Kevin Lane spent over 20 years behind bars after being convicted of a contract killing. In this episode, he lifts the lid on what life in prison is really like — from brutal routines and violence on the wing, to the mental battles of isolation and long-term sentencing. We also talk about the moment he made prison hooch on camera for Max Fosh — a clip that pulled in millions of views — and why that recipe became infamous inside. From Category A lockdowns to navigating a system stacked against you, Kevin brings raw honesty and first-hand insight into a world most people will never see.
