[0:13] Speaker 1: I'm here with t T.
[0:14] Speaker 2: Hi.
[0:16] Speaker 1: Hey, Hi, Hey, guys, I went out. What'd you do?
[0:22] Speaker 1: Hung out with the girl? Hi? Five? Yeah? I love that?
[0:27] Speaker 1: Thank you?
[0:27] Speaker 2: And were you able to you would have been at
[0:30] Speaker 2: five in the morning. Yes, where'd you guys hang out at?
[0:34] Speaker 2: Like her hotel or something? Or did you guys go?
[0:36] Speaker 2: Where would you go? Until five minutes?
[0:38] Speaker 3: So I picked her up and then we just went
[0:40] Speaker 3: to Seal Beach because I was near it.
[0:42] Speaker 2: You drove where did you pick her up from?
[0:45] Speaker 3: She was in She was only like thirty minutes away.
[0:48] Speaker 3: Seal Beach is far, it's forty seven minutes, but it
[0:51] Speaker 3: was only so her place from here.
[0:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, in the morning it would take forty five minutes.
[0:56] Speaker 3: Her place from here, thirty minutes Seal Beach from her
[1:00] Speaker 3: place eighteen.
[1:02] Speaker 1: But I wanted to go because I was like Dad's wine.
[1:06] Speaker 3: Yeah, So I was like, how funny that I feel
[1:09] Speaker 3: like I've never been here, So I'm going to go
[1:11] Speaker 3: to Seal Beach. So we went to Seal beach and
[1:14] Speaker 3: we pull up a guy just getting head in the
[1:17] Speaker 3: car next to us.
[1:18] Speaker 1: Shut up.
[1:19] Speaker 3: Yeah, it kind of fucked up the whole vibe for
[1:22] Speaker 3: everything we had going. You know, you see that and
[1:24] Speaker 3: you're like, wow, now, like, hey, do you want to
[1:26] Speaker 3: do what the girl's doing to the guy over there?
[1:28] Speaker 3: To me at five and or four?
[1:30] Speaker 1: No, that was it. No, I went to bed. That
[1:32] Speaker 1: was at like one. Oh you went to bed at five? Yeah,
[1:36] Speaker 1: I just got home at five. Yeah.
[1:38] Speaker 2: That does mess up the vibe. Yeah, especially when you
[1:42] Speaker 2: think you're gonna be the only people.
[1:43] Speaker 3: Party and then like you go over and like she
[1:45] Speaker 3: looks over and she goes that guy's one hundred percent
[1:47] Speaker 3: getting head. And I was like, all right, so now
[1:49] Speaker 3: how do I ask for it?
[1:50] Speaker 1: I'm jesus. Oh no, it was yeah, it was great.
[1:55] Speaker 1: It was fun. Okay, I'm mindless today.
[1:58] Speaker 2: Why don't Yeah, I would be mindless too. Yeah, but
[2:01] Speaker 2: you know what, I'm happy that you just because I
[2:03] Speaker 2: got a text from you at like midnight and it
[2:05] Speaker 2: was like, Hey, I'm about to head out.
[2:07] Speaker 1: I'm gonna go hang out with that girl.
[2:10] Speaker 2: I didn't see it until this morning, but I'm like, well,
[2:13] Speaker 2: this was at midnight, and we have to podcast all morning.
[2:16] Speaker 2: We had a very it's like an early morning of
[2:18] Speaker 2: podcasting because we're headed to the beach today. I'm taking
[2:22] Speaker 2: Ocean and Sosa. We got a house in Newport.
[2:26] Speaker 3: Just to let you guys know, get off my back.
[2:29] Speaker 3: I'm coming today. I'm coming as well.
[2:32] Speaker 2: But I yes, I just here's what bothers me.
[2:37] Speaker 1: Around. Yes, we like your energy, but to be like
[2:40] Speaker 1: it's it's like what you back it up with.
[2:43] Speaker 2: You're like, I'm gonna do this. I'm not gonna I'm
[2:45] Speaker 2: not gonna fuck with my plans. I see you guys
[2:47] Speaker 2: all the time, and it's like, I understand we see
[2:49] Speaker 2: each other. Is this beach house like five months ago?
[2:55] Speaker 1: I know, and we all sill. You're with the plan,
[2:58] Speaker 1: but I have an opportunity. That's fine. It's just like,
[3:02] Speaker 1: don't back don't try to back it up with. I'm
[3:04] Speaker 1: not going to fuck with my plan. We see each
[3:06] Speaker 1: other all the time.
[3:06] Speaker 2: It's like I understand that we see each other all
[3:08] Speaker 2: the time, but actually you're fucking with the plan, not me.
[3:12] Speaker 2: I too have to bounce back and forth. I have
[3:16] Speaker 2: to be back to LA literally every single day.
[3:18] Speaker 1: This is yeah, same, I well, that's okay.
[3:21] Speaker 3: Well, then me and you are going to communicate about
[3:22] Speaker 3: the dogs because if you come home, I may have
[3:25] Speaker 3: you take care of them so I can like hang
[3:26] Speaker 3: out with mom and stuff. Yeah, we'll be on this
[3:28] Speaker 3: sing I will tell you I'm probably gonna be there
[3:32] Speaker 3: like ninety eight percent of the time. Great, I just
[3:36] Speaker 3: today for me there they asked me for the opportunity
[3:41] Speaker 3: that I was given for being a part of.
[3:46] Speaker 1: Creative Recovery. I think it's great.
[3:48] Speaker 3: It just told me last night, okay, at eleven thirty
[3:51] Speaker 3: because they went and saw Ariana Grande.
[3:54] Speaker 1: They did say it was a lot of people in
[3:57] Speaker 1: the world. Yeah, they said it was on. Well, she's
[4:00] Speaker 1: fucking amazing.
[4:01] Speaker 3: So they called me and they were just like, hey,
[4:02] Speaker 3: if you have time, we would love to see you tomorrow.
[4:04] Speaker 2: And you know, Y and I don't have a problem
[4:09] Speaker 2: with that, but when you present it as we're fucking
[4:11] Speaker 2: with your plan, it's like, no, you're fucking with our
[4:13] Speaker 2: plan that we've had for five months. Anyway, this is
[4:17] Speaker 2: the game plan. It's a very chaotic week. I film
[4:21] Speaker 2: the reunion. Ocean's graduating that exact same day. We're going
[4:25] Speaker 2: to come home. The night before sleep in la. That
[4:28] Speaker 2: way we can all be ready to go. You have
[4:30] Speaker 2: to be a graduation like seven in the morning.
[4:32] Speaker 3: No, we're coming back, what to Tuesday night? Because isn't
[4:35] Speaker 3: it Wednesday or is it Thursday?
[4:37] Speaker 1: It's Wednesday night. We're so we're going to come home.
[4:40] Speaker 3: But also I have to come home Saturday. I know
[4:44] Speaker 3: you guys are going to probably stay Saturday night. I
[4:46] Speaker 3: have to come home because I'm preparing for this off
[4:52] Speaker 3: Ball World Series. That's great, and my team is coming over.
[4:56] Speaker 3: We're having a party at the house.
[4:57] Speaker 1: Guys. Oh that's right.
[4:59] Speaker 2: Yeah, you're gonna have to be the house ready then,
[5:03] Speaker 2: just to let you know.
[5:04] Speaker 3: Like I have to spray the line ray.
[5:09] Speaker 2: You guys, I know, trigger warning. But for those of
[5:12] Speaker 2: you who have massive dogs and have turf, because what's
[5:16] Speaker 2: the alternative. You have regular glass, you have regular grass
[5:20] Speaker 2: and then.
[5:20] Speaker 4: It's just dead.
[5:22] Speaker 2: Everywhere, or you get the turf and you're like, what
[5:25] Speaker 2: the fuck is that smell? And by the way, I've
[5:28] Speaker 2: had people come spray it, suck it out. But when
[5:31] Speaker 2: you have two ginormous pit bulls who are it's just
[5:35] Speaker 2: and I've tried to teach them, I'm like, go in
[5:37] Speaker 2: this corner, go in this corner. But these dogs are
[5:40] Speaker 2: freaking old. They're like nine and ten. They look at
[5:43] Speaker 2: me like, bitch, I go wherever the hell I want.
[5:46] Speaker 3: Yeah, But I also I think it's the draining system.
[5:54] Speaker 2: Well, at some point, at some point, I'm gonna have
[5:58] Speaker 2: someone come because I ripped out half the turf and
[6:00] Speaker 2: concrete it mm hmmm, so now it's just turf in
[6:04] Speaker 2: the back. At some point I'm going to have someone
[6:08] Speaker 2: come rip it all up and just start from scratch.
[6:12] Speaker 2: It'll be expensive, but it'll be work.
[6:14] Speaker 3: I think the what's crazy to me And this is
[6:17] Speaker 3: where I really do believe that it is in the
[6:20] Speaker 3: front half that the draining is fucked up, because if
[6:23] Speaker 3: you go into the backyard where the basketball board is,
[6:26] Speaker 3: it doesn't smell okay, and they use that all the time.
[6:30] Speaker 3: So it's like, I don't know if that's draining, So
[6:32] Speaker 3: let me tell.
[6:32] Speaker 1: You what it is.
[6:33] Speaker 2: And I'm not trying to be a dick. You don't
[6:35] Speaker 2: you don't clean it enough?
[6:36] Speaker 3: Well clean enough, yeah, I know, but like how often
[6:40] Speaker 3: is somebody going out and literally vacuuming?
[6:43] Speaker 1: And like, guys, when I tell you should probably do
[6:46] Speaker 1: it once a week, I know, And it's like a
[6:48] Speaker 1: six hour ordeal.
[6:49] Speaker 2: It's not six hours.
[6:50] Speaker 4: I would get that thing out to properly do it
[6:53] Speaker 4: with like the thing that little vacuum that like spins, Yeah,
[6:58] Speaker 4: if I were to do because they're is like the
[7:00] Speaker 4: remedy that I would have to do is like three.
[7:03] Speaker 3: Put downs of vinegar. After I put the vinegar down
[7:07] Speaker 3: baking soda. After the baking soda sits, I have to
[7:10] Speaker 3: vacuum that baking soda into every piece of the lawn.
[7:13] Speaker 3: Then after that I have to spray it with the
[7:15] Speaker 3: lawn like the the odor detergent. And then after that
[7:19] Speaker 3: I have to rewater it down. That's like the whole thing.
[7:22] Speaker 3: So it's like at one point, at some point I
[7:25] Speaker 3: do think like I will probably call and have somebody
[7:28] Speaker 3: do it professionally, someone come out and do it because
[7:32] Speaker 3: they have the bigger machines, or I just gotta go
[7:34] Speaker 3: to home depot and rent one for a day because
[7:36] Speaker 3: like it's only this big, and I've got a lot
[7:39] Speaker 3: of yards, so it's like I need something bigger.
[7:41] Speaker 1: But it is.
[7:42] Speaker 3: And then the the only thing that really sucks, and
[7:44] Speaker 3: I'll be completely honest to you, is to do all
[7:47] Speaker 3: of that work and then when you're done to get
[7:49] Speaker 3: a whiff of pe and feel so fucking defeated.
[7:53] Speaker 1: Here's what I'm gonna do.
[7:54] Speaker 2: I'm gonna call a company and I'm gonna see if
[7:57] Speaker 2: they come out.
[7:58] Speaker 3: Well, here's the thing. Does anybody have any remedies? That's
[8:00] Speaker 3: listening that you know? You have big dogs and turf?
[8:03] Speaker 1: Do you use? Have you found out? Is there? It
[8:06] Speaker 1: went over to.
[8:07] Speaker 2: Your friend's house the other day and they have all
[8:10] Speaker 2: turf and they have one tiny little dog. And I
[8:12] Speaker 2: was sitting in the back and everything was fine, and
[8:15] Speaker 2: then just in two seconds, I was like, Urine, no
[8:18] Speaker 2: it actually and I felt better.
[8:21] Speaker 1: No, yeah, my house. And You're like, I'm not gonna
[8:24] Speaker 1: judge you or tell you about it, No, because what
[8:26] Speaker 1: are they gonna do.
[8:27] Speaker 2: We're all sitting here and they're like, yeah, I know,
[8:28] Speaker 2: but I love my dogs, so right.
[8:31] Speaker 3: Yes.
[8:32] Speaker 2: Anyway, moving on from that, So my weekend, you guys,
[8:36] Speaker 2: was so much fun. Lisa vander Pump just opened a
[8:42] Speaker 2: fucking hotel on the Vegas Strip. It is gorgeous, The
[8:48] Speaker 2: rooms are beautiful. You never know what to expect when
[8:52] Speaker 2: you're walking into one of Lisa's babies, right, because she
[8:56] Speaker 2: has such a creative mind that you're like, what direction
[9:02] Speaker 2: is she going to go in? Because you know a
[9:05] Speaker 2: Lisa vander Pump restaurant or lounge or now hotel when
[9:11] Speaker 2: you enter, because there's always the signature touch, but you
[9:16] Speaker 2: never know, like because she works with nikolayin all the time,
[9:20] Speaker 2: like he does her lighting fixtures. He does like the
[9:23] Speaker 2: the barstools and the coverings, and so even though it
[9:27] Speaker 2: has Lisa and Nikolayne's signature on it, you just are
[9:30] Speaker 2: always going to be surprised by what impeccable shit you
[9:35] Speaker 2: see inside. So I walk in in the center is
[9:41] Speaker 2: this lounge bar area called Jigglow and it has Jiggy's face.
[9:47] Speaker 1: Oh what a great name.
[9:49] Speaker 2: I know. And then we got coins like heavy coins
[9:52] Speaker 2: that were for like your first drink and it has
[9:55] Speaker 2: Jiggy's face on it like a gold coin.
[9:58] Speaker 1: It was so cute, like when you go you get
[10:00] Speaker 1: one of those for that. I don't know. I don't
[10:01] Speaker 1: know if it was.
[10:02] Speaker 2: I don't know if it was because it was the opening,
[10:04] Speaker 2: so there were so many people there.
[10:06] Speaker 1: But I flew Jet sweet X.
[10:08] Speaker 2: And I was dealing with someone on Lisa's team with booking.
[10:14] Speaker 2: They said, you know, what flight do you want to
[10:16] Speaker 2: be on? I said, just put me on whatever flight
[10:18] Speaker 2: Schwartzy and Keana r on.
[10:20] Speaker 1: They sent me the flight info.
[10:21] Speaker 2: I arrive at Jet Sweet and then the first person
[10:24] Speaker 2: I see is my makeup artist. I love her, Emma Willis.
[10:28] Speaker 2: She's the freaking best. She's there, she's about to fly
[10:31] Speaker 2: to Napa. She almost misses her flight because we're like, man,
[10:34] Speaker 2: and how do you miss the flight at Jet Sweet?
[10:37] Speaker 1: Anybody?
[10:37] Speaker 3: I thought you guys were going to the same place
[10:39] Speaker 3: when she was like, I saw La La and then
[10:40] Speaker 3: I saw her and she was in Napa, and I
[10:42] Speaker 3: was like, where are you going?
[10:43] Speaker 2: Yeah, she was going. She's constantly traveling. She freaking hustles.
[10:47] Speaker 2: So I saw her. And then I see Baskin, who's
[10:49] Speaker 2: like my security blanket, so I sat with him. And
[10:52] Speaker 2: then in comes Tom.
[10:55] Speaker 1: Sandraval it's also on my flight.
[10:59] Speaker 2: And then incomes James Kennedy with his girlfriend.
[11:04] Speaker 1: I'm like, it wasn't even like ah.
[11:06] Speaker 2: I was just thinking, like, wow, I never thought I
[11:08] Speaker 2: would ever be on a flight with all people. Came right,
[11:15] Speaker 2: and then Schwartzy and Keana appear, and then in walks
[11:17] Speaker 2: p k Duren, Kemsley's ex husband, and it was wonderful
[11:25] Speaker 2: to see him because he was going to the same
[11:27] Speaker 2: place I was going. But you know, Durie was just
[11:31] Speaker 2: on my podcast, and you know, she and I have
[11:33] Speaker 2: a friendly relationship and I adore her and think she's
[11:36] Speaker 2: just amazing. But he was singing her praises that she
[11:41] Speaker 2: had just become a New York Times bestseller and I
[11:44] Speaker 2: had just had her on the podcast, and I was like,
[11:46] Speaker 2: this is such a huge deal. He talked about how
[11:48] Speaker 2: proud he was of her and that they he was
[11:55] Speaker 2: very happy with the podcast, which isn't always the case. Yes,
[12:00] Speaker 2: when Deurite was on, and he was like just saying
[12:04] Speaker 2: that he was happy, because you can so easily go
[12:07] Speaker 2: from being kind about someone to not. And I really
[12:10] Speaker 2: enjoyed having Durte on because so often when you end
[12:13] Speaker 2: up in a situation with your ex where you used
[12:16] Speaker 2: to once be you know, lovers, best friends and have
[12:21] Speaker 2: like a partnership and then it goes south. I loved
[12:26] Speaker 2: the fact that Durreite took us back in time and
[12:28] Speaker 2: it's all in her book as well, but took us
[12:30] Speaker 2: back in time to what the relationship was like, and
[12:33] Speaker 2: she was able to go there because I know that
[12:35] Speaker 2: I can't. I can't go there even five years in.
[12:38] Speaker 2: I'm like, I can't remember one good time or good thing.
[12:42] Speaker 2: So I appreciate when someone can do that. And PK
[12:46] Speaker 2: appreciated that as well. Anyway, thrilled that she made the list.
[12:52] Speaker 2: I did meet James's girlfriend. She's blonde, she's super cute.
[12:57] Speaker 2: James looked good. I didn't say much to him except for, Hi,
[13:02] Speaker 2: how are you we land in Vegas?
[13:05] Speaker 1: What about congratulations? A congratulations?
[13:09] Speaker 2: Honestly, I didn't even acknowledge it because I don't think
[13:12] Speaker 2: that they've confirmed it.
[13:14] Speaker 1: Well, I don't know if I should have said something.
[13:16] Speaker 3: I don't know if they've confirmed I just saw everywhere
[13:18] Speaker 3: that it was like James Kennedy and pregnant girlfriend like
[13:23] Speaker 3: that's everything.
[13:24] Speaker 1: Maybe they confirmed it. I don't know.
[13:26] Speaker 2: I never I mean, I have no idea, but we
[13:29] Speaker 2: land and they have like three different cars to pick
[13:32] Speaker 2: everyone up from jut sweet X and so it's myself,
[13:38] Speaker 2: Keanna Schwartzy, Tom Sandafal, James, James's new girlfriend in this car.
[13:44] Speaker 1: You guys. I was like, I literally said out loud.
[13:49] Speaker 1: I was like, I never thought any of us would
[13:52] Speaker 1: be in the same fucking car. Ever again, if I.
[13:55] Speaker 3: Was there and you just knowing what I know, headphones
[13:59] Speaker 3: on car ride, eyes closed.
[14:03] Speaker 2: I was texting. I was getting teed up for the night.
[14:06] Speaker 2: You know, I was getting teed up for the night.
[14:08] Speaker 2: What is this night gonna look like? We're gonna still bat?
[14:14] Speaker 2: So we go, we check in. I have to eat,
[14:18] Speaker 2: I tell Kean and Schwartzy, I have to eat. You
[14:21] Speaker 2: must eat, baby. I was like, I'm third wheeling my
[14:23] Speaker 2: ass off until we get to the event. Keana needed
[14:27] Speaker 2: ear rings, so they went somewhere. I met Basket at
[14:29] Speaker 2: the bar. We key keyed, ran into Heather and Terry Debro.
[14:32] Speaker 2: I was like, what's the game planned tonight? You guys, Like,
[14:35] Speaker 2: is there food? Heather was like, I bet there's tray passing.
[14:38] Speaker 2: I was like, I'm gonna need to eat. How long
[14:40] Speaker 2: are we staying at the event? And they were like,
[14:42] Speaker 2: let's rock it until like ten and I said okay,
[14:45] Speaker 2: but then like I have to eat. There was trey
[14:47] Speaker 2: passing at Jigglow. That's where we met everybody. That was
[14:51] Speaker 2: like the initial get together and then you work your
[14:53] Speaker 2: way to the rooftop, which was fucking fabulous.
[14:57] Speaker 1: Her voice makes me calm down. Sorry, Oh my god,
[15:00] Speaker 1: I know, I love it.
[15:01] Speaker 2: So we had made a plan that around ten we
[15:03] Speaker 2: were going to head to Delilah. So it was myself.
[15:07] Speaker 2: I text Basket and I was like, hey, are you
[15:09] Speaker 2: still here? He said, yeah, let's head out and go eat.
[15:12] Speaker 2: So it was me the boy that I brought.
[15:15] Speaker 1: A boy a man, she brought a fight.
[15:22] Speaker 2: Me baskin the man uh, and then Terry and Heather
[15:25] Speaker 2: and we had like the best time at Delilah. You guys,
[15:28] Speaker 2: I was up until four in the morning.
[15:32] Speaker 1: Yeah, but I was wrecked for the next you guys.
[15:34] Speaker 2: I flew home from Vegas the next day at like one.
[15:39] Speaker 2: I literally went downstairs. I got a coffee. I had
[15:43] Speaker 2: two fresh episodes of The Valley because we have to
[15:46] Speaker 2: get caught up, guys.
[15:50] Speaker 1: I really am into The Valley. Valley's crush.
[15:53] Speaker 4: You can't even recap it anymore, guys, and I'm still
[15:55] Speaker 4: into it.
[15:56] Speaker 2: It's really really good. It's really good in it. So
[16:00] Speaker 2: I had two new episodes. So I literally just sat
[16:02] Speaker 2: in the lobby with my Starbucks and watched and by
[16:06] Speaker 2: the time it was over, I was like, oh my gosh,
[16:07] Speaker 2: here's a great thing about flying jet Sweet.
[16:10] Speaker 1: You don't have to be there an hour early, you know.
[16:12] Speaker 2: I was like, I'm gonna leave now, I'll be there
[16:14] Speaker 2: a half hour before the plane leaves.
[16:16] Speaker 3: And still pen and paper? What's pen and paper? Like
[16:21] Speaker 3: their ticket? Like you walk up and you're like Lauren,
[16:24] Speaker 3: and they're like, okay, A two.
[16:26] Speaker 1: No.
[16:26] Speaker 2: Actually it's almost like a receipt. Just looks like a receipt.
[16:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it's not online.
[16:31] Speaker 2: Yeah no, second, here's my ID. They take the bag,
[16:36] Speaker 2: they give you like literally just a receipt with your yeah.
[16:40] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[16:41] Speaker 2: So I get there to jet Sweet James is there again.
[16:45] Speaker 2: He was getting deplaned because I guess they needed to
[16:48] Speaker 2: do something with his plane. So then our flight was
[16:51] Speaker 2: delayed and I just sat with Michael and Lance Lance Bass, oh, yes,
[16:58] Speaker 2: we sat in Keikey. I was looking at the latte
[17:02] Speaker 2: machine and I was like, you, guys, I really want
[17:05] Speaker 2: a coffee, but like I cannot bring myself to get up,
[17:07] Speaker 2: and lands.
[17:08] Speaker 1: Was like, i'll get it for you. What do you want.
[17:09] Speaker 1: I was like, oh, we're a different.
[17:10] Speaker 2: Page now that you're willing to get I want to
[17:13] Speaker 2: take a latte. Give me a couple of pumps of
[17:15] Speaker 2: that vanilla.
[17:18] Speaker 1: Because I need it in the plane for whatever is coming.
[17:21] Speaker 1: You know, it was excellent. I was living my best life.
[17:25] Speaker 1: No jet sweet acts, but you guys, I had the
[17:28] Speaker 1: best time.
[17:29] Speaker 3: It was. It's not even that expensive for what you get.
[17:33] Speaker 3: Like I think flights in a burbank are just as
[17:36] Speaker 3: expensive fight going with Delta or something.
[17:38] Speaker 2: The difference is is there's not there's not a.
[17:40] Speaker 1: Lot of them. They only fly like what a couple
[17:43] Speaker 1: of places.
[17:43] Speaker 2: It's like Vegas, Vegas not but during ski season they
[17:47] Speaker 2: fly into Saltalt Lake.
[17:48] Speaker 1: That's when I usually flew. It was in the winter.
[17:49] Speaker 1: I think there's a couple in Arizona. Yeah, I mean
[17:53] Speaker 1: they're back east.
[17:53] Speaker 3: I know that. But yeah, they just don't fly a
[17:56] Speaker 3: lot of places Aspen. They go to Aspen. I think
[17:58] Speaker 3: year around.
[17:58] Speaker 1: I think so too.
[17:59] Speaker 2: Yeah, No, it was great. I had the time of
[18:01] Speaker 2: my life. I was there for less than twenty four hours,
[18:04] Speaker 2: which is perfect because it just felt like I yeah, perfect.
[18:07] Speaker 1: Big out.
[18:08] Speaker 2: Flew in on a Thursday. Back on Friday. That night,
[18:12] Speaker 2: I was so wrecked. I got in bed. It was
[18:15] Speaker 2: me and my mom in ocean. We got in bed
[18:16] Speaker 2: and watched Hopper. It was seven o'clock. I passed out
[18:20] Speaker 2: by seven thirty. I woke up the next day at
[18:23] Speaker 2: like eight, went back to bed until nine.
[18:26] Speaker 1: No.
[18:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, and then we got on a plane to go
[18:28] Speaker 2: to Utah. And that's when shit got real.
[18:31] Speaker 3: When I tell you that that story that she just
[18:35] Speaker 3: told is one hundred percent true because I walked into
[18:37] Speaker 3: the house the sun was still up.
[18:41] Speaker 2: What are you talking about when you guys were all watching, Yeah,
[18:44] Speaker 2: the sun was up.
[18:44] Speaker 3: I like, I didn't even see, was they. I walked
[18:47] Speaker 3: in the house, I'm yelling, and I just look upstairs.
[18:50] Speaker 3: Your doors closed, and I was like wow. Then it
[18:55] Speaker 3: depressed me because then I looked outside and I was like,
[18:57] Speaker 3: my whole family's going to bed right now. Look, I
[18:59] Speaker 3: couldn't function, I now know, because I could nap right, Mama,
[19:04] Speaker 3: I didn't even I would have alarmed nothing.
[19:06] Speaker 1: How you even got up and did it? I I'm dying.
[19:12] Speaker 2: I don't think I would have gone to bed, not early.
[19:14] Speaker 2: I would have rocked it until at least the sun
[19:16] Speaker 2: went down.
[19:18] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[19:18] Speaker 2: However, I had to be on a flight to go
[19:21] Speaker 2: to Utah again for like thirty six hours.
[19:25] Speaker 1: I was there.
[19:37] Speaker 2: Let me tell you guys something about Utah that I
[19:39] Speaker 2: have established now.
[19:41] Speaker 1: The last time I was there.
[19:42] Speaker 2: I told you guys, it puts me in a really
[19:44] Speaker 2: really funky place. And before leaving, Easton and my mom
[19:47] Speaker 2: were like, why are you so angst? And I'm like,
[19:49] Speaker 2: I don't like going I don't like going back there.
[19:54] Speaker 2: I told them the next time that I have to
[19:56] Speaker 2: fly there. I can't do like a weekend trip, like
[19:59] Speaker 2: let's fly in and then fly out. That's what I
[20:04] Speaker 2: would like to be doing, because it's just it has
[20:08] Speaker 2: nothing to do with anybody. It's not that I hate
[20:11] Speaker 2: it there, it's just it mentally does something to me
[20:15] Speaker 2: where I feel like I'm suffocating.
[20:17] Speaker 1: Can I be honest or yes? You can always be honest.
[20:20] Speaker 3: We I think the vile vile, like the vile like, well, yeah,
[20:26] Speaker 3: dad dying, that vile call that you got and like
[20:29] Speaker 3: your you lived here and you got a phone call
[20:33] Speaker 3: that your dad has just died and you had to
[20:36] Speaker 3: get on a plane and come to Utah. So I
[20:38] Speaker 3: have a feeling that a lot of the times when
[20:40] Speaker 3: you're going back to Utah, you could like that is
[20:43] Speaker 3: interpreted into it, yeah, like subconscious like you don't know
[20:48] Speaker 3: about it, but it's like the last you know, like
[20:50] Speaker 3: because you never disliked that I'm telling you.
[20:53] Speaker 2: Until Dad died, I loved going home. It was my
[20:55] Speaker 2: favorite that went to all of my spots. I I
[20:59] Speaker 2: was there for nine day. Yeah no, I'm getting heavy chested.
[21:02] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[21:03] Speaker 3: When that's when I was like, I do have anxiety
[21:06] Speaker 3: because we went and when we were on the plane,
[21:10] Speaker 3: like on my relapse, I felt like I couldn't stay
[21:13] Speaker 3: in the same place and like I would jump out.
[21:16] Speaker 3: And then on that flight home, I was so anxious
[21:19] Speaker 3: in Utah that you guys saw me. I jumped out
[21:21] Speaker 3: and I was like, I just need to walk around.
[21:23] Speaker 3: And that's when I was like, Okay, I do have anxiety.
[21:26] Speaker 3: I do need to look at this deeper. And then
[21:29] Speaker 3: I looked into Utah and I was like, why would
[21:30] Speaker 3: I dislike it? And there's so many things like yes
[21:33] Speaker 3: that I love about it, but they're like the dad
[21:36] Speaker 3: point of it is like where I don't care to
[21:38] Speaker 3: go back. Yeah, for that reason, It's like going back
[21:41] Speaker 3: to something that doesn't really exist to me anymore.
[21:44] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's I don't know if you guys have felt
[21:47] Speaker 2: this way where you know that something is familiar, but
[21:51] Speaker 2: you're unsure why you don't have You're like, this is familiar,
[21:56] Speaker 2: but why can't I I don't have memories yet. I'm
[22:00] Speaker 2: flying in and things are being triggered, but I can't
[22:02] Speaker 2: quite place it. It's a very funky, funky thing that
[22:05] Speaker 2: happens the moment I start flying in and most people
[22:08] Speaker 2: would look at the mountains and like how gorgeous it is,
[22:10] Speaker 2: and I just start panickingly. I look at downtown Salt
[22:13] Speaker 2: Lake and I'm like, oh my gosh, I feel myself
[22:17] Speaker 2: like the walls are closing in on me.
[22:20] Speaker 3: Uh. I mean, I love Utah, like there's every state is,
[22:24] Speaker 3: you know, there's different states for different people, and it's
[22:26] Speaker 3: an amazing state. I really do believe if you have
[22:29] Speaker 3: a family, it's a great place to raise your kids.
[22:31] Speaker 3: But I don't know what it is about it that
[22:37] Speaker 3: there's no it doesn't feel like there's opportunity, like you're
[22:41] Speaker 3: just at it like a dead wall.
[22:43] Speaker 2: I think it feels that way for you because there's
[22:45] Speaker 2: actually a lot of people thrive there. Ours is strictly
[22:49] Speaker 2: it represents a point in time that no longer there, and.
[22:52] Speaker 3: That's where I'm like, I feel like it's not Utah
[22:55] Speaker 3: at any point. It's like I feel like it's a
[22:57] Speaker 3: dead end because the thing that was helping me grow
[23:00] Speaker 3: through that is no longer there to help. That makes
[23:03] Speaker 3: so I have to go to a new place and
[23:05] Speaker 3: figure out.
[23:07] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's completely.
[23:09] Speaker 1: Like I don't like Utah.
[23:11] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it's rough for me, which is hard.
[23:15] Speaker 1: I don't like it.
[23:16] Speaker 2: You know, my closest friends, the russ In family and
[23:20] Speaker 2: then my older brother some some of the most important people,
[23:25] Speaker 2: the most important people in my life still live there,
[23:27] Speaker 2: and I would like to see them, right And for
[23:29] Speaker 2: the most part, they come to LA and we see
[23:30] Speaker 2: each other here. But I went back for Kandas's baby shower,
[23:35] Speaker 2: which why would she have a baby shower in La?
[23:37] Speaker 2: She would anyway, we fly in.
[23:41] Speaker 1: How funny that they just are here now?
[23:43] Speaker 3: Yeah, now with them yesterday in Utahn, You're like, all right,
[23:46] Speaker 3: see you tomorrow, see.
[23:47] Speaker 1: At the beach. So we fly in. Everything's easy.
[23:51] Speaker 2: Lisa and I park pack in one suitcase, like literally everything.
[23:55] Speaker 1: I can get rid of these women the way Ocean is.
[23:58] Speaker 2: A phenomenal traveler because she has to do that often
[24:02] Speaker 2: we land, Lisa's like, I've already checked us in for
[24:05] Speaker 2: the car just goes straight down into the garage. It hurts,
[24:07] Speaker 2: and I'm like all right, great. So we go into
[24:09] Speaker 2: the front area down in the parking garage and I'm like, hey,
[24:12] Speaker 2: we just need to get the car. We're all checked
[24:13] Speaker 2: in and he's like, oh, you're not checked in. So
[24:16] Speaker 2: then he asked me for my He says, do you
[24:18] Speaker 2: want insurance for the car? I was like, no, I
[24:19] Speaker 2: have insurance. He's like, okay, I need to know who's
[24:21] Speaker 2: your carrier, and I was like, I have no idea.
[24:25] Speaker 2: So I'm trying to call my business manager, like who's
[24:27] Speaker 2: my carrier for insurance? And he's like, I'm at a concert. Lalla,
[24:31] Speaker 2: it's a fucking Saturday. I'm calling him because I don't
[24:34] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[24:35] Speaker 1: No, I have it. You found it. I'm very proud
[24:38] Speaker 1: of the point we did it. Yeah, we found it.
[24:41] Speaker 2: And then I go to pay and my AMEX says
[24:44] Speaker 2: it says approved on the little monitor, and a charge
[24:47] Speaker 2: comes through that it's pending, but nothing showing up on
[24:49] Speaker 2: hurts his end, so I do it again. Another pending
[24:51] Speaker 2: charge comes through, it's not showing up on his end,
[24:54] Speaker 2: so then I give another credit card that comes through
[24:57] Speaker 2: pending on my end and shows on their end. So
[25:00] Speaker 2: finally we get to this gorgeous electric blue Kia. That
[25:03] Speaker 2: will be my car for the thirty six hours I'm
[25:06] Speaker 2: in Utah. We drive to the hotel Little America and
[25:11] Speaker 2: Ocean is so excited and I love Little America. Like
[25:13] Speaker 2: the little coffee shop is so cute. We walk in,
[25:17] Speaker 2: I give them my ID. He's like, I don't have
[25:20] Speaker 2: a reservation for you, because I have one for a
[25:22] Speaker 2: brand in Burningham. And I was like, yeah, that's my brother.
[25:24] Speaker 2: And I go, Mom, what name did you put the
[25:26] Speaker 2: reservation under? She goes, I thought you made the reservation.
[25:29] Speaker 2: This is when I lose my shit.
[25:30] Speaker 1: You guys.
[25:31] Speaker 2: I look at her and I go on, what fucking
[25:34] Speaker 2: planet would I make a reserve.
[25:36] Speaker 1: I wouldn't even know who to call to book a room.
[25:39] Speaker 2: Guys talking about I need the reservation, Laura, I'm losing
[25:43] Speaker 2: my fucking mind. Because now it's ten o'clock. It's ten
[25:45] Speaker 2: o'clock at night.
[25:46] Speaker 1: She just learned how to change her flights, let alone
[25:49] Speaker 1: book a room. I changed a flight all by myself.
[25:51] Speaker 1: And I looked at him and I was like, can't
[25:52] Speaker 1: one be proud?
[25:53] Speaker 3: No, she said, I can't believe I did that. Five
[25:56] Speaker 3: minutes went by, and she goes guys, I can't believe
[25:58] Speaker 3: I changed a flight.
[26:01] Speaker 2: I've just always had I've just always had other people
[26:04] Speaker 2: do it.
[26:06] Speaker 1: And and that's not me just being like a bougie person.
[26:10] Speaker 1: That's I was just called life.
[26:12] Speaker 3: And also, no matter what, that is the one thing
[26:14] Speaker 3: that I will say Mom where I think her hip
[26:18] Speaker 3: and everything else has has played a role, because Mom
[26:21] Speaker 3: has always been the one she called me. She was like,
[26:24] Speaker 3: well Lauren, I go, Mom, I go, when has Lauren
[26:28] Speaker 3: ever booked anything? And that's when she was like, I
[26:32] Speaker 3: just think I've, you know, with everything going on, I've
[26:34] Speaker 3: been spacey.
[26:35] Speaker 1: And I was like, I get it, but yeah, I.
[26:37] Speaker 2: Did feel bad. I felt bad because I really lost
[26:41] Speaker 2: my mind. Because then I say to the guy, I'm like,
[26:44] Speaker 2: all right, well I'm gonna need to book a room
[26:45] Speaker 2: and he's like, well, we're all sold out. Perfect, I go,
[26:50] Speaker 2: can you please check Grand America across the street. It's
[26:54] Speaker 2: like it shows that they have a room. I was like, perfect,
[26:57] Speaker 2: I need to book it, and then he goes, actually,
[27:00] Speaker 2: I'm looking now they're also out too. This is when
[27:03] Speaker 2: I went, I don't want Utah and Utah don't want me.
[27:06] Speaker 2: This is they're telling me we don't want you get
[27:10] Speaker 2: the fuck out. So I call Limridian.
[27:17] Speaker 1: And there's too many.
[27:19] Speaker 2: I just wanted a place that I would feel comfortable in.
[27:24] Speaker 2: No one's picking up the phone, so I just roll
[27:26] Speaker 2: over there in my electric blue Kiya.
[27:28] Speaker 1: I pull up.
[27:29] Speaker 2: Lisa gets out. She's like, they have a room. I
[27:30] Speaker 2: was like, great, book it. We get out, I pay
[27:34] Speaker 2: for the room. The AMEX does the exact same thing,
[27:37] Speaker 2: comes through pending on my end, says approved on the
[27:40] Speaker 2: little thing, but isn't showing on their end. So I
[27:45] Speaker 2: put down the other card and it comes through.
[27:49] Speaker 1: We go up to the room. I apologize to mom.
[27:52] Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm really really sorry that I freaked out,
[27:55] Speaker 2: but I just need to understand how you thought I She's.
[28:02] Speaker 1: Like, Lauren, I don't know. My mind is just I
[28:04] Speaker 1: don't know.
[28:05] Speaker 2: I thought I was booking the car and booking the flights,
[28:07] Speaker 2: and I thought you were booking the room. You when
[28:09] Speaker 2: I said we're staying at Little America, you said great,
[28:12] Speaker 2: and I was.
[28:13] Speaker 1: Like, yeah, great book because I thought you had booked. Yeah,
[28:19] Speaker 1: two for three, let's go three for three. Fine, it's fine.
[28:24] Speaker 2: The beds were great, Lisa slept amazing. We wake up
[28:27] Speaker 2: The next morning, we go to Kansas's baby shower, which
[28:29] Speaker 2: was Parisian themed, my most favorite theme on the planet.
[28:32] Speaker 2: Because you serve me a croisant meats and cheeses.
[28:38] Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? With an arugal a.
[28:41] Speaker 2: Solid I'm on cloud nine. Ocean had the best time
[28:46] Speaker 2: with Sailor. They're the cutest of friends. I was so
[28:49] Speaker 2: excited because literally today we're going to go to Newport
[28:51] Speaker 2: and they're all going to be there as well. But
[28:53] Speaker 2: it was just fantastic celebrating the fact that my best
[28:56] Speaker 2: friend since kindergarten. I walked into Eastwood Elementary Missus Condy's
[29:02] Speaker 2: class first day of school. Missus Condy, I see this
[29:06] Speaker 2: cute girl with a blonde bob, big old bow in
[29:09] Speaker 2: her hair, and I remember going home and being like, mom,
[29:12] Speaker 2: there's a plural in school that I really want to
[29:14] Speaker 2: have a plateate with. So my mom calls Kristin. Kristen's
[29:18] Speaker 2: pregnant with Alec at the time, and the families have
[29:23] Speaker 2: been best friends ever since.
[29:24] Speaker 1: I know, and it's a shocker that Alec isn't in prison.
[29:28] Speaker 1: I agree. Alec was wild. Alec Russing.
[29:32] Speaker 2: He's literally the example I use when people are like,
[29:38] Speaker 2: my boy, I just think I'm gonna have problems.
[29:40] Speaker 1: Let me tell you about this kid, Alec rus.
[29:42] Speaker 3: Let me tell you about Alec Russing. I would have
[29:44] Speaker 3: nightmares about this kid. But we're all right now.
[29:47] Speaker 1: And that's Kristen's baby.
[29:48] Speaker 5: I remember he would be throwing shit at us, jays
[29:51] Speaker 5: around with weapons, and she would be like, what did
[29:54] Speaker 5: you guys do to him?
[29:56] Speaker 2: And now I understand and half the time the baby's
[29:59] Speaker 2: the baby?
[29:59] Speaker 1: Did he do us?
[30:00] Speaker 3: I remember being Zach would just be playing and Alec
[30:03] Speaker 3: would come in and you could just feel that devil
[30:06] Speaker 3: energy and he would just you throw shit at us,
[30:09] Speaker 3: and then Zach would push him into the closet and
[30:12] Speaker 3: then he would go up and cry, and then we
[30:14] Speaker 3: would get yelled at.
[30:16] Speaker 2: Yeah, and now I mean he's thriving. I'm like, don't
[30:19] Speaker 2: even worry.
[30:21] Speaker 1: It's the Alec russ In effect. They're crazy now and
[30:24] Speaker 1: then they're gonna be wildly.
[30:26] Speaker 2: Successful and wildly successful, cute girlfriend, phenomenal step dad, all
[30:32] Speaker 2: the things. And then the last day before we fly out,
[30:38] Speaker 2: we so I had to get my nails done too,
[30:39] Speaker 2: because I didn't have time to do that today for.
[30:42] Speaker 1: A reunion day is it.
[30:44] Speaker 2: Do you want me to walk in with the recent
[30:46] Speaker 2: pink nails grown out to the reunion?
[30:49] Speaker 1: I gotta look good if I got to do this
[30:51] Speaker 1: to anybody.
[30:52] Speaker 2: So I got him done and I got con to
[30:55] Speaker 2: them done in Utah. And then we met Brandon and
[30:57] Speaker 2: Cheryl and the kids at the coffee shop at Little
[31:01] Speaker 2: America and Ocean Goes.
[31:02] Speaker 1: Where are we eating? I said Brandon? He was fifty.
[31:07] Speaker 2: Fuck, we have to text him today. My older brother
[31:10] Speaker 2: is fifty years old.
[31:13] Speaker 1: He looks great, he does, he really does. I just
[31:17] Speaker 1: feel so old. I was like, you're y are? But god, damn,
[31:21] Speaker 1: you look great for me. I just with a fifty
[31:24] Speaker 1: year old now it's kind of a badass. How old
[31:27] Speaker 1: is Cheryl twenty eight?
[31:28] Speaker 2: I know right, they don't they don't age. In mind,
[31:31] Speaker 2: Cheryl is beautiful the whole. They have such a cute marriage. No,
[31:35] Speaker 2: there's such a cute marriage.
[31:36] Speaker 1: Such.
[31:37] Speaker 3: Do you want to know what pisses me off again?
[31:39] Speaker 3: What dad's dead? He set that up? Who is he
[31:42] Speaker 3: going to say? My dad?
[31:43] Speaker 2: My dad did introduce it Brandon and Cheryl.
[31:45] Speaker 1: Yeah, and look how that turned out.
[31:47] Speaker 2: They got married and they loved a beautiful life. Yeah,
[31:50] Speaker 2: and they're best friends.
[31:52] Speaker 3: Yeah, Dad was a good wing man. Yeah, and then
[31:55] Speaker 3: he said for you, I'll tap out.
[31:57] Speaker 2: They're gonna be mad at me for saying this, but
[31:59] Speaker 2: I find really cute that, like throughout the day they
[32:01] Speaker 2: send each other sexy text.
[32:03] Speaker 1: I know, but that's why they're still married. I love it.
[32:06] Speaker 1: It makes me so happy, I know, like a healthy relationship.
[32:09] Speaker 1: I know, which is like, how did I end up
[32:12] Speaker 1: where I am right now? I in my little family.
[32:14] Speaker 2: I've seen nothing but successful, healthy marriages.
[32:19] Speaker 1: How did I end up here?
[32:22] Speaker 4: I know?
[32:23] Speaker 2: Stare into the abyss. It will never make sense anyway.
[32:27] Speaker 2: Congratulations to my best friend. Her baby is coming end
[32:32] Speaker 2: of August, little virgo baby. I said, good luck, bitch,
[32:35] Speaker 2: but it is a boy. It's a boy.
[32:37] Speaker 1: Oh that could be better. It could be a lot better.
[32:39] Speaker 2: And then happy birthday to my brother Brandon. While I
[32:41] Speaker 2: was celebrating all of these fun things Easton, you watch Sosa.
[32:46] Speaker 1: How'd that go? Oh boy? Oh boy, she's delightful.
[32:50] Speaker 2: I took ocean with me so she could see one
[32:52] Speaker 2: of her friends and I left so so.
[32:55] Speaker 1: Bad with me. Yeah, and how was it? So you
[33:00] Speaker 1: have to say about your weekend? You say, hid job?
[33:04] Speaker 3: Did you have a good weekend Sosa, because I thought
[33:06] Speaker 3: we had fun.
[33:08] Speaker 1: Friday we had Chick fil A, she had some nuggies.
[33:12] Speaker 1: Saturday or yeah, Saturday, Well I left Saturday. Oh my gosh,
[33:16] Speaker 1: I thought I felt like it was Friday.
[33:18] Speaker 3: So Saturday I was gone four hours, gone long. We
[33:22] Speaker 3: had we had just dinner at the house. But Sunday
[33:24] Speaker 3: we had a day. We woke up, we made brecky,
[33:28] Speaker 3: we made some egg g E's.
[33:30] Speaker 1: Saturday I ended up leaving.
[33:32] Speaker 2: We flew in, which I'll tell you guys all about
[33:35] Speaker 2: the trip to you. But I flew in Saturday night,
[33:38] Speaker 2: so you only had her from Saturday night until Sundaday.
[33:42] Speaker 1: Yeah. No, it was easy.
[33:43] Speaker 3: We went into Nick and Joe's because their houses got remodeled. Yeah,
[33:49] Speaker 3: they're remodeling it, but it has a sheet rock up.
[33:52] Speaker 3: The walls are made ye, so now you can see it.
[33:54] Speaker 3: So we went and did that, and then me and
[33:57] Speaker 3: her drove to Home Stay and got some tacos and brisket,
[34:01] Speaker 3: and then we came home. We watched Toy Story and
[34:06] Speaker 3: hung around and some snacks. We didn't do a whole lot.
[34:09] Speaker 1: We were just kind of like around the house, walking around.
[34:12] Speaker 1: What is she like when i'm not home.
[34:14] Speaker 2: The best easy, Yes, easier there when I'm home.
[34:17] Speaker 3: When you're home, it's almost like she knows you're home.
[34:20] Speaker 3: So it's like that hangs over her head. So it's
[34:22] Speaker 3: always like where's Mama? But when you weren't here? Easy,
[34:26] Speaker 3: like not a wine, not a fuss. She didn't cry one.
[34:29] Speaker 3: She didn't even fuss from like a phone or miss
[34:34] Speaker 3: or Miss Rachel or even Issa. She's with Miss Lisa
[34:39] Speaker 3: right now. But no, we went outside. We like rolled
[34:42] Speaker 3: her down her little two step thing. We went upstairs
[34:44] Speaker 3: and played in her playroom. She loves she's kind of
[34:48] Speaker 3: daring and it scares me, but she loves grabbing the
[34:51] Speaker 3: bar that we got, Ocean, the bar that you got.
[34:55] Speaker 2: Yeah, let's bop into some pop culture and headlines. I
[35:14] Speaker 2: could not watch Game five of the Championship.
[35:19] Speaker 1: You know, I was really rooting for the Spurs. I
[35:23] Speaker 1: went heavy in the paint for the.
[35:24] Speaker 2: Spurs, became obsessed, full addiction.
[35:28] Speaker 3: Can I be honest when when Okac lost, I said
[35:32] Speaker 3: it I didn't care who won.
[35:34] Speaker 1: I really didn't.
[35:35] Speaker 3: But then after watching the series, and honestly, I have
[35:40] Speaker 3: Nick's friends fans, they're great. The way the city of
[35:43] Speaker 3: New York was like handling.
[35:45] Speaker 1: It some some people, some people. We all saw the videos.
[35:48] Speaker 1: It's not everybody.
[35:49] Speaker 3: Because also I was talking to La. La was like,
[35:53] Speaker 3: I was like, is it fucking that crazy? He was like,
[35:56] Speaker 3: you're seeing one area that's going viral the full city.
[36:01] Speaker 2: Let me tell you something. I don't care if it's
[36:03] Speaker 2: one fucking airship. The moment fans start ripping jersey like
[36:08] Speaker 2: Spurs jerseys off people. They saw one Knicks fan trying
[36:12] Speaker 2: to light this Spurs fans hair on fire water on another.
[36:16] Speaker 3: Guy getting into like a McLaren because they were a
[36:19] Speaker 3: Spurs fans, and they drove off, and like all the
[36:21] Speaker 3: comments were like you walk off when you have a
[36:23] Speaker 3: lot to lose.
[36:24] Speaker 1: It's just like I saw that.
[36:25] Speaker 3: And when I saw that, and then number like number
[36:28] Speaker 3: two is like how the Knicks or the state or
[36:32] Speaker 3: the city of New York didn't implement like a warning
[36:37] Speaker 3: of like hey, yes we get this, but like we're
[36:39] Speaker 3: not having riots, we're not having anything, like not even
[36:42] Speaker 3: a player, Like hey, we love the hype in the celebrations,
[36:45] Speaker 3: but like let's keep this cool.
[36:47] Speaker 2: Like these are people that the organization should have issued
[36:49] Speaker 2: a statement.
[36:50] Speaker 1: When them beating shit out of other people liking a team.
[36:54] Speaker 3: That's where I would be like, Okay, this is still
[36:55] Speaker 3: a game and a sport, like this is where we
[36:58] Speaker 3: have sportsmanship.
[37:00] Speaker 1: That's where I was like, hey, fuck the Nicks.
[37:01] Speaker 3: I kind of want the Spurs because of the fan
[37:03] Speaker 3: base that I am witnessing, not all of it.
[37:07] Speaker 1: Yeah, but there are a lot of great Like.
[37:09] Speaker 3: No, just to let you know, I really really really
[37:14] Speaker 3: enjoy it for them, and I just I like Brunson
[37:18] Speaker 3: a little bit.
[37:18] Speaker 1: I really hate his dad. Why do you hate his dad?
[37:21] Speaker 1: You know him? Did he do something?
[37:22] Speaker 3: No?
[37:23] Speaker 1: Just no, go Like even after.
[37:26] Speaker 3: They won the the ship, they were talking on ESPN
[37:31] Speaker 3: with Charles and all of them, and it's Brunton and
[37:33] Speaker 3: his dad and his dad is like.
[37:34] Speaker 1: No offense to my son. I love him. But Patrick Ewing,
[37:37] Speaker 1: it's like, you don't even need to bring that up.
[37:39] Speaker 1: Your son just.
[37:40] Speaker 3: Brought home a championship. Yeah, and you're gonna like, now
[37:43] Speaker 3: compare him to other greats in the New York. It's like,
[37:45] Speaker 3: let him have his fucking moment. Yeah, it's been a
[37:48] Speaker 3: long time.
[37:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. So like I was like, who the fuck is
[37:50] Speaker 1: this dickhead? Yeah, there's just a.
[37:52] Speaker 3: Lot of things I don't like this character, but I
[37:55] Speaker 3: will say, looking at it, Dallas really ship to bed Dallas.
[38:02] Speaker 3: The Mavericks, they dog they had Luca Doncic they sent
[38:07] Speaker 3: to the Lakers, okay, and they had Brunson that they
[38:10] Speaker 3: sent there. Two best that they could have been championship contenders.
[38:13] Speaker 3: That's well, they're not, No.
[38:14] Speaker 1: But I am happy for the Knicks. I'm glad they
[38:17] Speaker 1: got it.
[38:18] Speaker 3: The one thing that I'm seeing now is Carmelo Anthony
[38:20] Speaker 3: is like being a raised from New York history because
[38:22] Speaker 3: like he was the last one to like get he
[38:25] Speaker 3: was a great Nick, but like he never won a title,
[38:27] Speaker 3: never did anything. So it's like it's kind of being overshadowed.
[38:31] Speaker 1: Oh that's not good. Yeah, And I'm a I'm a
[38:33] Speaker 1: real Carmelo Anthony fellow. I love Carmelo Anthony. Yep.
[38:38] Speaker 2: To my obsession with San Antonio came.
[38:42] Speaker 1: From Stefan Castle. No, actually it.
[38:46] Speaker 2: Was I'm obsessed with him now, who isn't. I'm obsessed
[38:49] Speaker 2: with the entire starting lineup.
[38:53] Speaker 1: These people.
[38:55] Speaker 2: But in high school, my high school boyfriend and his
[38:58] Speaker 2: twin were giant Spurs fans, and I remember that, and
[39:02] Speaker 2: they were giant too, But I always remember his twin
[39:07] Speaker 2: rocking a Monu Genobli Jersey.
[39:09] Speaker 1: So when I was watching.
[39:11] Speaker 2: The series and I just this is what happens to me,
[39:14] Speaker 2: is I allow my body to tell me who I want.
[39:17] Speaker 2: And I just gravitated towards the Spurs and I was like, oh,
[39:19] Speaker 2: they're actually really fun to watch as well. And then
[39:22] Speaker 2: I became obsessed hit the order button on my Monu
[39:25] Speaker 2: Genobli Jersey, and now I think I'm a diehard. So
[39:29] Speaker 2: now none of my teams make sense. I'm a Baltimore
[39:32] Speaker 2: Ravens fan, no affiliation to Baltimore, and a San Antonio
[39:36] Speaker 2: Spurs fan.
[39:37] Speaker 1: Mostly with Baltimore. What do you mean I like the Ravens. Yeah,
[39:41] Speaker 1: you like the Orioles. The Orioles. That's about it. It's
[39:46] Speaker 1: about all it, man.
[39:48] Speaker 5: And I've never even been to San Antonio. This is
[39:52] Speaker 5: going to sound I like Charles Barkley's stuff.
[39:55] Speaker 2: He says, though about the charity they want him to apologize.
[40:00] Speaker 1: Flew them in from Houston, they flew them in from Dallents.
[40:04] Speaker 5: He's a funny motherfucker. He's so foul if I can
[40:10] Speaker 5: love him. He's wilding out when he does his commentary.
[40:14] Speaker 5: When he and shot go toes. It's my favorite. No,
[40:18] Speaker 5: it's the basil, completely rogue.
[40:20] Speaker 3: Honestly, I need them to get off of ESPN and
[40:24] Speaker 3: do like Jimmy Fallon. Not on Jimmy Fallon, but like
[40:28] Speaker 3: they should just have every night that talk show just
[40:33] Speaker 3: about that's.
[40:33] Speaker 2: Actually a really great I want him to keep them
[40:35] Speaker 2: where they are.
[40:36] Speaker 1: But also that's a good idea I watch or something. Yes,
[40:40] Speaker 1: just watch them talk. Yes, there could you.
[40:44] Speaker 3: Imagine Charles Barkley talking about like Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton, Oh,
[40:49] Speaker 3: like just just anything going on.
[40:52] Speaker 1: I'm in. He could talk about paink colors.
[40:56] Speaker 3: I'm in.
[40:58] Speaker 1: So I was very upset about that.
[41:00] Speaker 2: Couldn't watch Game five because I get too invested. So
[41:02] Speaker 2: I just literally kept refreshing the score and as long.
[41:05] Speaker 2: But then like the ball if you guys are on
[41:08] Speaker 2: Safari or Google or whatever, you see the ball bounce
[41:11] Speaker 2: and it'll be like three points, two points.
[41:14] Speaker 1: I just kept tripping out.
[41:16] Speaker 3: Yeah, no, it was on, but I kind of had
[41:17] Speaker 3: it as background noise because I was like, if you lose,
[41:20] Speaker 3: it will affect my night, because it.
[41:22] Speaker 2: Was something that people are going to be really pissed
[41:24] Speaker 2: off about. Yeah, lead Okay, so hear me out. You guys,
[41:31] Speaker 2: I saw a real that said the Spurs have youthful arrogance,
[41:40] Speaker 2: because in interviews Wemby specifically would not give credit to
[41:46] Speaker 2: the Knicks. I do not find that to be youthful arrogance.
[41:51] Speaker 2: We came to a conclusion because here's the thing. My
[41:55] Speaker 2: point was great, Your point was great. Your point was
[41:58] Speaker 2: there's still this was before then took it off. Yeah,
[42:02] Speaker 2: Easan was like, you're actively in competition with these people.
[42:05] Speaker 1: You have to play them again tomorrow night. Why am
[42:07] Speaker 1: I going to get them problem? You'll give it when
[42:09] Speaker 1: it's over.
[42:10] Speaker 3: Yeah, Like, no, I'm gonna just say no, we had
[42:12] Speaker 3: the game, we lost it ourselves.
[42:15] Speaker 1: It is.
[42:17] Speaker 3: You go, you know what, we had a lot of
[42:19] Speaker 3: chances to put games away. I have to give it
[42:22] Speaker 3: to New York that they, you know, kept the foot
[42:25] Speaker 3: on the pedal and they came back and it's a
[42:26] Speaker 3: deserved win for them.
[42:27] Speaker 1: Yes, we could have done it, but you have to
[42:29] Speaker 1: give credit to them. And that's where they're young.
[42:32] Speaker 3: They I haven't seen after they lost a loss.
[42:37] Speaker 2: It's not youthful arrogance. And yes, I don't think credit
[42:41] Speaker 2: was being given in that moment. Because they were still
[42:43] Speaker 2: actively playing the Knicks. But I also think that the
[42:46] Speaker 2: Spurs literally put the game on a silver platter and
[42:50] Speaker 2: handed it to the next because they shipped the bed
[42:53] Speaker 2: in every single second.
[42:55] Speaker 1: Past like I will give it to the next.
[42:57] Speaker 2: You can't give credit where it isn't due. You're welcome
[43:00] Speaker 2: for us not being able to keep moment when the
[43:03] Speaker 2: second happened.
[43:03] Speaker 3: This is where you'll give it to the Knicks. And
[43:05] Speaker 3: this is where you can say, I give it to
[43:07] Speaker 3: the Knicks for being down as much as they were.
[43:11] Speaker 3: And yes, the Spurs slowing down, but the fact that
[43:14] Speaker 3: the Knicks still came back and had some sort of
[43:16] Speaker 3: drive and hope to come back and did that's still
[43:19] Speaker 3: drive by the other team, and I admire that, and
[43:22] Speaker 3: they deserve some credit where credit is due. But if
[43:24] Speaker 3: san Antonio kept the game up the way they did
[43:26] Speaker 3: in the first half, we wouldn't be talking about No,
[43:28] Speaker 3: we wouldn't.
[43:29] Speaker 2: Because let me tell you something halftime.
[43:32] Speaker 3: But that's no friends, is yeah team one twenty And
[43:37] Speaker 3: I'm sorry, dearon Fox if that's your shit. Yeah, he
[43:41] Speaker 3: shit shit every game he really did, he.
[43:44] Speaker 2: Really freaking did. Anyway, let's move on to happier news.
[43:47] Speaker 2: Jasmine and Melissa got married. They are a part of
[43:50] Speaker 2: the valley. Whoop whoop it congratulations. Yes, I got text
[43:55] Speaker 2: messages that were like, oh my god, I can't believe
[43:57] Speaker 2: you weren't invited.
[43:59] Speaker 1: I was invited, did and it was really.
[44:04] Speaker 2: Sad, obviously very happy, Like I knew where I was
[44:07] Speaker 2: going Cannie's baby shower, friend of thirty plus.
[44:13] Speaker 1: Years, So that is where I was for eight years.
[44:17] Speaker 2: Trying for a baby for eight years, and finally we
[44:19] Speaker 2: get to celebrate her. So obviously that's where I was
[44:22] Speaker 2: going to be. But I loved seeing all of the
[44:24] Speaker 2: photos and little Instagram tiktoks and real I I felt
[44:29] Speaker 2: like I.
[44:29] Speaker 3: Was a part of it because I have like a
[44:31] Speaker 3: lot of Bravo World type things that like pop.
[44:33] Speaker 1: Up and there were so many like what would it
[44:37] Speaker 1: be a videos that they like put.
[44:40] Speaker 3: Together like a montage, a montage of other like everybody's videos,
[44:44] Speaker 3: like Zach's. They took some from Kristin, they just took
[44:48] Speaker 3: some from obviously like Jasmine and all of them. But
[44:52] Speaker 3: it was like really cute and I was like, wow,
[44:54] Speaker 3: I kind of feel a part of it.
[44:55] Speaker 2: I know I did have fomo and I never have film.
[44:58] Speaker 1: I wasn't invited. Those guys, don't worry.
[44:59] Speaker 2: I was hav mad fomo because it just looked like
[45:03] Speaker 2: such an authentic love. It didn't look like it was
[45:05] Speaker 2: a show for anybody. It didn't look like, you know,
[45:09] Speaker 2: some people get married and it's such a big to do.
[45:11] Speaker 2: But I felt like even when we were filming, yes,
[45:14] Speaker 2: they had the normal stressors of planning a wedding, but
[45:18] Speaker 2: it never felt like they were losing sight of the
[45:22] Speaker 2: point of it. And I think a lot of times
[45:26] Speaker 2: people can lose sight of the fact that we're getting married.
[45:31] Speaker 2: You know. It was kind of like that episode of
[45:33] Speaker 2: Sex in the City where Charlotte finally meets the love
[45:35] Speaker 2: of her life, Harry, who she's like, his name's Harry,
[45:39] Speaker 2: Harry everywhere except his head, he's ball, and then everything
[45:43] Speaker 2: goes wrong in the wedding and then they end up
[45:45] Speaker 2: standing the test of time and Charlotte's devastated by everything
[45:48] Speaker 2: going wrong, and then they flash back to like, you.
[45:51] Speaker 1: Had the perfect wedding and the marriage not so perfect.
[45:54] Speaker 2: So I just love that Josmine and Melissa never lost
[45:58] Speaker 2: sight of the fact that they were going to spend
[45:59] Speaker 2: their time together.
[46:01] Speaker 1: In an amazing marriage.
[46:02] Speaker 2: But by the way they got both, they got both
[46:05] Speaker 2: very rare. It is me saying that the wedding like
[46:09] Speaker 2: Charlotte's I'm comparing I wasn't comparing it to that. I'm like,
[46:14] Speaker 2: just the point of getting married. I don't even know
[46:18] Speaker 2: the rest of your life together. I just thought everything
[46:20] Speaker 2: was very sweet and it looked stunny, magical, fucking beautiful,
[46:25] Speaker 2: like the bridesmaid's dresses.
[46:27] Speaker 1: Everyone, it just everything. It chef's kiss.
[46:30] Speaker 2: Real Housewives of Orange County Season twenty premieres the beginning
[46:35] Speaker 2: of July.
[46:36] Speaker 1: The trailer looks so good for everybody. I can't wait
[46:39] Speaker 1: for you guys to watch that. Oh do I have
[46:42] Speaker 1: to ica?
[46:44] Speaker 2: It might be fun. It's season twenty. It's a really
[46:46] Speaker 2: big deal. And they talk about, like during the trailer,
[46:52] Speaker 2: they talk about twenty years of being housewives, which you know,
[46:56] Speaker 2: I love breaking the fourth wall.
[46:57] Speaker 1: It's like, yes, we're gonna acknowledge that we're on TV.
[47:00] Speaker 1: That's like, that's like two decades. Yeah, it's crazy wild, right.
[47:08] Speaker 2: Do you want to do an egg and relieve today?
[47:11] Speaker 2: Sometimes we do it, sometimes we don't. But I feel
[47:13] Speaker 2: like it might be fun because my egg of the
[47:14] Speaker 2: week is the Spurs losing.
[47:16] Speaker 1: That's a really good egg.
[47:20] Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'll let you have that ache.
[47:23] Speaker 1: What's your ache? You're tired today? What are we going
[47:28] Speaker 1: to watch?
[47:29] Speaker 3: Luckily we have the World Cup right now, which I'm
[47:32] Speaker 3: not and we're getting rid of soccer all right, everybody.
[47:37] Speaker 1: What do you mean? Because nobody else in the world
[47:39] Speaker 1: calls it soccer. It's football, So.
[47:41] Speaker 3: We have to we have two footballs, but we have
[47:43] Speaker 3: to put we have football and we have football.
[47:48] Speaker 1: Okay, so right now we're watching football.
[47:50] Speaker 3: Right now, we're watching football, and I don't really care
[47:54] Speaker 3: for it, but like it's like the Olympics. Like I
[47:56] Speaker 3: don't care for swimming or track and field, but when
[47:57] Speaker 3: it's Olympics, I'm watching, and that's.
[48:00] Speaker 1: What that is.
[48:00] Speaker 2: Maybe I need to sit down and watch. That's what
[48:03] Speaker 2: with basketball. I like baseball basketball. I stopped watching for
[48:08] Speaker 2: a really long time because there were a bunch of tall,
[48:09] Speaker 2: grown men falling a lot and I was like, this
[48:11] Speaker 2: is fucking for it.
[48:13] Speaker 1: I cannot deal.
[48:17] Speaker 2: A couple others, but also my relief of the week
[48:20] Speaker 2: is that there is a new episode of The Valley tonight.
[48:24] Speaker 1: It just keeps getting better.
[48:27] Speaker 2: Mine is the same, shuh you just talked about how
[48:32] Speaker 2: great it was.
