[0:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: My guest is Toma.
[0:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hi Toma.
[0:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: How are you?
[0:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm so good.
[0:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Thank you so much for having me again.
[0:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So happy to have you back.
[0:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You guys may recognize her.
[0:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She helps me with my love iron and recaps, but now we're venturing out to marry that first site.
[0:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm excited to have you on this episode because I don't know what's happening anymore.
[0:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I really don't.
[0:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know idea, like, what in the world is going on?
[0:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They don't know either.
[0:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's the other gag.
[0:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They don't know either.
[0:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But before we get into this guys, just to remind you guys, I'm running a special on patreon patreon.
[0:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: patreon.com slash taint talks, but a entirety of mass streaming, which is still August 27, 50% off your first month.
[1:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I have a tier of this like $3, so half of that is like what?
[1:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: 150?
[1:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You get ad free episodes, because I know that ads can be annoying, but they help in keeping the pod of float.
[1:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You get bonus episodes right now.
[1:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's all maps everything, but the bonus episodes right now is 90 day fiancee last resort, which That's also a mess, too.
[1:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I think it's just reality TV In general, that's over there.
[1:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You can get a gift for your friend or just support the pod and if you don't want to join that's fine too You can be a free member sometimes you get free episodes and you can always chat because we're all over there chatting about Marida for a site right now
[1:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you know, once maps is over bonus episodes, I do documentaries, I do other shows last season.
[1:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, the challenge just came back.
[1:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I covered the challenge all throughout.
[1:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll see where it goes.
[1:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's just maps is taking all of the energy now, but you can go over there and listen.
[1:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, again, last episode, or last drop, I got a lot of comments.
[2:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I love you guys.
[2:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Thank you for sending comments.
[2:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I love interacting with people.
[2:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I just want to say like, we don't always have to agree.
[2:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, it's going to be boring if we all have the same thoughts.
[2:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that being said, I said what I said about Mecca and Bell show the, I felt like they were attacked.
[2:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I know what I was like saying it's now become, you know, is it performative?
[2:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is it not?
[2:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if I'm saying the same thing.
[2:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll ask you, Toma.
[2:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm saying like, yes, he is extra.
[2:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He is extra, like we met his dad and we see him, but am I the drama is extra the same thing as performative?
[2:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: because I think I don't think so, and maybe that's the problem.
[2:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I think I would agree with that.
[2:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think extras the same thing as performative.
[2:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like people that are extra,
[2:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Well, I think it kind of comes naturally a little bit.
[2:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like performative is you're putting on an act.
[2:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think with, yes, just from my personal opinion, I would say that I would think he's extra, but not, almost in a masking way of like in the environment.
[3:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's like, okay, now I'm being like, all those comments that he was saying didn't feel like that was actually him.
[3:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It felt like he was putting on because he was like,
[3:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's a social situation and all the other couples.
[3:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, the experiment everything.
[3:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So he's like putting on, but I don't think he was consciously being like, this is how I'm going to behave.
[3:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think it's more like a natural like, I don't know how to say it, correct?
[3:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I understand what you're saying, but the thing is if someone comes in, it's like, oh no, that's not different.
[3:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I see that too.
[3:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So hey, it is what it is.
[3:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just don't think that the thing is
[3:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hmm, she was performative to me.
[3:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's an example on that, you know, when we talk about the brick day party and like all the apps and all this covered by but Connecticut's paying for it shut up, but But you know, the other thing was just like I just feel like it wasn't fair because I'm, you know, Michelle also saying like, oh, they gave me whiplash.
[4:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what they're talking about.
[4:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Why is Felipe not giving you whiplash?
[4:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like he's the one who says we're great.
[4:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to say yes, but you know what I want to see for other people Why is that I'm not giving you whiplash?
[4:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I don't know that's just all it was, but either way I just want to say thank you guys because you don't have to interact you don't have to you know send me messages and comments And I appreciate it and even if it's different again, that's okay.
[4:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm also my takes on always right.
[4:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're just right to me
[4:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it's just fun and it's a TV show that we all just enjoy and to me, it all just makes me happy.
[4:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So thank you guys, you know?
[4:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: All right, let's start with Marissa and Adam.
[4:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know this guy's off.
[4:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We can all agree on that.
[4:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, someone's off with Adam, but that's on them.
[4:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They cast him.
[4:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They matched him.
[4:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So now we all have to deal with this.
[5:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's signs where they're when he broke up with that situation.
[5:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mm-hmm, and I do understand that they need to go deeper.
[5:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I have said that.
[5:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think I'm not This is I'm not yet there where 100% convinced that it's a complete right off.
[5:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I got there at a point and I'll tell you when it is, but as of now, I'm just like, you know what?
[5:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If the shallow works for them, who am I?
[5:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Everyone has different things that work for them.
[5:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So people don't like being serious, you know, all the time.
[5:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They like to swim in the shallow, the three feet.
[5:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not the
[5:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It works for them.
[5:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So Marissa does tell him like, okay, I want to do he's like, what do you want to do to know?
[5:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, she's like, I want to do Paul's homework and are you ready to be serious?
[5:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And as an aside guys, like I mentioned, you know how love is blind has the god bless.
[5:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I wasn't sure about maps.
[5:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think they're here to stay and our color is black.
[5:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So yeah, we just have to make peace with that.
[6:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: um she says it's 10 questions and it will help them with their quality time and she learned from the group session and Paul that they need to get serious especially with three weeks left and the first question was what's an assumption that people make about you that's wrong and he's like people initially meeting me thinking I'm very surface level that all I like to do is
[6:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's wrong.
[6:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, my bad.
[6:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: My thoughts exactly.
[6:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Why is it wrong?
[6:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, I feel like I have a more complex side with some intelligence that might be hidden.
[6:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, if it's hidden, how we supposed to know, show it to us and take off the tags of your damn clothes.
[6:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she goes ahead and she agrees as usual.
[6:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, oh, yeah, you do have some depth to you.
[6:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Some intelligence.
[6:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, okay, you like it.
[6:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I love it.
[6:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he goes, my turn, what's something that you like want to try sexually that you haven't tried yet?
[7:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, and you wonder why people think exactly they have no depth.
[7:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you know, Marissa has complicit at this point because she doesn't make him ask a serious question.
[7:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, ha ha ha, babe, this is serious.
[7:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she asked her own question.
[7:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like,
[7:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: put put it through the ringer like making work for it or you know do something, you know, I guess I should ask you like what are your just quick summary thoughts on this couple as of right now.
[7:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think it's ridiculous.
[7:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think Adam is so serious.
[7:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I just I can't even
[7:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He doesn't even make an effort, and I thought from the beginning with his home and just that whole situation with the expert in how he was promoting.
[7:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It felt like this is not a person ready for marriage to me now, him being with the Marissa.
[7:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like we're just like you said she's not pushing back on him at all and I don't really know what's going on in her head exactly, but I just don't see it working out either way because there's no like I do feel like she's at least ready for marriage.
[8:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't feel like she is and
[8:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Just like that, yeah, like the reflection of his home and it being like keeps making very off-color jokes about the homeless and camp-mit and like a homeless person being in his apartment.
[8:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then the way that it looked as well reflected that kind of like chaotic, like unserious, like I guess so-for-boy energy that he's giving, like Jessica in his case.
[8:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I feel that is all
[8:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He has shown us and shown her and I don't see any like I am ready to be married from him Yeah, even though he claims he has been since he was eight and yeah, it feels like he's just angst off like I'm like I don't see and none of it aligns to me because yeah just don't see any steps taken to be serious even when this is like becoming a topic
[9:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: for discussion with the experts giving you homework.
[9:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're still bringing up like sex and making light of it.
[9:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, even when they went shopping and stuff, every big is a joke and it's fine to joke, but yeah, I haven't seen any of the commitment, the seriousness from him.
[9:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I don't know.
[9:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I agree with you, even though earlier I was saying like about the depth, this is me also hoping that maybe off camera something's happening because this was his opportunity to bring up what she brought up in the group therapy about her parents and everything that happened and you could have asked that question how did it affect you what would you like to not carry over in your
[9:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: relationship something to that effect, not what I mean not wanted to try sexual, and I was like, okay, maybe it's the editing, I'm not sure, but yeah, that's true.
[9:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So strange that we never like really see any moments where he's initiating anything meaningful.
[10:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: it's all dist or all in like very even if he like doesn't think nice it's very like silly it's rarely yeah like I see you as a wife like I almost kind of feel like he doesn't see her as a wife and as a person as a human first of all you know is he just tells her what she's going to do and he she's like sure yeah okay babe you know um
[10:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says, she asked him what terrifies you about marriage with me and he's like, not anything specifically.
[10:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I feel like we're both pretty solid financially.
[10:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, yeah, you know, I feel like that was like, finances was the thing with her parents.
[10:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They were fighting about it all the time.
[10:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and I'm looking around like did I miss something?
[10:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The question was, what are you terrified about and you go nothing?
[10:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're solid financially and she agrees because how did we get here?
[10:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are there no other like yard six of measurement?
[10:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like we just skipped
[10:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: straight to finances, but again, you know, it's so hard to not think about edit, but we can't keep thinking the editing the editing all the time, you know, but we have to think about it because even from talking to past participants, the way they tell me they supply stuff, it's hard to take that out of the equation to create the story that they're trying to form.
[11:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like if Adam just that's being serious right now, well, then that takes away from him being on serious and, you know,
[11:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know, but they both agree that finances is, is there a yardstick?
[11:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[11:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[11:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It was really unclear to me how that, I guess maybe the way that Adam speaks.
[11:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She may be understands it now or something because I guess he was implying.
[11:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, uh, he's thinking about it.
[11:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's like, well, finances are fine.
[11:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, maybe that was my only worry.
[11:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[11:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[11:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Or maybe they just they talked about stuff and then got to finances and that was the only one that you know, they made us listen.
[11:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[11:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she, yeah, she, he, he did ask like, you know, in what way and she shares that, you know, they her parents had kids all at the same age or all teenagers getting braces at the same time and college at the same time, her dad didn't work and then her mom had to go back to work.
[12:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I mean, Adam seems supportive.
[12:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, oh, that sounds rough.
[12:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That sounds tough.
[12:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I sound like what's that?
[12:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: but I'm sorry, I digress.
[12:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, that sounds tough and he seems like, empathetic to this situation.
[12:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she asks him, what is something you're really insecure about?
[12:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, why are you doing all the asking?
[12:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like let him ask questions, put him on the spot.
[12:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He says for a lot of his life, he was insecure about his body, like he was super skinny, he struggled to put on weight all the way through high school, and he just had rib in the gym, working out like crazy, and she's like, oh yeah, I dealt with the same thing growing up.
[12:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was bullied for having chicken legs, and it was funny high school, but I ate so much, and nothing happened.
[13:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm just this conversation, and then he's like, yeah, you would definitely
[13:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're never beating the surface allegations and I think it's just time we just meet them where they are and that includes pollen palsy that's where they want to be Marissa included no matter what she says she's not it's not her job right to steer to steer them there but she can make it be known that I'm not okay with it not every time he goes there you're like That's fine.
[13:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah stand up and say that's not what you want and let's see what happens when he's challenged.
[13:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I just wonder if Marissa is a little bit complete and not complacent, but I don't get the sense that she is fully 100% happy, actually, but I just get the sense that she won't really say that because I want one point, I can't remember which episode she did mention how Cameron gave a little bit.
[13:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Was emotionally exactly in how that would be something she would like to see from Adam, but I also think I hate to say this,
[14:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It seems to everyone kind of mutually agrees that Adam is like the most attractive of the men, and especially because I remember when Courtney was like saying that as if it was like a fact, I think somebody else mentioned Adam being attractive or something, and I wonder if Marissa like kind of feel like being like I've got, but I don't know.
[14:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I got that.
[14:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And this is the thing about being a human being.
[14:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I say it all the time being a human being is hard because we're so complex And then there are just some things like society.
[14:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It said like you don't say it out Yeah, it was for that, but then you have these feelings sometimes even when you don't want to so there's that feeling of like Hey, I might have got the talk though.
[14:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, it's kind of how you know the best conversations or whatever And maybe I hate eight jet skiing, but
[14:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yes, you know, I don't know.
[14:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[15:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We'll have to see with Marissa too because like, we both acknowledge.
[15:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She hasn't really said a whole lot to him directly about where she's at with everything.
[15:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, well, I'm going to put you on the spot.
[15:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Who's the most attractive room to you?
[15:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know what's really uncomfortable is like, I don't find any of them attractive, but I can't tell if it's just because they're all like so.
[15:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: like lagging.
[15:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He has his point.
[15:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[15:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That makes sense.
[15:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, I could say that probably Adam is conventionally attractive, but he's so deeply unattracted to me just because of the way that he's speaking.
[15:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[15:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So it's like very hard.
[15:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if I had to decide.
[15:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's, yeah, that's hard.
[15:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, really, well, okay, who would you say?
[15:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Cause I don't feel like anyone I wash and I'm like, well, at least you're cute.
[15:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, no, you guys will all need to like, for you about, so I'm different.
[15:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because I understand, I have some friends that are that way is like, your behavior dictates or adstwards you being unattractive or whatever.
[16:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm just like, if you're hot, you're hot.
[16:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like there, you could be like, you know, for me without a doubt.
[16:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Everyone's gonna say my bias shorty.
[16:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's my onion.
[16:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I just you know the man is For I wish you would rebate his hair.
[16:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I've said this before in the previous episode like please It's to that point.
[16:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Don't you see your barber?
[16:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I thought every black man had a standing a point man like what what are we doing?
[16:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like Yeah, to me to me to me to make us so the fact that it had him blows my mind like what they say to confidently No, not for you like I mean for that and they're like they say it in the like everyone's like oh, yeah, and I'm just like
[16:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: really consensus like okay yeah I think it is definitely attractive yeah but it just goes back to the same thing for me and I agree with you it other senses like I walk I'm trying to think of an example but you know I watch all the reality television shows there are many a time where it's like
[16:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: okay that guy's just hot no matter what like yeah hot or that person is just like very yeah but it just I don't know if it's maybe I'm a little burnt out from the very that person's like yeah but it's like so much yeah is hinging oh yeah that I'm like I don't even want to see you on my screen for another minute because of the way that you're acting as like a supposed husband
[17:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, I understand.
[17:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like I'm thinking of examples like I don't know if you watched love his mind.
[17:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, love island UK recently.
[17:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm thinking of Lorenzo.
[17:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He was such a shitty partner or whatever with that man is fun.
[17:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Even Davide, from back in every two or whatever.
[17:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't think it was great, but he's so fine.
[17:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, in America, I'm trying to think and the first person who came to mind to me.
[17:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Southern charm, crack on over.
[17:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think it is so hot, but he's the worst.
[17:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But the obvious is also a perfect example.
[17:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, yeah, I hate it.
[17:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I shouldn't say hate it.
[17:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I just really just liked how he treated, I can sue and just look at his vibrato and like whatever he knew he was hot.
[17:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But he takes away from the fact that you are hot.
[18:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Same thing like Craig, I think those are two really great examples.
[18:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, I too, I still think that Craig is hot every time I see him.
[18:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, but he's just not, I don't think he's necessarily a good person or a good partner.
[18:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, yeah, I don't really agree with you and that, it's just this reason, I just don't find it.
[18:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, because I couldn't see that Mecca as attractive, but I feel like, yeah, I think mainly also everything he says too.
[18:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So then how about cam?
[18:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Everyone loves cam.
[18:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Camry.
[18:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, you know, does that raise him in estimation?
[18:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[18:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not, I'm saying everyone like I'm excluding myself.
[18:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not.
[18:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just feel something is off.
[18:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what it is, but everything that's showing us is great.
[18:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But okay, that's actually, now that you bring that I do think that if I had to choose my own personal like, that for it says I probably in real life would be most not too cam.
[18:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, yeah, I like he said I feel like something's awesome.
[19:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I kind of felt like waiting for him to like I don't know I'd be like waiting for something.
[19:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[19:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like he's almost quiet Not the most quiet.
[19:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, like
[19:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's not as like he'll say he'll call up the guys here and there, but he's not as like vocal I think regularly.
[19:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So kind of like kind of have him in the background, you know what I mean?
[19:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, not really like like eyes on him.
[19:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[19:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I would definitely think that he's attractive, yeah.
[19:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, can doesn't own a room like you Felipe walks in, you know, like, oh, Felipe's here, but Cam could be there, but oh, you're over there.
[19:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, yeah, he's just, yeah, he's just cry.
[19:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, okay, that was a good diversion.
[19:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I like that.
[19:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I enjoyed that.
[19:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, okay, where was I?
[19:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, they kiss after their surface conversation and he's like, all right, let's do true through today.
[19:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's more us.
[19:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, oh, God.
[19:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, of course, the first question is always, where is the craziest place you ever hooked up?
[19:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, I'm almost scared to say it and she's like, I'm sure it's a jet ski and he was like, no, no, it was peer pressure.
[20:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't mean to, I'm just like, what even is the logistics of that?
[20:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It wasn't on the water, it wasn't on land.
[20:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, what?
[20:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says,
[20:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She is surprised that he wasn't the initiator of that and he's like Is that he's not like that kind of person?
[20:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's never even asked for a threesome.
[20:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, okay, Benchmark.
[20:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah Okay, and she says oh me too.
[20:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I never have and then all of a sudden and he quickly adds like Under the right circumstances like I would consider it for sure like don't get it twisted
[20:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, what is a right circumstance to ask for that?
[20:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, well, Merissa, my girl quickly says, well, girl, a guy who's going to be the third person because don't assume it's going to be a girl, like just don't go there.
[20:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, well, if they're lazy, we could just do a guy, if we have to do a guy, we'll just call Felipe from across the off and then they both laugh ha ha ha.
[21:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then they go thrifting and they're trying on different clothes and he tries on the most ridiculous clothes for attention, but I want to point out that she tried on something right and he made a comment and I was like nice maybe we could do a push a brought to fix whatever is going on right there not cool and I'm also saying that because you know
[21:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: When we did the painting thing, he painted her to look like Dracula or whatever it is and it's like, and then put cooked on there.
[21:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it's like, ha ha ha.
[21:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But why are we joking about things like this when there are opportunities to just be nice to your wife?
[21:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, why are we having mean jokes?
[21:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And what?
[21:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: pointing out explicitly because I mean, she's a ita bd community in the boobs saying, oh, to fix whatever is going on on there.
[21:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's right.
[21:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's too.
[21:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He leads too much with the joke and I can understand that I'm a big joke sir, but I think.
[21:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We're talking about your getting married to a stranger.
[21:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, that's why I just feel like he's not ready for marriage because of all these little, like, it's not, it's, it's, it's overall personality, but then the way that he deals with Vanessa, it just doesn't give, like, I want you to be my, it's given temper.
[22:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, exactly.
[22:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's just like another, like, he is just another hookup for him.
[22:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[22:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then Marissa says in the confessional, she's laughing at the thrift store because that's where she does, but in the confessional she says, Adam is still giving full send Adam, which is crazy even though he promised to dial it down.
[22:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then she says, I am actively getting the ink as I look at him and I am shocked that she set that out loud.
[22:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was so happy.
[22:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, you know, getting somewhere.
[22:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, exactly.
[22:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's exactly.
[22:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was like, think goodness, because now we're seeing, even though she's not saying all these things directly to him, we were seeing for sure, she's recognizing these things are not helping their relationship, but she's not loving it.
[22:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, yeah.
[23:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I was glad.
[23:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[23:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mm-hmm.
[23:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that's very strong to be like actively getting the egg.
[23:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not like a little annoyed at what he's issues like my lady boners going away, so now So all right, we're gonna take a quick break.
[23:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm gonna be right back.
[23:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let's talk about Tori.
[23:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Tori has her friends come over.
[23:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I am so glad that we don't have to do this after the wedding brunch is house warming, friends and family visit.
[23:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I hated them.
[23:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll set up for this.
[23:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If Tori wants to hang with her friends, I'll take it.
[23:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it has to be a reason why they're showing us this scene.
[23:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just feel like it's going to play into something later.
[23:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she tells her friends that things are going really well and they're shocked at how online they are.
[23:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he did mention being an atheist and was such an issue if a guy's a friend mentioned like it was such an issue for her if a guy said like he wasn't Christian That she would swipe left on the apps.
[23:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she surprised that this is happening and this was the first time I just never thought about it before that I'm thinking is Tory Loki and Marissa is she going along
[24:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: with things.
[24:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think because she gives the impression that she's not like this is the person who found out her boyfriend was cheating, packed up her shit the same day, took the side chick to dinner or something, be drinks because she was young, I was like, don't let no man do this to you.
[24:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I'm thinking she's a strong woman, she's doing this, but
[24:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The facts that are being presented to us is is she Loki and Marissa see I don't think that and well I get where you're coming from with it But I know that she's in Marissa in the sense that I think touring knows I think from the beginning in a sense of figure of leap-a-sing all these like red flags
[24:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think this is thinking.
[24:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Those aren't red flags.
[24:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think that she was thinking.
[24:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We're going to make this work either way, even though she kind of presented that way.
[24:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think she's smart enough.
[24:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Well, I don't want to say smart enough.
[24:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I got the feeling.
[24:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know why we had a feeling like she's mulling up.
[25:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's like thinking about it.
[25:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She can noticing every time he's saying these little things or making her
[25:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: or making it obvious that he's like not ready for commitment, that sort of stuff.
[25:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I didn't, yeah, he was just going to always stay with him and accept all that.
[25:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think that she's been kind of like, okay, let's see if he's actually going to be able to do what he says.
[25:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's going to be able to do and like be a good husband.
[25:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just think that she was peeping at and then her with her friends made me feel like, oh yeah, I think I was right.
[25:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That she was like, he picked these things a little bit.
[25:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So do you think that when she said, if it was now, I would say yes, like was she lying or are you thinking that she's tracking towards or no?
[25:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think that she was lying.
[25:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think I think she would want to say yes.
[25:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, because I do think that she likes him.
[25:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I do think that he likes each other, but I just, excuse me, I think that she's more serious than he is.
[26:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And like I kind of feel like she actually is ready for marriage where she clearly isn't.
[26:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think in the context of the experiment, I think he's like, well, yes, I want to bear him.
[26:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think that she,
[26:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: was lying.
[26:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think that you say it and didn't believe it.
[26:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think she has her hesitations in her doubts, but still wants to be with him.
[26:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But what do you think?
[26:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know because these things happen and I'm expecting Tori to be like, uh, this is a red flag, but then even the one, one of my rules for reality TV is if you're talking to, let's say, like, if it's a challenge, your teammate, your whoever, you can tell them whatever,
[26:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: in the confessionals to us, don't lie to us.
[26:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, yeah.
[26:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's like a rule that I kind of like, start a rule, like I don't have no power, but I expect that from my reality show people to not lie to us in the confessional.
[26:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And when she's in the confessional, she's not saying, you know, I'm really concerned.
[26:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I don't know why he's saying this thing.
[26:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She was like, we're really good.
[26:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like I like when we're going, I'm glad we talked about him.
[27:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, did I watch something different?
[27:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, what is up?
[27:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Am I missing something?
[27:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's why I don't know what to think with her.
[27:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's tracking and she's peeping a little part of me was like, okay, maybe she's taking notes and then at the end she's going to put all the her findings Yeah together and be like, I cannot really say yes to this and the unspoken thing is again, we're not coming right out to say whether it's a legally binding marrying y'all know what I think it's not
[27:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So the stakes are not high.
[27:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not like you have to for someone as religious who may be concerned about oh man, I have to be a divorce say and blah blah blah that's not even a thing.
[27:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That you have to worry about.
[27:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like if we split, we split.
[27:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adios, thanks for the six weeks and that's it.
[27:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Maybe it's like, hey, even if I say no, if I say yes, it doesn't matter for the other people, when they say yes, it's like, God, I have to go through this divorce this man, my not sign my papers, it's going to take me forever.
[27:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I think that plays to it, but we can't count that in because that's not being said.
[28:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think.
[28:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, definitely.
[28:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[28:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She doesn't say that religion is personal to her, and that doesn't mean that she should dictate to others what they should do, but she literally from what her friend said wouldn't talk to someone who wasn't
[28:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: like a Christian.
[28:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I mean, Kudos to her and I think everyone has the right to believe whatever they want to believe, but for me, I've always said like I couldn't be with an atheist, not they can do what they wanted, but if I as a person of faith, I know how I want to walk through my life, I can be with an atheist and if she's saying it the way that it is, like she told him, I wake up every day, I talk to God, I have a social relationship, I do this.
[28:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's just difficult to understand, especially since
[28:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This isn't a casual relationship unless I, I might be contradicting myself, maybe because it's not an actual marriage.
[28:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's why she can do that.
[28:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[28:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[28:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[29:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's, that's why I say I don't understand Tori, because I don't know how to reconcile that.
[29:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like if she was like, you know, Brittany last season where it was like, oh, I am a Christian and you know, it's fine.
[29:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We agree.
[29:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm here and there.
[29:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But Tori was like, this is my life.
[29:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I don't know, yeah, I don't know.
[29:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she said the things that matters are like your principles like loyalty and the like, okay, and is he loyal?
[29:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like about that.
[29:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, he is scared about cheating and they're like, well, has he cheated before?
[29:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, about that.
[29:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, he has.
[29:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, okay, so listen up.
[29:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then she says like, when he gets bored, he kind of dips out.
[29:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And so that's a fear of mine.
[29:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But we don't see her say it.
[29:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I always tell you guys, watch out for watch the lip saying it.
[29:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We don't see her say it.
[29:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They cut off again something.
[29:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: but then we come back and then she goes, once he gets doll or tired, he runs.
[30:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what the purpose of that was, but that happened.
[30:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, a friend says we don't love a cheating man, but he hasn't dated someone like you and she's like, yeah, I have enough personality for three husbands.
[30:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The friend is like, he'll he'll never get bored.
[30:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, yeah, I don't think that's how cheating work.
[30:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What do I know?
[30:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, another says like, um, it's probably an insecurity of his that, you know, she's a hot girl and he's like, what if I mess this up and like, it's really thinking that that's someone that's not deep.
[30:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't think.
[30:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think he says all the right things, but at the end of the day, he's into,
[30:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He just achieved his hotness, you know, late.
[30:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He likes sleeping with different women.
[30:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He likes to party.
[30:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He likes to be the life of the party.
[30:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I don't know, all these things manifest in different ways, you know?
[31:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I think it's really, I don't think that Felipe.
[31:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: entire gates, a lot of his own thoughts or feelings.
[31:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think a lot of this whole entire situation, he's just like, I got a hot girl in my arm, I'm vibing, I'm vibing, but like, I don't think he's taking it seriously.
[31:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I don't think it really matters to him.
[31:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think he's thinking, oh my gosh, I need to,
[31:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: keep like things good with her.
[31:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think he's like, well, she's going along with whatever I do.
[31:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She doesn't care that I cheated.
[31:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, she's fired with that.
[31:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's open.
[31:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's understanding.
[31:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm going to do my thing.
[31:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, I don't think he's thinking of it.
[31:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's like, wow, this person is my wife and like the person I want to be with for the rest of my life because of these values and
[31:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: from him.
[31:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you think that he is the Marissa, like how you said Marissa has a 10 to 20 proud that she has the hottest man and he's kind of proud.
[32:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, oh, I have a hot woman, you know, I think so.
[32:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because he did mention, I remember I don't remember which episode, but he did mention her being like hot as like the main things.
[32:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And like that's just kind of like,
[32:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he's off of his personality.
[32:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: His history.
[32:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think that's a good side.
[32:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So his friend, her friend tries to tell her like what you should tell him is that as you get older, it's a conscious decision versus a novelty like you just have to conscious the, you know, make a life with someone.
[32:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And another friend was like, how long in between the cheating was it between that and the breakup?
[32:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, oh, it was years.
[32:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But it was, he had a ton of guilt and shame.
[32:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And the friend was like, not guilty enough to tell her, though.
[32:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I will say this.
[32:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think Tori is telling the story, you know.
[32:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, it doesn't make it right or anything.
[33:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He didn't know he cheated.
[33:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He found out afterwards,
[33:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: through whoever that he kissed somebody else that they knew or whatever and that's how he found out and then told but the way she's telling it is like oh he told it later afterwards when they cheated and that's a whole completely different story versus like even though it's not any better because I'm sure the friend would've been like wait what do you mean he blacked out and didn't even remember and that's two issues in one but yeah
[33:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and that friend is Karnissa and she has a confessional and she's like well I have concerns with Felipe I don't know if he's the right fit and in the relationship you tend to start changing yourself because you don't want to lose them but is it going to work out like she's referring to Tori?
[33:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: In this case, and she's like, well, we'll see.
[33:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And we'll find out.
[33:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But shout out to Tori and her diverse friend.
[33:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, because everyone was represented.
[33:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I actually loved that because we had to see things past where they get a friend group that looks like they just got it for the show.
[34:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But you know what I mean?
[34:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I love it.
[34:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, really natural.
[34:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I have good feelings towards Tori so far.
[34:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[34:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yes, like red flags from her.
[34:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I like, I just also don't feel good.
[34:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I fully know her.
[34:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I'm not 100% confident, but then seeing her friend group, I'm like, okay, I feel like she's real one.
[34:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Hopefully it's true.
[34:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But yes, so I did, like, even of course, they're trying to support her and be nice.
[34:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They didn't really beat her on the bush in terms of acknowledging, okay, like some things are actually red flags, sort of letting her know and not just being like, although I worked through anything kind of vibes.
[34:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I love to that for her.
[34:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, I agree.
[34:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I agree.
[34:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And if you got how many were they four or five friends to come film because in the past, some of them are like, this person couldn't film.
[34:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We didn't have time.
[34:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We have this, like, says something about you.
[34:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So all right, take a quick break and I'll be right back.
[34:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And we're back.
[34:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: because we have to get through Courtney.
[34:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Guys, do you know their her name is spelled COU-R-T-E-N-E-Y?
[35:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, problematic from the jump.
[35:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, this is me up every single time.
[35:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's Cortanae.
[35:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's what I want to call her in my head is Cortanae.
[35:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, it's her birthday, and Nick has gotten her cake, gotten her flowers, and all of that, but this miserable woman who you know, I live to you when I watch.
[35:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I call her one six.
[35:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So
[35:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She just starts out the gate just like bitching about Nick.
[35:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, can he get a breather?
[35:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Can you give yourself a breather?
[35:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like allow joy into your heart and your life.
[35:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like for a little bit, it's your birthday.
[35:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's mad at him apparently because that last group session did not go well.
[35:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, I shared how much my past relationship was so bad and what happened.
[35:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And oh, he could share, we were like, oh, he wants to be more goofy.
[36:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, oh,
[36:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, I can see why she's annoyed.
[36:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't think about it.
[36:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The way it happens, but let it go to work day.
[36:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Talk about it afterwards.
[36:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're talking about it before, but not today.
[36:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, it wasn't his, I mean, I'm not defending him, but it wasn't his first time hearing you.
[36:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They have talked about the bad relationship.
[36:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They talked about it in the makeup.
[36:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She said it in their 101 things.
[36:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she said worse.
[36:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he let it go.
[36:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[36:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[36:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, yeah, I can't do this.
[36:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I can't do it.
[36:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Don't be in Debbie, Dallas.
[36:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just find the bright side.
[36:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, but you know what the things are important to her are just taking the pictures like, like I've said, go on her Instagram that she wants to be an influencer and she's
[36:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, I wrote this when I was taking my clothes as well.
[36:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was like, all she seems to care about in this moment is the photos.
[36:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She doesn't really care like, oh well, look, he did this.
[36:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And honestly, I saw on TikTok.
[36:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's been like, I guess TikTok ain't whatever.
[36:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And like, she has videos with me.
[36:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And yes, what is going on here?
[37:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think you're right.
[37:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She probably wants to be an influencer.
[37:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And it's weird because her personality does not, well, I guess that's me.
[37:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I don't know if I would want to watch her content.
[37:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's all I'm saying.
[37:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, we're in the era where we're encouraging bad behavior.
[37:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like I said, I think I was saying in my last guest in the last episode, we literally have house a village.
[37:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I mean, there's a career path, you know, for that.
[37:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And my last guest actually said, like, maybe they were matched correctly.
[37:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like she's talking about only wants to be on TV.
[37:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like you clearly want to be known.
[37:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So maybe you're matched evenly.
[37:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you just she's writing it out because if there was no payoff for that, maybe she would have left.
[37:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[37:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's the other thing.
[37:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not seeing anyone threatening to leave.
[37:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We have just like how many more weeks left.
[37:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Usually people are like, I can't do this anymore.
[37:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I want to leave.
[37:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I wonder if that's the tradeoff for if it's not legally binding, well, you have to stick it out.
[37:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The entirety, I don't care what it is because you are going to be free at the end.
[37:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Which is not bad as a tradeoff.
[37:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I miss the times when people are like,
[38:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I can't do this anymore, I'm out.
[38:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was going to say we were mentioning about Tory and like her not like you saying anything about the red flag.
[38:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Even I was thinking about Marissa and just all of them overall started to think like there has to be something different because no one even when they're very obvious red flags.
[38:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, what is saying or like making it super like like a big issue like I don't know if this even I'm I'm sorry even Nicky as well She I mean yeah, she's addressing things.
[38:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think out of all the women.
[38:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's the most like I don't say honest, but I Dressing the most of issues.
[38:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I would get yeah say like with her partner, but overall no one is making it seem like in the past where it's like, okay
[38:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: to the decision day because of XYC.
[38:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, maybe that's what it is.
[38:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, like you said, she took all the pictures.
[39:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She made Nick take pictures.
[39:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She was being a good Instagram boyfriend.
[39:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not like she could have posted it, but I mean, I guess now, now's her time to shine.
[39:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's posting all of it.
[39:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And while she's still bitching about him, like you said all this things, all you said was to be goofy.
[39:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, you want me to be all over you, and this is not helping.
[39:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Does Nick want to be all over her anyways because every time they mention this physical she's always like I don't want to have sex You're a but Nick always like I'm not talking about sex though So I don't know if he wants to be all over you like kind of things so and that's why she's just a very she stresses me out because I understand her thinking I mean I think and she I just know that she hates Nick she does not like
[39:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: across the board, even though I'm trying to make it work.
[39:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She doesn't like him.
[39:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think every single thing is extreme in her mind, but from what we see, and I'm not even like a nick fan, but from what we see, he's not doing that.
[39:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's not getting her face.
[39:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's respecting her,
[40:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: boundaries.
[40:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's mold himself to act the way that she needs, basically.
[40:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I would say like he's not just like, well, I am who I am.
[40:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's like listening to what she is saying, trying to move differently and all those things.
[40:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't see anything of what she's saying about how he's acting towards her, like pressuring her or making kind of like, she needs to show up in a certain way.
[40:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't see it.
[40:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I don't know where she's getting it from.
[40:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, the most important thing that she doesn't realize that she's gonna need an apartment.
[40:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He gives her the space to be her, and her is always gonna say.
[40:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's gonna need, you should acknowledge that.
[40:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's, uh, handful, like, good.
[40:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I am.
[40:42] \[UNKNOWN\]: I am.
[40:43] \[UNKNOWN\]: Ha ha ha.
[40:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, before I move on to our birthday party, I want to point out that she did something so disgusting.
[40:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She took out the candle, licked the icing of the bottom of the candle, and then put it back in the cake.
[40:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She'd better be the only person he'd have to say.
[40:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was gonna say I'd be the thing she planned on eating it.
[40:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think it was for the Instagram moment.
[41:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, she's like, oh my God, he's building it's not.
[41:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I can dance to her being like, oh, thank you, Nick.
[41:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This is so great for the photos.
[41:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that being like, what would that in the fridge and never coming to me or something?
[41:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But make that she's eating judgmental.
[41:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And they should she'll find something she's just making sure she should be used to it.
[41:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She'll find something wrong with it.
[41:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She'll be like, um, I don't know.
[41:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is it even gluten-free?
[41:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't like to see what flavor is strawberry?
[41:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't like here.
[41:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yep, no matter what it is.
[41:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't feel bad getting on Courtney.
[41:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm sorry.
[41:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I really don't.
[41:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like so.
[41:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I need to get it like you.
[41:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: All right, she has a birthday party.
[41:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It is Mafia themed and it is at Felipe's restaurant because he's like Unso excited.
[41:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm excited for Tori to see her husband Host our new group of friends.
[41:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not performative at all, but there's a hole.
[41:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, it's not performative guys I'm gonna get over it.
[41:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's just
[41:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You like the attention.
[41:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's just no one's calling me off for it.
[41:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm not even annoyed by it.
[42:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's his personality and that's who he is.
[42:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But no one's making it like this big thing.
[42:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like I feel like if it's Mecca, it becomes like this whole thing.
[42:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it's like let people be and let's just accept that there are different personalities here and it is what it is.
[42:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So there's a whole debacle, guys.
[42:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Where should Nick sit?
[42:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just thought Sid by your wife, no brainer.
[42:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't think that would be a whole thing.
[42:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's just like, I'll sit in the middle.
[42:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, I first told him was like, when we sit at the head of the table, they're like, oh, what will Nick sit?
[42:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, okay, fine, I'll sit in the middle.
[42:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she's like, Michelle, you sit by me.
[42:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Michelle's like, oh, what about Nick?
[42:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, hey, he'll understand.
[42:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Marissa and Belle's really give each other looks.
[42:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And they're like, what's happening?
[42:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: then the thing about one six is when I think that she has reached like peak annoying, she finds a new depth and I'm just like, she has the audacity to whisper to Nick like, hey, I have Michelle and Caitlyn sitting next to me like, how do you want me to work this?
[43:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Work what?
[43:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What you orchestrated?
[43:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, bitch, tell them to move!
[43:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like,
[43:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nick is looking at her incredulously.
[43:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, are you joking?
[43:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, what?
[43:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, well, yeah, what do you want me to do?
[43:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, it would be sick to sit next to you, but I can sit wherever, stop it, Nick.
[43:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have all the juice in the confessional stand up and say, I want to sit with you.
[43:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not sitting anywhere else, but beside you.
[43:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What are you going to do?
[43:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she's like, would that make you comfortable?
[43:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, what would make you comfortable?
[43:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, ha, ha, ha.
[43:50] \[UNKNOWN\]: What do you mean?
[43:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Did he say he's uncomfortable sitting by you?
[43:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And no, this word is very overused But this is the true definition of gaslighting.
[43:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm sorry.
[43:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is gaslighting right here.
[43:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Belgium is still giving looks like ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya'll see ya
[44:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But she's not saying anything, but also I'm like Michelle likes to tell people to truth.
[44:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Why don't you tell Cartanae that You know setting it up so like Nick doesn't sit by her is not okay.
[44:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, like it would you do that to Cam like tell us a truth and say no I'll sit on the other side like you know peanuts or something
[44:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, I was about to get on Nick for not speaking up, you know, but he did speak up, but speaking of Nick social media because I'm I sprinkling whatever social media I see on them, he was wanted to like a comment.
[44:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think it was a comment saying the success rate, oh, maybe he just posted a screenshot of maps was like 13% and he's like, I don't know why everyone is surprised that they changed the panel like,
[44:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, the experts, I guess, because this is not a successful, you know, marriage rate.
[44:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, Nick, you just got here.
[44:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I bet he never even watched a show.
[45:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, he did.
[45:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, that is so weird.
[45:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He was posting that.
[45:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I didn't even see that.
[45:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He is too ridiculous because, and that's also like, I'm not a fan of Nick, because I do feel like he's a reality television show.
[45:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: a career relative reality television show guy like i think he probably wants to be like uh hairy jowsever something yeah you're having reality shows and blah blah blah like i don't i don't know that's so weird like why are you posting about that the show is going on i don't know it's weird to me and that's a thing i like i don't even fault make
[45:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: For wanting to be a career reality TV person, right?
[45:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They deserve love too.
[45:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If you're going to find this person cool, it's just his antics afterwards.
[45:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The commenting, the everything like it's just making me just not, we just hired to promote the show.
[45:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[45:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're mute when you're beside Courtney, but everything else you have comments to say like if you are participating in this fine Why do you have to bring the other experts who you've never spoken to didn't a thing to you?
[45:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What has that got to do anything?
[45:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Why are you bringing them in and he for me personally?
[46:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He takes a little bit of a way from what I really loved about Mary at first I think different than maybe I love his blind and stuff It was mainly people who were regular people like actually regular people not people looking to have a career and reality television or just be a star or anything
[46:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, and I liked that a lot.
[46:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And so Nick is a constant reminder of like, that's just not the case with me right at first sight anymore.
[46:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're going to have, yes, some regular people, but you're still going to get your reality TV people like.
[46:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[46:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And not to digress too much, but I think I put this out on threats today.
[46:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think we're just in the era of long running reality TV shows.
[46:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, they reinvent, trying different things just to see how to make it fresh.
[46:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think we're at the point where the goal is to just have people talking about the show.
[46:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[46:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I say this because I don't know if you're watching Project Runway.
[46:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And there's just been a lot of chatter about law and how he's being so mean and saying things.
[47:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It didn't bother me last season.
[47:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, he was great.
[47:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But this season, it seems like he like, emptied up a notch and that he's particularly on, you know,
[47:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: one contestant and just be like really like tough on them.
[47:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then he's also like budding heads, retire banks, we shouldn't, that's not a negative, but you can see that.
[47:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And at some point, I think in the latest episode, you have me thinking and I'm like, wait, what if that was the direction that he was given?
[47:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That is what you're hired for like when Simon Cowell was hired from American Idol.
[47:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like,
[47:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Amped up even more and you don't he doesn't care he'll do it and then they'll tell I'm tired and him like you know Let's make it seem like there's a rivalry on TV like between you guys and they just keep slipping at each other and all of that I feel a little some type of way that it is tiring a lot There's a two black people there why not make you hide you are eating as never coming back.
[47:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't wish you she has been gone for a while
[47:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I'm like, what if that is the case the same way with math, where it's like clearly Felipe's late, but who cares?
[47:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's going to match him.
[47:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adam clearly has a jump off.
[47:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh no, we're just going to match him.
[48:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So it's like the but people are watching people are talking, people who just got here and seeing all these things about math so wrong, but they're so loud, but they're talking and maybe that's just where we are.
[48:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like people are talking about the show who cares.
[48:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They can criticize us all the time, people are like, love Ireland.
[48:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: you know, whatever exactly we're watching it.
[48:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I think we have to make peace that their goal is to talk about it and we are talking about it and that's just where we are as a people and I agree, you know, we're there.
[48:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, so um
[48:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Courtney goes over after Michelle moves goes over to Michelle and is like, okay, can you just, she's like, oh, sure I'll move and all that then she goes to naked is like, I cleared this for you, you want to metal honey, you should have part of the beginning, she even say that she's so awesome.
[49:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it occurred to me at that moment and I was like, wait, I look for Cortanae or is it because she's still mad I'm a shell because they were mad, you know, last episode with you know what she said.
[49:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I was like, oh, they could have just made this into something, but I'm not sure.
[49:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But anyways, Mr. Felipe comes up and is like, appetizing the one I'm covering in house.
[49:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, anybody gonna say anything about that because why did we need that?
[49:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like also, as we're in kinetic is not paying for it.
[49:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That could have been done silently.
[49:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like the bill comes, it's not included, or it comes and you just whisper to her, like, hey, don't worry about that.
[49:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like we got it.
[49:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And also, just to appetize his online, I'm just gonna be in, like, come on, believe it.
[49:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's just so, I mean, maybe perform it and it would be a good word to use for him because I'm like, dude, just be, I don't wanna say it.
[49:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't wanna read his, like, shut up, and we got it.
[49:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I'll be on the lookout at next groups and thank you, okay, you guys, I stopped my promise so anyway, he continues to, you know, promote his restaurant because that may be his goal because he's like, I like to say we have the best espresso martini in the city, you know,
[50:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to lie if I ever find my way and see how I'm going to try to play.
[50:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to try to play.
[50:32] \[UNKNOWN\]: I'm going to try to play
[50:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, and then I kind of get some kind of validation because, you know, I was rethinking like, am I crazy for thinking like they came at them last time, but Mecca and Belgium, you know, they have stuff to get off their chest and Mecca is like, he shut down, because he was just in a situation where he was divulging information that he normally wouldn't say because, you know, little miss paths.
[50:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: When I told him he was matched, you know what he did?
[50:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He said that he doesn't feel deserving.
[50:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He doesn't want my paths,
[51:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mecha says he felt attacked and this is why he doesn't feel deserving because you know, they say these things and he's like, oh, is it me and he's questioning himself and she was like, you know, they threw him off so much and she's just mad because she's like, I'm not going to get painted tonight.
[51:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That cracked mech us up so bad.
[51:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He did the black laugh.
[51:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He got up his chair.
[51:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He ran to the other side.
[51:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sharky clapped even though we didn't see it before he came back right around.
[51:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So so cheers.
[51:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, and that made me even matter because I wasn't going to get any pain.
[51:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, so Courtney is focused on taking her picture.
[51:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's taking all her pictures, you know, for the party and it's basically ignoring Nick and Nick is like, I can be the room.
[51:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you know, she's happy talking to everyone else and not me.
[51:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then Devon, Mr. Devon turned so court today.
[51:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and says, stop it, you're shutting him down.
[52:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, okay, that's a cold open if there ever was one SNL, but at least say something like, how's your night going?
[52:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: How's your night going?
[52:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What's happening?
[52:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But just stop it, you're ignoring your shutting him down.
[52:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, why?
[52:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I gave him full vulnerability and that's the thing.
[52:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And this is my problem with paths because now, she has latched onto that.
[52:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, because past was one who was like, oh, you're not giving her anything.
[52:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, aha.
[52:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: that is something I can run where and she's rolling with it and you know but Devon is willing to take the risk and tell her the truth I guess and she's like if they weren't in this situation we both know that we would leave.
[52:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh that goes to what we were saying right like you know I guess they're stuck with each other.
[52:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's just being surface.
[52:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is this the part?
[52:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No, that's not Naya.
[52:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then he's like, he's not trying to be surface.
[52:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like you kind of have to meet him where he's at.
[52:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There is some truth to that because court today is not trying to get to know him and like she's made her decision, made her view of him and that's it.
[53:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's fact.
[53:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she's as she's not interested and he's like, look at me, look at me when I'm talking to me, hear me out and I mean, I know Devon is like,
[53:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Captain Sabaho, he likes to fix everything in his life, but it's a lost cause, like it's just also like at this point I kind of was feeling like he was overstepping.
[53:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, it's our birthday.
[53:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If she doesn't want to do it, but also don't tell a woman like look at me when he talking the way he was saying it like stop it like, you know, but she turned around and she tells him, I don't need this on my birthday.
[53:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This motherfucker said, shit to me, he didn't say shit to me, and I told him to be comfortable, I told him to be himself.
[53:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And honestly, if you side with him, then fuck you.
[53:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, wait, how did we escalate this car?
[53:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I got it.
[53:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It was like, I was shook.
[53:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She didn't have to be rude now, but that's in her nature.
[54:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And fortunately,
[54:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: has color out because that's where they seem to be meeting with and this is what I've been saying is like let's address whatever else but that's also color out in you don't have to say everything you're thinking everything doesn't have to come out your mouth because he's on the receiving end of all of this and he's a human being so you don't have to be rude she's like I deserve to be loved for who I am and she's like you know what I don't fucking hear you were done.
[54:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she sets yelling, Katelyn, control your husband, come control your boy.
[54:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, Bell's really is like, yeah, there's no words really.
[54:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Bell's really is like, okay, let's take a breather.
[54:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think she means Courtenage like take a breather and relax.
[54:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, Courtenate doesn't think it's directed to what's her.
[54:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, let's take a breather.
[54:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, we need to take a breather.
[54:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you're a problem for today, stop.
[54:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, yeah, so Caitlyn comes by and, Courtney's just like, I fucking understand why you can't live with him.
[55:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, the number of fucks in five seconds, the way you're talking about your fellow people that you sore, you wouldn't want to have it share your birthday with anyone else here.
[55:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm just, oh, but then she turns to him and it's like, but you know why I admire your boy's boy.
[55:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Um, I think it's a thing in the sense of, I don't think that's a term, I think it's like, I forget what they're, I feel there is a term.
[55:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, no, no, no, no, it is a thing, right?
[55:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[55:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But kind of like how there's no male equivalent of bad lady, he's inspired the way.
[55:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's a girl's girl, you're a girl's girl.
[55:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's no such thing as boy's boy, but this is the same girl who's like, and then it me too good.
[55:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, who's now in the midst of hating someone, it's still praising him for being a boy's boy and I'm like, fortunately.
[55:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So yeah, but I honestly think that her kind of personality would actually like that.
[56:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, okay, well, you stick up for your boy's kind of thing.
[56:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I'm like, that's problematic in them itself.
[56:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So anyway.
[56:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm surprised Courtney has not said the phrase, um, I don't get along with you.
[56:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yes, it just sounds like the kind of thing that you're eating to say she wants to say it so bad, but no one has given her reason to yet.
[56:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Anyway, she tells me like I deserve better.
[56:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So they sit down Caitlin's like, what happened?
[56:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What's going on?
[56:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think Bell's really decides like, yeah, I'm not going to be part of this.
[56:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she's not saying anything about what happened even though she's like, I saw, but it wasn't from the beginning.
[56:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[56:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So Devon is telling him like, you know, as my wife, you should hear me out.
[56:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, yeah, no, I can't back the combo like I didn't hear about it.
[56:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And also I just met you.
[56:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was like, you just met Courtney too, bit.
[56:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[56:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, so if you had just sat there, mind it is on business, everything would have been fine, but this man decided he wanted to fix things and here we are.
[57:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, so Nick and Pass.
[57:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm going to go.
[57:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll come back later when I talk about Caitlyn and Dev about the aftermath of that, but I want to round out Nick and Courtney because they're meeting with Pass and Nick says he wishes Courtney would appreciate him more, but she hasn't had a healthy relationship.
[57:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So basically, she doesn't know how to, he doesn't say that, but that's what he's implying.
[57:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, why am you meeting with Lisa again?
[57:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just
[57:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[57:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So Courtney again says that she felt insulted and hurt that he just said he's not goofy.
[57:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He said like, you know, I was put on the spot and I did feel like I disappointed you.
[57:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, Nick.
[57:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Lisa says they're having a parallel experience, but for Nick it's a physical level and I'm like you guys with this physical thing and I'm God He said it's not just a physical because there's been that narrative about him and you know I don't Nick is not out to ask him for mutual masturbation.
[57:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let me just put that out there We're not there.
[57:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's not out there asking for that
[58:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he says like he feels like it's not that that he feels like they don't talk that much and he doesn't really know where he stands And he actually kind of feels like he's a nuisance to her.
[58:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think that's all right.
[58:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah He brings up the birthday party brings up the seeding and she's like whoa You didn't express that that's what you wanted, but then she goes oh, but obviously I haven't created that space
[58:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: for you to feel comfortable to do that.
[58:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And of course, Paz is like, that is so astute.
[58:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Good observation of like, Paz.
[58:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's playing you and you're falling for it.
[58:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like, I really want to like you.
[58:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I can't.
[58:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And like, how do you not see this?
[58:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Courtney goes on on her.
[58:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Rata, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta.
[58:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she goes, like, it's not even him.
[58:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not a personal thing.
[58:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, it is.
[58:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Even my mom's birthday dinner.
[58:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: My mom and dad didn't even sit together.
[58:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We know what pastels her like to warm up a little bit that she's so guarded that she can even see her doing that and she doesn't even let past finish.
[59:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what she said, but she caught her off to and
[59:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She asked, oh, she cut her off and then turns the nakers like, okay, so what will make you feel comfortable?
[59:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What do you want?
[59:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, if you took the time to like just come to me like whenever just hang out like the one time you said you were going to get a mirror so you could do your makeup in the balcony and sit with me that he was so stoked about that and she's like, oh, like even sending that that she was worried that he would find her weird.
[59:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, you know, this is good to know.
[59:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And once again, she has had, she says in the past that she's, she's been told that that was corny and I don't think corny realizes that she has become the men that she didn't hear that way.
[59:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Exactly.
[59:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: All the things she said.
[59:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't think she sees it at all.
[59:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[59:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, pastels them that their homework is that they should forget the past and reset.
[59:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No, no, no.
[59:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Actually, Courtney says that.
[59:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, we should forget the past and reset and past says altogether now.
[1:00:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[1:00:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That is true.
[1:00:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she tells her, like, you guys should just be like, fuck it.
[1:00:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What are we doing?
[1:00:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Again, I'm still not used to my experts cursing, but
[1:00:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: here we go.
[1:00:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, by the way, pasted an interview with Vile, Vile Falls.
[1:00:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, if you guys want to listen, I'm not, I'm, I can't, sorry, but I guess, let me know what that was about.
[1:00:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she goes, Courtney was like, you know, I could actually kiss you right now.
[1:00:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sure.
[1:00:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then they kiss.
[1:00:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's cringy and passes like, let that be round one.
[1:00:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let's have some more about that.
[1:00:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, I'm excited.
[1:00:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I'm
[1:00:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He patterned me and she's weird and corn is playing a game passes just numb numb numb numb She's eating it all up and she comes in there says the right things leaves and then she seemed like gum at the bottom of her shoe That sounds it out truly though I don't know they need to switch things up like maybe if you see one expert maybe you see another expert Maybe they double tap.
[1:01:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know just to switch things up.
[1:01:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know for things so
[1:01:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: All right, so Caitlin and Devon after the party after the whole thing where he's like he should hear me out there fighting in the apartments.
[1:01:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think she's doing laundry.
[1:01:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I don't know.
[1:01:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's what she's going to.
[1:01:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's folding.
[1:01:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:01:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, what Courtney told me is that you crossed a boundary and that you fucked up there and he's like, no, I did it like all I asked for you to hear me out like you're my wife.
[1:01:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says you are leaning into doors your eyes are crisscross how can I trust you.
[1:01:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He says that she is creating an experience that it's not true and she's like, usually I don't do this.
[1:01:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't like all this drama.
[1:01:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't want to do all of this like it's like talking to like a five year old.
[1:01:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then he switches up and tries to say, you know what?
[1:01:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I hear you.
[1:01:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I understand you.
[1:01:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I see you.
[1:02:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then he tries to hug her.
[1:02:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, dude, just stop.
[1:02:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, good.
[1:02:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She already told him.
[1:02:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Go shower.
[1:02:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was a hard watch.
[1:02:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was hard.
[1:02:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I wasn't sure, right?
[1:02:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: When he was talking to Courtney, if he was drunk, because he's nice when red.
[1:02:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was like, maybe his contacts were dry or something.
[1:02:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I wasn't sure if he was drunk.
[1:02:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I think this was confirmation that he was drunk.
[1:02:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, yeah, this is even worse.
[1:02:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[1:02:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I feel like
[1:02:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's just a, I mean, I can understand how she would be uncomfortable and just the way that he dealt with Courtney and stuff.
[1:02:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just feel like he's whatever energy he was giving with being drunk was a little like nerve wracking as somebody who's like newly, you know, you guys don't know each other kind of.
[1:02:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, no, no, no, no.
[1:02:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, it's a little like, okay, yeah, I would be a little off put as well.
[1:02:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, it wasn't intense.
[1:02:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It wasn't intense, you know, for that.
[1:02:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you definitely like, say all the things about Quentinay, but he crossed, he went past the line.
[1:02:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You should just let it go, let it be, and it is what it is.
[1:03:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: From the first time station, we want to talk about it.
[1:03:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let it go.
[1:03:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[1:03:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, yeah, she tells him, go shower, go to bed.
[1:03:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't do this.
[1:03:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I, if you think that I will trust you and let you be the leader of my life, it is never going to happen.
[1:03:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think we're pretty sure this is going to be a no, but it's a wrap.
[1:03:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's a wrap.
[1:03:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I haven't been going along with that.
[1:03:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The next morning, I think they headed to the gym.
[1:03:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, oh, she's allowing him to work out with her.
[1:03:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, oh, but uh, both their tummies are not doing well.
[1:03:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't want to yuck Felipe's young, but that's the last place they ate, guys.
[1:03:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sorry.
[1:03:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because she's like, my stomach acid, she's drinking oxaltsa, he's like, yeah, I'm hungover, but my stomach is killing me, so I'm like, what's the common denominator?
[1:04:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He doesn't apologize, he says he drank way too much.
[1:04:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, you know, I didn't know how to express this, but I have dealt with substance abuse in the past with her partners.
[1:04:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that makes more sense, and she says she didn't realize how triggering it would be for her, but she's fine, you know, they're moving past it, and she just wants to feel confident in him.
[1:04:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think we have to take that into account, you know, if she went through relationship, and that was it, absolutely, that would be triggering, because I think the story was leaning towards, because at first I was like, just hear him out.
[1:04:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No one's saying you have to black him up, but
[1:04:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, hearing him out and then he's a husband and all, but moving further, realizing he was drunk and just the intensity of everything completely fair.
[1:04:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think if she suddenly was in flight mode, you know, what is happening and stuff like that.
[1:04:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I agree.
[1:04:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he got her flowers at some point and then she says I appreciate the flowers that he got me and I just like how unashained he is to take accountability.
[1:05:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: they're meeting with Paul and he starts immediately with a group coaching and it feels like maybe he'd been given the heads up like hey I think they're mad because what are the odds that he started immediately there.
[1:05:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well to be fair, when Paz meets with the other de She also asked how did you feel about the group coaching?
[1:05:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So maybe we'll see.
[1:05:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, mech is says he felt attacked and he thought he was being open and it was thrown in his face and he said he felt attacked by Paul no Paul said who did you feel attacked by he was like I you by Michelle by Courtney and he says why mech says and I like that he said I hold
[1:05:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: you in high regard, and I hold Michelle in high regard.
[1:06:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He did not mention Cortanae, that he was.
[1:06:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He said, you got, as usual, about your least it up for her man, and you know, saying that he wasn't being, he was just being himself, and then Paul apologizes from the bottom of his heart and says like, you know, he just wanted to shake him, and he looks like it worked, and then they laugh, and do all the things, listen, I like Paul, right?
[1:06:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't think he's infallible, but in another life, Paul could be a cult leader.
[1:06:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, but just the way he talks, he's so convincing.
[1:06:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:06:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's dead in the eye.
[1:06:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It doesn't hurt that he's not bad looking and he says all these things.
[1:06:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's what I'm just going to do.
[1:06:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Huh, did that really make sense or you just keep, I don't know, but okay, so mecha says that there needs to be an allowance for him to break down fears and walls and the barriers that are hindering him and Paul asked him like to name a feeling that he's trying to push away and he says love he said he can see himself loving her but the problem the question is can he get there?
[1:07:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: that he has to go from a mindset of me, me, me, me, me to us and Paul asked if he's open to talking about his mom.
[1:07:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he says, yeah, that he grew up wishing that he had that and when he thinks about that, he just gets detached.
[1:07:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Paul says, Mekka is a self-sabotager.
[1:07:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, it's all not all well and good in that way, but it just feels like things that we've seen and heard.
[1:07:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: These are the same things they said in group therapy, we get it.
[1:07:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like he is a self-sabotager.
[1:07:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:07:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he just felt like as a viewer, we're hearing the same things, you know, over and over again.
[1:07:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he tells her him that Belgioli is a defender of him, and it's another level of love, and he says that he believes that she loves him, but she won't say it, but encourages her to step into it.
[1:07:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Mechano confessional says he will be remiss if he only focuses on the scary part.
[1:07:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, I think this was a productive talk or something.
[1:08:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't like that Paul says, I think you love him, you don't want to say it and blah, blah, blah, you know, all that kind of stuff.
[1:08:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I feel like that's like backing her into a corner or on the reverse, even if she is in love with him, it is not your place to force her to say it.
[1:08:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If she doesn't want to say it, she's the one who experiences him day to day, let her go.
[1:08:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: at her own pace.
[1:08:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't like that.
[1:08:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What did you do like that either?
[1:08:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I feel like it's becoming like a pattern with these experts because there's a lot of like leading them into certain like making them like have to address certain feelings that they might not necessarily be ready to.
[1:08:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And now like sometimes it doesn't feel like the experts are reading
[1:08:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: the room and letting them go at their own pace.
[1:08:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's like they're pushing them to get to the end.
[1:08:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I felt this in past season as well.
[1:08:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's not just the first, but I think also because the these experts do, I guess, interact with them differently and we have all these group sessions.
[1:09:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We have all these different moving pieces that we have in the past.
[1:09:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think it feels even more
[1:09:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: take it back to the beginning when Paul, I think, was trying to tell basically taught Mickey into lowering her standards of the age of salary that she was comfortable with.
[1:09:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And now look at the situation we have.
[1:09:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It just feels like a lot of, a lot, yeah, like a lot of leading, leading questions and stuff, which I don't think is really good for them to be able to actually, I don't know, develop their feelings naturally, but yeah.
[1:09:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's kind of like trying to block out the noise because when you throw that in there, like I said, Paul is still convincing.
[1:09:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mecca holds him in high regard and is like, oh, wait, should I be thinking, am I in love?
[1:09:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is that what?
[1:09:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it's like you don't even know what is your thought or not.
[1:09:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's already hard enough because the season, these people hang out all the damn time.
[1:09:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, the time, twenty for something.
[1:09:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like, I mean, like, this is a little bit much.
[1:09:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It is.
[1:09:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So it's like where's the time to even develop like people like Courtney can escape because oh my god We're hanging out in the group again.
[1:10:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh thank god.
[1:10:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so you know there's that the other thing about the thing the talk that I don't like is like Maps again, not just this season.
[1:10:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They have a bad habit of focusing on one person in a couple and in this couple the focus is just a mecca I've said it time and time again.
[1:10:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We are not asking burglie
[1:10:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: your pat again maybe she doesn't want to talk about it more or not asking more of how are you feeling when you see this how are you doing it's more about make it yourself so he's my left him so he don't like himself so it would be
[1:10:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that's why I got three of my treats me a little bit when they are saying, Bellageli is the girl for you.
[1:10:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She is going to be your ride or die.
[1:10:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Just bend there.
[1:10:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I'm exaggerating, but like, you know, like remind you, you are not exaggerating.
[1:10:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're not exaggerating.
[1:10:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I did exaggerating, but like, reminding him that she is stable.
[1:10:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She is the one.
[1:10:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And there's no, I kind of hate that because one, it puts a lot of pressure on her.
[1:11:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: to it takes a lot of pressure off of him in the sense of why she's there.
[1:11:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's my girl regardless of the guard list and I don't think that's fair and that's also just not helping her be able to explore her feelings deeper because what if she has still some reservations?
[1:11:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, we should always hurry it out like I feel like it should be an equal
[1:11:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Um, like they should equally be able to explore their thoughts and feelings and just because he's more insecure He has more past history or he's more unstable.
[1:11:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It doesn't mean that she's like the solid one and he Need they need to focus on him
[1:11:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, I agree.
[1:11:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And again, I'm rooting for them so hard, but I've always said, Bell Julie should pick herself first.
[1:11:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If he gets to the point where you're doing this all the time, then it's not sustainable.
[1:11:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I say that, but Doug and Jamie from season one are still together.
[1:11:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Where I feel like he has to keep reassuring her because up until recently, she's very open.
[1:11:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She talked about a couple of years ago when they went to therapy and she just felt like, oh, she didn't feel secure in what he was doing and all that kind of stuff.
[1:12:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, and I kept saying,
[1:12:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You can't spend the lifetime trying to reassure somebody if they don't, you know, feel that, but who knows, I hope they figure it out, but at the end of the day, you know, it's not your job to make someone feel secure like you deserve to the soft life and love to
[1:12:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, the way she's so bashful, it is kind of cute.
[1:12:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's, well, it's cute.
[1:12:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: To some point, I'm like, okay, say something.
[1:12:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:12:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Head up, say something like to stop laughing looking at the ground.
[1:12:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, whoever wins, he smacks around the butt, they kiss and, you know,
[1:12:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: despite what Paul says.
[1:12:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That was silent.
[1:12:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But she could see herself falling in love with Mecca in the future.
[1:13:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Michelle and Cameron, they didn't show much of them.
[1:13:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They go see her condo.
[1:13:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She does a lot of stuff.
[1:13:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like Michelle is a Renaissance woman.
[1:13:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like she paints.
[1:13:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She did the whatever the thing he was on the countertop and Cameron is like she's so amazing and then she takes pictures and they're all great.
[1:13:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But um, she has, I didn't realize like the guy we saw in the beginning was her name.
[1:13:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They just said friend.
[1:13:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So now Tam is like, damn, didn't know.
[1:13:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Where am I going to live?
[1:13:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, so, um, they say things that they like about each other.
[1:13:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Cam says Cam likes that she's strong willed and fun loving and he says they haven't argued yet.
[1:13:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Which I don't know.
[1:13:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't necessarily think it's a red flag if they haven't argued during the experiment.
[1:13:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We have Danielle and Bobby from Dallas.
[1:13:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They never argue they try to make them argue they're still together three children later on in years.
[1:13:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So also, it is what it did.
[1:13:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I do you think?
[1:13:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:13:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: they had a small conflict so I don't feel like even though it wasn't arguing they had those like misunderstandings in that moment where he was like feeling insecure because he doesn't make enough money or like he doesn't make us with 20s or whatever and then he was like whatever like sad sack and then she had to make us all have that's still like that's an argument but it is a conflict it's not like it's been like all roses you know there's a little
[1:14:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're just able to talk through it because he didn't feel good about the fact that oh money was like a thing for her and you know, they got to the place like and like she said, they just seem to alarm on things so it's been working out she said she likes how passionate he is and how vulnerable and he has drip because apparently the kids don't say swag no more I mean she said it wrong I got to just like he has drip okay final couple have to end with Nikki and Sean in case you missed it.
[1:14:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Dr. Bass has a book.
[1:14:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's rolling it out because we got three weeks left.
[1:14:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So go pre-order the book that he did a AI think, because this AI template that's going on is so annoying.
[1:15:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So annoying, I was like, wait, Mr.
[1:15:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Professor, you got, you know what, don't get me started.
[1:15:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hmm.
[1:15:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The name of the book is Frames of Love.
[1:15:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think there's a picture and then he put glasses in front of it.
[1:15:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like how to stop dating through old wounds and start communicating for the love that you actually want.
[1:15:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Coming soon.
[1:15:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Set the man who is not portraying and neving about help below.
[1:15:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Not a single thing, you have a good regular normal conversation with his wife.
[1:15:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And he's making an entire book around love.
[1:15:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, he also has like a YouTube video or something because you know, I told you guys that he moved from New York to Seattle, so he has he took like a road trip.
[1:15:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I guess we his mom, so they're they documented it and they're sharing it with us like things they learned or their conversations or something through that road trip.
[1:16:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I love you guys because shout out to the listener who has worked in academia and you know I've made a comment where I'm like I'm still mad that didn't tell us how much he made because they made her name her money so how much is that and he's He didn't share what he was making
[1:16:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So this assert says like they work in academia and you can usually see their salaries.
[1:16:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're not posted for a couple of years.
[1:16:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But afterwards, but when Sean wasn't college admin at C. You New York, C. You and why he was making 115, 115k.
[1:16:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So now.
[1:16:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What was it 250?
[1:16:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[1:16:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: those what she asked for.
[1:16:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's why he was like giving granted.
[1:16:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He was a couple of years ago.
[1:16:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's not in New York, but when then he was a college admin.
[1:16:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Now they don't make much money in academia.
[1:16:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And for right now, even though we don't know what he's making right now for his position, because they don't reveal it until a couple of years after.
[1:17:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Someone who's a president at a university in Seattle, which is the highest salary, the highest they can
[1:17:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Do your math, do your thing, do your thing, do your thing.
[1:17:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I said, they played in my girls' face, setting her up.
[1:17:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I'm sorry.
[1:17:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, I didn't think of it.
[1:17:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, yeah, so thank you for that information because I was just really, I really wanted to know what it was.
[1:17:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because I was like, what are we working with?
[1:17:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are we working with like a 200?
[1:17:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are we working with like a thing?
[1:17:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But again,
[1:17:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Maybe Nicky's mistake was hoping that she will find that.
[1:17:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: on maps.
[1:17:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sure.
[1:17:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think zero to 0.5% chance.
[1:17:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, which is totally valid, but also like it's not just Nikki because I was in a lot of Nikki hate.
[1:17:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm getting like salty.
[1:17:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, like guys.
[1:17:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, the best she can with what she had.
[1:18:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But um, I believe like even with Michelle, she indicated that she makes that same range, that Nikki makes or around the same range and was hoping for the same.
[1:18:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think probably from what we've seen, um,
[1:18:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It doesn't really seem like many of the men are like high earners, like, I mean, maybe because we haven't seen everyone's salary, but that's just not what it seems like so far.
[1:18:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think Adam, because he said he's good, Paul said he saw Mekka's check and it was fine and Philippe.
[1:18:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I guess.
[1:18:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: First of all, he thought that he basically begged Nicky not to ask for somebody that makes that much.
[1:18:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just also think, yeah, like Michelle and Nicky.
[1:18:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like are the most, or maybe there's a, well, just, I don't know, but they are
[1:18:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I'm going to sit about like being very secure in their financial situation and making, you know, a certain amount and I feel like the fact that both of them were given men that do not make that amount or earn in that same like level or they're not in the same playing field is like
[1:19:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: a little like silly because I at least think it's like that's not I know that Paul felt like he was trying to be honest with Nikki and say okay most people make whatever he said 665 is it okay that's thank you for letting me know the statistics but that's not what I'm making that's not what I want they know they didn't like say to her face like this is not going to be an option for you and I don't think that they said it to Michelle either because of that conversation with camera they didn't see like
[1:19:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She felt like she's going to be paired with somebody who made that much less than her.
[1:19:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I'm just saying I feel like, and I'm not sure if the ex-mers are trying to get these guys that are like, because even if the lifestyle's, you look at Adam's lifestyle, compared, well, we don't fully know Marissa's, but what she, we get Michelle's lifestyle, we get Niki's, they all have like nice apartment, we love for themselves, and then the men are like a little bit more, well, I don't want to
[1:19:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, no, it's fine because even when I recap the preview episode, that was a concern of mine I hadn't even met this people or knew this people But I was looking at it and I was like huh Based on this job titles are they setting them up because maps is known for this again Not just the season where it's like you put this on like it's already hard enough and now they have to fight this, you know financial thing You know barrier that they have to face, but yeah
[1:20:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Again, here we are, but maybe his books will sell, maybe we'll buy his cameo.
[1:20:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[1:20:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm going to free order the book.
[1:20:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Toma, guys, I'm sorry.
[1:20:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is not a video.
[1:20:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have to see this side.
[1:20:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not a chance.
[1:20:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm just like, but you know what?
[1:20:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If anyone pre-orders and reads it, send me the summary.
[1:20:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll read it out.
[1:20:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll read the summary out and let me know if there's some nuggets because
[1:20:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You might be right.
[1:20:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's that that advice that he was trying to give Courtney you're an athlete just do it.
[1:20:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That was good advice I mean somebody disagree, but I thought that was good advice, but we'll see.
[1:21:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, maybe they're more.
[1:21:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:21:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So Nikki is taking Sean on a picnic and he says, Oh, you're taking me on a picnic and she's like, Oh,
[1:21:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's cute.
[1:21:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if anything Nicky says it's cute or Nicky is just like I can push through the rest of these weeks But she says that's cute.
[1:21:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's one of those setups where you know, you can pay a company to do like a nice little Build-out or set up for you on the grass or the fill or whatever with pillows and the tent.
[1:21:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The tent looks like the one I bought for my nephew You can get it from Amazon and they just go in there and play with it like little Thing but also the weather looks so terrible like the
[1:21:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Clouds were cast and you know, it's just a cold, but you see, I don't.
[1:21:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:21:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She tells him, oh, I like that you're making me a play.
[1:21:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's so sweet.
[1:21:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm just, I just question every one of you.
[1:21:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You can just say something of like, are you being polite or are you generally appreciative?
[1:21:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[1:21:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think that she's being polite, but I don't think that she's lying or like she's trying to put on.
[1:22:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think that I really feel like she's trying so hard to give this glance.
[1:22:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because if you really think about it every single time you does something that's so incredibly off-putting,
[1:22:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Rarely ever, like, like, blows up.
[1:22:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, she doesn't like put their hands up in the air and say, like, I'm done or like give him like a lot of, like,
[1:22:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like negative.
[1:22:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, whereas like I feel like personally I would be very hard to hold back on like even Like he's alone reactions to some of the weird stuff that he says and does it's like like it would give me the Insane, but she's very much like constantly like trying to at least find the positive and even with what we'll talk about it But when she has this confrontation with him about whatever he was saying like she's mutual masturbation
[1:22:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But like, she didn't even like, she's very seriously like addressing to him and understanding where I'd be like, that's very weird.
[1:22:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You are very stringent and you're making me uncomfortable.
[1:23:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But she was very like open and just feel like she's trying to be hard and people are like, not a lot of people that are talking to her.
[1:23:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, or not seeing that.
[1:23:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I like she's like, look at Katelyn, look at Katelyn.
[1:23:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She barely even looked at that man and like,
[1:23:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's like two weeks three who's counting me.
[1:23:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm counting She tells um Dr. Bess that she wants her partner to be her best friend and it's important for them to be able to foundation He notices that she's shivering.
[1:23:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He goes and gets her a blanket and I noticed that Nikki does a lot of narrating what he's doing and she's just like oh you're just going to proactively get me a blanket I'm like
[1:23:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:23:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He asked her where she sees their connection and trust and pathways to being a yes on decision day.
[1:23:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like we've made progress.
[1:23:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm more hopeful for a viable us, the way these two speed.
[1:23:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, a viable, oh, use that except for medical stuff.
[1:24:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she said the intimacy piece is big and I'm like, this is really what he's asking.
[1:24:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't care if he's trying to be polite and saying what's going to
[1:24:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she said, like, he's helping her through this.
[1:24:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She doesn't know how far they'll get on the topic.
[1:24:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, does she mean talking about it?
[1:24:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Or actually doing it, I don't know.
[1:24:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says she doesn't know what he would need to feel to give him sufficient signals.
[1:24:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, guys, speaking, playing people English.
[1:24:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What the heck is this?
[1:24:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He says he has to feel romantic sparks and if it's just like and he doesn't know if she's just like blocking the opportunity to build something like if there's a sweet moment and there's a feeling that you're having he means horny instead of choosing to lean on your feelings that moment you choose to be like being in your head in that moment and if that's a blockage that you have then that will probably block us from experiencing the kind of connection.
[1:25:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: that we could have physically and romantically.
[1:25:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He means say, so she says, yeah, you're right.
[1:25:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I probably need to get out of my own way.
[1:25:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like if I'm in this experience, I'm married, I need to have a sexual relationship with my husband.
[1:25:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And so I may need to do some things that are uncomfortable or explore dimensions of this interaction that I wouldn't think to do to unblock what will be a
[1:25:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I hear you.
[1:25:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know about you, Toma, but I didn't like, oh, I didn't like it at all here.
[1:25:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[1:25:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:25:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm about to heat my words because I am a proponent in the past, right?
[1:25:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I've said, if you're married, if you're attracted to each other, don't overthink it.
[1:25:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Just go ahead and do that and see where things go.
[1:25:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Maybe will help.
[1:25:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And maybe I need to rethink that stance because at the end of the day, no one should do what they don't want to.
[1:25:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't care if you're married, just do it.
[1:25:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know Pascal used to be like, you know, just you be stuck in the friend zone and blah, blah, blah.
[1:26:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I just feel like I can't think of a situation where I'm just like, oh, if you guys are feeling each other just go ahead.
[1:26:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's why I'm saying maybe I need to rethink this because this made me uncomfortable, especially when she said, maybe I need to do things that are uncomfortable.
[1:26:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Holding hands, yes, but let's not do anything sexual that we don't want to do.
[1:26:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So yeah, yeah, I agree.
[1:26:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's really it's just awkward and I feel a little bit bad for her because I feel like there is some what a pressure to do that.
[1:26:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But
[1:26:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know, yeah, she's like an uncomfortable situation and I know like she's acknowledging that, but she's like willing and it kind of makes me feel like she shouldn't be willing.
[1:26:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Even if that means he's upset, it shouldn't really matter because she doesn't want to do it, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, mm-hmm, they laugh, we're out here talking thesis and they're laughing and he says he's looking forward to watching her on block her blessings, I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
[1:27:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But um, they kiss and he says thank you.
[1:27:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Next thing we see with them is the security camera you guys whenever the security camera comes up it just means we're about to get something good.
[1:27:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because my job was on the floor when I saw Nicky Strattled Dr. Best did.
[1:27:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That was something else.
[1:27:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What?
[1:27:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I wasn't expecting it.
[1:27:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says when they first met, it was a hell, no, but now she sees a lot of positive qualities with him and you know, I don't even know what they're doing, maybe they made out, but he's hands wall over her, but I don't know, that was it.
[1:27:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So the next day Nikki looks like she's getting ready to work out, she's all dressed up and this man comes out in the towel.
[1:27:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yep, yep, yapping away and he was like, you know, what a serious face to it took me a minute to reconcile the words coming out his mouth because I'm like, surely this is not serious because he didn't break face at all.
[1:28:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He says, you know, whatever we have a good night, I find that I have increased desire and I'm just wondering if there's any world where you can pleasure me without having sex.
[1:28:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And if I thought my jaw dropped before, I think he dropped again, even though I think I should pick it up before Sean misunderstood and thinks I'm trying to open something that he says, maybe you offered me, you know, maybe something like mutual masturbation.
[1:28:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, are you serious?
[1:28:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He goes, yes, I am.
[1:28:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She goes, I understand, but I'm not there yet.
[1:28:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, maybe can be solo.
[1:28:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hmm, pleasure.
[1:28:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He goes, yeah, I can't do that because once I found that I was getting married, like, you know, I stopped doing that and I'm like, so you want Brownie points, you want to star a golden star or what?
[1:28:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then he says, that's part of being a wife.
[1:28:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Noticing your husband has a need and filling the need at some point.
[1:29:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: to sit with this for a second because, to your point, Nikki, handle this like a picture like, oh no, no, I'm not.
[1:29:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not there.
[1:29:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, then he was like, okay, and that's fine.
[1:29:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then he walks away.
[1:29:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But this man came out in a towel.
[1:29:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like if she said, yes, he was gonna be like, well, voila, yeah, it was a what?
[1:29:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, like, and my thing is it's just also disrespectful as well because she's expressed her concern or her, she's not there yet.
[1:29:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Whenever she's expressed, she's not like fully ready to be sexual.
[1:29:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's stuff.
[1:29:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So for him to put her in that position,
[1:29:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, put yourself out there a little bit with the whatever it is, yeah, then it before.
[1:29:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I'm like, you now are tried to go from zero to 100 which even just gave you a little like more so to try to like put, you know, make things work which we do and now you're going to completely disrespect all of her batteries and make her feel bad pressure her even more.
[1:30:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: to give you like, oh, I just, I hate it so much.
[1:30:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Exactly.
[1:30:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like she's been clear.
[1:30:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not there yet.
[1:30:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're working through the natural.
[1:30:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I think he thinks he could do reverse psychology, because he keeps saying all these things like, oh, but you're a wife.
[1:30:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But you know, I have increased desire.
[1:30:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Almost like he's low-key blaming her.
[1:30:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That you're doing these things with me.
[1:30:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're the one making me, where need you need to solve it, because I can't cheat.
[1:30:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're married now.
[1:30:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm a good guy.
[1:30:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, I think what makes it worse.
[1:30:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if this is they're showing it to us in order, but the next thing is the rose petals and candles and strawberries and whipped cream and I'm like, oh, she hasn't settled or dealt with the fact that this man came in a towel and said, okay, fine, if you're not going to give it to me, fine, cool, and then walks away.
[1:30:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: like he just asked her for a sandwich.
[1:31:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he was like upset.
[1:31:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I guess, because he didn't have a doubt, but like walking away and being done, because it wasn't like, you know, I really respect your boundaries.
[1:31:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I understand, and you know, I shouldn't have like, he just like, he's like, well, like, as if she should have done that for him.
[1:31:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, it wasn't even like I hope you don't take this as wrong way and that's my always being my thing with Sean is like He says these things and because he's saying it in a calm demeanor, you feel like oh you're being respectful No, it's passive aggressive and there's always a hidden meaning to all the things that he's saying like no one can talk me out The weirdest thing is that there are people out there.
[1:31:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I saw people verbate and say like he's not wrong.
[1:31:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That is how wifey duty and I am just guys.
[1:31:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't
[1:31:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: even for people that have known each other years.
[1:31:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: For these people, they just met three weeks ago, but in no world or scenario, she didn't want to do what they don't want to do.
[1:31:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Anyway, it's the fact that we have to explain
[1:32:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, so unfortunately, we have to move along with them because I think they're not doing the whole, you know, Dr. P.L.
[1:32:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: would tell them this is your sexy time or intimate, I think they're not doing it anymore, so each couple is kind of just doing different things.
[1:32:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he blindfolded her and says the night is called you don't, you don't got no sense, which is kind of clever because it's a play on the senses.
[1:32:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, so when I didn't know that it coming from Sean, I was like, yes, it's like you don't got no sense girl because you don't want to go like this.
[1:32:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm so like over him.
[1:32:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But it is perfect in any other context.
[1:32:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Just not, yes.
[1:32:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, he puts on a rogue too, a red robe and then blindfold her and you know, she did say like the The mutual masturbation is escalated, but she's open to trying and exploring.
[1:33:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I have rented about people saying they're trying when they're really not, but to your point.
[1:33:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is the only kind of trying I would accept on maps.
[1:33:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: because she's saying things but she's progressing and it's kind of like they're not compatible yes but there's a situation where something could click and she's like oh my god I just looked at him and he was but he's not playing his cards wrong but he's doing everything yeah like follow her boundaries respect her because now this takes her 10 steps all the way back like oh okay now I see what you're really you know after and also why's he doing this I thought
[1:33:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: after this.
[1:33:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he ties her hands, he uses feathers on her and then they were done.
[1:33:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She seemed to like it.
[1:33:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I never really know with Nikki.
[1:33:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if her trying or if she does.
[1:33:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Then she brings up the mutual masturbation and says, oh, she was caught off guard by the escalation and she has told him that she would like its progress naturally.
[1:34:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She said the comment that stuck to me was when you said, wifely duty and like you need a release that it kind of made her uncomfortable
[1:34:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And immediately, this man is like, oh my God, Jesus, there's no way, like, how can I answer this without sounding defensive?
[1:34:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He was like, I did not say wifely duty.
[1:34:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, I'm not thirsty or disrespectful.
[1:34:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it just seems ridiculous that you're trying to create a moment.
[1:34:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he says there's no way his heart meant to communicate that.
[1:34:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then in a confessional, the true Sean comes out because this man knows when there's a camera.
[1:34:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And
[1:34:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, girl, get out of here.
[1:34:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: In a body trying to sweat you, like he feels blindsided by her feelings and accusations, and he honestly can't keep up with her shift in personalities and he's exasperated.
[1:34:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I know he's trying to think or say that she was slandering his character like, oh my God, this is gonna seem like I was, you said it, do you said it?
[1:34:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You said it like what she's just literally and she didn't even, she could have dragged it.
[1:35:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She didn't even drag it.
[1:35:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, she was beautiful and understanding and like trying to have a real conversation.
[1:35:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then he goes in the confessional and like makes it seem like he's not even into her.
[1:35:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Well, crazy work.
[1:35:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like he says, he says it all the time.
[1:35:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like even with the last time, he's like, she's not attracted to me.
[1:35:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, he made out with me full tongue with food in her mouth.
[1:35:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't even know what that means.
[1:35:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But this man is full of delusional confidence.
[1:35:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what it is.
[1:35:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I forgot someone else sent me a video.
[1:35:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was someone who didn't take talk where they were talking about going on a date with him when he was in New York.
[1:35:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They were just talking, but it wasn't gonna work.
[1:35:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then,
[1:35:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He was like, well, if it's not going to work that who we reached out to him own is doing a dating show about people who are dating.
[1:35:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I think it was long distance and they haven't met.
[1:35:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He was like, okay, we could just go on there and then pretend like we hadn't dated.
[1:35:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She didn't name names, but she said New York.
[1:35:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's the only one that had lived in New York and a couple of people have come out saying like they've seen him on you know dating apps I'm so not interested in whatever Sean was doing because I don't take him seriously I was more interested in like what show was it?
[1:36:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think it's the never ever have have met yeah That's show where yes
[1:36:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: they have them separated.
[1:36:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, and then they bring them together and they allegedly meet for the first time on there like this man has been trying to be famous for a while and the girls like yeah, and you I wasn't going to date him she said all the things that I don't I'm choosing not to say, but it is what it is because I don't everyone's speculating about his sexuality.
[1:36:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, that's not my business and.
[1:36:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, she was like, yeah, I'll go along, make a quick book and do that and all the things and I'm like, if it is true, then we know that Sean was here, not for the right reasons.
[1:36:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, by the book, we knew exactly.
[1:36:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So yeah, so that was it, you know, for the episode.
[1:36:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This people are taking us for a ride.
[1:36:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think it's the fact that I don't know if I'm entertained or annoyed or if the fact that I'm annoyed is a good thing that it's a vocation emotion in me.
[1:37:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[1:37:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I think it's for me, it's both.
[1:37:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because I amateur tamed.
[1:37:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I feel like, well honestly, the past few years with reality television dating, I feel like this has been the common theme for me like saying things with lovers, but I'm like, I'm just like, almost hate watching.
[1:37:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You have one couple that you could even maybe possibly entertain everything else I'm like so annoyed by the experts, even just how it started with them like seeing red flag after red flag and being like,
[1:37:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: perfect for marriage like in what work.
[1:37:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I guess yeah for me it's definitely a combination because obviously I'm still sad and I'm still, you know, talking about it and laughing to and enjoying but yeah kind of a hot mess express.
[1:37:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I mean, I think what I'm enjoying is the pacing.
[1:37:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's easier to digest when you know like, oh, three episodes every however weeks.
[1:37:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Now, if we're gonna deal with this for six months, or whatever the hell it was on lifetime, like that's what I'm saying.
[1:38:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so it's easier, you know, to take in.
[1:38:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, okay, so before we wrap things up, who has your bouquet for the episode?
[1:38:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, I did give my bouquet a niki because I just feel like she's handling sharns nonsense so well and so respects fully and I think she's getting a lot of like hate basically and like you know feedback
[1:38:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: when I think out of all of the people, she's probably handling it the best.
[1:38:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: When we compare her to like a Courtney and a Caitlyn who just also don't like their person but aren't really even giving it much of a chance.
[1:38:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I just think she's handling it with Grace and I think that would be very challenging for me personally.
[1:38:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's awesome of her, so yeah.
[1:38:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, cool.
[1:38:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mine goes to Tori's friend, Karnisa.
[1:38:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I love it.
[1:38:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Just for all the facial expressions, as they were talking, she was like, I don't know about that.
[1:39:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then just being honest, like, oh wait, he felt so guilty that he didn't tell her, please.
[1:39:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So guilty, so guilty, so guilty, so guilty, yes.
[1:39:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She has my bouquet.
[1:39:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Who gets your ashes?
[1:39:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, my ashes, that's Courtney.
[1:39:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Our court tonight, should I say it?
[1:39:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because she just honestly, every other so she's erging my soul more and more.
[1:39:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just don't like her nasty attitude, the way that she thinks and the way that she deals with Nick.
[1:39:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's almost like she thinks she's above him or something.
[1:39:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know, it's very strange, but I just don't like her, basically.
[1:39:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I think that it's kind of hard to watch her be.
[1:39:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: like negative.
[1:39:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I got him.
[1:39:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, that like whole birthday dinner.
[1:39:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just feel like she's just not authentic and I just really can't find like a silver like lighting with her.
[1:39:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Even what she's saying that she's trying, it doesn't always feel like she really is.
[1:39:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I can't wait for the reunion already.
[1:40:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, I'm trying to be different because Courtney did it.
[1:40:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's gotten my ashes so many times.
