## Transcript

[0:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hello everybody, welcome to another episode of Taint Talks.
[0:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I am your host, Taint.
[0:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Here to talk about the final episode episode 12 of Marida for a site season 20.
[0:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I have an alum today as a guest and it's Kristen from season 15, the San Diego season.
[0:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hello, applause applause applause.
[0:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hi, Kristen.
[0:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm so excited to hear.
[0:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Thanks for having me.
[0:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Always like I'm excited to have you here.
[0:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're still, you know, one of the alums that still watch not traumatized, but I love the show I love it so of course the first question I have to ask is how are you feeling about this new format is two part.
[0:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you think you would have failed better with this format or no?
[1:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I love the new format and you might know this, but you know that they don't actually get married anymore, right?
[1:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, they haven't actually said it.
[1:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I've been saying it, I'm like, I'm sure I'm going to get in trouble, but I'm sure I'll get in trouble too, but they never say it's legally binding.
[1:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: My understanding is that if they say yes on decision day, then they sign the papers and file them with the court.
[1:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Wait, what if they don't want to?
[1:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Then they don't.
[1:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So it let's say two out of seven or seven out of seven or whoever says yes, then they file, but they both have to say yes.
[1:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's like the final test at the end.
[1:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So it's like a real decision day, though.
[1:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like it's real.
[1:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, it is.
[1:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think I'm thinking they both say yes, but they're like, we still want to date.
[1:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We don't want to file, like, can they file for?
[1:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nope.
[1:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You got to say yes and you get married or you say no and you don't get married.
[1:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They also didn't like ambiguity, is it a yes or is it a no?
[2:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Uh, that's T, Chris, and I didn't, I didn't know that part.
[2:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, it's, it's a, it's a safe guess from what I'm kind of seeing.
[2:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I don't watch Australia by the way, similarly to that.
[2:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[2:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But yeah, I think it puts more emphasis on decision day in a good way.
[2:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But to answer your original question, I love the new format.
[2:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think, too, they might find more willing participants that do want love, but don't want to ruin like,
[2:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They're credit or their lives by marrying on paper a stranger.
[2:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, I, you know, I've been saying like there are no stakes, but this kind of ad stakes, but it's still less stakes, right?
[2:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You degree than your format last in your time?
[2:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, my gosh, I still sometimes can't believe that I signed that.
[2:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What?
[2:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know, looking back, I'm like, what was I thinking?
[3:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I did read the whole thing and I was like, wow, this is really crazy.
[3:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But yeah, I think they're going to find more people who are willing to do this instead of legally bind yourself to someone you don't know.
[3:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, Christine, they're going to find more people, but is it like, you know, quantity of equality because, you know, they could just see as an experience.
[3:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm not necessarily, I think the success rate
[3:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we
[3:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: have different.
[3:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know, so with so funny, so my sister is a fan too.
[3:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: If you remember her, she was true on the show with me.
[3:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, I forget.
[3:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, yeah, of course.
[3:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's the we watch and she was like, it was actually today.
[3:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She was like, I don't remember these group sessions like this and I was like, girl, what are you talking about?
[4:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I remember vividly, I remember when we arrived to Mexico, we had a group session
[4:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[4:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I remember when he wouldn't wear the shirt for Dr. Pia's group therapy session, yeah, remember dinner that we all went to on like a big party bus and we were at the dinner.
[4:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We were talking about the same thing.
[4:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So yeah, it looks similar.
[4:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think maybe since there's more of them and yeah, it's slightly more, but yeah, they definitely calling each other out.
[4:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's the thing.
[4:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm with your sister because I recently was like, you know, I was watching an episode and I was so annoyed by everyone.
[4:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, do you not know what you signed up for?
[4:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I put it in like, my group chat and I'm like, was I this annoying even with season 17?
[4:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And the listener was like, oh, you are pretty pissed.
[4:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[4:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're pretty annoyed by that.
[5:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So maybe the recent sea bias we don't remember how it was.
[5:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And maybe the difference is it feels like producers are like, you got to talk.
[5:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You can't even stay like, go for it.
[5:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I agree and I also think that this cast I'm very impressed by how they're able to show up and talk about the hard things or even call each other out when someone's not willing to talk about the hard things.
[5:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I personally like the cast.
[5:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Don't worry.
[5:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have some offers that I'm like
[5:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: which is interesting because normally I'm always for my girlies and in this season I have a blend of just loving some of these men and then some of these gals I'm like, growl, what are you doing?
[5:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, that is that that is the question is how did you send it here?
[5:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you know for those who don't remember Christian again was from the San Diego season.
[5:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So you were from the West Coast.
[5:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is there anything you're seeing that's so West coasty?
[6:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like Adam Adam is super like into the pickle ball and like the Jatsky definitely him.
[6:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It gives me West coast vibes for sure.
[6:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then you have some
[6:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Some folks that I'm like, I, you could be from anywhere on a map.
[6:19] \[UNKNOWN\]: Yeah.
[6:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[6:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: My final question before we dive in is if you could pick one of the men as your groom and I'm going to make it harder for you Kristen because I'm taking cam out.
[6:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because I know like that's who you might pick, but he will be like, yes, if you could pick anyone, but I feel like Cam is a given for who I would pick for you, I guess.
[6:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, would you agree with me, okay?
[6:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So wouldn't pick Cam because I love him.
[6:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And the shelving of her.
[6:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I can't, I know it's a hypothetical.
[6:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm probably going to drop you with my answer.
[6:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think I would pick Devon.
[7:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think he has his a good personality.
[7:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think he is showing up a little bit not too much.
[7:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's showing up a little bit each day really trying to put in the effort and he up until the very last moment of the last episode.
[7:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Up until then he lost a little bit and the very end of this thing but up until then I was like wow He's not getting defeated.
[7:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's really trying and he's trying to be respectful of her wishes And she's just kind of stonewalling him.
[7:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, as we saw this episode that shifts a little bit towards the end That was kind of hard
[7:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, yes, you did drop me.
[7:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't think you were going to be so ready.
[7:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know.
[7:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think I would have said, Nick.
[7:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[7:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are you put off by the meta reality?
[7:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's so many names.
[8:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Which one makes you see the reality?
[8:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[8:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick.
[8:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I guess I just feel like Devin is sharing his feel.
[8:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's a little more genuine.
[8:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he does have some bad moments, but I feel like we're getting to see the real him.
[8:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And Nick is fine.
[8:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just don't know any.
[8:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I couldn't tell you anything about that man.
[8:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, my only thing with Devon is like he's coming off a little too intense and I don't know how that translates into I love it.
[8:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I love it intense and intensity.
[8:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, we got to talk.
[8:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[8:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: All right.
[8:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we picked up this episode with Adam.
[8:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We are still at the dinner party.
[8:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's saying that he had that.
[8:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He played 5,000 hours with pickleball or worked out with his ex-girlfriend.
[8:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And after having that, he can't do without that.
[9:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, okay.
[9:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was so great.
[9:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Orange is still with her.
[9:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because there's more to relationship than that.
[9:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Adam.
[9:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Adam.
[9:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Adam.
[9:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Adam.
[9:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's like he, it's his where the highway.
[9:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, we will not compromise.
[9:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Adam, why does that your wife have to be the star pickable player with you?
[9:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Can you just get a friend and do your, do that in hours with the friend?
[9:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And there's just no compromise with him.
[9:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's that's his bag.
[9:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If they all came in with a lot of baggage, we all do.
[9:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We all have baggage, but he that's his baggage is like, I don't know what why that image isn't his head or if it's just an excuse and he could use that at the end if he wants to say no and be like, I can't compromise on that.
[9:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's very important to me, you know, so I don't know.
[9:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, no, I mean, you hit it on the head like he just his thing is he won't compromise and he I feel like he wants to take all of his exes and take something from all things up she was an amazing people player she was beautiful she was really like it don't work like that you get one and you compromise yeah and I don't know again, I've been saying this and I know I'm probably going to be wrong.
[10:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just feel like he might prove us wrong.
[10:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know why I feel that the same way I feel like
[10:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Cameron, my surprises and change it something.
[10:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know why I feel like Adam is not is going to shock us.
[10:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think with professional help, maybe that sounds bad.
[10:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, like with the experts, maybe therapy, he might come around.
[10:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know, but
[10:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, it's not looking good for now, but I don't know.
[10:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We'll see.
[10:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay, my guess with these two is that at the end, Adam's going to be like, yeah, I kind of want to, I want to do this.
[10:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'll compromise and I think Marissa is going to be like, well, I don't feel like there's enough of me here and I'm not willing to do it.
[10:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Another tribe had eight weeks for me to be here and I haven't felt like I'm part of this.
[11:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, isn't it six weeks or them, you know, six weeks is it six, you're probably right.
[11:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What's the name of the shorter that's what I gathered because we went for how many weeks and they were like three weeks left, but you're so right, they kept saying on the screen, less than three weeks, and I'm like, we just got an act from honeymoon.
[11:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, and there's no one month.
[11:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, maybe there's next time, but there's no one, we haven't had a one month.
[11:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, we'll have to really change to see.
[11:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[11:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We also don't say it over and over again, like they
[11:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: eight weeks to decide four weeks are left.
[11:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Alright, Coach Cam is very vocal tonight and then he asked Marissa like how do you feel about that and she's like maybe we can compromise but 25 to 30 hours of sports is that no funny dog she didn't say that that's me.
[11:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I mean, can is literally a coach, even he doesn't require that much sports.
[11:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I don't need to think about that.
[11:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, why do you need that in your life?
[12:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, there's, there's something deeper, I guess is what I'm saying, which I think we're gonna get to that when he does his one-on-one.
[12:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: with, um, past, but, you know, it's not normal, um, mecha says he's heard a lot of things about, you know, what Adam likes, what Adam does, but he's able to tap into her side, but Adam doesn't say, yes, I don't know, because it's an easy question.
[12:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, oh, yeah, of course I can, instead he says, I have to accept that I'm not going to have someone that will work out with me every day.
[12:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I have, she, I feel like she's the normal one.
[12:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and I'm at the crazy level trying to push myself because I'm not ordinary and I know the brush passed out but for me I took that as a jab.
[12:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like you're basically calling her basic and saying she's ordinary and I'm not.
[12:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I agree with you.
[12:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I always think too.
[12:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: what I'm seeing, and it's not just with Adam and Marissa, but what I'm seeing is they're kind of preparing if they say no, so Adam's like, all right, I'm not sure this is going to work out.
[13:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm going to use the fact that I'm not ordinary, and that I must do pickleball and jet skiing, and that we're not compatible.
[13:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So a lot of these, a lot of them, I mean, Courtney does it,
[13:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Felipe does it once they start kind of realizing oh I don't know about this for a deeper reason like you're saying they're kind of grasping onto something What if it had something to say at the end
[13:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, yes, I agree, like I was saying the other day that I feel like Courtney goes to therapy not to be helped, but to find the next reason that she's going to say she doesn't like make because she doesn't realize this when she's to get there.
[13:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: 100% the girls driving me insane, me and my sister are like, oh gosh, the therapist gave her another out this time.
[13:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, sit with Paul, like, past is not doing anything, past is so happy to be there and she's giving you and feeding her the stuff that she's going to use examination against the fourth guy.
[14:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh my god.
[14:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, so mech is says like if the, oh Paul is like, this is Adam taking a seriously and it goes back to what I've been saying, Adam is not the usual like he's a odd ball, but
[14:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What if this is, this is all we're gonna get because Paul is like, it seems like he's on serious, but this is the best for him to get out of him or if him taking it seriously.
[14:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know, still on the fence on that.
[14:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But mech is asked if they can both get what they want and be okay with it.
[14:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Marissa is like, well, we need to figure it out, but we're going to therapy next week.
[14:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll see, she was kind of like, we'll say.
[14:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, sure, you got the egg.
[14:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I can't believe she's still set that and it's hard to come back from the egg.
[14:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, you know,
[14:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's so hard to come back, very, very hard.
[14:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Coach Cam asked if they want kids and Adam was like, yeah, and I'm going to train them to be D1 athletes.
[14:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Cam was like, but you can't play pickable for three hours when you have kids.
[14:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, yes, not going to be three.
[14:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You'll be six hours.
[14:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And like, does Adam think kids come fully grown?
[15:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Does he know they're going to be babies?
[15:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I mean, and this is like that was like a deflection.
[15:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[15:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I can't read Adam.
[15:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[15:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He speaks well most of the time.
[15:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think he's relatively smart.
[15:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And remember in the beginning episodes when Paul was saying there, he goes deflecting, there he goes again, not so he can't seriously.
[15:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So you get somewhere with him.
[15:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like Marissa's getting somewhere serious with him.
[15:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then someone asked a really great question and he doesn't have an answer because he knows very well.
[15:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's not going to be a plant fickle ball when he's got kids and he's just makes a joke.
[15:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think it's interesting deflecting again.
[15:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: OK, I just thought like he didn't think about that.
[15:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Once they're two or one, I'll just start training them.
[15:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was probably like, oh, yeah, I got to really think about that.
[16:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then we had to make a joke.
[16:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, and move it forward.
[16:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And move on.
[16:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Torn is like, she hopes that, you know, she and Felipe argue, and he's like, no, you don't you lose.
[16:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Again, I know it's a joke, but did you have to say it?
[16:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[16:17] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That was crazy.
[16:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[16:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, Robert was an entire segment with Tory and Flippa.
[16:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I thought, actually, she was a queen.
[16:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And she was stoic through the whole thing.
[16:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She was a mothered queen.
[16:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[16:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And again, I feel like he's saying something crazy to like prepare us in case he gets rejected by her.
[16:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He said, well, that's okay, because I really want to go out.
[16:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And what did he say?
[16:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I want to say this is a local culture movement.
[16:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[16:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't, I'm torn between Felipe being honest because I think he did like a social media video saying like they said he should be honest and now I have to apologize and
[16:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is a part I don't like about the new format with feels like the cast is like taking as a joke.
[17:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're a full force on social media.
[17:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're responding to comments.
[17:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're doing things.
[17:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're BTS and it's just behind the scenes guys.
[17:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That sounds like something like a bad word.
[17:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if he's just trying to put on a good show.
[17:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like he's just like you want a good TV.
[17:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll give you a good TV because on one hand I'm a story where
[17:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, I'm committed to you.
[17:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm here with you, but in the next end, because what he's saying, right?
[17:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's being honest.
[17:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, okay, let me say what he says.
[17:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, he wants to be certain on, no, let me go back.
[17:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He said he thought that he already made the decision and in less than three weeks, he's going to make the biggest decision of his life.
[17:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And still blows my mind that Felipe thought just meeting at the altar.
[17:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That was it.
[17:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have to commit every day after dude.
[17:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I don't think he knew that.
[17:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: so he says he finds himself finding reasons on why he shouldn't be married to her when I go grocery shopping when I go to the restaurant.
[17:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's saying this thing's out loud guys because everyone is like whoa whoa whoa and Felipe says he wants to be certain on decision day especially because his single life was so incredible.
[18:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There was nothing in his life he didn't have control of.
[18:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He made his life as easy and as carefree as possible and if he was asked
[18:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I, okay, fine, you're being honest, but honestly, that was so disrespectful to Tori, I could not believe it.
[18:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That was insane, it made no sense at all.
[18:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just still think, if you remember a few episodes ago, I thought he had a really genuine moment that I loved.
[18:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He said, I, she's so beautiful, she's so,
[18:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: well put together, she's way out of my league or something like that.
[18:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And he's like, I hope I can be good enough for her.
[18:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think he is again, he's kind of like preparing it for if he's not good enough for her.
[19:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's throwing out these things that kind of make him safe.
[19:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like he's almost kind of rejecting her before she rejects him.
[19:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he's making some mechanism.
[19:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, if that's mechanism, I feel like he switched a little bit.
[19:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: If you remember when they were intimate.
[19:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[19:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then she was like that was a little bit too much too soon.
[19:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He felt rejected and I have seen a switch in him since then.
[19:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's been more like this with these draw dropping moments about I don't want to be married.
[19:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I like to be with other women.
[19:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I didn't realize I had to commit to every single day.
[19:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I realized the switch, but my...
[19:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: thought about it was maybe he didn't like the sex as much, but he's not saying that.
[19:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That was my guess.
[19:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Here's the thing with my thoughts on men and sex.
[19:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then I don't want to be too crazy, rude.
[20:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But like they'll put it in like a donut hole.
[20:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I guess they enjoy it all the time.
[20:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[20:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm not enjoying it all the time, but they're always enjoying it.
[20:13] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have a hard time ever thinking that even no matter what she was doing, I think he was having a good time.
[20:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's just a guess.
[20:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, but the reason why I said that was there was something he said at that time where he said the women or people that I've been with in the past that was more it was so confusing that it was even further or something than what I have with Tory.
[20:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then when he keeps saying
[20:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not tips and tricks, but tips and tricks or whatever he's done in the past and all that kind of stuff and maybe They've discussed something like he has a good sense not to put your own camera and she's like nope.
[20:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not doing
[20:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Again, yeah, I'm not doing butt stuff.
[20:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not doing what I just like, um, okay, like, it's nice for what if I want to go wild above us.
[21:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I don't know.
[21:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I'm with you.
[21:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I get it.
[21:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They'll put it anywhere.
[21:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he's just like one person for the rest of my life.
[21:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I don't know.
[21:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I mean, too, um, I think there could be a television element, like you said, yeah, like she could just be not super comfortable.
[21:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: like there's cameras in the apartment.
[21:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you notice those cameras are clear as all help this.
[21:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh my god.
[21:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think that there's part of that.
[21:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She probably doesn't want.
[21:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's not fully comfortable.
[21:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, think about it.
[21:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You marry a stranger and not get to meet and there's cameras in your home.
[21:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, I fully get it.
[21:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[21:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: My, my Queen Tory does not, regardless, the bottom line is my Queen Tory does not deserve these weird ass comments from Felipe about one of you with other women and that he's not sure about the decision day.
[21:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that's yeah.
[22:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, she finds the right way her path you know what of that is I mean her body's told her her friends have told her so hey now it's just up to her to catch up like if they're going to be together or not.
[22:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, um Paul says he doesn't know if this is the right setting to expose his feelings about his wife.
[22:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Cam is just like, Felipe, you're not gonna do better than Tori, let's be honest, I'm sorry, I believe him to be correct, I agree.
[22:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, he is.
[22:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, what do you want?
[22:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You want to hang out with your cat?
[22:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you don't want that life or promise to you, you don't want that.
[22:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then Nick Asim, like, why did you do merit our first sight if you were so unsure?
[22:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then Felipe says, he was sure.
[22:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, like, look at this, he married a stranger.
[22:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He received the most, one of the most, because I think all the women are beautiful, but it be beautiful, intelligent, successful, family-oriented queen, and he came along with your mom that you were worried about.
[23:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's acting this way that just proves sometimes we're just not, no matter what, you do everything right.
[23:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're just not going to win.
[23:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And yeah, it's okay, it's not it's maybe not your person.
[23:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know yet, but the science are pointing to men will be lined up around the block to date Tory.
[23:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I'm also, we got it.
[23:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You can never take the editing element out of it in terms of they're just focusing on this.
[23:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I want to be with other people because I keep saying her reaction while up until this last episode, her reaction previously is just like, hey, we're still good.
[23:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They have that conversation that his apartment where he's like, I don't want to move.
[23:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not sure.
[23:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you want to move in together immediately?
[23:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you want kids?
[23:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I am not sure.
[23:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, I think we're good.
[23:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We covered ground.
[23:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, wait, what?
[23:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's not the same conversation I saw.
[23:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If it's matching up up until this last episode where she's just like go figure out your shit It's not me, and I'm like the set us up and at the end they're together or the opposite.
[24:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know There is an element speaking from experience.
[24:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I remember I Probably at some point seemed really agreeable and it was just because I was frankly over it
[24:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you're just trying to get to the end of filming and you cannot have another conversation about having kids and we're gonna live with this person But you can't you don't want to give up either, but you're just like, yeah, okay sure, you know, there could be a little bit of that going on maybe not fully there.
[24:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, just be getting a little tired.
[24:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Were you given the option to leave?
[24:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, yeah, they won't ever make you do anything.
[24:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, the earlier it is, like, I can't remember that season with the runaway bride.
[24:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But they've been making you Nashville, 17.
[24:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, okay.
[24:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They were Denver, Denver, Denver, yeah, Denver, 17 though.
[25:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They really encourage you in the front part.
[25:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, hey, you signed this, and you're going to get to that
[25:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: we can take action if you don't, but after that part, they're not going to make you say, I think like Morgan and Ben on my season stopped maybe half way grow.
[25:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So yeah, you can you can totally give up if you want to.
[25:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, because I kind of thought like because it's not legally binding for this, the exchanges, you just got to push it through plus the six weeks, like, you know, don't leave early.
[25:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not sure, but again, we don't know.
[25:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But yeah, yeah, the news looked like maybe someone might be leaving early next week next week.
[25:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so that's like the Australian one where and I think they're not saying it and my guess is so in Australia, you both have to say leave if one person says stay, which is one person says, you know, yes, then you can't go.
[25:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You still have to stay.
[25:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I'm wondering if there's going to be a case of one person says, yeah, I want to leave and the other person says, no, I want to stay and then what happens?
[26:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think that's what I want to know.
[26:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What happens if one person says yes and one person says no, what happens then?
[26:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I don't know if you know much about divorce in the real life.
[26:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know all too much.
[26:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It is extremely hard to get rid of this.
[26:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: One person doesn't want to.
[26:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's very hard.
[26:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, yeah, make sense.
[26:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I view watch season nine.
[26:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I remember Matt not wanting to sign the divorce papers for forever and it was not cute.
[26:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And there are other examples too.
[26:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, you know, yeah.
[26:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, Tori says, he has work to do on his own.
[26:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that's not my job.
[26:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, yes, girl.
[26:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, she's turned herself.
[26:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She is not gonna carry things that aren't hers.
[26:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, hell, yeah, like good.
[26:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But Adam asked a very good question, which to your point, he's not dumb.
[26:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, what was so amazing about your life that you think Tori cannot amplify for that?
[27:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then that's when he says,
[27:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like sleeping with a bunch of women.
[27:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And let me read out a bunch of reactions.
[27:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Passes like, did I just hear that right?
[27:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Meckers like, oh shit.
[27:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Tora is like, what's going on here?
[27:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What's happening?
[27:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You want to hold out?
[27:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Go hold out.
[27:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If you want to be real, we'll be with them.
[27:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But there are no indicators of that.
[27:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So this is super confusing.
[27:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like,
[27:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know, and he wouldn't stop, and he's always hunched over, he's like, I'm not scared or wrong.
[27:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm just, I was just happy fucking around, shut up!
[27:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He looks like, like, just a shrimp hunched over, and like, wanting to get out of his marriage already.
[27:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yep, yep, yep.
[27:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Coach Cam came ready though.
[27:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, you're gonna grow old.
[28:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're gonna get to a point.
[28:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Women are not gonna want you.
[28:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're not gonna be Peter Pan.
[28:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Devon is like, you're falling into old patterns and passes like her favorite word.
[28:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Self sabotage yourself, sabotaging yourself.
[28:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Michelle says, like, you talked about losing passion last time with this.
[28:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, is this because you want to chase the passion?
[28:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, I feel like I'm in a race.
[28:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm trying to fall in love before decision day.
[28:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Or else my brain will fuck it up because if I'm in love, then I'm good.
[28:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But the thing is, this is why I say they're confusing Kristen, they're holding hands the entire time, he's saying this shit!
[28:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's a flea-bay and Tory, like don't touch me, but they're holding hands on the camera, make sure to show us that they're holding hands.
[28:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's why I'm keep going, like maybe flea-bay is just good TV, I don't know, because it doesn't make sense.
[28:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: All right, I'm like, I'm really like puzzle thinking through sometimes too.
[28:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This will sound crazy, but there were times when I, me and Mitch cared about each other like as people, as humans, as friends, just because it stops being romantic doesn't mean you didn't go through something crazy with someone.
[29:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I, too, like, even if I have a friend non romantic sitting next to me who's like kind of, you know, going through something emotional, I could see me comfort them.
[29:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So it could just be an awkward moment where they're just trying to like get through it together.
[29:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[29:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, I mean, you're better than me, because I'm like, if you're saying she tours me, now I'm not comforting you, you're in your own.
[29:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, let me clear.
[29:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: If he was gone now, he was gonna say no on decision day and he wanted to ho out with a bunch of women in my hand wouldn't be there.
[29:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, personally, but I,
[29:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I mean, maybe it was before, maybe it was before their segment.
[30:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Again, editing, maybe it was for Yeah, good.
[30:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was back to us because you're trying to throw us off.
[30:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So who knows?
[30:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's Mecha's turn.
[30:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mecha says a lot of things that Felipe said is how he's feeling.
[30:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, no, don't don't pick it back up back.
[30:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not a good start.
[30:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and but I think what he means is like obviously it's scary but after the last group session where he said undecided that he doesn't think that's going to be his same answer today he says the more time they spend together he then builds your lead they connect they talk and he's like why would he not say yes he did a lot of self reflection and he walked out of their hurt and
[30:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Belgioli steps up for her man.
[30:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not a fan of how we were painted like Mecca is not performative.
[30:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's exaggerated in group settings.
[30:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's more animated.
[30:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that's who he is.
[30:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Everything he said has been genuine.
[30:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's consistent with me here in in front of everyone and passes like Mecca is not going to find better.
[30:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She has his back and Paul agrees thoughts.
[31:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I love Bella Jolie so much.
[31:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's definitely one of my favorites on the whole show.
[31:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just hope so much that I felt like this was genuine from Mecca too in the moment.
[31:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I did.
[31:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I understand how he feels maybe like it is a little bit of a race and he had that whole idea about how she is more attracted to him than her and I hated that by the way.
[31:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Um, but I'm just very hopeful that this continues in the right direction for Bell Jolie say, because I do think that she really likes him loves him.
[31:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Maybe even perhaps.
[31:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I'm totally surprised by everything that that in that segment, like I could say, I could see him feeling all those ways.
[31:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I really hope he means it.
[31:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I really hope he means it.
[31:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I think he does.
[32:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think a lot of them this season, their blockage is them.
[32:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not, well, besides the obvious, the Courtney's nicks and all the people that their partners hate them, but their blockages is them.
[32:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like he just has a lot of work and
[32:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She just needs to recognize like if he's not going to do that work kind of like what Tori said If you can figure it out, it's not her job.
[32:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Where Tori is like it's not my job to do that.
[32:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's sound selfish, but I mean at some point that is her husband.
[32:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You should back him up, right?
[32:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But it's not 24 seven.
[32:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have to back him up and hype him up and do that.
[32:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He also has to do the same for you.
[32:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's the only thing.
[32:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like be there for your
[32:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: reciprocated, you know, and you should be two of them in a couple.
[32:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So agreed.
[32:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Do you think they're a good match?
[32:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yes.
[32:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I love them.
[32:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, you know, I wanted to work through it.
[32:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That's what's got that one really well.
[32:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just do, I see Belle's really show up a little bit more like support him a little bit more and she's a good woman.
[33:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That to your point, I'm ready for a little bit more reciprocation, but I feel like he got there this episode.
[33:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I feel like
[33:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: he is getting there, he's getting there, yeah, yeah, I need that from the experts too.
[33:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They need every time they have a session, don't focus on Mecca.
[33:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's way too much for focus on Mecca, you know, some her.
[33:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think she likes that.
[33:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have to challenge her to come out of it.
[33:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's comfortable being in the background.
[33:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I need her to step out and let's address her things and talk about her things, you know, and give her tools to step up because
[33:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I hope it continues this direction with them.
[33:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm traumatized.
[33:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Math said, I want to have hope and then it was dashed.
[33:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll see.
[33:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mecca says, he did mention how he was heard by Michelle and Michelle does apologize.
[34:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She laughed and I know she has nervous laughter but I really wish she didn't laugh and she was really just, you know, I'm really, really sorry.
[34:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She did say drinks were flowing with all that and Mecca accepted her apology and he says he understands how they can be skeptical and when things may appear like too good to be true.
[34:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But Nick chimed in.
[34:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was like, yeah, just like when Nicky and Sean were 10 over 10, they all laughed, but that's a job because we all know Nicky and Sean are not even a 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 9, 8, 8, 8, 7, 6, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8,
[34:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, it's great, but once again, their segment is dominated by it being about Mecca.
[34:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[34:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nick talks about them working on getting deeper and vulnerable, and he says he appreciates that now when she leaves, she takes the time to hug him, and as a sidebar.
[35:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mecca, Sean.
[35:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and Nick are all wearing the same kind of necklace.
[35:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if anyone noticed.
[35:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, what is it?
[35:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Look like remind me.
[35:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like a silver, I don't want to say it's diamonds, but it's just like it looks like a, like it's not a chain.
[35:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know, like a link chain type thing and just on there.
[35:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But next time you watch it or if they show it again, I just noticed except was Shawn's double or mechas was doubled, but the rest of them were wearing similar necklaces.
[35:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's interesting.
[35:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You don't provide wardrobe for you guys, right?
[35:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, I have different.
[35:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I asked that because we have different types of mics.
[35:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And there's necklace mics.
[35:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But it doesn't sound like, oh, I mean, no.
[35:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It looked like that.
[35:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, yeah.
[35:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, pass as she likes to see Nick talk kindly about Quartine and I'm wondering why because he always talks kindly about her and Paul was like, yeah, it'd be great if she could do the same.
[35:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, uh, don't hold your breath because she's not okay.
[36:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I want someone and it doesn't have to be you.
[36:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It could be an AI thinking app.
[36:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay to bullet every single thing that has ever left Cortonaise mouth.
[36:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I want to make sense.
[36:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It is all over the thoughts are all over like a pinball all over the place.
[36:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: One second, she wants him to be goofy.
[36:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The next second, she wants him to open up.
[36:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The next second, he's not big enough.
[36:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The next second, I mean,
[36:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh my god, it's like that man is looking for a needle in a hay sack and he'll, it doesn't matter.
[36:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And she has to be one of the craziest people I've ever seen on my television.
[36:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm sorry, girl.
[36:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're crazy.
[36:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There are people.
[36:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There are people out there who keep track of all these things.
[36:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So if I ever come across it, I'm standing over.
[36:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think she's on way too much pre-workout.
[36:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Whatever that stuff's called.
[36:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[36:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, the, the sad part is like, this might be her regular.
[37:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is her baseline, and I call her like, you know, a reta, ta, ta, ta, ta.
[37:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's how she just keeps going.
[37:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know what I'm just doing, you know, even she has no idea what she's saying.
[37:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that's why she says, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada
[37:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She didn't know what happened on January 6th.
[37:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Kristen, don't get me started.
[37:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm about to give you all the money I threw.
[37:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was eating popcorn.
[37:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I threw it at the screen.
[37:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But she's lying, though.
[37:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm about to lose.
[37:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm about to lose.
[37:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm about to lose.
[37:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: There's no way.
[37:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's thinking, how do I come off better on TV?
[37:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, non-political.
[37:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I'm going to say that I don't know what that is.
[37:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, you got to know because you lived here when it happened so you've got to know.
[37:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And she never heard of the concept of a movie before.
[38:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So she's like, oh, I can't, I can't know who that is.
[38:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's going to seem like we're compatible.
[38:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We're going to have something in common.
[38:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's crazy.
[38:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I can't keep up.
[38:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, my screen.
[38:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Nothing is genuine.
[38:14] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Exactly.
[38:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Who was it?
[38:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, the matrix.
[38:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she went to chat GPT, not Google.
[38:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, she says that she tries to think of him and text him and, you know, she does it, but it's not the things that she needs.
[38:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[38:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Why has no one asked her?
[38:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I need her to lay it out for me.
[38:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What is your ideal relationship?
[38:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If you don't want them to text you, if you don't want them to do that, what is your ideal relationship?
[38:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, we need her to say it.
[38:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Work forward bullet point by bullet point.
[38:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like let her speak and don't feed her words.
[38:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I want to hear it for myself because at this point I don't know.
[38:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: we are watching the unraveling of a woman who does not like her husband, and she doesn't want to come off that on TV.
[39:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that is what we're looking at and why none of it makes any sense.
[39:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And it won't ever fail them.
[39:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is why I keep saying I cannot wait for the reunion.
[39:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And yesterday I was in a friend's podcast and you're like, do you think they're going to keep Kevin and my heart dropped?
[39:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't even think
[39:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh my god, yeah, he asked the tough questions.
[39:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We need him for sure.
[39:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Do you remember, you're probably going to get to it, but a little bit later, she says, you need the kissing and the texting.
[39:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I want to show up for my husband.
[39:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I do it even though I don't want that.
[39:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, what do you want then?
[39:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You kissing him and you don't want to then that's actually not a kind thing to do at all That's actually a very unkind thing to do is kiss someone that you don't want a kiss.
[39:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah
[39:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, but she wants to be considered as trying.
[40:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She just wants to check the box and keep saying, like, I'm showing up.
[40:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not, you know, doing that.
[40:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I actually have this on there to ask you what you thought.
[40:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's doing it to make him feel secure because she wants him to be happy.
[40:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, that doesn't make him feel good.
[40:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: When you like someone, you have a natural attraction and desire for them.
[40:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you do it because you want to, not because you think you'll make them happy.
[40:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: on kind things all the time out loud.
[40:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's just, it's extremely unkind and actually a compliment that you don't mean is one of the most unkind things that you can do to someone because you are giving them false hope.
[40:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're actually lying to them.
[40:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're confusing them.
[40:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's almost a little gaslighty.
[40:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know that's a hot word and you overuse it.
[40:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But yeah, there's a little bit of that going on here.
[40:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, and also she's acting.
[40:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not her real self because Mekka should have just ate his dinner.
[40:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But at some point, he was like, you know, the last dinner you had, oh, maybe it was the birthday party, you had your back to him.
[41:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you weren't even talking to Nick, like, I just didn't even see the connection.
[41:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I'm just like, what's the point that drove her nuts?
[41:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I'm trying to present as a good person.
[41:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you are poking holes in my act.
[41:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's just like, well, I'm doing things to make things work.
[41:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I don't think I've heard one thing that he's done to make changes.
[41:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, she's like, she's like, I was going to let this sit, but on a seat, I don't know what you're doing.
[41:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, okay, that wasn't kind.
[41:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I see that.
[41:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That wasn't all green.
[41:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm like, where, what?
[41:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Where is it?
[41:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, for me.
[41:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Two of you, I'm still trying around here on the one.
[41:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Exactly, because it's all an act.
[41:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you just can't hold you.
[41:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's only so long.
[41:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[41:47] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You can hold it for so long.
[41:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Becca triggered her and she didn't like that.
[41:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She didn't like that.
[41:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[41:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, Cam is just like, okay, let's keep things light.
[41:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let's move over to us and they talked about, you know, going to her place and he's starting to not only think about living with her, but moving here because if you guys remember, he said he was, you know, he works in Portland and he wasn't sure it was going to move to Seattle, but she has started integrating him with her friends and he kind of blends in.
[42:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Nick is like, so you're not going to coach anymore, you're just going to relocate.
[42:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, so what is the plan?
[42:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was more like yucking their yum as far as I'm concerned and he's like no like my dream is just different like it's been lonely and I just need to figure figure it out I will say some parts of the internet are like well of course Cam is going to say yes.
[42:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He has a well set up women woman her house is nice.
[42:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Of course is going to relocate.
[42:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's not losing anything, but I understand we're all ejated society, but
[42:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let's take a closer look.
[42:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's a basketball.
[42:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He coaches can remind me.
[42:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, it is basketball.
[42:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He coaches any real time because their social media is open currently.
[42:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He just took a job in California.
[43:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I was just going to say certain jobs are very relocatable.
[43:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Teachers, coaches like we always need teachers.
[43:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We always need coaches.
[43:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We always need certain.
[43:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So he's going to be fine.
[43:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I was just wondering like if he's in California now, I did just doing long distance or did she move.
[43:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[43:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll find out at the reunion we will find out.
[43:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I wish they told them not to give us updates so we can be surprised but now.
[43:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They can say whatever.
[43:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So these dinners must be Devon's worst nightmare because he's just seeing people in love.
[43:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Not he loved me.
[43:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like each other, there's affection and he is starved for all of the above.
[43:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he chimes in and he just wins free for it.
[43:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, can't believe it.
[43:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Now I have no physical or any sort of thing.
[43:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No warm-up, no nothing.
[43:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, you know, we're not even friends.
[43:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, he's a cancer.
[44:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[44:01] \[UNKNOWN\]: Okay.
[44:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Hi.
[44:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm really good.
[44:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I painted it.
[44:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I pinned it.
[44:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: To my sister, I said, that man is a cancer.
[44:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Someone Google it and sure enough, right on Reddit, it came up.
[44:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Can't forget.
[44:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: For a guy.
[44:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They did him wrong.
[44:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like they should have just.
[44:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he, as he said he even questions if she even likes him and then Paul is like, you know what, I like him speaking his truth because this man has been buttling it up and he's just, this is coming out he says my way to adjust is to pull away But she's moving way slower and she's just like wait what don't discount all the progress that I'm making and then he gets all intense like he does and I was like I didn't say that let me finish.
[44:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let me finish my sentence.
[44:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay
[44:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This side of the things that he does, like I'm like, you can't speak to anyone like that.
[44:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Not even court today.
[44:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says she don't want to talk about it.
[44:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Turn around, you know?
[44:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[44:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[44:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So from experience, I am also
[45:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm a little sensitive at times.
[45:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm a truth teller.
[45:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, I feel very uncomfortable telling, I don't want to even say a lie.
[45:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel, I'm uncomfortable not telling it like it really is.
[45:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So there were some group dinners too, where I remember he Mitch would get so mad at me because I'm not going to sit there with all my friends and be like, we're doing great.
[45:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I'm really, really happy.
[45:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I can't do that.
[45:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think he, I'm not saying it was the right thing.
[45:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, but I am saying it was probably pretty genuine and he probably was a little fed up and everyone's talking about being in love like you said.
[45:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And he was like, you know what?
[45:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm going to tell the truth.
[45:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, you can tell the truth, but don't tell her.
[45:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let me finish.
[45:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, like that's the part.
[45:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's just like you can still be respectful.
[45:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, when you're talking to her because she's already on defense.
[45:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's just like it feels like a shit on Caitlyn session.
[46:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm not here for that.
[46:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And in a confessional, she says she was blindsided.
[46:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She thought they had a perfect week.
[46:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She told his friends that they're going great and he's like, yeah, no, She doesn't say she doesn't say good morning to me.
[46:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So,
[46:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what is happening here, but then he did the thing that I'm tired of.
[46:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He keeps saying, I see you, I hear you, I understand you, it means nothing because you're doing therapy speak.
[46:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is like the 100 times you're saying that, that would annoy me, and I'm not even Caitlin, but that would be annoying if you set that every single time.
[46:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I would.
[46:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm spacing them out when they come out.
[46:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I haven't sat with everything that he has said, but now that you mentioned it,
[46:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's definitely set that part a few times.
[46:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, and especially when she's heightened, like you were drunk, she's like, go shower, we'll talk in the morning, give me a hug.
[46:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I see you, I hear you, I stop it.
[46:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Go away from me.
[46:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he doesn't, yeah.
[47:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh yeah, from Dave, we had it.
[47:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then, probably in her hair color.
[47:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm with you on that.
[47:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He does.
[47:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He would have been so much better if he showed up with different hair, but who knows?
[47:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he is, I mean, currently he's gotten, he's taking care of that and he looks so much better with the hair color.
[47:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he says it feels rejected, you know, they went out and he was dancing and didn't feel like, you know, she saw him and she's like, okay, are you dancing for my attention or do you have any great time?
[47:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Which is so mean for someone who needs affection and he's like, no, but if you're my wife give me something, give me a shimmy, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye, give me a eye.
[47:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: you're asking for too much my guy.
[47:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So Michelle asked, okay, do you like Devon at all?
[47:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she says, yes, and she's caught off guard by this.
[47:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And this is all to negative Devon says he likes her and how she shows up in her heart.
[47:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he needs to feel that and he feels like she's not fighting, you know, for it.
[48:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So
[48:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know, Tori does make a point to tell Caitlyn, like, please don't take this personally, like you're not flawed, like you're going at your pace and the same thing for Devon, you're allowed to feel, you know how you feel and everyone was like, okay, let's just end it here, it tells to everyone, cheers.
[48:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So these two are not compatible.
[48:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, he, again, he is a truth-teller, a little bit too much intensity, like you said, she, I'm gonna guess she's a Gemini.
[48:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, she is very like, let's kind of swoop this under the rug.
[48:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Let's go maybe talk about it and pry it, um, everything's fine.
[48:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like we have it in okay week.
[48:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like what are you talking about?
[48:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: We're like he's really in, you know, in his, he holds an emotions and wants like a real relationship.
[48:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And she was like, oh, we didn't kill each other this week.
[48:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It was great.
[48:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm wondering if I can look it up because I know,
[49:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I'll see if she's a Gemini.
[49:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I'm like the aftermath is not going to be good.
[49:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So they're in the water.
[49:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Marissa is saying like she feels like Devon and Nick are in the same boat, but she feels like Cortina is trying.
[49:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's doing more than Caitlyn.
[49:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What is your take on that?
[49:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you think that?
[49:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't.
[49:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think Courtney is putting on a show like she's trying more with the give me a pack at the end of the therapy session, but no, I don't think of authentically that she is trying more.
[49:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, I don't.
[49:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[49:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, Lynn is a Gemini.
[49:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sorry.
[49:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is a Gemini.
[49:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nick is a Virgo.
[49:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, Lord.
[49:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Marissa, we don't know.
[49:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adam is a Capricorn.
[49:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I make sense.
[50:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, I did a Capricorn one.
[50:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, God, that's all.
[50:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It was a lot.
[50:05] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It was like, are you, are you here?
[50:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are you on earth?
[50:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, Felipe's a Pisces.
[50:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Torries a Capricorn.
[50:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, so how does that Torian Adam or Capricorns?
[50:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hmm.
[50:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Nicky is a Leo.
[50:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Sean is a Leo.
[50:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[50:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And not put two wheels to get there.
[50:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, no.
[50:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Uh-uh.
[50:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's faster.
[50:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Without you, Lee's a Libra.
[50:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We don't know, Maca.
[50:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Michelle is a cancer.
[50:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Cameron is a tourist.
[50:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, that's a good match.
[50:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's a good match.
[50:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, um, okay.
[50:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adam says like he can just imagine Caitlyn just telling Devon like Devon is like, oh, I'm so sorry to kill Caitlyn was like shut the fuck up.
[50:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know why but that was kind of funny.
[50:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I thought it was funny.
[50:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So then we switch over to Devon and Caitlyn and there is silence.
[50:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[50:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He wasn't apologizing and she's like, I just don't understand why you never think about the positive things and he's like, well, you only do positive things in front of the cameras and she's like, okay, what was your favorite day wasn't it the EDM Fest he says, yes, she goes where were the cameras and he was like, okay, so you see this is the thing about.
[51:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Someone made a comment about their telling us stuff instead of showing us stuff with this new era maps I would never know about the eating well, we would never know about the EDM fast if she never mentioned it So in that regard she is making a point like are there positive moments that because he's not getting what he wants overall He's choosing not to focus on that or is it not is that he recognizes them but he sees them as breadcrumbing like I'm not gonna be grateful You gave me one good moment
[51:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I think it's that.
[51:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think it's the latter.
[51:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think he didn't really want to sit up there and for that everyone and say things were going super well when they've had one good day and I'm going to guess there's little to no intimacy even holding hands and I don't really see any sort of touching at all.
[51:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he said no.
[51:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he's thinking about his past real relationships,
[52:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And he's thinking about now I'm on TV married, and this is the worst relationship.
[52:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have ever been in, like that's probably what he's doing.
[52:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, to not even say good morning to get up and be gone before he gets up like that's tough.
[52:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she says I'm not doing the nitpicking anymore.
[52:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like if your focus is going to be negative, like we're just going to be stagnant and he brings up the rejection again and she says she just feels like she sucks because she can't relax and you know have a couple of days and be independent and she always looks like she's in physical pain.
[52:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I need them to offer her an
[52:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, I want to watch my guess.
[52:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I could be wrong, but my guess is that those are the ones that are ending the marriage next episode.
[52:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's my guess.
[52:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: A little part of me is like, David is like, Mama, you're a reasonable quitter might be like, I still want to try.
[52:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I care for her, but just just free yourself.
[52:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: There's no need nothing's going to this is our best.
[52:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's not going to do that.
[53:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's not into it.
[53:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Let her go.
[53:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Let's all move on.
[53:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, she cries and she says she feels like everything is not enough and how do she up the effort and I just want to end with the fact that Devon says like he's frustrated, but then he compares like, you know, Sean and Nikki with this way a few weeks ago and look now they are one of the strongest couples and I'm like,
[53:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Wow, Shanna Nikki don't fake to their united front so hard that it's worth and Devon thinks that it's real like stuff I'm sorry.
[53:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're brought so hard that they have the cast believing it That's crazy.
[53:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know I don't think the rest of the people like anytime Nikki is trying to talking the kid everyone's like Smurking and drinking and like okay
[53:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We were dead in attacks, like no, Devin, you don't know about mutual masturbation gay.
[53:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Did he tell you that?
[53:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So no, it's not.
[53:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Can I hear you?
[53:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, I lived 36 full years before having to hear mutual masturbation so many times on my telltale.
[54:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I will hear them.
[54:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They will be what you found out, babe.
[54:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Who would have thought?
[54:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Why?
[54:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Tori and Philippe, they're after math.
[54:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, okay, I'm nervous about how you feel now.
[54:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was like, okay, she says she wants loyalty, respect and monogamy.
[54:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And if he can't provide that, then it's not a marriage that she wants.
[54:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he was like, are you questioning if I can be monogamous?
[54:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Dude, you said that all night.
[54:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You said it.
[54:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm responding to what you said.
[54:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm having whiplash.
[54:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Michelle, this is your whiplash, you know, this is whiplash air, so she's like, I don't know, I'm not going to convince you to like me, like figure your shit out and he's like, I'm committed to you.
[54:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I hope that we can do this forever.
[54:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just don't know right now.
[54:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then Tory says, well, I mean, the ship hasn't sunk yet, but still hope.
[54:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like,
[54:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I can't with these two.
[54:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll just go day-to-day whatever they tell me.
[55:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'll go with it.
[55:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But the next thing just around them up there seems.
[55:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says like she's doing her makeup and she's like, you know what?
[55:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm tired of him flip flopping.
[55:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, why go through this if you're not sure?
[55:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She says like, he generally thinks that we're good.
[55:16] \[SPEAKER_01\]: turned to the camera showing him in a blanket on his phone this life and she's like I think I need space like I'm talking between having a conversation or really not dealing with this at all because I don't have the bandwidth to cuddle his feelings about his indecisiveness but a little part of me remember she says she's an avoidant
[55:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that could be in play here, but as always, if you're in a relationship, you have to talk about it.
[55:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's the choice that she might not.
[55:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not just she's masking it as I'm cuddling his feelings, but no, it's not about it.
[55:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You have to see how you feel and let him know, like, this is where I stand.
[55:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not going to tolerate this.
[55:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's not a lot of things slider ready.
[55:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you know, he's being atheist and, you know, all the other things that he's been saying.
[55:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm not going to be monogamous.
[55:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I missed the passion and all that stuff.
[56:05] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, yeah, Adam and Marissa have therapy with paths and she was like, oh, I didn't do it either of your reveals.
[56:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Why do we care.
[56:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[56:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: How do you feel about paths?
[56:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The expert.
[56:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: The woman.
[56:20] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yes.
[56:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, Paul and Paz.
[56:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, what I call them.
[56:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Her name is Lisa.
[56:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, last name is Paz, but it sounds better when I say Paul and Paz.
[56:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I call her Paz.
[56:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have a little bit of beef with the experts as I had previously.
[56:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I have it again.
[56:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Sometimes, I just, I know you're not supposed to, in therapy, and when a couple therapy, you're not supposed to pick a side, you know?
[56:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[56:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Sometimes, I feel like not only are they picking a side, but they're picking the side of the wrong person.
[56:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding-ding
[57:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: trying to give reasons why some of these people are acting a fool, I'm like, very patient and get a pass.
[57:19] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So I think Paul is very good, he's not bad to look at, too.
[57:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Lisa needs maybe more time with them.
[57:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I sometimes I don't think that she's seeing what we're seeing, you know?
[57:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, she did the same thing with um, Devon and Caitlyn when they had their first session.
[57:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're like, okay, give Caitlyn some heart truths or whatever.
[57:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she's like, oh, Devon, you need to relax.
[57:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He just met her.
[57:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That is the premise of the show, man.
[57:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And, you know, Caitlyn's like, oh, that wasn't so bad.
[57:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, yes, because they're trying to make you comfortable.
[57:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So you don't leave or something.
[57:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know what it was, but I agree with you on that.
[57:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I always say, like, I have beef.
[58:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm sure my list is retired of me racking on her, but she just, you know, when she does something good, I'll give her props, but it's just like, I need her to act like their expert.
[58:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like, you know, a parent that wants to be a friend, instead of actually being a parent, I need you to just firm hand in, you know.
[58:16] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Tell them to try completely agree with you.
[58:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I sometimes don't feel like we're watching the same show as them.
[58:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like the same people as them.
[58:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, not impressed so far, but they do they're doing a pretty good job with the television aspects.
[58:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I think they're entertaining.
[58:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They speak well, they're attractive.
[58:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like I like watching them, but I'm like, what?
[58:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: What are these ZM experts going to do now that's going to annoy me?
[58:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: and at least no one's going to accuse them of not being involved.
[58:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So they're not going to people's homes anymore, they're making them come into, I don't know where they are, they look like an office, that they're coming in there and we see them off it.
[58:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're very involved, you know, in the season.
[58:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, you know, that's a good thing.
[58:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So they talk about their bad day and he says that that gives him worry that we're in Adam and Marissa right now and that gives him worry for the future about compatibility and it's scary and that's the other thing has those because I'm saying it like he said it past feeds words like you feel like you're worried about compatibility is a little scary and they're like, yeah, yeah, that's why that's the lesson.
[59:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you're not supposed to do that.
[59:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she doesn't let them say stuff.
[59:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then they're like, oh, you know what?
[59:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You think for me, I'll take it.
[59:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And then they go like, yeah, yeah, that's it.
[59:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[59:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So that's what she did to Adam.
[59:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he's like, yeah, that's what he is.
[59:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So pass asked him why does everything have to be at a 10.
[59:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he says, I don't know, it's been instilled by my dad.
[59:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, you know, he talks about the piano, how he had to practice every day.
[59:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, well, good.
[59:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No, but this is a part that got me.
[59:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: How the hell don't you know that?
[59:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You did it up, did you do it the wedding?
[59:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, he did it at the bachelor party.
[59:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, it's a person, he said it was a value and still by his parents.
[1:00:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So how do you not know this and you match him?
[1:00:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm just like, what else don't you know?
[1:00:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They shouldn't have added that out.
[1:00:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes.
[1:00:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, that was very shocking to me.
[1:00:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, her shock was, so she's not watching me.
[1:00:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're all I'm telling you.
[1:00:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Also, we are yet to speak about his family that was absent from the wedding.
[1:00:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, I'm waiting and I'm waiting and we're still not speaking about it.
[1:00:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think it's important that if no one in your family thought it was important enough to attend your wedding, what does that mean?
[1:00:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know, he could have just behind the scenes BTS.
[1:00:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He could have been like, I'll do this, but I don't want anyone talking about my family.
[1:00:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like, that's my hard line.
[1:00:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You know what I mean?
[1:00:45] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He could be like, my thing is going to be pickleball and
[1:00:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Like sometimes cast members do that.
[1:00:52] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They do a hard in the game.
[1:00:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And it's okay.
[1:00:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Because it makes some sense of the audience because we're like, no one's that we're gonna bring up, but no one's met your family and they're refusing to be a part of the show.
[1:01:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, so if that's the case, I wonder if that's the same for Bill Julie, because I wondered about that, she's talked about having a traumatic past and we haven't really seen anything and I'm just like, is it that she doesn't want to talk about it, I don't know so they all tell you for me my my pants, their divorce and
[1:01:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just didn't want them filming together.
[1:01:24] \[SPEAKER_00\]: If you notice, my parents are never in the same room.
[1:01:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That was my hard line.
[1:01:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was like, okay, I don't want to do this and I'm not doing it.
[1:01:33] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So you can refuse to talk about something absolutely.
[1:01:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, okay, okay, that's good to know.
[1:01:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And that makes sense.
[1:01:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But I also wonder, again, the jaded part of me Adam is like, don't worry, it's not going to be forever.
[1:01:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't want to put you guys through this.
[1:01:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But who knows?
[1:01:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think it's for me even his sister.
[1:01:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't understand parents.
[1:01:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't understand his grandparents, but your sister
[1:01:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: refusing that to be on there was kind of surprising so no one yeah yeah so he says they made him do that they made him do boy scouts he hated it but remember at the dinner party he was like no but when I have kids do you want to have this I'm going to train them you hate it you're going to do the same thing because I don't like works you know that grew up with something you repeat the same cycle because is it nature versus nurture or whatever they call it yeah
[1:02:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, he didn't learn from that.
[1:02:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So he says like he wants to ski aggressively.
[1:02:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He wants to ski on 1060 70 and god willing till he's 90.
[1:02:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like there's such a hubris with Adam that he doesn't factor in life events and life things that may happen that you're thinking about skiing like
[1:02:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Does real life not happen to you?
[1:02:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Sorry, so, you know, like, I don't want to diagnose him because I am no doctor, but yeah, he reminds me of an individual I used to date and this individual, he was very, very, he was diagnosed OCD and OCD people think that you're like cleaning around the house.
[1:03:09] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Well, he's just a little too obsessed with all of the things that he is obsessed with, you know, and it's like such a hard line with the obsessions.
[1:03:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's just the shenan.
[1:03:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, I know no one should be in love with a jet ski.
[1:03:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think if it was legal, he would really marry a jet.
[1:03:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know.
[1:03:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, okay, so Marissa says she can't get to that level and here.
[1:03:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Mike, my, my thing with the experts is sometimes I do think they overstep when Paul does it, you know, he's nice to look at his compelling, you know, like, uh, but I still feel like okay, Paul, like when he said, eventually you're in love, say it, I'm like, don't, don't say that, you know, for her.
[1:03:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: In this case, she talks about her anxiety and past that so casually, what about depression?
[1:03:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They go hand in hand together.
[1:03:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, oh my god, I didn't say it was depressed.
[1:04:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, she said that to be right now, but she said she's had it in the past, but it's just a casual way.
[1:04:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She just said, they go hand in hand, they go together.
[1:04:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Do you have that?
[1:04:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And it's either of two things.
[1:04:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Even if she didn't know the way she said it or in her intake form, she'd mentioned it before.
[1:04:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I was bringing it up.
[1:04:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't like it.
[1:04:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I completely agree with you.
[1:04:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't like it.
[1:04:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so Merissa says she's done work to fight those.
[1:04:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: The depression was most seen when she was a teenager, when she was in high school, but you know, she's worked hard in this situation.
[1:04:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But in this situation, she doesn't have her routine.
[1:04:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So she's had anxiety and trouble communicating with Adam.
[1:04:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So pass says, wow, what does it feel like to be married to your court trigger?
[1:04:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's almost like you're married to your court trigger almost.
[1:04:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, wonder who matched them?
[1:04:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Let me think.
[1:04:56] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, what is it called?
[1:04:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She was not helping her case.
[1:05:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just don't say these things because you did that and the the thing is we think that you know all the things but wait let me ask you since you are an alum.
[1:05:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Who does the matchmaking?
[1:05:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What are your thoughts on these matchmaking?
[1:05:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Everyone's like to produce series or these people?
[1:05:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What are your thoughts on who does the matchmaking?
[1:05:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So the way it works is the first people involved are the cast casters.
[1:05:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Is that where you call them cast and directors?
[1:05:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, basically agent.
[1:05:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So whatever they call them, you get cast and cast and cast and cast.
[1:05:36] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They'll go and talk to you.
[1:05:38] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You can also apply, but a lot of and all shows really starts with casting.
[1:05:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you'll make it to the next level, which involves the experts.
[1:05:49] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So you do me the experts once they like you.
[1:05:51] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel like the narrowed down to about, let's say, 20.
[1:05:54] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You'll make it the experts pretty soon.
[1:05:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But they're really, I'll probably get in trouble.
[1:06:00] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They're really narrowing down the person of who they like.
[1:06:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So they'll
[1:06:08] \[SPEAKER_00\]: They kind of just pick a bunch of people that they really like that would be good TV.
[1:06:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Then they'll narrow it down again and what they might do is if they really like a guy or a girl, they'll go even harder back to casting to go and find a suitable match and I think to say convince them, but convince them to be the show.
[1:06:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[1:06:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was told by multiple parties including firsthand that that's really how they do it.
[1:06:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So yeah, I would say that the the experts are involved a little bit, but it is a combination of casting doing some really hard hard work up front producers heavily involves and then a little bit of the experts too.
[1:06:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, because the producers remember that.
[1:06:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, I think I knew that.
[1:06:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh yeah, I don't think
[1:06:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: how paper, yeah, they were producers and I'm going to assume it's done the same way, like they're heavily involved in decision making with production.
[1:07:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay, so production there is on the pool and then the experts.
[1:07:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I feel they'll come in, but more like from a producer, I not really, there's a little bit of compatibility there, but she's not as much as I think that they would like us to think.
[1:07:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:07:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, in a way, has matched someone to her court trigger and after what if you would be married to her court trigger.
[1:07:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adam says like, you know, they can compromise, but he doesn't know if he will be satisfied and passes like, oh, that's a good point.
[1:07:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You bring up there.
[1:07:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: and he's whatever.
[1:07:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Adam says like, you know, she's phenomenal and it sucks that she's not into sports, but he doesn't want to change her, but he wants her to be his person.
[1:07:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So the last thing passed tell her is like, you can't lose your voice and Adam says, I won't let her.
[1:07:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she goes, oh, I love that.
[1:07:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Great answer.
[1:07:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So my god, gagging me.
[1:08:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So I mean, that's that.
[1:08:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I mean, I have 2% hope for them.
[1:08:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just don't think I'm at zero for Adam and Marissa, but I want better from Marissa, and I don't want her to lose herself completely.
[1:08:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I agree.
[1:08:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm not a zero either.
[1:08:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just, I don't know how flexible this guy can be.
[1:08:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He's said many times that he's not going to be flexible on it, and he's been like, I'll see if I can compromise.
[1:08:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know I have to compromise, but he's not like, I'll do anything for this woman.
[1:08:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:08:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But the best thing they did for him was giving him someone he was attracted to.
[1:08:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Imagine if he was with someone he was not attracted to.
[1:08:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Oh, this would have ended longer though.
[1:08:45] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, so Michelle and Cam, they're the boring couple because everything is going well, but they go see his place, they go see his parents place, he is the green thumb they call it he has plants everywhere.
[1:08:59] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I thought it was cute.
[1:09:01] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, Michelle was like, oh, it's not so terrible.
[1:09:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, Martin is not so terrible, but you know, she's not moving to Portland.
[1:09:06] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She said it.
[1:09:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's not doing it.
[1:09:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So everything is well and good guys like there's nothing he takes her to the basement, you know,
[1:09:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: all his trophies and it's all well and good for them.
[1:09:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And we'll round out the episode with Sean and Nikki.
[1:09:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They are headed to his place and it's two hours away.
[1:09:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, where is this?
[1:09:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But it's apparently Bremerton, wherever that is Bremerton.
[1:09:30] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's a little else I see, I don't I guess.
[1:09:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And Sean lives in an apartment.
[1:09:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Now he just moved from New York.
[1:09:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They don't, I don't know if he's mentioning it on the show, but he did just move from New York.
[1:09:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But the man does not live like a 48-year-old, like it looks like he threw things together and went to Facebook Marketplace.
[1:09:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What can I get?
[1:09:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What can I do?
[1:09:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's like, oh, are you a gamer?
[1:09:49] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No, it was just the most comfortable.
[1:09:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: No, it's not.
[1:09:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It was just a cheer you saw and just put it on.
[1:09:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You're a place.
[1:09:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then she's like, oh, I like your books.
[1:09:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like, oh, yeah, and I wrote a book too.
[1:10:01] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You guys are like, oh, yeah.
[1:10:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I know I told you guys that he's he's kind of launching the book.
[1:10:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's launching a book that's coming out and I think he's probably going to time it with the finale and all of that.
[1:10:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But he tried to plug the book on there because he's like, yeah, I wrote this book and she had it.
[1:10:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Connecticut was very sure not to show us the title of that book.
[1:10:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That was not going to happen.
[1:10:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I am hoping that there is a reason why he had.
[1:10:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: an apartment with no personality two hours away from Seattle.
[1:10:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm trying not to read too much into it.
[1:10:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I thought Nikki was kind with the way she was acting in that apartment because I was like, what are you bringing to this marriage?
[1:10:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're not having ever come back here again.
[1:10:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I was going to say, I don't understand knowing that cameras are coming to your apartment and not being better prepared and I was going to say, sorry Kristen, this is not PTSD for you, that one has no, they were pretty equal, minus like there was some flies like floating around.
[1:11:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You know, it's the past, it's the past thing.
[1:11:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so the long hair is out.
[1:11:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's the best I say, that the progress is real.
[1:11:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's showing up as a wife and making sure this food, checking on him at work.
[1:11:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, oh, so we're just done with mutual masturbation date.
[1:11:36] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, that's it.
[1:11:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's behind them.
[1:11:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're good.
[1:11:39] \[SPEAKER_01\]: All good.
[1:11:40] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:11:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: If they like it, I love it.
[1:11:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We will move on too.
[1:11:43] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Because there's nothing else we can say, I just thought it would be a bono contention.
[1:11:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I thought they would call the experts and talk about it because it really was uncomfortable and gross.
[1:11:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But here we go.
[1:11:55] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I remember she brought it up.
[1:11:57] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think that was the episode before, right?
[1:12:00] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, the intimacy thing.
[1:12:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:12:03] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[1:12:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So she
[1:12:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: brought it up.
[1:12:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: He gaslit the all hell of her and said he never said all that stuff that he actually definitely did say I'm hoping that circles back maybe next episode because it feels unfinished to me.
[1:12:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Well, we'll see if the group therapy, I just, if they didn't talk about it at the dinner, is it going to come out or are the experts going to bring it up?
[1:12:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know.
[1:12:28] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, sometimes stuff comes out later as they find out about it and they like make someone plug it, you know, they're trying to like get you to talk about it.
[1:12:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So maybe no one really knew about it yet.
[1:12:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[1:12:40] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah.
[1:12:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, she tells him point blanking her very polite niki way like I will not live here.
[1:12:47] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're not going to live in this place and I don't blame her.
[1:12:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's not giving that a 48 year old lives here.
[1:12:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like it's giving frappoy or something, a college boy.
[1:12:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Um, they had over to her place and it's a house that she bought um two years ago and of course her place is nice.
[1:13:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Of course, of course it was like, no shoes here, no number, no number.
[1:13:09] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh my god.
[1:13:10] \[SPEAKER_01\]: On the first floor.
[1:13:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We were dying.
[1:13:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: My sister were like, she just say no number two on the main floor.
[1:13:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, what do guests do?
[1:13:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, yes, they'll same thing.
[1:13:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They come upstairs.
[1:13:20] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't want that.
[1:13:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: What did she say?
[1:13:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Emirating.
[1:13:23] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Too much.
[1:13:25] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Too much.
[1:13:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: How much stuff?
[1:13:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's kind of funny for that.
[1:13:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Anyway, these two are putting it on so hard.
[1:13:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, this is why, for me, it's difficult to watch because I just think they're faking the funk.
[1:13:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: They're being polite, but they're just like, ugh.
[1:13:37] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So then he makes a comment because, you know, much like Nick, Sean comes alive in the confessionals.
[1:13:42] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And he says,
[1:13:44] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think Nicky is used to being the busiest one in her group, but the thing is, I come from a busier group too, and so you know, her house is not, you know, it's not mind blowing.
[1:13:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: You guys, masks.
[1:13:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: This is not the first time we've seen a house tour break up a marriage.
[1:13:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like, house tours is where we see the men break because the woman tells us,
[1:14:04] \[SPEAKER_01\]: are much, a much nicer.
[1:14:06] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Realizing right over there.
[1:14:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yes, yes, because don't say that you guys are both bougie and you're matched up, we just saw your apartment sir and you know, you're saying all the things.
[1:14:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then even an Instagram in real time, he posted a carousel of pictures saying like, oh, thank you not for my friends who we do bougie activities and showed all the places he travels to and I'm like, what is your definition of bougie?
[1:14:31] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like traveling is not what
[1:14:34] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Why can't insecurity and I'm trying to overcompensate and just answer the questions that the producers were asking with I'm used to being around bougie people and this place doesn't intimidate me because the question was probably like You intimidated by this very nice space.
[1:14:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah
[1:14:55] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But it's just wild.
[1:14:56] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're the same kind of bougie.
[1:14:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm like, okay, I mean, then he says, oh no, but she's done well for herself.
[1:15:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's very nice to see like, I'm proud of her, but you already said the first thing that came out your mother and that was your true mind.
[1:15:08] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And now you're in competition with your partner.
[1:15:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's what he sounds like.
[1:15:13] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like this is a difference between Cam and Michelle.
[1:15:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He found out she made a lot of money.
[1:15:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's like, okay, I do kind of feel a mascalator, but you know what, I shouldn't, and then move on.
[1:15:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: whatever this comment was.
[1:15:26] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, mm, mm.
[1:15:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's the app.
[1:15:28] \[SPEAKER_01\]: He's the app.
[1:15:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's the app.
[1:15:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's the app.
[1:15:31] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Yeah, he's the app right now.
[1:15:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so I think they rounded up by pretending like oh, yeah, this is nice.
[1:15:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And she's like, yeah, we'll live in your place and he's like, I'll be fine living in your place.
[1:15:41] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I'm like, of course you would you don't have a problem living in her place because it's nice, you know, so yeah, that's how that's all for the episode.
[1:15:52] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I think I covered it all.
[1:15:53] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, any, any last thoughts please.
[1:15:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, I think you do such a really great job.
[1:16:02] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I just want to give you props.
[1:16:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I think you are very well researched.
[1:16:07] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And you do you do a really professionally nice job.
[1:16:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I appreciate you.
[1:16:12] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Great job.
[1:16:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Thanks, Tristan, and you're like a blushing, guys.
[1:16:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm a tough cookie to impress.
[1:16:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm very impressed with you all.
[1:16:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Thank you.
[1:16:21] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Okay.
[1:16:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: We're going to do bouquet in ashes.
[1:16:24] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:16:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Who gets your bouquet for this episode?
[1:16:27] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[1:16:29] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Gosh.
[1:16:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[1:16:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Hold on.
[1:16:30] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Let me let me I need to go through all of them.
[1:16:32] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I got my ashes.
[1:16:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That one's easy.
[1:16:35] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, no, no, no.
[1:16:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: It's like a lot of no's.
[1:16:39] \[SPEAKER_00\]: No, no, no.
[1:16:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Mm.
[1:16:41] \[SPEAKER_00\]: All right.
[1:16:44] \[SPEAKER_00\]: My bouquet is going to go to my girl.
[1:16:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Tory.
[1:16:50] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Okay.
[1:16:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And that is because she stayed composed, stoic, and did not let the insanity that her husband was spewing get her down.
[1:17:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And she needed to know that it's not really her problem to kind of train him and get him where he needs to be.
[1:17:11] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Mm-hmm.
[1:17:12] \[SPEAKER_00\]: Tori, I have you by the way.
[1:17:14] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yay, out of feeling we're gonna have the same bouquet.
[1:17:18] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But yes, that is, that's who has my bouquet was for doing that.
[1:17:22] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And also for during the whole thing, we Caitlyn and Devon realizing that Caitlyn was like feeling uncomfortable and blindsided and telling her, like, don't take this person, you're like, you're not flawed.
[1:17:33] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, like, that was nice.
[1:17:34] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So at least just not make her single doubt.
[1:17:37] \[SPEAKER_00\]: And I have a feeling we'll have the same ashes too, but who has your ashes?
[1:17:42] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I don't know.
[1:17:43] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm really sorry, I can't not give my asses to Sean.
[1:17:48] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I'm sorry.
[1:17:53] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I'm not, I'm not another people to get me wrong, like Debbie didn't have a good episode.
[1:17:58] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I know that, but like Sean is just like clowning around with the backhanded
[1:18:23] \[SPEAKER_00\]: You're both from any this is not a competition.
[1:18:26] \[SPEAKER_00\]: This should be a partnership Yeah, and the book thing Trying to plug his book Honey your wife is getting dragged by you on TV during her baths her baths And the way she kept her composure with the hidden cameras on the mutual masturbation talk.
[1:18:46] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I was really mess a class.
[1:18:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so anyway, Sean here my ashes
[1:18:51] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Hey, we do not have the same person.
[1:18:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I didn't think we were just okay.
[1:18:58] \[SPEAKER_01\]: My ashes go to Felipe.
[1:18:59] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I just, you know, speak your truth, but maybe have a conversation with your wife, but to do that in public and just him back, she wasn't embarrassed.
[1:19:07] \[SPEAKER_01\]: She's not taking it on, but just he kept going.
[1:19:11] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Like even when everyone was like, oh, he was like, well, I mean, I just like see if you were a woman.
[1:19:15] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I don't know if I can be faithful.
[1:19:17] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And then you turn around and say, you don't think I could be monogamous.
[1:19:19] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Are you?
[1:19:21] \[SPEAKER_00\]: So, you know, you're, you're right.
[1:19:22] \[SPEAKER_00\]: That was, that was one of the holes I was.
[1:19:25] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah, so he gets my ashes.
[1:19:27] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So, all right, guys.
[1:19:29] \[SPEAKER_01\]: That's the last of the episodes for this drop and next week.
[1:19:32] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I am so excited because one is group therapy.
[1:19:35] \[SPEAKER_01\]: I'm really hoping no one gets piled on again.
[1:19:38] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I can't wait to see who is going to be out and what this new format, because I feel like was still unraveling what the new format is about.
[1:19:46] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And you know, this is another aspect of it.
[1:19:48] \[SPEAKER_01\]: It's like stalee or yes or no to see.
[1:19:50] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And I think there were dipping toes last week with yes, no undecided.
[1:19:54] \[SPEAKER_01\]: So we'll see how that plays out next week.
[1:19:57] \[SPEAKER_01\]: But before we go, Kristen, is there anything you want to share with people where they can find you?
[1:20:02] \[SPEAKER_01\]: And
[1:20:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Oh, that, good to know.
[1:20:03] \[SPEAKER_01\]: Yeah.
[1:20:04] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I'm on Instagram, uh, Chris.com and um, that's that's really it.
[1:20:10] \[SPEAKER_00\]: I mean, I'm still, I'm renovating my house and with my Pugluna, she's sitting next to me.
[1:20:15] \[SPEAKER_00\]: She's snoring and says hi.
[1:20:18] \[SPEAKER_00\]: But I always love being a guest.
