[0:00] Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, It's Lala Kent. Welcome to untraditionally, Laala. Hello, gorgeous,
[0:07] Speaker 1: Welcome to untraditionally, Lala. When I tell you I am
[0:11] Speaker 1: just having a love affair, I'm starstruck.
[0:15] Speaker 2: She needs no introduction.
[0:17] Speaker 1: She's motherfucking derey Kemsley, Hello, gorgeous.
[0:21] Speaker 3: Hello, I'm so happy to be here.
[0:24] Speaker 2: I'm so happy to have you.
[0:26] Speaker 1: And I have to say I feel like I've seen
[0:29] Speaker 1: you recently because you're all over my television, But I
[0:34] Speaker 1: have not seen you since we did watch What Happens
[0:36] Speaker 1: Live Together, and I was maybe two months postpartum.
[0:39] Speaker 4: Yes, and I was marveling at how incredible you looked.
[0:43] Speaker 3: Well, thank yond beyond. But yes, we had dinner in
[0:46] Speaker 3: New York City.
[0:47] Speaker 1: Yeah, and then we were going to do a lap
[0:48] Speaker 1: around this bar and I was going to boom fish everybody.
[0:51] Speaker 2: All these men think you like her boobs. It's like
[0:54] Speaker 2: in a few months, they won't look this way. It's
[0:56] Speaker 2: called jugs, baby.
[0:58] Speaker 3: Yes, they didn't realize that they were full.
[1:01] Speaker 2: Of milk, which is some people may be into.
[1:04] Speaker 3: Oh there are people into that. It's a whole fetish thing.
[1:07] Speaker 2: Maybe I should have started only fans at that time.
[1:09] Speaker 4: You know what, honey, you probably could have made a
[1:11] Speaker 4: lot of money. I know, think about those people that
[1:14] Speaker 4: have those kinds of fetishes, They will pay top dollar,
[1:18] Speaker 4: that is what I heard. Yeah, and think about it really.
[1:22] Speaker 4: I mean there's one thing you know, you like a
[1:26] Speaker 4: little spank, you like a little dog collar, a ball
[1:30] Speaker 4: in the mouth, Yeah, one of those things. I mean,
[1:33] Speaker 4: I don't want to start going on, and I'm.
[1:35] Speaker 2: Like, I'm feeling like these maybe things that you like to.
[1:38] Speaker 1: Do to.
[1:40] Speaker 4: I know, funny enough, No, No, I'm trying to think
[1:45] Speaker 4: what is my craziest God, it's been fifteen years since
[1:50] Speaker 4: I've had sex with someone other than my husband.
[1:53] Speaker 2: Really.
[1:55] Speaker 1: You know what though, that I feel like that is
[1:58] Speaker 1: so relatable. You fall into like being comfortable, and then
[2:02] Speaker 1: you fall into a marriage where you're not stepping out
[2:05] Speaker 1: of course, you're going to be like you entered the
[2:08] Speaker 1: world of dating and being single and it's really really
[2:13] Speaker 1: hard where you've been comfortable for so long and now
[2:16] Speaker 1: you're supposed to be intimate with just like this brand
[2:18] Speaker 1: new person.
[2:19] Speaker 4: Yes, it was definitely that I think for a while.
[2:23] Speaker 4: And you know, the really hard part, Lala is that
[2:27] Speaker 4: it didn't It didn't take him very long. You know,
[2:31] Speaker 4: he snapped right into it, and I don't really know
[2:34] Speaker 4: exactly what he was doing until I saw, you know,
[2:38] Speaker 4: him kissing that girl on the street, you know, which
[2:41] Speaker 4: was all over the tabloids. That was actually when I
[2:44] Speaker 4: filed for divorce. But I don't know if it's men.
[2:46] Speaker 4: I don't know if it's him, I don't know if
[2:48] Speaker 4: it's me. I was still processing, but more than anything,
[2:53] Speaker 4: I was mothering hard, really hard, and I was so
[2:58] Speaker 4: so focused on the care kids just being the least
[3:02] Speaker 4: affected as possible because they were at such vulnerable ages.
[3:06] Speaker 4: You know, they were eight and ten, and they are these,
[3:09] Speaker 4: you know, beautiful, innocent, sweet kind children, and I was
[3:14] Speaker 4: so afraid that because p K and I could not
[3:19] Speaker 4: get to a place where we were communicating and it
[3:22] Speaker 4: was amicable, I was dangerously afraid that they were going
[3:26] Speaker 4: to be changed or affected in some way. So I
[3:29] Speaker 4: was so hyper focused on them that my social life
[3:33] Speaker 4: took a back seat. And really it's only now here
[3:37] Speaker 4: we are, coming up on two years where I yearned
[3:41] Speaker 4: for it, you know, like I'm ready. I'm absolutely ready.
[3:46] Speaker 4: You know, has a girlfriend. He's a moused Yeah.
[3:51] Speaker 3: She's younger, she you know inappropriate than him.
[3:54] Speaker 4: But he's the nice thing is he's never really gone
[3:57] Speaker 4: for like the super young.
[3:59] Speaker 2: Okay, well that is very nice.
[4:00] Speaker 3: Yes, Well he has older children as well, So.
[4:03] Speaker 2: How old are his other two kids?
[4:05] Speaker 4: So his boy is thirty okay, he's going to be
[4:08] Speaker 4: thirty one in bus six weeks. His middle daughter just
[4:14] Speaker 4: turned twenty six, and the baby.
[4:21] Speaker 3: Twenty four?
[4:22] Speaker 2: Three three, he's got three yep.
[4:24] Speaker 1: Yeah, can I tell you though, Dreie, I don't think
[4:26] Speaker 1: I have watched many men and they don't care if
[4:29] Speaker 1: their girlfriend is the same age as their daughter. So
[4:31] Speaker 1: I do appreciate that part because it gets funky when
[4:36] Speaker 1: you see dad bringing home really young chicks and your
[4:40] Speaker 1: kids are exposed to that. Yeah, that's always been a
[4:43] Speaker 1: fear of mine. Yes, where I'm like, I don't want
[4:46] Speaker 1: my kid, my one kid, to experience things that just
[4:51] Speaker 1: are not healthy. And he's twenty years older than me.
[4:54] Speaker 1: What was the age difference with you?
[4:56] Speaker 3: Wow? I didn't realize he was twenty years older.
[4:58] Speaker 2: Yes, but you are.
[4:59] Speaker 3: You're so young.
[5:01] Speaker 4: You know, it's crazy because you've lived such a full
[5:03] Speaker 4: life already, right, but you're so young. PQ and I
[5:08] Speaker 4: nine years apart. That's not bad, No, no, not at all.
[5:12] Speaker 4: It really never felt like there was a big age gap.
[5:16] Speaker 4: It's very actually, you know, I was like I felt
[5:21] Speaker 4: slightly younger, okay, but mostly like in the genre of
[5:25] Speaker 4: music or when we talk about television shows, all right,
[5:28] Speaker 4: well that's before my time, you know.
[5:30] Speaker 3: But it was more in like a fun, cheeky way.
[5:34] Speaker 2: How did it go south?
[5:36] Speaker 3: Oh god?
[5:38] Speaker 4: Well, I think the Home Invasion in twenty twenty one.
[5:42] Speaker 4: You know, when I look back and obviously writing the book,
[5:45] Speaker 4: I had to go back and you know, visit memories
[5:49] Speaker 4: and I sat with them, you know, some things. There
[5:52] Speaker 4: was a lot of reflection and you know, you think
[5:57] Speaker 4: about these things in such so much much more depth.
[6:01] Speaker 4: And when I was writing the book, a lot of
[6:04] Speaker 4: things were coming to mind, you know, was the Home Invasion.
[6:08] Speaker 3: I was really affected.
[6:10] Speaker 4: I was living in the height of PTSD for about
[6:13] Speaker 4: two and a half years, could you not, truly, And
[6:16] Speaker 4: I was a shell of myself and I couldn't come
[6:18] Speaker 4: out of it. And I've always been that girl that
[6:21] Speaker 4: can tap into an inner strength, okay, you know whenever
[6:24] Speaker 4: I need to, and I couldn't do it, and I couldn't.
[6:27] Speaker 4: They were just there was like this irrational fear that
[6:30] Speaker 4: was constant, and again mothering and my kids didn't know.
[6:36] Speaker 4: So I was putting on, you know, a very very strong,
[6:40] Speaker 4: solid act for my children.
[6:43] Speaker 3: But p K, like I really really needed.
[6:47] Speaker 4: Him, you know, he was always my pillar of strength,
[6:51] Speaker 4: you know, my safety net. And because I was the
[6:55] Speaker 4: strong one and I was the one that handled everything,
[6:58] Speaker 4: I really only when I needed him or when I
[7:01] Speaker 4: went to him. It was like reinforcement, you know. Yeah,
[7:07] Speaker 4: so he's good at that, but the constant or the
[7:10] Speaker 4: long term not so great at So after the home invasion,
[7:14] Speaker 4: immediately after, you know, for a couple of weeks, he
[7:17] Speaker 4: was very he was he was there, he was supportive.
[7:22] Speaker 4: But then it was like he wanted, okay, let's yeah,
[7:25] Speaker 4: let's work. Where's my deary And obviously I couldn't snap
[7:30] Speaker 4: out of it like that, and I was really struggling,
[7:32] Speaker 4: and he took off and he really spent the majority
[7:37] Speaker 4: of two years in London. Yeah, and it in those
[7:42] Speaker 4: two years, I really think that started to become It
[7:46] Speaker 4: was like the beginning of the end.
[7:47] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[7:48] Speaker 4: I didn't know that then, but again, when I was
[7:51] Speaker 4: writing the memoir, you know, I was going through you know,
[7:55] Speaker 4: just like the linear process. And I just thought, you
[7:58] Speaker 4: know what, it may makes a lot of sense. And
[8:01] Speaker 4: when you start to have cracks. You know, when PK
[8:04] Speaker 4: and I got together, I said, listen, there's some non
[8:07] Speaker 4: negotiables for me. Trust, honesty, respect, I said, and transparency.
[8:13] Speaker 4: Those they can never go. Okay, we can get through anything,
[8:17] Speaker 4: and I mean anything, We can get through anything as
[8:20] Speaker 4: long as those things are always key. It doesn't matter
[8:23] Speaker 4: what it is, lying, cheating, you know, any of whatever
[8:28] Speaker 4: that is. If you lose respect, you lose transparency, trust
[8:33] Speaker 4: and honesty, forget it. And I started to see that
[8:37] Speaker 4: things like when we would fight, it was like we
[8:40] Speaker 4: went deeper. You know, we were further than we should
[8:44] Speaker 4: have gone. And you don't talk to someone that you
[8:48] Speaker 4: love that way.
[8:49] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, you know.
[8:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, And and with what happened, and just life in
[8:54] Speaker 1: general without having something so traumatizing happening. There are experiences
[8:59] Speaker 1: that shape us individually in a partnership, right, and it
[9:04] Speaker 1: is up to the both of you to take those
[9:06] Speaker 1: experiences and continue to evolve and make changes together.
[9:09] Speaker 2: Yes, and there.
[9:14] Speaker 1: Is something that you just said where the crack showing.
[9:17] Speaker 1: I feel like you don't realize that until something like
[9:20] Speaker 1: that happens for me. It was the birth of my daughter,
[9:23] Speaker 1: so something very beautiful, but it was dark yours horrendous.
[9:26] Speaker 1: I can't even imagine. But where you you can't ignore
[9:31] Speaker 1: the cracks any longer. Do you think that they were
[9:34] Speaker 1: always there and this just put them on display?
[9:37] Speaker 3: Definitely? Definitely not Peka, Definitely not.
[9:42] Speaker 2: Okay.
[9:42] Speaker 4: However, I would say there was probably right before the
[9:49] Speaker 4: home invasion, like for the first oh, I don't know,
[9:52] Speaker 4: let's see I was. I'm gonna have to do the
[9:54] Speaker 4: math in my head. But I would say the first
[9:57] Speaker 4: seven or eight years, maybe nine years, I mean, we
[10:01] Speaker 4: were as solid as they come, okay, I mean truly
[10:04] Speaker 4: truly solid, indestructible, and very much in love.
[10:09] Speaker 2: I mean I could see that. You could see that
[10:12] Speaker 2: when you watch the show.
[10:13] Speaker 3: Truly truly, I mean he was.
[10:16] Speaker 4: I never thought in a million years that p K
[10:18] Speaker 4: and I would not stay together forever, truly never ever, ever, Lalla.
[10:23] Speaker 4: Then I think that you know p K would say
[10:26] Speaker 4: the show, I wouldn't.
[10:29] Speaker 2: He blames the show.
[10:30] Speaker 4: He he thinks, I don't know he blames the show. However,
[10:35] Speaker 4: he puts a lot of emphasis on the fact that
[10:37] Speaker 4: the show hurt our marriage.
[10:41] Speaker 1: And does he feel that way from the time you
[10:44] Speaker 1: guys entered it started affecting the marriage or was there
[10:48] Speaker 1: a specific season an incident where he goes after this
[10:52] Speaker 1: season of VH aired, the show kind of took us down.
[10:57] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[10:58] Speaker 4: No, he doesn't reference it. I've never heard him reference
[11:01] Speaker 4: a season.
[11:02] Speaker 2: However, you guys looked very much in love and happy.
[11:05] Speaker 1: Anytime I saw you guys on camera, I was like,
[11:07] Speaker 1: oh my gosh, this makes so much sense. You can
[11:09] Speaker 1: just tell that their partners. He was very supportive when
[11:11] Speaker 1: you started the bathing suit line.
[11:13] Speaker 4: I know, I know, very supportive, and we were actually
[11:17] Speaker 4: really codependent, like we did everything together and he was
[11:21] Speaker 4: like my favorite person to be with.
[11:23] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[11:23] Speaker 4: I mean, it's crazy to even think about, especially with
[11:26] Speaker 4: how the last couple of years have been, because I
[11:29] Speaker 4: don't know how you go from that and someone who's family,
[11:32] Speaker 4: like truly family. I thought of him as he's my blood,
[11:38] Speaker 4: to having somebody do the things that he's done.
[11:44] Speaker 2: It's very disorienting.
[11:45] Speaker 3: Wow, where mind fuck it is?
[11:48] Speaker 1: And it's hard like you saying that you dove into
[11:51] Speaker 1: like mommy mode and he was out doing what he
[11:55] Speaker 1: was doing. I do think that it's most men they
[11:59] Speaker 1: just are wired differently. Like when we experience heartbreak, we
[12:02] Speaker 1: hold on to the memories and we hold on to
[12:04] Speaker 1: what we've built and the foundation that we had, and
[12:07] Speaker 1: it's so easy for them to just walk away from
[12:10] Speaker 1: it all while we tap into how will this affect
[12:14] Speaker 1: my children?
[12:15] Speaker 3: Yes?
[12:15] Speaker 2: How do I make this as easy as possible?
[12:17] Speaker 1: Like you said, your kids are very much aware that
[12:20] Speaker 1: I had parents that were together and now they're not together.
[12:23] Speaker 3: Yes, yes, And.
[12:26] Speaker 1: It resonates with me that two years in you are
[12:30] Speaker 1: finally coming to maybe I will go out and date
[12:34] Speaker 1: and dabble. Because women don't have the luxury especially mothers.
[12:39] Speaker 1: We don't have the luxury of moving like men. But
[12:42] Speaker 1: also we also don't get we say that women have
[12:46] Speaker 1: come so far, we have not. I've looked at the
[12:49] Speaker 1: comments section on Occasion Scary Place.
[12:52] Speaker 3: I know it is.
[12:53] Speaker 1: Mostly women who are ripping me to shreds. It makes
[12:58] Speaker 1: me sick, right, it makes me sick too. And when
[13:02] Speaker 1: things were not the same with you and PK, and
[13:05] Speaker 1: you knew that you were going into a new season,
[13:07] Speaker 1: because now it's been two seasons that you've been dealing
[13:09] Speaker 1: with this, that's right. What was your mental state? Did
[13:12] Speaker 1: you ever think like, maybe I don't want to go
[13:14] Speaker 1: back and I should focus on my mental health.
[13:18] Speaker 2: By the way, Deie, I have been where you.
[13:21] Speaker 1: Are, and it is suffocating and you're in survival and
[13:26] Speaker 1: you turn into a fucking warrior and anybody who doesn't
[13:29] Speaker 1: stand with you is the fucking.
[13:31] Speaker 4: Oh my god, yes you feel I mean you're already
[13:35] Speaker 4: You're already on reserves, right, so, and I had I
[13:40] Speaker 4: feel like I've been in this place without a break
[13:43] Speaker 4: for two years, and prior to that, I was dealing
[13:46] Speaker 4: with PTSD.
[13:47] Speaker 3: So really, you're not only in reserves.
[13:50] Speaker 2: You even come up for air in a long time.
[13:52] Speaker 3: A long time, yeah, a long time.
[13:54] Speaker 4: But now you know, as you said, the two year
[13:58] Speaker 4: mark and after so this season was difficult. It was
[14:02] Speaker 4: really hard to answer your question. It was this season
[14:07] Speaker 4: that I thought, you know what, I really really debated
[14:10] Speaker 4: going back. I thought I need I think I should
[14:13] Speaker 4: take a year off. Okay, we were, you know, in
[14:16] Speaker 4: this acrimonious divorce. It wasn't as bad as it is
[14:21] Speaker 4: now or now it's just so public and you know,
[14:25] Speaker 4: this new wave of you know, the court document and leaking,
[14:30] Speaker 4: you know, attaching personal text messages and making these claims,
[14:35] Speaker 4: and you know, putting a narrative out there into the public.
[14:40] Speaker 4: When you start involving the public, when you have a
[14:43] Speaker 4: divorce truly in the public, you know, and you're litigating
[14:47] Speaker 4: in the public, You're inviting a whole world of destruction,
[14:53] Speaker 4: right and it to me, it makes absolutely no sense
[14:58] Speaker 4: when you share two children, especially that they are now
[15:01] Speaker 4: going to school. They were homeschooled, so they were living
[15:04] Speaker 4: in a bubble for a while.
[15:06] Speaker 3: Now they're going to school.
[15:08] Speaker 4: I know the parents, you know that they pay attention,
[15:10] Speaker 4: and parents, unfortunately are not smart.
[15:14] Speaker 3: Not everyone. It's smart enough not.
[15:16] Speaker 4: To tell your twelve year old ten year old you know,
[15:20] Speaker 4: oh I see this one. So luckily that hasn't played
[15:24] Speaker 4: a part in our lives, but I know it's around
[15:27] Speaker 4: the corner.
[15:28] Speaker 3: I can feel it, right.
[15:30] Speaker 4: So unfortunately, now the divorce has gone in there and
[15:33] Speaker 4: I know I've gone off a tangent.
[15:35] Speaker 2: But no, this is the podcast of Tangenting.
[15:37] Speaker 3: Okay, oh just for a baby.
[15:39] Speaker 4: Well, going into season fifteen, I very much felt like
[15:44] Speaker 4: I wanted I thought I should take a year off,
[15:48] Speaker 4: and I was debating it because financially, it's very hard
[15:51] Speaker 4: to walk away, especially because I was you know, it's
[15:56] Speaker 4: no longer a luxury.
[15:57] Speaker 3: You know, I'm supporting our children and myself.
[16:01] Speaker 4: But I really felt like when I was going through everything,
[16:06] Speaker 4: I thought, you know, it makes sense for me to
[16:08] Speaker 4: take a year off. And I can't say I should
[16:11] Speaker 4: I shouldn't. I don't really believe in regrets, Lalla, I don't.
[16:14] Speaker 4: I think it's a useless thought and sentimental. There's nothing
[16:17] Speaker 4: you can do about it, exactly exactly, so it is
[16:20] Speaker 4: what it is. But I really had this very strong
[16:23] Speaker 4: feeling that, you know, it was not going to be right.
[16:27] Speaker 4: I don't think I was in the right headspace.
[16:31] Speaker 3: I think that I was.
[16:34] Speaker 4: Not as grounded as I needed to be, and when
[16:39] Speaker 4: you do a show like this, you really need to
[16:40] Speaker 4: be grounded.
[16:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[16:42] Speaker 4: I really felt like I need to focus on the
[16:45] Speaker 4: children and focus on moving this divorce forward, trying to
[16:50] Speaker 4: trying to connect with p K, which I knew was
[16:53] Speaker 4: going to be the best situation for all of us. Right,
[16:56] Speaker 4: Ultimately that's the end goal, because how do you effectively
[17:00] Speaker 4: co parent if you cannot have respectful communication, Well, you don't.
[17:06] Speaker 1: You move into parallel parenting, which is where I'm at,
[17:09] Speaker 1: and it's difficult, and both people involved, have to be
[17:15] Speaker 1: willing to do all of the things that were non
[17:17] Speaker 1: negotiables in your relationship an intimate partnership with PK. You
[17:22] Speaker 1: now have to take those and apply it to a
[17:24] Speaker 1: co parenting relationship, which is very hard for men that
[17:29] Speaker 1: are a certain type of man.
[17:30] Speaker 3: Well, yeah, to do that's exactly Right's.
[17:33] Speaker 1: Transparency, the honesty, all of the things. And I know
[17:38] Speaker 1: that when I went through so I wasn't I didn't
[17:41] Speaker 1: go through a divorce, so none of my stuff was public.
[17:44] Speaker 1: Custody is a completely separate like it's closed off. No
[17:47] Speaker 1: one knows the details once you enter a divorce. That
[17:51] Speaker 1: is like fair game for everybody. And I can't imagine
[17:54] Speaker 1: how suffocating it is because it's out there, and then
[17:57] Speaker 1: you got to go talk about it on your show, yes,
[18:00] Speaker 1: and deal with the aftermath. That's right, which is everyone's opinion,
[18:05] Speaker 1: PK's opinion. How did the audience react to this season?
[18:10] Speaker 1: We both spoke about how we live in bubbles. Yes,
[18:13] Speaker 1: what was the honest reaction from people towards you after
[18:17] Speaker 1: this season?
[18:19] Speaker 4: So I'm going to be perfectly honest because I've had
[18:24] Speaker 4: such a you know, fickle journey with the audience over
[18:29] Speaker 4: the last almost decade, I learned to stay away from
[18:34] Speaker 4: reading a lot of threats, so I would have to
[18:37] Speaker 4: ask someone to be honest.
[18:40] Speaker 3: I don't know, Yeah, I know, I will say this.
[18:43] Speaker 4: I think people had what I did here is after
[18:46] Speaker 4: the reunion, So I don't really know during the season,
[18:50] Speaker 4: and maybe you could tell me, but I know after
[18:52] Speaker 4: the reunion, you know, people were having very strong feelings,
[18:56] Speaker 4: you know. To be perfectly honest, though, and it was
[18:59] Speaker 4: hard from me to watch hard. I knew where I was,
[19:03] Speaker 4: I knew where I was emotionally, and it was hard
[19:05] Speaker 4: for you to watch then, just like how I was
[19:09] Speaker 4: very much in my own feelings, okay, and those feelings
[19:13] Speaker 4: were raw and they were I wasn't able to take
[19:18] Speaker 4: a step back. I wasn't able to see things the
[19:22] Speaker 4: way I do typically, where even if I have an opinion,
[19:27] Speaker 4: I'll try to see someone else's side.
[19:30] Speaker 3: You see what I mean.
[19:31] Speaker 2: That's survival. You didn't you.
[19:35] Speaker 1: This is what I gathered from it because I watched
[19:37] Speaker 1: these I gathered from this season. You were definitely harsh, right, yes,
[19:45] Speaker 1: But because I've been there, yeah, where I'm like, what
[19:50] Speaker 1: I am dealing with on a regular basis outside of
[19:54] Speaker 1: this world yes, would bring most people, they would put
[19:58] Speaker 1: them in the fucking grave. So when I saw your
[20:02] Speaker 1: reaction to people, it was like, this is a woman
[20:08] Speaker 1: who is absolutely terrified of her future, has no one
[20:12] Speaker 1: to fall back on but herself.
[20:14] Speaker 2: For the first.
[20:15] Speaker 1: Time, she is alone on an island, and it's like,
[20:20] Speaker 1: figure out how to get off of it.
[20:21] Speaker 2: Yep, that is survival.
[20:22] Speaker 1: And let me tell you, when you can look at
[20:25] Speaker 1: the person that you pro created with, loved on such
[20:30] Speaker 1: a deep and intimate level, they became a part of you,
[20:32] Speaker 1: When you can walk away from that, you can fucking
[20:36] Speaker 1: walk away from anybody. It's like, this is no problem.
[20:38] Speaker 1: So when you reacted to Kyle and Erica that way,
[20:44] Speaker 1: I understood. And you're not not meaning you just women
[20:49] Speaker 1: who are put in those positions. You're not yourself. You're
[20:53] Speaker 1: going to war for your heart and soul, your children. Right.
[20:57] Speaker 1: The most vulnerable position that a woman can be in
[20:59] Speaker 1: is entering a divorce and a custody battle. And in
[21:04] Speaker 1: those systems, the women are looked at as volatile, emotional, unhinged, scorned.
[21:11] Speaker 2: So you got to keep a brave face.
[21:12] Speaker 1: And let me tell you, even when you act logically,
[21:16] Speaker 1: the moment that that changes. It's see, I knew it unhinged, right,
[21:21] Speaker 1: so I understood where you were coming from.
[21:24] Speaker 2: I definitely did.
[21:26] Speaker 3: I love that.
[21:27] Speaker 2: Really, I'm not just gassing you up. Oh no, no, no,
[21:29] Speaker 2: I have related. I've been here.
[21:32] Speaker 4: Yes, no, And what I do know of you, you're
[21:36] Speaker 4: not the type to gas someone up.
[21:37] Speaker 3: You know it's coming from your heart.
[21:39] Speaker 4: I know that you fully mean it, and I can
[21:41] Speaker 4: see also even in your in your face, you really understand.
[21:47] Speaker 2: I do understand.
[21:48] Speaker 4: You know exactly what you said, and I had been
[21:51] Speaker 4: going through it, you know, just to give you a
[21:54] Speaker 4: little context, because there's a lot that people don't know
[21:58] Speaker 4: from the beginning. And p K at first, well, actually,
[22:03] Speaker 4: and I talk about this in the book.
[22:05] Speaker 2: I want to deep dive into your book, by the way.
[22:07] Speaker 4: Yes, yes, well I'll say this. When when we agreed
[22:12] Speaker 4: to separate, it was actually PK was sober and he
[22:17] Speaker 4: had his sober coach over and it was his sober
[22:20] Speaker 4: coach who sort of told me that we should take
[22:27] Speaker 4: you know, we should separate.
[22:40] Speaker 1: Were you seeing a couple's therapist at any point in time, yes,
[22:43] Speaker 1: And the couple's therapist never said to you this feels
[22:47] Speaker 1: like you need to take a break no, but the
[22:49] Speaker 1: sober coach did.
[22:50] Speaker 2: That's very interesting to me.
[22:51] Speaker 3: It wasn't It wasn't him that said it. It was obviously.
[22:54] Speaker 2: Pkkay, So he was just a mouthpiece exactly got it.
[22:57] Speaker 4: Yes, he didn't have the courage to sit down with
[23:01] Speaker 4: me and say it. That's what I gather because something
[23:04] Speaker 4: that really should have been a conversation between him and I,
[23:09] Speaker 4: he just it wasn't. So I was blindsided, really blindsided.
[23:15] Speaker 4: But like I said, we have two small children, two
[23:18] Speaker 4: children very vulnerable ages, and within twenty four hours I realized, Listen,
[23:23] Speaker 4: the best way for everyone, the best the way everybody
[23:29] Speaker 4: is going to what's going to serve us all best
[23:32] Speaker 4: is if p K and I can put all of
[23:34] Speaker 4: our differences aside and just be respectful communicate. He can
[23:40] Speaker 4: do whatever he wants. This is what he needs, this
[23:42] Speaker 4: is what never mind. Like I was prepared to put
[23:45] Speaker 4: my emotions to the side and just focus on being friends,
[23:49] Speaker 4: preserve a bond that we have, happy to work through
[23:53] Speaker 4: things if you wanted to, in a safe place and
[23:55] Speaker 4: you know, with a therapist. But other than that, we
[23:58] Speaker 4: just stay friendly, am and we can co parent, and
[24:03] Speaker 4: that's all I was focused on. He agreed in the moment,
[24:07] Speaker 4: but a week later it changed and there was no
[24:10] Speaker 4: communication and he basically took off, and in doing that
[24:16] Speaker 4: it kickstarted this intense not only anxiety, but it leads
[24:23] Speaker 4: to so many other problems. Our lives are intertwined, right, Yeah,
[24:28] Speaker 4: fourteen years at this point, and then all of a sudden,
[24:31] Speaker 4: there wasn't a handoff. There wasn't like, Okay, this is
[24:35] Speaker 4: what you need to know, this is what I'm going
[24:37] Speaker 4: to do. I was left blind, totally blind, and I
[24:43] Speaker 4: had no visibility on anything, so I didn't even know
[24:47] Speaker 4: a lot of the things that were going on in
[24:49] Speaker 4: our lives.
[24:50] Speaker 3: Over the course of two years, it.
[24:52] Speaker 4: Was one bomb after another landing in my lap, none
[24:58] Speaker 4: of which world the audience know because what I did
[25:03] Speaker 4: share on Housewives. And there's no way I can film
[25:07] Speaker 4: the season when I'm going through this situation with PK
[25:11] Speaker 4: and pretend that things are hunky dory, right. I can't
[25:15] Speaker 4: not to mention that Mauricio and Pik are very good friends.
[25:20] Speaker 4: Kyle is very close to Mauricio. Kyle knows exactly what's
[25:24] Speaker 4: going on with PK and I at any I mean
[25:28] Speaker 4: I know that, So there was no way I was
[25:31] Speaker 4: going to be able to pretend.
[25:33] Speaker 2: No, you can't pretend to your life exactly. Do you
[25:38] Speaker 2: think when.
[25:39] Speaker 1: You say, Kyle, there was no way that Kyle didn't know.
[25:42] Speaker 1: It wasn't coming from your mouth. She was getting PK sided.
[25:45] Speaker 4: One thousand percent. This is what was so frustrating and
[25:48] Speaker 4: infuriating to me.
[25:49] Speaker 1: Did you ever feel comfortable saying, Kyle, we need to
[25:51] Speaker 1: sit down and have a discussion and I need you
[25:53] Speaker 1: to I need you to understand what I deal with.
[25:55] Speaker 2: Did that conversation ever happen?
[25:57] Speaker 3: Yes?
[25:58] Speaker 4: It did, Yes, yes, more than once. And this was
[26:05] Speaker 4: the mot This was a really difficult thing for me.
[26:10] Speaker 4: Her mouth was saying I support you, I understand, but
[26:16] Speaker 4: there was also well, he's saying something totally different, and
[26:21] Speaker 4: it felt in my heart that she either wanted to
[26:28] Speaker 4: believe what p K was saying or just questioned what
[26:35] Speaker 4: I was saying. No shore either way, either way, don't
[26:39] Speaker 4: like it exactly.
[26:40] Speaker 3: I get that, and especially you know, Lola.
[26:43] Speaker 4: One thing I have that's come out of this separation
[26:46] Speaker 4: divorce is that I really understand and appreciate the value
[26:51] Speaker 4: of friendships, the women in your life that are so
[26:55] Speaker 4: supportive that lifts you up, that that true, truly, you know,
[27:01] Speaker 4: they enricher life. They help you out of this darkness
[27:05] Speaker 4: that you're living in, you know, if you're going through
[27:09] Speaker 4: an acrimonious divorce, which I had been. So it just
[27:13] Speaker 4: felt very much like she. It felt like she was
[27:17] Speaker 4: in PK's corner.
[27:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. Did you feel abandoned by her?
[27:24] Speaker 3: Yes? I did.
[27:27] Speaker 1: Like in the hardest time, Yes, is when you choose
[27:29] Speaker 1: to place Switzerland or say things where you're I'm feeling
[27:34] Speaker 1: like you're kind of more on his side.
[27:35] Speaker 4: Yes, Yes, that was what was really hurtful, especially because
[27:39] Speaker 4: when you know when her and Mo first separated. I
[27:44] Speaker 4: don't know if you know everybody knew this or knows this.
[27:47] Speaker 4: I mean you could see there was one season I
[27:49] Speaker 4: don't even know if it was season fourteen or fifteen,
[27:53] Speaker 4: but they were I mean he leaned in too, like
[27:56] Speaker 4: give her a kiss, and she pulled away. Like you
[27:58] Speaker 4: could tell. They they were not amicable. They weren't like
[28:02] Speaker 4: they are now. And I'm really pleased for them because
[28:05] Speaker 4: they they found, you know, a great place where they're communicating.
[28:09] Speaker 4: They're able to co parent. I mean their children are
[28:11] Speaker 4: slightly you know, they're slightly older. However, they're good friends
[28:16] Speaker 4: and that's great, but you know, she knows what it
[28:20] Speaker 4: was like. Although I think it was her that was
[28:22] Speaker 4: pushing away. In any case, you know, it feels like
[28:29] Speaker 4: I'm going through the hardest time and when I really
[28:32] Speaker 4: needed her support, it really felt like she was in
[28:37] Speaker 4: Moe's corner and Moe was in p case corner.
[28:40] Speaker 3: That makes sense, It.
[28:41] Speaker 1: Makes total sense. So is there any you haven't spoken
[28:45] Speaker 1: to Kyle? Have you spoken to Erica?
[28:48] Speaker 4: We've had some text messages. Yeah, and we'll get together great.
[28:53] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[28:53] Speaker 1: What could happen between you and Kyle that could get
[28:56] Speaker 1: you back to a good place.
[29:00] Speaker 4: Would need to happen is that she would like to
[29:05] Speaker 4: she'd like to meet speak. All she needs to do
[29:12] Speaker 4: really is want to make things better, because I think
[29:16] Speaker 4: you need two people. I'm always open to making things better,
[29:22] Speaker 4: mending fences, that's just my nature anyway. I don't like,
[29:27] Speaker 4: you know, to be on opposite andence. Even if your
[29:30] Speaker 4: men fences and you discover that your friendship has taken
[29:32] Speaker 4: a different shape, that's fine totally, But you know, being
[29:36] Speaker 4: in this situation that we're in now, no, it doesn't
[29:39] Speaker 4: feel nice. This is a long standing friendship. We've known
[29:43] Speaker 4: each other for ten almost ten years. We've been through
[29:47] Speaker 4: a lot, and even whether we've been had her ups
[29:51] Speaker 4: and downs, it doesn't matter somebody that you have.
[29:56] Speaker 3: You know, when you do a show together, you know,
[29:58] Speaker 3: I mean.
[29:59] Speaker 4: You go through an experience, means that the only people
[30:01] Speaker 4: that understand that are the people that are going through it.
[30:05] Speaker 3: And it's really something special.
[30:07] Speaker 4: So I'd hate to see Kyle and I, you know,
[30:10] Speaker 4: not be able to fix things.
[30:12] Speaker 2: Do you think you'll go back for another season?
[30:15] Speaker 3: I don't know.
[30:16] Speaker 2: I'm in there.
[30:17] Speaker 1: You know, you seem like you're in a really in
[30:20] Speaker 1: a good place. I don't want to say a really
[30:21] Speaker 1: good place. You seem like you're in a better place.
[30:24] Speaker 3: Oh yeah, for sure.
[30:26] Speaker 4: A lot, a lot has happened emotionally, you know, I've
[30:33] Speaker 4: reached a point where it's now a non negotiable for me.
[30:38] Speaker 4: I feel like I've everything that kind of could have
[30:42] Speaker 4: happened has happened, and I'm in a place where the
[30:47] Speaker 4: rest I need to get through it. Hopefully we're going
[30:50] Speaker 4: to be able to tie this up sooner rather than later.
[30:54] Speaker 4: I'm not holding onto anger or resentment or any of that.
[30:58] Speaker 3: It doesn't serve me.
[31:00] Speaker 4: It doesn't I don't want to bring it where I'm going, right,
[31:04] Speaker 4: so I'm leaving it behind.
[31:05] Speaker 2: I love this. Yeah.
[31:07] Speaker 1: So on that note, I want to talk about your book,
[31:11] Speaker 1: which we saw you shoot.
[31:13] Speaker 2: The cover is just I mean, come on, thank you.
[31:17] Speaker 2: It is so good.
[31:18] Speaker 1: You finally have a work of art, a body of
[31:23] Speaker 1: your experience that is not the narrative, is not shifted
[31:27] Speaker 1: by editing.
[31:30] Speaker 2: It's your story.
[31:32] Speaker 1: When did you sit there and go, you know what,
[31:34] Speaker 1: now is the time for me to put it out there?
[31:37] Speaker 4: I would say about a couple of months before I
[31:41] Speaker 4: actually signed the deal, it was I felt like it
[31:46] Speaker 4: started to feel right. I had things to say. You know,
[31:49] Speaker 4: I had already lived through a few years of some challenges,
[31:54] Speaker 4: and you know, I was in conversations with some people
[31:58] Speaker 4: and a lot of people in our world, and you know,
[32:02] Speaker 4: certainly in the housewives world, you know, write a book.
[32:05] Speaker 4: And some people had asked me, you don't have a book,
[32:08] Speaker 4: and I always said, over the last nine years, you know, no,
[32:11] Speaker 4: I just I didn't feel like I was ready. You know.
[32:15] Speaker 4: Then I reached a point just before I signed, you know,
[32:18] Speaker 4: with my Fantastic Publishers podium, that.
[32:23] Speaker 3: I felt ready.
[32:23] Speaker 4: I felt like I had a lot to say, and
[32:25] Speaker 4: then things were happening in real time, and I felt
[32:28] Speaker 4: like it would be almost cathartic. Okay, yeah, so you
[32:33] Speaker 4: know it felt right. I also felt like I had
[32:36] Speaker 4: been on television over the years, you know, people had
[32:40] Speaker 4: seen parts of my life. But I felt like it
[32:43] Speaker 4: was time to tell the full story in my own
[32:46] Speaker 4: voice without editing, just like you say, and so you
[32:51] Speaker 4: know that's how the journey started.
[33:04] Speaker 1: Was there ever a part of you that thought, it's
[33:07] Speaker 1: not the right time to write a book because I
[33:08] Speaker 1: don't feel that the story is over.
[33:10] Speaker 4: I thought about that, and that was actually the thought
[33:13] Speaker 4: that I had when I was thinking about writing a book.
[33:16] Speaker 4: But then I thought, wait a minute, that's what two, three, four, five, six,
[33:20] Speaker 4: seven or four I can write.
[33:24] Speaker 3: You know, I need to write one book. You know,
[33:27] Speaker 3: a many books. I can write many especially listen.
[33:31] Speaker 4: It feels like everything that happened before the divorce or
[33:36] Speaker 4: coming up to the divorce is a lot.
[33:38] Speaker 3: It's enough.
[33:39] Speaker 4: You know, there's there can be there will be another chapter,
[33:44] Speaker 4: and that could be a different book.
[33:45] Speaker 2: I love this.
[33:46] Speaker 3: So it did feel like the right time.
[33:49] Speaker 1: Was there any because I know that you touch on
[33:52] Speaker 1: p K and I feel like I can't even call
[33:55] Speaker 1: him an older man because twenty years versus your nine.
[33:59] Speaker 2: I'm like, yes, in the right, in the perfect age range.
[34:02] Speaker 1: But you talk about his charm, his humor and all
[34:05] Speaker 1: of these things, and then venture into him struggling with alcohol.
[34:12] Speaker 1: Did you ever think, do I share this or is
[34:17] Speaker 1: it too much? Did that ever cross your mind?
[34:19] Speaker 4: Of course, of course, I mean not only crossed my mind.
[34:23] Speaker 4: I think it stayed. It took up residence in my
[34:26] Speaker 4: mind and stayed there. And you know, I it was
[34:30] Speaker 4: really important to me that I was very honest and vulnerable,
[34:39] Speaker 4: and I did that, and I'm really pleased. However, in
[34:44] Speaker 4: the process, I had thought the whole time, listen, this
[34:48] Speaker 4: is going to be something that my children end up reading.
[34:52] Speaker 4: You know, they're too young now, and I you know,
[34:54] Speaker 4: I have the luxury of being able to keep them
[34:58] Speaker 4: from reading, you know, something like this, at least for
[35:01] Speaker 4: the next few years. But it's also their father. And truly, honestly, Lala,
[35:07] Speaker 4: we had so many more good years than bad, and
[35:12] Speaker 4: that too needs attention, Like that is the story, That
[35:19] Speaker 4: is the real story. Just because the way things are ending,
[35:24] Speaker 4: you know, have where we've gotten to. I don't need
[35:27] Speaker 4: to write a book that evisceraates him that talks about
[35:31] Speaker 4: all the bad moments when there's so many more good
[35:35] Speaker 4: ones to talk about. And that was the foundation of
[35:37] Speaker 4: who we are, and truth be told. The reason why
[35:40] Speaker 4: it's so heartbreaking now, The reason why I struggled so
[35:44] Speaker 4: much the first year and a half of our separation
[35:48] Speaker 4: was because of the love that I felt deep in
[35:52] Speaker 4: my soul, like and I mean in my blood, in.
[35:58] Speaker 3: All of the parts of.
[36:00] Speaker 4: My body and my mind and my heart. And it's
[36:04] Speaker 4: soul crushing when you have that, and then you find
[36:08] Speaker 4: yourself in a situation where everything that you believed was
[36:13] Speaker 4: your life and would be your life now is no
[36:17] Speaker 4: longer and you haven't had the time to envision it,
[36:21] Speaker 4: to process it, to think about it, never mind actually
[36:26] Speaker 4: be able to plan, whereas I feel like he was
[36:30] Speaker 4: ten steps ahead from the very beginning, and that when
[36:36] Speaker 4: you're playing catchup, that's never fun.
[36:39] Speaker 1: That was like taking a bullet, just the thought of
[36:44] Speaker 1: your life being a certain way time. I have a
[36:47] Speaker 1: strange relationship with yeah, because I feel like we blink
[36:50] Speaker 1: and things can just change drastically and your whole life
[36:53] Speaker 1: looks different.
[36:54] Speaker 3: Yep.
[36:55] Speaker 1: And when you have a love story, the love story
[36:58] Speaker 1: that you have and then it to a close. I
[37:01] Speaker 1: have to imagine you sit there and as you're writing
[37:04] Speaker 1: this and remembering all of those fantastic moments, thinking how
[37:09] Speaker 1: the fuck did I get.
[37:12] Speaker 2: To where I am now?
[37:14] Speaker 1: Yes, and you're writing about this beautiful story, and then
[37:18] Speaker 1: all of the sudden you're writing about the end of it,
[37:21] Speaker 1: and you wonder, like you've probably had an out of
[37:26] Speaker 1: body experience, like how did this happen?
[37:29] Speaker 4: Absolutely, it was deeply emotional at times, deeply and I
[37:36] Speaker 4: had to go really deep too, but I did. I mean,
[37:40] Speaker 4: I went through all of it, which is the crux
[37:43] Speaker 4: of who we are, who we were, and when Pique
[37:47] Speaker 4: talks about, oh, you know, to reach changed or it's
[37:51] Speaker 4: really important. It was important to me that the reader
[37:56] Speaker 4: gets a full picture and understands who we were, who
[38:01] Speaker 4: Pik and were.
[38:02] Speaker 3: At the beginning. I mean, PK was not.
[38:06] Speaker 4: I think people looked at us and they thought, oh,
[38:09] Speaker 4: older man, even though he's own, you know, he's a
[38:12] Speaker 4: decade older. Yeah, older man, younger woman. He's got money,
[38:18] Speaker 4: she's you know. But that wasn't the case at all,
[38:22] Speaker 4: like at all. He was bankrupt when I met him.
[38:27] Speaker 4: He was going through a divorce, three children, three three children.
[38:32] Speaker 1: It's not the ideal man at all, three children going
[38:36] Speaker 1: into bankruptcy.
[38:37] Speaker 3: Yes, exactly, exactly at all.
[38:41] Speaker 4: And meanwhile, I was, you know, living in New York City,
[38:44] Speaker 4: living my best life.
[38:45] Speaker 3: I had been engaged twice.
[38:47] Speaker 4: Wow, And I mean all of this is in the book,
[38:51] Speaker 4: but I had sworn off men after the second engagement,
[38:54] Speaker 4: and I went thirteen months with all. I mean, I
[38:58] Speaker 4: was out with all my friends and my gay best
[39:00] Speaker 4: friend who him and I swore if we never get married,
[39:04] Speaker 4: we're going to.
[39:04] Speaker 3: Marry each other.
[39:05] Speaker 4: And you know, we were running around Manhattan living our
[39:09] Speaker 4: best lives. And they knew when we were out because
[39:13] Speaker 4: in Manhattan, you know, it's like nine women to every man.
[39:16] Speaker 4: So they knew that they kept they were like my watchdogs,
[39:23] Speaker 4: you know, like they were the gatekeepers, right because they
[39:25] Speaker 4: knew I wanted nothing to do with men, nothing to
[39:27] Speaker 4: do with dating. I was focused on my company that
[39:30] Speaker 4: I had started a couple of years before that, and
[39:34] Speaker 4: I was focused on being having fun.
[39:37] Speaker 1: Yeah, and keeping your inner piece, because we all know,
[39:39] Speaker 1: the moment a man enters, you fucks with your peace.
[39:43] Speaker 4: I mean, it wasn't like that for me for a
[39:46] Speaker 4: long time. Really, Oh my god, A long time. PK
[39:52] Speaker 4: was my piece. He was my whole piece.
[39:55] Speaker 1: I always say they're amazing until they're not. And yeah,
[39:59] Speaker 1: what I love about this book and your journey and
[40:02] Speaker 1: you putting your whole heart and soul even though it
[40:04] Speaker 1: is about you, it's your memoir. Whoever reads it, especially
[40:11] Speaker 1: women who we know the demographic, they're going to understand
[40:15] Speaker 1: that life is so nuanced, that experiences are going to happen,
[40:21] Speaker 1: and you changing. When people say, even about their wife
[40:25] Speaker 1: or soon to be ex wife, they've changed, I should
[40:28] Speaker 1: fucking hope so. And I think your book is going
[40:32] Speaker 1: to allow women to say, you know what, it's okay
[40:36] Speaker 1: for me to make changes just because someone married this version.
[40:41] Speaker 1: How fucking boring to be stuck in that forever. I
[40:45] Speaker 1: think there's going to be a lot of healing that
[40:48] Speaker 1: comes from this, not only for you, but for your readers,
[40:50] Speaker 1: which I like any book that I read that's about somebody,
[40:54] Speaker 1: but I feel like they're telling my story is just
[40:57] Speaker 1: like a warm hug. And I think it's fantastic that
[41:01] Speaker 1: you wrote the book. I think it was therapeutic for you,
[41:04] Speaker 1: as you just said, yep. And when the story is complete,
[41:07] Speaker 1: you'll write another book. Yes, absolutely, I want to leave
[41:10] Speaker 1: it on this. Are we outdating after two years? Do
[41:15] Speaker 1: we have anybody? What's our type?
[41:17] Speaker 3: Okay?
[41:18] Speaker 2: Should we be each other's wing women?
[41:20] Speaker 1: Yes?
[41:21] Speaker 4: We should one million percent. I don't have anyone to
[41:26] Speaker 4: speak of now. Okay, However, if you'll have me on
[41:31] Speaker 4: next time, I'm hoping that answer will be different.
[41:35] Speaker 2: You're always most welcome on here.
[41:36] Speaker 3: Oh, thank you.
[41:37] Speaker 4: I've really enjoyed it, you know, la la listen, It's
[41:41] Speaker 4: like I said earlier, it's been a long time. However,
[41:45] Speaker 4: I I know I'm good at it.
[41:51] Speaker 2: Have we been intimate since?
[41:52] Speaker 3: No?
[41:53] Speaker 1: No?
[41:54] Speaker 3: Really no?
[41:55] Speaker 2: Can I ask you about vibrators?
[41:57] Speaker 3: Like anything? Do we have that love them? Yeah?
[42:02] Speaker 4: Funny enough? I actually you know I forgot about them. Well,
[42:07] Speaker 4: I was in my marriage, but I've I was reminded
[42:13] Speaker 4: of them in my separation.
[42:16] Speaker 2: I love this.
[42:18] Speaker 1: I've recently discovered British men they've never been my type.
[42:22] Speaker 1: With your experience, should I steer clear or should I
[42:25] Speaker 1: dive deep? Oh?
[42:26] Speaker 4: My goodness, you know it's hard. I mean, first of all,
[42:31] Speaker 4: my second fiance was also British.
[42:34] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we have a type. I have a little tie.
[42:37] Speaker 3: I know you know what, I don't know.
[42:39] Speaker 4: It's so much British, but I will say I've never
[42:42] Speaker 4: did an American oh ever, ever.
[42:45] Speaker 1: All right, we'll do a little swapeh by the way,
[42:49] Speaker 1: once I throw the men that you'll never go back.
[42:52] Speaker 1: No oh no, trust me, draw all the vibrators. And
[42:58] Speaker 1: a reminder you guys that Unburdened by Drek Kemsley you
[43:02] Speaker 1: have to read it. It is out now, the physical copy,

[43:10] Speaker 1: Thank you amazing, and I think you're just fucking everything.
