[0:09] You're listening to Crowning Ignorant Kings, a podcast for citizens with like minds who
[0:15] love God, follow Christ, and have a desire to be an ambassador for
[0:20] the Kingdom of Heaven on earth. We are John and Charlene Donaldson, who
[0:25] are teachers building a kingdom community. Thank you again for joining us. Now
[0:30] let's sudjust our crowns. I see thousands coming to the Bahamas, thousands of
[0:39] thousands to learn how to lead with excellence. I see it. You see
[0:44] a church. I don't see a church. I see a community of leaders
[0:54] who are demonstration prototypes of what leadership is on. That's why this church filled
[1:00] with millionaires. Everybody will either be a millionaire or close. Why because you
[1:04] gotta be a demonstration. Your success is inevitable. God helped to make you
[1:21] succeed. The call of this ministry demands that you learn the principles of discipline
[1:30] and development and success. You have to because you cannot teach what you are
[1:34] not. Everybody cannot come to this church, and I don't want everybody here.
[1:42] I look at it a big church. Christ had twelve and he kept
[1:47] them because all he wanted was twelve. He lost one. He was not
[1:53] after volume, He was after value. Great groups never change the world.
[2:10] It's always the few with vision. Hey say, neighbor, you can see
[2:19] what I see. But if you saw what I saw, you would shake
[2:23] my hands. Right now, Go ahead and shake the hand right now.
[2:27] Some of you are sitting in this room, sitting on a bench, staring
[2:34] in the distance. Right anybody sitting on the bench, All those sitting on
[2:42] the bench and me see your hands, say lord, I see it.
[2:49] See Once you see it, then it controls your life. This statement is
[2:57] very interesting to me. Vision is the capacity city to believe what you cannot
[3:00] see and prepare and plan for it. Vision is the capacity to believe in
[3:12] what others cannot see physically with your eyes. But you start planning and preparing
[3:19] for it now. You don't wait till it comes to prepare. Write this
[3:32] down. Preparation is proof of belief. Preparation is proof of belief. You
[3:42] do not believe until you prepare. I don't care what you tell me about
[3:47] what you're thinking about. Until you prepare for it, you don't believe it.
[3:53] Write this down. Preparation is the highest act of faith. Preparation is
[4:03] what the highest act of faith When you believe something, you prove it by
[4:11] preparing for it. That's why you prepare yourself with education, because you got
[4:20] a vision of something. That's why God is telling some of you to go
[4:28] back to evening school because your dream demands some more information. Sometimes you got
[4:39] prepared by changing your friends because them ones you w they ain't going nowhere and
[4:45] they want you to go with them. Have you ever made a resolution like
[4:54] this New Year's resolution? I will change my friends. I changed my friends
[5:01] years ago. I said, man, these people ain't going nowhere, So
[5:04] I changed my friends. Because your association determines your destination. Your associations determine
[5:17] your destination. That's why vision is so powerful. It disciplines everything in your
[5:27] life. You gotta beieve with people who think big. If you want to
[5:33] do big things, say amen. Let me tell you something. Nothing is
[5:40] worse than an optimist keeping friends with a pessionist. That's a formula for depression.
[5:50] You don't want to meet anybody else in your past who ain't going to
[5:54] a future. Brother, it's okay to leave losers, but ever since you
[6:04] started going to BFM, you don't come around us no more. That's true
[6:12] as supposed to happen. And ever since you started going to that place and
[6:17] that man teaching that funny day, you don't talk to us no more.
[6:21] You didn't even come around the family much no more. That's right. You
[6:30] can go up by going down, y'all. They're listening to me. You
[6:36] can move forward by going backward. Them folks saying they they they got all
[6:41] kind of weights on their legs. They got chaining the ball on it,
[6:45] and and they want you to wear yours too. Say you never cut your
[6:47] chain today. Gotta leave them people mind. That's why I love eagles.
[6:56] Boy. Eagles don't flock. Yeah yeah, yea yeah, yah yea,
[7:01] yea yeah yah yah yeah yeah. He gons ain't no pigeon. Pigeons flocked.
[7:04] That's why they never flies high, always in a group. Hecus all
[7:11] by themselves. That's why they're called the ego of vision. They could see
[7:18] better than any other bird because their perspective is the highest. Tell your neighborhood
[7:26] you are a ego, or take your pigeon somewhere else. You don't want
[7:31] to hang around people who ain't going nowhere. Praise God and remember this.
[7:36] You become what you keep hearing. Some of you all don't like me,
[7:41] but at least listen to what I saying because I know what I say it
[7:44] it's good because I believe it myself. You become what you consume. Be
[7:56] thinkers, produce big. That's what we need. Nothing has ever been done
[8:05] worthwhile by a pessimist. Nothing a negative person that's never changed the world.
[8:16] Always the man of a woman who could see more than their eyes could look.
[8:20] They are the ones that changed the world. Tell your neighbor, I
[8:22] see something and it looks better than what I see now, An't you glad?
[8:28] God give you vision the house you live in in the one you see,
[8:31] so you can tell your house when you go back home. You are
[8:33] temporary Read Hello, the car you go into in the parking look, I
[8:43] want you to walk over there talking to the car. Tell the car you
[8:46] ain't what I saw, So you definitely just passing through, Clap your hands
[8:52] and thinking, here's your fain speed under me. Just like he said it,
[8:56] in the name of Jesus, What do you see? Is it big?
[9:09] Nothing has ever been done without vision. Nothing. The old woman Helen
[9:18] Keller, she was born blind, born blind, never saw anything, born
[9:24] blind, death, dumb. Helen Keller learned to read braille. Helen Keller
[9:39] wrote poetry that became Nobel Priest prize quality. She became a sought after leader.
[9:50] She gave us feetures by writing on paper and showing the people and then
[9:52] write, I show it said woman was sought after, was paid onnorariums and
[9:58] couldn't talk. How much mouth do you have? Walter Cronkite was interviewing her.
[10:09] One day old woman almost eighty years old, shaky Helen Keller. He
[10:16] put a mic in her face and he said, Miss Keller, she can
[10:22] darkner. Miss Keller, what could be worse than being blind all your life?
[10:35] She picked up a pencil and she wrote an answer, and she showed
[10:41] it to him, and the answer was being born with eyes but no vision.
[10:56] Some of y'all got four eyes, you got glasses, and you still
[11:01] ain't progressive. Fun She had no eyes and became a world leader. Because
[11:11] you don't need eyes to have vision. Today, God has sent me into
[11:20] your life to start up something that your eyes cannot see. Vision. Couple
[11:35] of comments on vision. Write these down. It is said that the poorest
[11:39] man in the world is not a man without money, it's a man without
[11:43] vision. Famous Verse King Solomon, Proverbs twenty nine, verse thirteen. I
[12:00] think it would be important for you to read this with me, because I
[12:05] don't want you to miss this interesting revelation. Please get your bibles and turn
[12:13] me the book of Proverbs. I want to read this. Allow me to
[12:18] read this, please with you. Proverbs chapter twenty nine, verse thirteen.
[12:33] Before we read that, can you please go to Proverbs chapter twenty two.
[12:43] Proverbs chapter twenty two. When I first read this verse, I became mad
[12:52] at God, angry at God. Matter of fact, I became so angry
[13:01] I was tempted to curse God this verse. Let me read it with you
[13:09] probably twenty two, verse two three togethered loud. The rich and the poor
[13:18] have this in common. What is it? The Lord is the maker of
[13:22] them all. Now that made me angry because when I read that, I
[13:28] was in ben Town. Think about the verse beingtown. My son, you
[13:37] visit a middy of Bantown is like one of the low income areas of our
[13:41] country. Maybe in your country call them the ghettos. Eh, I read
[13:46] this in a house made of wood on four stones. I read it.
[13:54] Read it again. Imagine you're sneaking on the floor in a woodenhouse with mosquitoes
[13:58] and ra and you read this. The rich and the poor have one thing
[14:03] in common. God made both of them. I mean, that can make
[14:05] you mad because you are the poor one. So my voice thought was,
[14:11] wait a minute. God made Kenny's and God made Monros. God made the
[14:18] Kenny's rich and the Monroe poor. This God cannot be fair. And then
[14:28] I went to race, and I really got mad. Then I said,
[14:33] okay, so God made poor people. God made rich people. So if
[14:39] you're poor, God made you that way. And if you're rich, God
[14:43] made you that way. Therefore that's your destiny to be poor. That's depressing.
[14:52] I became angry at God, as Baudricus God and God says, you
[14:58] don't even read half of the story. Read the rest of the story.
[15:01] I've reading this whole book. Is a teenager reading this book. And I
[15:05] kept reading, and I kept reading. When I got to chapter twenty nine,
[15:09] it appeared again, but this time God completed the sentence. Let's read
[15:15] it. Chapter twenty nine, verse thirteen. The poor man and the rich
[15:22] man have this in common. Underline it. The Lord gives sight to the
[15:33] eyes of both. I rest my case. Here's the way it's written in
[15:43] the Hebrew language. God creates all men. Some become rich, some become
[15:54] poor, depending on how they see what that means like a clap. Your
[16:06] vision determiners your future. What you see determines what you become. A wealthy
[16:18] man is not better than you, He just seized differently. Two college students
[16:27] went to visit India Bombay, took off time from college that summer, got
[16:33] their backpack, a couple of blue jeans and a T shirt, didn't have
[16:36] no money, saved enough money from their jobs to take a trip one trip
[16:41] to Indi dreams to go to India, travel over the Indian nation. And
[16:45] they went and they caught these trains and they were sleeping in hostels, and
[16:48] they ran across the big cities of Bombay and Calcutter. And when they ran
[16:53] to Calcutta, they saw something they never could forget. Two young men all
[16:56] the way from the West coast of the United States, cut off jeans,
[17:00] t shirt on an adventure, and they came into Calcutta and there were millions
[17:07] of I mean, India is the second largest country in the world. That's
[17:11] what they want today. They got one billion people, one billion. You
[17:15] can't imagine that as behavior. We got three hundred thousand. We don't know.
[17:18] We talk about one billion people in one country. Calcutta alone is almost
[17:30] fifty to sixty million people in one city. They are sleeping on top of
[17:36] each other, they are living in the streets. They are in poverty because
[17:41] the government cannot handle the pressure for the social demands and sort of people gotta
[17:45] sleep in mud. They gotta build their houses out of pieces of paper and
[17:48] cardboard ten and they gotta go and steal trash to make their runs and their
[17:55] beds. I mean, it's still. And these young men saw this and
[17:57] they came to the city. They can They saw they came up the train
[18:00] and there were just thousand people in the streets sleeping on the ground. Man
[18:04] flies everywhere, pupil, we're all kind of diseased, sleeping in the mud,
[18:10] nowhere to sleep. And they saw them in the morning get up and
[18:14] there's like a big hole of animals just just going to this market and then
[18:17] going to the next market. Everyone's just trying to find begging and trying to
[18:21] make a living. And one of the young men said, wow, man,
[18:23] look after people, dirty feet, filthy people, thousands of dirty feet
[18:32] no shoes. He's had a friend look at the same people, says,
[18:34] wow, what an opportunity for a shoe business. So his friend Tom came
[18:44] back to the United States. They got back back to college. Tom couldn't
[18:48] get what he sawt of his head. He sat down in his classroom and
[18:52] designed a shot a plastic shoe. He wanted something that could be very easily
[19:00] purchased. A cheat and designed the shoe and took it, got it,
[19:03] patented it, and went to one of his friends who knew a manufacturer,
[19:07] says, can you let your manufacturer friend see this. I believe that we
[19:11] could really do something with our people in India. And his friend took it.
[19:15] And the guy made a prototype of this plastic shoe and he said it
[19:23] works. And so he said, would you be willing to export this tail
[19:33] you? The manufacturer said, show you get marketing, we get business.
[19:37] It costs US fifteen cent to make the shoe. We sell it for two
[19:41] dollars, no problem. So they started exporting shoe to India. This young
[19:47] guy, this young man dropp out of school man, started pumping his business.
[19:55] Shoes took off, exploded. He sold one hundred thousand in the first
[19:59] year hundred thousand and second year. By the fifth year he was selling millions.
[20:03] He became a multi millionaire. His name is Tom. We call him
[20:06] Tom mccanth, now used by his shoe. The guy who went to India
[20:11] with him is trying to pay his mortgage off. What they saw the same
[20:21] thing? Or did they? Ah write this down? Every problem is a
[20:30] business. Some people are looking for jobs. You don't need no job.
[20:45] You need a vision, right walk around, Get out of a bed.
[20:52] Don't be stupid and lazy. Get out of bed and walk around. Some
[20:56] folks sit around waiting for a job. Go look for a problem. Let
[21:00] me tell you right now, my God deity, that's a problem. A
[21:10] lot of cars are dirty. That's a problem. Open a business. Five
[21:22] dollars for a bucket, two dollars for a sponge, three ninety five for
[21:27] joy lotion, dishwashing, loading, stat your business. Stop looking for a
[21:33] job. Find a problem, hey boy, say vision. The Bahamas is
[21:42] filled with businesses and be passing by every day. It's filled with businesses.
[21:48] Folks, look at your community. Find the problem. How do you see
[22:00] Listen. As soon as ninety eleven took place, believe me, dreamers went
[22:11] into action. They didn't panic, They went into thinking. They the ones
[22:19] who make the millions. They decide they're gonna create some new screening machines.
[22:25] Somebody figured that out. Hey, somebody say, okay, we gotta create
[22:30] some new security training companies. Someone gotta think that mhm. Cuba opening is
[22:44] not a problem. It's a business opportunity. Imagine the word with orchestra and
[22:51] then start preparing. Come on, BEHAMI and talk to me. You gotta
[22:55] plan what the ten things may happen after Castro. The ten things, pick
[23:00] out three and make them your future. You don't panic, you plan.
[23:07] You don't panic. You prepare. You don't panic, you plan. When
[23:25] the economic boom fell out in the United States, everybody thought, oh boy,
[23:33] poverty's gonna sweep the US in nineteen thirties. Hey, do you know
[23:37] who became the millionaires during that time? The doctors, the psychologists, and
[23:45] the motivation of speakers. Because when people are depressed, it isn't one to
[23:48] jet them up. They all do want this day. So you call it
[23:55] economic downturn. No, it's an opportunity for new businesses. But only those
[24:00] that vision can see that far. That a young man didn't see bare feet,
[24:08] he saw a shoe in the street. Can I hear? Amen?
[24:15] Some of you need to be smart. If I was, if I had
[24:18] the time, if I wasn't already on a track with my vision here in
[24:22] this ministry, I would have started a horse farm. A horse farm,
[24:30] that's right, just to grow horsetail. See you see see see you you
[24:37] ain't got no vision. All you doing is find the tail. You ain't
[24:40] thinking about producing the tail. Clap your hands. You need a vision,
[24:42] man, You see where they going to go for it? Bye? A
[24:52] horse farm, say man? Somebody, hey boy said we passably got vision.
[24:56] Now yeah, check where they hate it, and prepare for them a
[25:03] vision. M God of mercy and things so tough. I promise you you'll
[25:11] never be out of business, never be out of business, not be here.
[25:19] It'll always be here, all right. Let me let me close.
[25:22] I gotta furice this next week. Can I finish this next week? Are
[25:26] you happy you came here today? If you finishes this couple of thoughts?
[25:29] And we're gonna close because I don't want to keep you. Your vision determines
[25:32] your destiny, and therefore you need to make sure your vision is correct.
[25:37] I want to give you a definition. I want to read a scripture and
[25:41] then we're gonna close. Here's a definition of vision. What is vision?
[25:45] What did these young what did this young man see? What made him so
[25:48] different? Here's what it is. Vision is an internalized, clear, mental
[25:56] image of a preferable future. What a vision is. Here's the future.
[26:02] I prefer you see it. You see it. This preferred future is the
[26:15] result of God imparting through inspiration to your spirit. Man. That's why vision
[26:25] is really from the spirit to the heart of man. God never deals with
[26:33] the present because the present, to God is already history. God always deals
[26:44] with the future. He imparts the future to the present so the present will
[26:52] not be depressed. Do you know what the promise is? We always talk
[27:04] about the promises of God. A promise is the future being told to the
[27:11] present. That's a promise. And the Bible says in First Coinciance, chapter
[27:21] one, it says, the promises of God are all yay and amen.
[27:26] In other words, God always tells you about your future and it's better than
[27:30] the past and the present, and he wants you to live not on the
[27:36] present. He wants you to live on the future. Right now, you're
[27:45] broke. That's the present. Don't live in that, otherwise you'd be broken.
[27:56] Live on the promise my God shall supply all of my needs, which
[28:02] means that my present gotta be temporary. So I'm not I'm not broke,
[28:07] It's just that my money ain't arrived yet. See a vision, A vision
[28:12] very never sees pessimistic vision. Thank you for listening to Crowning Ignorant Kings,
