Speaker 2: Can I say it again? Yeah, If you are in
[54:06] Speaker 2: a group and you are the smartest than the group,
[54:08] Speaker 2: it's time for you to leave the group. You don't
[54:13] Speaker 2: wanna be in a group that can grow you, expand you,
[54:16] Speaker 2: and improve you. That's why I study more than you,
[54:25] Speaker 2: you know, cause I don't want you to leave my group.
[54:31] Speaker 2: I always want you to have more to come for.
[54:35] Speaker 2: That means the precious on me. And then I had
[54:37] Speaker 2: to be with people around me who know more than
[54:39] Speaker 2: me also, And that's why I buy books and CDs
[54:42] Speaker 2: and DVDs and keep friends and people who can stretch
[54:45] Speaker 2: my mind, cause I have to keep growing. I need
[54:47] Speaker 2: folks around who believe that I can do things and
[54:50] Speaker 2: build things and expand things. Sometimes you can outgrow the
[54:53] Speaker 2: very bored you appointed. MM remember that you can upgro
[55:01] Speaker 2: to people you appointed, and that's why you can expand
[55:05] Speaker 2: the board to get fresh brains.
