Portable Document Format (PDF) files are commonly used to share documents across platforms. These documents are widely used and often required in school and employment settings. They can include text and visuals such as images, charts, and tables to convey information. In this webinar recording, we provide an overview of the Acrobat Reader interface, discuss accessible versus inaccessible PDFs, and provide tips on how to create accessible PDFs. We'll show you how to: • Install and set up Acrobat Reader • Set preferences and accessibility settings • Open PDFs in a web browser or Acrobat Reader • Navigate and save a PDF • Use JAWS Convenient OCR to read inaccessible PDFs

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them.
