[0:00] The girlies are back for a little life lessons chat with
[0:03] skinny dipping. These topics are going to be so
[0:05] fun, whether we're talking about independence versus codependency
[0:09] within a relationship or we're talking about emotional maturity
[0:12] within partnership, or we're talking about even your
[0:14] relationship to your bank account and finances.
[0:17] Today, this episode, I believe if you found it, it is because
[0:20] there is one of these lessons in this episode today.
[0:23] Or maybe all of them are something that you need to hear.
[0:31] What is up guys? And welcome back to Skinny to
[0:33] Bang. I'm feeling fun and into
[0:36] oversharing today. So we're going to be talking
[0:37] about the current life lessons that I've been discovering
[0:40] because I do genuinely believe that when we share what's going
[0:44] on, it usually relates to other people because there is
[0:47] collective consciousness and we're all moving through certain
[0:49] themes and lessons. So I just hope that this video
[0:53] finds the exact perfect people that it's supposed to.
[0:56] And if you're new here, hi, I'm Kayla Rose.
[0:58] I am the podcast host of Skinny Dipping and we're new to
[1:02] YouTube, so I'm still growing on here, but on Spotify, Apple
[1:05] podcast, we have like 200,000 subscribers cross-platform and
[1:08] I'm so incredibly grateful. I've been doing podcasting and
[1:11] being a speaker full time creator for four years now and I
[1:13] love to meet at the intersectionality of mental
[1:16] Health Sciences and spirituality.
[1:19] And today, you know, I'll usually like research a topic
[1:22] and we'll dive into it. But today, you know, is a little
[1:25] bit different. I really wanted to just share
[1:28] the season of life I'm in and the lessons I've been learning.
[1:31] I literally titled it this season's lessons.
[1:35] And the reason why I want to do this and why I want to talk
[1:38] about the lessons I've been learning today is not to make it
[1:40] about myself, babe. It is still about you and what
[1:43] you are gaining from this video, what you are gaining from this
[1:45] podcast. What are you are gaining from
[1:46] this experience? But the truth is, like I've
[1:49] released hundreds of episodes and without fail, every single
[1:52] week, about like 2 to 15 or even more people will slide into my
[1:57] DMS at Sunday's KK at Skinny Dipping Diaries.
[1:59] If you want to DM me or follow along, they will slide and
[2:02] they'll be like, Kayla, it is crazy that you recorded an
[2:05] episode on this topic this week because this is exactly what I'm
[2:08] going through in my life. And they'll message me, they'll
[2:11] open up. I try to reply to as many as I
[2:13] can. I don't always get to it, but I
[2:15] do try to reply, especially when I see that somebody's pouring
[2:18] their heart out. And I just really do appreciate
[2:20] you guys opening up and trusting me.
[2:22] But it's not me. It's not like I'm like, I am a
[2:26] witch, don't get me wrong. But I, I, it's nothing special
[2:29] about me. And like why I'm able to channel
[2:32] these messages. It's literally collective
[2:35] consciousness. And collective consciousness has
[2:38] it's, you know, it's not just you and me and the humans.
[2:40] It's also my dog Lizza, who's sitting below me.
[2:43] And also this tree and also these flowers before they were
[2:46] cut off. Like collective consciousness is
[2:49] this interconnected system where we are experiencing certain up
[2:53] certain lessons, certain shadow periods throughout life and we
[2:58] don't realize it, but we're really, in the words of High
[3:01] School Musical, all in this together and we experience
[3:04] similar things. So I hope me sharing this helps
[3:07] you in some way. I just have a really strong
[3:09] feeling that if you found this video today, one of these
[3:12] lessons you are meant to hear or maybe all of them or maybe two
[3:14] of them. So stick around.
[3:16] And yeah, if you're new here, obviously subscribe, follow, and
[3:21] let's strip down and dive in. This is skinny dipping, baby.
[3:23] OK #1 let's get into it. Yeah.
[3:26] I feel like in the season of reflection, like we had like the
[3:29] eclipse season and then that was just fucking crazy.
[3:33] I feel like I still haven't processed the lessons for that.
[3:36] And then it started to feel lighter.
[3:38] And then like the full moon has felt so transformational for me.
[3:42] The Aries full moon. This Aries Libra axis is really
[3:45] big for me. I'm an Aries Sun and yeah, I
[3:48] just feel like I've learned so many lessons along this moon
[3:51] and, and in its themes, and this first one is one of them.
[3:54] So it's about independence, baby #1 independence is truly
[3:59] alivening. I am meant to be independent and
[4:03] therefore not codependent but rather interdependent.
[4:09] That is what I wrote down because I noticed myself getting
[4:13] so lost in my partner. I have been in a relationship.
[4:16] You're going to be like, girl, what?
[4:18] For those of you that know I've been in a relationship, I'm 26
[4:21] for nine years and it's actually fucking crazy.
[4:23] We broke up for a year when we were in college.
[4:25] So we did learn lessons during their separately.
[4:27] But I believe relationships are a shortcut to healing and I
[4:29] rather work through all this bullshit and all this healing
[4:32] with him then with somebody else.
[4:34] So that's why I'm in such a long relationship at a young age.
[4:37] But with that being said, I just grew up from the Super young age
[4:41] relying on someone for emotional regulation, relying on somebody
[4:47] for entertainment, for connection, for support.
[4:50] And in that I have developed it. Like I feel like my codependency
[4:54] was probably created in my childhood with my parents, but
[4:57] it has been more alive and within me.
[5:00] My codependency in the way that I lose myself and my partner or
[5:04] I prioritize him and his needs or I just de prioritize myself.
[5:09] I forget about myself in certain ways and right now I feel like
[5:14] my Aries self with this Aries full moon.
[5:16] My partner is out of town and I'm like wait, I love my own
[5:20] company like wait. I love being independent like
[5:25] and I needed this reminder because I could tell myself all
[5:28] day long, don't be codependent bitch.
[5:32] Like girl, we cannot be codependent anymore.
[5:34] And it just wouldn't. It wouldn't click, it wouldn't
[5:37] do anything except create a cycle of shame and guilt.
[5:40] But instead, when I show my body and I show my brain that it is
[5:44] safe to feel alone, that it is safe to feel independence, it is
[5:48] safe to focus on myself and unmesh myself from a codependent
[5:53] like pattern that I've been experiencing.
[5:56] When I teach my body that it is safe, I actually realized I
[5:58] fucking love it. It's not that it's just safe.
[6:00] It's actually like what I prefer.
[6:01] Like I actually prefer to be independent.
[6:03] Since I was a kid, it was like I always knew what I wanted.
[6:06] I always knew I wanted to work for myself because I couldn't
[6:08] answer to somebody else. Like, and in this, it's like who
[6:12] you are when you were a kid is such a reflection of who you're
[6:14] meant to be because it's who you are without filters.
[6:16] And I was so Aries, like if you don't know about astrology, like
[6:20] Aries is just the first born in so many ways, bold, independent
[6:27] leadership, crazy in certain ways, really passionate.
[6:32] And I feel like sometimes when I'm in my codependence is
[6:35] because I'm avoiding my own passion and my own intensity.
[6:39] And the truth is I'm just don't want to be so scared of it
[6:41] anymore. And in my partner being gone for
[6:44] a couple weeks, I've just been realizing how much I love him
[6:49] and I miss him so much. And also I'm so grateful to have
[6:51] this opportunity right now. And if you feel like you lose
[6:54] yourself, not just in like a romantic partner, but maybe in
[6:57] friendships or maybe in, you know, even like a sibling
[7:01] dynamic or a parental dynamic. If you feel like you lose
[7:04] yourself in others and your mood and your state of being is
[7:10] dependent off of another person or multiple people, that is that
[7:14] codependency in full action, babe.
[7:16] And it's really important to be like, OK, noted awareness,
[7:20] right? That's the first thing,
[7:21] awareness, codependency is happening.
[7:24] And the truth is when we come back to our independence and we
[7:27] fall in love with our independence, then when we go
[7:30] back into relationships, we aren't in codependency, but
[7:33] we're actually in interdependence, which means we
[7:36] both are independent, but we are kind of, I see it like adna
[7:41] strain, like we're moving together and within a similar
[7:45] ecosystem, but we're not a meshed and crossed over and so
[7:50] deeply affected by each other's mood and other actions.
[7:53] So yeah, I just realized I love my independence and I'm so
[7:57] excited for my partner to come back and for me to practice and
[8:00] show up in my independence and just doing what's best for me
[8:03] and prioritizing just leaving my partner at home and going and
[8:07] hanging out with my friends and doing whatever I want.
[8:10] And just really being able to listen to me and my needs and my
[8:15] own independence. And this isn't anything that my
[8:17] partner's done wrong. I really believe.
[8:19] Like if it's your trigger is your problem.
[8:20] Like if it's something that's coming up for you, it is your
[8:23] responsibility to practice and move through it and have
[8:26] awareness for it. But actually fucking do doing
[8:29] something about it. Like your awareness, babe,
[8:31] yourself awareness is not is not going to heal you.
[8:35] The practicing, the showing up messy, the embodiment of I'm
[8:39] going to show up independent, even if like I feel really
[8:41] triggered, You know, my partner wants to do this thing without
[8:44] me. My codependence is acting up.
[8:46] Coming back to that independence.
[8:47] What can I do right now in this moment that actually serves me?
[8:51] And I was actually reading this really interesting book
[8:54] yesterday by Osho, which is called, forget the exact name of
[8:58] the book. It's called like a love,
[8:59] aloneness, relationships. That's not the name, but it's by
[9:03] Osho, which is a really incredible author.
[9:05] And in the book he was saying that to be selfish is to be
[9:09] unselfish. To be selfish is to be
[9:12] unselfish. Yes.
[9:13] And he was saying that when you truly do what you want and you
[9:17] move from this place of I am doing this because this is what
[9:20] I actually desire and what I actually want.
[9:23] And then you show up for your partner.
[9:24] Then you show up for your family.
[9:25] And then you show up for your friend.
[9:27] And then you show up in your work or your community.
[9:29] And you're doing it because you genuinely want to, not out of
[9:32] obligation like, but genuinely because you want to be showing
[9:36] up. That is the most unselfish thing
[9:37] that you can do is by being selfish.
[9:39] Because when you show up and you show up out of that obligation,
[9:44] it is still pretty selfish. That's not really serving
[9:48] anybody, I believe. So really practicing what are my
[9:51] desires, what are my needs? And finding that true
[9:55] independence for what you want, no matter what your situation
[9:58] is. If you see codependent showing
[9:59] up in your life #2 OK, some people might disagree with this,
[10:04] but I feel like there's so much rhetoric online within the
[10:07] relationship space. Like dump him.
[10:09] Like if he's not doing XYZ, if he's not paying for this, if
[10:13] he's not emotionally mature in this way, like dump him, dump
[10:16] his ass. He doesn't deserve you Queen.
[10:18] And I just like have to be so real.
[10:21] As somebody who's in a very long term relationship, I have seen
[10:24] what it takes to make a long relationship a long, loving
[10:28] deep. It makes me want to cry.
[10:30] Beautiful relationship last. And I love my partner so much
[10:33] and we've also been through so much and so many lessons and we
[10:39] grew up together in our 20s. And for me, whenever I hear that
[10:42] rhetoric, it confuses me because I'm like, I'm not at that level
[10:45] yet. I'm not the most emotionally
[10:47] mature version of myself. I am not the version of myself
[10:50] that is like the best girlfriend, wife, fiance,
[10:53] partner. Like I'm still growing too.
[10:55] And my second thing that I wrote down that I'm learning is
[10:59] sometimes I hold my partner to such a high emotional maturity
[11:05] standard and such high expectations.
[11:08] But am I leading by example? And the answer is no, not
[11:12] always, but I want to, I want to lead by example, but I also need
[11:17] to give him grace and give me grace because we're literally
[11:20] growing up together in our 20s. And if you're in a young
[11:22] relationship, like just know like anybody that's like, fuck
[11:27] him, dump him. Like they just don't understand
[11:29] the complexities and nuances of a long term relationship.
[11:32] And anybody who's ever told me just dump him when we're like
[11:36] moving through something together and we're growing
[11:39] through something together, like they have never actually been in
[11:42] a long term relationship more than two years.
[11:44] And and it shows because they don't have that ability to
[11:48] perceive that nuance. And of course, like if
[11:50] somebody's really not treating you right, but this is like, if
[11:52] your partner is a really good person and you like love them
[11:55] and there's so many things, there's like 90% of the things
[11:58] or 80% of the things are like a fuck yes for your future and
[12:01] your partnership and what you want to create.
[12:03] But then there's some things that are needing growth and
[12:05] emotional maturity as that inevitably would happen.
[12:08] And as you're growing up in your 20s, like it's just not all or
[12:11] nothing. It's so deeply nuanced.
[12:13] And I genuinely believe, like I can get into that rhetoric that
[12:17] I'm getting convinced on on the Internet that my partner needs
[12:19] to be like at 27, like this crazy emotional mature, like
[12:23] provider and man. And it's like he is a man.
[12:26] And then sometimes he's a baby. And like, sometimes I am the
[12:30] most mature, emotionally mature, emotionally intelligent version
[12:33] of myself. And sometimes I am a baby and a
[12:37] brat. And it's like we're both growing
[12:40] up together. And I think offering somebody
[12:42] grace in a relationship is so beautiful.
[12:44] And also being like, OK, I want my partner to have emotional
[12:47] maturity and to be this way and to grow, but to call yourself
[12:51] out and be like, but am I, am I stepping up in that way?
[12:54] And if I'm not always stepping up in that way, like I can't
[12:57] always hold my partner to these unrealistic expectations to be
[13:01] this like perfect person for me when I am currently the most
[13:05] imperfect version of myself. Like I've grown so much, but I
[13:08] still, you know, struggle with so many things like reactivity
[13:12] and anger. And you know, I've learned and
[13:13] grown so much, but there's just moments where we need to realize
[13:16] like treat others the way that you want to be treated as the
[13:18] most tail as old as time saying, but it is so true.
[13:23] It's like, OK, you're growing and you're learning with this
[13:25] person and that is so incredibly beautiful.
[13:27] And obviously holding each other to standards and expectations is
[13:31] important so you don't keep repeating the same cycles that
[13:34] are hurting you. But also it's like, don't demand
[13:38] emotional maturity. And I think that's where that's
[13:40] the demanding is where it comes in, where you're like demanding
[13:43] of your partner to be this person where they just like need
[13:47] time and space and practice. And it's like nothing can change
[13:50] overnight. So I really feel like for me,
[13:51] I'm being like, how can instead of blaming him, I'm like, how
[13:55] can I be emotionally more mature in my life?
[13:57] And how can I show up better? Because when you do that, I
[14:01] notice like when I stop blaming him and I start focusing on my
[14:04] own inner world, I notice our relationship gets a lot clearer
[14:08] and cleaner and kinder and more expansive and just more like
[14:12] malleable to having growth that actually creates lasting change
[14:17] when I'm not like demanding things of him and blaming him.
[14:20] And I notice that I do that and I think I see it in my
[14:22] girlfriends and who are in long term relationships.
[14:25] How you know it's that anxious attachment style, like the
[14:28] nagging, the demanding, the just high expectations when it's like
[14:34] you really have to love people for who they are.
[14:36] And of course you can communicate things to them and
[14:39] they can change and you can change.
[14:40] You will change. It's inevitable.
[14:42] Like either you grow apart or grow together in a long term
[14:45] relationship. But it's like, yeah, I just have
[14:46] realized like, wow, sometimes I hold my partner to unrealistic
[14:49] expectations of because we're literally just in our 20s
[14:51] growing up and I know that we're learning every day.
[14:54] So I don't know if anybody can relate to that, but let me know
[14:57] if you can #3 is a lesson that I've been learning about
[15:01] finances and money. And I've been on my money
[15:04] journey this year where I have been getting educated, OK guys,
[15:08] educated on my finances because I made a lot of money doing
[15:12] photography and working for myself when I was in my early
[15:14] 20s. And then I traveled a lot and
[15:16] then I spent a lot and I didn't really know how to save.
[15:20] I didn't have a high yield savings account.
[15:21] I didn't know how to budget. And then now I'm like a 26, an
[15:25] adult and like paying for everything.
[15:27] And I'm like, oh, I should have learned that a little bit
[15:30] sooner. So #3 the lesson that I've been
[15:32] learning once again is if you want to grow your bank account,
[15:37] you can't ghost your bank account.
[15:40] OK? Whenever I'm feeling stressed
[15:42] out about money, I do this thing where I stop looking at my bank
[15:44] account, my finances, my credit card.
[15:46] And this is so common and so many financial experts or
[15:51] manifestation experts talk about this, but it's like nothing's
[15:54] going to change if you don't look at it.
[15:56] And by creating that like fear and avoidance for me only
[16:00] creates more scarcity. And when I actually get real
[16:03] about it and I look at it and I confront it and I, you know,
[16:06] I've been starting to put away into an emergency saving fund
[16:09] over the last year. And I've been saving up with
[16:11] that, which is felt really good. Just whenever I get paid like
[16:14] putting like 400 away. And it really does add up over
[16:17] time, having a little travel fund to the side.
[16:20] Like I'm learning, I'm growing, I'm doing it.
[16:22] But still when I start to feel as an entrepreneur, it's very
[16:25] fluctuating in our work. You can make a lot of money and
[16:28] then you can make nothing one month.
[16:29] And that's just the flux of entrepreneurship.
[16:32] With that being said, on months that are more like slow
[16:35] financially, like I will avoid my bank account, I will ghost
[16:38] it, I won't even look at it. And the truth is that's creating
[16:41] so much scarcity and so much fear.
[16:44] And you need to create a relationship to your finances.
[16:48] I feel like I'm so proud of myself this year.
[16:50] I really have created a stability net for myself and
[16:54] I've really got an educated and you know, listened to podcast,
[16:57] read some books, watch TikTok videos and just and YouTube
[17:00] videos and try to get educated on my finances.
[17:02] And yeah, you just need to create a relationship with your
[17:05] finances because that's what it is.
[17:07] It's literally a relationship. So when you show up and even if
[17:10] you're scared to look at it, like literally trying to look at
[17:13] it once a day for me started to remove that fear and create
[17:16] bravery. And I noticed the more that I
[17:18] removed that fear and created bravery, actually, the more
[17:22] money that came into my bank account.
[17:24] It is not a coincidence, babe. It is definitely interconnected.
[17:27] You want to approach your bank account with authority, not
[17:30] fear, because this is your assets.
[17:33] These this is what you've created.
[17:35] This is what you've made and it is yours.
[17:37] So stop thinking about this is this other thing.
[17:39] It's this relationship that you have.
[17:41] It's a part of your life. And the more that you can
[17:43] actually constantly look at it, especially in the moments that
[17:46] you feel the most stressed out, especially in the moments that
[17:48] you feel the most afraid, you're actually creating this neural
[17:53] pathway and training your brain to be like, it is safe to look
[17:55] at this. It is safe to deal with it.
[17:58] It is safe to be real about what's going on.
[18:00] And the more real you are, the more present you are, the more
[18:02] that you strengthen that relationship with your finances
[18:05] and you stop fucking ghosting them.
[18:06] And you get educated and you also look at your finances and
[18:09] you also get smart about your high yield savings.
[18:11] And you also get smart about, you know, your travel funds or
[18:13] whatever. I promise you, you'll see the
[18:17] money in your bank account grow, babe, like you will.
[18:20] And you will also just create this new pathway, a new neural
[18:23] pathway that this isn't something to be scared of
[18:26] because I feel like there's just a lot of fear surrounding money.
[18:29] And of course, because we need it to survive, like duh,
[18:33] obviously. So of course it has fear and
[18:35] implications around that. But I think it's just really
[18:37] important to teach our brain that nothing is actually that
[18:40] scary, especially just something like a number.
[18:43] And even though it can have a lot of stories that come with
[18:46] it, stories of scarcity and, you know, stories of insecurity or
[18:51] stories of, you know, feeling unsafe or unstable in your life.
[18:57] Like even though those can come up, if you avoid those stories,
[19:00] they will never change. You have to confront those
[19:02] stories. That is the only, only way to
[19:06] create the change in your finances in your bank account is
[19:09] to create that relationship and stop ghosting it.
[19:11] I do it too. Whenever I'm stressed out, I
[19:13] ghost it. And then I'm like, no, I need to
[19:14] look at it. All I need to truly know what's
[19:17] going on and stop avoiding it because avoidance is fear, Fear,
[19:20] scarcity. But what is bravery, action,
[19:23] choice? That is abundance, baby.
[19:25] OK #4 this season's lessons #4 healing is not feeling good all
[19:29] the time. That is your actual dopamine
[19:32] addiction to feel good all the time.
[19:34] That need. That's not healing.
[19:36] Healing is when you can sit in that discomfort.
[19:39] It's not always a good feeling. It's the feeling you have when
[19:43] you stop running away from yourself and it kind of like
[19:46] goes into the finances and avoiding it and everything like
[19:50] that. Because it's the same with the
[19:51] stories, the subconscious stories you create around, you
[19:54] know, well, I'm just not the type of person that has this
[19:57] type of life or I'll I, I never really, you know, guys and I've
[20:00] never hit on me. I struggle to get a partner.
[20:02] Girls don't like me. I struggle to have friends or
[20:04] whatever it is like, or like I can't get a girlfriend or
[20:07] whatever it is. Whatever stories you've created
[20:09] for yourself, like I promise you like, the more that you sit in
[20:12] the discomfort of those stories and why you have those feelings,
[20:15] the more it'll clear. The more you ignore it, the
[20:17] stronger it gets. The more that you confront it,
[20:19] the more it lessens, the more it just doesn't seem as scary and
[20:23] it doesn't seem as big. And healing isn't always like.
[20:25] Feeling good all the time and it's not always feeling totally
[20:28] like, Oh my God, I solved this problem and now I don't act this
[20:31] way anymore. I don't react this way anymore
[20:33] when I have this certain trigger.
[20:34] Like that's genuinely not healing.
[20:35] It's honestly when you have the trigger come up and then instead
[20:40] of being so unconscious to it, you actually see what's going on
[20:44] and you sit with it and you sit in that discomfort of this
[20:48] pattern that you have been experiencing for such a long
[20:50] time. And maybe the grief of that.
[20:52] Maybe you sit in the grief of like, damn, I really have been
[20:55] struggling with this certain thing my whole life or for years
[21:00] or for months. And it can just feel really
[21:02] heavy. And there's grief in that and
[21:04] there's discomfort in that. But I promise you when you just
[21:07] look at it and you realize, like healing, it's not about being
[21:11] perfect. It's not about solving a
[21:12] problem. It's not about fixing yourself
[21:14] because you're not fucking broken.
[21:15] It's actually about just realizing like that this moment
[21:19] is perfect as it is like this exact moment right here, you and
[21:22] me, whatever you're feeling right now, there are no bad
[21:25] parts. That's why I love internal
[21:27] family systems and IFS work because it's like they're
[21:29] genuinely are no bad parts. And there's not even any like
[21:32] bad mindsets, like every pattern and experience and mindset that
[21:36] you're looking to transform in your life to create a better
[21:38] life for yourself. Like you needed those.
[21:40] You needed to have those lessons, and thank God they're
[21:43] coming up so that you can evolve and you can grow.
[21:46] And yeah, healing also, you know, isn't being happy all the
[21:50] time. I think we think, oh, my God,
[21:51] that person, she looks so happy. She's healed.
[21:53] Oh my God, when I was the most smiley, happiest extroverted
[21:58] version of myself, I was the most disconnected from my body
[22:02] and most engulfed in my anxiety when I was younger.
[22:05] Like I was so smiley, so happy. I'm so happy I don't have any
[22:08] problems. No, babe, you're just avoiding
[22:10] them and now they're unconsciously ruling you.
[22:13] Like if you don't look at them, they're going to unconscious.
[22:15] They're going to be there regardless.
[22:16] So I might as well sit with it, Sit in the discomfort of what's
[22:19] coming up and also realize that that is healing.
[22:22] That is exactly what healing is. That means you are healed, babe.
[22:25] Boom, tada, I just bring a little magic.
[22:28] You're healed if you're willing to sit in the discomfort of the
[22:30] patterns that need to change without fucking judging
[22:33] yourself. Your healing if you realize you
[22:35] don't have to be happy all the time, you don't have to always
[22:37] reach for that dopamine addiction.
[22:39] You can actually sit with grief. You can sit with sadness.
[22:41] You can sit with anxiety. That that is healing right
[22:44] there. It's not about feeling good.
[22:46] It is about being willing to increase your ability to handle
[22:50] discomfort, to be able to look at the things around you and be
[22:53] like, whatever is thrown at me or whatever comes up within me.
[22:57] I fucking got this because I'm on my own team.
[23:02] So those are the lessons today. I thought I was going to make a
[23:04] short episode. So sorry to my sorry to my
[23:08] editor, Assistant Girly. I love you so much.
[23:10] But yeah, this turned out to be a 30 minute episode.
[23:13] But make sure to subscribe like if you had any downloads or
[23:16] things that came to you or just like a certain part of the
[23:19] episode that you really resonated with, just comment

[23:23] comments more than anything. And it also is just like the

[23:28] commenting and liking and subscribing.
[23:30] So I love you guys so much. I am Kayla Rose, the host of
[23:32] Skinny Dipping. And yeah, I love you.
[23:35] And you're inherently fucking worthy.
[23:37] And you're already healed, babe. Like even if you feel like
[23:40] things aren't working out or you't broken, like I promise
[23:43] you, you're not. Like the more you can get
[23:44] comfortable with that, like the fact that you're having
[23:46] awareness, like means you're healing.
[23:48] Like it's so beautiful. Like you should be so proud of
[23:50] yourself. Love you.
[23:52] Bye, guys.
