Kev Healy spent years on the front line as a specialist firearms officer with SO19 — the Met’s elite armed unit. In this episode, he lifts the lid on what really goes on behind the scenes: high-speed chases, armed stand-offs, and the harsh realities of life in the UK police. Kev doesn’t hold back as he exposes the cracks in the system — and shares what it takes to operate at a level that few ever reach. SO19 isn’t just any unit — it’s a role few are selected for, and even fewer pass.
