Andy Sweet didn't walk into his high school locker room a five-star recruit or even the most talented player, but through hard work and incredible leadership over four years he was able to lead them to his high school's first football state championship. In this episode, we talk through what buying into a program looks like and how you can outwork and outlove your competition. Andy now serves as an officer in the US Marine Corps and was ranked by his peers as the top officer in his class. Andy is an incredible example of how hard work and leadership learned in athletics can impact your character for the rest of your life.
