For weeks, Keith couldn't ignore the signs. Every Saturday, Shanna set her alarm for 5:17 a.m., disappeared for exactly two hours, and came home like nothing happened. Add in mysterious handwritten envelopes, an empty jewelry box, and subtle changes around the house, and Keith feared she was hiding an affair. On this emotional episode of To Catch a Cheater, the truth comes out when Shanna is asked who she'd send a free bouquet of flowers to—and her answer leaves Keith stunned. What starts as a cheating investigation quickly turns into a life-changing confession you won't see coming. [0:01] Speaker 1: It's time to Catch a Cheater, only on the Jubile
[0:05] Speaker 1: Show and only on the New Hits. One oh six
[0:08] Speaker 1: point one.
[0:08] Speaker 2: Gee is on the phone today for to Catch a Cheater,
[0:11] Speaker 2: and he thinks that his wife of three years named
[0:14] Speaker 2: Shawna might be cheating. So we'll see if we can
[0:16] Speaker 2: catch her in a second. But first, Keith, what's going on?
[0:19] Speaker 2: Why do you think that your wife might be cheating
[0:21] Speaker 2: on you?
[0:23] Speaker 1: Hi?
[0:23] Speaker 3: Yeah, I have I have my theories.
[0:26] Speaker 4: Like, like you just said, we've been married for three years.
[0:29] Speaker 4: We've been together for six actually, so I've been observing
[0:33] Speaker 4: just these these patterns. I mean, you have a routine
[0:36] Speaker 4: with somebody. I mean again six years. Right, We've been
[0:38] Speaker 4: married for three we we have our new house. We're
[0:41] Speaker 4: kind of getting used to it. You know, we're gonna
[0:42] Speaker 4: get gonna get going on. This big chatter in her life.
[0:46] Speaker 4: But it's it's on Saturdays where she sets an alarm
[0:50] Speaker 4: for five seventeen am.
[0:52] Speaker 3: And she just.
[0:54] Speaker 4: She's not five fifteen, it's not five thirty, it's five seventeen.
[0:58] Speaker 1: Right.
[0:59] Speaker 4: That's one strange thing, right, So okay, so she gets up,
[1:03] Speaker 4: she sounds to it, like immediately she SIPs out of bed,
[1:06] Speaker 4: doesn't shower, and she returns home exactly two hours every
[1:12] Speaker 4: single time.
[1:14] Speaker 3: Kay, is that bad?
[1:16] Speaker 2: She's like, pumfal.
[1:18] Speaker 4: I mean, oh, it's it's a it's a pattern, it's
[1:20] Speaker 4: a routine, never misses it. I asked her, Okay, what's
[1:23] Speaker 4: about why five seventeen? She said, ah, you know, traffic patterns, okay,
[1:29] Speaker 4: kind of kind of suspicious a little bit okay, And
[1:33] Speaker 4: then I start doing more digging, and then it's like
[1:36] Speaker 4: finding things around the house, like these handwritten envelopes that
[1:41] Speaker 4: she's been receiving. There's no return address on them, and
[1:46] Speaker 4: and she she like opens them in the garage, okay,
[1:49] Speaker 4: like keeping them kind of separate so I don't notice them,
[1:51] Speaker 4: don't see them. But I found I found the envelopes
[1:55] Speaker 4: that were shredded like by hand or like in tiny
[1:57] Speaker 4: little pieces, like destroying the evidence.
[1:59] Speaker 3: Kind of thing. It's it's a little that's weird. That's
[2:01] Speaker 3: a little creepy again, suspicious a patterns or something.
[2:07] Speaker 4: I'm thinking or I just I've not been able to
[2:10] Speaker 4: kind of shed light on that. And then there's stuff
[2:14] Speaker 4: I noticed, like like our shared space is right in
[2:16] Speaker 4: the hallway. We walk through this every day constantly, right
[2:19] Speaker 4: We we go through the hallway, there's a framed photo
[2:22] Speaker 4: that was replaced from the hallway with an almost almost
[2:27] Speaker 4: identical frame, and she's like cropped herself closer to the edge.
[2:33] Speaker 3: It's just it seems like it's it's subtle, but.
[2:35] Speaker 4: I catch it because you walk by it every day
[2:36] Speaker 4: and it's like, well, that's that's new.
[2:38] Speaker 3: What's that about, Like you.
[2:39] Speaker 1: Just cut the empty space? Yep.
[2:43] Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like she's not quite cut out of the photo,
[2:45] Speaker 4: but she's cropped close to the.
[2:47] Speaker 3: Edge, almost like she doesn't want to be in the
[2:48] Speaker 3: photo or something. I mean, it's like it's weird.
[2:52] Speaker 2: I like, if you're cheating you and do that, but
[2:54] Speaker 2: to your spouse, like.
[2:56] Speaker 3: You out not herself interesting, that is weird.
[2:59] Speaker 4: Though.
[3:00] Speaker 2: Okay, well you already told us what grocery store she's
[3:03] Speaker 2: a rewards card member at, So we'll play a song
[3:05] Speaker 2: come Back, and then call her and pretend to be
[3:07] Speaker 2: from the grocery store and say that. Every single month,
[3:09] Speaker 2: we choose one rewards member who gets a free gift
[3:11] Speaker 2: from us, and it's flowers delivered from our florial department,
[3:14] Speaker 2: and we'll see if she sends us to you or
[3:15] Speaker 2: to somebody else. Okay, okay, all right, we'll get your
[3:19] Speaker 2: to catch a teater next it's the Jewbil Show. It's
[3:23] Speaker 2: time to Catch a Cheater.
[3:25] Speaker 3: Only on the Jubile Show.
[3:27] Speaker 2: Right in the middle of to Catch a Cheater and
[3:28] Speaker 2: if you're just joining us, Keith is on the phone
[3:31] Speaker 2: and he thinks that his wife of three years might
[3:33] Speaker 2: be cheating. So we're about to call her and pretend
[3:35] Speaker 2: to be from the grocery store that she's a rewards
[3:37] Speaker 2: card member at and say that every single month, we
[3:39] Speaker 2: choose one lucky rewards member who gets a free gift
[3:42] Speaker 2: from us, and it's flowers delivered from our floral apartment.
[3:45] Speaker 2: And we'll see if she sends us to her husband,
[3:46] Speaker 2: Keith or to somebody else. But before we do that, Keith,
[3:49] Speaker 2: why don't you break down your situation again? Why do
[3:52] Speaker 2: you think your wife's cheating?
[3:54] Speaker 1: Right?
[3:55] Speaker 4: Just picking up on these patterns of behavior a little unusual.
[3:58] Speaker 4: Every Saturday she goes out, it's fun seventeen am alarm.
[4:01] Speaker 4: That's a little weird, she says. It's traffic patterns. She's
[4:04] Speaker 4: been hiding in the garage, like ripping up a little
[4:07] Speaker 4: you know, handwritten envelopes and little pieces that I found
[4:10] Speaker 4: she replaced a photo in her hallway. I thought of
[4:12] Speaker 4: something a couple more things.
[4:14] Speaker 3: It's a humor of me. There's two more things. She also.
[4:18] Speaker 4: There's like this expensive looking jewelry box in her work bag. Yeah,
[4:24] Speaker 4: I don't know, like yeah, yeah, and there's like something
[4:29] Speaker 4: that was there but it's empty now.
[4:30] Speaker 3: But she's she has it in her work bag. It's
[4:32] Speaker 3: right there. Huh.
[4:35] Speaker 2: Okay, well we'll see if we can figure it out
[4:37] Speaker 2: for you. Are you ready for us to call her?
[4:41] Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm nervous, but let's let's go forward.
[4:43] Speaker 2: All right, here we go. I'm going to call her
[4:46] Speaker 2: right now. Hi, this is Corbeck calling from grocers. I
[4:53] Speaker 2: was looking for our rewards card member named Seana speaking.
[4:57] Speaker 2: Hi Shanna. Please don't hang up. This is not a
[4:59] Speaker 2: marketing phone call. I'm actually calling with a big congratulations.

[5:05] Speaker 2: and everything over here. We're very happy about you, about you.
[5:09] Speaker 2: Sorry that sounded weird, but anyway, I don't know if
[5:12] Speaker 2: you know this. Every single day, every single month, we
[5:15] Speaker 2: choose one lucky Rewards member who gets free flowers delivered
[5:18] Speaker 2: from our floral department. And you're the Lucky Rewards card member.
[5:22] Speaker 2: So congratulations, you've won thirty six long stin red roses,
[5:25] Speaker 2: a box of candy or chocolate, and a card to
[5:27] Speaker 2: be delivered to anybody that you want.
[5:29] Speaker 1: Absolutely free and not on the pace shipping.
[5:33] Speaker 2: Nope, it costs you nothing, and I will not ask
[5:36] Speaker 2: you for any kind of credit card information. It's all
[5:38] Speaker 2: completely legit. You'll get confirmations before we're off the phone.
[5:41] Speaker 2: It's just our way of saying thank you very much
[5:43] Speaker 2: for shopping with us. Okay, works very simple too. I
[5:48] Speaker 2: can take the information over the phone in just a
[5:50] Speaker 2: matter of minutes. If you don't know who you want
[5:52] Speaker 2: to send them to right now, that's fine. I can
[5:53] Speaker 2: call you back, or you can always come down to
[5:55] Speaker 2: the store and fill out the paperwork. Whatever you'd like
[5:57] Speaker 2: to do.
[5:58] Speaker 3: No, let's do it now, great, okay, perfect, All right.

[6:11] Speaker 2: and that's it.
[6:13] Speaker 1: Okay, So the name is going to be for Tricia.
[6:17] Speaker 3: Okay, Tricia. Got that?
[6:19] Speaker 2: And do you want to put anything on a card
[6:21] Speaker 2: to Tricia.
[6:22] Speaker 1: Let's say, I know this hasn't been easy, but I'm
[6:25] Speaker 1: proud of you. We're finally taking the leap. And then
[6:28] Speaker 1: what are what happens next? I've got you?
[6:30] Speaker 2: Okay, all right, great? And now at this point I'll
[6:36] Speaker 2: let you know that this is not a grocery store.
[6:38] Speaker 2: It's actually a radio show. It's called The Jewbell Show.
[6:40] Speaker 1: Yeah. Hi, I'm Nina hy Victoria and.
[6:42] Speaker 2: My name is Jewbell.
[6:45] Speaker 1: Okay, I don't understand.
[6:48] Speaker 2: Well, we do a segment on the show called to
[6:49] Speaker 2: Catch a Cheater where if you think your significant other
[6:52] Speaker 2: might be messing around, you see who they send the
[6:54] Speaker 2: flowers to, and your husband, Keith is actually on the phone.
[6:57] Speaker 4: Yeah really yeah yeah yeah, don't don't hang up.
[7:04] Speaker 1: Is this a joke?

[7:11] Speaker 4: if you can now who is Tricia?
[7:15] Speaker 1: Just see my countram mark.
[7:18] Speaker 4: From work, someone from work you texted like at five
[7:21] Speaker 4: seventeen every morning, like I've seen it.
[7:25] Speaker 1: You're checking my phone.
[7:29] Speaker 3: I unlocked it because you left it on the counter, So.
[7:34] Speaker 1: You're saying you went through my phone.
[7:37] Speaker 3: I checked it.
[7:38] Speaker 4: I checked on the phone bill and your locationustry and
[7:41] Speaker 4: you're at the gym at six am every Saturday for Yeah,
[7:45] Speaker 4: you're in there for like exactly two hours. Me, don't, don't,
[7:54] Speaker 4: don't flip this on me, like, look, look when things
[7:57] Speaker 4: aren't making sense, but you know, you know me, like
[7:58] Speaker 4: I look for the answers. So let's let's let's let's
[8:04] Speaker 4: lay this out now. Okay, there's the handwritten envelopes, right,
[8:07] Speaker 4: shredded paper all over the garage picture that.
[8:09] Speaker 3: You were placed in the hallway.
[8:11] Speaker 4: You think I didn't notice you cropped yourself closer to
[8:13] Speaker 4: the edge of the photo.
[8:16] Speaker 1: You've been watching me, is what you're saying.
[8:19] Speaker 4: Look, look, look, I've been paying attention, and there's a difference.
[8:23] Speaker 1: That's not paying attention, that's surveillance. You invaded in my privacy,
[8:27] Speaker 1: all of it, you know that, right?
[8:29] Speaker 4: Well, uh, privacy ends where secrets start. Like everything you've done,
[8:38] Speaker 4: it just feels really staged, like precise, like you've been
[8:43] Speaker 4: like rewriting our life without me involved. So are like,
[8:54] Speaker 4: are you cheating?
[8:59] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm Aatricia and I'm leaving you for a Tricia.
[9:03] Speaker 4: Who oh so he was ry? Wow mm hmm, Okay, Wow,
[9:13] Speaker 4: I knew something was up. How long has this been
[9:16] Speaker 4: going on?
[9:18] Speaker 1: Oh? I've been training with Tricia for like three months ago,
[9:22] Speaker 1: like for the trap along that I was working on,
[9:24] Speaker 1: and she's my trainer, and.
[9:26] Speaker 4: So just.
[9:28] Speaker 1: Oh my god, Keisey knew that you were the first
[9:34] Speaker 1: guy that I've like been intimate with, you know, So, yeah,
[9:40] Speaker 1: you need this going in on the relationship. And I
[9:42] Speaker 1: tried it out, and just so it's not working. I
[9:46] Speaker 1: can't do it.
[9:47] Speaker 3: Oh, I tried it out. We're married for years, yeah,
[9:53] Speaker 3: six years.
[9:54] Speaker 4: I'm not I'm a mom. I'm only for I'm only
[9:56] Speaker 4: for more than six years, married for three years.
[9:59] Speaker 3: How there's a trial for you, just a trial period.
[10:04] Speaker 1: You were trying. I don't trying, and I love you,
[10:09] Speaker 1: but not in that way that I think you need
[10:11] Speaker 1: me to love you.
[10:13] Speaker 2: Oh wow, were you going to tell him Shanna?
[10:17] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a great question.
[10:20] Speaker 1: I was looking for the right time, as opposed to
[10:22] Speaker 1: on the radio under some weird misconception.
[10:26] Speaker 2: Okay, well, n sounds like you guys have a lot
[10:29] Speaker 2: to figure out. So sorry, Keith.
[10:33] Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess, I guess.
[10:35] Speaker 4: Uh, we're gonna like we're gonna lawyer you up.
[10:38] Speaker 3: I guess yep, we'll be in touch.
[10:41] Speaker 1: Uh sounds good. I'll be atricious and I'll tell somebody,
[10:47] Speaker 1: my assistant to pick up my stuff.
[10:48] Speaker 2: Oh okay, okay wow.
[10:52] Speaker 4: Then you will show
