In today’s episode, we sit down with Sayema - a Muslim psychotherapist - for a deeply-personal story about the unseen costs of having our lives be too visible online. What began as a mission to offer healing and service turned into a slow, quiet unraveling under the weight of envy, burnout, and the spiritual harm of evil-eye. Sayema’s story is raw, reflective, and shows her ultimately-redemptive journey of what happens when the healer via psychotherapy becomes the afflicted; and finds the cure not in the algorithm, but in the Quran, and from Al-Shifa, The One Who Heals. - Your Chance to Build a House in Jannah—Right Here in Chicago!
