One of the primary assets of genius is time mastery. \[Time management is so old-school; the true sport is to master it\]. Watch someone stuck in a victim mentality and a life of scarcity and you’ll see they waste their time. On the other side are the rare-air few who get amazing projects done, dominate their domains via their skill and lead lives of boundless joy and fulfillment \[because service is the DNA of happiness\]. The Top 5% of producers, guard their time fiercely. They are up early, have clear daily plans, run elite performance routines and alternate bursts of extreme productivity with periods of deep rest so they sustain their A-Game over a lifetime. Hi, thanks for being with me. This podcast episode is all about what I call the productivity philosophy. I will jump right in for you and I'll start with an idea which is energy is more important than intelligence. So part of the productivity philosophy is remembering if you want to be more productive than heighten your energy, because without stamina, without energy, your mighty mission, your personal Mount Everest will never get done. So don't only think about time management or project management, think about energy management. For me, fasting is powerful. Daily exercise is powerful. Eating clean is powerful. Having a nontoxic ecosystem around me. Very powerful. Second idea enthusiasm. When you do something that fills your heart with joy, even though the world calls at work, you will be more productive for me when I shoot these podcasts for you when I work on my books. When I delivered a keynote, the people around me say, Robin, you work very hard. Even when I talk about work, I put it in air quotes because to me it's fun. So pursue your enthusiasm and because you love them, you'll work harder, you'll get better, you'll continue in difficult times and you'll have a great time doing it. Third and final idea I won't offer to you is meaning. So I want you to find a cause that's larger than yourself and donate the rest of your life for it. It's when you have a cause, when you feel you're of service. This word service is so important to productivity. If you are doing something just for the money or just because it's your job, you will never get to be best in the world at it. But when you are doing something because it's your oxygen, when you were pursuing your project X because you know it's what you're on the planet to do when you're pursuing a cause that's larger than your own life. You play with the Giants and you dance with the angels, and you push magic into the marketplace, and you don't give up when things get hurt, which, of course they will. And when you do
